One of the best Asian infusion

By Amy Harmon |

One of the best Asian infusion in town. The food is delicious & the service is outstanding. Every one is friendly, polite & extremely accommodating. We had a fun experience celebrating our friend’s birthday🤩👍🤩

Fun experience, good food

By apresvous |

Creatively crafted dishes with excellent ingredients. The kanpachi crudo, big eye tuna and green curry rice cakes were happy tastes and the shishito peppers were actually hot, not "one in ten is hot". Expensive, but the well-paced, accommodating service and strong drinks made for a fun evening.

Disappointed

By eljuezcubano |

We were really looking forward to going to this restaurant. Unfortunately, we were very disappointed. The room is nice although a bit cramped. The server seemed disinterested once we didn’t agree to the suggested upsell he was pushing on us. Obviously we didn’t get the right plates as the only one that stood out was the spicy cucumbers. A shame.

Good food and service!

By tonipirone |

We started our Vegas vacation with lunch here on a Sunday afternoon. We didn’t have a reservation, there was a 15 minute wait. We opted to sit at the bar, where seats were available. Our bartender Dustin was very personable and a hard worker. He took good care of us, he was a very good waiter. We started with the shrimp bons, they were amazing. The bun was soft and warm and the shrimp were yummy. They came with a house made sauce, and house made soy for the ramen. We each had the shrimp ramen and the mushroom ramen. Portions were huge, we couldn’t finish. Great vibe, and customer service.

Delicious meal and amazing service

By melissa |

We spent one night in The Cosmopolitan and made early dinner reservations at Momofuku. On a whim, we walked over to the restaurant to make sure we could be finished in time to make it to The Mirage for The Beatles show. Josh McIntosh came over and introduced himself and told us to ask for him when we came back for our reservation. He gave us the best table in the restaurant and we were well taken care of by the servers. The food was delicious and we are so happy to have met Josh! Thank you for a lovely and memorable experience.

Big eyes and soft buns make a wonderful meal

By Raymond W |

Simply perfection. Big Eye Tuna appetizer might be my dessert of choice....for life. Most amazing brussel sprouts I have ever eaten. Just a wonderful dining experience. Pork belly almost melts in your mouth.

Great second visit

By ID_Sun_Chaser |

Second visit to this wonderful restaurant. The first time we were in the dining room and it absolutely wowed us. Last night we wanted a smaller meal so we popped in and sat at their bar. Buns and ramen are the best and we’re just what we wanted. The bartender, Richard, was exceptionally engaging and professional. He took great care of our needs. Will return on our next trip to Vegas.

If you haven't been to Momofuku, you need to go!

By Joe K |

Food and atmosphere was great! Joao was even better! Thank you for a wonderful experience. We had the shrimp ramen, chili crusted pumpkin and the brussel sprouts. World class. Always want to support our Northern Virginia friend David Chang!

Great services both times!

By Nfanka |

Yes, I went in two times, first one when lunch just by myself and the second time late dinner with friends, party of four. For lunch I had seared tofu bowl with add on pork belly. It was a good meal. Just like how my mom will cooked at home. Love the rest of the sides, I got that so called umami taste. When with my friends- in the night, I got myself spicy fried chicken. Sure was nothing like the fried chicken everywhere else’s; The biscuits!! Different but oh so good. Like the purple rain, yum! Both times the service was great. We laughed, took pictures and we sure felt like COVID never existed 😋

I want to like it.

By wunderlast |

I always want to like David Chang’s restaurants but seem to consistently leave his restaurants disappointed (but I do like some items from Milk Bar next door). I went to Momofuku with a group of friends for lunch and the food was just ok. Maybe even slightly less than ok. I shares pork belly buns with my husband and we both got the shoyu ramen. I found myself underwhelmed.

Great Asian lunch

By Jerry B |

We enjoyed a variety of dishes with great service. I was able to eat some great gluten free dishes to enjoy my food with everyone else in my party. A bit expensive but worth it.

Delicious

By LittleLadyTraveller |

Matt our server was knowledgeable, relatable and super friendly. The food he recommended was delicious and the wine went down smoothly too. Our kids loved the mushroom ramen.

Yuck, bad food

By JakeAndAna |

We really wanted to like this place and we were really hungry and ready for lunch. Unfortunately this place was a complete disappointment. We started to get that “it’s going to be bad” vibe right away as we walked into the restaurant to be seated and we should have listened to our intuition. Since we weren’t feeling good about the place we decided to only start out by ordering two small plates, the cucumber salad and the pork belly bao buns. The bao buns were okay, but very greasy and the pork didn’t have much of a bbq flavor. The cucumber salad was where things got really bad. The presentation was not very appealing and it had a strange fishy taste which made it inedible. At that point we quickly paid the bill and got out of there. We walked next door to Egg Sl..t and had some awesome egg sandwiches instead.

Enjoyed the food and the lively atmosphere.

By Puakoturtle |

This spot is in the lively Cosmopolitan hotel. The restaurant was super busy (on a Tuesday evening at 6:30PM). The decor is casual but NOT cheap. I really enjoyed the food. The two of us ordered branzino (whole fish) which was superbly cooked and a generous size for two people. We also had a cauliflower dish and cucumber salad which had very tasty seasonings on them. I would come back here. I highly recommend making a reservation in advance.

Worst food ever!

By Joe D |

On the 2nd floor of the Cosmopolitan, you will find Momofuku. Like a lot of restaurants in Vegas, Momofuku has its menu on display at the front of the restaurant. I am a huge fan of shishito peppers so as soon as I saw that on their menu, I knew I had to give this place a try. I tried several dishes here in addition to the shishito peppers and what followed was a highly disappointing experience and some of the worst-tasting food I have ever had. Starting with literally the only good thing about this place, the Shishito Peppers (10/10). They were easily the highlight of the meal. These were exceptional! After that, we started with the Spicy Cucumbers (2/10) because our server told us it was their best seller. It was simply an English cucumber with togarashi sprinkled on top. There was zero spice to this dish and the only flavor was cucumber. Don’t get me wrong, I like cucumbers, but $12 for half of a cucumber is a bit steep in my book. The Kanpachi Crudo (0/10) was by far the worst thing I have ever put in my mouth. Just plain awful, disgustingly gross, and inedible. The only way I could describe this dish is flavorless mush. It was the texture of baby food. To the server’s credit, she did notice this and took it off the bill. Not much better was the Shrimp Buns (1/10), another dish that I took one bite of and didn’t touch again. The bun was undercooked dough, and I have never seen a shrimp that looked like this either. The shrimp was flattened and circular and made to look like a burger patty for some reason. Ended the meal with the Spicy Crispy Chicken Sandwich (1/10). Crispy is an understatement, this chicken was burnt. And also, the was no spice to this dish. If you want a delicious spicy chicken sandwich go elsewhere. The service was below average, even for Vegas standards. I have been in the restaurant industry my entire life and spent the past 10 years at a high-end fine dining restaurant so maybe I have unrealistic expectations for this place. If I was Chef David Chang I would strongly consider coming up with some new menu items or spending some time at his Vegas establishment to retrain all of the chefs. I will most likely never step foot in Momofuku again, but if someone was holding a gun to my head and I had to, I would just order the shishito peppers and then move on and go somewhere else for lunch or dinner. If I could give this place 0 stars I would.

I can't wait to eat there again!

By Mary W |

Great service and knowledgeable people. We ordered a few dishes but our server guided us along so that we would have a variety of dishes. We pre-ordered the Bo Ssam. We ordered 4 different vegetable entrees, shishito peppers and roasted beets were our favorites. I think we could have ordered anything and we would have liked it all!

🤙🏽🤙🏽🤙🏽🤙🏽🤙🏽

By Alan N |

Place was packed but had an immediate sitting for two at the bar close to the kitchen. We were hesitant at first but glad we took those seats. Service was outstanding. We were constantly being checked on at the right intervals where it didn’t seem bothersome. Mushroom Ramen was very, very good. Pork belly and shrimp buns were fantastic. The unexpected bonus was watching how the “kitchen” operates and how the meals are prepared. It looked like chaos but it was actually well run and entertaining. No doubt will return.

In a corner of Cosmopolitan

By Rockprof |

WE spend 6 months of the year in Vegas, winter that i s, and enjoy the many restaurants that normal Vegas has to offer. This year has certainly been less than normal. As we begin to venture out again having our 2 shots we decided to try some new places. Momofuku is oriental based on the second floor of the Cosmopolitan hotel The menu is limited but quite good and the service was above average. Try the lobster and shrimp combo with sake

Delicious mushroom ramen

By Stacy Strickland |

Great for lunch. We both enjoyed the mushroom ramen. He added meat, and I added a tofu. We both added an egg. I loved the tofu... but sure about the soft egg, which basically melted into the ramen. Still - all very tasty. The service was great, and the noise level was decent. We did not have to wait for a table at the time we visited. It would've been nice to know that the crunchy chili dice had an uncharge when it was offered along with other options.

