Food was great! Convenient parking and enjoyed the outside dining. Food portions were huge and the French fries were the skinny kind that we love!

I find that many of my friends don't know Morgan's... but they should. Tucked in near Midtown, the Design District, and Midtown, Morgan's serves comfort food made right: absolutely delicious, fairly simple recipes, organic and locally-sourced. Love the place. They have outdoor seating, and both first- and second-floor indoor seating. Indoors upstairs is quieter if that matters to you. They're a little short of parking, but it's usually manageable and you can double-park if necessary, just coordinate with them so you don't make someone else's life miserable. Plus, the fact that they actually HAVE any of their own parking in the first place -- for about 20 cars -- and not just street parking is already a huge advantage! Definitely worth a visit every couple of months.

The breakfast was very good, coffee was good. The stuff french toast, amazing. Service very good. Sweet potato, super good.

A wonderful discovery at Morgan’s for brunch in Miami. The welcome was warm, and the staff were very pleasant and gave us excellent recommendations. The place is beautiful, with tasteful and well-designed decor. The Eggs Benedict were delicious, as was the avocado toast. We also ordered the French toast and the waffles, purely out of greed, but one dish is more than enough, as the portions are very generous. The value for money is quite good for Miami. We had a great time and I highly recommend this place!

We went for brunch, waited 40 mins. To be seated. Food is ok but not so wow for the wait. Service was good and the time to get food was not long. The raspberry french toast were amazing!

I've been to Morgan's twice now and while it's just fine, I don't really get what all the hype is about. The first time I went I had to wait in line in the sun for over an hour. I expected to have an outstanding experience, but the service was just ok, I felt like Harry Potter because they sat us in the corner where the stairs are with constant foot traffic. I ordered the frittata and it was good but not great and frankly, a little dry. The second time I went with a group of people, so we called ahead and made a reservation - no waiting this time! They sat us in our own room upstairs which was great but the service was non-existent and what's worse is she literally kicked us out after just over an hour sitting there. If it wasn't for the chicken and waffles I ordered that tasted like God brought them down from Heaven and placed it on my dish himself I would be giving this restaurant only 1 star.

Dropped in with friends for brunch and was not disappointed. Generous and tasty portions, although a bit pricey so came out to $95 for the 4, worth it for a once in a while outing

Ok, I get it. You are a trendy restaurant for brunch with good reviews from all the important places so you are too good to take reservations. Not something I'm a fan of but it happens. And yes, the food here is good, big portions and what you pay is not too out of line with what you get. And our waiter did a good job for how many tables he had to deal with. But...come on with the wait. They have decided to go with a system where you stand in line, first come first serve. But it is not really that. If you just walk up and put you name on the list then you skip all the people who are just standing in line. But, if you actually ask, hey do we need to put our name on the list they will say, no just stand in line and it is first come first serve. On top of the fact they create a system of chaos where people who just walk up can jump ahead of people waiting a long time, on their feet, in the heat, they also will skip over their own list to take people on one page of names instead of another. So even if you get you name on the list, that page may end up behind others. And then, the final piece, they don't care to sit tables in any hurry. Just because you see a table being cleared doesn't mean they will actually try and fill it for 10 or 15 more minutes. You can see almost all the tables when standing in line and this happened over an over. The table we sat at was open almost 20 minutes before they finally walked us over there. Or they will seat a group of 3 at a table meant for 4 or more, making it even crazier. There is no rhyme or reason besides you just waiting longer. So, if you have to check it off the list to say you have been there, fine. But make sure you walk up and put your name on the list right away. They will tell you 45 minute wait (they told every person of every group size the same time estimate) and know you will still wait almost twice as long, at best. We are not going to go back until they finally start taking reservations because the food is not good enough to go through all that again.

It was close to lunch time and we started to look for a restaurant in the area that we were not familiar with. It was difficult to find a parking space on the Main Street so we took a side street and we happened to come upon Morgan's. They had a wide open parking lot with placard sign that said brunch and that's what drew us to the restaurant. This restaurant was truly a gem. There was so many things on the menu that appealed to us that it was difficult to make a choice. However we both settled on the chicken salad that came in homemade pita. The portions were huge and we each only ate a half of our yummy sandwich and took the rest home and had for dinner the next night. The french fries that accompanies this sandwich were amazing and were some of the best both of us have ever had. The restaurant also had wonderful salads and breakfast items on the menu. When we left the restaurant there was a line to get in so that's indicative of how good the food at this restaurant is.

My family and I were recently at Morgan's and although we had been once previously and were amazed by their great food and generous portions we can not say enough about the great service we received from our server Ruben. Although being taken care of at a restaurant is common, receiving great service with a great attitude and particularly from someone who truly enjoys their job is not. Ruben was a breath of fresh air, he took care of my family as if it was his own, he was super attentive and had an energy to him that was contagious. As for the food, the chicken and waffle sandwich is a MUST. The portion size is huge if you can finish this plate more power to you. My son enjoyed the french toast, of which I stole several pieces and its as good a dish of french toast as you will find anywhere. My wife enjoyed a breakfast sandwich with an over-easy egg inside of it that although also a large portion, was scrumptious. Between the great food and great service this restaurant is a must visit, but for us, as locals, it will be a regular spot to dine at.

Came for brunch and the food is delicious. I hqe french toast. We also had mamosas coffee and orange juice. Nice venue too

Listen my fav time to eat is breakfast time and this place hit the spot. A bit crowded but wait wasn't long. It's cozy but I'd have rather not have it that pact to enjoy the environment more (introvert). I tasted some kind of sticky bun that melted in my mouth!!! Omg! And that candied bacon was yummy! The omelette was huge and the French toast was to die for...yummy dripping fruit instead and just SO good! And the portions given were plentiful! Only thing they may need to work on is expansion...this place is a gold mine!!!!

Went for brunch. Always busy, but wait is not too long. The sticky buns are amazing and are a must order. Very large so don’t need many. Other brunch items were very good and very large portions. Will defiantly go back.

I feel the place is too overrated considering the waiting time and food We had the eggs Benedictine which were not that great The trooped waitresses were mean!!!

The food was good. Absolutely great the sticky buns, some upgraded cinnamon rolls. Vegetarian is easy, vegan difficult. There is air upward;-) Coffee was good. Even better if served without this little woodstick, packed in paper, to stirr around in it a little bit. A teaspoon could do the same job for less trash and energy;-) The service is good and friendly. Nice location for sitting outside. Oh, and they have rose all day...

Having visited Morgan's when our son first moved to Miami in 2017, we made it our final stop on our way out of town as he was moving north. Still as good as ever. We enjoyed eating outside on the veranda. Shared a sweet (raspberry french toast) and savory (eggs benedict) -- both delicious!

We had late lunch today at Morgans, service was slow... The lentils soup was good, the green papaya salad was horrible!!!! Smelled like fish, no flavor, etc The beet and goat tacos were good not great! Too much saices and the quinia, kale salad with an eggbon top was ok! I will not go back! Did not like it, maybe for beakfast and brunch this place is nice???

We selected this place because of the reviews. We went on a Sunday morning for Brunch. We arrived about 1 and were told the wait was 45 - 90 minutes. We regretted not using the Yelp waitlist option. The wait turned out to be about 40 minutes. It's on a corner in Wynwood which is a cool area to walk around. There's both indoor and outdoor seating. I was hoping for something wonderful given the reviews. I ordered scrambled eggs with chicken sausage and asked to have Cornbread instead of toast. The cornbread arrived first. It was cool. Not cold, not warm, not room temperature. It was seriously sweet. So much so that I felt like I was eating sugar bread and not corn bread. The corn flavor really didn't come through and I LOVE cornbread. It also didn't have that nice cornbread crunch crispy top or sides. It was just soft, cool, sweet yellow bread. The eggs arrived WITH the toast, which I didn't eat and potatoes. It was just ok. The chicken sausage was ok, the eggs were ok and the potatoes were ok. Not awful and not anything that I would run back to have. My friend ordered an omelet with cheese. She didn't get any cheese. The waiter also arrived during our meal with a Cappuccino which we didn't order. He couldn't figure out who ordered it so he gave it to her. We were sitting near the bathroom which appeared to be a single occupancy bathroom, at least the men's was. I was facing the bathroom, which was my view during the meal. At one point I watched a man exit, which wasn't unusual, then shortly after a women (an employee) exited. Hmmmm....... So if you have no other options, or there's a short wait and just want a basic breakfast, then go. Will I make this a go to the next time I'm in Miami? Probably not. Will I tell others they need to go? Definitely not.

