When going around the Galleria mall and your tummy starts growling...head to the basement food area and look for Luciano’s. The stuffed pizza is more than enough to get you full and it is great tasting as well. They have salads and pastas too bit I did not try any as the slice of pizza is more than enough. Service is fast and cordial.

I spent 10 days in Dallas with a group of 45 people and we took our group 3 times to Luciano's. They were great in working on a deal with us and served plenty of garlic bread, pastas and pizzas. The pizza was very good. Plenty of cheese and toppings, very tasty. Pasta also very tasty and we had more food than we could eat. The manager and the owner were very friendly and helpful and always did what they could to accommodate any requests we had. When we bring our groups to Dallas Luciano's is a certain stop. I really recommend it.

The setting was great for people watching. The salad set up was great, I loved that they mixed your greens and ingredients when you ordered. The entree (pizza for me) was just average tasting. There were plenty of lunch combo deals. Next time that I eat there I will just get the salad lunch combo which is 3 different types of salad and a beverage.

Not the best food, and not cheap either. The staff was friendly enough and the atmosphere is again, so-so - after all, it's in a mall. I really wanted some pasta, but by the time we got there, they had taken away all the pasta dishes and there were only a few things available - and the majority of them too spicy for me, that I couldn't have any of it. I'm sure their other foods are good, but the ones that were available were just very average.

During our visit of Dallas we took a lunch at Luciano's. Menu is very attractive and display is impressive. Pizza variety, Wraps and Spaghetti varieties with special salads are very delicious.

I've had the pleasure of dining in the restaurant, and given a tour of the kitchen. The kitchen is very clean and the food is freshly prepared everyday. I had a company event catered, and it was absolutely fabulous! Outstanding friendly, first class service. Stop by and see my friend Biagiao. He'll take great care of you, your family, or customers!

They DO have a gluten free crust. But their ingredients are awful. I've had better mall food, so that's not it. It just tastes like pasta sauce and string cheese, then all canned ingredients. Yum?

A great Place to eat. For Dallas this is the best Italian food that you can find at affordable prices. The pasta bar is fantastic and of very high quality. The Manager Ray is terrific and very customer service oriented. The place has a great feel. I will return whenever I visit Dallas.

Luciano's is an Italian restaurant on the rink level of the Galleria mall. You order at the counter and they have table seating after you get your food. The choices abound here. At the start of the counter is pizza by the slice and there are lots to choose from, then there are sandwiches, calzones and Strombolis. Next is a selection of salads and pastas. It can be very busy but the staff seems to care and is working extremely hard. The manager spoke to me several times while I was in line and answered questions and made the line go as fast as possible. The food was hot and good and it's convienent if you're in the mall or staying at the Westin. You can also order whole pizzas for eat in or to go. All in all a very good experience.

A great variety of Italian food. Nice and clean. One downside though is the excessive use of cheese. If that doesn't bother you then you'll enjoy the experience

Caprese salad what I ordered, apparently here its done with cucumber and parsley as opposed to basil and just simple mozzarella and tomatoes. It'd just fast food at the end if the day. The bread roll didn't taste very nice

While shopping for Black Friday specials, we went to look a place to have brunch. We browse the three levels of the Galleria's Food court. As soon as we passed by Luciano's, the food caught our attention, but we went and browse anyway three levels. After browsing, we went back and we did not regret it at all. I asked for the one slice and salad combo with a drink and my husband for a pepperoni stromboli. We loved all our food. The double layered pizza, the salad, and stromboli were delicious, we even shared to taste it. The ambiance also we loved it and the employees were super nice and went the extra mile for the customers. Since this is Black Friday, we woke up early and we needed a cup of coffee, there was coffee but no creamer. Well, one of the employees brought me from creamer from somewhere else. This gesture just added the cherry to the experience. I do not know whether it was the fact we were hungry or the shopping rush. But we truly had a very pleasant experience. Even the music they played in the background made the whole experience excellent. We highly recommend it! :)

Stopped here to catch a quick bite to eat for the kids since its pizza. What kids don't love pizza so I made the quick stop. While ordering which this place was not friendly at all when you ask them questions. A slice of pizza, a drink and a small bowl of salad was $10.99 Not even in New York does pizza cost this much. The salad not good at all. The spaghetti with meatballs was so watery you couldn't see the sauce my 7-year-old daughter said this is awful Daddy and just ate the meatballs. My 13 and 15-year-olds said the pizza was terrible and left more than half the pizza on each slice. The stromboli was dry as if the cheese was overcooked. I can see when one plate can be bad anywhere but when the entire meal is this bad and your teenagers point it out 1st you gotta listen. We ended up going to Mi Cocina as this was packed but the kids said its worth the wait Dad. I agree.

