Maple & Ash We had a wonderful dinner experience here. The décor is stylish, the service attentive, and the food absolutely worth the visit. The potato gratin is a must-try, and the Wagyu steak was exceptional. Overall, it felt like a special night out. The only drawback for me was the use of profanity in the menu wording and the over-the-top style of birthday or anniversary celebrations. While some may find it fun, I felt it took away from the otherwise classy and elegant atmosphere the restaurant does so well. Still, for great food and a lively setting, Maple & Ash is definitely worth experiencing.

The atmosphere, the staff and the food was exceptional! I live in Destin florida on the panhandle, and I went to visit my nephew and his wife for four or five days and they surprise me and took me to this restaurant for my birthday, and I am telling you Justin was top-notch incredible!! His professionalism, his warmth and his desire to make everyone feel like they’re the only one eating in that restaurant was amazing! I will be back!

The location and restaurant has a high end feel to it. Where you can see yourself trying to impress. However the quality of the steaks is of a poor standard. Having been to Michael’s a few days earlier where I would score the steak a 9.5 the rating for maple and ash would be 2. This is an Independent review and I am over from the Uk. Would I return ? Yes for a drink or cocktail only. Food no.

Based in Chicago (and expanded nationally), Maple and Ash is successfully opened in downtown Miami for approximately 1 year. Location - a booming hotspot in the Miami World Center (located across Biscayne Blvd from the Kaseya Center Arena) Parking - self-parking in the Miami World Center (approximately $25 for dinner; Valet parking $40) Ambiance - stylish; moderately noisy Service - friendly; very professional Food - very good! Steak specialties with lots of other options (seafood, pasta, etc) Price - approx $225?per person (though quite easy to spend $300-350 or more per person) We enjoyed on this visit: Cocktails - very good Maple & Ash Old Fashioned and Margarita Pull-apart warm bread loaf - MUST TRY delicious! Steaks - Bone-in NY Strip (incredible!) house NY strip (very good) Seafood - Dover sole & Grouper - both excellent! Side dishes - Asparagus & roasted Cauliflower - both DELICIOUS! Potatoes au gratin - very good French fries - very good Desserts - Ice cream Sundae & Coffee soufflé - both were DELICIOUS!! Maple and Ash is a great choice (especially for a special occasion or a real treat). This wasn’t our first visit, and we look forward to returning!!

We were celebrating a special birthday. We have been to the Chicago location before and thought this would be comparable. We started at the bar for Tower Hour. This was fine and very nice space. Onto the dining room.. complimentary veggies and dip was a nice touch. Appetizers we got were lobster dumplings, Caesar salad and the meatballs. The meatballs were the best of the bunch. We then ordered the steak which was the worst piece of meat we ever had. Totally inedible and we sent it back. The sides were the best part-Mac and cheese, mushrooms and green beans. The assistant GM was fantastic and tried to turn the evening around. We declined getting another steak. He sent us lobster Mac and cheese and other sides to the table. A nice gesture. He really tried to turn a bad experience into a to a positive one. The atmosphere and vibe was great. However, this didn’t make up for the quality of the steak. For this price point, go to Daniel’s or Sunny’s. The price point is similar but food is far better. Quality and value is just not here. After dinner, we went to the Studio which was fantastic. The assistant Gm reserved us a table and waived the table charge, again a nice touch. We did spend over 1000 and restaurant should automatically reserve table for guests that have eaten dinner. This was the highlight of the evening. Loved the speakeasy. Drinks and music were top notch. Would come here again. So beware of eating here. You have been warned by a consummate foodie.

So much fluff for what ? Outrageous prices for average food quality ! A table facing the kitchen with constant servers going around our table to serve people around us, NO THANKS ! save your dollars and go to Paris France spend same amount of money on a 2 Michelin star restaurant where you will decent portion, exquisite food and impeccable service and atmosphere I will never go again and do jot recommend this restaurant ! Over rated and not worth your dollars !!!

