Excellent experience.

By J Jason M |

From the moment you enter the smile from the staff is infectious. The lunch menu is my favorite as the variety of the pasta dishes is delicious. Had the gnocchi soup, bread sticks and a lasagna that you could easily say that it was home made. For desert the sampler trio and cappuccino. Service was constant and professional. Very good experience.

Worst Olive Garden ever!!!!

By Adriana O |

The place smell awfully. All the servers speaks only Spanish. Took more than an hour to get the main dishes, we have to order salad twice because the people were starving. Some of the food was cold. The mashed potatoes didn’t even taste like potatoes. At the end the floor manager came to apologize and give us some free desert. Btw the server also forgot one of the dessert that we ordered it. For sure we will never come back.

Gluten allergy and bad care!

By Camilla L |

Bad service, Brazilian assistant and manager, were ironic and disrespectful with my gluten allergy. Extremely poorly educated and unable to solve the problem or grant any benefit to diminish misunderstanding.

Worst restaurant

By Andrea G |

I waited 30 minutes for a buzzer and after I got the buzzer I had to wait 45 minutes for a table. The hostess, Miley, was the rudest person I've had to deal with when it comes to restaurant service. There were 30+ people waiting for tables and there where up to 8 tables free and when questioned the staff just gives you a blank look and ignores the question. Never again!

Very good

By jdiaz1791 |

Very good, it’s not a high quality Italian, just quick , a lot of different dishes, never ending soup-salad-breadsticks, lemonades are great, plenty of wine selections , tasty appetizers , delicious desserts

New Olive Garden - Just So So

By wtmartha |

You could tell that all the employees were brand new (no experience) very young, slow and akward, but still very nice. Salad is always on point as well as the Minestrone soup (good flavor). Bread sticks were a lot more bland than I remember, pasta was a bit mushy (over cooked), chicken picatta did not have much of a lemony taste at all. Hopefully they will improve with a bit of time.

Good food and nice staff

By Joe B |

We stopped here on the way from Miami-Key west. I ordered the chicken marsala which was delicious. Their unlimited garlic bread is soooooooooooo tasty as well.

Dinner food

By Ketley P |

I only went because my mother was with her boyfriend and he eats anything...I don't like dinners or this type of food. The place looks so cute that I thought that maybe the food quality would be ok. But nope...bad food!

false advertising!!!!

By tonymiami7 |

i can't understand why a restaurant like this need to fool people with fals advertising, i seen an offer in TV with a 3 course menu at $25 for 2 people but the tue is another, they serve you food never asked and then when you get the bill in 2 we paid $57!!!! i can't understan why people continue to go to eat there!!! don't worry that the time will show you as is easy to loose customers!!!!!!!!!!!!

Birthday celebration - great service!!!

By mwooduk |

Came here last night to celebrate my friend's birthday - Gio provided excellent service and was very helpful and patient. Birthday girl had chicken Parmesan, another friend had the Northern tour of Italy and I splurged and had the Beef tortellini which was absolute delicious. We all had salad and bread sticks. We all had Doggy bags to take home too! I had a glass of Pinot Grigio that was affordable and delicious. I don't personally care for the house wines here but there are many other options. For dessert we had the amazing donuts with chocolate and raspberry dipping sauces - they are amazing! Goo and the crowd sang happy birthday to my friend and brought a candle. Everything was great. FYI you can join the Olive Garden email list the day before you come and they will send you an email coupon for a free dessert or appetizer! Great spot, food always good. Happy tummies!

Great food!

By Joel G |

Adela my server was very nice and helpful. She even split the plate without us asking. She asked to see if we wanted to drink wine but we said no. But the food was good and her service was exceptional

Great Italian food!

By Rodrigo M |

I always go there once I am traveling to the United States, it is classic for me! Everything is great, the place, the staff and the food, of course. Last time I went with my family during the week about 8:00 PM, we were 5 people, the place was crowded but there was no line to wait. When you order something the waiter automatically brings you a salad and bread, it is a courtesy offered by the restaurant, pretty tasty by the way. The prices are fair, the environment is cozy and the food is delicious. I strongly recommend!!!

Very good

By jdiaz1791 |

Very good, soups are best, very big, clean, plenty of parking, busy restaurant, many pasta dishes, and many drinks, bar , service is good unless they’re busy, eat it hot cause once pasta is cold is not as good.

Great Birthday Experience

By carlos o |

For the past 3 years my family and I visit the Olive Garden at 8201 W Flagler to celebrate my birthday. This year was especially great! While the service was a bit slow due to an overwhelming number of persons dinning and waiting to be seated, our server was very friendly and the food was great. I strongly recommend the fried lasagna, it is incredible. Definitely try the Berry Sangria as well. The only negative thing we experienced was that there was 6 of us and we were seated at a 4 person table with 2 chairs pulled up to the ends. There was very little space for all of our food and drinks. Regardless of the one negative, i still give my experience a 5 as they really made me feel special on my birthday!

Good food for a fair price and excellent service

By MMa1964 |

Overall a good lunch with an excellent waiter. The italian food served is "Americanized" but remains close to original Italian kitchen.

Very good!

By mwooduk |

Met two friends here for dinner tonight - got a $6 off two entree coupons by signing up for the Olive Garden mailing list which was nice. I had the soup, salad and breadsticks and my friends had lasagna and the other choose the Sorrento chicken from the skinny menu. Service was very good (as it usually is) and the prices are reasonable. We got here early at 5:30 p.m. as it gets very busy later on. Good place for a good meal.

It Could Have Been Better

By ali m |

I had been to this Olive Garden many times on previous occasions, but I had never written a review on it. My latest visit I shall record. The service was poor this time, not to say all the times I visited before, and we were a party of twelve who were served by three unstable waiters who even forgot to place an order. The gentleman whose order they did not place had to wait while we all ate, and had to take his food to go as to not make others wait on him. When we placed our orders they took an unnatural amount time to be delivered to us. Normally, one would understand because it was a weekend evening and restaurants are usually packed by this hour, but the amount of time taken was ridiculous. I was starving, and not even the bread rolls and salads were sufficient to suffice me. Water was not provided for us until we had to ask for it SEVERAL TIMES. One of the children in our table placed an order with apple-juice, and the waiters absolutely forgot about the juice until the child reminded us when the meal was last over. When we were having our desserts, the waiter finally came, but gave him pineapple juice because they had no apple-juice. It is perfectly understandable for them to run out, but they should have said it sooner, when the boy still had his meal. Aside from the shameful service provided, the food at Olive Garden never ceases to astound me. I give them kudos for their excellent cooking. The food was delicious and delectable to the palate. For a dessert, especially if you are a fan of chocolate, I recommend the Zeppoli, which are powdered sugar donuts with chocolate and cranberry dip on the side. Amazing! My compliments are to the chef, but quite sincerely and unfortunately, not to the waiters. I shall be returning for the food, and I hope they surprise me with their service my next visit.

