Well priced, good food, good service - beats processed fast food by a mile. This isn't a fine dining establishment but in its price bracket it is a great choice. I pretty much love anything they make with chicken and would recommend it over other "fast food".

I was on my way to my hotel and wanted some authentic Mexican food when I saw this very small restaurant advertising Taco Shop. I couldn't believe my good fortune. I never had a "crispy" taco, and I will now look all over Tampa to see if I can find another. My "crispy" taco was the very best I've ever eaten. Besides being chock full of goodies, they offered a side station to add several choices of salsas and cheeses. Two tacos for $5.00. Unbelievable!! Can't understand why the "crispy" shell hasn't caught on -- it's so much tastier.

In a city full of Mexican food, Los Robertos Taco Shop was my favorite place to eat while I lived in San Antonio. Open 24 hours a day seven days a week, you can always find good food at "The Bobs." This is just about the only place on the north side of San Antonio with authentic Mexican specialties like lengua and tripas, both of which are excellent. Prices are very good; even with drinks and a generous tip, it's hard for two people to spend $20 on a meal. Service can be a little hit-or-miss if you try to change something (the toppings on tacos, for example) but I suspect that if you speak Spanish there would be less confusion. They're also good about producing off-menu orders, such as lengua quesadillas. Serve yourself from a choice of six different salsas (mildest on the left end, hottest on the right) to go with the hot fresh tortilla chips, along with lime slices and complimentary pickled carrots and jalapenos. Fried onions and deep-fried jalapenos are also complimentary, kept warm under a heat lamp at the counter. Unless you know where to look it would be easy to miss this place; about two blocks up Bitters from 281, look for their taco truck (which I don't think works, as it's been sitting there forever) parked at the front of the parking lot, near Starbucks. You'll find the shop near the left end of the strip mall. This is a small place and nothing fancy. Just really, really good authentic Mexican food. Lord, how I miss it.

Randomly picked this to get out of the congestion around the convention center and it was a happy choice. Very casual place in a strip shopping area. We had the chili relleno and chimichangas and both were quite good with nice size portions. A variety of choices for salsa/taco sauces - most were hotter than I prefer but there were a couple that were on my level. Lots of take out when we got there but the waitress alerted us to the eat in procedure and took great care of us. We would definitely go back.

I topped it off with salsa and fried onions from the salsa bar and it was just perfect. I had a few of the corn chips they provided as well and left feeling full but not stuffed. I would definitely dine here again. The staff were friendly as well.

Great breakfast tacos and tortas all day.

The best! We loved everything we tried. Especially at 2:00 am after a fun night at the club! You can't beat these affordable prices! We will definitely be back!

My wife and I enjoyed a delicious Mexican meal last week at Los Robertos Taco Shop off of Rt. 281 in North San Antonio. There are 3 Los Robertos restaurants in San Antonio. I had the Carnitas (special of the day) and my wife had the Taco salad. The staff was very friendly. Prices are extremely reasonable at lunch. By the way, they are open 24/7 every day.

Now don't think this will be the greatest taco you ll ever have, but it's inexpensive and it's decent food for lunch.

The food here is real close to what you would get in San Diego taco shops. They have carna asada burritos, and other dishes. They also have rolled tacos. I liked it here and would go back.

Ordered chorizo and egg along with Macha and egg plates. Served chips which were stale. Portions were large, but very little flavor. Service was OK. Much better other options in the area.

great place to get a quick taco... salsa bar is great with like 6 different ones to choose from. Open 24 hours too

I love the carnitas tacos They open 24 hours and staff are friendly And also tripitas with corn tortillas Yum

The entire family, all adults, loved the food. We went around 11 and some of us had breakfast and some had lunch which pleased all members of the family. Definitely recommend to go for all the food and especially breakfast tacos.

This place is open 24 hours so you can go there before getting home after a nigh on the town. Excellent food and prices.

