I visited this restaurant on the 10/05/2014 with my wife and family . Ambience was o.k a lot of noisy kids about the restaurant and overall very unruly kids about . This was in the evening about 9 p.m we were a bit surprised at this kind of behaviour . Our server was nice guy with a medium degree of knowledge of the menu and wine list . When we asked for a gin and tonic we were offered the most expensive gin in the house Hendricks and I had to ask what other gins they had in the house ? I do not like this type of behaviour . Over all food was nice nothing to get excited about wine was nice but was I felt as did my family felt the wine was not serve at room temperature , we brought this to the attention of our server who informed this is the temperature they serve wine at ? . Over all not impressed with Mortons . I rec an email from the restaurant a couple of days later asking me my experience of our visit once I had completed the survey I did not get a reply back , this speaks volumes for me about this establishment and the management . It was the only restaurant in SFO we had a poor experience in the 14 days we were in the city .

Had a meal to die for. Started with Oysters natural with various dressings, fresh and delicious. Main was a filet with lobster tail and sides. Steak was out of this world as it just melted in the mouth. Finished off with an Affogato with expresso and frangelico. What a meal.

Excellent menu. A little pricy but well worth it. Service was very good. Meal was what we expected. Delicious Ate in the lounge. Used bar menu. Steak done to perfection

I ate at the bar while on a business trip a last week. I must say, Morton's has always been known for their exceptional steak, and this location was on track for that. However, I guess in San Fran it's OK to be a rude, pretentious, uninteresting in working bartender. Economy must be out of this world good for bartenders if you can act like an uncaring jerk to your customers. I wasn't the only person who enjoyed this guy's attitude. Everyone endured it until they began giving it back to him. Now, I've been an Morton's VIP well before Landry's acquired them. Never have I experienced such poor service. On the bright side....as mentioned above, the steak was great. My 2 cents. Greg T.

I was expecting high things from Mortons, given the reviews however i was a bit disappointed. My wife and I did not book in advance and were seated very quickly at a nice table, during what looked like a busy time. The first thing that hit me was the lack of light. I have perfect eye sight but i was unable to read the menu due to the lack of light and had to use my phone torch. I'm not from the US so the cuts of meat were not familiar to me so I had to ask the waiter to explain what each one was. This was done at lightning speed so I was not really able to catch it all. The bread and butter provided before the meal is really delicious, if a little salty. Food arrived quickly and was placed down on the table. It was then shortly removed as the waiter realised he had placed the wrong food down. Steak was really tasty but i didn't enjoy the cut of meat (perhaps my fault for not really understanding the description) Food is massively over priced. I think this is one for a business dinner where the company is paying or a special occasion where a relative it!!

Out for my 1st evening meal in San Fran we had the most Fantastic Meal here at Mortons staff very friendly , superbowl on all screens I had Chicken Christofer it was AMAZING . Will be back for sure

We normally don't go to big chains but Was going to a play at the San Francisco playhouse so decided to keep it simple and dine at mortons in union square as it was a few doors down. I had the 8 oz filet mignon. My wife had the braised beef short rib. And we ordered the sour cream mashed potatoes as one side and broccoli as the other. The filet was perfectly cooked to medium rare, tender and decent flavour. However, I can't recall the last time I was served filet mignon without it being bacon wrapped. Filet is very tender but it lacks flavour as there is no bone , fat or marbling so I found it odd not to have bacon to give it that extra flavour profile. And for 50-60US not including sides!!!! you can't give me a slice of bacon? My wife's dish was really good although it was more of a beef stroganoff. The braised beef came on the side of plate with pasta on the dish. So you pull beef apart and mix in with pasta. Beef and sauce had nice flavour. At half the price of filet I'd choose this if I had another try at it. The sides were really disappointing. Both sides are meant to share, basically enough for two people. The sour cream mash had no flavour and I could barely taste that they even had sour cream in them. Not creamy at all almost kind of dry. Not sure if they really seasoned them much at all. And for 14US what a rip off. The broccoli was also disappointing. It was like they put it in a microwave for a few minutes to cook and then sprinkled a pathetic amount of cheddar cheese on top after. Like caramelize it a bit in a pan to get some texture/flavour maybe. The cheese wasn't even melted not that there was much even to melt. It was just sitting on top loose like processed shredded cheese. Not even sure if they put salt and pepper. For 14US again no thanks and what a rip off. Put some effort into the dish. I had the cab for red wine called "beast" which was really nice. Overall it was an ok meal but way too expensive for what you get. For $160US or $200 Canadian you can go elsewhere and pay half the price and get as good or better meal easily. I don't mind paying that much but it better be top notch. It wasn't.

Not only with their color theme - very sharp black & white design and furniture but classic with their menu.offerings. My husband had the perfect steak and I ordered a grilled salmon. The service, food as well as the wines selection were just perfect. For dessert please try the SOUFFLE !!

Came here on the recommendations of the Hyatt and I was very pleased. I was told to get the rib eye and I did which turned out to be the best steak of my life. I would not even think of getting anything else. The baked potato comes loaded and the bread and butter is to die for. Be prepared for making a mess. My only drawback was the wait, it was 18 minutes. Ill come back though.

I have been to the Mortons by my house in San Diego and this one is significantly better in every way. Service was outstanding , food was cooked to perfection . We loved everything about this restaurant. Portions are huge so be careful when you order

For starters, we usually have the lobster bisque, tuna tower, caesar salad. All good. Steaks are always very good, especially the wagyu and snake river farm. Usually no room for dessert

The filet mignon was amazing. You have to pay extra for any sides or salad you want. Nothing comes with the steak. Sides are $13 apiece. The steak and sides were great. But I have had just as good of a steak and sides other places for a lot cheaper

We are staying at the hotel next door (Inn at Union Square) so we ordered take out. We each had the prime burger with steak fries and shared a side of steamed broccoli (which was divine) and a side of Mac and Cheese (fabulous). The food arrived hot and burgers cooked exactly as we ordered. I definitely recommend this restaurant for good food.