This is not s typical pizza joint in a mall. They have dozens of choices from pizza to gourmet salads to soups. The quality is excellent and the staff is courteous. Prices are very reasonable and they serve Coca Cola products! The interior is beautiful, like you would expect from a nicer free-standing restaurant. The owner is a Christian and you can tell by the way he runs his business. They have Christian music playing which is a nice break from hip hop. I highly recommend a visit while you are in the Galleria.

The paninis and pizza were to die for. Handmade and perfection. We enjoyed every bite. My husband made his own pasta there, and he said it was simply amazing.

Next door. My boos choose Five Guys but I chose here. Very good stromboli with a surprise. Lots of jalapeños made it mice and spicy. Service was good they had some very good looking salads and cake that I will try next time.

My husband and I just wanted a light meal so we opted for one of their salads --made on the spot for you. The next day, we had their pizza -- very good

Wanted somewhere to grab a quick bite while watching my child ice skate. We liked the fact we had a clear view of the rink from the front tables. They have large menu to select from, but my group went with the individual slices of pizza. I had the double layered slice with bacon, pepperoni, and sausage. The sausage had nice flavor and a little spice. The double layer was a little to much. However, i thought the crust was very good. It was doughy and light, but had a very nice crisp to it. The pre make the slices, but warm them up on a stone oven. Would be willing to try again if in the area.

Nice service and good pizza. We had the whole milk mozzarella tomato slice. The flavor was delicious. My only suggestion, is to offer a gluten free crust. Thanks for reading. The Bike Chaplain

We went this place to have a lunch with kids. Food is good, basic but offer variety. Based in front the skater ring

My son and I both went for the fresh pasta, mine marinara with meatballs and his was white with shrimp, both were very fresh and great tasting because one gets to choose the ingredients! Can’t go wrong if you’re in the neighborhood!

The food was delicious, and the customer service was above and beyond!! The staff was incredibly friendly and helpful.

Wasn’t sure what to expect based on the mixed reviews, but I loved every single thing. Got the salad trio, and was able to add my own dressings. Very generous helpings of my pick of 3 salads, and well worth the $13. Also got the make-your-own pasta, and got to watch the cook put in all my favorites: shrimp, garlic, Alfredo, red onions, spinach, and cheese. Lots of meats, veggies, and different veggies to choose from for that make-it-fresh option. To my surprise, the pasta came with a thick triangle of delicious soft bread. Not sure if it was sourdough or what, but it was really tasty. Finished it off with a moist and nicely spiced piece of carrot cake. The servers/staff were friendly and helpful. Ten times better than the neighboring restaurant that I ate at the night before. Thank you for a great meal!

This is a small restaurant in the bottom of the Galleria next to the ice rink. It can get pretty crowded but the pizza is worth the hassle as compared to other options in the building. They have several pasta and salad options as well but I didn't try them.

Despite the food court location, this place had a good selection of fresh-looking (and tasting) food. But what really stood out was the way the managers (I assume the owners) took steps to make the dining experience great. Ordering the avocado salad? Let's cut up some fresh avocado for you. You need butter? I can cut some up in back and bring it out. Tons of little things that made this good food at a good price a great option.

We ordered a medium size vegetarian pizza and a large salad. After about 10-15 minutes, we received only the pizza, but not the salad. We thought that they would bring the salad in a few minutes, but there was no sign of the salad until we completed our meal. They totally forgot about the salad. Also, nobody checked on our table after serving the pizza. I have to admit, the pizza was delicious despite being located at a food court in the Galleria Mall. I would eat here again. At the end of the meal, we went and asked for a refund as they did not serve us the salad. The person at the register gave a lame excuse, however the manager enquired the server and refunded the charge for the salad when he understood that we did not receive the salad. With little more structure and organization, this restaurant has potential to be a great place for dining while shopping at the Galleria Mall at Dallas.

This was a very disappointing meal. Went there for lunch and the service was poor and slow and the food was, probably decent quality, but served cold. It was a busy Sunday afternoon prior to Christmas and they we understaffed. Just not a good experience or value for my money. There's definitely room for improvements.

Great place, location and salads were great! The pizza was a little dry and not as good as it looked but was ok. Had a good deal on a combo, a slice of pizza, a salad and a drink for less than $10.

The service is slow but good ambience and great food. They have several selections of pizza and the salad bar is excellent. My family and I agreed that they have the best pepperoni pizza in town. I tried the mediterranean salad and it was excellent as well. It is located inside the galleria and by the ice skating rink.

