Longhorn has been one of our favourite restaurants to visit while visiting Orlando and most times things go well. If anything goes wrong though it usually relates to how you want your steak cooked and admittedly is maybe not the easiest thing to gauge. Getting it wrong is one thing but getting it badly wrong seems careless! Longhorn’s slogan is “STEAK DONE RIGHT SINCE 1981”. However, having to correct it is annoying because others in the party have to continue to eat while the steak is either re-cooked or replaced otherwise their food goes cold. Recently my steak was supposedly meant to be MEDIUM-WELL but seemed closer to MEDIUM-RARE. Yes, they offered to correct it but it came back closer to MEDIUM so still not right! Not wishing to delay my meal any longer, I reluctantly decided to eat what was not so enjoyable.

I arrived around 4:00 pm and was attended to promptly. The place was not crowded, so I was wondering how good the food would be at this time in the afternoon. I had the half rack of ribs with broccoli and fries. Everything was cooked well and very tasty. My server was running the whole bar area and he gave me and everyone else a lot of attention. Very good experience

The food was very good and nice sized portions but the drink menu is pretty slim (compared to a Texas Roadhouse or Outback Steakhouse). The customer service was really lacking. We visited on a Monday night for supper. The restaurant was fairly slow but we felt rushed out. We barely got done bread and they brought salad and we weren’t even done that and they brought the main course. Instead of bringing our appetizer ahead of our meal they brought it at the same time. Our waitress never came back to see how our food was or if we wanted refills. We were there to celebrate my birthday and having them rush us through our meal soured our experience.

Extremely disappointed in the attitude of the front of house staff in this place. I came in an hour prior to when we wanted to eat and said i would like to come back in 1 hour with 8 people. Said they “don’t do reservations unless everyone is here”. What a joke Then when i came back with the 8 people they said it would be at least an hour. In the most unfriendly way possible. I was recommended to come here and told the family it would be good. What a let down. Avoid if you can

We visit this particular branch of Longhorn about 12-15 times per year as the steaks are so good and cooked perfectly. This time the server let it all down badly. We asked for club soda and received normal tap water. We asked for a tomahawk steak to share with a salad each and when the steak arrived we asked for a plate to be able to share the steak, the server picked up a used, small bread plate, flicked the crumbs off and put on our table. Absolutely disgusting behaviour for a server. May be our English accent meant we could be treated badly. And yes I still left 18% tip when I should have left a 1 cent on the table. Will not be recommending. And I have told all my American friends who are disgusted in the behaviour.

If your looking for great food at a reasonable price, look no further. Both my wife and I visited this restaurant on 3 three separate occasions while on vacation. My wife ordered a Ribeye steak and I ordered the LH Burger with two Corn on the cobs and both meals were great. The steak was cooked perfectly and so was the rest of the food. If you love steaks this is the place for you. The service is great and friendly, which makes the dinner experience even more special. Although you cannot book a reservation online, when you turn up and request a table you don't have to wait long, in fact the longest we waited was 5 minutes. Highly recommend this restaurant, you won't be disappointed, and we will be returning on our next vacation to Orlando.

Delicious! We had great service and the food was excellent. It was nice to be treated well and have good food at a decent price.

Only gave 1 star because you can’t give zero!!! How much seasoning on a steak???? Chilli isn’t my favourite food to have but I can tolerate it as a seasoning unfortunately here it was so overpowering and everything was so salty too, it was a shame because the steak was cooked to perfection and the first few mouthfuls tasted amazing unfortunately after that I couldn’t taste anything but chilli and salt so ended up leaving 3 quarters of the steak the side of mushroom that I’d ordered, most of the chips and the broccoli (that tasted awful anyway so I wasn’t too disappointed) the stems were so hard even with a steak knife to cut them they were flying off the plate and all over the table!! Definitely not a $100+ family meal experience my partner really enjoyed his steak but he eats super hot chilli sauce so wasn’t affected by the seasoning and my daughter said her chicken strips were “ok” but she had the same problem as me with the broccoli and couldn’t eat the chips as they were so salty!!! We left and got a dessert from somewhere else as I couldn’t face handing them anymore money

Absolute worst. Managers are rude. It seems like the manager I spoke to was new and had not had good training and didn't know how to provide customer service. Food is overcooked and you have to wait so long for it. Additionally, the food is just stuff packaged from other companies. Nothing is fresh. You will get bad service. And you will get bad food. Do not go here. Bottom line, is that the quality of the food is bad, the service is bad, and the managers don't care about you. Spend your hard earned money elsewhere!

Im visiting Differents Longhorn in everywhere, Starting In Puerto Rico in 2004, This is the 5th time that I visit this Particular Longhorn in the Orlando Area, A lot of thing happened to me like Trying eating the Saltiest Parmesan Crust chiken in earth and maybe one or other thing, BUT!!! Yesterday was the most incredible day when the cook wasn’t afraid of sending us the nastiest french fries on earth, We were in shock when we see that on our table, We have a 5 years old daughter and she notice same thing like us, I took like 4 pictures and I need to posted trying the management do something about it because almost all time is the same but yesterday it was something that I still can’ t believe what was happened, Obviously Im not gonna comeback maybe till a year hoping the cook take the opportunity to quit and apply at Burguer King or maybe change of profession.

Well, been back many of times, had most of the steaks, can not fault it at all, great service. Will be back this week for the flo's fillet.

Worst experience of my life. Within 2 secs Cameron the "manager" offered to call the cops for their mistakes and awful customer service. They then offered to only charge for the food and drink served - great it was a family meal and only had d a kids meal and kids meal - no thanks. Having felt threatened I then paid the cheque for the food and drinks but then worst queing for the uber the "manager / owner" came running out screaming I had underpaid by the $10 he had clearly pocketed. He then through the rest on the floor (thanks for the red wine) I brought minimal $ as we pay credit card so know he was just playing. Avoid at alllllll costs

Plenty of parking and easy to find. On arrival we were surprised by how empty the restaurant was. We arrived at 6pm. We had walked in knowing there was no wait time and were shown to a booth. For some reason, our server allocated to our booth did not show and another waitress stepped in. She was attentive and friendly. Having waited for drinks, when they arrived we studied the menu and ordered stuffed mushrooms with cheddar, fries, steak, burger. The food was very good but the atmosphere felt slightly flat. That said, we would recommend eating here as the food and waitress were very good. We usually choose Longhorn to eat at when visiting Florida and we were not disappointed, although compared to others we have eaten at, this one did seem quieter - not a criticism just an observation. You always know what you are going to get at Longhorn. For dessert we had cheesecake and chocolate lava cake - very nice, but portion sizes are huge and beat us!

