Typical

Typical chain type BBQ, nothing exciting. Comparable to Famous Dave’s. Homemade biscuits were good, but had a sugar coating for some reason. Sauce was not that good.

Liked the Shrimp and Grits

By Bill S |

Made reservations at 6:00 for a party of 16 and after waiting a few minutes to set the table up the Hostess seated us. Our Waiter took our drink orders and after he delivered the drinks he took our food orders and answered any questions we had. I started off with the Gumbo which was very good. For my main I had the Shrimp and Grits which was pretty good for a BBQ place. I’ve been to other Lucille’s and always ordered the ribs so I was pleasantly surprised with the taste of the Shrimp and Grits. Others in the party had various items and all were happy with their meals. The Waiter did a good job of getting the meals out and was attentive to our needs. I’d try this place again if I come back to LV.

Delicious food, perfect service

By jmLondon845 |

We like this place which is located in the Red Rock Casino. The specialty is the smoked meat, salad, dessert and watch the huge TV screen showing sport competitions. What I prefer to eat at that place is the smoked baby spare ribs which are unbelievable, the best ever. Their salad are also out of this world. Side dishes galore, sweet potatoes fries, baked and mash potatoes. Biscuits freshly cooked and a fantastic butter. Huge glass of everything you can drink. Fantastic place. The service is excellent. And after that you can go bowling !!

For die hard BBQ lovers

By petetom |

OK, we got a coupon so we went. While I am not a great fan of BBQ ribs (although my wife is), we went and glad we did. There was a concern that the St Louis ribs were not what was remembered from St. Louis, the food was very good, the service excellent and the prices reasonable (for a tourist type venue). This is a nice place to take visitors, even from St. Louis

Yummy!

By cambr0sin0 |

The waitstaff was so attentive. Corn on the cob was tremendous. Meats, salads, Mac and cheese...outstanding.

Horrible experience! Incorrect order AND HAIR IN MY FOOD!

By Michelle M |

I ordered a rib dinner from here through door dash and was very disappointed. First of all my order was wrong but that wasn’t even the worst part. I had several hairs in my meal! I called to inform the manager...I wasn’t even asking for a refund I was simply calling to make him aware. The manager got very defensive and argumentative saying he had never heard of such a thing...basically acting as if I was lying and as I said before I wasn’t even asking for a refund and I stated that to him. HORRIBLE CUSTOMER SERVICE. He never even apologized.

Horrible experience

By Manfred Pino Sr |

We made a reservation at 8:30pm but no one explain to us that we were going to kick out at 9pm so we end up with our dinner, deserts at the same time. At 9pm I was denied more ice tea. Someone should figure out that making a reservation at 8:30 is non sense

Yummy BBQ

By Amy V |

Food was great, loved getting southern bbq in Vegas. Portions are huge, and love the sugar biscuits.

Good BBQ, Strong Drinks

By Brendan M |

The wife and I had heard Lucille's had good BBQ. The stories were true. Good BBQ and strong drinks. Only downside is ours a little on the pricey side but not enough to dock a point.

Yep, great BBQ in Vegas!

By Jimtravels4fun |

My brother & his wife took us to this wonderful BBQ restaurant on our recent visit. There were 7 of us and we were quickly seated on a Saturday afternoon. Each of us had a different selection from ribs to smoked chicken to a burger. Each of us loved our meal. I have only very positive things to say about this place. Great waitress, very tasty food (3 sauce choices), and nice environment. 5 stars for sure!

high price, small quantities, not impressed

By Daboyz3g |

won't be back, unfortunately only place in town with beef ribs, but almost no meat on bones. underwhelming

GOOD BARBECUE

By E4468HCjerryb |

We have been here several times and generally enjoy it. The best surprise is the hot biscuits and unusual butter that arrive shortly after you sit down. We have had the brisket, tritip and smoked chicken. The baked beans were a good side dish.

Good selections

By LouisS_DC |

All around BBQ food, everyone said their dish was good (party of about 10 people). Would go back to try other dishes. Service was good.

Enter through casino only

By MominOC |

In order to check your temperature this is required. Food was good, service too. Make a reservation. Brisket was not too good, ribs were better for sure.

Great Ribs

By GSLV49 |

Hubby took me out on Sunday for my Valentine's Day meal and took me to Lucille's (my favorite place). Got the baby back ribs, cheesy grits and cornbread. Always get a full slab, cause you know that you can't eat it all and you can take it home and have dinner the next day and not have to cook. Whew!!! He had made reservations for 2:30 p.m. but it seemed rather empty. Gary was our server, polite and attentive. The food always hits the mark. Best ribs in town. Just so you know, the Peach tea is unsweetened....not that great.

Awesome bbq, great experience!

By Jessica K |

We went last Friday (6/16) looking for something a little different, and we had a great time. We sat at the bar, and Danielle was our bartender/server. She was awesome! She took great care of us, while being completely slammed mixing drinks for the restaurant. I don't think I have ever seen someone mix drinks that fast (while still making them look good). The food was also amazing. We split the "back porch", with smoked chicken, tri-tip and babyback ribs. All of them were amazingly tender with wonderful flavor. You also got the choice of 2 sides, and we had the beans and mashed potatoes, both of which were very tasty. Overall, we will definitely be back, and I hope Danielle is working again!

whoa ... more than just BBQ

By mlflee |

I stopped by to sample the gumbo and, boy, was it good. I had the lunch special for a great price and it did not disappoint. It was so good that I took a picture of it after the first bite.

Enjoy your lunch!

By Y A |

Nice lunch menu pleasant attentive staff Enjoyed a delicious ribs and tri tip combo with greens and a great biscuit with a cinnamon sugar butter spread 🤤😋

Excellent food, but very noisy

By Fred G |

Lucille's prides itself on its smoked BBQ, and rightly so. No complaints about the quality of the meats, sides, or drinks. Service was good. Our only complaint was that they had a live blues band who played way too loud and way not that good; nor was it blues. It made conversation extremely difficult.

The rib combo plate is fantastic and good value

By polaraubie |

Stopped here for ribs for lunch. We were also surprised they had a great novelty cocktail menu, so I tried my first mint julep and my guest had a watermelon drink. Excellent. We both got the barbecue combo and it was great! We're looking forward to going back soon.

Great visit

By Mizzjody |

Great food and large portions. I loved this place and would defenitely return. The sangria was delicious!!!

BEST BBQ IN VEGAS

By FWynnB |

Great BBQ, Fantastic service, Good choice of beers. Lucille's is at the top of our list of restaurants to visit on our trips to Las Vegas. Tried just about everything on the menu and it is all good.

Marginal food

By Bret P |

Marginal food. Sadly it really doesn't deliver very good food. Their complimentary bread is dry and basically just tastes like dough. The cheese grits were bland and they were out of their house wine. The baby backs ribs were so so but the southern fried chicken was good.

The love of Lucilles BBQ @ Red Rock

By Redbullx2 |

Gotta love dem rib tips and Louisiana bbq shrimp ....the true finger lick good Service us on point The food is great ..espexially dem pulled pork nachos and I know a thing or 2 bout some nachos

Pretty Good Q

By Sharon B |

I enjoyed the ribs and sausage. The greens we good though a bit spicy. The sweet bbq sauce was very good. The banana pudding was pretty good! Next time will go later in the day because I felt like ribs were from day before.

Awesome Food and service

By Dolores V |

With five of us dining we were able to taste so many of their dishes excellent rib tips, baby backs, pulled pork, the biscuits aregreat everything I tasted was speciall. Went back another evening just for dessert which was sooooo good.

Large party

By ThatsAGiven |

I was staying at the Red Rock mid March and contacted Lucille's 3 weeks prior as I wanted to have a geocaching event in town. These would be people I was meeting for the first time and thought I had made that clear to Lucille's staff. I was expecting between 10-15 people but really wouldn't know until that evening. I called Lucille's the day before the event to give a better head count and was told I wouldn't be able to get my table until all the people arrived! There is a start time for an event but people are coming from work, traveling and vacationing so it is hard to get that many strangers at the same time to an event. I planned it for a Monday which they told me was slow, and not knowing who would be coming I told the woman that would be impossible, so she said when 80% of the party arrived we could be seated. I could have had this any place and choose this venue to bring in several hundred dollars, as I found out this place isn't inexpensive. I really should have done more research of restaurants in the area. I posted a note on the geocaching page to make sure to come on time and post your head count. When I arrived at Lucille's at 5:50pm for a 6pm table seating I was informed they had already sat 4 people in my party at a table and more people were waiting in the front. In total I had 18 and some people left as there was not enough seating! I had entered through the back casino entrance and the entire back restaurant was empty. They then moved the seated people and sat us all together at a table for 12, to which more people who showed up ended leaving. Most people ordered a meal and drinks and everyone thought it was just okay, but we all give it a poor for seating issues. I've had events all around the world, England, Germany, Asheville NC, Key West and never had this issue before. Maybe Lucille's will learn from this and plan better.

