During a business trip in Orange County, I drove down to San Diego to meet up with My son and a friend for dinner, was hungry for good Mexican food, this place was recommended, it's in a Hotel above old town, when seated on the enclosed patio you have a great View, service was good, not crowded like the main street in old town where it's long lines to get into the restaurants, food was very fresh and portions were good size.

Excellent restaurant from the authentic dishes to the margaritas! Families well catered for and staff very friendly! High chairs available for the little ones as well. The enchiladas were a particular highlight but looking at what others were eating don’t think there is a bad dish on the menu! Deffo worth a visit!

We enjoyed our visit to the Tequila Factory. They have great margarita's. We had the Mexican trio and it was great. The service was outstanding also. Would definitely go back again.

Family reunion best restaurant choice. Buffet allowed for all to eat what they wanted. Service was exceptional and free champagne with meal.

Incredible view on their patio. Great Happy Hour. Was visited by my uncle from Long Island New York and we could have sat on their patio all day.

We were seated as soon as entering and greeted by our server. The server tried talking us into the breakfast buffet it was less expensive and included coffee. It looked like a mediocre hotel buffet. My husband ordered heuvo rancheros. I ordered carne asada with heuvo rancheros. My husband's plate looked delicious. The sauce had a great taste...perfectly cooked eggs. My plate was a piece of steak 2 eggs that were hard as rocks and potatoes covered in cheese. Server explained eggs come hard unless stated. Then why did my husbands come over easy? I ordered new eggs since the meal was decribed as over easy eggs. As I looked at my plate eating from my husbands i realized the gave me steak, eggs & potatoes... I brought the description of the meal to our servers attention and he stated "this is how it comes" as steak and eggs. Wrong answer. I read him the description of the meal..."I'll be right back". He blamed it on a new cook!! New meal comes as described. Happy but very annoyed since husband is done eating. We had to ask for more coffee. Service horrible all around. Upon looking a receipt the server ordered steak n eggs!! Never saw a manager to apologize for my inconvenience nothing. I would not return when other restaurants in Old Town offer same fare.

Stayed for 10 days and ate breakfast buffet there. Everything was poorly cooked and presented. I was a bit surprised, as they charged full price (15.00 each)to guests for the meal. Never did eat any other meal there, if they can't cook eggs, sausage and pancakes...Can't see how there would be a chance at a good Dinner

We came for an after-wedding brunch. The decor and the views are beautiful. The food on the buffet was delicious. My only disappointment was that the guacamole was INCREDIBLY spicy!!! Soooo spicy!

Came in for Champagne Brunch Buffet on Sunday and was pretty impressed. The food was great, so many fresh options. Service was ok, nothing to special. Couldn't believe I could get mimosos for free, but had to pay for a cup of coffee. Thought that was pretty strange. The view is gorgeous and can hardly wait to go back for dinner on our next trip.

We had a great meal here and the atmosphere was fun and casual. Service was prompt and friendly. We would defintiely recommend making this a stop when in the area.

Food was really good. I had the Enchiladas del Mar. The plate of food was identical to the picture and I couldn't finish it all. Pat was our server and he bent over backwards to make sure our dining experience was enjoyable. He is very personable, attentive without being intrusive and made us feel very welcome. Breakfast Buffet has plenty to choose from - you won't leave this restaurant hungry! If you stay at the Hacienda next door, you get vouchers for free breakfast and 2 free drinks. Good deal!

This restaurant is located on top of the Hacienda Hotel about 2 blocks from the main Old Town square area. There is free parking for patrons and free parking in the old town area. It is half way up steep Juan St hill. The restaurant itself has a bar with tvs and several indoor and outdoor eating areas. We sat in the glass walled patio area with heaters which offered spectacular views from Point Loma to Downtown. The menu has many appealing items that are reasonable in cost for the area. Chips and salsa are included and the portions are large and delicious. We had the carnitas plate and enchiladas which were excellent. There is a good selection of specialty drinks and reasonably priced beer and wine

Received free drink vouchers at our hotel, Ed the bartender was awesome! Ended up staying here and having more drinks. Clean bar, great service! Only gave 4 stars because I had a liquid dinner, not sure how the food is.

We were staying at Best Western during Dia De Los Muertos and they gave us a voucher for free breakfast, discount on dinner and a free margarita. First night we had albondigas soup, chips and margaritas. Very good. That night we came back for a margarita in the bar. Service was great! Next morning we had the breakfast buffet and everything was good.

Everything I could ask for! We were completely attended to and the food was so much more than I could have imagined possible! Delicious, with such a variety and all ready at once!

This is a great restaurant if you’re staying at the Hacienda Old Town. They have great food, wonderful service and a patio with a beautiful view. There have a buffet that is very popular with the locals.

The food of this place is really amazing and the service is so nice, their all great, the music is good too. I really like this place like on special days it's a great place to come to like for your birthday, the food is really good, the food has the best taste, I reccomend for everyone to come it's a great place for everyone.

This restaurant had strong ratings on TripAdvisor so we thought we'd try it. The review was on point and we had a great experience sitting on the terrace watching the sunset as we looked over the San Diego landscape. Beyond that, the food was delicious - I reccomend the fajitas. The chicken, beef and shrimp didn't disappoint. Friends had margaritas which they praised and the service was great.

My daughter and I had dinner at the Tequila Factory, Old Town. Our meals were perfect. Great service. We both recommend the Tequila Factory!

We ate here every morning during our stay in San Diego. . The breakfast buffet was so nice and was included with our stay at the nearby Hacienda Hotel. There were many choices, both in prepared food and fresh offerings. The restaurant overlooks both Old Town and the bay and the views were a bonus to the good food. The staff is very attentive and kept our coffee and beverages full. We enjoyed breakfast so much we also ate here for other meals.

We were there for the Sunday Champagne Brunch. There was a good selection of food and omelet bar with excellent service and generous poor of champagne, all at a reasonable price with a goodview

No value for money, rude service at the bar, touris trap, old town San Diego is full of great authentic mexican places, tequila factory is not one of them.

The restaurant is located near the old town at a half hillside. People need to take 5 to 10 minutes walking here. The good things here are its buffet like mexican food and its great view to the old town. You won't regret if you wan to enjoy your meal with the view of the old town.

