Breakfeast

By DONALD S |

It is an old fashion dinner with good food. I had eggs benedict and my wife had pancakes, both were excellent.

Cute traditional diner

By Megan B |

Super cute place! My girlfriend and I went on a Sunday around noon so we knew it’d be busy. But we didn’t even have to wait for a table. The only reason I give it four stars is because we didn’t know if it was seat yourself place (it is) or if we needed to wait for someone. I think a sign or something would be a little helpful. The server was amazing the staff was super nice. I can’t wait to go back.

wonderful surprise

By fatkidfromcanada |

We tried this place on a whim and what a great surprise! I had a super large omelet and the waitress recommended one with the Portuguese sausage which was very tasty. My wife had a smaller regular omelet and she was very happy with hers as well. they were also very quick with refills on the coffee and tea and it was a great atmosphere to be in as the all seemed to enjoy being there. Very reasonably priced as well!

Excellent quality food with great prices and smiles

By senseofhumour |

We were looking for a breakfast place away from the Strip and couldn't be happier to find this place. A phenomenal choices of Omelettes and other breakfast/lunch entrees. Prices are very competitive and one of owners personally made sure we had a good experience! We ended up visiting twice during our stay in Vegas. Highly recommended.

Great Time for Family

We love to come here when we visit Vegas. A great off-strip choice. Great choice of breakfasts, burgers and sandwiches.

Great food

The inside is so fun! So much to look at. The music is perfect and the pancakes are delicious. Can’t wait to visit again soon!

Quick bite to eat in a little Diner

By Tony K |

Kinda wanted to eat a little something before we headed to Fremont Street. This is a little Diner and that's what we expected...nothing great but not bad either. They offered all the typical Diner food, Menu was too big but good enough for us. Friendly, prompt service is always nice too

Breakfast

By Julia S |

If you have the chance tho swing thru here... DO! It's delicious and the staff is friendly! Generous portions, fresh food and great music makes this place a great place to eat!

Great Diner!

By Kim H |

Wife and I stopped in Saturday am on our way out of town. Their large selection of omelets made the selection hard! I had the Porky Pig while my wife had a more traditional ham & cheese. Both were great. Their spuds are very thin cut and nearly chips - different but good. The service was very friendly and fast. If friendly quick service in a simple local restaurant with good food sounds like what you want, this is the place.

On Desert Inn East side of town

By Greatplacesnv |

This is a throw back restaurant with songs and pictures from the 50's and 60's The food was OK but not great. The 2 servers for our large group did a better than average job. Omelettes, salads and hamburgers. Definitely a throw back in time diner.

Best diner in Nevada

By Indrek |

This diner is so awsome and probably the best in western side of US. Friendliest staff i’ve ever seen and the best food you can get from diner. You so have to eat here.

Great food

By Holden20777 |

...and plenty of it. Kitschy 50s theme, but doesn't go overboard. Service is fast and food is tasty. Reasonable prices.

Great Breakfast

By yopadens |

Came across this gem while traveling. Had a great breakfast! Even the “small” omelets are huge. My husband and I should of shared one. The coffee was very good and the service was top notch! The restaurant itself is dated but that adds to the uniqueness of the whole experience. We tried the carrot and pumpkin bread (comes with your meal) both were amazing!

The friendliest diner…

By Karen A |

It truly is the friendliest dinner! Staff so attentive! Food delicious! Great coffee! You’ll love it! Great atmosphere!

Delicious breakfast

By cutemel6 |

My husband & I brought friends with us this time. The diner is family owned was very busy. You seat yourselves here. Our server was friendly and took our drink orders quickly. The food came out quickly and was hot & delicious. The our friend's husband ordered a short stack of pancakes, they were the size of the plate and were very tasty. We will be back.

50’s Diner Omelet House

By Betty S |

We had breakfast here two mornings in a row. First breakfast we had a Rio Grande Surfer omelet and Meatlovers' omelet. Both were excellent. My husband made the mistake of ordering a large Meatlovers' (6 eggs) and it was overwhelming. Second day it was a Pigskin and a small Meatlovers. Side of biscuits and sausage gravy was really yummy. Thick sliced sourdough toast was great. Bottomless mugs of great coffee fueled us for the day. Omelets came with a side of spuds which were homemade potato chips. Frequented by locals and some tourists. Prices and quality were good. Waitstaff were friendly and competent. Adding it to our favorite places to eat list.

