It's an amazing and cozy restaurant in Stone Oak area. The food is amazing, no matter what you order it's gonna be out of this world and won't hurt your wallet. The inside of the restaurant it's just beautiful and they have live music. Me and my husband just love going there.

Loved the lasagna and live music during our dinner. The ambiance was superb and enjoyed the bread that came with our meal. Marinara sauce was perfect!

We sat in the bar during happy hour and each had 2 glasses of wine and enjoyed the live entertainer. Dinner was good, and the bar server was excellent as he has known the woman for many years.

Milano Italian Grill serves fabulous Italian food. The Fettucine Alfredo was as delicious as the Fettucine that I was served at the original Alfredo's in Rome. Really! But Milano's had an option to add grilled shrimp on the top. Wonderful seasoning on the shrimp was complemented the Fettucine. We topped the meal off with Tiramisu. Bueno! They had a Black male musician with a beautiful voice and he also interacted with several of the children who were in the restaurant. They danced for him, then he let them play the piano during some sets. A fun and entertaining evening. Next time I'm taking my grandchildren, so instead of coloring they can dance to some fantastic live music. (He didn't sell CD's which disappointed me.)

Owner/Manager refused to accommodate wedding party of 30 people despite reservation in place well in advance. Owner/manager gave party room to someone else and was completely unapologetic. Rehearsal dinner was completely ruined.

Our Foodie group picked this place for lunch and we were not disappointed. The service we received was more than we expected. Our server was spot on with all the recommendations and delivered our meals without flaw. Every dish we ordered was very delicious and the portions were HUGE! Highly recommend this place the next time you crave Italian cuisine.

We visited Milano to celebrate my mother-in-law's 99th birthday. Our reservation request was honored for the back room with less noise. The restaurant also went the extra step to present a decorated large piece of cheesecake. The food was average, at best. One guest said the meatballs and spaghetti is better at Olive Garden! My wife's cannelloni was fine but barely warm. I has eggplant with baby scallops and shrimp. The sauce that covered everything including the angel hair pasta was a disgusting, unappetizing yellow concoction with no flavor. The scallops also had very little flavor. Will I go back? Perhaps. Can I recommend Milano? No.

The food is excellent and the prices are very reasonable. I eat here at least once a week and have never had a bad meal! I especially enjoy the Milano's Salad with Grilled Chicken. Everything about it is excellent and the portion is so large that I can take half of it home to have another meal. My friends and I often have Happy Hour in the bar on Friday afternoon. Again, the service and prices can't be beat!

Milanos is a very good place to eat Italian food outside of Italy. Although their service is good some of the dishes need some attention like a hot soup. Their Italian Wedding soup is not the best though. It reminded me of Chienese egg drop soup.

Our first visit to Milano, but probably not the last! On entering, we felt we might be over our heads in regards to pricey dining. While the prices were a littttle more than we are used to, the service and excellent food made us glad we came. Our server was Reyna, who made us welcome and comfortable from the get-go. My wife, Robbie, had lasagna, while I stuffed with fettuccine Alfredo with chicken. Both of us we totally pleased with our choices and had enough to take home for another meal. We most likely we will return for another feast at this marvelous restaurant. Thank you, Milano and Reyna for excellent food and service.

The best Chilean sea bass in town!!! Food, serve and atmosphere is always excellent. Love having live music while dining.

Great personalized service. Four adults and four children. The service was great for everyone. Live music - that complemented the food and did not distract from the evening. Table cloths. Linen napkins. China. Drinks in glasses even for the children. Excellent food. We had everything from steaks, salmon, lamb chops and pizza for one of the young boys. Delightful. This was our third visit. The ten year old boy requested that we return soon.

First time here. I had a great time with family. The food was awesome and seasoned great. The drinks were so good that the bartender needs a huge raise. When I come back to San Antonio I will be back.

Pleasant atmosphere with popular live music. Food is good to very good. Probably appeals to an older crowd.

Good, friendly Italian spot in Stone Oak. Wait staff very attentive and friendly. Good menu and wine/cocktail list with variety of choices. We really enjoyed the live music and the reasonable pricing. This is not a boring and bland chain restaurant with mediocre over-priced food. Huge portions! Glad to have Milano in Stone Oak!

The meal was refreshing and tasty. The menu was simple but the food was excellent. It was a quiet night (at least when we arrived), so the service was very fast and very good. Having lived most of my life in the Northeast (Boston), I'm used to the wait staff being Italian, but in San Antonio the Latinos dominate. Our server did an excellent job. We plan to return again.