Absolutely mouthwatering steak. This place really is delicious. We visited here on a Saturday evening and the place was fairly busy without being too noisy either. We were seated downstairs and our waiter - Lawrence was very attentive without being intrusive. He walked us through the menu and told us that starters were good to share (he wasn't wrong) and the description of the steaks and the specials they had that evening. He brought some delicious bread over while we chose and it was accompanied by a lovely chutney - I wish I could remember the name, it might have been red wine, or red onion, either way it was perfect with the bread. We choose the recommended Morton salad (baby gem and cps lettuce, egg, anchovy) and it came shared already into two dishes - a great touch. I then chose the centre cut filet mignon and my partner opted for the centre cut prime rib eye. Lawrence also explained the sides were good to share too (again he was right) and we chose the creamed spinach. My steak was cooked to perfection (medium well) and my partners at medium. The knife cut through like I was slicing butter with a hot blade. Every morsel of food was savoured and thoroughly enjoyed by both of us. After our huge meals we had a coffee - regular black for me and a liqueur coffee for my husband. This is a restaurant that doesn't have a price list outside or on their website so don't expect an inexpensive meal. For our bottle of red, one salad, two steaks, one side, one coffee and one liqueur coffee the bill came to $222. It was refreshing to see that gratuity wasn't automatically included, but as our server and the food were fantastic we tipped well. Absolutely first class food and if you can please visit this restaurant.

Busy busy, get there early or book, went more than once, oysters, shrimp yum, always had the short rib and scallops combi it was excellent such taste, very filling careful how you order, amazing cheese cake, very good service, they sure know what they are doing.

They must be relying on the tourists around union square! I usually really enjoy their steaks but must say this was just average. I had the fillet and my guest from africa the sirloin. Both were dry and not very tasty

We chose to go to Morton's after attending an early matinee nearby. We were also celebrating one of our parties birthday. A splurge on steak seemed perfect and we were right! None of us bothered with soup or salad. All of us chose different entrees and sides. The birthday boy chose a porterhouse steak with blue cheese butter. For his sides he chose mexican street corn and au gratin potatoes with gruyere. He ate his steak happily and made a dent in his sides which he shared. Another chose the sirloin steak since the waiter had described it as marbled a d full of flavor. She ate most of it. For sides she shared with me a huge baked potato and large asparagus in a wonderful balsamic glaze. The server happily cut the baked potato in half and added whatever each of us wanted. Very attentive! I ordered the prime rib steak. With the sided I could only manage to eat half of it. I asked for chimichurri sauce. The waiter not only brought it to me but made sure the rest was packaged for me to take home with my steak. Lastly, I thought my friend ordered the most clever plate. She got a mixed Grill. It came with a petite filet mignon, a couple of large grilled shrimp and a couple of scallops wrapped in bacon. There was also asparagus on her plate! She also ordered the Mexican corn but ended up taking it home. Since it was his birthday the restaurant gave the birthday man a lemon souffle. I ordered a creme brulee which I had to share. Another ordered chocolate cake which looked amazing but I couldn't even taste. Yes its expensive. Yes it's worth it.

We enjoyed a wonderful display of steaks and sides on our visit, all served by our attentive waiter! The wine was a little pricey but to be expected. It reminds me of an American Gaucho, similar decor and surroundings. Good quality food and atmosphere on a Saturday evening but you pay for it.

We had a very good dinner, the food didn't disappoint, but for well over $100 a person it was not the 5-star experience it should have been. Our steaks were excellent, perfectly medium rare. The prosciutto and mozzarella appetizer was very good, as was the spinach salad. I was less impressed with the Bibb lettuce salad. The dessert soufflé was huge, as described, and enough to share as suggested if you just want a little something sweet to finish, but in reality it was extremely light (the volume is mostly air, with even less substance than most soufflés I've had, or made) and would not be an overwhelming dessert for one. When split, they portion it out onto plates, which is a less appealing presentation. The ambience was surprisingly noisy when the room was full, although it calmed down midway through our meal. Service was very attentive, and not bad, but it seemed scripted and corporate, just...odd. There's a lengthy recitation highlighting various menu items (not just specials), and then they ask if you want bread. They bring a whole loaf of warm bread and butter, but then try to clear it away even before the salads arrive. They made a couple more attempts to remove it before the end of our meal. Why? "To make room" on the table...a four-top with only two of us, and we didn't order any sides with our steaks. There's a large wine list, including a nice assortment by the glass. Another policy is they don't provide tastes, but if you order by the glass they bring it in a small carafe and pour a bit for you to sample, and you can reject if you don't like it. We ordered two different wines, both were very good, but we thought there might have been a mistake and when we raised a question, the response was underwhelming - the waiter actually said, well, you like it anyway, right?

We ate here whilst on holiday in San Francisco and had a fantastic meal. The serving staff are very knowledgeable and extremely helpful. I had the special which was filet on the bone which was the best steak I have ever eaten which when your from a scottish beef farming family is high praise. My partner had the filet mignon which again was excellent. As some people have said about it being expensive it does not seem any dearer than any other top end steak house in a city and the portion size is certainly a lot larger than most other places. The only downside to mortons is the location if only it was in scotland then it would be ideal.

We have visited over the years and have made our last visit today, the quality of service has steadily gone downhill over the years and we will no longer patronize this restaurant. While the food is of good quality we cannot overlook the diminishing level of service, we expect good service at this price point and it is just not there.

What a great meal. Have the Lobster Bisque, fantastic. But go hungry, the steaks were huge and be prepared to spend, it's not cheap. Great atmosphere and we were looked after really well.

Quite dark however a good atmosphere to relax and enjoy dinner. Service was excellent, attentive and informative around menu and wines. Food was cooked to perfection and plentiful; bit over the top pricing but City prices for quality.

For all of our special occasions, we love to come here and celebrate. This year we celebrated my birthday a few days early. Always a great time and great food. Down to the special printed Menu with my name on it, wishing me a happy birthday. By far one of the best Steak houses in the a Bay Area. The staff is always welcoming and friendly. Never do I feel rushed or feel like I need to hurry to eat my meal. My only little complaint, and it’s always the same when we go. It’s so dark in there. I feel like I’m going to trip and fall going to the restroom. I love the ambience, but just need a little more light.

you will not be disappointed with food or service. save room for dessert if you can host and manager will come by to ensure that your satisfied. children are well treated but cost is in fine dining range but worth the price. we tried the cajun steak the filet and pork chops all were great and rhe sides were delectable

Went here for a dinner with a friend while visiting the city. First of all we reserved online, but apparently they had a bug on exactly that day and the reservation didn't go through. But staff made it happen and got us a table for two. Went for a Cajun Prime Rib (16oz) along with some Brussels sprouts, sweet corn and some fries. My friend went for a Peppercorn NY Strip if the same size. No wine, just a beer each. Meat was ok, could have used a minute longer on the grill to be really good, was a bit chewy in the middle. Overall a good steak if there wouldn't be the hefty price tag. Long story short: wouldn't go there again.

