We stopped in for a quick late dinner. This is a busy local restaurant. The staff was very friendly. We were seated quickly. We ordered an interesting roasted chickpea appetizer that was like eating popcorn. It was good! We ordered a couple of pizzas. They were a nice thin crust and were very tasty. It was a perfect late night find. Wine list is OK. They have some nice beers. My son just moved nearby, so I'm sure this will become a regular place to eat! Can't wait to come back!

After two visits I thought it was a time to write a review. Nice neighborhood wood fire pizza place. They have dough balls kids can play with, good service, and a lovely atmosphere. It has a limited menu if you want more Italian food or a non-pizza alternative. Some items can be spendee like their small Caesar Salad is literally on a saucer size plate and $5.25. No kids menu per say just a choice of small pizzas. No Mac n Cheese or spaghetti and meatballs etc. It really is a pizza joint. That being said. The food tastes amazing. My fav is the clam bake pizza and plate of olives. It is worth a try for sure just not your regular night out due to a limited menu, cost and limited kid options.

Mio Posto on California Ave in West Seattle opened relatively recently and based on good reviews at the Mt. Baker location we looked forward to eating there. Unfortunately thanks to lots of people having the same idea we couldn't get in until recently and had a great dinner there with our family. Especially good is the marinara sauce that my wife wishes she could by in bulk and take home.

Our favorite is the wood-fired Margherita pizza with Caesar salad and draft beer. Enough for two. Happy Hour before 6 is quieter, chance for a window seat and saves a couple of bucks. Two HH individual pizzas is about equal to one standard so no or little saving if you're sharing. It can be crowded and noisy if there are families with children or a special night.

My favorite pizza place in West Seattle. My husband and I have been going regularly since 2018. It was our go-to take out spot during the pandemic. And whether you’re dining in or grabbing a pizza to go, the quality and taste are always amazing. Combined with great service, this is a favorite spot in Seattle!

Portions of entree as well as salad looked smaller than those photos on take out menu . Sauce was definitely on the fresh side which was great.

Great neighborhood pizzeria that is very popular. Come early or prepare to wait for a West Seattle hoppin, happening, place.

This is an upscale, creative pizzeria. We ordered a potatoes and truffles pizza and a clam pizza. Both were very satisfying, The potato one was very hearty, and with a barbecue style sauce that pleased. The clams sounded like a bad idea, but the pizza was very nice, with the clams not overpowering the dish. PIzzas are advertised as personal 12 inch, but easily 2 pizzas can serve 3 or perhaps 4.The antipasto came in a long wooden bowl looking like a dugout canoe, with 6 items, 4 of them dips. Served 3 people nicely. Very good service, interesting wines, noisy, and fills up fast.

We found ourselves in West Seattle in the mid afternoon on a rainy day and found this gem through a recommendation from another place down the street. It is immpecably clean and well configured. All the cooking is done in a wood fired oven and the food is amazing. Everything we had was excellent, serving was perfect, and all around it was a special place - far exceeded our expectations!

I met up with my cousin whom I had not seen in years. We decided pizza sounded good. We walked in and there was a 15-minute wait for a table, so we ate at the bar. It was perfect. I ordered a beer, she ordered a glass of wine. I started with a CAESAR salad - Crisp romaine tossed in Mio’s eggless Caesar dressing, House made croutons and shaved grana cheese. I scraped the plate - that good. My cousin ordered the ROASTED BEET SALAD - Lettuces, goat cheese, and cracked Marcona almonds. It looked good, I did not ask because I do not like beets. Why bother? :) We both wanted the SPRING LAMB Pizza so we ordered one and split it with two slices for the road. It was served with mint & basil sauce, mozzarella, goat cheese, roasted red peppers, red onion, chili flakes and Leschi Market’s lamb sausage. Finished with fresh mint. Zesty full flavors, succulent lamb, and mint with a lingering finish. The pizza was excellent, however, after a few minutes, the crust was soaked in what appeared to be oil - soggy. I liked the flavor, but I like a crispy crust. Ask for it crispy. Perfect evening, all good, even though the pizza crust was a little soggy, I would not hesitate to return. My cousin says it's one of their favorite local spots and I can see why. Great fun - I will return.

Our family stopped in for a late lunch. Several of us had pizzas which were wonderful! Would definitely return when in the area again.

We Always enjoy eating here. Sitting at the counter watching them baking pizza in the fire oven is fun. One of our favorite pizza and so glad they opened one in W Seattle.

This is a neighborhood gourmet pizza place. But it's SO GOOD that when my family asked where would you like to go for your birthday. This was my #1 choice. It was a perfect night.

We met friends at Mioposto for dinner and drinks. The food is always fresh and good. Nice selection of wines. Great atmosphere but is usually pretty busy. Plan on waiting for a table and this is not the place for large groups. Lots of small tables and one large community table. Nice bar area where you can watch food prep. Nice spot!

Wonderful atmosphere on a warm May evening with open windows. Service a bit slow. Food ordered was fantastic. Enjoyed the ice cream sundae very much. Kid friendly. Limited menu.

