Fantastic pizza. Good selection of beer and wines. Extremely attentive staff. Easy (fast) Uber ride from the strip.

I was so excited to be trying a new Italian restaurant that had good reviews. Unfortunately, the food was unsatisfactory. Our swordfish came cold and the plate was uninspired. The pasta entree was salty to be inedible. The pizza? Soggy. Service was okay, but when the suggested tip starts at 20% and goes up from there, it should be excellent. It wasn’t. Had it just been the two of us we would’ve sent the food back, but that’sdifficult and awkward when it’s a special night out with a tableful of friends.

Wow! We went for Sunday Brunch and everyone talked about it for weeks. Big portions and never an empty glass.

Inhabiting the former Nora’s space since March of 2018, Phase 2 of Nevada’s reopening finds Pizzeria Monzú rebranded as Monzú Italian Oven + Bar, Chef Giovanni "Gio" Mauro recently partnering with James Beard Foundation Semi-finalist Nicole Brisson to expand on a concept many already consider to be one of Las Vegas’ very best. Named for an old Sicilian term of reverence, and rightfully serving “Authentic Sicilian-Inspired Cuisine” per the Restaurant’s website, guests may recall Gio not only as a son of the family that operated Nora’s for decades, but also for North Las Vegas’ Old School Pizzeria where Mauro’s “respect for ingredients” philosophy has been on display since 2011. Inhabiting two-stories at 6020 West Flamingo Road, hours from 4:00pm until 10:00pm Wednesday through Sunday finding tables well-spaced in full view of the kitchen, it after a quick temperature check that masked patrons are granted entry, service predictably professional yet friendly though management’s decision to allow one employee to work with shield and no mask is unfortunate. Playing a mix of music overhead, just loud enough to drown the din without being obtrusive, it was after perusing Food and Beverage options that Chef Brisson was given carte blanche, a mix of Gio’s classics and plates inspired by “Female Chefs who have influenced our cooking” marching out in four courses over 120 minutes. Committed to seasonality, and eschewing commercial Yeast in favor of natural fermentation utilizing a starter derived from Apricots alongside 300+ years of tradition that began on the Island of Ischia, dinner commenced with a pitcher of Cocktails alongside three “Taverna Snacks,” fried Olives salty but balanced while Meatballs wrapped in Lemon Leaves and stuffed Squash Blossoms tasted precisely like something one might find in Naples. Next taking a look at Monzú’s Bread, first topped with a vibrant Tomato Terrine from the August “Four Course Chef’s Tasting,” suffice it to say Chef Brisson’s considerable knowledge of Italian cuisine shines through in everything she touches, Ravioli con Radicchio assertively bitter but still accessible while Spaghetti alla Chittara “Mare e Monti” brings the fire with imported ‘Nduja finding its foil in naturally sweet Corn Crema. Slowly savoring Monzú Artisanal Sourdough Bread Tasting, warm with Butter followed by garlicky grilled slices topped in Anchovies and Pizza-like wedges with a developed cornicione, the actual Pizza at Monzú follows Roman “Pizza alla Pala” ideals, high-hydration and lengthy fermentation creating a crisp base and easy digestibility with pronounced yeastiness. Splitting one Pie into two of a dozen Topping-combinations, spicy Calabrian Sausage smartly accented by Honey and Blue, those seeking something even more unique will no doubt find it in “Vegas Meets Italy Pizza” where dueling Cheeses form a soft backdrop to Pistachios, Dates, Tomatoes, Prosciutto and Arugula. Not about to miss Gio’s Crespelle al Forno, its multitude of layers lacking the tooth of traditional Lasagna and instead eating like a cloud of Meat, Cheese and Sauce, August’s “Involtini di Pesce Spada e Melanzane” stands out with inspiration from Nora Mauro as firm flesh comes across moist yet flavorful with a faint bit of sweetness to counter the bold aromatics of Fennel. Turning Desserts over to former Joel Robuchon Pastry Chef Nicholas Forte, a quartet of items running the gamut from modern to tradition, those who don’t love Coffee will probably want to skip Semifreddo Affogato that comes with a tableside shot of Espresso, and even though it is indeed good this riff on Tiramisu nonetheless falls short of classic Sfingi stuffed with Ricotta Cream as well as seasonal Lemon Cake and the refreshingly light “Granita di Anguria.”

Great place. Small, authentic and intimate. Good food and drinks without a lot of pretension. A few miles west of the strip.