Come Hungry

By AlwaysAskALocal |

Locals could not believe that I have never tried southern grits before. They told me the best place around to have them was Lucilles. I was disappointed at first because it is no longer a part of the menu however that is where the disappointment stopped. The service was extremely attentive. My waiter recommended the meat duo and wow was it awesome. The only thing better was the biscuits with apple butter, completely sold! I would do this again any time.

Very disappointed for a first-time visit.

By romansB5462YS |

Took my son for his birthday dinner because he loves ribs, we were a party of 5. It was approximately 5pm and the place was almost empty. We were seated at a small table in the middle of the isle, and it was hard to see because bad lighting, so I requested a large booth which there were MANY available but the hostess said the areas were closed, after several minutes of hostess and server not being able to figure out which table to seat us at we decided to leave! We originally were going to go to the Henderson location, but we live on this side of town, guess we made the wrong choice, but all was not waisted we went next door to the Yard House which was very busy but got seated right away and had excellent Birthday Meal for my son!

Good service average food

By HonoluluLocalgirl |

We first went to Lucille's in Henderson several years ago. Service was great the food so moist and fall off the bone. Here the service was very good but the food was not as I remember. My tri tip was dry and my son said the same about his beef ribs. My husband had the chicken and he was happy.

Great choices, can't go wrong

By Hunter S |

Lucille's offers excellent BBQ at an above average price, but the prices are very approachable when compared to strip properties. Fantastic biscuits, sides, and entree's. I have visited several times and have tried a majority of their items, and will continue to do so anytime a friend coming into town that wants some southern style bbq. The beef ribs are some of the best around, the chicken is juicy and tender, and the pork products are all delicious (if you choose to indulge). Lively atmosphere, good selection of drinks, and friendly staff. Would recommend for anyone in the area to try them at least once.

I love Lucille's!

By MGD67 |

This restaurant is located in the Red Rock Casino but so good I would go there just for the BBQ. It reminded me a lot of the House of Blues but with much better food. I ate there two different times. I got the loaded potato one night and the friend chicken the next. Both were first rate but the fried chicken was amazing! Light, not greasy and perfectly seasoned. And they have sweet tea! Oh my goodness the sweet tea served in a giant mason jar. My only negative comment is that they do not have sweet potato pie on the menu. But maybe someday??

Great ribs

By julzi91 |

Good was delicious and their sauces are amazing. Bought a take home pack of sauce for ourselves and a gift. The only let down was the initial service. I'm not sure if this is an American thing but the group of young girls at the door told us there was an initial 20 minute wait for a table, even though half the restaurant was empty. We were told to have a seat at the bar. So naturally we ordered a drink and waited to be told a table was ready. 25 minutes later, and after watching many other people be seated, we intercepted a waiter who seemed to be a manager and asked what was happening with our table, and we were seated immediately. Our table service was great after that.

Long wait

By dthorne1 |

By the time we got our food we were so tired. Waited 45 minutes. We were so frustrated. The staff really seemed to care less how we felt. Drank water for a long time even before our cocktails arrived

Lucille's Pork Ribs were not up to their usual quality

By Jean Y |

We have had ribs at Lucille's at Red Rock Resort many times and they have always been high quality with limited fat & nice and moist. This time 2 of 3 whole racks were very dry - enough so that it was difficult to cut them apart. We went about 8pm on a Friday night so they were busy, but not completely packed. Service was good and sides were very good as usual. Their corn bread is the best I have ever had and we always get extra to bring home.

Haven't tried this restaurant

By lcpotes |

Haven't tried this restaurant in years; I'm not much of a BBQ eater and last experience at The District was underwhelming. Made two recent visits to the Red Rock location; enjoyed their complimentary biscuits, pulled pork St Louis and Beef ribs. Issue with service but Meagan was great at following up and appreciate Manager Jorge's attention. I would recommend l; just it out even if you are not big BBQ fan I'm sure you will find something to enjoy.

Just average, nothing great

By DM_1278 |

The barbecue options were just ok, not true Southwest style in my opinion. The sides were mediocre, not hot or cold, the bread was somewhat flat tasting and the sides were nothing but average. Prices were so so, for a casino type restaurant. Not sure its worth a special visit so far from the main part of Vegas.

Birthday Bbq Bash

By TonyTone728 |

The birthday meal of my choice was unforgettably outstanding. The taste, portion and tenderness could have not been better elsewhere. Service was good! Long line to enter was necessary but, worth it!

Great BBQ!!

By stitcher1951 |

We loved this BBQ spot in Summerlin ! We had a very friendly server named Ashley and the restaurant was clean. They told us a 20 minute wait and we were being seated after exactly 20 minutes. ❤️ We started with a 1/2 order of onion straws and they were so good. A half order was more than the 4 of is could eat. The sauce that comes with them is really good too They then brought some biscuits with honey cinnamon butter. Again, excellentand leave you wanting more! For our entrees I chose a two meat meal. I chose Alabama Chicken which was a half of a chicken that had been marinated in Apple cider. It was very moist. I chose pulled pork for my second meat. I should have asked because it was too spicy for my stomach so i didnt eat it. I had never had street corn so i chose that as one of my sides. I really liked it. My other side i chose was water melon slices. It was sweet and juicy My husband chose Southern fried chicken with potatoes and gravy and he raved about it My son had a hot chicken and he said it was spicy but very good. He loves cole slaw and he said theres was great. He also had mac n cheese. It was the creamy kind and he felt it was nothing special His fiancé chose Alabama chicken and said it was wonderful. It was the dame chicken i had. She also had street corn and her second side was french fries. We ordered a chocolate cake and a key lime cheesecake to take home. we haven’t eaten those yet but im sure they will be good also We will definitely visit again. Highly recommened

Horrible service

By aknute2 |

This was our first dining experience with friends on a Monday afternoon. We were told at the front desk there was a 15 minute wait, which went way beyond that. The front part of the restaurant was crowded, but there were numerous empty tables in the bar area, as well as the middle and back of the restaurant. Finally, we decided to sit in the bar area and did not get any greeting/menus/or drinks until one of us went back up to the receptionist to inquire what was happening to our existing reservation. Long story short we finally got menus an hour after our arrival, yet no one came to take our order. We ordered our food, salads for 2 of us, Gumbo soup for one, and the special barbecue plate for another. The chicken salads were disappointing in that the lettuce was iceberg, the veggies consisted of 1 cherry tomatoe cut in half, and the other veggies diced to very tiny pieces. The Gumbo soup was too spicy to finish, yet the barbecue plate was very good. Would we go back. No, not until management gets its act together. We weren't the only people made to wait. This was a very poor dining experience.

Who's in charge, an ogre 😲

By carnie v |

Overall it was very poor food experience. It was $22 for 3 meat platter. I was hungry, so I said to my family member that I would just eat 2 bites of everything. That was nearly impossible because we received 1 sausage that was warm, 4 thinly sliced very small pieces of beef, and a very tiny chicken leg and thigh. I thought it was a kids meal. Typically you get enough to stuff yourself and then more to take home. There was only enough for one person to eat. So my family member graciously shared 2 bites with me and I think that was only because it tasted so yucky. The chicken was tiny & off- putting taste, the sausage should've been crispy and hot and maybe that's why it didn't taste good. The meat slices were good, but there was only 4 tiny pieces. We received a cup of potato salad which tasted like it had been in the fridge for 10 days, I liked it but my family member was very disappointed and he worked in several upscale restaurants in Las Vegas, Casa Del Matador, and a couple famous chef places. If he said it was gross, there's some truth to it! I will never return unless you up your standards and stop serving kid meals for $22.