Been to Orlando many times before but this place was new to us and what a pleasant surprise. Food excellent across the menu and first rate service. We returned for further visits during our holiday. Can highly recommend this Longhorn Steakhouse.

We had a great experience and dinner . Waitress was friendly . Steak dinner reasonably priced and tender. Many choices on menu.

Not busy at all took over 5 minutes to order beer then another 15 minutes to place order others sitting in area same issue finally got order placed couple sits down next to me orders gets their food and drinks quickly then bartender talks to them while holding my bread salad comes 2 minutes later steak and my steak was Perfectly done but service ruined my visit and I travel here weekly.

Quick service, good waiters, good variety of food, everything cooked to perfection. Don't forget the dessert, to die for! Defenetly a must when in Florida.

We had eaten here the previous week and were impressed by the quality of the food so we decided to return on the last day of our holiday. We arrived without a booking and were swiftly seated. Whilst the receptionist was not particularly cheerful we were acknowledged and our waitress (Elise M) was fantastic. I am a fussy eater and never order steak in UK restaurants as they always undercook it, but I loved my steak and it was cooked to perfection. Great to have options of a sweet potato/jacket potato and veg rather than fries ! There was a hiccup with our dessert order and we received the wrong dessert. But our correct order was bought to us and we were allowed to keep the wrong order dessert with no additional charge. Needless to say we couldn’t manage it so boxed it up to take away. As we were staying onsite at Disney we have eaten as numerous speciality onsite restaurants but in our opinion the quality, service and options are much better than the offers onsite.

This is the second time I was here. But the service is terrible. We waited 50 min to get a table. And 50 min to get the food we ordered. Because I asked for it. Response was: you are next in line. Other words for: they messed up. Never ever again.

Boy this place should have someone fired. The food was great and the service but after I finished my meal I saw a kid walk in pretending to shoot people with a toy gun. Oh heck no this made my family nervous and feel unsafe knowing that someone could walk in with a fake or maybe even a real gun?! Now I would say that food is quality. The chicken tenders have great texture and a nice crunch.

Amazing food and service, cannot recommend enough! Found on just day of holiday Saturday 9th November. Waited for table at bar and got seated within 15 minutes. We enjoyed between 3 of us; Texas Tonion’s, Seasoned Steakhouse Wings, Hand breaded chicken tenders, Flo’s Filet, Ribeye. 2 longhorn’s of Sauvignon Blanc and 2 pints of Sam Adams, a pint of Coca Cola. All under $150! This is gem of a place! Thank you for being a refreshingly calm and friendly restaurant where there is space to move! 👍🏼

Went here for dinner whilst staying nearby. The area is nothing special but the interior was classy and the atmosphere was good. I had a large sirloin which was exceptional.

been there many many time, and has always been a huge pleasure dine there! reasonable price for amazing food! everything was perfect from the Bread (omg it's delicious) through the salad with strawberry and grapes all the way up to they beautiful steak! great service as well!

This was our third visit to LongHorn but our first visit to this particular restaurant. On all three occasions the steak has been fantastic. Most recently I ordered the fillet medium rare. I'm not sure why they give you a knife because you could eat it with a spoon. Throughout my years of eating steak I have concocted a top 10 list of steaks that I have eaten and the LongHorn fillet sits at #2 closely proceeding a sirloin that I got lucky with cooking once. The only issue was that the fries were massively over salted to the point that I was scraping salt off each chip. We will most definitely be returning and I would thoroughly recommend visiting.

Came here twice during our 22 night stay in Florida recently, first visit was 5 star all round , excellent service , excellent food , all cooked and seasoned perfectly and arrived all together, as we all enjoyed it so much ( 6 , 4 adults one 14 year old one 4 year old ) we made a point of coming back . However what a contrast , had to wait for a table despite 3 lots of 3 people , 3 lots of two people and one lot of 4 people , that just walked in after us ( I get we are a table of 6 however there were empty 6 seat tables ) . Server was very pleasant, she took our orders of drinks , starters and mains . The starters all came out piecemeal, two of us had finished our starters before 3 more arrived and we had all almost finished then before my wife's finally arrived, the server was embarrassed ( she kept on apologising to us bless her ) , tbf all the starters were very nice but not delivered at the same time . Then whilst my wife was only half way through her starter all the mains turned up ! And all of them were vastly over seasoned, I like my food well seasoned , but this was even too much for me , a s given how long it took to get the starters out none of us wanted to risk sending back and waiting forever for a replacement . The server knew we weren't happy so kept her interaction to a very brief minimum, ( you could tell she was still embarrassed) , just dropping the tab and shooting off . So 5 stars for the first visit zero stars for second , I felt for the server on the second visit so didn't under tip her , but the kitchen massively let her down !

Just dined at Longhorn with my wife and 2 boys. Lovely restaurant with nice ambiance. Plenty of options for us all on the menu. Mine and my wife’s steak were lovely and cooked perfectly and we washed it down with a glass of the beautiful Cab Sav that server Stephanie recommended. Great sides included with steak also and portions were great value. Kids enjoyed their chicken strips too. Staying a few more nights at Disneyworld so might go back a second time. Highly recommend it to all.

Visited LongHorn twice in the space of a few days and without doubt by far the best Restaurant that we visited. I had the Ribeye Steak on the bone with baked potato and Caesar salad, it was absolutely beautiful, the steak was cooked to perfection and was filled with flavor 100/100. Great value.

We had an excellent meal at LongHorn Steakhouse. The portions were huge, the food was absolutely on point, and it felt like great value for money. The location was very handy after coming from International Drive, which made it an easy stop. The cocktails were a highlight too — generous pours and even served with the shaker so you got the extra. Overall, a really enjoyable experience with big flavors, big portions, and great value.

This place was an unexpected surprise. If you've ever been to a Sizzler, then that's what I would compare it to. I had a good piece of 12oz ribeye, cooked med. Might have been on the well side but it still was great.