My wife and I went to Mortons (in Post Street San Francisco) last night. The food was excellent. Our server ,Tianna was very attentive, but not overly so. We both ate Filet Mignon. It was cooked to perfection and tasted divine. The seating was comfortable and the lighting created a nice atmosphere. The price was on the high side but was good value for the whole experience. It was not the first time we have eaten at a Mortons Steak House and will not be the last. I recommend it for a very enjoyable evening

We have been for a business dinner last night The restaurant is located 1 minute walking from a Union Square We ordered 3 filet mignon medium size 3 beers 1 bake potatoes 1 has brown potato for $ 100 each tip included The food is not so bad but it didn’t drive me crazy I suppose it was better than do Must to be tried anyway

We stopped here at the bar for drinks and desserts and our lovely server Alice recommended the chocolate cake...wow! Was Huge but amazing! I had never taken dessert home but this was a first. Finished it off the next day--still great! Great dessert menu...recommend.

Steak was perfectly cut and prepared. The service was nice but not overdone. Desserts were actually my highlight. We were intending on dessert but saw one pass by and had to try it. Wow hard to beat this anywhere in the west coast I think.

A group of us were in San Fran on business and swung into Morton's to grab a bite. This being a classic steakhouse, with a good reputation, we were geared up for a good meal. The experience reminded me a bit of being on a culinary roller-coaster. The steaks were good. The fish was overcooked and dry. The creamed spinach sinful. The truffle fries cold. The carrot cake delectable. The wine expensive. All in, this was an expensive meal given the highs and lows that we had. Every kitchen has an off night, but for this price, consistency is king.

Although predominantly a steak restaurant, the Menu us varied and would cater for most tastes. Having said that the steak was beautiful (even though I am a philistine and like my steak done well - they prepared it beautifully - not burnt to a crisp, tender, with absolutely no pink - thank you! A great choice of vegetables - fresh and al dente - marvellous. The restaurant was very busy (even on a Thursday evening), but food didn't take too long to arrive. The staff were attentive and efficient. They knew the menu well and were able to advise on options. They also recommended on sharing sides as the portions are considerable. Costly, but definitely worth it.

We went to celebrate my husband`s birthday, food was excellent, service was very good. John had a rib eye steak and declared it fabulous

Managed to get a last minute booking and was V Pleasantly Surprised! Service was grade A, Steak was Amazzz-zing! 😋😋😋

My wife and I are small eaters and prefer to share our soup, salad and steak. The waitress who served us was marvellous in accommodating us so well. The signature beef we ordered was excellent too.

We usually visit pre-theater for appetizers and drinks. Love the ambiance and the food. Not iinexpensive, but excellent, hight quality.

Classic steakhouse on Union Square. Excellent food, wine and service. Probably best to make a reservation.

The food and service here was exceptional! The atmosphere is classy. The waitstaff accommodated our party of 13 with no problem. There wasn't a single issue with our orders or keeping the table satisfied in regards to refill or additional orders. The waitress we had even offered tips on other places we all might want to visit during our stay. After all was said and done our check totaled close to $1500.00 for the 13 of us. So it's not a place to go if your looking for a budget dinner, but if your in the mood for delicious 5star food and a fantastic evening, this is the place for you!

2 of us sat in the bar area. The table was cleaned pretty quickly for us and our order was taken. We only had 2 drinks and 2 steak sandwiches and the bill came to over $100. The waitress stood over us whilst we discussed the tip and made us feel like we had to add the maximum 20% ... a very expensive mediocre meal.

Was not sure if I should give it two or three points. Quite dark and a bit too loud for me. There were no tables available at the designated dining area so the lady sent us to the area near the bar where we found a table ourselves. The menu offers only names of meals, no descriptions, which made it quite hard to order. Waitress was in a hurry which made it even more difficult to properly decide, I made a quick decision and wasn't very satisfied in the end. I had the sea bass and my boyfriend had the steak. It was all ok, but nothing special. Average at best. Side dishes are not included, you need to order them separately and apparently, according to the menu, one side dish serves two. However, waitress suggested we order two, so we decided for mashed potatoes and spinach. Mashed potatoes were very bland, kinda like instant ones I make at home when in hurry. Spinach was good. However, there was too much and we ended up leaving about half of each. All in all, would not go back. Not anything too bad, just overpriced for the at most average experience we had.

Recently eat at Morton's in SF Union Square and was completely underwhelmed. I have eaten at Morton's several times across the country and this was a complete letdown. Arrived around 9 pm and decided to sit in the lounge side and make it a little more casual. Started with some appys off of the appy happy hour specials. They were relatively inexpensive but for good reason. The sliders were served on "WONDER BREAD" type doughy full size buns cut into four. The prawns were probably 16/20 size which were over-cooked for the low price of $4.75 each. Then the steak came. I ordered it to be cooked Medium Rare and it was blue. I normally wouldn't send something back to be cooked more but I just didn't feel like eating it that rare. It came back about 10 minutes later and the server says "I hope its not overdone now". . . 10 minutes later it was medium. I wasn't going to say anymore other than save your money and go somewhere else in Union Square. Most expensive meal over the weekend and the worst. Sorry won't be back to this location again.

We found this place after walking around Union Square. It was a bit pricy but it was probably the best meal we had while in San Francisco. Our waiter was wonderful and so helpful. We loved our food and would definitely go back.

Initially called on for a drink but decided to stay and have some food. Restaurant looks nice, good decor and bar area. Ordered some steaks off the menu but not a huge amount of choice and the decent items all seemed on the expensive side. Food was nice but maybe not as decent as the price would suggest. Waiting on staff were good and kept us with regular drinks so cannot complain about that!

My friend is a seafood gal and when in SF you have to eat seafood right? Well I don't like seafood so we had to choose a place that had more to offer. I'm so glad we chose Morton's, it was delicious. I had the Chicken Christopher and it was to die for!! I would like to bottle up the sauce and drink it every day! We opted for bacon mac 'n cheese and broccoli florets. The mac 'n cheese was great but the "steamed" broccoli was almost raw. I would've like it a bit more cooked, but the parmesans cheese on top made it tolerable. My friend got the salmon/grilled & baked shrimp mixed grill and absolutely loved it. The service was awesome and the quiet ambiance was well needed after being on the town all day. I just found out that there's a Morton's close to where I live and will be going there for sure soon!

Morton's is our to-go place at home (Dallas) and this one was right across the street from our hotel (Westin St. Francis.) We only had drinks and apps at the bar, which are always great at any Morton's. It was raining very hard when we were ready to leave and we wanted a cab. The Asst. Mgr., Chris, went into the street and stood there trying to hail us a cab, and got his suit soaking wet. Service way above and beyond!

Excellent lobster starter, great steak, good atmosphere, busy and vibrant. I'd certainly do it again like a shot.

