very good food inexpensive and very friendly. Very modern for the way of paying or ordering if you want to with a terminal on your table..

Good food worm atmosphere server very attentive. Can't go wrong with this place. Took an hour to get a table. Well worth it!!!

This is indeed great Italian restaurants in Austin. Especially for Indians like us who visit Austin for authentic Italian pasta. We really enjoyed the delicious tasty food and the service rendered. I appreciate their hospitality. When in Austin do make a point to visit this restaurant.

February 18, 2022 - Early Evening - Couple over 70 Our server KOBE (on his last day of trainee server status) was OUTSTANDING. He was personable without being pushy. He got everything right first time on our order; he checked back regularly but did not "hover". When we asked for recommendations he gave clear recommendation with short explanation as to why. I hope he keeps his attitude and does not burn out. You have a gem here, he just needs a bit of polishing. I had not been to Olive Garden in several years. Their menu selections are much more limited now than in the past. Too many selections are Alfredo style for which I do not like. (Problem one) I ordered the Soup & Salad Pasta e Fagioli Soup is excellent, has enough beef in it, vegetables are tender, excellent flavor somewhat like chili - an Italian chili, that is. Let them grind the cheese shredder until servers wrist is about to give out. It could have more black beans to make it better. I added a bit of ground black pepper to "give it some pep". The croutons from the salad make EXCELLENT crackers in the soup, btw. If you want croutons with salad, just ask for some extra for your soup. The salad was satisfactory, but they are really chintzy with the dressing so I requested MORE. (Problem two) The Italian margarita was good, not as good as Perfect at Long Horn steak house or one of the excellent Prickly Pear Margaritas served around the area. Still better than standard margarita - you get a half shot of Amaretto to add to your glass. It is rimmed with coarsely granulated sugar rather than salt which I really liked. Maureen enjoyed her Shrimp Scampi, too, and of course her tiramisu. Me, wanting to maintain my youthful manly 250 lb. figure decided to forgo dessert (I had 3, or was it 4, bowls of soup and cleaned out the salad bowl & bread sticks. You have to ASK for butter with them!! (problem 3). Me, I ask, firmly! (Maureen says I "demand", I think that is a bit overboard on my firmness, but she tends to be wimpy when dealing with servers.) My problems 2 & 3 are minor but still a place for improvement. The limited menu is more of a real problem and probably all in combination would have reduced to 3 stars except for the excellent quality of the food and fantastic service. Kobe - you saved management a star!

Olive garden is always prety good. Service varries though.

I am low carb but my wife wanted pasta. I got a great salad and a little steak - had them box the alfredo to go. My wife ordered an entree of shells. Even dinner comes with unlimited soup or salad - she loved it.

They are good Love their TV specials Love the service Love choices Love to have enough to eat and take some home

We decided on a dinner at this location eating what has become kind of a standard meal for us - huge salad, with seconds, spaghetti with meat balls for my wife and spaghetti and Italian sausage for me. Nothing fancy but just a great filling meal. We have been stopping at Olive Gardens on our travels. Our somewhat local Olive Garden has been equally as good and the prices in today's inflation economy are still reasonable. Hopefully we get to return here again in the not-too-distant future.

This place is a bit hard to find, but they deliver an excellent take-home package to our car window right on time.

We went to celebrate a friend's birthday at the olive garden by Round Rock and the food was good meanwhile the service was poor. We couldn't decide on what we wanted to order so we told them not yet but somehow and I honestly don't know how, but they had the understandment that we didn't understand english since we were all hispanics. The funny thing is that we spoke with the server in english. PERFECT ENGLISH! next thing you know, they take out a cook from the kitchen to come talk to us in spanish. Honestly I was offended, ended up leaving and not eating anything do to the fact that it was very racist what they did to me. Might not feel like it to others but to me that was very offensive and honestly, my feelings were hurt because never in my life, have I been treated that way, till that day..

Everything was Great! Sandy, our server, was friendly, charming, and funny! Breadsticks and soup were hot and delicious, salad was fresh and crisp, wine was perfect, pasta was scrumptious! All around perfect dining experience!