My wife and I decided to dine "lite" one evening so we ordered a "small" pizze (sp) to share. There is no extra charge for ordering one 1/2 and 1/2 so we chose vegetariana (heirloom tomatoes, spinach, olives, peppers, eggplant, onions, mushrooms, garlic, basil, mozzarella) and Vegas Meets Italy (scamorza, mozzarella, ricotta, pistachio, dates, heirloom tomatoes, arugula, prociutto, date cream). The clear winner was the latter half. The crust is amazing and, though we usually ignore the outer crust, we gobbled it down after liberally brushing it with the provided Gorgonzola cream sauce.

Celebrating a friend’s birthday & needed a great place for s weekend lunch Chef Giovanni & Pizzeria Monzu did not disappoint! Amazing cocktails & a great reasonably priced wine list. We started with stuffed lemon leaves, burrata bruschetta, and pork reins pizza. All to die for! We will be back soon & frequently!

Outstanding food and service at a reasonable price! We ordered the tasting menu and were very happy with each of the selections. In addition, there were several gluten-free salad, entree, and dessert options (except for the pasta and pizza). The host, server, and other employees made us feel very welcome. We will return!

Awesome food. I had the artichoke, squash blossoms, Swordfish and a margherita pizza. To drink was Warsteiner dunkel on tap. One of my favorite "beer and pizza" combos. At the end was a grappa flight. Food and service were outstanding. This place will catch on soon.

You like Real Italian pizza? Then Chef Gio and Pizzeria Monzu is the place to be! Chef Gio keeps The is tradition handed down from family and perfected the recipes! Apricots, Bacon goat cheese, pine nuts and arugula is unbelievable! Started with stuffed lemon leaves and a Antipasti Salad! If you’re in town and want to get off the strip for a excellent meal stop on by!

If you are in Vegas or passing through, make plans to stop and have lunch or dinner here. We had a large group so I was able to try 6 different varieties of their amazing pizza! The dough is like no other, it’s an old authentic Italian recipe that takes five days to make. This isn’t a over fancy kale pizza place (although there is one with Arugula) this is just a fabulous restaurant for the whole family.

This spot has the potential for five stars. I would like to see the pizza crust crisper on the bottom. Mushy just didn’t quite get it there. The flavor was fantastic but it could use a touch more cheese. The crepe lasagna was really good. The presentation and texture was good. I’d like to skip the corn though. The bacon wrapped dates were excellent. The cheese inside was a surprise but in a good way. They have awesome beer selections. I didn’t see any beers by the glass here though.

On a recent friend's trip to Las Vegas, this is one of the places my wife made reservations for us to try. In an unassuming shopping center, Pizzeria Monzu was a great first day dinner spot. The Carbonara pasta and the Pork Reigns pizza were great. Heavy food, as expected, but good quality and thoroughly enjoyable.

Came here for the first time with friends & tried try chicken wing and the pizza. The pizza is huge but the dough is so light & fluffy & ingredients are impeccable. My 2nd trip I was solo and enjoyed a glass of wine, some delicious pizza & great conversation. It’s a hidden gem!

Our friend took us here as this restaurant is run by a gentleman whose parents own Nora's Italian, which we really enjoyed on our previous visit. The food here was very good. The menu is a bit eclectic for an Italian restaurant which pleased us. The service was excellent! Portions are very large!

We stopped here on the recommendation of friends who live in Vegas. It was a delightful find. The owners and staff are very welcoming and treated us like family even though it was our first visit. We had a group of four adults. We did a family style serving of Rucola Salad, the vinaigrette was delicious, Truffle Fries, We also had the Vegetariana and the Classic Combo Pizza's. Everything was very good. The dough on the pizza crust was superb. They also had a nice selection of wines. I will going back.

Authentic Italian pizza served hot and delicious with a light, buttery crust that almost needs no toppings. The pizza is huge but too good to leave leftovers. Fabulous wine list. Great little pizza place that serves the best pizza outside Chicago! Loved it!

Found out about this place via a work colleague. Does not look much from the outside, but a total joy inside. The food was the real deal and great staff and the place has a great feel inside. I will be back again in the next few weeks and the lunchtime special is a great deal.

I was there with a private group and the restaurant was closed to regular diners. The food was amazing. The chef outdid himself with appetizers, salads, cheese platters, 2 kinds of pizza, a meat platter and the delicious dessert! If I lived in Las Vegas I'd go there at least once a week. Everyone that worked there was so nice.

