The description of the avocado toast and roasted cauliflower sounded amazing but they were barely edible. Avocado toast had no flavor despite cilantro being an ingredient! Cauliflower was a soggy, mushy mess with the harissa tasting more like Buffalo sauce. Avoid.

The French toast was sooo good. All the food looked phenomenal! The service was great. The orange juice was freshly squeezed! I wanted to go back the next day, but we decided to try new places. Will definitely return on the next Phillies trip!

Great place to have lunch while shopping around the Reading market place. Terrific selection of beer and food. We had the Philly cheesesteak and it was delicious. Also had the guacamole BLT with jalapeños very good. The root chip's are insanely good. A definite must.

Really nice food, hubby had a cheesesteak whitest I had devilled eggs and we shared guacamole and chips. The guacamole was the best I've ever tasted. Efficient friendly staff. Would certainly recommend.

We found that place in reading Terminal Market. It was the best choice for our breakfast. Avocado and egg sandwich and mushroom french dip sandwich made our day. Friendly staff makes the difference :-)

Great place for breakfast. Much better than hotel. Best biscuits I have tasted. Baked fresh. Well priced & generous portions. Will definitely return. Tomorrow!

Such friendly staff! Stopped with a large group for a couple drinks. Large selection of beers and great atmosphere. A must stop whenever in the area.

While visiting the Reading Terminal marketplace, we came upon Molly’s. We enjoyed it so much we came back again. Definitely try their Belgian style triple ale.

Unpleasant experience, servers so rude, we waited a long time then she came yelling at us saying she was busy, we didn't even say anything, we were just sitting and waiting.

Amazing and delicious beef stew, a slew of beer on tap and seats at the bar...what's not to love! This was a great recommendation...I highly recommended!

We were exploring the market and enjoying all the food stalls and we were warm and thirsty....we bellied up to the bar and were served promptly by very friendly barstaff and the beers on tap were very good! I enjoyed a Cider and my husband had an Ale. A very nice place to grab a pint and rest your feet!

Great place to eat. Had avocado toast with fresh orange and coffee. Avocado toast was amazing. Just had to go back and have the same again. Staff were great.

If you want greasy food, then this is the place for you! The fries are drenched in oil and taste like cardboard. The Philly cheesesteak would be better at a food cart outside. Potato leek soup? Don't bother wasting your $7.00. Bland, bland and tasted like no potatoes. I looked around and all I saw was greasy fried food. Don't get me wrong, there are a lot of fried food that is delicious but this place seems not to know how to just drain before serving. But the worst part was the service. All looked like they didn't even want to be there. So my assumption is that people go there only for the beer. Wasn't worth it! Spend your hard working money elsewhere.

This place is located inside the reading terminal market; always busy and crowded. They offered a wide selection from their menu. The Philly cheesesteak is the best! You might consider going here when in Philly. Staffs are wonderful. Price is just right.

Saturday after thanksgiving my wife and I had lunch at Molly Malloy's in the Reading Terminal Market. Delicious is an understatement. My wife had Brussels sprout satay; grilled sprouts with a blue cheese fondue. Loved it. I had Not Your Mama's Grilled Cheese. One of the best sandwiches I have ever had, maybe the best. Goat cheese, sautéed spinach and onion jam. Maybe sounds odd, but the combination of ingredients on perfectly grilled bread was unbelievable! Good service and friendly staff.

We were in Philly fro a long weekend and this came as a breakfast reccomendation from our hotel. We managed to have brefast here twice. The Farmer's plate and the french toast are standouts on the menu.

Found this place in the Reading Terminal market in Philadelphia. The indoor market itself is full of life. The smells the atmosphere and the food make it a must on your trip to Philly. It was our first visit to Philly so we had to have the Philly Cheese steak. It was fabulous. Very tasty and filling with the fries to accompany it. a couple of beers to help did the job. Lovely meal, great service and a great place to eat and watch the world go by.

Stopped in here on a super busy Saturday afternoon. Waited about 10 minutes for a table. Very crowded; they were moving chairs to accommodate people & made it even more crowded. They are known for their Bloody Mary; it was very hot & had lots of horseradish. Cheesesteaks are good. Service was good & fast.

Visited Reading Market on Friday 4/13/18 during a busy lunch hour and wanted to actually sit down for lunch. Stopped by Molly Malloy’s and we each got a Philly cheesesteak (3 traditional and one chicken) with onions, peppers and mushrooms. They were excellent and kids liked the home made chips too. Would recommend to others who would like to actually sit and eat or drink.

Molly Morton's is in the Reading Terminal, a couple of blocks from City Hall. The Terminal alone is worth the visit, but be sure to stop at Molly Morton's. The food is excellent. The restaurant was created by the brothers who own the big produce market in the terminal, and the brothers patronize other vendors in the market for fresh food for their restaurant. It shows. On an earlier visit, my wife had their cheese steak, and she said it was easily better than the cheese steak she had this weekend at Pat's, the home of the cheese steak. This time, I had the chicken fingers, think sliced, lightly breaded and gently fried. Tender, juicy and delicious. Side spinach and mushrooms also were excellent. My wife enjoyed the chicken wrap. Besides the food, the service was the best we had Philadelphia. Waitress was quick , efficient. She brought unsweetened iced tea and immediately asked if we wanted sweetener. Refills appeared immediately. One entree was delivered incorrectly, and it was corrected promptly. $30 lunch for two, and it's great food. Try it.

We stayed at the Marriott hotel which was close by and found lunch so good here, came back for a second day in a row... both days great food & great service!

Molly Molloy’s is located within the bustling Reading Terminal Market near Jefferson station. It was really busy on our arrival at around 3.30 on a Tuesday but the waitress quickly found us a free table. There’s a great selection of beer but I opted for a couple of different types of cider (one apple, the other cherry) to accompany my cheesesteak. The drinks were pleasant and the cheesesteak, whilst not the height of gastronomy, was good, honest fare and very filling at a bargain price of $13. The place was full of Tunisian football supporters who were in fine voice but this did not detract from the experience. The service was speedy and professional.

