We really enjoyed the food and the atmosphere at this cafe - a great spot for a family breakfast. Each of us ordered something different and I wished I could try them all!

The drinks are good. Hand crafted and unique. The servers are very friendly, Nice location. Easy in and out. Only suggestion let folks know you don't talk all credit cards. Almost didn't have enough to get out. Its worth the stop.

After a busy day of sight seeing, we were looking to have a late lunch or early dinner somewhere. This doesn't seem easy around 3 o clock. We finally found odd fellows which had good reviews. The atmosphere was nice. Very hipster/alternative but comfprtable. As usual in these restaurants with an open plan design and high ceilings as well as minimal decor, it gets loud. Since it wasn't very busy it was fine though. 15 minutes after we got there, we were allowed to peak at the menue. This was just because we came a little bit early for dinner. When we ordered we got a decent steak with green beans and mash. We also had some chicken with chard and potatoes. The Chicken was far to lemon ( and I love lemon). Finally we had a bowl of pasta with veg and cheese. It was really under-whelming. A bowl of pasta (not home made) with some courgette and a little cheese and nothing that you could call a nice a sauce for 18$ seems a little extravegant to me. I was still hungry after. Although we seemed to be the only people eating at this time and the place was generally empty it took a very long time for the food to arrive. The 3 of us shared a chocolate tort for dessert which was nice enough but so rich that we couldnt finish it. The service was fine. It varied from very nice and somewhat arrogant, but not to the extent that it couldn't be ignored. Slightly better organisation is definitiely possible. A waitress wanted to take our glasses away, before we even had been served our food. In general I simply think it is an average place that is overpriced for its quality. It shouldn't be too hard to bring it up to scratch though.

Salad had peanuts, server did not share this, sent my family member to the hospital. Would not answer phone afterward. WTF!!!

My daughter and I had breakfast here. We sat in the cute back patio. We had the breakfast panning and the baked eggs. Both were great! As were the mimosas and coffee. The service was exceptional!

Good service and friendly atmosphere. Menu gives a good choice for most pallets. We would be inclined to visit again should we find ourselves in Seattle in the future

I was visiting Seattle and have explored Capitol Hill for about three weeks when I've discovered Oddfellows. I went there 3 times during my stay and enjoyed the atmosphere and the foods + drinks every time. Their old fashioned was on point every time. And the one time it wasn't perfect they brought another drink. I will be crowded during the weekend and some evenings, so get there early or book a table.

Had diner in Oddfellows, nice place to visit, the personal were friendly and very helpful. We had the cheese plate, the chicken and steak which were very good. Chicken was for me to much (two legs) but well cooked. The house wine was good. Also very good coffee.

Great place, fresh and healthy choices, nice service. Hype and trendy, there is waiting time but can go fast the food quality is very good and the waiters are really nice. Next to the coffee there’s a nice library that is also worth the visit.

Lovely atmosphere & great service! Sandwiches and baguettes are super delicious, coffees are the best and the chocolate chunk cookie is incredible!

This hipster Haven, located in an architecturally interesting old converted building which used to be the Oddfellows Meeting place, has an ambiance all its own. We stumbled in for Happy Hour after time in the neighboring Elliott Bay Bookstore, and were glad we did. Several interesting cocktails were on offer for a Fiver, along with several small plates of food for $8. If you're lucky, you can enjoy the tiny (two table) hidden courtyard all by yourself. Interesting decor, too (not to mention the waitstaff).

Best avocado toast ever! FUN environment, Very fresh, delicious food and drinks. Pleasant wait staff. Don’t forget to stop in the bookstore next store.

Great food, great service, lots of people being themselves, which I love. It is difficult to get too much detail into it, as it really is that simple. We had a great time and would definitely go again!

My family and I had a late dinner on a Friday night, from beginning to the end food and service with outstanding. We covered quite a bit of the menu with 4 different entrees, apps, and desert and all of us were raving about the food. Its important to note, yes the atmosphere is loud, not in a negative way, just busy and lively, but if you looking for a quiet, romantic setting its probably not the spot. Highly recommend of anyone visiting the Seattle area.

The servers were nice enough, however the food was not anything special. Infact I found the flourless chocolate cake highly distasteful. And considering the waot time and the price, the food was not worth it.

So this is probably one of the most famous cafes in seattle..? So I've heard! But it took me forever to actually come to this place probably cause of the medium ratings on yelp.. and anyway it didn't really impress me in the end. To begin with, the food wasn't great. It's tolerable, as it's quite light, which was desirable. But it didn't stand out! There's no WOW in it. The service isn't good as well.. I feel like the servers were pretty impatient when called upon, and they gave the feeling that all they want is to take the order and deliver the trays and get the hell away from customers. What I did like about Oddfellows though, turned out to be the store design. It's light, simple and makes people feel easy and relaxed in it. So overall I'd say I've had a better experience and I've certainly expected more.

just picked up our exchange student from France and thought we'd show him our great City. ended up on Capitol Hill and decided to check out Odd Fellows. looked at the menu, looked good for the six of us, requested a table, etc. five minutes go by, ten, fifteen, no server or anyone asked if we were being helped. had to flag down the hostess and ask if there was a waiter/waitress that was waiting on us. a thousand apologies of course. ordered our food and drinks which is the only time we talked with our server even after we had finished. had to hand my cc to her as she walked by after waiting. this on top of the glass of wine I asked to be replaced as it was basically vinegar (I have never sent back a drink in my life). truth be known I was actually waiting for it to get better thinking, am I grumpy or causing this upon myself, but everyone at the table agreed that it appeared the place existed for itself and not to serve. a hundred and thirty dollars later and not a thanks for coming in or sorry about the wait means I'm not coming back. if this is your business model and it works for you, best wishes. but I believe when people go out for drinks/dinner they are willing to pay to be catered to. that model works for me and there are plenty of places in Seattle which do a great job at making one feel welcomed.

This was my third time to enjoy the food here while visiting my daughter. I already knew to order the Bloody Mary. It’s always a gamble to order this drink, but here you hit the jackpot in taste. This was my first time to eat outside and it was quite enjoyable. People watching at its best. The service here has always been great. Even if a table isn’t available, it’s worth the wait. My favorite is the panini and my daughter had the biscuit. We were both pleased. The next time I visit Seattle, this will be on my list of places to eat.

meatless monday specials stellar, but still meat options on regular menu. Great fresh salads, totally recommend!

Walked in at breakfast/brunch time and were seated immediately. Service staff was immediately on the spot and coffee delivered fast, hot and often. Menu has enough variety to please all without being a novel. We got our food quickly. It was plentiful and tasty and very reasonably priced. People watching was a perk! Got a good Seattle eyeful. I'd definitely go again!

