It is not just a meal but an experience. We will remember that night that we shared with friends. Thanks for making it special! The sushi is beyond compare. The food looks as good as it tastes. Highly recommend!

Admittedly itās a gorgeous restaurant. The sushi is good not great. The reason I give this restaurant 1 star is the service and the cost to value on the experience overall. For the prices, the service sorely lacks! The servers push expensive wines and then show up to pour the wine (so they can sell a second bottle) but they donāt return to provide basics. We had an empty soy sauce jar on our table and our sushi came without wasabi. We waited so long for someone to return that some of our group ate without the desired condiments. For 3 of us the meal was over $600. For that, I believe the experience should feel like a treat. I regretted choosing Muzumi for our special evening out in Vegas.

When we stay at Wynn properties, we go all in with dining. Mizumi was my wife's choice for her birthday. Service & Food we're fantastic. Our reservation request was for a table near the rail with a waterfall view which was met. I always consider the overall experience when considering the value. Not prices and not food quantity. This was an excellent value to me as the food and service were both fantastic.

Went to celebrate our sons birthday at Mizumi, spent over $600 and left underwhelmed and hungry, the oyesters, sushi and the grilled options were all third rate, there are much much better options available on the Vegas strip, save yourself the feeling of being gypped and avoid Mizumi

A wonderful dining experience at Mizumi in the Wynn Resort! This outlet is stunning, particularly the waterfalls cascading into a private lake. We sat next to the water, feeling a sense of peace and calm in this wonderful enclave. Wynn is doing everything correctly as far as CDC guidelines do. You WILL feel very safe and confident dining there. Special kudos to our server, Stacey, and our sommelier, Ray, who were both professional and charming. They made this everyday dining experience very special. The food, including spectacular sushi, is fabulous! My American Wagyu Shortrib was a dish that I will not forget! We highly recommend this restaurant and canāt wait to return!!

Food: The highest quality food prepared with perfection - Appetizers: the sashimi plate: chefās daily selection of premium sashimi from Japan, is excellent way to try different of the top raw items The wagyu gyosa dumpling is amazing. The best of its kind The scallop tataki shrimp roll is my favorite. Creamy and flavorful The crispy rice spicy tune nigeri is OK The Dobin Mushi soup is beyond excellent. A truly perfect soup. The regular miso soup is just regular. - EntrĆ©e/main dishes: the Kobe beef on the hot stone is a must try. - Desserts: Yuzu & Passionfruit soufflĆ© is amazing. The roasted chestnut āmont-Fujiā is good and very light. Drinks: extensive sake list for all palates and budgets. Service: very attentive and helpful. Very fast service. Ambience/atmosphere: We were accommodated in the best outdoor table Table #503. The perfect spot at the corner beside the fountain. Value: Expensive, but the price matches the quality. And taste of course Overall rating: 5 out of 5. Recommendations: Best sushi place outside Japan. Highly recommended.

I was really excited to go here, for this price range you expect nothing but the best on food and service. We made our reservations and take a couple friends with us, got seated on time and ordered some sushi rolls while we waited for our kobe steaks to cook, everything was absolutely amazing, we ordered a wine bottle that came fast and chill, wine was delicious and it was gone on a blink of an eye, AND HERE COMES THE BAD PART..somebody came (his name was Aaron) and told us that the bottle we just finished it was the last one, wich it was such a blame because we really liked it, he made a couple other recomendations and we decided to ordered a different one WICH NEVER ARRIVED Aaron came back and just said sorry. I responded,do you think sorry will be enough for a place like this with such a dissapointed customer???....He didnt care and just walk back to his place..... After spending almost $1,000 Dlls. we leave the place with a really bad exprience on service, wich is completly unexpected for customers trying to have good food and exceptional service at the same place. On our way back everybody said thank you, and all of a sudden we saw Aaron behind the desk who was ignoring us instead of looking at us. After this been said, and with all the great choices that you have in Vegas, don't waste your time and money at this place. It doesn't matter how many awards you won or how great you food is, if you don't have the service we are expecting as a customers, we are not going back.

Managed to get a table with intervention of my Host Samol . This restaurant is to say very Chic just loved the decor and the water fall . Wow! Service as expected first class ambiance upmarket. Not familiar with Japanese cuisine so my server helped with selection and advised not to order too much initially as I could order later. Which I did. I enjoyed all offerings Very enjoyable experience

Mizumi is a Japanese restaurant inside the Wynn. It's not cheap--it's quite expensive--but it may be the most underpriced restaurant I've been to in Vegas. What sets it apart is that it gets the little things right. I had the sashimi plate, the toothfish, and the souffle. The sashimi plate was the most elaborately decorated sashimi I've had. The toothfish was delicious. It's what most restaurants would call Chilean seabass, but "toothfish" is more accurate, since it isn't exactly Chilean and it's not a bass. The souffle was a nice way to end a meal. The glass carafe for sake had a separate compartment for ice, so that the ice doesn't melt into the sake or fall into a drinking glass. They bring a mobile card reader to your table so that you can get out more quickly if you so choose. Service was excellent--the best at any restaurant I've visited in Vegas.

The dining experience at this Japanese restaurant was truly outstanding, offering a delightful array of dishes and impeccable service. The sake that we were suggested to taste was excellent, standing out as one of the best I've ever had. What sets this restaurant apart is its thoughtful inclusion of diverse vegetarian options, and I must say, the vegan sushis were absolutely delicious!

This is my second time coming here to this restaurant located in the wynn hotel in las vegas Nevada . The food is totally amazing I mean everything is good We ordered a bunch of stuff so that we could try a lot of the things on the menu also when you go in there's a big waterfall right outside and you can see it throughout the whole dining room inside and the customer service is outstanding. The dress code is business casual. if you're not dressed properly they will not serve you. Think upscale. I will definitely be back when Im here visiting.

Really nice variety of Sushi that we enjoyed... we ordered a variety and shared amongst the table. good place for lunch or dinner.

I went to Mizumi as a large group for a birthday. The staff was extremely attentive, thorough, and personable. We did family style appetizers, all of which were very good, though a bit pricey. Entrees were also very good. They offer three sushi platters that can be split two-, four, or six-ways, with each tier getting higher quality items. Four of us did the $195 platter and it was great. Prices varied from $20 to $120 an entree so there is definitely a range for most budgets. They have a large selection of sake as well with a wide range of prices. They even have a sommelier on staff for sake. Their cocktails were pricey (though not too pricey for the strip) but good. The location was beautiful as well, with wide open dining and one of the Wynn waterfalls just outside, yet still private from the rest of the resort. Some of the images look a bit cheesy but in reality it was very elegant. I would definitely return.

We had dinner on the Teppanyaki side. Our server was great and entertaining. The meal included appetizers, soup, main course, noodles or rice, and dessert. Food was great.

We had eaten at just about every restaurant in the Wynn except Mizumi and were wowed once again. We did not have reservations but arrived when they opened and were able to sit at the sushi bar. We tried almost all of the amazing sashimi appetizers, the delicious wagyu pot stickers, the BBQ vegetables, brussels sprouts and had great drinks too. Desert was good too! Everything was great! and we will definitely be back.

After reading several reviews & doing a ton of research, we decided on Mizumi and were NOT disappointed! We made reservations & were greeted with professionalism & seated at a great table. Our server, Harrison, was prompt, professional & very knowledgeable. With Harrison's advice, we chose the chef's tasting menu & we completely BLOWN AWAY. Although expensive, this was an amazing experience & one we will look to repeat on our next trip to Vegas.

Yep, itās pricy but the sushi at Mizumi is worth every nickel. Fresh, well presented, excellent wait staff, just a fantastic choice for a nice dinner on the strip. Dine outside if you can as the waterfall is awesome.

Food was great. Sashimi and the lobster and wagyu roll was great. The thing that stood out was the 50 Hr Veal Cheek. Dessert was wonderful. The Yuzu Passionfruit Souffle was tasty. Service was wonderful. Restaurant was a classic vegas luxury vibe. Getting a table towards the rear gives you a better view of the waterfall.

This was our first night in Vegas and we were really looking forward to trying Mizumi. What a disappointment! Our waitress seemed disinterested and very inattentive. She forgot 2 of our items and left us sitting alone with no food for 45 minutes. I think she just gave up towards the end and never came back to our table. Itās a shame because the food was actually good. This will be our last trip here. Too many other great sushi options in Vegas.

Our second trip to Mizumi was as lovely as the first. Exceptional quality, flavor, and presentation. The sommerlier did a wonder job matching our tastes to fantastic Japanese whiskies. The service was impeccable and the price was appropriate.

My boyfriend and I are here the first night of our stay at the Wynn. This was our planned splurge meal. It was expensive for sure, but I've been dreaming about this sushi ever since I've had it. We never get dessert, but seeing the art work plates presented at our neighboring tables, we went all in. It was a wonderful experience and worth the pricetag in my opinion.

Mizumi at Wynn Las Vegas is a culinary masterpiece! From the moment you step in, the atmosphere envelops you in a world of sophistication and elegance. Every dish served is a work of art, from the meticulously crafted sushi to the perfectly marbled Wagyu A5. The quality of the ingredients shines through in every bite, leaving you craving for more. But it's not just the food that's exceptional; the service provided by the staff is impeccable, ensuring a truly memorable dining experience. Without a doubt, Mizumi is the epitome of Japanese cuisine excellence and deserves every bit of praise it receives.

I am a Las Vegas local. I took my customer and manager to this restaurant after making last minute reservations that they were able to assist me with. They provided us with a private patio seating overlooking their waterfall and coi fish pond. They restaurant is so beautiful, inside and out. The hostess, managers, waiters and everyone we came in contact with were fantastic. Among some of my favorites: The wagyu beef dumplings were amazing, cucumber salad, truffle edamame, shrimp tempura sushi was well as the white chocolate/praline dessert. I will definitely be coming back again. Bravo to Mizumi for the amazing food, atmosphere and staff. Just WOW!!