Overrated, bad quality [expensive] italian food! They lost our credit card!

By Jean P |

I was there with my husband, mother and a friend who was visiting Miami. I had not gone to Olive Garden in a long time. The food was VERY mediocre. Both my mother and our friend ordered the lasagna and even our friend said that is did not look like a lasagna as the shape was not rectangular since the pasta was all over the place. The watermelon sangria was horrible, tasted like some artificial soft drink. Our waitress [Janice] was in a constant hurry, and you could tell she was either over worked or something. When it came time for dessert, she told us to look at the computer that each table has. The worse part is she lost our credit card after charging it. I could not believe it! She did apologize but I really felt the least they could have done is to give us a discount or something. NOTHING! A "am so sorry...I apologize." Again...if you want Italian food...go else where.

Dish Water Soup

By GiselaJ19 |

My husband, my son, and I went to the Olive Garden on W Flagler St in Miami last night. We were seated and greated by a very nice young lady. She offered us to taste the house wine which we declined. We then ordered. My husband ordered Seafood Brodetto, which includes Scallops, shrimp and delicate tilapia with spinach and mushrooms simmered in a light white wine and marinara-saffron broth. Served with toasted ciabatta bread. My son, who is currently attending FIU choose Five Cheese Ziti al Forno Ziti with a second take home of Fettuccine Alfredo. I wanted to try a dish from the lighter italien fare menu and asked the waitress if it was OK to leave out the bell peppers and she said, "Off course, no problem, we can fix the dish anyway you like it". So I ordered Lasagna Primavera with Grilled Chicken. She took the order and came back a little while later with the drinks, the salad, breadsticks, and soup. There was a mix up but it wasn't a big issue. Then we didn't see her for a while until she realized my husbands and my sons drink needed a refill. My son received a different drink and my husband didn't get anything until about 10 min later. After that the waitress, still very nice, smiling the whole time, came back to the table and told me the chef explained to her he could not leave out the bell peppers, since part of the dish came prepared. I had to make another choise and picked pizza. This made our waiting time even longer and my husband got impatient but we kinda laughted it off since we had a really good night. The food finally arrived. My son was not very pleased with his dish but yet OK. The pizza tasted great and we were eating until I asked my husband how his soup was. He looked at me and said "Crap" I laughted and thought he meant it tasted like crab meat. He said: "no, it tastes like crap, like dish water!" I asked him not to continue eating the soup and so he did. A few minutes later the waitress arrived and I told her what the problem was. She said she didn't know what the soup tasted like because she never had it. My husband told her he wouldn't even offer the soup to a homeless person and he wanted to see the cook eat it. She in return offered to get the manager to see what they could do about the problem. She came back after a while telling us the manager was busy but they would take the soup of the check and we wouldn't have to pay for it. Just to get an idea. This soup is on the menue for $17.50, quite expensive I thought. Anyhow, this was a more than 2 hour painful dinner with my husband going home upset and hungry. We have been in many Olive Garden Restaurants all over the country. This has never happened. The atmosphere was not the greatest either. The staff sang Happy Birthday about 7 times while we were there and it was very loud. The waitress did make it a little pleasant by her positive attitude, although slightly forgetful (my son would have never gotton his second dish if we woud not have asked for it twice) and as my husband said, a smile only goes so far. After all we were there to eat and not giggle over bad food!

The famous Olive Garden

By Dinye_martinez |

I have heard about Olive Garden on Television and I wondered if this place was really good, and I had the chance to go there and it is really good. I loved the food, the salad, and the people there. I´m sure I´ll come back.

As good as always

By plonky74 |

Great food as always, very good Service very attentive staff. Be patience as always you hace a short waiting time but It is worth It. The salad and breadsticks aré great!

Good service

By Lazaro H |

Starting with the hoster to the server Ana S. It was a very pleasant experience, the food was very well prepared. The starters, the soups, and especially the pastas.

Good Restaurant, friendly staff

By freundlein |

Another Olive Garden, but different! Very friendly staff, our waitress was always around, we never had empty glasses and she managed it to give us enough time between starter and main course, which is usually a problem at Olive Garden.

New Olive Garden @ SW 162 & 88 Street/Kendall Dr. (Pointe Town Center in West Kendall)

By Diana S |

The wine glasses were very dirty. I noticed that one of the wine glasses had fussia lipstick prints still on it from a previous customer. This is an easy way to get hepatitis, HIV, STDs, etc. We suspect our waitress kept quiet about the whole thing since the manager never came by to check on us and apologize, which is what a good management team would have done during the circumstances. At least a complimentary dessert, etc would have been offered if they had any sense. There is a lot of chit chat, gossip, too friendly of jokes going on between the staff members, which looks unprofessional and decreases focus on the clients' requests during their dinning experience. Our waitress tried to play it swift by giving us a large bill as our change, and decided not to break the bill in hopes that we would tip her a high amount; much higher than (20%) the recommended tip list . There was a fly that kept flying around & landing on us while we were trying to eat. The meals left much to desire. The Chicken gnocchi soup was watered down and not creamy. The Chicken fettuccini alfredo was ok, and the salmon dish was execute poorly. Our meal came out to be $92 and we were disappointed being that we came here with the hopes that this place would be decent since it was inaugurated one (1) week ago. Only one week and it's already being managed poorly. I can only imagine what it will be like one year from now. I will not be coming here again.

Nice experience and good food

By T K |

I usually try an Olive Garden when visiting the US even though I am not a real Italian food lover. OG usually does a good job and this visit was not exception. The wait staff were pleasant although the Mojito took a long time but the waiter did recognize this and apologized. The soup was very good and the meal of chicken parmigiana was also nice. I would dine here again.

[vegie] Regular Food, Awful service

By PrettoMauricio |

I don't like to say a place it's bad because of one experience regarding service, but this place really deserves it , the food it's the usual Olive garden experience, some options for vegetarians, including their lovely bred and salad . I had the cheese ravioli with tomate sauce and it was good. But my friends, was the service really soooo bad, we had problems finding our waiter overtime we need it, so finally another waiter adopted us and help us. Really bad service, wouldn't come back here

Family in town from Guatemala

By Otis Louis |

This is one of my favorite place to dine. The service and food did not disappoint and also they could serve my entire family we were a big group. Food was great and service was wonderful. Will be back soon!!!