Great music and drinks with friends is always good. Specials on drinks and appetizers was great. Visit Milanos and you will enjoy yourself.

Please note that this restaurant failed to reply to all my concerns but chose instead to rationalize rather than recognizing their shortfalls

Whew! Great, great food. It is hard to find a perfect chicken marsala and a perfect chicken piccata, but wow! This place does both perfectly. This is my new goto Italian food. The portions are big, so don't expect to eat dessert. Prices are good and amazing considering the quality of food is OUTSTANDING! I'll probably be here every Friday, so come in and say hi.

The food here is absolutely delicious! The owner and his wife are welcoming and quite friendly as are the servers and Brett the bartender. We also enjoyed the live music provided by Willie - he does a great job reading the audience/mood of the place. Have visited more than once and will continue to do so. Highly recommended!

Had dinner with my family and everything was as good as being in Italy, New York all in San Antonio. I had the Lobster Ravioli, we shared calamari, and the spinach dip, but as a family we tasted each other's food and everything was delicious. I recommend it. But best of all very reasonable prices.

My wife and I discovered this place and enjoyed it so well we took our son, his wife and four young children. The children liked the coloring pages, but they loved the 'kid's food' that they ordered. My 9 year old grandson is a picky eater, but after eating several bites of his dinner pronounced, "This is the best restaurant in the world! We should come back here!" Also, they have live music during dinner.

The food was great, the staff was very nice, made us feel like family, and the price was fair. We'll be going back often.

This was a great venue for our neighborhood women to get together for a nice lunch! The waitstaff was professional and food was perfect!

Tasty dish with garlic, oil, sun dried tomatoes, artichoke hearts, red onion etc. Bread was fresh and delicious.

Lots of choices on the menu of classic Italian items. Based on our sample of two, the food is very, very good. Portions are generous and the prices aren't bad. A better than good-enough selection of wines, and the serving staff is friendly and knowledgeable. Acoustics are a challenge -- lots of hard surfaces and an industrial-style ceiling. Probably not the best for a romantic dinner for two but very, very nice for a meal that will satisfy. Had our trip to San Antonio been longer, we would have gone back again.

Our first visit to Milano was a mixed bag. We had high expectations based on other reviews, so we have been expecting too much. The Italian Wedding Soup was a very different recipe than others we have enjoyed, and was disappointing being very bland. The homemade linguine noodles with white clan sauce was the best I've had. Chicken Piccata had only a very slight lemon flavor and the chicken breast itself was not as tender as might be expected. However, the side of spaghetti was delicious. Very fresh tasting sauce and great spaghetti noodles.

This restaurant is close to where we live and we ate there with friends recently. One of our friends is hard of hearing so the presence of singer/keyboardist was initially a deal breaker until we were seated in a separate, more quite room. This is a plus since dinner with friends shouting over live music isn't my idea of a pleasant evening out. The restaurant has a bar/lounge area as you enter so if you are needing a little more quiet atmosphere, as to be seated in the glassed in room at the back. The food was nicely prepared, hot and tasty. Service was very attentive. The overall atmosphere is nothing special but a clean place, with good food at reasonable prices was all we wanted

Sometimes, all you need is an honest, simple Italian place, and Milano’s delivers. Good food, good service, the live music, and the warm atmosphere all add up to a fun dinner with friends.

We had just left a Doctor's appointment and spotted the restaurant when pulling out of the parking lot. It was lunch time, We knew nothing about Milanos and pulled in for what turned out to be a very pleasant dining experience. The food was excellent and the selections were varied. There lunch specials were reasonably priced and the portions were generous. We will be back on our next trip to the Stone Oak area. If you appreciate good service and excellent food, Milano Italian Grill needs to be on your radar.

My parents, my wife and I recently visited this place for the first time. the restaurant was quiet, not a lot of people. staff was very helpful and friendly. in fact other servers, would look over to make sure we were doing ok. I had the dinner special of Chilean sea bass with shrimp in a lemon butter sauce with pasta. WOW. it was super-fantastic. my wife had salmon fettuccine. It was also amazing. We order the fried calamari for appetizer. Most places end up serving very bready, tough calamari. This, by far, was the best calamari I have ever eaten. the breading was the right amount. the calamari tender and you could actually taste it versus the fried outer ring like most places. big win here. We had a chianti that was tasty and dry we polished off dinner with Italian wedding cake. nice and tasty, also light after eating the pasta. I am glad we tried it out. we will be back! The sitting is pretty open so it might get loud if packed house, but no problems while we were there. There was also a live guitarist that had a nice voice. added to the nice ambience.