The one we went to is located along TPC parkway inside one of the newer retail areas near Target. I must say, for a small restaurant tucked in a corner far away from the tourist belt, this is where we had the best food in our 4-day stay in SA. Serving size is huge, unlimited servings of maybe 4 kinds of salsa, not to mention the sliced carrots and a hot plate of some kind of roasted chiles that's yours for the taking. We went there two days in a row. Staff is friendly and attentive. Oh and they are open 24 hrs.

I love los Robertos, I love more that they made a location on tpc. There is no drive through but it's such a small cute setting. Great place to get some yummy tacos and mexican coke. Open 24/7 and the salsas are always yummy and spicy.

Great food. Been several times and always leave full and happy. Small and sometimes hard to get a table. Love the salsa bar and they have grilled onions and jalapenos for free with your meal. I would definitely recommend this place.

We have eaten here a few times and have never been disappointed. It is a small place so you might have to wait a few minutes for a table but the food comes quickly. The tortillas are huge and fresh and the portions are VERY adequate. The whole experience is a little more Mexican than Tex-Mex.

Where to start? Okay, the beginning. The tortilla chips were warm and crisp. (I add a little salt for extra flavor). I ordered three tacos: Barbacoa, ranchero, and potatoes, egg, and bacon. They were all amazing. The tortillas were soft, warm and fluffy. The food was perfect. There's a salsa bar with a good selection of mild to volcano hot salsa and toppings. I also ordered horchata; it was great! The service is excellent! Absolutely impressed with this place and will return on my next visit to San Antonio!

I asked minitacos! real good! spicy salsas !!! mmmmmmmmmmm they are the best tacos!!! good service and exelent price! 24 hours open!!! clean place! confortable place! small place!

Los Robertos is always my early morning or late night snack. I love the specials they always have!!!

Would give this place 5 stars if it was just a listing of fast food reviews, but considering all the restaurant choices in the city, I would have to stop at 3. The food was pretty good considering the style of restaurant. Family friendly.

Close to the JW Marriott San Antonio Resort stopped her for lunch, A very nice experience. Enjoyed the special of the day, Carnitas. Cooked to perfection and a big lunch portion I was stuffed when I left. The service was friendly and attentive. Enjoyed lunch and look forward to being a repeat customer on my next to trip to the Marriott.

Good flavor BUT! My husband and I had dinner here we ordered Asada Plate and Carne Guisada Plate the wait staff service was bad. They had three girls working in the front and at least two in the kitchen from what we observed. Cold food, cold tortillas no refills no customer service! I had to get up and ask to warm up my food.