My wife and I initially decided to go to Nora’s Cuisine restaurant for pizza. We got there about 2:30 PM and found that on Saturday they were closed then and would not open until 4:00 PM. I remembered that the son of the owner of Nora’s had a restaurant just a few doors down Flamingo that specialized in pizza. In a few minutes, I found it. It was Pizzeria Monzu. They were open and we had a fantastic salad and some of the best pizza we have ever had. What a lucky break to stumble upon this place. The waiter was great; the ambience was great; and the food even better -- and the prices were reasonable.

Looking for a Sunday Brunch that’s made of Italian delights that have you craving more? Then here it is! Check out the pictures! Don’t come alone or you’ll miss out on some culinary masterpieces!

Cozy, elegant and passion for Italian food. This restaurant was really good and I highly recommend it. Doesn’t look much from the outside but don’t let that fool you.

I was in town from Chicago looking for an Italian restaurant off the strip and found this via google, super skeptical because it is in a strip mall and unassuming. DO NOT be fooled or deter, run immediately to this restaurant. Best Authentic Italian food. I've been to several cities in Italy and Sardinia and this is the real deal . Every dish our table ordered was a winner. From the bread to dessert, all in-house made. The date appetizer, crepe lasagna, homemade paccheri pasta, and Cannoli were our favorites. Service was unreal. Our waiter was so knowledgeable and passionate about the food and menu. His wine recommended was on point. He made our experience that much better. Im shocked the place wasn't packed. This isn't Olive Garden

We have been going to Monzu for years. The food and variety of reasonably priced Italian wines have always impressed. Recent additions to the menu have taken one of our favorite restaurants to a whole new level. We also live weekends when they have live entertainment. If you’re looking for a memorable experience off the Las Vegas strip, take it from a local foodie. This place is a must!!!

My wife and I had an amazing dining experience at Monzu. The food was delicious and the service was friendly. It was like being at an Italian friends home. The pizza was outstanding. We started with the squash blossoms and stuffed lemon leaves (meatballs) which were fantastic. We also had the rib eye which was prepared perfectly. The owners, Gio and Naomi treated us like family, very warm and friendly. We will definitely return to Pizzeria Monzu, hopefully next time on a weekend to enjoy the live music!

For just opening a few months ago, Pizzeria Monzu was fantastic! The decor is SO cute and trendy. And the food was so great! You could tell they take pride in what they serve. We got the margherita pizza— so good!

Great food, good vibe, live music, great service. All you want in one place, don't look anywhere else. This place has the best pizza in town.

I was invited to join some friends who were in the mood of Italian food. I am from Rome Italy, in Vegas visiting my son and .... well, I was amazed by the quality of the food. I felt like being in Italy when they brought to the table prosciutto, mortadella, nduria and the bread. Delicious. I tried gnocchi and also pizza. I liked it simple, just tomato and mushrooms (you know to cook Italian the less is more!!) and I must say I felt I found my real Italian spot in Vegas. I also got the chance to meet Giovanni, the owner, I had a little chat in Italian and I could tell him how great his place is. Whenever I am in the US I tend to give up on looking for real Italian restaurants, I know they are hard to find. Well, if you want to try real Italian food, now you know where to go. Manzu rocks!! The staff is friendly and professional and the food will amaze you. Thank you!!!

We had a lovely dinner at Monzu. The food was excellent but the drinks were very mediocre. The hostesses and servers were charming but not very efficient. The decor was lovely. They had music starting around 8.30. We are not music people so we left. The location is fine on W Flamingo

Could not wait for the new restaurant to open, we go to Old School but with project neon mess on I 15 that is out. Totally a different style but equally great. Burata brushetta wonderful interesting wine list all Italian but not too pricey and easy to find something good. But it's the pizza wow pricey yes but different and great definitely a place for special occasions.

Wonderful pizzas, amazing salads, impeccable service. This restaurant will make you feel like you are taking a trip to Southern Italy!

This is a great place. The food is too notch, the staff is friendly and the entertainment is really good. I was there on a Saturday night and what a treat. Highly recommended.

My wife and I read great reviews about Pizzeria Monzu so we decided to try it. We were blown away. The food and hospitality of the place were simply fantastic! We were welcomed by Daniele and he quickly made us feel like family. He was very attentive and friendly. Our server Dylan was super friendly and professional. The only thing that beat the service was the food. Absolutely Delicious pizza, crepe lasagna and a very nice antipasto! We can’t wait to go back. Give Pizzeria Monzu a try. You won’t be disappointed. JUST A GREAT PLACE.

