The food was amazing! Jorge was amazing and very helpful! He was very attentive and efficient with the food service. When we had asked for recommendations, his advice was great!

Food was absolutely fantastic!!! Our server, Marcia, made excellent recommendations and was very attentive. We had the cerviche, empanadas, and the tentacion for starters and couldn't recommend them enough. My main course was the tasajo, which was scrumptious. 5/5 stars all around!

The food was delicious and we had wonderful service from our waiter, Gorge. He was attentive and very helpful. A very enjoyable experience. I'm sure we'll come back the next time we're in Miami.

This spot is great for authentic Cuban fine dining. Jose was a spectacular server and the ambiance was amazing. The menu was expansive and the food was exceptional. Not expensive for the taste and Brickell area of miami. A must go to again for our family.

What a good place. The server Lea was amazing. She had such knowledge of all the flavors of the dishes. She was a total gem. The tuna starter had so many levels of flavor, the fish of the day was cooked to perfection and the beans and rice were like back on the island. 10/10 go here

The atmosphere of this restaurant is amazing..it is in the amazing mall at Brickell Center. The food is fantastic! Our server Jorge was on it with suggestions and making sure we had a good time. He brought us yummy, crispy plantains to start with. We ordered two Cubans and salad. It was the best we have ever had. We had plenty to take back to the hotel. We will be back!!

I love coming to eat this one arrive by the Mood and obvious that for its food because it is made with charcoal that gives it that spectacular touch, whenever we come we eat the ribeye and the local fish that is delicious, thank you Carla For your attention

Our server joao was helpful and friendly, we started with drinks - the passion fruit martini was really good, ad was the octopus and the tasty eggplant salad, then we enjoyed sharing the grouper with 3 sides. Everything was good. Nothing was missing. Try Marabu!

We stopped here for lunch because I had been to the mall before but didn’t have time that time and this restaurant looked so interesting. We asked Jorge for suggestions and everything sounded so delicious, we ordered a bunch of appetizers. All were amazing! Drinks were excellent too! Highly recommend a stop at this place!

The food was awesome. Had the pork with Moro and yucca. Pork was moist and yucca so soft. Had a delicious mojito as well. Jorge, our waiter was very attentive.

A little difficult to find. You have to go all the way to the top floor to get to it. The food was pretty good. The presentation was awesome. I got the pork it was good but a little dry. Drinks were very good along with the presentation of them.

First time in this restaurant on my first short break in Miami with my girlfriend. As soon we sat down the server Melissa took our drinks order & recommended the grilled squid meal we both don’t like squid so we declined & it’s cost more $’s choice on the menu . Then my girlfriend wanted the beef salad which they ran out of & Melisa offered another expensive similar salad which my girlfriend declined ( it seemed to us that this restaurant try’s to push expensive items to their customers) it’s not our first rodeo as we both enjoy fine dining across the globe , I had the Rotisserie Chicken Bowl it was delicious & my girlfriend had the Chicken Noodle Soup

Our waiter, Coco, was very friendly and helpful. He suggested the steak and my wife and I both got. I am not exaggerating when I say it was one of the best steak dinners either one of has ever had. And ordinarily rice & beans are nothing special. Not so, here. I would go back solely for a plate of rice & beans, it was unlike any I’ve had anywhere. Coco’s service was excellent and he made you feel like a long-lost friend he hadn’t seen in years. He has a lot of pride in, and enthusiasm for, the restaurant itself, and praised the chef effusively — for good reason. Did I mention the dessert? Wow. Some kind of Cuban version of French toast soaked in something heavenly, with apple slices and vanilla ice cream. I told him if I’m ever in Miami again, I’m coming back—and I meant it. Just superb. If you have a hankering for a Cuban meal, this is the place.

As nice as the service was, the food unfortunately did not taste at all. The meat is perfectly presented in the advertising pictures cut into slices, but you get a tough piece of meat as a whole, which has no taste at all. Without any herbs, salt or pepper... you can drink it in a dip that tastes bitter. In addition, it was still too raw and the blood smelled like rotten eggs, so my complete appetite has passed. The Yuca fries were soft inside as if filled with mashed potatoes and did not taste like Yuca at all. The origin of the positive reviews is very questionable, however, it has its purpose that we went there to eat.

The only reason this is not a 5* review is because they added gratuity even though we were a party of 2 and didnt bother to tell us. I caught it. Poor business practice. That being said, even though it's in a mall the place is worth seeking out. My wife loved her fried fish, especially how they served it off the bone. The ceviche was excellent as was the Ropa. The hostess was exceptionally courteous and empathetic, welcoming us with genuine warmth and making us feel comfortable from the very first moment. The atmosphere of the restaurant is cosy and inviting, setting the tone for an excellent dining experience. Starters, Main Course and Dessert The flavours and textures of the dishes we ordered were truly impressive. Every plate showcased great balance, freshness and attention to detail. The starter already hinted at the kitchen’s high standards, and the main course confirmed the restaurant’s remarkable quality, with well‑executed combinations and delicious seasoning. The dessert was the perfect finale, delicious, well presented and full of flavour, leaving a memorable impression. Conclusion Marabú offers a complete and delightful experience: a comfortable and welcoming environment, wonderful service, and dishes that stand out for their flavour and texture. It is certainly a place worth visiting and one that stays with you long after the meal ends.