We came here for dinner as were staying in a nearby hotel. Longhorn's has long been one of our favorite chains as it seem you consistently get quality food. Unfortunately, that wasn't the case here. Service was great: Briannau was our server and she was fantastic! Food was a let down. We had a late lunch and weren't too hungry. My wife ordered a french onion soup and asked it to be "piping hot" as they are often served warm: this one was served cold so it was sent back and microwaved. She also had a baked potato and a side of broccoli, both cold. I has a filet which was cooked a little past my requested medium. It was nicely seasoned but a little tough, especially for a filet. Asparagus were WAY over seasoned and cold, along with a side of cold mashed potatoes. Not sure how you can screw up temperatures so badly, but this Longhorn's found a way. Everything was served cold, except for the chewy steak. Many cheers .............

I've not been there for a number of years but things have changed & it was not so good. I normally go quite often when visiting but after one visit decided not to go again

Just enjoyed a first rate dinner at this LongHorn Steakhouse in Orlando, Florida tonight. We entered the restaurant and were greeted at the hostess stand, after determining the number in our party he took us to our table and wished us a nice dinner. Our server Ason greeted us immediately with a warm smile and excellent hospitality. He inquired our drink order and we ordered a couple of draft beers (High Stepper IPA $7.29 and Yuengling Large $6.49) after Ason served our beers we placed our food order. I inquired of Ason his favorite steak and he did an excellent job of describing the Outlaw Rib Eye ($27.29) and my wife ordered Flo's filet 6oz portion ($21.79). Both entrees come with a chopped salad and a side dish. I ordered my salad with blue cheese and the special cauliflower au gratin (upcharge $2.29) and my wife ordered the parmesan creamed spinach (upcharge side $2.29). Food was served in a timely fashion. The salads were crisp and served in a very cold chilled bowl. The whole wheat bread loaf very good. Steaks were cooked to perfection and were very tasty. The side vegetables were a generous portion and also very tasty. I wish that ownership would just include these sides without the upcharge, which cheapens the experience. Ason's service was excellent. I am always excited to find a a server that truly knows that he/she is in the people business and shows a passion for what they do. Ason is one of a rare breed of excellent servers. He did well to build a rapport with us and made this a memorable dining experience. Management should commend him for his excellent service. He is truly a gem. We look forward to returning to this Longhorn Steakhouse on our next trip to Orlando. We highly recommend this restaurant for a memorable experience.

Visited for an evening meal. We were given a nice welcome and shown to a table with no delay. The restaurant was very busy but the service was good. There is an excellent menu with a wide range of choice. There are a number of options for those with special diet requirements. The food was well presented and potions were substantial. Over all an excellent dining experience.

Fantastic meal for a group of 7. 2 families from age 8 up and all wow’d with the food and the service. We all loved our food, clean plates all round, it was absolutely delicious! Then can the dessert! 1 dessert shared by all of us and it was heaven! The chocolate stampeded. We could have squeezed another 1 in …but only just! What we do have to call out though is the service. Joao was fantastic! He was kind, courteous, helpful and he was on it! Working the tables with speed and efficiency. We waited ever so slightly for our dessert and I saw that he looked at our table and the look on his face said .. where are the desserts!?! He changed direction and located dessert. It’s such a little thing but he antisipated an issue before it was one and so naturally too. He had a spare sprite and brought it over for the kids but first checking with parents if that was ok ❤️ Joao you are a master at what you do and we all felt looked after and that dinner is etched in the memory books.

Wait staff, baked potato, bread --all very good. Ribs were excellent and fell off the bone as they should have. The filet mignon was tough and dry. A major disappointment since the steak is the reason we went there.

Stropped for dinner with my hubby and granddaughter. Food was good and service was great. This is my Granddaughters fave place to eat.

We have previously visited another couple of these restaurants in Orlando and Phoenix. It was our first time visiting this one and it was the best meal of our holiday. It was good we went twice and both meals were amazing both at Lunch and dinner. I had the 12oz ribeye steak with the loaded potato and house salad. $27 for the meal which for the size and quality of it was amazing value. My girlfriend had the 8oz sirloin with mash and salad plus the mushrooms and loved hers too. Both meals were cooked to perfection and were delicious in every aspect. Good selection of beers and the wine was amazing too. Couldn't fault it for quality and price. Fully recommend.

We were disappointed by the curt, unsmiling, unfriendly, impatient waiter. We felt rushed by his impatience and appetizers weren’t finished when entre arrived. At his last visit to the table (when he presented the bill) he was friendly and he stayed at the table a minute or two to chat (motivated by attempt to affect the tip ?). Steaks were okay. Not great. Sides okay. First time at Longhorn Steakhouse in many years. Unlikely to return. RDE

We eat here at least once or twice every trip and it`s always been positive. This time it wasn`t the usual high standard. We were seated promptly and our waiter Zach was excellent. My son and I ordered the filet, and both were cooked perfectly, although a little too highly seasoned. My husband ordered the NY Strip as he usually does, served medium. Unfortunately it was completely overcooked. Our waiter apologised and took it away. They brought back another, it was completely overcooked again......we called over Zach who got us the manager and said it would be cooked again. At this point my son and I had finished our entrees. The manager brought the third steak back and told us it was showing the correct temp inside. This one was slightly better but not the usual standard. He only ate about a third as it was clearly, once again, overcooked. I`m not sure what the temp gauge showed but it wasn`t correct. We assumed it would be perfect after sending back two. We shared the Chocolate Stampede dessert which is huge and it was lovely. Such a shame as we always enjoy our times here, but it did surprise it they could cook three steaks so wrong. Zach however was not at fault. They did remove my husband`s steak from the check.

We visited here in Nov and we had a lovely meal. We wee offered bread and butter on arrival which was nice. I had a steak and a side which was cooked to perfection and throughly enjoyed. My wife is vegetarian and decided to have a baked potato and side and she enjoyed her’s. The prices are very good for a good quality steak.

Amazing steak dinner in longhorn after a little shopping. The service was good not in your face which I Really like. We both had massive steak dinners which were cooked to perfection. Def worth a try was my favourite steak on this holiday well worth a try in my opinion. You get what you pay for and we had massive steaks 😁

We popped in here on the way back from the parks and I was craving steak. Server was great and re commended a starter of shrimp which was tasty and hot and a lot of it even for two. I ordered the rib eye steak and my wife the New York strip. When they came the New York had amazing sear Mark's but the rib eye wasnt great very fatty and cooked a little under for my liking.