Superb Italian Delights. Cosy environment. Excellent services. There is food for all ages. There are many choices for vegetarians as well. The food are made of fresh ingredients.

Food was ok but we had a nice time. The quality is what you expect of an American “Italian” food chain but the place is nice with great service. You get unlimited salad with your entree. Avoid the “Sangria”. It’s basically cheap red whine with Cool Aid powder.

My wife and I always enjoyed going to Olive Garden, but when we stopped in for lunch last week, it may be our last visit. The lettuce in the salad was 90% white 10% green. The marinara sauce was terrible. Neither one of us finished our lunch.

hypothetical question: why would anyone eat at the olive garden? Their food is frozen and defrosted in a microwave before it's served. It really is. If it was $2 a plate that would be different. . .

Expected a little better service for a slow time, not major tho. Food was good, but bread sticks were over baked and a little chewy.

This is the best Olive Garden I have been to, it did not have the heavy smell of old cheese as many of the other have. The food was very good, and served in large portions, all of us needed doggie bags after this visit. Quick refills, and all in all, the best thing about our visit, was our young waiter who did a very good job.

The waitress was one of the best I have encountered at an Olive Garden (or anywhere). The food, sangria, and dessert were as expected...high quality, plentiful, satisfying. Quiet restaurant in an easy to get to area. Recommended!

We went to celebrate my wifes birthday. Once we where seated we had to wait a little while for a server. I mentioned to a waitress that we had not been served yet. The manager came out right away and apologized and he took our drink order and comp'd us a free appitizer. It turns out our waitress, Sarah B., had just been sat a table of 20 and was swamped! She came up to us and apologized and turned out to be one of the best waitresses I have ever had! The food was great. Olive Garden has done a great job revamping their menu. It was one of the best dining experiences I have had in a long time. Kudo's to management and Sarah for a great time.

Went to olive garden for lunch. Saw this fancy Ziosk tablet. Saw that there were games in this. Till the food arrived decided to play on this. Apparently there is a $1.99 (+ tax) charge for playing on this device. This is in a fine print before one starts playing. If I really wanted to play a game by paying money, I could have taken my own tablet. What a rip off. Also do not order the ravioli dish, this is another ripoff in the menu. Stick to the pasta dishes... Olive Garden management if you are reading this, this is for you. Just to try to improve your sales, trying to charge customers to use this silly tablet is not going to work!

We go to an Olive Garden at least once a year because my elderly mom made it a tradition to visit here every year on her birthday. We have been doing this for over 30 years! Wow, 30! Anyways, we don't often go to this location because there's one nearer to us but this time we were at the Aquarium so we hopped over. Good thing about this place is that it takes reservations but we didn't know that then. But the wait was not bad at all-30mins. The other location it would be hours! We hoped this one would be just as good because the 183 location isn't so we stopped going to that one. Its crowded here and the kids were getting restless and hungry but we finally got seated. The waiting area was small and it was cold outside but just glad it was nice and toasty inside. Because of our large party we almost always get seated by those long tables by the fireplace in every location. Good to have that consistency :) One thing about Olive Garden is that every year they change up the menu :/ Again this year it was the case. Since last year they stopped doing my favorite seafood dish :( So this year I had trouble ordering. But I did get the seafood alfredo and my mom missing her dish as well was willing to try their new seafood pasta specialty. All the kids got their chicken fingers and fries except one had grapes-strange kid-but they know a good thing because their strips and fries are always good! Another upsetting thing is that they stopped doing their pizzas! They were soo good :/ So my teenager had to resort to their set meal where you get an app, dish and dessert-he chose chicken meatballs, penne in red sauce and the tiramisu. All were pretty good but he was so stuffed after the unlimited soup, breadsticks that he took it home. We love their salad-always had-so fresh and crisp and warm breadsticks. We look forward to that every year. We had 2 waiters tending to us-one is older, the other definitely new but both were really nice, helpful and courteous. Even though they were very busy rushing everywhere, forgetting my husband's wine sample, my son's grapes and refills, they were apologetic and courteous. So for that I totally understand. ITs busy but we had food to eat and not in want too much :) I liked my alfredo but really missed my seafood del mar. This is so rich but good. My mom's was ok, My daughter had the set meal too and had alfredo-same as mine but no meat. My husband's chicken alfredo was good he said-he got that meal thing too-it seemed too good a deal to pass up. His hummus app was great he said. And my daughter's rice balls app was creamy and strange but they ate it. All in all, the food is consistent as in other locations. The service is ok as I mentioned because they were so busy but the waiter made it up by packing up all our food and giving us more breadsticks to go :) They were nice. It was still packed after we were done. Oh I have to say that the manager on duty was extremely nice. You see I lost my keys and he did everything to help, even though I lost it at the mall across the street :0 So it was a great night and experience. We did have the calamari app too and it was free if you print out the coupon before hand. We did submit that but the waiter forgot but its ok, they fixed it. Usually I am pretty picky about service but somehow these 2 waiters even though they forgot some stuff were still really kind and patient-for that it matters. We would frequent this location again definitely. Restrooms were clean too :p Patrons were not that patient and kind but I think they were all just hungry and crabby that night :o

