Went for dinner on a Saturday evening before the dinner rush. The menu isn't as big as I would have hoped but it had a good variety. The beer selection was ok and the service was average. Nothing really outstanding however they did have Ossobuco on the menu and it was quite good.

Indifferent (bordering on rude) staff, surprisingly limited ale selection made this trip a disappointment. The Philly cheese-steak sandwich was good but the fries were cold and tasted stale. Will not be back.

We recently had dinner at Miller's Ale House in Northeast Philadelphia with friends, and we will definitely be back! The menu included a wide range of appetizers, sandwiches and entrees, as well as a wide selection of beer. Three of us ordered the Seafood Mac & Cheese, described on the menu as "a five-cheese homemade macaroni & cheese with pan seared shrimp, scallops, and mushrooms and topped with scallions." It was truly delicious. Our fourth dinner partner had the Seafood Medley - "shrimp, scallops, clams, mussels, calamari, scallions and tomatoes sauteed in garlic sherry butter sauce over linguini." He left an empty plate, so I believe he had no complaints, either. We noted the wide selection of beer available, and were especially pleased that two of our favorites, Guinness and Blue Moon Belgian Wheat, were on tap. Service was competent, though not outstanding. Miller's can be loud - the inside dining room is cavernous, with an enormous number of TVs (most of which were tuned to the NCAA Men's Basketball games the day of our visit). Also, the speakers in the ladies' room were turned up so loud, I remarked to another woman that I thought the game was being played in the stall next to me. I'd suggest Miller's turn those down. But with baseball season upon us, I'm sure we'll return to Miller's to take in a Phillies game!

This restaurant which is a small chain located mainly in Florida is a fun and inexpensive place to eat. It has a sports bar atmosphere with loads of different bears on tap. Its not gourmet food by any stretch of the imagination, but the food is imaginative and tasty and the help is very friendly and competent. The prime rib special on Tuesdays and Thursdays for $12.95 is especially good. The restaurant is located in the northeast section of Philadelphia, about 15 miles from center city. There is a second location in Langhorne Bucks County close to Sesame Place.

Went here for a late nite snack. We were seated right away. Our server was great, he kept checking on us and was very friendly. We ordered 20 wings for a group of four. The wings were great and cooked to perfection. We also had dessert and that was good as well. There are a lot of Tv's so if you are a sports fan, your game has to be on one of the screens.

THe menu is not vegetarian friendly. I am sure they are not catering to that segment as well. I had a cheese pizza and it was alright. The beer choices were good.

Want to sit for 15 minutes with no one checking in on you, want to ask for service and get none. Want to have to ask 2 people before you get a manager and then walk out without eating totally aggravated, then this is the place for you!

Although a chain that started in Florida Millers Ale House has the right combination of good food and drink specials and prices that keep customers coming back for more, The Northeast Philly location is where we have visited numerous times over the past year has a group of bartenders who are fun but professional always a smile and a nice conversation. Just try it out you wont be disappointed GREAT Annual Super Bowl Party book early

Liked the proximity to our hotel and the number of TVs for sports viewing. Disliked the service and generally less than inspiring food. OK, but nothing special.

We both had the Philly cheesesteak and it was delicious. A lot of food so hope you are hungry The staff were polite and efficient. I would recommend eating here

Always visited Miller's in Langhorne but recently moved and found the new one off the Roosevelt Blvd. Crab legs are always delish, the zingers ROCK and believe it or not the simple tossed salad is one of our favorites. Plenty for kids and adults to choose from. Good dinner and lunch specials. Great atmosphere and tons of tvs!!

Yes, There is large bar and plenty of large screen TV's. What makes this different is the variety food they offer other than burgers & wings. They have steaks, seafood, fajitas, tacos, ribs, salads etc. Also large selection of beer and specialty drinks.

So, with my son home from college, hubs and I decided that the three of us should go out to our favorite local haunt for dinner - Miller's! Jumping at the chance to not have to cook, we spent a wonderful couple of hours devouring their delicious food! I had the filet mignon under their Lighter Fare menu - it was done rare (my favorite) and served with roasted potatoes and a string bean / carrot medley - the meal was perfect! Hubs had the Pepperoni Flatbread Pizza (he's mad about it) and sonny boy had the Create Your Own Burger (which he loves)... Not surprisingly, another great meal at Miller's! Our server was Grace, who was just the sweetest thing! Super friendly and again, just downright sweet! Miller's is lucky to have her!! Sara, the manager, stopped by to see how we were enjoying our meal and remembered both me and hubs by name from the lobster meal during a previous visit (that review is here on Trip Advisor)! THAT is customer service and, as I said to Sara, not something there is enough of these days. So many folks are quick to tell you when something is wrong; and while that can be constructive when done thoughtfully, we should also let folks know when something is right! Sara and her team at Miller's ALWAYS get it right and we are proud to patronize this business!!!

