Stayed at the hotel for the Heat game and breakfast was included with the Amex Plat partnership. The buffet had a fresh made to order omelet station, tons of delicious pastries, fresh juice, fruits, cheeses, bacon, everything honestly. Ask to be seated in Yaimara’s section, her vibes are so genuine and hospitable. She made me and my bestie’s breakfast morning a sunny day! Thank you Yaimara!

Good coffee and quick and tasty breakfast burger! We are from Canada and generally get coffee at Tim Horton's but this was a nice change. We visited a few different locations and they were ALL great! Good food & service!

Full complement of breakfast items including eggs of most any variety and cereal, toast and if course coffee. Nice!

This is a breakfast only location but the staff and food is quite good for a hotel location Try to get William to serve you as he is excellent

The breakfast buffet was delicious. It's a bit pricey but the convenience of having a buffet at the hotel is a nice touch. Definitely something for everyone.

It was a wonderful experience for me and my friends. Our server Ashae did an amazing job in accommodating all of us and we got our food and drinks on time. Very happy with the service and Ashae is truly a gem for this hotel

ole was a wonderful restaurant for us during our stay at the inter-continental. the staff was friendly. food delicious.

WOW. What a horrible experience. To have the buffet included and need to sign a check to have it go to the room was appalling because to see that 2 breakfast totaled $73 ... holy cow. A waiter briefly appeared and said no to me about apple juice. To be spoken 4 words from the server and have an automatic 18% service charge added is horrific. I was upset our stayed ended with this. No sense of genuine care or concern. Appalling and just needed to share this with everyone.

Stayed in the Intercontinental Hotel and had breakfast here. The restaurant is inside the hotel complex. The choice of food for the buffet breakfast was excellent. Be warned though is costs $28 plus taxes for a buffet breakfast.

Very handy as right in hotel, friendly servers and great food. The buffet was excellent and the made to order items are very nice.

We stayed for a couple of days in the Intercontinental hotel and we had breakfast at Ole. What a nice place with lovely people; Aimee and Carlos made sure that we had everything we liked. We really enjoyed it. For breakfast we could chose everything we liked! 10/10!!

We had a really nice breakfast at Ole! What a nice restaurant with nice people. Aimee and Marcos made sure we had a great breakfast and got everything we needed. Great service! I really liked the egg-omelet they made for us. Perfect!

Everything was top notch great quality friendly staff great ingredients wish every INTERCONTINENTAL would have such a great breakfast

Had buffet breakfast during our stay as part of our package. It was just the start needed to a day. The coffee was also great.

26 bucks for a buffet? C'mon... gimme a break! Not worthy. Our waiter was the one that made the difference... funny and easy going.

Breakfast buffet has a good variety of items but is a little bit over priced. Including taxes and 18% gratitude you will pay almost $30 for the breakfast.

The restaurant serves only breakfast. They have a wide array of pastries, fruit, hot breakfast items, juices, as well as a la catre menu.

Good variety of food and very good quality. Very friendly staff. Highly recommended this restaurant.

We stopped by to checkout the buffet and was immediately greeted by Andre who provided outstanding service. He was on top of his game. Very friendly and outgoing. Went above and beyond to take care of us. The food was delicious and the price was reasonable. It was a delightful experience.

You can choose from a breakfast buffet or ala carte items. It is pricey for breakfast, but the selection was good and everything was very tasty. They were out of Greek Yogurt, which is annoying for a breakfast restaurant. Be aware they do automatically charge you a service charge. There were only 2 of us and we did not get the buffet, so we were surprised when we saw it.

We went to "Ole" expecting little more than convenience. We received excellent service and wonderful food. Do not settle for the buffet; try the a la carte items.

The family and I had breakfast before we set sail to the Bahamas. Food was great and Shea was amazing!!! Fast service, great insight on local activities as well as a few must sees along our journey. Thanks Shea!!!

The service was excellent and attentive with coffee cups filled whenever you got low. The breakfast menu was more reasonably priced than the $33 buffet, but your options were more varied on the buffet. Very good for a hotel breakfast.

1) COFFEE BURNT 2) they are passing off MILK as CREAM (people can taste the difference) 3) this is a ridiculous small cheap selection for a 'Sunday Brunch" this was like a Hampton Inn free Breakfast 4) service slow rude indifferent 5) 18% TIP ADDDED AUTOMATICALLY TO CHECK for a buffet with slow burnt coffee being served with no actual 1/2 1/2 what a bad joke - ON THE CONSUMER DINER BEWARE !!!!

