The flat-iron steak is an excellent choice. They have the best bread of any of the major steak chains. Good friendly service.

The best place to eat steak! I cannot speak better of the good customer service my colleague and I received today. The server Rochelle K was very professional, attentive to detail and had great attitude. The way it should be!! I, also, have to mention the Restaurant Manager Tomomi who was very nice. Top notch!!!

Went there with some friends and say at the bar. They were not even busy, and the service was absolutely terrible. They were not even busy, Yet, the servers/bartenders had no interest in waiting on us. I ordered a beer, and waiting 20 mins before I finally got the bartenders attention to ask for another. My food was prepared wrong too. I Told them I wanted my Ribeye medium-well, and it was basically rare. I didn't even bother sending it back because I was hungry and I knew it would take forever to get my food again. This place was terrible. Don't go here or you'll be disappointed.

My congratulations to the management of this place. We were atended by a very nice young man, called Robert! He was fast, got everything the way we wanted and always with a smile. Food was good!

Well it was my husband birthday and as it was a Saturday, but a workday for him and we decided to go some place near home and we went to Longhorn at Doral city. The wait was a little long, but we got there not too early and it was a Saturday as I mentioned before so we decided to wait. We only sat for 30 minutes or a little longer, but the music was so nice and the atmosphere that it was O.K to wait. We were taken to our table and we had a great time. Our waiter was young, but very polite and she offered to take pictures of us. She was professional, but very nice at the same time. The food was right I had steak and my husband salmon. As an appetizer we had the warm tortillas with the spinach cream and for dessert apple pie with caramel and vanilla ice-cream on top and of course the Happy Birthday song to my husband as I had requested it. I loved the place and the treatment received and we are definitely going back.

The food is very good, particularly the stakes, their speciality. It comes with a good salad and fries or vegetables. The warm brown door served with butter for free while waiting for your order is a must. Although the service is good in general, I don't think you will find waiters that you will remember for next time. They are just OK, and some are too informal. Price is quite reasonable for the good food you get.

First time at Longhorn and it was very good. All the dishes were 100%. Staff very friendly, a bit of wait, but ok. We came back two days after.

The weight was terrible. We were told 45 minutes when we got there and that was on a Sunday evening at about 8 pm. It was very discouraging to see people come in after us and be seated. Not only 1 family, but 2 or more. When we inquired we were told that you can call and they will tell you how long, you give your name and your actual wait time there is shorter. Not sure if I like this or not. Finally got seated and were told that our waiter would be over shortly and that he was just a helped. Well, the poor helper, although he was good, he was stressed and stuck with us all evening amongst other tables. While the food was great everything else seemed to be lacking. Sorry, but it isn't worth it to have great food alone, I'd like some other positive factors.

We got there aroun 3 pm. Food was okay, service really bad. Only a bartender, really gave us a good service. Meat is OK, but not amazing. Try other options if you can.

Service was weak. The staff was slow moving but the waitress was attentive. Food was good and constant with other Longhorn Restaurants. It was close by the Intercontinental at the MIA in Doral. I would return.

Steak was cold after more than 45 minutes of waiting. Also, they need to replace the carpet and be more attentive with the cleaning of the dining area and most the bathrooms. Waiter had good intentions.

We visited here after based on a several great meals at their busy restaurant in Port Charlotte on the west coast of Florida, but sadly this one is very different. Very dark, dirty sticky seats, a smell of stale grease, dirty toilets and miserable staff. Oh and they got our order wrong even though there were only 3 or 4 sets of customers in the building, but by that point we just wanted to eat and leave. We won't be visiting their Miami outlet again.

We ordered two appetizers of the boneless chicken (don’t remember the exact name). I have a shrimp allergy but did not feel the need to say so as this is not a seafood place / nor plate. I almost ate it luckily my partner saw it before I did. When brought to there attention the manager came to say how sorry he was, and so did the server. Manager even removed the two appetizers off the bill. Further conversation with staff revealed that the chicken is cooked in same baskets are the shrimp. That alone is a cause for concern as cross contamination alone could be lethal depending on severity of allergy.

Great get-together with the whole gang for my Bday! Never a dull moment when having a Rib-eye with bone-in! Anyway: Happy Bday to me: Loucious! GetSome!!

We were looking for somewhere to eat and decided on Long Horn. We were seated quickly ans decided on the bone in Ribeye. They served the bread and it was very good. The steak was ordered with the corn on the cob. The steak exceeded my expectations. The corn was also good. We got the Mushroom and cheese appetizer. The service was good. We will eat here again.

My daughter and I went for dinner last night (a Wednesday) at 7 pm. There were quite a number of people there, but we were seated right away. Our Server was Robert, and he was SO professional, respectful, kind, attentive, and just genuinely a nice person! You'll be lucky to be seated in his area! This was not our first time here. I wanted a steak, in a quiet and comfortable setting. What I like about Longhorn's dining area, is that it's quiet and I can have a conversation without shouting over loud music, plus I can actually hear myself think! Some reviewers say it's dark, but I like it like that - it helps me to decompress after a long day and almost an hour and a half in rush hour traffic. The bread came out quickly, and was piping hot! Very delicious too! I ordered the ribeye steak - medium well - with a house salad and fire roasted corn on the cob (dressed with crema and parmesan cheese). My daughter ordered a steak burger. Our food came out quickly, and was hot. My steak was perfectly cooked and very well seasoned, tender, and juicy! Absolutely no complaints at all..!! My daughter said that her burger was delicious! It won't be our last visit - we'll be back!