Nice location in Wynwood. The restaurants is located in an Old house converted to restaurant with outdoor seating on large covered porch and inside two level seating. The inside is a bit quieter but the terrace outside looks really nice. The parking lot is small and they don't take reservations but the wait was completely worth it. I had the eggs Benedict with salmon and a green smoothy and I was full! the eggs come in a nice portion although some of the other dishes that passed by looked huge! Overall very nice food and atmosphere!

I am a regular here because no matter what time of day or day of week the food is spectacular. Service can be iffy during busy times. Breakfast on the weekends is fantastic. If you don't want to wait, be there before 10.00 am. They will only take reservations [any time] for parties of 8 or more. I enjoy the healthy and indulgent options.

I have not been here for donkey's years, so why not brunch with a friend? Spoiler alert ... they are very busy on Sunday brunch. Our reservation helped us get seated quickly - or is it that we seemed to be the only people over 50? This is difficult to review. The place was very crowded, very loud - too loud - but diners were having a good time. I think because of the crowd, the service was very slow from start to finish. Wine took much too long to arrive. Bagels were not delivered with the salmon plate. The women next to us did not use one of their take-home boxes and kindly shared, so I did not have to wait for that, too. The server, however, was very nice. The food - excellent. I recommend the smoked salmon platter - a good portion of smoked salmon. A large bagel (when it came) Ask to get it double toasted, it was just heated. Lots of capers, olives, arugula, and enough cream cheese. I had wanted the fried chicken with biscuits and gravy - go early if you want that, it was sold out. Apparently they only make so many biscuits. And the menu ... if you are averse to qr codes, go prepared knowing what you want - no hard copy menus. And I recommend they refresh or removed the dried flowers on the table.

We had a good time. Used a Groupon. The food was good and our server was also good. Very chill place. Will go back.

We visited this restaurant on a Groupon and I almost feel guilty...the food was excellent and the service was super pleasant. The owner allowed us to substitute fish tacos as an appetizer and they were out of this world, we had salmon which was fantastic and Pescatore which was super flavorful. By the way we had three fish tacos as an appetizer.... they were almost a meal in and unto themselves. Can't say enough good about this restaurant.

We were looking to spent a couple of hours with a great group of friends when we came across this restaurant in Wynwood. We had a private room on the second floor. The food were a mix with southern cuisine and great list of drinks. Service was friendly and very affordable. Reservations a must. Parking is free.

Food was good. Ambience cool. Great service. Ample parking. Plenty of healthy choices too. Fruit juices and smoothies were superb. Poached eggs great but a five egg omelette? Seriously?

Stopped here for breakfast on a Saturday. It was quiet which was nice, but we sat upstairs and service was a little lacking. I had to get up and go looking for condiments (ketchup), and when I asked another employee I was only give a small cup's worth. Cool building and nice atmosphere but the food was pretty average with chewy bacon and standard everything else.

Went during the week, no lines, service is great. Even in June to sit outside with the fans on, everyone had a good lunch not one complaint.

One of my nieces took me here for brunch. We had tried one other time but it was very crowded, but this time we were able to make it!! I ordered the salmon Benedict and it was very, very good. My niece had an omelette with Swiss cheese and omelets! We also had pancakes, they are huge and very tasty! Of course, we also ordered a dozen of their famous chocolate chips, they are to die for (you have to order them as soon as you order your meal). I liked the place and the environment! We had lots of fun.

Morgans I've been going to for years but for the food, not the service. Love the chicken and waffles. Probably the best even over Roscoes in LA. But however the staff is BEYOND unprofessional. Servers are everywhere and the staff is confused and not efficient in anyway. The hosts are not excited to see anyone. The wait is always 15 mins to an hour. However once seated you will most likely wait forever to be acknowledged because based on what you can observe the servers don't have "sections" but looks like a rotation. So they can't really service the customers well. When we finally got our order in, the food took forever. No offers to refill drinks. The food was great but servers frequently disappear for extended periods of time. Then getting a check is a true test of patience. The place for food and style is so great and fun but who ever owns or manages it is doing a HORRIBLE job at having an efficient business. Successful yes in the financial and popularity side however how it has stayed for so long with the level of service and lack of caring about its guests and patrons in astounding. Could be truly great but in desperate need to pull it together...

Service was abominable! Yes, we had a large party (20)....It took an hour and a half for the first person to be served! And 2 hours for the whole table to be served! One person ordered a fish sandwich and received fish tacos ! The steaks came out before the salads! The waitress NEVER came to the table to assure us our lunch would be coming, nor did she come to refill water glasses. She kept saying they were BUSY: does a restaurant want to be NOT BUSY? What's the difference if 20 people all sit down at one table, or at 5 tables of 4 all at the same time? A restaurant's JOB is to serve the customers! Beware of a large crowd at this restaurant!

Went there for breakfast this morning it was amazing! Really cute set up. Rajon Rondo was also there having breakfast 😁

As always, the quality and selection of dishes keeps this place packed, and I enjoyed the delicious brioche French toast with my family. Unfortunately, perhaps due to the crowd, the service was not as great this time around. It wasn't "deal breaker" bad, but disappointing given all of the other great things about this place.

Located steps from midtown and a few blocks east of the wynwood area, the place is well worth the drive. We came in on a Saturday at 10am pretty much cause it opened early. We were seated inside as soon as we walked in. Had we wanted outside, we would’ve had to wait a little bit. Our waitress was very friendly and gave us her take on the different plates we asked about. We decided to start with a voluptuous grilled cheese (yes, that’s the name on the menu) as a appetizer. It is basically an overstuffed three cheese grilled sandwich. We then ordered eggs Benedict with cured ham, the raspberry and mascarpone stuffed French toast, a frittata, and an omelette. Everything came out at the same time (yay!!) and the portions were big so make sure you have an appetite. For me, the best was the stuffed French toast and the grilled cheese. The frittata was good but it needed just a pinch more of salt and pepper. Wish there was one closer to home but in the meantime, I guess we will have to drive back down for another delicious meal.

Morgans is located in Midtown Miami, it has both air-conditioned and outdoor areas. The menu offers different dishes like: salads, pasta, tacos, sandwiches, hamburgers, among others. This place is usually packed on Sunday brunch. In addition, Morgans has a very peculiar pizza food-truck with its own oven inside. This food truck goes around Wynwood, Midtown and Design District.

Visiting Miami I went here bright and early one day for breakfast before running off with a number of things to do. Even though it was early, I decided to sit inside considering how warm it already was. The order was simple: Orange juice, french toast, side of bacon, and coffee. The french toast was very good. The service was great too. Sitting inside was good in the sense of staying away from the heat but there's not really anything of note inside. In any case, it was a good place to have chosen for breakfast and would go back whenever the opportunity comes up.