Went to visit Old Town last weekend and was glad we went here for dinner away from the crowded restaurants in the middle of town. Being able to make a reservation on Open Table is a plus too. After being seated, it took a little while to get waited on but fortunately, a waiter came by and apologized that no one had come by to take our order. From that point on, he was very attentive. I had the combo with a chicken enchilada and tamale while my wife had the chicken tamale. Both were very good and the shredded chicken in our dishes was tender. It is a nice relaxing dinner and would come back here if we are in Old Town again.

Nothing special about the food, general Mexican food tailored for white folks. The bar does have a nice selection of tequilas, and excellent margaritas. Service is friendly.

We stopped in for lunch while staying in Old Town for MCRD graduation. The buffet reminded me of the food you get at an all inclusive resort in Mexico. It was great for the adults but the 2 teens with us opted to order something more "common" from the menu. The buffet was $10.99 when we visited & there is a lot to choose from! The margaritas are fabulous - the strongest I've had by far in a restaurant. If you are walking, just head straight up that steep hill to the front door. Don't try to take any shortcuts like we did or you'll end up even more exhausted. Haha. Better yet, call an Uber to drop you off. :)

After all the good regular food on the cruise a switch to very good Mexican food was most welcome. The location is an adjunct to the Hacienda Hotel Old Town. The food & drink quality were very good and prices were reasonable. The staff were most friendly and accommodating. We ate breakfast and dinner at this restaurant.

Excellent mexican restaurant. Full bar & drinks are nice and strong. Beautiful patios with views of San Diego from the hillside location. Great access for guests staying at the Hacienda Hotel--very convenient. Generous portions. Overall a lovely experience. So easy to come here to eat when stay at the hotel and then have some much more time to explore San Diego, instead of driving around for dining :-)

I wrote a review of the Old Town Tequila Factory Restaurant on November 6, 2018. In it, I mentioned the restaurant's busboy accidentally threw my dental partials away when clearing the table. The only thing on the table was one glass of soda and a napkin with my dental partials in it. The Tequila Factory refused my request for them to replace my dental partials saying "They don't see how I think it is the restaurant's fault that the busboy threw away the dental partials". So they are denying my claim. I would understand if the table had been full of dirty dishes when the busboy took the partials. But it wasn't. The waitress (Delfina) had already removed the lunch dishes and the only thing left was my soft drink and my partials. I have a photo that the restaurant itself took showing the partials wrapped in the napkin on the table. I am a disabled Navy Veteran and I expected a more honest reply from an Insurance company that represents a billion-dollar corporation. Don't accidentally leave anything on a table or in a room here. You won't get them back. The insurance company even mentioned that I live out of state. I figure they think I have no other legal recourse to get my partials replaced by them, so screw me. I have been a long-time loyal customer of the Best Western Hotels. Not anymore. I had always believed that had anything happen, that company having a good rep would make things right. I don't have that belief anymore.

With so many good favorites for Mexican food in San Diego I was actually surprised that the food was good. Having said that, the Flan may be the best I have ever had and that says a lot.

We were done browsing and shopping and looking for good Mexican food for lunch. The hike uphill to Tequila Factory Restaurant & Cantina was worth the trek. What a beautiful view of the city to enjoy while eating an array of Mexican dishes. It was wonderful to try many specialty items at their buffet lunch. Oh so good, don't miss out.

Fantastic space to bring friends or enjoy alone. Breakfast of local hotel served in morning. Enjoy karaoke on Tuesday evenings. Food is pretty good, exactly what you expect nothing fancy, but the views take it to another level.

We attended this restaurant as part of a food tasting tour. Although the restaurant is rather difficult to get to, the food was excellent.

This restaurant had great food and the Tortilla soup was just was I needed. Brendon Nelson was a great server and the atmosphere on top of the Best Western Old Town is outstanding. Both outside and inside tables. The food tasted so fresh and the service was outstanding.

Don't leave your dentures on the table here. They will get accidentally throw away by the busboy. The Restaurant has the best breakfast buffet ever! And it's free to hotel quests.

Average Mexican food. Poor service on a Saturday night. Sunday morning buffet was better but still average. Flour tortillas are so thin that you can almost see right through them n they get cold very fast.

Ate her our first day in San Diego and really enjoyed the food service was pretty good , prices were pretty good also .

We ate lunch here when we booked into The Best Western Hacienda in Old town. The view is amazing and the ambiance was very nice on an outdoor patio. We shared a dish of enchiladas and the waiter was excellent. When I told him I was celiac- before ordering- he spoke to the chef and a few adaptations were made. We loved our meal! BUT when we returned later during happy hour we had to eat in the bar because the restaurant was closed. They had specific food and the waitress knew nothing about the food. When I asked if the tacos were gluten free she went into the kitchen and came out saying, “yes, all the tacos have cheese”. So for sure we didn’t eat there again. If you are celiac, make sure you can talk to the chef.

It is located a couple of blocks off the main street through Old Town so it is quieter and had more locals than tourist. The lunch buffet is only twenty dollars and was really good for that reasonable of a price. If you are walking from Old Town continue past the entrance that you think is the restaurant and go around the corner for a direct entrance. If want to take a winding route enter through the hotel and ask for directions.

I visited the Tequila factory again and enjoyed a meal of a taco, enchilada, tamale and a jumbo margarita. It was fantastic. The staff was friendly, courteous and Brittani was very helpful in explaining the menu item I had questions about. And she even gave me a beer recommendation. I thoroughly enjoyed my meal tonight!

Never written a bad review before but I go from reviews here so needed to say something. The food was horrible. The guacamole was bad, very old and was from a bag. Margaritas were pre-made. Tables and menus were sticky. I barely ate my food and I don’t think i am picky. I invited friends and was truly embarrassed. I have been to 3 other restaurants in old town and they were touristy but still good food— not gourmet but good. Pick somewhere else.

It was our first time in San Diego and we stayed at the Best Western Plus Hacienda Old Town for 6 nights, and had breakfast at the OTTF daily. We met Carlos Salas on our first visit :) He was very welcoming and friendly and provided great service!!! Even if we weren't in his section, he made a point of chatting with us and wishing us a wonderful day. Thank you Carlos!! The views and setting of the Tequila Factory were amazing! The breakfast buffet was delicious, and the location in Old Town was such a great choice for us as first time visitors. We had take-out food one evening, and it was great! The tacos on Taco Tuesday were tasty, and the kids mac and cheese was the best we've had in a restaurant. If I ever make it to San Diego again, I will definitely go back.

First time here and we really enjoyed the outside patio area. The chips/salsa, guacamole and fajitas were great. Server was very good. Only downside was that our margaritas seemed a little weak on the tequila. Yes, we would go back again.