Nice, great service - note tip advice!

By mwooduk |

I came here with two girlfriends to celebrate their birthdays on a Tuesday night. This has always been a favorite place of ours for birthday celebrations. Since we belong to the Olive Garden email club we always get a free dessert coupon for our birthdays. Our server was Yudeily and she was very good. I had soup, salad and breadsticks the minestrone was delicious as always and my friends had lasagna and chicken margarita. Also we had a taste of the Chianti and it was very good so we had two glasses of that too. For dessert we used the free dessert coupon for the Zeppoli which are calorie laden but delicious mini donuts served with chocolate sauce. They are fab however they normally come with raspberry and chocolate sauce - this time we only got chocolate for some reason. The place was packed by the time we left at 8:30 so get here early or be prepared for a long wait. ** One thing to note the suggested tips on their receipts for 15, 18 and 20% are all based on the total price of the meal INCLUDING tax, so just be warned of this because you should never tip on tax! I called the manager the next day and he said they have made a corporate decision to make the suggested tip amounts including tax. Our server was very good but I ended up giving her almost a 30% tip because of this. Normally I check receipts but I was tired and just went with the suggested amount.

COLD FOOD..NOT IMPRESSED

By mina002010 |

Visited with my family while on vacation. Food was cold and not cooked properly. We received bill and noticed a $1.99 charge for a table game. Our daughter had hit the button but exited out of app. but we're still charged. Spoke to waiter Alfredo, and he said it was too bad and we still had to pay for it. TERRIBLE customer service. I wish my daughter got to play the game since we had to pay for.

Expected More

By Damian J |

The waiter was sloppy, when he poured our sangria, he spilled it on the table. He even filled the glass more than the serving limit and wine was dripping down the sides of the glass, wetting the table. Our food took a really long time to arrive and when it did, it was not the best. My friend glass was really dirty and that raised a red flag...not good. Overall this place needs a better system and properly trained staff.

Yummy

By Karen H |

I had a nice dinner at Olive garden while visiting Miami. I tried one of their newer dishes. It was tasty. The staff were friendly and attentive. The food and bill were delivered on a timely manner. I would recommend this location.

The Alfredo fetuccini are very good, they give you a choice between salad or soup for starters (it goes with the dish) and they bring out a kind of warm bread between focaccia and bun. The food was very good.

Tooo long wait

By natty1225 |

Every time we go to this place the wait is horrible no matter day or time unless u go when they open. Shame. Cust service no big deal!

Good food but moldy atmosphere

By mgg |

The food was really good as was the service but my wife is very allergic to mold and you could smell it in the air here. I am guessing the carpets may need to be cleaned. We did have a great server and the experience was good.

Good

By Alejandro A |

I were yesterday the food was very good the desert too but we had to wait to be call 45 minutes its wre a mad cow parent taking kid crying out loud its was horrible the waiting section to be seating I know it's not the restaurant fault I guest I will.not going on a sunday afternoon at all

Somewhat disappointed

By Mark M |

I had the Tour of Italy. OK. My wife had the Chicken Marsala. Overcooked and lacked sauce. Salad was awesome

GREAT APPETIZERS!

By LiizMastrapa |

Service was really good. Artichoke Spinach dip was heavenly! Plenty of cheese and very tasty. I can understand all the hype about the breadsticks!!! They're delicious! We missed the dipping sauce because they never brought it, but okay. The main dishes, on the other side, were average. I was expecting more. I'll stick with the appetizers and the drinks, the kiwi lemonade was INCREDIBLE! Super tasty and they come in really tall glasses. I had the leftovers next day for lunch and they were considerably better tasting.

Dismal attention

By Hola C |

They charged for 3 meals. $106.00 dollars. It's a lot of taxes. With the little you make in Miami for a lasagna and a chicken dress and a candy.

This is my go to on girls night out!

By Lori Marie Ramirez |

Liked: atmosphere, food, service, and location Dislike: bathrooms, bar service, and bar stools The reason why this is my Go To is because the service is so friendly and polite that it makes up for the bathrooms and crooked bar stools.

amazing

By Dars V |

I had an amazing time here for supper. The pizza was absolutely amazing. I highly recommend this restaurant.

Good meal

By Tim S |

We stopped in for a bite on Friday night. We were surprised to be seated right away. Our server was great, food came out in short order. He refilled our drinks in a timely manner and got us the check quickly.

Casual and nice restaurant

By Alysson C |

Nice restaurant and location, easy to park. The wait time to be seated at noon on Sunday would be longer. The food is ok specially pasta with 5 cheeses.

Disgusting, lousy service

By Preventer77 |

My family and I went there a few Sundays ago. After being seated, our waiter, a young man with a silver patch of hair, I believe his name is Raul, didn't introduce himself; didn't welcome us to the restaurant; no greeting whatsoever. It took him a good 20 minutes to get our drink orders. I had to ask him for his name. The man has no etiquette on how to treat customers. He started talking to us in spanish when we were talking to him in english. It took him another 15 minutes to deliver the drinks. When I checked my utensils, they were dirty. I kindly asked him to replace them. He didn't offer an apology. Second time the utensils were still dirty. I had to sent those utensils back for a third time and it was not until I asked for the manager, who personally took the utensils back and delivered a cleaned set; 3 times dirty utensils. The manager didn't offer a discount; he looked overwhelmed to say the least. We love Olive Garden but we are not setting a foot in this restaurant again; hell no. I had it with this specific restaurant.

Good food

By Miguel M |

This restaurant always serve endless salad ,the pasta Rigatone Alfredo sauce was "al dente" ,the shrimp fritata very good ,

Not so good...

By FernandezMunoz |

We frequently dine at this restaurant and always been very happy with the food, service, locale...however, last Sunday, things were a little different...normally we have been offered to taste a wine before we ordered our drinks... Various little things experienced during our visit have us concerned about the inconsistencies found from our many previous visits. I'm well aware that one bad experience shouldn't change our opinion, but want to share this opinion, mainly as an eye opener to management.

Disappointed

By SandroG51971 |

Last night I took my wife and kids (7 & 4 years old) for dinner and the restaurant was crowded as usual, we wait few minutes and the hostess offered us to sit by the bar. We saw a new device on top of the tables and we could look at the menu, call our waiter and play games so we called and waiter came, he took our order and brought my salad but only with 2 plates (we were 4) and he said that we have to pay extra for the extra plates. Then the waiter never offered us to taste the house wine but he offered us the new flavor lemonade that i didn't like it. At the end the bill came with an extra charge of $ 2.00 for using that device game that I even lost playing trivia while waiting for my food. There are more options in less than a mile from there.