Wonderful service and a great meal our waiter jay top notch I had the Chicago 22oz bone in rib eye cooked to perfection my wife had the shrimp Alexander scrumptious and for desert the chocolate mousse light and fluffy simply a very enjoyable 28th anniversary dinner 👍😛 and to top it off got our picture taken by the hostess with a frame

Just wanted a snack after a busy day - staff suggested sitting at the bar, which is very attractive. Shared a steak sandwich my friend and a glass of wine. Very generous serving and more than enough for two. Quality of meat was fantastic. Great staff

I went there with a coworker who recomended that we needed to go. The food was great and the atmosphere was perfect.I feel out of place in restaurants like this. But, if fine dining and superior wine is your thing, this is your place. If not, I'll meet you at the local dive down the street.

Amazing food, amazing service, amazing atmosphere. Expensive but well worth the fine dining experience! Dress nicely and have a great night! A big thankyou to our waitress (can't recall her name) for introducing me to the amazing grapefruit martini! Yum!

Ok so lets review this fairly. Nice steak cooked as requested. Good service. But in my humble opinion well overpriced. Started with a salad with pear walnuts and blue cheese. Ok. Big loaf of bread probably more than required but can't complain. Can complain at a $35 corkage and when your steak costs top dollar not having anything else on the plate. We bought a horseradish mash potato bowl to share which was ok. Lets call it a rustic mash as it had plenty of lumps. All in all just an ok experience and for $200 (with a small tip- service was good but they should pay their staff well with those prices) you can do better.

Bad steak and terrible experience. The staff it is very unpleasant and the there is nothing special in the food.

What happened to Mortons? It's been a bunch of years since I had been here... but holy smokes. Our waiter was so hurried that when he literally dropped our drinks on the table, (they actually spilled over the side of the glass). He of course didn't notice because he was on his way to another table. Same with the salads. Didn't see him again until the bill arrived which (again) was literally dropped on the table as he walked by. The place was SUPER loud and dark. Probably OK for a large group but do NOT come here if you're on a date or want a romantic evening. The food was fine... not outstanding but fine (I paid $64 for a bone in filet a la carte). If your insistent on eating at a tourist trap steakhouse, take your money to Bourbon steak one block away. At the very least, you won't be treated as an Applebee's customer.

We had an amazing meal with some of the best steak we’ve ever eaten - it was top quality and cooked to perfection! The steak was accompanied by truffle fries which were fantastic and asparagus with a tasty balsamic glaze. We then followed the entrees with a yummy raspberry soufflé which was also perfectly cooked. It was an expensive meal, but worth it!

Made reservations on Open Table, was seated promptly when we arrived. Waiter was very attentive and ordered and the night was great. All the food from salads to steak were great, my steak was extremely, under cooked but they made it right. Side dishes went a long way and family style. Overall highly recommend! Also loved that the music was playing at a nice volume

A real Good dinner. Had a wondeful time with friends. Nice place. Will go again for dining. Good selection and friendly staff. $$$$$

This was my second visit after several years at Morton's in S. Francisco. The place hasn't changed over time and the food was excellent as usual. For a good steak, Morton's is one of the best choices.

Delicious! Everything was perfect. Wonderful attention. Really enjoyed it! A must wherever you can find one!

So.... Haven't been to a Mortons in a decade. Hope to wait another decade... Service at the bar was good. Salad was good. Sprouts were ok. $61 ribeye, bone in? Sinewy, chewy, mild flavor. But did I mention sinew? Holy cow....literally. Go to Harris's.....

Was here for a small late lunch. While the restaurant itself was still closed, the bar was already open and the bar menu was more than enough. I had several small plates, the mini steaks and the filet sandwiches. The quality was amazing, the meat was perfectly done and it all tasted wonderful. I would definitely recommend this place.

This is a great restaurant and the meat is fantastic. The wine selection is good and more importantly they serve some good beers. We managed to get a walk-in table for 6 persons, which was pure luck as they are usually full. Doorman was very friendly and helpful. Service was ok but slightly slow and it was difficult to get their attention, which is the only reason I didn't give it a five rating. Price wasn't overly cheap (USD130 a head including drinks) but it's not a fast food joint! Probably say mid range cost but it all depends on your financial circumstances. I'd definitely go again as my rib eye on the bone was sensational.

Although I have had eating previouly in Mortons in FL, this particular night had a very special significance. All the environment , service and food were unforgettable

Visited with friends on recommendation and was not disappointed, were very well looked after with very attentive staff. We had two starters between four which was plenty and all had the steak which was perfectly cooked to all our different requests. Very expensive but worth it for a special occasion.

It was a little pricey but very good, we dined here celebrating our first night on vacation in the beautiful San Francisco, the service was phenomenal and I would definitely done here again.

Mortons steak restaurant. Very popular place all ways full. Nice food boot a bit over priced. I had a ribeye steak very nice but all you get is a steak and at $52 I think a bit over priced. The only place Ive been and the take you credit card away when you order and return it when you authorise payment

Second night in SFO. Had a big day and decided to spoil ourselves. Both had the smallest fillet steaks..around 6 ounces----about the size of a small ashtray. Wife drank water ...$10 a bottle of what appeared to be tap water. I had one beer and one glass of house red. Had a salad each and the biggest loaf of bread brought to our table.....could only manage to eat 1/3 of it. Ridiculous portion !! Served with fries for two. Price (US$180) with tip $200. The service was good and steaks delicious. Thought it was a bit expensive though.

Great food, wine and service. Convenient location. Very popular place, be ready to wait even with existing reservation. In my case we had to wait about 30 minutes (Friday night). Also, prices are of San Francisco fancy restaurant level but to my opinion it's worth that.

I'd heard lovely things about this place so decided to try it out and I was not disappointed. Lovely steak, truffle chips and spinach with a great selection of wine. Although it was a little expensive, we thoroughly enjoyed the meal and would definitely return when in the area next.

Now I'm willing to pay for a good steak, but 45 for just a piece of meat, 6 ounces is a bit much and the meat wasn't that good. Everything is a la carte, which again is fine, but $13 for a baked potato is a bit much. There are so many better options in SF for ambiance and food.

When you visit a Mortons You expect a standard high quality both in the service and in the quality of the food. It is the first time that I have a bad experience in this chain. We received the worse service, it was slow, they would not come back to check on you, they would forget to bring everything you ordered or needed to eat your food. For example we got wine and were a party of 8 and had only 6 glasses it took more than 20 minutes to get the extra two. They brought the meat and were no knifes, they brought the coffee without the spoons, they brought cold meat, and soft and old tasting fries. Overall I would not recommend a visit to Mortons San Francisco.

