Hidden in Down Town Las Vegas

Good breakfast. Nice atmosphere - friendly staff. We had breakfast... very plentiful 😂😂. We wouldn't have found anything like that on the Strip - especially not for that price.

ALWAYS a Great Choice

By MooreVegasFood |

I love this restaurant! Although they have (2) locations: Summerlin and downtown LV, I love the downtown LV on Main location due to its eclectic vibe and great service. I typically get the la paisa, which is super yummy, but decided to try something different today by going for the lunch power bowl. The Spanish rice and beans are SO good! The grilled chicken was perfectly cooked and the mushrooms add a great flavor. Definitely a must have dish.

Best brunch in United States so far!

By Arnas M |

They have best coffee and really tasty omlets. Service was also incredible! We enjoyed so much, that we definetly will be back next time in Vegas.

Awesome coffee in the Arts District!

By Jubililly |

One of my favorite downtown coffee spots! The cafe con leche tastes exactly the way my grandma's used to and never fails to bring back happy memories of my childhood. In the past, I've never strayed too far away from the Avocado Toast but I've recently learned that I'm allergic to practically everything so I made a go for the Veggie Hash ... You'd never know that it was vegetarian! The menu is latin inspired and includes a variety of arepas and empanadas. The restaurant is very low key but incredibly welcoming and the servers are always polite. I'd definitely recommend calling ahead if you have a party that is bigger than 4-5 people as it's always busy. If you're out shopping at the North Premioum Outlets and want REAL coffee, this is the place to visit!

great coffee drinks/ they even have non dairy

By beachgoers10 |

service could have been better, food is good , coffee is great- they have non dairy!! They have great tasting empanadas. It is very conveniently located in the antique dealers district. So browsing/ and stopping here for a coffee break is great.

Excellent food!

By HappyJana |

We went for brunch. I got a mimosa and croissant sandwich. Both excellent. My husband got the veggie bagel and hibiscus iced tea. Customer service was excellent and there were more on the menu we wanted to try- we will definitely come back.

Nummy! We'll definitely be back!

By vegasbrooke |

Amazing. You have to try at least once, and I promise you'll be back again. My husband and I had breakfast here today. Shared a French press, and had the chicken omelette and the bacon and Brussel sprouts egg dish. Both were delicious and so different than what you can find at other breakfast spots. Our server Cody was awesome too. Top notch!

Two Words- Vegan Empanadas

By hungryhokie |

Easy street parking and a cute interior with plenty of seating. The vegan empanada sampler was amazing! One mushroom, one belle pepper, and the shining star of the trio - the spicy black bean. Crispy dough with a soft interior.

Kiwi Flat White excellent!

By Peter W |

Thanks to Marwin serving us we enjoyed a wonderful Kiwi Flat White & Long Black :) Great attitude of staff - unexpected find if it wasn't for Bean Hunter

ABOVE AVERAGE FOOD!

By SUNILDASWANEY |

The ambience at best was quite ordinary, however the latin based food was above average in taste.Prices were quite reasonable Worth visiting at least once!

Maybe I am Just a Grumpy Old Man

By Ray H |

I went in with relatively high expectations. The location was great, in Downtown Summerlin. The wife and I were walking around, trying our best to spend some of our hard-earned money. We had heard about this place from friends and they seemed to like it, so we figured we would give it a shot. So, it is "cute." Cute doesn't really cut it for this Grumpy Old Dude. I ordered the Steak with Yuca Frittas, both of which I am extremely fond. The steak was a bit on the thin side. It was cooked correctly, but it just did not have a great flavor. The yuquitas kind of made up for it. They were light and crispy and I got slightly more than you might expect from a Peruvian restaurant. My wife ordered empanadas, and they were very tasty. Both lunches were what I would call a "snack lunch." Don't go in there expecting a huge, filling lunch. I would say it is more of a place for the younger crowd, chic, hip and not hungry. I don't know if this is a trend or a one-time thing, but our table was sticky and.......well, just not the cleanest. This seems like a simple fix and something for management to keep an eye on.

Lavender Latte

By lindarella702 |

A nice addition to downtown. I came here specifically for the lavender latte and it did not disappoint. It was too hot to sit outside, but they do have what seems to be a nice shady patio that would be great in spring or autumn.

wonderful latin flavor

By 912irwing |

We enjoyed this restaurant immensely, Everything was wonderful. this place is off the strip and quiet. Food was outstanding. my partner is gluten free and menu has a large selection for her to choose from.

Yummy empanda!

By Amber Walker |

Amazing empanda !!! I wanted to go back again for another one but ran out of time. Cute little siting area while waiting for our order.

Good Coffee and breakfast

By Unknown558 |

I ordered the eggs, brussels sprouts and bacon for breakfast along with a French press coffee. Service was good and so was the food and environment.

Excellent hip coffee shop in Arts District worth the time to find it...nearby North Premium Outlets...

By LHOVancouver |

This Main Street Staple is primarily a Coffee shop with food/snacks but feels more like a restaurant as there is only a small bar and mostly tables. What coffee shop do you wait to be seated/meet a receptionist? In any event, the coffees are really tasty. Espresso's and Americano's can be hot/iced. Pricing is reasonable with a large doubleshot Americano in under $4. Staff professionally cool. Food was good, including Fried chicken. Good luck and enjoy. Reminder Main Street address is one way, so approach with caution...

Perfect place to stop while driving through Las Vegas!

By Brad A |

I was driving home from California and needed a place to stop for a late breakfast and coffee. I found this gem in North Las Vegas. It is in the new Art District and was a perfect place to stop. The coffee was excellent! I ordered a Costa Rica pour over which was the best coffee I have ever tasted. I also ordered an omelet with smoked salmon. The atmosphere is great and I used the WiFi to catch up on emails. I drive through Vegas often and this will be my new spot to stop for a break from the long drive.

Not worth the wait

By Kathleen B |

We arrived at noon on a Friday. There were several empty tables and a line of guests. The hostess took our names and said it would be a 25 minute wait. I asked if we could sit at the 2 topper in front of us. She said there were other people ahead of us. Well, guess what? That 2 topper remained empty for the 40 minutes we waited and she sat us there.

Good for a weekday breakfast

By VGTravelGirl |

The lox eggs Benedict was excellent! Steak and eggs not quite so good - steak was a little on the tough side. Service was excellent. We were able to enjoy our breakfast sitting outside on the patio in the sun. Gluten free and plant based options available.

Is there a 6th star?!

By leadlikeagirl |

I have been here 3 times in just over a month. I literally can't get enough of this place! My instant addiction started with the iced lavender coffee + espresso flan on my first visit with a new connection I was excited to get to know better (she suggested this place...one of her faves!). It grew when I took a client turned friend there for afternoon coffee & ordered the iced coconut turmeric latte. Hot damn!! Today my addiction became a permanent fixture with the incredible lemon bar latte (hit this time!) & Brussels sprout + chorizo. AMAZEBALLS!!! And now that they have a rewards program, how can I not go back?! Love, love, love!! Lunch + a specialty coffee runs about $18. Well worth it!!

Great Food

By Ben J |

Makers & Finders Coffee is the place that offers you the heaven coffee taste. It has the vibrant atmosphere with the upbeat environment of coffee crafting. Visiting this place once in a lifetime is a must thing to do. It has the flood of inspired Latin food services. The setting of the hotel is worth unique and brightly lit with. Positive affirmations throughout are giving out the lively atmosphere that attracts a large fan base. In its main menu, you can order daily specials, coffee plus tea, breakfast, lunch, dinner, and beer or wine and cocktails.

