Our experience was a little disturbed by the fact that our waiter seemed to find us troublesome. We did take a little while to decide, partly because we got talking to each other but also because we had difficulties reading the card. The print was small and the light was not good. But still… The bread is quite good and there are some nice choices. My husband had the mussels and our friend had the lobster bisque. And then between the three of us we shared the Kansas City Strip and the following sides: Creamed Corn, French Fries, Sauted Broccoli, Garlich Mashed Potatoes and Truffle Mushrooms. The sides are huge and we couldn’t eat it all – not even the meat. It all tasted good and was well prepared. I cannot remember what we paid with a couple of glasses of wine but it was rather expensive. So based on the price and the standoffish service I wouldn’t go back.

I wasn't sure what to expect booking the restaurant located in a strip mall. Mastro's came highly recommended by friends and we decided to try it out on this trip to Vegas (Plus they had Lobster Mac on their menu). The restaurant itself was uniquely situated in a slated wood pod structure (for lack of a better word), which made it seem less like it was in a strip mall. The service was great, the food was great. The Lobster Mac has made it to # 2 on my list of best Lobster Macs :) I will be visiting the Mastro's in Scottsdale soon, hoping to get the same stellar service and food.

Exceptional service with a smile. Sam was an outstanding server. Attention to detail was impeccable and of course the food was phenomenal. Definitely a jewel on the Las Vegas strip.

Our server was helpful and understanding of our slow pace of dining. She called on the sommelier when we needed help with the wine, and he was able to translate our different preferences into an excellent choice.

We frequent Mastros often in Los Angeles and came to Las Vegas over Christmas. We went to Mastros here in Vegas and we were completely disappointed. The food was underdone, our fish was mushy and raw. When we told our waiter nothing was done about it. We have never had a bad meal at Mastros Malibu or Beverly Hills but as far as Vegas goes don’t waste your money and visit.

This open and airy restaurant is in the middle of the Crystals shopping center next to the Aria. Ask for Renee as your server, I can’t remember any other time I’ve been advised to get a half portion before, but we took her advice on the onion rings and Brussel Sprouts and we still had leftovers, the complimentary butter cake for my wife’s birthday was absolutely to die for.

This restaurant is five-star. The service is exceptional, the food is unbelievable. I recommend the bone marrow appetizer, both the sea bass and/or the halibut, any side, and all the deserts.

We're definitely fans of Mastros in Beverly Hills, Thousand Oaks, and Malibu, but this location is not up to par with the others. We visited to celebrate Valentine's Day, so our experience is quite recent. PROS - Friendly & Attentive servers/staff - Open "air" concept (meaning there are no real ceilings in the restaurant, as it shares the same ceiling of the mall itself) - Not pretentious - Even when it's packed (like on Vday), it's not actually loud and you can hear your tablemates quite easily - Great drinks CONS - Food was mediocre compared to other locations - The steak lacked the delicious crust that they do very well in the LA locations - Oysters Rockefeller were bad -- like, really really bad. If you've ever had oysters Rockefeller from Joe's stone crab, you will be horribly disappointed. We didn't even eat them all. - Tables were extremely close together. Not sure if they added in more tables to accommodate more guests on Vday, but there was almost no room at all between our table and the 3 other tables surrounding us. Overall, we most likely won't ever come back to this Mastro's, which is a shame because we're new locals to the city looking for familiar faves and we've had such great experiences with the LA locations.

The restaurant is simply fantastic, both the dishes we ordered and the desserts were divine. The attendance also stood out

On a 3-day stay in Las Vegas, you see many restaurants advertised as the best place in town to eat. Many are fancy, elegant, glitzy and high priced...that's Vegas. Mastro's Ocean Club was a real find. I read many on-line menus before choosing this as our culminating culinary experience. My wife and I were both very pleased. Yes - the reviews criticize the view. You are in a mall, albeit a luxury mall, so you are not overlooking the Eiffel Tower, the Statue of Liberty, or a cascade of fountains or a star filled view of the city. They have done well with the internal overhead decor to make you forget about this. The service was impeccable. We were shown to our table immediately, even though we were about 12 minutes early. Warm bread, sparkling water and menus were produced for us to examine at our leisure. The signature drink menu was overwhelming. Michael, our waiter, explained several items from the cocktail list and the main menu to help us make a selection. My wife started with the Ocean Club salad, while I had the Escargot. The salad was so large my wife was wondering if she would be able to eat her meal. She said the salad was delicious, fresh and chilled just right. The Escargot were out of this world fantastic. For entrees, she chose the Elite Filet while I had the Blackened Gulf Snapper. We shared an order of sautéed Spinach as Michael told us the sides were family style large. We both thought the presentation, preparation, temperature and taste of everything served was outstanding. We ended with dessert liqueurs and fond memories of an excellent dining experience. By the way, we were both surprised at the reasonableness of the bill.

This is how it should be done , a excellent example of a very well run restaurant at the top of its game Service 10/10 Quality of ingredients 10/10 Comfort 10/10 Wine menu 10/10 Quality of cooking 10/10 Perfect

We had a wonderful meal at Masto’s. Charelle was an amazing server. She was so nice and provided great service. Rob, the manager, was also very nice and helpful. We loved the lobster tail sushi and seared ahi tuna. I had the Tiki Time cocktail. This was delicious. Take it from a rum lover. We have always had a great meal and service at this restaurant. Enjoy!!!

Every trip to Las Vegas includes a trip to Mastro’s for dinner. Everything is perfection! Ambiance, food, and service have been consistent for years. Best Bombay Sapphire and tonic anywhere with Fever-Tree tonic. Finish your evening with warm butter cake and you may want to head straight to bed and leave the tables for tomorrow.

2 are for $135 no alcohol or dessert. Chilean Sea bass excellent, cooked to perfection. Scallops were also good. HUGE bowl of fries with sea salt, more than shareable for 2 people. All Ala carte . Worth it. Seating was in a large open air wooden structure that's within a shopping area. Pretty cool. On a future visit to Las Vegas would repeat. GM Brandon Strickland was professional, pleasant and polite. Service was attentive and prompt

Very undercooked steak and terrible cut of meat not high end service. So disappointed in this location. We had a wonderful experience at the Newport Beach so we were excited about going there in Vegas. Not great at all and we’ll never be back there. Service was ok to begin with, the seafood tower was very good, but when my steak came out it was very rare, deep purple and I ordered it medium plus. It was also a gristley New York strip, didn’t seem like a prime cut at all. Took a few minutes for the server to check on us. I told him it was undercooked. He tried to downplay it and said he’d take care of it. Then he walked away to the table beside us and took 3-4 minutes setting up their table and greeting them, putting drink orders in! By the time he got back my wife was almost done with her meal and I was over it. I told him to just take it off. He said he would tell the chef and his manager. Then he ghosted our table for a few, finally brought the check. I paid and never had a table visit from any manager type person. Not that I really needed a table visit, but really?? Several hundred dollar dinner I would expect more.

The steak was outstanding, great service, excellent option for surf and turf in Vegas. It's a must...

Lovely space, fresh seafood, attentive service. I was there for a business dinner with about 18 others. While the menu was prix fixe, there was enough variety for the group to order from and the appreciation for the halibut and the salmon was unanimous.

After a rather disappointing dining experience at Tom Colicchio's Craftsteak on our first night in Vegas, we approached our next reservation with a sense of skepticism. We wondered if the service at upscale restaurants had declined compared to the memorable experiences we had enjoyed in the past. However, our visit to Mastro's Ocean Club quickly dispelled those doubts. Although we had to wait a bit longer than expected at the reception, the rest of our experience unfolded just as we had hoped: a harmonious blend of classic professionalism and warm hospitality. Our server, Craig, exemplified the quintessential five-star American service we anticipated. His attentiveness was remarkable; he seemed to arrive at our table precisely whenever we needed him. He struck the perfect balance between being available and allowing us to enjoy our meal without interruption. Additionally, Viada Stojanov, the wine director, made an excellent recommendation for a Napa wine that beautifully complemented our meal. We also want to extend our gratitude for the delightful dessert that capped off our evening. While we thoroughly enjoyed most of our dishes, the tuna roll was our least favorite. The rice was cooked a bit too soggy for our taste, which made us wonder if it was tailored for a non-Asian palate. Despite this minor setback, we wholeheartedly rate our experience a solid 5 out of 5. Mastro's Ocean Club delivered an unforgettable dining experience in Las Vegas, rekindling our faith in fine dining!