0 star if I can select, this place refused my service because I did not stay at their hotel. The reason because my dressing didnāt satisfy their dress code, you can clearly see many of the sitting customers there wearing shorts and flip flops eating with no problems. Definitely reporting to consumer affairs and bbb. Whoever experienced same treatment should open a ticket with bbb as well. Give it few more cases bbb will go after them.

The restaurant is in the Wynn hotel. It is really high end sushi and Japanese dinning. Totally worth it! Food was excellent, and the whole package was so grand with beautiful views of the waterfall, elegant decor yet very contemporary Asian. I think this is where the teenagers and young adults going to high end family dinner (who like sushi) are going to really enjoy dinning (ours did!). Their deserts were very creative, beautifully presented and super tasty as well. Cocktails, too ;) We were family of 5 with all kids above 18 and our girls loved this restaurant the most of all of the once we tried in the Wynn. Make the reservations ahead, but I sow that they were actually very accommodating to the "walk-ins" as well.

My wife and I went to a teppanyaki show at Mizumi, which was her first one ever. I've been to several at a number of places and the show itself was pretty standard for the most part. Our chef was very entertaining and focused mostly on my wife and I and a pair of other customers since half of the table seemed to barely be interested in the experience and was just there to socialize and eat. The food was pretty delicious, though nothing eye opening beyond the usual teppanyaki fare that I have had. So on the whole it was a great teppanyaki show, but you could probably find similar elsewhere for a bit less of a price. Of course, others will not have the ambience and views that this restaurant has in the Wynn.

Very pleasant experience. Atmosphere & service were excellent for us. Our waitress Kristine was helpful & friendly. Smaller portions for pricy food but presentation is beautiful!

Disappointed completely, we came in early and the restaurant was half empty and they made us wait 15 minute..... The table was nasty and sticky Server was in bad mood and took another 15 minutes to order food They are robotic they forgot about personal touch and the experience.... Black cod terrible, nigir was so so..... told the server the salmon tasted bad and she said we opened it today! No dessert offered.... Iāve been here three times and this was my last.......

This is our go to restaurant in Las Vegas. We love everything here from the Sushi to the sashimi and amazing wine and sake.

The culinary talent, outstanding service team and gorgeous ambiance ,make this ding experience at the Wynn truly outstanding! Our dinner included an assortment of Sashimi, Wagyu Neef and Lobster Roll, Scallop Tataki and crispy Shrimp Roll, Braised Wagyu Short Tib Robatayaki, Tempura Shrimp and Vegetable, as well as two delicious desserts. Our wine selections were presented and maintained by the sommelier. A wonderful Yame 10 year Japanese Whiskey was the bomb! Our service team , lead by Jessica and Katherine, was both professional and charming. One of Las Vegasā most beautiful restaurants, you will not go wrong here. Highly recommended!!

We had a party of 10 so we relied on the waiter to suggest food. We ended up just having him bring us plate after plate for the table to share. Brussel sprouts were amazing! One of the beef plates was so tender you could cut it with a fork. The waitstaff was very attentive. Would definetly recommend!

Beautiful restaurant but we couldn't get seated far in cause I wore chino shorts (was 37-degrees celsius) - lovely food but overpriced.

Like some of the other high end restaurants in the Wynn complex, the beautiful space and atmosphere is a big part of the sell here. And Mizumi does not disappoint. This is just one of the most beautiful restaurant spaces I've ever seen. From the themed interior design of the space, to the stunning view out over the pond and green area. Really just breathtakingly beautiful. The food was quite good. We got a big variety of dishes, from some warm asian salad I can't remember the name of, which was quite good and a big hit, to the grilled meats, to the sushi. This is kind of 3 different restaurants in one space but you can order any item from any part: Robatayaki (grilled meats & veg ordered separately), Teppanyaki, and Sushi. Every single thing at this restaurant was great. It was quite expensive, but we also ordered quite expensive items (snow beef, sushi, a bunch of robatayaki items).

So Iām a foodie and a Japanese food snob. Iāve been taken around Japan by my Japanese grand-uncle who had access to nice restaurants in Tokyo and Kyoto. Iāve been at Micheline-starred Japanese restaurants around the world. And let me tell you, eat here. Mizumi served some of the best Japanese food Iāve ever had. We ordered: the hamachi carpaccio, the tuna tataki, robata platter, toro sushi roll, spicy yellowtail roll, crispy rice and spicy tuna roll, sushi moriawase, udon, dobin mushi, and a few drinks. The robatayaki was definitely delicious, but my palate couldnāt appreciate the difference between Mizumiās vs other fine-dining robatoyaki. Thatās on me. But the appetizers and rolls and Mizumi-creation sushi were out of this world. The nigiri sushi were obviously of the highest quality (the kimedai was my fav here), but my husband said itās harder to tell the difference between one fantastic nigiri sushi from another. Thereās seems to be a ceiling for happiness when it comes to great nigiri sushi. Given that that is an expensive meal, and their menu is so full of variety that itās hard to decide where to begin, we spent a long time strategizing our selection. The appetizers and Mizumi specialty rolls and sushi are absolutely the show stoppers and most likely to wow and justify the cost ā cuz they are not to be found anywhere else. Dobin mushi isnāt readily found on other menus either, and itās kind to fun to drink soup out of a little cup. I think itāll take a more sophisticated palate to appreciate Mizumiās elevated nigiri sushi, so Iām not sure Iād order a bunch of them again unless Iām with the right guests. Next time we come back (and we will be back for sure), weāll probably just order a bunch of Mizumi specialty rolls and appetizers and the seafood nabe. Canāt wait for our return!

Nice menu with an interesting mix. We had the fixed menu and it was very good, tasty and varied, surprisingly large sushi plate, needs more sashimi and less rice in my view. Good wine list too and a great Manhattan

First the service when coming is was clumsy / rude. We did not get the table we asked for (my wife's birthday). We also noted how people being helped before us were serviced in a very awkward way. Food was OK, not special. But a restaurant at this price range simply has to do better and for sure needs to treat all its customers withy respect.

We wanted to do on blowout dinner in Vegas during our stay. Mizumi looked interesting, had great reviews, had beautiful views, so we made a reservation. Even three weeks in advance on a Thursday night it was hard to find something. Book early. We arrived and were seated within a few minutes. We asked to be moved to a table with a better view of the waterfall and were accommodated immediately without a question. Water was refreshed constantly! If you aren't ready to spend $100-150 per person, don't go. There is no way around this point. We ordered wine, and I had a great Old Fashioned. Pricey at $25, and a meager pour, but very delicious. Very unusual flavor that demanded to be savored. Second cocktail was a Cherry Blossom Margarita. Served in a tall glass, this was delicious and refreshing. We ordered several dishes and shared everything. The Sushi dish came first, Scallop Tataki and it was divine. Soft scallops in a sauce on top of a sushi roll that had tempura shrimp. It was excellent. next was Tempura Shrimp and Vegetables. This we could have skipped. It was fine, but nothing special, sort of tasteless, bland and for $31 I'm sure there is something else on the menu more spectacular. Next was the Chicken Teriayaki, and Creamy Crab Croquette. They were both fantastic. The crab were fried to perfection with a thin outer crunchy layer over scrumptious crab inside. The teriyaka was two breasts of chicken, on pan seared and the other fried. Both were amazing. For dessert, we ordered Chocolate Fondant, a lava cake of sorts, with chocolate and peanut sauce inside, served with ice cream. OMG. So good. We also had The Chocolate Mask (see picture). It was so beautiful we didn't want to touch it, but we did. It was a white chocolate mask over chocolate mousse, with a crunchy cookie-like thing with white chocolate, all with ice cream. They both were amazing. the service was impeccable. The server recommended us to order most of our meal and made perfect suggestions. The view and ambience were lovely. A truly special evening. The bill was $277 for everything plus tip.

Fantastic design. Great view of a waterfall. Yes itās a bit kitsch, but this is Las Vegas. Food very very good, and the service too. We ordered waaaay too much, but the server did not guide us well on this. Great pics.

We dined at Mizumi last night; it was our first vacation by air since the pandemic, and we had an incredible evening. The restaurant is beautiful and has both open-air and outdoor seating available, all overlooking a waterfall. The staff was very attentive and gracious and made us feel comfortable and safe. Itās the first restaurant Iāve been to that also offers a sanitized mat for resting your mask on. Both of the carpaccio appetizers were gorgeous and delicious. The scallop and crunchy shrimp maki was one of the best specialty rolls Iāve ever had at a sushi restaurant. Great tempura and donāt miss the crab croquettes. Cocktails were great and good wine list. The mask dessert is their signature, and you must save room. Canāt wait to go back.

Best sushi I have ever had. Just ordered what the chef suggested and it kept coming and coming. We left happy and not hungry.

We went to Mizumi last sunday on our last day in Vegas, the place is beautiful, the view to the cascade is incredible, staff is very nice but the food is very good. Specially the sashimis are incredible.

A business associate and I had dinner here during a conference. O-M-G. The cocktails are awesome, the service friendly and accurate and their is an amazing view of their garden and 3-story waterfall out of the floor to ceiling windows. And the food??? WHA-HA!!! While a bit pricey, I had some help because I am Wynn Platinum and it was my birthday month - that gives me a $100 dining credit. Between the two of us with cocktails, dinner and an amazing dessert, we spent $235 before the credit. The fish was fresh, tasty and the texture was different from my local sushi bar in that the fish was springy and not mushy at all. Like 99% of USA restaurants, your sushi and sashimi come with green horseradish, but they also sell actual Japanese wasabi, which is insanely hard to get in the USA.