So I’ll give you an idea of what happened During our visit. My wife and I showed up to the restaurant It seemed decently busy I waited about 10 minutes to get a table which is fine we expected the wait to be longer. We were seated and it took little while before waitress came over and actually let us know that she was going to be serving us again that’s fine. She just came back took our drink order and since we were already also ordered our food nothing special actually pretty easy My wife ordered a zinger salad, and I ordered pepperoni flatbread pizza and an order of zingers sweet Thai chili. Our drink Arrived pretty quickly... which is a good thing because we had somewhere to go immediately after dinner. 30-40 minutes went by no food no refills, and when the waitress finally stopped by and said sorry for the delay should be up soon, Another 15-20 minutes went by and the waitress returned to the table said she was sorry what did we order again. So we explained just a zinger salad, pepperoni flatbread and a side order of zingers with sweet Thai chili... said for some reason it’s not in the system. And she was going to go put the order in again at that point we have already been there almost an hour and had somewhere to go after dinner. So we cut our losses and just said bring us the bill for drinks we don’t wanna wait another another 15-20 for the food... we settled up yes they charged us for the drinks. So dinner was ruined boo-hoo ...but what really made this aggravating is she stopped by after waiting for 30 minutes or so saying that the food should be up shortly why didn’t she just check it at that point. Oh well drove over to five guys burgers and fries had a quick bite was pretty good. Millers fail👎🏻

My wife and i Edward had went to the millers philly ale house on thursday june 4 we had the babyback rib platter. The ribs were so tender they fell of the bone. The best ribs in town service was quick, server Patty was awesome as well. We splitt a full rack Prices are good.We reccamend this place.

My family and friends were looking for a restaurant close to the hotel we were staying at that offered a diverse menu. Miller's Ale House did not disappoint. The menu provided something for everyone in our party; though limited selections for a gluten free diet. The atmosphere was comfortable and suitable for children. The food got mixed reviews. As some thought their selection was kind of bland. The shining part of the meal were the desserts. They were delicious. Our server, Christina, was excellent. She knew the menu inside and out and was very attentive to our needs. Overall a good experience with an excellent selection of beverages and food.

I met with some friends from years ago. Chose this place because it was convenient for all three of us. I didn't realize this was a chain, but have been to the one in Sarasot frequently, and it is a favorite. Specials just about every nite, good drinks and good food. Also service was terrific.

I had a wonderful flat iron steak and baked potato when I was there. Service was quite friendly -- servers in Eagles jerseys were a nice touch. The price was reasonable, and service was very efficient. In a town full of sports bars, including the legendary Chickie's and Pete's, Miller's holds its own.

Ok I have a mixed review here. Wings were really good. I ordered 1/2 rack of ribs with loaded fires as a side. Ribs were dry except for the BBQ brushed on top. The fries looked and tasted like they were reheaded 3x's then burnt the last go around. When I brought it to the waitresses attention she said " Yeah they didn't look good when I got them and brought them out to you". Now why would you serve something that you know really doesn't look servable to your customer? They took the extra up charge off for the loaded fried and gave me a desert on the house. Desert was an apple crisp with vanilla ice cream. That was great! If there was a 2 1/2 star rating that is what I would rate it. That was not average to me but not poor since the wings were great and so was the desert. I suggest you go for apps and drinks. Just stay away from the loaded fries!

I was staying at the Four Points. On the elevator heading to my room I made a comment to another traveler saying that I hope the in house restaurant is good. He told me to just go to this place called Miller's, within walking distance. So, since I love trying new places out, I chose to check it out. Its amazing. Two sides. One has a huge bar, light background music, and tons of booths. The other side ( the side I was in), has another huge bar and high top tables, and a few normal tables. The big difference was that my side also had a touchtunes jukebox that I took advantage of from my phone. Awesome sound system if you are into that. I got the Combo Fajitas. They were superb. The service was top notch. So many choices of what to eat as well. Anytime I am in town, I'll be sure to come back.

Our serve, Amber, was excellent! She was friendly and helpful. She anticipated our needs, such as refreshing our beverages, throughout our meal. She was cordial and pleasant to speak with. She definite enhanced our dining experience!

We have been to Miller's for dinner with friends before and everyone thought the food was fair at best. I ordered fish tocos that were very bland. I requested some hot sauce and was charged 50 cents extra. Not the end of the world, but I was NEVER charged for a small amount of hot sauce before, anywhere. When I questioned the server about this stupid charge, she said that was the restaurants rules. We went back to Miller's yesterday just for munchy's and beer.not any better.