We eat breakfast here when we stay at the Best Western Hacienda - the buffet is great and they have the best views in Old Town...

Champagne brunch on the patio was great! Inside was much more crowded and noisy. Graciela and Lisa were great servers and the food was very good.

The people and food were exceptional. We tried Saturday night dinner because it was an easy walk from our hotel. The staff and food brought us back Sunday night. They have many dining areas including covered outdoor options with heat that made January sunset dining outside very comfortable and impressive. The food was tasty and filling, the staff was friendly and cheerful, mariachis were a nice touch. The appetizers and Margaritas were very nice. All of the morning staff made breakfasts a delight; they bent over backwards to be helpful, informative, and even entertaining.

We stayed at a hotel that gave us several coupons to use at the Tequila Factory. We weren't sure what to expect, but ended up using almost all the coupons and enjoying it thoroughly! The food, margaritas, and service were all great. Our first server, Brittani, asked our names, and remembered them when we returned on another day. She made our experience there really special! I'd definitely recommend!

The breakfast buffet was nice, servers were great. The food was average. Eggs, potatoes, french toast, chiliquiles. The food never stayed really warm.

The Tequila Factory restaurant has a nice enclosed patio area overlooking Old Town as well as several smaller eating areas inside the restaurant. We ordered off the menu instead of opting for the breakfast buffet. Did not try any other meals while we were there.

my experince was, i was late for my breakfast. And i was surprise of the choice of food that they serve and i try everything and all of sudden theres a lady with not friendly gesture said " sir do you know that this is brunch and not more free breakfast package" and i was ok i thought this is for free. as theres no one told me in the front. but anyway i told her that i want to do it and she become more friendly. i could totally understand as i know she is nervous to see my reaction that i have to pay as its brunch.. but the lady is super nice and she is teaching me how to choose the good mexican food .

The food is really very good. In this area of Old Town there are many restaurants saying they are the best and most authentic Mexican cuisine, but the Tequila Factory really hits the spot!! Recommend the Fajitas and steak sandwich..

I had heard that this was a great place to go to get a scenic overhead view of Old Town in San Diego. I had to walk up a steep hill to get here (if you have a vehicle, you probably don’t have to worry about that). I asked the hostess if I could sit where I could get a view. She didn’t seem to understand what I was asking. She did sit me in the back room by windows but not really in an ideal location despite there hardly being anyone there I didn’t push because I didn’t want to be too difficult. I ordered a margarita which was huge and delicious! I also ordered the fish taco which I guess is popular in San Diego. I’ve never had a fish taco before so I was excited to try it. Honestly, I was not impressed. I would only recommend this place for the drinks.

Stayed at Best Western, but found both dinner and breakfast pretty ordinary. Lots of good places to eat, the breakfast was pretty much a standard BW breakfast. View however, is prettry spectacular and the facilities were clean.

I meet up with friends for lunch here about once a month. They have an EXCELLENT and reasonably priced buffet. When its warm, the patio is nice too - a great view.

Food was very tasteful served hot with the best of service you can find. Staff were more than attentive kept coming back to make sure everything was to our liking. The atmosphere is spectacular and sitting on the patio you overlook the City and Old Town Just great in every way

Very nice restaurant with a beautiful view. The staff was friendly and the food was delicious. This was the highlight of my San Diego trip!

Food was excellent as well as the waitress. Would definitely visit here again! Ask for Griselda I. She was a great waitress.

The food and service here were very very good! The view of the sunset was awesome. We'll definitely make a return visit here...

First, the selection is nothing special. Second, the service is less than special. Third, the food and drinks are way to common for a resturant recommended by the connected hotel as special. Suggest you go down on main street. Plenty better fare to be found.

Walking a few hundred feet up the hill from down town Old Town sits the Old Town Tequila Factory Restaurant. The views are about the only thing we enjoyed about this place. The chips and salsa were ok, but the food was very bland and had no taste. It was pretty much standard frozen/re-heated "Mexican Fare" Nothing made from scratch for sure. There are other spots in town we wish we would have tried for our first visit. Avoid the hike up the hill. You'll thank us.

I stayed at the Hacienda hotel and got breakfast, dinner and a drink included with the room. The first night I had the tortilla soup, which was ok and the tequila noir margarita. They make their own mix and it was super sour. I couldn’t taste the tequila and I didn’t think they would let me try something else. They did let me switch to a Moscow mule, which was also sour, but I drank. The breakfast was good, but they ran out of coffee cups and it took forever to get them. Lunch was good. I ordered seafood enchiladas off the regular menu. The last night was excellent. I stuck to vodka and diet and shocktops. They have a nice outside area where we hung out for a while, next to the fire.

The food is modestly priced. No waiting. Great bar. Excellent views of San Diego and Old Town. Good breakfast buffet.

Great place. Happy hour every night $1.50 Tuesday Taco night with Karaoke. Great views.great food Great staff!! We stay at BW Hacienda Hotel an make the Teguila Factory our go to place after a long day of adventure in San Diego. Love the place.

We had a party of six and asked to be placed outside on the terrace. Great view of the area. We waited 15 minutes and never saw or heard from server. There were two other couples eating as well. We got up and left.

We stayed at the Best Western and they gave us free drink tickets. We went for the free drink and ended staying for dinner. Pretty good food. Not over the top great. Enchiladas were the best of all the thinks we got. The guacamole was average too. They could spice up the guacamole or salt or something. Basically smashed avocados. Drinks were weak but tasted good. Not sure what mixer they use but the taste was good. Just needed some tequila in it. Ironic it is the Tequila Factory.

Had the lunch buffet which had a great selection. This made things quick and easy. They would serve chips and salsa if you Lille.

Delicious food and 20% off if staying at Best Western Hacienda...plus free Margarita! Taco Tuesday special was great but beware of Karaoke night as it can be loud and annoying! Service good - Prices fair

Today we discovered the Tequila Factory in Old Town San Diego and that will definitely be our favorite restaurant any time we are in San Diego. The food was delicious, the service was wonderful (our server was Jorge), we received a warm welcome and were seated in the rooftop dining room with a beautiful view where we enjoyed the atmosphere. We were surprised it was not more expensive. We had an enchilada served with beans and rice, and the giant burrito. The servings were so large we brought half of our food home.

We eat here for breakfast when ever we stay at La Hacienda hotel in Old Town San Diego. They have a very good breakfast Buffett. A nice combination of Mexican and American dishes. There are two outside eating areas. One has beautiful views of the city the other has a relaxing fountain and beautiful plants.