The person that invite us love steaks. He didn't know our preference. We were a little bit of dissapointed but it was a good piece of fish.

Ate about 6:00pm and the restaurant was about 1/4 full. Our table was by the bar and had food and crayons on the floor beneath it. We both had steaks and were very good, cooked to our liking and were reasonable priced. But the service was terrible. The menu says "unlimited wheat bread" but wasn't served until we were almost done with dinner. We had to ask for it. The waiter didn't offer to refill my wife's Coke and actually brought her a glass of water after we were done with our meal. Staff spent more time with each other than with us. Wine was reasonable priced.

This is a typical longhorn. My main complaint is that the service is consistenly slow, even when they are not that busy.

Every time that I want a good steak I just go to this place, and I love the environment is so country and rustic! The service was good and the fact that they speak both language :Spanish-English made it easy for some of my friends, we have a good time and I love my well done steak!

Great steaks for a decent price. Salads are huge (nothing special though) and more than you can eat bread.

This place is always spot on , the bartending staff is first class & very attentive. If you want the best steak in town , you need to come to longhorn steakhouse in DORAL

the service was fast although the place was busy, the waiter advised us that three starters was enough for six of us and boy was he right, the food was delicious and well presented, for the mains we all ordered steaks with different trimmings and all of us agreed the steaks were the best we have had anywhere as another reviewer has said you did not need any sauces the flavour of the steak was fantastic very tender, I wish we had a longhorn restaurant in the uk, although the prices would be a lot dearer, six of us had a beer each three large starters and the wonderful steaks $160 what value.

They have a variety of steaks chicken and chops available with the sides that everyone likes like baked potatoes and baked sweet potatoes

Horrible service, we had to wait for everything: beer, bread, soda, food...the room was empty and the waitress kept come and going but ignoring the costumers. Try another.

Enjoyed a free appetizer for Veteran's Day. That was very thoughtful. Melissa was a terrific server. Enjoyed a great steak.

This is the best stake house we have ever visited. The stakes are well cooked, the service is excellent and the place is great.

The steaks are always good, come with a selection of sides and portion size is good. Convenient location, good service and reasonable prices. Went twice during our trip.

My go to place when I want a grilled steak . .. Went with my wife who ordered a salad, she loved it, even had trouble finishing it. My Porterhouse, was weird, felt smaller than the 20oz and smaller than the ones I usually have eaten. But, was very well cooked, just a tad over what I had asked for.

I've been to a few Longhorn Steakhouses in South Florida and always left feeling like it should have been better. I decided to meet a couple friends for lunch and one of them suggested the Longhorn in Doral and I'm happy to say it was a great call. Friendly staff and clean restaurants are really important to me and this Longhorn had both. Even the bathroom was clean and fresh smelling. Now for the food. Everything was really good and well presented. My steak was cooked right and wasn't overloaded with spices that take away from the steak taste. A perfect baked potato rounded off my really good lunch. One of the guys had a burger and the other had the chop steak which he couldn't finish it was so big. Bottom line. This Longhorn has made it easy for me to dine here again.

At Christmas eve we where thrown out of the restaurant because the manager is the greatest @$%#@ in the universe. We came in with a group of eight at 7:25 pm (with a reservation for 8pm). 4 of us where already inside when the manager decided to close the restaurant. His reason: security policy that nobody can enter after eight. Funny fact: there was a big poster on the front of the door saying that the restaurant would close at 8. But is was still 7:35. So clearly this manager can't read nor act professional. So never go here.

After a fun day at Marlins a Park we stopped at Longhorn Steak House. The placed wa crowded, but we were seated after a short wait. We placed our order and were served warm yeast rolls with cinnamon butter. I had a terrific sirloin steak and mushrooms. The burgers and ribs enjoyed by my family were very good too. Our server was very friendly and attentive.

The steak is always lovely and will never disappoint. The meat is always tender and juicy. They offer 2 sides and are several to choose from. Service was nice but can improve quite more. Keep it on.

Price is always good for a quality meal. We were a group of 7 for diner and with very different choices for entreé (beef mainly), all of us left satisfied! Although we kind of made it hard for the kitchen due to the many different orders (medium, well done, medium rare, etc.) all as well and everybody had fun. I would always recommend and our servant was excellent!

We had to wait a short while for a booth. We prefer a booth to a table. The waitstaff struggled to keep up with the Sunday evening supper crowd. You had to place your order all at the same time. There were four of us at the table. The waitress could not take a partial order she said. When the food came, it was well presented and tasty. The French onion soup was one of the best that we have had at any restaurant. The steaks and burger were cooked well. The French fries, sweet potato fries and mashed potatoes were very good. Dessert was a treat. We had key lime pie in a jar and molten lava cake.

Steaks are good, big. Attentions were fine, decoration is average, if you dont want to spend a lot of money having a good meal, this is the right place.

Had a terrible and slow service despite the place pretty empty at the time we got there: We got glasses with lipstick of the previous guest, a cold soup, the food was served at different times for all guests, a server that did not return to the table to check on us. My green salad was full of breadcrumbs, just as they poured down the end of the bag of croutons on top of it. No manager was on sight during all the stay. It was a very slow and bad experience. Not worth coming back to it.

The same ole same ole. If you have been to any other longhorn then you have been to this one. Service was ok we had a party of 11 and they brought all the salads at different times kinda strange. Little on the expensive side but not bad taste.