This is a surprising restaurant in many ways. It is in a strip mall, and yet inside the restaurant is well designed. Linen tablecloths, live music on Friday nights, very efficient service with an industrial vibe. The pizza is fabulous! The homemade crust soft with a bit of crunch. The flavor was delicious. The toppings are unique and flavorful. We had the stuffed lemon leaves for an appetizer, and they were very tasty. The wine list is impressive. The service was competent, efficient and friendly. This is a great place for pizza. There are other meals on the menu, everything we saw looked amazing.

Authentic Italian food in a down to earth setting. Service excellent. Wonderful wine list. Highly recommend. I look forward to returning!

BEWARE: KITCHEN APPRECIATION FEE! So this would have been a 5-star review, but the inclusion of a Kitchen Appreciation Fee of $4.11 to our bill soured us on this otherwise exemplary Italian restaurant. Went here with my wife and another couple on a Saturday afternoon, and our server, Chris, was on top of his game. He recommended the lunch specials and explained us through the menu. The place is elegantly decorated, and the meatball appetizer was outstanding. There are no TVs, so I couldn't keep up with the latest sports action. My wife and I split the medium rectangular pizza for $24. The pizza is 'Roman' style, meaning lots of dough and crust. The toppings were delicious. We had the only two desserts available, a fried doughnut creation with lemon filling, and a mousse, both of which were amazing. If not for the sneaking in of the kitchen appreciation fee, this would totally be a 5 star review. Caveat emptor

I was invited by friends. This place had good reviews, so I tried the " Crespelle al forno". I was disappointed , it had way too much sauce, not enough meat in the sauce, the pasta was overcooked and it didn't even look that it was baked in the oven. I do not send food back because it's the way I was raised (also in my life experience I did work in the kitchen and they might not take nice with whatever they bring to replace it), so I did eat it, but let the waiter know about what wasn't right about the dish. The waiter did apologize but it ended there, The owner or the manager that welcomes everyone at this place and sits you down, never came to say anything or to offer to bring something else or maybe comp the dessert. And that was also very disappointing , not because I wanted the comp but an apology from someone else would have been appreciated. And because of the lack of effort from this establishment I don't think I am going to give them another try or send people over. I am surprised that they have such high reviews, but then I wonder how many authentic 100% Italians have left those reviews........

This is now re-branded as Monzu Italian Oven & Bar. The inside is much nicer than the outside strip mall veneer suggests. We had a reservation but we were seated at a weird lounge table instead of a regular table. Sitting at a couch was very uncomfortable. The server was Humberto. He was hard to understand and we had to repeat everything twice. He was taking our orders on an electronic device and it took forever. It was annoying. The food, in general was good. But I wanted a basic Caesar salad and they didn’t have one. I don’t think I’ve ever been to an Italian restaurant that didn’t have that on the menu. My wife also has issues with gluten and there was next to nothing on the menu that was gluten free. I would think it would be par for the course to supply gluten free pasta options these days. Thankfully we had good company at dinner because the service was slow and inefficient. It was just an average dining experience.

Pizzeria Monzu is located where the old Nora's was. I believe the owner is a cousin of the owner of Nora's. Their motto on their Pizza's is it is all in the dough. They serve their pizza's on large boards small and large. One of the best Pizza's I have had in a very long time. The Antipasti's were outstanding we had the Fried Squash Blossoms, Arancine di Piselli and the Bacon wrapped dates. very fairly priced. Wi8ll be going back very soon.

Pizzaria Monzu has wonderful Pizza, and I suspect the other items on the menu are delicious as well! The crust on the pizza is unique and has a different texture that screams home made. It is crispy and light, allowing you to really savor the fresh toppings. Chef Giovanni Mauro, the owner, has created a beautiful menu with a delectable selection of dishes inspired by his Sicilian heritage. The Ricola salad was fantastic! Oh my! This restaurant has live entertainment on the weekend evenings. Next time I visit, I will try the Crepe Lasagna that was served one table away - it looked and smelled amazing. Mama Mia, That's Italian!

What a great experience they provided for us. We did the Chefs tasting Il Massimo. It was perfect!!! Everything from the bread to the dessert tray was high level quality.

We had high expectations given the reviews we read on Trip Advisor, Yelp, and Google, but this place exceeded them. Service was incredibly friendly and space is fun - open kitchen, not too loud, comfortable spacing between tables. But the food is what stands out. It is superb. We had a pizza, the Sicilian garlic bread (divine), artichokes (incredible) and squash blossoms (better than in Italy). Truly, every single dish was a winner. You will love this place!