Disappointing

By meredith1963 |

Literally the rudest people ever Can’t believe they have a line We left and went to Scarpetta where you were treated like a real human Shame on you Momofuku Have never been treated worse

Always Find Time to Eat Here

By ddawson8712 |

I love Momofuku. I seek it out now across Canada and the US. The shoyu pork ramen is to die for and I could happily go back and eat lunch there day after day. Since our last visit the menu has been pared down, which was disappointing. And the prices seem to have gone up but inflation is likely to be blamed for that. Despite those things I was still exceptionally pleased with my meal.

Til we meet again, Momofuku

By Sav & Squiv |

We kicked off our vacation with dinner at Momofuku and it set a high bar for the remainder of our trip. It ended up being our favorite meal we had - the spicy cucumbers (no idea how a cucumber can taste THAT good), pork buns, and Iberico Pork - I’ll be dreaming of that meal for a while. Shoutout to our server, Cooper, who made meal and drink recommendations. Both he and the support staff in our section were extremely attentive. They have a well-oiled machine ensuring you are taken care of!

A memorable cocktail

By Chris Q |

If you like whiskey drinks, try the Momofuku Old Fashioned. A homemade tamari twist adds an umami element that is unique and just delicious. These folks are very welcoming to solo diners, which I appreciate very much!

Good Asian Fusion ruined by reckless and deceptive staff

By Keith M |

On 9/22/24 I hosted my new in-laws and parents at Momofuku for a Sunday dinner. Food was good. At the end of dinner one of the bussing staff took the hat sitting in front of me (a piece of my wedding attire that differed in shape, color, and material of the tablecloths.) The bus staff then used my hat to mop up grease, then they returned my hat to me claiming only water was on it. I discovered soon that my hat was soaked in greasy broth and then spoke with the manager, João Pereira, who gave me his card and told me he would cover the dry cleaning. It took the drycleaner multiple cleanings to salvage my hat. João Pereira has ignored my attempts to reach out to him. Patrons should feel respected with their interactions with staff. Don't make your guests feel deceived. It ruins the rest of the experience. I would not recommend Momofuku Las Vegas to other patrons.

This has to be a top five restaurant in Vegas

By jfupton |

These are the best tasting small plates I’ve ever had. Pork Buns, Foie Gras, ramen, salmon, tuna, etc were exceptional. There is no way this isn’t a top five restaurant in Vegas.

Always amazing

By Astrid N |

Food is always amazing! The family style duck was incredible. We also had the ribeye, salads and corn - fan freaking static! Big thanks to Danielle for taking care of our large party.

Great time with great friends

By badrax |

Great time with great friends The food is great The service is very kind but restriction for table of 4 is an issue for groups

Excellent food

By pq1 |

This restaurant knows how to cook pork. From the juicy pork buns to the pork shoulder dish, it was amazing. Splurge for the tuna appetizer. Ramen was excellent. The service was attentive. Definitely worth a repeat... and we did... the next day!

cute date night

By Kiera |

sat at the bar and ordered the penicillin (scotch, ginger, lemon & honey) and shrimp bao buns. SUPER yummy and also the bartenders are the sweetest people ever.

Great Lunch Spot

By VegasToEssex |

My mother and I visited for lunch and had a great meal overall. We were able to walk in without a reservation. The restaurant has a great view of the Strip and the servers were friendly and helpful. We decided to go with small plates for lunch - the shrimp buns (absolutely delicious, our favorite dish), shishito peppers (tasty and spicy), tingly garlic fries (above average with a good sauce), and the spicy chicken sando (very plain tasting - wouldn’t order it again). Great lunch spot and I would return to try some different dishes next time.

Good light lunch option

By kimmysue42 |

My friend and I stopped here for lunch while in Vegas. We sat at the bar. Ordered noodle bowls & drinks. Good- nothing spectacular but I don’t usually expect that on a lunch menu. I would love to try dinner here sometime.

Too pricey

By Anush244 |

I ordered a ramen with mushrooms, it was OK not more but very overpriced. The waitress filled my cup with water without asking me and took another $1 for this. Overall, I paid 30 dollars for a vegetarian ramen (including tip). It's the most expensive ramen that I ever ate and can't say it was worth it

Will not return

By BBee82 |

Very strange experience. Lunch. Front was full. Seated in the back directly beside another party in an awkward booth despite the rest of the place being empty. Service was so slow despite there visibly being many staff. Food was mediocre at best. Was so excited to love this place but will not return.

Great dinner

By lucycan |

First time here. Group of 6 sat in the bar. We ordered some small plates to share then some noodles and main dishes. All the food was quite good. Service was just OK. I'd go back.

Make sure ot ge the Sea Bass

By David M |

We have tried many things on the menu and have always made sure to get the Sea Bass just for the broth that comes served with it. The only comment is that the Salt & Pepper lobster is a little lacking in variety. everything is deep fried and heavy with no break to it. it reminds me of Korean KFC done with lobster.

Get the Sea Bass

By David M |

When dinning here we always make sure to ordr the Sea Bass. The both that it is served in is one of the best I have ever tasted. We have tried most of the menu and have only been disapointed in the Salt & Pepper Lobster. It feels like a Koren KFC Lobster, with everything deepfried and heavy.

Very good but expensive

By Nano |

It was expensive but it was very good food. I would have ordered more but it was too pricey. The service was excellent. There is view of the strip which is awesome at night. The pork belly bao buns were really good!

Come for the food stay for the service!

By karyl |

One of the best client services ever! Extremely friendly and generous staff, making sure that your dinner/lunch is an experience and an adventure. Food is just as good as the service, highly recommend the Iberico Porc, the Brussel Sprout & Cauliflower as well as the Tuna tartare with shaved foie gras. A definite must when visiting Las Vegas.

Terrific experience - David Chang delivers quality food

By Tablepourdeux |

So they say never meet your heros, they'll only dissapoint. And that was a bit how I felt as we sat down in Momofuku for an unplanned dinner. Let me just set the scene here. We had arrived in Vegas at 11.00am and I had a lunch time booking at Momofuku for lunch the next day, and was feeling lucky to get that booking. But we just happened to be in the Cosmopolitan around 6:30pm the day we arrived and walked by Momofuku with a bit of an appetite, not expecting to get a walk in. But there were seats at the kitchen counter and we were invited to sit right down. A little bit jet-lagged after a 10-hour flight from Ireland the day before, it was a little bit surreal to actually walk into a Momofuku restaurant (I have a well-thumbed copy of Chang's Momofuku in my kitchen). I've been a big fan of David Chang from when I stumbled across his Ugly Delicious series on Netflix a few years ago and his podcast is now my essential gym listening. I've been to a number of "celebrity" chef restaurants before in various locations around the world and, invariably, they have disappointed for various reasons. So, how was my first experience with Chang's Momofuku? It was terrific! We started with an order of pork buns and shrimp buns, both of which were great, the shrimp buns being particularly delicious. As we were sitting at the counter we got to see the dynamics of a working kitchen in action, not as chaotic as The Bear, but I did hear "Behind" called a few times. The attention from the gentleman managing the counter was terrific, advised us on sake choices and was just generally attentive - great service! We had Ginger Scallion Noodle and roasted Brussels Sprouts and Cauliflower to complete our meal and both dishes were delicious. We had a lunch reservation the next day and we were seated at a table this time. Again, the food was terrific, shrimp and mushroom buns to start followed by shoyu ramen and, again, the ginger scallion noodle, this time with the addition of a lovely jammy egg. The service dynamic at lunch unfortunately was quite different than at dinner - food was dropped without comment and no one enquired if food was ok - empty plates were just removed. Quite a contrast from dinner at the kitchen counter where we were made to feel special. Did the food live up to expectation? Absolutely. Was it good value for money? Yes it was. In fact I would consider it one of the best value Asian offerings in all of Las Vegas. Was I disappointed in anything? Yes, a little bit with the lunchtime service - we are a post-retirement age couple and felt that the younger groups on adjoining tables were getting significantly more attention than ourselves. It was quite a contrast to the dinner service the night before. Overall, a great food experience and look forward to visiting their New York offering in June. Highly Recommended.

Incredible food

By Eckersangels |

Wow, incredible food and a lovely few of the strip. Had the prawn bau buns which were amazing and then the ramen, again such great food and fantastic service

Belated anniversary dinner

By Il0verice |

Put us in a corner table with fantastic view of the strip. The food was amazing as advertised. Highly recommend this restaurant.

Fish was yummy but not very Gluten Friendly

By Susan N |

The fish was very fresh and tasted wonderful. I came here for a ramen bowl but there was no GF option for noodles *sad*. So I ordered the Chirashi bowl; the rice was dry and they didn’t have GF sauce so they gave me straight GF soy sauce. Disappointing but the fish was excellent so I rated them 4 of 5 for that reason.