.... is there anything decent here?

By lockoz |

i went to an olive garden in new mexico middle of nowwhere and i thought not that bad, so i tryed the one near where i live here in miami and woaw what a dissapointment, the breadsticks are like a day old, the calzones was the size of an empanada.. the pasta fagioli and the pasta in the capellini pomodoro was overcooked and the marinara sauce has that look and taste that is from yesterday

My favorite

By Esther D |

Went last weekend . My favorite place . Love tbe food . Great customer service . The wine was great .

Great food and very nice staff

By AndreZw |

Went to this restaurant after a few years. Since it was a weekday it was not as busy as it can be during weekends. We love the bread sticks with the Alfredo sauce. My wife wanted to have mussels, but on the menu it is a starter. No problem, they added some pasta to it. I had a small dish, fried lasagna. Fantastic, will have it again.

I came back again.

By Arnold1936 |

I Visit this restaurant frequently for its excellent food; Only once did I receive poor attention from the person who attended me, which caused my complaint by email directly to the manager of this site, who never responded; Their head chef of kitchen very kindly took care of me and offered me an apology and a courtesy for the next visit which I did not accept because that was not my intention to get free food, but to make my dissatisfaction very clear by the poor attention of the waitress, this was about two months before; I came back again and I was lucky the waitress who took care of me was Monica, a young girl , who knows the importance of giving good customer service. The food, as always of very good quality, makes returning to enjoy the good table.

Great lunch experience

By james lee |

Have always had good experiences with Olive Garden and this was no exception. I wanted to try a different Italian restaurant but we keep coming back here. Service was great. We love the soups minestrone and the fagioli which comes with the entree. The shrimp scampi was fantastic! Sangria was also very well made.

Great staff

By Evelyn M |

The staff here are one of the most friendly I have seen. Both my daughter and I had good food, typical oliver garden fare which is plenty and served hot. Suggest a wider choice of Italian wines.

Tasty Italian Food

By Diane C |

We were looking for something to eat and decided we would like some Italian food and this restaurant came up when I searched. Easy to park outside. Love the free salad bowl and delicious freshly made breadsticks that come with the meal. Our dishes were really tasty, and freshly cooked. Friendly, attentive staff, and a nice ambience to the restaurant. Best Italian food I have eaten at a restaurant.

A lack of respect.

By Miguel E |

I went to the Aventura branch and their staff doesn't know what respect is. Very bad experience. In addition to food, they should be concerned about their staff.

Tasty

By Elizabeth S |

Very delicious chicken scampi the service was amazing our waitress Patricia was super nice she litteraly was reading my mind the enrire time, everytime i wanted to ask she already had it coming before i ask she had good humor with the amount of cheese i had ask for i would like to go again to the same waitress. Delicious! great family time in this place.

By Tatnay P |

The prices are standard approx 20$ per adult. The good thing is that they serve plenty of salad and garlic bread sticks with any meal you purchase. Dessert are pretty good too. My children (4 and 5 years old) had their Kids meal and loved it. The staff is very friendly, the timing to serve was quick and the quality of the food excellent. Had a great family time in this place.

Multiple visits, worsening service

By Louis F |

This Olive Garden has gotten worse on every visit. The food is mediocre except for the salad. The service gets worse every time. Tonight the employees up front were rubbing it in our faces that we got here 15 mins before closing. What they don't understand is that we got out of work 15 mins ago. We won't be back.

A definitely good place to dine!

By Loucious |

Always a great place to dine. Meals are always fresh and deightful! Plentiful plates always allow brown bagging. Always a positive outcome when coming here! GetSome!!

Dirty plates and cutlery

By Alysha |

I went to Miami Beach the first time and this restaurant was one of the first ones I went to. I had pretty high expectations about this restaurant because I read many good reviews. We didn’t booked a table but we got one very fast when we came in. When we got our food I was really shocked. The plate and the fork were SO DIRTY. It looked like somebody else ate from the plate because it was so sticky and dirty. On top of that it looked like my food was put on the unwashed plate. There was also like dried pastasauce on the fork and I just couldn’t enjoy our dinner. Unfortunately I didn’t took a picture from the dirty cutlery.

Not very satisfise with fettucci

By Gustavo M |

Fettucinni wass dry no taste need more favor taste like boil pasta . Servise wass ok. This is the first time at this locatiom everthing el wass ok

comfort food

By Fernanda F |

A delight! Have no doubts. True comfort food, the starter is as good as the main dish, which is very well served and can be shared with one other person. I would go back just for the soups.....😋😋😋

In The Mood for Pasta - Dissapointed

By EmilyMarquez |

After years of using this restaurant as a go-to destination when in the mood for pasta, my husband and I were terribly disappointed! The hostess was rude, the waiter was average and the food was mediocre. My minestrone soup was cold and had no pasta in it with limited veggies; my husband’s salad had no olives or other accompaniments. My pasta, touted as the newest Mediterranean fair was over-sauced, and my husband’s marinara sauce seems to have come from a jar. I must admit that the bread and the house wine were good!

Quick lunch

By patricia p |

The service not the great,I have been many times at Olive Garden and the service was always goid, for the rest I always love the Dinner Duos or lunch Duos

L.A. Send Off

By Travelbuff |

The server was very attentive. The food came out perfectly and everything was delish. My sons and husband ate everything on their plates, and then some. My older son's last night in Miami before heading to LA was easy on me since I didnt have to cook and I could focus on him.

Decent food, good service!

By Albert |

Good place to have a lunch and good wine. Waiter was nice and helpful. A little bit pricey even for Miami standards. Not the best Italian food in town but good enough.

EXCELLENCE

By Kingdown4119 |

This is a good Italian cuisine a very comfortable prices and the environment is nice. I normally celebrate birthdays of my relative, friends because they are very unique style. Georgeous salads and several dishes, desserts

very bad service for events

By Simone V |

Horrible experience. Poor management. We arrived for a baby shower and the room wasn't ready. We the guests had to move tables and chairs. The server brought the food but no silverwares or drinks. Olive Garden from Miami 82 ave with Flagler definitely is NOT the place for events

Luncheon magnifique!

Outstanding lunch! We were super hungry and I looked up the nearest Olive Garden to where we were in Doral. The Miami/Flagler St location came up less than 30 mins drive. Never disappointed by Olive Garden. They make dining a pleasant and delicious occasion. My wife had the recommended Steak Gargonzola pasta which was delicious and I had the 5 Cheese Pasta Alfredo. We shared the Olive Garden salad. To me, the salads from Olive Garden are fantastic! The salad comes with fresh bread (breadsticks) Quite yummy as well. Ashley, our server was the best!