Great breakfast away from the strip!

By trueblu72 |

I had a credit for Restaurant.com and since we were going to Vegas I figured it would be nice to try something not necessarily on the strip. So I had my boy friend take a look at some of the options and we both decided to try this place out. We we're suppose to meet our friends there for breakfast but they were running late and we were hungry so we decided to split the french toast until they got there so we could order. French toast was ok, I've had better. Since our friends were running really late we decided to order. I got the Popeye Omelette and my boy friend got one with bacon and cheese I think (??) both were really, really good and we ordered the small because you do have an option to go large. The omelette comes with your choice of hash browns or potato chips. We chose potato chips. They look like chips but a bit softer but oh so yummy! The service was great and they made sure our water and coffee never ran out, The ambiance looks exactly like a 50's diner. They has a jute box but I'm not sure if it worked. The service was fast but it gets busy and there were 3 waitresses, who did a really good job. WORTH going off the strip for an inexpensive breakfast and away from food courts and restaurants inside the hotels. With the $10 coupon I had our meal came out to $16.00. GO try this place out. You will not be disappointed.

Fun Decor and Good Food

By LadyGolfjunkie |

This place is off the beaten path but worth the trip. Great variety of food and very reasonable prices. Lots of fun decor to look at while you eat.

A Must Go

By crystalntj |

Very friendly staff..great portion size. A go to while in Vegas. I enjoyed the food..great taste...I would definitely go again

Amazing food

By RanjanDutta |

There omelettes are amazing. We ordered the large since it's just a dollar difference. They are huge, big enough for 2. There is retro ambience and completely informal. Grab a table and order. The servers are polite and always smile.

Great Value

By drjohnScottsdale |

This location is off the strip about a 15 minute drive. It is a very busy location and a very casual diner atmosphere. It was packed with people but we found a booth at 9:00 on a Saturday morning. The eggs, bacon, and hash browns were cooked perfectly. The biscuit was fluffy and the sausage gravy was hot and tasty. The service was very good.

Amazing Brunch!!!!!

By M.A. |

I just left this restaurant and OMG! Food was amazing! Starting from when i arrived everyone inside friendly and talking to me then i sat at the bar and boom i met Mr. Mike a regular and he made my brunch time amazing and the staff took really good care of me!!! I RECOMEND THIS PLACE WITH A HEART BEAT !!! Buen trabajo!!!!

Good food needs better service.

By David C |

Food is great. Found this by accident and was happy I did. I had the club sandwich and side salad. Both delicious. While everyone is friendly the waitress just forgot about me after my food was delivered. I know this because I saw her sitting down eating her lunch with coworkers at another table. She didn’t even bring me a bill. Had to go to the cash to get the gentleman working there to get my bill.

Mmmmmmmmmm delicious!!

By PlaytimewithMiss_T_e |

Came here w a coworker after work for the fried zucchini and we ended getting an early dinner as well!!!! I ordered the egg salad sandwich and she ordered the fried cod. My sandwich was sooooo eggy it was great! Love more egg then Mayo! Her cod was also amazing. Also took the tilapia home for my other half and he enjoyed it quite well. We'll def be back soon!! THANKS for the great food.

Excellent breakfast place!

By Barbie |

This business is family owned and operated. I love supporting them because they have really good food. There are always specials on the board. The menu is extensive. Breakfast is busy on the weekends but there is lots of seating. PROS: Farmer Juan's omelet Big portions Family operated A working jukebox Great prices CONS: Sometimes on the weekends there is a line for breakfast

Great Diner

By DAMnation |

Great little diner in east Vegas, we'll worth the trip from the Strip. Good prices and service, excellent steak and eggs.

Lots

By kathyhK9551WZ |

Lots of food for reasonable prices. Large menu, clean and great service. Friendly staff. Near Desert Inn and Pecos. Go there!

Six Egg Omelet

By 1relax1 |

If you have a car and go off the Strip i highly suggest the Omelet House . Never have i been to a breakfast that had six egg omelets and what a selection they have . Highly recommend . The waitresses were very nice .

DON'T Get the Meatloaf !!!

By ClassicCouple |

We have frequently visited this restaurant and have ALWAYS been completely satisfied with everything we've ever ordered. DON'T get the meatloaf. Two slices of brick seasoned with garlic powder and onion powder . They must have used a chain saw to slice the two pieces from loaf. The mashed potatoes and gravy were to die for....Incredibly Delicious...The Chicken Vegetable soup was medicinal as is all great Chicken soup. Next time I'll try a plain hamburger patty in place of the meatloaf. I must say that I understand because it's hard to find good meatloaf anymore anywhere.

