By ankita123 |

Visited restaurant last year it was awesome but in this visit recently food quality were completely bad.. Waited for roti/naan for more than 15 mins for lunch buffet even when there were very few customers . Food was not heated as well looks like previous day food served..!!

Awesome food and taste

By Bhavesh V |

We have visited Mint Indian bistro last night and very happy with service, food and atmosphere. Restaurent is very crowded and waiting like half n hour. We supposed to go to Gandhi Restaurant and that was closed for renovations. We choose this as a option instead and that’s it. We got the perfect option for our trip. We have tasted a North Indian dishes that day and after finished a dinner same time we have decided to go next day again to taste a South Indian dishes. I honestly suggested to try this restaurant if you really looking for Indian taste. But before you go must make advance booking as per our experience.

Awesome Indian food

Absolutely fresh and delicious spread. Each and every dish was so tasteful and perhaps the best place for Indian food in Vegas.

When the craving hits

By KikiBakshi |

We went there on a friend's recommendation, and weren't disappointed, even though we went at a wrong time, when they were nearing the end of their buffet service, which meant that not all the dishes were fresh. However, there was a wide enough variety to choose from so we did have a good meal. Made a mental note to go around noon next time, or then after 4:30 p.m. when they change to à la carte. The food is authentic and freshly made naan is brought to the table. Wine is available by the glass or bottle.

Great Food, Great Service!

By noworries2000 |

Tried this place while we were staying in the area and loved it! So many options from all over India, and they'll make it as spicy or mild as you like. If you are unfamiliar with Indian food, the wait staff is happy to help with excellent recommendations. Service is prompt and professional - prices are very reasonable. I've been to India many times, and the food is on par with anything you'd get in Mumbai or Bangalore. Enjoy!

My favorite Indian place in Vegas

By johnkovinla |

I always love this place, it's the best Indian buffet I've ever been to and the food is always fresh and yummy. Very authentic, there are mostly Indian people eating there so you know it's good. If you're gluten free or vegetarian you will lots to pick from.

Dinner visit

By Balmohan W |

Excellent food, Quick service. However too many waiters around causing confusion. Waiting time was not much but advance reservation is best advised.

Meh

By Carol B |

The menu sounded amazing, so I had high hopes but was disappointed in quality and service. I ordered the Masala Dosa. The food wasn't hot enough especially the soup. One of the dips / sauces was only vegetable oil (probably canola) with paprika or some red spice sprinkled on top. Certain oils like canola, sunflower, etc. are not good, and I try to avoid them. Nothing memorable about the meal.

Excellent Dinner Choice

By hate2wait |

I was in Las Vegas on business at the end of May, travelling with a gluten-intolerant co-worker. She recommended Mint, and I agreed. The restaurant was more than half-full, not bad for a Sunday evening. The service was very attentive, the menu had lots of choices, and made a point of identifying dishes that met specific dietary needs. I ordered the chicken tikka masala, and liked that our waiter gave us the choice of how spicy we wanted the dish. The meals came out quickly, and good and hot. The chicken was flavorful (and spicy) and the garlic naan very good. It appears to me based on the other reviews that this restaurant does much better with menu service than their buffet. I would definitely return.

A Great Experience

By sudershan s |

Visiting Indian Bistro in Chembur for our wedding anniversary celebration turned out to be a great experience. Their unique concept of service like serving Pani Puri with the liquid in syringes, Railway Mutton curry in an Engine, interesting names in the menu is really fascinating. The food is delicious and the service is impeccable. What added icing to the cake was that when they came to know that it was our anniversary, a cake with a candle and a guitarist singing congratulatory song appeared from nowhere. I would love to go there again and again.

Good flavor, limited choices

By Durwood N |

We enjoyed the buffet here, what there was of it. The naan was bland but the curries were flavorful. All things considered the service was OK. The prices were acceptable as well. The soup was excellent, though. We will try again.

The best Indian food!

By Jimmy T |

We have been here twice this week, once for dinner and then returned for the lunch buffet. The flavors of everything we tried were exceptional! Great service and very reasonable prices. Would definitely return!

Terrible experience

By Ashish Jain |

It is not the restaurant to go the waiter is terrible .On google and everywhere it has been written open until 1130pm and when we reach there at 1115pm they refuse to take order and more so the head waiter named Biru talked in very rude way .He said talk to anybody we will not take order after 11 pm.Do not go to this restaurant they are worst people in Vegas.

Good

By uri s |

Nice food not the best Indian I tried but good. Isn't designed as an Indian place. Polite and hospitable

Family dinner in Vegas

By mm |

We went for dinner during our Grand Canyon and Vegas trip. Very tasty food. Quick service. Good variety of choices. Be careful with their spice level. They are serious about their spices. We ordered most of our dishes with spice level 5 and one with 7. Try anything over 5 at you own risk even though you think you can eat spicy.

Authentic food but horribly over-priced drinks

By Neatham |

The food here is very good - the best iddly and uttapam that I've had in the US. However, the drinks are poor quality and over-priced. We had an insipid cocktail and a mediocre bottle of wine, which cost double the price of the food.

Great Indian food and there are many gluten free options.

By Alison S |

This is the second time we've eaten at this restaurant on two separate trips to Las Vegas. The food is excellent and the service is very good. My wife must eat gluten free and this restaurant has a menu with several excellent options for my wife to chose from. We highly recommend the Dosas, although be forewarned that they are huge and are almost a meal in themselves (definitely enough for lunch for one person)! We also ordered the Mahakall mango masala, the Maharaja tikka masala, raita, and gluten free roti. The masalas were spicy, flavorful, and delicious! The only complaint that we had was that the lamb in the tikka masala was on the tough side. We had enough food for dinner as well as lunch the next day for both of us.

Great place to eat!

By Jurelie J |

Wonderful people with great food. The Roti's were very tasty. Indian food is one of my favorite kinds of food and I would highly recommend people to try their Indian food.

A worthy selection for Indian food in Vegas

By kumarsivan |

A very positive experience having a lunch buffet at the Mint Bistro. Set in a strip mall. The place was moderately busy and service was good, friendly and prompt. A nice array of both vegetarian and non vegetarian options laid out. The yogurt was thick and creamy. Had a nice Mango lassi to complement the meal. The bread and Naan that I ordered to go with the dishes were warm and crispy. Overall a worthy stop in Vegas.

Authentic Indian Food

By SAROJA R |

We were there last weekend and stopped by this restaurant. Though small it offers a good variety of food and has a decent ambience. There is a lot of options for vegetarians.

What a find!

By Chandra C |

The hubby and I just walked off the strip to find a Thai place, but that was way to long of a wait and we decided to go here instead. The wait was reasonable. Absolutely hands down the best service and food we have ever had in Vegas. The food was amazing and affordable. The place was packed. Will probably go back before we leave.

Wonderful Indian food , Vegan friendly

By Sasha P |

I wanted to go to Vegenation for dinner when I was in Las Vegas last time, but they closed at 9:( After driving 5 miles to find out a vegan Thai restaurant was no longer there, I found this gem. Open until 11:30 pm, the food and service were exceptional. I ordered my curry at a spice level of 8/10 because I love hot food. They have a page on the menu called the "inferno", and if you can finish the meal you get your picture on the wall and a $50 gift certificate. After tasting what they call an 8, I feel like next time I will take the inferno challenge. I would rate the spice level of my meal more like a 6 compared to the hottest Indian food I have eaten(Winter Park, CO). I finished that insanely spicy meal because it was so good I couldn't stop eating even though fire was shooting out of my eyes and ears!