Fresh and delicious

By Netanders |

Drove down to the Arts District because I came across a review of this place. We were desperately looking for something beyond eggs and bacon. This place listed fresh fruit at a very decent price as well as a yogurt parfait. We threw in a breakfast empanada platter because we were intrigued. The sauce served with the empanadas was soooo good. Everything was excellent. Service was good too. The dishes at other tables looked just as good and fresh. I will remember this place as a Vegas go to when we come to town. Parking on the street is 2 hours free parking during the day.

Unique Selection of Origin Coffee & Plant-Based Foods

By Judith N. |

Makers & Finders is definitely a cozy little spot nestled in the Art District. We came here in November for breakfast and loved the early Xmas atmosphere! We had the chia pudding, veggie hash, and the avocado toast. All dishes were delicious except the avocado toast. Let's just say we've had better. The pumpkin spice latte here is probably one of the best I've had in town. The espresso was smooth and the spices were apparent but not too sweet (I did get it half sweet with oat milk). We would love to come back and visit this place for lunch or dinner as the menu looked to have more vegan options at these times with Latin flavors as the place describes itself. If you love coffee, they have origin coffee such as Colombia, Guatemala, and Peru. The art inside is simply beautiful. Do make a stop here if you are from out of town. Well worth the trip, especially during the weekends in the afternoon. The Art District tends to brighten up with local entertainment and bars.

Always a great choice!

By Dina E |

Super delicious coffee and other drinks, and some very nice food options. A lovely space. Sometimes they have music with brunch!

Fresh & Delicious!

By Jet7777 |

I was in Vegas for a conference, but I have friends that live there and they always take me some place away from the strip. OMG This place is amazing! Their food is fresh and healthy. We ordered several different things and shared them. I also enjoyed a nice Malbec wine and one of my friend's ordered a salted caramel latte. I will make it a point to go back here again when back in Vegas.

A good breakfast

By avp6 |

Las Vegas isn't just the strip. The art district deserves to be visited, and when you are here, stopping in this diner is a good idea. Well looked after, good food, really helpful waiters. Stop by, you will be pleasantly surprised by how Vegas can also be quiet and classic.

coffee just ehhh

By April A |

Underwhelmed by the specialty coffee as It had an odd flavor. Place looks cool. Bar girl seemed overly rushed although the place wasn’t very busy

Brunch

By Cathy G |

Delicious, friendly and cost effective. Interesting flavored mimosas which includes lavender flavor. Egg whites omelette was tasty and satisfying.

This Seems Like A Secret Local Eatery!

By whiteshome1 |

We decided to take some time off of the Las Vegas strip and look at antique stores. While along the search, we decided on coffee & a bite to eat...We scored! Hand pressed coffee and a nice menu. We had egg dishes that were very tasty. We liked it so much we went back the following day. The staff are nice and attentive. It was busy when we went during brunch time.

So Good!

By Kathy H |

If you like a good local coffee shop that is first rate this will e for you. The coffee selection are unique and delicious. The staff is very friendly and attentive. Prices are standard for good coffee and food.

Good coffee!

By elligta |

I love an independent coffee shop. I had a mexican spiced latte which was excellent. My boyfriend had the cafe con leche and it was very good as well. There were three of us, just ordering coffee. It was pretty busy. We were sat at a table, really for two. I just did not have a good feeling about the overall experience. The service was very rushed, as though they wanted the table. The person who we paid was equally as 'unfriendly'. I wanted to love it. But I don't think I'd go back, maybe for a to go coffee but that's is.

Great meal to start the day

By Edward Jeremy |

It's places like Makers & Finders that make venturing off the strip SO worth it. It's a great spot for a quick latin breakfast/brunch. My wife and I had the arepa benny and the latin hush. Both were scrumptious, melted in our mouths. It's not that far from the strip so it's definitely a place you'd want to check out for a delicious meal at good off strip prices. Evette was hostess and had a very warm, sweet, welcoming personality. We'd love to come back here next time we're in Vegas!

Good little find

By Orla |

This place is great if you want a cafe with a little something different to offer. The menu is Latin inspired and the coffees are experimental which I love! Quality and different. I have a coconut milk Tumeric Latte.

Hip little spot...

By jefferylesq |

I stumbled on this spot while looking for a place to get some work done and avoid another damn Starbucks. It can be a little odd walking in because they offer to seat you, like at a restaurant. But there is a “bar” where you can sit, order just a coffee and get some work done. I sat at the bar and ordered a wonderful Americano. I worked for a bit and decided I was hungry. Ordered the empanada lunch bowl. This is where the rating dropped. The spicy mushroom was tasty, but greasy. I know it’s deep fried, but it seemed overly greasy and almost unpleasant The short rib was even worse, likely because of the fat from the meat. The black beans had no flavor and the rice was uninspired. I really wanted to like the place and the food, but it simply did not deliver. I would try it again in hopes that it was an off day, but I can’t say I’d recommend it based on what I had.

Did not meet expectations..

By C. Dan |

When we search for good brunch in Vegas we found this place recommended. Welcome was really cold and univiting. Food was avarage and expensive. The only positive point was our waitress which was so cute and friendly.

Makers & Finders

By Raymond S |

We had breakfast. The lavender latte was excellent. Really enjoyed the short rib hash. The service was slow and on the rude side.

Hand Crafted Coffee

By Chris C |

We just came in for coffee to go, so I cannot vouch for the food, but it looked good! I got the Cuban Cortado, which was excellent! We came back 2 days later!

The food is đŸ‘ŒđŸœ

By Mmorales702 |

This is the second time I go to makers & finders. First time I just bought a coconut turmeric latte... amazing. Today we went for the food. Chilaquiles & the 3 leches waffles. My kid is lucky but this waffle was something else. Definitely a must try!!!

Great place, slight wait

By Lacie B |

Met up with a local friend here while we were visiting Vegas based on her recommendation. Luckily we got there early since we had to wait about 20 minutes for our table. The weather was chilly so no one was sitting outside, which made the space smaller so the additional wait time was understandable. Coffee was great and my husband enjoyed his smoothie. We all loved the food, which the menu had a wide variety. Parking for my friend was challenging, but not a problem if you get dropped off.

Fabulous Breakfast!

By Jillian B |

Decided to go off the beaten path this morning and got lucky! They have a lavender latte that is delicious! Had the Arepa Benny and really enjoyed it! Very tasty! A classic with a twist! I would definitely recommend checking it out!

A must if you love coffee

By Steven S |

Visited here and tried three coffees ( all with flavours), some yogurt and granola and eggs. The coffees were really good. They have managed to blend some unusual combinations and still retain the taste of the coffee - coconut and turmeric was my favourite. The food was very well prepared. My granola was delicious - not sure how they achieved that.

Delicious Latin cafe in the arts district

By zackyvii |

I always love to support the local coffee shops when I travel! This one was fantastic. They have some very unique drinks and food. Try La Paisa arepa! So, so good.

Interesting & Hip Coffee Shop with food menu

By carfaxdave |

I stopped by Makers & Finders Coffee on September 5 while perusing "antique row" on Main Street. The place has character, an interesting vibe, and quality coffee. I was going to get a French Press, but at the last moment elected to get their drip House Coffee ($3 small / $3.50 large). It is was smooth, aromatic and tasty blend of Mexican Chiapas beans & Espresso beans. Makers & Finders Coffee has a large food menu as well, but I did not try any. Looking around, customers appeared to be getting large plates of food and quite happy with what they were getting. Highly recommended for people looking to get away from the chain coffee shops.

Happy I stopped here

By ceceliainDC |

I was looking for something near downtown but off the touristy path. This place is a gem. I had the lavender latte which was delectable although not very stout. Brunch menu was creative. The arepa Benny was delicious. I arrived early when there wasn't much of a crowd so I'm not sure why my food order was delayed but their kitchen was clearly backed up. All the staff were extremely sensitive to the wait time and very attentive. It was a pleasant brunch and I highly recommend it to anyone in the area. From Fremont it was a 15-20 min walk but there were also buses running that route.