This place is so cute. Interior is done so well. Restaurant is very clean given how busy this place was. We walked in without reservations and were seated immediately. Jorge was our server and he was just the best. Patient with our nut allergies, he took time out to go over the ingredients of the yummy Cuban sandwhich we ordered. The sandwhich was huge, perfect to share. Extremely juicy and flavorful. It comes with fries but we opted for salad as the fry oil had peanuts due to cross contamination. We also had the side of yuca fries and were not disappointed. Price point based on the location was on the higher end. Great beverage list with alot of options. Overall great experience and we would revisit for sure.

Fell into Marabu before a Mets-Marlins game at LoanDepot Park. There’s a special place in heaven reserved for the bartender responsible for the mojitos I had here. We’re talking religious experience. Think I saw god…or. at the very least, I got his license plate number. Perfection. We ran the happy hour appetizer options. Wall to wall delish…every one of ‘em. All hits….no misses. Wish I could say the same for the Mets. 4–2 score. They lost. Marabu won. Fabulous place. Really nice staff. Pretty room and bar. Can’t wait to go back and check out the rest of the menus.

It’s hard to add anything to has not been said already. This is a genuinely wonderful restaurant when it comes do food and service. Everything we had was impeccably cooked, planted and served. Tips: it’s on the 4th floor. Book it ahead of time! Bottom line: superb!

We had a fantastic lunch. Our waiter gave us good advice on what to order and she was totally right. We got sandwiches, bowls and some roast pork. Everything was fantastic and was reasonably priced at less than 150$ for four people. Definitely recommended.

We were truly excited to dine at Marabu based on the menu and reviews. However this was a huge disappointment. It started with the hostess not being able to find our reservation (until we showed the confirmation e-mail). Once seated it took over 15 min for the bottle of water and wine we ordered to arrive. As for the food, the flavors were bland and uninteresting. The pork was exceptionally tough and chewy. Perhaps this was an off night for both the kitchen and front of house teams, but I suspect our experience wasn’t an outlier. Go elsewhere.

We had a great experience at Marabu. The food options were a new twist and lots of local favorites. The Marsbu Ceviche was excellent! And the wood-fired pork was also. Melissa was a great server and recommended a delicious dessert that wasn't on the menu.

This is an excellent choice if you want unique Cuban food. Everything from cocktails to appetizers to main course are delicious. Mojitos are a great choice but they also make a Cuban old fashioned which was made perfectly. The stuffed plantain appetizer was unbelievable. The main course was made perfectly.

Marabú has an amazing atmosphere that is upscale but casual all in the same. The food was great. The empanadas were extremely good. We had to get a second round. The entrees were filling and had a lot of flavor. Javiera was our server and I’ve already put her name down in my notes for when we come back lol. She was super pleasant, welcoming, and knowledgeable about the menu. Every recommendation she gave was on point. Ask for her when you come in!

I was looking for a great Cuban restaurant in Miami, glad I found this one. I was greeted by one of the best servers that I’ve ever had. Carla was so helpful and friendly. She explained some of the great dishes and helped me pick a great sandwich. I would recommend asking for her section. She made the experience so much better than just a five star.

Carlos helped us with a very good meal. My daughter had a mocktail with cucumber and strawberries that was excellent, and she loved her Cuban Fried Rice, and my fish was also excellent.

This review is LONG overdue, but Marcia deserves credit for a great experience. She went above and beyond for our table (two couples and a cranky one-year-old) delivering excellent service. The food was delicious and the whole experience recommended. Oddly located in a mall and a bit tricky to find, but worth the trek.

Terrific food, atmosphere, service in a lovely (pretty noisy) hoppin’ vibe. Due to Miami Saturday night traffic, we were WAY late for our 7:30 pm reservation. The hostess gave us a teeny table for our party of six, and then moved us to a larger table when one opened up. Loved the meal, big portions, choice of three delicious sides. Cooked perfectly with innovative presentation. Highly recommended!

Our server, Melissa, was absolutely lovely, friendly, attentive, and genuinely helpful without ever feeling over the top. She guided us through the menu with good recommendations and checked in just the right amount. It made the whole meal feel relaxed and enjoyable. Overall, great service and a really pleasant visit.

Had a wonderful evening. The food was delicious and Coco made it even more memorable. The short ribs were great and the Vaca Frita was delicious. Save room for dessert, the Cuatro Leches was really tasty, wish I could have eaten the entire portion.

my wife and i went to Marabú for the first time recently and now we are obsessed. The food and drinks were excellent and filled with flavors. The service we received from Javiera was also excellent. She ensured we enjoyed our meals and made recommendations on things to try. We will definitely be back many times and soon to try everything on the menu.

Food and service were both excellent. Empanadas were delicious. Especially flavorful with as the chimichurri that accompanied them. Heirloom tomato salad was sweet and salty with a balsamic vinaigrette and ricotta cheese. The topper was a coal cooked pork specialty of the house which was smoky and so moist. Our server was Ayeli. She was super friendly and gave us excellent recommendations. An authentic Cuban meal that made our first day in Miami a total hit. We will definitely be back on our next trip to Miami!

The restaurant is a Cuban grill, so much of what you get is cooked in charcoal oven. So great flavors when combined with Cuban seasoning. The cocktails and cocktails were great. The service was the best part. Thank you to Jorge for creating a great experience for us. Try the grilled short ribs, chicken soup, and tomato salad.

Delicious authentic Cuban food with excellent friendly service. We everything we tried. Their Classic Mojitos were served with real sugarcane and were delicious. The pork bowl main course was the best pork I have ever had. The garlic shrimp/camirones were superb. Experience was enhanced by Melisse who provided many great suggestions of their special dishes and provided great service. Located on the 4th floor of the Brickell Center mall in downtown Miami.