The wait staff was outstanding. The waiter recommended a great wine and the steaks were fantastic. Don't forget to order the Vanilla butter cake for dessert. It was to die for.

I went with my wife for dinner on a Thursday night and it was wonderful. Jeffrey, our waiter, and Brandon, the GM, were great. The service was great as was the food. We will be back and highly recommend.

Terrible service. One couple came in crutches and they did not let us have the table until they arrived. Food OK. Nothing to write home about. And when we asked for dessert they told us 25 minutes. Will never come back.

Overpriced, indifferent service. Webiste stated there was a dress code- it sure wasn't being enforced.

Besides the food being great, we had some special requests and they were happy to accommodate. Gluten free requests were no issue at all. Really good oysters and seafood. The filet was done to perfection.

My friend and I had the lobster cocktail, twice baked potato and brussel sprouts and it was delicious. Great atmosphere and staff.

We have eaten here three times and have found it delicious. A great menu so there is something for everyone in your group. So many choices in the bread basket! The portions are large so plan on sharing any side dishes that you order. The best escargot I have had in Las Vegas. Service is great! Leave room for dessert! We will be back!

Mastro's Ocean Club is a great place to go for quality seafood and much more in a cool and unique atmosphere. I really like everything on their menu and how well everything is prepared. The staff here is very friendly and accommodating to make sure that you have the best meal.

I dined here with friends the first weekend of the NCAA tournament. From the moment we arrived the service was impeccable. We were greeted by a friendly host, seated quickly and drinks requested and delivered expeditiously. We each ordered an appetizer and everyone enjoyed there’s. I ordered the jalapeño tuna sashimi and it was excellent. For the entree we each ordered filets and a side. All of the steaks were cooked to the perfect temperature. My steak was so tender that you could have cut with a butter knife. Throughout the meal, the service continued to be excellent and we were never without drink refills or anything else for that matter. Since it was also my birthday they brought out a slice of their specialty cake and it too was incredible. Overall one of the most impressive dining experiences I have had in a long time.

We went here for our anniversary dinner. We had a great attitude and vibe before walking in. The matre D got us an immediate glass of champagne. But then the service from our primary sever got very slow. Food was good, got to get the butter cake. Just needs to not forget stopping by the guests to see if they need anything.

We have eaten at this restaurant in various cities. This one is top notch along with the rest. Service is seamless. The food is OUT OF THIS WORLD!! And dessert?? Well the butter cake is AMAZING. Everything is amazing from when you walk in to when you are done. Servers are professional and watching and always refilling and asking if you want to order something else. Martinis are soooo good, and big. They leave the jar with almost another martini it in at the table. During their busy times there is a bathroom attendant so be ready with some cash for a tip. Bathrooms are so clean and pleasant and that is great too. I highly recommend dining at any Mastros location.

Absolutely loved the vanilla battered lobster tails. Made me come back every time I was in Vegas. No longer on the menu. No longer a must stop for me.

Waiters and staff very gracious. Scallops were excellent. Chilean Bass excellent.. could use a little sauce or something though tender and delicious. Pretzel buns in bread basket were wonderful. Caesar salad big enough for 2. Overall a great experience. In normal times I am sure reservations would be needed ahead of time - we fortunately were able to walk up and get in since is was pretty quiet in Vegas.

We wanted to eat at the best Steak in town and Mastro’s was perfect! Great food and vibe of the restaurant! Service was great too! I can’t wait to check out the one in CA that will open soon!

Mastro's is our all time favorite and have visited several of their locations. We came here for a birthday dinner and it did not disappoint. We ordered the sautéed shrimp for a shared app, the porter house, mashed potatoes and Brussel sprouts and of course butter cake. In addition we also ordered a few of the specialty drinks and it was all amazing. The food is all good sized portions and we split it between two of us, however, we have split a steak three ways before also and been plenty full. The butter cake was done up for my birthday which was a great touch. Plan on spending around 2 hours here as it is not meant to be a rushed meal. It's meant to be enjoyed and savored. You also get what you pay for. This is not a cheap eats restaurant at all so budget accordingly, however everything is delicious and and well portioned. You could honestly eat each item as a stand alone meal and be full and happy! The atmosphere might not be for everyone as compared to other locations but we enjoyed it. For those who have not been, think a fancy tree house but over looking a mall. It can be noisy from below but we enjoyed sitting above the place and people watching. If you sit more in the "tree house" it is quite cozy. I would also recommend making a reservation on the busier nights. We went at 5 because we had a 7:30 show (they open at 5) and it filled up quickly. In addition, there were at least 6 parties already ahead of us. We were there a little over two hours and made it to the show at the MGM close to show time. Overall Mastro's is my favorite restaurant of all time and I have no problem with the price because you get the quality and service you pay for.

Very bad bad bad service 1- They did not want to give us access to have a drink until party was complete. 2- Bad attitude of the manager 3- worse attitude of our server ( Gretta) bad bad bad bad 4- took 1 .5 hours for the main course to arrive Bad bad bad bad !!!!!!!!!!

This was by far the best meal we had in Las Vegas. Wait staff was truly professional. Portions were generous and delicious. The bread basket was the best I have ever had. Food was seasoned perfectly. Presentation was flawless. Will remember the experience for years to come.

We stopped here for dinner on our recent trip to Las Vegas. It went beyond our expectations. Both food and service were outstanding. My wife had the bone-in ribeye steak (which could have easily fed us both). She's particular about her steak's temperature, and it was perfectly medium rare. I had the halibut. Also, cooked to perfection (this can be a tricky fish that is easily overcooked). Our server was attentive, but not hovering. My only comment for those thinking about a visit is to be prepared for a substantial tab. Food and service this good don't come cheap, and Las Vegas is a pretty expensive place to dine these days.

The restaurant is located inside the Crystals at City Center. Surrounded by many shops. They have a good variation of foods; seafood, salads and meats and all kind of drinks. We were a family of eleven. The food as a whole was excellent, everybody was completely satisfied. Good environment, excellent service but high prices. I recommend this place but consider the high price.

The food was fabulous. But the pricing is outrageous. I wouldn’t have expected to spend a little extra on Thanksgiving as but normal days here the Chilean Sea Bass is $52. When asked if I would like a sauce I chose lobster but server didn’t tell me that would be an additional $39! And $5 for BREAD! I won’t be going back with all the great restaurants here in So FL that are 1/3 price & just as good

Been here many times and each time is top notch. We had the Branzino, cream corn, raw tuna appetizer and the warm butter pie. Excellent.

The service was outstanding. High noise level so if you are at a big table you won't be talking to those across the table. The food was good to excellent for all in our parrty. I would return to this restaurant.

In the Crystals shopping center near Cosmo, this is a beautiful restaurant the hangs over the first floor of the high end shops like it is suspended from the clouds. Impeccable service. The seafood tower is the ultimate appetizer but do not miss the big eye sushi. Large thinly slice and seared to perfection. The bread basket is a temptress with multiple fresh breads and rolls. The aged bone in filet was cooked to my exact standards and made me wish I had ordered the bigger one. Lobster mashed potatoes are a must. Even the creamed spinach was top notch. No one drives in Vegas. Easy drop off by Uber or taxi. Highly recommended.

Was seated promptly when we arrived. Looks to me that the restaurant does not have a dress code. Had the scallops (5), lobster mashed potatoes (4) and the creamed spinach (5). Also received a free sliced of cheese cake for our anniversary. Lansford was a great waiter and took very good care of us. Restaurant was a little noisy. One of our top 5 that we always go to.

Service was exceptional. Cheesy pop music playing over low quality speakers. Food was poor at best. The gnocchi was hard and undercooked. Brussel sprouts were soggy not roasted and crispy. Seafood chowder was so salty it was unedible with no discernable seafood. Sea bass was nice (still oversalted) but $78 with no sides! The place was packed - go figure!

I came here with friends while in Vegas and had a pretty good time. Our server was great, really friendly, and consistently checked on our table to make sure we had everything we needed. The food was great! I think the scallops were a bit off - not sure why but everything else was great.

Recntly had a wonderful dinner at Mastro's - started with east coast oyster, wedge salad then the bone-in filet with Lobster mashed potatoes and gorganzolla mac and cheese. Outstanding. Ask for a table in the "treehouse", the visually fascinating centerpiece of restaurant. Great service and wonderful meal.