Placed a phone pick up order. Something simple. Two items from their menu. For one no atmosphere, nor a courtesy hello when they answer the restaurant phone(s.) Then after you place your order on the phone they simply ask for your name and hang up, no thank you, no timeframe, not even a bye. Today 8/26/2021 @ 7:26pm I phoned in my order, went to pick it up. My husband gets down. There is no line, not full, but one family at one table. The 2 servers look at him as if he was just standing there, they do not even bother to ask if he needs something. The manager us in the back line as a cook or with another cook, not sure, but they the servers finally after a few minutes ask him what does he need. He mentions his order for pick up. The cashier ESTAFANY rings him up, he pulls out our credit card, he swipes and she claims it did not go through. She grabs his card swipes it herself claims it does not go through. She swipes a third time and says the same thing. Meantime I am parked in the very front window watching it all take place clearly in front of my eyes, since there were no other customers I can see right through the window. Meanwhile, my phone is ringing credit card notifications 3 to be exact: "thank you for your purchase @Los Balitos, then it rings again and again same message. My husband comes back empty handed and claims she said nope your card is not valid. I was a little confused, but said ok I will check our bank statement when I get home. We had no cash on us, but luckily our little boy always carries some cash in his play wallet. We count what he has and my husband takes it all to them to pay for the food and we get a receipt. Lo and behold, come home check account and yes 3 completed swipes from Los Balitos. I call them and ask for management, he says bring me the receipt. We go back my husband gets down, I park up front again, there are no customers again, so I watch as the two servers and the manager deny the whole thing, my husband shows them our phone with the proof, they still argue that we were wrong and that the machine was brand new, but that everything was not charged to my card. As my husband is walking back to our vehicle, I see the taller huskier server running some transactions on that swiper and she is pulling receipts and crumbling them up and throwing them in the trash (3 times) shaking her head and signaling towards us as if we were crazy or making things up. Sure enough as my husband puts his receipt back in his pocket and opens the door to our truck I receive 3 credit card notifications on my phone: "transaction cancelled for Los Balitos " I receive 3 consecutive notifications. She was cancelling them as he walked out. Why deny it the entire time and to my husband's face plus make us drive back and still have an attitude with us, the paying customers. The manager, the servers the cook probably too, looking at us like we were trying to do something illegal. Umm hello, a business should know better not to mess around with any customers credit, debit, or check information. It is not ok to swipe a customer's card 3 times then just say oh I better cancel them, before someone finds out I swiped and approved 3 transactions for 1 meal ticket. Oh then management instead of noticing this delicate situation, just says sorry our machine is new. No sir your cashier or server did the wrong not the machine. So how many other customers have more than 1 charge for 1 single meal ticket, then by the looks of things they find it casual to continue with their business, and especially if no one goes to claim the extra charges. With so many scams and thieves in today's world, more and more it is getting riskier to use credit or debit cards anywhere, but especially in businesses where the owners brush it off and allow their employees to run their businesses this way. By the look on the managers face, he saw nothing wrong with what happened and just laughed along with the servers and brushed it off with no worries what so ever. Let it happen to one of them and let's see how they like it!

I’ve been here for a year and haven’t found a good taco joint. This definitely hit the spot, especially since we’re leaving soon. I don’t have one complaint. I recommend the carnitas and medium green salsa. I had 5 different tacos, and that was by far the best.

You stop in to Los Roberto's after 2am, you will see a line going out the door. Great chips and salsa but the best thing on the menu are the beef crunchy tacos. Not ground beef but shredded beef. The flour tortilla is wrapped around the beef and then it's deep fried, locking in the beefy goodness.

Unpretentious, basic kinda place. In a strip mall. Table service or take-away. Not expensive. Consistently good food. Salsa bar. Try it!

Checked out this place while visiting San Antonio. The food was great!!! We tried the mini tacos, regular tacos, and chimichanga. All items were very good. I liked the assortment of salsa from the salsa bar. Careful, they get hotttt!!

We were in SA 9/19-9/21 and found this ace through Ta. The food was so delicious when we ate breakfast here Sunday that we went back Monday to eat breakfast before heading back home. Not only is the food delish, the prices are about half of what you would pay on the riverwalk. We ate at the loop 410 location, it's only 15 minutes away from the RW. We would definitely recommend this place.

Visited Los Roberto's with my family over the weekend. The dining area is clean and offers plenty of room for a large family or a couple. The servers are friendly and the food is delivered quickly. We went in for breakfast and we had four breakfast tacos and a breakfast combo. We all found our food to be average. For three of us, we spent $15 on breakfast and left full. In all fairness, Los Roberto's promotes themselves as California style Mexican food not Tex-Mex. For a family of Texans, we may just be set in our Tex Mex ways but wanted to give it a shot anyway.

consistent food and service. Huge portions so come hunger! Great breakfast tacos. Bring the family!!

I have enjoyed a lot of fish tacos in San Antonio. Los Robertos fish tacos are the best in the San Antonio area. The interesting aspect here is that this restaurant is not along the touriista areas of SA. It's located off the TPC parkway/ Bulverde Rd. in the corner of an unassuming strip mall across from Johnson High School. Open 24/7, they never close. Great stop for an evening taco after the local night clubs close. Pork, beef and chicken tacos are all excellent, but the fish tacos are the best.

Just had breakfast tacos here with my wife. She had the machaca taco which she enjoyed very much, and I had chorizo and egg and bacon and egg taco, mine were terrible. They were cold and looked like they cooked them the day prior. Also the chips were stale. They have great salsas and the servers are efficient and courteous. I am very disappointed in this place and I won't return.