Very friendly staff, welcoming homey feel and can sit outside. The Champagne brunch (all you can eat) had a mixture of foods, turkey, prime rib, salads, mexican dishes (which were our favorite as it gave us an opportunity to have some true mexican dishes). Has underground parking. We went right past it but there is also plenty of parking on the street.

You can do better. The inside, especially the bar, is nice. The outside patios were not well cared for; peeling table tops, dirty tables etc. - maybe they are short staffed. The food was very mediocre. We had tacos and enchiladas and they were nothing special. There is not much on the menu; one of the smallest menus I have seen for a Mexican restaurant. Skip this place.

I’m sitting here at the bar as I write this feeling sorry for the bartender who has been running around doing what seems to be everyone’s job. Wrapping to go boxes, making drinks, serving food STRAIGHT from the kitchen... can’t help but wonder where are the waitresses, bussers, or anyone to help him. Patrick, you the man. Thanks for putting up with all the customers. Vernon was throwing glasses on the bar though... but the most disrespectful thing he did was grab payment straight from a customer’s hand. Didn’t even let her finish her order. NO ONE UNDER ANY CIRCUMSTANCES SHOULD DO THAT. Not a waiter or bartender! That is unprofessional and irritating to see. Food was great. Can’t complain. Try their house margaritas. Just don’t expect service to be anything better than bad.

The food is absolutely delicious! Definitely authentic and fresh. The staff was great, view from glass patio amazing, and food divine!

We have had breakfast there several days this week since the restaurant is located in,our hotel. The buffet breakfast is decent, many choices, food tasty

We had drinks here in the evening and breakfast in the morning. Breakfast was just so so. Dinner was good with a beautiful view of the city.

Ate here twice. The first time the food and service were very good, the second time not so. Service was slow, and they didn't have the drinks we ordered. But they still charged for them, the ones we had were cheaper. Food was OK. Based on our experience, more 3 and a half stars, than 4

I'll start off by saying we didn't get off to a great start upon entering the restaurant for our reservation. The restaurant was fairly empty and were passed by 2 or 3 workers before finally being greeted...that's a big no no in my book. Once upon being greeted by our hostess and then later server we were seated on one of the 3 patios this restaurant has with an amazing sunset view of the Mission Bay/Sea World area. After looking over the menu we decided on a pitcher of their margaritas while we looked over the menu. We were also brought a nice dish of tortilla chips and salsa which was very good. For dinner the girlfriend had the grande burrito w/ carne asada and chips and I opted for the 2 item combination plate w/ a beef tamale, chicken enchilada which also came with rice and beans. Both dishes came out fast and piping hot which is wonderful. The food was very good and both of us enjoyed our meals. For dessert we opted for the churros which were kinda a letdown as they were served cold, figured they would be warm. Overall we had a nice dinner with amazing views and margaritas.

Nice variety of food for complimentary breakfast. Staff was very helpful and attentive. Comfortable seating and no rush.

Looking for lunch while wandering old town. Yes, we realize there were many choices for Mexican food. However, we decided on the Tequila Factory buffet. The food was really good and great selections. I ate one of the best Chili Verde yet. Food was plenty hot (it was noonish) which is a problem sometimes with buffets.

We had the misfortune to eat breakfast here as it is part of the Best Western Old Town Hacienda Plus thing. Some of the worst furnishings I have seen in a restaurant. A filthy thread bare carpet which really cannot be right at any level. I know that they are going for the "old fashioned `Mexico" look but this is a disgrace. Glasses and cutlery were filthy and the coffee cups were just beyond dirty. On day 2 I wondered out loud if they had accidentally put the dirty washing up back out from the kitchen. Vile. All of which would have been okay in exchange for delicious food and great service.............but no, the indifferent and inattentive service was surpassed only by the greasy and industrial looking buffet.

The service here was not good. We were seated in the darkest corner of the restaurant...had to use our cell phone light to even see the menu. Asked if any more lights could be turned on and was told they'd check with the manager, but they never got back to us. I had to get up and ask 3 times for a high chair...finally got one after already being seated for 30 minutes. We had to ask multiple times for a refill of chips and drinks. Food was ok, but the terrible service ruined the entire meal. Won't be eating here again.

I am writing to express my disappointment following our recent visit to the Tequila Factory on Sunday, August 31, 2025. We had a reservation for a birthday brunch but encountered several issues that significantly impacted our experience. Upon arrival, we were seated outside in the hot sun with only one umbrella, while other parties had multiple umbrellas. We spoke with the manager at the front counter and requested an additional umbrella but were told none were available. When we asked if we could be seated at an open table inside, the manager said no, stating that someone was already waiting for it. She then offered the option to sit at the bar, but we declined as we preferred to stay together, especially since there were minor children in our party. The manager then said she could have the area with the open table cleaned for us. We waited, but after some time, asked a server if he could clean it. He rudely replied that he was busy and it would be a while. Overall, we waited about 25 minutes to be seated, delaying our opportunity to enjoy our brunch. Our waitress was polite and explained that the restaurant was short-staffed and overbooked. We had to wait a long time for our unlimited mimosas, and the overall level of service did not meet our expectations, especially given this was a special birthday celebration. While I understand staffing challenges due to the holiday weekend, this is not our responsibility as guests. The outdoor seating was uncomfortably hot, further impacting our experience. Given that we spent over $400, I expected a much higher standard of service and care. Most importantly, the way we were treated left us feeling uncomfortable and, unfortunately, discriminated against due to our race. We are Black, and the experience made us feel this played a role in the treatment we received. Given the circumstances, I believe compensation is warranted, whether in the form of reimbursement or an invitation to return on the restaurant’s dime to enjoy a better experience when fully staffed and not overbooked. I hope you take this feedback seriously and address these concerns to ensure future guests do not have similar experiences. Thank you for your attention. I look forward to your response.

This restaurant has amazing views! The service is excellent and the food is good. We were a bit disappointed with the breakfast buffet - average at best. Suggest to order from the menu instead.

Went here last night with about 20 co-workers for a business dinner. Of course we called a week in advance to reserve tables on the glassed in patio. Beautiful view!! The salsa was fantastic! The guacamole tasted off, like over ripe avocado. I asked the server for FRESH jalapeno and a side of sliced avocado with my entree. i had to ask him again, no biggie as we had a big party and he handled us on his own. But when he did finally return, they were pickled jalapenos (yuck) and a small side of guac??? I didn't bother asking again because at this point I was almost finished eating. The refried beans were delish! Beef tamale was ok and I ordered a hard shell chicken taco that was bland (why I needed the fresh jalapenos). Overall, the service was good and the food came out pretty quick. The house margaritas were tasty and we ordered them by the pitcher. Great spot for cocktails on the patio.