Very Good Indian/Fusion place

By SKU1970 |

Went for Dinner slightly away from the crazy strip in flamingo rd. In a strip mall, but food taste, service was great. Very good options for Vegetarian. Will visit again if visiting sin city next time

Modern and Innovative

By drajhansa4 |

This is not your typical Indian restaurant. It has a modern and well appointed interior. The menu is innovative and has great explanations besides each dish. The service was quick and friendly. This will be my go to Indian restaurant of choice when I’m visiting Las Vegas.

Excellent food. Excellent staff

By Venture563519 |

Had a dinner which was excellent. Recently travelled to India and their food was spot on to that we had in India. Went back for the buffet a couple of days later. Not a "high end" environment, but excellent food for a reasonable price. Will go back again

Authentic Indian food

By AnjanManda |

Visited one day for dinner, ended up visiting next day.Their buffet is very good.Food is very tasty .pricing is also reasonable .value for money.Good restaurant.

Outstanding Lunch Buffet

By sharrongeg |

First time here - had been looking for a good Indian lunch buffet restaurant in Las Vegas/Henderson area and finally found it! In a (questionable looking) strip mall on East Flamingo near the Atomic Testing Museum - the first thing we noticed upon entering was that 90% of the patrons were Indian. Always a good sign. Buffet was quite good and we enjoyed a mango lassi too. Note: mango lassi was a bit small for the price.

Mediocre at best

By Amy G |

We had a party of 3 around 8:30pm. It wasn't very busy. We shared the non-vegetarian dinner for 2 and added another dish of tikki masala and 2 orders of vegetarian samosas. We ordered 5 on the hot scale and it was not hot at all. If you like any spice make sure you go higher. The dinner was just ok. It was warm but not hot like it woukd be if freshly made. I think they just heat up leftovers from the lunch buffet or something. I wouldn't go again.

Tasty Food!

By Travel Enthusiast |

We were trying to find something to eat that wasn't at a casino. Happened to find this little place. It was packed when we walked in, but we were seated fairly quickly. They were short on staff, so it took a little bit longer to put our drink order in. Once our server came he made some very good suggestions. We ordered the vegetarian samosas for our appetizer. My husband ordered the ANDHRA CURRY, A SOUTH INDIAN SPECIALTY with goat and I got MAHARAJA TIKKA MASALA with chicken. Both were very good and more than enough for our entrees. We’ll add this to one of the places when we’re looking for good food.

Mediocre and overpriced

By Anastasha77 |

The food was average at best and it is overpriced and very hard to find parking there. Poor customer service also

Excellent choice of Indian buffet

By Sheela |

Even though we were veg, the prices were the same for the buffet, regardless the food was awesome and we are picky when it comes to food!

Nice Surprise

By T O |

It's usually a good sign when the strangers exiting as you are arriving voice " you're going to love this place". And we did. The aroma as you enter suggests you are about to have a great meal. Fairly extensive menu with great labeling as far as veggie, vegan, gluten free, etc. Great patient waitstaff offering solid advice and helpful recommendations. I had an outstanding yellow curry dish from the Northern India section, my wife a eggplant dish she raved about. A couple different types of nan, a nice mango chutney. All the positive reviews are well deserved. The only downside is the location which is next door to a check cashing/loan shark operation and attracts quite a few homeless folks to this strip mall. The parking lot is extremely small and you may have some discomfort if you can't find a spot near-by.

Average buffet service

By BinodMishra |

Was here for lunch today and clams they said they only have buffer service so had no option than to go for it how ever food was above average .

Yummy!

By EmmeS1744 |

So good I kept eating....we had a tandoori chicken and a great curry. Staff was attentive and friendly, although I could have used a bit of help with the menu since I've never had Indian before. Parking was a bit tough, just saying to be honest. Other than that it was great from the moment we walked in and it smelled so exotic. Wonderful...go, go, go!

Very Good Food! Clean Restaurant...

By P9152PVkt |

Enjoyed our late lunch/ early dinner at this location. Buffet was kept clean and tidy. Naan was tasty. Very attentive service too.

Pathetic staff

By Abhishek G |

Server was very rude to us. No way of speaking and yelling for no reason. Has no manners on how to speak and only one server was available and cant handle even few orders. Please think before going . SUPER ARROGANT and no manners

Disappointing lunch buffet

By jared304 |

Went in with a party of three at 1:35 PM for lunch buffet, which is open till 3. We were pointed to a table with a waive. All staff acted as if serving guests was a chore. Pricing was neither displayed nor mentioned. We were asked for our choice of breads, which turned ou to be extra. When checking out, only totals were on the check, to further muddy the picture and almost suggest trickery. The food was just short of mediocre. The buffet was regularly replenished. While the sauces were of different colors, one was hard-pressed to tell them apart, as if they were simple tweaks of the same stock. All in all, neither the flavors experienced, nor the service and atmosphere would ever entice me to come back.

Amazing

By Ashray L |

The food is very lovely. You should try the amazing butter chicken, it’s as far as i Know, not on the menu But they Can make it anyway. Very Nice! Some of the tables are broken, and they fixed it not properly. That’s the only negative opinion about This bistro

Good food and a quick trip from the strip

By Steven U |

Wanted to try a few new places in Vegas on this trip. Found this in one of the numerous lists of must try places so figured I'd give it a shot. Dropped in for the lunch buffet which was very much worth the price. Food was very good and fresh. Had never really tried Indian food before, but thought that pretty much everything I tried was very tasty. Enjoyed the experience and would come back again.

Food for Indian Lunch

By Shivendra B |

First thing first - Food experience should never be judged by the place the restaurant is, so this place might not look like a typical Indian restaurant but I must admit the food was what you have here you wouldn’t have any complaints We had lunch here which was buffet and all was good, you had reasonable options to choose from We topped up the lunch with a tea If you are going for a dinner check if the serve buffet, or do share your experience

Really nice halal Indian food

By Ducky |

I’ve visited Mint on several occasions whilst on business in Vegas. The food and service is great. Also the prices are very reasonable. We have been for dinner and for the lunch buffet which I enjoyed a lot as there’s a lot of choice from vegetarian to meat and dessert. The masala dosa was one of my favourite items along with the mix grill. And make sure you try the lassi as it’s delicious. A favourite spot of mine in Vegas when I’m missing home cooked food.

good food

By Sandeep S |

we arrived very early for dinner but saw that most of the tables were full so this restaurant for me is doing well and why not as we also enjoyed the food what we had > it serves both north and south Indian food and and with every dish they given you lot of options to choose from > this place is also famous for its Lassi Bar so i also ordered one but for me was about ok anyhow good place to eat overall good food

Good Indian food

By J B |

More than half the restaurant were Indian. The food was good, but the vegetable samosas were dense. Friendly staff, good beer list, reasonable prices. Worth a visit.

Overall the experience was good

By Aaisha K |

Tandoori items were juicy and bursting with flavor.the staff was polite and attentive.the cafe was warm and cozy vibe.