Los Roberto's is just a little place in a strip mall. Nothing fancy and no liquor license, but the carnitas tacos are fantastic. The meat is so tender and well seasoned, then the cook throws it on the grill for a while to make the edges crispy. There's a small salsa bar with half a dozen selections that are a little different every time and they're open 24/7. Just wish I could get a cold cerveza!

While visiting SA, a local told us we had to stop here. I'm so glad we did. We ordered the mini chicken tacos and a veggie burrito. Everything was very fresh and delicious. Really enjoyed the salsa bar and Coca-Cola in a glass. It looks like a hole in the wall but it seriously impressive food!

I was missing Mexico today, so I cam in for some tacos. I usually get the street tacos, but today I thought I would take it easy with a carnitas plate. Wrong! It was so good, i polished off the whole plate!

Ordered three tacos at lunch time, waited 20 minutes then went to the counter with co-worker who was also waiting for his order to ask, manager (younger female) was extremely rude and demanded to know why we were standing at the counter, when told we were still waiting for our order, she yelled in Spanish at the cooks, gave us a dirty look and we had to order a second time, the cashier did not speak enough English to understand that we had to now get them to go and she tried to charge ues a second time (we had already paid earlier), took another 20 minutes, then manager was rude again as she slung our orders at us and told us to "Have a nice day in the most smart-alec manner she could come up with). Will never set foot in there ever again. By the way, three tacos were over $12, with $3 tip this works out to $5 / taco, took over 40 minutes, horrible service, and the tacos were cold and tasteless by the time we got them and had to eat them in the car on the way back to work.

Open 24 hours, this place has great tacos and burritos. I came for dinner then breakfast the next morning. I bet their tortas are great too plus they serve menudo on the weekends.

If you are from the west coast you'll love Roberto's. There is a difference between Tex-Mex and West Coast Mexican food. The Carne Asada is fabulous. The shredded beef tacos and rolled tacos take me back to my San Diego days. (And if you happen to be from San Diego - yes, this is the same Roberto's!) It is owned by a wonderful family and the portion's are really satisfying. The Carne Asada fries are delicious and can be shared by two or three people. I always ask for a half-order because it's just so much and so delicious. Definately, give them a try!

Tried this place about 7 pm on a Monday evening. I had taco plate, one beef one chicken. She had surf and turf type burrito with beef and fish. The beef tacos were more like flautas. That is the tortilla and plain meat were deep fried. Small, bland, crispy tacos. A smidgeon of lettuce and cheese. Ate about half of each. Just did not taste good enough to finish. Rice and beans ok, ordinary. Tea was OK. Nice big juicy limes on the salsa bar. Tortilla chips OK. The fish/beef burrito was reported good, tasty, and had some rice in it. It was large and only half was eaten. The two plates of food were delivered at different times, about 5 minutes apart. Next time will try something else. There was one table of young men that got very nervous when I came in. They whispered among themselves and left shortly. My take was that they thought I was a cop. Wide selection of packaged candy and cookies.

Trying their California burrito, rolled tacos, and super nachos! Nothing like finding a bit of Southern California in San Antonio, Texas!

My husband and I visited while on Vacation in San Antonio. The Nachos were amazing. I got chicken on them, it was moist and tender! The best nachos I've ever eaten. This is not a fancy place by any means but we're not fancy people so it worked for us! We'll be back tomorrow! Thank God the diet starts on Monday!!! ❤️

This unassuming location has high quality breakfast burritos and great lunch and dinner food. Very nice people were serving me each time I ate here. I ate here three times while visiting the TPC San Antonio Golf Course.

We had an early flight out of SAT and from previous experience I knew there was not much available at the airport that was any good. I did a little searching and found this place online - they are open 24 hrs so no problem with the early hour and less than 10 minutes from the airport. We left early enough (about 25 minutes) to stop here and pick up some breakfast to take on the plane. Oh-man - they were huge! And fantastic! This might have to be a pre-flight ritual from now on.