I strongly suggest you go to the Tequila Factory good food, drinks, near Old Town shopping, and the park.

Waitress was great and fajitas were some of the best we ever had! Would definitely return! View is amazing and lunch buffet looked great but can’t beat those fajitas. I don’t drink margaritas but even those looked phenomenal.

I look at it as you're going to spend 10 to 12 dollars on a solo plate anyway, so why not spend 10.99 for the all you can eat buffet. It ends at 2 and they serve soup, salad, and all the fixings you need for tacos, taco bowls, and all meats ranging from chicken, to pulled chicken, pork, beef, ribs, and small dessert bar with waffles, cookies, brownies, and Mexican dessert options as well. You can choose to sit inside or outside on their patio and overlook the view of old town and San Diego, simply beautiful while eating delicious food. It's a hidden gem. Would recommend and go back myself.

we came here to sample their tequila flights but I had a flight and my husband had a margarita. the tequila was very good and my husband's margarita was delicious! our server was extremely competent and nice. we got there about 1:40 PM and we were just about the only ones there, which seems too bad because I looked at the menu and the selections were extensive and reasonable.

very crowded no organization at all we sat at the bar with 4 bartender 2 barbacks it was chaos and then had to wait for 45 mins for simple thing as fajitas while my friends got theirs and already where eating and not very good food

Great venue for an office party. Held our office Christmas party there for the last 3 years. Great price per person. Awesome food, comes with a beverage. Plenty of food lunch buffet - salad, dessert, soups, meats, vegetables, and, of course, tequila.

In town for a family get together this past weekend and my cuz got us all a room next door at the Hacienda Hotel. What a treat! Our breakfasts were here at the "Tequila Factory" each morning and what a treat that was! From staff greeting us hello to the the kind goodbyes it was great!! Benjamin, in particular, was there each morning making sure we had everything we needed and wanted! From keeping our table clear and clean to making sure we happy and content with everything! And Ernie was there also checking on us making sure we had what we needed! Such a good staff. But these two gentlemen in particular were outstanding! Thank you!

We stayed at the Best Western Plus Hacienda Hotel in Old Town which is part of the Tequila Factory Restaurant property. While we enjoyed the hotel, we did not enjoy the TFR. While sitting near the bar having drinks, the music that was playing had continuous foul language; m-f'n, etc. They changed the music when I brought it to their attention. Then, one of the kitchen staff walks to the bar handing the bartender something, and says $hit loudly. Classy joint.

After spending a ton of money in downtown restaurants it was great to find this little gem. Great little lunch buffet and fantastic views at a great price, plus you can see Old Town once you finish eating. Highly recommend!

This restaurant has the best view in Old Town! We had drinks first night and then daily breakfast. Food was tasty and staff very friendly.

We were recommended this place by out driver from old trolley tour pf San Diego, and in fact it was a pleasant find. Thia place is family friendly, we have got a table straight away. Our waitress was very nice. We did not do much food just some nachos as snacks, so can not speak for overall food, but margaritas were outstanding. And we had a goos fun participating in karaoke, great local vibe nice people great place.

I am native San Diegan, been to so many Mexican food places I cannot count. This was one of the worst quality Mexican food places in San Diego. I ordered the mahi mahi tacos. They were so bland and dry. My wife ordered a combo plate. Beef had no flavor. Neither of us finished our meals. My wife did have a margarita and said it was Very good. Also the view was great overlooking Old Town. You will enjoy good drinks, chips and salsa here plus the view, but do not come here expecting great Mexican food.

We arrived too late for the full brunch and there was quite a wait. (About an hour...but it was worth it) Since we missed brunch we ordered from menu. The food was still great, and the appetizers portions sufficient to share. The skinny margaritas were some of the best I’ve ever had.

We were staying at the best western hacienda and decided to try the restaurant upstairs after a long day. It turned out to be a good decision.

Great location, has a nice view to downtown San Diego and mission bay. Street parking available. Restaurant wasn’t very clean. Service was poor, our waiter was handsome and apologetic but forgot to place our order, took long to just get our drinks and didn’t come by unless we flagged him. Food was good, prices were reasonable.

Food is so so, not the best you can buy a block away. Bar is OK, but you can see people getting drunk hanging too long, at least the day I was there. I did not like the breakfast, and although there are several areas, I only found comfort in the inside area. The food did not convince me. The annex hotel include breakfast at this place, they also give you a voucher for a drink, usually a cheap margarita.

We live 1.5 miles away and have eaten at all the other old town restaurants. This was the worst food and drink we have experienced to date. The margaritas were terrible, the food was greasy and bland, the salsa was mediocre at best, and the service was the some of the slowest we have experienced. I am really not a hater.... BUT I hated this place. Total Tourist Trap!!

Decent place to eat. They offered a buffet for lunch and cheap margaritas! Pretty nice view looking down across the valley if you sit out on the deck. Food was just ok.

Had such a fun time in the bar area. Tony, our server took great care of us and we had a blast tasting tequilas. I cant wait to go back and try the double barrel tequila again! Tony, along with Faly and Scott were working on seeing if they could send some to us via mail. Great folks -- we had such an enjoyable time. Will go back next time we're in San Diego!

We had a party of 19 and they accommodated us very well. The champagne flowed with our brunch. The food was good. My only negative thought was some of the staff were not at nice as others. It could have just been an ‘off day’ for them. Overall, the beautiful views in the outdoor patio, good company, and chilled champagne; was a good experience.

We had an early dinner here and beat most of the crowd for mid week. We ate out on the terrace which offers a great view of the west end of town, the airport and parts of Old Town San Diego. The menu is quite diverse with a lot to choose from. There is a lot of parking around. Reservations are a good idea on weekends and in the evenings. If you are going to the Cygnet Theater its the closest restaurant near by, only a few hundred feet away. Although we have not tried it yet, we have been told the weekend brunch is quite good, but can be very busy as well. Good drinks. It will get pretty loud and festive here. Our meal was good, the server helpful in answering any questions and was fun to talk with.

Skip buffet. Mimosas were good. Quesadilla w beef ok. People at next table were way too loud. Service good.