Good old fashion breakfast

By JeanetteHazel |

We went there for breakfast. It is in a shopping center. Food was very good. The help was ok , They could have been a little more friendly. Decor was 50`s. Our eggs were done perfect and I had a very fluffy pancake. You just go in and seat yourself. Good place to get a real breakfast without breaking you wallet

The best potato chips ever

By Tore B |

The "homemade" ships are worth the visit. Otherwise a classic diner with everything you wold expect on the menu. The hot veggie omelet is a good choice.

Breakfas t

By Linda H |

Not impressed! Food was luke warm at best and they weren't even crowded. They said you had a choice of spuds, fries and hash browns. What they didn't say was spuds were like potato chips. Service was pretty quick to react to the complaint but still didn't explain the spud thing. Servers were friendly and food was delivered really quick. We will not be back.9

Step Back in Time

By Don B |

Been eating breakfast here for several years since I stumbled upon it while visiting Las Vegas. Restaurant is located a few miles off the strip in a residential neighborhood. 1950/60's themed with posters and nastologic reminders of my youth, including an old fashion jukebox. Listened to contineous playing period music while dining in a red leather booth or you can choose to sit on a stool at the counter. Sizeable and varied menu with numerous omelettes to choose from as well as other selections. Portions are large and at reasonable prices served promptly by friendly staff. Each time has been a good dining experience and definitely plan to eat there again.

Worth the trip!

By Tonya K |

Great food and great service!! Staff was prompt and very knowledgable about menu. They recommended the banana bread as well as the sweet cream pancakes, both are amazing!!!

What a lovely surprise!

By Denise K |

My husband and I were in Las Vegas for an annual trade show. I found this restaurant on restaurants.com and looked at the reviews, which were terrific. We decided to give it a try. I had an omelette with Chorizo and my husband had an omelette as well. We both absolutely loved our meals, and the waitstaff couldn't have been nicer. There were a lot of locals, that appear to be regulars. Everyone had a smile on their face, and we were no exception as we walked out with our bellies pleasantly full. Next time we are in the area we will definitely come back.

Totally unexpected, a brilliant breakfast, classic diner environment and great service!

By readfly |

I am still very new to Tripadvisor, but I'm aiming to write mostly good reviews. Checking online should be about finding good places, and then by definition we won't find the bad! The 50s Diner Omelet House was where we decided to go for breakfast before travelling to the Grand Canyon. We found it via restaurant.com - the reviews were good, but I was a little unsure because it was away from the strip. Upon finding the diner, from the outside I felt that it was going to be a place where I could end up with a bad stomach - but, upon entering, how my views were challenged.... The diner was near full and the atmosphere was great. I loved the classic decor and style. We seated ourselves and were served right away! As others have commented, the menu is huge and it took a while to decide what to order. The waitress was very patient with us, very friendly, and was happy to take the time to talk with us about our trip. Great service, and with a smile throughout. Furthermore, I saw the waitresses talking with familiar customers like they were long-time friends...always a sign of a good place to eat if you ask me.... When the food came out it was excellent. Eggs cooked well, plenty of fillings, and everything was delicious. I cant fault the food, I thought the service was fantastic, and I was made to feel rather like at home. I would definitely recommend a visit to the 50s Diner Omelet House and can't wait to go back to Vegas! Thank you to everyone for such a wonderful breakfast.

back to the 50's

I was seaching the web,and came across this place.when you go to Vegas you came always find some food on the strip.I was looking for some food that is just like mom's cooking. The service was great ,waitress very patient. There was so much to choose from, couldn't decide. She made some suggestions, had a jukebox that played oldies but goodies. My food was great just the way i order,no complaints from me or my guest. We told the rest of my family. Will visit this restaurant the next time I'm im Vegas.Just the right place for good food in music and a home cook meal.

Must visit in Las Vegas!

By AdventureIsOutThere |

Love this place!! Everyone was very friendly, good atmosphere and great food! We wanna come back if we visit Las Vegas next time! Pancakes are HUGE!(we are from Europe, and we have smaller sizes😅)

Expedient breakfast, but...

By rokkap |

The omelet service was expedient and courteous... although the omelets themselves were surprisingly tasteless...