Great service!

By mwooduk |

Came here for lunch with my friend, my Mum and her Mum. Didi provided great service We had quick service, great food, she even accommodated an extra bowl of salad for my Mum who didn't want cheese on top and other wishes, like Alfredo sauce in which to dip our bread sticks. Nothing was too much trouble. We also placed a soup, salad, and bread sticks, order to go, and that came right on time. Probably the best service I've had here. Kudos to Didi. Very affordable here too. Soup always hot. Love it!

Still the best salad

I do not get tire of this famous salad. The same recipe from 20 years ago. Always busy. They do not make rervations any more. So please chose eat at the bar. Always available

Dinner at the Bar

By Bethany W |

Went for dinner early Saturday evening and weren't expecting a 25 minute wait. We were told if we could find seating in the cafe or at the bar we would be served immediately. We sat at the bar and had Peter for a server who was kind and attentive. Had mussels appetizer and spinach ricotta ravioli and jumbo shrimp. Just what the doctor ordered after a day at the race track. No waiting, just good service, good food and of course great company.

Family dinner

By Yosvany R |

Well I'm not criticizing but the quality has gone down the first thing was the entry the person does not know how to give good customer service, he took us to our tables with another family, that is not well seen. Second the salad was whiter than green and the rolls were not all delicious, they did well in the beer, at the time of the main course of the alfredo sauce delight they gave us very little I remembered that I always left as it was always much something distinctive of the expensive restaurants .. I do not say all this for criticizing just to fix what should always be oliver garden one of the best restaurants ..

Tasty Food!!

By Blue64TrinidadWI |

Food was very tasty and got value for money. Staff was very helpful and courteous. Restaurant was in a good location, close to our hotel.

Very good!

By mwooduk |

Met two friends here for dinner tonight to celebrate a birthday. Before we went I joined the Olive Garden mailing list to get a free appetizer or dessert! Service by Nelson was very good. We started with the wonderful warm breadsticks and salad. We all ordered from the new lighter fare menu - chicken Sorrento and garlic rosemary chicken. Both fabulous although I found out later tonight that even though my meal was 550 calories it still had 21 grams of fat but luckily I only ate half of it! My friends were very naughty and ordered Zeppoli for dessert which was like fried chunks of donuts served with chocolate and fruit sauce! Very good evening plus free tastes of house wine :-)

Poor service high cost

By Tomas H |

I was yesterday here at lunch time...it was a surprise to me in the check. $ 1.99 for the paper to paint my granddaughter, she even no used it. The waiter did not ask me if I want and if it will cost to me. At the end an 20 % tip was charged...with a very slow service

Plastic bag in my fettuccini alfredo

By Elizabette U |

I know this place for more than 15 years and it used to be really good. I came today to celebrate my son's graduation. What a mistake! The entree was cold, the coffe maker was broken, and the worst part, there was a piece of plastic bag in my fettuccini alfredo! They apologized and they did not charged me for my plate. However. I do not think I will come back again.

Good food!

By maggiet0813 |

Went for lunch. The place was clean, well lit. Nice bar area. Friendly staff. Plenty of food. We asked for salad for 1 and angel hair pasta with meatballs for 1 and 2 of us ate and had left overs. Plenty of parking.

A special italian cuisine

By THAJUN |

This restaurant has that special appeal that call you to try a good italian taste of food. The ambience is perfect , the service is good , the food are always delicious and the wine very select. But when you decide to go please take your time because there is always a lot of people waiting for a seat.

Dirty silverware

By lola900 |

Our server, Robert was great. He was attentive and gave great service. Unfortunately, their management doesn't carry that same attitude. I tried speaking to a manager and he basically shooed me away. It was incredibly rude and unprofessional.

Nice food

By Juan M |

Love olive garden a must in my trips No longer cesar salad but good food Love sea food alfredo and the house salad Nice price for the food

I was like travel in time

By Cesar V |

Because, when I a was in high School, the only place nice and near, was Olive gardens and it was about one hour from the boarding school and food was like tasting haven, that's the reason that I visited, and it was ok, not like the way it us to be.

I would eat here often

By Scott K |

The service was top notch, the food was excellent. I cannot brag enough about the Steak Tortellini. Yum!

Worst service

By Vishal K |

Our favourite restaurant is Olive Garden and had wonderful time in Orlando but as we ate in Miami!!!!! How awful service. It took 10 mins for the waitress to come to speak with us. Then it took 10 mins for our drinks to arrive. Soup was luke warm salad had no dressing. Bread sticks arrived 40 mins later. Tasted over baked. Then our main meal arrived after 10 mins. Which was luke warm too. The waitress had only 5 tables to serve but only came twice to ask if we needed anything. Complained to the manager about above who apologised. Bad experience in this Olive Garden will not be returning here again. Hope Olive Garden read this and speak with the management as its doesn't look good on the other restaurants.

Dinner!!!!

By gussterling |

the service was sporadic,,,most of the time at this Olive Garden the service is very good. Every once in a while you get a new server or the restaurant is in a shift change then, things could take a turn for the worse. Overall the food is good at a reasonable price.

Never a miss at the Olive Garden! GetSome!!

By Loucious |

Always a great dining experience when eating here! Salads are always what is expected-simply the best! We always come back at least once a month! GetSome!!

Impossible

By 985janinec |

The olive garden is a great restaurant but in this one its impossible to get a table. Unless you arrive before 6 the wait is eminence. I keep trying but im giving up. Waiting hours to eat is too much.

Could be better

By German Sandoval |

Its been a long time since last time we went to yhis reataurant but they really need to improve the menu I order a chicken shrimp carbonara very dessapointed but its ok they could do better next time.

Disappointed with inhouse environment and food quality

By SadhanaRakesh |

Area of the table allotted to us was stinking and we asked for change of table and change of area. It was well accepted. Olives in the Salad were taste less - as if very old lot. The soup was also not tasty. We had ordered the following: 1. Five Cheese Ziti @ 12.79 2. Ravioli di Portobello @ 13.49 3. Wine 4. Soft Drinks The service was very poor - Drink was served at the end of the food. The manager listened to our complaint and offered apology for the inconvenience while offering some discounts. But this does not help once the mood of the food is spoiled. The restaurant needs much more improvement in house keeping, service and quality of food. We were there on 30th December 2014 for family dinner. Very disappointed …

Good, but not as good as previous visit

By mwooduk |

Came here to meet two friends for lunch, and were seated immediately. Waitress good at first but then very hard to find. Had to get my own water refill at the bar! Food good as always, their soup, salad and breadsticks is such good value and I almost always have it when I come here just because of it's affordability. You can have more than one refill of soup, and you don't have to have the same soup each time either, you can mix and match which is nice. Had better service last time we were here. By the time we left at 2:30 p.m. it was packed with many people waiting so get there early!