Great coffee!

By eliz375 |

My friend and I had coffee (three different types between the two of us) and dessert. The coffee was excellent, and I love that we were given the choice between hot or iced. The dessert (can't remember what it was called) was also very good and original. The restaurant is spacious and we had no problem getting a table to staying beyond when our coffee was done. The service was excellent. The location is a bit difficult, especially with parking, but I would return.

Amazing food and Coffee

By lvchick79 |

I don't get downtown too often but this was a great reason to go. Their take on eggs Benedict was amazing. And the coffee was excellent. We had a lavender one iced and a turmeric one hot. I will definitely make a point to come back again soon.

Excellent Coffee Prepared a Wide Range of Methods and Great Latino Influenced Breakfast

By Stella S |

Loved this place so much drove 20 minutes a few days in a row before starting my day. Wonderful range of Coffee for Pour Overs as well as Espresso drinks and others. I tired the Peruvian (Lighter and Darker) as well as Bolivian and Colombian. My favorite was the Colombian -- Staff polite and knows the coffee and you can discuss the beans, sources and preferred preparation. For breakfast, I had the Croissant Sandwich , which was okay, but the Pulled Pork Benedict on Arepas was outstanding. Highly recommend.

Interesting place

By Chuck S |

Inventive, good coffee, tea, Latin sandwiches in the Arts District. The District is funky, but the antique stores are worth a visit if you want a break from the Strip.

Not worth the wait

By Miamimom22 |

We were beyond disappointed in our visit today. When we arrived, there was a 15-20 minute wait. We were ok with that, thinking it must be a good spot. They called and texted to let us know our table was ready. We were seated promptly. So far so good. That’s when it all went down hill. We waited quite a while for our server to come. She was busy and we understood that. I asked if she was the only server as she was running inside and out to wait tables. She shared that she was not. We ordered our food, rather simple items, a waffle with only fruit and a kale salad. Then we waited and waited and waited. About 30 minutes later we asked if our food was ready, considering a table near us came in after us and was almost finished. The server said it would be up in a minute. When the food came, my waffle was cold and as hard as a rock. I broke it into pieces as my knife wouldn’t cut it. When our waitress came by to check on us, about 10 minutes later, she asked how our food was and I told her it was horrible. She was great and asked if I would like it remade. Waffle #2 actually came out hot and much softer. My spouse’s Kale Caesar salad was bleh. He never complains about food and commented that it had no taste and the chicken was dry. I looked around the restaurant to see if they were short staffed, trying to give them a break as I know restaurants are hurting but there were literally 12 people working and the restaurant is pretty small. I think I counted 6 in the kitchen area, as it’s open for you to see. Everyone else’s food looked great. Maybe we just chose bad options. Regardless, it is not a place we’d recommend. I have it 2 stars as I felt the server was trying her best. I think they were lacking management.

Super Place with Artistic Flair

By Nancy D |

I loved this place. It is a breath of fresh air away from the Las Vegas Strip and the vast amount of chain restaurants in this sprawling city. The decor is artistic looking part industrial, part garden. Easy street parking. My smoked salmon sandwich on a bagel was prepared with a Latin bent...not a Jewish Deli version. I enjoyed it. My cup of coffee was excellent. Staff friendly. The only negative is this place seems a bit pricey. My drip coffee was $3.50! I would definitely return to this restaurant.

Racism displayed at Downtown Summerlin location

By Tanya L |

This review is to bring awareness to management, regarding their staff. Makers and Finders is raved about by so many, so we decided it was time to give it a try! I was beyond disappointed not by the food and drink, but by the blatant disregard and racism that our server displayed ever so quickly. I hate to judge an establishment based off the actions of a single racist employee but unfortunately with my experience yesterday, they will never receive my business again. Yesterday afternoon, my family and i went to this establishment. First, it was myself, my sister and my fiancĂ©. My sister and I are both caucasian and my fiancĂ© is African American. We sat at the table and waited to place our order. The server, also a male minority, was very clear he had no interest in acknowledging my partner. He came to take our order and first asked my sister for hers, then mine, instead of then asking my fiancĂ© what he would like, our server simply walked away from the table. Ok, maybe it was an over sight? Let’s not over react. We sat patiently, feeling uncomfortable. My parents then walked in, and took a seat at the table. Our server then came over to ask what they would like, he took my fathers order and then my moms, and again, walked away from the table without even acknowledging my fiancé’s presence. At this point it was clear that there was no over sight, he simply believed that my partner was less than and did not deserve his time or service. We got up and walked out of the establishment and will never be back.

finally, great coffee

By Nancy S |

Wandered in here after shopping in the design district, hoping for a decent espresso. They take their coffee VERY seriously here. We also ordered a divine dessert; banana, peanut butter, nutella and bacon. You can pretty much taste it already, right? The menu is small but everything looked to be fresh and creative.

Quality drinks & food

By Elvis V |

Been going since they opened in November. Josh & Valeria, the owners, give you original coffee drinks with delightful flavor and aroma. The food is light and authentic south American fare and the staff goes out of their way to make sure the quality is of the highest caliber. This is not a place to be in a rush as your food and drinks are made to order and you can tell by the high level of flavor. I like having business meetings here as the atmosphere is very relaxing and the food is light enough to appeal to a wide variety of palates.

In love with their lattes

By Leah Tannous |

My friends and I visited Makers & Finders for breakfast. We each ordered a latte and various breakfast items. Everything was so well prepared. Do yourself a favor and stop here for breakfast

Best Coffee in Vegas

By zxypoo |

They probably have the best coffee in Las Vegas and their location off the main strip makes it a refuge to get some work done and eat a solid breakfast!

Good place for sandwiches and coffee in the Arts District

By flaneur40 |

Stop by here for friendly service and good sandwiches and coffee while wandering the Vegas Arts District.

Great coffee and atmosphere!

By eraser1369 |

Not the same old Main Street

By Rico Az |

As parts of Vegas reinvents them self, a MUST DO on the upgraded Main Street for those who love quality and outside the box culinary experiences is Makers & Finders Coffee. A very clean and modern layout, the M&FC menu is a high end blend of traditional, Latin and healthy cuisine. A favorite from my island days, the Cafe Con Leche was memorable and on point, as where the lavender infused latte and the Matcha latte. The Latin hash blended flavors of old school and modern Latin, the Arepa Benny and Yuca mash plated classic and Latin flavors worthy of any table on the list of Vegas 5 star establishments. One of the chefs signature items has to be the empanadas and both Carne Mechada and Mushroom empanadas had traditional flavors from abuelas kitchen blended with the modern ingredients. The service team tended to our culinary experience with class and attention. Very reasonably priced and with many more menu items to explore, M&FC is a must do again, again and again.

delicious

By Shawn C |

We've visited this place on 2 separate occasions while in Las Vegas. All of the food is top-notch, but I especially like the benedict and the empanadas. The lavender and nutella lattes are also awesome, smooth and flavorful without being too sweet. Service is friendly and quick.

I wont go back again

By Helen H |

Very trendy restaurant with emphasis on coffee specialty.... however, coffee wasn't that great... maybe you have to get the very fancy and expensive coffee (some were $7 to $9)... I just had their house blend coffee and that was probably the yuckiest coffee I had so far... weird after taste... food was a bit bland... and service was a bit slow too... I probably wont go there ever again...

