Oh yea, it is pricey. On an average you will expect to spend about $150 per person on just the food. Then of course you have to get a cocktail or two to go with the restaurant vibe. That was my excuse anyway:) I will say, the food worths every dollar. The quality is incomparable. It literally melts in your mouth. The best way to get most out of it is to slow down and enjoy and savior the taste from each and every bite. I can't understand how food can be this good. We went with the chef choice menu and finished with the fantastic desserts.

Maybe it's because I ate at Picasso the night before, but I'd say Nobu was an average restaurant, and not great value for the money.

Wow! Never again!!!! My wife & i sat down at the bar. We ordered the beef tenderloin, medium, it was a very busy in the restaurant, which is great!! I want businesses busy, they need to recover from this shut down. After about 30 minutes our steak came out, looked great, but it was totally raw. I know some people love it that way, but not us. So i asked if we could have them cook it some more. We were told āno we do not take food back, but we can cook you a new steak ā. Well, ok. So after another 40 minutes i asked is it about ready? About 5 minutes later they bring another steak out. Itās more raw than the first one!!! Asked for a manager, asked him āis this medium ā? He said absolutely not let me have them cook you another one.... thatās it Iām done!! Terrible management!! Never again!!!

We came here with our family and it was one of the best meals we've ever had. We were a bit intimidated by the menu and not knowing what to order. Asked the waiter for recommendations and took them all. EVERYTHING WAS DELISH!!! Our waiter and busser were very personable and fun. All in all an excellent meal and great service. We will be back every time we come to Vegas!!!

Teppanyaki with 2 set courses or Ala Carte at Nobu Restaurant at Caesar's Palace ; right beside the Nobu Hotel. Usually busier Thursday to Monday. Lighter on Tuesday night; which was more relaxed for us. Our server, Jay, and the chef, Nick; made it a very entertaining and enjoyable dinner. The Hoshi set menu costs $200 but you get excellent starters, 3-item raw sampler; tasty high-quality sushi; then the seafood- giant prawns, lobster, and Seabass, followed by Chicken, US prime Rib-eye, and A5 Japan Kobe steak. You end with a special 3-course dessert; and NOBU exclusive chocolate to take home. Compared to Nobu, in Oahu, Hawaii- this was a much better, tastier experience!!! I felt I got better value for the money I spent this time.

We have visited and LOVED Nobu in NYC, this was nothing even close to it. Service was subpar at best, the menu seems to have been minimized tremendously as the options left a lot to desire. When the food did arrive, it was ok at best and the portion sizes have been cut back so much, we actually left there still hungry. I'm not sure what has gone wrong here but there is no attention to detail, the service was not what you'd expect from Nobu and the food was very blah and extremely small in size for what they charge. I'm a big believer in "you can't put a price tag on a good meal" so believe me a high priced bill does not scare me but this was just simply pathetic for the value and service received. We will not be returning and doubt I'd go back to the NYC one after this experience either. Shame on you Nobu, sad to have to leave this kind of review for a place we used to love...

Birthday celebration! We had so looked forward to our evening at Nobu! Although the food was good, our Server ruined my experience! He was very abrupt, I could not wait to get out of there! My husband and I have been to Giadaās, Raoās and Hells Kitchen this visit all over the top! Do not waste your money on this place not a good experience!

We had a delicious night at NOBU with starters of Yellowtail and shrimp tempura. Which were outstanding. We had the lobster and wags tacos Miso cod was tremendous. Of course the wagu beef was excellent Service was great

Has the ability to be so much more but just average. Dishes are small and over priced. Basic rolls with nothing fancy. Fish is fresh but that's about it.

My wife and I ate at Nobu for dinner during our stay at Caesar's Palace and the service and food were incredible. The shrimp was out of this world and the atmosphere is very cool too.

Love this place. Itās not my first time i canāt count how many times Iāve been there. All the best recommendations

Terrible service. Long time no table, no waiter can wait, just passing. Although the landing is not complete

Reservation needed for this trendy, spendy, posh, nosh place. We were at a table of nine at 7:30pm on a Friday. Our group ordered one of everything it seemed and chose to do a sharing type of meal. Portions are quality over quantity . Two bottles of sake and six desserts later the bill was astronomical yet everyone left discussing their favorites .

We were in Las Vegas on holiday and decided to go to Nobu as we are a big fan of Nobu London. I was actually blown away by Nobu at Caesars palace and it actually exceeded all my expectations. The food was absolutely amazing! Also attentive staff who were also very knowledgable and looked after my friend who had a gluten allergy. The atmosphere was perfect with just the right amount of buzz without it being hard to chat etc. We enjoyed it so much we came back 2 days later! Would recommend the black cod and the maki rolls (we tried about 5 and all were amazing) The chocolate fondant with matcha ice cream it to die for!!!!

I have been to Nobu in different countries/cities numerous times. Besides from the one in Miami (that is dreadful) I have had a good experience. Our server Jonathan was very friendly, informative and helpful. He promised that this visit would be my best. He was right. Food was out of this world. It was pricy but I donāt mind paying a higher price if quality of food and services are accordingly, and it was. Would I recommend this restaurant? Would I come back one day? Yes do both questions.

Nobu is absolutely my favorite restaurant in the entire world. Unfortunately, Nobu closed in Honolulu, so my visit to this Las Vegas location will be memorable. I was able to share photos with Chef Nobu and I with the management and staff. I will miss my Nobu family in Honolulu, and pray after all of this is over, he will relocate again to Waikiki; not Ward. The only thing I missed more than everything is the Black Truffle King Crab I always get in Honolulu. Previously, I had my 50th Birthday Party at this Caesar Location, and it was the party of a lifetime. Otherwise, the staff was welcoming as usual, and I'm looking forward to having my 55th Birthday Party at this Nobu in Las Vegas.

I have enjoyed dining here a few times and always dine the earliest seating as the service is really good food is great I have had better tasting food at other Nobu locations however if you have not dined at other Nobu locations before then you wouldnāt feel like your missing out. The staff have always been kind to me and I really like the convenience of the location when I am craving Japanes food in Vegas. The restaurant does get much busier later on so if you like faster service just dine earlier. The miso cod is a winner

No surprise that Nobu knocked it out of the park. But we felt a couple other restaurants that left us unsatisfied may have been due to not getting quality products at this time. Not an issue for Nobu. Some standouts were the Yellowtail JalapeƱo, Tuna Tataki, Red Snapper (cold dish), Black Cod with Miso and my son had a delightful flight of Nigiri. Drinks were great. Server was on point and able to let his personality shine thru the mask. Bummer it is in Caesars. Will return in July for sure.

Amazing! We snuck reservations in online with only 15 min notice thankfully. Otherwise, we would have had to wait 3 hrs. The miso black cod and miso eggplant was heavenly. We took the suggestion from the waiter for the salmon belly sumiso which was one of our favorite bites this year!! Perfectly balanced. Excellent texture. Just super thoughtful composition. The flavor was out of this world!!!

Overpriced. None of my regular Japanese dishes. Disappointed. Whereās the tobiko??? Dragon? Avocado? Hijiki! Kani?

Second time at Nobu and just like our first visit this restaurant didn't disappoint! The most amazing food I've ever tasted! Absolutely AMAZING!! Only remembered to take one picture of all of the several dishes we ordered...we were all too excited lol

Our server was great! We had no idea what we wanted so we needed time to talk things over. Our server checked in with us periodically. He also explained how the menu worked and offered suggestions. We had the Yellowtail Jalapeno (I was pleasantly surprised because I don't care for jalapenos), red snapper, wagyu tacos, black cod with miso, king crab tempura, grilled lamb chops and something that I can't remember. The food was amazing and timed so that you could finish one dish and have a bit of time to digest before the next one came out. Like others have said, it isn't a cheap meal but we felt it was worth it and we left feeling full.

This is probably the best franchise in the Nobu family. With that said you should stick to the Cesears palace only specials like the Salads and a few of the specialty rolls. The regular sushi and menu just isnt that great for the money.