The fillet was absolutely excellent but the Rib eye is definitely not recommended, very fatty with a lot of gristle. Service was good. Would return but would not order the Rib Eye.

We have visited this location many, many, many times - unfortunately, the visits have not been faultless; but, there always was one or two things that saved the night. This last time it was awful! The size of the 6 oz. Flo Filet was so ridiculous that it was probably 3 oz. at best. We were very specific on the temperature - still it was overcooked. The baked sweet potato was undercooked with several spots that were hard and impossible to eat. I mentioned it to a waiter that passed by (ours was no where to be found) and he brought another one that was in the same condition. We tried to save the meal ordering their Peach Cobbler - the bottom was undercooked as well and the taste of raw dough was disgusting. Service was not bad but definitely not outstanding. They have raised their prices from the ones advertised on their website and they have lowered their quality at an amazing rate. Our decision is to erase the restaurant from our list. I am even replying Stop to the messages I receive from them - I am done!

So we started going to long horns when we started dating 25yrs ago. Had a bad issue in 2021 and stop going. This yr started going and what 360d change. Service very pleasant and food cooked right steak done right to term. And the servers so nice and respectful it really is the like the 1st time we came 25 years ago. Congratulations to staff and management in the kendall restaurant.

Well the steak was well served and the service given by this girl was very good. The place looks nice in the inside. The prices are not bad but are not dinning in a budget. The only thing that I didn't like was the smell inside the bathroom.

My husband and I went over the weekend and it was really packed but as promised we waited for 20-25 mins only. Our server was terrible, didn't pay attention to us while we were ordering, Never got us any re-fills and took forever to bring us the check as well to returned our credit card, besides this the food was delicious I recommend you to order the lobster dip is AWESOME!

all the food was overcooked, the waitress tried to push too many things on us. This was a lunch mind you but we Won't rush back soon.

First time, likely last time. Let's face it, you're going into a casual steakhouse restaurant. My expectation was that it would be good service and good value. I'm not in a fine dining restaurant. What we got was poor to middling service (and I'm being generous), nuked steaks and and overcooked food. Steaks were served with savoury rice. Perhaps the vegetables were cut up into the rice and that was the vegetable side, but we had to look very hard for any kind of vegetable. We had to ask (or perhaps remind the waitress), more than once, for stuff that we had ordered. One of our party ordered a well done steak, but I'm not sure if well done means cardboard. I took one look at it and was glad I had not even the same thing cooked medium. That's not to say that my chicken order was cooked even significantly better, but at least I got some vegetables (almost like mush, but I got veg!). I'm not using other tables as an endorsement to our experience or to frame this review, but it's the first place where I have ever heard other diners complaining about the restaurant also. Wow! I know that I will find better dining options elsewhere in Miami.

Thank God we had a $5.00 off coupon. We had to send back our first margaritas because there was no liquor in them. They kept saying it was a sweetness from the agave nectar that overpowers the tequila flavor. Isn't tequila made from agave?? Anyway, dinner was so so, the asparagus appetizer was very good and my dinner was fine but my husband's french onion soup has a color I've never seen before, like maybe they make it somewhere else and bring it in. He ordered a white cheddar and bacon STUFFED filet, but the cheese and "burnt bacon bits" were on top of the steak when they brought it to the table. We waited so long to get the bill so we could leave that we left the exact amount of the bill with our $5.00 coupon as a tip. Felt bad, but the waitress only had 4 tables that we could tell and all of them had the same look on their face that we did.

The steaks were good and cooked as ordered. The service was good and the price was reasonable. We did not wait long to be seated and the service was prompt.

This Longhorn is close to my office so business lunches are often held here. We always ask for Margaret and this ensures great service as i agree with some others that have reviewed, service can be hit or miss here but once we found a great server, we ask for her! One other thing to note, they have recently changed their menu and unfortunately removed some of the nice items I had been ordering here routinely such as the Sierra chicken; this is a shame as it was very good. Another nice lunch here is the grilled salmon salad which also has been taken off the menu but Margaret was able to get it for me anyway :-) It's very tasty. Everyone enjoyed their meal (6 of us) and service was efficient with drinks refilled without asking, extra bread brought without asking, and the food was good as always. Very reliable!

Arrived at 9:30 and the host said they didn’t accept more customers. Clearly wanted to go home. By the way, no mask in his face. A pity. It is usually a good place and I am regular customer. But today, VERY, VERY DISAPPOINTING

We went to dinner here one evening and I must say the food was very good. Dessert was most excellent. We had chocolate stampede . Sooooo good. Our friendly server,named Salim, was most funny and entertaining. He really made us enjoyed our dinner here. We intended to go back but just never had the time.

Craving a salad, I came here for a late lunch upon arrival into Miami. It took awhile to be noticed as I stood at the hostess’ stand and then it took awhile to be served once I’d been seated. In fact, service was slow all round and I’m confident my server forgot my request for water and bread, as after about 20 minutes she saw me from the kitchen door and it looked as though a lightbulb went off and my water and bread were suddenly at my table. Service aside, my salad was pretty good — I’d forgotten how big they are and just how fresh their bread is! Overall, it was a decent meal — huge, fresh, yummy, and well-priced. The restaurant itself was also relatively clean and with a quiet atmosphere. Just the service left something to be desired.

Good steakhouse with a friendly atmosphere. Juan is an excellent bartender, who keeps your next cold drink coming without having to ask. Not too far from the airport if you have some time on a layover.