Might seem like the last place for dining with a dairy allergy..,

By JerrelAB |

Might seem like the last place for dining with a dairy allergy..,but you are wrong. Nice selection of items to choose from with a menu indicating most allergens. Even awesome buttery, salty, garlicy bread sticks are vegan! Dacey loved this place. Minestrone soups, all pastas, several sauces, and much more..... all dairy free. Staff very friendly and accommodating with a paranoid parent asking to double check this and that.... will be back many many times!

1st nite in Miami

By Ren_Mc_ |

We decided to try it since we don't have it where we live. We were not disappointed at all. We had the 2 for 25$ special. We both had the lasagne seafood roll. After having the fresh garlic bread, bruschetta, calamari , & salad. We both had no room for the main course. So of course we brought it back with us. The only downfall is that it is so popular that u will have to wait for a table. They give u pagers so u can go over to the mall around the corner while u wait.

EXCELLENT EXPERIENCE AS ALWAYS

By Marcia D |

I went to different Olive Gardens at Flórida and California at different times . The food is plentiful and excellent. The starter is delicious bread, then you can choose between soup or salad and finally the main dish. Today my daughter and I choosed Alfredo Shrimp Pasta and Spagueti with Meat Sauce. The food keeps excelent. the atendant JUAN made diference. He was very kind and helpful with us, increasing our experience at Olive Garden .

Rebeca Muy Amable 💜

By Daniela S |

We had to pass by and dinner very fast because we were waiting for someone to arrive at the airport and didnt want to be late. My Sis is pregnant and could not eat salad so Rebeca offered a soup even with all the others ordering salad, just for her 💜 She was fast and very kind! I Simply loved! The food? Perfect as always and the price fair!

Awesome new lunch selection just the right size!

By dunkla |

New lunch menu offers new appetizers, shrimp scampi fritta! Salad duos under $10! Olive Garden's awesome salad and delicious bread sticks, paired with a mini bowl of your favorite pasta! And the tiramisu, plus other wonderful desserts! The service was excellent. Food came out nice and hot and more importantly right! Great place for lunch! Bring the office or a few friends, loved it. Celebrated my birthday and got sung happy birthday in Italian! Grazie! Bravo!

Abundance food at affordable prices

By JohnW1111 |

This is a good place if you want to have American Italian food and if you are on a budget. Having said that, the plates are abundant, food for my taste is just ok (as perhaps I am too spoiled and like eating only real Italian food, made with fresh ingredients and nothing from a can), ambiance is family oriented and prices are quite affordable.

Always a great place

By RPortes |

I love OG. For this particular visit, I went with the whole family. As always, staff was very friendly. Our waitress, Sonia, treated us very well. Salad and bread, delicious. The food spectacular. Do I need to say more?

Always enjoyable and a great meal!

By Angie P |

Went on a week night. No wait time and was a very relaxing time, food was great as usual, waiter was very tentative, helpful and efficient, so as you know you never go away hunger and I usually have leftovers, the waiter sent me way with extra bread sticks and offered to give extra food to my husband and I for take away at no charge! Lol that was a first! I always try to have a meal out at the Olive Garden when I visit the US . I will come back.

Excellent service and food!

By Elaine Cristina M |

Excellent service, Francis served us very cordially and quickly! Delicious and plentiful food, extremely well served.

STILL WITH SO SO CUSTOMER SERVICE

By Grace C |

Was there last weekend follow TV specials, ..was not same as TV... . Server was in a rush, (Lidya) she don't give us the opportunity to decide well. Was very stressed.., also the atmosphere was very stressed too, A front desk person, walking around restaurant with a walkie talkie let know what table is available and one is almost ready to go..., oh my God! all the time talk in between tables and that interrupt conversation with others... that was continue, for me very unprofessional manner. When we go to a Restaurant reason is for share good moment with your partner or friends, not for be stressed, ....Never again. Food was ok, not very good. Wine of the week was from California not from Italy.... Before decided a Restaurant Be sure if you want a nice time or fast dinner.

Disappointed

By Matta E |

Never got the table even after going back to see if we could not get seated any time soon. We waited for about 30 min we were told it would be 5 minutes when we got there. People that got in after us were seated before us.

Family restaurant

By Tomás S |

It is a family friendly atmosphere, not to noisy although pretty crowded. Service is always pretty good, sometimes a little bit slow, nothing unbearable. I really enjoy the courtesy salad and bread, they are both pretty good. There is a wide variety of dishes which are huge, by the way. I always try to avoid pasta because it's abundant, but it's a personal recommendation. Had a particular experience where a homeless woman was invited to dinner. Sadly, I know people who do not approve to share the room while they eat. To me, it was a class act i don't have the pleasure to see very often. Cheers, Olive Garden.

They dont have special seats for pregnants

By Fernanda D |

Food is good, price is fair, but the staff is rude and don't have special seats for pregnants. We have to wait for 40 minutes.

Doesn't seem like franchise quality

By Frederico S |

Reasonable food, subpar service, dark environment and carpet floor, with a smell of damp. The chicken parmigiana was good, the spaghetti was not. I've been to several franchise restaurants, but it didn't seem like the standard.

IF you like Italian food ...

By Odile H |

It's a chain , but they are friendly and nice service. Menu has many things to offer, if you eat pasta last night go for other things , variety is the thing, We love it all

Dinner Food

After a long day out we decided to go Olive Garden, it was our first visit to the restaurant and I have to say we will be going there everytime we are in Miami which is regular. Love it!!!!! the soups, pasta, bread and the service was also wonderful!!!

Italian with American accent........

By PierreFraiburgo |

Staff is very sympathic, service outstanding and prestative, after a waiting time we were seated and could order. Food is ok, but the place is very alive and you feel good.

Tremendous Value with Good Quality Food

By D D |

Went for lunch and were supplied a bowl of house salad whilst waiting for our mains. Fresh with a lovely dressing and the pastas were of a quality better than you would expect from a restaurant chain

Delicious food for reasonable prices.

By adamg_hu |

Delicious food for reasonable prices. We visited around 4PM. It was very busy as we arrived, a table was promised in 40 mins. Turned out to be ready much faster like 15 mins. We happened to have a VERY professional waiter, advising with dairy allergy. The kitchen was faster than we could eat. The only tiny downside was the non-working (free) WIFI.