Not only was the food great but the amount that I got for what I paid made this a great value. I loved that they took my carnitas and cooked them on the flat top to give it a nice crust. The portion was huge and for under $10 you can't go wrong. Make sure you check out their salsa bar as there are too many choices.

For me the place was small, which is not a detraction, but it was busy. This would usually mean that it must be good, but I was not impressed with my food. I ordered the California Burrito and the means was very chewy and the mix of the other items in the burrito seemed to clash. For a burrito in the future I will stick with Chipotle. Sorry.

Had quick service (waitresses literally running), tacos and pollo asada with standard rice, beans, etc. Good food, good friendly service. Reasonable prices, would return.

I was referred here by an associate. I was a little concerned when I drive up and people were just hanging out in their cars smoking in the parking lot, but inside was all good. There was not a single white person in there, straight Mexican / Latinos. I figured that such was a good sign - either it's authentic, or cheap. I ordered take out, a burrito and the chills relleno plate. They were both good and had a taco truck type flavor that you don't get from Taco Bell. It's worth a return visit.

They serve the best Pork Carnitas Torta in town, the bread is an original "Telera" the pork perfectly cooked and moist. I reccomend you grab some green sauce from the sauce bar and accompany it with sauteed onions and peppers that you can serve yourself at the counter. Enjoy!

Great restaurant to pick up a quick bite to eat if you're staying at the JW Marriott. It's less than a 5 minute drive. Food is reasonably priced. I asked if all the flour tortillas in the 15 tacos I had ordered could come toasted. They failed to do so...instead giving me the entire order with semi-raw flour tortillas. I normally give places like this one chance to prove themselves worthy. Our family is never eating or picking up tacos from here again.

We tried to eat this location twice and left before anyone would even acknowledge us. I have heard that the food is good, but everyone complains about the service. I wish that Los Robertos would have better service at this location, because it is close to our home and we would like to have a good restaurant within a mile of our home. If you an infinite amount of time this is the place to go...

Food was good. Lots of locals.hole in wall neighborhood Mexican food. Small restuarant on north side of San Antonio.

Went last night after drinking with friends. I had the tacos and couldn't believe how good they were. I actually had to go back because I left my cell phone and ordered the nachos. Those tasted even better. I am going back again tonight! The young guys working were super cool, laid back, but professional. The price was right and you have got to try the Arizona hot sauce if you're a fan of spicy food.

It was somewhat of a dissappointment. The place was located in corner ( 6446 N.W.looppn 420) which was difficult to locate. The food was OK . Large portions. Looked like a cheap version of Taco Bell. My hubby also did not like the taco's that he ordered.

Fish tacos are out of this world and the mini tacos al pastor are sooo good! Very affordable for families. Los Roberto's is one of our family's favorite restaurants.

Service is friendly and fast. The most outstanding feature of this unpretentious taqueria is the quality and variety of its breakfast tacos. In particular, I have enjoyed the cabeza, adobada, lengua, chilaquiles, and machaca, which are inexpensive and offered 24 hours per day. Also available are nachos, menudo, tortas, burritos, tostadas, enchiladas, breakfast plates, and combination plates. Also appreciated are the complimentary condiments and sauces. The grilled onions and peppers are excellent.

I have been here many times and the mini tacos are the bomb. Lots of meat and very flavorful. The Salsa bar allows you to select your favorite sauce or blend like I do. The Carne Asada is my regular and my GF gets the Chicken and she loves it too..

This is our family's favorite place to go for breakfast tacos on Sunday morning after early church. When my daughter and her boyfriend come in to town this is where they want to go for breakfast. When my nephew and his family come in to town this is where I pick up tacos. The portions are generous! We love the crispy tripa tacos, the al pastor tacos, the menudo, the egg and chorizo tacos and the torta al pastor. Oh no! I forgot to mention the lengua tacos. Love them! If you go there more than once the servers will remember you and what you order. They always have a coffee ready for my daughter and a diet dr. pepper ready for me. It feels like family and the tacos are great! It is a hole in the wall. After we had been several times my kids mentioned that they used to go here after going out on the weekends. It is a 24/7 place.