Been to several Longhorn's this one is on par with most. I just sat at the bar since I was by myself. Service was very good. Good was ok.

This is my #1 place for great steak. Great steak cuts and great taste. Restaurant has a "western/ cowboy" ambiance and helpful staff. I really missed not having your carrot cake as it was removed from the menu when I inquired. Will visit again when next I am in the US. Also if your not a beef eater there's a lot of other available food choices so don't be deterred!

I went to this restaurant following a suggestion of a friend of mine who lived in Miami. Excellent choice. I recommend the "Outlaw Ribeye". Good service, good atmosphere, great food. Two thumbs up!

We had tasty spicy chicken bites and chilli fries for starters..... mmmmm mmmmm very tasty! The sirloin steaks were cooked exactly as we wanted and delicious.We choose the Caeser salad with sweet potato and side order of mash. For dessert we had bluberry lemon butter cake with vanilla cream sauce. Yummy! The sodas are unlimited refill. The best! We just luv unlimited refill soda! Bad service. Pass-able food. We went in around 7:30P, should be at the tail end of the crowd. The place was dirty. A lot of 'stuff' on the floor. No one came around for a long time after we were seated. We finally tracked down our waitress and ordered. We were not yet served 40 minutes after we walked in the restaurant. We complained. They put our order on 'rush'. They did come out very quickly after we complained. Even that we were hungry at that time, we were not impressed by the food. They were OK.

Worst service ever! Waiter was incompetent and food took forever and was cold and also never brought plates for appetizers and never picked up dirty dishes

On our way to the airport we wanted to eat steak and potato to survive all the way home to Sweden. Sirloin steaks and baked Potato but with very little cheese so pretty dry but still ok. The waiter was totally ignorant and the atmosphere was not inviting. Ok if you need food otherwise go somewhere else

We have visited this restaurant countless times and the experiences have ranged from good to average. But this last visit made it to poor. From the iced tea without ice to the fries being cold to the meat being over cooked when it was ordered medium. When a dish has to be taken back to the kitchen it means that everybody is eating while that person is waiting to get his/her food. The dining experience is absolutely ruined. Then the description of some dishes to entice the customer to order them and when you get it the disappointment is unbelievable and you feel cheated. Unfortunately, I have lost my trust in Longhorn's quality and service.

My family, friends and business associates received excellent service and food. The atmosphere was great.

They make you feel special since the moment you step in to the restaurant. Someone is available to greet you, almost immediately. The servers are very professional and welcoming. They have an extensive menu with frequent updates, and new specials. My favorite category is the appetizer section.

I'm from the west coast and always seen their commercials on t.v was in miami to catch a cruise and luckily had enough time to try this place. Went with the family and the in-laws ordered the couples t-bone dinner one of the best steaks I've had in my life can' wait till they come to California. The only reason I gave them a four was because the waiters disappear like the review before me had said.

I came in around 9 looking to fill my empty tank after a long day and a promised long night of work doing a deployment until 5 AM. I needed a good dinner but not too much that it would put me to sleep. A 3 week per month visitor to South Florida, I was in a different part of town than my normal hotel. I found this Longhorn and stopped based on my past experiences. I was seated promptly – initially offered a bar seat which seems to be the standard offer for someone eating alone but I prefer a table which seemed to put off the hostess. I had my order taken quickly. Trying to stay healthy, I had some specific requests. No cheese on the salad and dressing on the side, no bread, no butter on my steak. The steak came out as ordered but the salad did not. I sent it back as it was drowning in dressing. It came out part 2 covered in cheese. Nobody was paying attention. The guy working the bar offered to fix it but I was so hungry, I just wanted to start eating all while trying to avoid the yummy bread on my table. The steak was done perfectly and the meal timing was pretty decent. Watching the kitchen activity, they seems to all be wearing every hat and that caused confusion. Table next to me had salads missed and were upset because of items no longer available at that hour. While the staff seemed to care and to be engaged, they did not have a rhythm and did not know what the next guy was going to do. Food good. Service sketchy. I will return if in the area but I have had a better Longhorn experience at the Pines location by a longshot.

Often you find out about good service once you have an issue...: Received a well-done T-bone steak bot ordered it to be medium cocked. Got offered a new steak and received a perfect medium version only minutes later. Waiters and overall service were great. I highly recommend to go there for excellent steaks for reasonable prices and good service. Will come back in four weeks to eat a medium porterhouse!

It cold. We out all our clothes on but couldn't really enjoy the, what I presume was actually good food, as the air conditioning was turned sooo low.

This LongHorn is one that I frequent. Always steady, beef is good, service hood too. Wouldn't think twice of returning. 👍

This restaurant was okay. Waiter was average, he came like about 3 times during the whole meal. The food was tasteful but the prices were high.

Good food and good service, both not at the highest level, but surely a recommended place for great balance between quality and value.

This is the typical familly steak house restaurant. Everything is fat loaded. My ribeye steak was perfectly cooked. Portion are enormous.

I went there for dinner, was seated, and no one came to my table for over 15 minutes. I returned the menu to the host that seated me, and told him that it was apparent they were not staffed to take care of customers. As I was leaving the rest. The Mgr, Oscar, stopped me and wanted to make amends; I refused as I considered this incident of how the rest. was being run. This is my first bad experience at Longhorn, I eat there often as I travel.

