Prior to this, I have only been to the Nobu in the Bahamas. This was a little bit more casual but the food did not disappoint. The lobster tacos, lobster tempura and the cucumber roll were unreal.

Our second dinner at this location did not disappoint! This Nobu location is extremely welcoming and has fantastic service. The Nobu Caesar is a must. Also try the miso cod, California roll and bento box chocolate dessert as they were delicious. Will absolutely dine here every time we visit Vegas.

Great dinner spot bar tenders are great and meal was fantastic…. Great wagyu beef bar tenders make best old fashioned ever

We stumbled upon Nobu while at the Paris Hotel casino. No reservation but was early enough to get a table. We had a comfortable booth-like bench and excellent servers. We tried a Japanese beer on draft and a Japanese whiskey, both wonderful. We shared small plates, all excellent! Shishito peppers, Nobu Caesar (best salad ever), Black Cod with Miso and a California Roll. Highly recommend.

Expectations are high when one goes to a restaurant that is 5 star or Michelin rated and this was the case visiting the Nobu restaurant at Paris Las Vegas. We shared some sushi but to be honest we had better! We than embarked on a Fusion based Peruvian chicken was quite spicy. My wife is Peruvian and Peruvian food is seasoned but not pepperish. The service was good and they quickly filled up at 5 pm Will give them another try because it was not a Wawww

The food was an 8 on a scale of 1-10 with 10 the best.Spicy Cauliflower was a table favorite.Hot dishes especially the Miso Cod and Lobster Wasabi Pepper were excellent..Service bordered on a 9 or 10.At times they cleared the table and met all our needs immediately and at other times they got lost.Worst thing was the ambiance that was a 5! Situated in the lobby/restaurant corridor at Paris this totally open restaurant was very loud. The hustle in the corridor was a major detraction. The decor was straight out of a 90's breakfast diner. It had little romance or glitz to set it apart from any other lower priced options and given we spent $800 plus for our party of 4 a little special visual appeal would have been nice.

My friends and I had the WORST experience dining 7/1. We came to celebrate for a birthday and were having a great time until we were rudely interrupted by a sexist psychopath. A man who was dining alone at the sushi bar came up to our table and started taking that we were being too loud and to stop yelling at him. We thought he was joking but then he started threatening us that he would flip our table if we didn’t shut up. He kept repeating that and then had the nerve to say if we didn’t shut up that he would tell the manager to tell us to shut up because he had PTSD and ate there everyday. It was funny because we were pretty much done with our dinner and just waiting for the cake to be brought so we could sing but then he ruined our dinner. If we were being loud, which were definitely were not, he could’ve had a different approach. Someone had to come get him because he started getting too close to our friends and it looked like he could’ve hit one of them. We were terrified and extremely uncomfortable. They took him out but came back five minutes later and was seated at another table and catered to and apologized to by the manager and servers. NOTHING was said to us until we asked our server to get the manager who was completely useless and an ignorant imbecile. He didn’t bother to ask us what happened and instead kept repeating that he didn’t hear about the man threatening us. He kept making excuses and putting the blame on us. I’m sorry but what woman is going to start a fight with some random man? We were minding our own business. That psycho could’ve had gun on him and shot all of us. It was so scary. We were appalled by everyone in that restaurant that nobody even came to try and stop the situation from escalating but then again why bother to help a group of women, right? Completely absurd. Besides that HORRIFIC experience, the food wasn’t great either. Maybe because each meal was brought at different times and we didn’t even get to each at the same time. If you want to try Nobu, go to the other locations and not this one unless you want to be treated like garbage.

okay, the food and drinks in Las Vegas are not cheap but at NOBU i'ts expensive! But then on the other and, dining there is an experiance by itself! the presentation of the dishes, the service, everything is just first class and for us!) worth every penny!

This was an excellent dinner during our trip. Our waitress was so helpful in choosing delicious selections and all the sushi was incredibly fresh. We paid $250 with tip for the 3 of us and ordered many dishes, one glass wine, one dessert and two coffees, Definitely felt like we got our money’s worth so much better than the $250 we paid for the 3 of us to eat at Bellagio buffet.