Don't Rush

By usagirl |

Monumentally mediocre, far more sauce than meat in the Masala and Madras dishes. Hapless bartenders charged different prices on the same overpriced rounds and someone needs to show them how to pull a pint.

Very good Indian food.

By Soumya S |

The only reason I didn't give it a 5 rating is because I didn't try a variety of foods. The ambience is really good, the staff is nice and the food is good. Do try their dosas.

Great Indian Dinner

By Joshua Y |

We had a lovely Indian dinner on this cute place... And once we saw local Indians dining here we knew it's gonna be a good place. Try the Somosas... They are really great The signature tandury chicken was also very good Beware... A bit spicy

Best Indian Food

By jpbiggs2 |

As vegetarians, we make a point of eating at Indian restaurants all over the world as we travel. We typically start with TripAdvisor for suggestions. This is how we happened upon Mint when we were in Las Vegas last week. I don't review often, but Mint deserves mention. Obviously, I can only comment on vegetarian dishes, but the ones we had were truly outstanding. We started with the veggie samosas which were delicious. Mint has exceptional mint chutney and tamarind chutney. For our main course we had the baingan Bhartha, the yellow daal, aloo Gobi, and the bhindi masala. Each dish was extraordinary. The garlic naan was also a stand out. If you are vegetarian, or just enjoy Indian food, you must make the trip to Mint if you get near Vegas. We've eaten at over 30 Indian restaurants around the U.S. and Caribbean and Mint is one of the very best if not THE best we've had. It was so good, we ate there two nights in a row!

The worst experience we have had at a restaurant

By Marcel P |

This is the worst experience I have ever had in a restaurant. On the 3rd of june our family went to dinner. As they do not take reservations we had to wait our turn which is fine. However the wait was 2 hours! Although we were told it would be 45 minutes in the system. In the meantime we could see vacant tables inside! We finally got a text that a table was ready. When we went in there was no one to talk to. We finally went up the the manager who found a table. Even then we werent served. Unbelievable but true. Finally when a server was called in by us we were told they had no Thosai which is why we went there. This was the most disorganized and chaotic restaurant that we have EVER been to. No exaggeration. Great Indian food in Las Vegas

By Vipul R |

This is a great place for tasty Indian food. They also have Ghost pepper challenge if you want to go for it.

Good Indian Food

By lynhdan |

Needed my Indian fix and decided to give Mint Indian Bistro a try. Came here for lunch and usually most Indian restaurants in Vegas serve buffet for lunch but since this review is during the covid 19 buffets are not yet to be open Mint had an endless platter of Indian favorites from masala to dal. In terms of flavor, it was good. Not too heavy like other Indian places I’ve been to. Service was also very attentive and engaging. Overall a good experience

Good cuisine

By Ruud V |

Good cuisine with lots of choices. Portions are the right size. Smooth operation including serving robot. Service even went so far as to help us with an Uber ride.

Excellent food

By TexasRG |

Great paneer sizzler, dal makhani and even the dosa was very good to our surprise. The service was prompt and good. Will return again.

Lunch Buffet

By Geneva H |

If you like Indian food, Mint Bistro is an excellent place. My friend and I visited one Monday when they were close to closing out lunch. They welcomed us in and the food was very good plus the service and management was very friendly. Good selection of dishes.

Delicious food, great services, one of the best I’ve visited!!

By Bhavspa |

Having visited with family to Mint bistro yesterday,we tried variety of Indian food from Chaats, South Indian Dosas, and North Indian,Non vegetarian food. We found all the dishes were served with sufficient quantity & made with your choice of spice levels.. Their Lassi Bar is worth trying for sure.. Overall enjoy our evening & Meals at Mint, Def recommend it to you. 👍🏻

Almost like "comfort food" for Indian palates

By SDjsb |

Delicious food. Exterior of building is non-descript in a strip mall. Interior neat and clean but not fancy. Customer service quite attentive. Rather long wait time for food. Dinner reservations recommended. Dined there early July at recommendation of son, who lives in Vegas. Once we opened the door and stepped inside, three separate people came to greet us while a table was being cleared for us. Impressive. Wide variety of menu items, representing both northern and southern India. Extensive list of beers plus a minimalist list of wines and spirits; try the beers. I had the House Special "Mahakali Mango Masala," which was a delightfully smooth and slightly fruity aromatic dish served with white rice -- an instant favorite. My companion had a Saag. My son enjoyed a Vindaloo. We shared an order of garlic Naan bread. Spiciness is ordered by number, from 1 to 10. In my experience, a "5" here is a bit tamer than I have experienced around the country but my companion was comfortable with hers. I sampled son's "8" Vindaloo and it was quite spicy but did not bring tears to my eyes. Dinner reservations seem to be wise. We arrived at 6 PM on a Tuesday, without reservations, and were the last non-reservation party seated during our stay. One drawback to dining here. It took more than an hour for our food to be served, so once it was served, we were a bit rushed. Plan ahead! (And order your Naan to be brought before the food so you will have something to nibble on) We will go back.

Excellent quality food

By py58 |

We came for dinner looking for an Indian restaurant open till late, in this case 11.30 pm. We are of Indian origin and look for quality. We loved the food so much that first night that we came back again next day. And they were again outstanding.

Awful, very Disappointed

By G D B |

After seeing #1 ranking on Trip Advisor for Indian restaurant in Las Vegas, on Day-2 we took Uber to this place with high expectation particularly after excellent Indian lunch on Day-1. We regretted our decision for not repeating the Day-1 restaurant! Even before we were greeted or alloted a table, we were asked you want nan or roti? Only choice was buffet lunch. I ordered a Kingfisher beer and settled down and picked some pakodas and salad. I called the server and pointed out that the pakodas were ice-cold. No response and he started avoiding eye-contact. On my asking him again, I was told without any regret that there are 'no reflector heaters'. The guy clearing the dishes from table, didn't have basic courtesy to ask and was going over our dishes to remove used plates and I had to stop him. The food was tasteless, a bad experiment and survived only on my Kingfisher!

Must visit

By Carli P |

We go to vegas twice a year and always uber to mint. The restaurant is clean and the staff is friendly and attentive. The lunch buffet was perfectly priced and absolutely delicious. I've enjoyed our Neas here over the years more than some of the nicest restaurants on the strip.

Fantastic Indian Food and Service

By Terry-Hodgkinson-Tao-Journeys |

Really delicious food and great staff who provided excellent service. I would eat here again and again and again. Just thinking about the food while writing this is making my mouth water.

Enjoyable Dinner

By Janette Agueze |

Visited this local spot while in town with a group of colleagues. I really enjoy Indian Cuisine, and Mint did not disappoint. I ordered off the menu, so I can’t speak to the buffet. I started out with some organic samosas and for my entrée chose Saffron Cauliflower served with rice (extra spicy). I was very impressed; the food was outstanding and very unique in flavor. And the mango Lassi is a must have... SO great! The reason I gave 4 stars is simply because the service was a bit slow throughout the dinner. I’m sure this will get better over time. Highly recommend!

Real Indian food!

By Tim B |

On my quest to find real Indian food in Vegas, this is the closest yet. The restaurant was busy, and at least half the clientele were Indian. Good signs, of course. Service was friendly and attentive, the food very good and properly spiced. The tarka dall was especially good, with fresh naan and cranberry rice (never seen that before, it was very good).

Great Indian food.