The Worst

By Sweettae E |

1st we waited 2 hours for a table party of 9. Then it took 1 hour and 45 minutes to get some of our food. They bought out 3 orders while the other 6 of us were waiting. We asked for the manager who just didn’t give a damn. She told us that it take an hour. We been waiting for almost 2 hours and we are still waiting. 3 from the group told her forget the food. Our waiter was very nice and he cared. No stars for this place

Excellent empanada

By ViaggiatoreGoloso |

At lunch with a colleague we had a plate with 5 different empanadas to share. Really good. Also great prices

French Press

By Pedro M |

The french press coffee was very good. Enough for two people and my wife and I shared it. We both drank it with a splash of cream and sugarless. We could taste the intense flavor of this coffee.

Amazing cafe with great vegan options

By Talli86 |

Loved this place in Vegas’ Arts District. Very lively eatery with good coffee and a huge Menu. The plant based section has about 8 options, I chose the vegan Power bowl which was delicious and very filling. My partner and friend had the protein wrap and steak and eggs and both said they food was also very good. Staff are very friendly. Note we had to wait an hour for a table so I’d suggest booking on the weekend if you don’t want to wait.

Excellent cappuccino!

By zenborzoi |

This is a review only on the carry out cappuccino and mint tea and in the food. The cappuccino was excellent and flavorful. The mint tea was good too—was hoping for a bit more selection of herbal tea, but that probably has limited appeal. This place is really a sit down establishment and we ordered our drinks at the cash register and waited for them. We plan to come back to try the food the next visit to Vegas.

Tragically cool with great staff

By 4dmbrown |

I found Makers & Finders sort of by accident when I was in town for CES22. I just wanted to escape from the madness of the strip and go somewhere chilled and comfortable where I could relax and have a decent (i.e. NOT Starbucks) cup of coffee. M&F totally fit the brief. Chilled vibe, great coffee and fantastic, friendly staff. Who could ask for more? As it turned out, I was there on "Frist Friday" which is a monthly celebration of local artists in Las Vegas. The baristas let me know about it and recommended I hang around to check that out. Best idea ever, Exactly what I needed and the perfect foil to the madness of the casinos. Definitely recommend checking it out. Even better if you're here on a First Friday.

Decent coffee

By Grace R |

Finding an indy coffee shop in Vegas is hard but this one is well worth hunting out. I'd never had condensed milk in coffee before coming here and trying the Cordardio - 50/50 condensed milk and foamed milk with espresso and now I am addicted! Jacob served us and he was really friendly. The food was good too.

Amazing

By Johnrowe90 |

Off the main strip but well worth the trip. Coffee 10/10. Food is delicious. Service is very attentive. Great fit out inside and out and buzzing atmosphere. Can not fault this place! Will recommend to all friends visiting Vegas

Great Food, Fun Neighborhood!

By MichaelandMaria |

Located in an art district just north of The Strip, M&Fs is a great spot for breakfast or lunch. Their menu features many Spanish/Latin inspired dishes but there are also traditional brunch favorites. The empanadas are a must! Service is friendly and prompt, ample street parking is available and they have covered cafe style seating inside and out. You won’t wait long for a table (if at all) but you can pass the time at fun local shops of mid-century antiques and local curiosities. We highly recommend this detour from the beaten Vegas path.

Take your money where it will be appreciated

By Truth and nothing but the Truth |

Food good, our waitress a woman from Ohio was great. Front door and management dumb as rocks, clearly they have a distain for customers pretty ironic eh. Terrible terrible front of the house. This was the Main Street location on February 15, 2024 at 11:00 a.m. with the place 50% occupied.

Holy good coffee!

By Mister Wilson |

Wow! Holy good coffee! Will be back for sure. Try a little bit of everything. You will not be disappointed. Come one, come all.

Real coffee in Vegas

By Nick H |

If you’re after a well made “real” coffee when in Vegas then head down to the Arts District and enjoy a Makers & Finders brew. So much better than the pathetic excuse for coffee you’ll find at Starbucks and other coffee chains in the USA. Fresh beans, quality coffee machine, properly textured milk and coffee made by people who actually care about the quality of what they give to their customers. Very good food options too. Definitely worth the short Uber ride from the strip.

Summerlin location

By lindsaylalla |

I was excited to go here for breakfast this morning, as I had heard good things about their main st location. When we arrived, there was a long line of people at the to go counter and a sign that read “wait to be seated”. The general manager, Christian Gonzales, got up from a booth he was sitting in and asked myself and everyone in line if we were dining in. First red flag, why wasn’t everyone being seated as they arrived? When taking us to our seat, we asked for outside dining since it was a nice morning. There was only two tables occupied outside and none occupied inside, so I figured it would be a fast turnaround with ordering and receiving food. Boy was I wrong! After they brought us water, it was like they forgot about us. I wanted to try their vanilla honey latte and chilequillas, but 15 min passed and NOONE came out to take our order. It wasn’t busy at all. There was several people working inside, but it was hard to tell who was waitstaff. I was shocked that a coffee shop didn’t at least get a coffee or beverage order prior to food order. Anyway, we left and went to Skinny Fats who is always amazing both with food and customer service.

Terrible experience

By Joni C |

I am not sure how it’s possible to wait almost 45 minutes for your breakfast and it arrive lukewarm at best. We arrived at 8:10 a.m. there was only one person dining at that time, so I’m not sure how the chef was in the weeds so quickly. The server didn’t write down our order and yes it was wrong once it arrived. I would have said something but she was MIA most of our visit. This was my Mother’s Day meal, I am very sad about my experience and will not be returning.

Fresh and innovative

Fantastic breakfast spot. We were looking for fresh food and portions that don't overwhelm with size. Totally worth the 10 min cab ride from the strip ... The "benny" is great and comes in various combos. And the naughty matcha cocktail with brekkie a delight. And handy walk to big outlets for a post breakfast shop.

awesome brunch

Just one word - Bland

By Kevin H |

My wife wanted to visit this location for breakfast on our honeymoon trip to Las Vegas. We walked from Golden Nugget Hotel to this location and it was a pleasant walk early in the morning before the heat of the day set in. When we arrived, we were greeted by friendly staff and seated immediately - we apparently arrived before the typical morning crowd. The menu was nice and we ordered a latte and a slow-brewed (8 hours) black iced tea. The latte was good, but the tea was quite lacking any flavor. My wife ordered one of their skillets and she reported that was very flavorful. I ordered the breakfast empanadas. These were very bland. They were basically scrambled eggs inside the deep-fried dough - lacking the advertised bacon and peppers described on the menu. The spanish ride that accompanied them was basically red tomato-colored basic rice. The black beans which also accompanied were alright. The queso fresco tasted like blended, watery thousand island dressing. My wife also ordered a hibiscus mimosa. She reported that it was a nice mimosa, but that the flavor of hibiscus was not present. The service was average. Nothing bad, but nothing stellar. Pretty basic. I expected more flavor from food in a location which is has a menu which is Mexican-themed and owned and operated by persons of Latin-American descent. Nothing was bad. It just had no real flavor in the food.

Love this place

By Paseando |

I've been living in Vegas about five weeks. As a teacher, I need a place with great coffee, food and atmosphere to relax and grade. I love their Mexican spiced latte and I'm beginning to explore their menu. Such a great fusion of Latino flavors. Had a chance to chat with one of the co-owners and she was great. The owners are local and committed to the reemerging neighborhood. This is not in a touristy spot but worth you getting away from those to come here. Lots of fun spots to explore in the neighborhood.

Make this your 1st visit in Vegas

By Tom Hamilton |

cause you’ll want to back. This is the best food and coffee I’ve had on my 2 week road trip spanning 6 states. It’s a pity I’m leaving today as I’d eat breakfast, lunch and dinner here! Beautiful, friendly staff and the music is at the right level to relax and enjoy the super delicious food! Great vegan selection too!

Amazing Stuff!!!

By Jason S |

Please show the picture that I am going to post and ask their friendly staff to get this for you. Best food in Las Vegas (at least for me) and I am from Asia where culinary is an art for us. Not a coffee drinker but I need to have one as I am seated at the bar counter and saw these amazing beverages being prepared! Come to Singapore soon, will you?