Tour Of Italy 🇮🇹 !

By BGIWorldTraveller |

Great casual place to dine. Did the salad and calamari to start followed by a Tour of Italy which included lasagna. I was stuffed! Had to take the balance back to my hotel to finish. Will definitely return.

Great Food and Great Service

By SBall77 |

Excellent food and excellent service. Very accommodating to Gluten Allergies. Very fast service and the staff were very friendly and attentive.

Fine food

By Sierrita |

Wow, this is one of the best restaurant for me and four our family, every time we travel to Miami, we just reserve a day to go to eat there. I think is better at night, but excellent at all times. Try to make an appointment before if you don't want to wait 5 to 15 min to have a table. But the service, the food is splendid.

Disappointed with this Olive Garden

By M R |

Our family tried to eat here on our last night in Florida. We were seated at 4:40... Waitress took order at 4:55🙁. We got the salad, breadsticks and drinks just fine about 10 minutes later. Then we waited and waited. No waitress for the next 40 minutes! No refills! No apology for the delay! Finally we had enough and talked with the manager. One hour and no entree is unacceptable!

Not Bad At All

By OPSilver |

We had not visited this location for awhile because on previous occasions the experience had not been positive. Nevertheless, we were in the area, felt like having pasta and in we went. I am happy to report that dinner was good and the service was good too. We went for the $25 dinner for two which includes the main entre plus dessert and of course soup or salad and breadsticks. The Pappardelle with Alfredo sauce and mushrooms was very good. The Lasagna was also good. We were able to enjoy our dinner and we left very satisfied. Hope to be back soon and hope to have the same positive experience again.

Love the food and ambiance

By ExtraordinaryB |

I just love this place. The ambiance is very relaxing and comfortable. The seating is placed in such a way that you get your own privacy. The natural light gives it outdoor feeling. The customer seevice was friendly and the host was very pleasant and attentive. The salad tastes so fresh and the food tasted so good. I tried the new drink name limonata which was sweet but I loved the taste This is one place I would revisit when visiting Miami or in the US

Delicious italian food

By Reinaldo G |

For lovers of Italian food who live in the surroundings of Doral, I recommend this restaurant. The food is really delicious. Excellent environment to share with the whole family. The attention is very good. The house wine is good to accompany the meal and the price is reasonable. The entrees are also very good.

Pastas for all tastes

This restaurant has very good pasta, we really always enjoy lunch or dinner there. This time we did not have the usual excellent attention, but the food was delicious.

Always delicious

By Lucky Travel Junkie |

I have been going to the Olive Garden in different cities and states for more than 20 years and it is always delicious. Their famous salad and dressing, and the warm breadsticks make anything you order a great dining experience.

By Ramona V |

the always got and delicious bread make this one restaurant's one of my favorites and their salad have the best ever dressing

Really busy!

By epuya |

We went there on a Saturday evening and there was a 45 minute wait time. When we were leaving, there was an hour and a half wait time and the entrance was packed. The parking lot was filled and our relative had to park in the mall parking lot near by. We were very lucky to find a space just outside the front entrance. The service was very good considering the amount of people that we being served. Our waiter was friendly, calm and efficient. The food was very good.

Food Safety Issue at Olive Garden Miami (Flagler St)

By nosleny m |

⭐ 1 star I went to eat at Olive Garden on Flagler St, Miami, and had a really unpleasant experience. I ordered a soup and, to my surprise, found a worm inside the dish (I can try it with the attached photo). It was completely unacceptable and disgusting. When I reported it, I did not receive an adequate apology or a professional solution. Such a well-known place should have better standards of cleanliness and quality control. I will not return or recommend it to anyone until their hygiene measures improve. A big disappointment, especially coming from a chain that supposedly takes care of the customer experience.

I like this place

By Amarilis A |

The food was very good and I liked the salad very much. I only recommend that they should improve the service a bit.

My car was broken into last night at this restaurant. Someone stole my luggage with merchandise value of $500.00

By miamisunshine2 |

My rent a car was locked before we went to the restaurant. After eating dinner with my mother, sister and I we were ready to get into the car de driver's sit door was slightly open; that's when we realized that my sister's laugage was missing. I went directly to the restaurant's owner and informed him about what happened. I asked him to call the police and he did. But while I was waiting at the entrance 3 employees of the restaurant informed me that this is not the first incident at this restaurants. Several people especially tourist are being target. The police officer confirm the same theory. I don't know if we were follow from the mall of the Americas or the robber was waiting at the restaurant. what I do know is the Olive Gardens knows about this issue and they are choosing not to do anything to prevent this from happening. I will do my part by informing the community of the my experience and complaint anout Olive Gardens negation not to protect his consumers. EA

Miami staying for 5 days

I loved this experience a lot because the menu includes a very different variety of food we have one in kuwait but its not the same , here the menu includes more food and choices. I really enjoyed this experience and i really loved it 👍😉

Tasty meal

By NeilRocks |

Nice family meal. One of our family member's entree was forgotten so the entire table waited for the staff to prepare her food. It was busy so this may have been an oversight. Fresh salad was tasty.

Very good atmosphere

By AnaMaria221 |

We took my mom for her birthday and everyone was really satisfied with the food, the friendly atmosphere and the fast and friendly service. i am on a low carb diet and the server recommended get the Egg Plant parmigiana with Baked zucchini instead of the pasta. It was a great choice and I thanked the waiter for his recommendation

Not coming back!!

By cruzed |

The food was terrible!! The place smells bad, I ask for another plate because the one that the waiter brings was dirty, and the other that she brings me was wet, so I have to change it too! The soups were bad, the spaghetti was bad so I'm not coming back to this place!

Excellent food. We loved it.

By Marisol P |

Excellent food. We loved the Tour of Italy. The server Jorge, was very kind as well as the host Hanoi.

The place smells terrible!!!!!

By Pastore1984 |

The place smells so bad, that we could not stay, even my 3 year daughter couldn't stand with the smell... We went to the table but did not even sit, so I can not say anything about the food. Just terrible!

Great lunch time break for Italian

Great experience with Italian food

By edegenhart |

My wife and I went to eat out, and chose the Olive Garden nearby. We were easantly impressed from the moment we entered the door. The staff, very friendly, immediately took us to a good table. Our server came to the table right away and offered to take our order as soon as we were ready. While deciding on the variety of delicious options, we noticed members of the staff checking the cleanliness of the wine glasses, something we felt reflected their focus on quality through simple things. Unnecessary to say, the food was very good and the whole experience pleasant. Good value for your money!

