A must try when in Downtown Dallas is the Tomato soup at Mirador Dallas with Parmesan cream, bread crumbs and olive oil. Not to mention downstairs Fortyfiveten has an amazing shopping experience, a beautifully curated collection for people with exquisite taste.

Wonderful venue with wonderful food. Small menu cooked with excellence. Lobster Cobb, Orecchiette, Wild Mushrooms Soubes....I could go on. Our fifth visit and contiues to impress! Special shout out to Brenda. Brenda has that sense of the whole room that is hard to teach. We never had a need that she did not anticipate. Lovely expereince.

Space has been redone as a restaurant that opens 5pm, so come then. We came for a drink at 2pm so we never got in to see it. Booo.

We wanted to experience this restaurant while visiting Dallas. It is on the top floor of store called 4510 which is a high end clothing store for women and men. The store is way out but the restaurant was great. The food is very fresh and delicious. The service was excellent and the decor was bright and beautiful.

Amazing experience! There was a mixup with resy and we booked a Christmas tea service for a day which they actually didn't do the service on. We were really bummed out, but as soon as we spoke to Amber (the general manager) she went above and beyond to remedy the situation. We made our on little tea (ordered apps and champagne) and she was even able to serve us the tea that they would have served during the tea service. She truly went above and beyond, we couldn't have been treated better. Food wise, we got the whipped ricotta, caviar deviled eggs, tuna coronets, tomato soup, and we split the lobster roll, and had 2 deserts ( I can't recall their names). EVERYTHING was amazing, like truly very delicious, but my personal favorites were the tomato soup (it had a Parmesan foam and some little crispies on top) and the tuna coronets. Our waiter, Dorian, was also very attentive and very helpful! He definitely added to our wonderful experience. All in all, this was one of the most above and beyond experiences I've ever had at a restaurant, especially when the fault wasn't even their own (it was because of resy).

Mirador is a beautiful restaurant and both the service and the plates absolutely follow suit. We celebrated our 11th anniversary here and had such a lovely evening - we will definitely be back.

It was a bit difficult to find it, the location is not the most friendly, which makes this place very unique. The layout is great for a romantic dinner and the food tastes phenomenal. My husband ordered the Mafaldine Bolognese and I ordered duck, but they were out and instead replaced it with a 90-day old dry beef sirloin which came with a spinach risotto. My entree was delicious, I cleaned that plate! we ordered some cocktails, which were on point too. He ordered the Mezcal Poloma and he really enjoyed, he went for seconds, I didn't like it, but we have different palates. For dessert, he ordered the "Chocolate Espresso Mousse" and I ordered the "Apple Pie Praline". The portions are a good size, not your average massive diabetic-inducing portions, but enough to fill an average size person. The ambiance was lovely, very contemporary yet cozy and our waitress was knowledgeable about the different options and the menu all together. Price, is not cheap or outrageous either. It's definitely not student-budget friendly, but still reasonable. I highly recommended for a special occasion or a celebration.

You know the food is going to be creative when you look at the detail all the way down to the water glasses! The food is fun and blends flavors which are both healthy and unique. It is the perfect getaway in downtown. Stop and admire the art as you make your way from the store to your table. It is the kind of place where you would like to order one of everything for the sake of trying each dish, as they all sound amazing. I would definitely recommend!

Oh my goodness. I honestly cannot say enough about how wonderful this restaurant is! The food is remarkably fresh, creative and a simply wonderful blending of unique flavors. Chef Josh ~ there are just no words. He came to our table to say hello and his passion for the food he creates was contagious. The space is airy and bright. The staff is so friendly and so helpful. They know the menu inside and out, and were able to answer all of our questions and recommended the perfect dishes. The bartender, Alex, is a master of mixology. I wasn't sure what I wanted to order, so he asked what I liked. I told him i was typically a bourbon drinker. He made the most delicious cocktail! Bourbon and some sort of homemade peach infused something. Just outstanding!

Perched on top of a very high end department store this restaurant has a beautiful dining room and an outdoor terrace with great city views. Food was quite good and I particularly recommend Mirador's version of the lobster roll. Tuna tartine was also tasty and well executed. Service was friendly and helpful. Will definitely return.

the restaurant was mostly empty when we arrived but we were given a small table along the wall next to another couple. Service was very slow and the food was just average. The tomato soup had a smoky undertone and the lobster sandwich was too salty.