My fiancee and i stopped here after disembarking from our cruise, since we had a little time to kill. We popped in on a saturday mid-morning, and surprisingly we didnt have a very long wait, maybe 10mins tops. This is a cute cozy restaurant nestled in the cut. I am a FOODIE, i looked up brunch places in miami before i traveled there so this place was on my to-do list. I love going to brunch & trying new food. My fiancee and i both had the chicken and waffles. It was pretty good i just wish the chicken was breaded differently or maybe friend harder but it was still delish!I will definitley be stopping here the next time im in miami :)

Great place, and really good food. The Mac and cheese was so amazing, that I went back there again a week later. Ambiance is nice, casual and relaxed. I saw some bad comments from other reviewers about the speed that the staff works, we got our food both times super fast and offered great service.

Wow wow wow. Love the food. If you like French toast you should def. try the French toast with strawberry and bananas with a side of maple bacon.

Food was great. They accomodated our large party of 18. Service was great! Good was great! Atmosphere was nice and friendley.

We came here looking for breakfast, and were NOT disappointed at ALL. Tasty and delicious food, great service and nice decoration of the place.

We went for Sunday Brunch for a friends birthday and the experience was pretty disappointing. Upon arrival we were told that our party of 7 would have to wait 45-60 minutes because all of the tables for large groups were already being used by people with reservations. However I was told that they only take reservations for groups of 8 or more. After waiting almost an hour (in 100 degree weather) and checking in with the hostess I was told "oh you're going to be waiting for a while" EXCUSE ME?! Why didn't they just say we can't accommodate you. So we finally get seated and get water and half of our glasses have random stuff floating in the water. I noticed that they just leave the pitchers outside in the open, gross. Our waiter was nice and tried to be as accommodating as he could be which is why I gave them 2 stars instead of 1. The food was meh... good but not really worth waiting an hour and a half. Not impressed... They do have a lot of options if your vegetarian.

Wanted to find a place by the walls to have breakfast, opted for Morgan’s. There was a bit of a wait so we put our name in and we’re told it was only going to be 15 minutes. After about a half hour I inquired how much longer. They told me I had only put my name in 15 minutes ago and had 8 people ahead of me, when I had a text from Ressy (they system they use) showing it was over a half hour. There was a lot of confusion which ultimately ended with us being seated right away. Ordered Cold Brew, Brioche French Toast and about omelette. Cold Brew tasted like plain watered down coffee - not worth the $5 it costs. Food was fine but honestly portions are too big - it leads to so much waste. What human needs a 5 egg omelette? I ate about half a potato or two and tiny piece of toast and the rest went to the garbage. While prices aren’t bad, just feels like far too much food is served and thrown away to even be profitable! Also the manager kept lurking around and was visibly irritating staff. She was also wearing flip flops which if she’s going in and out of the kitchen is a huge no no.

Tried Morgan’s due to a friend’s recommendation while visiting Miami. We ordered the Chicken & Waffles and an omelet with mushrooms, arugula, Swiss cheese and tomatoes. HUGE portions, great taste — chicken was battered and fried to perfection. FIVE-egg omelet was amazing. Would definitely visit again!

I loved the overall ambience of the restaurant, it was cool and cozy. From outside it seemed like an old house in Louisiana and the food was just as great.

Complete menu, well crafted dishes, nice juices and smoothies. It's a GO. I had a great club sandwich and a healthy juice.

Love this place, generous portion sizes of both food and drinks! Best Brunch we've had and you can choose to be health or not! Really relaxed environment to be in, whenever we come to Miami we always make a few visits here for brunch!

Cousin who lives in Miami took us to Morgan's for brunch. Great place. Food was good. I had a fratata, huge, and my wife had a salad with chicken. All was delicious, but no bread came with the fratata? They brought cornbread and charged $6 for it? wow.. Would return.

Food here is great. Perfect spot to go and have brunch whether business or personal. Omelette at 11AM or chicken pot pie will do the trick. While I do love it here note to management: please change some menu items around so your regulars can try some different things. Thanks

Went here for brunch on a Saturday. It was such a long wait for 8 of us but was worth it. Everyone enjoyed their food and the mimosas. I had the waffles which were delicious. Would def go back!

Amazing food and atmosphere. Great wait staff. Fresh fruit juice. Patio is great. In the heart of Wynwood.

French Toast is my favorite breakfast food so I have tried it in many places all over the US and this is probably the best I've had, especially in the past 4 years. The place itself is nice, especially upstairs or outside by the bar. I've been here twice so far for brunch on Sunday. The wait has been about 15 minutes both times.

The food was good but was really pricey. We ordered the filet, cowboy steak and Mac and cheese and the bill came up to $150. I don't think it's worth the price but other options are cheaper and good as well.

Okay, I was in town visiting family and my friend found Morgan's on the web. We drove over, and let's just say we ate here twice during our brief stay. You can't give a restaurant a better review than that. We had eaten at a much higher priced breakfast restaurant on the beach, and even at the same price point, would come back to Morgan's first. Once you get past the area itself, the setting is very comfortable (though the chairs on the patio area have a bit of a decision making process in trying to decide if the feet should be on the concrete block or the grass in between the concrete blocks.) No fear though, and with a deck and inside seating, all can be happy! They also have free parking, and street parking (PaybyPhone is available there). The sticky buns were great, as well as the huge omelets, all cooked perfectly. Next time I'm in Miami, I'm coming straight to Morgan's! Oh yes, the staff are all very nice!!!

Been meaning to hit this plc up for awhile since I see a line outside all the time.. First ...Shout out to Jose our waiter 😎😎really nice service from him . He suggested the voluptuous grilled sandwich with avocado n bacon it was perfection plus it comes with fries ..yeah!!! Sourdough toast was on point super crisp n 3 cheese melted nicely.. Bf had the eggs Benedict with ham n spinach n he almost licked the plate🙄🙄along with strawberry sake drinks n unlimited coffee u can't wrong. We waited 45 minutes even though I called ahead. Setting is typical outdoor. Nothing fancy in terms of decor outside not sure about the inside. All in all for a beautiful Sunday in Miami it was perfect😎😎😎

Great, delicious southern dishes for brunch. Staff is friendly and food is reasonably priced. Terrace has plenty of fans so you can eat outdoors and not be troubled by the heat

Parking may be an issue here as it's very busy on Sundays. Wait time must be built into your visit. The food was excellent and service as well. Sat outside and enjoyed the breezes. Must see if your in the area

I heard really great things about this place so I decided to go with my boyfriend for brunch. It was really busy and everyone that worked there looked like they were miserable and hated their lives but the wait wasn’t bad. We sat down, the waitress took our drink and food order. However, it took 20 minutes for me to get my iced coffee and 25 minutes for my boyfriend to get his hot black coffee (I had to remind the waitress of his coffee). Then it took 57 minutes after getting our coffee for us to get our food while a table with 6 people who came in after us had no problem getting their food in a timely manner. When asked to speak for the manager the hostess stated that they didn’t have a manager. How do you not have a manager?

I've been dying to to eat here and I was not dissapointed ❤ I didn't wait more than 15 minutes before were were seated and were able to enjoy a beer during that time. The waiter was very helpful and the customer service was all there. We ordered an IPA beer and a Straberry Mimosa and 2 orders of Chicken and Waffles.... everything was delightful, I cant wait to be back😍

The staff are amazing and the food is fabulous. This is a rare gem of a place in mid town Miami. We sat outside and enjoyed the ambiance and the atmosphere. It's lively and clearly a neighbourhood favourite with lots of groups and locals enjoying a relaxed Sunday. No reso's are taken but the line moves quickly and it's worth the wait.

This restaurant has two tables inside and the rest outside on a terrace. We ordered Salads; they were delicious.Except, small flies kept flying into our food, which not only made it annoying, and a desire to leave. The Men's Room smelled foul, there was water on the floor and disgusting. I asked the Manager, Brice. If he was inspected recently. He said two months ago and they were received 80% ? I do NOT recommend this restaurant

Morgans has been a staple before wynwood became wynwood. It is by far my favorite brunch spot in miami. Great food, relaxed vibe and a great way to ease back into the day after a late night. Food is absolutely on point. Everything is great.