My wife and I went to Maestro's to celebrate our 47th anniversary. We were seated after 10 minutes of arriving early. Our server was Dominick, We got the scallops and roasted chicken plus lobster mashed potatoes. The scallops were fantastic, the chicken had a lot of flavor but the lobster in the mashed potatoes were stringy, not bad but not as good as before. We were unable to get our regular table because it was packed. Dominick did a very good job and we got a slice of chocolate cake complimentary. One of our favorites

An excellent choice for dinner in Vegas. Standard steakhouse menu. Very high end. The wooden structure the dining room is in is beautiful craftsmanship. The service was impeccable. The food was top quality and served perfectly. I normally eat steak at steakhouses. This was the first time I had something other than steak at a high end steakhouse. I had the double pork chop. It was an enormous portion. I couldn’t finish it. Zeros complaints from the group here. You won’t be disappointed if you get dinner here.

We had reservations and still waited approximately 30-40 minutes for our table. Then we waited an usually long time for our entrees! My filet was disappointing with no flavor. Overall, just not the experience we had expected!

We dined here as a family of four in August. We all loved it. The food, the ambiance, the service were all top notch. We all had steaks and shared a number of sides. We are still talking about how great it was and how we can't wait to go back. We may try a Mastro's in NYC to get our fix. Five star experience.

Visited on weekday evening for birthday celebration. No reservation needed for 6pm seating. Staff is knowledgeable and attentive. Food was delicious. Must order Macaroni and Cheese and the signature Butter Cake for dessert.

The drinks and service were awesome. I couldn’t eat the food. It was awful: tasteless and bland. We ordered seafood appetizers and dinners, sides of spinach and potatoes. I didn’t know it was possible to mess up potatoes. It was so bad that I just didn’t eat. Skip this place and go to any of the good restaurants in Vegas

The atmosphere is general was very good. We had 8 in our party and had a private room so that was wonderful. However, our overall experience with the service and food was average (to below average) at best. Especially for the price. My service ratings generally have to do with the time it takes to be served. This was not acceptable for the quality of restaurant they advertise to be. Also, the meals were not consistently prepared. I had the lobster tail. When it arrived, it was sitting in a small pool of water on the plate and was NOT hot. It was warm at best. Several others complained about the quality and presentation of their meal. I am confident we will not visit the restaurant again.

We had asked for special seating for my father in law who is hard I’d hearing, our request was ignored. Food was mediocre ( my halibut was not thoroughly cooked). Plating was …….. amusing. Just not a great experience.

The atmosphere was a vibe!! My family enjoyed it ! The food was a 8/10 and it also took a little long as it was very busy!! All workers were very nice! Always made sure we had everything we needed! Cheesecake was 10/10!! I definitely would recommend to everyone!! We will be back!

Service is impeccable but the food was average to me with high end prices. This location sits out in the mall and with all the high end retailers near by such as Gucci, LV, Fendi, etc.

We had reservations and were seated right away. This is an expensive restaurant. But everything was very delicious. I had the lobster bisque and Scallops. Both dishes were awesome. My friend had a steak. The plate comes out hot, so it continues to cook. We all really enjoyed our meals, but the consensus was if you can only have 1 thing, order the lobster bisque.

Food: OUTSTANDING, Restaurant design: OUTSTANDING, Waiter: I'll be generous and say "Michael" rates a 2 on a 1-5 scale. My wife and I had reservations early and were seated immediately. Our waiter "Michael" came over quickly and took our drink order and gave us time to make our food selection. We advised him this was our first time there, yet he neglected to advise us many of the menu's side dishes were large enough to feed two or more guests. Thus, most of my wife's Mac and Cheese side dish went to waste as we were flying home early the next morning and a rich, seafood mac and cheese breakfast would not sit well on a four hour flight. Unfortunately, I do not eat seafood to consume some of it at dinner. THE MAIN IRRITATION IS, once a party of 14 business people came in which Michael was assigned to, my wife and I and a few other couples at other tables were completely ignored by him. Many time just walking by looking the other way. He was sure to attend to every need they had, even getting other staff to assist him with the needs of the larger group. I even had to ask another waiter to take a photo of us at the table. However, Michael was sure to come back and ask if there was there was anything else and hand me the bill. We had FAR better and attentive waiters/waitresses at many less expensive restaurants along the strip during our weeklong stay.

This waterfront restaurant welcomed our group in a private dining room. Every corse was excellent. The chowder was thick with clams and potato chunks. The strip steak was very flavorful. The sides were all tasty. The chocolate sin dessert could have been an entire meal it was so filling. Bring your appetite!

Meals here never disappoint. One of the best cocktail menus in Vegas, if you ask me. Chilled seafood collection was top-notch. Received a complimentary butter cake since we were celebrating our anniversary. Delicious!

I'm not a big complainer. That said the food was really good. Unfortunately the service didn't match. I dont expect much but common decency is a requirement. Still left 15% because I have common decency. Maybe the server had a bad day I dont know but at these prices your bad day shouldn't reflect on my experience.

They will never get a dime from me! We went to celebrate my birthday on October 10,2020. Our reservation was for 8:45pm. We arrived at 8:48pm. There was another party of at least 6 people in front of us. We were both turned away because it was past 8:45pm. First of all this restaurant is not easy to find. We had never been there before so it did took us a minute to get there! You should NOT take the last reservation for 8:45pm. For good management purposes your last reservation should be 8:30pm with the grace time to find your location! Since our money wasn’t good enough for your establishment! I want to THANK YOU for turning us away! That gave us the opportunity to have the BEST DINNING EXPERIENCE EVER AT THE GOLDEN STEER! Stay away from this restaurant and spend your money at the GOLDEN STEER!

Fantastic seafood and Steaks are at Mastros Ocean Club. When you think of Mastros you normally think of Mastros Steakhouses. But their Ocean Club features a wide variety of both steak and seafood perfectly prepared, with outstanding service. I had the bone in New York steak and the wife had the scallops. Both were excellent. But a word to the wise, the prices are in the top tier.

The food here was very tasty. The swordfish was cooked beautifully and the lobster cocktail was nice but the horseradish they gave you was so hot that you couldnt eat it with the lobster. The key lime pie was big. My only gripe was that they had specials which my server forgot to mention whereas the next table had them explained to them by their server. Otherwise a nice meal.

We sit at the bar overtime in this restaurant. The bartenders are friendly and know what they are doing! My food is always delicious! You can't go wrong!

I wish there was a way to rate 4.5. If I was rating simply on service, it would be a 5, hands down. But it is a restaurant, and so I would give the food a 4. This restaurant came highly recommended, so I went in with quite high expectations. The atmosphere is lovely and unique. There was live music, and the singer was excellent. We were greeted warmly upon arrival. We were seated promptly, even a few minutes before our 7pm reservation. Our drinks were lovely. I had a lemon drop martini with our appetizer. So fun -- it is served at the table over dry ice. My husband had an old fashioned and he said it was very good. With all of that being excellent, the food was just "good." I would not classify it as excellent. The mains were very good (still not excellent in my opinion), but the sides left something to be desired. As my husband and I discussed, they just seemed flat. Nothing extraordinary about them. We expected them to be elevated a bit. My husband had the filet--it was cooked as he desired. I had the salmon, blackened. We shared Brussels sprouts and scalloped potatoes. I would say the standout food from the meal was the bread basket. The pretzel bread was fantastic! Don't get me wrong, our dinner was nice. We enjoyed the food. It just was not excellent. It wasn't something to send back or complain about -- it just was not an outstanding meal. The standout of the night was our server, Kim. She was attentive without being intrusive. She was knowledgeable and answered all of our questions. She paced the meal so nicely. She was kind, warm, and one of the top 5 servers I think I have ever had. It was a lovely evening, I would simply be remiss to rate any higher as the food left just a little something to be desired, and after all it is a restaurant. Again, the food was good. It was fine. It just was not exceptional. But the ambience and the service really made the night special.

Food, service, everything was impeccable. The ambiance of feeling like we were eating outside was wonderful. A very good night. And who could complain with drinks smoking with dry ice?

After a couple of days of eating (relative) junk food we decided to treat ourselves and we are very glad that we did so here. Unusually, we did no research but simply stumbled upon Mastro's. Excellent menu, lovely oysters in particular. A European vibe. Great drinks, and very helpful and friendly waiting staff......it's a bit of a treat but it's not overpriced and you will feel like we did, that you made a wise choice. Though in our case, it was pure luck. Would certainly return..