While I would agree with previous reviews it's a rather unique location walking through a retail store to go up to the top floor to the restaurant, this was one of the best dining experiences we've had since coming to Dallas four years ago. The bar keep was insightful, knowledgeable as pleasant as they come. We requested a rather unusual cocktail and he immediately consulted his personal recipe book and returned with the perfect result. We transitioned to the dining area which is a medium sized room that looks like they have the ability to rearrange at any time. There were tables outside along the patio and a private room inside. The wait staff was nothing but extraordinary and probably the most accommodating and genuine I have ever experienced. The food...off the charts. We started with the Scottish eggs and had the duck and salmon for the main course. The staff suggested we take desert outside along the patio where we experienced some chocolate and an apple tart along with some complementary Champaign. Seriously...WOW!

This restaurant is an absolute gem. Yesy our server was welcoming, gracious, knowledgeable, and thoroughly professional. The tomato soup is tasty, the pasta bolognese was excellently prepared, even the fries with the burger were great. We are going back for dinner tonight.

Cleverer folks than I have said that people are eminently unteachable. Still, I write this to tell prospective diners that you go to Mirador at your own risk. There will be gnashing of teeth about the food. You will be ripped off. I'm looking forward to Mirador's overdue demise.

Great place and people. The ricotta app was a hit! The setting is beautiful, imagine on a warm night it would be nice on the deck.

Service outstanding (Rebecca). Recommendations and pace of service was perfect. Salads outstanding. Scallops also perfect. All very flavorful. Will return

I happened to come on a quiet night so I don't know how noisy it is regularly. Elegant, but comfortable atmosphere. Nice view as it's a rooftop location. The food was delicious and creative. Everyone was very attentive. This is not a place to take kids.

Good place to go on a date. The stores below a really cool. Many restaurants within the hotel. Must visit the eyeball next-door.

Waited 55 minutes for our lunch. People came and sat and got their food before us. When we complained, they told us we were wrong! "Big parties were ahead of you". She said. Like that's our fault? Why take a reservation then???

We had a 9:15pm dinner reservation this evening, April 29. A representative of Mirador called me twice to confirm the reservation. We arrived at 9:10pm. At 9:45pm, 30 minutes after our reservation, we were still waiting for a table despite at least three tables being visibly empty. I wish Mirador the best but they appear to have no idea how to effectively deal with patrons expecting top level service. I would not recommend Mirador unless they learn how to effectively manage their "front-end".

Such a great spot in 4510. The food is delicious and beautifully presented. On a pretty day the patio is great with a downtown feel. More of a ladies who lunch spot but absolutely terrific! My friends and I all had three different salads and they were all delicious !! We split a wonderful desert that was super tasty and looked like a piece of art❤️

Mirador in downtown Dallas is one of the best new restaurants we have been to this year. The caesar salad was delicious, the salmon, and the ochiette pasta was great! Service was friendly and attentive. Great views of downtown and the big "eye" sculpture from the balcony on the fourth floor. Overall I would highly recommend!!

Elegant spot for lunch with your friends. The atmosphere is beautiful and friendly with a great view of Main Street. This is a put on my favorite day dress, look pretty and enjoy the afternoon with a cocktail then shop kind of place. The food is very good, the waiter was attentive and kind. The staff is very friendly and makes you feel welcome.

The restaurant is on the top level of the retail store. Gorgeous glassware, contemporary decor, super cute and trendy setting. Simple salad and sandwich options priced way too high, in my opinion (salad + protein $28+ and lobster roll $29).

Above the hip 4510 store, Mirador Room has nice views and terrific service. The food is good, although some ingredients are bland. Great bartender. Worth a visit.

The menu had plenty of traditional dishes and a few with nuevo twist. Known for their cocktails, the selection had something for any drinking age diner. Service was attentive without hovering and sitting outside on a fall evening was really pleasant (inside is a bit noisy). The menu pricing was very reasonable given both the portion size and the location.

We got a table outside and enjoyed our great cocktails and tasty whipped ricotta while watching hectic Main St on a Friday night. We split a salad and a pasta, which was wonderful. The venue is gorgeous and service was very good. Definitely a good place to go on a special occasion. We will go back!