The place looked promising with lentil soup but when we ordered a kale salad and a cesar salad they were the most pathetic salads I've ever seen and had. Very sad looking, just one tiny leaf of kale and one shred of brussels sprouts. The dressing was very tangy and strange. Never going back there, sorry. We paid $12 for location location location...

Nice Bar/Restaurant in the Reading Terminal Market. We had lunch the first day and breakfast the next. Food was good.

While you're here at Reading Terminal, take a stop at the market for a drink at Molly Malloy's. Once you sit down here, the noise around really drowns out. and it's that moment of relaxation that makes this place great.

The place offers good food and fast service in the market. It also is nice to have a place to sit and enjoy your meal.

While visiting we stopped at the market, it was so busy in there on a Sunday we opted for this place because of the table service. We were pleasantly surprised with the service and the food. We will go again next time we visit Philly.

We suggest this place to have a very good cheesesteak in Phila, which is a must if you visit the city. The restaurant provides for take out food - and for an area where you can sit and eat it right next the restaurant, inside the Jefferson Market or for sitting places where you are served by a waiter. We choose the second one and we had the best cheesesteak ever eaten in Philadelphia. A little noisy ambiance, because the market is very noisy, of course. Correct price.

My sister and I stopped in here for dinner while visiting Reading Terminal Market. We thought food was great and service awesome!!

Got a tip off on the pop tart from a friend, so we had to try it despite eating our way through all of Reading Terminal. It was pretty darn good. Go for it.

I spent all of August in Philly and explored a lot of Reading Terminal dining spots. I probably would not have gone to Malloy's except for a tour guide recommendation for Avocado toast breakfast. I got that topped with bacon and egg. Really simple but very good. It will become part of my home cooked breakfast menu. The place has lots of beers and a good American bar menu.

Went to amazing place in Philadelphia, Reading Terminal Market for breakfast. It was not easy to find but it was worth. Molly Malloy’s menu gives you a good choice of dishes. We had Philly steak sandwich and avocado sandwich. Delicious. We came back. You can have different tasty meals for few days there.

Always visit when in Philly and love the Draught Beer selections here. Someone at the bar today said they might open a MM in Albany NY well that would be great as we spend time there as well. Cold Beers on Tap 5/5 Hoping to see Molly in Albany NY soon, the Doctor hit me with a helpful vote!

I have had the cheesesteaks at 3 other places in Reading Terminal and Mollys made the best cheesesteaks. The beef was melt in your mouth yummy. The cheese sauce was perfect. I would only go here for cheesesteaks in the area. It is definitely more expensive.

My first cheesesteak in Philly and I was very disappointed. It tasted plain and the meat was tough and hard to chew😑

We had lunch here with our son and daughter in law who live in Philadelphia. The atmosphere here is amazing as it is in the heart of Reading Terminal Market. This is authentic American food of a great standard. The staff are very friendly, welcoming and attentive. The portions are huge and the value is excellent as the prices are very reasonable. I would highly recommend the breakfasts, the pulled pork sandwich and the Philly Cheese Steaks. Visit here you won’t be disappointed.

Great place to start! ~ Cheesesteak was delicious & cold local beer tasty! Alicia was super friendly welcoming us to this new cold city!

Went with family for lunch. Wanted to eat a Philly steak sandwich. Found Molly's; well presented place with nice seating. Well, the sandwiches were great. The service was great and friendly. Prices and other food choices reasonable.

We were advised to try this place, particularly the Philly Cheesesteak, which we did, with sides of fried onions, and which included root vegetable chips (yet another example of two nations separated by a common language, the chips were what we Brits would call 'crisps'. What Americans call French Fries, we call chips) Well worth for the food and the excellent company. I am about to break a golden rule (this will never be repeated), and include a picture).

Lots of options in Reading Terminal Market. Don't pass up Molly Malloy's. Really good food and plenty of it.

The biscuits are just like mom made, they are so yummy I could eat a tray of them, I had the avocado and toast w a fried egg on top. So home style. So good. Fast prompt clean service, should have tried this one on day one in Philly .

A very warm welcome from the get go. Family run and it has a really good vibe. Drinks are reasonably priced and the food is great. (Amazing American biscuits!). Great for all the family and a little place of calm in the middle of the hustle and bustle of Reading Market.!

Had a very nice breakfast at Molly Malloy's. They serve fresh orange juice. Service was very good. My bacon and eggs was very good.

Visiting my son, came in for dinner, the hostess at the front just turned her back and started danicing away like an airhead...ordered fish n chips, fries were greasy and tasted like they sat in oil for an hour, fish was tasteless...even the drinks were syrupy and watered down...never go back to this dive again!!!...there was no effort put into the dishes at all, they were more interested in closing down for the night...this dive needs to be closed down, old, tasteless decor, where the owners obviously don't care enough...

The cheese steak here was great, but it was super busy and the service was just OK. It was also really noisy.

Nice pub type feel in the middle of the Market food was very good I had the fish and chips and guacamole was just right. Usually by the time we get to the back of the market we already had way too much food so we never stopped.

Yes, we tried Tony Lukes. Yes, we tried Jim's. We tried Geno's and Pat's. We tried about 7 other cheese steaks in Philly. Everybody told us their favorites and every time we took our daughter back to school in Philly we'd try another one. We walked into Reading Terminal and hit a bakery. We asked them which was the best cheesesteak in the terminal and they suggested Molly Malloy's because they use the right beef - quality beef. And they were right. This was quality beef. Quality rolls. Really really good. Now, let me just say this... we're not cheese sauce people. No Cheese Whiz for us or any kind of liquid cheese. We put provolone and onions on it. Soooo good. They also had this great appetizer - bacon jam chicken wings. So different and so good. The best part? We had a terrific waitress whose name was, funny enough, Molly. She's fantastic. We'll definitely visit this place again.

