Service as expected, food as expected. Was there for a late lunch and there weren't many people there, but order came out quickly.

When attending a work conference in Atlanta in May 2017, my coworkers and I enjoyed a meal here. It was fabulous!

Maggiano's Little Italy on Peachtree Road in Atlanta is a great place to go for delicious and quality Italian food and desserts in a relaxed atmosphere. I really like the location and everything that they have available here. The staff here is very attentive and makes sure that you need a great meal.

On a recent trip to Atlanta to see Charles Stanley, we stopped in for a taste of Italy. The food was a mixed bag. I had the spaghetti and meatballs, it was nothing special to say the least. It was 3 in our party, the only dish that was good was the Chicken Parm. It was very good. When you pay top dollar for food you expect good food. The atmosphere was nice and the staff was pleasant. The drinks were full of ice. I guess we should have gone with wine.

Highly recommend reservations as it is a very busy restaurant. Staff were good, and the food delicious. Plus the free pasta you can take home when ordering a pasta dish is a great bonus for the customers!

When my son got married we had his rehearsal dinner here. It was delicious. The staff was extremely helpful and the room was perfect. We would highly recommend this. Especially if you are in Atlanta, it is hard to find such a reasonable spot in town.

AWFUL!!! Spent the entire night throwing up after eating here. They have changed their ingredients and recipes We were one of 3 occupied tables in the entire restaurant. Pasta was dry. Sauce, red and white, tasted like it was from a jar. Zucchini must have been cooked in old, stale oil. We used to go here frequently and really enjoyed it. IT IS TERRIBLE NOW!!

I haven't eaten here in a while, but the food has always been very good. And they are always friendly and helpful.

My mom and I visited here Wednesday, 1/17/24. It was amazing! The food was delicious and the service was friendly, knowledgeable about the menu and interacted with us telling us stories about the restaurant. The atmosphere was great for any occasion, family dinner or date night or night out with friends. Highly recommended!

It was delicious I give a 4 cause I was not a huge fan of my lasagna but it was ok. Everything else was amazing ... chicken Parm Hubby Got was so yummy! I think it was called spinach manicotti with asiago sauce my friend Got was AMAZING! I wanna go back and pick something else off the menu!

We had a company dinner here of over 25 ppl. The food was served family style and what we picked was a hit. Chicken penne, ravioli, chicken parm. The chopped salad very fresh and cold. Must say with this party the servers were great to us. A return with a smaller crowd.

Unlike the Maggiano's in San Jose, CA, I was disappointed with my visit to this location. We went early for my grandma's birthday dinner, and even though they were not busy, service was poor. The food was very average and not what I've come to expect from the Maggiano's chain. There's no reason for me to go back here.

Very good choice on menu. Well stock bar and very friendly staff. Dinner reservation is recommended due to demand. Parking lot is always crowded, but valet parking is available.

This restaurant is awesome!! The atmosphere was great. The managers came out to greet us Cindy and Charles they were awesome. My hostess Micaela was outstanding! When I go back I will request to sit in her station. Overall the restaurant makes it feel just like family ❤️ I recommend Maggiano's to anyone who loves a family oriented place.

I just visited Atlanta,Ga in Buckhead to be accurate for the first time. We went to maggainos because we(me and my friend) loves the restaurant when we are in our home city. Anyways, we ordered our food sat and ate etc. the waiter by the name of Caesar was asked to bring the bill since we was finished eatting. Once I received my bill( we did separate checks by the way) 2 people, I noticed my bill had one price without tip added and my bank statement had another price. I’m assuming the waiter had no knowledge that once I swipe my card it sends me alerts about my recent purchased how much was taken out and how much is remaining in my account, anyways I informed the waiter that my check was 42.00 and my bank statement says 52.00 he looked at me with confusion until I showed him my bank statement. He informed me he wasn’t sure why it was charged at a different price. No only did he swipe my card himself it was a choice to pay via online but he never informed us that was a choice until I spoke to the manager at the restaurant and she said that I had made the adjustment when I paid for the bill , once I informed her he did it himself at the cashier she was token back and spoke with him on the side. I started to add up the suggested tip they leave at the bottom of the receipt and once I added my bill with the 20 percent tip it matched perfectly to what was taken off my card as if he put in his tip automatically. The manager even had the nerve to say “maybe my bank took out the 20 percent”. The manager who is completely unhelpful why would my bank care about a tip from a restaurant. That doesn’t even make sense. Worst restaurant who will wrongfully charged you and take they tip out automatically without your knowledge or at least without even giving you the option to select the tip you chose to give. Food is bland with no real Italian taste. The waiter name is Caesar and the manager name is a lady who is 5’1 Caucasian with brownish hair and glasses. This was the maggainos in Atlanta, Ga in Buckhead on Peachtree st! Do not and I repeat do not eat there and if you decide to make sure you check your bank statements ASAP because you will be fooled. You’ll automatically tip the waiter whether the service is good or bad they will automatically take it out and will still give u the choice to add a tip as if u never gave one but little do we know they just snatch what they want and not what they deserve. It’s stealing if you ask me. If I choose to wanna give you 18 percent it’s not your place to take money off my card without my approval for 20 percent or 22 percent or whatever percent you want. The Worst restaurant I’ve been to since I’ve been in Atlanta! Never again!

Maggiano’s in Buckhead has become a Christmas Eve family tradition. We have been coming here to enjoy the beautifully decorated restaurant at Christmas time for many years now. The staff does such an excellent job at adorning the entire building with sparkle and glamour. They also make sure to have plenty cheerful staff to help make the entire evening a delightful experience. The menu selection is always perfect... with a variety of classic Italian favorites. We have never had a singe thing we didn’t love. Our favorite appetizer is always the Fried Mozzarella and cocktails including a Moscow Mule and a Dark and Stormy. My husband absolutely can’t get enough of the Chicken Saltimbocca! The sage sauce is to die for! He makes sure to order an extra side of just the sauce! My son is somewhat of the picky eater... yet they always accommodate his pickiness. He special orders the chicken Parmesan without the red sauce and gets fettuccine with Alfredo sauce on the side.... and everything has to be on separate plates. Again, I can’t say enough about how absolutely fabulous this place is! They definitely know his to make our Christmas Eve merry and bright.

We had a lovely evening the serverWas I a Y a and she did a beautiful job the food was delicious and the atmosphere was beautiful we had a wonderful evening

Food was OK. My Shrimp Pasta with red pepper cream sauce was way too runny & I could hardly find the red bell peppers at all. I make this dish at home, and I'd not serve it to my guests like this! My Friend liked her Cheese Ravioli. Bread is always heavenly. I'd specified when I made reservation a QUIET table, & iterated again when we arrived - as I'm disabled & have hearing challenges... but although the Restaurant was not full at all, they stack seated folks all around us... thus, it was difficult to hear my lunch partner, which exhausted me (which caused me to get lost going home = a nightmare). Plus we were 'visiting', she lives out of Town, so we had a lot of catching up to do! Sadly, the server had a 'tude - tried to rush us, bringing out the 'to go' second pasta order before we asked for it, ignoring I asked for Crème Brulee desert, plus not re-filling our waters after we left the tip... not a nice experience. This is the fourth time we've met there, plus I've been there many other times, & it was the most disappointing experience by far. Regretfully, not going back!

Had a wonderful time celebrating with my family. Food was awesome and waitress was great! Great atmosphere also.

Server was amazing and food incredible. Spaghetti was best I’ve ever had. Get the cheesecake for desert.

Our first visit at this Maggiano’s and we were not disappointed; good food, we had spaghetti and meatballs and grilled salmon. Good service, beautiful restaurant.