My wife and brother-in-law and his wife all went to this restaurant. We were surprise because the parking lot was almost empty at 6:30 PM. We passed a half a dozen other restaurant that had almost full parking lots. Once we entered the dinning room we found out why the lot was far from full. A very unusual odor filled the room. We asked about it and the help acted as if they did not notice it. We decided not to leave and have get in line at another restaurant. We had steak diner as well as chicken and fancy salads to eat. The food was very tasty and the amount of food and the price was fair. We heard other patrons comment about the odor while were there. If this restaurant wants to fill their parking lot, they have to find the reason for the odd odor. We will not go back to that location again but we have been very satisfied at other LongHorn Steakhouse restaurants.

Disappointing. The atmosphere is tired and the service lackluster. The 6 oz filet was exquisite but the baked potato was gummy and lumpy, seeming leftover from the day before. The salad was wilted and room temperature. The beer was a bit skunky and I was never offered water. I could have asked of course, but the three different servers came and went spending just enough time to take an order and drop off the food quickly.

The first time I went to longhorn restaurant it was in 2002. Last year I went with my family because I wanted my kids to taste the delicious longhorn steak. They had a good experience having the steak. Service was good, the waiter was very nice, we even had a nice talk about the different people who visit the restaurant. He even knows people of my country who go to eat there. Nice and good!!!!

The waiter was very good. The tomato soup was quite good although the beer selection was disappointing. Prices were on par with this type of chain Bar/Grill restaurant

Came for a business lunch today. As always beyond excellent service by Margaret who is a star! I had the very affordable soup and salad - the seasonal soup was mushroom truffle and it was fantastic. Came with crunchy chips and bacon bits to put on top. Soup was nice and hot and very flavorful. Side salad plentiful and fresh. $6.99 - can't go wrong!! Recommended!

Average steak. What i come here for is ribs and fries, the ribs are excellent in my opinion although a lot of people disagree with me

We had an excellent dinner with friends at LongHorn. The waiter was fantastic and the food was great. The meat was perfectly done, rare without bleeding all over the plate. Excellent!

The service at this restaurant was very good and the waiter, and trainee, were very helpful and efficient. Our drinks were served quickly and were at exactly the correct temperature. The salads were excellent and the House Salad with Bleu cheese dressing was superb. The ribeye steak was tender, succulent and cooked to perfection. All in all, an absolutely delicious meal served very well. An excellent "Longhorn Steakhouse" that I would recommend to anyone visiting this location.

Have to say food has always been good. I had stop going because the service was awful. I have recently visited again and sat by the bar and enjoyed the experience.

The food is very good. You can find some good food reasonably priced but if its steak it will be a much smaller piece. The bigger steak tastes great but will cost around $22. The ribs are delicious and half a rack is around $12. They have sweet potato fries or cinnamin topped mashed potatoes. Warm wheat grain bread is served as well. veggies are good too. The atmosphere is average with some interesting lighting designs.

In a quiet and confortable place, excellent food. Meet delicious and good service. I paid U$ 24 for a drink (mojito), beef with sweet potato and a dessert. Waiting the food, nice and tasty bread with butter. All very good!

We went to doral longhorn for father day for the first time. The place was nice and neat that was our first impression. Geovana the hoss was very helpful, the food was delicious. All my family got the steak with the right temperature, but the best part was the excellent services that the server named jordanka gave to us. She always smile, she was well knowlege of the menu, and even though she was busy she serve every table with the same excellence of services. I love this place. We will come back soon. Thank you longhorn staff.

I thought the Doral location was convenient with a nice decor and atmosphere. The food was great and service very good. I had a cheeseburger and it was excellent

Well, it's a Steakhouse and for me and my family - it beats other Steakhouses! Quality of food is excellent, drinks were good as well. Prices are decent comparing with what you get. Service - spot on. We will be returning to this restaurant!

45 minutes to get drinks, after 1 hour we had to ask for bread. After 80 minutes we got the food, however, we still havent got any knifes and forks, two of the steaks were overcooked, and was like a shoesole. My daughter was given the red wine, wich was for her auntie, my daughter is 13 y.o. She was even playing w her crayons at the time the waiter was giving it to her. Seems like both the waiter and the "chef" had been smoking something harder than reg cigarettes. On the positive side, the manager came to our table, appologized and deducted our two meals, and gave us two desserts to go. However the waiter brought it to the table on platters. So the chaos was complete. Will never visit this place again!!!!

I've been here in several occasions and never had a complaint. The bread they serve is great. Also recommend the OUTLAW Ribye steak. Its the best one there

Went on a Tuesday night after 830pm. Plenty of seating in the bar area and was greeted right away. Took my order and had my drink super fast. Steak was cooked perfectly and sides and salad were excellent. My drink was never empty and staff were very attentive. Will absolutely be back when in town!

Ate tonight at LongHorn Miami. It took more than 45 to get the main course. Unfortunately the main course wasn't hot (neither Baked potato/Filet or Chicken breast/Mushed potato). The food was standing for several minutes - denying from waiter didn't increased trust in LongHorn. I ordered a Filet Medium Rare - I received a rosa Filet... it was very disappointing! Service quality differs a lot. Some days ago we enjoyed a very good meal... If I would return? No, i won't drive 20 Miles to Longhorn - there are better alternatives in Miami

Very nice steak restaurant...excellent steak,clean and decent prices. They are open from 11 AM and they have a large parking lot.

Love this place. Had great steak here,second best. The server was not to friendly, he seems busy elsewhere. We had white peach ice tea which was the best. The food was really good. The last time we were here we had the most friendly and funny server named Salim. He was not here this time around. Missed him.