Great service, great food, great value

By Michael K |

Went here after Googling for a diner type of place for breakfast. We were very pleasantly surprised by both the food and the service - very attentive staff. We turned out going here for breakfast for the vast majority of our stay in Las Vegas, even though we stayed at the strip.

If you are nearby, stop at this place

By Chillies and clouds |

Visiting USA for the first time I wanted to have also classic diner experience. With all the scenes from old hollywood movies on my mind I asked my girl to take me here. This place certainly has not disappointed. Rock alike ambient with great american dishes and super kind staff. I am glad we stopped here. This should be on your bucket list.

Protein protein protein

By Soph Watts |

Love this place :) Have been here many times and have also had Postmates deliver this to my house a couple times when I'm too hungover to leave my bed. Between my boyfriend and I, we have tried almost all of the omelets. Each one is delicious and unique. They don't skimp on the ingredients and the prices can't be beat. I've also tried the eggs Benedict which was amazing as well. Get the house potatoes as your side - thin slices of potatoes with salt and deep fat fried to perfection.

Little diamond .... Best breakfast and so friendly

By fiddyflower9 |

This is always a first and last for us when we visit Las Vegas. My dad introduced to this gem of a restaurant about 6 years ago and when we visit Vegas from the UK it's always the first place we visit for a great breakfast and the last place we visit before we fly home with various stops during our stay. The two eggs special is a perfect start to the day. Love, love the spuds!!! So much better than hash browns. Food is really tasty and hot. The burgers are great too!! Never disappointed. The staff are brilliant and friendly and even ask how we all are all these years later. Give it a try... You will return !

Fantastic Find for Breakfast

By FancyFree55 |

Hubby and I are always searching for diners that serve late breakfast. We hit the jackpot with 50's Diner Omelet House. Not only do they serve breakfast all day, until closing at 9:00 pm. (Sunday's 3:00 pm), but the omelet menu is mind boggling. 50's Diner offers 35 different kinds of omelets! And if you can't find one that suits you, you can just build your own. I couldn't believe the Garden Patch omelet. It comes with broccoli, spinach, tomatoes, asparagus, zucchini ... three or four other veggies, plus cheddar cheese. You can order the 3-egg omelet for $8.99 or the 6-egg version for $9.99. The larger size is enough for two people to split, and it comes with two slices of toast and a pile of home made potato chips. The chips are fantastic. The omelet was even better. Angie was a fabulous server with a good sense of humor. She's been working here for 20 years and knows everything about everything on the menu. She kept the coffee coming. You can order lunch and dinner here as well. There's a small selection of entree salads and eight dinner entrees, including meat loaf, liver and onions, chicken fajitas, etc. Dinner entrees range from $9-$13. The Kids' Menu has four options. The ambiance is delightful, with all kinds of 1950s era photos and posters and mementos. We lucked out finding this wonderful little diner on our first day in Las Vegas.

Great Diner - Not a Tourist Trap

By Becky C |

Generous servings. Very reasonable prices. Friendly staff who greeted many of their guests my name - a good sign that the locals are frequent guests. And home made pumpkin bread is one of your bread choices - delicious!

Good food fast service

By bobgok |

Good food fast service….huge menu for omelets and breakfast specials. only negative was the 50’s music was very loud. Would definitely go back.

Off the Strip

By Amanda D |

My husband had worked in Vegas five years ago and this was his go to place for breakfast. We were just there for a week on vacation and we went to the diner three out of our six days in town. It is away from the strip, and its customers are mainly locals. The waitresses know most of the customers, but they treat everyone the same. They are quick, the place is clean, and the food is wonderful. I suggest the Ham and Eggs - eggs scrambled. Their home fries are sliced thin potatoes that are deep fried. Almost like a hot potato chip. The atmosphere is straight out of the 50's and my only regret was we did not try a milkshake.

Fun restauranr

By pammy1955 |

Husband and I found this on Internet search. We like to eat where locals eat when we are out of town, and this was the place! I had pancakes and waitress suggested I try one each of sweet cream and buttermilk to compare. Loved them both and appreciated the suggestion. Service was excellent and it was a full house. It is not fancy, but very comfortable. Highly recommend.

a nice place to eat.

By Billy W |

it has good/ok food. depends on what you get. the inside is dated. servers are friendly. it's in a mall area. there are homeless people in the parking lot. they didn't bother me.