We went as a group of 12, this restaurant doesn’t take reservations. We were asked how we would like to be spilt up…. We decided on tables of 4. We were sat at our table after a short 20 minute wait. When our server arrived, he seemed a little flustered. Our soft drinks arrive pretty quick, the alcohol came after we had the complementary bread. I opted for the T-bone steak rare with French fried and clam chowder, I was advised the steak would be heavily seasoned. Which it was 😂 all the food was really nice, but it was not the best steak I had this holiday. We also went for a dessert off the limited menu, it was a shared dessert and easily fed the 4 of us. We had a voucher for a free appetizer, which we asked to come with the mains. It arrived just after we finished eating the mains. The steak house was very busy for a Thursday evening, even though there was plenty of staff the serice was slow. At one point the kitchen was closed to catch up. I would return, but maybe have different items off the menu.

We have been calling in orders to this Steakhouse and picking up. Before the Lockdown wound the virus, we have eaten at this location a lot. Well that All ends today. My husband called in the order and we were told it would be 40 minutes. We wait and arrive at the restaurant a few minutes early. We called in to say we were outside but one server stoped and got our card. Then the girl returns and says they don’t have our order. They offered nothing. No well get your order out quickly or anything. We left without any food or promises.

The food here was good overall. Great ribs, steak, chicken parm and strawberry salad. I gave it a 3 because my lemon chicken was undercooked. I gave it to others in my party to try and they all agreed. I told the waitress and returned three quarters of it. She just said ‘okay.’ No one apologized or tried to rectify or offer to remove item from check. The bread tasted stale and was not warm.

We were in Orlando for 2 weeks and tried different restaurants for a change. We tried Longhorn for steaks and were very satisfied. We were seated quickly by the friendly staff. The wait staff came quickly with menus and took drink orders. We each had the reasonably priced 9 oz filets with baked potatoes, vegetables, and a salad. We skipped the appetizers but they looked interesting, a lot of seafood. The steaks were perfectly cooked to order and the potatoes and vegetables were delicious. The salad was served cold with various lettuce, tomatoes, olives, and croutons. The location is about 1 mile from our timeshare and it was a joy to get a good steak away from the I-Drive area by the convention hall. I recommend this place highly. The parking is plentiful, the service and food are great and you can avoid the I-Drive crowds and difficult parking.

Exactly as expected. Family friendly bustling restaurant, nice atmosphere. Staff were lovely, great menu and food exactly as you would expect, top grilled fare.

Very pleasantly surprised. Was expecting to ‘fill a hole’ as we were hungry and tired. However, the food was great, and the service was very pleasant. We had a little bit of a wait, but I guess that’s a good sign for this type of restaurant.

We dropped by for lunch before heading out to the factory outlet mall nearby. Staff are very friendly and the food was cooked as requested. Prices are reasonable. Ambiance is a lot better than eating at the food court at the mall.

First Longhorn steak house visit, won’t be the last. Arrived on a Thursday evening at around 7.30, was greeted in a lovely polite manner and asked to wait 20mins for a table so grabbed a drink at the bar, where the bar staff where just as nice, shortly later our table was ready. Waitress to lovely too and then took our order, we both had the 8oz sirloin well done and it was cooked to perfection, (that’s not always the case at some other steakhouses), we also had dessert that spot on. Certainly would recommend. The restaurant was busy but they did well to keep it so clean and tidy and managed to look after everything

We stopped for dinner because the location was convenient - just left the outlet mall, and were getting hungry. With the low prices on the menu, we didn't know what to expect. The food was plentiful, and incredibly good, and the server - Edgard - was great, attentive, but not the hovering type, and very helpful in our selection process. If we lived in the area, this is definitely a restaurant we would frequent on a regular basis.

So after a full on day shopping in the mall we decided to go to the longhorn. What an amazing meal and really good prices. I had the New york strip and it was cooked to perfection with sides of Idaho potato and asparagus and mushrooms. The wife had a fillet with idaho potato and cesar salad and the daughter had sirloin with salad and fries, my 2 boys both had burger and fries and inc drinks it come to $124 and it was worth every penny. There was nothing left on the plates and the service was amazing.

Get food, great service, and a special thanks to Christopher for looking after us. I eat in a lot of places and know good service when I see it.

Quality of food was fine - as good as any similar steakhouse of its kind. The issue was service, although the server was a pleasant enough young man. We ordered one starter/appetizer (shrimps), 2 salads and 2 steaks. The salads came first, and less than halfway through them, the starter arrived via another server. Just as this server stood back having put the starter on the table, our original server arrived with the steaks! He did offer to take the steaks back and hold them, (rather than cook 2 replacement others when we were ready for them) but I didn’t want rare steaks and fries potentially drying out or cooking any further. So without any apology, I was left to eat through the 3 courses in front of me.

We went to this restaurant for a meal , we walked in and the girl was acting like we was bothering her by asking for a table , we got seated and there was ants crawling out the wall all over the table, we asked could we move and they said no we can clean the ants away , we got up and moved to the middle tables and sat our selves down they was so rude to us and threw the plates on the table, the waitress whotook our order was nice and tried best but to be honest it wasn’t very nice and they made use feel uncomfortable. The food was just ok and we wouldn’t be eating in hear any time soon ,

We were staying at Doubletree Seaworld and ventured out to find dinner. My sister and I were both hungry since we had breakfast at 9:30 and it was now 6. I am gluten free and don’t eat carbs, so steak is a good option for me. We decided to give this resto a try. We were greeted and seated quickly. After a minute or so our waiter appeared, took drink order and dinner order. Bread arrived shortly thereafter. The steaks were cooked exactly as ordered. Sisters potato was fluffy and my broccoli was plentiful. We enjoyed our meal and it’s reasonable price.

It it truly the best- dont look anywhere else- We at there 4 times in 5 days- once you find a place with great people and even better food don' t leave! Glen is the best! Ask him to cook and pick out your steak. He is the reason that they are so busy. If Glen has the night off then dont bother - ask when he will be working again and come back that night. Prices are very fair but the price means nothing when the food is that good.