Great food....wonderful specials....super staff -- prompt, attentive, and friendly. Similar menu to some chain restaurants but unique atmosphere. Delicious chicken "zingers" -- I had as an appetizer, enough to share with friends. Main meal - Apple Walnut Chicken Salad was a generous portion and tasty.

Waiting to see the Who perform at Xfinity in South Philadelphia, and the 4 of us from Mass. We're hungry, and we were looking and looking as luck would have it we were near several choices to choose from. A fish restaurant, a steak house, and a couple of others including Miller's Ale House. It sounded like it was going to be the one. Inside the place was large and open plenty of room for large gatherings, by the Delaware River. We settled on Miller's and were seated in a great area large booth plenty of room to get comfortable. Our waiter was way cool he brought out some of everything napkins, cutlery water, and 3 sets of menus. I got a 22 Oz. Draft beer and while the other guys were checking out the menu Joe T. one of the 2 named Joe ordered an appetizer of French fries loaded with melted cheese and bacon 🥓 . Very yummy we cleaned the plate while the others in our foursome had pretty much zeroed in on the Prime rib French dip. We three who had the prime rib French dip were very happy with our choices. All in all our waiter made the dinner very worth choosing Miller's, Ale House.

My husband and I stopped in and ordered the Lobster & Shrimp linguine in butter lemon sauce and we were disappointed in the sauce it was very watery and had no taste, We told our server who was very friendly, and she brought out extra sauce, but I would not recommend this dish at all it looks better on the menus then it tastes.

Phil the bartender was great ! Very helpful and attentive . Happy hour specials are good priced and tasty but the burgers are awesome .. great place to have a good drink thats not expensive and great food

My husband and I went to Miller's Ale House on a Saturday night. The place was busy, but not a long wait. We ordered sweet tai chili zingers and a bowl of French onion soup as our appetizers. Zingers are a favorite and a must have when going millers! Soup was delicious! It was really temperature hot and very flavorful. For dinner, he had jambalaya and I had a custom cheeseburger. Everything was great! Our server Brittany was terrific, frequently checking on us: refilling our drinks and making sure our food was okay. As for the location, I like the bar scene / restaurant atmosphere. It's good for watching a sporting event (they have lots of high def tvs) or even a date night. I will definitely go back!

Excellent selection of brews, which they carried more stout than just Guinness though. Beer prices were slightly on the high-side, around $5/pint for decent domestic brews - $7 for premium beers. Food was average. I had ribs the first night and prime rib the second (stayed at next door Sheraton). The ribs were good and on Monday special for $10. Coleslaw side was good and side salad for $.99 was reasonable. Frankly, I would have preferred to dine elsewhere in the area, but it was very convenient to my hotel.

We went in on a Saturday night for dinner. They took our name and told us about 10 minutes. We took the first available, which was out on the patio. There was a table already eating and they came in to set up a table for a group that was at the bar. We waited for about 15 minutes and no waitress came over to even take our drinks. We walked up to the hostess, there were several there and told them we had been waiting for 15 minutes to be served and were leaving. She didn't seem to care or be fazed by it. We had gone there twice before and enjoyed the food, service and price, but this time really put us off and we would be hesistant to return to that location.

Nice staff and easy location. I do not believe that it is a place for young children. The food ok. I do enjoy micro brews however their selection is basically domestic beers

This was a terrible experience. The staff was rude and lied about the specials. the manager did not honor the price that the waitress quoted. The draft beer tasted like it came from a dirty tap.

Great choice and value for money . Would eat there every night . Staff were fantastic very friendly .

Went to the Miller's alehouse in Philadelphia for a Christmas lunch with family, as it was a central location for everyone. After reading other reviews I was not really sure what to expect. Our table of seven was promptly seated in the pub area, mainly so we could watch football on the 400 television or so they have in the pub area. No sound, just video so it was not noisy and conversations could actually occur. Our server, Christine, was very pleasant, got all the orders right, and handled drink refills without prompting - always appreciated. for a casual restaurant the level of service was very good. Several of our party got the potato soup, and except for saying it could be improved with some broccoli everyone enjoyed it. My sons and I shared a plate of the mozzarella planks. A very large serving for $7.99, but I was almost full after just eating these. Most of the party got burgers in some form or another and all very good and cooked as requested. The bacon on my Brit Burger was very crispy - excellent. The portion sizes were very generous, probably much larger than they needed to be, especially the appetizers. I would have to agree with another review that the vegetarian picking may have been slim, but a nearby table got the pizza and it looked very thin and tasty. We were all too full for desserts, but the ones we saw go past our table were massive. All in all, a very nice place for casual dining and a place we will most likely return to.