We celebrated my wife's birthday with our son & daughter-in-law. We were seated at a nice quiet booth, as I requested. My wife ordered the light chicken parmigiana ($20.99). It was large & delicious & much less calories than the regular chicken parm. I had the special asiago shrimp ($12.99). It was very good, about 10 large shrimp. My son had the lobster carbonara ($28.99). It looked really delicious. My son loved it. My daughter-in-law started with the minestrone soup ($3.99). Really good & vegetarian. She also had them make chicken piccata ($20.50) without the chicken, vegetarian. They made it & she loved it. They served us the VIP dessert & a complimentary lemon cookie dessert. Excellent. Our server Troy was fantastic. He was very helpful in ordering. He has a great personality. He made our meal special.

Too bad that I have to say I will not be going back to Maggiano's or the corner bakery due to their customer relations or lack there of. The food and the service are usually good here though. A little pricey for what it is but that is to be expected in Buckhead.

My wife and always visit this restaurant when we are in Atlanta. The food and service is very good. Love the chopped salad and the chicken potato soup. Only complaint is the parking.

I was a captive in my hotel in pouring rain and needed a meal before going to bed after a day of travel. This place had decent reviews and was easy walking distance. I ate at the bar and the bartender was doing her best to keep up with a large crowd. The menu was surprisingly limited for pasta dishes given it's an Italian restaurant. Absent was an option for good ol spaghetti and meatballs or raviolis or traditional dishes. Unless I got a bar specific menu (even at dinner time). The chicken dish I ordered (the name escapes me already) was decent and a good sized portion. The pasta was in a separate bowl to be dished on to the plate. The pasta wasn't exactly hot, and really didn't taste homemade as I was led to believe. If the plate hadn't been almost $20 I'd rate it more favorably, but the even in a purported upscale neighborhood the food should reflect the price.

Always a solid place for Italian. The bruschetta bar with the ricotta and bacon is amazing! We also like the buy one, take one home for their classic pasta.

Food was ok, take home food is obviously pre-made, not good quality. Olive tree (not garden) is much better

We have always enjoyed Maggiano's, and with the take-away dinner we get to keep enjoying it. We went for our anniversary. Our server was great, and the food was delicious. The manager came by to check on us, and visited with us for a short time (he didn't over stay his visit and we enjoyed the conversation). The restaurant is a little louder and crowded, so it doesn't allow for an "intimate" setting, but we still enjoy our dining experiences there. We keep coming back!

Seated quickly with a reservation. Server was fun and attentive. The meal was delicious and met the desires of vegetarian, low carb and traditional diners in our group. Would definitely return. It's not gourmet but it 's good food and average prices.

Attended a luncheon here for a large group of people recently. Very impressed with how well Maggiano's orchestrates a large group. Their appetizers are all wonderful and salads are delicious as well. A very good selection of entrees include chicken dishes, veal entrees and lots of wonderful pastas. I believe they must make their own pasta as it always tastes very fresh and delicious! The Cheesecake and Tiramisu are delightful as are all their other desserts. They have well-trained, pleasant wait staff who know exactly what to do and time the food appropriately. Then when you're full and cannot hold another bite, they pack up the food that is left and send it home with you. I love the upstairs banquet rooms and they can accommodate several groups at a time. Maggiano's has it all together!!

We visited Maggiano's twice - once on our anniversary and once more since we stayed pretty close by. It has a great central location right in heart of Buckhead and is a very posh restaurant with great clientele, amazing service and nice food. There is parking available closeby for Maggiano guests. The pizzas were mouthwatering but the best part was dessert. The place sometimes gets crowded on Fridays and Saturdays, given its popularity and we had to wait sometime to get in.

Let’s start with the food which is really nice - rustic, home cooked Italian. Generous portions, well-prepared and really tasty. We did have some significant issues with the service which left us feeling pretty negative about the place…but then we met Lee! Lee is a manager and recognised that we were not having a good experience so he took charge of the situation. He was understanding, friendly and even took a cool Polaroid of us as it was our anniversary. In short, what was heading downhill was quickly remedied and we left after a really good experience. Things can go wrong for different reasons; the mark of a place is what you do when that happens.

Was guided to open seating in the bar area, and told a waiter will be there soon. The waiter was pleasant, but the food was very slow coming from the kitchen. And all I ordered was flat bread and salmon with lemon sauce. Not sure if they had adequate help in the kitchen that day, but guests were all waiting on their food. Therefore, I didn't feel along in that respect. Once the food arrived, the flat bread was wonderful, but the salmon tasted like it either had too much lemon and or salt...for my taste buds??

We are a family of four with grownup kids and visited the restaurant since we were flying out of ATL the next day and spent the night close by. And we were not disappointed! We walked in with no reservations and were seated after 5-10 minutes. Service was great from start to finish by the whole staff. We were first served an appetizer at no cost since it was our first time in the restaurant. We chose the “family style” meal which gives the option to try out many different dishes from salads over appetizers and entrees to desserts. All food was great, tasty and well prepared. It is safe to say that none of us were hungry when we left, since there was plenty of food. All in all a great experience to end our trip to the US.

I sat at the bar and enjoyed desserts. My server was Eric and he was so friendly and helpful. I enjoyed the atmosphere and hospitality! Great comfortable restaurant

I believe that I have found my new favorite Italian spot. The food was soooo good. The salad was fresh; the bread was dope with the cheese and olive oil; the lasagna was excellent. The Apple Crostada could’ve been a bit hotter, but it was good. I’ll definitely be going back.

I know I know most people go to an Italian restaurant to eat Italian. Craved it, wanted it, made reservations, got there, sat down....... wasnt feeling it.... ordered a steak. Now with that being said...... I didnt expect much because its an Italian restaurant not a steakhouse (REMEMBER I SAID THAT), This monster hits the table, garlic butter on top, smelling like heaven, and then i cut a small bite just to see if it was edible. BAM!!!!!!!!! one of my top 5 favorite steaks in the WORLD!!!!!!!! Don't think about it, don't wander about it, just order it and say thank you!!!!!!!!!

Typical Italian selections, although more limited than I imagined. Very large restaurant with two floors. Could accommodate several hundred diners on each floor. Best menu value is the Family Choices for parties of four or more, although the per person price seems expensive, but that's Buckhead I guess.

The customer service was great. Big s/o to the manager Connie and my server. They honored 2 expired gift cards I received with no problem.

We have eaten at other locations and are never disappointed. The service was great and the food very good.

Had our annual New Year's Eve family dinner here. Handled our large party well, with excellent service. 4 cheese ravioli was great. Love the fresh bread and the Tiramisu was super.

For my daughter‘s 18th birthday she wanted to go to Maggiano’s for dinner. The service was great and our waiter Ajani was excellent. For the appetizer we got the pepperoni risotto fritters which were very good. For dinner my wife had the Grouper, my daughter had the Ziti and I had the seafood linguine. The food was excellent. And when Ajani Write out my daughters dessert he serenaded happy birthday to her. Great meal she enjoyed it.

My wife and I were in Atlanta for a wedding and we were able to walk to Maggiano’s from our hotel for dinner. Living in New Jersey, there is an Italian restaurant in every strip mall, so we do not usually eat at chain Italian restaurants. We walked in and were pleasantly surprised at how beautifully decorated the restaurant was. We were seated and had a very positive experience with the food quality and our very friendly server, Hollis. We had Parmesan Cod, Salmon Salad and delicious desserts. We were so impressed by everything that we returned with friends the next day for lunch. We had eggplant parmigiana with pasta that was excellent. Prices were reasonable for a restaurant in an upscale area. We definitely recommend this restaurant for lunch or dinner.

Came here with a large family to celebrate New Years Eve. We did they family style option and got plenty of food. Our server, Jasmine, did an outstanding job. The food was tasty. Atmosphere was good. The kitchen was a little slow, but they were busy. The only other issue was the menu prices that were sent with our reservation confirmation did not match the actual menu when we got to the restaurant.