The four of us had dinner at Mastro‘s Ocean Club: …The overall atmosphere was Very Good. …The menu had many inviting selections. …The meals were nicely presented. …The staff was friendly, well-trained, efficient, but not intrusive. …The food was Excellent in quantity; Very Good in quality. (The filet steak was gristly.) …The price was high. …The overall value was Very Good.

We have been eating at various Maestro's over the years and to be honest I ate at one in Scottsdale back in January that left me disappointed. However, this Vegas location left me as impressed as ever. The seafood tower..awesome. I split a tomahawk with a colleague and it was incredible. Cooked perfect and plenty of food - add to it the incredible sides and service. Then Butter Cake - incredible! I will be back for sure!

Food was awesome and service even better. Greta, our server, was great at giving us recommendations and even told us about this great Vodka! We loved all their food. We had the swordfish and fillet -- both were the best we've had. The sides are great and so yummy. Loved the creamed corn, and mac and cheese. The onion rings are great but be aware its alot -- way too much when you are having dinner and sides. All in all -- top notch and yes we even got over that we were eating in a mall (an upscale mall -- but a mall non the less)!

Husbands Birthday Dinner. We arrived around 6 PM no reservations but was seated promptly. Nice table with a view of City Center’s expensive shops. My husband had a fish that I had never heard of. My daughter had steak and me the Sea-bass.. Everyone said their food was ok. The nicest part of the evening was a complementary desert beautifully decorated with his age. We ate here years ago when they served lunch and we had a great experience but they no longer serve lunch.

Brother, son and myself off to LV on a get-away. Went here for dinner at brother's urging. Went big. Really nice Pol Roger 2006 bubbles, then we picked the seafood for the "tower" - alaska crab legs, oysters, dungeness crab, jumbo shrimp, followed by a ribeye on a platter to share. Cooked and presented to perfection. You cannot appreciate how nice and airy the room feels. Was not too noisy at 600pm. Brought a huge Napa cab to the dinner. A wonderful way to start a trip!

I hosted a 12-person dinner at Mastro's in November. Things got off to an OK start. Our waiter seemed a bit casual, but he was fine. We are low maintenance. No one in our group had been here previously, and I liked the open air feel. The pre-dinner drinks were good, and the ones that were served in shakers were generously sized. Our party ended up ordering 6 steaks and 6 other entrees (including the tuna, the sea bass, and the pork chop). I was told the sea bass and the pork chop were very good. The tuna was mine, and it was well below average, but OK, they're not always winners. However, the real issue was with the steaks. Of the 6 steaks, 5 were filets, all ordered medium. Since I had the tuna, I didn't know this until it was late in the game, because everyone was trying to be polite and just eat their meals, but none of the steaks were anywhere close to medium (and I mean no nit-picking here.... these were each AT LEAST a full degree of doneness off of medium). Weirdly, one steak was somewhere between medium-well and well, and the other 4 were thoroughly solid red/purplish and not even medium-rare. Once I realized this, I called over the waiter and asked him about it. He completely agreed that they were not close to medium, but the best he could offer was "they come out on hot plates and are supposed to continue to cook". Well, what was supposed to happen doesn't help me compared to what actually did happen (which he could plainly see). In fact, since this was late in the meal, that means the steaks must have come out even more undercooked at first. The waiter wandered off and never sent a manager or anyone else over to take a look or talk to us. He did come back with a grand solution for the $400 of poorly cooked steaks... he brought us a couple of free desserts that we didn't even want. Sometimes steaks end up undercooked (or overcooked). It can happen, although I don't think it should happen very often at a restaurant of this supposed quality (and price point), and it shouldn't happen on 5 out of 6 steaks and to such degrees of missing the mark. That said, stuff does happen. But a good restaurant, having seen what they served my guests, should have been far more upset than I was. Instead, we got an unhelpful story about hot plates that did nothing to explain why our steaks were undercooked, no offer to make it right, and no escalation to a manager. Instead, we got a couple of unwanted free desserts. That response and the demonstrated lack of caring was far more damaging and disappointed than the undercooked steaks.

Let me start by saying this is one of my favorite restaurants but my recent trip was average...at best. It started by regular bumping of the chairs of servers passing by and not one apology. Seafood tower was great. My steak was overcooked. Desserts were fine. Our fish tasted bad and was returned. Drinks were good. Service was not on point from a few issues. Limited to no interaction except by main server. Sommelier did offer wine suggestions. Chocolate layer cake was a little dry so either overbake or open air. In a y event, I'm hoping this is not normal cause I want to go back.

Yum! Absolutely delicious with great service. The lobster Mac and cheese is amazing! And the steaks, obviously were delicious. Thoroughly recommend

My favorite of all time restaurant. So classy, yet they allow casual dress. They even brought us an anniversary cake.

Was seated right away. Our server (Johnny) was on point with everything. Got the scallops, sea bass and the world famous lobster mash potatoes. All the food was good. Got a complimentary dessert for our anniversary celebration. We did have a doggie bag to take back to hotel. Food tasted just as good the next day. We go to Vegas at least 4 times a year and everything we come here

Had reservation and was seated immediately in the treehouse. Always a very consistent meal. This time we had the scallops, lobster mashed potatoes and creamed spinach. All the food was cooked perfectly and presented on a timely basis. We got a complimentary slice of chocolate cake that was so rich and creamy. Had to take it back to our room. Wat too rich to eat that night. One of our favorites. The only thing I had a problem with was the dress code was not enforced I guess during these covid times things are a little different.

From the moment we were seated at our table, it was Wonderful! Such an exciting experience! We were taken care of by Sam, our server, who is extremely experienced and so wonderful! She helped us with our cocktails selection, Bee’s Kiss is Delicious! And the Cremant Champagne was Perfect! We ordered 3 appetizers: Dungeness Crab Cocktail, Tuna on tostada and a spicy Caesar Salad, all were Fabulous! The hot bread basket was equally delicious. Our dessert was the Favorite Butter Bread served with Icecream and and a huge bowl of fresh whipped cream! It was Delicious! The restaurant sits in the Mall in Hotel Cosmopolitan, bit difficult to find, but absolutely worth it!

Amazing food and service, great quality ingredients and diverse menu choices Seafood towers to steaks just awesome

This is one of our favorite restaurants when we’re in town. Complimentary valet parking is available and a nice touch. The restaurant has a fun, unique wooden space ship look that stands out inside the Crystals shopping center. I enjoyed excellent scallops and my husband a steak. The service and attentiveness was excellent. The only thing I would caution is don’t expect to be seated a minute earlier than your reservation if you arrive early. While we sat waiting to be seated we watched the hostess turn away guest, after guest who arrived early. We weren’t aware of this policy and arrived 15 minutes before our reservation. Now knowing this we will take our time arriving.

I'll make the Ocean Club my first food stop in Vegas everytime. Exceptional staff (thank you Johnny) who are knowledgeable, helpful and engaging; a menu with lots of things I love to eat and much better than I can cook at home (always an important factor when eating out); a unique setting in which I never feel rushed. What's not to like?

Everything about this restaurant, food & service was superb! There were 6 of us so we had a bunch of things & everything was amazing. We had the shrimp cocktail & lobster bisque soup. The filet, chicken & lobster. Finally we had the butter cake for dessert. Everything was perfection. The service was on point. The people filling the water were on top of it! Highly recommend. This was one of the best meals we have ever had. Now my 8yr old daughter insists she wants to come back here for her birthday in the summer!

Went there for our anniversary dinner for the 4th year in a row. First of all was seated immediately in the birdcage, same table. We had the scallops appetizer, outstanding, chilean sea bass outstanding 1/2 creamed spinach and the 1/2 of the famous lobster mashed potatoes. Of course we had to take a doggy bag for lunch the next morning. The service was top notched and we got a free slice of chocolate cake for our anniversary. This is in our top five restaurants in Vegas. .

Beautiful outside and inside. Fine dining. Food and drinks were very good. Our table had double cut pork chops, I believe sea bass, and a steak. The sides are sharable. We had brocolini, scalloped potatoes, cream Spinach and cream corn. All very good. Cocktails were delicious. Service was spectacular.

We live here and have walked by this restaurant numerous times saying we should go in there. Well we did and we should not have waited so long. We had an absolutely wonderful experience with this restaurant. The food was great. The restaurant is known for its steaks but the seafood is awesome as well. The service is impeccable and impressive. Ask for Sam. She made our dining experience a success and provided us with great advice on our selections. And she did it with a smile. Awesome! Great drinks, a very good wine list, and numerous options on the menu. Somewhat pricey but not near as bad as some other so called high end restaurants on the Strip. The staff is absolutely helpful and friendly. The seating is under a beautiful wooden art structure. Please enjoy.