The soup and salad combo was the perfect meal for us. Just the right amount of food at a bargain price.

To start with, the five of us were seated at a table for four. I got stuck on the end and was in the way of the servers the entire meal. Our waitress was slow and inefficient. My first bowl of soup was luke warm, the second bowl arrived after my meal was served. Even my entree was not hot. The waitress was not available to get things corrected, and when you're dining with guests, it's not comfortable to make a scene. I'd think twice about returning to this location.

This place rocks, especially for a large gathering. The staff always seems to go way above and beyond to make everyone feel at home and comfortable. The food is just fantastic. Never had a bad experience at Olive Garden.

Stopped by Olive Garden for a late evening meal. The staff were extremely friendly and the service was excellent.

I paid off my car and wanted to celebrate with a good dinner. I reached Rebecca on the phone and processed my order and payment over the phone since the website wasn't working. I sent my best friend to pick up the food since I was getting the house together for the dinner. I wish I would have gone with him because they greeted him with cheers, clapping, well wishes, and congratulations. They wrote "Congrats!" and "You did it!" all over my bag. The food was so well prepared and securely packed. The receipt even said, "You did it!" My best friend was already so happy for me, but their send-off made him so smiley he was blushing! He called me after driving away and couldn't stop raving about the unexpected and immensely appreciated celebratory pick-up. Growing up, my family wasn't well-off, but when Dad saved enough we'd go to Olive Garden in Midland TX to celebrate big events. Now, after eating at 5-star restaurants, entertaining clients, and setting up banquet events I'm still overtly satisfied that I can celebrate my personal wins with Olive Garden. The following expression will never express the weight of my appreciation, but Rebecca; thank you to you; and your crew. It meant a lot more than you think.

Ate there for anniversary dinner. Server was pleasant, food good, salad really, really good. Will go back, I am sure.

I was pleased to find an Olive Garden near my neighborhood. The food is reliably good. Today the location and service were very good. I’ll use this location again.

We visited Olive Garden on a Saturday night. The place was busy but there was open seating around the bar and several tables were open. We came for a Blue Moon special they were running where you could buy a special Blue Moon labeled beer glass (22 oz) We each had a Blue Moon, and then bought Blue Moon labeled glasses. We also had a "spicy shrimp fritta" which is an appetizer but we turned it into a meal and each had a salad order along with sharing the shrimp. The food was good and their breadsticks are always tasty. Our server was Andy and he was very helpful. It took a while for him to find two of the Blue Moon glasses as they were nearly out of them. we were served our Blue Moons in an unmarked glass. He found us the last two in the restaurant that had to be washed before we took them! We appreciate his help hunting those down! Olive Garden generally gives you more than ample portions which is usually more than we want to eat. By splitting the appetizer and getting dressing on the side, we were able to leave without feeling uncomfortably full. It was a very satisfying meal!

This is one of the best places in town for soup and salad. Reasonably priced and delicious. Great service and atmosphere.