Best sushi bar none. Subassa was a great server which only made the experience better. We had a party of six and everyone was impressed and loved the meal.

We had the vegetarian tasting menu and it was absolutely incredible! Every single item was packed with flavor and our server explained each serving in great detail. Just when we thought we had our favorite item of the evening the next course would arrive and we’d label that one our favorite. The per person price of $100 was actually less than what it would have cost us if we had each ordered several items from the regular menu. And a word of warning - go there hungry. You get a lot of food. There were probably eight courses before dessert and several had multiple items. Service was the best we’ve ever had at any restaurant and we go to a lot of restaurants. We went on a very busy Saturday night and dishes were promptly cleared after each course and then the next course would arrive within minutes. We never felt rushed either. Someone was closely monitoring the flow of food which is so impressive given that the restaurant had no open tables. I don’t know how they did that. It was also fun not knowing what would be served next. We purposely didn’t ask any questions beforehand. It was a nice change from a typical meal and we plan to do this all again the next time in Las Vegas.

NoBu is consistently the best. Sometimes the ambience is not consistent. But the sushi always is. We were at NoBu Paris Hotel in Vegas. It felt like we were in the middle of the casino. Which we were. However the food and sake and martinis were perfect. It’s close to the elevators. Recommend if you in the hotel

One of my favorite Nobus and I’ve gone to must of them. The Paris Nobu has same level of food but tucked away in the corridor it’s a gem. John our waiter fabulous as always as well as Steph.

The food was excellent, with great service from Jonn and Rene. Get the sea bass with black bean sauce. Would definitely come back to try what we missed the first time!

Worst Nobu we have ever been to. We have enjoyed the Nobu chain in Malibu, Indian Wells and Melbourne so I thought the Nobu in Las Vegas would be good but I was wrong. I don’t now if the issue was the supply of fresh sushi or this was just a bad link in their chain. I would suggest trying another Nobu in Las Vegas instead of the one located in the Paris hotel

Excellent experience. While we were waiting for our seats at the bar, we were able to enjoy excellent people watching. Highly recommend. 10/10 recommend. The salmon belly sumiso was lovely. The Caesar salad was also quite tasty with a wasabi truffle dressing and puffy cheese croutons that are still warm. We loved the Wagyu nigiri, scallop nigiri, red snapper dry miso, and the Wagyu tacos. The service was impeccable. The bar staff were super friendly and helped make thoughtful suggestions.

Nobu, no matter where at, is the definition of a fine dining experience. The Waygu tacos are the best thing on the menu, and a great value given the normal cost of Waygu! Their smoked old fashioned is also great!

Went to Nobu to celebrate with my wife. They were great. Able to squeeze us in early as we showed up a bit before our reservation. Our servers Jonn and Rene were great. Attentive and walked us through the menu. Would recommend if you're looking to catch an elevated experience.

Visited this restaurant located in the Paris hotel. Our server was super helpful and gave great recommendations on what to have. The food was delicious and fresh and so tasty. We didn’t have a reservation but they managed to get us a table. Nothing was too much trouble. You have to try this restaurant if your in Vegas

Not your usual Nobu, bright and airy Parisian decor combined with simple elegance of Nobu signature design. The food was superb, the cocktails a good pour, and the staff knowledge and attentive. With so many options on the strip, and in the Paris specifically, this is a hidden gem worthy of your attention.

John and Rene were incredibly knowledgeable and made our first visit to Nobu truly special. Their guidance and hospitality made for an unforgettable dining experience. Thank you both for an amazing evening!