Mastro's is a steakhouse located in Crystals Mall in City Center on the Las Vegas Strip. Its architectural design is like an exotic tree House in a high end Vegas Mall! The Brandied Lobster Bisque is killer. Even their appetizer bread selection is fantastic, especially the soft warm melt in your mouth Salted Pretzel Bread!

A perfect evening from start to finish! We arrived early and had a drink at the bar. I believe the bartenders name was Ray. He was attentive and we all enjoyed our drinks. We were celebrating my husband’s 60th birthday with two other couples. We loved our table (booth) and enjoyed bottle of champagne to begin. Ray had helped our friends arrange that without hubby noticing. The food was absolutely delicious. My husband and I enjoyed the tomato burrata salad. The burrata was nice and creamy. For mains our group had lamb chops, sea bass, Arctic char, scallops and filet bone in. We all loved our mains. The portions are very generous. Our sides were the lobster mashed potatoes (OMG - not usually a fan, but I’m still thinking about the, LOL), mushrooms (so good) and Brussels sprouts (yummy). The service was excellent. I believe our waiter was “LR”...water glasses always full (I always appreciate that), he was attentive in an unobtrusive way, but he made sure we all had what we needed through the evening. Our group has travelled together many times - my friend said probably the best dinner she’d ever had - great food and service!

The major seating area is amazing and worth looking at before you are seated. The fillets where prefect. But be sure to confirm how you wanted it prepared. Medium rare is very rare. The wait staff is very helpful with this. Bread serviced. We split a baked potato and Brussels sprouts. Ok so you really should have to have the butter cake just once

Went here for a birthday celebration and the restaurant delivered flawlessly! Excellent service from a team who collaborated perfectly to execute an awesome experience. Splurged on a seafood tower which always makes a statement for newbies and everyone’s steaks and fish were just scrumptious! A true classy restaurant in a beautiful setting inside Crystals Shopping Center.

Had an amazing dinner at the bar! Gave the GM was outstanding said hello and the food was to die for. Had a Ribeye, gnocchi and wedge salad. All food exceeded expectation. Cocktails was great!

We had an absolutely perfect dinner. The treehouse ambiance, great food and attentive, prompt service made this truly special. Must have Seafood Tower, steak, lobster mash and the Butter cake! Beyond delicious ! Never disappointed... can’t wait to come back.

We always make a point to dine at Mastro's whenever we are in a city where there is one. Mastro's in Vegas is one we always go to, this was probably my 10th time. This experience was exactly like it always is - perfect in every way. The food and service are both amazing.

We were very excited to visit Mastro's again on our trip to Vegas. We ate here a few years ago and couldn't wait to return. The setting is a little odd, being situated in a mall and all, but the food is fantastic. Unfortunately, our service was not good this time. We waited and waited for our bill. Our server never came around for us to ask him for the bill, and after 20 minutes with empty water glasses, drink glasses, and plates we finally were able to flag him down for our check. He still didn't hurry over with it, it took another 5 minutes, and we watched him flag down another server and ask them to bring us our check. Our server was not busy, he actually pulled out his phone and looked at it while the other served had to bring us the check. We ended up being late for our show and it just put a big damper on our experience.

My wife & I had lunch here on Saturday (day before Mother’s Day). Reserved table via Open Table. Arrived 30 min early, $12 valet park (pay after Seated at two seat table just back from windows. Enjoyed every minute of the view with dolphins at play and the relaxed atmosphere and live music at just right volume. Wife throughly enjoyed the omelette of the day of blackened shrimp, mushrooms and spinach. I had the NY steak and eggs and fruit plate. Split a creme brûlée over coffees. Wonderful relaxing time. No rush, no hassle. Our server, Maggie, was a joy and added to the occasion with her suggestions and professionalism. She also was helpful with GF selections. We’ll be back. 5 stars, A rating and fun.

A friend and I had reservations at the Vegas location for 630. We arrived 5 minutes early and the place was vacant except for a 3-4 tables. There wasn't a hostess at the door, so we walked in and approached a gentleman in a suit and mentioned the above. He escorted us to the bar and said that the hostess would seat us shortly. After 35 minutes at the bar, we asked the bartender if he would check the status for us. He was gracious and asked someone to assist. After another 15 minutes, someone escorted us to a table. While we weren't in an extreme hurry, I felt that we "slipped through the cracks", even though the manager looked at us several times. He averted my gaze for the rest of our visit. If you want to be top shelf, these sort of things need to be averted. The food and the rest of the service was superb.

My wife and I went to Mastros for her birthday dinner Our server Kim was great. We ordered Oysters Rockefeller, Caesars Salad. The salad and dressing excellent, Oysters Rockefeller,” horrible”. We ordered the scallops and mashed potatoes, severed at room temperature. They sent over 3 desserts before they got it right. Since we come here often it was in the notes what is my wife’s favorite. We tried to pay with our Landry’s gift cards but was told by the manager (Michelle) that they do not take third party cards. Now for Michelle she was very rude with her tone so we felt disrespected. We walked away with explaining to us what was wrong with our gift cards. The following day we spoke with Maestro's General Manager Gabe, discussed what happen with the gift cards. He agreed to accept the cards and reverse the credit card charge This happened on 1/16/24 current still waiting for the card reversal. . Warned us that our resolution could take up to 12 weeks. this has to Please kindly understand we did not peruse this because we wanted or needed something free. It was about the principle. Gabe said the Michelle was incorrect about our gift cards Still waiting for our charge to be reverse.

Very poor service experience from the hostess and long wait despite having a prior reservation. Quite overrated and the best past is sadly the great arquitectura with the floating terrace at the mall

The restaurant is located in the middle of the Crystals Mall near the Aria hotel. Our server was great: punctual, helpful in making choices on the menu, and was pretty knowledgeable about the various menu items. We started off with the sautéed shrimp and New England clam chowder for starters (awesome). Then the warm bake bread arrive (heavenly). The Chilean sea bass was so tasty and flaky; cooked to perfection. The sautéed scallops were amazing. Our side was the Mac and cheese. It had Gorgonzola cheese— thankfully it wasn’t overbearing—just enough to taste. We finished off with the chocolate layer cake— it was huge! It was so rich. We were r able to finish it. Everything was fresh and well prepared. Service excellent. I’ll be back to the NYC location.

Slow, got seated at 2:30 left at 5!!! Terrible and inhuman staff. Bad manners, nasty attitude, never been treated like this!!! AWFUL place

My wife celebrated our anniversary . Was seated immediately and did notice that the tables were properly distance from each other. I had the scallops my wife had the shrimp, lobster mashed potatoes and of course chocolate cake. Service was attentive, water glass was always full. Loved this placed Sit in the treehouse

We have been to the Ocean Club in Scottsdale and Newport Beach. This was our first visit to this location. The tree house dining room is truly unique looking out into the upscale retail area adjacent to Aria. The food was a good as ever! We shared a big eye tuna entree and the 10 ounce filet. And of course we finished with warm butter cake smothered in ice cream and freshly made whipped cream. Our server, Robert, was excellent. We will go to any Mastro’s restaurant if we get near them in our travels.

🎯Las Vegas is also synonymous with good cuisine 🍽️Today we went to see Mastro's Ocean Club. 👨🏻🍳@mastrosofficial is located at The Shops at Crystals 🍸Sophisticated, the restaurant offers a variety of seafood, red meat and pasta options. And all this in a super cosmopolitan environment 🍴And that's why @viagemsemescalas decided to take a tour of the best of the menu 🍤To start the journey, how about a seafood tower? 🥖The selection of breads is also enchanting. 🦞For starters, a delicious and refreshing lobster soup 🥘As the main dish, the house hit, the New York Strip. Soft and juicy meat. Be sure to try the Bone-In Filet 🍳In the house, you can choose some side dishes such as asparagus, mushrooms and gnocchi with black truffles, as well as potatoes. Everything in the right measure and a unique combination 🧁The house also has great desserts. One of them is Mastro's Signature Warm Butter Cake 🫓It's the jewel of Matro's, with ice cream, calm and a warm, crunchy and light dough. Yes, such an elegant menu is possible. #nonstoptravel #gastronomy #lasvegas

Everything at this restaurant is mediocre. If you’re looking for an upscale experience, you will be disappointed. There’s absolutely nothing upscale at Mastro’s Ocean Club, except for the bill. It felt like we were at a noisy food court. I will not recommend this place, if you’re looking for something upscale and special.