Great prices Great food

Call before you go to the Olive Garden on RR 620. We ate there tonight and did not find out until we were seated that the air conditioning in much of the restaurant was not working. Our food was good but it was hard to enjoy it since it was so hot. We sat in the bar and there were just two small fans operating in that area. We found out that the air conditioning has been out for a month. That is unacceptable in Texas where we are experiencing 100 degree weather. The restaurant should tell you when you arrive that the air conditioning is out in a great portion of the restaurant.

We dine at various OG, my kiddos like this place. I think the corporate has great ideas when u registered email then u get all the promo ...like kids meal for $1. Try and you will like it especially make your money worth here.

There was a time when the talk was about the downfall of OG and RL. I was always surprised that bucking the national trend was this location near Lakeline Mall in the Cedar Park/North Austin area. The staff has always been friendly here. I have seen many of the servers for more than three years now, which says something about the location and the management. Lunch time is usually pretty busy, but not slow. If you go here, then you probably are a OG fan, so I will just say that this location is one of the best.

Nice environment and fast service, but too much waiting due to rush. Tasty food and drinks. Fresh and hot serving. Pleasant and nice speaking staff.

Service was so so.....had to ask for bread sticks. When ordering, I specifically asked if the vegetable toppings for the pasta was grilled....waiter stated yes, but it wasn't. Portion sizes on 3 bowls of soup was inconsistent. Did not like the creamy pesto sauce.

Very good service and food. We opted for the soup and salad. We're not disappointed! Staff was attentive and knowledgeable.

We love Olive Garden, whether we are home, or traveling. We can always count on a great experience. We had a party of five, plus one meal to-go on Mother's Day. We experienced the same great service & food that I would expect from Olive Garden. They were busy because of the holiday, but the service didn't seem delayed. The food was excellent, the service friendly and efficient. The dining was open as normal, but some COVID precautions were still in practice.

Mid Afternoon on a Sunday. Had been shopping at Lakeline mall and found this restaurant on TripAdvisor. We were seated immediately and the server arrived fairly soon. We tasted two Moscato wines and had a glass of each. (Most restaurants have only one if they have any Moscato if they have any at all )The salad and bread that Olive Garden is well known for, arrived quickly and was very good. The tea was good. The eggplant parmigiana was very good but I wish they would peel it. The chicken dish was also good. The cheesecake was tasty. The texture was a bit crumbly as opposed to creamy.

I have always loved olive garden for their delicious food and generous portions. Loved the chicken spaghetti and salad. Our favourite was the dessert we called for the pumpkin cheesecake. It was chilled and perfect loved the flavour.

I was there with my husband and daughter! It was great because the menu suits adults and kids! My daughter (6 yo) loved it! We had the lunch duo. We simply love the salad and also the breadsticks! I had the Chicken Piadina and I recomend it! The waiters are really nice, the service is fast, the place is great. Nothing to complain about. We went back there two other times during our trip to Austin!

We have been to numerous Olive Gardens over the years mainly for the luncheon soup and salad. The last few years have taken our grandchildren on New Year's Eve. In these instances we have eaten many other items on the menu and have pleasantly surprised. The last few times I have had the Gorgonzola steak and pasta and it was very good. Surprise surprise

This Olive Garden is a little outdated. The food was good but they need a renovation to get 4 or 5 stars. Ambiance plays a big factor when you are eating food. Staff was nice but a little slow. Would eat here again but would not be my first choice.

We showed up right before they were about to close, everyone was exceptionally nice not like we inconvenienced them one bit...the host thanked my husband multiple times for his service as a fire fighter and even brought us a little goodie cup to go, which our little girl loved!! Our waitress was amazing and very patient with us!! Thank you, we will see you next time!!!

Mhmmm... soup salad and breadsticks

Olive Garden always offers what you expect -- standard "tried and true " recipes, good service, and a pleasant atmosphere. It's good. I recently used it to cater a large family meal, and the prices were very reasonable. Food can be ordered hot or cold, and they gave us huge amount of salad. Price per person was much better than i expected. Recommend for group meal ordering.

very nice dinner from Olive Garden. Service was very good. I decided to get traditional meatballs and spaghetti and the meatballs were outstanding. My son-in-law got the manicotti with a gigantic meatball. He couldn't eat it all and he is a big eater.