Our uber driver recommended this place for brunch on the way to Wynwood Walls. Great service , great food and great atmosphere . Came back the next day and it was crazy busy but the hostess seated us quickly . Would highly recommend . Also get the made to order cookies ! Amazing !

We went to Morgan's for dinner and I would recommend brunch. They had limited indoor seating and the cocktail menu was limited, our drinks were not very good and the servers while very nice were slow. They do have an amazing cheese platter that could have been a meal by itself.

Brunch was very good. The kitchen is REALLY slow, but the waiters and busboys are very attentive. Food is great. Breakfast wrap, chicken & waffle sandwich, and egg platter were all very tasty. Very nice meal, but good thing we weren't in any kind of rush.

This casual & charming spot offers comfort food with a twist. We started with sliders with a blue cheese & dull sauce. The brioche buns were warm & the arugula was fresh. The entree salads were nicely presented & filling. The service is warm & helpful, even offering my husband some extra green smoothie (it was delicious) because our waitress made extra. The only down side? A limited menu of adult beverages especially right after Sunday brunch, which is prime time here. A very cool & relaxed vibe we'll try again!

I went on a Monday afternoon prior to going to Winwood Walls. My friend and I split a frittata which was so big that we couldn't even finish it together. Plan on splitting something or having a doggie bag to take home!

When in Wynwood or Midtown Miami, this is a very good restaurant you should visit. We have visited twice in the last month and both times were impressed with the quality of the food. It is not very fancy, and the prices are very reasonable. The only drawback was the timeliness of service, both times. The first time we went was as a couple, the second time as a member of a large group.

I go to Morgans because they serve organic foods. I am a cancer fighter. When I go out I need to know I am putting quality food in my body to help me fight. Peace of mind like that is really Hard to find. The food is huge in proportion and actually tastes good because it is fresh and organic. What more do you want?

Terrible service, mediocre food! If I could give it 0 stars I would. My friends and I came here on our first morning in Miami for a quick brunch and ended up being here for 2 hours. It took 40 minutes to get our drinks - 2 smoothies, 2 coffees and a iced tea. When we finally got our food after waiting for over an hour it was cold and several items were made wrong or didn’t come at all. We waited another hour for one French toast and a grilled cheese. Got the French toast and gave up waiting so we paid and left. Save your time and money. Go literally anywhere else.

Went to Morgan's last night for dinner, our first time. So glad I finally decided to check this place out, I have heard great things about it and was proven to be true. For appetizer my husband and I shared a huge Classic Ceasars Salad with the fried cheese garnish, it was delicious, for the main course I had the Crispy Red Snapper... while the fish was prepared nicely I wasn't a fan of the coconut broth sauce. My husband choose the real winner, the Wild King Salmon, this was amazing the fish was expertly prepared with a Saffron Sauce that was to die for, I can't wait to return and have my own serving of that Salmon dish. Parking is limited, the restaurant has it's own small parking lot, but we had no problems parking on a Friday evening .

As soon as we arrived (without reservation) around 9 a.m. we found a table for two. Later it became really crowded and a long queue was forming. Service is very friendly and professional. Breakfast was very fresh & delicious but we had to wait around 20 minutes to get our food. I suggest the Mac & Cheese, the pancakes with strawberries and the omelette with cheese, mushroom and asparagus. We had 2 coffee refills. Will visit again for sure (Photos attached) I recommend the outside seating. Prices are medium to high but well worth it.

I found Morgan's on a list of best brunches in Miami. We made a reservation but that didn't seem to matter. The hosts seemed overwhelmed and we ended up waiting about a half hour past our reservation time. I like the unique layout of their restaurant being in a house, but once at the table, we were put next to another table with a highchair and everyone who walked by kept tripping, making me feel like I should move or I was the cause of the fall. We got the frittata and the chicken and waffle sandwich. The frittata was delicious and served piping hot, but I think the waffle sandwich was sitting waiting so it was warm at best. Our food arrived before our drink order. We were glad the food arrived so quick after a long wait for the table, but we were also thirsty so drinks first would have been nice. This was our first stop in Miami, and it left us feeling disappointed. Had our reservation time been honored, or even if they had a better plan for handling waits (including smiling staff who didn't look stressed out), I'd probably feel better about our visit because overall the food was good. However the service outweighed things and we were happy to be walking out the door in the end....

Morgan's is one of these new chic places in the design district, they don't take reservations. We attempted to wait in a line that was more then an hour long. The host/manager was missing, when I walked up to the floor of the establishment. There was 4 empty tables, 1 for a party of 10, the other 3 could fit either 2 or 4 per table. This place makes people stand in line, to make it look like there is lots of hype, while letting 40 or so people stand there like dummies and never get seated. We left without ever getting a table after waiting 30 minutes in a line that never moves, NEVER AGAIN !

we went for Sunday brunch, the waiting staff were all very, helpful polite and friendly, the patio vibe and the lively atmosphere were all positive as well. But the food is average, i think people are getting rather over enthusiastic about eggs being served in various formats or fried chicken and waffles. The greatest sin was that the food was served cold; it is irrelevant if the restaurant is busy or not they should be able to get a simple order for 4 people to the table in time for Eggs Benedict not to be stone cold......I doubt that we will return.

I went with a party of 4 for brunch on a saturday morning. There was a line but the wait time was fairly short. I ordered the chocolate waffle with whipped cream and strawberries, it was delicious! The waffle was warm and fluffy. The service was great, our waiter kept coming to check on us and made sure we were okay. I definitely recommend this place for brunch, but avoid going on a Sunday.

We tried to get here early, and the parking lot was already packed. We managed to get a table in the outdoor patio area. Service and hostess were friendly. The prices may seem high but the portions are generous. For example, 2 people can share an order of chicken+waffles and split a sticky bun. We ordered sticky buns, eggs benedict, chicken+waffles, and an omelet. Way too much food, but everything was tasty and really good.

Went with my daughters and we really enjoy this brunch! Great service by Eric! The eggs benedict with salmon are amazing and the ones with ham too. The brioche french toast are a MUST!!

Everything is Right about Morgan’s!! Ambience 5 Star, Service 5 Star, Food 5 Star!! The Maple Bacon is out of this world! Single handed the best French I have eaten! You must go to Morgan’s!!!!

I recently went to Morgan's after seeing this restaurant pop up for brunch. I made a special visit during my vacation to eat there. Once I arrived, my husband and I waited about 20 minutes for a table. Before anyone left, they took us upstairs and seated us an in empty room in which only one table was already taken when we were seated there. It did not make sense for us to have waited that long for an open table when it was already available. The waitress was slow to take our order at first. When we tried to order the chicken and waffles, the waitress left us because she was not sure did they have anymore. She came back and stated they were out of waffles and pancakes. This restaurant advertises that brunch is all day long. This was 12 noon when they were all out. We decided to leave due to them not having the food on their menu and wasting about an hour of our vacation. Also, my glass was dirty when she filled it with water. I saw it and never took a drink from it.

One of the best places in Wynwood for a Sunday brunch. However, it’s soooo packed. Be prepared for a long wait before seating. Once the wait is over, the food is really amazing.

My wife and I was in Wynwood admiring the arts when we found this place. Stuff is super nice, and food absolutely amazing! Our server Evan took great care of us, and because of that next time when we are in the area we are definitely coming back!

Great laid back atmosphere with food that raises the game in quality and freshness. Chicken and waffles are over the top and if you can save some room for desert, the chocolate chip cookies are fabulous.

On a friends recommendation we made reservation for a party of 10 for brunch with friends from out of town. We were glad we made it since the place was slammed. We were seated on the second floor in a room which was great because it felt like we had the place to ourselves. We ordered white sangria which was delish with sliced apples. The eggs Benedict was ok. The chicken and waffles was fantastic! My friend ordered stuffed French toast which I thought was good too. Unfortunately they ran out of sticky buns ( by 1pm) and when we ordered the cookie the waiter said it takes 30 minutes. Wish he would have told us earlier, lol.