Good basic food. Reasonable prices, good service. If your at the 4 Points, walking distance. I would suggest the twin tail lobster but order another tail, worth it.

They have two sides. One is family style dining and the other gives it the 21 and over crowd. Been here 3 times in one month and the food was good. The drinks are cheap, the service is fast and the atmosphere is that of a Applebee's, TGI Friday's, Chilli's but more Philadelphia feel. Definitely unique but just to give you some idea. Watched the Canelo vs Chavez Jr. Fight here. There was a cover but we were seated and no one bothered us and not a bad view in sight. Definitely a go to in NE Philly!

GET THE NACHOS!! They are huge and the best! Our server was quick and efficiant and it looks like all the servers had been there for a while and knew what they where doing.

Stopped here for a quick dinner before hitting the road. Slow service, dirty floors, filthy bathrooms, food was okay but sorta high prices.

Millers has a great feel to it. Food is good and they have added a cool new bar area with excellent TV's for sports coverage. They have a solid beer selection; bottle, draught, and carryout. Unfortunately the draught beer I ordered came out warm, which seemed out of character for them.

You always see a manager!!! Great selection of food and drinks. Big and spacious. Just wish they wouldn't allow children on the patio side after a certain time.

I previously rated this particular Millers in 2012 as very good, but things have been slowly going backwards since then. First, the quality of the food, especially the prime rib has degraded considerably. Second, service is getting slower and more inconsistent. On a recent visit, we waited at least ten minutes before our waitress showed up. After placing our orders and waiting about 15 minutes we ask our waitress about our salads. She made an excuse and then came back in less than a minute with the salads. Obviously the salads were just sitting waiting to be picked up. One of us ordered an end cut prime rib. When the prime rib came it was not an end cut. When the server was told this she left and ten minutes later a manager came back with the same piece of meat.

I was in town and needed a place to grab lunch - near the hotel I was staying. I was not disappointed. I went with the philly cheese steak and it was great. The service was quick even though they had a large lunch crowd. My travels will take me back to philly in Feb - I look forward to going back. Highly recommend if you are in the area.

Wonderful place to bring a family. Good food. Good prices. Good service. They have wonderful light meals like salads or full dinners. Daily specials are really good. While watching my diet I was able to find many foods to eat.

The atmosphere was great! Hung out in the sport bar area. Many screens to view Nascar, Soccer, Baseball. Good appetizers and very friendly service. No attitudes. Overall, a nice clean place to enjoy a meal with family, friends,or alone.

The food was not that great but it's a nice restaurant. The service was fast. Going during a sports event with all the television screens is awesome.

Very very good food, only been here once and it was very good, a little long for the food to come out but the size of the dishes make up for it! Will definitely be back!

Me and my mother came here for lunch and we enjoyed ourselves. I adore the seafood Mac and cheese, plus their potions are pretty decent

Wow. Cool spot! Nick working it behind that bar! Seafood Mac & cheese!! Huge plate & deelish! And I got garlic Parm wings. If u like em crispy better request that. But they r big! Tons of beers & tons on tap! I enjoyed $2.75 Bud Lite then $1 more 23 ounces! Music playing, TVs just casual atmosphere. Sports barish but better food. Lot of variety actually so everyone in your group should be happy. Daily specials, late night happy hrs. Def my kinda place! I'm from outta town so this was my 1st time. I'd def come back. ONLY complaint-it's so freaking hot in here I'm sweating thru my clothes!! Turn heat down geeZ!!

Good food and drink and the people were friendly. Bar keep, and wait staff were involved with the customers making the experience that much better.

Food was wonderful and service was excellent. Accomodated a very large party on short notice! Excellent food as well!

We arrived around 12:30. The hostess we friendly, and seated us promptly. She told us the specials and told us who our server would be. Our server, Angie S., came over promptly, and took our drink order. She was quick to come back and take our order. We ordered the French onion soup, which was great. They have the best French onion, thick broth that tastes great. My wife ordered the chicken parm with spaghetti. The portions are a great size. I ordered the blackened chicken Quesadilla. The size portion again was a great size. The food is tasty. The service, fantastic. The manager stopped to check on things, which were great. This team is an asset to Miller Ale House.

Millers is one of our favorite restaurants. We are almost 'regulars'. Monday night is rib night and you get a full rack of ribs for 12.99. They are fall of the bone fabulous!!! Tuesday night is steak night (8.99) and that's also delicious. Thursday night is prime rib night. That's the last time we went to Millers.... My husband got the prime rib and gave a piece... it was so good it almost melted in my mouth. Next Thursday we will go to Millers so I can get the Prime Rib as well (14.99 on Thursdays). I had a steak salad which was also very good. I don't think we've had had a bad meal at Millers!