Popular but Overpriced

By MrsJD2007 |

We were took to Lucille's within Red Rock Casino by friends who love it and it's clearly very popular as the twice we visited it was very busy. Lots of choice, chose nachos to start, very nice but main was disappointing as meat was way too sweet. Nice Alcoholic Lemonade. 1 starter , 2 mains and 3 drinks came to over 90 dollars, plus recommended tip of at least 15%, not worth it in my opinion, found better value and nicer food elsewhere.

And this is being kind

By Lifeisonetrip |

Took advantage of an August special for frequent and regular gamblers to the Red Rock. We are locals and have dined at Lucille's many times before. What a huge disappointment. The promotion was for lunch only and it was wayyyyy too expensive for what you get. Almost $20 for a small piece of chicken and a small piece of sausage, along with a side of sweet potato fries. Either lower the prices or up the portions. This was just sad! Oh by the way, the server was very good, not her fault they have set up the prices and portions this way. Never again!

hearty meals

By joncen |

The BBQ baby back ribs and fried chicken did not disappoint. The garlic mashed potatoes and mixed veggies that came with the chicken entree were also delicious but I would have preferred to have been able to select my own sides. My husband selected the mac 'n' cheese and was not pleased. After tasting the side, I was surprised by the blandness of the dish but agreed that it lacked flavor. We have definitely had better. The service was spot on.

Lower your expectations

By satojohn53 |

My wife and I went here after the movie. I wanted to try this place because of the reviews I read. I was somewhat disappointed with the quality of the food. The "Burnt Ends" were served cold and were quite tough. They were not melt in your mouth type of meat. The biscuits were okay but were late. They said they were waiting for them to come out of the oven. When we were served, they were cold which made me think that they did not just come out of the oven. The baby back ribs were okay but nothing special. The St. Louis style ribs were just average too. It is not the best bar b que restaurant I have been to but it is one of the most expensive. Just goes to show you that, You don't always get what you pay for.

Yummy BBQ!!!

By jenr |

Food was DELISH!! Service was fabulous. We were served so much food, at such an amazing price. The biscuits are the best thing ever and I could eat just a plate of those! But the.n I would miss out on the yummy sides and bbq. Really great night, can’t wait to go back!

Beef Ribs

By arnesalkin |

I love good barbeque. Having beef ribs are the best. Think of the ribs on the Flintstones and you have beef ribs. Theirs were meeting and tender with good flavoring without sauce.

good smoked BBQ, very high prices

By I T |

We went for lunch and had the Rib plate, which contains 3 ribs and three slices of tri tip and one side. We paid 17.00 for this plate, which id very very high. For this price I can get a full slab of ribs with two sides elsewhere with the same quality. The meat was in good quality, however the fries were shoe string, not to my liking. Service was good and attentive. For this price I believe we should get at least 2 sides. Too expensive for lunch.

Way impressed.

By Scott |

Baby back ribs were cooked to perfection. They weren't slimy or greasy, they were just darn good. French fries were thin and crispy, although I did request them extra crispy. Service was very good. Seated fast and the food came out sooner than I had expected. Sometimes it's the little things: instead of those stupid little wet wipes in foil packages they brought out a full-blown warm wash rag. That was a great touch. And best of all, this was probably one of the most reasonably priced full rack of ribs I've ever eaten.

BBQ

This place is very professional clean and friendly the food was awesome service was awesome I recommend it

Poor customer service

By boscobear1950 |

We had friends from Alaska visiting and thought this would be a good idea for dinner. We arrived at 5:30. We were told the wait time was 5 minutes. 30 minutes later we were seated. 20 minutes later they took our order. One of us ordered a baked potato as a side dish, it was offered on the menu after 5 pm.,30 minutes later the waitress informed us that the baked potatoes would not be ready for another hour and another selection was necessary. We received our dinner 45 minutes later. We attempted to get the waitress attention many times but she was too busy.

Loved Everything!

By Robert M |

On the way back from our visit to the Red Rock Canyon National Conservation Area we saw the Red Rock Casino & Spa just before the Interstate entrance back to Las Vegas. Knowing they would have numerous restaurants we found Lucille's Smokehouse Bar-B-Que. It was a good choice. Their extensive menu offers all the typical slow smoked barbecue items you could expect. The service was quick, food hot, delicious and reasonably priced. Not something you always find in a casino in Las Vegas!

A good time was had!

By Sharon K |

My friend chose to have her birthday luncheon here and it turned out to be a great time. Our waitress,Ashley, was wonderful, the food excellent. I had the gumbo, which was delicious (better than any I'd had in New Orleans). We'd brought our own birthday cake and rather than that being a problem, Ashley was very helpful and brought us plates, even though we'd brought our own. The nine of us all left full and happy!

Ok BBQ

By m h |

Overall big portions. The brisket was very good, the baby back ribs were very dry. The coleslaw was good. The baked beans were a little odd. I have lived in the south for a long time and have had BBQ from Atlanta through Memphis and in Texas. This was not like any of those places. Service was a little slow as well. Gave it a 3 as I was somewhat disappointed.

Didn't get to try the food - but review is still warranted

By Janie C |

We showed up for an early dinner seating at 5:15pm. There were probably only two tables seated in the entire restaurant. But the hostess told us it would be an hour wait. There were no explanations. At first, we thought it was a test because it seemed like they must be joking. We think they were short staffed and were trying to pace themselves. Either way, just be transparent and explain why it will be an hour when the resturants is virtually empty. They do have a good system where they will call or text you when your table is ready. If a BBQ joint can't seat people at 5:15, there is something wrong with your seating system. We never got in, FYI. After an hour we got a better oppty at a different restaurant. Only then did Lucilles call to say the table was ready. No thanks anymore. You had your chance.

When at Red Rocks, great Barbeque!

By JoeWillard |

I had never been to Red Rocks Resort. Was not even aware of this amazing resort until someone took us there. So, Lucille's is one of the eating establishments in the resort. I had the Texas Brisket with coleslaw and a giant baked potato. I loved it. Their Biscuits are different and really nice. I especially loved the spicy Bar-B-Que sauce.

Favourite!

By Meganlleigh |

This was my second time here and I was not disappointed! The food is AMAZING and I love the decor and atmosphere of the restaurant. Service is also great - they are so attentive and want to to ensure that you are having a good time. There is so much to choose from on the menu, we had the starter platter (which is HUGE!) and then mains and we left absolutely stuffed. It's also in a great location, it's really quaint and some lovely shops to wander round too if you're up there for the afternoon/evening. Can't wait to return - my favourite place in Vegas!

Yummy eatery

By Marion W |

Went with a party of 8 -- you'll need a reservation for that many. It was quite crowded the evening we went there. After we were seated, I ordered a pulled pork sandwich and my honey ordered a gumbo. Both were delicious. Others in our group ordered ribs, which looked terrific. The wait staff were excellent. I would recommend with no hesitation.

Lunch

By Jeff S |

Sticky tables but the food was pretty good I'll come back next time I'm in town. Did the beer flight hop lovers and Alice tasty decided to have the dogfish head as a tap to finish up my meal the best of the four

Been here several times. Very good

By gpa9504 |

I've had several meals here. Always tasty BBQ and good beer. Sides are good too. Don't miss it if you like BBQ.

BBQ at Red Rocks Casino

By aichdot |

We had lunch at Lucille's and it was delicious. I had the "Rib Combo" which consisted of 3 Baby Back ribs, Burnt end Brisket and peanut slaw. It was superb. My wife's "Lunch Special" was also superb. Service was fast and friendly. This was a winner.

Great Happy Hour

By Roy T |

Every experience I've ever had at any Lucille's has been above average, and this location didn't let me know. Happy Hour after 9PM offered nicely discounted food and drinks, and everything here is good. The staff was polite, cool and on top of things and the food was tasty. I wish there was a location closer to me.

Terrible servers

By MustafaKocer |

We like to go this restaurant because of their food but they have terrible servers mostly.Last three times we got horrible service. Also many problems more.I wanted to communicate them sent them 2 times email but they didnt respond.

Fantastic ribs AND service

By KatzFamily |

We visited here for an early dinner and absolutely loved it. We live in BBQ country but the ribs and pulled pork at Lucille's were some of the best we've ever had. Couple the great food with fantastic service and this place is a 5 star winner!!!! (Try the sweet tea too.....it's amazing!)

My second Lucilles

By Kevin K |

Saw an ad on TV that mentioned this place. I had been to one in CA before & was happy to see this in NV. Staff was very friendly and helpful. Food was tasty but not as warm as I would have liked. All in all a good lunch. I would return.