This was very disappointing the last time we went. We haven't been in a while since we don't live close by but this last time it was just so-so. We had to wait a very long time for a table. The food just wasn't that good. I'm not sure what happened.

We ate at a wedding reception here and had planned on just not eating at all due to out past experience. Since we were visiting out of town we reluctantly tried the food. Delicious and well seasoned. We are from the Midwest and since everyone is so sensitive about seasongs up here, there are none. Midwest Maggiano's, in our opinion are terrible, but I believe only due to the patrons in the area who just have a limited taste buds. I guess you just cater to your profiled customer. Thank you Maggiano's Buckhead for showing that Maggiano's up here in the MIdwest just have it all wrong.

With some friend from different countries, we decided to try some Italian food and they want me to judge and suggest. Well, in the menu I didn't find many Italian dishes and honestly I don't know why the saltimbocca comes with pasta. I was not surprised to be disappointed about mozzarella, it's an unique product and when your uncle is a cheese maker, you definitely disapprove what in the U.S. they call mozzarella. My Tuscany soup was not really Tuscany. In addition, a friend waited so long just for a glass of wine that she almost finished the meal. Spaghetti aglio e olio must always be served with red chili on a side because 90% of Italians will add it. I wouldn't go there again because even if for a moment I forget to be Italian, overall the food was not very tasty

It started of badly when I noticed my water glass had lipstick on it, I asked a passing server to change it and there was no apology. When I said an apology might be nice she said I didn't bring you the glass, I said , you are apart of the team. She walked off! My wife and I had filet steak, she asked for medium and i asked for medium-well. Both arrived cooked to a cinder. The replacement took over 20 mins. Yes they were busy , however getting a steak order right is not difficult. The chef (cook) came to see us when we complained, but did not want to take responsibility and gave a lot of excuses. We were not charged for the food , however our evening was spoilt and I was left with the impression that no one really cared.

Called for reservation but was told there was not a wait. Seated on arrival within minutes. Nice reception upon arrival. We had a fast talking waiter who was not bad. He was easily distracted and seem overwhelmed. The tenderloin was very tasty. My daughter had the salmon and ate it all. She was not absolutely satisfied because she was judging the dish on her location in Florida. Overall it was a good meal. I recommend this restaurant very much.

My wife and I love this restaurant but it has gotten a little difficult to self park. Access is not good and the self parking is a long ways away. But......we love the food and the service and make the trip.

We have wonderful moments, The waitresses Jada was committed to great service and were very friendly. The atmosphere was definitely reflecting the passion you have is to make us feel special, thank you for that. Jerome

Usually this Maggiano’s sets a very high bar regardless of the time of day, day or special event. We visited today which is Mother’s Day and were seated promptly in the indoor patio area. I quickly recognize that this location was primarily for larger groups when our party had only three guest. It became very apparent that our server was going to be more focused on the larger groups versus our small group. It’s seemed like every interaction we had was in slow motion from getting water, to placing an order, to getting our food, to getting deserts and finally getting the check. The restaurant was not at capacity but it was very apparent that the larger groups around us were getting more attention and speedy service. The food was typical of the quality that you could expect from this restaurant however my lasagna came out lukewarm at best even though it was very tasty. The other two entrées were about the same. We also ordered desserts which came out in the same slow as a snails pace as everything else. To top it off I finally had asked for server to bring the check. Even though this is not typical service of this location I will be back as we have had many more positive visit in this one.

Enjoyed the pasta dishes. The white sangria is a must try. Good service and pleasant atmosphere. Will return next time I'm in Buckhead.

This was a pleasant experience and I'm so glad I decided to go. The management and staff are the best!! The food was delish and the dessert was to die for!!! Great atmosphere and not a long wait.

We eat at this restaurant every July 3rd before the Peachtree Road Race. You are severed more food than one person can eat. Food is good, The staff handles the large crowd very professionally.

This was my first time eating here & it was so good I wanted to go back the next night! The inside is very attractive with the red & white checkered tablecloths. The entrance with that beautiful chandelier just makes you feel special. Our server was wonderful, & very attentive. We ordered drinks from the bar which were made perfectly. Our meals were out of this world! We had ravioli, lasagna, & chicken Alfredo. We also participated in their deal of buy one take a frozen one home. It was 4 of us & we split the bill, drinks, bar drinks, meal, dessert & tip, & it was $80 per couple. Worth every penny! Please do yourself a favor and go eat here!

Went for lunch because I had gift cards to spend. The 2-fer deal is good, you spend about $15 and get a large lunch and an extra to go. The food is mediocre in my opinion. Service was fine. Decor is good for the money. I don't think a large chain like this can be very authentic or creative.

Came here for a quick bit to escape Dargoncon. I'm glad we did! Service was great, the restaurant was calm and cool. Plus the food was fantastic. We had a couple of signature salads, one with salmon and one with shrimp. Along with a couple of Peroni, this was a great Saturday late lunch destination. I will definitely be back.

Started well, after a bit of a delay getting us seated, we had some really nice servers and starters were really good. Complimentary bread wasn't really needed. Main courses let the restaurant down, my wife had already decided not to have lasagne as they told her the portions were generous so she ordered seafood linguine. That was big enough to serve both of us. No wonder diners were leaving with food in plastic boxes. I had shrimp with spaghetti and it was so poor I complained. To their credit they refunded the cost of the dish. An unforgettable meal.

Visited on Sunday evening. Early on it was rather quiet, but filled up as the evening went on. Food is always good and the bread and olive oil are solid. Prices are excellent for the great service and the buy one take one pasta. Seating area is very attractive and comfortable.

I visited Maggiano’s this past week hoping to grab a quick bite and a cocktail. I tried the frozen peach Bellini. Very refreshing considering how hot it was that day but not much alcohol. For food, I ordered the stuffed mushrooms. They were decent, though I found them lacking in flavor. The service made up for it though. Brittney and Jadah were both knowledgeable, attentive, and genuinely friendly. As a first timer, I was surprised with a generous serving of zucchini fritti, which was a lovely touch and definitely made me feel welcome. I’ll def be going back to try the pasta.

We stopped in for a bite after walking around the shopping mall. Location was convenient and the appearance looked formidable. Somewhat disappointed - my wife enjoyed her Salmon with lemon sauce on leaf spinach and salad; while on the other hand my Rigatoni Arrabbiata was bland at best. Lacked any kick and the presentation was not good. It looked as if it had been sitting under warming lights in the kitchen and tasted dry - lots of tender chicken pieces - but the pasta was dry and crusty. Our server was very friendly and attentive - that was probably the best part of the evening for me. Ohh yeah, ordered an Old Fashion and it came out wrong. Mentioned it to the server and the response was the bartender is new - he did offer to make it right and we appreciated that response. With all the family owned and intimate Italian restaurant in Atlanta, you would be better off avoiding Magliano's and eating somewhere else.

We went for a coworker birthday. It was good. The food was good and the location setting inside was good but that mall! Urggg it’s tough getting there during rush hour. It is worth the struggle to see a white table cloth Resturant.

Maggiano's is a great option to dine in if you are craving for delicious Italian food. I was here with my family and we all had a great time. We started off with zucchini fritters which were tasty and crispy. Next we had eggplant parmesan which was droolworthy. It had flavorful eggplant and spaghetti. Stufffed mushrooms were also tasty . Portion size is decent. Staff was friendly. Just one negative feedback- the washrooms had no soap and when this was informed to the staff, most of them had a cold rude reply which was certainly not expected. Family style dining is great. Large portions and get to try a variety of foods. Only problem was fitting all the plates on our table with a large group.