We waited in the sitting area much longer than the anticipated wait time. Okay, I get it, you’re busy. I can wait. We finally got seated and in the very back of the restaurant where 3 other parties that we had just watched go back were seated as well. So obviously this section was WAY over seated. We sat for 15 minutes while server after server passed our table not even glancing our way. We were STARVING by this point. With no help in site we decided to leave. As we were getting in our car we saw 2 of the cooks smoking out back during this “rush of people”. Maybe that’s why the food service was slow. I was really disappoint to say the least.

It was really just an average visit. The wait was about 20 minutes. That's average for a Saturday early afternoon. The waitstaff were simply average. I had to ask for just about everything except a refill on water. More salad - I had to ask. More bread sticks - I had to ask. More soup - I had to ask. The food was only average as well. Nothing absolutely stood out as exceptional. Thirty five bucks for two people seemed a bit stiff, but what do I know. In any case, just a very average visit.

I've been to this Olive Garden a few times and it has never disappointed. I usually have the unlimited soup and salad and plan on returning. The atmosphere is pleasant and wait staff are attentive. Lunch is the only time I've been there and even though it is usually very busy, I have never had to wait. The food is well prepared and worth the price. I definitely recommend this Olive Garden.

Olive Garden, in North Austin, is very good and the prices are not too expensive. Lunch is cheaper than dinner and they have new little desserts that are just right for a sweet end to your meal.

This place has reasonably good food, but the service is not as good as it was in years past. Also, the salads used to be awesome, and now they contain big chunks from near the cores of iceberg lettuce.

I go here a lot for lunch for the soup, salad and breadsticks. The service is always decent and the speed of which they get the food out is good. This past time I went, it smelled pretty funny throughout the restaurant - not sure if it was cleaner or what - but the food was still good.

Food taste just ok, fair server, but too expensive. Refused to give more napkins when asked, trick on their menu, small space, clean restroom

I visited this due to proximity to my hotel. It was the Olive Garden experience. I am not a big chain restaurant fan but they are a national chain for a reason. You always get the exact same thing. Quality food at a reasonable price with friendly service.

Food and service was fantastic. I was served quickly and the waitress/bar tender was spot on. Attentive but not too much! Made a great cocktail.

I enjoy this particular Olive Garden because of the almost authentic Tuscan architecture and decor. Also, the service is always above average and food consistently good. My usual is the soup and salad, but my daughter and I recently shared the shrimp and lobster cannelloni and it was totally outstanding! With salad and breadsticks, it was a great meal! It is very rich, but by sharing, we had room for dessert. We'll do it again soon!

We love Olive Garden. The food is consistantly good. The waitstaff are friendly. The lasagna is always delicious.

Have eaten here many times but this time decided to call in a "to go" order. Arrived and it was ready as ordered. It was packaged in such a manner to be easily transported. In preparation when arrived home, we found that the house salads were mostly the large cores of the ice berg lettuce. It seemed as if whoever packaged our salads got rid of the large chunks of the harder core pieces with one salad being twice the size of the other. Neither was very large, but the chunks of lettuce were somewhat old and browning on the pieces put in our salad. We ordered the spicy calamari but got the regular which was not too appetizing as we really prefer the other that we ordered. We also order the chicken parmigian which was very good and the seafood alfredo whose noodles were rather dry rather than in a alfredo sauce. The calamari was not crisp and was very chewy and seemingly not cooked through as ti appeared almost raw in some cases. I think when they are preparing a to go order, the same care of the food that we would receive if we were being served in the restaurant should be applied to these orders. It may be but not on our this evening.

We really should stop by Olive Gardens more often. A very good lunch for $6.99 how can you miss? I think we find the bottomless Olive Garden salad to be the best in the chain restaurant industry. I had a small bowl of spaghetti with meat sauce plus that wonderful bottomless salad. The spaghetti was very good and although small (it is a lunch special you know) was just a nice amount plus all the salad and a breadstick made for one of those perfect lunches. My wife had the endless soup and salad. She did not care too much for the potato soup as it had ground beef in it but she really liked the chicken and dumpling plus of course salad, salad, salad. Our waitress was very efficient and attentive. Although we arrived a little after 1PM we walked right in and the service was quick. We seem to always get a great meal at Olive Garden for either lunch or dinner regardless of the restaurant location.