This place has its own seating area in the market, which is rare. Ordered the cheesesteak and homemade chips and both were very good. Would go back again. Service was exceptional!

As a conventioneer, I was racing through the market and saw a women with an interesting salad in hand. I quiriedd and she pointed me to this establishment. I ordered the Kale Salad.......with kale and various other lettuces, bacon, parmesan chips and a to die for mustard seed dressing. There was another item in the salad, but I must have consumed it too fast to remember. If you are a salad person........do not hesitate.

Just a quick stop for some beers. Very nice beer choice. I choose the Hopfish IPA it was very good. We had the Brussel sprouts and wings both were on point!! If your in the market stop by and enjoy!!'

Had sweet chili wings, guacamole and chips and not your mommas grilled cheese. Wings were good. Blue cheese was excellent. Guacamole was similar to chipotle. Chips were greasy. Grilled cheese should be labeled grilled spinach and onion sandwich. It was good, just expected more cheese.

Stopped with me son and we were looking for breakfast but missed it. So, we went with a regular cheesesteak and one with mushrooms and onions. Both with america cheese and both were amazing. Service was friendly and fast.

While we were Christmas-shopping at the Reading Terminal Market, we planned on having breakfast somewhere in the market. We ended up at Molly Malloy's and chose the Cheesesteak Breakfast Sandwich because Philly is known for its cheesesteaks. It could be that others enjoy this dish a great deal, but for us it was a huge disappointment: the quality of the bread was nothing special, there was almost no cheese on the sandwich at all, in general the flavor of the sandwich left a great deal to be desired. It came with home-fries which weren't hot enough, so we had to ask the waitress to "nuke" it for us. The coffee was so weak, we complained to the waitress, she took it back & didn't charge us !

Very good quick service and very attentive waitress, continually refilling the coke glasses. However, the fish and chips were a bit rubbery and better Philly cheesesteak in New York. Sorry!

Ventured down to the reading terminal and there are multiple food selections to choose from. I took the chance and ate at Molly Malloy‘s we ordered two cheese steaks one was original and the other one added hot peppers they both came with chips or choice of fries. The cheesesteaks were delicious, juicy , and everything a cheesesteak should be! However the prices were steep for two cheesesteaks it was $30, this did not include beverages.

Iconic food and atmosphere. A visit to Philly wouldn't be the same without MM's. The location is atmosphere on steroids. The delicious Philly Cheesesteak is so big that we always split it. We added amazing Brussels Sprouts and dessert was a huge Gingersnap Pop Tart. Washed down with Lager. It was a wonderful lunch. Can't wait for a replay. Service was fast and friendly and prices were fair.

Great place to visit for lunch. It's in a dynamic atmosphere, the beer is cold and the portobello cheesesteak was a unique and tasty option.

As you may need in a hot summer day, a little a/c and a cold beer fit just right. As you go thru the fabulous reading market you'll find Molly. Doesn't matter if you want to seat at the bar or to have a table , service is fast and friendly. Wonderful selection of beers and delicious sandwiches. The grilled cheese ( adult version ) is divine, a must.

Along with the delicious food we had at the market we also had a beer from Molly Malloy's which was most pleasant. They specialise in English beer.

First visit to Philadelphia and on the plane a gentleman told us to eat at Molly's for the best cheesesteak sandwich. I don't have any reference to judge from but I will say it was a very very good. The meat was delish, cheese sauce not overwhelming and the roll, just the right crust. The fact that you could get table service at the Reading Market is wonderful.

We went here for breakfast two days in a row during a recent trip to Philly and had great experiences both times. The service was friendly and efficient, the food was made from scratch to order, and the drinks cured my hangover!

A very good quality of the dishes . Taste the Molly Burger, a slaughter. Friendly staff. You can also drink a fresh beer at the bar.

Went alone and got a classic bacon cheese stake with mushrooms, jalapenos and fries with a beer. The cheesesteak was incredible, juicy, spicy and with a great amount of meat and cheese, portobello mushrooms were fried, and good amount of Jalapenos, so be careful. The stout draft beer I requested was surprisingly good. The only drawback were the fries, sliced too thin, and overcooked and were brought a bit cold. Otherwise I am happy with the meal I had with a pretty decent service, even though the place was really packed. Being in the market has a great space to actually sit and enjoy a Philly's classic. Go for it!

A group of us went to Molly Malloy’s in the Reading Terminal. I was surprised that it was a sit down restaurant in a sea of standup places. I had the burger and it was one of the best burgers I have eaten. Great flavor!! One of the group had the grilled cheese and commented on it being the best grilled cheese he had ever had. The waitress was delightful. She was friendly and efficient. The food was delivered quickly and the prices are very reasonable. If your in Reading Terminal stop by this place, you won’t be sorry!

I had a few hours in Philly. I enjoyed a beer and a Philly Cheesesteak sandwich here. The bar tender was extremely attentive and made me very welcome. There was an extensive selection of beers and I was well advised. My sandwich was very tasty, albeit a little too much cheese sauce for my taste. Overall a great visit in a vibrant location.

Nice wide variety of micro beer selections with very helpful staff. We were seated immediately and took couple mins to select our beverages. We tried mozzarella sticks and cheesesteaks. Would recommend both and will stop by next visit to Reading Central Market.

This restaurant is located inside the Reading Terminal Market. It is just a little bit pricier than other food vendor because they have their own seating area/bar. The Service: My server is so-so. Took the order, other staff served the food... then never saw my server again. The Food: I ordered the Philly Cheesesteak Sandwich. It is a big sandwich, the taste was alright. Extra cost if added onion.

The prices are so fair compared to the good food you get as well as the variety of beer on tap. Waiters kind and attentive, and the meny has something for everyone.