By Miss Diana |

Before this experience, my only encounter with Indian food was at a buffet, where I tried a little of everything but understood almost nothing. That changed when my friend Vinuta offered to guide me through a proper introduction to Indian cuisine—this time with a focus on vegetarian dishes. We began our culinary adventure with roti, a large, thin, round cracker served with two dipping sauces. The first was a creamy green chutney, spicy and savory, reminiscent of a Rajkot chutney with peanuts and green chilies—absolutely delicious. The second sauce was a brown, oil-based dip. At first taste, it was surprisingly sweet (not my favorite), but that quickly gave way to a warm, spicy heat that hit the back of my throat in the most pleasant way. This unexpected transition made it my favorite of the two. Next, we tried Dahi Sev Puri—crunchy, ball-shaped crackers filled with chutneys and yogurt. I wasn’t expecting them to be so hot (temperature-wise), and almost burned my tongue! The interior had a soft, gelatinous texture and was mildly spiced—definitely an interesting dish. Then came the Gobi Chili—a flavorful fusion of cauliflower, green peppers, onions, Indian spices, soy sauce, and chilis. It was spicy, bold, and absolutely delicious. After that, we shared a Vada Pav, essentially a spiced mashed potato patty served on a buttered bun with chutneys. It had a great texture and was surprisingly filling. For our main course, we ordered Paneer Biryani—a spiced crunchy rice dish with vegetables like carrots, green chilis, peas, and cauliflower, cooked in ghee and mixed with paneer, a soft Indian cheese similar in texture to firm tofu. It was served with raita, a cooling yogurt-based sauce that balanced the heat of the biryani beautifully. This combination was rich, hearty, and deeply satisfying. We even made room for dessert! I was so glad Vinuta indulged my curiosity. We tried Gulab Jamun, soft fried dough balls soaked in rose-flavored syrup. The rose was subtle—just enough to notice without being overpowering. Sweet and comforting. My favorite, though, was the Mango Kulfi, a creamy frozen dessert made with sweet mango pulp and milk. Served on a stick, it was like the perfect Indian popsicle—lusciously smooth and full of tropical flavor. This meal was a true eye-opener. I'm so grateful to Vinuta for guiding me through it, and I can’t wait to return—next time, to explore the meat dishes!

Flavourful & Authentic

By of Course We'll Come |

When looking for the authentic in the layered veneers of Vegas you can still come upon the genuine taste of India right here on this place. The full restaurant is your first clue of the happy customer return traffic. The lights are dim but the faces are smiling. The setting is away from the the main traffic of the strip in a less traveled section. The selection of beer was limited, however the alternate Belgian variety offered was a highlight. Service on the warm overflow patio was at a slower pace. When the food arrived it met every expectation. A satisfying memory of eating in Vegas.

"Average Indian Food"

By Clara S |

I read so much about the food so decided to try it out.. The restaurant was packed and people were waiting outside to be seated. Since it was busy we decided to take out. The service was good but the quality of food was just ok nothing outstanding..I am a foody so was hoping for something amazing and was disappointed.. I felt it was pricy and the portions were very small. The flavor was just ok.. I wouldn't go there again..

One of the Best Indian Food

By Pallavi Nair |

Good things come unexpected, so was our decision to eat at this place over Thai cuisine. We went for lunch buffet for our brunch after a late night party. And we were not disappointed even a bit. There was a big variety of Indian food, right from the North Indian cuisines to South Indian dishes and from western Indian delicacies to Indo-Chinese dishes. We tried and ate them all. We even received 10% discount for checking in on Instagram. Food place, good service, good staff, highly recommend this place for Indian food lovers.

Good food

By profbenson |

Allergen friendly. Good food. Unexpectedly crowded for Thanksgiving night. Service was a little slow, but they were slammed. Will return.

Wonderful

By Notts01 |

Excellent. A wonderful find on East Flamingo Road and we visited three times during our week in Vegas. Great food, great service and well worth a visit.

Crowded but good food

By Bo B |

We love Indian food and this is a great deal if you can get it during lunch hours. Buffett is huge and the food is tasty with a great variety of dishes. We wolfed it down like we have not eaten for weeks. The Buffett price has gone up but it is still a good value for the variety and quantity. Plan on arriving early for lunch as parking is limited and this place draws in crowds.

Pretty Standard Fare

By Mani |

We checked this place out during a recent visit to Vegas. The lunch buffet is adequate with the normal spread - chaat, fruits, veg and non-veg starters, naan bread, rice etc. . The wait can be long, especially on Saturdays. As with any buffet type setup, it is usually a hit or miss. And most of the buffet items were good. The naan was pretty good. Overall, this place is worth checking out if you are looking for a good/standard Indian style meal in Vegas. Nothing will disappoint you. Nothing will be exquisite, however - you shouldn't expect that at this price.

Very tasty!

By Tori M |

Buffet in Las Vegas, bf and I got lunch here. Found the food to be absolutely delish, service good, and prices reasonable. Would totally return! There was a great variety of food in the buffet too.

Great buffet

By Piyush P |

There was a great variety of vegetarian and non-veg food. Each dish tasted really good. It was great to have some Indian food in a place like Vegas. Definitely recommend it for vegetarians.

Worth it

By Hannah K |

It was worth the cab fair to come here and get good food off the strip. The naan was amazing, the portion sizes were very large. I wish I could have taken the rest of mine back with me.

Many vegan options -delicious!

By bkramer947 |

We had a great meal here and as vegans, were thrilled that there were SO many delicious things to consider ordering. The menu was clearly marked with different symbols that represented lower calorie options, vegan, vegetarian and gluten free. Thank you for labeling everything so clearly. It made me feel safer in my effort to avoid hidden dairy and meat ingredients. Julie was a good server who helped us to make our selections from the menu. The food was so well seasoned- some of it a little too salty -but very satisfying in flavor. The textures, flavors and colors were great. We walked away feeling very full (okay, we overate!) and really enjoyed our visit. We would definitely return.

Lunch Buffet has started and has good Vegetarian choices

By Narendra J |

In-Person dining has started and so has the popular lunch buffet. We saw a very good selection of vegetarian dishes. Paneer Butter Masala and Yellow Dal Tarka was especially good. Try to look for a fresh naan bread as it can get hard if you eat one which might be in the tray for long. Servers were very prompt and pleasant.

Booked this place before coming out to Las Vegas. Went on the reviews, and we weren't disapointed. The food to the service was fantastic. What i thought was great is being asked how hot from 1 to 10 we would like our curry's. Value for money. Well recommond and be back there on our next visit.

Lunch tooo pricey

By ForTheReal |

I did enjoy the lunch buffet however I have been to much nicer places with a better bang for your buck. Lunch buffet was $17 after tax. Naan was excellent! Food was good but only if you don't mind dropping a$20 for lunch. I didn't even order a drink. Just had water. I may try dinner, however it will be at least $80-$100 for two. Still debating.....

Best Indian restaurant close to the strip

By Vinay P |

buffet lunch was great. vegetarians have a lot of options and the service is really good, very friendly and welcoming staff. we stayed at the Luxor, on the strip for 5 days, and ended up going to this restaurant 3 different times as we really liked the food quality, taste and options here. The food is priced pretty reasonably too.