Filling, ok ramen

By Kristina M |

Went for lunch and they had limited menu. We got ramen, it was good, I had better hut it was very filling and tons of pork! I want to try their dinner menu next time

Recommended

By John M |

For those who have been to the flagship Momofuku in New York, this location will be familiar. The items on the menu are meant to be shared, so keep this in mind when ordering. Nice views from the windows here. The buns are still the best bet for something simple and delicious.

Dave Chang hits the mark

By John Doe |

American/Korean food, with massive focus on flavour. We had a few dishes in to share, the duck was incredible, the bao buns so tasty, and the menu is perfect for a return visit, as you'd never get bored. Staff were so helpful and couldn't do enough. Even stored us a view of the Strip, so really made the evening. Probably the best value meal too in a casino, never felt I was paying over the odds for anything, which can be the case in Vegas. Definitely returning when next out there

GREAT spot for authentic cuisine

By Tots |

Great for lunch, my group of 3 shared the lunch special: cucumbers, Pork Croquettes, and the shoyu pork ramen, which was nothing less than life-changing ramen. We also had the pork belly bao buns, Oysters and sesame ice cream. Our server was great, I cannot recall his name, but I remember it was a Hawaiian name. He was friendly, chatted with us, and made us feel welcome. The cocktails were also really good, the Lychee Slushie is bright and refreshing, the Pandan Pearl Diver was sweet and creamy, both delicious!! I cannot wait to return in September for more great food and service, thanks guys!

Somewhat 21st Century Asian

By Zoom_Gotti |

Gets a 4 rating. Food is interesting and tasty. But, for entrees, not worth the price. Most plates are shareable so maybe order methodically and not all at once. Apps are probably the best choices; maybe just order from that list? We did, though, spring to share a Ramen soup. The added butter enhanced its consistency, but I found it otherwise flimsy. We skipped the meat and seafood choices. As I said the apps were plenty. Check hours and make reservations.

Best ramen

By Turtle3469 |

Was in Vegas for business and couldn’t decide on what to eat so stopped in. Connor, the bartender, was so friendly. I got the spicy Raman and it was perfect. The meet was so tender and the spice level was perfect. A great way to end a long day.

Service & food always consistent

By Mimi P |

Always stop here and Milk bar on visits. Staff and food are always good. Love sitting at bar in front of chefs. They are always helpful with menu. Everything was perfect and staff is always fun.

Great Chicken Teriyaki

By 783sherrif |

I had the chicken teriyaki rice bowl. It was full of flavor and the chicken was tender. I will definitely return when I need a quick meal.

This is the place for Ramen!

By JudgeSue |

My son-in-law and friend flew into town and they immediately wanted to go to Momofuku located in the Cosmopolitan. We didn’t have reservations on this Friday night but didn’t have to wait long. I had oysters as appetizer and beer salad for my entree (I’m dieting), but the rest of my party had and devoured the ramen! My meal was excellent! Service was great, wine selections good. We will be back!

Great Service but Average Food

By J Steiner |

It is unfortunate that Momofuku is in the Cosmo hotel. The hotel is declining in quality and I could not believe how dirty and unkept it has become. I have been to the New York Momofuku equivalent and it was much much better. The servers provided very fast and friendly service. The drinks kept coming which was perfect. The food was just ok. Flavours seemed muted and uncharacteristic. I had the Wagyu curry bowl it was just ok. But the rest of the experience was great.

Definitely put it on your list

By Don C |

Food is plentiful and delicious, the service top notch and not overly expensive for what you get. Make a reservation, it gets very crowded, very quickly at meal time!!

Amazing!

By CherylVez |

Five of us for dinner to celebrate a birthday. They brought complimentary champagne and treated us like royalty. The staff was amazing! The food was phenomenal. We had the 5-spice duck table side and it was incredible along with a few sides. I don't think there is anything on the menu that isn't delicious. The room ambience was just right, beautiful view of the strip and not terribly noisy. A must go to in Vegas!

Great Asian Inspired Spot in the Cosmo

By kava-kauboi |

This a convenient Asian place inside the Cosmopolitan. The service here was fast and spectacular. I had some pork bao buns and steak and eggs for brunch. The portions were big and I couldn’t finish them. If you’re looking for lunch and don’t want to go far give this place a shot.

Ramen and not much else

By annikalibby |

I wanted to like this restaurant based on all the reviews and hype. The chef is famous, but you can't throw a rock on the strip without hitting a restaurant with a "famous" chef's name on the side of it. All that being said, the menu we were given listed ramen and cooked fish dishes as the only options if you didn't want a steak. If I want a steak, I'll go to the steakhouse. The side dishes were limited to shishito peppers and grilled mushrooms. I don't eat ramen (the stuff in the ten cent packs in the store? no thanks) or mushrooms so I clearly should never had gone there. That's on me, I should definitely have read the menu before hand. But my husband usually loves all of that. He was disappointed that the "lunch" bowl of ramen was very very small and highly priced ($25). It looked like about 8 ounces to me. Overall we ate at a dozen restaurants in the Cosmo over our four day stay and this is the only one we won't return to and we regret going to.

Gread food, average service

By Mia |

I had a vegetarian dinner with my husband. The food was excellent. The service was not that good. Although there were many waiters and supposedly they were available, but they were constantly in a terrible hurry, and did not stay even half a second after they finished talking to check if we had any questions and were not attentive at all. They brought us the bill before we ordered dessert, then brought it again before we finished the dessert and we felt like we were being asked to leave, even though the restaurant wasn't full at all and it hadn't been long since we were seated (15 minutes late from our order)

Good food but it comes at a price

By J L |

The star of David Chang's food network, is an excellent choice for lunch or dinner. The menu changes seasonally, but the usual suspects that shot Chang to fame are always available. Every dish I've had through the 6-7 times I've eaten here were all great. Pork belly bao buns, shitake bao buns are always recommended, drinks were excellent, atmosphere felt very comfortable.

But no desserts!

By Doc J |

Authentic Japanese cuisine. We ordered Yuzu Lemonade, Spicy Cucumber, Double Shiitake, Miso Cod and Bo Ssam. All was very good and the service was stupendous. Everything is charged for, even the water and seconds on beverages.

Excellent service and great food.

By Stream of Unconsciousness |

It was just the two of us and we really wanted to try a lot of things. Jenna understood immediately and made sure to help us try 7 dishes including sample versions of some dishes for large groups (I wouldn't necessarily expect this every time but it was very quiet when we were there very early). Every dish was amazing and well thought out. The Ramen was awesome and the glazed fried lobster out of this world. All the staff were great.

Relaxed and pleasant lunch

By cakebutt |

Went to Momofuku for lunch. We didn’t have a reservation but the person at the desk took our number and texted us when our table was ready just a few minutes later. Had the bao and ramen. Both were delicious. Had a great table overlooking the Eiffel Tower and the strip. Server was great. Very professional and pleasant. Well worth the visit. Teen son loved it too. I’d love to go back for dinner next time and would make a reservation.

Hearty and flavorful! Delicious

By Brenna T |

Located in the Cosmopolitan, there are so many restaurants to choose from. My boyfriend and I decided to have lunch here right when they opened and it soon got busy, so I would recommend getting a reservation no matter what time of day. I ordered the mushroom ramen and he got the pork shoyu. The depth of flavor in both of our dishes was incredible and the ingredients were fresh. The next time I am in the area, I will absolutely come back. I would recommend sitting at the bar that overlooks the kitchen.

Underwhelming.

By Caroline P |

We visited Momofuku in NYC and deiced to bring the rest of the family here. Although the menu was similar, the food didn't taste the same, the vibe was different. It was underwhelming and we were really disappointed. Service was ok, our server was not upbeat and she didn't really check back with us after our food was served. For the 5 of us it was almost $300 with just one alcoholic beverage. I would not go back.

delicious

By Stephanie O |

really great food. Servers are nice, they give recommendations. Food is great, short menu but good enough.

Food was spectacular

By Jean F |

Impressive customer service and food taste. Professional waiters are all around. They work fast and carefully. Besides their service, the foods are also delicious. The foods are made with fresh and healthy raw materials. Popular foods include Pork Belly Buns, Spicy Cucumbers, Ginger Scallion Noodles.

Blew my mind!

By Nelson G |

Wow! The food here was fantastic! Had the buns, crispy ribs, endive salad and a few calamansi Collin’s! The funny thing is I watched the video from David Cheng (from the restaurant website) a few days after and had to laugh as what he said was completely accurate. We talked about the meal the rest of that evening…it was that good!

Best ramen ever!

By Fidzje |

Very friendly staff, also for kids. Nice that you can reserve online. Food is superb, waw! A tad spicy, but very tasty. A recommendation!

