Excellent food!! Amazing vegetarian options. We kind of tried one of each in our large group. Everyone was happy with their order!! Spice level can be adjusted. Tastes fresh and authentic!! Highly recommended.

While attending a conference with international guests, this was recommended. It's a small, noisy place with an open kitchen and a limited menu. While Indian food is not my first choice, my guests were from Mumbai, Delhi and Bangalore and are vegans and they loved it. I'm sure they would give it five stars. I loved my chicken and lamb over rice and would go back again for a carry out.

This is a good find. Delicious food, nice prices and prompt service. Try everything, its all good and I went there twice to try the different options. It can get a bit crowded but service is fast and food is good!!

Good location quick service and good food both vegan and non vegetarian, ambiance is not that good but good for takeaway food

I had the Masala Chicken Roti and I liked the taste. The prices could be better for the portion sizes and it was outrageous that they charge 2.50 for a can of pop.

The good thing about the place is that it is open till late. the food is prepared in front of you and is served hot. the aloo kati roll with egg added to it seemed tempting. the tawa roti and the layer of egg of it was well done. however the filling of spicy mashed potatoes with mint coriander chutney was very bland. the onions in the roll were also not as crispy as required. averrage

I am not sure if this is the same place I used to eat at or just new owners. Food is still as amazing as I remember it. Think about the chicken/rice you get from all the food carts but on steroids. There chicken is delicious and the white/red sauce is perfect

Awesome Kathi rolls, comparable to the Kathi Roll Factory in the New York City. The tender chicken with green sauce (Chutney) in a warm and soft roll was great to make my evening perfect. The place feels like at home. The clean open counter kitchen and raw texture of wooden seating makes it feel so fresh and new. The staff is super helpful and fast. We were a group of 7 and everyone just loved mouth savoring rolls. Chicken Achari Kathi roll is my fav.

The food was great quality, ample portions and highly satisfying. The prices so reasonable and affordable! Definitely one of my new faves!

Wow. So delicious. We had 20 minutes before show at the Forrest theater. We ran in and had the most delicious Indian rollup thingies. So delicious. And the staff were so friendly.

This small place is in Center City (downtown) Philadelphia. Food is pretty good and prepared quickly. They stay open to 3:30 am on Fridays and Saturdays in this area known for night life.

I was tired and hungry. The Chicken Biriyani was amazing!! The place was very clean and tidy., ticked every box for me.

If you love indian food then this is the place to be.. There chicken masala and paneer masala rolls are lip smacking. The chicken biryani is excellent and has a great taste. The restaurant is so clean and the food is totally fresh...

Ever since I went to India I've been on the lookout for Murgh Makhani - this place had it, and it's the closest I've had to that perfect dish since a visit to Pune 2 years ago. Maybe on a par. I ordered extra sauce. Brilliant, can't say much more than that.

A great place for a quick meal or takeout.Fast service, and great value. The food served here isn't exactly 'Indian',but it is delicious.

Great little joint with some big flavors. They're tamed a bit compared to full Desi flavors, but they're still super delicious. We had a veggie roll, chicken achari roll, and chicken keema roll. All the food was great and washed it down with a Mango Lassi that was wonderful. Only negative was that the tumbs up was in a can and not glass bottle, but we can always use that as a goal.

Its a cozy comfy place for good food.. It was our first trip to philly and we were looking for sone desi( Indian & veg) food and we found it here It was really good. We ordered a veg biryani and it was tasty and then ordered a paneer platter. The gravy with platter was too good. Loved the taste. Next day we tried the kathi rolls here which were also very good. Price is decent. Easily affordable. If we visit Philly again will definetly have food here. One more thing they are open till late .

The biryani has a good blend of spices and the chicken is well marinated. The mango lassi is housemade and delicious. Perfect to off-set the spicyness of your dish. Well priced especially given the size of the portions.

We were in the mood for Indian food and as we walked to our hotel we happened upon this great "hole in the wall." Couldn't have made a better choice for our first dinner in Philly! We split the Masala Chicken Roti (wrap), chicken and rice platter, & Biryani platter. If we hadn't been so hungry from traveling all day, we would've had leftovers, but we couldn't stop eating! Fresh, hot, and delicious!

I am very familiar with Indian food and this restaurant shamed all Indian restaurants. I had a lamb roll and chicken masala roll. Both were disgusting, I had to throw the lamb roll out. The food was not fresh at all. I really don't know how this place has almost 5 stars. It's very very disgusting and I already felt very sick after eating there. Please don't go. And they have a drink called limea which is so nasty. they printed the nutrition sheet on the can.

Clean, fast service & tasty food. We had the Kati Roll, chicken biryani , We think the price is reasonable. Can skip the lassi.

Good place for a quick bite while shopping. Spices were authentic, chutney perfect, and hot sauce was out of control. Beware!

excellent paneer rolls, liberally stuffed with paneer n chutneys and tastes so good, quite filling, good option for take away food, must try, I am writing about vegetarian options only, but kids say their chicken rolls is equally good.

Check out the MK special chicken rice with the white sauce. Tastes awesome. Try out the delicious kati rolls and lassi

We were in the area and decided to stop by and try out masala kitchen. We went for the kati rolls. We ordered a few chicken rolls and some beef. The food was definitely tasty with good spices and seasoning used. The size of the rolls were tiny though. We expected something a bit bigger at those prices. They do have extra sauces that you can add to your food. I added a little white sauce to me roll. It was good. It was a fifty-fifty for me. The food tasted good, there just wasn't enough of it and the prices seemed a little too high.

Enjoyed it! Very good food. Everything cleaned up and very good service. Easy process to order by Tablet or in person at the front

a delicious assortment of kati rolls, though a bit pricey. the chicken platter is bland but the paneer platter has flavor. love that they are open late!

Stopped by this place because of all the really good reviews. This place is indeed really good. The food is delicious and for a great value too, cuz you get so much food. My only recommendation is that the scenery and space itself could be jazzed up a bit more and then they'd get even more customers.
Loved the food
What a great find. The food will not disappoint. Wonderful flavors. Not at all overpowering. Simple yet effective menu