Meh

By MikeynDnvr |

After reading reviews of Mint Bistro, I was excited to try it out. Meh. I am visiting Las Vegas from Denver. I tried this restaurant for their lunch buffet. Overall, I was not impressed. The buffet itself was of average size. I found nothing to be spectacular. They had about 3 vegetarian dishes, 3 or 4 chicken dishes, and one goat curry dish. Nothing I had tasted bad but I did not find any of the items particularly good either. The tandoori chicken and chicken massala were average at best. The goat curry was mainly bones. Thankfully they had a container for additional hot sauce so I was able to spice things up a bit. If I lived in town I can't say that I would return to this restaurant. It looks like Las Vegas has many Indian restaurants with lunch buffets. I will be eager to try somewhere new next time I am in town.

Great dinner!

By myopinioncounts23 |

We had dinner here and it was great food, one of the better Indian food I have had. The service was friendly and quick. We had baingan bharta, dahl, Rogan josh, tamarind rice, naan and gluten free roti. It was all delicious but my favourite was the eggplant (Baingan Bharta ). Will visit again for sure.

Best Indian food in town

Best Indian Food in Vegas

By Kalpesh S |

I recently visited this restaurant while in Las Vegas with family and friends. As we had been travelling for a few days trying different cuisines, we really wanted to satisfy our taste buds with some familiar taste. We looked up this restaurant which was about 1.5 miles from the Strip so were initially hesitant but when we landed there, we were welcomed by Jay Ganesh, the owner manager. We were thrilled to find Mumbai Pav Bhaji on the menu and - WHAT A TASTE!! - it was as if we were sitting in Mumbai. We ended up having Schezwan Fried rice and many other dishes all so very delicious. We were a party of 9 and all of us had a feast of time!! We ended up going there on the very next day too. Would recommend it to one and all.

Excellent Indian Buffet in town

Delicious Indian food available at this place, with lots of Vegetarian option available. Service was prompt. Make sure to be in time as 1-2 pm you might have to wait to get your spot.

Great Authentic Food

By Negrilgurl |

This was my first time having Indian food and I felt like I had an authentic meal (the person I went with confirmed). Everything tasted well cooked and flavorful. They have a variety of diet options (ie vegan, jain, etc). The restaurant was very clean and polite service is important.

Quaint spot, authentic cuisine off the strip

By traveling_jennyd |

There were 4 of us visiting this evening. We ordered 2 appetizers (a very large Dosa..about 18" long) and a chickpea salad and 3 entrees. There was plenty of food w/leftovers. Servings are plentiful. If you like flavor and spice, you may need to ask for extra as my Butter Chicken was closer to marinara than I would have liked. I did ask for red chili paste and added much needed spice. Another guest had a goat dish, which she was very happy with. Overall..if in Vegas, find this diamond in the rough, you won't be sorry.

Decent, Small Buffet

By Lynn D |

None of the buffets appealed to our group, and a lot of the high-end restaurants or "trendier" fare already have original locations & outposts in San Francisco area, so we went for ethnic fare off the strip. We found Mint on this app, located in a dodgy looking strip mall. There was no wait at 1pm on a Saturday, although the restaurant was busy and full of mostly (Indian?) patrons. The floors were a little messy and the tables looked worn. What you'd expect from a crowded place with heavy turnover. It wasn't a turn-off for us. The buffet is small, but has a good variety of options. There's standard chicken tikka, tandoori, etc. - but there's goat curry, halal options, and vegetarian too (outside of usual suspects, saag paneer & daal). My only complaints were that the foods could have been hotter (temperature wise) and they were hit-or-miss flavor wise. The galub jamun was burn-the-mouth hot. Service was good for a serve-yourself buffet, unobtrusive. We ordered no drinks or extras. The bill for 4 was around $56 ... which I think was decent for pigging out in Vegas.

Very good meal for the price

By jiri_neuman |

We tried this bistro for lunch and were pleasantly surprised. The bufet was quite rich and everything we tried was tasty. Definitely a good choise in its category. One point down for very long waiting for the bill, but that was perhaps an exception.

Spicy Authentic Indian Cuisine

By Kevin D |

My friends and I dined here Saturday evening and had an amazing meal, great beer, and excellent service. The waitstaff was very knowledgeable about the menu items and the food was spiced to perfection. I will be back.

Great Indian food

By JDTracy1 |

Went with friends on our last night in Vegas. Was fairly empty when we got there at 7:30 pm, but filled up quickly. All the food was great. Lots of beers, but not their specialty.

Stomach pain after eating - twice

By Jen C |

My partner and I ordered take out - chicken tikka masala and paneer tikka masala. I eat a lot of Indian food and my stomach does not hurt after at all. But I think there was something wrong with the paneer tikka masala because it gave me a lot of stomach pain. I took a tums and then tried eating the leftovers the next day - and the same thing happened. I don't feel that I can order food from here again. The taste itself was ok but it was also very oily.

Yummy authentic Indian food

An Indian friend took us to this resturant buffet. Everything i tried was delicious. My friend tried to speak Hindi to the waiter but it turned out he was Mexican! He was very good natured about thec wholev thing

Indian Buffet

By mikempink |

This restaurant is so new that Trip Advisor does not allow a review at their new location on Durango Drive. The problem with the old location on Flamingo is that it is very small and you may have to wait for a table. Not at the Durango location, it is very spacious and modern-elegant. The food like the old location is very good and they have an extensive wine and beer menu but I had trouble ordering the beer I want because most were out of stock. They also had self-serve beer taps that you paid by the ounce which was unique. If you like a good Indian buffet ($16 per person), this could be your place.

Excellent

By Agtnerak |

Outstanding dinner. Not afraid to turn up the heat when asked for 10 out of 10 spice level. Goat was delicious.

So-so buffet

By APOchick |

I love Indian food, so this restaurant caught my eye when I left the National Atomic Testing Museum and was famished. It's located in a strip mall across the street from the museum. The interior was rather stark with not much in the way of decor. The tables, chairs, and booths were likewise stark and utilitarian. The buffet offered a wide selection of options for vegetarians and carnivores alike, and I tried probably 6 or 7 dishes. None stood out as particularly delicious, and several offerings seemed excessively oily. The pakoras had been on the steam table for some time and were cold and soggy. Even the naan was greasy and not the warm, pillowy disk of doughy goodness that I've had in every other Indian restaurant I've been to. The service was perfunctory and customers were not made to feel welcome. In summary, it was the most disappointing meal of my trip.

Excelent

By Malcolm |

Excelent Indian food with an excelent price oposite the Atomic Museum. The service was very good and very helpfull.

Best Restaurant in Las Vegas

By ViRe Global |

Ordered masala dosa and chilli potato from here, they were very bad in taste, too much salt in sambar and dosa and chilli potato were soggy. Had very bad experience 😔

OVER NAMED RESTAURANT

By Paresh V Patel |

visited first time, ambience looked poor and exhausted, so as the team working at the site. bellow average cleaning standard, Mocktails orders was refreshing, but the main course kill the whole joy. over powering one of the spice ruined the whole dish. portin was right, service was poor. May give another chance if visited back to Las Vegas. Over all be aware if you are INDIAN food lover and understand the cuisine.

Good Indian food

By Deb F |

We thought this restaurant was pretty decent and everything tasted great. The Garlic Naan is definitely a winner!!!

Can't stop talking about how great it was!