Weekend breakfast or brunch is great here. You might have a wait a bit, but once you're in you will be made to feel welcome and not rushed. We were not that hungry, so had delicious avocado toast and the amazing beignets !! You must try them. Be warned, the serving is 5 (good to share, a bit too much for one normal person). Next to us a group had wonderful looking egg dishes and another table was sharing a bottle of champagne. We'll be back!!

I loved this place as soon as we walked in. The casual interiors along with the bare brickwork and cool tables and benches were very inviting. The coffee and French toast were delicious and made it all a 5/5 experience. If I loved Inn seattle this would be my regular. The staff were all very friendly and helpful.

Next door to Seattle's famous Elliott Bay Bookstore, Oddfellows Cafe proved to be a perfect lunch choice with an interesting menu. The golden beet salad was delicious and the avocado toast a very tasty appetizer to share. A busy place - but with good service.

Came here the other night at 9:45pm and had a quick bite to eat. It's a nice restaurant / sports bar with some old world charm albeit a new facility. I had the Reuben, my wife had the fish burger. It was great food. Service was on point and the price was fair. Probably a great place to watch a game with friends with your kids in tow.

Great food and drinks in a trendy part of town. Very good value for money - loved it so much we went twice!

We had brunch there and we all were really happy with our choices : I had a spinach and egg casserole, my friend had the brioche with maple syrup and the big egg plate. Seriously, everything was delicious, the service was friendly and helpful, the place is beautifully ornamented... All in all a super good place.

This place has delicious food... and if you aren't in a hurry (or super hungry!) it's worth the wait. Service is friendly, but slow. My friends and I waited about 15 minutes for a table on Saturday morning for brunch... not a bad wait considering how busy some places get for brunch. We ordered a latte and two matchas. Then ordered our food. I had the tahini toast and the fruit salad. When our food arrived, we inquired about our drinks ... and were told that they were backed up at the bar. I was shocked that they didn't prioritize orders for customers dining in their space. Our beverages finally arrived - delicious but not hot.

We had to visit by the Elliott Bay Bookstore in Capital Hill and so dropped into Oddfellows Cafe for brunch om Saturday. Great spot ... lovely decor and vibe! Staff were awesome and the food was really good. I had the classic Eggs Benedict which had a deliciously light Hollandaise Sauce. Victoria went for the Biscuit with Scrambled Eggs. Both were delicious!

The food is good, and while the place can get busy and noisy at times, staff are generally very helpful and the menu is broad enough to satisfy anyone, Shakshuka is great, so are most of the egg dishes. As a pure business location, not my first choice for a longer business meeting, especially with the bench seats for larger groups.

Stumbled upon this Pike and Pine local (or maybe not so local) just in time for happy hour. All four drinks on offer were winners. The atmosphere was the biggest winner though. Connected to nice backpack purveyor as well, and famous ice cream around the corner....

Excellent food, excellent service and fun atmosphere. We had mussels, cheese plate and salads. Everything was perfectly fresh and delicious. The drinks were also fantastic!

Oddfellows Cafe and Bar is my go to spot for dinner after a movie at the Egyptian in Capitol Hill. It's casual, but charming, lively and relaxed. The food is good and the ambience is European and unique. It's busy, but there always seems to be room to squeeze you a few more in.

Great old building and great young staff starving excellent eats. On a nice day, they open up all the windows and let the world in. You should joint them. I had the lasagne: it was perfect.

The location was in the heart of Cap Hill. The open brick expanse gave it a comfortable, but light space. When searching the menu, there were some many good options to choose. So finally a beef tartare starter and then filet du jour in creamed spinach had been filling, but not feeling too guilty. The service might have been of concern given the remaining lunch crowd. The wait time for the food can reflect the quality of it, along with the additional service charge.

Came here after the Seattle street food festival for some drinks. We were told there was an outside/patio area so we headed out there. Its literally about 4/5 tables in a small area. Having been shown out there it took the waitress a little while to serve us. I asked for a small change to the drink that was on the menu (I asked for soda water to be added) but the drink that came was really quite odd. The toilets are also in an adjoining building and you need a code to get it. Wouldnt like to head out there on my own if there was a rowdy bunch around. Generally just a little odd experience

Very high quality food with decent service. The environment is very unique and exciting to be a part of. This location is slightly louder than most restaurants I have been to in the past which makes it hard to hold a conversation...I would still highly recommend it.

I had dinner here with friends. The host was super nice and accommodating to me when I arrived early. The waitress was great, too. My food was tasty, and my friends really liked their dishes, too.

Early breakfast so kitchen choices not available. Feasted on amazing biscuits from the pastry case. The jam biscuit is not to be missed. House made jam is delicious. There was also one with bacon throughout and an egg in the middle.

We visited Oddfellows on a quite evening while the place was almost empty. It took them quite a while to take our orders, and even more to serve our food. The weird part is that 5’ after receiving our starters, they also brought our mains. Without asking if we are done, they took away our starters which were almost untouched. We asked them to leave the plates as we were not done, and they did. But still.. this was quite rude! Anyways, the food was OK which balanced things up, but nothing to write home about. Arancini was not the traditional one you would expect but a twisted version of it, quite pleasant though; Arugula salad was just OK; Chicken and hunger steak were good. The place did not seem very clean, and I have the impression I saw something moving under the tables (mice?). To conclude, I don’t think we will return anytime soon.

Stopped in for a coffee and a snack... Came back 3 times for lunch and breakfast! Super cool atmosphere and rock star service. =)

A variety of delicious, fresh food and drink options in a 100 year old building. Old, but bright and airy. Lively Capitol Hill crowd, welcoming staff.

Five of us stopped for an impromptu brunch. Sandwiches looked delicious and indeed, they were! Friendly service in a very informal cafe made for an enjoyable experience. Would like to visit again to try dinner. Worth a visit.

A good place. It's good food and a bit trendy. A nice place, very busy but the service was good and the food was very tasty. I would definitely recommend it.

Tasty food and excellent service for decent prices. Would come again 100%. Food was brought out in a timely fashion and super friendly staff. Had breakfast, homemade holly sauce was amazing.

Our last night in Seattle, our friends decided to bring us here, we were not disappointed! The decoration is really nice, the waiter was adorable and provided us with good advices. Food was tasty and generous, beers fresh and delicious. Add the laid back atmosphere of the neighborhood of Capitol Hill on a summer night, you get the perfect goodbye night to Seattle!

What a wonderful place to meet up with friends and have a meal. Thanks to a friend who lives in Seattle we had a great breakfast. I had the baked eggs, I would order again and again if I lived in Seattle. Everyone else enjoyed the meal they ordered. Causal with an old fashion feel.