I've been again at Morton's recently since it is number 2 on my personal 'world's best steak list'. I had the ,Five Peppercorn Rubbed Prime Strip Steak' medium rare. It was excellent! Juicy, tangy and perfectly cooked. It was worth every cent of the 65 bucks. In addition, staff is very corteous and ambience is absolutely stylish. Just a great place for a nice, lofty dinner with friends or family!

Service, menu, ambience it had it all. We were recommended this place by total strangers we met with at a pedestrian crossing

To begin, the reception was warm and friendly. We were seated at a nice table for two in their sizeable dining room which was lit by a 25 watt lightbulb. Straining to see the menu, I finally settled on their Signature Cut Prime NY Strip Steak and my husband chose their crab cakes. Everything here is ala carte, so we had to pay extra for a side of mash potatoes. My steak was no better than what they serve at the Golden Corral Buffet Restaurants. A decent cut, but really? $61!!!! The crab cakes were very good and had little filler, so my partner was satisfied. Mashed Potatoes were creamy and good. Extensive wine list (also expensive). Service was fine but not polished considering the prices. Many better dining choices in San Francisco (or other cities that host this chain).

Everything about our meal was gorgeous. The steaks were the best I've ever eaten and the truffles fries were mouth watering. Service was fabulous and very attentive. If you visit San fransisco you defiantly need to go here. Just amazing !!!

I arrived solo, since i was wearing a tshirt ignore me, not even a place mat was place for my food. The bartenders kept talking about how good they are. Too bad Mortons lets this type of people working for their excellent brand. I will never come back.

Definitely recommend. Excellent service. Bit pricey, but worth it. The hot chocolate cake was amazing. I had the 8oz fillet steak with pepper sauce. The asparagus was lovely. You won't be disappointed.

Our last night in San Francisco treat was to enjoy a perfectly cooked and presented steak and we were lucky enough to chose Mortons Steak House. The service was excellent, the food beautifully presented and the steaks wer cooked to perfection. Not inexpensive but well worth the money.

We ate here as it is in walking distance from the Grand Hyatt Hotel! The food was absolutely delicious. Jordan was our server and incredibly talented.

Reservations highly recommended. This place won't disappoint but bring your wallet. The food was outstanding and the service was by far the best I've seen anywhere. Did I mention, bring your wallet? The best steak place in the area. This place is always packed with people and at times it was hard to hear someone sitting across from you. They serve an impressive list of wines as well.

It is centrally located, with good food, but very dark and noisy. I tried some salad with anchovy, than steak with beans( steak excellent, but I couldn't eat the beans, they were not enough cooked). Desert was mousse aux chocolat- very good.

It may have been due to crowded dinner time with many people but the service was so slow and the guys seemed bored of many customers at the same time. I may understand them but theres a solution cut the number of tables.

My boyfriend took me here for mh birthday and we had an amazing time. When we arrived, they presented me with a custom menu that said "Happy Birthday Dianah" and happy birthday confetti on the table. The service was flawless, the food preparation was perfect and they made us feel so welcome. They went above and beyond and even took our picture and came back a couple minutes later with our photograph in a birthday card. Great location, service, ambiance and food!

Mortons central location is perfect for the first diner after arriving from Europe. Very good wine by the glass, a releiable steak, very good service. For me its is the perfect place at the Union Square district for a good steak. Even other places for a steak like Harris or Ruth Chris are not better.

Expectations are always high when entering Mortons. This time the service level was lower and it has become more of a factory. However, the steaks were fantastic - as always. Mashed potatoes better than homemade- wines fantastic, and cocktails great.

We had prime cut ribeye and cajun ribeye with a side of onion rings and potato gratin. It was awesome. I also had the key lime pie which was lovely. The californian pinot noir was great too. We were sat at the bar as the place was packed out but it was nice enough and the bar staff were very nice and helpful.

With our good impression on Morton Steak House back to 16 yrs ago in Singapore. I had dinner with my husband at the Morton Steak House near the Union Square in San Francisco City on Jul 19, 2018. We ordered onion soup, lobster bisque, steak and pork chop as our dinner. The saltiness of the onion soup was like drinking the undiluted Chinese soy source, both the steak and pork chop were like coated by a lot of salt. With our empty stomach at that moment, we could only finish 1/3 of the onion soup by eating the cheese & bread on the top, the center part of the steak and pork chop, the side dishes of corn & spinach. We both drank a lot of water after that dinner with the worry of increasing figure of my husband high blood pressure level.

Shared a table with 8 work colleagues on a Friday night, having booked night before. Staff were very insistent whole table had arrived before given table - waited in bar. Friendly prompt and patient service - handled a large group well. Steaks and sides very good, desserts also quite nice. $130 each + tip for steak/seafood mixed plate, dessert, beer & couple of glasses of wine each. Great for a 'special' work dinner for out-of-Towners if you are prepared to pay $$$$.

I wanted to find a great steak and Morton's definitely had the answer. Superb, aged steaks. Fantastic wine list put together by the sommeliers. The service is excellent, with very knowledgeable waiters both on the food and the wine. Can't beat it for a business lunch or dinner. Priced to keep it exclusive. Easy to book on the web site

I popped in after a day of shopping for dinner at the bar. Morton's consistently deliver an exceptional meal, filet cooked to perfection, yummy scalloped potatoes, and although the creamed spinach was a tad cold it was still good. Outstanding service from Mike behind the bar, he helped make the ideal wine selection for a by the glass option. Will be back again!

We sat at the bar for a drink and snack, which were great but to all who are not US - chips means crisps/chippes not french fries!! Food was good but would have been better with french fries :)

Really nice steak, the settings is a bit classic, steakhouse NY style. I had a ribeye and the steak was really tasty, melting in mouth and not too firm at all. A bit too big of a portion for me, they should offer smaller options as I finished only half. The bearnaise sauce was great too. The side were also good, the parmesan & truffle chips may have been a bit strong in taste for me but overall the other Potatoes Lyonnaise were really tasty and not too greasy! the wine was ok, you need to go into the $60 bottle to get something decent for red we tried a few and found some good carbernet.

Our server was Oscar who provided excellent service throughout our meal. The food here is superb, and I highly recommend Morton's. Their main focus is a steak menu, however, they also have seafood. My wife had the bacon wrapped scallops ... excellent!

The worst, most unfriendly service in the city. After walking in and sitting at the bar, the older bartender was so offesively rude to the valet employee and us that we left. With so many great options in this fine city, don't waste your time or money on this place.

A lovely experience for a special occasion. Expensive, yes - but we knew that before we made a reservation. The food (steaks, of course) was delicious and the service was impeccable. A memorable meal in a cosy environment.