We choose Nobu Paris as our destination for a Christmas get together dinner for myself and a couple of my girlfriends. Nobu Paris is beautifully decorated with the classic Nobu style and the atmosphere of the restaurant is comfortable and pleasant while we were dining. The family style dining is enjoyable, a lot of table talk on food and exploring new flavors, fishes, and dinning experiences. We started our Nobu experience with 3 cold courses; New style Sashimi, Yellowtail Jalapeño Kampacchi Tiradito then moved on to 3 hot courses Seabass Tempura with Amazu, Japanese Wagyu, Roasted Lobster, ending with some sushi and then desserts, Japanese date cake with whiskey caramel, crème fraiche ice cream & coffee cream brûlée, milk ice cream & whiskey foam. Our ladies night out was delicious and excellent. We de-stressed with a beautiful night out. I would highly recommend Nobu Paris

I went to Nobu on a Friday right after my flight landed and I checked in at Paris, and the hostess kindly kept my luggage by the hostess stand so I could get right to some great sushi! The bartender made helpful recommendations for drinks and awesome food. I went back with a friend that Saturday night right after they opened for dinner and had a great experience then as well - great quality sushi and variety of unique dishes. Thanks for a great experience!

Crowded and noisy. Seated between strangers rather than a private table. Sushi was below average in taste and quantity and overpriced. Seafood soup nothing special and not good. Service was good which is only reason it gets 2 stars. Otherwise, nothing about this place is worthwhile. Not worth time or money. Won't be back.

Great dinner! Great service! John and Rene helped me this evening. Even though I was solo, I was able to sit at a booth. John answered all of my (many) questions about the menu. The food was absolutely DELIGHTFUL. I was looking for something healthy and tasty. If you love seafood and a dynamic thoughtful mix of flavors you will love Nobu! Wish I had more time in Vegas to come again! Will be back next trip for sure.

Never have I ever been dismissed and treated so badly in a Nobu globally. I am a big fan of the brand, started in the 90s in TriBeCa when DeNero was first involved. Been lucky enough to frequent flagships in Tokyo, all over Manhattan, all over Vegas, Southern California and even Atlantis. As a party of one sitting at the experience sushi bar stone cold sober, I was barely greeted by any one other than the sushi chef, never was offered anything on the cooked menu, never offered a second drink, and the neighboring server (Paul) took pity on me and brought me the bottle of water I ordered because my waitress couldn’t be bothered to retrieve it. Having dropped $200 alone, the manager comp’d the two ounces of wagyu (which was a kind gesture but unnecessary as the food was expectedly stellar). All I wanted on my last night was an enjoyable time, this was not it.

John and Rene gave great service and hospitality. The caviar was amazing and sushi tasted fresh. Bartenders made great drinks

Had to try Nobu while in Las Vegas. Started with the Lychee Martini which was delicious, my husband had an espresso martini which he also said was excellent. Among the cold starters, the yellowtail was excellent, the sushi was just so-so. While it was delicious I would say it was very good, but I've had better. We ordered the Miso Black Cod and Rock Shrimp tempura recommended by other guests on Tripadvisor. While the Miso Black Cod was yummy the Rock Shrimp kind of tasted like bang bang shrimp you get at Bonefish Grill - maybe it originally came from Nobu? The dessert recommended by the not-that-friendly waiter wasn't that great. Overall, I still give it four stars because it is very good and I would give it a try if you want to try it, but honestly, Sushi Samba was better.

Though the space didn’t feel like a regular Nobu, the food was delicious. The Lobster tacos were amazing as was the lobster tempura. The cucumber rolls and spicy tuna were great as well. I recommend this restaurant as its new and not as busy as the other locations.

I’ve had better sushi at a gas station. No ambiance, service was good, but food was beyond disappointing. Nothing we had was worth mentioning

I was a bit disappointed about the food. The sashimi met the expectations but not exceed. Wazuzu at Encore has better sashimi than Nobu in my view. Nobu certainly has good food presentation. Overpriced. You can eat the same type of Japanese foods elsewhere, especially if you live in big international cities like San Francisco, New York, Chicago, London, Tokyo, Taipei, and Singapore. The grill miso black cod was decent but not in a way that wows me. There are many Japanese restaurants on the strip, no need to go for this one only and alone.