When we sat at the table in the restaurant we felt the waiter's gross anxiety in taking orders, not serving the drinks ordered until we ordered the dishes. This only resolved itself when we placed our orders and ordered the dishes. It was really boring and embarrassing

This restaurant is close to our hotel (Fairfield Inn on Vineland) so we walked to the restaurant. Entered the restaurant and we were greeted by a friendly host who inquired the size of our party. We replied 2 and he grabbed a couple of menus and escorted us to our table. He wished us a nice dinner. Our server came to the table and introduced herself to us as Jessie. She inquired beverage orders and my wife and I ordered water. After serving our water she brought a nice loaf of multi grain bread that was nice and warm. We then ordered. I ordered an onion soup starter and the combination Parmesan Crusted Chicken and BBQ Ribs ($29.99). I ordered a side of Brussel sprouts (+$2.79). My wife ordered the Parmesan Crusted Chicken ($18.49) with a side of steamed asparagus (+$2.79) My wife ordered a glass of Trinity Oaks red wine ($8.29) Food was served quickly and in a timely fashion. Onion soup was with nicely melted cheese and the broth of the soup was nice and beefy rich (although a bit salty). My entree was very good. Chicken tender and the ribs were fall off the bone. Brussels were delicious. My wife's chicken also good, she was served beans initially but when letting Jessie know she apologized and got the kitchen to prepare fresh asparagus. Jessie was hospitable and had a great smile, she checked on satisfaction, brought refill on water. She did well to attempt to sell us a dessert but we needed to pass as we needed a box to take our leftovers home as we were full. Overall a nice experience, nice ambiance. We recommend

There is a funny smell. Yep. We read a review that said there was a weird smell, and yep, there was one. It’s either the vent system or floor cleaning! That being said, the food is OK, the filet is good and well cooked. The sides etc are just average and quite pricey, but if you are looking to eat and go, it’s good after a busy day, and not the place we would spend an evening relaxing.

I think we annoyed the waitress for asking for more time to look at the menu when she came for the drinks orders - that set the scene of the meal really! We had literally sat down for 5 seconds before she came and asked for our drinks orders, but as we hadn’t even opened the menus yet, we asked for a couple of minutes. She acted like this was the end of the world. The bread was plopped on the table with no verbal recognition at all - and after a long wait .... it just followed the precedent of the meal really. The steaks were fine - but nothing special really .... in fact the steaks from Millers a few days before we’re just as good, but cheaper, for the same thing? Getting the bill was a chore, as was paying - the whole meal just felt like it was too much trouble, and I kept saying to my husband “I think we’ve really annoyed the waitress” ...... when we got home we both said we’d probably not bother again.

This was an awesome experience. We had the lobster and clam chowder which was incredible. Our choices of meat were deliciously and perfectly cooked, tenderloin and sirloin. Kevin, our waiter, was awesome also!

The food and service was wonderful we stopped by on a trip to Disney World. The chicken app and Steak dinner were amazing. I never wanted for anything. It was the perfect way to finish the day.

We visited Longhorn on Vineland Avenue, Orlando Sunday 5 February 2023 and it was honestly the worst food experience ever. Literally all aspects of the visit was so bad that it is hard to believe that it was made by professionals (even knowing the level of US cooks!). We ordered two ribeyes (medium cooked) and one flo's filet (medium cooked). All of the Steaks were served completely overcooked (grey and totally dry inside). Furthermore the flo's filet was so ridiculous small, that no decent restaurant would ever serve it. The baked potatoes were also completely overcooked and served with a teaspoon of butter and 4(!) pieces of bacon (the potatoes were ordered with butter and bacon). Honestly this whole meal was a disaster - it really can't be done worse. Needless to say that we will never eat at Longhorn Vineland again!

Went twice, it was so good. Steaks were the best. Loved the baked potato too. Try the sprouts! Great service. Highly recommended.

It was a bad experience, we went to celebrate a friend's birthday and we were in a big group, the restaurant was empty and they didn't let us all sit together, they wanted one group to eat first and when the first group finished they would clean the table for us. the other party sits. We tried to explain several times why it was the birthday celebration and they didn't listen and still laughed at our group.

We ate dinner here twice on our trip to Orlando, mainly because we enjoyed it so much the first time. The steaks are really good and the sides good too. The bread you get as a starter is excellent. The first time, it was a bit quieter and the mains came out pretty quickly. The second time, it took a lot longer and the steak seasoning was slightly burnt, so not as good. Would still eat here again. Both times the service was excellent.

Very disappointed the night I went out for my birthday manager very rude Aura wasn’t helpful at all never came out with our food we got there at 6:30 food never was brought out to us just bread the whole night by the time we asking the server where the food was they come telling us they just put our food in around bout 8:00!!! 9:00 came around no food still so we all left without eating anything we just told them to cancel everybody order they where seating people that came in after us they had done got their food in finish with it it was very unprofessional I will never go back there. Worst birthday.

We are a family of 4 that visits this Restaurant regularly and the last few times we have been super disappointed In the food quality. Not sure if they have changed farms but the ribeyes are noticeably different and chewy.

Came here for our anniversary tonight. Husband and son ordered steaks (rib eye & New York strip) and both cooked to their liking. I ordered the burger which was lovely, and daughter had a salad which she enjoyed. Prices were decent and service good.

Called in here for Lunch on the way back from Hollywood Studios and so glad we did. The restaurant was quiet and the food and service were excellent. Lots of choice from the lunch menu and went for the combo - French Onion Soup and the Burger and both were delicious. Will be visiting again before we return home..

I went to the restaurant on 05/26/2023 to have lunch with my family. I invited everyone to go there because I had been to the same restaurant about 4 years ago and had an excellent experience. However, this time I wasn't as lucky. The food was just as good as before, but the service we received was one of the worst I've ever had. The waitress didn't even bring the main plates for us to have lunch, we had to eat on the small plates we used for the salad and the bread they served as an appetizer. The waitress's unwillingness was tremendous, it seemed like she didn't want to be there at all. Nonetheless, I left a 12% tip, although I really felt like not giving a single penny due to the terrible experience we had. My friends made fun of me for the rest of the day for taking them to that restaurant; that was the impression they had. I will never return to that establishment, and I believe my family and friends won't either.

We ate at LongHorn Steakhouse because it was conveniently located near our resort on Vineland Avenue. We arrived early and were seated right away. Service was good and our steaks were tasty.