By merrillma |

My boyfriend and I love trying Indian restaurants on vacation. So when I read about this place I knew were had to try it during our family vacation to Vegas. We are vegetarian, but our four girls are not. We loved it so much we are here twice for dinner during our 5 day trip. We all of the samoasas, I enjoy the tamarind chutney, while everyone else likes the the mint chutney. We all loved the chutneys here, talking about the great flavor and consistency of them. I love Baingan Bharta order it at every place we try and my boyfriend does the same with Dal Tadka (we love spicy and ordered everything a 10 here). We decided to order a third dish for us both times to try other dishes, so the first time we ordered the Aloo Gobi and the second time the Bhindi Massla. The girls always order chicken Tikka Massla (a spicy level of 1). Everyone loved their dishes. My boyfriend and I are already planning an adult trip back to Vegas and this place is definitely on our list! I highly recommend this place! Great food!!

Don't bother.

By Terry T |

Sad little buffet. Very few items. All tasted the same. Very disappointing, especially for the price.

OMG! Too good..

By Pra M |

Same price as any Indian restaurant... appetizers were good, however the main entree was Fantabulous.... must must eat here..

Excellent Food and Great Prices for Las Vegas

By Laura C |

We thought everything in Las Vegas would be at least a hundred dollars for a meal for three people. But nope!! This was very cheap for the surrounding area. Wonderful food and service. We loved it here!! Such great food. Definitely go here. So much fun!!!

Not good at all

By New Hype Travel |

It took over an hour to get our food. They charged $10 for Garlic Naan and the $6 for Naan with garlic and they were the same bread. We then ordered roti and they tried to serve us the same naan again with butter saying it's roti. The server admitted that the menu description for the roti was wrong but no one said anything when we ordered it. The lamb was tough and dry and covered in raw cilantro. The restaurant was crowded and clearly understaffed. We could not get drinks because the bartender wasn't there.

Awesome Indian food in an unlikely location.

By DesmondSF |

I have to say, as a general rule, I'm not a huge fan of hotel food in Las Vegas. I find it extremely over priced without a great deal of variety. So, after a bit of research, I was happy to find the Mint Indian Bistro. It required a short taxi ride and the 70's strip mall it's in, doesn't add to it's curb appeal, but once you're inside the interior is slick and modern and welcoming. The food was great and the prices are good (especially for LV) and I will definitely be back on my next trip to Vegas.

Anazing authentic indian food

By Bhavesh P |

Geeat tasting indian food! Actual Indian food! NOT like most places claiming to be indian food selling half hearted indian food. Highly recommend this place and can’t wait to come back on my next visit to Vegas!

Authentic Indian cuisine

By Vaishali W |

Found this restaurant on trip advisor for brunch buffet. Very good food for both veg and non vegetarian. Just perfect seasoning and great taste. Indian restaurants can be disappointing sometimes but just loved it here. Will recommend highly. Also good value for the quality of food. We actually went there twice during our short stay.

Really good food!

By kencatron |

I think it's on the price side - almost $15 for a lunch buffet - but the food is very good and there is a large assortment of authentic Indian cuisine. The service was prompt and friendly but get there early for lunch, the small venue fills up quickly. Don't be fooled by the location or modest appearance of the building, this is a place you should try if you appreciate good Indian food.

Fantastic Indian food, service and location

By Ketan Deshpande |

Great place to get your Indian food fix when in Las Vegas. Located close to the strip, restaurant offers a awesome lunch buffet and a'la carte menu. North and South Indian dishes are offered. Limited seating and hence depending on when you visit there may be some wait, but the wait is worth it. If you can handle spicy food then they do offer Inferno dishes ... we did not dare.

Best Indian food in town

By michaeltross |

My girlfriend and I swear by this place. We used to come for dinner all the time, which was excellent. But in the last few months, we only come here for the lunch buffet that ends at 3:30. With the 2 of us, the price comes up to under $30, which we think is a great deal. The food is hot and fresh, with so many yummy spices. We have been here so many times, and will continue to come back. Service is excellent.

Terribly understaffed

By dcyonce |

Good reviews, but definitely not a great restaurant. Just ok. We ordered the Nan with nuts, raisins, and cherries. Sent it back !!! It had a candy like paste inside. No cherries, nuts or raisins, just a sugary crystalline jam. The other items we ordered were ok, but really not worth waiting for the terrible service. No refills on our ice tea. They brought only one dish at a time. I guess they were cooking then one at a time. 2 hours later when we were ready to leave...we had to go find someone and ask them for to-go containers and the check. Never got the check. We finally had enough and got up to go. The manager met us at the door with our check. VERY VERY understaffed It was also VERY expensive !! Won’t be back

4-star food, 3-star service, location, & ambiance

By Moenkopi |

The restaurant looks like a dive in a sketchy-looking strip mall from the outside. I experienced a watch-your-back feeling as I parked the car around the corner & made my way to the front door. The food, however, was very good. The garlic naan was very tasty, as was the saag, one of my favorite Indian dishes. Entree offerings were flavorful & spicy. Spice level can be adjusted to your taste. Unfortunately, Mint does not offer combination dishes. You must order everything a la carte, which makes the bill add up. Service was not stellar, but all right.

Excellent Food

By kkjiandani |

I went there for Lunch. They had buffet. For $14 the indian buffet was excellent.Great tasting food. It was so excellent that in 3 days I went twice there again for Dinner.

My wife and I were recommended

By Rusty2315 |

My wife and I were recommended here by two different people and finally came here for the first time . The food was amazing , especially the butter chicken and butter naan . Excellent food with very cheap prices and staff were very good to , very nice Indian restaurant in vegas and very close to the Las Vegas strip . Worth the ride

Good selection and value

By Tino |

What you will get here a great selection of different dishes good value for money and tasty Indian food this sums it all up

Extraordinarily good Indian cuisine just off of The Strip

By CHARLES K |

Flatly put, this is as good as you can find in Las Vegas for authentic Indian fare: Quality of food, service and pricing all makes MINT a "Go To" location. Solid 4 starts on Yelp, as well.

A surprise in a strip mall!

By sam n |

This restaurant is off the strip and the food here is incredible and very authentic flavors. the staff is attentive and overall an awesome experience. It is on a strip mall with several other restaurants don't let the outside appearance for you.

Tastes Original

By Daney |

For those Indians who miss Indian food when in Las Vegas, Mint Indian Bistro is an ideal choice. One on the Flamingo Road and the other on South Durango Drive. I had the opportunity to speak with the owner and he seems to be very enthusiastic about the Indian cuisine. Pricing is marginally higher, taste is fine. Pre order and pick up after half an hour is a preferable option. Staff is good, ambience is good.

Went to this restaurant based on good reviews with family of 6 but they couldn't seat us at 6pm with the whole restaurant empty hostess had no smile well they lost a customer for life dont go there try another indian restaurant

Good food

The food was ok. Went here on our first day in vegas. The menu was good and had a variety. Tasty food and good service. The buffet was ok not great

Food was okay

By awesomnesssam |

the food was okay and had limited options in buffet.. Its not true south or north Indian food and few items were good. It has most spicy biryani in LA,, if you are up for a challange

Average Food and very dissapointing service

By JA54-2012 |

Very dissapointed with the food served in tiny dishes and the servers did not crack a smile. It was a stale environment and the dishes were expensive and served in such small bowls that it was like a childrens special. During my last visit in 2022, I remember enjoying a group dinner with 11 people and food was great. Something about the staff with an attitute that they were doing a favout serving a meal to six people just put us off right from the moment we entered. Will not eat there again. Average food, priced high with absolutely tiny (personal bowl) size main dishes.