We are tourists who spent three days in San Francisco. On our last day we happened upon Mortons and decided to give it a try. In my honest opinion this has got to be one of the most expensive restaurants I have ever eaten in , and I have travelled around Europe and USA. I ordered a crab cake Entree and my friend ordered shrimp scampi. The waitress had said the crab-cakes didn’t come with anything so I ordered a small salad to go with it. My Entree was $47 and salad to go with was $13.50. My Friends shrimp scampi was $37 This was not good value and we were still quite hungry afterwards. The waitress was not at all friendly and brought us our check even though we hadn’t asked for it, and e we were still ordering drinks. It is the first time I had to pay the cheque and open a new tab when our friend arrived for drinks. I would not recommend this place to anyone. Our bill was $164.37 for the two dishes small salad and 4 gin and tonics. There are way better restaurants out there that don’t charge $47 for an entree. It was not a good end to our vacation.

This is a busy dining/bar spot. There were six of us, and we ate different meals both evenings we all ate at Mortons. The meals were very good, (shrimp cocktails, steaks, lamb chops were just a few that we sampled). Staff was attentive and friendly-all in all, very enjoyable and close to the Prescott where we stayed.

Everything about this restaurant lives up to Mortons good name and reputation. We went for a pre theatre dinner as it is literally next door to the Playhouse theatre on Post Street. We were greeted pleasantly enough, although robotically, by the hostess and shown to a side table and advised that our server (name unheard) would be with us shortly. Why is it that when teammembers are introducing a colleague, they don't pronounce the name clearly ? My first impression was that it was a bit dark, and our server, Joseph, suggested we turn on the table lamp to look at the menus. This wasn't really helpful as there were three of us - very small point, but if you are charging top dollar, glib comments are sometimes not well received. we found that Jospeh came across os over confident and just a touch flippant. If the service hadn't been otherwise great, we would have marked the review on a lower rating. Order taking was efficient, I worry when the server doesn't use a tablet or an order pad as generally there's always a mistake made, which in this case didnt happen, but empasises the point above about over confidence. Guests are always looking for reassurance that what they ordered is actually going to arrive and dont like it when anything is left to chance. Please get your teams to always use order pads or ipads, whatever is the standard, always. Joseph's recommendations were good, though. Food was really excellent; top quality steaks beautifully cooked and presented. Especially recommend the cajun rib eye and the striploin. I had salmon, which was also excellent, served on fresh spinach with a beurre blanc and asparagus on the side. Desserts were good too. We shared a bread pudding with bourbon and caramel sauce and ice cream and a portion of berries. Good job, Mortons. When Joseph wasn't immediately avaialable, we particularly liked that we could ask other servers who were more than willing to step in. We will certainly go back and have already decided to try the Mortons in Orlando when we next visit there.

Its pricey (around $250 incl tip for 2 mains, a good bottle of wine and a few gin and tonics) but my God it was without a shadow of a doubt the best steak Ive ever had, and Ive eaten alot of steak. The 12oz filet with the lobster "surf & turf" option was to die for, perfectly cooked with attentive but not intrusive staff, if you like steak then you NEED to visit this place.

Very expensive meal out and no more than OK food. Don't get me wrong food was nice but not compared to the price we paid

Everyone around us was taking the $10 mini fillet mignon (3) which seemed really good value and was getting positive murmur from the partakers. We only called in for a drink and unfortunately for us there is no happy hour drinks. So 3 wines and a very nice negroni later we left. Quite happy.

If you like a great steak this is the place. I have been going for years and this place is number one. I have tried all the rest and no other steak house compares to Mortons. The you go to there wine list and amazing is all i can say!!!

We visited Morton's at the end of a very busy day of sightseeing. We were really hungry and went early, hence the restaurant was very quiet. The service was very fast and very friendly. We both ordered fillet mignon, with sides of asparagus and potato gratin. The food was absolutely delicious, especially the potatoes which were cheesy and creamy - just lovely. The only issue we had was that it was quite pricey, but then we did insist on ordering fillet. This restaurant is definitely worth a visit, but just be prepared to cough up at the end.

Visiting Sunday evening after making a reservation. Service great helpful and friendly. Steak cooked just right and shared sides a great idea. We were in and out in less than an hour so pretty fast but didn’t feel rushed. Expensive for our European pockets but we are in a major city so as expected.

We had the same for main course but the steak differently steaked and they managed to do that. The starter was fantastic. Quick and prompt service. The only disappointment was the mashed potatoes in some creamy thing. That was tasteless. I walked away from there uncomfortable full of great steak and seafood. $240 + gratitude is a bit too much for two persons with a beer and soft drink.

If Ruth's Chris's come out at 500 degrees than these must have been 50 degrees. I don't know if it's the area or if we just didn't like San Fran in general, but this particular location paled in comparison to the franchise elsewhere. The seafood sampler as an entree was a bust, I paced myself to my boyfriend who had a hearty steak but was dissatisfied with its meager portions. The sides were less than satisfactory and we wound up cooking a second dinner afterward. The saving grace was our server Stephen who took great care of us. He deserves a rating of 5 stars but the food itself will keep us from returning.

Ate at Mortons with my family last summer. The beef was the best I had in my life but also the most expensive one. Only the fries were $13! No sauce either – just ketchup with the fries. No children's menu. I think it's good for adult companies, or business occasions but not a place to go with your family.

We enjoyed a group dinner in a private room on the lower level. The service was excellent and the steak, of course, was some of the best I have had. The atmosphere is art deco style and is similar to other Morton's around the country. Staff was attentive to our group and kept the water and wine glasses full. While we were offered a salmon dish that sounded great, we all chose the filet, because it was Morton's! We were not disappointed. The salad, appetizers and dessert (chocolate mousse!) were just as wonderful and topped off a nice dinner.

It was busy but we didn't have to queue. initially it was very dark but the restaurant was at the back and we sat near the open kitchen so had a lot of light. the food was amazing. I could not finish my steak even though it was so delicious. My husband had a bigger steak and then finished off mine. It was all cooked to perfection!

Met a business partner for dinner and wine in the bar area! Our waitress Diane provided excellent service, with a great personality. Had the 16 oz. NY cooked to perfection, grilled asparagus, iceberg wedge salad and some fine merlot drinks. A little pricey in SF, but well worth it being a Top Notch restaurant. Paid $370 with tip for 2 hungry and thirsty guys. Definitely worth it!