Average sandwich, poor service

By Stan J |

Ordered a secret menu hot honey chicken sandwich with a Mac/cheese side. Sandwich had way too much slaw on it and the chicken breast was in 2 pieces. Server never and came back to check on me or refill my beverage so i ate most of the spicy sandwich with an empty drink. Poor service, won’t return

Excellent Bar-B-Que

By seawolf1963 |

Lucille's Smokehouse and Bar-b-Que is located in the Red Rock Resort and Casino at Charleston and I-215 in Las Vegas. The food is great.

Wow!

By Eyeshewawa |

Wow! Fantastic baby back ribs. And their mountain of onion straws blows a blooming onion outta the water! Was moderately priced but even sharing a meal we couldn’t finish it all. Would definitely visit them again. The picture I uploaded only shows half of the meal!

Nothing to write home about as far as bar-b-que goes .

By Ray G |

The food was average, service was slow . Pass on the biscuits not very good . Drinks were the best part of our meal .

Big portions - slow system

By Dave T |

Slow system refers to the servers not working well as a team. "A"is your server. "B" was supposedly to assist. A request was made. Nothing was done. "A" 'realized'(?) on returning to the table that nothing had been done. Was it A or B.

Good food

By AndieS201 |

Lucille's is a fun place with really good drinks and food. The baby back ribs are my favorite. And don't miss the peanut cole slaw...better than advertised. Kind of interesting in that their theme is New Orleans and the food is barbeque. But, it worked for me.

Photos added. Returned to use a gift card. STOP the up-sell!

By NitroDog |

My wife and I took my dad to the location at the Red Rock Resort for lunch. I had a gift card I was given, so I gave them another shot. The food was decent on this visit, but KNOCK OFF THE UP-SELL. Drinks, dessert, etc, etc? Diners receive free biscuits that were very good. My wife and I shared a dinner salad that was plain. I had a Cheeseburger with baked beans, my wife had a pork sandwich with fries and my dad had a shrimp salad. I have been here before and I am done with it, until next year when I get another gift card from someone that loves it. I will roll will the flow. STOP the up-sell!!! Many photos added of our visit.

Fantastic food and service

By roberin |

This was the best barbecue these Canadians have ever experienced: a wide, tantalizing menu, a variety of sauces and options and portions that were generous. I had the brisket tips salad; my husband had the two-meat platter (choices were terrific). Two sugar sprinkled warm homemade biscuits started the meal along with a nice selection of sweet teas. Sorry we can't comment on the desserts - too full to dare. But oh, it was wonderful (and paying with players' points doesn't hurt either). Thanks to the many servers who swept by to offer to take orders, etc. and especially our own server Brandon. What a great experience beginning to end (loved the bluesy music, too).

Located on the north end of Red Rock Casino. Access from outside. This place has become one of the top BBQ spots around. I think a little pricey but the food was great, atmosphere was enjoyable and the staff were pleasant and attentive. Ribs and brisket were prepared as requested.

Lucille’s Smokehouse - Deja Vu All Over Again

By The_Loup_Garou |

Lucille’s Smokehouse - Deja Vu All Over Again I have been to Lucille’s Smokehouse in the Red Rock Casino & Resort before - both literally, and figuratively. Literally - well, we dined there several months ago. Figuratively - I have “been there” via a composite of many similar cafes, around the South. Growing up in Mississippi and Louisiana, I had dined at many restaurants, with aspects represented by Lucille’s. Some had a gas station attached, some were just cafes, and a few, basically shacks, with a smoker off to the side. In some cases, the rear porch was out near a bayou, in the back, and often with a pier, from which the locals (including the cook) might be fishing for blue-gills, or catfish, soon to appear on the menu. Some of those had galleries, where local musicians might jam on a Friday, or Saturday night. Lucille’s Smokehouse had all of this - except for the bayou. It is a composite of so many, similar places in the South, and Texas, and though by design, it brings off this look/feel very well. I felt like I had dined at Lucille’s for decades - or at least little pieces of it. Now, the restaurant is basically 3-4 separate entities. In the front, via the interior entrance from the Casino, it resembles a little cottage, with casual dining areas. Then, toward the rear, there is an open kitchen on one side, and a smoker on the other, plus dining spaces. This area has the feel of being outdoors, on a rear gallery of the cottage, but it is not. Farther back, there is a nice bar, and a stage for music (none performing during this visit), and then more seating, near that little stage. We did some repeats, from our first visit, because they were so good: The “Southern Favorites Platter” – with Fried Green Tomatoes, Fried Dill Pickles, Onion Straws and Crispy-fried Okra, served with a trio of dipping sauces – each item was well-done, and there was enough on this platter to share, plus sample with each of the dipping sauces. The portion size was probably larger this time, and we did have leftovers. This platter is probably best suited for a party of 3, or 4. The wine list had changed a bit, and we went with the J Lohr Riverstone Chardonnay, and the Erath Estate Selection Oregon Pinot Noir, then the Justin Paso Robles Cabernet Sauvignon, which was a holdover, from the earlier wine list. Being so good the first time, we did a repeat of the “New Orleans-style BBQ Shrimp” w/ French Bread – Again, another winner, and this dish would make Ralph Brennan proud - well-done! Service was more consistent on this visit, and we wanted for nothing. A fun, and very good lunch, but I still have not tried the BBQ!

BBQ is good

By Jaybee412 |

Wife and I went to lunch here and had the specials. Both were very good and filling. As a member of the players club we received a buy one get one free coupon. The honey butter on the biscuit is good. The wait for the entrees was short. The wait staff is very efficient. The tab came and it didn’t hurt the wallet. At the end of our meal they gave us wet wipes and they came in handy. Coupon can only be used on weekdays.

Awesome BBQ

By rjfmkt |

DELICIOUS. Was only mildly hungry but it smelled so good I couldn't resist. Had a BBQ sandwich and the meat practically melted in my mouth. they had 3 sauces on the table to add to the sandwich and they enhanced the experience.

Delicious Seafood

I bought the blackened fish with mashed potatoes. It was delicious. The server was friendly and helpful. I ordered this dish to take to my room and she made sure I had everything I needed before I left.

The Best!!

By Cathi M |

This is by far the best restaurant in the Resort. We ate there twice. The service, the food, the atmosphere. Sunday evening had a huge crowd. This resort also caters and or sees the locals and this place was packed with locals. They have the best BBQ for not being in the South!

Lunch

By Pamela B |

We usually enjoy our meal. Not today. Place was not busy. We both ordered a hamburger. No ketchup. Had to ask - took her 5 minutes (hamburger not warm anymore). I asked for sweetener. Took another 5 minutes. Asked for medium hamburger. It was well cooked. Extremely disappointing; we were sorry we didn't eat at home

The food was good. You get a lot of good for the price you pay. Friendly service. In a nice location so after you eat you could take your little kids to hang out.

You Certainly Won’t Be Hungry When You Leave

By HawaiiKaiGail |

Located at the lovely Red Rock Resort in upscale Summerlin, this is a large restaurant with different seating areas. Upfront is a rom that is more private and enclosed. Middle area is a bit dark and this is where most of the families with young children were. Back area has the bar and lounge area. Large glass windows to take in the views of the Spring Mountains. They have entertainment on Saturday. Happy hour from 3-7 and 9 till closing will take a bit of the prices. Wine and sangria is $6.00 then. Large menu that gives you the calorie count...that you won’t want to know :) Meat, meat and more meat on the menu. They serve a biscuit and apple butter complimentary if you wish. We both ordered the pulled pork sandwich which comes with 1 side for $10.99. Sides are garlic mashed potato, baked potato, coleslaw, potato salad, Mac & cheese, veggies, baked beans, etc. 3 different barbecue sauces are on the table . Original, spicy and Memphis Mustard. The sandwich was on a potato roll and was large and filling. Coleslaw was spot on. Other food we saw passing by all looked good. This is not a place to order salad :) I had a 2 for 1 entree coupon from the Casino that made it an even better deal. The food is filling and very good. Service was friendly. We will be going back for sure. All good. I ❤️ Las Vegas!

LOVE their BBQ chicken salad!!!

By LasVegasKaren |

They recently removed their BBQ chicken sliders, which we so enjoyed; so now we order the BBQ chicken salad and just love it. Thanksgiving at Lucille's is a tradition for us... We don't have family nearby, so we think of Lucille's as our "family" when we dine there. One of our favorite restaurants in Las Vegas, for sure!

