Louisiana Charlie's San Diego Reviews

I dined here and ordered the catfish, mac and cheese, and greens. When I say this was some of the best food I've eaten in San Diego. There is a line to order, but it's worth the wait and not very long. However, I was not able to finish and had to take it to go as the portions were plenty. I also had an orange cream dream drink which was delicious.

Lots of options at this restaurant but we decided on a BBQ brisket sandwich and a BBQ pulled pork sandwich. We also ordered a side of coleslaw. The sandwiches were packed with so much meat which just fell out as we ate. I thought there should have been more coleslaw on my pulled pork so was glad we ordered that extra coleslaw. We both thought the sandwiches were delicious. This location is at Seaport Village so we ordered at a window and they brought the meal to us at their outside seating area.

Delicious, flavorful food and hearty portions. We enjoyed dinner here after riding the carousel and shopping in the Village.

Good food…catfish, brisket sandwhich, and chicken wings were spot on!!! Also in a great spot to hang out near the downtown harbor.

Very tasty cajun food. Seating outside. Pay before you eat. It was a wonderful taste of the South in a place where some of the food is very fancy.