Yummy

By Fátima Velasquez |

This place is very yummy, i will say though. It’s a true ramen restaurant. That is their specialty, hence the name. It’s very good ramen, top notch ingredients. My husband and I had the ramen and we also ordered two orders of the pork belly appetizer. OMG delicious for sure. These are the places where you splurge and you eat pork belly! Service here is Five star! One person that really stood out, was Josh the restaurant manager. Wow! He was such a pleasure and so attentive and intuitive. He is a true gem and they are lucky to have him. He made our meal truly amazing. Thank you to him and to the rest of the staff. They make this place even better.

Nightmare

By Mai G |

This restaurant doesn't deserve its reputation. Normally l’m not even sensitive to noise. But I had to leave after just 10 minutes... It felt like a school cafeteria! so noisy !!! My God !!! Terrible value for money... avoid at all costs

Extremely loud, very expensive

By goaliemother |

This place was so loud could barely speak with others in our party of 4. Not enough washrooms for the size of the restaurant. Washrooms are both sexes….not great if you are a woman following a man. Washrooms not clean and very messy. Had the duck. Comes medium rare. Server recommended and menu says for 3-4…..would easily feed 6. Noodles were good. Would not go again….it was just average.

Best meal we had in Vegas

By heidi0613 |

Tucked away in the Cosmopolitan we found this gem of a place. Asian Fusion cuisine. When we first sat down we were a bit sceptical of the menu but the waiter was excellent and made his recommendation which were all spot on. The spicy cucumbers and corn ribs were a pleasant surprise. The Bossam was the star of the show. Slow roasted pork shoulder with lettuce wraps and sauces was outrageously good. This is a shareable meal which fed 5 of us.

Candied walnut lobsters 🦞and shrimp 🍤

By Teddy N |

Great Pork Belly Buns and Ramen!

By Wilson L |

Had a great experience here. The ramen and pork buns are so good here. The food is delicious and the service is great. The restaurant itself is super sick too. Highly recommend checking this spot out.

Great ambience, fantastic service and world class food!

By Ryan S |

Very nice restaurant with great ambience, both on internal design and the big windows overlooking Paris resort’s Eifel tower and mid-strip. Service was fantastic and very genuine and informed advice provided on ordering, including recommendations and amount to order. Food was simply world class and so happy we chose to visit, highly recommend!

Amazing Ramen and outstanding service.

We had the best Ramen noodle bowl that any of us have ever had before. The broth was very complex with great depth of flavor. The Spicy Miso Ramen was out of this world. The spice was warm/ low level hot and amazing. The poached egg was the icing on the cake. We had the Shishito Peppers and they are also amazing. The server was also very attentive and informative on the menu options. Wish we had one of these places in Florida. I highly recommend coming here if you are in the mood for some great Ramen.

Bao and noodles for light lunch

By Soymoosemom |

Managed to get same day lunch reservation on a busy Saturday. We arrived a bit early was told to stand at one side by the hostess because we had reservation, meanwhile another line grew longer and longer. New hostess appeared and told us to go to back of long line. Hmmmm. Not impressed. But at least service was good and food was yummy. We had the pork belly bao and the sesame scallion noodles. They also charge you $2 US each for the water they place on your table. Just so you know.

Great tasting meal

Went there in between lunch/dinner hour. Sat at chef's work station. Watched them created lobster/shrimp tempura dish and another rolling out the dough for the pillowy fluffy buns. Ordered shoyu pork ramen, pork belly buns, and shrimp buns. All excellent.

A veritable bargain at Lunch

By Michael U |

Part of Las Vegas for over five years, outlasting David Chang’s highly-touted Majordomo and still drawing a crowd from 11a-3p and 5:30p-11p daily, Momofuku at The Cosmopolitan feels “familiar” in a way its ownership likely never anticipated even though the brand has been changing the way Americans eat since 2004. An unequivocal success story, Chang’s personal issues in no way dampening the vibe of a sprawling space that begins at Peach Bar and extends to Strip views including an Eiffel Tower, it is in the hands of “hip” yet gracious staff that diners entrust themselves while music from 1970 to now plays overhead a bit too loud. Toqued by former Le Cirque Chef Alan Mardonovich, his considerable skillset befitting Food that references America, Korea and Japan with roots in French technique, lunch features a concise menu of Momofuku classics alongside ideas from Mardonovich plus predictably pricey Cocktails such as the lactose-free Creamsicle Slushie. Adaptable as a snack or full meal, with Milk Bar next door for Dessert, it should be unsurprising that nearly every table begins with Chang’s empire-launching Pork Belly Buns, $7 each not exactly a “bargain” but easily justified across three delicious mouthfuls while “Spicy Cucumbers” with Togarashi and crushed Almonds prove shareable and complex for just nine bucks. Less impressed by $28 Salmon Crudo, under-portioned and mostly forgettable save for the Fish’s fine quality, Ramen proves another “must” regardless of outdoor temperature – Pork Belly and Shoulder in creamy Shoyu Broth made more creamy with Egg Yolk while Vegan Chickpea Ramen sees texture the focus and no two bites the same. Serving Chang’s growing lineup of Condiments to add Heat or Umami, Hoisin, Scallion Oil and something akin to Sriracha arriving alongside a demi-portion of Bo Ssäm with Lettuce Cups and housemade Kimchi, those disinterested in $180 to $268 “Large Format” items will find the Pork Shoulder well-represented while Chef Mardonovich’s Crispy Duck Confit features faultless Legs with crisp Skin and juicy Flesh ready to be dragged through Yogurt infused with Chilis.

Over-rated Experience and Taste

By Chris |

I've frequented most of the restaurants at The Cosmopolitan before going to Momofuku and generally liked each experience thus far. My brother had eaten at the Momofuku in the Cosmo before me and he told me that he "wasn't a fan" of the food (which is fine, to each their own). I told myself that I would give it a shot as I enjoy David Chang's series on Netflix and was always curious to see what his food tastes like. I went for lunch in September and I ordered the pork buns along with the chicken katsu. The pork buns were alright but served almost room temperature which didn't help since there was alot of fat on the pork still. I had more expectations that the katsu would be better as i love katsu and how can you mess that up? Lemme tell you, i was wrong to believe that. First off, the chicken katsu came out looking like a rushed, thick piece of fried chicken patty with regular gravy poured over it. That's not Katsu. Katsu (literally everywhere else in the world) is generally panko fried, thinly pounded cutlet, and served with a tangy mushroom based sauce (poured over or on the side to dip). Now, i am not saying that Katsu doesnt have to be razor thin (i have had some that were sizably thick) but the fact that each piece of chicken on my plate was almost 2 inches thick in height, plus an additional have inch of "fried" batter on top, it meant that I had to carve the entire dish down just to reasonably attempt to eat it. Not only that, it was smothered in their "mushroom gravy" which might as well have been stock gravy from your local deli. I might as well have just gone to a diner and ordered chicken with gravy for a fraction of what i paid that night. I know most celebrity chef restaurants are bait traps for fans and probably not comparable to their flag ship restaurants in LA but i seriously think that someone from DC's team needs to visit this location and update the quality of the menu. I am all for innovation when eating new foods or new takes on food but there is a level of quality and taste that is expected when you to resort restaurants in Vegas. This was an example of the opposite.

Good eats, can be pricey

By Sarah Melanie |

Since Momofuku can be expensive I love to come during their late night happy hour. Another plus of their happy hour is their menu is a little different and you can enjoy some of David Chang's famous noodle soups!

Yummy Ramen

By Ashley Z |

We had a great lunch at momofuku. We had mushroom ramen and the pork belly bao. Both were very delish and we had great seats with a strip view behind us. They asked if we were celebrating anything, it happened to be my sister's birthday. They gave us a couple of treats from the milk bar next door. This was super nice and unexpected. Thanks for the good food and the treats!

Good good

By Alexia091 |

Waitress was good, bus boys were excellent, very attentive.  The food was very good.  We had the pork belly buns which were delicious.  The noodle bowls were very good.  I had them add pork belly to mine for an extra charge and was disappointed that it was just one small little piece.  They also charge for water and don't tell you.  It was only $1pp, but it's the principle of it, I hate it when I'm nickel and dimed for things.  And if you're going to do it, you need to tell your customers before the bill comes.  Overall a good experience and the food was truely delicious, couple things could be improved upon

Yum yum yum!

Yum yum yum! This place is soooo good. Definitely try the tasting menu. I’m salivating thinking about the truffle noodles and the buns. Can’t wait to go back!

High quality and unique menu

By Matthew G |

Went for dinner and got the tasting menu. The consistency varied - some dishes were the best I've ever had, while others were pretty mediocre - but overall it was a fantastic experience. I was impressed by the uniqueness of the dishes. It is not your typical Japanese restaurant. The ambience is also nice. It looks unassuming from the front but once you enter the main dining area you have wonderful views of the Paris hotel and the strip. There are no shortage of great restaurants in Vegas and I am not sure I would rank Momofuku as the cream of the crop, but it certainly did not disappoint.