My family went for a business trip and stayed at CEASARS palace for the 1st time for 1 night. I will never stay there again. Had to go to 3 different valets to park, they had no bell services I had to carry 10 suitcases across the whole casino and its a BIG ONE. Had the worst check in experience. Put me in a room that still has garbage in the trash can, the bathtub would not drain. I drove from 4am from sac, ca to vegas and arrived at 2pm. All I wanted to do was take a bath n relax before my business meeting the next day, took the manager a hour to switch my room only for that tub not to fill up. It had no stopper. Took the manager another hours to get maintenance there to fix. Every employee I talked to was rude and had attitudes. Im not a high roller but i am a paying customer and deserve to bed treated with respect!!! I was not treated with respect ur valves as a paying customer

From start to finish, this was an exceptional meal. I made a reservation for 5 pm but really wanted 6. I put in a request with the host and they called me a few hours prior to advise they could accommodate us at 6. Amazing. We arrived a few minutes late but they weren't upset, and I even mistakenly booked the table for 2 when we actually had 4, and they didn't bat an eyelash. They accommodated us with no problem. The service was impeccable. One member of our party has a very restricted diet and the server and kitchen went above and beyond to accommodate that as well. The food was incredible. Can't even describe how unique and delicious everything was. We will definitely eat at Nobu again!

Good sushi and seafood. The waiter was very helpful in choosing my selection due to dietary restrictrictions.

I loved the original Nobu in NYC and went there from its early days. So I was excited to reserve a table at the sushi bar for my one night in Vegas. I planned to order the premium chef's tasting menu. When I arrived, the hostess told me that the sushi bar was full and seated me at a low coffee-table style table in the bar. I didnt want to eat a $225 tasting menu from a plate on my knee, and told her that. She didn't offer any better table, so I left. They didn't seem to mind. Sad to miss a good meal but had a better experience at another place (Momofuku).

We loved the food!!! Our waitress was amazing leading us through the foods, tastes and flavours. Loved every moment and every biteā¦ā¦. But yes this not a cheap choice⦠we went with $150 per person for food , with wine , taxes and service on top of this. I would recommend in a large group and go for it!, the tastes will not let you down.

Server was just awful. Brought a single cocktail menu to a table of five and when we asked for more menus, he came back with one more. Service never got any better. Cocktails from the bar were so watered down at $24 a pop, we sent them back and opted for an overpriced bottle of wine that we knew they couldnāt screw up. Prices are outrageous for what you get which is fine when the food is incredible but it saddens me deeply to say that the Las Vegas Nobu has lost its way and is resting on its historical reputation. Eventually this will catch up to them. One last comment, it is loud and I mean loud in the restaurant so donāt expect much dialogue without raising your voice above the din of techno music.

Everything about my experience at Nobu was fantastic! Food was great⦠especially the Nobu lobster tacos! YUM. Anytime I can drink some Saki and eat some great food itās a great day!

Super experience more than just dinner. Having reached the last minute without a reservation, we are offered the sushi bar service: dinner at the counter in front of chefs cooking sushi. High prices, it must be said, but everything we tasted was super appreciated. Really happy with this experience. 120 dollars each and full bellies (obviously expensive, but you're in LV)

I visited Nobu Caesars for the first time four months prior and had the Omakase (chefās tasting) menu. It was pricey but outstanding, so I returned a few months later to enjoy larger portions of the selections I enjoyed most. They included the legendary yellowtail with jalapeƱo and rock shrimp tempura with creamy spicy sauce. I added some albacore sashimi and a tuna with avocado cut roll, both at my serverās suggestion, and topped off the meal with the vanilla miso tart for dessert. As expected, the service was personalized and professional. The key is to ask the server for their recommendations and trust them to get it right. In both my visits they did. The food did not disappoint. The only caveat is that the dishes are a bit pricey for their size. This is typical for upscale restaurants, of course, especially in Vegas, but the āoverpricedā moniker on many Nobu reviews is somewhat deserved. Itās worth the splurge, though. I will definitely return.

Wow what a GREAT food experience! Nobu is located insider Caesar Place and you will get the best food you have ever tried. Our waiter was great he was able to explain the menu and he gave us some off the menu items. Make sure you find out what the off the menu items are. We decided to start with a Spinach Miso salad and for appetizers we went with a House Roll which is similar to a RainbowRoll, but blows it away. We also had a Wagyu Taco & Lobster Taco. Main course was Lobster & King Crab Tempura and Wagyu Short Ribs. Amazing! Then dessert was off the wall. Just make sure you have your wallet filled $$$$$. Enjoy the experience!

Awesome time with great friends - we let our server choose the sushi and sashimi - and it SPOT ON. You must have the salmon belly

Nobu was a fantastic experience. Service for our large group was top notch and the team was very attentive to our needs. Our meal, tuna roll, spicy salmon roll, California roll, tempura and miso cod was tasty, and fresh. The cost seemed high for the items received; however the quality was quite good. Ambience was modern and quiet and we enjoyed ourselves. Perfect for a special occasion.

Amazing meal. Waitress put together a tasting menu for our group of 5 people. A5 Wagyu was incredible. We will definitely repeat.

Reservation made by family member to have a special treat in this famous restaurant. Iād never been to a Nobu previously. The restaurant was busy. Our waiter was very attentive and went somewhat overboard explaining the various dishes and menu options. We tried various offerings which were very tasty and good quality. The portions were small, which was advised and more courses were suggested. At the time, I didnāt realize this was the hidden strategy to drive up the overall cost of the meal! We enjoyed the meal. However, the bill was outrageously expensive by any reasonable standards. And of course, the expectation of a 20% - 25% tip just rubbed salt into the wound. Service: 5 Quality: 4/5 Value for money: 2 Atmosphere: 3

Every single bite was out of this world fantastic. Order the Salmon Pear appetizer and the Black Cod with Miso FOR SURE. We cannot stop talking about this amazing meal!

We had a delicious night at NOBU with starters of lobster and steak tacos which were excellent. The yellow tail with jalapeƱos and shrimp tempura were another one exceptional dish. A sushi tuna on a toastini We had the waygu which was good Services were great

Group of 6 had to separate to tables of four and two because of COVID. Service ,food, drinks, presentation...everything you want is here! The grapefruit/gin drink was the beginning of the amazing ness ! If I could tell people to celebrate Iād say go here !

I continue to feel like Nobu is losing its edge. The service was very lackluster and the fish was good not great. The tuna tacos were good and the black cod is always amazing. The waygu dumplings were not good at all. The restaurant is loud and tightly positioned so there isnāt much space. For the money, I just donāt think it is worth it any more. $18 for a cocktail also seemed silly.

Decided to surprise my guy with dinner here for our anniversary. Check in was easy but they shoved us in a corner so we didnt get the same vibe as sitting in the main dining area. The server was horrible and made horrible recommendations for food and drinks. For the price you pay for the subpar food I cant believe they are still open. We had a few apps, 1 being the crispy rice with spicy tuna which is neither crispy or spicy so not sure why they call it that. They charge you for more of the crispy rice squares ($2 not bad but stupid) and nickel and dime you for every little thing you ask for. We also had a few rolls that tasted no different then our local spot back at home. Not impressed, wont be back! Not sushi but try Beauty and Essex at Cosmo, way better food, atmosphere, & service.

Friendly and fun service and all the classic Nobu dishes at a quality that youād expect. The room is large but you can almost forget youāre in the middle of a casino.

This review is for Nobu at Caesarās Palace. This is not a āreal Nobuā - the managers words, not mine. We had the last seating (10 pm) and were assured that we would not be rushed meaning we would not get āthe kitchen is closing, last call, etc.ā (We called to confirm as there were other options and the reservation requires a 50$/person deposit.) Yet, all of the above happened like clockwork starting at about 10:45. I talked to the manager, and their response was not good: āIām sorry. We donāt answer our phone. Thatās misinformation from Caesarās central phone service. We donāt control the restaurant staffing or hours. You are not the first person to provide this feedback or concern.ā Iām not the first?!?! And yet, this is ok? I would think Nobu would want to protect their brand a little more than this. Anyway, the food was fine; the service sucked. Sat down at 10:05. Drinks on table at 10:20. All food(hot and cold, first and mains) all showed up at the table at the same time at 10:40. Got a last call at 10:45 for all food, drinks, etc. Starting at 11 we didnāt get any help/water/etc. One waitstaff we did flag down (yes, had to flag someone down in a Nobu) said āsorry, Iām off the clockā The manager rushed us out after 1 hour 20 minutes. We had to take a half finished bottle of wine with us. We asked the manager if is their normal turn time. āNo, not at all.ā Then why do have a 10 pm seating? Blank stare was the response. Might be ok if you get a seating at 730 or 8 pm. Iāll never know because we are never going back. They did comp a round of drinks and appetizers. But, money doesnāt fix this. We picked Nobu for its food and service and approach. We had friends coming in on a late flight and we wanted an enjoyable, relaxed and fancy dinner. Our mistake was not knowing that this is not a āreal Nobuā. It sure had real Nobu pricing, but service and approach were several steps below what I would expect at fast casual like an Applebees. We knew the prices going in. And, Iām pretty sure people picking a restaurant like this arenāt looking for a discount. Short story long: donāt take the last seating; itās not worth it.