We had a group of 7 people and they wouldn't seat us even though 6 of us were already there and we knew what the 7th person wanted. They still made us wait even after telling the host we know the last persons order. After sitting at our table we were thirsty walking about 3/4 mile for the supposed best Chicken and Waffles according to Zagat. They are not the chicken had no flavor at all according to a few people in our party that ordered it. We waited for about 7 minutes when finally a busser asked us if we wanted water. I ordered their famous grilled cheese but with out the Brie. So as our food came out mine never came. The waitress said oh let me go check. I figured they messed up my order but would put in the correct one and move it up as priority. She came back and said they messed up and would have to remake it. I said no worries. I waited about 15-20 minutes to get a grilled cheese by this time the rest of my party is almost done eating before my food comes out. When the food came out it was by a runner not even our waitress for an apology. No manager stopped by for an apology. All we got was the check so we could pay and leave.

My Husband, Youngest Son and I went to visit my Oldest Son inNorth Miami. He brought us to this hidden gem called Morgan’s. The waitresses were very pleasant. The food was out of this world!!😋. They didn’t have gluten free options but they were very accommodating. I got the chicken without bread. I got a side of rice and the chicken came with a 🥗. All I can say about the salad is if I could get a salad like that back home I would have salad every day👍😋

Morgan's is the best place to have brunch with friends and family. The variety is not only interesting but filling. I fell for the classic Belgian wafles and they were awesome!! Can't miss going there and have breakfast with mimosas. Great bar too!!

Enjoyed having a delicious lunch before doing the Waywood Art tour. Great fresh ingredients and interesting pairings. Lovely out door space.

My husband and I are always looking for new spots to try when traveling. He found this location and after reading the reviews we decided to try it. Parking is extremely tight. Some had to park on the street and even up the street and walk to the restaurant. There is inside seating, outside seating, garden seating and bar seating. We arrived and was seated right away-on a Saturday after 11-but the crowd arrived shortly after. I had the chicken and waffles. The waffles was tasty-the chicken strips i was a bit disappointed because there was no seasoning on the chicken but there was a nice light batter to them. I had the strawberry lemonade. My husband had the frenchman sandwich and he had the coconut lemonade. The service was nice and quick. Loved eating outside. There are fans outside and a cover for outside eating.

Spent a week in Miami and ate here twice.. free parking, reasonable prices for Miami and close to everything in Wynwood. During both visits service was prompt and friendly and food was delicious. I had the omelet, chicken and waffles and my boyfriend had the breakfast burrito and mac & cheese - we thoroughly enjoyed everything. The iced coffee is decent as well. I've bookmarked this place for future visits to Miami !

Over priced and waiting to long for a simple breakfast. Coffee just warm, not tasting fresh. Probably want go back!

Good service, great menu. We love coming here for an excellent brunch or lunch, pet friendly too! Decent parking is always a plus

Atmosphere is beautiful 😍!!! Customer service was great.. and the food was excellent 👌 I will most definitely return! Highly recommend this place 👌

The food was great and you got enough food to take you over for the next day "(FULL PLATE)" Our server was Leah and her customer service was outstanding this place is a must go to.

We had reservations for Sunday's brunch and that was great because the place was crowd. Nice Food and Drinks... We sat on the outside, but would have preferred not to be so close to where the people were standing in line waiting to get a table. Next time we will ask for a table on the other side. But all and all very nice not enough ample parking. But that's okay there are plenty of city parking for a fee and that was small for 3 hours it was around $5.35. Will definitely come again!

The food and service here was so good my kids and I visited three times during our stay in Miami. Must trys include the French toast (both kinds) and the waffles. It gets quite crowded on weekends so go early. You won’t regret it.

The food is delicious, innovative and plentiful. Vegan waffles! The chia pudding was good. Avocado toast was really special. Everything was great. Friendly service!

The only reason I am not giving 5-stars is because it looked rather dirty and unkept. But, as long as I don't get to see the kitchen, the food was very good. The pancakes were a hit (ordered it with bananas and caramel) and the side of eggs was delicious too. Be advised that there will be a long wait on the weekends and service is quite inconsistent (the hostess' attitude almost made us leave but the waitress was great!). Would go back for the pancakes.

Horrible, slow and boring waitress. Literally took nearly 15 minutes from the moment we sat down until a server came over, even though we were only 1 of 2 tables outside. Then when our waitress came over she had no personality and seemed we were a bother to her. Then a gentleman sat next to us and he waited just as long for someone to come over, if not, longer than we waited. The staff is not attentive at all and they walk with attitudes on their shoulders. Dreadful. My friends were not impressed at all.

We had an excellent breakfast at Morgan's! Portions were very large. I ordered the Brioche French Toast. It was some of the best french toast I have ever had. Very fluffy! My husband ordered an omelet and the maple bacon. The maple bacon had a very nice flavor. If we lived in the area we would be regulars!

Great brunch, good menu, lots of outside seating. Get there early, we arrived at midday (opening) on a Saturday and 70% of the outside tables were already gone. Short walk to Wynwood Walls, definitely recommend.

We visited Morgan's in December 2025 and both the food and the service were outstanding !! We had Chicken and Waffles sandwiches, Cheeseburger, Morgan's Burger & Eggs Benedict with Fried Calamari as a starter, "bottomless" house drip coffee and we shared Banana Chocolate Chip Bread Pudding for dessert. The portion sizes were huge and the service was immaculate from our waiter Theseus !! The prices were competitive for what we ordered and the restaurant ambiance and we will be back again when next we are in Miami - a sure fire 10 out of 10...

Good American food! Nice location in mid-wynwood. Parking lot is very small. Seating is mostly outside, interior was somewhat small and lightly appointed.

Saw great reviews so we planned a stop after Wynwood Walls but were let down. Food not what was expected for price and service was mediocre for a weekday with few people. We ordered beef slider appetizer because we were starving! We expected shredded beef type of sandwiches but they were just mini hamburgers with no seasoning and dripping grease, so they were left unfinished. I ordered the chicken and waffle sandwich. The chicken was not the fried, crispy chicken you would expect with chicken and waffles, it was bland and white almost as if it was under cooked. The waffle also had a bad taste, like it was poorly mixed Bisquick. My boyfriend had the breakfast burrito which was a great portion size with a bunch of add ins but was submerged in mole type sauce which made him pick out toppings and feel sick afterward.

I, my g/f, and her daughter went to Morgan's on a Sunday afternoon for brunch. My g/f was craving Eggs Benedict, and a Google search for the best Eggs Benedict listed Morgan's in the top 10. There was about a 45 minute wait, which was expected. Service definitely could have been better. Along with our order, my g/f ordered coffee. 5 minutes...10 minutes...15 minutes We finally had a chance to remind the waitress after she took the order of a newly seated table near us. The food eventually arrived, and most of it could have been so much better IF IT HAD BEEN SERVED HOT! The Eggs Benedict - was very good. My g/f's daughter ordered the Voluptuous Grilled Cheese - the cheese was cold and stiff, and I didn't even want to try the extremely thin fries that came with it. I ordered the Mascarpone and Raspberry Stuffed French Toast - what a joke! Two slices of near-cold french toast, each with a teaspoon dollop of mascarpone placed on top, some raspberry sauce on top, and each slice of french toast was simply folded over in half. MAYBE the food would have come out hot and tasted better if we had a different waitress? I don't know if the cold food was the fault of the kitchen or the waitress. No matter, I am not going to waste my time driving 15 miles to this place again, and spending my money for parking, high menu prices, and lackluster service.

This is a excellent place to have brunch, lunch or dinner the menu is great and the food is amazing and delicious, nice place to meet up with friends or take the family or a nice date..