Overpriced eastern western fusion

By bcheong |

Part of the chain by david chang, this is like fusion food with korean, japanese, chinese and western elements The ramen and lamb ribs were blah, the chicken burger pretty spicy Expensive

Delicious Ramen

By Extraordinary735104 |

I went for lunch with a friend while in Vegas. I ordered spicy cucumber and Shoyu Pork Ramen. They substituted the pork for chicken and it was delicious and very satisfying. The ramen broth was amazing. The atmosphere was casual and customer service excellent. I would highly recommend if you want great ramen! I liked the spicy cucumber so much I’m going to attempt to make it myself. Definitely coming back here.

Not worth the money

By HighclereC |

Came here on New Year’s Eve It was a Prix fix menu The appetizer was one oyster each tha smelled fishy and not fresh and two shrimps with no sauce for either plane cold shrimp The short ribs were good(wagyu) The dessert was a not warm sugar cookie with caramel and two pieces of pear Drinks were not included (175$per person) This was such a rip off

Mediocre Food and Service

By CanadianAsh1234 |

We were really excited to try Momofuku but quite disappointed in the food and service. The pork in my boa was so dry I didn’t finish it. We tried both the pork and mushroom ramens, the mushroom broth was very good. My ramen noodle was not cooked properly and clumped together. The cucumbers and peppers were the highlight of my meal. Our waiter was not very friendly and it seemed like we were just another guest that they wanted to move through. I would not return nor would I recommend. Spend your hard earned money elsewhere.

Decent food, not worth the price

By tlisowsky |

The pork belly roll was delicious and was worth the price. But the garlic fries are nothing more than French fries are it’s garlic powder dusted on. The duck ramen was tasty, but for $32 for barely the meat from a duck leg? Nope.

Must Try the Small Plates!

By Jim C |

We stopped at Momofuku for an early 5 pm dinner and were quickly seated. We started off with small plates which were fabulous. The pork belly buns were melt in your mouth tender and wrapped in a fresh doughy wrap. Our knowledgeable and attentive waiter Eric, told me the pork belly cuts were boiled, roasted and grilled to achieve the tenderness and flavor. The ramen bowls are generously sized with a tasty miso broth. Finally, the sprouting cauliflower dish is perfectly steamed and flavored. I will definitely return to enjoy the small plates which are high quality for the mid tier pricing. The entrees on the other hand are priced to perfection. My wife is a Vegetarian and had only two choices from the limited menu. She chose the seared ocean trout over the $125 branzino. The filet was medium sized with a good sear, but otherwise raw.

Awesome food

While not the cheapest, we had 18 people on upper back room. The Service was great, the food was Awesome! Not one person didn’t make a positive comment!

Top-Notch Service and Tasty Food

By Jay Mapson |

My wife and I came in on our fifth night and knew the food would be good, which it was and is consistent with everything we ate at Cosmopolitan being outstanding but the service set this dining experience apart. Our server Mark was very attentive as was many other staff members throughout our dining experience. Not overbearing but they always seemed to pop up just when you needed something and took care of it right away. The service was attentive and the staff was very kind which is a direct reflection on the manager John who was very friendly and took the time to chat with us about our meal. There's quite a few items I want to try but I'll end this by saying that when you are trying to decide between one order of pork belly buns don't waste your time just order two because I guarantee you will want more like us and a couple of other tables around us. Overall this experience alone would result in a return visit to the restaurant but as I mentioned I don't think you can go wrong anywhere in this property.

Great Asian Cuisine

By Knabebug |

Excellent venue at the Cosmo. We had two servers who were both superb. Even though one was “in training”, he was extremely professional and friendly/engaging. We had the spicy cucumbers which were a delightfully palate brightener. The Kanpachi Crudo was also delicious. The Pork Belly Bao were good but could have used more hoisin. They tended to be fatty. The mushroom bao, I did not like but the other two loved them. The only disappointment were the Crispy Lamb Ribs. The crispy part was too shoe leathery and the other part too fatty. Just not well executed. I would love to return with more folks and try the Pork shoulder and roasted duck.

Awesome Experience

By dtvogen |

Had dinner for 6. What an awesome experience. We loved the option to create your own level of chef tasting menu by giving a price everyone was comfortable with. More restaurants should do this, as you get a great sampling of what the restaurant truly has to offer without needing to try and coordinate something yourself. Everything was so tasty and well prepared from various appetizers, to the amazing pork buns, to the lamb ribs, and the duck that was carved and then wings fried. Our waitress (Jen) was engaging, and witty, and took great care of us.

Very good food on the strip

By r1chH |

Went here for business dinner without reservation, we were able to get seated within 5 minutes. I would recommend reservations as the restaurant fills up very quickly. Had some appetizers of pork buns, shishito peppers and spicy cucumber. All were very good and came out within about 10 minutes of ordering. Entrees were also ordered with the appetizers, they came out about 25 minutes after ordering. There were 3 orders of the spicy miso ramen, crispy lamb rims and 5 spice roasted duck. Food was very good all around, the duck served table side and was very tender. It paired very well with the lettuce, mint and Thai basil when all wrapped up. The extra pieces from the duck not carved table side were deep fried and brought back to the table. In my opinion these were okay, they really lost a lot of flavor and were overly tough/chewy. They would have been best served with the breast meat. Other than this the food was very good. Price is on the higher end so this is something to take into consideration if you're looking for a budget friendly meal. This is a place I would come to again when in Las Vegas and would recommend to others.

Great Food cannot recover poor Staff Attitude

By Yoda005 |

We tried booking a table at Momofuku several weeks ago but could not find a table. Eventually we decided to walk in as we were staying at the Cosmopolitan Hotel. We were told we would have a table for three ready in a couple of minutes but were waiting for about 15 minutes and saw several other walk ins be seated ahead of us. Eventually when we checked we were told that the host made a mistake! Then, a lady called Ann offered us a table right at the open entrance of the restaurant. We politely requested to be seated inside the restaurant in the nicer area which did not feel like a cheap cafe. Ann refused to accommodate us on the pretext that they had reservations and would give those guests precedence over hotel residents and not do anything to remedy her error. This just ruined the mood for our evening. We are brown skinned and could not but think that there was subconscious bias. Long story short - Cosmopolitan does not really care about resident guests. Poor staff attitude who think they have the keys to the kingdom.

Must visit restaurant! Excellent food, service and atmosphere

By ckall4gray |

If you are looking for great food, great service and a great atmosphere look no further. The depth of flavor, blend of textures, quality of menu make Momofuku a must stop by restaurant. Momofuku squeezed out every cent of flavor and customer experience into the bill. When it comes to cost verse overall experience this did not disappoint. I would pay that same price in any city in the U.S. and happily. If you find better food, tell me what it is and I'll break down the dish and tell you why it's not. I'm really not that snobby but I really think they have something special here and more people should appreciate it. If you are tired of paying 35$ for a cheese burger and fries at a famous T.V chef's restaurant (not that a lot of those guys aren't great chef's too) then stop by Momofuku, take that 35$ and invest in a food experience. I may butcher my Waitress' name but I feel like it was "Dee." Anyway, thanks for the great Anniversary experience.

Amazing Ramen

By Holzfrog |

We had our last meal in vegas here and it was great - can’t understand the bad reviews. The ramens were really delicious and the service was super friendly. Would recommend.

Overpriced, underwhelming

By Bruce C |

Went for a quick drink - wasn't our favorite place. Drinks were okay, and def not up to the hype or expense of the place, and while the service was good, I can't say it was great. Def found other spots that were much better - wouldn't go back

Full service Asian fusion restaurant

By Aeramo |

Momofuku (Las Vegas) is an Asian fusion restaurant in The Cosmopolitan (level 2). It's full-service but has a counter-serve vibe. I had the oysters, shishito peppers, steamed king salmon. Oysters: standard but good. Shishito peppers: seasoned well even though they look like they might be over-seasoned. Like most shishito peppers, one out of every 5-10 will be hotter than the rest. Salmon: simple concept but cooked well. They have more or less the safety precautions other restaurants do, except that they have paper menus. Most restaurants on the Strip use QR codes instead.

By Food Lover |

Came here tonight for the first time with my husband to celebrate our anniversary and we both agreed that it was a little disappointing. We were probably just expecting something spectacular from this place. The food was still pretty good but it’s not really something that would make you wanna go back. I’d say I’ve had better asian food before.

Amazing food that will haunt you.

By Pamela W |

The food was amazing! The service was amazing! They gave me the best room in the place in honor of my birthday and anniversary. As for the food? Two words “Truffle Ramen”. And the Gem Salad is ridiculously good.

The experience (and especially the Chic Pea Ramen) exceeded all expectations! I am so glad we risked trying this new place. Jeffrey provided fantastic and very engaging and friendly table service! Like the food, his service was exceptional. Thank you!!!