I hate to bash a restaurant but I have no choice. My wife and I went there early Sunday evening for dinner. The waitress we had was a sweetheart, was very attentive. I believe the food portions were of ample proportion. Unfortunately, everything we ate was bland and did not taste good. We ordered a fried Raviloi appetizer and the waitress brought it out literally 3 minutes later. I told my wife, they must be frozen and if they came out that quick they were microwaved. Did not taste good. I ordered the Chicken Francesca. It was bland. I had to add plenty of salt and squeeze as much lemon as I could over the meal. My wife had the Linguini Carbonara. She had to douse it with Salt, Crushed red pepper flakes and Garlic powder and still did not taste good. To make matters worse, after we got home we were both sick to our stomach. If only one of us had gotten ill, I would have my doubts if it had been due to the food. However; since we both ate there the logical conclusion was that the food made us sick. Once again I hate to speak bad about restaurants but our experience was not good at all.

Pretty good Italian food. Also has a mimosa buffet brunch that is excellent for the price! Will have to go there for a dinner sometime to try the veal.

Have driven by many times and finally tried. Everything was great and made in house. Shrimp Milano was great, stuffed eggplant fabulous, baked ziti awesome. Will definitely come back.

We were slightly disappointed, the food was ok, not great, the service attentive, the lay out and ambiance strange. My daughter didn't care for the marinara sauce her kids meal came with, there was a $2 up charge to change to Alfredo sauce.

We visit Milanos, Stone Oak, at least two or three times a month! Happy hour is fabulous, dinner is always just a bit above the best! They some signature drinks that are delish! I will order the veal piccata with a side of feticuinne Alfredo and it is so special! My husband varies with the fish, spaghetti and meatballs, salad is always fresh and the bread, fresh baked from the oven! Many items on the menu. You will be happy anytime you go, music every night and watch out Elvis may show his face! Banquet facilities if you need, patio, did I mention great food !

The owner is a fruitcake! Tried to cheat us by taking our gift card then billing the whole amount on the credit card. Aldinos is much tastier anyway!

My wife and I went there for dinner. Our server was the bar tender and he did a good job. I had the chicken marsala and it was excellent. My wife's meal was also very good. I would give the food and service an "A" but the atmosphere a "B", not bad, but great. The decor, like lighting, seems dated and they have a glass wall that separates and area of the restaurant that has kind of tacky painting on it. That being said, I'd go back for the food and service.

It appeared that we must have had a brand new wait person. 15-20 minutes for our drinks to be served, and when my watered down aperitif came, 8.50 for a single 1/4 glass. Ridiculous!! Definitely a family restaurant......friendly atmosphere, and most patrons seemed to be served in a timely manner. The red sauce on my eggplant seemed quite thick and rather re-heated. Wondered if it was still from earlier in the day. House salad non-descript = lettuce and a thin slice of tomato. + had to pay extra for the house salad. The evening we visited, the bar offered a very pleasant soloist who sang 'ol time mellow hits. Nice to have background music.

This place blows the competition away in food flavor, quality and great service with a wonderful atmosphere!! Everyone in our party agreed, Milano is #1...

This is the second time went with friends. We each enjoyed our main courses. The Chilean Sea Bass was very light and tasty. The vegetables that accompanied were fresh and seasoned. The linguini carbonera was evenly balanced and the portion was large. The chicken picante with white wine was great. We also had the Chicken Diablo. The only thing missing from a perfect score was no Expresso available . We will definitely return with friends again.

My mother and I ate here on a whim Christmas Eve. We were warmly welcomed and sat immediately. Our server was attentive and accurate as well as kind and friendly. They were packed and we never once experienced a lag in service. The part that was incredible and rare was when the owner approached the table to check on us and ask if we liked the mussels we had orders. When we exclaimed how great they were he asked if we had tried escargot before. We had not. Shortly there after, to our surprise, he brings us a plate of their incredibly delicious escargot. Both my father and brother were working that night so Christmas felt a bit different this year. Having a great dinner was the perfect remedy but what we left feeling was beyond what we expected. It's been a while since I've seen a restaurant go out of their way for a customer for no reason at all and I work in fine dining! They owner and staff were so warm, welcoming and overly accommodating. This place is like a secret little gem full of love, passion and happiness. The food was perfect Italian comfort food with giant portion sizes! Thank you Milano for the wonderful evening we will never forget!!!!