Yum!

By Michelle J |

We were seated outside with no wait, our drink orders came immediately. It took some time for our food to arrive (for breakfast fare) but the place was quite busy. The avocado toast was delicious and huge. The power burrito was excellent as well.

Best coffee ever
.

By Nancy M |

Let me start with the positives, very welcoming and great coffee. I was visiting my friend who lives in Henderson. She has been to this establishment and loved it. We both had avocado toast. It was horrible. Horrible thick doughy mushy bread with some kind of guacamole spread with a cold hard egg. Egg was suppose to be pouched. I had two bites and left it. Very disappointed. They did offer to bring another egg. I declined. We tried the beef empanadas and they were not tasty. Deep fried and just not good.

A personal favorite of mine

By Jen S |

For a Las Vegas coffee shop this is as good as it gets. I do hate sharing my local secrets but its for the best right??? Makers and finders is right up there with Sambalatte battling for my coffee addiction. The location is in the arts district so unless you are staying downtown or near/on main street you will probably need a car to easily get here. Once you are here though, the staff is friendly, the coffee is amazing and the ambiance is well, hipster-esque. Me personally I am not a hipster but I don't feel really turned off coming here at all. My favorite things here are of course the lattes, specifically the lavender latte or Mexican spice latte, and a few of the random food items they serve. My favorite will have to be the chicken tingas, which are basically homemade chicken enchiladas that come in an order of 2 and cut in half with sauce ON them. If you want them plain you better say something when you order. As for my second favorite thing here I would have to suggest the tomato bisque soup. Tastes delicious and looks homemade. As for the 'grill cheese' croissant that comes with it, I could pass, but that still doesn't stop me from ordering it! I have been here many times, have tried about half of the menu and I must say I have never really been disappointed. My coffee is always amazing- keep in mind on weekends or when they are super busy, expect waits of up to 10 minutes for your lattes but it will be well worth it. I drive out of my way to come here. And will continue to do so unless they disappoint me!

excellent coffee and food. super friendly staff.

By timisauser |

the coffee is some of the best i've had in north america and the garlic lime chicken was killer for the price. plus i sat there for 3 hours after lunch doing work (i was that guy) and they were super nice about it.

Surprising!

By yves |

I admit to being surprised by the comments. While passing through, I had a double espresso, which is extremely basic in itself. I expected something good since this bar also calls itself a coffee specialist. In fact, it was one of the worst espressos of my life!

Wonderful Latin cuisine

By danfriedmanmd |

Although not on the main strip, M &F offers the adventurous foodie some of the best food in Vegas. Outdoor or indoor seating is available to enjoy an amazing breakfast, lunch, or dinner. We were presented with delicious salted caramel, honey vanilla, lavender, and coconut turmeric lattes (see my photos)! The coconut soup was delicious but they forgot to bring the toast that accompanies the dish. La paisa (grilled meat, plantains, black beans, rice, and chicharones) was amazing as was the grilled chicken with asparagus and onion rings. Definitely worth venturing to old downtown Vegas!

Great coffee, supurb food!

By Disneysue |

This place is fantastic! Great coffee and espresso drinks and a great menu! I got the Aribas Benny and I can't wait to go back and have it again! The espresso drinks they have go from traditional to unique. I had an iced lavender latte and it was great! The staff is very attentive.

Get ready to wait

By Draghignazzo |

Delicious breakfast and service but food took forever to arrive. My strong suggestion is to avoid peak hours.

I went to the one in Downtown Summerlin

By vegaslady10 |

The food was good but I was disappointed that they don't offer refills on Iced Tea. Also they asked if I wanted fries or roasted potatoes They charged $4.50 extra. Much too expensive..$20.00 for croissant egg sandwich. including tax and tip

Life time for 2 coffees

Are u kidding? Coffee house...20 minutes for 2 espressos to go? Nuts. First and last time. Place is cool, nice decorated...that's it tho.

Handcrafted coffee and lunch

By morganj142 |

We took a break from the busy strip this week to explore the Arts District. We looked up best coffee roasters and totally agree with the reviews of Makers & Finders. My husband and I enjoyed our coffee and lunch outdoors in the colourful, covered patio. Try the arepas!

Breakfast with Latin Flare

By Marielmce |

I can mark this spot off my list of must go to places downtown and you should too! Most definitely a place I’d take family and friends visiting Las Vegas, so they can experience a great breakfast spot and check out the Arts District that is hip and trendy. The decor and ambiance is great, it’s clean, fresh, artsy. Food is portioned and staged very well, looks appetizing and better yet, taste live up to the hype. Great list of coffee, tea, lattes - will definitely be back to try others. I had the Hibiscus Iced Tea and my husband got the Lavender Fog (hot tea) both are very delicious. I love the creativeness of the dishes, the combination is perfect. I had the La Paisa Arepa, which the honey threw me off a little but was surprised how well it compliments the entire meal, I liked it. For those who don’t like sweet in their savory dish, then this is not for you. Husband got the Bandeja Paisa - very delish, a long plate of food that blends well together. The touch of chicharon is đŸ‘ŒđŸŒ. I’d like to come back for more.

Not returning

Sunday breakfast...far too loud, not from the customers but from the bussers separating and throwing silverware at their station. Music playing so loud I couldn't hear my kids. Food mediocre at best. Raw bacon and under cooked potatoes were served. Not returning

A great brunch option in downtown las vegas

By Steff A |

Impromptu bottomless mimosa brunchy brunch with the BFF in the covid pandemic wasteland...M&F did really good... M&F ambiance & service: Breakfast house decor is similar to the summerlin location. There's indoor and outdoor seating as well as a full bar that no one is allowed to sit at because of the governor. Our server was friendly and checked on us frequently. BFF decided on the bottomless mimosas AFTER breakfast which is not our normal MO. Amazing how day drinking can cure a hangover..and we felt better. M&F brunchy grindage: Avocado toast - the 4 pieces of toast were covered with avocado that was spread like peanut butter. The poached egg makes a great boomerang shot as you split it open over the tasty avocado toast Latin Hash - I sampled hers and the pulled short rib teamed up well with the fried egg, carmelized onions and roasted peppers. Lomo Saltado - A breakfast protein and carbs delight: strip steak, jalapenos, spanish rice, fries and a fried egg make for a tasty brunch plate. I like mixing it all together and throwing in some hot sauce for fun. Highly recommended if you're looking for a heavy brunch dish. Cuban Cortado - creamy, sweet and strong. A repeat order when I return. M&F got pretty busy around 11 am so visit earlier if you're looking to walk in on a Sunday like we did. Bottomless mimosas was a 2 hour time limit which was more than enough. This is a great brunch option in the Downtown area...cheers!

Great food, great atmosphere!

By Ange |

They have amazing coffee and great food. Service was spot on. The ambiance adds to the experience with optional patio seating. Definently on my places to go when i am in town from now on!

Great coffee - Even better food

By Stef J |

This place isn't on the strip - turn left(ish) just after the Strat and keep walking, but it is well worth making a special effort for. We walked from the Strip for brunch, we were met at the door by a server, but the place was packed! We were offered outdoor seating, but chose to wait. After around 15 minutes, we changed our minds and sat outside, as it was obvious after finishing their meals, guests were chatting away (to be expected in such a cool place). The coffee was exceptional - We take ours black, to truly taste the flavour. The fresh orange was super refreshing and the eggs benedict were cooked perfectly. No hesitation to visit here again, the only downside being the long wait for a table. However, this is just a reflection of how popular and cool this place is - It's well worth being patient for.

Good food with a smile.