A consistent Momofuku experience in Las Vegas

By Justin C |

My wife and I made a reservation here for a Saturday lunch while on a U2 sphere getaway weekend. I made the reservation the day before, with minimal difficulties securing a reasonably convenient time. We were shown to our table with minimal wait at the maitre'd stand. The restaurant was ~75% full, not overly loud. Our waitstaff were attentive and polite. My wife and I have previously eaten at Momofukus in Manhattan and Toronto, and were thus familiar with the menu. The pork belly bao were delicious. My pork ramen was good, and my wife's chirashi bowl was obviously fresh and flavorful. Prices were in line with other Momofuku experiences, with dishes in the high teens to mid twenties per dish.

Great Experience with Vegetarian Options - Didn't Love My Dish

By rickpoet |

The name Momofuku has gone from the stuff of NYC legends whispered by my brother in law, to a pervasive empire reaching into major cities and my grocery store's freezer with it's delicious Milk Bar brand ice cream, so was excited to score a reservation at their Vegas restaurant in the Cosmopolitan. I was there solo for a concert that ended up being canceled (I don't want to talk about it) and was seated at the Chef's Bar which provided a really great view of their cooks in action doing what they do. (You want to see meat pounded, the Chef's Bar is for you!) I'm a vegetarian and was happy to see a few different options for me on the dinner menu. I opted for Green Curry Rice Cakes. The overall flavor of the dish was great and it was a hearty size for just me, though the rice cakes themselves were a little rubbery. I kind of wish I had opted for a noodle dish since that's more of a signature item at Momofuku and it might have offered a better experience for my palate, especially since it was my first time there, but I was having a big noodle meal a couple days later and I don't want to over-noodle myself. My server was fantastic, sweet, and attentive, and the "show" at the chef's bar really was fun to watch. I'd definitely come back and try some of their other vegetarian fare (noodles, I'm looking at you). They clearly know what they're doing, despite the fact that the rice cakes wasn't my favorite thing ever.

Went in With High Expectations But....

By EricLosAngeles |

The food was blah. Buns were so so - had much better pork buns in San Francisco or LA. The crispy ribs were kinda sad. The squash appetizer was uninspiring. Had some noodle dish that I have completely forgotten about 24 hours later. I have to say if you want fusion Korean pan asian food Best Friends down the road was so much better. David Chang clearly is too busy doing other stuff to keeps his restaurants executing at anything above mediocre.

Try the baobuns!

By Gabriel J |

The food was amazing especially for this price! And the service was excellent and fast, we were in a hurry but the ordering, food and bill took less than 30min.

Great staff, ramen and cocktail creativity

By Nenah - S |

Went here during happy hour and sat at the bar. The staff was welcoming and was willing to interact when asked questions. I ordered their happy hour high ball, I’ve never had one before, it’s refreshing lite drink, however not for me. So on my second round I asked Dustin for a cocktail recommendation to go with my spicy ramen. Dustin asked if I liked Gin, I do, but wasn’t sure if it would sit well with me as I’m sensitive with it, that didn’t stop Dustin creating me a drink, as I asked for “his choice”. The cocktail was amazing, there was no name for it, I recall it was egg white base, with rum, bitters and had a Filipino ingredient. The flavor was a little sour with a hint of sweetness, it was the most amazing combo with my spicy ramen! As I take a sip of the cocktail my taste buds would be awaken to prepare me for another bit of the ramen, as if I had a bit for the first time. It was perfect! The noodles were so good, the perfect texture, at least compared to other ramen places. Before my Vegas trip I actually had put David Chang’s ramen noodles in my amazing cart, I might need to move it from my list to the “buy it now” option! The open kitchen space was great for this foodie, as I can observe the process. There was this one guy dancing along to a Bee Gees song, which made me smile, as I was grooving to it too, seeing him made me think how his good vibes were going into the food. The vibes of a restaurant can affect the experience. The manager (I assume), who had an epic beard, when I offered compliments about Dustin’s cocktail and the ramen, he didn’t ignore us, he interacted with Dustin and asked for the drink, which had no name, just list of ingredients. Whatever it was, needs to be on the cocktail menu. I don’t recall all the names of the staff at the bar, but they all added to the enjoyment of the experience for me. I’ve been a huge fan of David Chang so this was an important experience for me, I was happy!

Wonderful Meal

By BobC1510 |

On the advice of a friend we decided to try Momfuku. So glad we did. Great food and wonderful service. Thank you Cooper and Asia. The shrimp and pork rolls were great and the noodle dish my wife and I shared was exceptional. We will definitely be back.

Great Asian Fusion Eats!

By Poker_Ninja_206 |

First time dining here and the food and venue was amazingly good. Started off with pork belly sliders, then duck ramen for the main dish, and then biscuits and mac n' cheese, and fried chicken for the sides. Food was very flavorful. Our waitress was very attentive and checked on us often. We were too full to finish so we ended up taking leftovers back to the hotel, good thing we had a fridge and microwave in the room.

OMG

By tatt2dchica |

Momofuku will be a mandatory stop every time we are in Vegas. I had a pork shoulder/kimchi wrap and my boyfriend had the pork belly ramen. Stop the world, I want to get off. These two dishes are divine! and it was lunch..I can't imagine the deliciousness of dinner entrees.

Small menu with variable quality

By plava_laguna89 |

I thought the menu was quite limited and dishes did not complement each other. If you come with a large group (4-6) people, there are more options (but count on $50-$100 entree pp). The cocktails were ok, but not great. Old fashioned had unique flavor which I liked, but interestingly the drink tasted warm , even though it was objectively cold. The 7 sour cocktail tasted like plain lemonade. Shisito peppers would be a good appetizer to share with a large group - the grilled peppers tasted ok (unless you bit into a really hot one), but there was a pile of them and it got boring so did not finish. The sea bass in miso broth was quite tasty. Wish it came with some rice and veggies to complete the meal (you can order veggie separately but that did not work out with the peppers). The tan tan noodles are NOT the Szechuan Dan Dan noodles. They are ramen noodles in a creamy thick broth, with some beef bits (could not really appreciate that it was wagyu). It had a good, but one-note flavor, and was not even that spicy. The server was polite and attentive.

This place is amazing. Casual

This place is amazing. Casual dining atmosphere with great service. Family style orders so bring your appetite. I ordered the fried chicken and The portion was huge! Food was excellent. I was there with another couple who are vegan and they loved the choices they had.

Overpriced and Small portions for average food

By KevinLA310 |

I know I should expect to pay a premium for food on the strip but we were severely disappointed in our visit here. We saw online they had lunch specials of the ramen, a side bao and a beer for $25. I'd normally pay around $15 for a ramen so I thought the deal was rather decent. Sadly, the beer came out and it just just bigger than a taster you get at a brewery. They bao was perfectly fine, but the bowl of ramen is what I'd consider a child sized bowl. Even then, it was sub par in taste. I was glad that we were having an early dinner that day. On top of that, they charge $1 for tap water as some "fee."

Wonderful experience!

By csniners |

Where to begin... Out of town family, we selected this restaurant MONTHS in advance. Since we couldn’t figure out what items to order, we allowed our host Mags to pick for us. Lucky for us, Mags was simply deeeelightful! He was super giddy when we told him we were big time foodies; he picked out special items just for us, all equally amazing (uni pasta, thank you very much!) Flavor everywhere! We had a blast, obviously the food was dynamite but we were so blown away by the attentive service and outstanding personalities of all the staff! Good food is all over Las Vegas, but good food with hilarious, genuine, professional and fun staff? Winna, winna, ramen dinna right here! Thank you so much Mags and Victor Ratliff’s team... you all made our night so special ❤️

Great late night dinner

Our first visit - my husband and I had a late dinner here after a show and it was wonderful. They were busy and we didn’t have a reservation so we ended up at the bar but it ended up being a cool experience. Excellent food and service!

Our party of four enjoyed the 5 Spice Roasted Duck (serves 3-4) for $248 along with some sprouts and appetizers. It was a unique meal with fun presentation. Not something I’d do often but it was different. I would return with a group but wouldn’t choose this for a date night as it’s pretty loud, etc.

We went here for lunch and had great service and great food. We loved the shrimp and pork buns, the garlic fries were good, and the pork salad and ramen was good but not great for the price. The spicy margarita was awesome. Overall a great experience and would go back.

Everything was Delicious

Always wanted to try this place and it didn't disappoint at all. From the pork and shrimp buns, to the Brussel spourts/cauliflower, to the main noodle dish and fried chicken, everything was delicious. And unlike most nicer dining places, portion sizes were quite generous. Definitely recommend!