Chicago’s MAPLE & ASH steakhouse restaurant now has locations in: Scottsdale, AZ, Boston, and downtown Miami. This was our 2nd visit to the Miami location, and this was an OUTSTANDING dining experience. Located in the massive Miami World-center complex (across Biscayne Blvd Miami Heat NBA arena), there’s plenty of self-pay garage parking ($20’ish) or valet ($49’ish). Maple & Ash Miami (co-owner & Chef Danny Grant) has a modern, playful & edgy menu selection (including several “I DON’T GIVE A F*@K” food & drink items. On this visit we enjoyed: Main dinning room - lovely ambiance Service - highly professional & efficient (and fun!! Great, friendly servers; not the least stuffy) Complimentary vodka cocktail & chips/dip (House) Maple & Ash Old Fashioned - excellent! Warm Bread loaf - complimentary (be sure to ask for this!! YUM!!) Fork & Knife Cesar Salad - whole spears of romaine lettuce (for fork & knife cutting) a DELICIOUS, CLASSIC Cesar! NY Strip bone-in - PERFECT! FLAVORFUL DELICIOUS!! (I asked for “perfect medium” and got it! Yum!!) Florida Black Grouper - delicious fish entree! Roasted cauliflower - very good side dish French fries - meh; average (a crispy stack of fries; needed to be served piping hot) Sunday Tower dessert - YUM!!! The trio of fresh in-house-made vanilla, chocolate, & strawberry flavors made this dessert!! The “Sunday” is accompanied by a tower of delicious toppings which are applied by the customer - excellent!! Dinner is in the range of $150-200 per person (with “options” of spending $100’s more). Having enjoyed a very good dining experience a few months ago, we returned. I would rate our 2nd visit as EVEN BETTER!! There will most certainly be more visits here for us!! I VERY HIGHLY RECOMMEND Maple & Ash Miami for a fine, delicious dinner in the downtown Miami area (and/or very much worth a trip from elsewhere!!)

Such a nice place elegant and very fine. The service is always awesome and the food so good perfect place to have a dinner with a partner and spend a very great night.

Love Maple & Ash! My love for Maple & Ash started in Chicago.... recently checked out the Scottsdale location last month so I had to check out the new location in Miami this month. Angel greeted me with a warm welcome and was so sweet. We chatted a while before I left the restaurant. He really went above and beyond for me. The cocktails and food were amazing as expected. Vivian waited on me at the bar and I had the pleasure of meeting Justin and Jennifer who were both so sweet and accomdating! Large dining area and the bar scene was lively! The palm tree is gorgeous! Perfect for Miami! Really sets the vibe! Gorgeous restaurant! Highly recommended! Thank you for a wonderful dining experience Maple & Ash Miami.

An elegant vast space with efficient and friendly service. The lighting is very dark so difficult to see the menu. The menu has a lot of options. We tried starters of lobster dumplings, waygu carpaccio, tuna tartare and wedge salad. They were all good but nothing special. The fillets were of good quality and well executed. The potato gratin had a very hard crust but generally fine. The sundae tower looked good but the ice cream was too frozen. It was a nice evening but there are better steak houses.

The service was exceptional. The food was delicious. The vibe was young & fun. It would really be very difficult to find fault in any aspect of their offering. They are setting up the night club, speakeasy, etc. They are doing a great job.
Maple & Ash - EXCELLENT high-end steakhouse (and more!) restaurant in downtown Miami
From Chicago (notable Chef Danny Grant), Maple and Ash is now newly opened in downtown Miami in the Miami Worldcenter (located across Biscayne Blvd from Miami Heat Arena). This Group knows how to do a high-end restaurant ( with an “edge” i.e. the I Don’t Give A F*@k” tasting menu: Ambience (seats up to 350) - beautiful setting and seating; noise level = moderately loud Service - attentive and highly professional Food/drink - excellent dining We’d been to their original location in Chicago; this was our first visit to M&A in Miami: Complimentary chips/dip & tasty short cocktail Cocktails - very good Margarita & Maple Old Fashioned Starters - Mixed Greens salad & Tuna Tartare - both VERY good Warm pull-apart bread loaf - MUST TRY yum!! Dover Sole - excellent fish entree Steaks - Classic Ribeye (16 oz.) & Bone-in NY Strip (18 oz.) - both EXCELLENT (Note: for me, my “medium” steak was served medium rare; they quickly re-fired it for me) Potatoes Gratin (cheddar cheesy) - good Desserts - good (we enjoyed a single LARGE slice of chocolate layer cake a la mode; & a single LARGE ice cream sundae) Valet parking (curbside) is $40, and self-parking in the Miami Worldcenter garage is approximately $20 for a 2.5 hour dinner Dinner is in the range of $150-200 per person (noting that diners could split-a-steak, get more side dishes and dine-for-less -or- indulge in expensive wines, king crab legs, etc. & dine for considerably more!). All-in-all, Maple & Ash Miami is an OUTSTANDING choice for fine dining (steaks & more!!) in downtown Miami! I would HIGHLY RECOMMEND!!