This restaurant/bar is very good! If you go at dinner time, expect a wait. We went once after the dinner rush and were seated immediately and once during the rush and were told 45 minutes but it only took about 20. The staff couldn't do a better job and the food was awesome! Each time we went we chose one special and one other seafood item on the menu. We were not disappointed!

The decoration is awesome (by the sea)! The food is fantastic and the variety of the beer is fantastic! The plates have a good price and the ambient is happy with fantastic service!

Picked up dinner for three people the Caesar salad is like the lettuce had been laying in the bowl for a week it was just awful the hamburger was just falling apart like it wasn't cooked properly I just don't know but I would never go back there again I'm very disappointed because I am local. Oh I was there today...thursday October 26..2023. 6 pm

Had dinner tonight with friends at the bar. Amazing bartender withu quick service. Food tasted amazing! Go for wing day!

Our family went to this restaurant after a 5K race. The food was great the service was fast it was not crowded. TVs all over like a sports bar.

After a miserable and lousy day at work, the last thing I felt like doing when I got home was cooking dinner. Hubs offered to take me out for dinner at Miller's and I was so grateful! On the way to dinner, it occurred to me that it was Wednesday and at Miller's, that means lobster!! Feeling better by the minute, I could not wait to chill out with a drink and my fave food - lobster! As we were waiting for our table, a manager came up to the hostess station and told the servers to take the lobster dinner off of the board, that there were only 3 lobsters left. My husband seeing my face drop quickly asked the manager if they could hold one for me. Well, the manager said it wouldn't be a problem and told the hostess to let her know what table we'd be sitting at. I was stunned and thrilled! Once seated, our server, Bren, had already been alerted that a lobster was being held for me and was just so sweet and personable! My husband ordered the blackened mahi mahi, which he just loves at Miller's - between my lobster and his mahi mahi, we were In foodie heaven!! During our meal, the manager, who's name is Sara, came over to check on us and chat a bit. She was just wonderful and I hope that wasn't our last meeting with her. She really took customer service to a whole new level and I will never forget it! Miller's is our go-to restaurant because we love the food and the staff is fantastic! So thank you Bren and thank you Sara for giving us a top notch experience!!!

Now that the kids are in school and myself and my wife work a lot nights we really love being able to go out to lunch a few times a week. Miller's used to be one of our favorite places to grab good food. Lately and especially today the food has been just not good. Today I barely finished any of my food and to be honest my stomach has been messed up since I left today. The burger I ordered (blue cheese with peppered bacon) was really bad. I took a few bites but it just wasn't good. It tasted like ground beef and not beef patty and the bacon looked like it wasn't even cooked. My wife's ribs weren't much better and when they first came out they had almost no BBQ sauce on them. She had to ask for extra. The waitress could not have been nicer so I didn't say anything to her about my food. I took my lump and just left hungry but to be truthful I can't see myself going back. It's a shame it used to be a good place!

Dinner with some friends, one of the few options open this late. It has a full bar, lots of TV's and booths along the side with typical bar type food on offer. We had a mix of starters, all were reasonably ok bar food. I had a Filet Steak with corn and loaded mashed potatoes. The steak was cooked to my order and was tasty, overall they serve good hearty bar food.

Had lunch here, food is decent, prices for the drinks are fair and our bartender was great! Very friendly and open atmosphere. A nice place to chill out

Love the laid back feel. Beer list could be better. Food is what you expect, and decent. Beer to go os a nice touch. If they had more variety on tap, this could be a must-visit.

We stopped here for dinner with family members who had been here before and had spoken highly of this restaurant, and they weren't wrong. The restaurant offers special entrees every evening, and since we were there on Wednesday evening, the special entree was a full lobster dinner for less than $15. Two of our party had the lobster dinner, and they fully enjoyed the large full lobster and side dishes. The rest of us had either the seafood medley or the salmon entree, each of which was quite good. We all had beer...there was a wide selection....which was refreshing. Lots of TV's strategically placed throughout the restaurant, so we could enjoy the Phillies/Red Sox game as well. All in all, a very nice family outing. We're already talking about meeting again at Miller's Ale House on another Wednesday evening very soon

Millers helped my friends & I celebrate over 30 years of friendship & each other with excellent drinks and exquisite tasting food! The atmosphere of the restaurant was amazing & the staff were extremely friendly, phenomenal & accommodating!!