First I would like to say that I hope Los Roberto's owners plan to open a location in Austin. I will be a regular along with thousands of relocated Californians living in Austin. As a relocated Californian, I never realized how much we miss California / Baja style Mexican food. I found out that Los Roberto's owners used to own a Roberto's taco shop in San Diego!!!! We drove almost 1 1/2 from north Austin today to the TPC location just to taste real Mexican food we haven't been able to eat in Texas for the past year. You can actually smell the delicious aroma of Mexican food as you walk up to the restaurant. We couldn't decide what to order since everything sounded so good. The burritos are not slathered in cheese or sauce. The beans, rice and tortillas are not store bought or out of a can. There is an actual salsa bar with spicy carrot slices!!!! My fish burrito was amazing. My family ordered the chicken tacos, California Carne Asada burrito, bean and cheese burritos, fish taco. They were all so good and everyone was so happy and satisfied. Unlike the hole in the wall places in California, this place had waitresses but you can go to the counter for to-go orders. The prices were well worth the food and quite reasonable. The restaurant was clean and the staff were very polite. One thing I would have loved to see was Pico de Gallo at the salsa bar but beggars can't be choosers :)

Affordable mexican food that tastes great ! Open ALL the time. Quick service and a variety of food. Seating is limited however.

I live close by and get two tacos every weekend. They have them ready in less than 5 minutes and the tacos are the best in the city.

My wife and another couple were hungry after visiting the river walk. They have great tasting Rolled Tacos and Burritos. The couple we went with had the fries with steak. They ate them all. I love a great salsa bar. This was a clean and well stocked salsa bar with grilled jalapenos and onions also the carrot and jalapeno mix. Staff was friendly. 5 Stars for being 24 hours and great tasting. :::BONUS::: If you have your student ID you can get a burrito for 5.50 with rice and beans.

Ate here with family and then returned next morning for breakfast tacos. Our server was very friendly and helpful. I had the steak quesadilla - it was really delicious. The atmosphere is bright and the ladies in the front are very helpful.

This place is open 24 hours so it is a great place to end your evening after a night of dancing and drinking. Their food is good and prices are just right ... you may keep your wallet.

Went for dinner and asked for gluten free options on the menu. Server looked at me like I had three heads and didn't bother to even check. We walked out.

A 24 hour around the clock Mexican place with pretty great good at great prices. Their beef tacos were really flavorful, the Spanish rice was some of the best ever, the refried beans were ok and the chile relleno was excellent. The mild salsa was a bit on the hot side but tasty. The salsas go from mild to blazing hot from left to right at the salsa bar. The horchata was pretty good and they have a selection of jaritos sodas. Neighborhood is a bit sketchy at night but worth the trip.

I love this place. The mini tacos are great.the severs are friendly and pricing is reasonable. I will keep coming back

Best Authentic Mexican food in San Antonio . Open 24 hours. Great prices. Everything we ordered was exceptionally delicious

Great Mexican food and best Horchata ever. Service is really fast, variety of food.It is a smaill place and can be crowded during weekends, but you can try authentic Mexican specialties.

Stopped here for late lunch. Ate some rice with beans, beef tacos and cheese enchiladas. Everything was good, very cheap too

This location is open 24 x 7. We've had several items on their menu and have yet to be disappointed. The breakfast tacos are better than Bill Miller's. We always enjoy the salsa bar which offers about 4-5 different sauces, limes, onions and jalapenos. My daughter really enjoys their limeade which tastes homemade. I've had their Al Pastor tacos which are amazing. Reminds me of tacos I've had in Mexico. I've also had the steak quesadilla, which is just fantastic. Yeah, service can be a bit slow, but not terrible.