Morton's is always great steaks, great atmosphere. Have now been eating in San Diego and San Francisco and both are more than great. The seafood platter is so so great. The New York steak, was brilliant and do it the " Oscar style " you get the crabs and béarnaise as well. Won't be last time

One of the best steaks I've eaten on various trips around the USA The steak was cooked to perfection and the waiters had great knowledge on both food and wine Try mash and spinach were excellent Is expensive but worth it for a special steak Will be back on next visit

Good service, nice atmosphere, excellent meat. I can recommend a visit if you are really hungry! Located near Union Square. We had not reserved a table but we were lucky to get seated immediately.

Took a chance on a whim. Hadn't heard of Morton's until we saw it opposite the Westin St. Francis but we wanted a good dinner so went for it. We didn't realise how expensive it would be until the bill came. That's the last time I mention the cost though, because quite frankly it was worth every penny. My wife can be quite fussy with her food, in particularly how well cooked her food was. When ordering her steak she requested he preference, at which sometimes restaurants have different expectations on how well done beef is. The waiter (the best I've ever had the pleasure of being served by) described the way the meat should look in and out. Not only did it meet my wife's preference, but it was served exactly as described. I asked for chef's preference, and it was just shy of medium. For a filet minon it was perfect. Silky, easy to cook, a lovely pink-red hue. Sides were spinach, mushrooms and truffle-Parmesan fries (the wife are the mushrooms, I demolished the fries), béarnaise was beautiful on my steak. Dessert accompanied by coffee and cognac was good. My lava cake was beautiful. The raspberry soufflé was to neither of our tastes to be honest but that might be our inexperience with such a dish so I can't mark down too much. It was light and fluffy at the top and wetter at the bottom. Don't know what that means. Being the gent, the wife are my cake. I did order the Louis XIII cognac without asking but I did cover the bill so it's my pain (I didn't know it was $95 a single) but it was a beautiful drink. I'd have skipped dessert given the chance to try it but we were so happy with our mains, it only scuffed the veneer. Talking of which, the wine list is extensive. The ones we selected were very nice; again the waiter made suggestions based on menu choices. If your looking for cheap and cheerful, don't bother, but the old adage is right: you get what you pay for. Morton's is well worth a visit and perfect for a celebration.

I was impressed with the wait staff. They have a good selection of wine and a good selection at the bar. I had the filet mignon and it was cooked great. (med rare of course) The grilled asparagus and mashed potatoes were equally as good. The atmosphere is typical of any steak house a bit on the dark side for lighting but with a modern touch. I have wanted to come here to try it and I have. Would I come back? Only if someone in my party wanted to, otherwise once was good and no regrets.

I had theatre tickets and wanted to eat in the bar. The service was exceptional and speedy . The filet was perfectly cooked and loved the mashed potato sides. Any extras I requested were provided immediately.

Great place , bit busy for a Monday night by waiter was lovely gave us loads of time to choose , it was pricy , wine way overpriced but food fab , shame your order doesn't come with extra such as fries or potatoes ther extra at a cost and only come as a sharer , ok if your in a large party you could have a few different sides but not so great when it's just 2 of youn

The restaurant serves excellent steaks and accompanying side dishes. Atmosphere is darker than I like. It is more suitable for business meals. The meat is top class. Service is also very good and attentive. I had sirloin medium rare. Came out perfect.

Too narrow tables, too many people, too noisy. Good service, too rushy. Good food, but not gourmet. We had lobster, plain and good enough. You feel a litle bit, hurry in and hurry out.

Just arrived in San Fran and had set up a dinner before we came. Turned out to be really good. My wife loved the chopped spinach salad. I got a mix of filet, shrimp, and scallops. It was all good. The shrimp cocktail was very good too. Nice start to our trip.

We have both been to Mortons before (Washington DC and Shanghai). This experience was consistent with past experiences - very good. We both ordered the mixed grill. My partner had the mixed grill with crab cakes. Mine was with steak. My steak was nothing special and I found myself wishing I had ordered the crab cakes. The highlight of the meal were the bacon wrapped scallops - superb! Service was good and the restaurant was packed though we were able to secure a last minute reservation.

Let's keep this simple. Mortons does a fantastic steak. Right, that's the easy part over with, now for some detail. Service was top notch, a brilliant selection of wines was on offer and some delicious extras were available. The steak was definitely the crown jewel, I asked for black and blue and the rib eye was delivered with an expertly caramelised crust, just rare and pink in the middle. Heaven!

We have eaten at Morton's many times all around the country and the Union Square one multiple times-particularly on special occasions as was this, our sons birthday. The service and attention to detail was great as always. The food was just average particularly considering the price. I had a bone in veal chop-the plate was cold and the steak warm at best.

We had 3 different steaks at Mortons. All were cooked perfectly and were delicious. We also had a great bottle of red and desert and enjoyed everything we had. The service was great by Dominic - very professional yet friendly and quite charming. The price is certainly a consideration though - although great food it does come at a cost and generally the average punter could only afford to go for a very special occasion!

Good steak, nothing special. Morton’s is a high end average steakhouse. My steak was ordered rare but charred on the outside unfortunately with two try’s they couldn’t figure it out. Average price was $100 per person with no alcohol.

Proper melt in the mouth Filet, just as it should be....with great service, what more can you ask for.

If you do not, mistakenly, expect fine food and funny cocktails from a steak house&pub, this is the place to spend an evening in SanFran. Delicious steak, prime burgers, generous drink, very pleasant personnel make all good ingredients for a worry-free night out in the city.

we had a reservation, 50 min after we ordered we had to call the manager who was not helpful and only said "I understand" it took another 10 min and the steaks arrived. Not the quality you would expect of a Mortons restaurant. we finished our steaks, we did not have dessert or coffee Paid and left never to go back again

Great bites! Fabulous filet mignon sandwiches, crab cake sandwiches, and a flavorful lemon soufflé! Wait staff is friendly, welcoming, and service oriented, especially Jordan! Window onto Union Square!

You can walk into any Mortons Steak House and it will be perfect every visit! Flavors and service are aways consistent. The portion sizes are enormous. My husband and I shared a Caesar salad, a 16 ounce NY strip steak, and mashed potatoes. They were seasoned well, nice and hot, and very tasty! I highly recommend the splurge if you are looking for a delicious steak!

I have nothing bad to say about this restaurant. Our food was absolutely delicious! The asparagus (yes, you read that correctly) was unbelievable good. And, the carrot cake was probably the best dessert I have ever had in my entire life.

What an epic hunk of cow. The 24oz Porterhouse is one of the best I've had. The side dishes and the excellent bottle of Penfold's Henri Shiraz made the experience. Service is on the ball from the moment you enter you know you have. Made the right choice for dinner. With sides they are enormous so take it easy with them.