Nice stop for happy hour next to Elliot Bay bookstore with good cocktails and small plates. Good place to linger and people watch. Staff attentive but didn't rush us out. Stayed for a nice bistro type dinner, not cheap but tasty food.

I understand this is place continues late into the evening, but every time I've visited was for breakfast. The staff are mostly the pleasant hipster types that all seem rather jazzed about the food. They have a reason though with everything I've ordered being delicious. The little atrium in the back is a really great place to nurse a hangover.

This restaurant has a large open dining area that is vibrant but too noisy for my elderly ears. Fortunately in nice weather you can sit in a small courtyard that is much quieter. The number of dishes is small with something for most tastes that enjoy creative dishes made with fresh ingredients. Our service was excellent.

It was a rainy night so we didn't do any research and just stumbled across Oddfellows as it was convenient. Wow, what a nice surprise. Good vibe. Cool space. Great food. The peach & burrata salad and the porchetta sandwich were mouth watering. Next time in town it will be on our list to hit again.

The day we visited, the weather was great, so the restaurant had opened its back patio and front windows, giving the place an appealing, open feel. The staff was courteous and friendly. The food was very good. The salads were quite original and flavorful. Happy hour is a good deal as well.

I went to lunch last month with a business friend. It was my first visit. The location is great. The service is very good. The food is good. I had a delicious grilled sandwich.

This place is usually crowded on weekends, but always worth the wait. You can hang out in the covered foyer or at the Eliot Bay Bookstore next door while you wait. The place is in an open airy space, but still cozy and comfortable. They can handle larger tables, but the layout suits smaller groups. We favor the eggs benedict, BLT, and breakfast sandwiches, and the beignets are usually good too. The servers are friendly and capable. Prices are comparable with other establishments of this class. Oddfellows is in our regular rotation for brunch.

I don’t know what it is about this place but it always feels like coming home. We had lunch here on a Tuesday so it wasn’t too crowded and we picked a small table near a large open window. A beautiful wait person helped us get settled and we quickly ordered a quinoa and avocado bowl (my choice) and my partner ordered the pork aioli sandwich. Both were just what we wanted - the bowl had corn, avocado, tomato etc with a great avocado dressing and the sandwich was big enough that half came home. The atmosphere is great here; casual yet very professional. You could sit outside or in and if you have a dog with you outside they are happy to bring a bowl of water. Oddfellows is right next to Elliot Bay bookstore so it is sort of a destination place. We will be back. Breakfast is served till early afternoon too. Dinner is also good. We will be back!

Adjacent to Elliott Bay Book Company, there is nothing better than lunch at Oddfellows and then some book browsing next door. The menu is terrific and food is fresh and flavorful. Highly recommend!

Had brunch here as recommended, very friendly welcome and seated right away. Service attentive and speedy, I had a mimosa ( a little "fragile" after Saturday night!) my parter had a bloody Mary - nice n spicy. I ordered Eggs Benedict and he had the breakfast panini both delicious and did the trick! Not pricy and a very positive experience.

Oddfellows Cafe is next to Elliott Bay Books, and I try to get to both every time I'm in Seattle. I'd describe the cuisine as healthy comfort food; it's just what you'd want to eat after your bike commute or before tending your community garden plot. The wait staff is friendly and efficient. The atmosphere is young and lively without being pretentious; think mellow, cannabis-infused hipsters, rather than the edgy Brooklyn sub-species. Also, take note: You can get delicious light snacks at "Little Oddfellows" inside the bookstore, and Molly Moon's fabulous ice cream is just around the corner in the same building. Finally, with the extension of the LINK train to Capitol Hill, it's easy to get here from downtown if you don't want to walk.

Seattle is just so cool! Off fellows is just as cool and a lovely place to stop for coffee, lunch, brunch and dinner! Wonderful service both indoors and outside and the food is great and they serve you lots of it! Variety of choices and any dietary restriction will not be a problem here.

I went to an event last night across the street from this place, so it made sense to have dinner there after. We finish our dinner which was OK, nothing great but nothing to complain about, then my friend says "what just moved back there?" I turn around and I see a RAT, there was a RAT at the restaurant two tables away from us. Wait, it gets better I tell the server "Hey there is a rat here" and she says "Just stomp your feet on the floor, that makes them go-away" WHAT??? Clearly you seen them before which is why you developed a strategy to "make them go away" . Having RAT(S) at a restaurant is CRAZY AND SHOULD NOT BE ALLOWED. I am will contact the food/health administration because this place NEEDS TO BE SHUT DOWN. Do yourself a favor and eat elsewhere, otherwise you mind find yourself stomping your feet during dinner.

My favorite meals here have been lunch. I like the BLAT sandwich, (the A is for avocado). The prices are reasonable. The service is very good.

Great coffee. Great service! Love the atmosphere. Steel cut oats with fruit + Americano is a must. Even though my oats were cold at first, the server was wonderful and brought me a brand new plate and gave us a discount.

My daughter treated me to a Mother’s Day weekend. Our first stop after getting off the plane was Oddfellows. As with my last visit here, it was delightful. May I suggest the Oddman’s Lunch, the Cobb Salad, and...*drum roll please** The Cucumber Bloody Mary. The next time I’m in The Emerald City, this will be a first stop.

This was my second time to Oddfellows and I was pleased that my memories of this cool eatery were spot on. Dinner was delicious and the service very attentive without being over the top. I look forward to returning there for breakfast or brunch to have their avocado toast!

Set in what most certainly was a former OddFellows hall, with a rustic industrial look, this restaurant impresses. Food is fresh and in season, seasoned well. Service is attentive without hovering.

Great place, lovely food and waiters.. was a bit strange when we first got there as were Told table wasn’t available, but was told to stand outside or in the hall.. but the manner of the staff member was not very friendly. Then we were stood there waiting whilst we could see 5 tables were available but there did not seem to be a rush to seat us. But food was delicious and the waiter who servers our table was lovely.. would definitely recommend.

Excellent menu, changes seasonally, fresh locally sourced ingredients, the chef Julian is top notch, great cocktails and service, definitely be sure to make reservations

This was a good breakfast, but not the best we've had. The lemon ricotta with the vegetable made the dish, although there were a few too many potatoes and not as many veggies as I was hoping for, which made it a bit heavy. It needed salt, too, but I don't mind salting my own food - better than the opposite problem. My husband thought his french toast was a bit too airy, and not as substantial as he'd hoped for. But the service was great and the atmosphere very fun.

A woman at our hotel suggested Oddfellows. It was quite a hike from our hotel, but well worth it! The food was unusual, but very tasty! Every dish was yummy and the atmosphere was very pleasant. Not too many hipsters-- just people enjoying themselves. They open-air dining was very nice also. Will definitely go again the next time we visit Seattle.