Old house converted to restaurant with outdoor seating on large covered porch and inside two level seating. Our group of six really liked our private dining room upstairs. We experienced excellent service and terrific food. We much preferred the quieter atmosphere upstairs compared with loud noise level downstairs . All seating upstairs much nicer ambiance. Enjoyable first visit here.

Interesting first dinner visit today, we opted to sit outdoors. The good: all of our food was fantastic! We had two different Sangrias, pork tacos, meatloaf and the salmon. The downer: the service was mediocre. Staff was friendly but could and should have been more attentive. The entire time we sat outside, nearly half of the tables around us remained dirty despite not being busy. Not a good first visual impression for those arriving. Some workers floating around, kind of laxed. Our waitress, nice but did the minimal. We would have appreciated her purging the small plates on our table, ensuring we were content with our food and an offer to pack our leftovers. Plus no bag. We had to prompt her for the check. Because we love Wynwood and the food was tasty, we will likely give them another chance to sample brunch.

I had a wonderful Sunday Brunch here two weeks ago. The food was well prepared. The wait wasn't too long. This place came on recommendation and we were very happy. I don't even have pictures of our food, I had the French toast with mascarpone on top. It was so good it didn't even occur to me that I should take a pic before digging in. #RIPFrenchToast

Great breakfast/brunch menu. Huge portions and friendly service. Decent coffee too. Would recommend when staying in Wynwood.

We were there yesterday for dinner. I had one of the best nicely cooked burgers, I have ever had a restaurant. Their cole slaw is difference and excellent. Decent service. The beet tacos were reported to be excellent. The veggie burger, claimed to be made in house was reported to be excellent. Morgans is a little pricey but worth it. I have also been there for Sunday breakfast, but it was a while ago. Everyone enjoyed their meals.

This place was close to our Airbnb and had great reviews so gave it a try. Was very impressed. Very welcoming and inviting atmosphere. Sat out on the patio which is beautiful. Friendly staff that answered all questions. Great selection. I had Eggs Benedict and was delicious. Everyone loved their food. Only gave it a 4 since it was barely warm but they were super busy so it probably say. Definitely recommend.

Despite not being able to call in a reservation for my group -- the 45 minute wait was worth the brunch experience. Strong cocktails, fluffy French toast with fresh strawberries and a generous side of bacon made my brunch worth it. Our group enjoyed ourself, despite the slightly overextended wait staff.

This morning we went to Morgan’s. We were greeted by a friendly waitress who, during the time we were there, made sure we had everything we needed. We ordered two sandwiches, a club sandwich and a chicken salad sandwich, both with a side of fries. First of all, the fries are amazing. They’re very thin and well-seasoned. The sandwiches are amazing, and the club sandwich is honestly the best one I’ve ever tried. We would definitely come here again!

After visiting a nearby museum, we were looking for a place for a simple lunch and were happy to find Morgan's. It was a weekday visit, a little after the lunch rush, so we had no trouble getting an outside table. Service was good and the meal exceed our expectation. We ordered simple sandwiches but we got great food. Highly recommend that you stop by when in the neighborhood.

Quick to be seated but slow to be served. It got worse from there with the food/drink. Bloody Mary- 15 min to make, it was as thick as marinara sauce and taste much worse. Couldn’t drink it. Scrambled eggs were very very over cooked (brown burnt edges from the pan and dry as a bone). Bacon was obviously cooked in the deep fryer and also disgusting. The potatoes would have been the saving grace, but again... burnt. Lastly, the sourdough toast was inedible. How do you mess up toast. I’ll tell you, you let it get stale, and then you burn it in the toaster until it actually is as hard as cardboard. Seriously I should have known better and checked the previous reviews here and on yelp.

Stumbeld on this superb place for brunch which was superb! Very large servings of tasty stuff! I'll come back for the French toast!

This is an excellent spot for brunch! Located in Wynwood, not too far from the design district, this place has also a beautiful courtyard for eating outside! We had a chocolate waffle with strawberrys, cream and vanilla ice cream, and a 5 eggs omlet: both recommended. Capuccino, coffee and fresh orange juice are also fantastic! The service was good and waiter attentive. We didn't wait so long even if the place was full! Advice: come early or try to reserve a table! We didn't have any problem to find a table at 12 but when we left there was a long line of people waiting for a spot under the sun!!!

We've visited Morgan's for brunch 3-4 times and it never disappoints. Food is always great. Service is good. Chicken waffles are awesome. Brioche French toast is another favorite. Also their eggs benedict is delicious.

This "American" style restaurant doesn't have American coffee?! So the waitress offered me an American which I had to return because it was like drinking dirty water. She suggested the French pressed coffee which had more flavor but it was totally cold. I was disappointed. On the other hand, my teenager daughters really enjoyed the Chicken & Waffles and the Brioche French Toast. I would suggest attention to details is what makes a really GOOD restaurant.

Went with a brunch voucher from Gilt City. Wait on Saturday before noon was about 15 minutes- not bad. Food was average. Had a bite of husbands fried chicken and it was dried out- not moist at all. BLT sandwich was better. Service was average and server acted as though she wished she had called it sick. No smiles and not engaged with customers. Sitting outside is the nicest part of the experience.

Join the wait list online before you head over and save yourself a wait. Great service and delicious food. Eggs Benedict burger was huge was delectable. Bellini not made with fresh juice so I’d avoid it since it’s too sweet. Start off with the sticky bun!! Big enough to share. Try the sup potatoes over the fries. Great for Sunday brunch. Sit outside even if it hot, they have awnings and fans. Pup friendly too!! Parking can be limited.

Old fashioned good stuff but flexible enough to accommodate my vegan and vegetarian business partners

I have been to Morgans a few times in the past and it always comes down to this: The food is good but the service...is not quite there yet. I do not know why servers do not seem happy here.I do not know if to be a waiter here it is required that you dont smile much. I went last night to morgans because i found an amazing deal on groupon. Finally my husband and i were going to be able to spend a night all by ourselves without our gremlins. The server came blank face like usual morgan waiters. She was an older blonde lady. To make it short we ordered our appetizer which was the cheese plate which was really good even though half of the plate were grapes but for 14 dollars i think it was nice. Then my hubby ordered the salmon and i ordered the lamb shank. Servers here do not come to your table and greet you as to be happy to have you. They just sit you down and take your order, forget about recommending a plate...or suggest a drink with your plate or up selling..NO WAY that is too much work for them. So i had to ask my waitress for a recommendation which she said the lamb shank. My dinner was good, the lamb was a little cold on the inside but I wasnt going to make a big deal out of it. The waitress came a few times but not when i really needed her for some reason i also found myself bothering another waitress for ice or other things i needed because if you are outside, servers tend to go inside and do some side jobs. I believe that as a server if you have a table outside you should stay visible to your table. We had loathed so much on our cheese plate that we couldnt finish our dinners, so we asked for to go boxes. After that the waitress must have come like 5 times in a matter of 15 minutes. She just seemed too eager to ask us"anything else?' even though we were clearly in a deep converstaion with my husband. She definitely made us feel that she wanted us to be done and leave. She never offered us dessert, but i guess for some servers the "anything else?' means that. At the end when she brought us the bill it included the groupon discount so we only had to tip tax and gratuity like always, HOWEVER 20% gratuity seemed a bit much considering that the standard is 18% and 20% is usually added to a party of 6 or more (and service was NOT GREAT). That for me was very wrong. Listen ive been a waitress all my life so I know about tipping but I would never dare to put 20% on a two top (a table of two) especially if I for some reason didnt give exceptional service. and exceptional means: greeting my guests with a huge smile and welcoming them to the restaurant, offering them something to drink and recommend them the best ones, asking them what are they in the mood for diningwise, being available for anything that the guest may need without having to check and interrupting them every 5 minutes, upselling them another drink or cocktail when the first drink is ending, and suggesting an amazing dessert and or coffee.Morgans servers need training, A LOT. I remember one tine I went for brunch and the server seemed so mad at life that I stayed drinking my cold coffee throughout my breakfast in fear she would literally bite me. Maybe this is the reason why the restaurant was completely empty on a Saturday night. Maybe this is the reason they are throwing out those great deals on Groupon. Oh I forgot to mention, if you want to make a reservation, which you probably dont need to due to the emptiness of it, dont bother to call cause they will NEVER answer. The reason i give this restaurant 2 stars even though the food is good is just that, there are too many restaurants in miami and "good"food will not cut it...you need more!