We hopped a Greyhound bus from NYC to spend the day in Philly. We started at the market and then headed off to see the Liberty Bell, Constitution Hall, Information Centre, the Museum of the American Revolution and the Rocky steps and statue. After a full day of touring we were really hungry and decided to head back to the Market to get a cheese steak before busing back to New York. We were tired and hungry and decided to sit in Molly Malloys - so glad we did! Out waitress promised us the best Philly Cheese steaks and we weren't disappointed! I loved it so much that I have wanted to eat it again - but you can't get them in Australia! The potato crisps were really tasty, as well as the traditional fries which one of my sons had. The cheese steaks were so tasty, soft buns, tender steak and oozing with cheese. Great service and food, in a great atmosphere - it was a a perfect end to our Philly Adventure. Sooo Good!

Enjoyed breakfast here. I can’t resist homemade biscuits and theirs are great. I had your basic biscuits with honey butter and jam while my partner had an egg and sausage breakfast sandwich on her biscuit. Yum.

Sitting in the terminals open areas is great, but when i want a table w/o the crowd, I go to Molly Malloys for breakfast. Strong coffee, eggs, scrapple cooked perfectly and assorted jams for my bread, yum! Or stop in for happy hour and watch a little of an afternoon Phillies game. You can't go wrong any time of day you will find good food and drinks here.

In the Reading Retail Market a vibrant place for all types of food. Molly Molloys traditional Philly food. Well presented and fresh. Wide selection of ales to choose from also wines and cocktails. Well worth a visit

Nice space in the market with variety of dishes. We took the cheese steak which was excellent. There are dishes gluten free.

A good place to take a load off after some nonstop shopping at the Reading Terminal Market. The food looked and smelled great, but we stopped for cocktails. Large bar with lots of seating and tables surrounding it. Kinda dark and spooky. Bud Light draft $4.55 Pinot Grigio glass $6.36

I wanted to explore the Reading Terminal Market, and my husband chose this place for lunch because they had beer. We both had a cheesesteak. My husband had the regular kind (steak and cheese, as the name implied), but I wanted to go veggie. My sandwich had portobello mushrooms, spinach, and basil pesto sauce. It was sincerely one of the best sandwiches I have ever eaten. The fries were really good too. For a simple meal, this place was just great. And the waitress was charming. Would definitely go again.

I had the fish and chips here last week and they came out in 5 minutes. They were cold and horrible with limp chips...cmon guys

This is the best French toast ever. If you like French toast you have to try it here. The breakfast sandwiches are good too.

Great place for those who want to eat a good sandwich and drink a chopp, various chopp options, and entrance options, worth it!

This was a neat place to go for breakfast, Reading Terminal Market is a great place to just go to. The food here was average, service was a little slow. They don't seem to handle groups of 10 or more very well, food came out 2-3 dishes at a time. I think their bar is also open for breakfast?? More of a neat experience that a good place to go for breakfast.

TBH, we were going to get cheesesteaks from another place inside the market, but the line was ridiculous. However, after a morning of tracking thousands of steps, it was nice to actually sit down and eat at Molly Molloys. There were a couple of open tables. The servers were very nice. They were very apologetic because their system had crashed and service was a little slow. But, it really was fine. I've had slower service other places and no one had a reason or an apology. Anyway, we love brussel sprouts, so we had to try the appetizer. It was fantastic! It had the crispy leaves and the soft sprouts, with the right amount of seasoning and sauce. Really, it was awesome! We then shared a cheesesteak. We wanted to save room for dinner, since we were meeting friends. Because it tasted so great, we both kind of wished we would have ordered our own! The meat was really tender and tasted more fresh than many of the cheesesteaks I have had in Philly with the frozen meat. It was well seasoned, the meat was chopped into those fantastic little pieces, and the cheese was perfectly melted. We also got the hand cut root chips with the sandwich. Those were also very good. Anyway, don't walk past this spot just because maybe the line isn't as long. I think it's because it looks like the other places without seating would be a quicker lunch, but I doubt that. Plus, you get to take a break!

This is a relaxing spot for a bite to eat in Reading Terminal Market. It is increasingly difficult to get a table in the food hall, so it is nice to have seating and table service. They serve good, solid pub food, including cheesesteaks, and a great selection of local beers.

Great beer selection. They offer beer and wine to go by the glass. Typical bar food. We had pulled pork and pot pie. Friendly staff. Pub chips are great.closes at 6 as they are located in the Reading Terminal market.

We ate here for lunch on two of the three days we spent in Philadelphia. Most had the Philly Cheese Steaks and I tried the Chicken Pot Pie and Burger, all were delicious. Despite the market being very busy we were able to find a table (for 6) and service, beer and food were great. We’ll be back!

Fell upon this place today and had a great meal. The empanadas are awesome. My wife loves her salad and the chips and beer selection was stellar.

Our breakfast was delicious and reasonably priced. The service was great. I could have had a Bloody Mary with my breakfast. Next time!

Great coffee and good food for weekend breakfast option in the market. Note, many vendors including some breakfast spots are not open on Sunday days but this place is and has a lot more seating than other places that are open on the market on Sunday mornings. Service was a bit slow but food was surprisingly good. Coffee was excellent.

What excellent cheesesteaks my retiree BFFs and I had at Molly Malloy’s Philly Cheesesteak restaurant. We ordered from their standup counter and received excellent service. Some ordered sandwiches to go to take back to their husbands and the counter folks wrapped the sandwiches in foil when asked. Some got their chips and others got fries. We enjoyed all, after visiting the Flower Show!

Amazing cheesesteak sandwich in Philadelphia, definitely recommended! Located in the Reading terminal in the city center!

Stopped here with my husband to check out Reading Terminal Market, and decided that we really needed breakfast before we got in the car for four hours. The waitress was extremely friendly and made sure that our food orders were just as we wanted (they were) and easy to chat with. My husband had a Breakfast Cheesesteak and I had a Farmer's Platter with scrambled eggs. I like my eggs soft - and they were done to perfection. I should have asked for another serving of the sourdough toast!! They say that the food comes from the market itself and everything certainly tasted fresh. The bloody mary was also pretty good. Nice and spicy!