I have visited this restaurant for the past 22 years and on my daughter’s birthday, found a nail tip with a rhinestone on it baked into my lasagna. Spoke to the restaurant manager and also the area director. The area director is reimbursing us for our dinner. I had someone’s dirty nail in my mouth. According to the area director, there are checks in place to prevent this such as frequent hand washing and wearing gloves. Really? Someone really should be held accountable for this one. I’m sad, very sad because I really loved this place pre pandemic.

While my husband and I were visiting Atlanta, we went to Maggiano’s to celebrate our 1st wedding anniversary. This was our first time to Maggiano’s and we had a wonderful experience! Along with the amazing food, the service was wonderful as well. Our waiter Brandon was super nice and helpful and made sure we had a great experience. When we told them we were celebrating our anniversary, the Assistant General Manager Charlie cane over to thank us for celebrating with them. At the end of our meal, Brandon and Charlie brought over two complimentary glasses of Prosecco and a dessert sampler. If we lived closer, we would go back all the time!

Our group of twelve got in with no problems. The staff were efficient and polite. We went family style and couldn’t eat it all.

We took the whole family for a get together and the food was amazing and the service was a lot of family. There was a wait even with reservations but wow was it worth it.

The service was fantastic and the food was so delicious. We brought a couple with us for the very first time and they were pleasantly surprised.

I ordered the Chicken Francese (my usual), and my wife ordered the Classic Pasta. All the food was good as always. During our prior visits, I ordered the fresh lemonade – I love homemade lemonade. I ordered lemonade during our last visit and when the bill came, the receipt said “Minute Maid”, very disappointed. When was the fresh lemonade discontinued?

This place feels like cool spot where old time mobsters would hang out. Great atmosphere. The staff was excellent. The food was very tasty. The mushroom ravioli was excellent. The garlic bread was delicious. The spinach and artichoke appetizer was phenomenal. This is very close to the Lenox and Phipps malls and there is easy parking.

Diabolical service. Firstly offered a rubbish table. We declined and were seated in main restaurant. Waited 15 mins before someone took a drink order. Another 15 mins.. no drinks arrived. Eventually flagged the manager. Told him we were waiting for our drinks and to order food. Without apology he took our order. Asked if we would like bread. We said no Bread then arrived and drinks. Food arrived .. pasta and salad quite good. Chicken parm ok. We then waited for 20 mins for someone to clear table and take desert order. No one came. As we were getting sick of looking at dirty plates- We asked for bill and left. Overpriced, dreadful service, mediocre food, and a manager with a dreadful attitude- probably why the staff are struggling. Restaurant wasn’t even that busy. Very disappointed.

We enjoyed an early dinner and received quality service from our server Lee. We shared a Caesar side salad which was excellent and enough for both of us. The linguine Mare could have had a richer sauce and did have a lot of shell fish except for the few bits of Lobster. I left much of the pasta. The Ziti with sausage had a great Italian sausage and the sauce was very thick. A very large serving. The restaurant is very comfortable.

I don't normally like chain restaurants but my colleague invited me to meet him for lunch at Maggiano's recently. I arrived early and was greeted by a nice young man who took me to my preferred seating (private booth so we could talk). The waiter soon arrived and brought water, tea and hot bread. Very efficient and polite. My lunch partner arrived (it was his birthday) and we chatted for a while before finally ordering lunch. They were having a "two for one" sale so for each entree you ordered, they provided one to take home. Nice promotion. We both had salad (house salad and dressing was very tasty) and we both ordered pasta with meat sauce and meat balls. We ate heartily and were quite full as the portions are generous. We, of course, had no room for dessert but they brought him cookies to celebrate his birthday. Then they brought two bags of entrees including pasta and meatballs along with bread. Lovely take home package. Our meal was excellent and our waiter was a friendly and polite and an excellent salesman reminding us of their Sunday brunch and new items on the menu. Overall, a very pleasant dining experience in the heart of Buckhead.

Had the family dinner for 4 people and everyone had a great meal. For $139, it is a great value. Way too much food for the money, and what we took home is enough for two more dinners. The veal parm, muscles, pasta with shrimp, and chocolate cake was better than good.

We used to visit this restaurant quite a lot when we lived in Atlanta 20 years ago, so we took our kids on our recent visit to Atlanta. Fantastic experience. Great food, excellent service, good wines. A live pianist, nice ambiance (think Rat Pack meets the Soprano’s). Their food is not low on calories, but when you visit do not worry about that and take an extra run when you are back home!

My work partner and I chose Maggiano for dinner because of its proximity to each of our hotels. This was my first visit I was impressed good service good food not terribly expensive but a lot of food

What a disappointment for my mom's birthday dinner! This Maggianos clearly caters to large parties especially on the weekends. We were seated between a birthday group of 20 people and a bachelorette party of about the same size. It was so loud on the patio that it was laughable. The clientel was also interesting. At the party next to us, several women were wearing outfits that were so revealing, we had to distract our young daughters every time they walked by. To top it all off, it took 45 minutes to get our 5 year old a bowl of butter pasta. I have lived in Atlanta and eaten at Maggianos for years, but no longer!

For mom’s last day visiting me in Atlanta, I took her for lunch at Maggiano’s in Buckhead. Usually the better location of this chain restaurant, it seems to have slipped in quality as well as being accommodating. Again, I asked for extra lemons with the calamari, and again, it came out with one slice having me request more. In addition, calamari is NOT suppose to be chewy. It was either over or undercooked. It was the first time mom and I didn’t finish a calamari appetizer. Once mom left to go home, it was promptly thrown in the trash. I had no desire to eat it. The gravy was also a problem. It appears sweeter as if sugar was added to it. The waiters no longer prepare an olive oil dipping fish for you with pepper and cheese for your bread, and in fact, we had to ask for the dish to do it ourselves! Once a fine place to go, it has become less due to lack of proper service, cheapening of the food, and holding back on simple things like an oil dipping dish and lemons. Unless I hear of some improvements, this was my last visit.

Visited with 5 coworkers while in town for business trip. We all ordered something different and enjoyed. Services was excellent. Lobster and bacon carbonarra was great. Dessert options had mini size options which were great after filling up on great meal. Stopped in on a weeknight with no reservation and got immediately seated.

We had planned to go to a different restaurant for dinner but at the last minute wanted to try Maggiano's in Buckhead. We called from the car and they had a table for 5 available in 45 minutes, we said yes. We arrived right on time and were seated within 5 minutes. It was very busy, Saturday before Christmas, but our server was excellent. We never had to wait long for anything. Drinks and wine were served quickly and so was dinner. Everyone was happy with their choices, including the salads. The lasagna was very good. The restaurant is very attractive inside which helps make this a pleasant overall experience. We were glad we made the decision to come here.

We dined on a rainy evening in October. I had the veal Marsala, which was amazing. My wife had the classic pasta with shrimp. The service was very good. The wine by the glass was a bit pricey. We spent $95 w/o tip. We would go again

Haven't had decent authentic Italian restaurant for a while but this place is what I was looking for. A variety of meals are offered featuring chicken, veal, beef, fish or sea food. Of course you can opt in for a pasta-only plate and you will not be disappointed. I had a Chef Signature dish which was shrimps, Italian sausage, veggies with a spicy tomato sauce on parmesan grits. It was very delicious. There were more shrimps than you can count on and there were not the tiny cocktail shrimps. As suggested in my title, this place is kid friendly as it offers a great variety of meals at a surprisingly very good price. I am not talking about corn dogs or chicken tenders but true Italian meals. The kid rectangle flat pizza had fresh mozzarella, basil and presented in a nice platter. Everybody tasted it :). One of my kid wanted something featured in the adult menu and the chef did accommodate. My kid was soooo happy. This is GOLD. You will not get that in a chain like Olive Garden or other big names. All my kids were very happy and so was my wife with her chicken Marsala which was delectable. The service was excellent. Our waitress was smiling, friendly and accommodating. I wish I could remember her name and give her a mention in this post because she deserved it. We visited on a Saturday and there was a live musician performing on a piano. The decor is warm and nice. We did not know at that time but there is paid parking in the back of the restaurant which they will refund. You can also opt-in for valet parking. All that being said, the prices are reasonable you can get a very good meal without breaking the bank (but yes it may be a bit more expensive than the big chains) and even more for the kid (think it was 5.95 or 6.95). But again, you get an authentic Italian restaurant and we will very likely go back.