Great Food, Small Resturant

By Vinod R |

The food here is just excellent and tasty. I have been here for dinner and all the time they surprised me with great food. The teacup they give reminds us of Indian street shops, which creates a great feeling. If you need tasty Indian food you should not miss this place.

Quick Bite

By cintuchi |

A good place to eat something fast and continue your day. Variety and flavors okay. Busy Sunday lunch.

excellent lunch

By michaeltross |

Back here for another round of their amazing buffet. So worth the price. The food is consistently tasty and hot. Southern and Northern soup. Wow! The spices are to die for. Everything here is good. That's the issue. I always over eat every time I come here. I can't help it. The dishes are that good. I'm a local and come here as often as I can.

Great lunch buffet

By Marco W |

We got there as they opened on a Friday and it was a good thing since it had a line 45 minutes later. The selection was reasonable with salads, soups and most traditional Indian buffet offerings. Tasty but with enough spicing to keep it interesting. The service was great, bringing drinks and naan and clearing dirty dishes. There is a full bar available.

Overpriced not very good

By Anastasha77 |

It wasn't very good and highest price buffet .. not as many options as the neighboring India masala or taj palace which is excellent and better larger selection . They run out of food and didn't replenish it for awhile . I won't return

Lunch buffet

By urvi s |

Mouth watering and delicious Indian cuisine. They serve hot naan at the table.service was excellent.many choices for vegetarian and non vegetarian dishes.

Overrated!

By DoverJungleboy |

They do offer a large variety of food. Some of it is pretty good. But a lot of it has way too much fat and salt. It was also too red pepper hot for my wife. I found the service to be inferior. We had dirty plates sitting on our dining table for about 15 minutes before the waiter finally picked them up. This even though the waiter walked by several times. Also the male bathroom needed cleaning and the floor was sticky. We were in Las Vegas for several days. We did not go back!

Authentic Indian food

By Dee |

This is a ride away from the strip but we'll worth it. It was authentic Indian food take it from an india! We had wing, chicken curry and a gobi and potato dish. I had the gobi mild as I don't like my food chilly and the chicken wasedium do the two complimented each other well. They had a robot serve drinks but good old fashioned customer service would be better. Maybe book ahead as they were busy and we're lucky to get table as a walk in.

Great tasting food, very pricey for the portion size

By JeniMal |

We visited this restaurant just before 6pm on a Wednesday mainly because we felt like having Indian for dinner (we’re spoilt with many good to great Indian restaurants in Sydney) so we consulted TripAdvisor and chose this restaurant. We were seated quickly and reviewed the menu, our non alcoholic drinks arrived promptly, we found some old favourites & new dishes to try. The lamb tandoori arrived first & very different to what we are used to but we thought it delicious, tender & a good serving size. Our curries & byrani rice arrived promptly and tasted delicious, serving dish was small but so was the serving size ie. no more than 5 small pieces of chicken in the Tikka Marsala, same with the lamb vindaloo. The saffron cauliflower was an OK size however at $16.99 USD you’d expect a bigger serving. The restaurant started to fill up and appeared to be popular, quite possibly the locals opt for the curry & rice options and don’t share curries like we did. Our bill arrived $104.00 USD plus tip ... it was an expensive dinner for 3 without alcohol in Las Vegas.

Great Indian

My husband and I were on a hunt for great Indian food during our Vegas stay and we found it here! Reasonably priced, amazing menu and great service.

Dan the Man

By Daniel H |

Just so we get it straight. Mint that was highly recommended was far less than so. The wait for a waiter was daunting (25 minutes ) . Apparently they have a digital ordering system, when waiter arrived it took him easily 5 minutes to take our order. Then they were out of our appetizer and the bottle of Tempranillo that we ordered. So Burger King sounds far more appealing, no ? We ordered the medium rare lamb chops, called 'lollipops'. They came well done. I believe that we were charged about $26.00. Are you for real ? So just so we get the story straight, I did graduate from the Culinary Institute of America. I love great and simple cuisine. But these fellows have to go back to the drawing board. So take it from me, take a pass and go somewhere else, ok ? D

Really over rated

By Ro D |

We went as a family of 6 adults and 2 kids. The waiting time was 25 minutes when we registered. There were multiple tables empty, but the waiting time increased to 45 minutes. Tables hadn't been cleaned and it took them 35 minutes to seat us. Then, no one came to take the order for 10 minutes. The ambience is that of an udipi hotel and needs to be revamped. The food, vegetarian and non-vegetarian, was just ok.

AWFUL

By Jeffbo1962 |

We decided to try Mint Bistro for dinner, after we couldn’t get into another restaurant down the block. The greeting at the door was by a very grumpy server, who when I asked if it was truly a 40 minute wait replied “we’re busy, look around but it shouldn’t be 40 minutes. That should have been enough of a clue to demonstrate our Mint Bistro experience. We were served by this same one and it wasn’t a pleasant experience. I ordered a Kingfisher beer - “we’re out how about a Taj?”. Daughter ordered a Lemon-drop Martini - “I think we’re out of the mix let me check.” “Yep, we’re out of the mix...” Our three dinners all arrived at different times and the server spilled soup on our daughters lap - bent over to clean the floor and not once apologize for the spill of HOT SOUP on her leg. No one checked in to see how we were enjoying our meal but they delivered the check straight away. The food was “okay” but nothing special but the service was beyond bad! We definitely will not be returning to Mint Bistro.

Affordable & Tasty food!

By Catherine A |

We dined at the branch in E Flamingo Rd yesterday. I liked their crispy Dosas with Sambar. Chutneys served were cold though 🙁. Highlights being menu wasn’t overpriced. Tasty food. Friendly hosts. Best thing was .. My children enjoyed watching the Robot serving orders! Overall, experience was good!

Good food near airport and and a short (~10 minutes) drive from the strip

Good Indian food with decent options in the buffet section. The Mango lassi was amazing. Service was good, clean area and family friendly ambience.

Horrible service and not authentic Indian food

By Dream0786 |

Went there for the Sunday buffet which was bad in taste, the appetisers were not refilled and the staff didn’t bother checking what needed a refill. We waited 20 min before we got a table although they were not too busy. No one came to take our order for drinks we just took our plate and served the buffet. Waste of money not good options and just gulab jamun for desert. Also we asked for a portion of papad they made a face we then said we will pay extra it’s ok. I would not recommend this place ! Eat at other Indian restaurants in Vegas.

The best!

My favorite place to go in Vegas. Best Indian food ever! All you can eat buffet is a wonderful deal. I go all the time and will continue.

10 out of 10

By Shilpa S |

Amazing food and awesome service. First time visiting with my family and they absolutely loved everything we ordered-paneer tikka masala, malai kofta, masala dosa, garlic naan. Will definitely come back when visiting Vegas.