Momofuko is located inside the Cosmo. Asian inspired cuisine by David Chang. It looks small from the outside but as you enter to the back, the space opens up to a larger dining room. We came with 9 adults, 2 kids and ordered family style to share and taste. We weren’t expecting to get full but we did! One of the ramen bowls stayed untouched! We ordered: -3 spicy miso ramen -3 mushroom ramen -2 cold sesame noodle -2 spicy cucumber -5 pork belly bun (2pieces) -Kids meal mushroom ramen/fruit/coconut pineapple ice cream 15 -kids meal Karaage bites/fries/coconut pineapple ice cream -Half dozen oysters (WA) Between the two ramen, the spicy ramen was better. No one touched the 3rd mushroom ramen bowl. It’s great if you’re vegetarian but after a few bites, it was mushroom overload. Pork belly bao is a must order. Thick chunk of slow roasted belly was delicious. The kids meal karaage was the show stopper. It was juicy and crispy. If only they it offered in adult sizes. Spicy cucumber had a nutty taste due to the marcona almonds. Be sure you’re not allergic to nuts. I’ve never had this sauce before and would love to replicate it. Everything we ordered was delicious, except mushroom ramen wasn’t for everyone. We had 3 January birthdays and they gave out a shot of house sake. This went down so smooth and clean. Thank you! Great music choice and it gets loud all around with rnb hip hop. We brought noise cancelation headphones for the kids. Overall, great experience. We will be back. If you have the Chase Saphire Reserve card, you can redeem your $150 credit here.

Pre-cooked meals that are not properly reheated

By Wilfred L |

We had high expectation about momofuku, since we had been passively cancelled by momofuku during the pandemic era. Alas, maybe it was meant to be. We picked a 5 pm spot, and the place was empty. I was surprised by the bamboo chopstick that you would find at a fast food restaurant, the ones that you have to break apart by yourself. The portion size is generous on the grilled pepper, yet only the roasted beets was hot, by the time we got to the pork bai and shrimp bao, we realized we have fallen victim to the pre-cooked meals that are not reheated properly. Time to cut our loss, and we ended the meal under 1 hour. Never mind the 2 hour dining limit.

Fantastic service/experience

By A S |

Absolutely love this place. Highly rec'd the "family style" dinner if you are here with a group. We have done that twice and have ZERO complaints. Great service/great food. Will be a staple of my trips to Vegas.

Tasty pork belly buns

By Traveler65 |

Due to the reduced seating caused by the pandemic, reservation (on Open table) is a must unless you’re willing to wait. We expected a big dinner in just 4 hours so decided to go for the daily lunch special of a half order of ramen (we picked pork shoyu) and one pork belly bun. For just $25 it came with a free beer or non-alcoholic drink. They sold out of the yuzu lemonade so we went with ice tea (unsweetened). Everything was tasty and just the right serving size. Service was excellent - and we appreciated the server letting us know the ramen was a half portion so we could order it (a full portion each would have been too large).

Good lunch

By M. Kilic |

Nice atmosphere, interior design is good, easy to find location. The food was good. I must admit that the food was tasty .

Noisy and poorly managed hostess

By Peter Brumlik |

Made reservations with Open Table. The hostess was unable to find it and seated us at a table with a herd of people. $106 for Ramen is exorbitant. The place is so noisy; I couldn't hear the waiter.

Try the pork belly bun!!!!

By greattravelswanted |

The pork belly bun was amazing. I was on a food tour and we got to try the bun, the miso ramen and the spiced cucumbers. The pork belly with their house sauce was my favorite thing on our trip. My only regret is that I didn't have an extra day to bring back my husband to try the food. Not pricey either. Loved it.

Great Meal for a Group

By exacta123 |

We had eight people for dinner. The food was served family style on a large lazy susan. We had a little of everything: steak, duck, lobster, etc. Great service, highly recommend. Only down side is price, it was over $2k for the eight of us.

A little hit and miss with the dishes. The beets were an odd combo of flavors, we didn't even finish them. the noodle dish and prawn bao were good, was hoping for more from the noodles. Pork bao and the charred pork dish were fantastic. Ambiance was nice, as were the wait staff. Would go again but order some different dishes.

Don't order raw fish

By Scenic63120813899 |

IMO should take the chirashi bowl off the menu; fish quality just was not there. Some of the salmon had a rubbery spongy quality, roe were cloudy, hamachi was chewy. Only flavor was very salty furikake and a decent ponzu, no wasabi, no avocado or shiso. For $48 better get your raw fish elsewhere and stick to noodles at Momofuku

Recovery lunch

By Krystal S |

Great food experience! Perfect lunch spot after a late night in Vegas! We couldn’t reserve a table but got in line 10 minutes before they opened and walked in no problem. We tried all 3 buns- pork, shrimp, and mushroom- definitely shrimp were the favorite, but all 3 were tasty! Loved the Bo Ssam- perfect recovery food with the rice and the Shoyu Ramen was popular too!

Great dinner, terrible service.

By MSMJW |

Delicious food and atmosphere as always. Service was awful. The server gave no greeting or explanation of the menu. He simply asked if we were ready to order. All of our food arrived before the beverage we ordered. Just really poor service for such a great spot.

Good as ever

By WhiskeyGirlDublin |

Wonderful interactive service from the bar staff. Good food as always. Great cocktails and the gal with the cute glasses made doubly sure my cocktail with the Nikka Coffey gin was perfect

Very casual loud place

By Russ855 |

This place is a huge multilevel space that gets packed at dinner. It is not a quiet romantic spot for a couple. In fact it seems to favor large groups at the tables which may be typical for the hotel. The food was quite good and the portions were large. The fresh oysters were amazingly good. The noodle bowls were chock full of ingredients. I might suggest sharing plates. It comes to about $90 per person after tip.

Try Momofuku Vegas

Service with Jenna was top notch. Super helpful with menu and never felt rushed. Good pacing on the food, and really enjoyed the ‘tasting menu’ (off menu). Ask for it.

Welcome return

By FlyHigh1010 |

Getting back to form with more consistent food quality & presentation. Server was attentive and helpfully provided suggestions on combo to try. Host Josh is away friendly. Be great to be able to book table types as high tables available near bar.

Excellent bar food.. overpriced beer..

By Eat or Die: Krakow Gourmands |

I almost walked out when I saw they were flogging beers for $11 a pop....This place makes Paris look cheap.. Still I'm glad I stuck around ...The pork belly buns and the crispy chicken sandwich were indeed mind-blowing... Chang's magic sauce is additive.. highly addictive..... I could pour it over anything and everything......The bar staff are amusing and happy to talk food... and unlike Chang's New York venues you will actually be able to get a seat at this outpost..The bar is long and welcoming...

I don’t understand all the good reviews. Skip this place

By ihavewanderlust |

Was really excited to try this place. Truly don’t understand all the good reviews. The service was top notch and the cocktails were decent. …. But I found the food to be very bland. Had pork buns and spicy miso ramen. Both were incredibly ‘meh’. the pork in the bun was void of any real seasoning and the ramen was bland as well with the exception of a bit of spice. The only conclusion I can arrive at is that the high reviews were given by folks that really don’t know what well seasoned innovative food tastes like. Would not recommend or return. With so many amazing options in Vegas, skip this place altogether.

Atmosphere: trendy upscale Asian flare. Service: excellent. Food: excellent

By MCK |

Momofuku has been on my restaurant Bucket List to try forever. Finally having the chance in Vegas, did not dissapoint. My friend and I had to eat early 5:30 because we had a later show we had tickets for. I had made Open table reservations well in advanced. When we showed up, we were greeted and seated at a window table in the main dining room. Jenna our server was wonderful, very attentive, made our evening very enjoyable. We ordered Spicy Margaritas and a Tamari Old Fashion. My friend and I like to share dishes, so we can take advantage of the menu. LOL, my only gripe is there weren't more people eating with us (I wanted to order the 5 spice whole roasted duck). We settled on the Shishito Peppers, Pork Belly and Shrimp Buns and the Szechuan Duck Noodle (duck sausage, candied peanut, szechuan). All the food came out hot and tasting fantastic! I would definitely go again with more people... the more the merrier! Atmosphere: trendy upscale Asian flare. Service: excellent. Food: excellent

Best dish I've ever had!! Beautiful food and ambiance!

By Deanna H |

My hubby and I came here for dinner before seeing U2 at The Sphere! We fully intended to try the ramen, both for its reputation and reasonable price (2 kids in college and spent all our "allowance" on the show). After asking our server about some of his favorites, we completely flipped (don't judge, I would have left it at it roulette table anyway!) and went with the pork belly buns, the brussels sprouts and cauliflower, the crispy lamb ribs and the Iberico pork. Oh.my.gah! All were delicious, but the lamb rib was the single most incredible mix of flavors I've ever put in my mouth. The chili yogurt and peppers with the tangy glaze on the crispy bits of lamb are something any foodie NEEDS to experience! The buzz of the restaurant and outstanding service detail made this one of the best experiences of our trip!

Pork Belly Buns + Beef Tan Tan Noodles

By TheJimmyco |

Dining solo, I was sat at the bar, which I prefer. The spicy margarita caught my eye, it was so good I had two. For dinner, I had the pork belly buns and then the beef tan tan noodles. The noodles were the star of the meal. I should have ordered more! My bill was $86 before the tip. The bartenders were friendly and would chat with me.