In Vegas for a few days. It happened to be Restaurant Week. Mastro's was highly rated for seafood, so we went to check it out. The regular menu had a dizzying array of fish and seafood to choose from. There are no preparation descriptions, so you can probably order any of the food in varying preparations. We ordered from the Price Fixe restaurant week menu. Halibut was a sizeable portion, crusted and sauteed. A white clam chowder was chunky, but not thick. Desserts were a bit over-sized, but very tasty.

If you crave good seafood, this is the place in Las Vegas where you will find it. From beginning to end, our meal was splendid. The ambiance is quite unique and the service impeccable. It's worth every penny you spend.

A cool designed restaurant in the fashionable Ocean Centre on the Las Vegas strip. Overall service and food is excellent and worth a visit. Slightly pricey but they do look after you! A nice change away from the casino floors that serves up a good night out! Cheers

Rude hostess, poor communication from server, and food was mediocre for the price tier. This restaurant is in a shopping mall!!! Ambiance is awful compared to the glitz and glamour footsteps away. They say Vegas is for suckers and dining at Mastro’s secures that label for its patrons.

We went here for my wife's birthday. For special occasions, we try to pick a high-end restaurant to celebrate. Let me start out with the good. We were the first customers to be seated. The restaurant from the outside appears to be very small. As we were being seated, the room looked beautiful and bigger than I thought it would be. Very elegant. It went downhill from there. We were expecting this to be high-end restaurant with exceptional service and food. Unfortunately, both the service and food failed to live up to our expectations. Our server Craig was not warm and friendly. My wife has allergies and he didn't seem to care too much about that or make suggestions on what she could eat. If anything, he seemed annoyed by it. After we declined wine he asked us about water. He didn't ask/offer to get us anything else to drink. My wife had to call him back to get a regular drink. While ordering, he suggested my wife add shrimp to her order to go along with her ribeye (a special they were running). She ordered it. When our food came, guess what was not brought out? The shrimp. He forgot to order it. The final straw from our server was ordering dessert. He did not give us a dessert menu or tell us what was available. Only because I had heard they had several gluten-free dessert options and WE asked, then he mentioned what was available. Now, on to the food. We ordered the dry aged ribeye, with sauteed shrimp and a Filet. Both meats were just mediocre. The shrimp was overcooked and chewy. We split a large mixed green salad. The dressing was overpowering with vinegar. The only good part of our meal was the asparagus. I will admit, the desserts were delicious. We had cheesecake and chocolate sin cake. It came with some sides of fruit and homemade whipped cream. There was something that was drizzled on the plate that was superb! We both used our spoons to get every drop of it. One final disappointing thing happened to us there. This restaurant is located in the Aria Shops. We were staying at the Aria and thought/assumed we could put this bill to our room. Since we have a MGM Rewards account, I was hoping/expecting to get points for doing this. We were told that this restaurant is not part of the Aria. The food and service by our main server left us regretting our decision to dine here. I will say though, the other servers and the head maître d were excellent. The head maître d must have seen the disappointment on our faces because he stopped over twice to our table. He even offered to take pictures of us with our dessert, which was a nice gesture. He almost single-handedly saved the night for us. It was tough to overcome the poor service by Craig and overall average tasting food. Not what we were expecting or hoping for.

Love all Mastro's around the country for top steakhouse and ambiance. This does not disappoint! Amazing service and fresh creative dishes!

Went during CES and the service was good not great. Very nice bar before dinner and the menu was very nice. The atmosphere is great, food very good. Overall it was a nice choice. Vegas has alot to offer and not sure I would come back

Wonderful Food, Service and Atmosphere make this a winner. Beautiful open setting in the Crystal Shops, with some soft live music set the stage for a great meal. Not too loud like many restaurants and the service was impeccable - thanks Eddie and the rest of the crew. The porterhouse was amazing as were the lamb chops. Try the creamed corn, and finish with a butter cake; you won’t be disappointed.

My two friends & I had a great splurge dinner on Super Bowl Saturday. Superb service. Unlike other upper end places (Prime) they didn't write us off when we didn't order the seafood Tower. We did enjoy the shrimp cocktail, filet( cooked perfectly) and shareable vegetables. Great meal, I don't understand some of the poor reviews.

The meal was excellent (a big yes to the lamb chops) and the service was top notch. It was just very loud, making it very difficult to have a conversation with my dinner companion

Last minute reservations & sat at the bar. Ordered sushi rolls which were very good. Excellent service & fun place to watch people from the bar. 🤩

I love this restaurant foe many reasons. We were in Laguna last week during the COVID-19 pandemic and they were as busy as ever. They set up in their parking lot, but you wouldn’t know it. We couldn’t get a table, so we ordered online and ate on our hotel balcony. The food is top notch! I had the sea bass and my husband had the roasted chicken. We shared the garlic mushrooms and the lobster mashed potatoes. Everything was absolutely delicious!!!

My favorite meal of my Las Vegas stay! The shrimp appetizer was delicious! I had the crab cakes for my entree, quality crab meat and not full of filler like you sometimes get. Service was great, staff was very attentive. I highly recommend this restaurant!

The best steak restaurant in Vegas! Staff were incredible, food amazing and beautiful atmosphere. One of the top high end places in Vegas.

Our group selected Mastro's to celebrate May brthdays. A friend recommended Mastro's because of the restaurant's interesting interior and we were strongly encouraged to request a window seat. The food was amazing. The view from the window seats overlooks the lower level of the mall and stores on the same level as the restaurant. It was great for people watching between meals. Be sure to save room for dessert!

It has been three years since we were here last. Everything was just as good and expensive. Portions are very large so control yourself. Mussels and the 6oz filet were the highlights. Scalloped potatoes were very good also. They seemingly have a million very competent people working here so you never wait for anything.

Have you ever had steak melt in your mouth? If the answer is no, you need to try their 72oz Rib Eye with Bone. We split it among three people, ordered Brussels sprouts and garlic mashed potatoes. Enough for all of us. I’m wishing I could have another bite 😂. Follow it up with the hot butter cake. Tuna tower was wonderful as an appetizer.

Open table app was easy to use to make reservations. We were greeted and seated when we arrived 5 minutes early. We let our server, Peter, know this wasn’t our first visit when he asked, as I explained in our last visit in Nov. ‘18. I ate so much food that I had to be wheelbarrowed out. I could not stand up from being in a food coma. Needless to say I will never eat a big late lunch before coming to Mastro’s Ocean Club. I’m a surf & turf kind of guy so this restaurant is where I want to be...The filet mignon is on point and you have your choice of seafood to pair it with. Last time I had it Oscar style which is over flowing crab on top in a Bearnaise sauce. This time I had the sautéed shrimp which has a sauce to die for. It looked so good as I saw a woman having it at the table to our left. And our waiter Peter says it taste even better, that I had to try it. She and Peter were right. That was the best sautéed shrimp I’ve ever had. I will have to have it every time I come from now on. The last time I had a salad that was like a shrimp Louie but because it was so big I decided to go with the calamari. It’s the perfect appetizer if you like seafood. Wifey had the Caesar salad and said she will definitely be getting it the next time we come. They give you a nice selection of bread choices that are hot when they arrive to your table. I will highlight the pretzel roll that wifey likes best but I’m sure there is one that you will like. Their bar is like no other and their wine list is extensive so fine libations are yours to be had. The sides are huge so be prepared to share. Last time I had the standard big baked potato and wifey had the big sweet potato that she really enjoyed with the special butter and accompaniments. This time I had the French fried potatoes that were cooked perfectly. It was enough for a party of four football players. I had way more than my share stuffing myself to at least eat half of the basket. Then Peter asks are we ready for dessert? Ha ha ha, next time as we are too full to have their delicious butter cake. It’s a right of passage to leave with a black bag carrying leftovers. The service and food is what you expect with fine dining and they don’t disappoint...It looks like with each visit I will be able to try something new I haven’t had like the crab cakes to one day construct the perfect surf & turf dinner... Until next time...

Intended to go to Mastros twice for dinner. Slow service while staff conducted Bar inventory changed my mind. Has been a favorite for bone in Rib Eye. one hour wait. Tonight overcooked. In two pieces- should have sent it back. Staff more interested in conducting inventory at Bar than customer service. Went to Golden Steer instead later in week.- a good choice

Very upscale location in the Crystals shopping mall, check in process was seamless. Food was excellent from appetizer to main course, exquisite desserts. A bit crowded with the seating layout where other conversations can be easily heard, but overall not intrusive. Recommend.