Came here last evening with my husband not really knowing what this restaurant is all about…I love Japanese food so when I saw the sushi display on their digital billboard out side the restaurant, I said to my self hey must be good..it’s a Japanese restaurant so why not! So we went in, sat down, and started looking at their menu which does not describe what the items are. I started hesitating because I do not recognized some of the items. To my surprise Nobu is Japanese food with South American twist 😳….well I thought what the heck we are here already so why not just try it. I’ll tell you it’s the biggest mistake ever!!! I ordered the NEW STYLE SASHIMI that cost $36…the huge plate has 7pieces thinly, I mean thinly slices of Salmon that’s doused with soy sauce and olive oil the fish is slightly cooked so it basically looked and tasted like a smoked salmon😏 what a disgrace to Japanese cuisines. My husband ordered the “beef tobinaki” which is their take on beef tepanyaki at $40 for 5 slices (4 Oz) no rice or veggies. It took us less than 2 mins to swallow what was served to us. We couldn’t sit there and pretend we are enjoying our selves, I mean if you stocked up the sashimi that I ordered, it would equal close to one bite at a regular sushi place. So lesson learned don’t eat at any Japanese restaurant that has any “twist” with any other culture, let alone of all the countries all over the world…they mixed it with South America. South Americans cook with a lot of spices and tomato sauces. Any ways I could go on and on about that. In all a bad experience. We went in hungry we went out broke and hungry 🤤

Jonn and Steph were amazing 🤩 best food ever! best service ever! 10/10 would come again! Everything I tried was super delicious and both of these lovely people made sure we were well taken care of!

We had a fantastic meal…we ordered lots of different things-including sushi, tuna tartare, shrimp tempura, miso black cod, etc. The yuzu cheesecake dessert was also so good! Michael was our server and he was great too. It was very expensive but we all loved it so it was worth the splurge.

We sat at the bar, as we didn’t have a reservation. But what a wonderful time we had watching the bartender Ryan and JB. They were both very nice and knew their Shochus. I would definitely go and sit at the bar for a meal again. The food was excellent as expected from Nobu’s, had the Miso Black Cod, Baked Miso Eggplant, Miso soup and a Spicy Seafood soup.

Last year I ate at two restaurants at Paris Las Vegas - The Bedford by Martha Stewart and Mon Ami Gabi. I always wanted to eat at Nobu at Caesars Palace. Since I was staying at Paris Las Vegas for 5 days coming to Nobu Paris made sense. I came here on the last Monday in August of last year for dinner. Usually when I make a reservation for restaurant I preview the menu in order to select items I plan to eat. For Nobu Paris I decided to look at the menu while I dined here. I felt this approach wouldn't limit my preconceived choices but expand my selections to choose from. There were three sections of the menu that I ordered from: Nobu Cold Dishes, Sushi Maki, and Nobu Hot Dishes. From the Nobu Cold Dishes I ordered the eggplant with miso. Eggplant tends to have a mushy, slimy texture if they are overcooked. The eggplant at Nobu Paris wasn't overcooked as the texture was firm. The first sushi item was the yellowtail and scallion. Sushi that has salmon is buttery. Sushi that has yellowtail tends to be meaty, but at Nobu Paris the yellowtail and scallion sushi was buttery. That sushi melted in my mouth and is one of the best sushi I ever had. The second sushi was the tuna and asparagus. This sushi was very different in texture compared to the first sushi. The tuna and asparagus combination provides two types of texture - meaty and crunchy. For the main dish I decided to get the New Zealand king salmon with choice of Nobu Sauce. The sauce I decided to get was teriyaki as I don't like my fish spicy. How can you tell if salmon is moist when cooked? When you can see opaque pink on the meat as with the king salmon I ate at Nobu Paris. What make the dish stand out was the crispy skin. The king salmon at Nobu Paris had two textures: crispy and moist. As simple as this dish was the king salmon at Nobu Paris is one of the best salmon dishes I've ever had because most cooked salmon I order from restaurants tend to be dry. My approach to Nobu Paris wasn't aggressive as I didn't order a lot of items, yet I enjoyed the quality of items for dinner. Whether I ate here at Nobu Paris again or Nobu at Caesars Palace I will be more assertive. I've never eaten at a Nobu restaurant prior to coming here. Having dinner at Nobu Paris was a good introduction.