We were at the outlet mall as lunchtime rolled around. We didn’t want to eat fast food or food court so searched for another option in the area. We found this restaurant- which is only a couple of minutes down the road. Great decision! We were greeted at the door. Looked at the menu and decided to try them out. There are several amazing lunch specials to pick from. Options for soups - salads - and sandwiches. Lots of combinations and for great value. The combos we looked at ranged from $7.99 to $9.99. Three of us had three different lunch combinations and all were thoroughly enjoyed. Especially popular was the chowder and the prime rib sandwich. Service was great. Would definitely return if in the neighbourhood again.

Neat living in the middle of every attraction restaurant, store, etc. Tourists enough to keep most places busy. Issue the waiters etc need to understand is they are all not tourists. A lots of us live here and will come back, if provided good service. Tonight saw another place with that same old attitude. Food was dropped at table. Kitchen helper dropped food and ran. Plate did not even look good. Broccoli just dumped on plate, Part even on top of steak. Steamed broccoli was cool on arrival. Wife's steak was perfect (little salty but not bad. My macaroni and cheese with crap meat looked good, top tasted good. Middle was cold! Started looking for server, 6 minutes of so later saw a manager. Explained issue she immediately took it away. A few minutes later our server reappeared asked how things were. Wife was about half way though her steak. Told him my issue he said he would go get it fixed. Never even noticed that I had set my tea glass out for a refill. Never saw him again manager brought my dish back. Was now hot on top and warmer in the middle. Decided to eat the hot part and take rest home to heat up properly. Never saw the server again until I venture to the rest-room. With this he drops check folder against my still empty tea glass.

Very nice quality food, fillet steak was juicy and as expected! Mac and cheese was tasty, although have had nicer elsewhere. Side salad was fresh and crispy, one of my favourites however Texas roadhouse is still No.1 as they offer bacon bits. Service was exceptional and was refreshing to have someone serve with a smile! Florida service is not what it used to be and that’s clearly evident in Disney nowadays!

Visited 2nd May and was well looked after by our server Marcus. He made the meal out really good with his friendly approach and attentive service. The food was excellent and my New York strip was cooked perfectly.

Had a lovely dinner with all the family. They had varied dishes including desserts and drinks. The steaks are fantastic and nothing left on the plates. We have dined here before and couldn't fault the food or cost.

This restaurant has always been a tried and tested place. Food is very good especially the steaks. One bit of advice go careful as you order we went for starters and a main of steaks. Way good portions in fact to much food but still very good.

Just how I remembered it from my last visit a couple of years ago. Great food and service. We were a party of 4 adults and three kids. The waiter was really good and had an awesome sense of humour. He got our order spot on and there was no long wait for it either. The meal was also great value for the money........If you’re in the area you got to try it out for yourself and I’m sure you won’t be disappointed.

The meal was faultless and loved the ambiance. For a party of 17, couldnt fault the place until time for paying. Paid food by credit card and cash tip of 20%. The waiter obviously didnt think this was enough and went from lovely to not acknowledging us. Didnt expect anything apart from maybe a thank you but not blanked. Left us thinking tip wasn't enough and had to go check with Manager. We all left feeling disappointed

We went for lunch and dinner, the quality of the meat exceeded expectations, the strawberry and walnut salad was also great! High point for the lava cake that served the whole family, delicious

We suffered some poor service from an outback a few days prior to this visit where the meals were all mixed up. It’s quite important to get the correctly cooked steak in the correct position at the table, but this all seemed too hard there. So it was interesting to see how Longhorns managed this. The service here was exceptional, in particular the way the food arrived. The staff didn’t even have to ask who had ordered what, the exact meal landed in the correct place at the table faultlessly. Hats off to the way they do this. The food was cooked to perfection, we honestly couldn’t have asked for more. I would have visited this place every night for the remainder of the holiday, it was excellent.

We visited as a party of 8 including my 3 grandkids aged under 10. We expected a wait for a table or to be split into 2 tables, but the staff quickly set-up our large table and were excellent and attentive throughout. The food was great too. I only eat steak very occasionally and when I do, it has to be very well done. My steak was cooked perfectly and was very tasty, as were the fries. Very enjoyable.

Went to this restaurant last Saturday, we had the fiery shrimps, then I had a 6 0z fillet and my husband had an 8 0z Sirloin, the steaks were amazing, the service was excellent, also we had the roasted sprouts and broccoli which were also gorgeous I also enjoyed the long pour of Wine, will definitely come back on our next visit.

We've eaten at many different Longhorns and the food is usually good and it was this time but the staff , talk about unprofessional bordering on rude, definitely needs stronger management.

I recently attended a business meeting at this establishment and was impressed by the accommodating staff. Despite having a party of eight, we were seated promptly without a reservation. We began with drinks, followed by our entrees, with the majority of us choosing steak and various sides. All cuts were flavorful and cooked to our specifications, offering great taste and generous portions. The pricing was reasonable considering the quality. I will certainly return in the future!

The kids sirloin steak was 6 ounce and was brilliant. Jose was really nice and kept checking on us. The prawns was nice. Without a doubt, the best steak we have ever had, we're last here in 2015, and now, in 2024, it's still the same. The warm bread and butter on the table is so nice, cesar salad nice and tasty, but the new York strip steak with loaded potato skin is absolutely delicious, the seasoning on the steaks over in the US is so good, can't wait to go back.

Just returned from longhorn and 5 stars again, we always come here when ever were over from Scotland and it just gets better each time, Our server Chris was really nice. Spicy chicken bites for starter were so tasty and spicy sauce lovely to dip into. Had the new York strip steak cooked well done as I like it and it melted in my mouth, seasoned perfectly, also had the loaded jacket potato as my side and perfect aswell, definitely coming back before we head home.

Food is great. Is not cheap but prices are fair considering the quality of food. Service is by far the best in Orlando. Great experience.