First time I had dined at this Maggiano's in about 5 years and both the food and service was excellent. Last time, as I recall, the service was less than stellar. But this time I arrived just after 5PM midweek and was the only person in the restaurant other than another couple so I got plenty of attention and my food came out almost instantly. I had the linguine di mare and it was fresh, steaming hot when the waiter brought in out and sooooo good! By the time I left, the restaurant was filling up so I was glad I arrived early since I hadn't made a reservation.

We took a late lunch on a day of shopping. We had 2 large Caesar salads that were perfect for the four of us. My bowl of Chicken/potato soup was better than expected and rich. Everyone else ordered Fettuccine and were very pleased. The bread service was excellent. We finished with Cream Brûlée which was delicious! Our server, Donna, was efficient and provided excellent service and everything we needed!

Very good meal. I had a small fresh salad with chicken and tasted numerous appetizers. Not as much flavor as I would expect. Service was efficient, but lacking a bit in warmth.

My husband and I visited ATL over the Labor Day weekend and stayed in Buckhead. We were looking for places to eat and came across Maggiano’s. Neither of us had ever been to the restaurant so we decided to try it. OMG is all I can say. The service from the start to finish was exceptional! The hostess was the best.... she recommended our entire dinner and I’m so glad that we followed her recommendations because they did not disappoint. The waiter Devin also gave great service which left us talking about the visit the entire weekend. I requested Devin packaged my take home food a specific way and I took this take home all the way back to New Orleans on the plane just to forget it on the plane and when I got off! Boy was I sad, sad enough to go all the way back to the gate in hopes that they had not cleaned the plane yet. But nope...I was too late 😩. Anyways. Thank you to Maggiano’s for the surpurb visit.

Total disappointment! We arrived for an early dinner. The restaurant was half-empty. We were seating at our table for about 30 minutes and nobody stopped by. The manager Kris Tyler was unprofessional and negligent. We had to leave.

Great Start - Lemon Drop and Shrimp Scampi Pasta A night stop after shopping at Lenox and I wanted pasta . My husband and I decided to sit at the bar for personalized service and drinks on deck. Instead we received got a soggy cheesecake and sour Gretel bar server . I would have like to begin with the pros like how perfectly prepared my pasta meal was and my husbands filet steak mignon, but at the end of the night I can still only think about the cons. I will describe the bartender because I can’t recall her name or locate the tab. She is the mean lady with the nonchalant attitude, brown hair up, white complexion and thick structure. Our problem with her came after she brought out a soggy cheesecake, that didn’t resemble a NY style . I bake and immediately noticed the cheesecake was not firm, but unsettled and damp. However, I thought I would take it home and try to bake . Here is where it sunk I asked her to pack it to go and she was literally shoving the cake in a small like box sideways and began to squeeze and smash with utensils. My husband, who is pretty cool told her she was smashing the cake. She was unethical and disrespectful to have the audacity to shove the Jello pudding cheesecake. The male Asian bartender made an awesome lemon drop martini, but lacked customer service and follow-up.

First the server was Excellent 👌👍👌 Her name was Donna. This restaurant is everything. The food was perfect the server suggested the fried zucchini OMG IT WAS PERFECT. EVERYTHING WAS GREAT.

Great service by Shaley saved our visit and our 4-Cheese Ravioli was okay but not what we came to eat at Maggiano's!! Menu Changes recently made are terrible - no Eggplant Parmesan - no " Maggiano's Style Chopped Salad" - no salad with an entree unless in a special combination with limited choices and no "two for" take home options with the pasta meals - Major Mistakes and we know we are not the only customers upset with these changes. Eggplant provided non-meat eaters another great option - whoever made these decisions will cost Maggiano's business - it may not mean anything to the company but count us out we are so very disappointed.

This is our go-to place when we're in town for business functions. The food is delicious - especially the stuffed mushrooms. Service is always reasonably good. Appreciated the chef visiting tables to check on how people were enjoying the food.

We have ate at a lot of magginos across the IS to include the original in downtown Chicago. This one is average and is serving the typical magginos food but there was some issues. One, had to ask for bread, two the meat balls were cold and had to send back and three the place was out of a few items including garlic bread.

The food was excellent as well as the atmosphere. Service was friendly, professional, and efficient.

My company hosted a team dinner in one of the upstairs banquet room. We were greeted with calamari and a delicious and rich artichoke dip with crostini. The bartender was nice, and attentive. Dinner was served family style: * fresh salads * lemon tilapia * one if the best chicken Marsala penne fishes I have ever tasted. Wine infused sauce that was light yet packed with flavor that kept me wanting more * ravioli filled with cheese that melted in my mouth * a rich meat slow roasted in a tomato based sauce that was so tender * dessert consisted of a butter cake and tiramisu that was creamy and light The staff was pleasant and this was an fun experience and a true treat for my palate!

Even as takeout, their "mama's lasagna" is still the best I have found! I ordered online and discovered that this was the last night the dining room was to be open due to the Atlanta city order to close all bars and restaurants - except for take-out.

We had a delicious meal out. I have not been out in awhile and the food and service was really delicious.

The place had a 2 piece band which played good relaxing music. Staff was attentive and they had a good range of Italian dishes. My ravioli was very good and my wife enjoyed her rigatoni dish. Good food and atmosphere, thus worth coming back to if we stay in this area again

Blown away by that - the chef heard we had never been to Maggiano's and came table side to talk to us about his menu! Now that's service! Really good Italian food - just come with an empty stomach because you will be served a ton of food. We had the Bruschetta Bar Tour and it was a hit! Also had the Apple Crostada for dessert - YUM, melting ice cream over an apple-pie-sorta-thing deliciousness.

Enjoyed celebrating my great friends 32nd bday! She even had a handsome waiter serenade her as her birthday cake came out. Great customer service

Went there yesterday for a family birthday. Had a reservation and the service was amazing and the food was great. It wasn't very busy when we went but food was quick and fresh. We will see you guys next birthday!

Visited this restaurant today, and had a wonderful experience. Service was great, and the food was awesome as usual. We always have to dine here when we are in town. The parking is a little messed up due to construction going on, but they validated for the garage. Cibo delizioso!

On Thursday, April 20th, my husband and I were looking for an hour or two of relaxation from our busy lives. This was the first time, in a very long time, we were dining at Maggiano's. In my OpenTable reservation, requested seating in a quieter area of the restaurant. The hostess seated us in a booth next to the kitchen with swinging doors. Sigh. Some hostesses appear to be challenged by the request. We requested seating elsewhere. The hostess accommodated the request, but appeared displeased. Thankfully the seating was just what we were looking for - quieter. After the seating challenge, the dining was enjoyable, and provided the relaxation we were seeking. Tony, the Server, was friendly, helpful and attentive. The food was delicious. Recommend the Calamari, Classic Pastas, Spaghetti and Ziti, Carrot Cake and Lemon Cookies. To our surprise and delight, there was live music. The musician has a good voice, and plays a smooth trumpet. The music made the evening perfect.