The first impression was terribly disgusting the smell was like trapo viejo and copelia odor... The floor was sticky and dirty... But the service was the worst. I'm still waiting for the honey mustard for my fries. They kept saying that the place was very busy but I saw only 3-4 tables and the prioritized a birthday celebration instead of the rest of the tables... Don't recommend the place at all. I'll stay with Hialeah location better...

Had dinner for flag day. Great steak and veggies. Horrible cold soup. Baked potato was hard. Not cheap. Server would not deduct from check. Dining room extremely loud. Server was great !

The place was dirty, with the floor really really dirty, the bathroom almost imposible to use! But the real thing was the unpleasent service, too much time (45 min) to receive the chile fries as appetizer, we asked for the prime rib medium cooked and received a boilled meat extremelly well cooked, gris, with almost no color at all, looks line a illness cow meat! Asked to change and came back worst than 1st time! Not pleasent at all! Does not recomend this restaurant!

My work friends and I come here every couple of weeks as it close to our office. We always ask for Margaret who works in the bar area (you can choose to sit at the bar or at a table) as she is a great server. Always pleasant, always efficient and just a great human being! Today I had a new salad which was fantastic - Bibb chicken salad with chardonnay vinaigrette dressing which contained mandarin oranges, radishes, asparagus. Lovely fresh, spring food and gorgeous fresh bibb lettuce. One of my friends does not eat veggies other than potatoes and Margaret always remembers, "double mash no veggies". Just a nice friendly middle of the road place to eat and very affordable at lunch time. The warm bread is amazing :-)

Service was not great and the place didn't seem very clean.

I order online christmas eve. Out of control! Waited for over an hour after expected ready time. Food not even ready to be packed. Horrible. I spoke to manager he said the 1 person working to-go orders is doing the best. A few staffers help him periodically. Omg, the guy was transferring food from one bag to another. Horrible. Coming out of kitchen carry take out close or on his body. This place needs structure! Horrible! The fact that it's a the eve of a holiday is not an excuse. Ive been here before same service. Not to go order guy fault. Business needs help.

Great food & drinks...the service was great, and very cozy. Not a very expensive restaurant, it's worth to pay a visit if you're near the place.

I eat at Longhorn regularly, so while vacationing in Miami decided to eat at this this particular one. When we get there the place was not busy however we were told that we have to wait 20 minutes. We got our table and I immediately noticed several tables empty, but not cleaned, not sure if they were short of staff. I sat on a table next to two other tables that were not cleaned. I went to the bathroom to watch my hands and there was no paper towels and as I walked back to my table a noticed the floor was litter with trash. As I open my napkin to get ready for my dinner I noticed a long hair on my napkin and the napkin was still, had food particles in it, I just didn’t use it. I ordered an appetizer that ever came. My food took longer than it should have and when I got it My steak was good but it had about 3 ounces of fat and my fries were soggy. Totally disappointed, because I had food longhorns before a never had any issues with quality of the food or the cleanliness of the restaurant.

Fantastic menu! The variety is great. The cocktails are so tasty Do yourself a favour and try the chocolate stampede.. it is to die for.. a chocolate lovers heaven! My steak was 1 of the most succulent I've ever had. Prices are a bit more than the usual though but the portions are sizeable so don't forget to share dessert!! ☺

One of our favorite restaurants in the city. The meat is exquisite, as are its accompaniments and we love the cowboy atmosphere. Our waiter Roberto is always excellent in his professionalism and good manners.

We were seated and waited way too long for anyone to acknowledge us. Then we waited too long for our drinks and bread, then waited too long for the appetizer, when it came it was cool not even warm, like it was sitting in the kitchen, then salad came right away while we were eating appetizer, and then dinners came right away while we were eating our salad, so we waited and waited, and then everything came practically all at once. The chicken was cool, not very warm, the swordfish was good, but asked for no sauce and it had sauce. I asked server for more water and some mayo, and never saw him again, asked hostess, and then she took care of us, then a while after he showed up again, and I said I waited way to long for the mayo and waters, we were almost done with our meals, and he just said Thank You and walked away. He told us numerous times that he was so busy, but the other servers weren't busy at all, didn't seem like there were many tables in restaurant at the time we were there. Then we waited for our check, just wanted it so we could get out of there. This was the worst experience we had while dining at LongHorn.

This is a nice steak house with plenty of tasty food at reasonable price, the filet mignon is perfect and the shrimp soup is my wife favorite. The interior is comfortable but a bit too dark, decoration are basic. Service is ok, a bit slow. Dessert are abundant and tasty.

Well it must be me. again this place came recommended but it was just run of the mill average. Food OK service OK but a bit pricey. Back home I can eat at local bistro for same price but with excellent food, very good service and far more ambience. If you are staying locallty there isn't anything much better so eat there. Just don't expect too much. Why the USA accepts average beats me when all it needs is a bit more effort and it could be good

This is a usual spot for me to stop in when I am in the Miami area. I usually go for the Outlaw Ribeye Steak. I was not disappointed once again. Service was great and the food quality was very good.