Longhorn SteakHouse has been a go to venue on our Florida Holidays for many years. When I say we visited on Wednesday and then returned again on Thursday, you can probably guess where this review is heading. They welcome you, take you to your seat/booth and seem to have the timing just right, no pressure to get the order, but equally you are not kept waiting too long. Complimentary Bread with whipped butter, yummy! The menu certainly hits the point for us, small plates, full meals its up to you. We had the 7 Pepper Sirloin Salad and Steakhouse Burger with different combo choices and salad dressings, wow that salad dressing was amazing, our server was kind enough to give us some to take back to the villa, that is what I call exceptional service. Sirloin cooked rare was super tasty and tender, though one of us did say the meat was a little chewy, great fresh crispy salad with croutons and blue cheese, what’s not to like. $30 plus tip was and is exceptional value for money in this ever challenging market for business and consumer alike. Im visiting Longhorn for more than 15 years, Never had a problem on any of the restaurants but the one Little lake Bryan, Close to the Outlets, I beg them to make the fries lightly cooked because They seem to love them almost blacked, If you don’t ask for that you end eating pure charcoal, I beg for not to do that so they did best they can in the wrong way, We asked for Ketchup and thay had us waiting for almost 7 minutes, I don’t recommend this place at all, Another server were very rude, He told me stop talking wile I was trying to explain something to him (Big beard guy) Please there are plenty of Longhorn, Stay away from lake little Bryan one. This Steakhouse does not disappoint it is my new favorite here in the Dallas area! I normally get the 20 oz ribeye, as it is actually enough food for 2 days! They also have the best brussel sprouts and corn on the cob at any restaurant I've ever had. The steak is always cooked perfectly!!!

First time at this restaurant and wished we had found it at the beginning of the holiday rather than the last evening. Starter, spicy chicken bites were amazing. Husband had the T bone and he said it was great. We had a sharing pudding and it was awesome. The young guy we had as our server was so friendly, attentive and couldn’t do enough for us. Very reasonably priced.

We recently ate at LongHorn Steakhouse on Vineland when vacationing in the area. I had a sirloin with salad and macaroni and cheese. The salad was ok, and my sirloin was undercooked; however, I sent it back and it was fine after cooked more. The macaroni and cheese was creamy and delicious. It was the best part of my meal. Service was good.

Went here on a recommendation, the food and value for money were good, the service was average. We had to chase for drinks repeatedly which was not ideal but food came quickly.

My son, who lives temporarily in Orlando, advised us to eat here after a shopping trip at the outlet. It was a pleasant discovery. The Renegade Sirloin cooking “medium rare” is tender and quality. Served with two side dishes of your choice: baked potato with everything really very good and a very tasty Caesar salad pickaxe. Fair price. It was a pleasant discovery.

Longhorn Steak House Lost its wow factor We've visited Orlando a number of times over the last 10 years and on our previous trips Longhorn Steak House was a family favourite from the menu options, to the atmosphere and great tasting food. However on this 2023 visit, it seemed to lost some of the wow factor . The menus were not pristine and a little dog eared Restaurant atmosphere was a little dull The fresh baked bread arrived 5 minutes apart and was a bit of a disappointment. We ordered Texts to ion + firecracker chicken 1/2 rack of ribs 1 flo fillet 1 flo fillet & lobster 1 rib eye 1 cowboy rib eye 5 cokes Bill $200 (not great falue) The main meals tasted good although the seasoning on the steaks was extremely salty. There was a distinct effort on the part of the waiter to upsell which for us britches a little OTT On previously holidays Longhorn was always a double visit unfortunately this has been relegated to single visit restaurant

You would hope a steakhouse would deliver a good steak meal, although this isn't always the case, but it certainly was here. I had a 6oz filet (Flo's), beautifully seasoned, succulent and very tasty. My wife had a 6oz sirloin, which also tender and succulent. Mental note to self, don't order an appetiser, as by the time you have had the complimentary bread and the accompanying salad, the appetiser is too much IMHO. All in all an excellent meal with great service and we can recommend to others.

Great food, reasonable priced - we had planned on eating at a nearby restaurant whose parking lot was crowded so stopped here - glad we did I had the half rack of ribs and they were very meaty and I could not eat it all. For my side I picked the Brussels Sprouts- wow - best I’ve ever eaten.

We were pleasantly surpirsed with the high quality of service and food provided by this chain restaurant. Both of our steaks were accurately prepared and of a high quailiy. We would definitely visit during our next trip to Orlando.

Myself and my husband went to longhorn last night and it was an excellent night! The food was amazing and our server needs a review of her own as she was excellent too! Her name is Mariangel and she was super attentive and was checking on us often throughout the meal. If you are looking for a great Steak or Ribs with the best staff team I would highly recommend this restaurant.

Travelled to Florida from the UK so always on the hunt for edible food whilst in the USA. This restaurant was recommended by someone back there and didn’t disappoint. Entered without a reservation and was seated immediately. Restaurant was clean. Our server was Thomas. He was very attentive without being over bearing. He gave us all the information we needed to make our selections. He was quick to refill drinks and a real credit to the restaurant. Worth every penny of a gratuity unlike some restaurants we’ve been. The kids had the chicken strips which were really fresh and tasty. We had rib eye steak and New York strip and both were excellent especially the rib eye. Would highly recommend this place

We went with a group of friends who were at a Convention in Orlando and the service was good, it took a while because we were a group of 10 people, but the wait and the quality of the food was according to expectations. I recommend it as an alternative if you are looking for American grill.

While visiting Orlando in June 2025, we passed by LongHorn Steakhouse in Vineland every day on our way back to Hilton hotel and tonight, we finally decided to stop in for dinner. From the moment we arrived, the staff greeted us warmly and made sure we were comfortably seated. Our host, Khoa was attentive, friendly and took our order perfectly. The lady who served our dishes was also incredibly kind and helpful. In fact, the entire team had such a lovely and welcoming spirit. We ordered salmon with fries and a baked potato, as well as the steak and lobster with mashed potato and a Caesar salad. Everything was cooked to perfection, tasted absolutely delicious, and was served in generous portions. They also served complimentary warm bread and butter before the meal, which was a lovely touch. The restaurant has a cozy, inviting atmosphere with chic décor that reflects classic American style, complemented by country music playing in the background—it truly added to the overall enjoyable dining experience. As we were leaving, Khoa kindly offered us to-go Diet Cokes, which was a thoughtful and much-appreciated gesture. Highly recommended for a satisfying and fantastic dining experience. We’ll definitely return before traveling back to Egypt.

We visited Longhorn Steakhouse whilst on holiday in Florida, and enjoyed it so much we went back twice. The food is great, with a large choice of different steaks to choose from. The children really enjoyed the variety. The atmosphere was great with large screen American sports on show, and the staff are always really friendly. The price is right for the quality of the food. Great place would recommend.