As bad as it gets

By Terry M |

Arrived about 515 and the sever let us know she was the only server there. Frankly the service was the best part of the night! My chicken tandoori arrived 5 minutes before the rest of our food and was tasteless. Our garlic nann seemed to be missing garlic and had no flavor whatsoever. The chicken tiki marsala was ok until a sticker (like one from your front yard) got lodged in my husbands throat and he almost choked to death. Poor waitress wasn’t able to even discount because the owner didn’t even show up (and he had to know she was the only serviré on a Friday night). Save your money. There are a lot of great Indian places to eat but Mint is not one of them.

Rude staff

By Nitin B |

We had made a reservation through their website. Later I received an email saying that they have cancelled the reservation but they gave no explanation. So I called on the phone and was told that they had my details and would honor my reservation. But when we reached the restaurant they absolutely refused to acknowledge the phone call, saying it was impossible that it happened. Basically saying that I was lying. The ambience, food and service were all ordinary. Wouldn’t recommend.

Great value!

By cathleen c |

A friend and I visited the lunch buffet here and did not regret it. It was delicious! We took a ride share a short distance from our hotel on the strip. For $18.99, we had many choices on the buffet, including many vegan/vegetarian dishes. The food was fresh and very tasty. So glad we ate here! A wonderful value in a place where you often feel ripped off by the prices. Thank you Mint!

We decided to go for Indian food and Mint Indian Vistro was our choice in 1st day at Las Vegas. Papdi Chaat, Chana masala and nan as well as Paratha was good. I was surprised to see Lassi Bar and like Rose Vodka Lassi. Plenty of choice for beer and mocktails too. Surprisingly the service was poor & slow and it took 30 minutes for check due to non functioning of card machines.

Good food, horrible service.

By cassandad |

We waiting an hour and 15 minutes for food. No drinks or appetizers during this time. It used to be a favorite for us, but probably won't go back now.

Delightfully authentic

By Davidgoodkarma |

Impressive n very fresh Indian food, fast attentive service and pleasantly welcomed by staff! The food smells wonderful and the restaurant is very nice and clean. Located on a strip mall pretty simple exterior but delightfully surprised at how tasty my chicken tikka Masala was, tender all white meat and very fresh ingredients, along w the fresh garlic nan I was impressed how authentic it all was! I’ll be back every time I’m in Vegas since good Indian food is not available in my Texas town... This location did have some homeless people outside so I probably won’t walk here at night!! There is other location but this one was close to my hotel.

Best saag ive ever had!

By Holly S |

We live in houston, home of Anthony Bourdains visited Himalayas and other world class restaurants. I have eaten at a lot of indian food, much in india even, and this is the best saag paneer i have every eaten!! This is my favorite dish and how i initially judge a restaurant. it was fantastic. we also had the butter chicken and rogan josh, both awesome! The staff is super friendly and the place is clean. is it a little pricey? yes but most indian places are at dinner when there is not a buffet, but still worth it. We had 3 drinks, 3 dishes, garlic naan and rice for like $90. that was plenty for two people. Try the Woodpecker Indian beer. we highly recommend this place!

Across the street from the Atomic Museum

By MominOC |

We went here before going to the Atomic Museum. In our opinion it was a bad neighborhood but there were lots of men in the restaurant so felt kinda safe whatever that is worth. Food was fine and on Sunday only the buffet was served. Staff was attentive and kept everything very tidy.

Dissapointment .....

By DonaldM520327 |

I am from the UK , we love Indian food here , and eat it regularly ...I read the web site for Mint , and although off the strip I made a reservation and looked forward to a nice meal with my wife .. A taxi ride will be required , and bear in mind there is no Taxi stand outside here so the restaurant will have to arrange one … Anyway .. I ordered mince Samosas … Pastry was thick making the starter very heavy , however what did not help was our main meals arrived and were also put on the table whilst still eating the starter … This is a major no no for me as it put me off eating the starter as you just don't want your main to go cold and having all the food at the one time was off putting at best … So I tried my curry a simple chicken Madras , which tasted fine , but a lot of the chicken was very tough so again disappointed … Service was below par , and the interior was flattered by the web site pictures … Overall very underwhelmed ..

Very authentic

We were looking for a place where we can get Indian food in Las Vegas that has really good food and not just selling food by calling it “Indian”. Mint Indian Bistro had it. The food is very authentic, fresh and tasty. Price is reasonable if you compare this with other Vegas Indian restaurants. Lots of parking space so you don’t have to worry about that at all. Highly recommended place

Not a Good Evening

Food is the important bit, and that was just okay. Everything, I mean everything, was spicy-hot, and not spicy-fragrant. Heat is gauged by 1-10, but in my long experience of Indian food all around the globe, dishes are just what they are, not graded by heat. None of us were particularly impressed with the food. Garlic naans were good. Seating uncomfortable and table space cramped, barely room for drinks and food on the table. Service was slow and we were forgotten for long periods, not asked if we wanted more drinks even while we waited. The manager was aware of it and apologised, but that was the least you can expect. Maybe they were stretched for staff, but that's not the customers' lookout, the customer's still paying. Won't go back.

Can't Think Of Any Reason To Go Here...

unless it's the only Indian restaurant available and you have to have Indian. Sorry, Mint. I hope others have a better experience.

Owner is plain simple greedy and want to make as much money as possible

By Ashutosh S |

It seems the entire Las Vegas just want to get money out of the travellers. This over hyped restaurant fall short of my expectations. Worse than this - they deceived me. We were on the mother's day for the lunch. We had 3 women in this group. So this greedy restaurant tricked us that today this restaurant is having mother's day special meal and offering mango lassi free. Beware everybody - all the indian restaurant try hard to sell you mango lassi(just the way Car rental company force you to buy insurance). Mango lassi in any of the indian restaurant is never made from fresh mangoes - it's made from mango pulp(which essentially preserves the mangoes for more than a year with a lot of preservatives). Coming back to original context - they artificially inflated the rates of lunch buffet to $16.99 adding the mango lassi prices into that. Even for other non women customers - they kept the lunch buffet prices to $16.99 only even when no mango lassi was provided to them. Overall lunch buffet was average - with almost one third of the dishes being few weeks old. Service was poor - nobody filling up glasses. Overall I paid around $96+ for four adults and two kids.

VERY good Indian Buffet

By Emily Byrne |

My friends who are Vegas natives go here, so I went with them, and was thrilled with our meal. The quality and taste of each dish I tried from the buffet was definitely better than than the Indian fare in my area. The chicken korma was amazingly delicious and the spice levels of various dishes were just right, and more importantly, labelled. The garlic naan was the best I've ever had. Ambiance was okay. Our server was nice enough to supply me with a few of the sweet dessert balls (don't know the name) even after they'd cleared the buffet for their 3 pm close, as I finished my meal. Next trip to Vegas I'll come here again for sure!

Excellent dosa, ok service

The place is rather small and on the evening of out visit, it was very packed. It took someone several minutes to greet us at the door. We were told the wait will be 45 minutes plus the food takes another 30 minutes. As we started to walk away, he said but if you sit in the patio, I can seat you right away. Since it was nice weather, we chose to sit outside. The man came soon enough to take our order. He said if you order any meat dishes, it will be at least 30 minutes. We decided to order some chaat and masala dosa. Both came quickly and were very tasty, so we came out fine. But it was strange to see the waiter discouraging us to order certain dishes. We also noticed that the people sitting at the next table got their dishes but had to wait to get their naan bread while the food was getting cold. Seems more like a disorganized operation rather than the fault of the wait staff because they were constantly running back and forth.