Totally shocking place. No taste to anything, shocking service, place stinks, flys everywhere, dirty bathrooms - do not recommend at all.

We went on Sunday morning with good friends from Miami for breakfast. The ambience was very nice and the service as well. I most recommend the english breakfast, it was awesome. Prices are fair. I recommend to arrive before 10:00 due to after this hour the waiting time is long. I will go back soon to have the chocolate waffles, I hear are very good.

Went here for a group Sunday brunch. We had made a reservation so we didn’t have to wait, but be aware that there was a super long wait when we went so I’d recommend making a reservation. The atmosphere is super cute. It is in an older house with an outdoor area, indoor area, and upstairs area. We were all a bit disappointed with the food after seeing such positive write ups in articles and reviews. My friend’s Benedict had eggs that were overcooked so she had to pick around. My boyfriend’s meal was fine he said, but he didn’t love it and said it didn’t have much flavor. I ordered the grilled cheese with truffle fries which I was excited about, but it was overwhelmingly oily and greasy and I really could only eat a bite of it. It’s a cute spot but there’s definitely much better brunches for food quality in the area.

You can’t go wrong here for brunch. Food is amazing and the price is very reasonable. The portions are huge so think about sharing. A sticky bun It’s big enough for two people. Everything we had was incredible. We highly recommend the chicken and waffles, French toast, pancakes, eggs Benedict, turkey burger, and BLT. Beignets do not compare to New Orleans style but OK in their own right. Order a dozen cookies to take home at the beginning, because they take 30 minutes, and you won’t be disappointed. They are also huge! Service was good. They serve wine and beer and brought us a pitcher of champagne mimosas. If you are a party of six or more you can make a reservation. Again highly recommend brunch here. PS they also start serving early!

I am working in Miami this month and my Birthday is in October- a good friend who lives in Miami insisted she take me to Brunch, as she knows It is a favorite of mine. She recommended Morgan's so I agreed- told me to meet her at the bar and I headed in that direction. It was crowded but I managed to work my way to the bar where my friend was sitting all alone. I sat down and the bartender, Lauren, introduced herself and quickly made me a most delicious classic champagne cocktail - my friend had the white Sangria and we studied the menu. My friend got the English Breakfast- beans and all- I got the French Toast and yes I do believe it floated to the table- but the best was the "Sticky Bun" to share and start with - as recommended by Lauren our mixologist at the bar! I already told Lauren I would see her this Saturday- I can not wait to try the pan cakes----- and the red sangria! By the way reservations are taken for 8 or more only - explaining the line out front!

Very nice place in Wynwood, know for the food. Too bad what you order is not what you’re getting. The food is really good though but you’d better be flexible on your order

This place had top reviews. We waited in heat for 45 minutes for a table. We all got the chickent and waffles. Not great at all. The waffle was plain as I make in a hotel. The chicken was not seasoned. With the reviews, I thought I would love this place. The atmosphere was nice sitting outside with fans. If you're use to great seasoned (not salty) food, don't bother.

The food was horrible!!! No seasoning on the chicken tenders & the waffle tasted like pure flour. Smh Morgan’s. Even my dog ain’t want it 🐶😌 Please I need the company to reach out to me ASAP. -Rhone 3055285529

We went for brunch, we had food envy at every turn, everything looked so good! Bit of a wait, but it's worth it. Fun vibe too.

I went to Morgan's Restaurant at the beginning of April with friends and family to celebrate a couple's 40th anniversary. The restaurant's intimate layout and decor makes you feel like you are having brunch at someone's house. It seems to be - or was designed - like a house converted into a restaurant. It is two-story; on the 2nd story there are different rooms in which you can be seated to eat. Though impressed with the artsiness of the layout, I was not really impressed with my food. I ordered the chicken and waffles at the waiter's recommendation; but I was disappointed. Especially for the price ($18 + tax & tip). Both the chicken as well as the waffle lacked flavor. I was hoping to try the seasonal kombucha, but they were out. I don't feel like I got my money's worth here. I'm not going to say that I would never go here again - after all, that was just one of a variety of items on the menu. I just don't think I would make a special drive to eat here again.

The absolute worst service. We arrived on Tuesday 7/31/18 afternoon at 5:30pm. The 1 server took our initial drink order and never came back for future drink orders. The same 1 server, after we told the bus boy to find him, took our appetizer order. No one ever came back after ... we would have ordered dinner but the service was so terrible we decided to go somewhere else. AND the restaurant was virtually empty.

We went there with a friend who made the reservations since we were visiting from out of town. It was really nice dining outside on a beautiful sunny day under an awning. There were a lot of breakfast items, but we each decided to get a 5 egg omelet. It was huge and we were not able to eat it all. The toast was sourdough and the jam appeared to be homemade. Coffee was very good and the prices for the breakfast items were reasonable.

7 of us attended Morgan’s for brunch. We sat upstairs and the dining smelled old and moldy. The waitress wasn’t friendly. The food was blah no flavor, and way over priced. My food was cold it tasted like warmed up microwave food. The cherry topping for me was when the waitress comes out and says we weren’t able to divide our checks 3 ways. Luckily I had cash, but if no cash was provided I supposed they would have to call the cops. It’s the most non-friendly consumer place ever. Please do not waste your time.

We had a great breakfast at this adress. I ordered a breakfast wrap-up which consist in an omelett, vegetables in a wrap and it was really nice. My wife ordered the yoghourt with fruits and granola. Really great. Big congrats too to the carrot juice : it definitely rocks!! Maybe a little expensive but definitively worth it if you're looking for a high quality breakfast or brunch (organic food).

We were in the area for a mini-vacation and went for brunch at Morgan's on the recommendation of our host. There were just two of us and we arrived relatively early, so we got a table right away - however if you have a bigger group and/or want to eat at a more leisurely hour, you might want to make reservations as it gets really busy! The servers were pleasant but I did feel they were kind of stretched - then again to give the benefit of the doubt, they may just have wanted to give us plenty of time and not hassle us. I got the "voluptuous grilled cheese" - it was perfectly fine but maybe not quite as exciting as the hype - or could have been better with a little extra seasoning or sauce. My husband got chicken and waffles - it was a lot of food for him and for the last 1/4 of him he just ate the chicken part. We also shared their signature sticky bun: one of these is enough for two people unless you are not ordering anything else (or you tend to have a very big appetite). If we lived in Miami, I can imagine going back and trying more things on the menu, as it was an appealing selection and a very pleasant atmosphere, especially as we were lucky enough to sit next to some very friendly locals!

Servers were nice, not attentive for my taste and food quality and preparation was horrible. My mushrooms had burnt marks on plate as if microwaved

Brunch was delicious. All fresh ingredients, cooked perfectly. I recommend sitting outside if the weather is nice. The BLT was my favorite thing on the menu. The english breakfast was huge but delicious. They offer pitchers of mimosas-can't pass those up. Friendly staff also.

Perfect brunch spot, highly recommend. I got the Benedict Burger, and I had some of the salmon dish. Everything was delicious.

We loved how cute the restaurant looked on the outside as it's hidden by trees/greenery. There are tables outside but we ate inside where the wallpaper is tropical and very Miami-ish. This place is perfect if you want to go solo, you are a party of 4 or if you are on a date. There are great salads and vegetarian options on the menu. I ordered the fried chicken/waffle sandwich and it was not fabulous. I expected it to be well seasoned and crispy. It was soft , mushy and not seasoned at all. However, my daughter enjoyed her waffles with berries and cream. The coffee was amazing and so was the service.