Yellowtail roll, spicy scallop roll. Fantastic! Excellent choice of rice, and very fresh fish to delight the most exquisite palate. Kirin light beer to enjoy it both!

Im sorry but the food here is extremely overpriced and decent at best. I ordered a shrimp dish which was warm borderline cold when it got to me. i don't send food back. (just not my thing, i dont trust people). The bartender was very nice tho so thats why i gave the place 3 stars. I love hot seasoned food and i was not provided with any of that. Will i go again, yes but in a different city.

Terrible service. We werenāt getting service and I had to ask three different people to place our order and no one came. We waited 30 minutes and when our waitress finally came she had such a bad attitude. A simple apology would have done, and we would have been happy. But she had a bad excuse which an experienced server would never say. We asked to speak to Brett the manager who was just as bad. He too didnāt want to listen to us and had a terrible, stuck up attitude. Why is apologizing for bad service and moving on so hard for some people? Bring defensive is such a bad way to be in the service field. They both had terrible conversational skills and donāt know how to address customers. Time for both of them to find a new job.

People love to say " you get what you pay for" but in the case of Nobu here its "you get less and you pay more". It was super expensive for the small portions. I don't need a giant portion of food which seems to be the way of us Americans but even by fine dining standards this was slim. You'd have to order a lot. There were 6 of us girls there, the bill was well over 1k, and afterward we walked directly to a pizza place. No lie. Server was so engaging, very sweet, very charismatic, all drinks were great, wine was great (seemed reasonable by the bottle too). One thing that cracked us up, the "tacos" they have - you'll pay like $18 for one of these things and it will literally be a bite and a half. They were so tiny, we called them Barbie tacos. But, on the flip side, everything we had was extremely delicious. There should just be a little more of it to fill out the perception of value.

Food was good. For the price, I would have expected it to be amazing. Not a restaurant we would go back to.

Coming solo I was installed at the sushi bar; my cook went out of his way to satisfy me and the rest of the service was impeccable: attentive and kind without ostentation. Experience to try especially with sashimi revisited...

Absolute perfection. We had the 9 course Omakase experience so we could try a little bit of everything. The food was spectacular. Some of the best seafood I have ever eaten. My son said this was his favorite meal he has ever had. Our service was five star. I would definitely recommend Nobu to anyone who asked.

It was a lovely restaurant and the food tasted good but it was a very expensive me for what it was. Over $400 for the two of us and we didn't eat or drink excessivly at all.

Nobu has great suschi, but the sashimi is too expensive! Extremly high on Wagyu beef. Good and professional wait staff and a beautiful restaurant. It is located conveniently in Caesars Palace. Not any very convenient place for an old man to sit while waiting. But I would eat here again.

Amazing dinner experience. I recommend an early booking and opting for a set menu. Waitress we had was super knowledgeable, attentive and friendly. Best service we had in a long time.

I had dinner at Nobu with three business colleagues, all in suits/jackets. The food and service was fabulous but the problem came when we got the bill. My colleague who booked the reservation via Caesars Palace, giving room number and cc number, as part of the reservation process when to sign the bill to his room. The restaurant asked for additional id but he did not have any and as well, made the point that nowhere in the reservation process does it indicate additional id needed. My colleague also suggested that the manager could check with the hotel to verify everything. We had this discussion with the waitress and the manager, John Peiser, and we again suggested he check with the hotel while we waited. After ten minutes, thinking all resolved, we got up to leave, passing Mr. Peiser on the way out (he did not say a word). We split up to go to our rooms and I wandered into the casino. I stopped for a moment and was immediately surrounded by five security guards claiming that I/we skipped out on the bill. I had no other idea but waited with the guards while they verified my room/id with the hotel. They then all went to the room of my colleague, required he produce id (while he is standing in the door of his room). Long story short, this was badly handled by the restaurant, the manager and hotel security so we don't need to go back.

This was my first time having dinner at Nobu Caesarās Palace. I had reservations so I was quickly seated. I had the Omakase for dinnerālots of food. The staff were friendly and helpful. They described each dish as it was presented. Dinner was a gastronomic experience. I will definitely return to dine there again.

Thanks to Moana, we have an AMAZING meal. We had been at a fitness retreat all week and wanted a healthy but high quality meal and wow did we get it! The Black Cod miso is one of my all time Nobu faves as is the crispy rice with tuna. I had just come back from Japan so it was fun to try the Sake made just for Nobu (though at $50/glass, a bit steep compared to Japan). The one thing I wish I had heard correctly was the cost PER OUNCE of Wagu beef - I thought it was $55, not per ounce with 4 oz minimum so we had 4 small pieces of beef for $220. The bill was over $800 but oh well, it was at least amazingly good. My only complain is the NOISE LEVEL but nothing Nobu can do about the pulsating music. It was hard to hear the waiter's loving description of all the food because of the noise which interfered with our meal. Thanks to Moana for a great meal!

Atmosphere was nice, staff was friendly. Menu was rich and we did pick a variety of food to try. We read that sushi is recommended but weāre bit unhappy with the quality of food. Cocktails were just great!

Nobu has great sushi. I like it much better than the Malibu restaurant as it doesn't have the attitude.

Weāve been to Nobu in Malibu many times, NYC and also in London, but this was our first time at this location. All Nobu restaurants overall sort of have the same issueā¦The food is not bad, but itās overpriced. I get why you would pay $70 for a tiny square of white fish in Malibu; because itās on the water, you see the ocean splash next to you, and every time you go there you sit a table away from a celeb or two. The parking lot is filled with Rolls Royces, Lambos and Raris and you get to be pretentious for a bit. This location, however, offers none of thatā¦except the $70 tiny square of fish in what sort of looks like a high-end sports bar inside an aging casino and you get to watch people in oversized tie dye tees and shorts walk by the restaurants on their way to the casino. So again, is the food good? Sure. Is it grossly overpriced for the experience you get? Yes.

So you're not looking at reviews of Nobu wondering if it's good. You're wondering if you a normal person, should save up and make this your one special meal of the year. I'm here to say absolutely. We had the full omakase and every single thing on it was world class. The standouts were the miso cod and the filet. The cod was sweet without feeling cloying or not tasting like fish and the filet was one of the best dishes I've ever had. The cocktails were outstanding especially the sidecar. The service was the best I've had at a restaurant maybe ever, serious and friendly without being snooty or fake. It is not cheap full omakase plus 2 cocktails plus whiskey worked out to 700$ but yeah it is just that good.

The craftsmanship of the food should be recognized. They are good at what they do. However, the service is an absolute zero. The most arrogant and uninformative server I have ever had in my entire life. If you canāt speak their language or understand sushi, do not go!

We enjoyed our meal, food was good and service polite and professional. The prices exceeded the culinary pleasure though.

My wife and I ate here the night of October 27th. We LOVE NOBU. The Old-Fashion with Santori Toki is sooooo delicious. We ordered 3 different items: (2) orders of the Yellowtail Jalapeno, (1) order of the Grilled Beef Tenderloin with the Wasabi sauce, (1) order of the King Crab Tempura. ALL OF IT WAS EXCELLENT!!! We had Scott as our server (he's the Best!). The place was packed by 6:15 so make reservations.

We took a spot at the sushi bar and the food and experience were exceptional. We are no strangers to good sushi bars but this has to be the best we have ever experienced. I simply can't say enough about how good the food was, the only proviso is that you will spend plenty of money - its superb but understandably not cheap :-)

Our bartender, Marco R, was extremely rude and off putting. He really put a damper on our date night. The yellowtail, snapper and unagi nigiri were all bland but the yellowtail with jalapenos and sticky rice with tuna were both yummy.

I have wanted to go to Nobu or similar for many years, but my wife isn't a fan of the seaweed used in sushi so it has been a no go up until now. We didn't do the Omakase due to my wife's request, but we were able to give them a budget & they brought out amazing dish after dish. We got to try things I wanted & may not have known I wanted. Service & food was great all around! Wife ended up enjoying it as much as I did! Bill ended up being around $600 with tip, but it was worth every penny IMO. Didn't leave hungry & had a few cocktails each!