By Bruce P |

I went here earlier in the week while I was waiting for my car to be repaired. Everyone in the place was incredibly chill and could not have been nicer....nice change, since I had just had an overpriced coffee and croissant at Vesta that I had to wait for a half hour since they lost my coffee order-guess I wasn't cool enough.

Makers & Finders Coffee

By Alex Austin |

We stopped at Makers & Finders for take away on our way out of Las Vegas and wished we'd been able to stay longer. The coffee was great and we ordered the smoked lox and veggie bagels - both delicious. I only wish I had known about the lavender latte at the time - I would've ordered it for sure!

AWESOME!!!

By Eric P |

This was an amazing experience for both my partner and myself. Thinking this was just a local coffee spot in the neighborhood, we were blown away. Great food choices with eye popin' presentations, personal water craft like bottles and wonderful fresh made coffee. Nice patio with rustic vintage style furniture. If you visit the Arts District this is a must see!!!

Great Staff

By Casey D |

I stopped by on a quick coffee date with my wife. The staff was very friendly. The drinks were great and reasonably priced. I do not think that they had frozen/blended drinks. If not, that would be the only flaw in a well run coffee shop.

Breakfast rocked!

By mommombeth |

Food was fantastic and server was friendly and accommodating. Smoked salmon omelette, veggie benny and pulled pork Benny Were all fresh, creative and delicious! Lavender latte was smooth and beautiful. So glad we ventured into the arts district, and away from the strip.

100% the best breakfast food

By Jamonv |

Five star for sure. When we arrived in the neighborhood we were not to sure if we wanted to go bc the street wasn't the best looking place. We thought it was a whole in the wall kind of place. We were surely wrong. Very nice and clean inside, great customer service. And the food was out of this world. Seriously go. If not you are missing out.

What’s the best BRUNCH spot in the ARTS DISTRICT?

By Dwight |

If you’re looking for the best brunch in the Las Vegas Arts District, Makers & Finders is a must-visit! My bestie Nia couldn’t resist diving into the Smoked Lox Bagel before I could snap a pic—she has a thing for fish, and this smoked salmon did not disappoint. I went for the Latin Hash with Braised Angus Beef, which was so good I barely looked up between bites. And, of course, we had to get some empanadas on the side! Whether you’re in for a quick coffee, a leisurely brunch, or one of their signature Latin-inspired cocktails, Makers & Finders delivers an experience that’s as delicious as it is memorable. Don't miss this gem next time you're in downtown Vegas!

Great Coffee Breakfast and Lunch Spot

By Victor B |

Stumbled into this place when my daughter wanted to do some shopping in this trendy neighborhood in Las Vegas. Had a coffee and then lunch. They have a great coffee menu with lots of options and really nice, fresh coffee beans. Ordered a pour over and then a Cuban espresso. Both were really nice. For lunch, I had La Paisa arepas which was fantastic. The employees were all very friendly and helpful. I sat at the bar and chatted with the staff about the neighborhood, etc. Really nice experience and will be back next time I am in Las Vegas. I appreciated that they had both gluten free and vegetarian options.

Great coffee and vibe

Found by accident. When we decided to explore beyond the strip. Great coffee and desert. Friendly welcoming staff.

Delicious latin vibe food

By tuttasara |

Delicious latin vibe food place!! We had the perfect breakfast before heading to Utah parks. Off the city, in cool downtown & more local area. Easy to park on the street free. Lots of options, super tasty and great coffee.

Awesome everything!

By TTTTBBBB |

The food was fabulous! All of it! We came for the coffee, but smelled the food & had to have breakfast. Great ambiance & an outdoor patio.

Delicious lunch!

By whodaz |

We went here for lunch after reading good reviews about the chamomile latte. I must say, everything we had was delicious! Lots of Latin oriented yummy eats. I had a breakfast bagel with egg and avocado cream cheese and got tomato instead of bacon.. It was delicious!! Hubby got la paisa which was a Colombian style arepa.. Which was also very good. Nice chill atmosphere, parking was easy for us, we will be back :).

nice surprise small restaurant in vegas

By Sean K |

Owner is from Texas, and this location is away from main strip. Serves super great coffee and authentic texas style food. We ordered a few breakfast items, and they were all good. Don't expect fast service, they brew each coffee one by one, and serve food w/TLC. Not a cheap place for food, but definitely nice place to visit

Best breakfast and coffee

By viganiko |

We got there almost after opening before going out for a hike. Nice, quick service. Fantastic breakfast food and coffee. Our kids wanted to come back the next day again.

Great find - twice now

Really awesome menu and coffee / espresso choices are numerous but delicious. Have only been in for coffee and snack but will definitely go back for meal.,

Urban Luv

By Jo L |

In the heart of the Art District of Vegas, searching for that place to have a bite with character and not looking for any franchise. Makers & Finders are a brand! The place outside has tables but we decided to go inside. It is cute open space and our hostess was a happy gentleman that made us feel welcome. The menu is very interesting, with drinks and dishes that make you travel to a few countries in Latin America with lovely fusion of flavors. We started our morning with a cafĂ© con leche and a cortadito. Then we had for brunch the Bandeja Paisa (photograph attached) and the Latin Hash; the beef was silk and the taste of everything was just perfect. The service was great, the music was instrumental and amazing. The ambience that morning of 5 de Mayo was just happy, and the place was constantly getting with tables full and empty but the level of noise was not an issue. A romantic point I want to add to my story is that when we arrived a gentleman was getting ready with his saxophone outside at the entrance 😊, so every time the door open when someone arrived the soft tones of his music flew in the cafĂ© and made my husband and myself look at each other and smile. Great vibe, we are coming back to this place and for sure we will eat more than once in our next visit in Vegas, because there’s luv in that kitchen ♄

Yep, it's good!

By KatieRamos |

Dropped in on our way to the outlet mall. Gritty neighborhood but I like this little neighborhood coffee house. Very nice employees. Coffee was super. I had the coconut tumeric latte. We did not eat but they have a reasonably priced menu. It's great to get out of the casinos for a bit

We will return! Soon!

By chaskunz |

Went at Happy Hour and got one of each of their 8 flavors of empanadas. They came with 8 different sauces. They were exception!

Fantastic for vegans and meat eaters

By Jamie V |

Im (a vegan) and my friends are not (however still picky eaters) so we can find it hard at times to find places to cater for us all. We were actually recommended this place by our helicopter pilot, so we decided to try it out after sussing the online menu. Safe to say the food was INCREDIBLE. im quite a 'foodie'and i love trying new delicious vegan food. I was savouring every bite of the burger and chips. One of my friends asked for hers without cilantro however it accidentally came out with it. Without hesitation the waiter was apologetic and fixed the issue. We were all so happy with the food and the service that we decided to go back the following morning and were just as pleased with everything. Im in a different state currently & wishing there was another Makers & Finders nearby! Definitely recommend if you love good food!!

Delicious Coffee

By robbiefitz |

Great little spot in revitalized downtown Las Vegas. We stopped in for coffee in the afternoon, the place wasn't that busy (3 tables and 4 people at the counter) the man behind the counter greeted us and said grab a table anywhere. As far as I could make out there was one server for the entire place and the one guy behind the bar, service was a little slow but the 2 iced coffee drinks that we ordered were delicious and perfect for the hot 108 degree Las Vegas Summer day. The food coming out of the kitchen looked great and I look forward to returning to try it.

This place continues get worse

By Vva08 |

This place continues to go down, SLOW service, staff that has no clue what is going on. Went to the Summerlin location first, had to wait 30min for tea to show up at our table. Then we order and the order was wrong. The espresso machine was broken. Then I preorder lattes at the Mainstreet location. They try and charged me twice and still had to wait 20min for some coffees!! the food menu changed, not for the better and my favorite dish the lomo saltado is nothing like what it used to be. what a shame

Best Mocha Latte

By Freedom60241 |

Wow! Thank you for an amazing mocha latte...the best I've ever had! Handcrafted coffees. An all-around great place for coffee and food!