Nice Saturday brunch at Oddfellows. Eggs Benny was ok. Nothing exciting. I think just the atmosphere of being there helps to ameliorate the experience. Cool crowd. Tattoo heaven. It's Capitol Hill!

The Oddfellows Cafe just has a different funk to it that is a very unique ambiance. The food has always been very good with some interesting combinations. Last week the baked egg skillet with cheese and spinach was just excellent.

Simple menu and excellent food. Loft style and can be a bit noisy. Wait staff very pleasant and a large group no problem.

Thoroughly enjoyed lunch. We had had meat ball sandwich with provolone, beet soup, prosciutto with brie sandwich & salad. All were excellent with very courteous & attentive wait staff

I had made a reservation and we showed up and were seated right away. we were given menus and water right away. While looking at the menu, we decided to order something to drink. I ordered a espresso martini and my husband ordered a 12 ounce cappuccino. I didn’t know what to order but I wish I didn’t order what I had. My husband ordered the chorizo hash and I ordered the mushroom hash. This mushroom hash was smothered in red chili pepper. It was so hot. I should have sent it back. It was also flavorless. my husband liked his, but I did not like mine at all. I cannot do spicy and it was very spicy. In fact, it was so spicy that I was sick for the rest of the day. I would still like to give this place another try some time, but it won’t be anytime soon and next time if it’s this spicy, I will send back my food no matter where I am eating. The place is nice, drinks were good and it’s not too expensive but for not liking my meal at all, it is not worth it.

We visited on Pi Day, 3/14/15, but they were out of pie by the time we arrived at 1:30pm. The service was great, especially for a first impression - the person that sat us took our drink order and put in an order of beignets for us. Someone else came right away and took the rest of our food order. It took over 20 minutes for our food to arrive after ordering. They apologized but didn't go any further than that. We both ordered sandwiches off the brunch menu that were fresh and tasty.

Stopped here for breakfast while the food was good and well presented and the location was funky. I left hungry and nothing on the menu really scratched my brunch itch. Below the yogurt and tahini toast.

Great service, cool part of town, tasty eats! Traffic was a bit to deal with but really dig the place

I really enjoy the casual atmosphere and vintage style of the restaurant. I go here every time I visit Seattle and really enjoy the bacon. The menu is small, the bathroom is far, and I didn't care for the French toast but you can't have everything. I had a bad experience where my server took my credit card and charged another tables meal (about $45) to my credit card. It was a surprise I didn't want on my credit card bill. I didn't get the money back but in all fairness I didn't bring it to he attention of the manager because I didn't notice until my credit card bill came and by then I was too busy to deal with the issue. Overall, check it out. It's a quirky place with lots to offer!

This wasn't our first choice, but we needed something. Nephew enjoyed his latte, my hibiscus iced tea was good...fries with aoili took care of the food need. Service was friendly but not very attentive.

My son lives in Seattle and has talked about this place a lot and whenever we walked by there was always a long line. We kept trying though! We arrived mid afternoon during the early Happy Hour and got a table right away. We just had appetizers and wine and it was fabulous. I can honestly say they serve THE best avocado toast I have ever had. I will have no hesitation going back. You must try it!

Very trendy, lots of different types of people where there when we went! Darker inside lighting. Food was good, we got a bunch of things to share. Large portions. Service was good!

We passed by Oddfellows and decided to make it an absolute must to have breakfast the next morning. We were very happy with our decision because we had a great meal in a very BOHO and eclectic atmosphere that made the experience even more special. Our choices were the Homemade biscuit with scrambled egg and bacon and the Brioche French Toast with mascarpone & Maple Syrup. Yum on both accounts. The coffee was delicious and we were told it was Stumptown Coffee.

Sat outside on street, great people watching & cool breeze! Server was great, drinks delicious & fries With aioli to die for!

Their homemade biscuits with eggs are very good. You can get a gluten free option. The jam served with it appeared to be locally prepared.

A great early lunch spot for an Arnold Palmer and a salad. All the other dishes I saw coming to my neighboring tables looked great. Unfortunately, I needed WIFI and while they have it, there was no connection which my neighboring table also experienced. Don't count on WIFI but count on great service and great food.

One of our 'finds' in Seattle - located on the edge of the Capitol hill area. Ethically sourced food on top of recycled or re-purposed fixtures and fittings - this is very much a place to be recommended. Even at 11.30am ,it was very busy and you could buy alcohol at that hour (a novelty in the UK). Cappucino - $4, lager (Portage Bay Pilsner) - $8 with toasted porchetta sandwices $13. Very friendly enthusiastic service.

We tried this restaurant on our first night in Seattle and we're glad we did. We were greeted readily and in a very friendly manner. It was a bit hot and, at my request, the hostess kindly seated us by an open window to the street. Service was prompt and pleasant. I had a seared pork loin with polenta and Swiss chard that was prepared very nicely and was very flavorful. My wife had the vegetable lasagna which was very good as well. As an added bonus, on Sunday night all bottles of wine are half price. So we had a nice bottle of Washington State rose for $19 to accompany what was really a very good meal at very reasonable prices. This restaurant is situated in a very interesting area with a great bookstore next door. If you prefer something lighter to eat, Oddfellows has a small cafe at the back of the bookstore. There are many other restaurants in this area also. I highly recommend that you start at Oddfellows and move on from there.

Great local hangout with high ceiling, good music and good coffee. We walked out of the way to have breakfast thanks to TI’s rating but were disappointed with the limited choices of breakfast. You were stuck with either a carb infused breakfast sandwich, heavy creamy eggs or extra light fruits with a form of muesli. Nothing in between Maybe they’re better known for their lunches and coffee

Tried this place for breakfast with a friend. Again, it's street parking only in this area with a few public parking (not free) lots here and there. My vegan friend chose this place because of her particular food preference. That doesn't mean that you cannot eat a non-vegan meal...because you can and I did. Upon arriving, they asked if we had a reservation…mid-week…a reservation! We didn’t have one but they sat us anyway. The place was fairly full so that is usually a good sign. I tried their Shakshouka...which I had no idea what it was but thought the description sounded good. It was OK. But should I dine here again, I think I’d try something else as I saw several other diner’s selections and some looked pretty tasty. Our waitress was a little slow and couldn’t really keep up with all her tables. But again, it did get busy and she was nice. No objections to eating here again.

I am a huge brunch fan and am always looking for a new place to try! Oddfellows is at the top of my favorite brunch spot list! The service is always great and every meal I have is mouthwatering! Their biscuit sandwiches are one of my favorites! The bakery items are equally as tasting! After you're done with your meal, be sure to wander down the block to Elliot Bay for books!