The Decor was modern , staff was pleasant Even though we did wait a long period before anyone came by our table. But , we were seated in a quiet Corner.. Staters - Bread loaf - good 3.5 of 5 stars escargot- 4 of 5 stars. French onion soup- 5 stars very flavorful not to salty. We then split the porterhouse steak and the truffle fries. As we were not super hungry. It's a good stake but 3.5 stars , cooked perfect but have had better in the city. Truffle fries - 3 of 5 stars. They were ok Over all it's a good place to eat but nothing special

Got to say we went on a recommend, but we found service was no more than average to poor, and the steaks were average at best. The bill came to $300 for 4 main courses & 4 drinks I personally would not revisit when next in town.

Great atmosphere, fantastic service and incredible food. We were with a party of at least 15 and everyone was well taken care of. We had 2 people servicing our group and they were friendly and capable. We left talking about how great the food and the service was.

I love protien. Me love red meat. Me love Mortons Steak. You love Morton steak. You should put this place on your top ten steak houses to visit before you die of a heart attack and believe me.....this place is to die for. Any cut is mouth watering as long as you order med rare. Enjoy!!

I have been to restaurants all over the world from one end of the scale to another.I have to say I was stunned at the price of our meal for what it was.The service was nothing special, the food nothing special, the ambience actually too dark for comfort. There are a lot of staff but they seem to be bumping into each other and avoiding the customers. We didn't feel particularly special.I wasn't offered a second glass of wine and this was probably just as well given the final bill.I have had better all round for a lot less.

Omg, if you are in San Francisco, you have to eat here. The food is amazing. It's a high end restaurant with high end food. Fantastic service, extensive menu, great wines, great atmosphere. Love love love it

I always love coming to any Morton's restaurant anywhere... and their establishment in San Francisco is no exception. I have had some extremely memorable dinners at their San Francisco locale in the past mainly due to the professionalism and extremely polite staff. Tonight was a very special occasion and as usual, Morton's didn't disappoint. I had a reunion with some important friends of mine and the dining experience couldn't have been more enjoyable. It started off with me waiting for my friends in their busy and trendy bar where I had a bottle of Stella Artoies which is always good. I was a bit nervous for seeing my friends after almost 10 years but this was the perfect atmosphere to settle down. My friends finally arrived and we had a fantastic reunion and were given a side booth table which was perfect for the evening which gave us a chance to talk without too much noise and interruption in the background. I only wish our waitress gave us more time to talk and get caught up when we initially sat down at our table... she went right into the menu description which was a bit awkward since we were so anxious to talk and get caught up but this was fine. We started off with Morton salads for my friends and a crab cake appetizer for myself which was stunningly delicious. However, I ate it so slow since I was talking and listening so much that I still had a few bites left before the mains came; I wish they waited until I finished before bringing out all the mains but this was fine too. The highlight of the evening was our sommelier who recommended our wine this evening which was spectacularly fun. This is why I love this Morton's establishment in San Francisco so much... all their incredible wine possibilities. And our sommelier took his time and was very patient in answering our questions and choosing the ideal wine for us which was a 2010 Cabernet Sauvignon from Diamond Creek Vineyards in Calistoga which was a bold but not overpowering cab; it was rich and velvety and was an ideal complement to a good meal. My only regret was our waitress told us they had no Opus One wine which we discovered after our meal that they clearly did. Anyway, my bone in rib eye was tasty and good but didn't 'knock my socks off' like in the past. Next their cream brulee did 'knock my socks off' ... it was incredibly light and tasty and I loved it. Finally I was recommended a port by the glass which I wish I remembered it's name but it was absolutely lovely and the perfect end to a nearly perfect meal. Despite my steak and mash potatoes and mushroom side being slightly on the bland side, there were just too mainly exceptional things about the food, wine, and service for the evening and have to rate this place as 5 star. It was an incredibly fun and memorable evening. I just loved it !!

Looking for a great steak on last day in San Francisco, we were disappointed . I guess that I cannot get used to a large piece of meat arriving lonesome filling the entire plate which is immediately overpowering. At least the Australian Open was on TV. I was unable to find prices on menu on their website beforehand. Depite this it is obviously very popular!

I was attending a convention in San Francisco with colleagues, very close to Union Square. We were looking for a good steakhouse at a price that would not beak the bank, and our concierge recommended Mortons. The restaurant has an upmarket feel, and from the moment we were greeted at the door the experience was first class. Our party of 6 all enjoyed our variety of steaks, and the sommelier recommended an excellent Cabernet at a reasonable price. I would definitely return.

I've dined here a couple times now while visiting SF for business. Each time it has been fantastic. I think the staff was very friendly, accommodating and able to offer great suggestions. Got two German craft beers Ahi Tuna Tower app 8oz Filet Mignon (medium rare) Grilled Asparagus Total bill around 100$ I wouldn't change anything about my order! The only thing I'd recommend, don't get your steak cooked any more than medium, otherwise you wont be able to taste the real quality of the meat. If you want it well done you might as well go to TGI Fridays :D

I enjoyed every bite of my 12oz center-cut filet mignon—perfectly seared, tender, and cooked rare just as I requested. The garlic-sautéed green beans and creamy mashed potatoes were delicious. I had hoped for anchovies with my Caesar salad, and this time they arrived—thank you to the excellent server, Justin, for making sure of it! The famous cheesecake was rich and decadent, served in just the right portion. Overall, the entire experience was wonderful. Justin made my visit especially pleasant and memorable. Compared to my last visit years ago, Morton’s has truly elevated its service and quality. The staff were warm, attentive, and genuinely welcoming. Morton’s Steakhouse is more than just a meal—it’s an experience worth savoring. Without hesitation, I give it a shining five stars!

The steak was very tasty and the bread also. We had a great time eating and the desert was good too.

Service is excellent. The food quality is superb. Steaks are the best and done just perfect. Also, have great drinks an bar menu.

We went for the HH menu and it was great! WE ended up getting pretty much everything on the HH menu and it was all very good! Great Martinis!

Visited here while at a work event. Managed to walk in and be seated straight away. Good atmosphere. Restaurant is bigger than it appears from the outside. Great service and friendly staff. Most importantly - food was amazing. Rump steak was probably one of the best I've had, cooked to perfection.

I have eaten here several times over the past three years because of the location and service..my steak was overcooked twice and the server offered to replace it..for a light meal with a drink try the bar bites

The food was great, but it was so loud that I could not hear the waiter unless he was next to me. I noticed many people had their cell phones out using the light to read the menu. It was a very busy place and probably the best setting for a business dinner involving conversations. Le me finish with the food was great.
Expense account dining
This is where carnivores come to eat their fill. The prices made me winch but this is a steakhouse and money is just for enjoying, right? The service was jovial and welcoming, the food was excellent. Enjoy!