Brilliant service, love their Philly cheesesteak sandwich and good beers too. Tracy was very helpful to recommend me different beers and overall friendly staff. Would love to visit there again if I go to Philly. Plus based in Reading Terminal Market so very handy to get in.

One of the best omelets I ever had. All of the ingredients were fresh and plentiful. The choices of meats and breads to go with the omelet are very good too. The service is fast and courteous.

Part of my recent Phily cheesesteak tour. This place is in the heart of the Reading Terminal Market, a place that has to be seen to be believed. Over 30 restaurants combine with bakeries, delis and specialty stores. I went for the convenience and the beer to add to my cheesesteak. The restaurant has ample seating and a full menu. My cheesesteak also came with fries (which nobody really needs to be fair) and was of the thin sliced rather than chopped variety. American cheese sauce sat on top. It was smaller than most hoagies, which meant that it was easy to finish rather than belly busting in size. Very good by many city's standards, in Philly this was more pedestrian. Good, but there are many far better cheesesteak options out there. They finished 4th in my tour to Campo's Deli, Jim's and John's Roast Pork. They take credit cards, which many of the more famous places do not.

Philly Cheesesteak was very good. French fries could be better sort of “blah”. Drinks were good they do have a lot of draft beers.

Colleagues and I had lunch here and it's just really lucky that we weren't rushed. The food is very good here - I wrote a review over 3 years ago but at that time I didn't notice slow service.

Molly Malloy's is in the Reading Terminal Market and it is worth the trip. Everything is great and they have MANY beers and sport TV. Breakfast is fabulous. Only problem they don't stay open late.

My friends and I decided to try Molly Malloy's for lunch since we found a table with three seats across from the restaurant. At the time, we did not know that they had table seating inside. However, we found out that the table service was running behind schedule, so we did very well. I had the best cheese steak that I have had in many years. One friend had the chicken cheese steak, which she said was excellent. Another had the grilled cheese, which had onion jam and sauteed greens. My friend who had the grilled cheese said that it was the best and that she would have to come back the next time that she craved a grilled cheese sandwich. All came with chips. Lunch was definitely a winner today!

Thank you to the staff. Food was good, drinks were plentiful. Went back again and just got drinks from the bar. Would recommend

Stopped here for lunch on way to watch football game. Food was AMAZING! I had the chicken pot pie which was as good as my mom used to make. My husband had the chicken tenders and said they were the best he has ever had! They use local Godshall’s chicken which is incredible. Sat at bar and ended up staying to watch game since drinks were reasonably priced (Prosecco in tap!), service was good and game was on tv in front of us!

Great spot to eat at Reading Terminal market. Hidden in the middle. Great sandwiches. Table seating is out of the fray.

Whenever in the city sightseeing, try to go to Molly Malloy's for lunch. It's in the Reading Terminal Market, nice bar and seating areas, great food.

I had the breakfast platter which was good, not sure about the fried potatoes, surprised they were serving beer and liquor at 8.00am and that some were quite drunk already. Noisy guys at the bar being obnoxious to the pretty server who took it all in her stride.

Short rib empanadas are awesome, service is always spot on and great location. Avocado toast is also a winner...fried egg on top does it.

We stopped in for a quick lunch while on business. The service was ok for a fast food place. The food had good flavor, a little strong on the garlic, but cooked exactly as I had requested. Although not an option on while on business, it seemed like a great bar to have a drink and appetizers.

Very nice atmosphere inside a unique place, staff are very friendly, service is quick, the variety of beers (draft) is very good. Food menu is not big, but the food was very tasty (had the phili steak sandwich after buffalo wings and guacamole starters) wished that the sandwich was a little bigger 😁. The only drawback is the entire place is indoors so if you are a smoker/vapor you have to go outside...

Reading terminal is quite busy, now add the St pats parade and the flower show. Extra crazy, now picture this oasis in the hectic terminal. The food was great, the service was even better. Madeleine was our server and was sweet as pie. Can't wait to go back

Great philly cheesesteak, with a fair price and portion! Nice service! Would come back another time for sure.

I came to the Reading Terminal Market to try Carmen's cheesesteaks, but the line was just too long, so I ended up at Molly Malloy's. The beef was tender, but it didn't have much flavor. The bun was good. The sandwich comes with "root chips" (potato chips, probably fried from a variety of potatoes in the restaurant). which were ok.

We stopped in this restaurant for a quick bite to eat while visiting the city. The service was efficient and my meal of chicken Cesar salad was very good. My companion did not enjoy his BLT as the bacon was uncooked but the bread was amazing. I would definitely eat here again.

We ate here for lunch. We split the Philly cheesesteak. It was really good. Probably best I’ve ever had. It’s located in reading terminal. It is nice because you sit down to order. There is a bar with large selection of drinks. We didn’t have to wait. We received our food very quickly.

The food was very good and the service was top notch! Madelynn was very attentive and personable. She made suggestions on the menu to accommodate my dietary needs and also allow my husband and I to share food. All the staff was very friendly and up beat. We will definitely go back the next time we are in Philly.

This eatery had a good atmosphere, located as it is within the Reading market. We tried the Philly Cheese Steak, which was very good. I had sweet potato fries with mine, which were excellent, but too large a portion to finish.

Our last night in Philly and we needed one more Philly Cheesesteak sandwich. We were at Reading Terminal Market and wondered who had the best Philly Cheesesteak, so pulled out the cell phone and found an article and Molly Malloy's was highly rated so we made a beeline for the eatery. We were seated immediately and our very cool server popped over to get our drink order. She brought the drinks right back to the table and took our order, not hard, one Philly Cheesesteak as they are 9 to 10 inches long, we decided to split the sandwich. She asked if we wanted to add any toppings, yep, throw it all on, peppers and mushrooms. The sandwich was out of the kitchen pretty quickly and we each took our half and sunk our teeth into this delicious piece of heaven. The cheese was melted, and somewhat hidden underneath all the peppers, mushrooms and extremely tender beef which was perfect. We have had sandwiches dripping in cheese sauce and this one was beef forward. Every bite was scrumptious. Once they were devoured and gone, we longed for more, which is a very good sign, we left wanting more of Molly Malloy's Philly Cheesesteak.