Although the neighborhood was too cool, and setting/style of the resto looked appealing, it was terribly noisy, not a relaxing atmosphere, and food was unimpressive. The chicken and avocado salad was bland/uninspired, and the Bloody Mary was so bad we had to return it (apparently they use a mix which is heavy on celery seed powder (?). I had a simple avocado on toast that was okay, and reportedly biscuits were also fine, but otherwise not really worth the wait...and there are queues!

Oddfellows is a nice Capitol Hill breakfast spot with excellent coffee and breakfast ingredients. A pleasant relaxing spot with nice servers and very fine french toast etc. My wife had some sort of eggs with spinachy thing that was very good and very filling. Nice place to read the NYT.

Scammy and shady business. They add a 5% surcharge on all purchases, and it doesn't even go to the workers. This is anti-consumer and I refuse to return to any establishment that does this. Food and service was below average, but portions were good.

I usually come here for coffee when I'm in town. Here's my two cents- Breakfast or quick treat? The biscuit and jam. Period. It's everything. Today we came in and tried the avocado toast. He had the standard- I tried the gluten free toast. It was soon good I'm throwing in a pic. Atmosphere can be loud but it's a cool vibe and great service.

Our group of five had a very nice evening here. All of our food was really good. I had the special, Atlantic Char with quinoa, broccolini and a lemon sauce--delicious!! The cocktails were great too! The waitstaff was very friendly and attentive.

Yummy Yummy Yummy! While visiting Seattle we stopped into Oddfellows for brunch and it was fantastic! The atmosphere, service, and food were all excellent. I ordered the Breakfast Panini on the weekend brunch menu which was so good! They also were kind enough to make me a Mexican Coffee with my favorite tequila. We did not have a reservation but got there before the brunch rush arrived. I am not sure if they take reservations but seeing how busy it was as we left I would suggest you look into or get there a bit early to avoid a wait. I also ordered a chocolate chip cookie to go. This is one of my all time favorite baked goods and I am extremely picky about y chocolate chip cookies. We all know that they are all baked the same and some stand out. This one stood out!

We were just wondering, beginning to look at menus and rounded the corner and found this place...we would go back for sure...just a really pleasant unplanned surprise. Course near the real bookstore...

Hipster heaven. But the food and drinks were so good. And the service was great and super friendly. We were there for brunch and it was one of the best meals we had on our trip. Lines can be long so go early or be prepared to wait.

Dinner after a reading at Elliott Bay Books, which is next door. A lively, youthful atmosphere but still welcoming to a couple of old ladies in their 70s. Server was attentive as well as helpful. Food was delicious. My butternut squash risotto excellent! As was the apple crisp. Seems like a lot of customers linger with computers.

As a neighborhood staple we have had many a meal here over the years. In the past several years it has seemed to us that the quality of the food has slowly deteriorated. Finally, after a recent meal there with friends we have decided it can no longer be a "go to" neighborhood staple. Watery lentil soup with no flavor, a grilled cheese sandwich that wasn't! Dry toast with such a little amount of cheese one had to open it up to look and see if there really was any in there. We aren't fans of wet salads; however, we do like some dressing on our salads and don't like arguing with the wait person as to whether or not there is dressing on all three of the salads. Whatever happened to the "customer is always right"? And, I could go on - the lackluster, flavorless porchetta so tough pieces had to be spit out; greasy, tasteless falafel balls sitting atop a pile of greens (dry, again!) The noisy, casual vibe was perfect for the neighborhood many moons ago. Today it would seem they are resting on their past. It just ins't good; so, after so many visits we quit.

We walked here from our B&B and were so glad we did! They had brunch from 9-3 on Saturday and watching all the food go by made it difficult to choose what we wanted. We settled on sandwiches which were served with a nice salad on the side, all very fresh from the market ingredients. Topped it off with a ginger beer and we were ready for a stroll through the nearby park.

Biscuits & Eggs hit the spot! Cooked perfectly, generous portions! Good service, friendly/fun atmosphere! Gets busy around 11am, so come early!

I stumbled upon this place on Instagram and decided to go w/o reading any reviews. It just had the cool, rustic look that's for my taste. The actual place is the same as pictured and more! The food and service are both excellent, the atmosphere is vibrant and even my fellow customers are friendly. The first time I went by myself and it left such an impression on me I returned the next day with a friend! Plus, the Elliott Bay bookstore is next door - what's not to like?!

Four of us came here after book signing at the Elliot for a Sunday night meal that was delicious and enjoyable. We were seated quickly on a busy night and had great waitress who helped us choose beer and wine (1/2 price wine on Sundays!) we each had different small entrees - well priced I tried comfort food in meatballs with polenta - delicious! Others had pork steak with farro; pork sandwich with fries and one member ordered French fries and mac and cheese! We all devoured everything and had no room for dessert What can be better than good food near good books?!

Even though it was a nice Saturday morning, we had no problem getting a table at 10 am for two. There is also a quaint albeit small outdoor space. The coffee was top notch, and the homemade biscuit and beignets amazing.

Had a pair of the Biscuit/egg breakfasts and coffee. Food was excellent, and the side salad was really lovely. (wish more would do this). service was good. Décor is decidedly rustic and the building interior is not clean but the cutlery and dishes were so i am assuming its supposed to be part of the ambience. It was mid morning and moderately busy with a lively activity level. Not a place for a quiet reflective breakfast but fun if one is feeling sociable. Breakfasts are American portions, my wife could not finish hers...inf act we would have been fine splitting one order.

Beautiful place! Almost market-like inside, lots of wood and quirky oceanside decor. I sat in the back patio, which was much quieter (necessary pre-coffee survival instinct ;) and so lovely. I had the lavender earl grey tea and baked eggs. SO. GOOD. Truly hit the spot. Prompt and friendly service and happy atmosphere. Such a pleasant first experience and I am definitely returning!

We went for a relatively light dinner. The three of us ordered one entree (the pork) and several sides and salads. Everything was so good. The unique flavor pairings kept us on our toes and surprised us with how GOOD everything was. The ambience makes for a great spot for dining!

Best part of traveling, you experience always new interesting places. Cool settings, relax and vibrant at the same time. Atmosphere when u walk is very casual, welcoming something sometimes not expected when u walk into a trendy place like this. We where here for lunch, their choice was excellent. Something to suit all tastes. Taste where excellent. Best part for me was they could make an GOOD excellent espresso! No problem to make it strong and short, like my ristretto. Go there and make booking.