The 25 min wait for drink orders to be taken was just the tip of the iceberg. At roughly an hour, our food showed up. If you want a crispy bun for your queso burger with no queso. This is the perfect burger. I would like to think the poor service and the mediocre food was where this ended. But alas, we also got entertainment during our visit. The table behind us waived down a server to notify him another table forgot their cell phone. I'm which our entire section heard, "If you'd like to go chase him down, go ahead, I'm busy" Like I said comically bad.

Good enough for a chain restaurant. We have been to the Florida Ale Houses and love thier smoked fish dip and other dishes. This was our first time here and was disappointed to find out those items were not on this locations menu. Service was decent and friendly, food was avverage. Cheesesteak was actually above average in a community of real contenders.

My wife and I recently visited Miller’s Ale House for lunch while in Philadelphia for a hockey game at the Skate Zone. The service was very good and the menu choices were good. We enjoyed our visit and the food was good. We would return.

They have a large selection on the menu. The food is always good. Sarah the manager always stops by your table to check on you. Meals are not pricey. If you go you must try the onion soup and the cajun chicken pasta. I'm hooked on this spot!

First I have to say I dine out often. Second, I hate when someone is not accountable for their error, and blatantly lies to my face. We arrived around 6 p.m. on a Tuesday eve. We were seated fairly quickly. Our waitress came not to long after seated, & we ordered drinks & an appetizer. Once the drinks came, we ordered our meals. Appetizer comes out (Took a while, but ok, &. I have to say the zinger app was good). We were sitting and talking, and I see tables around me change to new guests. People that came 30-40 minutes after us had already finished their meals. WAITRESS HADN"T CHECKED ON US FOR THOSE 40 minutes. I flagged another waitress down & had her get our waitress. She comes & I mention that we were still waiting of our food. It was over an hour. She then goes to check. (I was also 3/4 out of drink, but she didn't notice). She comes back to say that the kitchen is backed up & that's why we didn't get our food. Now we are there over 1 hour & 20 minutes, still no food. I then complain to her to say if the food doesn't come out now, then cancel it. It didn't come. I said to her if the kitchen was backed up, then how did the tables around me eat that came so far after us. I knew she didn't know how to respond. I said somehow my ticket got lost, and she didn't say anything. She then said do you want me to get my manager & I said yes. HAD SHE TOLD ME THE TRUTH THAT SHE DIDN"T PUT MY FOOD ORDER IN UNTIL I FLAGGED A WAITRESS DOWN, I might have let it go, but b/c she lied, I did want the manager. The manager came, was apologetic, explained it was not a kitchen error and that she sees the timestamp of when we came in, ordered etc. She then sees that the waitress didn't put my order in until 8 minutes ago. I HATE WHEN PEOPLE AREN"T ACCOUNTABLE FOR THEIR ERRORS. The manager noticed my drink was almost empty & asked if I wanted another I said yes, that never came. Waitress never checked on us after our food came, until we were done eating. The WORST>. I still tipped her, I was agitated, we were hungry, My daughter who is chronically ill was with me, and we had gone straight there from 8 hours of tests at Temple Hospital. Because we ate so late, we ended up not ordering dessert. It was a 2 hour and 15 minute visit to eat 6 wings and coconut shrimp. I asked the front desk on my way out if the waitress was new, and they said yes, & said said no wonder.>. But even a new waitress would be honest and accountable. Maybe I shouldn't have tipped her, but hopefully she will learn to be honest to customers.

Millers philadelphia has been a frequent stop for me over the years. It was always a fun place with good food. My last visit was far from that. The beer was warm, the fried food tasted like the oil it was cooked in an the service was extremely slow. There was six of us eating there that night an only two of the four finished their meal. The managers are attentive but the service staff is lacking. I may try the place again in the future hoping that this was an isolated incident. If so I will post another review.

We order a couple of drinks and also enjoyed the selection of appetizers. The onions rings were suprisingly good, i usually go for the healthy option but my friend order onion rings and couldnt help it . Wings are also a great choice.

My husband and I went for a late lunch here, for the first time since this restaurant replaced CHAMPPS. The new decor is nice and staff is friendly - these are the only compliments I can give. The Bloody Mary was less than average and not as described on the menu. The burger was OK, but did not include an onion slice as assured by the waitress. My grilled chicken salad was terrible, tasteless and boring. The blue cheese dressing was from a bottle, and the croutons from a bag. Applewood smoked bacon? No... pulverized bacon chips the size of coarsely ground pepper. To the credit of our waitress, she noted that I did not eat most of the salad and did not charge us for it. This may be a good sports bar for cocktails and appetizers, but don't bother going for a meal.

good spot to just relax after a long shift!! the appetizers are great and the beer is good! we go there once in a while after work and i like it!! would deffinely recommend it!