First timer...prepare to relax, let them create a tasting menu for you--it will not disappoint. Quite an experience, every dish had its stand alone flavor and resinated with each person at our table--not all our favorites were the same with the exception of Nobu now being at the top of our favorites list.

a glass of cheap wine was $27.00 and the portions were not enough to keep a bird alive for a day. This is not the old Las Vegas we used to know and they main goal of most restaurants if to peel as much money from you as possible since they will never see you again. This will be my last visit to Vegas and can find better ways to waste my money.

We told them that it was our anniversary and they provided us with the most romantic booth. Yes, it is pricey, but it is worth the hype. I highly recommend the miso cod - every bit as good as its reputation. The service was good! No issues. Will be back.

Excellent, as always....the Black cod never fails to disappoint....ceviche and rock shrimp were excellent. Service was impeccable as well and the atmosphere is outstanding...good vibe

Had been to Nobu in Scottsdale and this Nobu was just as wonderful! Yellowtail, California rolls, chicken and Market margarita - YUM! Only had to wait an hour and was well worth it. Billy was great waiter and had very helpful recommendations.

After a horrible experience with another hotel and a booking agent, we were stuck at midnight in Vegas with all our luggage and no place to go. The closest open room I could find was at Caesars. The universe was on my side when I landed in Katherineās line. Our trip was saved!! Katherine made sure our room was beautiful and gave us all the tips and tricks to navigate our stay. The hotel has everything you need and is the perfect location to access all the best parts of the strip. What started off as a nightmare ended up being an amazing trip!

Had an amazing experience at the bar on Sunday Night!!! Valentin was working that night. From the moment we sat down he had a great attitude and went above to make recommendations for us. Sidecar was amazing yellow tail new style roll was amazing. His Chef's Feature roll was spectacular. Dessert was the Bomb miso tart!!!!!!!!! We will be back.

Amazing Atmosphere. Amazing Service. Amazing Food. Highly recommend a night here. Truly worth every penny! Quality of sushi and sashimi is unlike any Iāve ever had, literally melted in my mouth.

We were greeted properly and had a seat at the bar while waiting for our table. All the food was excellent, our server ( Columbia? sorry if I missheard) did all he could to explain the menu and the flavours and combinations. we also had some wonderful sake. Yes, it is expensive, but I felt we got a special experience.

What can I say, they continue to amaze me every time I come, even after many years. Always willing to share off menu items and guide you to a selection of items that may meet your needs. Service is top notch and the food is great. The Waygu tacos are to die for!

The food is very good but it doesnāt meet the price. $11 for one sushi???!!! The sea bass was very good but doesnāt need to coast $58.

My group is always a hungry one. I cant believe we over ordered but we did. So many great little plates and they all taste fabulous. The dumplings are the best! The cost is definitely there but worth the taste. Different but comfortable there. Look at the options and pick the ones you want not the most popular.

Tasting menus leave the ingredients and sauces to the sushi chef, of which there were 7. Ours nailed it! Show up at 5 pm, place your name on the waiting list, and voila! You're in at the sushi bar. We had 8 courses that incorporated seafood, truffles, foie gras and a delectable filet mignon. Totally pushed our bellies out the door but hugely satisfied and delighted.

Awesome is all I can say. Got the family style tasting menu and it was fantastic! They give you 3 sushi dishes, 2 hot dishes and desert. It was all very good. Service was phenomenal. The waiter was very honest about which family tasting menu to pick and he was spot on. It was the perfect amount of food.

We came in that restaurant with good expectations, having appreciated Nobuās dishes many times in Dubai. A chaotic and noisy atmosphere greeted us. First of all the waiter did a lot of mistakes writing our order, serving fish dishes to some of us that ordered vegetarian versions. Secondly, the dishes came one by one and some of us were waiting 20-30 minutes before receiving it. When we underlined that problem with another waiter, he answered in an impolite , arrogant and rude manner. Third, food quality was very poor, with fried dishes served cold and sushi that was too dry. An experience to be forgotten, absolutely not at the level of such a famous restaurant.

Stellar service for a large group. Food was amazing and atmosphere lively. The staff was very accomodating as well..We'll be back for sure

We have eaten at Nobu around the world and always love it. While in Vegas for 2 nights, we had to pick Nobu! First, the atmosphere has greatly diminished. Nobu used to be high-end, elegant and a place to have a fun dinner with friends. This was a sterile, no-dress code, negative experience. First, the hostess greeted us with instructions (no, "hi, welcome to Nobu"). Then we walked to our table and before we could even sit down, we were informed our masks had to stay on throughout dinner. Not just when going to the bathroom. I didn't hear her and proceeded to remove mine, after being seated. The server literally dashed over to me and screamed "PUT IT BACK ON!". Startled, I quickly complied, but was so rattled, I wanted to leave. We opted to stay because we love the food, but ate with masks throughout our meal. If this is their new normal, they should close...the experience is gone, the service was poor (it took 3 hours to eat a dinner) and I'm just not interested in lifting my veil for each bite. This is a whole new level of "covid policy" enforcement. This doesn't make people feel safe, it makes them feel targeted and angry.

I had tuna tataki and the New Zealand salmon. It was spectacular! Service was great! The only disappointment was the miso tart for desert. I donāt think anything was wrong with the desert; I just did not like the taste. This place was pricey, but, the food quality and service made this a great experience.

I have been here before. Great place to get some Sushi. This time, they had a male host that took it upon himself to speak 500 words per minute and read the menu to me. He talked way too fast and I even told him to slow down. I guess my being in my 60's and a southern accent he thought my IQ was in the upper single digits. He drove me nuts when all I wanted was to sit at the bar and order a couple Sushi Rolls. I finally informed this overbearing bore that I wasn't wanting to buy a timeshare - I just want to order a roll. I finally just had to walk out and go someplace else. Take a hike, dude. If I need your help I can actually speak up for myself and ask. Go back to Westgate where you belong.

Normally I would leave 5 stars, I've eaten here before. This time only 3 stars. The waiter suggested I order 2 spicy dishes. I shouldn't have listened to him but I generally trust high-end waiters' suggestions. The spice from both dishes dominated everything. We couldn't taste our food at all. Wasted $400. The roasted vegetables, tasted like chilis and the sea bass tasted like chilis. Never good to have two dishes prepared the same. Textures and several flavors makes a great meal. The best thing we had was mochi ice cream. Flew from Hawaii to eat here for my birthday. Couldn't exchange the food, no time, we had a show at 7pm No balance or contrast.

Loved the atmosphere and watching the sushi chefs. Great variety of small places which we enjoyed for the most part. Only glitch was we told the waiter we didnāt want to spend more than $400- we meant total and he took it as per person. The bill at the end of the night left a not so pleasant taste in our mouth which influenced our rating. The food was good but not almost $800 good.

Well what can I say. NOBU is so average!! I mean it has a reputation of being high end and filled with the social media influencers who love posting the fact their in NOBU but after all the hype I wouldn't bother!! The food portions are just embarrassing, the Wagyu taco's looked like something you would serve to children and the sushi was just average at best. To top this all off the pricing of these dishes is just ridiculous. I am more than happy to pay top prices when its worth it however this place is just terrible, do not waste your money. The sushi in SushiSamba or even a small japenese restaurant is better, we went as a group of ten which ended up costing us around $200 per person. The service also was poor, some of the hot food came out cold and it took about 20 minutes to get a drink. To top this off, the tipping culture in America is actually becoming an absolute joke, the expectation of getting a minimum of 25% is laughable, a tip should be based on the level of service and the actual food that comes out, not based on ''you have to tip because its the US''. I'll give everyone a tip, dont bother going its a waste of money.

Top restaurant For quality of food Variety of food Ambience Design Atmosphere But overpriced and a bit noisy

We came here with friends on our first night in Vegas. You definitely are paying to say you ate at Nobu but that Black Miso Cod was undeniably delicious! The food is good, no question, just prepare yourself to eat in a more traditional style with very small portions. Service was very friendly and polite and they took their time to explain dishes, ordering, etc...