We were walking past Oddfellows around lunchtime and were struck by the apparent popularity of the cafe. The menu looked good and we really liked the interior kind of courtyard seating. The staff were super friendly and we waited for a short time for seating there. The menu is sandwiches, salads and soups. I had the daily special, a chicken curry sandwich which came with a salad and my wife had a BLAT also with a salad. We both liked our dishes. The price was about $14 each. The cafe also has a bakery with enticing looking products.

Breakfast here is a treat: just be prepared for a crowd. The menu is wonderful, and the atmosphere authentic old Seattle.

Recommended by a friend who is a food blogger. She didn't lead us astray! We had eggs & cheese on a biscuit with either ham, bacon or avocado. It was accompanied with a small green salad delicately dressed. I have never had eggs so light, fluffy and moist before. Portions are generous, place is busy, noisy with a lot of bench seating. Be prepared to wait for a table especially on the weekend. Worth the wait!!

Went there for dinner. The pasta was overcooked and the tastes did not go well together. The sandwich wasn't anything special either. Better spots are in the vicinity,

We ate here 4 times during our 6-day trip to Seattle! I don't think I've ever done that before while traveling. 2 of the times were breakfast -- wonderful substantial meals (though you can get smaller plates like yogurt/granola, or just breakfast pastries) with excellent coffee. I had the very good breakfast panini, and my daughter had the amazing brioche French toast. Be advised that breakfast (aside from coffee & pastries) isn't served until 9am, but you can sit there and enjoy your coffee until then. We went back for dinner twice. The manager steered me to the mussels appetizer which he assured me was filling enough for dinner (it was); we also had, between us, the hanger steak and roasted chicken. The manager also introduced me to a wonderful Portuguese white wine. Food was excellent as was the service. Oddfellows is just a really nice place to sit and enjoy your meal in very chill surroundings. The only (very minor) complaint is that there's something loud in the restaurant - a fan or something? If I lived in Seattle, I'd be a regular at Oddfellows.

Had brie & prosciutto on bagette -- absolute superb, daughter had a terrific salad. Definite go to place for a fantastic lunch!

A local recommended this place and we are so happy we went here. Cool place and the food was awesome! We had the "French Dip sandwich" and the "Oddball sandwich".. The French dip was the best one of them and and I really recommend trying it!

Visited last Saturday for weekend brunch. The place was already packed around 10.00 am. People in Seattle start their day early. Tried Avocado Toast, Fall Vegetable Hash and Baked Eggs. All SO delicious! Staff is kind and helpful. Great ambiance. We tried to go again on Monday (it was public holidays) but there was a long queue so just skipped. Definitely recommended if you are in town!

Sunday, 4-14-19, breakfast, never been but it was recommended - not bad - had their bowl of fruit (generous to feed three (3) adults), had their special that morning, some kind of sandwich, not bad, a LOT of cheese...had to keep asking for coffee and water (and though they have a carafe of water on table) we finished it, they took it and never brought back another one, so we had to keep asking them to refill our water, kind of odd, but whatever -

Great Fun Atmosphere, friendly staff, delicious food and good drinks. Couldn’t be more impressed! We had the meatball and polenta, and mushroom risotto - definitely impressed. Glad we walked out of another restaurant just prior, that was couldn’t be bothered to serve us. Worked out great ;-)

Was dragged here by a few friends wanting to see the local seattle scene. Found this place to have average food, at an average price. The atmosphere is full of noisy hipsters, so if it's your thing, it's the place to be, otherwise, stay clear, there's no shortage of comparable food and service quality places nearby.

Slower service (was not busy), but very friendly and attentive once they engage you. Food came out super fast and was delicious. Their menu has twists of all the staples, drinks menu is also extensive.

Visiting Seattle for the first time and wanting a true city, non-touristy experience...Oddfellows was perfect. Loved the architecture of the old bldg...exposed bricks, original wood floors, huge windows...and eclectic array of fellow diners. Service was friendly and thoughtful. The food was delicious (BLT with avocado, French toast and biscuit with egg, cheese and bacon), and the drinks (classic, unadorned Bloody Mary and fun soda selection) were great. Wandering through the book store next door was the perfect finale to a great meal. Just sad this place is 2,500 miles away from home....otherwise, we would be regulars!!

I forgot to capture additional photos, but I am never disappointed when I eat here! Baked eggs and French toast was our choice today. Their mocha is not too sweet and the perfect weekend treat!

What a great find - located next door to the Elliott Bay Book Company (another awesome place to visit). We enjoyed a cocktail, ploughman's lunch and great coffee. All served by professional, friendly and caring servers/baristas/bartenders.

this was an odd meal, if there ever was one. My favorite brunch thing to do is split something sweet and then get something savory. We split the beignets. Perfectly pillowy fried dough covered in a mound of powdered sugar. They serve these sweet little gems with fresh fruit jam. Perfect start to go with my coffee. For my main course, I went with the special – a frittata made with short rib, mushrooms and garlicky shallots. I loved the little cast iron skillet with the dollop of sour cream. My sister wanted the eggs benny with avocado and tomato. She asked if she could sub a biscuit for the english muffin and this is where things got a little funny. Somehow – when the manager, who took our order, relayed it our server, she actually ordered a biscuit with an avocado mash. While they were correcting this, we got to taste this concoction. Their biscuit was buttery and flaky, but not at all dry. The mashed avocado topping was tangy with lemon and topped with roasted pumpkin seeds. After a few tables (who arrived after we ordered) finally had their breakfasts, and a second complaint, we finally had her breakfast – which still wasn’t quite what she ordered. Although, it all worked out – we added her poached eggs to the avocado biscuit toast and made it on of the best things she has ever had. I was a little disappointed they didn’t comp our entire $30 check, but they did take her entrée off… Everyone was so wonderful and nice, and the food was quite good – so, I am not entirely sure I will hold it against them.

Service was alright and food was amazing! We had the breakfast panini and French toast and were blown away! Great coffee and fun atmosphere!

Probably the best biscuits and gravy I've ever had. Fantastic bloody and coffee as well. Good and swift service. Wanted to buy all the baked goods and t-shirts as well

Even at 9 am on a Monday morning this restaurant was so busy with so few waitstaff that our breakfasts were overcooked and dry although the ham was top notch and my latte was perfect. We had to wait too long for the waiter, a very nice individual who appears to be handling roughly half the restaurant by himself. Perhaps they've grown too quickly?

Cool vibe, great service and excellent good. The sandwiches are top draw and they've always got good beers on draft, such as Stoup Mosaic Pale. Best brunch sport we've tried yet!

Great service and great food. The place was packed on a Sunday morning, but as soon as we were seated, we were able to order and receive our food in a timely manner. Reasonably priced and delicious!