Went to ole for breakfast, two people, two eggs each greasy greasy greasy home fries two pieces of toast a tomato juice and two coffees for $46 it was the worst breakfast I've ever had. The service was absolutely horrible had to wait forever for cream for coffee absolutely the worst will not go back . They did offer buffet for $27 per person and I'm really glad I didn't do that I'll be surprised if I'm not sick all day from the grease of that food.

Had the sea bass, it was fantastic. Also had a salad with it too and dessert. The beer and wine selection was very good. A very nice evening

My wife and I enjoyed breakfast at OLÉ each day during our stay. Such a friendly, helpful staff, including Madeleine (hostess), Brandy (my server multiple times), Ariesa (server; blame autocorrect on my phone for incorrect spelling of your name, sorry!), Fritho (omelette station), Merana (fruit & cold cuts section), Carolina (dining area attendant) and Madelena (manager). The selection of fruit and rolls/pastries was excellent, but make sure to get an omelette made to your liking. Food in warming trays and on display in baskets/bowls was quickly replenished as needed. Plates and cups were quickly cleared. All told breakfast at OLÉ was an excellent way to start each day and the people I mentioned (and others) were a big reason why. Madelena and her team did a fantastic job.

Best service in Miami! My family had a great experience with delicious food and generous services. We got some good tips about local happenings from Ashae our wonderful server and received above and beyond service from Sagrario Newman too. We look forward to returning for a great breakfast buffet.

I was staying at the Intercontinental and dropped down for breakfast- the scrambles eggs and chicken sausage were very good and the service was very quick.

Open for breakfast a lunch. This in-hotel restaurant is referred to as a coffee shop by hotel staff. We only ate breakfast there twice. There is a buffet. Ordering ala-cart is no cheaper than the buffett. We ate very lightly and it still cost us $50, about what two buffet meals would cost. Food quality is generally good, but my over-medium fried eggs were burned the first morning.

Only reason I gave it three stars was price. $70 for two for average brunch selection I thought a bit high. But we hung there for a while having coffee after we ate to wait for our room undisturbed. Buffett itself was average selection, but chef made the best omlettes and in another review we had stayed at the intercontinental Doral in Feb which had an awesome buffet( see separate review) so I had that to recently compare with same IHG group. But everything else in this hotel including two other restaurants makeup for the 3 stars.

This steak house was amazing!!! I came to watch the World Cup and my waiter Alyan was the best!!! Great service ask for him he will take great care of you!

It was not the biggest breakfast buffet, but everything was high quality. It has an omelet station, which puts it up there. Very attentive staff for a place that is primarily buffet. Be aware that 18% is automatically added as gratuity.

Restaurant serving breakfast at the Intercontinental Hotel. We head the buffet option but a la carte available too, Wide selection of items - fresh fruit, pastries, cold meats and cheeses, breads, cereals plus hot choices such as freshly made omelettes, scrambled eggs, bacon, sausage, pancakes, potatoes. Staff attentive and nothing too much trouble.

We had breakfast at Ole on the last day of our stay. She made me the BEST chocolate milk ever! She was an awesome waitress and breakfast was delicious.

Had a fantastic breakfast today from the hot and cold buffet selection. Pastries and fruit were great. Then all had freshly made omelettes. Delicious. Service was attentive. Didn’t need lunch!

Nice plentiful buffet . Large seating/dining area.Staff pleasant. Only downside is the ridiculous cost of breakfast per person, its obviously aimed at corporate travellers who are on all expenses. If only the price was lowered it would I am sure attract more families to use. Food great but let down by price. Next time I will turn left out of the hotel, one block to a number of breakfast restaurants and enjoy a hearty tasty breakfast for a fraction of the price which we did on our following 2 nights. As I have stated no issues at all with food or staff just the price....

It had the usual eggs, meat, fruit, cereal, bread. nothing to complain about, but nothing to get excited about either.

Not your usual buffet. Huge selection of everything you could ask for. High quality food too. And so fresh. Great service too. American, European and Latino food items. Definitely try it.

If you like buffets, you would probably like this one. For a buffet, ninety five dollars ($95) for two people in my opinion is a bit excessive.