I reserved a table near the waterfall around a month in advance for our 10 year anniversary, and was never told of a minimum spend. Once we arrived, there was a slight wait and once again, never told about a $350 minimum for the table (or we would have accepted any other table due to the scenery being nice but nothing wonderful). We enjoyed a pretty nice dinner with no complaints of the food, but was not near $175 per person great. We were very disappointed because of all of the choices we had for this special occasion, we choose The Wynn and Mizumi, and left with a very negative experience of the overall 10 year anniversary dinner. At the end of the dinner, we ended up spending around $380 for about $150 of spend. I'm not saying $380 for a dinner of 2 isn't semi-normal for a fine dining establishment, but having that knowledge well in advance would have been nice to know. I would not recommend Mizumi to friends.

I eat sushi in nearly every city I visit and this was a stand out. Especially options without rice. Cocktails were tasty and the service was excellent.

Seated right by the window overlooking the waterfall - what an incredible view and ambiance. My sushi and ramen were both delicious. The service was fantastic. The only negative was random people coming right next to the tables to take photos, especially with flash photography this was quite unnecessary.

We had dinner at Mizumi while going through Vegas. A few notes: - The ambience is amazing - The food was great, and each plate was really unique. I had only vegetarian options and loved the presentation amd the taste - The service was top notch! They were so friendly and knowledgeable - Only thing I would note was that (like much Japanese food) I was sort of hungry a few hours later A great meal and highly recommend!

The food and service were wonderful. The ambience was lively and colorful. We have an amazing waiter who gave us great suggestions. The reason why I am giving this 3 stars is that the food was rushed. Japanese food of this caliber should be savored course by course but instead it was hurriedly laid on the table and we were unable to appreciate the beauty and effort of the food that was prepared by the chef. Food like this needs to be savored by the 5 senses and when itās all piled on the table quickly like a conveyor belt, then that is all lost. We thought we would be there for an hour and a half but instead we were in and out in just 45 mins. For that price point, it seems like fast food. We have eaten cuisine like this in Japan, Singapore, New York and at Japanese Michelin star restaurants and never rushed. Note to restaurant, slow down so that the guests can fully enjoy and appreciate the beautiful food.

My wife and I dined at the restaurant on our final night in Vegas. This is a very popular upmarket option in The Wynn. Overall the food is excellent. However, we felt that 2 out of our 5 dishes were under seasoned. My first cocktail was so good that I ordered a second. This was obviously made by a different person and tasted nothing like the first. Be prepared to splash the cash and leave considering picking up a pizza on the way home. I was a little put out when asked if I needed change from 300 dollars when the bill was 'only' 220 dollars!

Everything youād expect from a restaurant at the Wynn. Wonderful teppanyaki and fantastic service. Artfully created meal using the best ingredients. Lovely ambience. Even though it was busy, noise level was low.

The restaurant is beautiful and overlooks the lake. We came for an early dinner since we were staying at the Wynn and we got a seat right by the window. The food was great too!

On a foodie trip to LV, and we love Japanese food so decided to try Mizumi - it had stella revues. We arrived a little early so sat at bar and had a small carafe of sake while our table was made ready. Prime seating right in front of the lake and waterfall - a spectacular setting. I had Shrimp and Unagi Sushi as starters - amazing - with the Unagi some of the best I've ever eaten. We then shared a Robato Platter - a mixture of their Robatayaki Menu and the Shrimp & Vegetable Tempura. These were both superb with Tempura so light and crispy that it enhanced what was inside. Without doubt the best Tempura I have ever eaten. We had 2 small carafes of sake from their Classified Sake list - both excellent and made out meal even more satisfying. Finished with Roasted Chestnut Mount Fuji - delightful - and double espressos. With out doubt the best Japanese food I have had outside of Japan, with immaculate service, and an ambience/setting that is amazing. A perfect meal! Highly recommended.

Great ambience! Amazing food! Excellent service! On a pricey side but would happily spend my money here again! Highly recommended! Order the eggplant dish and the soufflƩ for dessert!

The snapper special is phenomenal. So is the rest of this amazing and beautiful place. All the food is so fresh and bursting with flavor. Thereās great stuff for non-fish lovers too! Great, great place! Worth every penny.

Mizumi, is totally overrated !! Some of he sushis are really good. Steaks are a bit weird, because to me it looks they are regenerated in Sous Vide - mode. The steak has no kind of crispy outside and the meat structure is like cooked more than fried. The whole thing is totally overpriced !! The ambiance ist the best part of the place --- Stunning !! The waiter we had was totally out of order -- speaking to my daughter (probably assuming that she was my date, but even then ) and addressing her as "sweetie" He should start working in some beer dive rather than in an expensive restaurant !!

My husband and I had a lovely meal over at Mizumi for my birthday during a weekend trip to Las Vegas. Mizumi is located at the beautiful Wynn hotel. It is conveniently located right by the front lobby of the hotel. The decor is very elegant, and we were treated to a beautiful table ride by the lovely pond with the gorgeous view of the waterfall and the wall of bamboo trees covering the area. The host walked up to the table and handed me a handwritten birthday card, which I really appreciated. We started out with the Robata platter with shrimp, chicken, beef, and shishito peppers skewers, Shrimp and vegetable Tempura, and wagyu beef fried rice. Everything was beautifully prepared with an equally beautiful presentation. We washed everything down with a perfectly brewed pot of jasmine tea. We finished our meal with a delicious bowl of lychee sorbet, and a plate of Japanese honeydew melon(which was surprisingly underwhelming). Our server also brought us a cute little piece of chocolate cake with chocolate ganache, and a lighted candle at the end of the meal. it was a lovely surprise, and the chocolate cake was actually extremely delicious. I would highly recommend this place for itās quality of food, ambience, and solid service.

Six of us were there for dinner and it was a wonderful experience. The restaurant dining room has a gorgeous view of a waterfall element just outdoors (it looks like people can dine outside by it (it must be enclosed somehow because it was over 100 degrees out. At any rate, our table was ready when we arrived but they were gracious about us hanging out at the bar for a pre-dinner cocktail Once at the table service was very good and our server very knowledgeable. The menu is quite extensive so we appreciated his guiding us through various courses to share and to be able to taste a variety mostly along the lines of sushi but we also had a fantastic Wagyu dish that may have been the best I've had. The Somme was also deserving of praise - he recommended 2 bottles of Sake to have as a compliment to our meals and they were spot on. It is an elegant place. Unfortunately Vegas is not always elegant. I was advised of the dress code which is pretty simple - men wear collared shirts and no shorts, ripped jeans or unclosed shoes. People still didn't get it. I wish places would enforce their dress codes - especially when they aren't that much to enforce. I'm not blaming the restaurant here I just saw a "0" star rating from someone who did not even eat there...

This is a very good upscale restaurant in a very upscale hotel in Las Vegas. The vibe is excellent, busy and chic, the seating ambience is very nice and the menu is very diverse with a lot of Japanese dishes ranging from sushi, tempura, gyoza to wagyu beef, they really have a large diversity in the dishes. It is expensive but it delivers, excellent food and preparation. I had a reservation the first night, and then went back two nights later because I really enjoyed my time and was able to get a early bar seat with the help of the very nice, friendly and helpful front entry hostess. Large staff running around the room all ready to assist and help even if it isn't your server, no one will not listen to you if ask them a question and are willing to help. Very professional dining staff. Check it out if you want a nice and pleasant Japanese food dining experience, but be ready to pay some.

Really pleasant place to eat with a wonderfully relaxed atmosphere. Pretty essential that you book as every table was taken. Started with some of the best sushi I have ever eaten. My cod main dish was beautifully cooked and presented. Service throughout was top notch. It is expensive but it is fine dining and I thought worth the money for a really great evening.

Mizumi is a high end Japanese restaurant at Wynn Las Vegas. The interior is beautiful and artistically designed. The waterfall and the lake outside take me away from the busy life in a big city. The Japanese sea urchin and Otoro were delicious. The sweet shrimps were kind of small but tasty. The Robata plate was good. The best part of my dinner was the Hokkaido Beef on a hot stone. The soufflƩ was a bit too wet at the bottom and disappointing. Jessica, the manager was very friendly. Tom was the best server.

What a restaurant!! Everything was top notch, tasty, high quality and excellent service. Definitely recommended!

This restaurant is gorgeous, the view (though the waterfall was under repair) is stunning. The food was delectable - from shrimp and salmon rolls to pork belly to sweet egg rolls we were blown away. The star of our evening was the gentleman who brought our desserts. He was affable and wonderful, giving fulls details of our dishes. We could have spent all night with him. Thank you for making my momās birthday special.

Absolutely amazing restaurant. The view is incredible, the staff is so attentive and knowledgeable, and the food was outstanding. This is our 2nd time here and we will absolutely be back!! A MUST try dinner experience in Vegas !

I had a reservation on April 12 at 7 pm, which I reserved since March 8. We ran a few mins late and were walking from the Encore Hotel to the Wynn Hotel where Mizumi is located. We were staying at the Encore. I called the restaurant to say we were 5 mins later from the 7.15 pm deadline. I was even put on a 3 min hold. We were told there was no problem. When I checked in the hostess didnāt say anything about losing the reservation, she said she would do her best to accommodate our request to sit near the water-view. We were made to wait for 25 mins, I had to go insist to be seated. Seemed they had totally forgotten about us, as if we had lost our reservation. We thought after the 25 min wait the table would be nice, it wasnāt. She gave us a mediocre table and said it was this way because we had been late. I complained and she called the manager. The manager basically told me it was our fault because we had been late, even though I told him I had called to let them know we were on our way and not far. He didnt care. There were two empty tables closer to the water he refused to move us to. He was rude and aggressive, totally inflexible and as if he was teaching us a lesson...He took a non conciliatory tone with me. Not service oriented at all, I thought I was dealing with someone in a communist place or at least a headmaster at a military academy, this person should not be in the service industry. I'll give him the benefit of the doubt of not saying he was acting snooty. He gave no other options. Nothing to help out. It was all on us, he blamed us. THAT WAS HIS TONE. We are even staying in the hotel. Not the first time. I told him we would leave. He didnāt care, didnāt make the slightest gesture to improve the situation. Horrendous experience!!! If someone in their management cares, his name is KEVIN. He even bragged he was the GM of the place and had an attitude. Iāve travelled all over the world and never had I ever had a restaurant prefer to have a customer leave than to accommodate. NEVER coming back to MIZUMI in WYNN US they wasted the evening for us, at least this Keving GM with his attitude did. We had dined at MIZUMI in Macau in December 2024 and what a contrast. That GM should be fired and their hostess staff should be better trained to let the guest know that they are screwed no matter what if they are one minute late past the grace period, at least according to GM KEVIN, generalissimo, even if you call ahead, even if you are a guest. Cero customer service. Seriously I spend a lot of time at Macau Wynn and Palace and itās so much better. By the way before I close this, Kevin, the GM, explicitly WARNED me to include in my complaint that we were late, āso what is the point of a reservationā in his own words. THAT is HIS TONE AND THAT is HOW FRIENDLY HE WAS TO ME. I think you can get the idea of him. FAIL WYNN VEGAS DINNNG FAILand I used to be a fan.