Always a good place for a hot delicious meal. New items are on the menu board and are always a good variety Try the chicken gorgonzola and ask them to make it spicy!

We went to Milano's on Stone Oak Pkwy. for the first time on 8-3-2019. I was hesitant to go there but decided to give it a try. You walk in and there's the bar and some seating and it flows into the seating for the restaurant. I ordered linguini sun dried from the menu. I didn't want a heavy cream sauce as is found with a lot of Italian dishes. I was very happy when I tasted my meal. It was light, bursting with flavor and I did add grilled chicken by the way. The sauce was olive oil based which I enjoyed. The artichokes, sundried tomatoes, onions and chicken gave it a good balanced flavor. My husband went traditional lasagna, chicken parmesan and loved it. We will definitely be going back. Dress is casual. Great service as well.

I probably shouldn't be writing this review at this time because I'm so totally angry with this place. It's Valentines Day and I made reservations ON THEIR WEBSITE a month ago. I called today just to confirm and I was told that they don't ever get those reservations, so NO, I don't have a reservation. The person I spoke with then told me that they've told the owner numerous times and they don't want to fix it. Are you serious? I personally will NEVER go there again. There are too may good restaurants in San Antonio that actually care about their patrons.

Attended with 33 others for a food and wine paring evening. Food was very good but very small portions as well as the Sterling wines served.More like wine tasting as opposed to wine paring! Fixed price of $108 plus a 20% gratuity per couple with just one waitress - excessive in my opinion!! I'll stick with Total Wine tasting that serves significantly more and better wines albeit the food is good it is more of hors d'oeuvres but at $25 per person (total) a much better event and much better deal for the buck!

If you want deliciously prepared dinner in a fine dining, yet very reasonably priced, wonderful and professional (both in their dress and their manners) lovely linens, quiet candlelight atmosphere without waiting in line for 30 minutes to sit in loud, noisy restaurants and greeted by waitstaff that squat tableside greeting you with "he guys", then do you your yourselves a favor and visit Milano's. oh and did I mention clean bathrooms! Our party of 4 celebrating my birthday started our dinner with a bottle of very nice red wine, warm and fresh homemade rolls. Our entrees were: chicken Parmesan, chicken picatta, pasta in cream and bacon sauce, and I had chicken Francese which was excellent. Cannot say enough good things about this restaurant. Bon Appetit

We decided to try Milano Italian Grill Stone Oak for a recent date night dinner. So glad we did! The food, service, and ambiance were fantastic! We ordered the fried calamari appetizer....it was wonderful -- lightly breaded and not at all greasy. You can request it sauteed, but we opted for the fried version and loved it. I had a shrimp special, which was great. My husband tried a pasta dish, which he enjoyed. Our server, Linda, was awesome...very attentive but not in the hover-mode. She encouraged us to take our time. I liked not being pushed to vacate the table. We arrived around 5:45 and were seated immediately. They were on a wait when we departed, so I'm glad we went early. We enjoyed the live entertainment, too! We will be back!

This is my first visit at this location. Was a regular customer when located in Lincoln Heights (which closed), and usually for dinner. We went for lunch and their lunch menu has a good selection at reasonable prices, no more than $10. Italian seasoned rolls & garlic flavor olive oil bought to table shortly after being seated. I ordered the chicken gorgonzola, which contains sautéed spinach, mushrooms, black olives, that gave it the perfect flavoring, and side of pasta with lemon garlic sauce. For drink J. Lohr reisling, the perfect drink with chicken, not too acidic or fruity, well balanced. The owner was helping with service, bringing bread or drinks to table when needed. The waiter was very attentive, it did happen to be a busy day for holiday celebration lunches, but did not feel ignored due to big groups. Restroom was well kept. Will be back sooner than later.

Fabulous food and beautiful live music! You will swear it's Nat King Cole! Service was awesome...not overly attentive, just the right amount. You can still hear each other talk while listening to romantic music! This is my new go to place for date night!

Very good Italian themed restaurant. Nightly specials are always excellent. Very good wine list and a nightly Happy Hour that is a value. The stuffed veal chop is unbelievably good.