Overall food is good but overpriced for the quantity. Came here Saturday night for dinnerāhad reservations but still had to wait 10-15 mins before being sat, the restaurant was packed! Very energetic vibe here. Service was good, our server was attentive and helpful recommending dishes for us. The Lobster Taco ($20) and Wagyu Taco ($22) were SO tiny, tasted good but not worth the money for such a small portion. Shrimp Tempura ($18) was just two skinny pieces. The nigiri & sashimi were tasty, fresh and good ratio of fish to rice portion. Soft Shell Crab Roll was good! Tried the Seabass Tempura with Amazu Ponzu ($65)āthis was so delicious, had a kick to it and overall crispy on the outside but soft fish inside, full of flavor with each bite. For cocktails we tried the Pina Martini, Lychee & Elderflower Martini and Mango Passionāall good but too sweet for my preference. Note, they do accept Caesars drink vouchers here. And this restaurant is part of the Chase Sapphire Exclusive Table perk!

Real expensive, for what u get for food its a joke ,I'm serious who ever runs this restaurant should be imbarest to work here. You deserve to go out of business, good luck.

Service was a 5-star. Ambiance was four stars. We did the family-style omakase. Food was 3.5 stars. First few courses were outstanding. As the evening wore on, though, it seemed to move to more volume of food and less about flavor and artistry. It was good, but not memorable.

We were in Vegas for a girls weekend and decided to have a nice dinner to celebrate. We were seated at our reservation time, if you arrive early - be prepared to wait, the won't seat you earlier. I am vegan and one of the reasons we chose Nobu is that it states it is vegan friendly. There is a great option called chef's choice, were you tell them your dietary restrictions and they bring out 7-9 plates that I read about. However, everyone at the table has to order it and it can't vary (so that option was out for 5 meat eaters and a vegan). There are not a lot of vegan options - roasted cauliflower, sautƩed mushrooms, tofu in miso sauce and a vegetable hand roll (not worth it). That is it. The waiter and reviews all say that the cauliflower is better than the tofu, so that is what I ordered. It was amazing but for $30 as an "entree" really not worth it. Everything is brought out family style and at intervals, so don't expect to all eat at the same time. Overall it was a nice experience - it could have been better it though.

Got a call from nobu that they messed up and were closing early that day, we had to be there earlier, so we took it. REGRET Place was closing down and you could feel it, waitress was focused on taking our orders quickly, place was quiet and kitchen and bar ready to close in 30 minutes. Previously, we went to the nobu on virgin, and our waiter was amazing, he explained everything on our no limit tasting menu and we were the last table to leave with no rush from him, kitchen, bar or management. Plates were lacking flavor on this location. We ordered sushi, sashimi and other plates to share, none stood out. Although we could order more, we got the check and went elsewhere to get a proper meal with no rush to get us out. Will be back at the Virgin's Nobu instead of this one.

I have been to Nobu multiple times in the past, typically doing the Teppanyaki. Due to COVID-19 they are not offering that service at the time, so we decided to try the traditional dining. I'm a picky eater and not the biggest fan of Sushi/fish but my wife really wanted to do their Tasting menu which is required by the entire table. Talking with the waiter he said "no worries" and managed to do a complete tasting menu with a collection of items providing a truly unique experience for both of us and even came in slightly under the budget that we set for him, including my Waygu order. Yet again Nobu blew our expectations out of the water we are excited to go back again the next time we are in Vegas!

I typically donāt write negative reviews but this one couldnāt be missed. Celebrated my wedding anniversary at this restaurant. My husband was excited to bring me to this fancy āupscaleā resto. I appreciate him bringing me, of course. First letās talk service, waiter was mediocre at max. The bust boys were amazing though, took away plates and stuff and weāre super polite. Second, the food tasted like something you can get from a Japanese all you can eat, it was just okay. The sushi was okay, they were super huge and comical. Fine Japanese sushi is supposed to be small and dainty with fresh fish. The sushi shots, lol is a joke. Itās just a cup of rice with some toppings. Iām from Markham, Ontario, I know what good Japanese food should taste like. Lastly, the price. LOLLL, well, not lol because they got us. A lobster salad with mixed greens and 5 pieces of cut up lobster was $65. Asking for $25 would have been too much. I expected way more than what I got. Not impressed. I just feel bad that tourists think itās okay to spend $350US+ each meal for some mediocre (at best) food. I get that itās Vegas and everything is expensive but this is absurd. Also, whatās with high ratings? I donāt get it.

We usually come to Nobu when we get to Vegas. It has definitely taken a downturn. The prices are extremely high for the meager portion sizes. Some of the sushi was less than fresh. The presentation was nice and the service was OK. This is not what we have come to expect from Nobu. I will have to think as to whether we will return. There are other good sushi places in Vegas. This was highly disappointing.

Iām going to start with the fact that we are frequent guests at Nobu restaurants in general and this one specifically. We love coming here. The service is greatā¦friendly, knowledgeable. The food is fantastic. The beverages great. The ambiance what I expect from a Nobu restaurant. Until last evening⦠The evening was tainted by a server who quite obviously wanted to be anywhere but there. He was condescending and rude from the beginning. Simple questions were met by a smirk. Iāve never been to Nobu where there wasnāt a few items offered that were off-menu or specials. When asked, he pointed to the menu and said itās all there. He mumbled when he spoke and had to be asked to repeat himself constantly. It wasnāt loud in the restaurant. He just didnāt want to make the effort. Having said all thatā¦the reminder of staff interactions were the usual Nobu standard. Iāll definitely come back, but will request to be seated at another table if heās working.

Menu was limited. Sashimi was average at best and extremely expensive. Main course of shrimp and lobster (pieces) had miniscule amounts of the seafood and also overpriced. Bland and poorly prepared. I could have made better food at home without much effort. Not a good choice for dining in Vegas.

Nobu is one of those restaurants thatās at the top of everyoneās list just to say that you have dined here. I can tell you, it was a nice experience but over rated and expensive for the average working person. If it werenāt for my BILās comp due to his status, there would be no way we would have dined here. Especially when we had excellent AYCE sushi off strip for a price of one dish the night before. 5 of us adults decided to order family style and shared 7 dishes. The 5th individual didnāt really eat so it was really just enough for 4. -Salmon belly karashi sumiso ($60): 6 pieces -Squid āpastaā w garlic sauce ($34): squid sliced really thin to resemble pasta with stir fry veggies -Beef tenderloin tobanyaki ($68): sad to say that the onions were better than the main dish. *Black cod w miso ($49): a fan favorite. So much umami flavor. *yellowtail jalapeƱo ($38): 6 pieces -Shrimp and vegetable tempura ($45): this should have been a hard pass. It was good but not $45 good. Should have went with the special not classic. -crispy rice w spicy tuna ($78): pop it in your mouth or else youāll get the mushy tuna all over your hands. I thought this was bland. -Toro and scallions maki ($27): 6 pieces The cod and yellowtail were my favorite two dishes. Service was exceptional with her recommendations and how much we should have ordered. Four of us ordered cocktails for $25 each. Anything in Vegas thatās above $20 should be premium quality and get me tipsy. Not here. The one time, you do not get what you pay for.

Our group of 5 dined here on 5/11/24. Our waiter was so incredibly unfriendly. When we asked for guidance on the menu he treated us as if we were uneducated idiots. We live in the middle of the US and do not have access to high quality seafood. We thought Nobu would be a great place to try something new and learn about Japanese cuisine. The food comes out fast paced and family style. The food was excellent and we tried several different things. Our waiter never asked what we thought about the food knowing we were new to this type of experience. Arrogance radiated from him the entire time. I wanted to tell him that a smile goes a long way, especially when tipping on a $700+ bill.

Let me say that this is not the place to go if you are expecting a huge amount of food for your money. That said, if you want an amazing dining experience where the food is the star and every dish is impeccable - go here. The service was incredible, sake amazing and food was even better. This was our 2nd time dining and it was better than our first (which is saying something). Don't hesitate...Just book it!

Dining at Nobu in Las Vegas was an unforgettable experience. The sushi was incredibly fresh and expertly prepared, and every dish was packed with flavor. One of the most unique items we tried was the oyster shooters. They were unexpected, bold, and absolutely delicious. Highly recommend giving them a try. The service was excellent, and the atmosphere was elegant without being stuffy. It is definitely a splurge, but the quality and overall experience made it well worth the price. Perfect for a special night out

LOL!!!! First time ripped off by a fresh wasabi! Never had such experience in anywhere with Japanese fine dining. Is this something called to be a prestigious!? Not sacarstic but this is way over charged, frankly speaking....

We had an incredible meal at Nobu, the staff was accommodating and wonderful! Once my kiddo tasted the miso soup, that was it, we ended up ordering 5 orders! The cocktails were incredible and the food was excellent. The wait staff knows how to help you order the perfect meal for you, they ask questions and make suggestions - all of which were spot on! It is a little on the expensive side, but it is an experience!