This review is based on drinks only. We stopped here while visiting Reading Terminal Market. This is one of (if not the only) places in this wonderful Market to get a cocktail. The service was great and the drink tasty. Good place to escape the madness for a few minutes.

I gave this location a 2 because the staff were very nice and professional. I ordered the Chicken Pot Pie because i read it was a must eat when in Philly. I had one bite and I couldn't eat another. The chicken was BAD....not bland (it was that also) but had to be spoiled. The wait staff gladly allowed me to order something else. My wife enjoyed the wings but I found them way too garlicky. The Tomato soup was average at best. I'm sure there are good things to be had....and that we just had a bad experience.

Molly malloys was our first stop for food in Philly and we were not disappointed I have never seen biscuits as big and that tasted good. Loved the biscuit with eggs , home fries were the best I have had in a long time Loved the biscuit so much went back today for more Wish I had more time to check out the rest of the menu

My husband and I were touring Reading Street Market and stopped here for a glass of wine and decided to try the Brussels sprouts appetizer. They were great! Service was excellent and the atmosphere was fun.

Sit down amidst the hustle & bustle of Reading Terminal Market with a great drink list and good eats.

I liked it so much, I cam 3 times and ended up buying a t-shirt. Great draft selection and their lunch menu was delicious. The cheesesteak gave Jims a worthy run and they have some other lovely menu items as well. The whole Reading Market is a great place to visit and this pub is the icing on the cake. They will even do beers to go so you can eat at some of the other food options in the market.

Molly Malloy's wait staff are awesome. Beer was cold. Great place to sit and watch people around the terminal.

Visiting my family in Philly and met a friend in the Reading Terminal. We went to Molly Malloy's for lunch and I'd never tasted anything as good as something called Not-Your-Mother's-Grilled Cheese. This was a large sandwich with feta cheese, spinach and (I think) a fig jelly. The chips were homemade and not oily or salty. Even the plain black coffee tasted extra special. Can't wait to return next year!

I came into Reading Market exhausted and this was the first place I found where I could sit down. I would have loved a beer, but I had work to do, so I just had lunch. The burger was expensive --- but probably normal for center city. The bun was dry and the caramelized onions seems to have extra sugar on them. I scarped them off. The fries were cold and oily. So, you can sit (good!), you can drink (good!), but I would say --- don't eat, or at least don't have a burger and fries.

Despite it being the Xmas weekend they still managed to get us all seated quickly. I had the grilled cheese. If you don’t get the grilled cheese you are missing out. No complaints from anyone else’s meal choices either.

Ate breakfast with some friends. Service and food were both excellent. Will definitely return in the future.

This is a nice place to get a drink and do some people watching. Bartenders are friendly and they have a good selection of beer on tap.

Lots of Draught selections at fair prices in the Reading Market to go along with the many food selections in the market. the Doctor hit me with some LOVE and a helpful vote!

We wandered around the Reading Terminal Market, which is where this is located, looking for some place to eat breakfast. There's so many choices, but way in the back in the corner is an area with seating reserved for Molly Malloy's. I wanted to sit at a table and be waited on rather than get my food at a counter and find a seat. After a few minutes we got seated, and was told breakfast ended at 11am (in 10 minutes) so we should order quickly. I ordered the omelette, with mushrooms, onions and sausage and you get another meat on the side, I chose bacon and my wife chose the sausages. She also ordered eggs medium well, which she always orders and rarely gets, either being over or under cooked. The food came quickly and they had delivered bacon for my wife. She told them and a few minutes later brought her the sausages saying "our mistake is your benefit". So we both tried the bacon and OMG, I don't know what they put on it but it was amazing. Turns out all the meat comes from the stall next door. The sausage was also incredibly good and we were in breakfast meat heaven. The eggs were cooked perfectly for my wife, with the edges crispy and the yolk slightly runny just the way she likes it. The omelette was great, really packed with ingredients. The bread was marble rye and toasted perfectly. Just the perfect amount of crunch and chewy. It was a completely enjoyable meal and I'm sorry I can't eat there again soon as we don't live in that part of the country. But if I go back to Philly you can be sure we'll be there.

Robyn was the best bartender we had in Philadelphia. A real pro. Jim and Mike were very good bartenders, too. This is a great place to take a break while exploring the Reading Terminal Market.

This was my first time at Molly Malloy’s and it was a good experience. The food was good and so was the service and beer. I would’ve given it a full five star rating except for one minor incident. I had ordered a growler of some awesome Golden Monkey from the bar to go and I assumed it was quite secured. However it was not and unbeknownst to me when I started driving it tipped over and spilled pretty much the entire contents of the bottle out in the bag they put the bottle in. I was really hoping to have enjoyed that beer with my dad for his birthday but alas it was wasted. I would’ve gone back but I was several exit on the N.J. turnpike heading back to NYC. Aside from that I’d definitely go back and will definitely check my growler before I head out.

Went here with a group from work. Good drinks and good quick bites. Right in the middle of the Reading Market. One must have is the cauliflower.

Molly Malloy, right in the middle of colorful Reading Terminal Market, proved a good pub, with good IPAs and tasty flatbread. Expedient, friendly service.

Had really good service, great prices, delicious French toast! Servers very attentive, definite would stop in here again !

The atmosphere and service were amazing, Theresa was dynamite in looking after us and telling us stories of the family business. Philly cheesesteak and the molly burger were superb.do not walk by this place, everything is freshly made, just a great experience

We went here purely to order Philly cheesesteaks and were not at all disappointed. It was a great meal, great portion size, great atmosphere and great staff too. The prices are also very reasonable!