Grabbed a quick lunch here at Galleria Mall. Slow with food if you create your own pizza, but they have plenty of premade salads and pizzas available. Staff was accommodating but there is a bit of a language barrier if you try to ask questions.

My husband and I went to Luciano's at the Galleria, located on the first floor near the escalator and ice rink. This was our first time eating at Luciano's. We went for a late lunch/early dinner. Although the mall wasn't busy, there were soccer teams milling around the ice rink, and the owner, Biaggio, suggested we place our order before the teams came in. Excellent suggestion, as a flood of well mannered teams came in right after us. On display are calzones, stromboli, salads, and pizza, reminiscent of what you would see in Italy. There's also a pasta station. Biaggio said they make everything from scratch daily. I had a big workout prior to arriving, so my heart was set on pasta. When the owner asked what I'd like, I asked Biaggio to make me his specialty. No further discussion. I told him I eat everything. He proceeded to prepare a beautiful penne pasta with fresh tomato, basil and mozzarella. He got right to it, cooking in front of me, and I was delighted with the finished dish. It was the most beautiful pasta, hot and delicious, with fresh ingredients. No need for extra cheese. I loved it! There was a fresh, hot roll that accompanied the pasta. It had a buttery flavor, and was absolutely delicious. Biaggio told us they make everything, including the breads, each day! Very impressive! My husband had an enormous slice of Pepperoni Pizza, and Biaggio gave him a side of Alfredo sauce since he can't eat tomato seeds. He also had a Ceasar Salad that was very fresh, assembled with the ingredients he specified. The decor is very much like what you would find in Italy. It was quiet enough to carry on a conversation, even though a group of over 30 soccer players came in after we sat down. Lots of space for everyone and the staff was circulating among the patrons, checking that things were right. I am a big fan of Italian cuisine, and my new favorite Italian restaurant in Dallas is Luciano's. We recommend it without reservation.

I needed a fast lunch to go for three, they were very helpful and friendly and made sure I had everything I needed very quickly.

My husband and I had to take a very quick lunch break in the Galleria Mall before heading for home on the 26th December - that is all the way back to Naples - Luciano's was just what my husband wanted - a good piece of pizza served hot and in an authentic setting, not just your usual Mall pizza place - Luciano's offered great pizza, great pasta and great salad - all fresh made to order and packed with taste and quality ingredients - the owner and boss of the pizzeria, Biaggio is such an accommodating guy, as soon as he knew we were from Naples, he just could not do enough for us - but from reading the other reviews, this man really goes out of his way to be kind and attentive to everyone - he knows the business and runs his well - We had a great pizza and unfortunately just coffee as we were really strapped for time but the food in display was absolutely beautifully presented and looked like it tasted as good as it looked. I am in Dallas often and cannot wait to return to try some salad and a combination meal - the price of the food is so convenient and the service is attentive, the restaurant is spotless and opening times just cannot delude - it is situation in the galleria mall on the lower ground level so even if in a prime spot, never too busy or over crowded on the outside as this level is dedicated to entertainment and not shops - please give this place a try - even if you want to take your time and eat a leisurely meal of salad pasta and of course, a slice of pizza, great deserts and a coffee, this is an ideal place to spend some time and some money - you will not be dissappointed. Thank you Biaggio for one of the most pleasant pizza stops in the US that i have made - we will not forget your great hospitality. Have a great year - from Rita and Gennaro, Napoli.

First time to Luciano in the Galleria Mall in Dallas. Ordered an avocado salad. Lettuce was soggy. Taste was meh...I saw the salads were prepped and mixed (without the dressing of course) and displayed in the refrigerated display case, probably sitting there all day before I ordered it. Service was good though. I probably wouldn’t order salads again but would try other items on their menu.

Ordered a large fettucine carbonara with chicken for the two of us along with a salad and it was enjoyable. There was a side of garlic bread served as well which was included in the price. Overall a nice meal and will come back the next time we are in Dallas but maybe try the pizzas as they looked really good too!
Great Italian
Location was difficult to locate since I'm not familiar with this mall. Next to an ice rink down onde level from when you come in on street level. Worth the search. Food is nicely presented at the front. People were there to help you, not stand around. Fast and prompt. Portion was great. Filled me up. No room for dessert (which also looked to quality). Everything appeared to be fresh. I got the chicken parmesan with all you can drink soda. Cost me almost $13. For the quantity of food, I consider that a bargain compared to others I've been to.