My husband was skeptical at first. He had seen the restaurant in a previous trip to Vegas and thought "who would eat in a mall?" Well we did and it was the best meal of our trip! The service was great, attentive without being invasive, the atmosphere was fantastic, and the food was delicious. The waiter even let us know that there is one in our city so we'll be tracking that down soon!

I have lived in Vegas for 21 years so I am very familiar with high end restaurants and this place is our new fav! Not only were the oysters, appetizers and drinks perfect but the steaks and their sauces were best of the best! Our waiter Nick super was cool but he also had a plethora of knowledge on the entire menu and referred us a killer line up. The manager Joe is also a class act who was able to get us in last minute for my wife's surprise bday dinner. I highly recommend checking this joint out next time you are looking for primo steak and seafood :)

Had Sunday dinner there while visiting Vegas for the weekend and can not say that I was very impressed with the food. A very high priced menu with a few items to pick from. The lobster was huge, however it was not well seasoned and my butter was cold. It did not come with a warmer to keep the butter warm. The mashed potatoes that we ordered tasted like something out of the box, again not seasoned well. Not sure if the other locations are different, but I don't have to eat there again.

Excellent experience! First time into Mastro’s Ocean Club inside Crystals Shops at the Aria. I sat at the bar, bartender was great, the Clam Chowder and Sea Bass very good! They had a lady in the bar playing piano and singing, the overall feel of the restaurant was very cool. I will return.

In Vegas, celebrating our 28th wedding anniversary with friends, we were so looking forward to dinner at Maestro’s based on the menu and the positive reviews. We came early to eat before the Andreas Bocelli concert. Had a round of cocktails at the bar till we could be seated. Once seated we were well attended. Appetizers ordered included escargot, and the seared tuna which we all praised. Our entrees included the Chilean Sea Bass and Filets with a lobster tail. Sides were the lobster mashed potatoes and creamed spinach. The food was served on the cool side - perhaps lukewarm, which could be excused given the restaurant was swamped by that time. The lobster tail was tasty, but the Chilean sea bass was unrecognizable - as a thin terse filete. The next night, at a different restaurant one of us ordered the same, and let us all see and taste what a sea bass was supposed to be like. The flavor and texture of the filets were lacking as well - a bit tough and underwhelming, which was a surprise for such a celebrated steakhouse. Again the next evening a filet that cut like butter with flavor to match was shared to reaffirm us what a steak was supposed to be like. Perhaps it was an off night, and Maestro’s still has a lot going for it, but for us the food doesn’t lie.

Very nice architecture and ambiance with the modern tree house. Steaks were very good and hot with the 400 degree plates. Food still cooking while eating so might be one level less cooked based on what you’re used to eat.

I decided to go to Mastro's for my wife's birthday dinner. I have been here before but never with her. The atmosphere is unique being open air in an upscale shopping mall. The chilean sea bass is excellent and you can choose from 3 different preparations. The crab legs are plentiful and quite succulent. We finished with the butter cake that was complimentary. I highly recommend this restaurant.

Five stars do no justice to the quality, taste and presentation of the food and service delivered here. Each and every time, the meals just seem to be even more incredible. Known for their seafood at this location, the steaks remain on top for me. At dinner, a bone-in ribeye, Oscar style, complimented with a side of snap peas. The presentation and taste were again exceptional. Generous portions of simply just delicious food. The service is among the best, never missing any of the details. Hidden in the shopping area between the Cosmopolitan and Aria, find this place on the second floor, above Mikimoto, and experience The Best that Las Vegas truly has to offer.

This was a first time experience at this establishment. I’m always excited for a great dining experience. After looking on line and reading the menu I was hoping for great things to come. We had a large party so plans were set up in advance for a private room. As we arrived we were led to one of the private dining rooms, they appeared a little too small for my comfort or maybe it was the fact they place multiple round tables in a triangle shaped room. Made it very hard to Socialize. They have a very impressive wine list to which I ordered wine by the glass 26.00 to be exact but not everyone was interested in drinking wine or the type I desired. The crab cakes were very good they were served on platters and also served with a Caesar Salad which was passed. Being we had a larger party with us gave us a chance to try many of the food at one sitting. I shared a 22oz Rib eye and an order of twin lobster tails. I ordered the stake Charred rare. I do enjoy my meat in a very rare manor however this stake was beyond rare there was no charring and the stake appeared to be like maybe being applied to heat for 2 minutes per side then done. The Twin tails were actually a disappointment as well. One tail was not even cooked the other was fine. I had my partner take the good tail as they took away the raw tail to recook. I did get a taste of the Lemon sole and will say it was very good. On out table we had Lobster mashed potatoes, very good Gorgonzola mac and cheese, (mac and cheese) Sweet potatoes fries which were good and Brussels sprouts which were tasty. About the time I ordered another glass of wine and ate about 3 bites of my extra rare steak, I was done as I had tasted many of the sides several pieces of bread my lobster tail arrived. When he brought it to the table I advised just box it up. A little disappointing. Now as everyone is sitting around full and content was time for desert. Coffee was being served and we ordered the following deserts Warm butter cake which does live up to its name, and the cherry crisp & cheese cake. Deserts all were very well prepared. It was a nice experience but I was a little set back on the main course. I also wish the room we were in was better set up as I was sitting with my back towards many of our guests. One last thing about the main course even though it was virtually raw when it arrived at my table the flavor of the meat was very good.

It isn’t entirely clear if we were not at our best or MAstro’s was not at it’s best. It seemed like a good idea and and it is a lovely and spacious environment. Ultimately though, despite it being a very swanky mall it is a restaurant in a mall that looks out onto the mall (as opposed to being attached but without that “scenery”). Staff were very nice and we sat at the bar. Not that you will usually hear me comment negatively about the size of drinks but part of our eperience wa the martinis were so large we were a bit tipsy before getting any food into our systems. I recommend the halibut and the man sitting next to us got a small seeafood tower that had a great presentation (as did our shrmip cocktail) of using dry ice for a smoking effect. Another very charming aspect of the evening was that a man proposed to his fiancée. Very sweet.

Maestro's Vegas is a place we visit all the time. Normally great good & great service for a higher end restaurant, with their tree house type location within a mall. This visit was to celebrate our anniversary, which we've been coming here for the past many years. Drinks, apps, main course, and side were all good as usual. Not to be picky but, here were are two things that never occurred in our many other visits. (1) My online reservation specifically note: edge table inside treehouse. Upon check in, hostess wanted to place us near entrance. She noted they missed and made a mistake and gave our table to another couple. Never ever happened before. She apologized for the error. Guess it's my responsibility to call the day of my reservation to remind them, but they never happened is years I've reserved online and highlighted my request online. (2). Since we celebrate many our anniversaries, birthdays, etc here all the time and note it in our online reservations, Maestro Vegas has never failed to bring us a comp cake for that special occasion after offering us dessert, which is a great touch. This visit our server forgot to, until after he brought the check and apologized. But at that time, all our dishes, glasses, etc had been removed, so we declined. It's weird, since he's a long time server who is very good and has served us in the past.

one of the best restaurants I have been to in a long time. I would go every week if I could, but I live out of town. Maestro is a top recommendation for anyone visiting Las Vegas

Overall good service, the food quality left massive amounts to be desired. First time in my life I ever rejected an entree. Would be shocked if this place was still around a year from now.

Made reservations for four at 6pm. Our table started off with calamari, which wasn’t great. I had a Caesar salad, that was warm. I ordered the halibut and my husband had bone-in filet, both were not up to par. Our server was awesome. The restaurant tree house design was amazing. Overall experience is not worth the price. I would recommend having a drink in the bar facing the structure and not spending all the money to eat in the restaurant itself.

Run here! It was such a great meal. Beautiful restaurant and the food was fantastic. We had the crab cocktail to start and I’ll dream of the lobster mashed potatoes for a long long time. We ended our meal with brown butter cake. It was pricey but worth every penny. We will definitely return next time we’re in Vegas.

This gorgeous restaurant begins with the beautiful design, then the professional staff escorts you to your table in this very intriguing restaurant. The menu is out of this world! Seafood, Steak, you name it. White linen service and a server at your beck & call. A very nice wine list too. The food is not only beautifully presented but poetry to the palate. An excellent restaurant for a date or a formal business gathering. You will not be disappointed.