My friends and I had lunch here...there were 6 of us and each of us was pleased with our meal. I was the only out-of-towner, so obviously, my friends know which restaurants to pick! The decor was funky-classical...very inviting and nicely done. The food, from the pizzas that they are famous for, to the fine Caprese salad that I had, was great. There was a nice lunch option of a lunch-sized 8" pizza with 1/2 a salad. Smart! Very good food, and the service was fine too. We all very much enjoyed our meal here.

the Neapolitan style pizzas are definitely worth the price. the Manhattan drinks were made well. However, the highlight of the evening was our waiter- Alexander-'xander'. He allowed us to fudge a little on the happy hour deadline. Which was big. many places, say they have their computer set- so cannot allow. He gave us great service, despite a few minor requests- and he handled them all with a smile and NO attitude.

“Road Trip” from Issaquah for a bit of sight seeing and exploring in West Seattle. Found this gem and was VERY impressed with their welcoming atmosphere and GREAT food! The 4 of us each ordered something different and EVERYONE was impressed! The pizza’s are wood fired and PERFECT..interesting combinations! Wonderful waitstaff, good vibes…and a nice evening!!

Met a friend here for dinner recently. Great atmosphere and terrific replacement for the old antique store! Felt like a friendly, upscale, neighborhood bar. The food was terrific although my melanzane appetizer might have been better served on a plate rather than a cutting board. The olive oil drizzled on the eggplant, mozzarella and arugula was difficult to navigate around and I felt as though I was constantly wiping oil off my fingers. That said, the offering was very tasty and well presented. Friendly wait staff, light and bright setting. Some very original pizza options along with the more typical Italian fare. Great place! Highly recommend!

The menu is interesting and the salads are delicious. Interior is cozy and our service was outstanding. Would go more often but many times there is a line out the door on weekends.

We have gone to this restaurant in a couple of locations and it is always dependably good Italian food. The pizza is especially nice.

They advertise as small plates and bar, but are so much more. We hiked up California Ave from the Alki waterfront and discovered this gem for lunch. Outdoor dining was available, but we choose indoor seating. Kaden provided excellent service as we ate our salads and open-fired pizza, and enjoyed our wine. Food and wine selection is very good and surprising for such a compact restaurant. Highly recommended!

Ok, I love pizza! But this wood grilled menu selection is amazing. Waitress Amanda was attentive and friendly! Great drink specials and awesome atmosphere!

Celebrating Pizza with a Purpose to support World Relief. Thank you Mioposto. The food was perfect. The croutons tasted homemade on the Caesar salad. Fresh artisan bread hot out of the oven with olive oil. Spicy full of flavor Pinocchio pizza was wood fired perfection. Our waitress was warm and personable. Only negative it was very loud and next to impossible to chat with my spouse across the table.

Lovely small restaurant. Enjoyed brunch with family. Yummy food, nice servers, nice interior. I would go back!

Went for a light dinner but could not help indulging after starting. Recommend the calamari puttanesca, the oven baked clams, clam bake wood fired pizza and eggplant parmesan.

Mioposto has one of the best Happy Hours in the city. With multiple locations it's easy to enjoy the good food and service. A glass of house rose is only $5 during Happy Hour. If you haven't been I suggest a visit.

My wife and I are picky about our pies and have sampled as many of Seattle's finest pizza places. We have been there twice now during happy hour and have been impressed with both the food and service. On our first visit we split a happy hour pepperoni pizza and a cheese plate. On our second visit we shared a La Bianca (shredded mozzarella, goat cheese, caramelized onion, garlic, chili flakes and fresh arugula) but added sausage and the bresaola appetizer. Everything we ate was tasty and, combined with the service and atmosphere, it was a great place to grab a drink and some food after work. We will be back.

We love coming here for their happy hour- which is a personal fav. Between olives, their killer bread, spectacular wine and phenomenal pizza, we are addicted. We love to get a squash, potato, roasted garlic pizza, and usually will spice up another pizza with whatever veggies they suggest.

First off, I will start positive. We really enjoyed the food, and like what they did with the space. We ordered the Antipasti and a pizza. The Antipasti was especially tasty. Nice assortment with goat cheese, arugula, tapenade, marinated eggplant, and a currant/pine-nut type tapenade. All served with a side of their fresh, warm bread. The pizza was also very good, once we had it reheated. So now the negative. Strange service. The place is just not that big. Yes they were busy, but they had plenty of employees working. Not necessarily the happiest looking bunch though. From the service staff to the kitchen, which is open for all to see. They just do not seem like they enjoy what they're doing. Our first glass of wine took an inordinate amount of time to finally come. And when the bar is within 20 feet of any spot in the restaurant, that's even more frustrating. Once we ordered food, the timing was bad here too. The Antipasti arrived. Which was a good amount of food for two to work on. However, a couple minutes later, although apologetically, a different server brought the pizza. Noticing that it came very close to the Antipasti. As a result, once we could finally get to the pizza, we had to send it back to be put back into the oven. So, for a restaurant that has been in place for quite a while, and has multiple locations, this really is inexcusable. We will not rush back. For this kind of food, there are too many other options nearby, with food at least as good.

