Truly one of the best Peruvian food. We went to this restaurant tonight and I must say we were impressed. We were a party of 8 and ordered a variety of appetizers and entrées. The ceviche were tasty and fresh. The grilled octopus was perfectly seasoned and tender. The ceviche tacos, tuna tartare were perfection. Our server Catalina was friendly, attentive, courteous, professional and knowledgeable of the menu. I immediately called my Peruvian friend and told her this is a MUST visit. Show less

Came here after friends recommended the “excellent” food. So disappointing!! Service was impersonal and unpleasant (OK, it was Sunday evening and they were probably tired). Drinks were served and after a little while food arrived. In a quite innovative way, main entrée was served before the appetizers. The octopus’s was só bed we had to asked them to prepare it again. Ceviche lacked personality and taste. Entree (pasta with shrimp and beef) was good. But it was really bizarre to have it before the appetizers!! In summary, do not plan to return and will not recommend to anyone. PS: hostesses were very nice and kind!!

Best restaurant to visit while in Miami. My whole family enjoyed the food the waiter Jose the best. I highly recommend this restaurant if you visit Miami area. It’s a must

I was really surprised how good the food was here at Manta, I had never heard of the place before but was asked to meet foodie friends there when I was in Miami. Manta is in that middle ground just off the Main Street in Wynwood area, which is rapidly spreading into the side roads. Manta is a large Warehouse style of venue, fairly basic in design but welcoming and friendly. We enjoyed drinks at the bar first, good cocktails and our first Pisco Sour which we enjoyed ….a lot !! We were with a group of friends so dined family style sharing a selection of dishes, and enjoyed every one of them. Service was efficient even though the place was busy and prices reasonable ( to Miami standards ). We would certainly recommend Manta and visit anytime we are in the area.

I enjoy trying all Peruvian restaurants throughout Miami. My favorite go-to dish is always the beef Lomo Saltado. Even though here it wasn't as saucy as I would like, it did not disappoint as meat was tender and flavor was on point.

My friends and I were passing by a Peranian restaurant by chance and saw a lot of people inside and realized that it was probably delicious there. I liked that they sat us down quickly at a comfortable table and took our order, and the food was prepared quickly. Quite quickly, it's really cool that the menu has pictures and it makes choosing easier. The only thing is that I didn't like all the dishes, but my pasta with octopus was great and I was very pleased with the visit.

Very good place, food, cocktails and atmosphere. Kudos, including to Alexandra our waiter, kind enough to offer a delicious cake to my mother when she learnt it was the day of its 80th birthday! We'll come back for sure

Delicious food of excellent quality and variety. We enjoyed the causa, the octopus and the arroz con mariscos. The attention is very friendly and the area is active, colorful and beautiful to explore.

I love a meal that from the first bite your taste sensations are activated and wanting more. The - it tastes so good I can't stop eating effect - was in full force. Delicious flavors, wonderful service. We had a bottle of wine to celebrate our anniversary and enjoyed a leisurely meal. Our waiter was very helpful at pointing us toward complementary flavors and textures. The whole experience was magnificent.

I thought the food was excellent, though the prices were a bit high. Our server Ruben was really good. He was took great care of us. We did not have a reservation, but were eating a little early so getting a table was pretty easy. I really enjoyed all the food we ordered, so for that alone I would go back.

We came here for dinner. To our surprise it was pretty low key quiet. Even better we have the whole restaurants to ourselves. I guess it’s their low season. Let’s start off to say, it was a spacious chill vibe . Clean and fun ambiance. Our waiter was very friendly. He gave us recommendations and explained throughly about each dishes. The best part about this restaurant is they have pics on their menue ! lol I’m very visual. I have been to Peru so I know good Peruvian dishes. They didn’t disappoint! The pork belly on a toast for appetizer was amazing ! I ordered the Lomo Saltado yummy ! My son ordered the pasta with steak. The pasta was a bit too creamy for his liking. Overall I say Yes to this restaurant and would def come back and try other dishes .