Myself and Mrs Lowe are creatures of habit and after having a great experience eating at a Longhorn Steakhouse (Kissimmee) earlier in our holiday we decided to try this Longhorn Steakhouse on International Drive. Obviously a chain restaurant yes but this doesn’t necessarily mean they are all as good as one another, however on this occasion I’m happy to report we thoroughly enjoyed both! Whilst fairly early evening the place was busy and got busier towards the end of our meal, which is always a great sign. Our server Julian was very friendly and looked after us well throughout, which restored my faith in the ‘ US tipping system’ as previously it felt some servers seem to expect a tip for basically doing nothing. Both myself and Mrs L opted for the same choices as previous (I said we were creatures of habit) and both meals were very good indeed. I cannot over emphasise enough the fantastic value of the steaks here. A 20oz bone in rib eye (a top quality one at that) loaded jacket potato and side of mac n cheese for around £25!! I’ve eaten in many a restaurant in Manchester City centre including Hawksmore (which I rate BTW) and you would be paying at least twice this so if you love your steaks get yourself down to Longhorn Steakhouse and you won’t be disappointed.

Amazing food and waitress saved the evening. We received a Luke warm response when arriving at the restaurant (we hadn’t booked) and said we would wait at the bar. We waited for 20 -30 mins at the bar and ordered som drinks (they didnt arrive) when we were seated our waitress Alissa could not have been more charming or helpful. We told her we were really hungry and she made sure our bread and salads arrived promptly (and drinks) the steaks are really good -tender, juicy and very flavoursome. All in all tge evening started off disappointingly but ended on a high thanks to Alissa and the food!

We had a great meal here last month. Truly wonderful service by Ian the server--very attentive and knowledgeable without being over-bearing. My husband and I both had the Flo's filet and it was cooked to perfection as were the sides. The salad was great and the starters were fab too. Our kids loved their kids meals and we just had a really great meal overall. We felt it was well priced for the quality of the food and cant wait to visit again next time we're in Orlando.

We visited Longhorn on Thursday the 20th of July 2023 for dinner. We had a little wait, but we had a drink at the bar before being seated. Quite busy venue, but was comfy and relaxed. There was some confusion over who was serving us. J.B. initially took our order but Angel should have been our server Our drinks order was slow to arrive and we were eventually told that there was not enough clean glasses and they had to be cleaned. We had no cutlery when our food arrived although we'd asked 3 staff members to get us some. The New York strip was nice, good portion size, good value for a steakhouse Angel eventually showed up and didn't seem interested. Didn't listen to us. And eventually brought the bill. We appreciate the restaurant was busy but our table and tables around us appeared to ne neglected by our server. Nice food, below average service

We arrived at 6pm on a Friday. Half of the restaurant is empty. We put our name in and we’re told it’s a 15 minute wait. I asked about the empty tables and was told several of the servers had not yet arrived for work. I said, it’s 6pm on a Friday. The host repeated, they are not here yet for work. So we waited and was finally sat. We ordered steaks and baked potatoes. After 10mins, our server, Charlie, came back and told us they are out of baked potatoes. It’s Friday at 6pm and they are already out of baked potatoes. Please help me understand these issues. I am thankful for a couple of the female waitresses . As they walked by our table, they saw our waiter was not filling our drinks. They came to our rescue. I’ve been here before and it was good. Steak was undercooked as well. Sent it back. Still undercooked. We give up.

Wow, great hearty salads and moist salmon or steak dishes. Service is nice and managment is responsible and generous. For dessert we had the apple cinnamon option. It was HUGE

Great tasting boneIn ribeye. Great service and friendly waitress. Everything thing came the way it should Also had a French onion soup and it came real hot as I requested Will definitely go back

My family and I like Longhorn so we tried this location, and had no luck! Went there for lunch and it was not busy at all. The food took more than 45 minutes to come out. Apparently they were short staffed but nobody said anything. The manager did give us a discount for the wait, but that is no the point, it leaves a " bad taste" in your mouth. The location in Kissimmee is better.

Second time costing this restaurant and it didn't disappoint. We were shown to a table that turned out to be unstable and staff had no hesitation in moving us to another. The meals were great, cooked perfectly and very filling. I have eaten at a saltgrass in Houston many times and I think that edges ahead but it's a close call. Not overly expensive (although on the whole Orlando area is beginning VERY pricey now) and a good range of choices. Not many for vegetarians though - but why would you done to a steak restaurant if you're a leaf muncher??? All in all, a good place

We stayed in this steakhouse for 3 times! Great meat, hearty dishes, very nice place and super friendly staff. The meat is definitely quality, very well cooked and well presented, also the quantity / quality / price ratio is very good.

Excellent dinner, always good meat. Prices have increased slightly. The dessert, the Chocolate Stampede, is unforgettable. Friendly staff, as expected.

Carside takeout: (1) Stale, hard bread (2) "medium-well" burger was completely under-cooked (3) Wrong entree (4) Missing appetizer

Terrific waiter was very attentive. Food was great and served very timely. Idaho stuffed potato was a meal in itself.

Good steakhouse.... reasonable meats, good desserts... good drink options... attentive service... but something is missing...

My girlfriend and I visited tonight 01/06/23 and all I can say was that the experience was spectacular. Our server was helpful, patient and just really enthusiastic. The food despite being relatively cheap compared to other restaurants we’ve visited, was absolutely phenomenal. I got the 20oz ribeye and it was cooked to perfection. Probably some of the nicest food I’ve had out. Would highly recommend.

This is one of the very few places in this area that gets the steak temperature right...If you ordered a steak at medium temperature, it will actually be medium when you receive it. This tells me they have a better training program than most steak places. Even the big names in the world of steaks have failed us. The overall ambience is great and they seem to adhere to safety practices due to Covid. The staff is always caring and friendly.The manager checks with you after you eat to make sure there were no issues. Our server, Ainslee, was awesome! You know how some places have servers who'll ask you a million times if everything is good? Well, Ainslee did it the right way; she checked with us when we received our food if we needed anything else, then she stopped by a few minutes later to check on our drinks, and then she made sure we liked everything at the end. Keep up the good work.

We visited twice over the last couple of weeks and the food is fantastic and the service is top notch however I feel that children’s meals would be best served as soon as possible c rather than make them wait to be served with all the other meals.