This restaurant features hand crafted pizza, unique salads and side dishes. I enjoyed an egg and pancetta pizza and a Caesar salad. I really enjoyed the pizza which was full of flavor from the pancetta and accented by the sunny side up eggs baked in a brick oven. Service was excellent.

Always a consistent pizza at Mioposto. Just had the clam pizza (again) and it's delicious as always. But mostly I crave their bread--sometimes with takeout I don't make it home before the bread is eaten. I don't know about their other locations but this one is a winner for sure.

The pizza here is fantastic! Actually, all the food here is great, but the pizza really stands out. We ordered the appetizer sampler and the muscles-- highly recommend-- as well as the meat pizza. Paired with a bottle of wine, it was a great meal.

My daughter and I had a delivered order of excellent lazangna good pepperoni pizza and great Italian bread. The pepperoni pizza had plenty of pepperoni on it but was a bit overdone being torched on some of the edges of the pizza. Had we been eating in Zi would have sent it back but having it delivered made that more of a problem and we elected to each it and leave the torched pieces of edge crust rather than ask that the pizza be remade which would have considerably delayed our dinner! The lazangna was outstanding and I expect the pizza usually is also. It is probably better to order in rather than to have it delivered or to pick it up if it is to go so that you can audit the quality of the order rather than being more or less stuck with it if it is delivered and does not measure up to your expectations! Nevertheless, highly recommended, particularly for their pasta dishes!

Great West Seattle Pizza restaurant! It is in the neighborhood for us and we have been there many times! Never Disappointed!

Seven of us came here for lunch and our waitress was very efficient. (She was also very busy with quite a few tables she was serving). Most of us had the lunch special which is a small salad, small pizza and for $5.00 more, a glass of wine. I appreciated that we could select our choice of pizza from their entire list. There were also three choices of salads, and the wine pour was generous and a nice house wine. A friend shared her chocolate cake with me and oh, boy, was that ever good! The only downside is that the chairs are quite hard.

We ordered two Pinocchio pizzas, one magnetita, bresaola and arugula and some bread. Pizzas were tasty but way overpriced for what they are.Dont think that I will back for a while.Grazie.

This charming place is full of character and atmosphere. The pizzas have sophisticated toppings and wonderful crust, flavored by the wood fired oven. The lunch specials include a choice of salad. I chose the Caesar and found it to be one of the best I’ve had. This is a great place for a date, a business lunch, or a family meal.

Great family pizza place, good cocktails, try the meatballs and the clams as well. It's busy so plan a head.

When I lived in Seattle, this was the only pizzeria where I ate a real italian pizza!!!! As an italian, I really missed pizza while I was in the USA, and in this cozy place I had a gorgeous prosciutto pizza, the one I like the most. Great mozzarella as well! Unfortunately, prices are much more expensive than in Italy.

Reputation and previous restaurants, was excited about the very nice looking place with a decent looking restaurant and innovative menu. However, after doing takeout about half a dozen times and have been underwhelmed. The pizza itself is bland when compared with Pizzeria22. It also is not nearly as fast - the kitchen seems constrained and disorganized. This lack of speed then creates a situation where there's a weird vibe for people waiting, no natural place to wait, kitchen and wait staff get into fights...."awk-ward"

Mioposto is a small local chain of Neopolitan-style pizza done fine-dining style that recently opened in West Seattle. We think they are really good at what they do. However, the other "local chain" of Neopolitan Pizza places that started in Columbia City got there first and does and outstanding job. And right around the corner in West Seattle's Admiral district is a small authentic wood-fired bistro that covered that base really well for the neighborhood. We think we will continue to support the local place, that got here first and takes such great care of us and represents the community well. Again, the new place is pretty, and fine. But why?

Unable to post for this location as Trip Advisor site does list it, and it doesn't come up in searches. So I'm posting here. You should look into it, so people can review at MI location. We did take out to try the pizza out, as it just opened on the island. The crust was excellent, as in Italy. I had a classic Margherita of tomato, mozzarella and basil. Only complaint was the paucity of tomato sauce and mozzarella , so it was very dry. I am not one who likes an abundance of sauce or cheese, but a bit more would have been welcome. My son had prosciutto and arugula which was generous in both ingredients and very good quality. Fresh arugula and nice prosciutto.

Yummy pizza! I visited on a Friday evening around 5PM and it was already crowded for Happy Hour. The customers and servers were very friendly.

Stopped in on Sunday afternoon for a drink and some apps; had a very good wood-fired margherita pizza and some steamer clams. Also tried their barrel-aged manhattan, which was very good. Service was excellent, the place had a comfortable, cozy feel. Food was well-prepared from quality ingredients.
Excellent Pizza
Enjoyed the wood fired oven pizza. We had margarita pizza and meat pizza. Have a couple of tables outside on the sidewalk. It was really busy on a Friday night. They have two bars, one where you watch the pizza being made and another smaller one where the drinks are made. Waitresses are very friendly and are working hard. Had to wait around 20 minutes for a table of 4.
