Nusr-Et Steakhouse Dallas Reviews

My friends (The Masked Seniors) and I, ate lunch here today. Service was excellent. Our waiter was very attentive. He told us about the special on the Nusr Et burgers which included delicious french fries with carmelized onions and beef bacon. I ordered my burger well done and it was still juicy and very tasty. We ordered cocktails that our waiter recommended-no complaints. My nephew ordered a crab cake that we shared ($40). It was just OK. We've had a lot better. The baklava (flown in daily from Turkey), with ice cream, was out of this world delicious. The presentation was fabulous. Our waiter poured a liquid over something that had misty smoke floating all over our table. I highly recommend this restaurant, even when Salt Bae is not there.

This is a VERY VERY expensive restaurant, but you pay for what you get. Things are often served family style, so you can order something and share among others. Even so, there is a lot of expense because everything is a la carte. The rack of lamb with 10 pieces is $250. Small, and I mean small, saucer size plates of mashed potatoes, or asparagus were $30 each. The salad, good enough for 4, was $30. Drinks? Don't ask. Having said that, the lamb was the absolute best you will ever taste. It is succulent, tasty and juicy. This is quite the experience. Service is SLOW. They didn't tell us that the lamb would take 40 minutes, so this encourages you to add appetizers onto the menu. This might be the most expensive meal you ever have. But it is very very good.

Joe the host was paid to seat a party of 6 that arrived 20 min after us with a 9:30 reservation when we checked in at 8:55 for a 9 reservation for a party of 4. I had asked him earlier how he knew what table to seat and his response was I have notes on what you look like but his face never came up from his iPad to even see what my group looked like.

$40 for 3 course lunch special is a killer food and service great,Tony take care of us very well very professional I look at the dinner menu its not that expensive as we thought definitely coming back for dinner soon

It was the worst experience ever I paid a tab close to $2000 I made a reservation 830 and they got me into my table 1 hour later and he was a scam

Great time! Affordable prices for my taste of atmosphere. Love this place the staff! Joe and Alexia are great at their work and the mangers are n the ball! Expensive? For the select few. Perfect place to make memories, that’s priceless!

Completely worthless. If you like being 1 hour late for your reservation, paying $600 for a $200 bottle of wine, dive in.