Very rude at the reception! They ask you to leave because your reservation is not ready and they cannot even go to the bar, very bad without attention

Went here on a friend trip and the waitress suggested they bring the food out if we were ok with trying different foods. We all said yes. Everything was amazing! We had a lot of fish and sushi but all a beef plate. We also got a variety of desserts to taste from mochi to green tea ice cream to a chocolate cake. All the drinks were good as well!

For our last day in Las Vegas we had a family dinner at Nobu on January 7th at 5:30 pm, and reserved weeks in advance. It was a big dissapointment because of the service we received. The table was ok, but the waiter was rude from the very beggining. He never tried to recommend or explain the menu, my wife asked for a beer and he would hardly mention the brands available, very rude. We ordered the food (plenty of it), and as always it was very good, I asked for more ponzu for the table, and the waiter brought only for one person, arguing it had a cost, which I had to explain to him didnt matter. To bad an excelente restaurant like Nobu tolerates bad and pretentious people like this waiter. I am not returning again.

We decided to treat ourselves to dinner at Nobu at Casers Palace. It was worth every single penny that we spent. Every member of staff went out of their way to make you feel comfortable and to tend to your needs. Tyler, our waiter, was wonderful in explaining our options and also being able to answer any questions we had. Every single thing we ate was delicious - neither of us can honestly pick out a favourite since they were all excellent. You do always worry if something can be a bit overhyped. In this case, the hype was all true. I was particularly touched to get an email the next day thanking us for dinning with Nobu. I've never had that before and felt that was a really thoughtful touch. We had a memorable evening and can't wait to come back again.

We went here for a Valentines dinner, and probably expected more from this ābig nameā restaurant. The interior is amazing, the service was not really good- our table was not ready on time, and they literally sent us away to return later. Sushi is creative, fresh and very good- overall overpriced.

Nobu Caesars Palace Wonderful experience and wonderful dinner! The crispy rice cake and spicy tuna was amazing! Sea bass was incredible!

Nobu. Restaurant excellent as usual - service was impeccable and waitress very pleasant and efficient - a completely different experience compared with hotel

Nobu Las Vegas ā 5/5 āļø We made our reservation about two months in advance, and it was absolutely worth the wait. From the moment we arrived, the service was impeccableāattentive without being overbearing. We went with the $250 per person omakase, and it was a true experience. Each course was beautifully presented, perfectly paced, and tailored individually for each person at our table, which made it feel incredibly personal and elevated. The flavors were clean, bold, and balanced, and the variety was exceptionalāevery bite felt like a highlight. This wasnāt just a meal; it was a masterclass in culinary precision. If youāre celebrating something special or simply want to experience Nobu at its best, the omakase is the way to go.

Amazing Signature tasting dinner last night. A delicious progressive tasting dinner, 7 courses (many with multiple small bites within) was incredible. Our server, Michael was fabulous...so attentive and kind. Both the food and Michael made for one of my most memorable dining experiences ever.

Typical great Nobu food; arrogant and inefficient service. An absolute shame! Manager was informed of poor level of service and essentially could care less. This was our first night of a 3-night LV trip and we have had exceptional service ever since. Only poor experience was the most expensive meal we have had; NOBU. Not worth the price!

We left hungry. Overpriced and hardly any food. The waitress had to keep returning with the menu because each plate had hardly anything on it. There were no sides served with anythingā¦not even rice! Do not waste your money.

We visited Nobu in late April and it was nice. The food and atmosphere was good. Our server recommended the tiniest items that were all very expensive. Their prices in my opinion are very high even considering the "Las Vegas" adjustments. In my opinion, $35 for about an ounce of yellowtail is grossly overcharging. I was very happy that I was not hungry when we went in. Bottom line the food was good but VERY over priced in my opinion.

Nobu in Vegas is just as excellent as the one in NYC... and it should be for a $350 dinner for two people with only one cocktail each. The miso cod is always our fav dish, so we made sure to order that... but the star of this dinner was the Nobu version of the Caesar salad. Omg I have dreams of this dish, and that is hard to say over some lettuce. Parmesan miso crumbles really make the dish. Our waiter had lots of great suggestions, and we took most of them.

My second time here and was blown away by the food and service. My first visit was two years ago, and while I donāt remember the details, I remembered loving the black cod with miso enough to want to come back eventually. Fast forward to now, Nobu has secured itself in my mind as a solid option worth returning to time and time again in the future. First off, I used a Travelzoo voucher for a 6-course meal for $149. I thought for sure weād get subpar service and smaller portions of the cheapest things possible. That wasnāt the case at all. Our server Leopold didnāt make us feel like second rate customers at all for using a voucher and was friendly, attentive, and informative. Also, the dishes we received were some of their most popular options. The voucher said the value weād receive was $225, but after I tallied up what all the items wouldāve cost individually, it was closer to $300. We were given the Yellowtail JalapeƱo, Red Snapper Sashimi Dry Miso, King Crab Tempura, Beef Tenderloin, a plate with 2 pieces each of salmon, tuna, and crispy rice sushi, 2 cocktails, and 2 Japanese Whisky Cappuccinos for dessert. Every dish was delicious, but the Yellowtail JalapeƱo and Beef Tenderloin were dishes that Iād definitely come back and pay full price for. Overall had an exceptional second visit due to the quality of the food and service and will be sure to visit again in the future.

5-star food, mediocre -2star server. We have been to several Nobu locations and the server that served my husband and son this evening (1/24/21) was less than personable and cranky when an item was requested. The Truffle Butter Ribeye which is served in Malibu, LA, Palo Alto and Newport Beach was not on the menu In Las Vegas. We have been told by servers at these other locations that even if the item is not on the menu, If it's on the menu elsewhere, that any Nobu can accommodate. The server was gruff and not at all willing to try please the customer. He abruptly told them it was unavailable and was very rude and condescending. They ended up choosing a different steak selection and when they asked the server for a side of the crispy onions (served on the ribeye with truffle butter) he said they "ran out" and was again rude, condescending and "holy-er than thou". They had no complaints about the quality of food they ended up with. This 2-star review is solely about the server. Very surprising to have such a low quality server at a high quality establishment. (Nobu management for reference: they sat at Table 61; 5:15 pm reservation on 1/24/21)

We went for $225 per person set menu, the dishes were fantastic, tasty and the experience was amazing. This was by far the most expensive meal we had in Vegas, and we ate at some great places. The atmosphere was great and our server was engaging and informative about the food. What is galling is he did exactly the same amount of work for his massive tip that someone in a much cheaper restaurant does - there needs to be some way to make it fair rather than a percentage of the bill as sometimes high end service doesn't justify the money.

As from the UK, donāt know vegas that well, The room and staff are outstanding hereā¦Daniel and his team are second to noneā¦looking forward to going back

Had never been to a Nobu but only heard great things. We were lucky enough to get a table for 6 without a reservation. Having never been there, our server gave us a great breakdown of the menu and how it works at Nobu. We ordered a variety of apps including sushi and sashimi. The flavor of their fish is second to none and you can notice the difference. We were a little overwhelmed on ordering entrees so the we gave waiter the okay to order a variety of his favorites. What really set Nobu apart compared to other fine dining was their timing on the different dishes. With their entrees being meant to serve family style, I was worried that we all would have a plate full of stuff that we wouldnāt know which is which. Boy was I wrong! They brought out the different entrees one at a time and the gentleman explained again what each dish was and what each sauce was. The moment we finished one entree the next one was immediately brought out. They separated the proteins so we never had a beef or seafood option back to back. I donāt know how the heck they pulled this off with a packed full restaurant without missing a beat. This was truly a treat. I see a lot of people complaining about the pricing in other TA reviews. Is it expensive? Yes, but no more expensive than any other fine dining restaurant on the strip. My must haves! -yellowtail tuna w/ jalapeƱo -wagyu dumplings -black cod -king crab tempura

Aweful, aweful service, aweful food, disgusting owner. Don't waste time or money here. Go somewhere else

Been wanting to try this spot for a while now had the Black Cod with Miso and some samples from my friends Great experience

I feel like the popularity of Nobu has waned in recent years, but for me, this is still one of the best dining experiences you can have. The Otoro Nigiri is perfect and the Yellow Tail Sashimi is very good. Always good to throw in a few Wagyu Beef Tacos for good measure as well. I also suggest trying out some TK-40, an in-house sake that is at the top of my sake list. The only thing slightly off about this place is the overly gorgeous, mostly male wait staff that gives a bit of a Magic Mike vibe. Otherwise, itās pure goodness.