Very nice for dinner, we ate there twice, one in the restaurant and once carryout. We also had breakfast twice because it was the hotel restaurant for the Hacienda Hotel. The breakfast was not good, it was not included with the room, I didn't think it was worth the money we paid for it. But our boys did eat free. Overall, the food was good, just not a lot of variety in the morning!

We headed down to check out old town and get some Mexican food. Everything down on the main street was packed so we were just driving around trying to find parking and stumbled upon this place. The fish tacos were excellent and my husband said the margarita was as good as he has ever had. They have a nice enclosed patio area with views of the water. We'll be back!

My husband loved this place. We ordered the Nachos and a taco enchilada plate. Service was friendly and fast and prices were very reasonable. Really, my husband said 2 or 3 times how much he loved the taco and enchilada, and that's just not like him!

The location is close to Old Town if you do not mind walking up a hill. The buffet was good and reasonably priced . The views and atmosphere were wonderful.

We will never go back, the place is dirty, the holder for the fajitas was dirty, the food was not even average, our margaritas lacked tequila. The good was the staff. Still will not go back to the filth and less than average food, better places in town to go.

We stopped in at this place after reading reviews on best brunch in Old Town...no disappointment. Food was very authentic and tasty! I have eaten in Old Town many times, but first time for a Mexican buffet and this restaurant in particular. Service was great, the selection was excellent, and they kept our Champaign glasses full...with a strolling entertainer playing Mexican music! Great place when visiting Old Town...don't be afraid of this buffet! They also had a special order chef if you wanted an omlet or something from the grill. Great choice!

Had drink coupons from the hotel so we had drinks and appetizers. Food was good but what stood out was the bartender who served us. He was a super nice guy and talked to us pretty much the whole time we were there. The atmosphere is nice and it's a great place for drinks.

It was a free breakfast buffet. Good overall and lots of options. Saved some money on food so that's always a plus. Good views from the restaurant. No mimosas during breakfast though as they told us they don't have champagne during the week.

This restaurant was recommended to us and we are so glad that we ate here. We had lunch. They had a lunch buffet for 10.99 per person which we took advantage of. The food was really good and offered a wide variety of food. Our waitress was very helpful and friendly. We would eat here again if in the area.

We arrived about 7:00 without a reservation and were seated right away. I ordered a spicy Jalapeño margarita (not the name on the menu) and it was very good. My husband had a beer (boring) our food arrived quickly almost before the drinks. I had a combination taco and chili relleno and my husband had the enchilada Del Mar. Both were good. I asked the server for another Margareta that the menu said it had Cointreau but when I tasted it I didn’t taste any Cointreau and the flavor was just like a regular unremarkable margarita. I mentioned this to the servicer and she said she would tell the bartender. No offer to remake the drink or take it off the bill. Yes I could have asked but I shouldn’t have to.

Located in Old Town San Diego Mexican food is the main cuisine in this area. This restaurant is attached to the Hacienda hotel and can be reached without going outside of the hotel if you are a guest. There is inside and outside seating. We were a little disappointed that the cook could not get a simple order of scrambled or over easy eggs correct, as requested by us for breakfast.

I was told to come here to meet my buddy. It was nice selection as it was close to my hotel and the place was great. The service was fast and good. The food was great too. Very authentic Mexican food. The terrace has a nice view over the old town.

We had our opening family reunion meet and greet at this restaurant. It was perfect as it accommodated all of the dietary requirements and mobility challenges our group presented. Enjoyed immensely.

Visited this restaurant as we were staying at the adjoining hotel. The margaritas were tiny and not very good (served in a rocks glass), and pretty much everyone at the table agreed the food was pretty bland. I did enjoy sitting outside and having the city view, but I’m disappointed I wasted a night of dinner here when San Diego has so much to offer when it comes to Mexican cuisine.

We went here for happy hour and had a couple drinks and a couple of appetizers. The ceviche was very good and the service was very attentive. Great location at the old town Best Western Hacienda Hotel.

I feel bad giving a bad review but the food we ordered was not very good. The guacamole was very disappointing. I have never ordered guacamole and had it taste bad until this place. Our main entree was exactly the same. Bland and not a good taste. Maybe others have had a better experience. I was told it is authentic Mexican food and maybe that is it and I am just not use to eating authentic. Would not go back to this place to eat.

We sat out on their terrace, overlooking old San Diego which was a plus. Their food was good, and service was mid-range.

This was a great lunch. Food was good. They don't mind if you share a plate. We stayed at best western and had complimentary drinks from the hotel. The staff was very friendly. The view was the best.

Great breakfast buffet, lovely terrace with great views! Wait staff very friendly. Food was delicious.

Admittedly, we didn't pay anything to eat here at the Tequila Factory, as it's attached to the Best Western Hacienda Hotel, so we got free breakfast. It was a good buffet though, which changed the selection every day--I would say it's still worth going to if you're staying in Old Town. I can't speak for the lunch/dinner options, but based on the breakfast food (chilaquiles, refried beans, etc,) I can guess that the rest of the food was pretty good too!

The included Mexican daily buffet was wonderful. Fathers Day buffet was busy but well organized. The food was varied and uniformly good. Buffet items were quickly replenished when empty. Although the place was full, the spacing was such that we did not feel rush at all. Great experience!

Credit Fraud! Dishonest employees, terrible food, horrible customer service, watered down drinks, no follow through, no acknowledgements, take your business elsewhere! My husband and I received their house margaritas and a deep fried ice cream. I paid with a credit card that we gave to the waiter. He left, came back with the receipt, and 12hrs later our card was being charged some $300+ for a transaction. I have our credit Statement to show this was the only place we used our credit card because we just arrived in San Diego. We will never go to this place again! 05/31/2020 07:30PM: check number 1190: table 11/1: server 2033 Fernando

This place is on the hill over looking Old Town and not in the middle of everything. They offer seating with beautiful views overlooking Old Town and Downtown San Diego. While the menu is mostly Mexican food there are a couple other options like a really nice BLT sandwich and hamburger options. NOTE: If you are staying at the Best Western and eating here on your food tickets, PLEASE TIP your wait staff on what your meal would have cost and not the final discounted bill.