The Baby Back Ribs are juicy!

By Lynette51 |

After a day exploring the Red Rock Canyon National Park we then headed to Lucille's for some ribs. I had the 2 meat combo choosing the baby back ribs and 1/4 chicken. Both very tasty. Ribs were moist and tender as well as the chicken. Service was excellent. Lots of items to choose from on the menu. We went on a Tuesday afternoon so not very busy.

Great BBQ inside Red Rock Casino

By Tommy 23 |

Delicious pulled pork sandwich platter and a cold beer made Lucille’s a sweet lunch spot while gaming at Red Rock. Reasonably priced for Casio

Delicious!

By jennifer m |

This was really great bbq, very smoky. House sauce in the sweet side but they also have Memphis style and a hot version. Burnt end appetizer was really chopped brisket. It was good but not what we expected. Baby back ribs were very good but not fall off the bone. All the bbq had very good smoke ring. We also had the nachos which were great. The best tortilla chips I've ever had and the cheese was soooo good. Bought a t shirt. Do this before you pay, it includes a 5.00 off coupon for food. Would definitely eat here again.

Run of the mill chain. Mediocre food & service.

By MileHighMel |

Consider this the Chili's of BBQ. The service is rushed, the food is just okay & the best thing about it is the kitschy decor. The pepper shaker lid wasn't screwed on, so black pepper dumped all over the meal. The meal was replaced, but nothing was offered to cover the additional wait. The salad vegetables were dried & old looking. The waitress promised the ribs were "almost a full pound" (the menu said 1/2 pound) and four half ribs were served. She also gave us hot towels to wash our hands, right in the middle of our meal. Nothing about this place seemed great, and lunch for 3 with no alcohol ran nearly $45. Stick to better options at Red Rock Casino.

Free Veteran's Day Dinner , Thank You !

By TipsFromABellman |

I just wanted to thank Lucille's for my Free Veteran's Day Dinner . I came in on November 11th and it was a little busy as usual . I haven't been here in a while , but the service is always good even if they are busy . I've never tried the fried chicken , so since it was one of the four choices I decided to give it a try . It was a boneless fried chicken with a white gravy boat , mashed potatoes , French cut green beans with carrots , and I got a Sweet Tea . It was very good . I didn't expect it to be boneless , I thought it was gonna be regular pieces of fried chicken , but it was very good and not chicken fingers either . I was seated at the bar and a nice older couple bought me an after dinner drink and thanked me for my service . We talked a little before they left . They bought me an Old Fashion . It was pretty good and the bartender was very nice . The place was clean as always and a little noisy since it was a full house , but it's to be expected . I usually get the pulled pork sandwich or baby back ribs here . Also the deviled eggs are really good , maybe a little better than mine and I have 3 different recipes for them . Ha ha . I love Bar-b-que and have several places I go to in town for different items . I grew up in the Carolinas and also lived in Texas for a couple years , so my Bar-b-que game is on point with lots of variety . I would definitely recommend coming here . Also , they gave me a $10 Come Back Card to use in a couple weeks .

Review of Lucille's Lunch Nightmare

By Fearless20995852055 |

The Food server was impatient & incompetent. The food portions were small, the cocktails were light of alcohol. I gave the server my CC to pay, and he returns gives me someone else's CC, I told him about it, and he returned with someone else's CC, AGAIN. We'll Never Go Back, it's not the place it used to be.

Great Meal

Had a really great meal. Excellent service and a very nice atmosphere. The choices were very good and the meal was one of the best i have had in awhile. Recommend.

satisfying and affordable lunch

By Miles M |

ate here for lunch while staying at Red Rock. actually ate here Monday and Tuesday. their lunch menu gumbo is very delicious and is one of the best cheap eats in Vegas (second time having it). came the next day and had the southern fried chicken, which was another satisfying meal. I was interested in having some vegetables during my vacation but the veggies in the meal were actually pretty disappointing. when you eat here get a different side. service is good, food is good, I will probably eat here again next time I stay at the Red Rock resort.

Need to step up the service!

By Robert S |

First of all the food is really good. I’ve been there three times in the past few years and wait staff keeps getting worse.

Finger-lick'n goid

By Scigris |

My cousin had come in to town for a few days. His wife wanted to try some gambling and we headed to the Red Rock Casino. After a little winning a little losing we were trying to decide what to eat. The buffet there is really good but we wanted something quicker since the line was long. We went to Lucille's barbecue. I am so glad we went. The menu looks pretty good and was reasonably priced. I was served a quart jar of Iced tea. Now that is a man-size drink. Charity ordered the half chicken with garlic mashed potatoes and a honey roasted peanut slaw, Bill had the baby back ribs with sausage with the same sides as his wife and I had half chicken and ribs with creamy coleslaw and garlic mashed potatoes. Bill and I got the ribs dry. We want to try the ribs without any sauce to see how good they were. So glad we went with the ribs but I wish I would've gotten a whole rack. The ribs were tender the rub was delicious and The three sauces you could use were pretty good. I preferred to mix a couple sauces together. Bill made his own mixture to put on his ribs. He likes his little spicier than I do. I am definitely going to go back there to eat. They even have a menu for a large group. They bring out several half chickens and racks of ribs with all these different fixings on the side. It makes you feel like a king. The staff was very helpful and friendly and the service was quick. It was very busy Sunday night and we had to sit in the bar area which did not bother us at all.

Those Beef Ribs...

By KellNJ |

It’s been years since we’ve been to Lucille’s, and I thought for sure I had hyped up this BBQ to be better then it is. Well I was wrong!! Staff is insanely friendly and very helpful. We asked our waitress to pick our third meat in our create a platter, and she was so sweet. We split a build your own combo plate with 3 meats, plus the half order of onion straws (which is huge), and we left feeling more then full! We got beef ribs, pulled pork, and sliced brisket. Everything was delicious, and those beef ribs were some of the best bbq I’ve ever had. Kudos to this restaurant for cooking things right! If you haven’t been, this is a must try near the Vegas area. Red Rock Casino is also very nice, so it could be a great night if you want to make it one.

Good food, great service!

By shuga0293 |

I am from NC and even though this is not the bbq that I am accustomed to, Lucille's will give you a taste of home when you are feeling homesick! It was great to taste a bit of southern cuisine while living here in Las Vegas.

Best Beef Ribs!

By William L |

The restaurant is located inside the Red Rock Casino. The menu is extensive. We have gone there several times and every time we go it is as good as the last time. Service is excellent. Food is delicious. Prices are reasonable. The beef ribs are THE BEST!!!

I love it.

They are busy because they r inside Red Rock Casino and hotel. They r short on servers. The bbq sauce was wY way too sweet for our taste and I was excited about the fried onions but they were not crispy or hot. Again they are short on servers

AWESOME! 👍😀Food great, great value for price. We had enough for fabulous turkey sandwich leftovers the next day. Very busy, reservations needed on this busy day.

We always enjoy our meals at Lucille's! The baby back ribs are delicious and we order them along with the BBQ salad every time we dine here.

It's Good Bar-B-Que

By Chuck M |

Exceeded my expectations for Bar-B-Que in a Casino in Vegas from a chain restaurant. Went there as much because it was convenient as for any other reason. Was pleasantly surprised from start to finish. Stayed with the basics such as brisket, sausage, and pork with a side of potato salad. All was cooked to perfection and the sauces were delicious. Would love to return and try their burgers.

Quality BBQ

By TheMacallan1 |

One of the best BBQ restaurants out there. Get their Tri Tip and/or Brisket- perfectly prepared tender sliced beef. All three signature sauces are top notch as well. This is my go to BBQ out West. Enjoyed entire meal.