We only experienced sushi by the bar, but it straight away became a favourite sushi restaurant in Las Vegas. The spicy tuna roll, the tuna o toro nigiri, eel nigiri and black cod warm dish were the highlights (but we loved every single dish). The service was fast, helpful and very friendly, which made the dinner even a nicer experience.

My friend and I were seated next to the koi pond and ordered the omakase multi-course dinner, which I had done before and I remember being amazing, and it didn't disappoint this time either. We took a picture of every beautiful, mouth-watering course except for one because we were so hungry and it looked so good, and we almost forgot to take a picture of another course! I also tried Kobe beef for the second time in my life (originally had it in Japan), and it was fun to have an interactive cook-it-yourself experience, though it wasn't as good as the first time I had Kobe beef (probably because I cooked it myself and I'm not great at that). The service by our lead waiter, Drew, was attentive and personable. As we got to the dessert course, I noticed we had missed the sushi course, and he promptly and apologetically corrected the mistake, got us our sushi, and gave us a bonus dessert as an apology. It's very expensive, but you pay for the great service, serene ambiance, and delicious food!

Took myself out on a solo date and decided to check out Mizumi - one of the only restaurants in the Wynn that I hadnāt tried yet. Best decision all weekend. The ambience is beautiful. I was seated at a table with a perfect water view. I ordered a mocktail, the edamame with black truffle salt, the vegetable tempura and the Wagyu short rib, which was actually a play on bibimbap. All was perfect, as was the service. IF I was going to nitpick anything, the pineapple trio for dessert fell just a little short. They put the pineapple sorbet on top of the crĆØme brĆ»lĆ©e, taking away that caramelized top that is so fun to smash with a spoon. And the mini pineapple cake was just an afterthought. Dessert was good in flavor - just need to execute it a little better. Service could not have been friendlier. Itās a toss up between Mizumi and Sinatra for my favorite place in the Wynn. Definitely worth going!

Fresh, creative, large portions and delicious. We tried a variety of menu items, sushi and sashimi, then had a fish and meat shared entree and a great desert. Good saki selection, cocktails were great, service is exceptional. This is a great spot with a large sushi bar and beautiful views.

Wow! This restaurant is the total package of sensory experiences on every level. The decor is captivating with compelling red hues and design features that give you a rich Modern take on Japanese design. The glass windows overlooking the waterfall is for sure Feng Shui approved really adding to the tranquility of the experiences. The flavors of every dish left us wanting more with flavors that awaked our palette to pure pleasure. I am not affiliated to the hotel or getting paid for this review but I really felt compelled to share that if you could choose one place in Vegas to dine and you live Japanese cuisine with fresh ingredients and flavors, this is your spot. Every dish we had was a hit and I canāt wait to visit again!

First of all let me say that I was super excited to get to finally experience Mizumi. A group of friends decided to land on this last Friday night, and what a perfect choice. The funny thing however was that all of the guys in our group were wearing shorts and were not prepared for Mizumi's upscale attire. We were then offered either complimentary pants or to sit at the bar. After the fact we definitely messed up by not taking the pants. Not in the sense where it affected how we were served, but now we have so many questions about the pants haha! Besides the funny bits above Mizumi was absolutely freaking killer. Some people shared sushi, sashimi, or even a roll to kick things off. Half of our group ordered the Scallop Tataki and Crispy Shrimp roll along with the Wagyu Gyoza Dumplings. I went all in with the 72 Hour Yakitori Braised American Wagyu Short Rib, because when in Vegas why the hell not. Let me say that it was everything I wanted and more. Someone ordered the Wild Isles Organic Salmon, which was mighty tasty to the T, and another friend landed on the Black Cod Saikyoyaki. I wish my stomach had room for dessert, because I can only imagine it would've been absolutely delicious. I very much look forward to returning to the Wynn/Encore, especially to come and check out Mizumi once again with or without dressier pants ;)

It is Vegas and it is highly rated so yes, you are going to pay. However, the location (ask for a table at the window), ambiance, service, and menu make it worth it. Went with the yellowtail appetizer on recommendation and it was good, not great. The mushroom salad, Mizumi roll, and Waygu Gyoza were all amazing and made the experience that much better. Heather, our server, was attentive and knowledgeable. Overall Mizumi lived up to our expectations.

Fresh fresh fresh!!! Quality sushi and sashimi A++++, I am a sushi lover and this place was absolutely amazing. Located at the Wynn Hotel and Casino. For anyone looking for a romantic, high end experience I highly recommend. From the front desk to the Sommelier and even the Saki Sommelier the service was top notch. Staff were super attentive. Do not hover, let you enjoy your meal and do not rush you to clear off the table. We were seated second row in the dinning room area right in from of the breath taking waterfall. A very unique and calming dinning experience. In regards to price, you pay for what you get. High grade sushi is not cheap and this is not an all you can eat Sushi resto. Well worth the price, wonderful atmosphere, delicious food. Will be back again next time in Vegas and craving Sushi.

Excellent service with Yuko, delicious meal, beautiful ambiance, special attention given for our anniversary and birthday celebrations Would highly recommend

Check-in ( 4 / 5 ): We checked-in 10 minutes early for a 7:00 pm dinner reservation. Our table/grill was ready and was seated promptly. We were told another couple was joining us but they never showed up after waiting for 10 minutes. Table and Ambiance ( 5 / 5 ): We had the entire teppanyaki grill to ourselves! The room looks out to a Japanese garden with a cascading waterfall and surrounded by an idyllic koi pond. The view was even stunning at night offering a relaxing atmosphere. Wait Staff ( 3 / 5 ): The wait staff was outstanding but the teppanyaki chef was a disappointment. We were hoping to see some āactionā but only saw the routine flaming onion volcano and fried rice heartbeat. How bad was the performance? The chef tried to do the egg toss spatula trick and failed ā twice! There was also only trivial conversation between us and the chef. Food and Drink ( 4.2 / 5 ): In addition to the teppanyaki menu, we also ordered a specialty sushi roll, the revitalizing Botanical Garden mocktail for me and the Burnt Old Fashioned cocktail made with Japanese whisky and garnished with a thin slice of dragon fruit for my husband. Sakizuke/Shun no Zensai/Agemono: The cold, seasonal and hot appetizers were served together on a wooden platter. It consisted of the very refreshing yellowtail carpaccio with ponzu gel and crispy shallots, the beautifully presented boiled tiger prawn with hollandaise sauce and roasted macadamia nuts, and the not so spicy deep fried wagyu gyoza. Additional Order ā Scallop Tataki and Crispy Shrimp Roll: The seared scallop and crunchy shrimp was wrapped with thinly sliced cucumber. We ordered this as filler between the appetizers and the entrĆ©e but it disappeared quickly because it was delicious. Vegetables and Garlic Fried Rice: The vegetables were part of the flaming onion volcano trick. It was seasoned well but the portion size was bigger than what we would have preferred. The fried rice was tasty but again it was too much for a couple trying to reduce their carbohydrate intake. EntrĆ©e ā Seafood Trio and Hokkaido Snow Beef: I ordered the trio of sea bass, shrimp and scallops. They were cooked properly using rice wine and soy sauce. My husband ordered the snow beef and they were cooked medium rare with only salt and pepper as seasoning. Hands down this was the best dish of the night. Dessert ā Matcha Macaron Sandwich? We donāt recall seeing the dessert listed on the menu but they were raspberry and mochi sandwiched in between two oversize green tea macarons. It was not sweet but an excellent way to end dinner. Overall, we give this dining experience, 4 stars out of 5. Will we dine here again? Probably ā we will try the main dining room next time.