We made dinner reservations and upon arrival had to wait for our table to be prepared. Once our table was ready we were escorted (past 3 empty tables) to our table in the back near the kitchen. After requesting a different table we were accommodated and seated at one of the three we initially passed. Our waitress was very knowledgeable and attentive (I can't recall her name but she was great). Our food was absolutely amazing, everything was a hit and perfectly seasoned. I HIGHLY recommend the fried rice with crab, I've been searching for a recipe since I returned home.

So, I have see this wooden Tree House in the middle of the Crystals mall for years and I had never eaten there, until my wife and I made it in for my birthday this past weekend. The hostesses were very, very sweet in accommodating our request. We were escorted to a lovely table in the middle of the atrium that was fantastic. This is when things got REALLY good. Our server, Kimberly, greeted us with the menus and went over her recommendations on the menu. She was absolutely amazing. She was graceful and welcoming and basically exactly what we wanted in a server in an establishment of this caliber. We had fantastic cocktails and wine and a great meal. Lobster Bisque ( best ever, seriously) Chopped Wedge salad, Halibut and Chilean Sea Bass. Everything was prepared so well. My wife and I loved all of it. Kimberly even surprised us with some delicious Butter Cake at the end ( Birthday surprise!). This just goes to show the difference that staff can make. The team that supported Kimberly were also great, they were very efficient and attentive. Kimberly was the ideal director of the performance, however. She was sincere, genuine, knowledgeable and warm... We will be back to Mastros to see her, for sure!

The waiter presumed I only wanted a salad. I’m not sure why. To order the rest of my meal it took some time to get his attention. I ordered the halibut which was as dry as the Sahara. They offered me a lemon butter garlic sauce to compensate for the dryness but it was still dry. I added more butter which made it a bit better. They did comp the dessert. However, I was genuinely disappointed in the mediocrity of an expensive meal.

The food was really bad. I was disappointed. The lobster mashed potato was a mere soup of melted butter. My steak was very very salty, and the house salad had no flavor other than mere blue cheese. The expensive entries do not come with any kind of sides. You have to order huge-sized sides for an expensive prices. The size of the sides and presentation do not show any finesse although the utensils are fancy. If you care for your health and your companions, you will never eat in this restaurant. Paid 250 for two and couldn’t eat it.

What a nice way to treat yourself. We went with another couple and the food was absolutely delightful! Definitely going here again in the future!

Came to Vegas for my wife’s birthday. Enjoyed several restaurants and wanted to save one of the best rated fish restaurants in the city for her day. I don’t know whose ratings these with Mastro’s, but the food, the ambience and service was terrible. We ordered a simple warm spinach salad and it took the kitchen 3 times to get it right. We both tried the New Zealand Salmon that was horrendous. Dry no taste served in a large plate with nothing. The service was ill trained too. What restaurant presents you with your main course but doesn’t not clear off the empty plates from your appetizer. If I could rate this establishment a zero I would. Skip this restaurant.

Wow! I have never been to a restaurant with service as impeccable as this place! When the food arrived, it was as ordered, hot and delicious. The best part was that they individually served all the sides to each person at the table - all at the same time so everyone could start eating at the same time. The food was absolutely amazing! I am definitely coming back!! Our table overlooked the mall. The design of the cantilevered space was so unique! We ordered ribeye and filet Oscar, mushrooms, asparagus, and augrautin potatoes. The portion sizes were very large, but so delicious we tried to finish it all!

Great ambiance…live music…I got the petite filet and was cooked to perfection! The girl providing the entertainment was wonderful! Definitely a go to if you are near Aria!!

I have always had a great experience at Mastro's and yet again the experience was fantastic. The food and wait staff is superb. The only issue I had was at check in. The man and woman working at the counter couldn't find my name, and did not know how to use the reservation system.

This place is over priced average at best.I had jumbo lobster tail, broccoli, NY strip steak, garlic mash potatoes, ceasar salad, clam chowder nothing had any seasoning food was very bland my bill came to $300 plus I had to leave a tip I will not go again!!!!!

A truly fantastic restaurant. Very classy with high quality service and very high quality libations and foods. One will never be disappointed with the service or the qualify that is offered.

Service was top notch make sure to make reservations! We had the oysters 🦪 and the filet (shared 12 oz and it was plenty of food) also sharee lobster mashed potatoes with leftovers. Butter cake is a must, basically just come for the butter cake!

I've wanted to try this place ever since I saw it built on television; took me 11 years, but I made it. There was nothing particularly horrible or amazing about our experience. Service was friendly, food was acceptable, pricing was normal. Nothing, other than the lobster bisque amazed us. It was like meeting a hot guy and going on a date but there was no spark that made you want a second date.

I’ve been here several times over the years and our visit 3 years ago turned me off to it. But, without a reservation my girlfriend and I were able to snag a bar table and had a wonderful meal. Wine by the glass was reasonably priced, the bread was warm, diverse and delicious. The fish was fresh, cooked perfectly and the sides were also delicious. No warm butter cake this time but I highly recommend it. About $200 a couple without dessert and tip but it’s worth it. I will be back.

Gorgeous meal the whole family loved it would highly recommend on going especially if it’s for a date or business meeting would definitely get the deal done all the food is top tier

We were blown away by the total experience. The food had all the right textures and flavors were spectacular. The service was unbelievably attentive, Nick our waiter was so insightful and guided us through options and helped us make amazing choices. His support staff, particularly Armando were making sure our water and beverages were never empty. Our plates were politely cleared as each course came. We had lobster bisque which my husband is quite particular about and he has now placed this one above his number 1. We shared the heirloom tomato and burrata. I had the tuna tartare as my main which was spectacular and had beautiful balance of flavor and texture. He had the Chilean sea bass with scallops special, and we shared truffle gnocchi as a side. I made the reservation just a few hours before for my husband’s birthday and even the menu and experience was completely personalized. We even received a complimentary dessert. The portions are generous, and we definitely ordered too much but all of it was well worth it. We will be back again.

It was a busy evening at Mastros with the CES exhibition in town. Despite that the services was friendly, attentive and timely. The food was excellent with an amazing shrimp cocktail served in plenty of dramatic dry ice. I unfortunately loaded my shrimp with too much horseradish and had an unpleasant reaction . . . But my fault and no reflection on the restaurant. The 8oz steak was cooked to perfection for me alongside crispy broccoli and soft garlic mash - delicious. My wife’s steak hit the right note too. We opted for the Key Lime Pie to share - an amazing tangy sweet taste with nutty cracker crust. Great atmosphere and cocktails too!

Maestros ocean club vegas was not up to par this time. In general i am a fan of the Maestros chain of restaurants. But in Vegas they seemed lost within themselves. We did not have good service. They forgot my salad. My steak was worse than sizzler. And the signature lemon drop martini was in a small glass. I was hosting clients and it was major let down. Will definitely go elsewhere next time in vegas

Upscale restaurant and superb food. Location is easy to find and access in a shopping mall and not in a casino. Waiters are well educated, seafood as well as meats delicious. Very good for business and leisure.

Great location, great food consistently, top notch service, drinks were on point, save room for the butter cake OMG!

We have eaten here 2 times during the pandemic and they are still amazing. The changes we have seen of course have been socially distancing the tables and having to wear masks until we have food. Also they have started charging for the bread basket. But believe me the 3 dollars is worth it for that bread especially for the pretzel rolls! We were a little disappointed this last time because the menu is now shortened and I miss the brussells sprouts. But we understand with the changes going on in the restaurant industry. They still had the amazing Rib Eye that my husband and I shared. And I always get the peppercorn sauce. That is totally worth the cost also. Tonight I also had their Mastro's Lemon Drop and I just LOVE that drink. It is a lot of money but this dinner was our splurge while we were in Vegas. We always recommend this restaurant to everyone. We love everything from the food to the service. A+

So disappointed. I’ve eaten here a couple of times and just don’t get it. Mastros is average at best. Steaks are very expensive obviously. Mine was very tough and chewy. Service was just ok. Waiter was very busy with other tables most of the time. There are definitely better steakhouses in Vegas

We enjoyed our dinning experience at Mastro’s Ocean Club. The food was tasty and the butter cake dessert delicious! The unique tree house design was interesting and helped make the whole experience more fun! NOTE: You are able to charge the bill to your MGM room via MGM cross charge and earn MGM Rewards points.