Not sure how Darden Restaurants do it but I find that the Olive Garden and Red Lobster chains are very consistent in their food and wait staff quality. The location on Hwy 620 and Pecan Park in NW Austin TX is no exception. It is on the periphery of the Anderson Mill subdivision and near the Lakeline Mall property. We have lived in the area and been going to this restaurant for a number of years. Time to give it some kudos. Plenty of parking. with easy access from Hwy 620, Pecan Park Blvd., Hwy 183, and Tollway 45. Regardless of the manager, the staff has always been attentive. The food is consistently good for a chain restaurant and there is always something new to try. I have to admit, it is one of the only restaurants that seems to constantly bring new items to its patrons on a regular basis. This is a popular place with its convenient location for lunch or dinner, regardless of day of the week. That should tell you something. There is plenty of parking. And the lines on Friday and Saturday nights seem to move steadily. And they are able to serve large families/groups with relative ease because this is a large venue with several separate areas to buffer diners. The food has always been delivered hot to the table with prompt attention from staff. If you like Olive Garden, this one will satisfy the palet.

We often coming here quite often (2-3 / week). Some days we get hot foods coming out but also times we get cold food. There is time we waited 30min before we see some foods on our table. We just paying attention and notice our server disappear quite often. I think manager should walk around more often to ensure customers have warm food on their table. This location is on 620/pecan rd

Well I have stopped in on this location twice now and both time I have had great service, the food is hot and fresh. I do recommend this location for future visits. I will be back very soon. It is clean and up beat!

Had a good meal here with great service. Waitress made sure our salad had the extra salad dressing we requested and kept our dishes full of shredded Parmesan cheese. Only problem of the night was having to sit by the entrance to the kitchen. It's very loud there.

Our family had an early lunch at the Olive Garden today. The Olive Garden's rap is that the salad and bread sticks are good, but the entrees are mediocre.I think that some of that has changed. This restaurant is clean, light, and very attractive. One change that I noticed was the Olive Garden has implemented what appears to be a 2-tiered menu. There is a set of dishes, that are less than $10 each, which are more traditional, pasta dishes. The second tier is some of the nicer dishes, like herb-grilled salmon. We decided to take advantage of the buy one/get one to take home deal. As usual, the salad, soup, and bread sticks came first. My son's Chicken and Gnocci soup was really good, almost like New England Calm Chowder without the clams. It wasn't too thin, as it has been on previous visits. The salad on the other hand need additional chopping and dressing. It was a little on the bland side. The bread sticks tasted like they had been around past their time. The entrees were good, but not fantastic. The fettuccine Alfredo had a good cream flavor. The Five Cheese Ziti Al Forno had a good creamy flavor. My wife changed her take home order to this after she tried my son's. I had the Mezzaluna Ravioli with Marinara, which had a really good tomato flavor. The service was good, the atmosphere was nice. Why did I only rate at 3 stars then? 1. I could get food that's almost as good at Fazzoli's for a lot less. Fazzoli's isn't the greatest, but its good enough. At the Olive Garden, you pay for atmosphere and service. Pasta and salad aren't that expensive to make. Sometimes service and atmosphere are worth the extra cost. I was disappointed in the salad a bread sticks. These items are the Olive Garden's bread and butter. If they stop doing them right, that's a bad sign. Its probably been 3 years since we ate at the Olive Garden. Once every 3 years seems about right.

Right next to our hotel... walking distance! Went right in and was seated immediately. Food came so quickly we were still eating the salad. Food was hot and fresh and to the expected quality.

It was my birthday, and I had a gift certificate. I hadn't been to an Olive Garden in years! There are so many delicious-looking meals on the menu. My all-time favorite is Chicken Marsala. It was heavenly! Our server was wonderful: Sarah. She made it a special occasion! Eliot was our greeter/seater. He was nice, too!
Rehearsal Dinner
We ate here for the rehearsal dinner for the wedding we attend in Austin. The service was comfortable and competent even for the group of at least 20 of us. All the portions were generous and delicious. Be prepared to take home enough food for a whole another meal.