We have eaten here twice and I have not been disappointed by anything either time. Most recently we threw my husband's surprise birthday party here. We had an unusual situation and the staff was very accommodating. The food was delicious. We had a party of about 25 people, and everyone commented on how good their food was. Our service was a tad bit slow, but again we were a party of 25. The prices are great for the quality of food you get. And they have a variety of menu items in various price ranges so whether you want to splurge or you are on a budget, you can find something here. We will most certainly be returning again and again.

Another lovely meal! The specials are always a winner. Of late, they have presented black pasta with lobster and wild mushrooms. Absolutely one of the best pasta dishes anywhere. The owner is usually in attendance and is glad to handle whatever request you might have. Non menu items don’t seem to faze the kitchen. The wine selection is excellent.

We came here for an early dinner and wanted to try a new place out. Appearance: full bar, clean restrooms, nicely decorated Service: Andrea was our server and she was amazing. She did a great job. I would recommend asking for her. Appetizers: breaded mushrooms ($10) & fried calamari ($10) both were really good. The portions were huge. Taste was great. Entrees: chicken with sun dried tomatoes ($15) - this was ok. The chicken was a bit breaded but it was a bit flavorless. At least they put a lot of sun dried tomatoes and capers. Lasagna ($15) the first lasagna that was brought out was still cold in the middle. They replaced it with a fresh one that was pipping hot. My husband said the lasagna was good but not the best he has had. He is a true lasagna critic. We probably won't go back but as always I recommend going and forming your own opinion. You might find something you like.

We didn't have reservations so we went early. Good thing as they filled up quickly on a Saturday night. We were seated promptly and our waitress came over and took drink orders immediately. There is a great selection on the menu so if it's Italian you yearn, you'll find it here. The food quality was very good and portions generous. I would make a reservation on my next weekend visit as it does get crowded. I would recommend Milano's to friends and plan on returning.

Milano is one of the best Italian restaurants in San Antonio. We went on a Saturday night, recently and we had a group of nine people. We were seated about 15 minutes after we arrived. There was a guy playing a keyboard and singing. He did a great job and played a variety of music. The service was outstanding and food was fantastic. We will definitely go again!

First, my wife and I had a wonderful dinner here several years ago. Every year since we take my son's family of six. The younger children love it and say it is their favorite restaurant. The two older children are now requesting Filet Mignon. Everyone loves the food. The service is excellent. Next year when we return to San Antonio for our Christmas visit we will again return. (Also, there is live music that is at an appropriate level that diners can still have conversations while dining.)

My husband and I decided to try this restaurant based on its rating on Trip Advisor. We ordered the calamari for an appetizer. Honestly, it was the best calamari I've ever had. It was lightly breaded and fried, the interior texture was chewy but not rubbery. My husband had the veal parmigiana. I tried a bite, and it was good. I wanted to order the lobster ravioli, but it wasn't availble nor was it listed as a seasonal item. Instead, I ordered the lasagna. It was above average, but not close to the best I've eaten. Also, nothing else came with the lasagna, I'd rate the entree a solid 3 stars but not any better than Olive Garden. My husband ordered a dessert. I think it was chocolate with drizzled caramel. I had intended to only have a taste, but I ate half. The service was quick and friendly. The ambiance was not romantic with music a little too loud for conversation, but mostly a big band feel. I'd heard it was casual, but we were underdressed. I would call it a business casual restaurant that you can take your kids to. Overall, I would go back and try a different dish. Not that the lasagna was bad, but I have particularly high standards for that dish.

This is not the Milano on Wurzbach. That one is under separate ownership. This location is at 19239 Stone Oak Parkway and replaces the old location on Nacogdoches. The owner. told us he moved to this location when his lease on Nacogdoches ran out. Many of the staff appear to made the move also. Nice place, sure hope he makes it. This is, I believe, the fifth dine in restaurantat this location. The newowner remodeled and the interior now looks a lot better than the last place here. The Veal Piccata was excellent. Menu at www.milanorestaurant.com.

Very tasty, fresh Italian food. I had the Chicken Marsala and it was great. The pasta accompanying the chicken was some of the best outside of Europe. Highly recommended.

Really delicious food! We are from New York and moved to San Antonio last year. The food here rivals any classic Italian restaurant in NYC. Great live music, happy hour, relaxed atmosphere, really nice owner, great prices for food and wine. Get the Gorgonzola chicken!!! It will blow your mind!!!