A hidden gem in Wynwood. Cozy and nice pattio and really nice inside. A high varity on the meny, something for everybody. Small family resturant with nice food and large servings.

The people who work in here show how discomfort they are with their job, the place had just a couple of tables occupied and they took like 40 minutes to bring scramble eggs!! Not even a little smile from the entrance to the check. We were very disappointed since we were looking for a good place to have a brunch. The menu is poor and the prices are not cheap.

The atmosphere was great. We considered it pricey for breakfast BUT the food was good. My husband got the french toast with fresh strawberries, my friends got the chocolate dipped waffle with fresh strawberries and cream and the chicken waffle sandwich which they said were really good. My brother and I got omelettes which were good but overpriced. One negative, there was always a line for the restrooms (one seaters). Things might move a little faster there if they were uni-sex as the woman's line is always longer.

Absolutely loved this place! As a local I would definitely recommend. It’s in Wynwood, which is the Arts district. Perfect place to have brunch and then go walk around the Wynwood Walls and explore some of Miami! The chicken and waffle sandwich was awesome! And perfect to share. The Bellini’s were great and very reasonable, $34 for a pitcher!

We went on a Sunday and had to wait 45 minutes for a table. It had just rained and the heat and humidity were almost unbearable. After 45 minutes, they sat us at a table close to the bar and the canopy did not cover the bench seating. The sun was too much so I asked the hostess if we could be seated elsewhere because the sun was too much for my young daughter. She made a face and 'mocked' my statement about the sun. We were eventually seated at another table. They poured ice water when we first sat down but it was so hot, the ice melted and the water was warm rather quickly. The wait staff didn't refill the glasses, we had to ask and it took a long time. We ordered a stick bun and were almost done eating when we found a black strand of hair. We told the waitress and all she said was they would remove it from the bill. I ordered the waffles with chicken and it was the best food I've ever eaten. The chicken was not greasy and the breading is light. The waffles are absolutely delicious. Order the whipped cream - $2 extra but worth it. My daughter got the brioche French toast and said it was delicious. My cousin order the chicken salad sandwich and said it was just O.K. They were out of a lot of the cocktails so it doesn't seem as though this is a well managed establishment. The hostess was rude, they have empty tables which need to be cleaned and a bunch of staff running around, very unorganized. Be aware, everything is a la carte. They charge you for whipped cream. I ordered whipped cream for my daughter's French toast and another for my waffles and paid $4. I would have given 2 stars but the food was delicious

The Morgan's salad which two of us had was delicious. The combination of ingredients were very complimentary and the dressing was ideal. The ingredients were very fresh. The fried chicken were chicken tenders. Hardee's makes better ones. My brother had their chicken salad sandwich. The filling was good but it was served on hard, thick, dry pita bread. The service was slow but alright. The manager greeted everyone at their tables and was very friendly. The place is trying to be trendy. Parking is at a premium but they do have a small private parking lot.

Made a reservation for brunch on a Saturday and it was packed when we got here! The decor was charming, food was great and service was wonderful. I had the Chunky Monkey smoothie and eggs Benedict with ham. The potatoes were perfectly cooked and seasoned. Everything was enjoyable and hope I can eat here again in the future!

Was looking for a breakfast spot, came across Morgans glad I did. Breakfast was good, staff are pleasant, plenty of seating

With organic fresh choices and gargantuan portions, Morgans is a favorite when I need comfort and don't want to make it myself. Trusting a restaurant is a very hard thing to do when you have cancer... this place has my trust.

Great restaurant on East 29th street. Excellent food with a variety of choices; great atmosphere and ample portions. You must try the duck wrap. We visited on a Saturday about 3:30 pm and there was a very nice crowd and easy atmosphere with inside and outside seating. Free easy parking, a real plus for the area.

These people know how to do brunch! Highly recommend the chicken and waffles. It was amazing. And PITCHERS OF MIMOSAS! Girl, you had me at pitcher. The place gets packed so be prepared to wait!

It's crowded, it's noisy and it's good. The brunch menu has the normal egg selections including make your own omelets. It also has some more interesting dishes. Service was good. Can't speak to dinner here, but brunch was very good.

Visited the restaurant yesterday, was amazed by the quality of food, service was fast and server that was taking care of us - Matúš was very friendly and had all the knowledge about the food ( allergens, ingredients), patiently walked us through the menu and recommended the best item steak with fries, couldn't pick better. Definetly come back here again. Thanks to all staff and especially Matúš! The whole family had a great time!

Deliciousness awaits you in this family owned bistro. We went with a large multi aged group and every left full and delighted. Lots of options to explore on the menu. Family friendly but get for dates and business friendly as well.

We’ve been here a couple of times before on previous visits to Miami. So we dropped in again for breakfast, 4 adults and a small child. They got us a high chair for the child. The food overall is good but the stuffed French Toast in particular is recommendable. The weather in January in Miami is pleasant so sitting outside is just fine. Service was a little bit less organized than other times. For example, one of the things we ordered was never served but was included in the check. We pointed that out and the correction was made without a problem. It’s still a place I’d go back to without hesitation.

Worst lunch this week and that should say it all sorry Morgan like your place but your food is not at all what it once was.maybe I'll try you next year if you are not closed by then .

I had a great brunch on my visit to Morgan's. I'd never heard of this place as I was visiting from the DC area but I'm glad my Miami friends recommended it. I usually order mimosas with my brunch but our server Erin suggested the Bellinis and she was right. The food is great. There were about 15 of us so I got to taste a lot of dishes. The raspberry pancakes were good as well as the omelettes. Honestly, the best part of our meal was our amazing server Erin. She made great recommendations and was very attentive to our large group. She did a great job of building rapport while remaining efficient. I will definitely return for the good food and fantastic service next time I'm in Miami.

Chicken waffle sandwich very good and eggs benetict with house cured salmon excelent. Nice environment with cool songs. I would definitely come back.

We had a really good time here. Our waiter was great; really friendly and funny. We went at around 10am weekday and service was really quick and not busy at all. The menu selection is great, the food was fresh and large portion sizes too. Atmosphere and deco was also really nice.

Heard about this place from friends and it did not disappoint. Food was fantastic. The chicken and waffles - AMAZING Eggs Florentine - excellent side of bacon - yummy two can eat from the chicken and waffles. lots of food. service was quick and friendly. Only reason I didn't give 5 stars is because it wasn't full inside, and we were table for 2, and they sat us by the bar, along the table where the open armoire was hitting the back of my chair. when two sat at the bar it left little room for anyone to walk by. Servers were behind me, hitting my chair or me the entire time. Way to crammed to have a table here and they were seating parties of two UPSTAIRS the ENTIRE time we were there. Why weren't we taken upstairs?? They should get rid of that table, but that's the only strike this restaurant gets. Will return!

I enjoyed the meal at Morgan’s for brunch but wasn’t really impressed. Great outdoor seating area. Had the chicken and waffle sandwich which was a little bland in both chicken and waffle department. Egg dishes shared at the table were better and everyone really enjoyed the potatoes on the side. Portions are really large. Also ordered the signature chocolate chip cookies and they are TOO sweet. Service was very good for a busy day.

I love this open air restaurant in Wynwood. I ordered the chicken and waffles w/ bananas & caramel. Absolutely delicious. I recommend it to anyone for a great brunch.
Impromptu nice brunch :)
Went to The Morgans was not planed, we was driving around and decided to stop by and try, I love the outdoor sits. We sat there and had waffles chicken and french toast, smoothies and ice coffee, thanks to the server to make one cause it's not on the menu. Over all I love the Morgans very recommended to just sit and talk. Nice place :)