You need to know where this is and it is worth finding. It is not particularly small but has a wonderful, comfortable vibe with great choices for lunch. Wide open - bench type seating and great salads and sandwiches. Also a wonderful selection of tea. At night it was clear it most likely is a place to go for happy hour and probably dinner as the happy hour crowd was already arriving on the tales of lunch!

This place was everything two Arizonians needed on a perfect gloomy rainy day. Living in 90% sunshine all the time really makes the "cozy café" experience a little bit difficult. This was everything we wanted and more from a brunch spot in Seattle. We didn't wait long for a table but while we waited we enjoyed a warm coffee beverage from the bar and watched the rain through the entrance of the foyer. If that doesn't sound comfy and cozy... We LOVED our food as well. We felt like locals.

Ate here for breakfast with my grown daughter. The restaurant is in a quaint older building. Our server, Anna, was very sweet and attentive. Our food was awesome! Their french toast and their egg biscuit were delicious! We bought cookies to go and they were YUMMY!

This is an amazing restaurant and I would eat here everyday. The atmosphere is what truly sell this establishment to me. Well done,

I have been here four times and the food is good, but not great. The desserts have been quite good, but the entrees are nothing new, nothing spectacular. The last visit I had the mussels which are good, but can be found in many restaurants around Seattle; same with the lasgne. It is a convenient place to stop if you are already on Capitol Hill. and you haven't made a reservation at one of the more popular spots. It is open late, is near Elliott Bay Books and has a very comfortable atmosphere. They always have several good local beers on tap.

Interesting spot for dinner. Really nice vibe to the place. Lots of choice on the menu and great drinks. Excellent staff too.

Very good dinner pleasant atmosphere. I felt the the prices were reasonable for the excellent meal that we enjoyed. Mixed drink was well made

After a nice walk uphill from downtown, I walked into a community style café. It was loud, pleasant and friendly. I sat at the bar and enjoyed the bartender's conversations with regular customers. The food was good, and I enjoyed the Wild Mushroom Pasta. Good full mushroom flavor unadorned by other invaders.

We didn't have a meal there we just had coffee and cakes. This place was recommended to us by our daughter who had been a year or so ago. It's full of atmosphere and a delight to experience. Our server was a man in shorts with blue hair who was very courteous and respectful. It was very busy and obviously very popular all of which made you feel you were in 'the' place to be. I'd definitely recommend it.

First, got there when they opened at 8 and you can't order breakfast until 9. O.K., they have pastries and latte's, but didn't want to spoil my breakfast so.. I ordered the Steak Hash Special. It was $15 came with 1 poached egg and I had to ask for bread, which they serve cold. It was a shame because it was good bread. My steak was chewy, but the sauce was delicious. My husband had Eggs Benedict, which came just slightly warm. We asked to just have it nuked, but they dumped it and made another which took some time. It was very hot this time, but overall just average. Don't mind spending the money if the food is outstanding, but this was just average in every way!

At 8:30pm on a Monday evening few people in a large factory style café or restaurant. We were led to an unpleasant and had to ask for a other one although few people were there. A limited menu with some vegetarian entrees. Did not taste very good but not bas either. Sweets rather poor. Limited Wine list some items not available. Not a bad but it a good either experience better choices in Seattle

Good COVID adaptations, lots of space, physical barriers, and outdoor seating. I had the baked eggs. Does not sound exciting. It was exquisite. My friend had the breakfast bowl. This and the Elliot Bay book store - heaven.

My friend and I had a late lunch at the Oddfellows. Loved the space, especially the outdoor patio. Food was very good, our server was friendly and helpful.

We went to this restaurant on our first night in Seattle having just arrived from the UK. Front desk guy was very helpful, re-directing us to their cafe in the bookshop earlier in the day and when we came back for dinner getting us seated. He also managed to get us a table when we returned two nights later with our American friends so a big thank you to him. If we had a venue like this near us it would definitely be a regular. Waiting staff all very helpful with the only glitch being they mislaid our fries on our second visit. Why four stars and not five; well the wine prices did give us a real shock but that was a welcome to the US as that continued to be the case as we travelled around. While I appreciate they focus on local and speciality wines it would be good if they could find a few more affordable options.

My boyfriend and I wanted a true hipster brunch experience while we were visiting Seattle, and Oddfellows did NOT disappoint. The restaurant is beautiful with its shabby-chic charm, and the servers put the hip in hipster. The coffee was amazing - the best part of waking up, if you will. I am no coffee connoisseur, but the moment it hit my lips I thought I had died and gone to coffee heaven. My boyfriend was equally enthusiastic about his americano. But it was the French toast with mascarpone cheese that really did it for me. Ordering the French toast was one of the better life decisions I have ever made, and if it were socially acceptable, I would ask that French toast to be my life partner. Definitely worth the five or so pounds I gained on our trip to Seattle. It was so good that I had to come back for more the next day, and I tried to recreate the dish myself when I returned home to Edmonton (see picture #3). I don't remember what my boyfriend ate... eggs or something? Frankly, I forgot my boyfriend was even there while I was having a moment with my French toast.

I enjoyed the decor lovely farmhouse style seats by the large open windows more than I did my drink or food...fries with aioli was almost burnt and the ginger cranberry was literally half ginger half cranberry, not stirred or shaken....

Centrally located Oddfellows Café is very easy to find being located right next door to Elliott Bay Books. It's a very large; and is somewhat loud place when it's full, (there is nothing to absorb the sound). The service is very good. The food is good. They even have some seating out on the sidewalk.

Awesome food, little bit of a wait and kinda loud, but the host this day was rude! I heard him say he was glad we left as we had a party of 6. I understand they are busy, but he doesn't have to be rude. Give it a shot, but ther are a lot of good places around that aren't rude!

Oddfellows is my FAVORITE brunch spot in Capitol Hill. My boyfriend and I love to go here on Sundays. The food is always consistently delicious. Please stop by for Brunch!!

Great atmosphere and service. Only reason I gave 4 instead of 5 is because I feel like we could have made some of the meals at home and expected a little more out of the food based on other reviews.

I visited Oddfellow's for brunch on a Saturday and did have a bit of a wait to be seated, however, it was completely worth it since there are plenty of neighboring shops and coffee shops. The ambiance is absolutely incredible, not to mention the mimosas and brunch menu! The high ceilings and antique feel to the café is fabulous and lived up to my expectations after seeing many photos online. Great service too! One of the waiters noticed me taking photos of the décor and even came over and wrote down his recommendations for other fun things to do in Capitol Hill. I'll be back for sure!