I had a really great experience at Molly Malloy's! When going to Reading Terminal Market for the first time - prepare to be overwhelmed! It was a lot to take in, but then I saw Molly Malloy's and though "oh good, a place we can sit down and have a full service lunch and get acquainted with the place...and that's just what Molly's provided. We had to wait a short bit, maybe 5 or 10 minutes...that didn't matter though, because Theresa at the hostess stand was incredible. She was sort of our first impression of Philly and she set the tone so nicely! She was on the hunt for seating for us and provided us with a full detail of where all of their food is sourced - right there in the market. She gave us information like, "the meat comes from a butcher just two rows over and his food comes from Amish farmers about an hour away" and "The bread was baked on Row X and was made just today" and "the produce is from the corner produce stand just right there"...it was really cool to know that everything we were eating was coming from right within the market, fresh. It was our first couple of hours in Philly so I went ahead and dove right in with a Philly Cheesesteak and it was delicious! I added caramelized onions and mushrooms and it all seemed as fresh as it was described to us. My husband had the chicken pot pie and WOW it was good. It came out in its own skillet and tasted very homemade and fresh. To top it off we had a couple of glasses of wine and then went about exploring the market. Leave room for dessert! There are tons of dessert vendors! This was a nice experience and we owe a lot of that to Theresa!

We stopped at Molly’s for a cheesesteak and beer. The steak sandwich was piled with meat mushrooms cheese. It was soo good they have other items on the menu but were wanted the steak sandwich. They have a nice selection of draft beers and we sat and enjoyed our meal and the market. We would definitely eat here again. Thanks Tom!!

We all had a philly cheesesteak and they were amazing! It was large enough that not everyone finished the sandwich so two people had them for supper. I enjoyed walking into the Reading Terminal Market but my family did not. There are a lot of people there.

Stopped by for lunch w/ a foursome for lunch. Its located within the Reading Terminal Market (RTM), feast for the senses in itself. Nice beer selection reasonably priced. May even be a full bar. Restaurant serves breakfast and lunch. Three of us had cheese steaks and were impressed. I had a good and properly sized chicken pot pie, served in a cast-iron skillet. Our server was down-home friendly and efficient. What really impressed me was the hostess stopped by and commented how fortunate they were to source many of their ingredients directly from RTM sources. Can't get better than that! Or may be you can . . prices were reasonable. Try it. I think you'll be well-pleased.

My wife and I stopped in for a late breakfast while visiting the Reading Terminal Market. We were promptly greeted by our server Lindsey, who not only provided us with outstanding service, but also gave us lots of information and insight about the market and what to see and do there. I'm not a big breakfast person so I had a cheese steak that was so delicious and generously portioned and my wife had the Avocado toast breakfast. The red pepper flakes were a little too hot for her so I helped out by sliding some onto my cheese steak, which made it even more awesome! We are definitely looking forward to coming back to sample some of the other items on the menu. Thank you Lindsey for your excellent service and for making our visit so much more enjoyable!!

Our waitress was really nice and helpful. We ordered the "Not Your Momma's Mac n Cheese", and it was the best I'd had. We'll definitely be returning when we're in Philly!

After trying the cauliflower and the Brussel sprouts I kicked myself for not leaving room for a bigger lunch. The cheesesteak looks amazing - I’ll get that on my next visit. Super friendly staff as well!

The complimentary breakfast in our hotel is awful so we went for a walk on the hunt for a good breakfast. Good big space with lots of tables and it was full of locals. Friendly waitress who explained the menu and brought us cold water. My husband had pancakes, with bacon and extra eggs. I had the breakfast roll. It was all delicious and reasonably priced. Coffee top ups without having to ask always a bonus.

Great find for a snack and beer Reading Terminal market is well worth an explore, there are 100's of stalls selling every type of food you can think of. Molly Malloys does great beer and Philly cheesesteak, what more do you need?

The Reading Terminal has so many great places to eat, I can know add and highly recommend Molly Molly's solidly!! I have passed by many times, but never had the time to stop and drink, but I made the time after a loooong week at work and decided to have a brew and check out the menu. I could've kicked myself for not indulging sooner. I like that they have a good draft selection and the menu items are plentiful. I was all ready to have the fish and chips until I saw another patron's order - I don't think it is on the menu - Cheesteak, with Bacon and Sunny side up egg - with Fries. OMG - I was drooling - I couldn't finish it - only ate 1/2 of the sandwich. The true test of good food - "How Does It Hold Up On The Reheat"? Well, it passed the test!! I put it in the oven the next day and I was truly satisfied - yet again. Waitstaff are friendly and that is welcomed when you are in the midst of the busy Reading Terminal chaos. If you are a local or a tourist - make time for Molly's - it is worth it!!

Inside the Reading Terminal Market, Molly Malloy’s is one of the few spots to offer seats & tables for their patrons as well as a pretty decent selection of hand crafted brews. Bartenders are knowledgeable & you’ll probably be rewarded by following their suggestions. The food is standard. Your best bets are the sandwiches. The burger, chicken and pork were all good. The fries were disappointing, limp and greasy. Certainly not worth the up charge if you want them instead of potato chips. Service at the tables isn’t as attentive as at the bar. It’s possible it was just an off day but our server seemed quite out of it.

If you're looking for a place that overwhelms the senses, this is it. It's in Reading Terminal Market. So it's loud and busy but the smells of all the food at the different shops....yummy. Lots of beer choices here and they can give you a cocktail to take as you stroll through the market. Wouldn't recommend the food and service is good but not very friendly. Still it's a solid 3, maybe a 4 and worth a visit. Just eat somewhere else!

Went here recently for lunch and chose Molly's due to a online review. It was a decent cheesesteak... not the best I've had, but better than some of the other joints in Reading Terminal Market. With a few add-ins, it was a little pricey for what it was.

We were looking for a spot to have a beer and a snack the first time we stopped in. Prices are reasonable, so we ordered the chile honey garlic wings. They were delicious. We stopped back the next day for lunch and had the turkey sandwich. A big stack of tender roast turkey, bacon, avocado, and aioli, so good. I like that they source many of their ingredients right there in the market.

