Mississippi's Delta BBQ Reviews

My daughter and son in law had 85 people attending an event and had it catered. The food was delicious, served hot and everyone loved the food. They served brisket & chicken with 3 different sauces. They also had mac salad, coleslaw, and rolls. There was enough food to have a second helping. We would definitely order from this company again.

After shopping in the Hawthorne District, we headed over to the Mississippi District on a recommendation from a new friend. We decided on Miss Delta for BBQ. It took a while to get seated but longer to get our menus and water. Service was slow( so if you need to be quick this isn’t the place to go). Everything was delicious but my ribs arrived cold and were sent back to the kitchen to be reheated. My husband was done with his meal by the time my ribs returned barely warm. We ordered the Banana Pudding, which was fabulous. We were compensated for the delay in my meal by a discount for our beer with dinner. Food was tasty and flavorful but they need to hire more waitstaff to avoid the service delays and cold food.

Enjoyed dinner with a friend. Had shrimp and oyster po boy. Food was seasoned well. Shrimp and grits are off the hook. Sweet tea is awesome. Felt like I was in the bayou 😄😄😄

After much research, we hired Mississippi Delta BBQ for a large backyard golf/putting competition at our home. I was so impressed with how easy Brian was to work with (a true Southern gentleman as well). The pricing was extremely reasonable and the food absolutely wonderful. We did order way too much, but our guests were more than thrilled to take home the extra.