My son and I split a pizza and a sandwich and both were amazing. The mascarpone with berries dessert is a MUST! Service was exemplary from all staff. The kitchen staff definitely deserved the 4% appreciation fee. It's well west of the strip but worth the trip. I highly recommend it.

Outstanding. Great ambiance, like a Sicilian bistro. Incredible stuffed squash blossoms. The ravioli crepe was amazing. The staff was on top of everything! Great music duo, The pizza crust was top of the line!

Amazing restaurant in a little strip mall, Upscale with clean lines, lots of stainless steel, open concept, wine room (made with floor to ceiling glass walls), and the aroma when you enter tells you this is gonna be good!!! And it was. We had pizza of course and we also tried the crepe lasagna. Crepe was perfect, the filling melting in your mouth. It was so silky and creamy and just wonderful. Certainly one of the best lasagna I have ever tasted. Wonderful way to spend our last of night adventure to the "West".

My friends and I ate at Pizzeria Monzu last night. I’m from Brooklyn and I know good Italian food. This was some of the best I’ve had. The appetizers were incredible, and the pizza was off the charts. Gio, the owner was super helpful in helping guide our choices. Great place for an intimate dinner or larger groups.. Can’t recommend enough.

What a find. I was looking for a good pizza for my wife’s BD. She wanted pizza that reminded her of our first taste of Margarita in Naples. We found it here! While in the Roman style (rectangular) the sauces we very flavorful but not too spicy and ….wait for it, the crust of a 300 year old family sourdough starter made fresh daily! The service by Taylor was outstanding with knowledge of the resturant history and Chef Gio’s love for quality and care! Chef Gio was present on an early Tuesday overseeing the house. Because it was my wife’s BD they brought her a hand signed card from everyone and a great Italian donut for desert…I had to have the cannoli and was not disappointed. DO NOT MISS THIS PLACE!

Frugal dining in a foodie city, this is my favorite pizza spot. One pizza will feed two, so the more folks you have the more options you could try.

When we visit Vegas, we look for off-strip restaurants to get away from the crazy strip prices. Monzu is special. It has a main room and an upstairs loft. They also had live music the night we visited. The inside looks nice and smells delicious. From the pizza to the Farcita sausage to the roast chicken, we all love our meals (less so perhaps the sea bream). Our server tried a bit too hard perhaps, but he was fine when he was around. All in, we’d return to Monzu without hesitation. We loved it. It has attitude.

This is located in the prior Nora’s location in the strip mall @ Flamingo & Jones. Homey atmosphere. 3 of us had personal pizzas, certainly way above average for the Vegas Valley and our 4th had the crepe lasagna, much lighter than the traditional. Portions were more than ample and took boxes with us. Also, the stuffed chicken wings were the best variation on chicken wings I have ever seen. Menu choices are a little limited but the food is super. Prices are average to a little above. This would be a great date night location!

I have now had the pleasure of eating here a few times. The pizza is one of the finest around. The crust is very special! As is your host Giovanni. Salads are not to be overlooked, they are spectacular. The bar area is the place to be, great activity and interaction with others If I didn't know better, I would swear I was in New York or Chicago....it's very relaxing. Also, they have live music on weekends. It's a must!

While visiting Las Vegas I dropped into Pizzeria Monzu for dinner. It was convenient to where I was staying. I ordered the personal Pepperoni Pizza. This was excellent. The cheese, the sauce, and the pepperoni tasted great. I loved it here.

Cannot believe we've never been here before & regret not having done so. Everything was highly professional, friendly, prompt, fresh & delicious. We've paid double on the strip & close by & not got half as good of food & service. Everything was like a highly-oiled machine. They made us feel like family, probably half-dozen of them. Monzu is now on our very short list of must-frequent higher-end dining places in the Vegas Valley. Note about the reservation system: All the seating except for 4 or 5 tall chairs at the little bar, is regular tables. The reservation system kind of had us wondering what our seating would be. There's no 'lounge' seating here even though past reviews mention it. They must've removed that type of seating a # of years ago.

Read about the place in Chicago Tribune couple of months ago. I am not surprised they highly recommend it. It is not Chicago style pizza, see the picture. I had five cheese pizza, small size good for two people. Sitting by the bar I had opportunity to try couple of merlot before making selection. On top of it on Saturday night they had live jazz group playing. Very professional and pleasant staff.