We walk by this place all the time after getting ice cream around the corner from Molly's and I regret not trying this place until now. We went for brunch on a Saturday and had a great time. The place is bright and full of excitement. It is a great people watching restaurant, not to mention good and healthy dishes. I tried the avocado toast and it was delicious. My husband had BLTT sandwich and it came with a healthy serving of salad. The wait staff is friendly and helpful and all so fashionable! It is just a fun place to be and so fitting of Capital Hill neighborhood.

Seeing the average review was decently high for Oddfellows I came in with an expectation for relatively good food and service. Unfortunately once all was said and done I received average food and pretty abysmal service. I had brunch here one Sunday afternoon with a friend. The menu offered quite a selection of brunch items but I was particularly hungry and so I opted for what looked to be one of the more hearty dishes: Eggs Benedict with Roasted Potatoes. When the entrees finally arrived I got Eggs Benedict...with Salad. When I asked the server about the potatoes they bruskly said they just ran out of potatoes and walked away with no apology. Kind of dumbfounded that I wasn’t informed about the change in my entree I just sat there for a moment and looked at what was before me. There was a mishmash of greens with little dressing on them and my eggs Benedict which had a rather small egg on top of very small and thin pieces of ham. This plate would in no way fill me up. The server walked by delivering food to another table and I asked if there was anything else for a side because I was hungry and don’t care for salad. She told me no. I asked why I wasn’t told about potatoes not being available and she informed me the kitchen had literally just run out. I informed her I was very disappointed because I specifically ordered this dish for the potatoes because I was hungry. My server must have mentioned to a manager that I was upset because not long after this interaction a manager came out and said she could offer me a free cookie to “make up for the potatoes” which I accepted. I was shocked when the check came and I was still charged for the full amount ($15) for my meal considering I really only got half of what I ordered, not only was I still feeling hungry I now felt ripped off. In summary, my experience at Oddfellows was extremely disappointing. The food (what received) was small and mediocre in taste and quality. Making matters worse is the server frankly didn’t seem to care that she wasn’t delivering what I had ordered. Ideally, she would have told me prior to bringing the food to the table (or even upon serving it) that the kitchen had run out of potatoes and asked if there is something else I’d rather have on the menu. Instead it felt like she hoped I wouldn’t notice the change and didn’t care to try to make it right once confronted about it.

outstanding little place. Went here for breakfast during the week. The atmosphere was funky and the music was just loud enough to hear and appreciate without being overpowering. The service was friendly and quick. And the food fantastic. We had the French toast and breakfast panini. Both were outstanding. Will definitely come back.

While visiting Seattle, a friend treated me to lunch at Oddfellows, one of her favorite casual spots. I loved it! There were several tables for two which made perfect sense considering the customer base. The waitstaff was excellent, food was wholesome, delicious and filling, and the coffee choices were perfect to finish off our meal. Also loved the atmosphere and wasn't bothered at all by all the chatter. There's a wonderful bookstore next to the restaurant that I'd also recommend visiting.

This is a funky little eatery and bar located in the Capitol Hill neighborhood. Great in nice weather, with the open air dining. Simple, wooden furnishings mean it can get a bit loud, but the food is good and reasonably priced, and their signature drinks are unique and tasty. Service was attentive and friendly. Fun place to gather for lunch or snacks/cocktails with friends in Seattle's most vibrant area..

I like the atmosphere and ambience of this place in the old Oddfellow's Hall building. It feels like a neighborhood bar/restaurant hang out. I had risotto fries with a reddish sauce almost with a whipped butter consistency. It was unique for me and I enjoyed them. My entree was a flank steak with homemade mashed potatoes and an arugula salad. My wife had a vegetarian lasagna and a salad. It was comfort food with a twist.

My friend and I went for breakfast one Wednesday morning. Service was quick and attentive without being intrusive. Our orders came quickly and were delicious. The atmosphere is great. There was a nice hum of background noise that didn’t intrude on our conversation. I saw a lady working at her laptop but I don’t think I could work in this atmosphere because it was a bit busy. However, I thought it was brilliant or breakfast. I’d definitely return.

We were diverted by hunger from our bookstore destination next door to happily find this funky, fun, delightful cafe. Our waitperson was worth the visit in himself: funny, professional and filled with menu and wine list information. My son and I were having a great time before we had even ordered. Since we had no expectations whatsoever, this was a treat. Our food did not disappoint. The picture of a half eaten grilled ham and cheese sandwich spoke to the comfort elements of this classic choice- my son loved it. My vegan quinoa/ veggie bowl was a lovely surprise- eaten to the last morsel. We just enjoyed ourselves thoroughly!

If you're on Capitol Hill and looking for a fun place to eat try Oddfellows Cafe. It's easy to find (across the street from Cal Anderson Park and next to Elliott Bay Books). The food is good and the service is very good.

I love when buildings are restored and not torn down. I remember the Odd Fellows building from past meetings and social events. The café provides personable service, very good food, and wonderful memories from photos and décor. We enjoyed our lunch and I enjoyed revisiting parts of my past. The servers were timely, friendly and knowledgeable.

Great food, cocktails, coffee, superb staff biscuits need less work... Typical Seattle-Capitol Hill restaurant. Service always outstanding. Food, coffee and cocktails are consistently good to great! The Biscuits are always touch, I feel that they overwork the dough and end-up with a round scone... Recommended!

We went late on a Tuesday afternoon, just as Oddfellows’ “Apertivo Hour” was starting. Cool atmosphere: tall ceilings, natural surfaces, a long bar, lots of tables. A fun mix of people—some having a meal, some enjoying coffee, some working. Definitely felt like a place anchored in the neighborhood it serves (Capitol Hill). Coffee was delicious; we both had flat whites. Lots of coffee for the price, and a well-made flat white that wasn’t too bitter. We enjoyed having our coffee and catching-up on some things while drinking it. Service was a mixed bag. Vaccination status was checked upon entry, which we appreciated. One staff member was chill and polite; the other seemed irritated we weren’t ordering more. But, overall, a nice experience, and a place to which I’d definitely return for a cup of coffee or a leisurely meal if again in the area.

Easy walking distance from the Silver Cloud Hotel. We stopped here for breakfast and enjoyed the Brioche French toast with maple syrup and a side of bacon, egg/bacon panini and the biscuits with egg. I had the French toast and thought it was very good. Gigantic slice and the bacon side had three large pieces for $3. The other two meals came with a salad which were very good as well. Would definitely return!

Great outdoor seating and good quality food. The location is very central. The service was excellent. All this come under value for money. IN other words, not to be missed as this is a really nice place which offers good quality in very reasonable prices!
Favorite Brunch Place
It’s probably our third time coming to this place and each time we never get let down! There’s always a wait, but it’s so worth it. Our waiter Jamison was so nice to us and was the best. The brioche french toast is definitely a try!