The eggplant parmigiano , the ravioli, the clam linguine was delicious. The atmosphere is so nice. The staff is so friendly and helpful. It was a great experience. Grandson says that the ravioli was the best he’s ever had. We will definitely come back here again when we come to Atlanta. I will definitely definitely recommend this restaurant to friends and family

We picked Maggiano's because of their offering of gluten-free pasta. It was a busy night which we understood but it took 20 minutes after being seated before our waiter acknowledged us sitting there. The food we had was absolutely amazing and we all took homes leftovers. Then we sat again for about 30 minutes waiting for our waiter to reappear. We were going to have dessert but decided against it after sitting for so long. A manager finally stopped by and he got us our check and took a nice discount off for our inconvenience. Despite the waiter we had, I would still consider going back.

Are here for New Year's Eve. Had the family style meal. Big family and we had a good time. Food was good. Loved the Chicken Parmesan. Spaghetti was tasty. Excellent service.

All the food was amazing. Great selection, large portions. Try the brown butter cake, you’ll fall in love. It’s a busy place so you’ll want to consider a reservation. Service was friendly and on point.

Absolutely THE WORST experience EVER! We were seated and someone the wait staff poured us water and said our server, Cori, would be right us with. We waited and waited and waited....no Cori. So we asked another server if they knew who was working our table. He said, "Oh that's Cori, let me go find her". So we waited and waited and waited. Still no Cori. So we go to the hostess. Guess what she said.....wait for it....."That's Cori, let me got find her"....So surely we're thinking we must be getting pranked. FINALLY, someone from management comes over and asked what they problem was. We explained that we'd been sitting for more than 15 minutes without our server coming over. She says, "You've got to be kidding"......Um, no ma'am we are not!!! So then a server approaches our table......Could it be Cori?? The same server who's been attending the table right next to us and NEVER said a word???? No "I'll be right with you" or "Give me just a moment".....THAT'S CORI???? Wow! Well we asked to be moved to another section. Another manager came over to apologize and offered a free appetizer. Our new server recommended the seafood fondue.....which was more cheese and peppers than seafood. We proceeded to wait another 40 minutes for our food to come out. One of the entrees was cold so we sent it back. I ordered the spaghetti which was a part of the buy one, take one home special. Guess what? When I got home, there was no spaghetti in the bag. Just our leftovers. Again, ABSOLUTELY THE WORST!!!

We were staying in the Buckhead area. Service was prompt and friendly. The food was delish and plentiful. Can’t go wrong with this location.

Was my wife’s birthday & the staff was very helpful in pulling off a surprise party. However, our waitress, while nice, was way to gabby & cutsie. We went there to eat, not to be entertained. Without going into detail, the food was just boring. After having been there a number of times the place is now off of my list!

We stayed at a hotel very close to this Maggiano's and wanted to let the kids swim so we ordered carry out and everyone loved it. We got the family style meal and a couple orders of cioppino. The carry out area was easy to access from the parking lot and the staff there was friendly. They had everything bagged up when we arrived and plates and utensils included. They even threw in some moon shaped lemon cookies that were fantastic. If that was supposed to come with our order, I didn't notice, so to me it was a nice surprise.

We had the lasagna- which for some reason they give you an extra one to go- pretty good deal. And the chicken Picata which was very good but not great. That is my general impression- a really good place for copious amounts of food but just mostly comfort food. I did like the Sangria a lot though- and a pitcher is a great deal., So I would go here on a random night but it is mostly, to me, a family or informal place for weekday dining. The prices are good, the service is really good and they space their tables enough to make me comfortable. Oh, I almost forgot, the calamari appetizer was excellent.

A really pleasant eatery - where you get a good Italian experience. Had the Filet Mignon and Asparagus risotto- very nice indeed. Service was pleasant - if a little haphazard. Overall - a good drop in point

We went to Maggiano’s for thanksgiving dinner. It was absolutely amazing, great food, great service and huge portions.

Went on Easter, had reservations. They sat us early at a great booth in the bar area. I would recommend this seating over the restaurant any day. Food was great. Had plenty to take home to enjoy.

A good restaurant Personel very friendly I would say not a typical italian restaurant ,there is an american touch in the italian food The wine list is adequate, not too much choices Portions are enormous If you are in Atlanta consider it

I have visited this location many times and I always have an enjoyable experience. The food is A1 -- I love the lasagna and ravioli. I have visited both locations in Atlanta and in Jacksonville, in my opinion the Buckhead location is the best!

I had the pleasure of dining for lunch at this restaurant. The restaurant is located in a mall where there is ample parking. From the door to the table the staff was friendly, courteous and personable. They were to meet our needs with speed and efficiency. The meal exceeded our expectations in quality and quantity. We completed our dining with a slice of cheesecake and fresh cut strawberries. I recommend you try this restaurant on your next visit to Atlanta.

We usually stop here when we are in Atlanta. It is consistently delicious with friendly staff and clean dining room.

Perfect 5. Dinner was amazing. Save room for dessert! Gigi’s butter cake was over the top! Steak and salmon perfectly prepared. Food arrived and stayed hot through the meal.

They give you a lot of food and it’s true Italian. You’ve got to get the layer chocolate cake. We couldn’t Finish our food. More for tomorrow lol.

We have been here several times. Family style service is best. Food is very good but they are dealing with large numbers of people so special orders are a challenge. Noisy on the weekends. Service was good but they were absent one server so a little slow.

We visited the Buckhead location Sunday 5/15/22 with our college graduate. It was a complete disaster. Our server was Kristin and we rarely saw her. We had a party of 7 and we will never come back. We were at this restaurant over 3 hours!!! Our meals came out in shifts. We waited almost 10 minutes in between plates being brought to the table. My daughters kids meal was the last one to come to the table. We ordered the sausage flatbread appetizer and only 2 slices had sausage on them. I'm not sure if you received it frozen like that or if your chef does not care about what they send out of the kitchen but either way, it was very poor quality for the price. We made the mistake of ordering dessert. Again, all of the desserts came out in shifts too. No one at our table was able to enjoy their meal at the same time. After 15 minutes, Kristin finally notified us that they had no more chocolate cake. By then, all of the others in our group had finished their desserts. My daughter's ice cream was half melted when she got it and our apple crostada was cold and the plate was full of melted ice cream. I guess they were left sitting in a window. 3.5 hours later, Kristin brought the $250 bill to the table. I noticed that we had been charged for an extra meal that we did not receive. Our entire table had time to go to the bathroom and come back before our server returned. Once I pointed out the over charge, Kristin said "yeah, I thought your bill seemed really high." It's a good thing that I looked because apparently she was not going to recheck her work. In the 3.5 hours we were there, Kristin only brought drink refills twice. Save yourself time and money and go to Carrabba's instead!

Visited for my son's birthday celebration with family. Good (not great) Italian food but very good value as they give you a free to go meal with pasta order. Service was very good. Free parking in Buckhead is a plus always.

Strange place. I’m here twice and again the same sensation. Actually first time was in another Maggiano in Atlanta and I had problem with the reservation. The receptionist forgot to register me and i’ve been notified by fork about missing my commitment. But the food was good and so I decide to try another Maggiano, this time in Buckhead. And ... yes they showed weak skills about organization again. The receptionist offered me a squared table with round extensions. Unfortunately the extension on my side was dancing every time i moved, hitting my legs in a very uncomfortable way. So i asked to change and the alternative was a table with a dirty tuch. Yes dirty, unbelievable. But ... the service was excellent. Waiters were courteous and professional and the food is good. I tasted again the bruschetta, delicious. And a steak, simple and honest but absolutely worthy of my respect. I like this place, where the shabbiness meets the taste. I feel like home. Great, strange, Maggiano.

Stay away! Our server was forgetful as was our dinner. Salmon overcooked. Chicken Parmigiana was overcooked, no sauce and I had to search if there was any provolone. Spaghetti with no sauce thrown on to the plate. Waste of money.