I do not typically do reviews but my familyās experience at Mizumi was so bad that I am determined to let the world know NOT TO VISIT THIS RESTAURANT. The manager by the Ʊame of Sammie is the rudest most inconsiderate person I have ever encountered. Hereās the story... we arrive in the restaurant at our reservation time 8:30. Immediately checked in at the hostess stand. My sister, my son (12) and my father (67). When we arrived the 4 of us were present at the hostess desk when we checked in. And 3 hostesses were there and saw all four of us. They told us it would be just a minute but we could get a drink at the bar, which my sister and I did, ($50 for 2 cocktails + tip), we finish our drinks and still had not been seated. Meanwhile, my son has been seated with my father at the front of the restaurant. Finally at 9:05pm, I go to the hostess stand again, and ask about our table because there were many tables open in the dining room. So I politely say āhi our reservation was at 8:30 and we havenāt been seated (side note, no one else was waiting for a table, and the restaurant was relatively empty)ā and the hostess picks up menus and takes us to our table that was not occupied since we walked into the restaurant 35 minutes prior. We go to sit down and the hostess says āI am sorry but your son cannot be here, he has on shortsā. I kindly explained that for one, he was 12 years old and for 2, we have been waiting in the restaurant for 35 minutes, INSIDE THE RESTAURANT with many employees passing him by. So now, not only are we having to leave but weāve wasted 35 minutes of our time, my Fatherās blood sugar is low but because of severe acid reflux and a recent surgery he cannot eat close to bedtime and he had yet to eat, my son is mortified, and it is 9:10 in Vegas with no dinner for my family, and no dinner for my father for the entire night. The hostess referred me to the restaurant manager and she was the rudest, most inconsiderate person I have ever have interaction with. She simply did not care that her restaurant had inconvenienced my family and offered no suggestions or anything to compensate wasting our time. I COMPLETELY understand there are rules and rules have to be followed however my son was present at the hostess desk when we checked in and sat in the front of the restaurant for 35 minutes with hostess and even the manager seeing him the entire time. So, weāve spent $50 on drinks, weāve wasted time, and we are leaving hungry and my father is leaving not being able to eat for evening, and the restaurant manager is not in the least bit apologetic, or accompanying. How you treat people goes a long way for myself and my family. I WILL NEVER STEP FOOT IN THIS ESTABLISHMENT AGAIN AND HOPE YOU CONSIDER THIS REVIEW WHEN DECIDING WHERE TO Dine. Please try Nobu at Cesarās MUCH BETTER!!

I was sooo excited to finally eat at Mizumi It quickly turned to dismay when I tried to order. No effort made to accommodate a gluten allergy and I mean no effort.

Very nice service, patient and pleasant waitresses. Compared to the food that does not match the attribution of the place. We ordered a "special" dish, which we claimed was a special cut from the Golan Heights worth NIS 450 for 500 grams of sirloin. In practice, we received a plate with pieces that may weigh 250 grams. Quite a sum for what was promised, moreover the dish arrived cold!! And not tasty. We were very upset... In addition, we waited 40 minutes for a sushi roll! It's something that doesn't make sense in a restaurant where you made a reservation in advance.. A not nice and not tasty experience, and after waiting too long to get one roll... we already gave up, asked for the bill and left. I do not recommend, the food is not as we expected, apart from the pleasant attitude of the waitresses I have nothing good to say about the place.

Even though we are not really experts in Japanese food besides Sushi I found the tasting menu an incredible experience. I did not really know what I was eating but it sure was good. The setting at the waterfall is lovely, service was very personal, we enjoyed it!

Wow doesnāt even describe our dinner here. My husband and I came for my birthday dinner here and had an incredible experience. They sat us at a table next to the window to see the beautiful waterfall. We shared a few of the sushi rolls and gyoza and all of it was delicious. We both said it was one of the best meals we have ever had. Expensive but well worth the price because the food, service and atmosphere all exceeded our expectations. Will be back when we visit again.

We live here 6 months of t eh year and visit a number of restaurants. Because of Covid a number of our favorite restaurants are closed. We love Asian cuisine so decided to try Mizumi. Right off the front lobby of the Wynn we decided on dibber service rather than the hibachi type experience. Our waiter Grant was superb, try the sushi, hot sakes and take your time trying different dishes. The view of the waterfall is delightful

I have tried all the Japanese restaurants in Las Vegas and this is the one I prefer. The service is impeccable, the decor is sublime and the food stunning. The prices are in accordance with the above. We reserved a table and asked for a quiet booth, when we arrived they did everything they could to provide us we our requirement. All the food we selected was absolutely perfect and I would not recomment one dish rather than another one as they are all stunning. So high five for a place like this, we need them. We returned many times duronmg our stay.

Dined twice during the Grand Prix Formula One week. This was one of the few restaurants which were still running Ć la Carte at normal prices. We were served by a lovely lady, the restaurant was comfortable, the food was very good, highly recommended during busy periods. Then again, everything at the Wynn is good.

Our family of four dined here the one night we were staying in Las Vegas at the end of our spring break. We had heard such great things about this restaurant and we were SO DISAPPOINTED. First, the restaurant is beautiful...the lagoon and patio setting is just wonderful. That's where our good feelings ended. We had reservations, and we were seated in a timely manner but the service was TERRIBLE! It was so slow. Others arounds us seemed to get such good service and we almost felt punished because we had children there. Our children eat out all of the time, they are seasoned travelers and diners and they are also 16 and 13, so not unruly in the least. On top of poor service, the food was sub par in our opinion for the VERY expensive tab. Our tiny, cheap sushi in our home town far exceeds the quality of the food we had here. We just sat and sat and sat. My husband and I could have easily had two or three more cocktails, if we had been asked...we barely had time to make our show, and we would never go back.

Was at Mizumi for a celebration and the set menu was just wrong for the diners. It was completely obvious with people refusing the dishes that the server should have realised and offer an alternative. Really not what youād expect from a āsupposedlyā top restaurant. You expect the server to inform and make changes but no they really didnāt care....

We were lucky enough to get a seat outside by the waterfall. It was a little chilly but they had heat lamps. The service was wonderful, everything we tried was delicious (except my mocktail which tasted like soap)

I had always seen this restaurant at the Wynn and finally decided to give it a whirl on this trip, and it did not disappoint. There was a little bit of a snafu when making the reservation on OpenTable in that it put me in the regular dining room when I was looking for the Teppanyaki. The staff corrected the issue without hesitation and seated me for Teppanyaki. I decided to splurge on the Snake River Farms Wagyu sirloin, and boy am I glad that I did. It was a melt-in-your-mouth, flavorful and tasty steak, the likes of which I've never had before. I can't wait to come back here again. The vegetables were the freshest I have ever tasted at a Japanese restaurant. All around spectacular experience.

My wife and I went to Las Vegas to celebrate an anniversary. I called Mizumi to book a reservation after our show. They were awesome! They greeted us and multiple staff members knew it was our anniversary! The food and atmosphere were great and would definitely recommend to anyone!

We wouldn't recommend this place just because the way the general manager of this restaurant threated us. Not only he was rude and disrespectful, he was arguing with us over silly bar chair! We loved the bartenders and food and that was why we returned the second time but unfortunately the second experience thanks to a rude GM was disappointing. He came to us while we were eating and technically told us to leave. I have never been in a restaurant in my life where they would not be accommodating to a retuning and well spending customers. This GM shouldn't be working in any restaurant as he has zero interpersonal skills or sense for hospitality management! We will never go back.

Weāre loyal customers at Mizumi Las Vegas. The food is always awesome, but service was disappointing this time: it was ultra slow, the sommelier was un respectful, he even brought a wine in bad state, and then we were rushed to order anything because the kitchen closed at 10 PM. Having an uncivilized sommelier at any Wynnās restaurant is unacceptable, as is not caring for the wines offered. On the other hand, accepting reservations at 9:30 PM, if you close kitchen at 10 PM, is unthoughtful. At last, having a careless and super sluggish service is not pleasing at all. We hope this unpleasant experience is just a blemish on Mizumiās reputation, that they will try to erase.

The restaurant is beautiful. I really enjoyed the Japanese F1 Wagyu Striploin. My husband had the Sashimi Plate and said it was good but thought it was overpriced for what he got. Our disappointment came with the timing of our plates. I was served the Miso soup and 10 minutes later my husband was served his noodle soup. We thought that was odd but could be overlooked. But then my husband was served his Sashimi plate and it was 20 minutes before I was served my steak. No apologies or acknowledgement of the timing issue. For a restaurant of this caliber this is very surprising.

This place is amazing, so prepare yourself when you have to leave. You will be sad you can't eat here every day. My husband and I enjoyed it so much we canceled our reservations for a different restaurant the following night so we could come back. We had the wagyu beef dumplings to start. AMAZING! We ordered the wagyu beef and lobster roll, king crab roll, scallop and crispy shrimp roll and the crispy rice with spicy tuna roll. They were all a flavor explosion. Cannot recommend highly enough. Waitstaff is very polite and attentive. The view overlooking the waterfall and pond is beautiful. Do yourself a favor and eat here if you can. It will always be a wonderful memory for me and my husband.

One of the best Japanese in Vegas if not the best, if you except the blonde receptionist who ask you to wait 20 mn standing and you find out later that half of the tables around you are empty.. The food is sublime and the ingredients used perfect. My top choice after returning 3 times in a week to this place is the dessert Black sesame and white chocolate, but of course the sea food and fish are king.

I decided to try Mizumi at the Wynn, as Kabuto was already all booked. So my expectations, being at the Wynn were high. The ambient and location is nice, and staff is courteous but you not feel that eagerness to please you can feel in japanese owned restaurants. I decided to have sushi and it was a real deception. Although the fish was fresh, it was not well cut at the moment, being too thing so it did not hold as one piece. Also the rice was not cooled Down properly, so it was not sticky enough in order to allow you to eat it properly (it crumbled). Also, the sushi was not presented in the order you should eat it in order to have the complete taste of each piece. And for the check i received, i feel it was not worth it.

Ate there in late May and while some of the food was good, some was sub-par. The main entrƩe was very good but the rice, soup and salad was disappointing. Service was good and atmosphere was fine but the high price did not reflect the quality of the meal. Our party of two had a check for $315.00 plus tip. Several places we have been in Vegas were the same price or more but was a better meal.

Mizumi has been on our list as long as we have been staying at the Wynn on a regular basis. Unfortunately, we had never seemed to remember to go until it was too late in our trip. This time, my wife booked it on OpenTable so we would not miss out. And thankfully, we loved it. Without a doubt, one of the best meals I have ever eaten. The best sushi/Japanese food I have had outside of Japan in fact. My wife started with the Hakkaisan sake and she loved it. I had a non-alcoholic drink (Botanical Garden) and it was delicious. We ordered a range of sushi as well as some rolls and other assorted dishes. The highlight (and that is saying something) was the Kagoshima Fried Rice. It was amazing. The $88 price tag is tough to look at but worth it in my mind (and stomach). The desserts were great too. If you are looking for a romantic place for dinner, head to Mizumi. The view of the lake and waterfall are wonderful as well. Dinner for three was $650+tip.