Went here for dinner and was a bit sceptical as I didn't quite like the interior, I believe it could do with a bit of refurbishing. The servers were quite hospitable and it was good to have a different kind of bread ( bran) service. We are still amazed that when restaurants offer you a garden or caesar salad and you select the garden salad, it has croutons (this was also the case at Red Lobster in this same area); most of them don't seem to have basic extra virgin olive oil and balsamic vinegar. All of the dressings are rich and cream based. My hubby and I ordered steaks mine with a baked sweet potato in the skin served with a dab of butter and sprinkle of spice; my husband ordered a side of green beans (we are still shocked to see restaurants serving the beans with the ends intact. So we actually trim them off prior to eating the beans) with his, our sons ordered spare ribs and chips. After many disappointing episodes with ribs at Tony Roma's (in this area and in Orlando) my boys welcomed the soft juicy ribs. Their only negative comment was that the sauce used to baste the ribs was not good. After they shared a bowl of vanilla ice cream. Would definitely try Longhorn again

Wife and I were in this restaurant around 5pm. Only 4 tables were occupied, so no crowd. It took 15 minutes before the waiter took our order. The bread served was not warm but no real complaint. The service was lousy to say the least, but one thing that kept me from rating this poor was the meal. I don't eat much steak/beef roast only once no more than twice a year. I ordered the prime rib and it was absolutely OUTSTANDING. The wife tasted it and was upset because she didn't order it. Our water was not refilled the whole time we were in the restaurant and the only time the waiter came back was to pick up the plates and bring the bill. The service was less than poor but food was decent. I believe a little training and awareness can make this restaurant a very good place to eat.......

Basic American food. Clean. Serving is sometimes slow and other times average. Seems like server turn-over is high.

I always visit this location on my way home to the airport back to the U.K. The Food and service is exceptional. The Staff and the management go out of their way to accommodate. I wished to purchase some of their steak knife’s and the went out of their way for me to leave with the best steak knife’s I’ve seen. Thank you Warren

We were In town and were hungry for a good steak for lunch so we found Longhorn. We were the first people in when it opened up at 11:00am. We were seated immediately, however we waited 10 minutes before a waitress came to take our order. We wanted baked potatoes with our steak and they said they didn't have them ready this early and it would be a long wait for our food to cook them. We were hungry so we ordered something different for our sides. Our steaks we ordered were different sizes and cooked differently and they messed that up. Overall the food was good but the service was not so good.

The restaurant was great we got there and they had a special two for the price of 30.00 dollars the quality of the steak was so good I just love this restaurant for reasonable quality steak.

We had a large party and were seated in the back area. Food came out sporadic and some was cold/ undercooked steak. Steak flavor was good. Bartender were not friendly and seemed as if they were being put out when we ordered. Parking is an issue for this restaurant.

We had a quick dinner here in Sept 2014. They have a great under 500 calorie selection. Our service was quick and efficient. The food was good. The wait staff was very attentive and helpful. The restaurant was less than 10 minutes from our hotel, the Marriott vacation resort at Doral.

The service is excellent, the waitress was very knowledgable of the items on the menu. Nice atmosphere for family and another section for sport fans.

Longhorn Steakhouse in Tampa was an incredible meal as my wife and I had th Rib Eye! The sides were terrific too and it was worth the 20 minute wait to get seated. The steak was extremely tender and seasoned just right that you didn't need to smother it with any sauces. I would rate this experience on an equal rating with the Outback although I am sure that the portion for the same price is much bigger than the Outback. Very nice with the staff etiquette as well. Without a doubt, eat here! You will be back I am sure!

I had a 6 oz filet mignon that was delicious and reasonably priced Good service and nice atmosphere. The wine I had was good but a bit pricey.

We went with friends on a Sunday. Chaos from the start, three or four waiters asking if we wanted to order, yet to provide menus. Drinks took 20 mins to arrive. Meat was not good, more like bad. No flavour and tough. To get desert, we had to wait until the table waiter was found, no one else would serve. Maybe a bad day for them?? Better get your act together

One night pre-cruise stay at the Intercontenental Doral and I and my wife and our friends wanted to eat out. A few nice beers (Samuel Adams Boston Lager) reminded us of Newcastle Brown without the colour. Then on to the steak and seasoned chips. Absolute magic. Wish we had one of these back home in the UK.

My husband and I stop in at Longhorn's at least once a month (prior to our new diet). The steaks are always beautifully done, I absolutely LOVE the special mac & cheese and the portions are huge! We always leave satisfied. If there is even the tiniest complaint, it is that sometimes, the service can be a bit slow.

Took one step into the bathroom and slid two feet. Amazing I didn’t fall. Entire floor wet. Tricky to use restroom and not get pants wet. (Was desperate…could not wait) Lunch time visit. Friendly staff, good service. Steak salad good, but I would pass on the lobster soup next time.

I have eaten a many different Longhorn Restaurants, however, this one is at the top of the list! The manager always goes around to insure all the guests are taken care of. My wife was not feeling well, so they waiter brought out honey and water to try to help. Then, the Manager gave us discount coupons for the next visit! I highly recommend this restaurant to anyone in the Miami Airport area.

Terrible costumer service. We cal twice in advance regarding a reservation for a large party, to find out at the entrance of the restaurant that we did have to wait for another 45 minutes. Why we were not warned about the waiting time? Perhaps the very young hostess does not know small children an elders have very little patience ! To the managers at that restaurant, please train your workers about manners and elemental courtesy . Quite a disappointment experience!