We made reservations online and was very easy. The staff were very friendly and attentive. We were seated within 10 minutes of our reservation time even with the business of the ressaurant. A very nice piano player played excellent dinner music, not too loud and not overbearing. Wait staff was friendly and helped us understand the menu options. Our order was correct, our water glasses were always filled. Food quality for the price was good. I have had better, but I have had much worse. The atmosphere was very nice and not overly loud. We could carry on a conversation with no problem. Food service was just a little slow but understandable being they were extremely busy. I thought a 15 - 20 minute wait for the dessert was really slow though. This was our second visit and would return again.

We arrived at our reservation time & were greeted by Katrina, our server. She was very businesslike, formal & always appeared to be in a hurry.. She took our order for wine and left. She then came back and asked if we were ready to order. Since we were still deciding, she pressed us on what kind of salad we wanted. Unfortunately, our salads quickly arrived at about the same time as our wine. She seemed to be in a rush to get our food order. So we went ahead and placed the order, thinking surely she would hold it until we could enjoy our wine & salad. And of course, before I could even have 3 sips of wine & our salad was even half eaten….dinner arrived. I quickly finished up my delicious wedge salad, and of course, my Chicken piccata was cold by that time and consequently not so great. On the upside, the tiramisu for dessert was delightful. I just feel like it was unfortunate that our whole meal was rushed by the server for no reason. The restaurant was not even half full at 6:45 on Saturday evening. So there was no reason to be rushing customers out the door. This rush, rush feeling was not a very pleasant experience, and I’ll think twice before going back.

I took my team here for our last night in Buckhead. Service was good and quick. Drink orders were taken before your drink ran out. Appetizers were good. My only complaint was that lemon butter sauce on my veal was so salty it ruined the whole dish.

Visit was 11 September 2022, during a business trip for dinner. Dish was a kid Lasagna with meat sauce and tiramisu for dessert. Order was a takeout and it took about 20/25 minutes. The staff were pleasant and professional. I’m not a big eater and the hotel I was staying in did not have a refrigerator or microwave in the room. This kid’s dish was a lot and I ended up eating half and taking rest for lunch the next day. Had to pack other half in ice for the night. I had walked down to restaurant to get my meal, about 10/15 minutes away. However, when I went to eat my order, I discovered they forgot to pack my dessert. So, they agreed to allow me to pick it up the next day, since I could not come back that day. The next day of return went smooth with no issues and the dessert was good, just like the lasagna. Next time in the area, I would probably dine in but I was tired from my travels that first day. The area is nice, located down from the Lenox Square Mall. You can walk to most areas if you choose. I would recommend this location.

I usually don’t write reviews, but I felt compelled to share my experience at Maggiano’s. As a loyal guest, I consistently receive exceptional service every time I visit, regardless of the time of day. Although I typically dine on Sundays, the quality of service remains outstanding. On my most recent visit, my server, Jordynn, provided excellent service and was incredibly considerate of my special occasion. Additionally, the Assistant General Manager, Charles Shuler, always extends kindness to my family and me during our visits. Keep up the great work!

Took a few coworkers here for dinner at 6:30. We made a reservation and were seated promptly. Service was good although our server seemed very nervous and made a few mistakes when we ordered. His anxiety continued through service despite our attempts to calm him. He always seemed to be rushing us. Food was good, what you would expect from a good Italian restaurant.

There were twelve of us on Thanksgiving day. The place was slammed, but our servers, Eka and Sam took excellent care of us. The manager came by and was very kind. Although the Parmesan Crusted Tilapia and the Tiramisu were amazing, the Ravioli and the Pumpkin Praline Cheesecake were nominated as the favorites by our family.

My family and I have been in Atlanta for two weeks and have found so many restaurants to be very loud, making it difficult to have a dinner table conversation without shouting. Maggiano’s was perfect with a live piano player in the background. Everyone really enjoyed their meal as well. We could have sat there and eaten all night!

Regularly visit this restaurant when in Atlanta particularly when going out to dinner with family and friends. Food is great and the atmosphere is very lively and pleasant.

My family loved our Sunday lunch at this location. Joseph was a wonderful waiter and he was very attentive and knowledgeable. The food was fresh and delicious. We hope to return soon.

Would not recommended. I live overseas and visiting Atlanta with work at a nearby hotel. I always check my banking app and I noticed I was double charged on my card and when I queried it they said they’d swiped it twice as a mistake. The supervisor arrogantly assured me the money would be held as pending and returned to my account in the following 3-5 days. This did not happen and I was actually charged even more…£82 ($104) for a £35 ($44) meal. As I’m overseas and left that evening (which I wish I hadn’t of mentioned) I can’t get back to challenge it despite having all the receipts. Would consider this as deliberate opportunity to get away with not giving me my money back. I feel awful that as a young woman working abroad that I’ve been taken advantage of in this way.

I started going to Maggiano's 20 years ago and after my to go order tonight, there is no value and it will be a long time before I return! I called to place an order at the Buckhead location and asked for 2 spinach salads and 1 gluten free spaghetti with meat sauce. I was told they did not offer spinach which was the same excuse 4 months ago?!? Why does this restaurant not have spinach when I can find it in every grocery store in Atlanta?!? I ended up ordering 1 chopped and 1 caesar salad with grilled chicken on both and asked for extra dressing for each salad as well as anchovies for my caesar. Again, I was told they did not have anchovies?!? I received one dressing on the side for each salad despite the to go order receipt showing extra dressings ordered. Both dressing containers were half full making both salads dry from lack of dressing. In the past, the full size salads used to come in a large deep plastic container which offered plenty of salad to have for a second meal. The current size of the to go container has been cut in half removing my option for leftovers! I ordered an adult size gluten free spaghetti with meat sauce and the portion was small with the taste of the gluten free pasta not being good. Carrabba's offers great tasting gluten free pasta so maybe a focus group is necessary for Maggiano's to other gluten free pasta recipes?!? Overall, I was very under whelmed with the entire meal!

A couple invited us to lunch at this restaurant, they saw it on a show called Atlanta Eats and wanted to check it out. I guess it was a bad day, the hostess didn’t appear for ten minutes. After we were seated no one came to take drink order or even acknowledge we were there. We got up and we’re leaving when a lady I’m guessing the manager tried to persuade us to come back. We declined. Too bad it went this way. Maybe intense training in customer service would help. 😩

My beloved had the reliable lasagna that never disappoints perfectly seasoned and light on the palate. I went new for me with the NY strip. Medium. Perfect. I thought I might get them out of the Italian comfort zone.....WRONG! Deft touch and bullseye on the medium. Service and atmosphere. Nothing but smiles!!!!!!

Great food by the chef, great service by Amy. Very hospitable and strong knowledge of the menu. She will be my server I ask for moving forward.

Late dinner, good food, great service. Felt at home. Beware the monster cake slice for a whole family. Yummy. Waiter Ethan was like family. Hope he has fun on his vacation to Duxbury, Massachusetts.

I've been coming here fir many years and it has always been something to look forward ti. Not as much now though. With 3 out of 5 of us totally vegetarian, there was always a decent variety of thing to choose from. Not now though. Basically just 2 ravioli options - problem if you hate ravioli- a pasta with vodka sauce which ti be fair was decent- snd spaghetti with marinara sauce I could cook for a quarter of the price at home. That's quite awful, Maggianos! There are vegetable sides that taste good. But going out to eat to spend $9 or $10 each for mashed potatoes or broccoli aa my entree is not really the upscale night out we had in mind. The appetizer Margherita Flatbread is not flat anymore- why change that?? It's like a bit of fluffy dough with sauce and cheese now. It was great before -"won't get it again. Thank goodness the fried zucchini is still as good as it has always been. Loved this restaurant , and while I might just come back fir the zucchini and apple crostada, we will look for a new Italian place with more vegetarian options now for a nice dinner out.