Decent breakfast

By gordonc11 |

The 50's Diner Omelet House is located in strip mall and is your typical 50s diner spot. The décor is leather and chrome as one would expect. It's beginning to show its age. The staff is friendly, helpful and courteous. My wife ordered the scrambled eggs with toast and chips while I opted for the Mexican Benedict dish. Her breakfast was fine. The hollandaise sauce on my Mexican Benedict was spiced up a bit with jalapenos and the serving, with bacon strips and sliced tomatoes, was generous. The eggs were slightly overcooked, but not enough to complain about. From what we observed, the clientele was mostly of the gray-haired crowd and seemed be predominantly locals. It was a satisfactory breakfast and the prices are reasonable.

Hearty Breakfast

By missk808 |

Atmosphere Located in a strip mall there's minimal signage to announce its presence. The interior is themed to match it's name. Nothing fancy. It has a casual, laid back vibe. Service Seat yourself at any open table. Even when it's busy someone will come quickly to take your order and food comes out just as fast. Food Yum! All those delicious things that are bad for your health but taste so good! They have a huge selection of omelets, typical breakfast fare and some delicious treats. Spuds (thinly sliced, fried potatoes resembling chips) are the signature side but their hashbrowns are great too. They have buttermilk and sweet cream pancakes (a little more tangy and dense than buttermilk) and a wide variety of toasts. Portions are pretty large and decently priced. Overall No frills, delicious comfort food. Since we stumbled on this place we make sure to stop by. Note: For those of you with BIG appetites they also offer 6 (that's right SIX) egg omelets. Haven't tried it, the 3 egg is more than enough for me!

Dee-licious food!

By naj12 |

I found this place on restaurant.com. What a great find! We ordered breakfast at around lunchtime. I had the turkey, guacamole, & cheddar small omelet (3 eggs is small). The taste combination was wonderful and they prepared it perfectly. Along with the delicious homemade spuds and pumpkin bread that is to die for, my tastebuds were very, very happy. Everything was very reasonably priced, too. The ambiance of this diner is a delight. It was so delicious, I kept telling my husband after we left what a good meal that was - and he agreed! We definitely want to return here the next time we visit Las Vegas.

Love those Omelets!!!

By TRULYBLESSEDAT60plus |

Upon entering the establishment, we was told to sit anywhere we desired. Was immediately greeted and asked what we wanted to drink and was served coffee within 30 seconds. Our individual orders were completely different but our food came quickly. The food was so good, we returned the next day even though the location was not near our hotel. Those omelets are great and the prices are very reasonable. The waitresses were very pleasant, attentive and quick to serve. I will return again on my next visit to Las Vegas

Fun place, nostalgic, good food

By timcarla |

Cool 50's diner setting, complete with jukebox and shake station. Ordered the omelet with everything and it was delicious! Asked for four instead of six eggs. The home chips were not my favorite, I should have subbed for hash browns. Everything was great, good service.

Our waitress "Lolly" Was Excellent - Great Breakfast!!!

By Jeffrey M |

Excellent food, Excellent Service from "Lolly", Clean establishment. Highly satisfied. Nice 50's vibe. This is not on the strip, but worth the short drive.

Woe, great breakfast!

By Rob S |

Simple place with great food. The sweet cream pancakes and pumpkin bread were awesome. Wait staff was friendly and very attentive. Worth the drive from anywhere in Vegas.

Excellent Food Fantastic Service

By Doug W |

This establishment was recommended by a friend who lives in Las Vegas. I ate there at least 3 times on a recent one week convention trip. Angie and her crew are the best. Highly recommend this restaurant.

A fun, surprising eatery

By kencatron |

What a flashback! Food, service, and ambiance the way it used to be :-) Just a nice experience all around. The food was excellent and was brought to the table by a friendly, smiling staff person. The prices were a nice departure from what Las Vegas has become - stupidly expensive. This is a place I will be returning when in the area.

Busy diner

By Katherine K |

Stopped in on a busy afternoon, but we were able to be seated. Staff was attentive and didn’t seem to mind additions and deletions from a sandwich. Food was good but the ceiling fans needed a good clean.

Eating like in the 50s

By tripecab |

We had breakfast here in September 2024. Very good decor and excellent service. Good quality. We had an omelette, some pancakes, a juice and an iced coffee for $51, tip included.