We dined at Mizumi with friends during a recent trip to LV. We were seated outside next to the waterfall, and it was truly amazing. The service was wonderful and the dishes we sampled were delicious.

Beautiful ambiance but donāt show up hungry! You will end up spending way more than you want at this restaurant. The portions are small and really wasnāt that great

The atmosphere was lovely in the restaurant. The sushi was delicious, a great variety of options for sushi lovers. Price was standard for a vegas hotel but I thought the food was worth it. Would definitely reccommend. Only negative was the server was far too pushy.

Had a really nice, memorable dinner here with a most stunning view of the waterfall and lake in the moonlighted night. I ordered the Black Cod which was so buttery delicious and perfectly seasoned. We started with a few roles (the crispy rice one is the best roll Iāve ever had with puffed rice used instead of the frying). The cucumber seaweed salad was really perfect as well. Loved the experience here as my server was top notch. The only miss of the night was the complete overwhelmed bar tender as we had arrived early for our reservation and she struggled with customer service. Iāll look pst that as it was a total win overall.

We went here for our final meal of the week. We were seated on time, and distanced from other tables. The server was incredible; completely versed on the intricacies of the menu and ready for suggestions. Everything we tasted was simply outstanding, with explosions of tastes and flavors on the palate. This place is not inexpensive, but you will be very happy with your meal and service.

Dined at Mizumi last night and it was a real treat. the service was great and the ambiance even better. However, the food was truly out of this world. Snapper carpaccio with flowers was like eating art. I will be back!

Had a wonderful time at mizumi, food was delicious and service was great. Wonderful dessert selection and beautiful scenery

Came to Mizumi after a recommendation from a friend. Ambience is fantastic! Sat at a table near large windows overlooking a waterfall. Menu items are on the expensive side, but it is one of the few places I have been this week in Vegas that I feel the quality of the food lived up to what I paid for it. We both had miso soup to start which was really really good! Little mushrooms in there were a great touch. Scallop sashimi was presented just the way I like it, with thin slices of lemon scenting each piece. Tuna sashimi was very high quality tuna. Rainbow roll was typical, but the sauce with it was unreal. The second roll I canāt remember the name, but it is yellowtail, salmon, tuna, shrimp tempura, snow crab, and avocado wrapped in cucumber (no rice) with a cilantro yuzu sauce. It was light and very tasty. We also had a very nice cold sake suggested by our server. Overall, the food was excellent, service and presentation were excellent, and I would definitely eat here again.

Superb dinner in a great setting. A truly fine experience. Mizumi provides an upscale visit that combines great staff, great food and great decor. We were able to secure an outside table on the pagoda and with KRISTINES service had an unforgettable meal. Portions are large and perfect for family style sharing. Each arrived individually and we were able to the enjoy evening. The Wagyu dumplings, yellowtail sushi and bone in ribeye were all fantastic. Servers were attentive. Definitely will be back

Nice ambiance. Higher end sushi spot. Good to get a table overlooking the waterfall. If youāre with a group or special occasion try to get the table by the water feature outside. Kind of has an Epcot vibe. Favorites were the Scallop Tataki and Crispy Shrimp Roll and the Brussel sprouts.

Awesome. Beautiful. We sat in the gondola facing the water fall and our waitress was exceptional and super knowledgeable.

We had a very enjoyable experience at Mizumi. The food is pricey as it is Vegas after all. I wasnāt very hungry so I only ordered the shrimp tempura which I felt like was a good amount of food for the price. It was very delicious. My husband ordered the short rib and it was mouth watering but a smaller portion for the price of the dish. Request a table near the window, the view is amazing!

I've traveled the world looking for great food. We all know Vegas has great food, I just wasn't expecting to find one of the best meals I've ever had at this little restaurant tucked away inside the Wynn. I can say without a doubt, that this was the best sushi I've ever had, and I've been to Japan several times. It wasn't cheap, and I did give the waiter carte blanche on what we would eat, but my God was it worth every penny!!! Do yourself a favor and order the Toro.......it will blow your mind.

Mizumi is tasteful and well-decorated, with insane views like everything at the Wynn. At the start of our evening in the restaurant, we had to get used to our server Drew, a sort of cowboy in a hurry. Folks this, Folks that. We made it clear to him that we were in no hurry at all and wanted to start with a bottle of wine first. He had to laugh; Europeans for sure? The ice was broken, and we had a great click the rest of the evening. Everything we ordered was tasty and very nicely prepared. The Toro, the Tempura Shrimp, the crispy tuna, Kagoshima Freid rice, and the beef were equally delicious. It was expensive, sure, but it was worth it. Oh, and Drew, thanks for the fantastic evening.

This spot was the highlight of our visit to Las Vegas. The server Bahna? was amazing. The food was brought out in stages so you could savor each item, all were different. We ordered the Wagyu Gyoza Dumpling (you get 4 pieces), vegetable tempura (excellent), Nasu Dengaku (eggplant with tomatoes-this was amazing-very flavorful with perfect blend of ingredients) and chicken Teriyaki-which we asked for with rice. It was the perfect amount of food. The atmosphere was romantic with a large waterfall to the left of us. We had dark chocolate and coconut ice cream for dessert. This spot is a must. Get reservations as it is popular.

What a shame what these people did to a good restaurant. Arrogant and extremely rude manager. She has no care for customers. We had to walk away as we couldnāt stand her any longer. 5 star pricing for fast food service and experience.

I have eaten here multiple times but am always impressed but the cheeriness and attentiveness of the staff. From the hostess to the assistant servers, everyone seems happy to be working there. Oh and the food is just dynamite highlighted by the snapper dish which looks like it is a flower garden among sushi. I would visit here every trip to Vegas.

I do not recommend the food. If I can rate it a zero star. I would. It doesnāt taste as good as other sushi places I have been too. People are hyping up about this place but it is not at all. The menu was not the same as it was posted online. They had less option on their physical menu than what was posted online. Plates are small and if you think it is sharable⦠it is not. You will be hungry and will have to order more. Not worth the price. We did it just for our friendās birthday. Since she want to go here for her birthday celebration. It was our first time. We read a lot of review about it before we went. The review was good. But not the experience we had. If you want to come here. Itās more for the scenery of the waterfall and photos. We had a rude Asian male (probably a manager) that was rude to us over a $14 soufflé⦠we were taking pictures near the waterfall and he came to tell us our desert is ready and itās going bad if we donāt go eat right now. Really?? Come on⦠over a soufflĆ© desert??? Itās $14⦠if it goes bad, your Restuarant canāt afford to re-make another one? How rude!!! We were spending over $600 for our bill for four people and this is the service we get?? Never coming to this place or recommending it to our family and friends. The only thing that was good was our server. She was great, patient, super friendly and made us feel comfortable.

Wow, just wow. This will be the experience I remember most from my week long stay in Vegas. The best view, staff, and food. Doesn't get much better. Japanese mushroom appetizer, crispy rice spicy tuna, and truffle creamy crab croquettes. Spectacular.

If u are a foodie, donāt miss this place, the food was exceptional, both the sushi and the sashimi were extremely fresh, the presentation was brilliant, we picked a bunch of starters and the yellowtail hamachi carpaccio and the shrimp and vegetable tempura were top picks . The A5 kagoshima wagyu fried rice was to die for! And a big enough portion for two people to share easily especially if I had a bunch of starters ! No matter what u do: do NOT leave without trying the rather iconic mitzumi mask desert! It was ... life altering :) Service was quite disappointing- especially in a place life Vegas and at the Wynn where people literally fall over themselves to be helpful, we had someone bring us water once at the beginning of the meal.. and that was it, no one came round to check and see if we wanted anymore . There was some delay between getting appetizers- and although it seemed like the waitstaff would look over in our direction, whisper and point, no one would quite meet our eye... Honestly if the food wasnāt as good as it was I would have rated them lower ... but the food was 5 stars all the way!

Mizumi's level of service was very good albeit not memorable unlike the truly brilliant and outstanding Teppanyaki menu that far exceeded expectation. Whether steak, chicken or scallops, all of our selections were exceptional with respect to both taste and preparation as were our addition sushi medleys. This establishment is definitely worthy of many a return visitations....

Fabulous evening! We really enjoyed it. Beautiful setting! Service was very professional, Yuko was our server and she was fantastic. Very friendly and knowledgeable. She steered us to things we might not have ordered and steered us away from items where she thought there were better options. We ordered Nigiri as well as other plates that had more complexity to them. We also ordered a whole lobster tempura that was very lightly breaded and not oily whatsoever. Really enjoyed it. They had Golden Eye Snapper nigiri that was a treat as it is very difficult to find on any sushi menu. We so enjoyed our evening that we will be returning each and every time we are in Vegas!

We love coming to this place, for the food of course but also for the setting next to a water fall in the Wynns hotel that we love as well. All dishes are exceptional and the Sake list is impressive. The service is perfect and friendly. Perfect evening on all aspects.

Mizumi is a beautiful restaurant and we were seated at a table facing the amazing outdoor waterfall. (you can sit outside if you like) The menu is expansive and there's something for everyone. We ordered many items of sushi/sashimi along with some Lobster Miso soup and Wagyu beef. All of the food was excellent as was the service...up until the end of the meal. For dessert my sons both ordered a dessert that our waiter said takes 20 minutes to prepare which was fine. After about 5 minutes one of my sons asked the waiter to change his order to another dessert, which he did. We sat and waited 20 minutes for the second dessert and he even stopped by and asked if we wanted anything else to which I replied...just our last dessert. He said he would go check but by the look on his face I knew he had forgotten to put the order in. He came back and apologized saying he had cancelled BOTH dessert orders and he comped the other dessert my son had. Normally a missed dessert isn't a big deal and comping something is the right thing to do but the annoying part in this case was sitting around for 20 minutes waiting for a dessert that never came. Otherwise food...service and atmosphere were great.