Definitely make a reservation - it was very high demand. We had a reservation and still had to wait and got to watch people argue with the hostess about not having a reservation. We had the rock shrimp tempura with creamy spicy sauce, field greens salad with carrot ginger dressing, and an eel roll. The shrimp had too much sauce in my opinion, it was very overwhelming. I'd suggest requesting they go light on the sauce or have it on the side. The salad was lovely and the eel roll was very good. We were still a bit hungry and originally had planned on ordering more food but not gonna lie, I had some sticker shock going on, I didn't really enjoy the shrimp, and the ambiance wasn't great due to some very annoying guests who were seated right next to us. So we called it quits and figured we'd get a snack later if we needed one. Our waitress was fabulous and did a really good job, but she was definitely working hard to deal with a very demanding table of 8 near us and a very annoying table of 3 right next to us. We were seated in the "patio" style area so we weren't separated from all the noise of people passing by in the casino, so for us the ambiance wasn't great. If you're seated "inside" it's probably better at reducing the noise. I would try another location of Nobu, but would not personally return to this one. I'd say the highlight was the absolutely massive dirty martini that my husband was served. It was basically a full tumbler of martini! :)

Great service and atmosphere. We had a party of six during CES and the meal was great. Choices are perfect and it is what you expect when you eat at Nobu. The restuarant was a little noisey for business discussion but i would return again

Left a deposit when I booked in with an another couple and never got it back we paid the hotel fee beforehand , a bunch of thieves. Has anyone else have this problem?

If I could give them zero stars I would. The food was delicious so that wasn’t the issue. We were seated by some actual or pretend rappers. Their table was incredibly noisy and they were dressed like they just got off work at the strip club. It was the worst dining experience that we have ever had. Manager came over later and apologized. Gave us his card and said next time we are in Vegas it would be on him. Just came back from the U2 concert in Vegas and texted the manager. Surprise surprise he didn’t respond. Avoid this place like the plague. For $550 USD there should be some freaking ambience!

Some dishes were ok others not so good. Service was also not very good. The sushi rolls and veggie tempura were the best.. the crispy rice and tuna was horrible. Rice was hockey puck hard and sushi was too processed.

The food was excellent. Sushi was fresh and delicious. Beef tenderloin melted in your mouth. Service was great. Expect a family style delivery of items. One thing at a time brought out. The only drawback is noise. Restaurant is open to direct traffic of hotel guests.

John and Steph were outstanding. Love this place. Food is phenomenal!! And the ambiance was great. Went for a college graduation celebration.

Subject: Enjoyed Visiting the Bar I just wanted to say how much I enjoyed my visit to the Nobu Bar at Paris Las Vegas. I'd heard good things about it and it definitely lived up to the hype. The service was amazing, and everyone there was so friendly and attentive. I would definitely recommend a visit if you get the chance. Try the whiskey smoked in cherry wood!

We had a very bad experience terrible food terrible customer service I called the manager to complain. The manager very arrogant doesn’t care about customers satisfaction. Strongly advise you to don’t go to this branch.

The service was great. We were undecided about what to order and Jon’s advice was perfect. The food came out in a perfect amount of time and we weren’t hurried.

I went to Vegas on a whim last weekend with my boyfriend. We normally hit up Nobu at Ceasers but since we were staying at Paris I wanted to give this one a try, I’m so glad that I did! This will be my go to Nobu moving forward. The food was impeccable as always and the service was on point. However, what stood out was the atmosphere! It was laid back and chill, I kinda felt I was dining amongst my friends. Great service, delicious food, coolest vibe!! I can’t wait to go back. Thank you Nobu for making my night!!
Yummy!
Thank you team. We enjoyed our time here. Very nice location. Great good! Great service!! Would highly recommend Jonn and Steph