Been to different ones throughout the years! Always a great experience!! Food is fantastic! Our group was of 6 persons, and they accommodated our little group with style and class. We had a great time of eating and conversing about our day with each other. Thanks for the wonderful time. We will return again.

Good Italian food, service is very quick though so feels like they don't expect you to be there long.

We did the family style. It isn't the best Italian food that you will ever eat --but it is very good and very plentiful. Service was good and we very much enjoyed our night.

Good meal, we were staying overnight for nearby so we didn’t get the buy one take one we usually get. Had the lobster corbonara that was pretty good. Finished with lemon cookies.

Enjoyed a dinner with colleagues here last week. Had steak medium rare ... very tender and juicy. The macaroni and cheese was divine and the stuffed mushrooms were also delicious. Enjoyed drinks from the bar and just really enjoyed the atmosphere. Topped off the evening with cheesecake. Very friendly staff!

We ended up eating here for the first time and it was quite enjoyable. Quick seating and very polite staff. I ordered the gnocchi and Italian sausage. This was delicious. Along with a take home lasagna, this was well worth the money. Nicely located in the Buckhead district with a great view. I would eat here again.

My husband thought it was a nice idea to treat me to dinner at Margiannos after a long day of work… But nothing prepared me for the disappointment that we’d receive at Margianno’s. The location is 1601 Cumberland Mall Atlanta Ga.30339. For starters when we arrived we weren’t greeted nor acknowledged… After waiting for approximately 7 minutes / the hostess walking past my husband and I several times we were finally acknowledged as if we were invisible and asked had we been served… That wasn’t the worst part she automatically asked for my telephone number and name assuming that we wanted to to be placed on the waitlist. Please don’t get me wrong I know that almost all establishments are under staffed However there’s no excuse for impoliteness. I’m not sure if the young lady mistakenly thought I was someone that she knew or if that’s just her demeanor towards women of color. Either way the service that we received was unexceptable. I’m extremely disappointed and feel very disrespected.

We came back here for the first time in 14 years since moving from Atlanta. The chicken farm was sub-par yet everyone told me how fantastic is was. My brother ordered a Steak. It usally comes with all vegetable and all sauces on it so we told them not to. We also ordered it well done. Not Medium, Not Medium-Well. But Well Done! Which means no pink. It comes out Medium-Rare with all of the stuff we told them not to put on. Come On!!! They make us a new steak and it still comes out Medium. Not even Medium-Well. So I guess they have never cooked a steak WELL DONE before so the third time, guess what, the whole steak was burned. They were nice and discounted our meal, but still. Come ON!!!

We love Maggianos but this visit was very disappointing. My son ordered the fetticine alfredo and the sauce was like water. He couldn't eat it at all. My daughter's kid menu item was delivered at least 5 minutes AFTER our items arrived.

My husband and I were in town for a doctor visit and wanted a quiet dinner. Maggiano's completely filled the bill. We started with the Bruchetta... best I've ever had and a couple of sangrias that were perfect. Then a waiter brought by a plate of the Zucchini Frittes ON THE HOUSE! Who does this any more??? My mussels and my husband's lasagna were both delicious, but we'd would go back again and again just to order several plates of those zucchini fries for dinner! Wished we had had room for dessert! Thank you everyone at Maggiano's for making our evening so relaxing.

Don’t come here for happy hour. The website states they have HH, but no one who works here knows anything about it. They should remove HH from their website. Poor training or poor mgmt, or both.

Although busy it wasn't too crazy. We had a wonderful meal. We started with Maggiano's salad which was just delicious. We shared an entree size for the 4 of us ($14.25). We shared a calamari ($14.25), also very good. I had the linguini de mar but changed the tomato sauce to alfredo, which was delicious. It was loaded, I mean loaded with clams, mussels, shrimp, & pieces of lobster for $25.95. The dish was hugh & two people could easily share it. My family shared 2 dishes, the crab cakes ($31.95), which had 3 crab cakes which were very good. They also shared a linguini de mar with a white wine sauce, also delicious. Our server Roberto was great. He was helpful answering questions & making suggestions. The service was great. We capped the meal off with one fudge brownie for the table, amazingly good. A perfect Mother"s Day meal. We took home a bunch of leftovers.

Don’t waste your time ordering from this place... worst meal i’ve had delivered to my house. Salad was wilted, Lasagna was burnt on the bottom and chicken alfredo was terrible. Delivered luke warm and obviously had been sitting for awhile. Close your shop.... you’re definitely the worst meal i’ve had in 5 years

We went here with our family before a half marathon on thanksgiving. The fall menu is delicious featuring a lot of winter squash dishes. The butternut squash soup and ravioli were very good. Service is always great here, and the atmosphere is very chill. We went at 5 pm and had no wait at all, but you can make reservations. They also have lighter options of their more popular dishes, and you can take home a pasta with your dinner usually.

Went to Maggiano's to celebrate New Year's with my family. We have been coming here for several years. We are a large family party with several small children. Our server did a great job. Food was good, Maggiano's always gives you large portions. Love the zucchini appetizer. I had the Chicken Parmesian, two large filets with a side of spaghetti. Dessert was a wonderful Tirumisu.

My grandson picked this restaurant for his 17th birthday. He asked me for a recommendation, and I said I was ordering the chicken piccata so he ordered it also. The appetizer were fine, not great but good. The entrees were another story. Ours were dry and tough with virtually no sauce and I believe only 1 person of the 9 in our party finished theirs. I wasn't going to say anything until my grandson said it was so bad he had made it at home and it was better tan this. I told our server and she took the plates back without offering us another choice and when I asked her bout it she said she just assumed we wanted it remade. We changed to chicken Francaise and it looked like the same piece of chicken and was also dry so we didn't eat it. He wanted Tiramisu for dessert and said it was very good until he took a forkful and showed me the piece of hair sticking out.

We enjoyed the time spent here and flavored food served with the highest interest and care! The sitting area is very comfortable and attractive. Although it was a very crowded Saturday evening, our waitress did her best to serv our 14 people table as quick and as efficient as possible, plus she was very friendly and funny! The food tastes delicious! There are lots of vegan and gluten free options. Prices are excellent for the great service and the buy one - take one pasta! We loved it here!

Traveling in, stopped in late on a week day. Was not very busy, and the servers where very attentive. Food came out quick and it was good. If your looking for decent Italian you will not go wrong here.

I had the most heartwarming dinner experience yesterday at Maggiano’s, thanks to our incredible server, Sya. From the moment we arrived, she made us feel genuinely welcomed and cared for. She surprised us with a delicious appetizer and a sweet welcome dessert that felt like a hug on a plate. Her kindness, attentiveness, and radiant energy turned an ordinary evening into something truly special. It’s rare to feel this lucky at a restaurant, but Sya made it happen. I’ll absolutely be coming back—and hoping to see her again. Thank you, Maggiano’s, for hiring such gems.

We met friends. It was my first visit to a Maggiano’s Little Italy. Efficiency of the staff was impressive. The waitress assigned to our table was busy or on a break when we were seated but another waiter started us off with drinks immediately. She came and apologized even though we had not waited nor did we know. Very customer oriented, which is rare today. The food was excellent and the choices covered all the classics plus some newer dishes. They were really weak on the Vegan options and even week on the entire vegetable side of things. Spinach Salad and chopped salads were great. I had penne primavera and it was delicately seasoned and not overwhelmed with sauce. The dining area was quite noisy, taking away from the otherwise great experience.
Great Italian restaurant
Ate here for New Year's Eve with a large family party. Service and food were great. The family style menu is good but a little pricey. Fortunately, they give you huge portions, which you can take home. They also let us order appetizers for our kids in the party.