Breakfast for two is gonna run you around $75. There are many other places a tad cheaper and much better breakfast. I would have ate at McDonalds had I known the breakfast was this horrible.

I was staying at the Intercontinental Miami for a business conference last week. One of the days I went down to Ole, the hotels breakfast restaurant and let me just say AWESOME! Chef Clive made me an amazing omelet. Amy was the best. Never had to ask for coffee, water, juice or anything. She was on too of her game. Marcos, whom I think is the manager was happy and so welcoming. Thank you all at Ole for giving me that superb experience. I always give credit where credit is due. Thank you Chef Clive, Amy and Marcos. See you all soon!

Had a good breakfast here as part of our breakfast included rate at the hotel - would I pay for this myself, probably not when the bill we had to sigh each morning was nearly $90 a day for 2 people, who should actually pay for this if breakfast was not included I have no idea. Nice food but not $90 nice!

Did the buffet for Breakfast. Way to expensive for a buffet $29 per person. Omelet Chef keep leaving till the line backed up. Beacon was out. No where near $29 per person.

The almond french toast is amazing! I'm sad that I only had time to have it once! Great menu options.

In the Intercontinental Hotel Ole is open only for breakfast. The selection at the buffet is excellent. The staff is very attentive.

You can't go wrong with this amazing breakfast buffet experience! Palette pleasing cuisine, exceptional staff & service!

Loved the breakfast in Ole. Great staff, especially the lovely lady cooking fresh omelettes in the morning!

Sagrario newman is very accommodating feel like im home. Shes very nice and makes us happy very time she passed by at our table. I love her so much

Had breakfast here a couple of days but feel it is overpriced for what you get. Staff are friendly though not over attentive - handy but plenty alternatives nearby and much cheaper.

I had the pleasure of dining at this restaurant and I tried the "Skirt Steak and Fried Eggs. Be sure to bring your appetite as it comes with generous portions. I will be back to try the omelet bar which was buzzing with activity from the chef custom making breakfast creations. The coffee was great as well as the fresh squeezed Florida orange and grapefruit juices. Truly a must try kind of place!

The breakfast buffet was nice, with plenty of options, but overall it's not worth the price in my opinion. Staff was friendly, and the service was good.

This restaurant was a disappointing dinning experience. Service was mediocre and breakfast was not good. Ended up there on second day of stay tried à la carte menu instead of the Buffet and it was a little better.

Ok. We have only eaten here once so maybe we had a fluke day but this food was not good. I have had way better food at a Denny's or IHOP and I don't like either of those places. Several of our group had the breakfast buffet and notes the food was very bland and not very interesting. Plus it was expensive. For $27 a person you would expect something more original than what was served. Those of us who ordered off the menu did not fare much better, as our waffles, packages and French toast were almost inedible. It was one of the worst breakfast meals I have had in a long time.

We wanted a quick breakfast before a vacation excursion and that is what we received. We had eggs over light; they were cooked to perfection. They were accompanied by the best home fries we ever ate. The plates were decorated with tasty strawberries and orange slices. Our toast was served with delicious blueberry jam. My husband said his coffee was excellent. We both agree that our server was an excellent waiter!

Also conveniently located inside the hotel, Ole allows the customer many breakfast foods to choose from. The omelet's are excellent. Professional and customer friendly staff.

We stayed at the Inter Continental recently and were pleasently surprised by the quality of the food at the in house restaurant here. A lot of hotel restaurants are often a bit hit or miss, this was not for sure.

Wonderful! Food and atmosphere! Had the special of the day...fish, mussels, calamari, braised spinach, asparagus, and brussel sprouts. Delicious.

Loved the variety they have on their breakfast buffet! Especially the Omelette Station with over 20 items to choose for. They have an incredible variety of fruits to choose for and staff was very attentive.

Breakfast buffet! Those 2 words tell you all you need to know. Do not miss this delightful experience

We have breakfast at the Intercontinental - Ole restaurant. Very rich everything and with many options and Mayra's service was excellent!! I recommend it!!
Never!
No service. None. We were seated by a hostess that acted like it was a bother. There were just two of us. We were seated right in the middle of the room. Right after we were seated two other couple were seated at different tables right near us. They no sooner sat down and they were greeted by servers and had their coffee and juices. 10 minutes later we were still sitting so we found the hostess and asked her what the problem was. 5 minutes later we walked out.