Great Asian fusion

By Carter B |

Great asian fusion spot on the 2nd floor of the Cosmo. My wife and I grabbed a spot at the bar because we didn't have reservations and got some great recommendations from the superb and friendly bartenders. Do not miss the pork belly buns or the roasted beets, but the star of out meal was the Iberico Pork - a marinated dish that neither my wife or I could get enough of.

Get the cucumber salad!

By ess |

Great casual dining spot inside the cosmopolitan hotel. The spicy cucumber salad was INCREDIBLE. Obviously the ramen (we got vegetarian and chicken) was also very very good! Pick up some sweet treats at milk bar next door to take back with you.

Delicious For Sure

By Amelia C |

I sat at the bar as I was dining by myself and the bar staff was incredible. The were so attentive, knowledgeable about the menu and made my night amazing. I expected the food to be great and it was, but the bar staff was outstanding. Thanks so much!

My favorite Vegas meal

By Polina0525 |

Momofuku provided my tastiest and most memorable meal in Vegas! My husband ordered the shoyu pork belly ramen and bun, while I had the ginger scallion noodles and a yuzu lemonade. Everything had bright and surprising flavors, and the price was well worth it. This restaurant is highly recommended!

Good Japanese restaurant with still reasonable prices

By fhoffmannb |

Japanese restaurant with limited but decent menu. Speciality seems to be Ramen which I would also recommend if you look for something reasonably priced (compared to a lot of other places in Vegas) but nonetheless very tasty and good size.

Just bring me food

By Erik Taylor |

We had a reservation and upon arrive were asked if we wanted a menu or a budget. I love that. We set a budget and they proceeded to bring out food that the chef decided. Service was great and the food delightful. 10/10 would come back

Hearty East Asian Food With Cutting-Edge Flavors

By Matty Easton |

Even among the lush culinary landscape of Las Vegas, Momofuku stands out as a must-try for Asian-inspired dishes that will leave you talking about them for days to come. Despite the unassuming front-of-house in the Cosmopolitan Hotel, Momofuku opens up to a large industrial-chic dining area with private dining areas in the back. The staff is incredibly friendly and professional and never let our glasses run dry or our plates get too dirty (they literally swapped our plates out for clean ones mid-meal). Unless you’re in the mood for your own bowl of ramen, family style is the way to go here. The dishes are all decidedly East Asian, spanning Japanese tempura to Taiwanese chili chicken to Korean kimchi to Chinese bao buns. The standouts start with the pork belly buns — the huge slice of pork absolutely melts away in your mouth and is so mouthwatering that you won’t even notice the grease dripping down your hands. The fattiness of the buns paired nicely with the freshness of the little gem salad, which included the strangest lettuce I’ve ever had — a crystallized leaf (or “frozen lettuce” as they called it), which had a citrusy tang and juicy texture. The waiter told us it was actually cultivated from a type of weed, highlighting just how innovative this kitchen by David Chang can be. I’ll try to be brief with the other highlights: the jumbo shrimp tempura was light and crisp, the mushroom ramen had a great umami, and the pork shoulder was juicy, tender, and richly sweet. The table favorite was surprisingly the fried broccolini, which had a sharp spice with a (thankfully) quick half-life. The chili-fried chicken has the thinnest, crispiest skin I’ve ever had before — if you like fried chicken with a spicy kick, this is the way to go. The lamb chop was delicious, though admittedly the Greek-infused flavor felt a little out of place to me among all the other East-Asian flavors. We washed our meal down with two big bottles of house sake (don’t worry, it was a large group!), which had a balanced flavor that paired nicely with just about everything on the table. Overall, Momofuku went above and beyond in presenting hearty East-Asian food that pushed the flavor profiles of these classic dishes to entirely new levels. If you’re ready to spoil yourself — and let’s face it, you’re in Vegas! — then make sure Momofuku is on the itinerary.

Lived Up To Our Expectations and Then Some!

By Nikki |

My husband and I are fans of David Chang. Naturally this was our first choice of restaurant for our first time in Las Vegas. We arrived a few minutes early for our reservation but were seated immediately. Staff was very friendly and welcoming. It was a very special occasion as we were on our honeymoon (finally after 14 years of marriage)! We were each given a glass of sparkling sake, on the house and it was so good! We started with the Shishito Peppers. They were so good! Spicy but balanced. I ordered the Miso Ramen and My husband ordered the Ginger Scallion Noodle. Both dishes were absolutely delicious. My husband wasn’t a big fan of the seaweed but that’s a personal preference and not a dig to the dish itself. He’s just not a seaweed guy but still wanted to try it. I enjoyed it though as we tasted each other’s dishes. Thank you for the wonderful experience.

Solid Asian food although not wonderful. I recommend

By John S |

I had dinner at the bar yesterday. I enjoyed it and would return. The spicy cucumber was very good as were the Brussels Sprouts and Cauliflower. The spicy miso Ramen was good too. Service was generally good.

Amazing DUCK

By TravelMXN |

Our waiter MANNY was beyond great! His suggestions in sake and dishes were on point. Highly recommend the Duck, it was awesome. Another dish to try out is th e Brussels Sprouts & Cauliflower. Those 2 were my favorite out of 5 dishes. Will come back! Sake Akitabare was smooth. Ask for Manny, he will take care of you in a special way!

Excellent date night option!

By TCairl |

Love the easy selection of menu items from this restaurant. The cocktails were very inventive and well portioned. The steamed pork buns were really good as were the main courses. We both really enjoyed the roasted pumpkin small plate as well.

Excellent

By CDBCDB |

We made reservations after a friend recommended Momofuku, and we were not disappointed. We tried a variety of small plates for the table, and enjoyed everything. Service was excellent, and I would definitely return.

Not recommended

By Ghazal |

The foods are served in small portions and the price is too expensive. I cannot give more than two starts. The tastes were good but expensive

A must try!

By Tracey H |

I found this place walking through the Cosmopolitan so looked at the menu. I went in convinced I was having the mushroom ramen. Well after listening to the bartender describe some of his favorite dishes, I ended up getting the ginger scallion noodles and added spicy shrimp--so, so delicious. The pickled cucumbers on this dish -- I could have eaten a lot more of them, they were so tasty. This is a must try for anyone liking this cuisine. Next time, going to visit that I can try their dinner menu.

It was a large group dinner so i won't be too critical

By mm8426 |

I've taken my wife here a couple of times and the food on the main floor seems much better. I felt like from the start when the hostess was upset because I was bothering her, but I was spending $3,000 in the restaurant that night and she should have noticed the size of the group. Rest of the staff were great, and then the delivery of the food. Granted I had high maintenance eaters, a pescatarian, 2 vegetarians, a vegan and an @sshole, so they accommodated to us pretty well, but the food really did seem mass produced rather than for us. All in all, I'd rather take a large group in and not have to sit in a secluded area of the restaurant.

Over rated - food looks fancy

By Di J |

Over rated - food looks fancy but overly salty and greasy. We went as a group and ordered a lot. Almost every single dish is salty. Kimchi is not fermented.

5 Star Pricing, 2 Star Value

By eppikureeus |

Dinner for two on a Saturday. Nice ambiance and excellent, knowledgeable service. We had Shrimp buns (2) which were excellent, and by definition, small - $38; lamb riblets (3) which were tasty but way overcooked (reheated?) and dry - $46; plus 4 glasses of the least expensive wine on the menu plus tip - $205 (yes two apps and four glasses of wine. If that sounds appealing to you, goodonya. I won’t be back.

Great Dining Experience

By Turtledove8 |

We've been here for lunch a few times and really enjoyed it, however, Dinner takes it to another level. We had the best table in the house, table for 2 upstairs, closest to the windows overlooking the strip, great view! David Chang has a masterpiece dining establishment here and an Awesome General Manager in Josh McIntosh. He is so professional, totally service oriented and a super nice guy. He goes out of his way to make sure that his guests are happy and well fed. We enjoyed the pork belly buns, the ginger scallion noodles with shredded chicken and the awesome lobster and shrimp tempura dish. Everything was expertly prepared and very tasty. We definitely recommend this place for lunch or dinner, come hungry, leave happy!

No way this place is good

By DecoWorldTraveler |

Momofuku at Cosmopolitan hotel earns a poor rating due to poor attitude of the bar tender and the drinks being just plain terrible. Has he even been to Japan?

Excellent first meal in Vegas

By Jill H |

We were pumped to try a David Chang restaurant and Momofuko in the Cosmopolitan did not disappoint. Our server Daniel was professional yet extremely personable. We took his suggestion to let them chose our meal and it was outstanding. Our favourite course of the night, the tuna with shaved fois gras. It shouldn’t work but it really works! Overall, tasty drinks, excellent food and great service! I’d return for sure.

Vibrant atmosphere and inventive menu

By Jaymie |

Wait service is excellent - friendly and accommodating. Hostess was a bit curt, but otherwise experience with staff was excellent. Food is innovative and delicious.