We celebrated our 41st anniversary at this intimate restaurant located across the street from your hotel, The Joule. Service from the start was spectacular. We started with deviled eggs which did not disappoint, then shared a salad with arugula, dates, and goat cheese. The main entrees were unique and delicious! I had the octopus special for the evening, which was delicious as well as beautiful on the plate. My husband had the tuna, cooked to perfection. But the highlight was the tater tots with garlic aioli, crispy on the outside and oh so creamy on the inside. We loved the view and the intimate atmosphere. Highly recommended.

Mirador in Dallas is a fancy lunch spot. The restaurant is beautifully accented with pink, gold, and flowers, creating an elegant and vibrant atmosphere. It was packed. Plus, the stunning view adds to the overall vibe. I enjoyed a fresh and well-balanced salad, creamy deviled eggs, and crispy/savory ahi tuna cones. Always get as many items as you can. Don’t settle for one thing. Loved it all. I sat at the bar and it was buzzing! So much going on! Wonderful experience!

My friend and I had not been to 4510 downtown since it’s opening a few months ago. Thus we decided to go when holiday decorations were up and had lunch at mirador. While their sandwich/ burger/ grilled chicken was quite reasonable with fries, salad or fruit their main dishes were rather pricey for lunch. If you are going to spend a lot of money for lunch save it for the handcrafted cocktails- especially the Bloody Mary which was one of the best if not numerous uno of my decades long vodka drink favorites as after having a gray hounds I switched to the Bloody Mary after sipping my friend’s drink.magnifique!!!!! Worth the visit! Enjoy!

We ate here with a large party on a Friday night. The place was dead, so our reservation was not really needed, but we had one. We were seated in the back room near the windows. We had one main server though others would stop by and help, which was nice. We ordered multiple cocktails, and they were all fantastic. For a starter, we got the Whipped Ricotta Toast. It was very good, but the devilled eggs someone else got looked even better. The Tots looked good as well. The grilled pork loin was the best pork I've ever eaten, but it was too small. I did not feel like I had all I wanted. I forget what the wife had, but she loved it as well. The dessert was the same, I think I got a carrot cake, and while it was delicious, it was once again too small. All in all, it was a great meal and a fantastic restaurant. I would definitely return.

You walk in through a high end clothes store- which made me feel like I was breaking in to Neiman Marcus. That said, the elevator takes you up to a lovely windowed space. Unfortunately one part of the restaurant is near a service area- which- note to restaurant could be remedied with a Shoji screen or some kind of modest barrier... The food was very good- I had the tuna appetizer- which was excellent- but very modest in size- I asked for toast with it- and that really did the trick- suggestion- always order it with toast! My friends had the Burrata ( also small but good) and their chef's take on a scotch egg ( good size but a little weird with shrimp). My main dish- Pork loin was excellent- highly recommended and a reasonable size- ( I am somewhat conscious of size because the prices on many of these items was high) - my friends had the same plus one had the chicken which I would label as good but not great. Great as an adjective belongs to the deserts- we had the espresso mousse and the lemon pannacota ( I think it was called something else though) and they were truly excellent. We also had the apple pie and caramel. Our waiter was very knowledgeable and a pleasure to work with. All in all I would say its worth going but you while you won't have the best meal of your life, you should end up quite satisfied with the quality ( and generally the quantity) of your meal. One note on the wine- its a really limited list by the glass and while we loved the cabernet we had it was 24 dollars a glass- which we had to pay because they were out of the other cab choice! Really exorbitant under the circumstances since the other choices were in the more reasonable 14 dollar range-- that kind of smarts just thinking about it!..

Was just as awesome as our first. The wait staff is superior and the food selection and quality outstanding. It's our new favorite place for celebration dinner or no special reason at all

Once in awhile, you come across a restaurant where the food is truly complemented by the people who are working there. Mirador is on such place. The setting is lovely , the food was wonderful - our server Dana was so lovely and helpful - I can't say enough. I also have to thank Chad who was so gracious as to track down info on a gift we needed to find - above and beyond. Dana and Chad thanks for making our lunch and memories of Dallas so special.

The Mirador, located in the new 4510 downtown, is a great 'ladies lunch' destination (however, men would certainly enjoy it, too). Nice ambiance, good service, funky-chic decor and yummy food. Pull out that outfit you've been wanting to wear and spend a leisurely lunch soaking in the sun (lots of big windows), vibes and people-watching at this new addition to the Dallas dining scene.

