In a nice setting, you can taste good Mediterranean cuisine. The portions are quite generous and the taste is present. Reservation recommended

We had lunch on a tourist trip to visit the City, we had a great time, great food and we are Italian 😉 and a good service the place is in the center and very nice, even well attended, I highly recommend it also because the costs that are more than honest for the location and level of the place that I consider medium high.

We just wandered in to Nora early on a Monday evening because we were staying nearby. Our experience really exceeded our expectations. The menu has a lot of variety in the Italian style, with interesting choices in all categories. I had a branzino dish that was a small miracle. Presented with tail on, beautiful crispy skin and not a single bone. As if this was not enough, it rested on a delicious blend of saucy vegetables. Everything we tried was wonderful but the branzino was the standout. And all things considered, not terribly expensive. The service was attentive and timely. We would definitely come back.

Good but value for money is not there. Much too expensive like many food establishments in the United States. Furthermore, the table service leaves something to be desired. It is during such stays and such restaurant visits that we become aware of the quality of service in restaurants in Belgium.

Nora is a Mediterranean marvel that captures the essence of coastal Italian and Greek cuisines and to me, stands out as a hidden gem in the city’s vibrant dining scene. I lived around the corner and this would have been my regular spot had it been then. The restaurant’s ambiance is very warm and inviting atmosphere that’s perfect for any occasion. Whether you’re looking for a cozy spot for a romantic dinner or a lively venue for a gathering with friends, this should be the place. The menu had some standouts, most notably for me was the Truffle Fungie Risotto which was out of this work! The curated wine list complements the food perfectly, enhancing the overall dining experience. Nora is a must-visit for anyone seeking an authentic Mediterranean dining experience in Chicago. Very good atmosphere, excellent Mediterranean-style food, recommended the rigatoni with oxtail sauce and the seafood carbonara. Service can be improved with an additional waiter.

Looking for somewhere with amazing food, great atmosphere and wonderful staff in Chicago. Came across this place, it was around the corner from our hotel. If I lived here in Chicago, I think this would be my local. My husband and I both had the lamb chops with salad and finger potatoes and finished off with the tiramisu and a couple of glasses of beautiful wine from their great wine list. Do yourself a favour if you are in Chicago near the magnificent mile and have a meal here.

Great restaurant serving Mediterranean food. The restaurant is very cute inside but it also offers outside seating. I had the tuna appetizers which was a twist on the normal tuna tar tar - it had olives and a white Stracciatella sauce at bottom - it was very good. I also had the Culurgiones with an awesome pomodoro sauce and my friend had the lamb shank both were excellent! I believe this restaurant is a hidden gem ! Service was excellent too!

We had an extraordinary meal. Three fabulous world standard dishes and one excellent one. The fish was perfectly flavored and cooked. One Sardinian pasta was outstanding, novel, tasty and satisfying. The lemon dessert was worth a trip as the Michelin Guide would put it. The loud music that seems required nowadays by the bar crowd was the only flaw. Enjoy!

Amazing Service and delicious food! We dined here for my birthday and I do not regret my choice. We sat outside and enjoyed the evening air while enjoying a wonderful bottle of wine and delicious meal. The lemon dessert was amazing with birthday candles and all!

Nora Restaurant was an absolute amazing experience for dining and enjoying the most wonderful food ever. The environment is cozy, enjoyable, relaxing, and warming. The service is above and beyond, one of the best services I have ever experienced in a very long time. Was very attentive, great communication, friendly, and high attention to detail. The food, was cooked to perfection, the best octopus I had ever eaten, the flavors were well balanced, the presentation was spot on. Is a restaurant well going to, I will be returning there for sure in every visit to Chicago. Was the perfect experience for the trip.

Had a very good meal here last night. I’m in town for meeting so sat at the bar. Ordered their pan fried pecorino cheese, which was very good, kind of like a Greek saganaki. For entrée, I had the little handmade ravioli stuffed with braised short rib. The pasta was cooked perfectly, and although the portion was a little small, with the appetizer, it was certainly enough. Very good choice for a reasonably priced meal in this neighborhood

Exceptional service and food. I personally order Ahi Tuna and it was 10/10. Personnel was really kind and professional. Highly recommend this restaurant.

Fantastic dinner spot. Well priced, very tasty food and a chilled ambiance. The Manager - Agim, was very hospitable and a pleasure to chat with. It was so good, we went back two days later and enjoyed it even more! Highly recommend a visit.

Perfect spot for cocktails. A nice break from the hustle and bustle. And the menu has excellent choices. Be sure to take a break and stop by Nora!