Coffee Heaven

By Jessica B |

This is a wonderful place for coffee and brunch in the Arts District of Las Vegas. They have French Press, Pour overs, Latte's, and even Lavender infuse Lattes as well as Mexican Chocolate Lattes.I enjoyed the Empanada sampler plate and loved my Carmel Sea Salt Latte. Would like to try everything on the coffee menu.

Enjoyed our visit

By S4136XSdavidb |

This is a cool little place. Known for their coffee and teas we had a delicious brunch and there were enough menus choices for our party of six. Had about a 45 minute wait so we walked around the arts district area for a few blocks. Food was good, staff was friendly, service was good. This is not a fast-food place but wait was not long. Would eat here again.

A new fav place

By Chris S |

Greeted as we walked in, choice of seats, lots of customers, service was great, lots of fun conversation with servers. Delicious, quick food, we'll be back

Much better 2nd time around

By Marco M |

Came in and tried this outlet for the second time since 1st wasn't what I expected. This time after some great recommendations from the friendly Server with his favorites, ordered the Latin Hash, had a great light beef stew'ish flavor with red peppers and potatoes. The Arepa Benny was also very good and complemented all the components of Eggs Benedict. The Iced Mocha coffee which they don't typically make was excellent. Definitely will start coming here on a regular basis and will be looking forward to try other menu offerings.

Nailed my weird coffee drink & great breakfast!

By Babs Noelle |

I'm high-maintenance in the coffee department, so I don't expect perfection when traveling--but perfection is what they delivered. Awesome brekkie, don't miss this place in the Arts District!

One of my faves in A town of amazing food!!

By Nova |

Attentive service and amazing food! Group was seated quickly and the breakfasts were all outstanding! We had fresh cocktails and the prices were fair and in line with other Vegas hot spots. We would highly recommend

Terrible hostess and service

By M T |

The service and wait was terrible. Waited 2hrs for a table when they said an 45 min. The hostes did nothing to get the tables setup quickly. Then finally sat and didn't get acknowledged for service for 15 min. Ridiculous!! But we were so hungry didn't want to waste going to another place for to have to wait again. The workers would literally see us and ignore us. The food on the other hand was delicious. Not sure if it's just bc we were all so hungry.

So incredibly slow, but good food

By rockymtnboilerbabe |

We probably should’ve just gone somewhere else. They told us a 25-30 minute wait, it was double that. The workers were extremely polite, from hostess to servers, but incredibly slow. I mean like tortoise slow. Took forever for them to come to our table, drinks (a drip coffee and 3 waters), took more than 10 minutes. Our food came out in 3 shifts, first up were two waffles, then a third waffle about 5 minutes later, and then the French toast another 5 minutes later. Endless to say the e didn’t exactly eat together. I know it wasn’t just us because everyone around us was looking around wondering the same thing. 2 small families with young kids eventually (and politely) asked if they could get their kids orders rushed, and then they waited another 15-20 minutes for their food? It was crazy. The food was very good, but I don’t know if they are short handed or what, and I don’t think I would eat here again.

A Jewel

By OCTNMD |

Great place for breakfast and brunch. Located next to the new LV Premium outlet mall. Columbian/Venezuela food and coffee. The coffee: tried the Salted Caramel and the Cortada. So smooth with just the right touch of sweetness. My wife tried the Bonbon...excellent coffee candy!! :) Especially if you have a sweet tooth... La Paisa: I normally don't eat beef, but I can't pass up an opportunity to try this Latin American dish. Layer of light corn bread at the bottom, then sweet plantain, layered with beans, then carne, and topped with 1 egg and avocado. Perfect combo of savory and sweet. Very good. Empanadas: I'm usually not a fan of empanadas on general. But I did try the chicken and mushroom here. Sooo good. The crust was light and very crunchy - I believe these are deep fried, but not oily at all. Chicken was tender. Mushroom had a touch of spice... So yummy. Great find. Highly recommended. Great coffee and great Columbian food.

Awesome

By bananamuffin |

Very tasty food and polite staff, great atmosphere. Great brunch on a Sunday, good coffee, what more could you want!

Great coffee

By Asdis S |

Best coffee I’ve had in Las Vegas. I had the pore over and my husband had the cold brew. Both ware fantastic. Take a break from the big coffee chains and the acidic coffee you get practically everywhere.. and come here instead. Simply awesome from the service to the coffee to the food (we had empanadas and they were also delicious). We liked it so much that we are coming back tonight for dinner!

Great coffee, good food and friendly service

By jeanineng |

This is a good place-food, service and coffee. The menu is unusual. I had the tuna avocado. Very good! Try the lilacs infused latte. Yummy!!Just go. You'll enjoy.

Get the drinks, maybe skip the food...

By schmee33 |

Three of us had a quick lunch here. The place is very cute and aesthetically pleasing. Everyone really enjoyed their coffees. They were all very well made and tasted great! Highly recommend for drinks! The food was just OK. The avocado toast was kinda blah and the waffles were not too tasty. The staff was very nice and the place has a cozy relaxed atmosphere. If you are looking for a place to grab coffee and chill, go here. If you are looking for a meal....hmmm, maybe find another option.

great breakfast spot in arts districts

I visited for breakfast a few times while on a business trip to Vegas. Really friendly staff and service. Food & coffee was great. highly recommended for a cool hipster vegas vibe.

Quality ingredients and excellent flavor combinations

By Guvna2030 |

My wife and I just went here for brunch this afternoon. Their Saturday and Sunday menu differ from their regular menu, but there were plenty of options. My wife had a veggie benedict that was just right. The eggs were cooked perfectly and the hollandaise was outstanding and made with pesto. It came with plantain chips and served on an English muffin. I had the avocado relleno, which was basically tuna salad over four wedges of avodado. The tuna salad was just right, with not too much mayo and with some assorted fruit (apples and pears, I believe). The portion was very small, but the quality made up for it. We also had two coffee drinks, a flat white and an iced latte. These were a bit over-priced but perfectly done. The staff was very friendly and the crowd was eclectic (hipsters, Summerlin types, a few kids, a suburban couple who looked like they were out for a walk downtown). Great place for a meal or just a coffee.

Great little surprise!

By LRSLAC |

This was a surprising little find! We'd been trying to find somewhere to eat in the district after wandering around a bit and finally found a listing from this place and gave it a try. It's got a cafe vibe, but the food was so good. We were definitely pleased with our visit.

Good Dowtown Stop

By CoffeeGoddess |

I stopped by Makers & Finders since I had read some good reviews and was in the area. I had the Lavender Latte with coconut milk and an order of the mushroom empanadas. Both were really good. Service could have been better. I was acknowledged fairly quickly, given a menu and some recommendations and then ignored when I was ready to order until different person saw me and asked for my order. I'm still giving it four stars since the food and coffee were good and the 2nd guy wasn't bad.

Lavender Latte's Forever.....

By cindy247nature |

I am so happy Las Vegas has a fun and quirky coffee place like this. This place is definitely unique and artsy which is why I love it so much. The vibe is very relaxed and trendy. Their Lavender Latte is one of my favorite items. Very delicious and very much worth the price. I really enjoy their food here too. It is Latin or South American so there are some fun new things to try that I am not used to. I have tried many items over the past several years and have always been impressed with the flavor and quality. The staff is always very helpful and nice. I will sit in here with friends and have long conversations and never feel the pressure to leave. It is a laid back coffee bar with great food. My favorite item is the veggie bagel .They put a honey dill cream cheese on it. YUM!!! So good. I need to go get one now....