This was the second time we visited this restaurant in less than a month in a half. We are from the East Coast and wanted to eat here on our last day before heading home. We ate here initially on March 27th at 645pm. It will certainly be our last time ever going there. The hostess was rude and disrespectful denying us a reservation from open table after I had received a confirmation on my phone for 330 pm on May 12th. Not certain how OT works but we received the worst service imaginable. From listening to an incoherent manager explain his version of OT to not taking reservations because it was Mothers Day weekend, to being put on the front patio near a large party and being ignored by the waiter, to our fajitas's sitting on a tray getting cold to no refills of ice tea, this was the worst dining experience ever! And, their food was very good the first time we visited. While they received their money for the food we ate, they cancelled our reservation on Open Table after we had eaten there so we didn't even receive our points that we were entited to! That is just not right.

Four of us native San Diegans decided to have lunch here today and were not disappointed! The buffet was incredible, fresh, delicious, and included non-alcoholic drinks as well as a nice selection of fresh fruits and desserts. We stopped going to Old Town when Delaware North took over Bazaar del Mundo and ruined it for us locals as well as tourists, so it was a breath of fresh air to discover that the Tequila Factory has made up for the great loss of Bazaar del Mundo. The servers were great, and always there to pick up any used plates, and the hostesses on the way out were very friendly. I run an Airbnb here in town, and will be sending all of my guests towards the Tequila Factory from now on. The view from the patio was worth every cent of the money we paid for the food, and the food was as good as our Mexican moms used to make for us at home. The flour tortillas were top notch, as well as all the home made salsas and condiments to add to our food. Thank your Tequila Factory for a truly one of kind experience with food and ambience! We will be back soon and often.

There are a handful of amazing Mexican places in Old Town and this needs to be included in the list. Many don't realize this one is even there because it is not on the walking tracks of Old Town like others are. Find it. It will be worth it.

I decided to splurge a bit my first night in San Diego with dinner. The Tequila Factory is one of numerous Mexican places in the Old Town area. It is part of the Best Western. There are some tables inside and outside that have some nice city views. The servers and staff are quite friendly. The dining room is very nice. Instead of getting the normal Mexican food, I noticed there was quail on the menu and I've never had that so I gave it a whirl. It came with rice and asparagus. The quail, and you get 2, came out looking like 2 small thin chickens. It turned out to be pretty good. A little tougher than chicken, but a different taste. I would definitely consider eating it again as well as eating at the Tequila Factory.

Old Restaurant. $40 for the Brunch was too expensive. Food was average. It is convenient to the Hotel and walking distance. There are some stairs so if you have trouble walking reserve Brunch for the tables on the lower level or outside.

Though we didn't indulge in any tequila, we ordered the nachos to share and they were incredible! They also had a lunch buffet available which looked good and seemed popular! Would recommend!

I came here with a group of 8, after others attending our conference had recommended this place. We were very pleased. We sat "outside" (covered patio, with heaters) and had a nice view over Old Town. I had the carnitas - delicious, and so much food, I could only eat about half. Three of my friends shared a platter that had three kinds of fajitas, and they said there was plenty to go around. We all had a pitcher of the house margaritas, which were excellent. The wait staff was very attentive. Recommended!

Parking available under the restaurant. Good service with a smile. Set up with a lunch buffet that would be good for the tour bus trade. We ordered off the menu. Chips and salsa provided with a thin salsa and chips that appeared to come from a bag. Cold and hard chips. The entrees were quite good. The Chicken quesadilla was heavy with chicken. The melted cheese dish was hot and spicy. It doesn’t rate its 4 stars, but it’s not bad.

Food was quick, but quality was just okay. Service was mediocre. We were charged for the $44 margarita pitcher when we were told that the tequila that goes into it wasn’t available and asked for a regular pitcher.

We avoided the food here because of mediocre reviews. But, we did want to stop for a drink & the view. There are two outdoor spaces--one is entirely covered so it isn't really "outside" at all, but thankfully we were able to move to the uncovered portion which was better. The space has potential, although the view is kind of obscured by truly filthy windows/plexiglass? I'm not sure why it needs to be so tall, so you are looking through it no matter where you sit. That was a little disappointing...maybe so drunk people can't fall off? Still, seems like it could be a bit lower so you can actually see like on a normal patio. The drinks are fine, the Tamarindo margarita was yummy but nothing special. If you want to check out the space/get a drink then this is an acceptable option. But I would skip the food here (we saw some other plates that did not look great). Also, the vibe really isn't all that. Just seems like a tourist trap. They also have a photographer who comes to take your photo for a "complimentary postcard." We agreed to the photo & got our free postcard. They are trying to sell a $20 4x8 photo of you with a cheesy little envelope. She wasn't pushy about it, just trying to do her job, but this is the kind of thing you may encounter here.

Had lunch here a few weeks back the food was delicious, view beautiful and service great, what more can I say oh yer and the beer and margarita!

We had a large family group in town to celebrate a family member graduating from MC basic. The restaurant made our evening special and memorable. We had two servers to help take orders and then 5 helped bring out all the plates of food that arrived with perfect timing. Great family fun here.

While staying at the Best Western Hacienda, we popped in and out of the Tequila Factory which is located on the premises. While we didn't partake of the buffets, the price was very reasonable and the selection seemed vast. The food we did have was good with ample portions. The staff was attentive even during the craziness of Cinco de Mayo festivities when the bar was packed. The Tequila Factory is not on the main street, but parallel to it, on Juan. Worth finding all the same!

We had a fantastic dinner tonight the food was out of this world to die for easily the best food we have had in a long time . Our waitress Nora did a great job helping us select dinner . The manager was very nice and professional and came and talked with us during dinner . Prices were super reasonable for the quality of food we ate . If you enjoy upscale Mexican food and wonderful cocktails I can't think of anywhere else in Southern California I would rather go . The enchiladas Del Mar are the best I have ever had and I grew up on Mexican food at home cheers ps did I mention the prices are very reasonable and the portions large👍🏻

The restaurant was less than packed and we had a reservation. We asked to sit at a particular table but was told we couldn’t because it was reserved, in the two hours we were there the table was never set. We ordered margaritas and they were served in plastic cups. We tried to order guacamole and ceviche and apparently they were out of all seafood. We ordered nachos in place of the ceviche. The food came out 20 minutes before we received our margaritas, the server never brought water, although we asked several times, the chicken on the nachos was cold and unseasoned. It took an hour and 20 minutes to receive our meals, 3 taquitos, and the tapequena (carne asada with cheese enchilada). We order the carne asada medium and received it over well done, cooked to a crisp. Good Mexican restaurants are a dime a dozen in San Diego, this is not one of them.

First time in the restaurant and was there for the brunch buffet which was good but could have maybe couple more added selections. Other concern was waiting for the certain dessert such as the flan which seem to go quick.