Went to Nobu , as a date night for the 2 of us. Had heard good things, but the whole experience surpassed what we had heard. Service was great and our waiter was very knowledgeable about the menu, and especially the specials. We ordered a few dishes to start and thoroughly enjoyed them. The key was one of the entree dishes - beef tenderloin with truffle sauce. Each Nobu had a standard menu and then allow local specialities from their chefs. This was a local dish and was absolutely outstanding. It is truly the BEST dish we have ever had, recommended by our waiter.

We visited Nobu as part of our 10 year anniversary trip to Vegas. After eating at Nobu Ibiza in November we were excited to go to a different Nobu, and had read about a Teppan set menu. We were seated quickly and we asked about the Teppan menu - we were then escorted to seats at a communal hot plate and had the menus explained to us. Our server, Ashley, and Chef Vince were the perfect hosts. Ashley was always on hand to refill our drinks and checked on us frequently. She was extremely friendly and very knowledgeable. Each dish was explained to us fully with the recommendations of how best to eat and which dips or sauces complimented each serving. Chef Vince was extremely friendly and very funny, an absolute joy to watch cooking. Although Nobu is an expensive restaurant, the service and quality of food completely makes up for it - perfect for any special occasion.

Very disappointing dinner staring poorly with a table for 10 for a party of 15. The service has been terrible and we had to to it ourselves with portions which were not clearly divided and a presentation buffet style. The degustation set menu was very regular. Overall the worst quality / price restaurant I have experienced in my whole life. Run away and choose the other high profile Japanese restaurants in Vegas to understand why you are paying so much money.

In the past, I tried sushi and was so turned off, and now friends coaxed me to come and try Nobu. I am forever a Fan now, thanks to Nobu! Nobu seated our group in a nice little quiet area, which was great for conversation and the meal was served family style with servings suitable for a taste with everyone. The dishes presented were so beautiful and the flavor combinations made every dish sing - it blew me away. Highlights for me were the Yellow Tail, Chilean sea bass, and all the variatons of salmon presented. Fun element was the Waygu beef that was presented in fire...the beef was so tender and delicious. The meal ended with premium sushi rolls, the perfect ending for our meal experience. The meal is expensive, however you are getting the freshest, choice fish and ingredients - it was amazingly delicious. Our entire group raved and agreed it was one of the top dining experience we have ever had. Service was professional, attentive, fun and eager to make our night memorable. We will be back!

The food is really good. The ingredients are very fresh and the dishes creative. The service is very attentive and professional. The environment itself isn't my favorite but it's Vegas so the food mattered more than the classiness of the space.

Food is amazing, service not so much! Every dish was great, but the last one. The last dish was scalops; too much food, it did not have the favor and the presentation was not good either.

The food, service, atmoshere here are outstanding. Not sure how they do it but everything is elevated to very close to perfection. We had the yellowtail with jalapeƱo and salmon belly and they both were sublime. Delicious salad and miso soup which somehow surpassed every miso soup you have ever had. Do not miss going to Nobu.

We checked in easily by machine located in the main lobby. Had a great room on the 24th fl palace tower. Ery nice view clean and attended to every day Learned quickly how to get around and best place to get a cab or uber was in the parking garage not outside be ause of the construction in front of hotel. Plenty of restaurants to choose. We ate one night in carmines family style Italian a lot of good choices but just ok. Also ate at gorfon Ramsay's hells kitchen just outside across the hotel entrance. A nice novelty spot pricey and just ok. Had a few breakfasts in the hotel at cheesecake factory but they don't open til 11. Great shopping very high end stores but did like the boot and ladies sportswear store. Tables were a little pricey but fun.

Truly one of the best meals Iāve ever had ⦠twice in two years. Fish is very fresh and thoughtfully prepared. Great array of complementing flavors and components in each. The seared scallops are decadent and perfectly cooked, drenched in a garlic/truffle butter/caramelized onion sauce. Yellowtail is delicious, even for my non-raw-fish-eating wife. Drinks are good, if a tad overpriced. Staff are pleasant. I love this place. A bit noisy, but, then again, Iām not āhip.ā

We stayed at Cesar Palace for 5 nights. Honestly everything was awful. It just kept getting worse. Starting from the check up. The check up is only at 4 and since it is at 4 for everyone, the line up was ridiculous and moved very very slow. They had these machines that if you checked in online, you could just go to the machine and get your room key. But that was even worse as machines all were very slow and had technical issues, so we all ended up still going to the line with a person. There was a smell on our floor, as if something died in there. It lasted for 2 days. The room was very large and comfy, I will give them that. The bed is comfy. Be very careful with minibar. If you just pick something up from a minibar, and put it right back. They will charge you. Because the minibar is weight sensitive. If you put your water or milk in the minibar, just to keep it cool. They charge you $75 restocking fee. So our water was always room temperature and I couldnāt make a coffee because milk kept going bad since I couldnāt keep it in the fridge. When I addressed this fridge issue with the concierge, he was quite rude. Very disappointing experience.

Decadent Zen. My wife and I are semi-professional 'foodies' who love to be surprised by Staff and Chefs who can assess and cater to our palettes. Our server, Jay L., was very attentive, but not intrusive, asked questions and listened to our queries. We briefly discussed what we wanted to experience, and then left it in Jay's hands to engineer a 7 course display of Nobu tradition and excellence. EVERY course of our journey was excellent. 10/10 in presentation, freshness, new tastes, and progression of our dinner. Jay queried along the way to make sure the course selections were going well, and teasing what was to come. 10/10 in atmosphere and comfort. Our first Nobu experience...and definitely not our last! Recommend: Miso Black Cod, YellowTail, Wagyu Tacos, SeaBass tempura, Scallop Toban, Sea Urchin, Miso Tart. Paired with "Far Yeast; Tokyo White" light crisp beer.

Sat 2 of us at a table for 4 which was odd but fine. The waiter was very uninterested - I told him specifically I didn't want anything spicy & one of our dishes was so spicy I couldn't eat it and when I was asking questions about meal sizes etc - he seemed to rush us through the process. Prices were ridiculous & what I thought was supposed to be an upscale experience left us frustrated with over prices small portions and still hungry. Wouldn't recommend.

Def not the service or standards youād expect of Nobu. And with an additional minimum 18% service Iād be expecting service beyond another level. Not lights coming on at 10.50 as they want to close, and clearing your table as they want to go home. Food was disappointing and no way near the standard of Dubai and London. Atmosphere was good though

Terrible! We came to celebrate my husbandās 40th birthday on December 24th. When we made reservations we specifically told them we are celebrating a birthday. We came with two other couples and kids total of 10 people. Also, when we arrived, I stepped away and told the hostess that we are celebrating my husbands 40th and if she could pass it on to the waiter. To which she said, absolutely, but they do not give out free desert. I replied of course no problem, we are not looking for free desert, I just wanted to make sure we got a candle with desert. She again said, she will pass it on. Once seated, we were immediately being rushed by our waiter Michael W., that their kitchen closes at 10. Our reservations were at 845. Not the most pleasant experience when you are paying a lot of money. As we are almost done eating, we are waiting for the waiter to take our desert order and it was taking a long time for him to come back so I got up and found the waiter and told him we would like to order dessert to which he replied our kitchen is already closed. I was in absolute shock given the fact that I told multiple people that we are celebrating a birthday. He did not apologize, truthfully it didnāt even feel that he cared. The waiter replied that he told one of the couples at our table it was last call, but for some reason he never told anyone else at the table or asked if anyone wanted dessert. Normally I wouldnāt care but it was a special birthday and it was discussed with the restaurant multiple times. I asked to speak with the manager. The manager just replied sorry there is nothing we can do, our kitchen is closed. Again, it felt as if they did not care at all. We even asked if they could bring a small bowl of ice with a candle to which they said no. Few minutes later, we saw another waiter bringing ice cream to another table. You are telling me a restaurant like this had no dessert they could of brought out just to be nice? Again, we were not asking for free stuff. We spoke with another manage, Keenan who was also rude but in a passive aggressive way. His comment to our table was āI trust my staff and will side with my staffā. Honestly, I donāt understand what that even means. The waiter admitted that he never asked if we wanted dessert. We felt that comment was very unprofessional and unnecessary. Food was good, but Very disappointing experience! Staff needs more training how to be more polite and kind to their customers who pay a lot of money to eat there.