A lovely surprise in the midst of a busy casino

By bonbonbri |

My family and I were in Vegas for Christmas and had heard many good things about Lucille's, so we decided to see for ourselves. When we were seated at the table, we were brought the most delicious biscuits and apple butter! This was just the beginning of the most enjoyable barbecue meal we have had. The BBQ chicken salad was enormous and delicious, as were the meals that everyone else at the table ordered. The ribs, burnt ends, brisket and chicken were outstanding, and our waitress was extremely professional and very pleasant. If you find yourselves in Vegas and hungry for barbecue, by all means make the trek to Red Rock Casino and visit Lucille's. You definitely won't be disappointed.

get the gumbo

By Miles M |

stopped here for lunch during my stay at Red Rock. they had a sign to come see the host at the other end so it was awkward to walk all through the restaurant before being greeted. I ordered the gumbo, which I was a little nervous about because it was the cheapest thing on the menu and the picture didn't look very impressive but it was perfect and delicious! every bite was amazing. finished it off with key lime cheesecake, which was small and not cheap but tastes very good. the bread biscuits were yummy and I'm glad I got a second one upon request. my server Sophie was great. I would love to eat here again on my next vacation

OMG BBQ!

By MomOnTheG0 |

Having lived in NC and growing up in Texas, I was very skeptical. Good bbq in Nevada? I had low expectations. Man, was I wrong! Hubs and I shared the meal for 2 and WOW. The smoke ring was pronounced and the ribs & chicken were perfection. Seriously, y’all. Add greens and cheesy grits w a hint of jalapeño, I could have sworn I was in a joint outside of Austin. If you love saucy, finger-licking bbq, don’t skip Lucille’s.

Great Southern style BBQ!

By Robert P |

This is one of my favorite BBQ places. Lucille's is a chain, but very well done, in the southern style. Great greens, ribs, chicken, brisket, all good. Fabulous lemonade served in mason jars, very informal. Lots of good combo plates, at reasonable places. You will never leave hungry!

we were hungry and we stopped here to eat special bbq meat, it made us want to taste good meat, it was exquisite and very rich

A Fun, Casual BBQ Restaurant

By The_Loup_Garou |

We were at Red Rock Casino & Resort for several days of meetings for my wife in September, and while there, had the opportunity to dine at Lucille’s Smokehouse Bar-B-Que on the first day, for lunch. It took a bit, to find the entrance, as several restaurants are grouped tightly in this area of the Resort, but we finally found the correct door. Without reservations, we were still seated promptly, after an interesting walk to what I would refer to, as the “main dining room.” We walked past one bar, one small dining area, and into what could best be described as a “garage,” with booths. The décor is eclectic, to say the least. There are elements of the Deep South, everywhere, and besides the “garage theme,” there are tributes to music, and both jazz and blues. I studied the decorations, and could not quite place the origin: Memphis? New Orleans? Mississippi Delta? Somewhere else in the Deep South? I think that it was elements from them all, plus maybe Mussel Shoals, Alabama, and Austin, Texas, thrown in for good measure. Whatever, it was definitely interesting, and the various items (an old Coca Cola vending machine, and much, much more) kept my attention. A small front (fronting to the main hallway in this area of the Resort) dining room looked liked someone’s Southern grandmother’s parlor – well, sort of. We started with the Imagery White Blend (Chardonnay & Chenin Blanc) from Benzinger, Sonoma, and added The Crusher Clarksburg Pinot Noir ‘13, plus the Justin Paso Robles Cabernet Sauvignon. Our lunch was as eclectic, as was the décor: Southern Favorites Platter – Fried Green Tomatoes, Fried Dill Pickles, Onion Straws and Crispy-fried Okra, served with a trio of dipping sauces – each item was well-done, and there was enough on this platter to share, plus sample with each of the dipping sauces. New Orleans-style BBQ Shrimp w/ French Bread – OK, so this was not “Southern-style Bar B Que,” which did look tempting in all of it’s variations, but Shrimp sautéed in a piquant sauce. This version was very, very good, and I have had it many times, from the originator, Pasquel’s Manale to variations by chefs, such as Paul Prudhomme and Emeril Lagasse, and this one was equal to their offerings. Our service was mostly good, but our server seemed to go “missing” a few times. As the restaurant is rather labyrinthine, that is not difficult to do. Still, with those few times, when no server was seen, from our booth, all was good, and quite friendly. A fun, casual restaurant, with almost an “antique store” feeling, with good food, and friendly service. We planned to dine here again, to try some of their traditional BBQ, but time just ran out on this trip.

Very good food!

By sthack |

We were very surprse to find this restuarant in the middle of the casino. The food was good and their live entertainment on Saturday night was excellent.

Friendly, very good brisket

By Sonja T |

Stopped in for dinner after visiting Red Rock Canyon Park. We were greeted warmly, the host and waitress were very friendly and helpful. We ordered the brisket sandwich with potato salad and burnt ends salad. Both very good and generous portions. I did not feel the prices were high as some others mentioned. It’s the drinks and apps that run up the price. Our total was $30 for two, that’s for meals only. If you are on a budget (as we are), order water and enjoy the yummy complimentary biscuits and honey butter as your appetizer. We would go back!

A Great Lunch

By Dave B |

We are from the SE USA. We have BBQ everywhere, so our expectations were low. Were we pleasantly surprised. Lucille's is located in the Red Rock Canyon Resort. You don't need to stay there, there is a separate entrance and plenty of free parking. First, the prices in Vegas have gotten out of hand. Lucille's, however, provided some really good BBQ at good prices. I had the Lunch Combo; 3 St. Louis ribs and a side of pulled pork with cole slaw. Ice Tea in a Mason jar. Very good pork, ribs fall off the bone. Combo of dry rub and sauce was a perfect mix. Not too dry, not dripping wet. Loved 'em. Lucilles sauces on the side also good. I especially liked the Memphis Style. Finished off lunch with a hot towel to clean up the sauce covered face and fingers. Nice. Never expected good American food and good American music. Loved it.

Good BBQ

By Peg T |

We stopped in for lunch when we arrived for a stay at the Red Rock Casino Resort. The absolute standout for lunch was the complimentary biscuits and apple butter. Now I’ve had apple butter before but it was nothing like theirs. Their butter was whipped with a distinct apple flavor and it just melted in your mouth. I would go back just for the biscuits and apple butter. My grilled romaine salad was also quite good.

Nice service but slow

By Jenni S |

Everyone was nice......but service was way too slow. Food was delicious! We visited for lunch. Place was very clean.

Good BBQ Tri Tips

By tryharder |

Read the reviews and decided to give Lucille's a try and we're glad we did. Made a reservation for 6:15 p.m., which turned out to be a good idea as they were busy that Sunday night. Our waitress was pleasant and helpful throughout the meal. We ordered the Tri Tips with 2 sides, including sweet potato fries, vegetable medley, coleslaw - all very good. Draft beer selections were good too. Quite an enjoyable meal overall.

Another great restaurant at Red Rock Resort

By Michelle P |

Our family chose this restaurant for our first night at the Red Rock Resort. After a long drive in from Orange County, CA, the hearty meals offered at Lucille's were the perfect way to end the day. It is super convenient to have this and many other fantastic restaurants to choose from at Red Rock Resort. And they accept the gift cards that Costco sells for Lucille's so that helped keep our family in budget for this trip.

Excellent food and ambiance

By jafrickey |

This restaurant is located inside the Red Rock Canyon Casino with both an outside entrance and once from inside the casino. The food was excellent and the service was very good.

Best BBQ Tri-Tip Ever!

By 2bapackard3 |

We go to both Lucille's in Vegas but the one in Summerlin (Red Rock Hotel & Casino) is closer to our home. Both are the same restaurant with excellent barbecue and southern food. Their BBQ tri-tip is what I always get with great southern sides like mashed cinnamon sweet potatoes, corn on the cob, and coleslaw. My daughter loves the southern sweet tea. They take great care in smoking and tenderizing their meats. They have multiple barbecue sauces to try and delicious southern dishes to eat. We recommend both Lucille's for their succulent food, and their friendly atmosphere and staff.

Lucille's a Bar b que place to experience firsthand

By Bob C |

Stopped here with a group for dinner, Waitress was very friendly took out order for drinks right away. shortly there after we placed our food order which seemed to take too long. Served up by different people which was guess who ordered what game. At any rate I ordered the baby back ribs. Well these left me disappointed the smoke was overpowering just too much for me. The where just not what I expected, certainly not the worst ribs I've had but far from the best. Can't say I would recommend this place at least for the bay back ribs the rest of the group was satisfied but had nothing to rave about either. The interior has lots to look at. Hidden in the edge of a shopping center easy to overlook it.

BBQ dinner

By William N |

Of you like your ribs this is the place to go. A little ways from the strip this smoke house is out at Henderson but well worth the trip. Will visit again.