Seven of us arrived for our 630pm dinner reservations and there was confusion with seating. Rhino was our waiter, but he seems overwhelmed with too many tables and now our table of seven. Food service was slow. There was live solo music, which was a nice touch. Very expansive menu, plus the nightly specials. I only ordered the bowl of minestrone soup ($8). It was excellent and probably the best minestrone soup I've found in years. Lots of chunky veggies and hardly any pasta - just the way I like it. Hubby ordered the grilled rib eye with marsala sauce ($35). The rib eye was undercooked. Two at our table ordered veal parmesan ($19) and they raved about it.

This is a great place to go for lunch, happy hour, or dinner. The menu is great for anyone. My favorite is the Milano Shrimp Plate which is at least 4-6 large shrimp gilled with a garlic butter sauce and served with pasta. They also have the most mouth watering bread which is to die for. Our singles group SPN goes there at least once a month. Don't miss it as a regular place to eat out.

I live roughly ten minutes away from Milano and didn't go because I was skeptical of how good it may be. I caved a couple days ago and tried it out. Needless to say, I was missing a very very good place to sit and enjoy the "game" on tv, solid bartenders, a great wine list, and an incredible menu. I ordered the linguine del mar and it was pretty awesome! I lived in Italy for four years and it's difficult for me to find real Italian food that meets my expectations. Milano exceeded them. If you're hungry for Italian food and you're in the Stone Oak area you should check them out! I promise you won't be disappointed.

We are a family of 6. Everybody has different favorites at Milanos. We go quite often for dinner. It is always a hit when going out as a family!

We took my elderly mom to Milano's for brunch after church. She was thrilled to be able to order the crab cake appetizer as her entree and enjoyed it thoroughly. My son and I had amazing omelettes. My husband ordered a pasta dish off the brunch menu. He said it was great. Everything was fantastic--both food and service. We will be back again soon!

We go about once a month since we live not far away. Baked ziti with Italian sausage (asked to substitute for chicken) was excellent and large portion. Chicken Parm was also very good. Caprese salad was flavorful with ripe tomatoes. Bread was warm, House Chianti was solid and a nice pour. Iced Tea was fresh.

Stopped at this restaurant for a quick meeting, cocktail and appetizer. It was great. Had the Mango Martini and the artichoke dip. The ambiance was wonderful, the service was outstanding and the food was great. Even though I did not have an entrée, it was a nice enough experience that I will want to go back soon to try dinner.

My wife and I had a wonderful experience and the food was excellant - the best Italian meal in a long time. We will be back

I don't understand the point of making a reservation when it's not going to be honored. I made a 730 reservation on Valentines day 2/14/2017 through the Open table app. When I arrhiive at the resturant @720 i was told there is a wait for the people that made a reservation. I waited 50 minutes before I was even seated. During the time I was waiting to be seated it took me 10 minutes to receive a drink from the bar. if I wanted to wait an hour for a table I wouldn't have taken the time to make a reservation. Once I finally placed my dinner order I waited an additional 50 minutes for my salad. luckily I had gotten the waiters attention he said he forgot to put the salads in. Look I understand Valentines is a busy occasion, but the management should have prepared for the occasion. So in summary I arrived at the resturant at 720pm , I finally got my meal @ 9:15 first and last time at this resturant.

Went to Milano Stone Oak on New Year's Eve. First time at this restaurant. We usually eat at the Milano's on Wurzbach and love it. Since it was New Year's Eve, all the prices were marked up 50%. Ok, I get it. Take the opportunity to gouge your customers. Food was mediocre at best. I had the Shrimp Milano, a dish I've had many time at the other Milano's. This was, by far, the worst I've ever had. Spaghetti was over cooked and sauce tasted like it was straight out of a can. One person in our group had salmon and said it was ok. Another had the chicken marsala and was underwhelmed. And one had the red snapper and said it was great. Service was good. Restaurant had a DJ but the music was much too loud. We were literally yelling to hear each other. We asked them to turn it down and they did, but it was still too loud. I will never return to this restaurant.

Although there is a Milano's on Wurzbach, this is a new location at the intersection of Heubner Road and Stone Oak Parkway. We lunched there last week and were very pleased with our meals -- Eggplant Parmesan and Milano's Special Salad! Service was excellent and the food delicious. Lunch prices were very reasonable. This restaurant also has a private dining area! I cannot wait to return for dinner!

Ask the owner if he has any recommendations on dinner or if he has any exceptional wine.. You won't be disappointed
Great italian food
What more to say? Great food, as in the old location on Nacodoches. Great service. I particularly like the lunch menu and the Sunday Brunch buffet is a great deal!