It can be hard to find good Mexican food in the 281/1604 area but this restaurant hits the spot if you are craving it. I like to get the chiliquiles for breakfast here and my husband really enjoys their hug breakfast burritos. They have a salsa bar with sauces ranging from mild to super hot. It is located next to where the now closed Los Robertos used to be. There were several people listening to videos or taking calls on speaker without using their headphones which was annoying but that isn't the fault of the restaurant. That is just bad social etiquette, use your headphones in public folks!

Iama big fan of the simple taco. Just give me a crispy shell, with some well seasoned beef, some fresh toppings and some great salsa animi good to go. This is EXACTLYwhat I got from Los Roberto'sforbrunchearlier today. We happened to sit next to two local young girls who had what looked to be awesome soft tacos sitting on their plate. We asked them twice what they were having to make sure that we had the proper pronunciation down before we ordered. I just put two of the greatest breakfast tacos in my stomach that vie have ever had. Not to mention that the chips were hot and crispy, the side order of frijoles was exellent, the four different sala's were out of bounds, and the tortillas were top notch. I pride myself on being a purveyor of fine hole in the wall places. This place is a must for a quick TexMex fix.

Good service and good prices. Barbacoa and California burrito are great. Real Mexican food. The salsa bar has hot and mild options.

For only 8.00 dollars I was served a huge portion of food, two people could eat one plate without any problems.

I read the reviews prior to going and really wanted to try their Chile Relleno. Other reviewers commented about how good they were so, i had to go and try. Los Roberto's is located in a strip mall off bitters and next to a bingo hall. So, you can grab food and win some money at the same time. The service was attentive even though i ordered to go. I ordered two Chile Relleno's and bistec tacos as a back up. The relleno looked good from a far, but when i cracked it open there was something inside i wasn't expecting...Shredded american cheese! Now, i don't know about you but either they got my order wrong or that is how they make it but the additional shredded cheese that was not even melted really did not need to be included. I removed all the shredded cheese to reveal the real joy, a lightly friend relleno with melted white cheese inside. I'm glad i ordered the back-up bistec tacos, because that was why to much cheese to digest. The bistec tacos were good as an alternative.

The portions are HUGE and the food is tasty. Although somewhat bland from the kitchen, the salsa bar gives you a number of choices to add flavor, heat, and/or both. I eat here on a regular basis #12 pollo posada (salsa verde sauce with addition of jalapeños and Iimes makes for a great lunch).

Very nice menu with a salsa bar. Came here per the recommendation of a friend not disappointed in the least. The chips are light and fresh the salsas are Diversified and very yummy the prices are reasonable and open 24 hours. A great little hole-in-the-wall.

If you're hungry in the middle of the night and have a hankering for Tex Mex this is the place to go. I has the chile relleno and cheese enchilada plate. The relleno was okay. The enchilada was quite good. Rice was good and beans were okay. Hubby had a burrito. He didn't enjoy it. It's a bid seedy around the area but I didn't feel unsafe. Good food for a reasonable price.

Always open, and usually full, I have eaten here on several occasions and have never had a bad experience and the food has always been good. Another plus is the salsa bar that includes marinated carrots, jalapeños and onions.

Stopped by for Tacos before a movie. I had fish and the meat appeared to have been fried twice. Fish, lettuce, mayo and pico. My girlfriend had one chicken and one beef. The chicken was foul (no pun intended) smelling. The Beef was OK. Maybe it was a fluke, but we won't go back.
Ope 24 Hours, Probably Better at 2 am...
Stopped in for breakfast today. What is unique about Los Roberto's is that they have pickled carrots and peppers at the salsa bar, and also unlimited fried onions under a warming light near the Salsa bar. Table service, which is a plus. So why is this only a 3? Well, look at the picture of the Huevos Rancheros plate--no real ranchero sauce at all, just some watery liquid which soaked the potatoes, and the Ham was lunch meat ham cut into little squares... not what I expected. The coffee was weak and not very flavorful. There were several different salsa's, but they all tasted the same--not like other places in town which offer avocado based salsa's, or ranch salsa... there wasn't anything here that made me love it.