Love coming here. It is close to home with great dinner specials and choices. Always satisfied by the good food and service..

Went with a buddy for some food and beer. Great big place! Service was perfect and food was good. He had a burger I had ribs. Very good fries as well. Definitely give it a shot!!!

First time at a Miller's Ale was in Orlando back in December. I was very impressed with their buffalo shrimp, but very displeased with the rest of the meal and the watered down drinks. I visited this Philadelphia location expecting to have those wonderful buffalo shrimp again, only to be let down. The drink was also a joke! A drop of alcohol and a bunch of simply syrup amd ginger ale. I will say that the burger was pretty good, and my friend enjoyed her chicken quesadilla..., but I really wanted my shrimp

Millers has good food but it is highly overrated. A bit loud for my taste, but if you like sports and a loud bar-type atmosphere, then this place is for you. Prices are reasonable on most items. The Zingers are a must-try!!

Stumbled upon this restaurant by chance. Food was excellent, vegetables fresh and properly cooked. Great baked potato. Service received by Michelle was much appreciated. Would definitely recommend to anyone visiting Philadelphia.

We stopped by to have a quick meal on the home from being at the hospital all day with my dad. The new room is very nice with the fireplace burning, but it is very loud, we had a hard time talking across the table. The food is good and very reasonable. My steak came with a huge piece of fat, the manager took my meal off the bill. Great place for burger and fries, not high end.

I've never been here before. Service was greet food was greet. Not expensive. There is an outdoor patio tha't enclosed which was great.

We arrived a little late and the staff was nice and accommodated us as we were a large party. Food and drinks were served in a timely manner and both were good. Food ordered ranged from kids meals to steaks. I had a steak and it was very good.

Casual bar style atmosphere with a family flare to it. Right in NE Philadelphia they found away of having an outside cafe. It works. You don't feel like you're on Roosevelt Blvd. One of the busiest streets around. Very cute. They just opened another location in Willow Grove, PA. Another great spot. Right when you get off the turnpike. Someone told the Miller Boys about location, location, location. They got it right again. BTW...Sports fan...plenty of TV's.

We like the one in Lake Buena Vista, so we tried this one. Menu was the same, but the quality if the food was no comparison. My turkey burger was tasteless and the fries wetr like cardboard. I was very disappointed. My husband liked his filet & sweet potato fries.

We stumbled upon this place when staying at the neighbouring Sheraton hotel with our toddler daughter and were very pleasantly surprised. Good food, excellent service, great prices for what we had (I had a mediterranean flatbread appetiser as an entree and my husband had a coconut shrimp special). Yes, it was fairly noisy but we visited on a busy Saturday evening and anywhere with lots of screens showing sport will be noisy. The server instantly understood what people beed when going out for meals with babies (e.g. food was served first and they were very welcoming of young children). Highly recommended for couples and families alike.

Food is good. Service is good. Large selection of draft beers. Several televisions to watch sports. Can be very noisy depending on the time of day and what sporting event is on the tv.

Had dinner at my third Miller's in the area. Like the other two, the food was consistent. This Miller's on a Sunday evening was quite crowded but we only had to wait about 10 minutes for a booth. I've never been disappointed at Miller's!

This was my first and last visit to this restaurant. While the burger was very tasty the rest of the meal was lacking. We had the fried Mozzarella and the marinara sauce that was served with them had black beans in it, I sent it back and the replacement still had beans in it. A manager said the beans were next to the sauce and some must have fallen in.

I regularly visit this location and I never have a bad time. Beer is cold, the zingers are amazing. You can tell the food is always fresh

First time at Miller's. Began with the Zingers. I do not eat sauce, so they were a bit bland. My entrée was the fish and chips. They were good and a generous portion. My dining partner had the prime rib special, which she said was tough. Without any hassle, they offered her a different steak and a fresh baked potato. I will give Miller's a second try.

I went here mainly because it was next door the hotel were I was staying. I opened the doors and the place was packed. I found a seat at the bar and the three bartenders were working their $#%#'s off. I asked one bartender for some recommendations and I ended up with the Potstickers and Seafood mac n cheese. The potstickers had just enough heat without being over bearing and the mac n cheese was very good. After talking with one of the other bartenders, Brianna, she bought me a Birthday Cake Shot that would be normally to sweet for my taste but it worked for the occasion. The was a group of 30 to 40 year olds standing behind be at the bar. When one heard it was my birthday, he said his was yesterday so I bought us Belvedere shots to celebrate. A few minutes later, he returned the favor. Other than the fact that it was a bit warm inside (probably due to wall to wall people by the time the fight started), I had a good time there. Highly recommended for the service and watching sports with lots of draught beer choices and good pub type food.