I have never eaten so well in a restaurant outside Italy, congratulations on the gyoza, ceviche and asado! Gorgeous place with open kitchen, congratulations also to the welcoming staff! Also super fast in preparations.

This is the third Peruvian restaurant that we have been in the past 3 weeks (all in the Ft Lauderdale and Miami vicinity) and this is by faaaaaaaar the best! - best food: fresh and perfectly seasoned and cooked - best menu/variety - best Pisco sour by a mile - best service: simply impeccable and kind and human - best environment with a good mix of inside and outside, manageable sound level, table spaced out a bough so you are not in anybody else’s lap - best quality/price Bottom line: the best in South Florida by a lot!

The place is beautiful, very little parking spots so expect some walking but not that much, the quantity of the food and the quality of the food was great, would definitely come back and recommend, the place overall is lovely. The staff was very nice and the front desk also. Prices are average. The menu could be a little bigger.

The food was incredible, the octopus was one of the best we have had and Daniel our server was awesome. Great place to grab a drink and have a really good ceviche. One of my favorite places in Miami.

Delicious food, great service! The place is very nice we didn't know what to expect and we expected anything, it wasn't anything! What a great surprise, a delight each dish (the photos of the menu do not do justice to how they really are) we tried olive octopus and rice with seafood, we do not know which was the best! I think both of you! The service of our waitress Amparo amazing! Friendly and gave us ideas on how to better enjoy the food. We would come back 100 more times! THANK YOU!

The food is delicious, and the Lucuma pisco is highly recommended. The attention of the waiters, bussers,s, and super professional chefs. The chef comes to the table to ask how everything is, giving a personalized treatment.

We were in Miami at the Wynwood Wall and were looking for a place to have a drink and have something to hold us over til dinner. Wow, we got so lucky when we stumbled across this restaurant. The inside decor was just beautiful and airy. Sat at the bar, beautiful bar area. The bartender was so professional and attentive. The menu (book) was like a piece of art with beautiful pictures of several listed items. We didn't want to eat too much, so it was hard to narrow it down to just to items, appetizers basically. I literally could have ordered everything! The drinks were exceptionally hand crafted and the food was to die for! It took a bit to get our food but we were enjoying our drinks and didn't mind. Let me tell you it was definitely worth the wait! The presentation, freshness and quality of the food was impeccable. I only wished I lived here so I could try as many other entrees as possible, haha!

Excellent food and service. I had the freshest classic ceviche and a Pisco Sour (my first). Very delicious and tasty. I would highly recommend Manta for the most wonderful fresh Peruvian food.

Excellent food and service. The pisco sour was one of the best I’ve had. Not really vegetarian friendly lots of seafood, but everything was delicious. I especially enjoyed the patcones with ceviche.

My wife and I stopped in Manta for an early dinner. They had a table outside, which we preferred. Service was friendly and prompt. The food was delicious. Reasonable prices. We'd go again.

The food here is extremely good. We had the ceviche to start which was excellent. For our mains, we had the arroz con mariscos and fettucine Alfredo - both were amazing. Service was attentive but not overly friendly – totally fine when the food is good! Highly recommend!

I used to come here for years even though the food was expensive because the food was good. Today, as usually, I asked for a mahi mahi a lo macho and it was horrible, the fish much much smaller and thin, overcooked, the calamari and other seafood were also overcooked and the taste was totally different.

It would not be fair to leave without a deserved review. After visiting several restaurants of the same Peruvian cuisine, I have to be honest and give honor to the place that deserve it. We had ceviches, lomo saltado a lo pobre, fish and green pesto fettuccine. also Pisco sours and coffee. Everything was deliciously unique and well presented. But the best was the great service provided by Jose Carrillo Sotelo. Thanks for the best time! See you next trip.

So delicious!!! We went on the Wynwood golf tour of the amazing art in the area. We found this restaurant after and decided to go. It was a busy Friday, and we were under-dressed, but they let us in anyway. 😂 We were so glad for a great meal, fun atmosphere, yummy drinks and great service. Super fun place to go. We all loved it, teens included !! Lots of interesting menu items to try and the prices were very reasonable.