Excellent lunch options in cool space in downtown Dallas. Felt a little like my buddy and I were on “The View”-a sea of ladies dotted with a few bros, but food was great, service was topnotch and perfect for lunch . Try the orechiette pasta and ricotta app- buonissimo!

This is a fascinating bar perched atop a retail building. We did not eat but greeters were professional and friendly. The bar was quiet and classy with a host of unique cocktails with custom infusions. I had a clove infused old fashioned and it was delicious! Unique art throughout and a mesmerizing moving metal sculpture out front.

Beautiful venue with a super staff and outstanding food! Very clean and well organized, a welcoming atmosphere.

Great meal! Pork chop, chicken and squash, and deviled egg dishes were all winners. Great cocktails. Try the Old Fashioneds. Beautiful view from the terrace. Easy valet parking off Elm. Server was very well informed and offered excellent suggestions. Busy, but quiet enough to have a conversation-unusual in Dallas. Yes, it’s a bit pricey, but well worth it.

This sleek dining spot at the top of an equally sleek retail establishment exceeded my expectations. The decor is tasteful with a twist but not too formal, the service is top notch without being obsequious. The water glasses are handblown works of art, the dinnerware and flatware aren't too shabby either! The menu is small but well thought out. Between myself and my 3 dinner companions we enjoyed 2 shared plates and 4 different entrees. For the sake of brevity, I won't itemize because everything we had was superb. Seasoning was on point, full of flavor and you could taste each ingredient promised in the final delicious product. Beverage selections also done very well, not a large list but with range. I can't wait to go back for lunch!

I saw an ad and said decided to take a chance for a new restaurant downtown. When we arrived, we were placed next to a long table loaded with young woman out for a good time with heavy drinking that were exceedingly loud. Even the waiter couldn't believe we were placed near this table and finally moved us over to the next room were was quieter. Even though we ordered a basic meals and had one drink and simple meals for two the bill was about double what would be expected for such a restaurant. We felt we really ripped off with a typical attitude of Dallas developers, overcharge, under deliver, and the fools will pay it because they're in Dallas. Would not recommend unless part of the crowd that just wants to drink heavily and get little value.

Lovely dining room. Terrace is nice. Service was excellent. Menu is small. Mescal cocktail was not drinkable. Cucumber gimlet was great. Lobster appetizer was tasty but tough. Ricotta spread and toast was a miss; toast was too thick; spread was too sweet for an appetizer. Pork entrée was delicious. Orechiette pasta was way too salty. Desserts were exceptional.

Beautiful views from the penthouse location serving fantastic takes of American fusion favorites. Service was attentive but not overbearing. Portions were a little inconsistent, but overall a very nice experience.

I like the location and the space that this restaurant occupies. The food was of very good quality but the service was a little spotty, even though the restaurant wasn't all that busy. I would go back

Excellent service in a beautiful setting, although I don’t recommend having a seat next to the kitchen. Also, cold air blowing on us made the occasion a little uncomfortable. The wait staff was well trained, knowledgeable, friendly and extremely professional. The roasted chicken and nudi soup could have used an extra zing, as it was slightly on the bland side. The lobster roll was succulent and well prepared and balanced. The grilled broccoli was wonderful and full of flavor—just the opposite of the soup. The tuna sandwich, while not a knockout, was refreshing and light. Desserts were the standout of the meal, especially the apple pie with caramel; it was worth the trip all by itself.

I went with a girls group of 6 and we were all disappointed. The prices were very high. We split two appetizers, each had two glasses of their least expensive wines, no desserts and it was $100 per person. Bottles of wine begin at $68 and glasses around $16 each. Limited menu. The beef and pasta were the best. We all shared and will not return. Also, the seating hostess said she could only get us in at 6:30 and there were lots of seats available all night.
Fun atmosphere, great food
Great place to dine in Downtown Dallas. Located on the top floor of Forty Five Ten at 1608 Elma Street. Bright and airy setting with floor to ceiling windows with nice views. Modern clean boutique design. Attentive waitstaff. The caviar deviled eggs were delicious and the ricotta toast was very good. The farro bowl salad is a good choice. And the shrimp po boy was sumptuous. Valet parking. Stop on the other floors and shop after your meal.