A friend suggested this spot for a late lunch. Good food, cold beer and quick service. Our server Erin was awesome and gave great recommendations when asked. I requested something special and received it without issue. The manager even came by to make sure it met my expectations.

Took my kids there the other night. Got seated right away. Food came in a timely manner. My seafood combo was partly undercooked or overcooked. Kids said the ribs were just ok. My scallops were undercooked, did send them back. The manager did come over and take my food off the bill due to the scallops. Not sure if I am going back there, just seems to iffy there.

First time here, a great place to pull up a stool for some great food n beer. Bartenders both Kirstens, Lee, Scott were great, very friendly and attenative. Would most def cine back.

As we navigate through covid, it's a pleasure to dine out and feel safe. The well being of employees and customers is important to management. My only comment is the temperature in the restaurant is usually cold. We dined with our coats on. Food and margaritas were good as always and we look forward to returning in the next week or so.

Grabbed a late night bite after flying all day. The place was warm and inviting. The food was good and hot. Staff was friendly and attentive. They are open until 2:00am so a great spot to eat late when you are hungry. They also sell beer to go.

It was OK the drinks where not that great. It was supposed to be a margarita but it taste like juice. The service was OK

This place is a lovely surprise. The food were good, the staff were nice and prices are not expensive.

Food is pretty much average but the boneless wings are very good. Went a few times to watch some games and they have great beer specials.

Usually stop here after a round of golf or to meet friends . Never have had a bad experience. A menu that offers a wide variety; the daily specials are well worth the price. The renovated "patio" area is comfortable. A fine selection of beers to meet anyone's taste. It does get crowded on weekend nights, but the wait wasn't more than expected. The staff are always very pleasant and attentive.

I've tried this place three times over the last year. The first two times the food ordered came out cold and not fit to eat. The last time, last night, I walked over from my hotel to have a bite to eat. They seated me in the area that appears to be an enclosed patio. The seater left and I waited for someone to arrive to address my order. The place was REALLY LOUD! After a while a person arrived but we couldn't hear each other well enough to communicate well. I left. I won't be back. Three strikes, you're out.

Not my cup of tea. When we first arrived it smelled like spilled beer that was never mopped up. We were seated by the bar at a little booth, which to me is a plus for any place that has booths. I ordered a salad that looked like it came from a bag and got dumped into my plate. My boyfriend ordered the wings which were just okay. All in all the only way I would come back is if I wanted to drink beer with some losers and have crappy food.

Difficulate to rate. Depending on your point of view, maybe 5 stars if "value" is your top concern and know "what to order". Not everything is very good. Extensive menu, inexpensive, fair portions, good specials, ok atmosphere BUT didn't want to give the expectation that food was great or a go to place. It's a very good lunch spot or quick dinner at a fair price with good service. Philly is very good at better places but very poor at the middle of the Spectrum. Usually service is the weak spot which in my opinion can ruin a great meal. Been to Millers a few times, had some poor meals, but now knowing "what to order" (very important). will go back.

Went for a lunchtime outing! Had fun with my girlie, as always!! I couldn't even eat all my cobb salad it was so large. The long island tasted like juice. Blah!

Went to Philly to visit family on a whim and they took us to this place. Boy was it cool to go their. This place has some great drink specials. The food was great, we went for appetizer and they were so tasty. Great pitcher of margarita's for an awesome price. I wish they had one in Connecticut. Where can you go get shots for $2.50 and a bucket of beers for $8.95. Next time we are in Philly totally going to Phillies Miller Ale house.

Wide selection of craft beers which is always a welcomed sight. The food is fantastic. The happy hour drink specials are a little lacking unless you like the staples your find at any bar (miller, bud, coors, etc) The food is definitely shareable for happy hour and they can accommodate large groups of people.
Don't Bother: Mediocre, Overpriced Food/Drinks and Poor Service
My partner and I were excited to dine here after a 6- hour car trip, because we wanted some cold beer and I saw on-line that they featured prime rib on Thursdays. We both ordered domestic drafts and prime rib dinners medium rare. The drafts were not exactly cold and they were $8 each! The prime rib was delivered to us (after a 20-minute wait) medium well (instead of medium rare that we ordered). They replaced them with medium rare beef; however, the meat was so tough it was hard to cut and chew. A customer from a nearby table who had also ordered prime rib asked if we enjoyed our dinner, as his meat was tough too! After waiting 10 minutes for a check, I found that they charged me for 4 prime rib dinners instead of 2. They corrected the bill after making us wait another 10 minutes. Big disappointment all around.