Good food, but greasy

By Philwoidland |

Large portions, very reasonable, enjoyed it but then felt the grease the rest of the day, if you"re used to old fashioned diner food, this place is fine and very reasonable, large portions

Great Food just allow extra time

By Travel25346533585 |

The food here was excellent, just allow extra time as the service is slow. We didn't mind since we were all tired from being up all night. Our waitress was cheerful and that, to us, was more important than speed of service

Great

By fhoward416 |

Their breakfast is wonderful, large v and satisfying, servers are their own please and the coffee is wonderful. Give them a try

Fantastic Fixings!

By Robin W |

What luck we had finding this little gem! Loved all of the 50's-60's diner decor and the food was excellent! Do not pass up the opportunity to try their sweet cream pancakes. They are the best pancakes I have had anywhere. The folks were so nice and made you feel right at home. They are definitely on our "return to" list for our next Vegas trip!

Better than I thought it would be

By pspoker |

We went there with a restaurant.com coupon. I got the California. A sandwich with chicken breast, avocado, and bacon. Choice of soup, salad or fries. I got the salad. It was all pretty good. The chicken was VERY thin, the bacon and avocado ample and done perfect. The salad was basically iceberg lettuce with a couple chunks of tomatoes and a couple slices of carrots. My friend got the spaghetti with shrimp a diavolo. Not too spicy ( I tried a shrimp). He said the sauce was more spicy. It was all pretty good. We got it to go, no drinks. Was $14. __ not sure of the cents. My sandwich was $9.99 and the shrimp dish I think $11.99. Not sure how it was $24 something. Maybe I'm off on the price of our food or there was a "to-go" fee not sure. Didn't look that close at the bill. I would go again, but wouldn't go out of my way to go there. I saw an omelet go out to a customer and it looked good. It wasn't too big and not too small.

Good American breakfast at decent pricing

By Richard_Lim |

Went there for our first breakfast in Las Vegas. Place is almost full (a couple of tables left). Service was unusual as they have separate drinks & food waitresses (at least new to us). The pancakes were typical American (HUGE). We couldn't finish everything we ordered. Our late breakfast turned into brunch!

New Spot for Breakfast

By cutemel6 |

My family & I decided to stop for breakfast since we were in the area. What a great surprise! You seat yourself in this busy diner. Our drink orders were taken almost immediately. Our server was great. The food came out hot & fast exactly as we'd ordered. My husband likes his ham steak slightly burned & I like my omelet(#18 meat lovers) on the dry side. Omelets come with a choice of toast or pumpkin nut bread. I decided to try the pumpkin bread. It was moist and delicious. Our daughter & granddaughter enjoyed their food as well, especially the thick Oreo milkshake that they were able to share. We were so happy that we stopped in. We will be back for sure!

OK food, way off strip though

By William B |

We had a coupon, so we took in breakfast there. I had an omelet, my wife had a burger and salad. The food wasn't bad. It is located in a non-fancy restaurant way off of the strip in a residential area. The restaurant definitely has a 50s look inside, with posters and pics and other stuff from that era. The waitress and server-helper were nice, but a little overwhelmed at that moment, so service was a tad slow, but not too bad. Prices were reasonable, and it had a owner-operated felling about it.

Amazing Breakfast

By Scott Y |

Everytime we go to Vegas we make to sure to have breakfast here. Their food is amazing. The staff is wonderful, always great service.

Nlr

By Nicholas R |

Service was great the food was outstanding. . Six egg omelet came with chips and bagel. is a hidden gem.

Fantastic breakfast!

By Charlene M |

We go to the 50's Diner whenever we want a great breakfast. The omelets are huge (the small is 3 eggs, the large with 6 eggs). The eggs benedict is awesome, too. My favorite omelet is the Loch Ness with large, perfectly-cooked shrimp, avocado and cheddar cheese. Their pumpkin nut bread is delicious and served warm with butter (my substitute for toast). The staff is extremely friendly in a very relaxed atmosphere and are very accommodating (my favorite server is Veronica, but they are all equally great)!

Nice 50's Style Diner

By Vallery413 |

We had a coupon and decided to give this place a try for breakfast. While I'm not really into diners, my husband enjoys them. The atmosphere did have a 50's feel, with the memorabilia on the walls and such. The food was pretty good and the portion size was generous. My husband enjoyed a strawberry milkshake, it was rich and tasted great. Our waitress was friendly and efficient. Overall, a little ways from the strip but...a good breakfast!