Top Notch

By mplstravel |

Our waitress could not have been better - attentive without being irritating and helpful in navigating the menu. The food was delicious, unique and fairly priced. The specialize in coffee and tea, and they live up to their specialities. If you haven’t been to this little neighborhood, you owe it to yourself to check it out.

Caffeinated Bliss

By Christine F |

Walking the Arts District of Las Vegas, trying to escape the madness of the Freemont Experience and I ventured in to a some luscious beverage and bites! Lavender-infused coffee (Just get a 1/2 pump if you don't like too sweet) and darn, I wish I were still thirsty enough for the cucumber mint iced tea. Latin bites are tasty. I had some delicious, light chicken tinga empanadas- perfect. Prices a bit high but since it isn't a chain a high volume you can't begrudge the price. Check it out.

Not what I expected

By Loren L |

They have an offer for happy hour. The half off price for the wine was very appealing. However, the selection of wine was not up to the demeanor of the establishment. The food was just fair nothing special for the prices being asked.

The worst coffee I’ve had in a LONG time

By aakabaila89 |

Got there around 1 pm. The place was half full. No hostess at the door, barista (I believed he was the only one who cared about that place) had to leave his station to come greet us upon arrival. Ordered coffee : 20 min waiting for one cappuccino It was horrible(not sure if they are using the cheapest beans or something but they are charging 4.50$ for it. My friends americano tasted like instant coffee(powder mixed with water). I had to go to the hostess stand to pick up the menus. Nobody seemed to care about us. If you are looking for a great coffee and a snack try PublicUS coffee which is a mile away from THIS horrible place. NOT GOING BACK

Best Coffee is the USA

By Adam J |

If your from Australia, then this is the only place to get coffee from while in Vegas. Its worth the drive. After 4 weeks in the USA id given up on finding a decent coffee until i found this place. Its perfect. As good as any coffee along Lygon Street. We had breakfast and it was also delicious. I will now make the daily Uber commute for the next four days while in Vegas. A must for every Aussie in Vegas dieing for a decent coffee

Downtown Summerlin Location

By la123brat |

This review is for the downtown Summerlin location. The service was excellent. The Chicken Tinga was very good and full of flavor. The house coffee was good and the only coffee with refills. I had 1 Chicken Tinga empanada.. OMG I could have eaten 20 LOL Boyfriend had the Avocado Relleno and really enjoyed it. Prices were very reasonable and the portions were just right. This place is a keeper 😉

The best meals of our Las Vegas trip in a great spot away from the gawdy excesses of the strip. Highly recommended food and coffee in the Arts District.

True Latin food in a lovely setting

By Denny H |

Of Latin descent and around South American and Carribean food for years, I can be snobbish about Latin cuisine. I found this place to be a delight. Bright and trendy and the staff was friendly, attentive and informative. The cafe con leche was for real. The yucca fries were spectacular and plentiful. I want to go back for the rest of the menu and the breakfast foods I saw cruising by the table. Even if you're not shopping in Sumerlin worth the trip to eat!

Cute funky fun and food

Fun funky food with Latino flair. We went for almost lunch - late breakfast and loved our chilaquiles, chia pudding, and Mexican coffee. Do the unpredictable. Skip the chains and enjoy some casual fun flair.

Wonderful Food, Great Vibe

Had a wonderful mid-morning breakfast here. Food was truly delicious, well-prepared, and quick. The server and hostess were friendly and gave me great suggestions when I asked. It's also got a great artsy, vibe about it. I'll be delighted to return any time!

Great Breakfast

Lots of veggie options, but there were enough choices for us carnivores. Great coffee pour overs
you can’t go wrong with a smooth Kenyan coffee.

What A Find!

By Surfr5 |

Trying to find a neighborhood coffee shop in Vegas is almost impossible. They are all located in a casino, and are geared towards the tourist crowd. This place, on the other hand, is a true neighborhood coffee shop and a incredible find! We originally were just going to grab some coffee, but the menu was so tempting we opted to have breakfast as well. First, the coffee is all slow pour and is intense in its flavor. We appreciated it so much that we took our time drinking it, as well as the 2nd cup! You have your choice of sitting either at small tables or at the bar. A very sparse and simple decor does not take away from the incredibly friendly service and meet vibe for atmosphere. The Latin hash comes in a small cast-iron skillet but is incredible for its variety of flavors. The simple fruit and granola, while sounding like not much, it's fresh and you can really taste the vanilla. You can't say enough about the quality of the food. This is definitely a place to find and make an effort to stop for either breakfast or lunch. Note they close at 4 PM.

Must stop by for a bite!!!

On a whim my husband and I stopped into Makers and Finders on a weekday while shopping for furniture and Boy, am I glad we did. We've lived in vegas almost 20 years, now, so we know that Main Street hasn't always been known for anything other than the odd antique shop or thrift store. Recently, though, the valley is in its renaissance and the arts are changing the face of things. Makers and Finders seems to have caught wind of things and is in the epicenter of downtowns new hipster scene. The ambiance it business casual-esque with a bar on one side and very casual seating in the other. Exposed beams in the ceiling and niche lighting. It's comfortable and quaint but that's not all that shines!!! The water comes in closed carafes which is a nice touch and honestly convenient when you need more water. Then comes the coffee!!!! Ugh, I had a Mexican Spice Latte and it was beautiful. Bee-you-tee-ful! Both sweet and savory in all the right levels and chock full of caffeinated goodness! I then ordered the Arepa Benny. Heaven. That's it. And then I died. Seriously though. Your Welcome.

A Local Favorite Coffee Hangout

By BCofOC |

We were there for breakfast. It's a small cafe with outside seating when the weather is nice. The waitress was very helpful explaining the different coffee blends. The menu offered a variety of standard fare for breakfast and lunch plus arepa and empanade selections. There are several gluten-free menu items as well. Only street parking is available.

Great place to mix up coffee and Latin food

By lvgirl09 |

Great place to mix up coffee and Latin food. We visited this place for the first time this month we visited the Summerlin location. It’s a great mix of Latin food coffee and tea. We order the avocado toast with an egg and the ribeyes skillet. Both were excellent for dessert we ordered the berry empanadas with gelato. If you visiting or shopping in the Summerlin area near the red rock Casino then this is a great stop or delicious food And Cuban coffee done right.

Great place for breakfast and/or coffee in the Arts District

By Gene S |

Was steered towards the place by a local and having read the menu online was more than interested to give it a try. Service was spotty but everyone was very nice. The food was surprisingly good for what is passed off as a coffee place. We really enjoyed our breakfast empanadas. The Mexican coffee was excellent. Nice hints of chocolate and spice. I can't wait to go back and try some of their other brews.and food. What made it especially nice was the awesome people sitting next to us. What started out as a simple exchange of clothing compliments turned into a great conversation about all things Las Vegas. We went in looking for coffee and left with a new friend and a long list of other places to try while we were visiting. Your not obligated to talk anyone around you but the close quarters make it easy if you choose. I am glad they did as it made our visit that much better. Thanks T & P you know who you are!

What a find!

This little cafe is nestled in the art district of LV and is definitely not somewhere I would normally find myself, but due to the recommendation of our uber driver my fiance & I decided to check it out......best decision. This place had amazing food! I ordered the croissant sandwich & he had the chilaquiles, which we still talk about. We didn't order any of the specialty coffees or teas, just the basic pressed brew but it was still delicious......This was hands down one of our favorite places of our week long trip to LV.

Great find

Finding this place was a happy surprise. Happened upon it after visiting the Gamblers General Store a few blocks away. The cold brew is excellent- also shared a bagel which was a nice treat. We sat outside and really enjoyed the experience. Efficient friendly service too!

Makers & Finders is a real gem! The menu is very unique and did not disappoint. This is something for everyone here. My friend is vegetarian and she had the empanadas and I had a chicken bowl. Both were delish! A great variety of lattes and coffee too!