Good for a lunch with low expectation on the food and a nice atmosphere

By jmLondon845 |

Nice place to have a lunch when you are in the casino for some reasons, but the food is very average. I like the atmosphere and the nice service as well as the view you have of the mountains. Anyways we always return and try the smoked meat.

Prices Up, Food and Service Way Up

By geanie2016 |

We went there about mid-afternoon. Nice atmosphere. Music wasn't blaring. The service was outstanding. The food is a little pricey. We each had combo's with different meats and all was very delicious. Regular fries crispy and real thin. Sweet potatoe fries were outstanding. Best restaurant BBQ we've had since they closed Tony Roma's. Didn't have to walk through a smokey casino to get there, a big plus.

Very Good Bar-B-Que

By GLM |

If you are in the Red Rock Casino, this is a smart choice if you like Bar-B-Que. Everything is nicely prepared and tasty. The Chicken, ribs, and brisket can't miss. We ate as part of a large group buffet style, so we could try all their offerings. Give them a try; you'll likely not be disappointed.

Go for the lunch specials!

By bkramer947 |

Husband and I checked out this resort while driving back toward the strip after exploring the Red Rock Canyon Conservation Park. We enjoyed our lunch here and were happy to see they had a lunch specials menu (this was about 3 PM and we were able to still partake). Friendly servers, fun ambiance, clean. Food was good. Three house-made BBQ sauces on the table. I had a salad w/BBQ chicken on it and husband had pulled pork sandwich. We were both happy. Nice beer menu.

Some great hearthy food

By AJ&Keats |

While in Vegas we had heard so much about Lucille's Smokehouse that we just had to visit. After finding parking easily enough we weren't long waiting for a table. The waitress took our order quickly enough and the drinks came out in cool jar glasses. The food was amazing but disappointed that no Brisket available at the time. I'd eat a fair bit and there was plenty to keep me happy. All the food was very tasty and there's a lovely atmosphere. Definitely worth a visit.

Worst beef brisket ever.

By Elaine E |

Worst beef brisket ever. Surprisingly tough and tasteless. Got takeout and just could not believe how bad it was. The vegetable side was over cooked. Aside from those disasters, The biscuits were good and the mashed potatoes were acceptable. Will never visit again.

Birthday Dinner

By Janethebrit |

Was pleasantly surprised by the quality of the food here as do not eat at chain restaurants too frequently. My husband had the barbecue chicken which was moist, tender and flavorful and I enjoyed the Cajun pasta. I found the staff to be a little cranky but maybe this was because we were a large party (although we had booked).

Wonderful Tri-Tip

By Paul C |

The food was delicious and very tender. David, our waiter, was very attentive and we had a great meal. The portions were large and a half order of the onion strings were more than the both of us could finish.

Sit in the bar for happy hour prices

By Lisa Daenzer |

Lunch specials are $9.99 through 4 pm. We went during happy hour from 3 pm - 6 pm. The service was friendly and fast. We were able to use a $5 off $20 coupon as well as a free (non alcoholic) drink coupon. We each had an appetizer and it was filling enough to call dinner.

Fabulous BBQ

By MozzieBear |

Never disappoints when it comes to BBQ. Do miss the grilled artichoke, would be nice if they brought it back.

I know it's a chain .. . But!

By Charles F |

🔥🔥🔥 Fire Gumbo, kennebec fries, sugar biscuits with apple butter! They even give out hot towels. Yes, the BBQ tasted a little "chainy" but it's the first chain BBQ that I enjoyed and would put against a local chain.

Expensive and disappointing

By julesbirdie |

Service was good, and I liked the biscuits and apple butter they offer here while waiting. However our food orders were poor. Sirloin steak that was chewy and gristly. Salmon was over cooked, and the greens just stewed that they were inedible. Meal was almost $70 to be presented with poor food. I won't return here.

4 stars... barely

By SimpleBoyInGA |

I debated on this one. I ordered a half salad with pecan crusted chicken and a combo barbecue plate with coleslaw. First off, I’m picky about barbecue. I’m hard to please and prefer the eastern N.C. vinegar style of pulled pork and coleslaw. I considered my bias in the review. The combo was solid. Baby back ribs had pretty good meat and were not too sweet. The pulled was good. The sliced brisket was excellent. It was a creamy style coleslaw, also good. The salad was disappointing. The chicken was thin and over cooked, so the pecan crust tasted a bit charred and the meat was dry. Even cooked properly it would’ve been too thin. The salad without the meat had a little too much balsamic, but was otherwise very good. The service was very good. The hotel has limited non-bar non-buffet lunch options. This was a bright family-friendly option. It was pleasantly absent the cigarette smoke of the adjacent casino floor. Combo platter, half salad, and water was just over $30. Good portions and value for Vegas.

Nice Atmosphere Food is better at other locations.

By ogottogo11 |

We Ordered the Full Rack of Baby Back Ribs. The Portion was fine, however the meat was very fatty. Same for the St. Louis Ribs we Ordered. We also ordered a Salad- which was loaded with lots of Onion Straws (out of a Box) a little amount of chicken and massive amounts of Lettuce. Alcoholic Drinks were on the Watered Down Side. The Clam Chowder ordered was in a Mainly slimy looking liquid loaded down with Pimento (In Corn Chowder - Really?). We've been to the Henderson location numerous times and really enjoyed it, so I don't know if it's just this location I would not visit again - or does the chain have a new "Improved" menu? Also be aware that Side Dishes are very small and not suitable for sharing.

Early dinner

By Dave D |

My wife and I met at Lucille's for an early dinner about 530p. Was seated fairly quickly but sent to the tables in the north forty...odd since there was next to no one there. Ordered drinks while waiting for my wife to show and the waiter was kind enough to tell me it was best if I waited until she actually arrived before ordering her drink so it didn't melt. After we ordered dinner it was - surprisingly - quite a wait for the food. When it did arrive it was as good as I remembered from a previous visit. The waiter was friendly and efficient - I suspect the delay in receiving our meals was the from the kitchen - and as attentive as we needed.

Not a good value

Food is great but is overpriced. I judge this bases on my local BBQ eateries. I would eat here more often if the value was there.

Very disappointing!

The tri tip beef sandwich was ok, we were shocked at the size of the sides, the fries were tiny as were the corn on the cob. The corn was bland no flavor at all. The absolute worst was the “Banana pudding”, they have absolutely no right calling it banana pudding. First of all there was not one single slice of banana in there, there was not one Nilla wafer, it was just vanilla pudding with a sprinkle of crumbs on top, even the pudding did not taste like banana, the worst I’ve ever had. The whole meal was disappointing and extremely overpriced for what you got. We will not be back.

Wanderings of a traveling nurse

One of our favorite stops while in Vegas. We like the Green Valley Ranch which is convenient my next door. Delicious pulled pork and baby back ribs. We always buy the spicy BBQ sauce to take home with us. The Mac and cheese is dry don't both.

Great Food!

Great food, great Mojitos and the services outstanding! Bring your appetite, as the servings are huge. Well worth what we paid!

Tasty ribs - if ordering large get ready to eat!

By jzeee |

Came here on the recommendation of a friend and I wasn't disappointed! The service was efficient and friendly. Starter of fried Okra came as a large plate and was a good choice especially to share. Southern style 'biscuits' too much before a rack of ribs! The small rack of ribs was plenty for 1 person juicy and tender and the large portion was huge hanging off the plate style - even our teenager couldn't finish it off and that's saying something! :-) A little on the pricey side, but enjoyed our meal.

Horrible thanksgiving dinner causing me a burnt finger

By Luci E |

Today my family and I chose your place as our family dining experience for Thanksgiving and honestly it was the worse service of our lives . The server took 25 min to bring our drinks , then when our food came out the lady helping her handed us the hottest plates in the world !!! For us to put down ourselves . I have a blister in my finger and feel free to contact me about after the hot plate the Hispanic lady helping out server handed me . She said “can you just help me Put this down it’s hot ?” So I did and I got a blister from the hot plate she handed me . I’ll also be emailing your GM separately because by far this was the worse experience of my life !! My family didn’t want me to say anything at the time . They don’t like to cause issues they like your place but today’s service was unacceptable and disappointing .

Great place for big groups

By Isaac R |

I came here with a big group and had an amazing experience! The staff were super friendly and accommodating, and they handled our large party size meals. The food came out quickly, everything was fresh, hot and delicious, from the ribs to the tri-tip and all the classic sides. The family-style portions were perfect for sharing, and the atmosphere was great but comfortable. Definitely a great spot for big group gatherings or celebrations. We’ll absolutely be back!