Breakfast was great, Fast and Reasonable

By Rob V |

The friendly folks here serve up just about anything you'd want for breakfast. We enjoyed our meals and they were served quickly and hot. The server was friendly and detail oriented. The prices were reasonable and quality great! I look forward to returning on my next visit to Las Vegas.

Good comfort food

By Foxphyl |

This restaurant, which is located in a strip mall, is obviously a popular place among the locals. The place was bustling when we arrived and we were not disappointed with their food or their service. Our drink glasses were never empty and the food was plentiful and delicious. I recommend the pancakes, which were fluffy and very tasty. I will definitely come back.

Great Alternative to Breakfast on the Strip

By beccaruda |

After 4 days of fancy, expensive food and parking hassles, we just wanted a good breakfast without a big ordeal. This is in a small shopping plaza a few miles from the strip. The menu selection was huge! It was hard to decide. A regular-sized (which is plenty big) + potatoes + bread (bagel, toast, English muffin, nut bread, etc.) is only $8.99. A large is $1 more. Service was attentive and friendly. Definitely seemed like it was mostly locals. Give it a try!

great food good price

By pepper5252 |

Food is awesome love the 50'decor many specials very friendly staff fast service the omelets are stupendous

Went for breakfast grabbed a burger

By ernestandtawan |

We went therewith the expectation to grab a late breakfast. The hand made burgers caught my attention. ( I hate frozen patties) We ordered burgers, onion rings, and milkshakes. It was well worth the visit. My goal is to get back to this restaurant before I leave town.

Nice Place to Eat

By Aerowing |

I found a discount coupon online so we decided to come here for breakfast. It's located in a strip mall and easy to park. Inside the diner has all 50's memorabilia including a jukebox. The breakfast menu is huge and there's at least forty different omelet choices to choose from. Service was friendly and prompt. We both ordered omelets and you have a choice between three or six eggs. We both had the three and they were plenty filling. The omelets also come with toast and potatoes that are the fried potato chip kind. We enjoyed breakfast here and would gladly return again.

Great Breakfast spot. Food was excellent. Omelets were perfect size and the Potato Chips/Spuds were delicious. Prices are very reasonable. Service was phenomenal and the food came out in 8-10 minutes! All I can say is wow. If your anywhere in Vegas you should come and try out the 50's diner.

Next candidate for RESTAURANT IMPOSSIBLE..DONT GO HERE

We happen to be on the east side of town..had out Entertainment book and were near this diner..... Immediately the ambience is dated and the decorations are dusty... The gal who was the busser, Lis, was very very nice. but our waitress took our order and NEVER came back ONCE!!!! The soup was PRETTY GOOD!!! The rest of the meal was OVERCOOKED and just not up to any restaurant level. Very disappointing... We had to go up to our waitress to get our check...DONT GO HERE...

Delicious, plentiful, affordable

This is a gem off the beaten path. I found it thru Restaurant.com. It is truly a hole in the wall as others stated. It has juke box and old and old-fashioned. The omelets are HUGE and never saw so many choices in my life ... u can get an omelet w/ham or turkey or polish sausage, chorizo, shrimp (which hubby had). THey come w/CHIPS .... look like chips but not as crunchy, instead of American potatoes. U have your choice of English muffin, bread, pumpkin nut bread (recommend!), etc. LOTS of food, great price and server very nice. Get off the strip and get a good meal and your moneys worth.

Great service

The food was very delicious and for a reasonable price. I had a restaurant certificate for this place and I must say for the amount we paid, we had a lot of food. We got our food in a great amount of time as well. The staff was friendly and the atmosphere was perfect for breakfast.

Hole in the Wall Diner

Great diner food! Our go-to locals place when we want omelettes any time of day. The whole menu is good, but if you're dining at an "Omelet House" ... get an omelet!!! So many different types to choose from it will keep you coming back to try them all.

Wonderful and caring service.

I was at the 50's Diner Omelette House on Saturday, August 30 to celebrate my birthday. The hostess was fabulous. I was with visually impaired friends, and the hostess seated us up front so my friends would have more access to the seats. When we finished our delicious meals, we waited outside for their various transportation modes. One of the servers came out and offered us water. He brought six glasses of water and then asked us if we would like to-go cups. I was more than impressed with the wonderful service. I highly recommend this restaurant.

Vegas off strip Fantastic Breakfast

This place is the best for variety of breakfast choices. The Portuguese omelette and Blueberry pancakes were what we had. Fabulous service, our coffee cup was never empty. Location and colors of outside remind me of a Metro Diner.