The food was really good, I had the taquitos amigos and hubs had Baja fish tacos, would highly recommend. Our waitress was a delightful friendly young lady, enjoyed her immensely! Thank you Griselda I!

The food here was ok, and the staff were super friendly, but there were much better restaurants just down the street. It is a perfect location if you are staying at the Best Western, but I would encourage people to wander down the street and see what other options are available.

Food here is mediocre at best. Meat (chicken and shredded beef) tasted canned. Rice bland. Mexican meatball soup was tasty although the meatballs looked under cooked. Nice view of San Diego on the outdoor roof top deck. Full view glass around the outside. Nicer to sit on the outdoor patio instead of the indoor dining room. Margaritas nothing special and small. Good though that free parking is available in the adjacent garage.

This is a comfortable place for a decent meal, the menu is a little limited for a Mexican food eatery IMO, but the food had good, but not great flavor. The buffet looked old, so we ordered off the menu.

A short walk from my hotel. The best margaritas with chips and salsa! Tacos are excellent! Very good menu. Attentive bartenders and servers.

We enjoyed this small restaurant and bar. Drinks and food were good. On the edge of Old Town. Easy to get to and parking on street available.

We had two breakfasts and two dinners here. The dinner food was delicious - we tried, the Enchiladas del Mar, beef tamale, chicken enchilada, and chile relleno - all very good, especially the sauces. The rice was also particularly good. Breakfast offerings were less spectacular, but this buffet was included with our room at the attached Best Western Hotel so I'll chalk it up to that. Overall, I'd give the food and drinks a 4. There were some hiccups with service. I'd give the service a 2. After being seated for our first dinner (a late one), we waited almost 15 minutes (I'm not exaggerating) before I got up to ask for someone to serve us. We were the third table on the patio, so it wasn't busy. There were two servers, each with one of the other tables. We couldn't even get someone to make eye contact. At least the busboy had provided water and chips. Once we had a waiter assigned to us, he really did bend over backwards to give us great service - so that helped salvage the meal. The margaritas helped too! My second dinner visit was with my son, so I was the only adult. I asked for a patio table by the glass, but they were "reserved". Really? All of them? I would've preferred to hear, "We like to save those for groups of four." I really felt like service for the other tables (some of whom arrived after us) took priority. I had to ask for the margarita (that I ordered when we were first seated) that still had not arrived when my food was delivered. The servers were all very pleasant when I was interacting with them, they just weren't attentive.

This restaurant was recommended and well worth the trip. Reasonable prices amazing tasting food - loved the fajitas! Shrimp was awesome- nick was great made room for a table for 9 hungry travelers. Great service and hospitality thank you

Every summer for the last five years I always make it a point to stop and eat at the Old Town Tequila Factory! When you're walking up to the restaurant everything is maintained and cleaned to perfection! Once you walk into the restaurant, you are greeted so greatly by the staff you would think your a celebrity. And now for the food.... IT IS SOME OF THE BEST!!! The service is amazing! The food is superb! What more can you ask for!? There is really nothing more that you could ask for. This is why you NEED to stop at the Old Town Tequila Factory!!! The general manager Scott Seabright was so accommodating and personally found my retainers I left behind rolled in a napkin! If I could give this restaurant more stars, I would without blinking an eye! Can't ask for a better place than this one! Great service and great food!

Love this place. The food here is pretty good and the service is excellent. I have tried the enchiladas and seafood. Also their breakfast buffet is very good with plenty of choices. If you don’t want the buffet, you can also order from the menu. If you stay at their hotel, as for the plaza level so you have a nice view and you will be close to the pool.

We chose this restaurant because of the location. The margaritas were tasteless and the food was average. We wanted to sit outside but the heaters were not working which was a disappointment. Overall, our experience was average and I would not return.

I don’t know what the problem was the night we ate there but we had to ask repeatedly for water and for table service. The drinks arrived at a reasonable time but my high end margarita didn’t have a lot of flavor. After my fish taco meal finally arrived it was tasty and there was the right amount of batter on the fish. My husbands soup was good but not great. I wish they had more traditional Mexican beans instead of black beans - but maybe that is traditional and I am use to the refried. We will think twice before returning.

Our group(Federally Employed Women) we’re in town for a meeting. The locals suggested we go to the Tequila Factory for drinks and dinner. We had a large party of over 20. The restaurant staff did an excellent job accommodating us. The prices were reasonable and the food and drinks were delicious!

On a recent trip over the holidays our family stayed the night in Old Town and tried a new restaurant (for us). We decided to eat in the bar area so we could also keep pr eyes on a few games going on. Our server was super friendly as well as the bar tender who also took time to interact with us. The Goose IPA on draft was terrific as well as the chips and salsa. Our entrees were all descent, though not the best Mexican cuisine we've had. The presentation of all the dishes was great, but the flavor lacked in authenticity. Overall however, we had a great night and would try it again!

A good meal is always special when you have a beautiful view. A couple blocks away from the hustle, high on a little peak comes the beautiful view of Old San Diego. Also, free parking.

Made a reservation while visiting friends. While the food ended up being good though didn't necessarily look like it in the endless row of chafing dishes, I wish their Open Table listing would've mentioned a buffet vs. an a-la-carte menu. I also see some reviews here mentioning "champagne" brunch....don't be mistaken, sparking wine is not champagne.

We were disappointed in this restaurant and expected better from an Old Town eatery! Three of us had the fajitas - mine was skirt steak (overdone, after I asked for medium rare!), my husband's was shrimp (tasteless) and the third person had steak, shrimp and chicken (also disappointing). Our margaritas were touted as "famous" and they were small and plain! No flavored margaritas, as in most restaurants in Old Town. The food is just so so, nothing to rave about. The view is great, but that's about all. At least there is free on-site parking, a rarity in Old Town. We won't be back to this restaurant - there are too many other great restaurants in Old Town.

Really nice place. The lunch buffet meant there was something for all of us, including 6 year old fussy eater. Views and service were great. Kids want to go back!

Great atmosphere, excellent steak fajitas and large margaritas! The service was very fast and we had a large group of 15. The prices were reasonable too. I’ll definitely go back.
Great Food & Outstanding Service
Attached to the Best Western Hacienda Hotel, the Old Town Tequila Factory provides breakfast and room service to the hotel. Great food & service! The Puerto Nuevo style fried lobster is only $5 more than Cafe Coyote, but without the mass tourist crowd.