Outstanding. Came to Vegas for the week. First stop as we watch some YouTubers rate this place. Did not disappoint. They started off with the bread., awesome with a ricotta cheese blend of something but man good. Starters were the fried olives and the chicken wings. Don’t knock it. Best wings I may have had. Unlike crap places like hooters or wing stop. Just awesome flavor. My family had the spaghetti and Meat balls. Man Al Dente like it’s supposed to be !!!!! Man dish was Pizza , sorry forgot the type but this is what pizza is supposed to taste like. Not that crap from domino’s etc.. but if you like that cheap SH$T have at it. You have to try this place. 4 Thumbs up

A four course meal for $49!! This is a $100 meal!! Gio, has done it again. He and Chef Nicole will have your pallet jumping for joy! Menu is provided with pictures!(I always forget this part because the food is always so good!!) We started with grilled watermelon and the “Mare e Monti” Next stuffed pasta with shrimp. Do not forget to ask for extra bread! You will need it! This pasta has your mouth popping with so many different flavors.. none overpowering! Pork chops followed and presentation and flavor leave you wondering Why you waited until now to come to the restaurant! Don’t forget Dessert!! Choice between a cheese plate and the Blood Orange Gelee!

I had the tagliatelle and the cannoli and everything was unbelievably good. The only negative is that I ordered carryout and there weren't any napkins or forks included.

Welcome back Old Master. Everyone who went to Gio's Nora's on Rampart will be overjoyed Gio is back close to Summerlin. Even though there are a couple of issues to remedy, like no dessert menu yet, the restaurant is already at a high standard. Our first visit was a great eating experience Friends who came with me will become regulars. Never mind it being a Pizzeria with square pizzas, the tapas style starters were excellent fare. The selection is mouth watering . My next visit, maybe I'll just get bottle of wine and work down the small pales selection.

Best pizza, perfect place, personal, super beer, drink, music, Italien style in Amerika. big super food

Was a classic Italian menu items withheld, salad, pasta. pizza, lasagne, fish and meat. The lasagna was a bit cold and mushy (perhaps prepared and left to sit). The pizza crust was very good crispy and crunchy. The services was intially slow for a party of 30 plus but eventually picked up. May have to try it as a couple or foursome. There are too many Italian food restaurants in Vegas and thus may keep trying others.

There are so, so many bad places to eat in Las Vegas. There are places that sell pizza and the pizza is absolutely disgusting. This isn't one of them. You can get fresh pizza and they make the dough themselves, or get a good Italian dinner. The location is just ok, but I had no issues and once you get inside everything is modern and nice. I'm definitely going back here. It's hard to get a review this good from me. GO MONZU

We chose dinner here because of excellent reviews and ease of online reservations. We enjoyed Jack’s pleasant service and freshly baked sourdough bread (which you can and should buy an extra loaf to bring home). After bacon wrapped dates, pizza, risotto and the best-ever gnocchi, we contemplated canceling our reservations elsewhere for the rest of our week.
Really the best pizza, appetizers and cocktails in town!
We went here last weekend and had a truly amazing meal. The location is off strip, but not so far off that you are feeling like you are lost - just head West on Flamingo and you are there in no time. Decor is super trendy and feels casual yet elegant at the same time. When we learned that the staff did the entire place by themselves - from tile work to decorating - we were very impressed! Service was very good - especially considering they only opened 2 weeks ago. Most places struggle with finding good help and suffer for the first few months - not here - they were on their game and made us feel welcome. Cocktails - oh man - they have some amazing house cocktails - there was no way we could settle with just one. Lovely aromatic garnishes too! Appetizers - had to have the daily bread with the butter brought in from Vermont. I am a bread lover and this was soooo good. Bacon wrapped dates - super good, maybe would have liked some kind of balsamic reduction sauce with it, but they were great as they were. Perfect portion for sharing. Several other choices that were hard to turn down. Pizza - here is the show stopper - it's not thin crust, but is crunchy, the perfect amount of crunchy - it's not thick crust but has a wonderful soft bubbled edge on it. We split one and we each could pick what we wanted on our half. I really felt like it was the best pizza I have ever had. The crust is fermented for like, 12 days and it is heavenly....and the toppings are fresh. Kitchen is busy and the chef is overseeing quality - the way it should be. Loved that there is a tip included for the kitchen staff only! Located in kind of a strip mall - and waiting for the permanent signs, it may be a bit hard to see at night - just go, you will not regret it in the least! Save your hard earned cash and eat off strip - support true artisans in the kitchen and get a fabulous meal.