Exquisite restaurant. Would have rated 5 stars across the board, but they did not honor our confirmed Open Table reservation. We waited 45 minutes and ate at the bar, which turned out to be fabulous (except for the wait). The food and service were as good as it gets. Very unique combinations and beautiful presentation. Highly recommend.

During our stay at Wynn we tried this on the fourth night and we are glad we did. Great sushi, all dishes were great. The fish tasted fresh and the presentation was fantastic. We will visit this again

We ordered 1 bottle of Sake at $130.00 with confirmation of the server, but the bill came at $243.00. I asked the server why the higher price, he said because of different one???? This is another way to rip off customers by their server.

We wanted to book the Sushi restaurant of Mizumi however, when we booked ( a month in advance!) they did not have the times we wanted so we opted for the Teppanyaki part of the restaurant. The service was top notch, the food fresh and tasty and the atmosphere was fun. It's worth it.

First they made us wait 30+ mins to get 6 pieces of sashimi, second we got a sushi instead of sashimi (wrong order), and then we found a curly hair on one of the sushis... it was just one thing after another, terrible experience, terrible service, this is ABSOLUTELY DISGUSTING!!!! I wanted to post this review so people can see the chances youāre taking eating from this place, I expect more from a place that charges so much money for so little food, they should care more about hygiene specially during this pandemic time, unacceptable.

Dined here because it was about the only place we could get a reservation in the Wynn/Encore complex. The choice was a good one and we would return. The server was friendly.

I've eaten sushi all over the US, and in several different countries. This was... meh, at best. The presentation was very good - little edible flowers adorning the nigiri and rolls, etc. But the salmon was a bit tough, the eel barely warm, and king crab with a fibrous shell piece in it.. yuck. Second, they never brought the seared scallop appetizer I ordered, and even if it was properly put in system, the sushi chef (I was at sushi counter) saw me ordering an app, yet immediately prepared the sushi and served it, not waiting for the app to arrive. I can't comment on the hot foods, since I only had sushi - perhaps these are better. But compared to someplace spectacular like Sushi Yasuda in NYC, this is terrible - literally - and twice the price. A MUCH BETTER CHOICE is to go off the strip to Sushi Hiroyoshi. I tried this the night before based on reviews; it's in a strip mall about 20 min from the Strip in a blah area, and the setting is, well, as you'd expect in a strip mall. But if EXCELLENT sushi is what you seek - this is more than twice as good as Mizumi, and about 1/3 the price. Well worth it.

Mizumi used to be my favorite restaurant in Vegas. However, everything changed when a waitress called āMeiā totally ruined all the mood for my dinner tonight. I was just rushing the restaurant from airport as usual wearing my Y3 slides. She first looked up and down over me and refused me to get in because of my shoes. The girl from the front desk allowed me to enter and told her that itās fine. I also mentioned that I have come to this restaurant several times with the same shoes and nobody has told me that itās not allowed. Mei kept an extremely rude attitude towards me, ignoring every thing I said and showing a indifferent face all the time. After I asked her name and let her know itās inappropriate to treat me in that bad attitude, she answered ādo you need me to call you my manager?ā I said yes and she went to talk to her manager for very long time. The manager, Simon, then walked to me and explained that the restaurant policies have changed in the past few months and Mei did not have to tell me this change. The manager showed a very tough attitude as well after having a long talk with Mei. āEvery fine dining restaurant requests a formal dress codeā, he said toughly, without any patience or understanding. I mean, you guys can let me know the policy when I asked to join the waitlist in the front desk, or just tell me in a polite and normal way, instead of showing the rude and disrespectful attitude and making the customer have the most unpleasant experience. I could leave and I donāt have to have my dinner there. Second, different people have different standards of the dress code, not sure if itās due to the lack of training process or they never pay any attention to the service. I PAY FOR the service there. But the experience that Mei and Simon have brought to me was truly a disappointment and disaster of Mizumi and Wynn.

as i was alone was offered a seat at the sushi bar as they said they have a lot of bookings no issue it is their decision > the sushi as usual good but the fish they served me for 40 usd plus dish was slightly burnt and a bit dry a disappointment> also when they brought me the bill everything they entered was double and i nearly signed it as was surprised at the amount so double checked> the service also not as what i had experienced during my last visit as that time i was seated not a t the bar > also when i left the tables that were still unoccupied

My wife and I recently had dinner here and I can honestly say it was the most amazing meal and experience in my life. I had called ahead to make a reservation and also let them know it was our anniversary, and when we arrived, we were seated directly in front of the big waterfall and given a hand signed card from them for our anniversary. We ordered drinks (cherry blossom margarita was delicious) and a Toro roll, and then shared the big wood fired lobster and Wagyu short ribs. After we were done, they brought us a special anniversary macaroon. The food and service was A+. Thanks Mizumi for an unforgettable evening.

The setting is gorgeous, the food amazing and the service very good. Our only issue was our booking was for 10pm and we were seated at 10.10pm and given 5 mins to order. Obviously we were not best pleased but th restaurant extended our order time until 10.30pm - not ideal. We would def go back but book an earlier slot!

We are not big sushi or sashimi fans so we were kind of rolling the dice choosing this restaurant. Well we got lucky because we absolutely loved this place. The sushi was simply fantastic as was the tempura dishes. This is an elegant restaurant with a wonderful ambiance and a beautiful waterfall for all to see while dining. The service was fabulous, perhaps even a little too fast, but you can pace things out a little better than we did. They don't put silverware on the tables, only chopsticks. Don't be intimidated by this however. Silverware is obviously available on request. If you like Japanese dining and enjoy sushi, etc., then this would be a fabulous choice. Not much here not to like.

Wasn't expecting a strip mall sushi restaurant in a 5 star resort like Wynn. This was supposed to be a haute cuisine Japanese sushi restaurant, but it's since evolved into a chintzy california roll type place. servers are plenty friendly but their uniforms and are straight out of a cheap western/samurai crossover movie. fish quality is decent, but you can tell the chefs either don't know their trade or could care less about the way the slice their fish. not a bad meal but wish it was more of an authentic experience.

Why wife and I had dinner recently at Mizumi to celebrate our anniversary. The decor is quite beautiful and the noise level was low. The tables are spaced apart nicely. We each ordered the Omakase set menu. Each course was beautifully presented, the ingredients used where top notch and everything tasted fresh. This is not an inexpensive restaurant but it is good for a special occasion.

The pic isn't great, but I can assure everyone that it was incredible. The service was the type you expect at a high-end place, and the decor and general vibe was Vegas swanky at its finest. In terms of $$, well, with quality comes cost.

wonderful cuisine with unique flavors. Each plate is a work of art We tried wagu beef and lobster sushi roll. Very unique taste and great combo. The mushroom salad was delicious and filling

Divine! Absolutely amazing food in a beautiful decor inside the Wynn Hotel! I highly recommend the crispy rice with tuna sushi.

Mizumi just changed its "look", and I was very curious to see it! Everything is now more "simplistic" (white and earth tones rather than red), but it still shows elegance and beauty. I ordered the Chef's choice sushi Moriawase and this just opened our appetite! The selection was perfect, the presentation, the perfect portion, and the freshness, of course! Then I continued with the shrimp tempura and spicy tuna roll (one plate); the spicy tuna crunch roll; the vegetable yasai roll; and the nasu kabayaki. The latter was probably my favorite dish. The presentation, the texture, the ingredients.... everything was perfect! From the bar, I had the Miyabi cocktail. Wow.... such light, perfect combination of flavors. Absolutely delicious! This is so far my favorite Japanese restaurant in Las Vegas. It has never disappointed me.

Very stylish Japanese restaurant with tasty food with a very on āthe waterfallā. Very attentive service

Went to Mizumi for the Teppanyaki experience. Had reservations and waited about 15 min to be seated with another couple. After seating, waited another 20 min (water was provided) to have waiter come up to ask for our drinks- asked him for a menu and he brought one. After ordering drinks, appetizer and meal, another waiter brought our drinks and later the initial courses to the menu. He was very professional and nice. Chef was good, food not that great and felt like sitting in a very bright, noisy kitchen. We had most of our food made before the appetizer was brought out- no one came to remove any finished dishes although they kept passing by to concentrate on table near us. We were pretty much ignored by the wait staff and even the staff were just having personal conversations with table next to us. We then waited another 30 min for desserts when we just asked for the check- still with dirty dishes in front of all of us at table. The other couple were upset as well and he all agreed Benihana would have been a much better option especially for the 300 price on this experience. The assistant brought the desserts anyway ( it was my Birthday and not even recognized although it was stated on reservation). Dessert was bad. Waiter dropped the check ( 2nd time we saw him) and then came back to retrieve it. Informed of terrible service and he stated they oversat him. He had 2 assistants for a small area and only took orders so didnt see any shortage of staff- especially when they were just chatting with table next to us. Several suits in the restaurant as well that didnt appear to help if there was a shortage. I was a waiter for many years and can recognize when they are overwhelmed. Not the experience here.

We got to sit right by the waterfall outside so we had an excellent view. Everything was delicious the service was great.

We celebrated an anniversary at Mizumi (in the Wynn, LV). The setting is beautiful with waterfalls, koi pond and foliage surrounding. The service was exemplary, attentive but comfortable. We began with the Chefās Sashimi plate- 21 pieces of sashimi in a stunning arrangement. Consisting of 3 each including Yellowtail Hamachi Carpaccio, Wild Snapper Sashimi Usuzukuri, Seared Hokkaido Scallop, Bluefin Tuna Tataki, Seared Alpine Salmon Sashimi, āHon Maguroā Otoro. Each was delicate and fresh, and collectively very good. Next, we had a specialty King Crab āArareā roll. Again, very good. Our third selection was a Robata Platter with Black Tiger shrimp, chicken, beef tenderloin, shishito peppers and seasonal mushrooms. The Robatayaki was very tasty. They served us a delightful mini-dessert plate. All was accompanied by a bottle of Veuve Clicquot brut champagne. Overall we felt, while the milieu, presentation and service was amongst the best we have experienced in Las Vegas, nothing in the food itself stood out and would bring us back.