The menu looked very appetizing. I could decide what I wanted so I order the Avocado Toast and Cheese/Egg Biscuit. It's a good thing I wore my stretchy pants!! I enjoyed the Avocado Toast. The bread was thin so the taste of the avocado was more prominent. I am accustomed to thick toast (like Texas Toast) and after trying the thin slice, I prefer the thick slices. As for the Cheese/Egg Biscuit, it had a distinct cheese flavor and the sandwich was VERY filling. I've had better tasting biscuits but the combination of eggs and cheese really orchestrated the flavors into a great breakfast sandwich.

While visiting the market and waiting on our food from elsewhere, we decided to set at the bar and grab a beer. Great atmosphere and pleasant service.

We were staying at the Marriott and Reading Terminal Mall is across the street so walked over to find a place to eat. This was our first time in Philly so were not familiar with the Mall and didn’t notice that they close at 6 PM. It was really crowded around 5:30 on a weekday. This restaurant was somewhat in the back and wasn’t too crowded so decided to eat here. The hostess greeted us quickly and seated us and then mentioned they close at 6:00 (It was 5:40) and were we going to order food. So that was our hint that we had to order quickly before the kitchen closed. We thought we'd have time to relax and enjoy the food since we were seated before they closed. They had a varied menu but we had to decide fast so we ordered a burger and also cod fish fillets. Our drinks came fast and the food was served before 6. The place was clearing out and we began to feel rushed as they started mopping floors and clearing tables. The Molly’s burger ($12) was enjoyed but very messy. The fish & chips ($12) had a very thick, crispy coating on it so I took all of that off to get to the bare cod. It was good after I dabbed some grease off of it. Both orders were large plates with a huge burger and the fish was two large fillets (mostly batter). The cut fries were greasy and I wish I would have ordered the root fries as the table next to us had those and they looked more like chips so more appealing and less greasy. There was plenty of seating and a large bar with stool seating. We scoffed down our food and were able to get out of there around 6:20 and the place was pretty bare by then. Even the bar area had cleared. Would have liked to have relaxed more but again should have checked the hours for this mall.

Visited Reading Terminal Market, and happened to find this place to eat. It was great. Chicken Pot pie was great. Others in our group all had something different, and each like their selection. Thought the BLT was good. Staff very friendly

This is basically a free standing restaurant with seating and service inside Reading Terminal Market. The menu had some unique items but also some standard options. My husband had the special which was pork tacos with avocado, pickled onions, and corn nuts. I never would have thought corn nuts would make a meal but the flavors went perfectly and the tacos were very good. I had bacon pb&j which was simple, filling, and delicious. They have a great draft menu as well. The service was excellent.

Situated in the middle of Redding terminal Market and just a great place to watch the world go by. I sat at bar and had a burger that was good as was local beer, staff were very helpful with my tourist questions about baseball tickets and their advice proved correct

Not only is the food amazing (try the thick cut turkey bacon and turkey sausage for breakfast!), but the bartenders make this place such a fun experience. We had the pleasure of meeting Madeline this past Saturday and she made our experience so fun and happy. She puts a smile on everyone's face that she speaks to! We have been here before for snacks and drinks and this was our first breakfast experience. We will definitely be back again soon.

Philly truly is the city of brotherly love. I had a wonderful breakfast as i sat at the bar surrounded by regulars who kept me entertained for more than 2 hours and even bought me a local beer.

Beer selection was mediocre at best. The sandwich itself was a very poor quality. Probably the worst Philly I have had. My fries were overcooked. Nothing special here.

Dined here on a whim while visiting Philly for a long weekend (I'm from Orlsndo FL), and probably could not have made a better choice on this particular day. It was a truly great dining experience. Dining is adjusted to meet current safety standards, and they did a fine job with that. Menu can be done via smart device, but they do have paper copies available. Good variety of choices, and my meal was delivered to the table even quicker than anticipated. Perfect temperature and perfect taste. My server was accurate and attentive. Yes, this is outdoor dining, but it's covered. Highly highly recommended, and I would readily (and definitely) return if in the area. Go and enjoy!!

Great experience at the Reading Terminal Market, dining at Molly Malloy's, great food, reasonable prices, good friendly service and they have 35 craft beers. Since you are in the market, it is a bit noisy, that is part of the experience.

The Reading Market is a very hectic place, but Molly Malloy's has seating and you can sit and relax for a meal. This the food is incredible, as well as the service. Always go when we are at the Flower Show.

We had lunch at Molly Malloy's last month with our 2 teenagers. The famous cheesesteak is very good and decently priced! 👌 Be careful to reserve seats in the lobby because there are many people...

When ordering we asked the waitress what she recommended. Her response was it really depends what you are in the mood for, it’s all good. Boy was she right. We ordered chicken pot pie and pulled pork sandwich. The pork was delicious, tender, moist and not drowned in sauce. I couldn’t finish it all. Honestly it was the best pulled pork I have ever had. Mom loved the pot pie too. With all the choices at the reading terminal market, if you want great food and service go to Molly Malloy’s. They have take out too.

Nice place in the Reading Terminal Market. Great biscuits and fantastic friendly service. My wife is gluten free and they had a GF roll To sub for her.

The steak and cheese was amazing. We went for lunch after walking around the market for a bit. The prices for the sandwiches were a tiny bit higher than other food places in the market. However the benefit is clean, attentive staff with minimal disturbances from people walking around the market. This is the only enclosed sitting area where you don't have to worry about people bumping into you while you are eating. That is worth the extra $1 in my opinion. We will return most definitely!

We sat on the restaurant side and shared pancakes, which was more than enough. The bacon was crisp and delicious, pancakes were a 5/10 IMO husband said 7/10. Vast draft beer selection and some bar drinks. Worth the stop in the market area.
great food and service!
Great place to sit down and eat while watching people browse the Reading Terminal Market. You can also get nice pastries here, even homemade pop tarts! I had wonderful challah french toast with bacon and blueberries. Yum!!