Sometimes you win - sometimes you lose!!! We visit this restaurant once in a while and is always the same thing - you have to be really lucky to have a server that is sharp. Decided to go for a quick lunch on a weekday with a family member - the key word here is "quick". Ended up leaving without dessert because we could not afford to wait any longer. Food is just OK - not great - their Shrimp Chowder used to be very good several years back but now is nothing more than a cream-base soup with lots of potatoes lacking flavor much less seafood. By the way, you have to be lucky to get your soup really hot - lukewarm is the best they deliver. I have complained in two other occasions about bad service or a food item that was not cooked correctly and the Manager on duty comes over, apologizes, offers dessert on the house or gives you a card for a complimentary appetizer for your next visit. The point is that your dining experience, at that moment, has been ruined. There is nothing further from your mind that a future visit. I am not looking for apologies, nor free food items; I want food prepared correctly and fast and courteous service. This is obviously one of those situations where Management, instead of taking charge, finds it easier to give away food to keep a customer quite. My honest advice to them, if someone cares, is to take charge and start training and supervising.

The atmosphere was great and my husband enjoyed his steak but like they say, "Don't go to a steak place and order ribs!" Well, we ordered two full racks and left them on the table. They came out cold at first and we had to send them back. I HATE sending food back!! Well, after getting them back, we were not able to eat them. They tasted like nothing with BBQ sauce on them. I assumed they were boiled but they had absolutely NO taste to them other than the sauce. The waitress offered us nothing else other than for us just to not eat them. It was a very expensive lesson!

We were coming from Naples from vacation and it was lunch time so we decided to stop at Longhorn at Doral because my sister had never been there. It was a weekday and we thought the place was going to be empty, but to our surprise it was full, but not crowded. We were welcome and we did not have to wait at all to sit and order. The waitress was a nice who took care of us and even suggested my husband a plate. My sister had pasta with dried tomatoes ...she says it was delicious and I had salmon with wild rice and vegetables. We had an excellent experience and definitely we will return to try their delicious ribs.

We were greeted by a man who couldn't say hello but appeared awkward and didn't know if he wanted to show us to a table. A sweet waitress came to the table, that was the last we saw of her. After that, different people came to serve us, all without a smile on their faces. It was not looked after At our table. When the orders came, there were no fries with one of the dishes and no ketchup had been offered for the fries. There were tables around the restaurant that were not cleared so that it appeared very messy. There was a lot of noise in the restaurant from very loud guests. We have often eaten at Longhorn Steakhouse on our travels in the USA, with very good experiences. Unfortunately, we cannot recommend this one restaurant and will certainly not visit it again the next time we visit Miami.

We didn't have more options last night so we chose this restaurant; the food was really good but ley me tell you something your staff needs coaching training and better customer service. They don't smile, they never welcome us , they just act like robots.

I love Long Horn steaks, I usually order steak, sweet potato and salad. There bread is amazing. I would highly recommend Long Horn, I visit frequently the restaurant in Kendall drive. They really spoil me and the managers are amazing. They come by your table and greet you. Ask you how is the food, I love it

This restaurant is always busy, we had to wait in line for a table but not very long. It wasn't my first time there: the food is consistently good. I had a small tenderloun steak and Judith had the salmon. Both wer well prepared, allbeit that my steak was a little overdone (I always order medium rare and most often get it medium, which is till acceptable). We shared the asparagus, my mashed potatoes was a small portion by american standards but sufficient. The salad was good and the breadbasket very good. No appetizers, no desserts: I was full, not stuffed. I'll be back.

Felt like having a steak and going to Longhorn was a close choice. Actually located in Doral it is close to several hotels and shopping areas. Ouliette took care of me and the steak was cooked to perfection.

If the food was a good as the wait staff then they would have something. The salads are nothings to speak about, iceburg lettuce with no appeal, and the steaks (if you can call them that) need to be tendorized just to get a knife to go through them! On a positive note, they take that old steak and manage to create a great chili as it has time to cook and tendorize!

This is the restaurant that got me to love steak! I visted this restaurant 3 times over 2 months and it was always great. The loaded mashed potatos, the fresh salad, the warm bread, the juicy steaks, all tasty! It is a little pricey but considering all the food you get, well worth it. My only complaint is more an annoyance they don't cut the bread all the way through and you have to tear it a bit which is awkward when on a buisness dinner. If that is the biggest complaint you know they are doing something right!

Restautant was full, I was alone, so I sat on the bar. Ordered a beer and a Porterhouse, 20oz, I'm not greddy. Cooked to perfection, as was the baked potatoe. Will I return? Sure I will.

Nice people, nice food, but you have always to ask for everything, the waitor never offered additionals and I have to request sides, desert and beverage replacements. You can go and enjoy a nice dinner but service level is poor.

This is a chain resturant that has average food but good service. I orderd a 9 oucne fillet that was ok but under seasoned. The french fries were so over salted that they were barely ediblie. The salad was ok but nothing speical. Our server was accomdating but she is not well versed in the menu.

Myself and two coworkers came here last Saturday and all food was fantastic. Steaks cooked just as asked; appetizers hot and delicious. Service was terrific. Only improvement would be if the bread had been hotter when served.

I had a desire to eat a big fat steak and ended up in this restaurant and I had a porterhouse steak which I highly recommend and it was the most delicious steak I have ever had I cannot wait to go back and eat the same porterhouse steak..

Arrived around 6pm place was empty, waited for someone to show us to a table, we were taken to an area at the back that was quite busy do not know why, the place smelled bad, that horrible vomit smell on carpet. The restaurant was dark the presentation the food was not good at all a steak and a potato that was it. Would not go there again, however the one in orlando was very nice a few years ago, i think its just Miami. Service was slow the guy seemed to be on his own although polite.
