I met Tatiana Banon my first night here and have seen her during breakfast for the past two days. This lady is absolutely an amazing person. The service was excellent, she is extremely friendly and helpful and is a very caring and sincere person. She remembered my wife has cancer and GOD knows Tatiana has prayed many times for me and my wife since we met her. The food is excellent here but seeing someone as caring as Tatiana is a beautiful and blessed way to start the day. All the employees I met and the food and service was great. Please let Tatiana know how much some customers appreciate her. Thank you GOD for people like Tatiana.

Maraceli is the BEST!! She took care of all our needs. Gave us directions around Houston and the connected hospital.

By far, the best MClub I have visited. Maraceli and the other ladies are friendly and warm. The lounge is always clean and stocked. The breakfast choices are fabulous and healthy. Kudos to the chef and their staff for a job well done!

Maraceli was the best! The m-club has a breakfast buffet with all the fixings, very good. But the service was over the top. I was greeted each morning with a smile, a friendly good morning, and a server who enjoyed what they do. That is so rare these days. If you need to stay near Methodist hospital this is the best place to stay hands down. If you drop in the M-club, tell Maraceli I said hello!

My family and I traveled to Houston for cancer treatments at MD Anderson. We had never been to downtown Houston and it was overwhelming, to say the least but, the staff at Mariott especially Maraceli and Roxie in the M club/restaurant made our trip so much more enjoyable and comfortable! They went above and beyond to make my family and I feel comfortable and welcomed. We enjoyed quality food and service, they were thoughtful and kind, even providing snacks and refreshments for our long days. We stayed 8+ nights and every day they welcomed us with open arms and delicious food and made us feel like we were part of their family! We highly recommend!

Probably one of the best Marriott lounge I’ve been too. The food was very nutritious, they always have two options for dinner plus lots of salads. Breakfast was typical yet the staff made everything better, from the friendly greetings to remembering what juice you had the day before. Maraceli stood out the most she really makes you feel welcomed and takes care of you. She was the highlight of Main&Green.

Here on a medical trip and my sister wasn’t up to dining in. They will not sell you a buffet to go. I understand you can’t take leftovers from the buffet, that’s standard. But if you stay at the Rotary House they not only sell you a buffet but they bring a total of four containers! Plus the food on the buffet is not hot! Won’t be back to the marriot medical center!

Our experience here was more than 5 star. Maraceli is kind and friendly. She makes sure you have what you need and goes above and beyond to help you. Our stay is 9 days and everyone is very kind. Thank you all, especially Maraceli. May god bless you.

Maraceli in the M club lounge has to be one of the sweetest people I’ve ever met. She remembered me after one prior quick visit the next week when I came in for work. She’s so attentive and makes sure you have everything you need while you are in the M club. She’s the best! I look forward to see her on my future stays