I'll preface this by saying I love sushi and have eaten it hundreds of times at dozens of different restaurants. I went to Nobu for the sushi. I've been to Nobu twice now, ordering about a dozen different sushi menu items, and both times were extremely underwhelming. Firstly, the portion sizes of the sushi are very small, especially for the price. Now, I'm willing to pay if the sushi is good, but I'm not exaggerating when I tell you I've had better sushi from a grocery store. Maybe the non-sushi menu items are better, but I won't be trying them. I gave Nobu a second chance, but will not give it a third. Tao restaurant had far better sushi.

We had a fantastic menu which was curated by our server. Everything was so flavorful! My favorites, jalapeƱo yellowtail, beef tenderloin w truffle butter. But everything was amazing !

Worst experience Ever!! 1) noisy ambiance in a point you cannot hear the waiter talking; 2) rude waiter!!! Just want to kick us out 3) we aimed to order the omikase ceasar at 225/pp + appetizers and bottle of wine but, the way he served us it just not welcoming and we were upset and just order few appetizers and left the restaurant. We love to try too restaurants who got top reviews ans michelin stars but @nobu cesar palace is really bad!! I wont suggest if you want to have a cozy ambiance and be welcomed to spend over 250$ usd per person.

Creative. Inventive. Beautifully presented. And of course delicious. Service was fast but unhurried. Hostess and wait staff excellent.

We were so excited to visit the Caesarās Palace Nobu restaurant as we had been to a few different Nobuās before and it did not disappoint. Our waitress, Amber, was so kind and offered her knowledge about the restaurant as well as other locations we can visit owned by Chef Nobu. The food as always was mouthwatering and the chefs do an incredible job pairing flavors together. The Omakase is definitely recommended because it makes the eating experience a surprise and challenges your pallet to food you may end up liking. They also offer the ability to exclude certain fish/meat from your 7 course meal to accommodate preferences. Overall a 10/10 and will be back for sure.

I would give the food here 5+ stars. It's the service that knocked it down a star. We had 8:30 pm reservations on a Thursday evening. We were seated right away. Our server, however, just seemed to be going through the motions, talking so fast, and not being personal at all. It all felt very rushed, which seemed to be the theme at every restaurant in Las Vegas. We eat a lot of sashimi and tartare, and we have to say this was the best yellowtail and tuna we have ever had...anywhere. There's something about that delicate sauce surrounding the fish that is the best. We also had the Miso Black Cod which is the chef's specialty. It was a generous serving and very flavorful. My wife thought it was a little too sweet, but I thought it impeccable. The shrimp and vegetable tempura was pretty typical, and way overpriced at $40. We would not order that again. We finished the meal with a miso tart that was fantastic. For the reputation this place has, we expected to have our socks knocked off, and because of the service, we didn't.

You cant call the front desk. You get an off site person on the phone. You can't use the mini fridge for any medication or left overs, they monitor everything remotely and can remotely lock the refrigerator. My medication would not fit in their tiny medication fridge, I received permission to remove items from the mini bar and replace them, however they still locked me out of the refrigerator and away from my medication. The WIFI is only for 2 devices, and they remember who logged in. That said, they have issues with iPhones so you have to call each time you want to connect an iPhone to it. The workout area has limited ice and only tea if you have access to the lounge. Also, we asked for extra pillows to support a medical condition. They said the 'ran out' of pillows. OK? so it is not as good a property as it once was sorry to say. If you don't care about any customer service, you will like the place

We ate with another couple and it was a fabulous experience. I love the 'social" aspect of sharing numerous dishes it made for a great experience. Nobu is a hopping place with an extensive menu and very knowledgeable and competent service. Some of my favorites were the Miso Cod and Rock Shrimp Tempura the Shishito peppers this is not an all you can eat Asian experience the plates are relatively small. There was a large selections of sakis, and I had a great Japanese beer on tap. We shared a red paste Napeleon that was one of the best things I've ever had.

Nobu is well known and has high quality sushi and traditional Japanese dishes. Expect a hefty bill, but well worth the experience. Presentation is artful and the quality of the fish is excellent.

Food was tasty. The restaurant was incredibly loud. I would go back, I just wouldnāt go at a prime time again. It made the experience insufferable. Couldnāt wait to finish.

Great ambiance and service and food was excellent. Recommend to place an reservation teppan is definitely a choice. Sushi and other washyoku item and great wine menu.

Excellent stay Our room 962 julias tower excellent view large room with king size very very comfortable bed The cleaning was high standard So much choice of food venues Shops a tad out of our price range all named brands but did not spoil the experience Staff so helpful could not do enough Really happy with this hotel

We had a reservation for 10pm after Adele show. Texted to say concert was running late. Told no problem. Get there after the show only to be told by an obnoxious hostess they didnāt hold our table. Wouldnāt expect this from a high end restaurant that takes a deposit for reservations - weāve been to Nobu in both Bahamas and Vegas before. And they just opened one in our hometown of Toronto. Will never be going here again.

Had one of the WORST dining experiences ever at this crappy, over priced restaurant! For over a year I've wanted to go to Nobu's. I had to make a reservation 3 mos in advance. Went on January 20th 2023, of course the place is packed. My reservation was at 7:30 ..we waited 30 minutes pasted our reservation time while ppl walked in, sat at the bar and got table before we did with a reservation?! I asked 2 cpls if they had a prior reservation..both did not. When we finally were seated our Waiter was masked. I explained to him that we have never been to Nobu and are both deaf and need to read his lips or we will not understand him nor the details of this restaurant. He advice me " Oh well, I won't pull my mask down, sorry! And walked away! Few moments later the Hostess comes to the table and tells us she will move us to another table since we can't hear the Waiter! I advised her, no that's not what I said to him. Mind you the music is so loud in Nobu you couldn't hear not being deaf. We ended up moving to another part of the restaurant, with a Waiter who wasn't masked, and we could understand. Both the Hostess and the 1st Waiter made a huge deal about having to deal with a Deaf person.. Was uncalled for and embarrassing, to say the least. Also the OVER PRICED Sushi I got was falling apart. This is a 5 star restaurant? Where 4 drinks cost you more than the meal. SO NOT WORTH THE TIME OR THE $ or the embarrassment . DEAF PEOPLE BEWARE!

Jonathan our waiter was really knowlegable and made some great reccomendations! The yellow fin and the cooked cod were divine as was the steak - take your credit card though youāll need it!

Nice place, beautiful rooms, but special thanks to Gizelle from front desk at Nobu Las Vegas. She really helped in a thought day after cancelled flights and connections... She made my experience great after all, finding the way to enhace my anniversary trip.

I canāt give it any higher of a rating. We did the Chefās menu and were blown away. Each course built upon layers of flavor. Outstanding- what a way to celebrate our wedding anniversary with friends. We could barely move at the end. Loved it.

Everything we ordered was outstanding. The service was great. Recommendations were spot on. They surprised my son with desert as this meal was his graduation gift from me.

Fabulous Experience! We chose to have dinner at Nobu located in Caesarās Palace. We had a great dining experience and do not pass up the opportunity to try a craft cocktail. Worth a visit!

Table of nine at 7:30 on a Friday required a host to land the reservation. It took a team of well trained staff to serve and explain each dish. Our group ordered a variety of plates and shared them. Some were reordered because they were so well liked. Dishes are quality over quantity as far as portion size. Two bottles of sake 20+ plates six desserts later the bill was astronomical! This is a trendy, posh, good nosh, dimly light , expensive night out option .

We found the food to be amazing. I loved the toro carpaccio and our waiter recommended some sushi that turned out to be my favourite dish that evening. My husband loved the sake. We really enjoyed the experience.

Nobuās reputation is well established. The food is truly elevated. We sampled a variety of dishes and each one met our high expectations. Service from our main server was a touch spotty, but certainly not enough to affect the rating. Glad we went and would go back. Itās worth the cost.
The chefs tasting menu!!! š
The interior decor is attractive and would be good for a date night. The is service is attentive and professional. I personally enjoyed sitting at the sushi bar!! They offer an extensive and high end Japanese dinning experience. I would highly recommend the chefās tasting menu. It is a lot of delicious dishes - could easily be shared. I found it to be very good value for the price!! Fresh, delicious, perfectly cooked, and beautiful!! Highly recommended!! Reservations should be made in advance.