Nothing to do with italian food

By bcsoma |

I didnt know until now that a simple plate of pasta can go that wrong. Pasta overcooked topped with same tasteless sauce that couldnt be helped with salt or extra cheese. We accompanied it with some overfried calamaries that could have been anything else under the breadcrumbs as it was so crunchy. I only five 2 points because service was OK.

Dinner with my brother

By Olga M |

I have been to Olive garden numerous time to eat. This is my first time eatting at this location. I was not impress at all. The service was not at all great. Waiter never came around to ask if we needed more water .They over cooked my brothers steak . I will not be returning here

Catering-Family Reunion

By Bmilian |

I planned a family reunion from out of town and I was worried about many of the details and most importantly the food I would serve. My husband recommended OG as he orders lunch for his team quite often. I received all of the food I ordered at the exact time I requested. The complete order and the temperature was perfect. The delivery person helped me set the table where the food would be served and was very helpful! They packed plates, cups, napkins, plastic-ware and even mints. Truly amazing! My husband and I are super fans of Olive Garden and kudos to the team on Flagler Street in Miami, FL.

Worth knowing !

Noisy screaming children, salty main course

By Shaun G |

Ok I get it. They promote it as a family restaurant. But geez American kids have the worst manners. The food. Bread basket is nice, salad is great. Main course.... My meat was tough and dry. The pasta was too much salt for my taste. I only managed half and quit. Desert was good. Overall experience... Won't be visiting again for a while.

Too much sauce and flavor

By muruara |

I've been to Olive Gardens before. This time may be my last. While the salad and breadsticks are pretty good and quite a tradition at this restaurant chain, I found the food to be too much. Every one in my family, and me left with such full stomachs with a nasty feeling of overwhelming flavor. I'm not sure it has always been like this, but the plates were very salty and there was just too much sauce. I may not return to any Olive Garden in the future. I've found other pasta restaurants to be much better.

Excellent Customer Service

By Kristopher R |

My family from another country came down to visit me during the Thanksgiving break. They were begging me to take them to an Olive Garden. I decided to take them to this location since it was a few minutes away from my house. As soon as we were seated, a waiter named Arturo approached the table with such a positive attitude. He greeted us and thanked us for choosing this restaurant. Throughout our visit, the waiter was very attentive with any orders any of us in my party would put in. What stood out the most to me was the funny and happy attitude the employee had when interacting with us. No matter how busy he was, he did not look stressed and would come up and joke around with us. Having worked in the hospitality industry for the past 5 years, I believe that it is crucial to provide outstanding service. Arturo is a waiter that went out of his way to create that unforgettable experience. His service will be the reason I will go back to this location. After we received our bill we were able to talk and he stated that it was only his second day on the job. Being in his same position years ago, I understand how hard it is to be recognized. As a supervisor in a view areas in the Hospitality industry now, I have to give credit where credit is due. Arturo has a bright future in the industry and should be recognized for the customer centric mindset he has.

favoritess

By Charlotte G |

I have to say Olive Garden is one of my favorite place to eat for all my life!!!!!!!!!!! i love the pasta and the flavor and the bread and the salad and all their soups!! its even hard to chose which soup to have!!!! I loveeee this place!!

Very disappointed

By MrG0ldman |

I visit this place a lot because it's close by and I really like pastas. Jaime was our server on Saturday night, This time that I was there with a friend we had a very bad experience. We waited 25 minutes just sitting down waiting for our server to come back , at this time I try to check our food order on the little tablet that's on the table and our food wasn't even sent yet, we waited for salad or bread at least but nothing, we had a long flight so we were very tired and hungry. After waiting for so long we've decided to just leave to another restaurant, very unhappy, explained to the hostess what happened but she didn't really help, I think there was a chef who offered to help us as he listened to our problem but we were just very disappointed that we just wanted to leave. After coming for so long to this place it really upset me knowing that I won't probably come back .

Once again, good food and great service!

By mwooduk |

I took three friends here for their birthdays and we had great service and great food. They now include lighter options on their menus, and I enjoyed the citrus chicken Sorrento which are two chicken breasts with fresh veggies and a citrus sauce; it's delicious. Comes with either soup or salad, I had the minestrone which was great. I had enough of my entree left to take a portion home for dinner the next night. Two of my friends had the Chicken Parmigiana and my other friend had the Tour of Italy which gives you three smaller portions each of Chicken Parmigiana, Lasagna Classico and our signature Fettuccine Alfredo which is a good way to go if you can't make up your mind which dish to have. They all had salad with their main courses. The service was great by Jesus (I believe his name was) and we also had a birthday coupon which we used for an order of Zeppoli, which are warm, soft, traditional Italian doughnuts dusted with powdered sugar, served with chocolate and raspberry sauce for dipping - I am not a big dessert eater but they are fabulous! I also had a glass of wine which was a good size pour. Very good experience here once again :-)

Smelly cat inside :(

Excellent service although the food was decent at best and or so-so as some could say. Deffinitely not my taste even though I like Italian cuisine usually. Additionally not so fresh smell inside the resrtaurant. Disappointment

Great customer service

By Shirley F. |

Stopped by after work and we were promptly sat but waited for a bit for a server. My sister flagged a a manager down who turned out to be the kitchen manger Diory Polone. He was very apologetic and immediately sent a server out way. Diory was very hospitable and provided exceptional customer service, even offering a complimentary appetizer. He even made a personal suggestion on which one to try. He had a great energy about him and we got to talk to him not only about food but other things as well. Our server Cesi was nice and provided great customer as well. The watermelon margaritas were so good, with the right amount of liquor. The appetizer we had was the sampler and I was not disappointed with anything on there. the scampi and the stuffed shells also were on point. Today’s experience with Diory will definitely have me back

Stinky entrance good soup and salad

By Carolawave |

I went with a colleague for a planning session. Upon you enter the reataurant you could smell something rancid/stinky which I believe was the carpet. They sat us all the way in the back in another room and thanks god it didn't smell there, apparently the carpet is newer. Since we are both on a diet we ordered the soup and salad special $7.99 and it was delicious and satisfying.- After we finished our meal the waitress asked If we wanted to order something else and we said no that we wanted to work for a while and she was very accommodating and told us to stay as long as we needed. After about an hour we ordered cappuccinos (luke warm but good) and we left. This was the first time we met there to work and we will probably go back.

Beautiful food

Waited 1 hour for a seat but that was our own fault. It was worth the wait, salad is the best salad I've ever had, lasagne up in the top 5 lasagnes I've ever had. And the overall service was first class

Good Italian Food in Miami

Great food, great service. Very impressed with the menu choices and flavor of the food for a chain restaurant.