Resort Prices But Great Food

By Melissa W |

We were staying at Red Rock Resort and decided to eat here on our last night. One adult, one teen, one pre-teen. Miraculously we were all very happy with our food, the atmosphere and the service. Kids had ribs and chicken. I had a pulled pork sandwich. Yes, the prices were high for bbq, but it's a resort so expected. I'd go again were I in the neighborhood!

Yummy!!

By xuanlocdoc |

Had an assortment of ribs tips and pulled pork with sweet potato fries for brunch. Busy place. Had to wait 15 minutes for table but had no reservation. Food good

Great Server! I don't like BBQ so this is not a great place for me.

By NinjaInHighHeels |

BBQ isn't my favorite so I wasn't thrilled to be here, but we had a large group (8 people) and they wanted to eat here so I went . I was HAPPY to see the steak wedge salad . That's what I ordered. I had it medium rare but the steak was a little tough and chewy for what I'm used to. For me, there wasn't a huge selection and I was REALLY wanting steak that night. It wasn't fabulous. AND, I ordered avocado in addition. They gave maybe 1/8 of an avocado for the upsell. They did have a great selection of sugar free iced tea - watermelon I tried - and peach is what I drank. They were great with special orders - hamburgers without buns, that type of thing. Our waitress was a lot of fun! She was easily able to give us separate checks. We were fairly late at night - I want to say 8 pm or later. We had a great table. Service came at an appropriate period of time (not slow like the Cafe). If you like BBQ, this may be a great place for you.

Put the bib on, you're gonna LOVE this place!!!!!

I have been to Lucille's on several occasions. I personally think there is no better bar-b-que ribs in Las Vegas. The place is a bit pricey but the ribs are fantastic with great sides. Go there, you will love it if you are a "Q" fan.

Christmas Dinner

By Missplummer83 |

I come to Lucille’s all of the time and I’ve never been disappointed. The food is always good and the staff is nice. I usually get the St. Louis ribs, corn on the cob and mac and cheese. The brisket nachos are also really good.

yummy!

Several Times Eaten Here

By TipsFromABellman |

I’ve eaten at this location several times and just realized I didn’t do a review on it and I also ate at the one in Henderson and haven’t reviewed that one either . I love BBQ and grew up in the Carolinas and also lived in Texas , so I have diverse experience . Lucille’s is not a bad BBQ restaurant , but average . I like the decor and most employees are friendly . I just feel they don’t put the heart in their food and that’s what makes great BBQ . I went last night and tried the Deviled Eggs for the first time and they were great , surprised ! I got THE BIG SMOKESTACK Slow-smoked brisket, hand-carved to order and BBQ glazed spicy hot link piled extra high on a soft brioche bun with mustard slaw and Creole sauce , with a Loaded Baked Potato . The baked potato was good . The sandwich was disappointing . The Brisket was a little dry and over cooked , the Spicy Hot Link tasted like a plain one . I took it apart and ate half and brought the rest home . The Brisket tasted better with the Memphis Sauce and I used the Spicy BBQ sauce to get some flavor in the Hot Link . I have eaten here before and had a good meal . My son likes the BBQ Chicken Sandwich and I like the Pulled Pork . I have had the Ribs too , but been a long time to remember how they were . I will have to try again . Anyway , they get plenty of business from the casino , just need to try harder on the quality .

Very disappointing, will not return

We are used to go there as we practice the bowling alleys of the hotel. We went twice to Lucilles. The first time was disappointing, we could not believe it as we used to love it. The second time was even more disappointing, so we will stop going there. The service is good, the atmosphere is nice but the food quality had been going down. We didnt like the stuffed pot & salad and the hand carved tri tip sand and the BBQ combo didnt impress us at all.

Not organized

By Mark K |

This was our favorite restaurant. We went there last night at about 6:30. We walked in and were told it would be about a 20 minute wait. There were other unhappy people waiting. We decided to forget it, and passed though the restaurant to get to the other restaurants. We saw that half the restaurant was absolutely empty. We also saw empty tables throughout the restaurant.

A little pricey for Okay food

By Ely C |

12oz marinated sirloin steak was good according to spouse but priced a little too high for my wallet. Corn bread - hard and can bounce on the floor. Biscuits were hard but tasty with sugar dusting on top, eat them when warm with tasty apple butter. Nothing to get excited about - jambalaya.

Visited with our friends as it was near their house. Mains were 2 St louis Ribs (Half), 1 Original Pulled Pork Sandwich, 1 Apple Pecan Chicken salad and 1 Baby Back Ribs (Half). All with fries and 2 salads. Drinks were 2 Margarita's, 1 Fresh Peach lemonade, 4 Lucille's Blond beers and a Mint Julep with Jim Bean. Total bill $179.34 plus 18% tip added of $30.00

GREAT SERVICE & AWESOME FOOD

For my birthday lunch, we experienced good food & good fun. The waitress was funny & the General Manager Deb came over to personally wish me a happy birthday. The new beef brisket, hot link & mustard slaw sandwich is our new favorite bbq sandwich.

Located in the Red Rock Resort and Casino in Summerlin. My wife and I dined here because they sent us a BOGO coupon for lunch and we had a gift card that was we received as a Christmas gift. We started with the deviled eggs for an app. Skip these. We than both ordered the three item combo platters, to try different things. The ribs were dry and hard to get off the bone (both styles). The sausage and brisket were average. The baked beans and sweet potato fries were very good. The service was very good. I added many photos of our visit.

Fantastic burger!

By marianne g |

Went here for lunch in the Red Rock Casino and the burger and fries were great! The hamburger was called the Bacon Jam burger! It has this sweet onion jam on it with Swiss cheese , bacon and portobello mushroom! It was so tasty and good! Wish this restaurant was where I live!

Enjoyed the family feast with my team, it was fabulous! Recommend ordering the food ahead of time to avoid long wait if you have a large party.

Good bbq

The food was pretty good. I had the bbq feast which gives you a sample of different Meats. I enjoyed it I also had the cheesy grits they were good. Kind of pricey but good food.

Good enough to return

Lucilles has decent Bbq Four of us went so i will list each one Our server was Tyler and he was good but i wish he would have come around more at the end We ordered onion straws for an appetizer and they were great ! We ordered the 1/2 order and it was more than enough We also ordered the hot honey cauliflower and none of us had tried before and we loved it They brought their yummy cinnamon honey butter biscuits and they are a must!! My husband had fried chicken with grandpas gravy and he was very positive about it. He also ordered the loaded backed potato. It wasn’t real big but he liked it The other three of is ordered the pick two. All of us picked the Alabama Chicken for our first meat. It was juicy and great. Two of us picked Baby Back Ribs for our second meat. They were excellent. Juicy and tender. My son chose pulled pork and he was happy with it We had potato salad as a side and it was great Two had baked beans and said they were average but good I had the Mexican corn. I had it before and i loved it. This time it was very dry and tough. They offered to replace it but by the time i was able to tell them about it, about it i was full. So, the meal wasnt perfect especially for the cost, but we liked it

Good Evening

By mauiwolf |

We had a good evening at Lucille’s. Our server was Ashley and she did a great job. Everyone was satisfied with their food. I think there is definitely better bbq out there, but nothing was bad. I think it is a little overpriced and showing up for happy hour is a great idea, although the notion that you can only get those deals if you’re eating in the bar is really lame.

Top-notch Smoked Beef Brisket

By ChaucerSaskatchewan |

On a recently Nevada visit we were part of a party of six who went for an early dinner at Lucille's. The interior and décor is pretty typical of Smokehouse establishments I've visited elsewhere. But Lucille's was incredibly busy and it certainly appeared that it was a hugely popular sport for families in the Las Vegas/Henderson area. I was among those who opted for the beef brisket, figuring that if I was having slow smoked meat, a beef brisket was the test of the product. It turns out that Lucille's smokehouse cooks know what they're doing and on this occasion, they managed to satisfy all the ones who ordered the bef. Two of the party settled for shrimp salads that they declared very satisfying, so Lucille's scored well with all of us.

BBQ food you have to try

By Terry A |

Some of the best BBQ food I’ve ever had, Brisket, Ribs, Pulled Pork, Pulled Chicken. The sides were lovely and the portions were ample.