We had several disappointing moments that started upon arrival. Starting with the sushi bar, its at the entrance and you can not see their spectacular ambience and outdoor waterfalls unless youāre sitting at a few seats, which we were able to get. Though the the staff is very accommodating with special requests, for the price, we wished we were back at our hometown local sushi bar. They have fresh wasabi, and it was not offered until I asked for it when I had my uni and sweet shrimp starter in front of me. Then having to wait ten minutes for it to come out of the kitchen. I ordered an off menu Chirashi (Sashimi on rice), that was sliced super thin, and not Sashimi or thicker style as it should be. So thin, the fish was in pieces. Iāve been told Chirashi translates to ābowl of scrapsā, and thatās what I felt I received, high-end scrapes of yummy, expensive sashimi. I have no problem paying that kind of price if itās worthy and mind blowing. This was not the case.

We had a delightful dinner to celebrate our birthdays at Mizumi. The waterfall view is superb. We very much enjoyed our very dishes we ordered. Service was attentive.

This is not a Fine Dining Establishment. Overrated Sushi and rude service. And who in 2019, Summertime in Las Vegas has a no Shorts policy. Ridiculous. I agree with a previous post about Nobu at Caesars.

Mizumi is beautiful inside with the elegant atmosphere and the food matches the decor as it is sublimely good. The presentation of the food is exceptional, service was very attentive, and the overall experience was amazing. The sushi is all fresh, and the shared dishes are unique in that you will want to have more than one. My only disappointment is that I had not eaten at Mizumi sooner!

Wow. Absolutely perfect meal. Start to finish. This is one of few Vegas restaurants that truly does it right. Our server Woo was incredible. Warm, fun, attentive and incredibly good at his job. Table was never cluttered or dirty. Glasses were never empty. We were out to have a great meal and a good time and he made it happen. From expertise guiding us through the menu to assisting us with our selections, he was 100% on the entire time. Food was exceptional. Best crispy rice tuna Iāve ever had. Perfect quality ingredients and flawless execution. This is not just another vegas restaurant herding cattle in and out. They are dedicated to the experience. Canāt wait to return

The menu is formidable, the wine list is amazing, the teppanyaki is vast, so you better share, sushi ingredients are fresh and great quality, service is very good.

a complete different experience i had from the last time as i got a table this time and the staff wow were too good explained me what i should eat and wow they were correct > super food the view from where i was seated just near the window where you could see the waterfalls just amazing had a wonderful evening > the prices would agree are high

One sushi roll was great and eel very very good. Now the rest was mehhhh. Pork belly under cooked, seabass mediocre and very small, other sushi rolls just mediocre. Same sake as other restaurants but triple the price. Great location by water falls. But for 260 for 2...better options.

Steak in truffle sauce spectacular. Portions super small for other things but quite good Donāt get the Brussels sprouts. Bitter. But well worth eating here when you win a big tournament!!

good looking place, friendly staff, nice selection, we just kept ordering through the evening. Miso fish and Truffle crab were great. Fresh fish. Pricey, place but you are in the Wynn and on the Vegas strip. The Roba was good, and the speciality items we enjoyed.

Had 20 people for dinner at Mizumi Teppanyaki. Two chefs, two cooktops, and it was amazing. The quality and quantity of the food. The chefs were very entertaining. Made quite an impression on the Board. Everyone's favorite meal of the trip.

Beautiful restaurant and some of the best food we had while in Vegas. Expensive but worth it in our opinion. My only regret is that the server didnāt put in my food order on my birthday and I didnāt get my entree. He took it off my bill but didnāt do anything else to make up for the fact that I didnāt get to eat a meal.

Bring an appetite & an expense account to dine on high end sushi, sashimi, tempura & some significant Asian entrees (Wagyu short ribs!) for this Hollywood-attractive restaurant just inside the Encore. Servers are ultra knowledgeable & happy to consult about what would make a perfect meal; useful since the menu includes all of the above, sake, wine, veggies, soups and significant desserts (unusual with so much Asian influence), as well as lovely presentations of coffee and teas (and of course after dinner drinks.) The site loses a point because items seem to appear at whim, with little explanation (important if youāve ordered many, small courses.) Sushi, for example, is listed first on the menu, but came third... maybe fourth. And while some dishes vanished with good bites still on them, the soup bowl stayed around until dessert... Plan to stay awhile, donāt be surprised by large parties (convention folks, it seems) & try to opt for a table next to the indoor waterfalls or even on the āprivate island.ā Hibachi/Asian steak house seating also available, but itās almost an afterthought; & though robotayaki is offered, itās prepared far from the table dinersā eyes, with no fanfare. Extra points for bold red decor & high style, & contemporary serversā costumes. The bill for a good meal could be $30 or $300 (without alcohol) depending on selections. (Kudos for abalone sushi, but abalone soup not available... āthose abalone didnāt come in today.ā)

Food and drinks were delicious as always, staff was very attentive and went out of their way to accommodate us.

We went there for dinner during our stay at the Wynn. My son was asked to change because he was wearing shorts. Just be aware of the dress code. Food was amazing. The view was beautiful. Great service.

Great experience, albeit Las Vegas fine dining pricing for sure. Fresh, creative menu, excellent service from Will, who was attentive and extremely knowledgeable regarding the offerings. Nicely decorated, good ambience, and definitely a high end Japanese experience. I would highly recommend as a special evening.

We came on their very first day of opening so letās cut them some slack here. Food The food was expensive and underwhelming. Iāll skip over the price because ultimately being expensive is not something negative. If you think that $40 o-toro is too much then donāt come. That said, no matter the price the food was definitely on the bland side of things. Wynn (which is our favorite hotel on the strip) is amazing at making beautiful restaurants with forgettable food. This is sort of shaping up to be another one of those. Compared to something like Catch where seafood is incredibly flavorful, or even asian contemporaries like Kumi, the food just wasnāt all that tasty. It wasnāt bad in any way shape or form, but it just needed more flavor. The oysters were actually great though. Very unique and probably one of my favorites. The rest however was nothing to remember. All you favorite dishes are there but just a bit on the bland side, thatās all. Service Hyper fast. So fast that empty dishes were disappearing from our table seconds after we put them aside. It was almost magic-trick-like feeling. There is always a person or two that is waiting nearby to clear your table, refill your water or provide fresh cutlery. Honestly the service is great. Vibe Youāre staring at a waterfall in a super contemporary and yet very warm space that, despite being quite new and modern has a sense of homage to the old asian ways. Itās one of the nicest spots weāve eaten lately so that deserves to be mentioned. They also have an outdoor seating section where you sit right next to the waterfall. It was a bit too cold for us to try but Iām sure itās beautiful for a romantic date. Overall Umm if money is not an object at all, then go just for the cool vibe. If you want the best asian food for the amount youāre spending, then Iād say go to Otoro or Kumi instead.

During our complimentary hero stay at Wynn, the only other place we went to when we went out of the room was here. The restaurant itself tries to assure you that they are doing their part to keep their guests as safe as they can. The utensils are sanitized, a "mask mat" was provided for your masks (that was cute), and tables are all sanitized thoroughly between each guest, the tables are not too close together either! The food we had were all excellent! That sashimi melts in your mouth. Do check out their Welcome Back Menu if you come here. And please a reservation in advance to avoid waiting. Thank you for a great night. Shoutout to Ray for especially taking good care of us when our server became busy. Dirty plates never linger on our table, our water is always filled - it's the small things that makes a difference sometimes.

This was one of the restaurants we decided to try on our anniversary weekend trip to Vegas The service, atmosphere and overall experience was great. Husband tried the special steak you cook on the stone and I tried the skewered meats with fried rice. Both were good. The gyozas were not exceptional for the price however. The restaurant and outside setting is worth a visit. Beautiful!

This restaurant is amazing ! The tepaniaki place is great. The combo with lobster and steak is so worth is. The quality of the product is worth the price. Best tepaniaki of Las Vegas. Sushis are amazing as well Overall AMAZING

Wonderful evening at Mizumi. We did a table next to the waterfall which is just four private tables with a minimum per person so be prepared to spend. But the service and experience was impeccable. Wu was knowledgeable and gave us the best selections to order, making for one of the best meals ever. Overall, an outstanding delicious dinner. Canāt wait to go back!

Excellent restaurant that shows their quality of ingredients from the moment you sit down. Worth visiting and enjoying. Additionally, a beautiful space.

They offer a good variety of sushi, the portion and price are about right, so that you can grab the ones you like and receive a much smaller bill than from Wing Lei. I haven't tried higher-end Japanese restaurants, like Kabuto, during this trip, but I think Mizumi offers a worthwhile experience in mid-to-high price range.

My husband and I visited Mizumi on the last night of our Vegas trip. It was out of this word. The tasting menu was an amazing way to explore their menu. We opted for the Kobi and Snow Beef supplementals and were not disappointed, it was the best steak we have ever had. My husband also had the wine and sake paring which really enhanced the dishes. The service was great. It really was a very memorable event and one we really enjoyed. It was also one of the most expensive meal we have ever had but having said that it wasnāt just dinner but a food experience and one we will not forget.
A beautiful experienceš
Mizumi is housed in the Wynn Hotel and casino complex, and specializes in sushi. We made a reservation for Friday evening, which I would recommend doing, and I also mentioned that we were celebrating our wedding anniversary. We were seated at a lovely table for two and the waiter was attentive and knowledgeable. Our sushi was outstanding. Scallops that literally melted in your mouth, and a delicious martini to go along with all of that food. Itās expensive, but worth it.
