I like the food generally but the service isn't as great sometimes. Friendly staff however orders often are not accurate and you have to wait for a while so they can fix it

My favorite restaurant

By travellerwithkids3 |

The food is delicious. The service is great. My favorite dish is the Tour of Italy. I love the all you can eat salad and breadsticks. The little small deserts (three) are yummy.

Pleasant Service & Good Food

By jth1776 |

Like all Olive Garden outlets, this one can be very busy at times. However, the servers are usually pleasant, and the food at this restaurant is very good. I've had several different dishes here over many occasions and have not been disappointed yet.

nope

By Iulia B |

would not recommend this place because if i recommend smth it means that i would go there myself and i would not go here deffinetly!! this is the McDonalds of the Italian food and i am against it!

Staff very pleasant but food not so good

By pittfan1975 |

THree of us went for lunch on a Saturday. Unlimited soup and salad for two of us was disappointing because frankly the salad was soggy and not crisp. How can you ruin a salad? Had the chicken gnocci soup which was very good..... my husband's pasta entree with alfredo sause was very good. Bread is not very good- hard, not hot, too much garlic on top and no butter/oil for dipping. I have been to a few other italian chains recently and their bread was outstanding. Overall was disappointed and will not take my mom back to this restaurant.

We had a great meal and great service

By Joan O |

Last weekend eight of us went to celebrate two birthdays - we always go for the Neverending pasta bowl. Service was excellent, had two attentive waitresses and the food was excellent. I go to O. G. frequently and have never been disappointed.

AMAZING FOOD ACTUALLY MY FAVORITE RESTAURANT!!

By Anirah B |

Every time I go I have amazing phenomenal service all of the waiters are nice caring and even once gave me a free desert!! ( how cool is that ) and the food OMG there's no words to describe their food it's the absolute BESTTTTTTTT!! Last but not Least it's just so family friendly and no matter what you have a good time!

Good food, great service.

Nice Area Dining

By Sheila S |

If you live in or are visiting Northeast Philadelphia and don't mind a long wait for an average dinner, this is the place to go. It can be lots of fun with a few friends, so you don't mind the wait and can taste each others' selections. Sharing dessert is fun too. While service is usually pleasant, food is average "pseudo-Italian." Given some of the nearby choices (Applebee's and diners) this place has its pluses.

Delicious food

By April C |

The staff were amazing here. The entire place was very clean. The bathrooms were very clean also. The food was amazing.

Hunger satisfied

By Lovely2T |

We came back from a long day at Sesame Place. We were all really hungry. We decided to go to Olive Garden. The staff were nice, the food tasted even better than the other locations we have been too! Highly recommend the cheese ravioli for kids and we enjoyed smoked chicken pasta! We had enough food for left overs thanks to their unlimited garlic bread and salads/soups!

Not worth the wait

By Kim B |

First-what is the point of call ahead. You use call ahead, told the wait is 20 minutes then get there and told it is at least an hour. Then when you express understandable annoyance, the response is I can take you off the list. The food is ok but definitely not worth an hour wait. I

jsut ok

By acaRich |

Went for dinner with my wife the food was good nothing spectacular the room was noisy with kids crying maybe I picked a bad time . The waitress was friendly and did a good job. The price was average as were the drinks. The salad came in a bowl to share and had the dressing on it although it was good.

Food was ehhhh

By janegee12 |

Had high hopes because the family loves Italian. Most of our food tasted like aluminum. Couldn't figure it out but the waitress didn't ask why half of our food wasn't eaten. Disappointed and won't be rerurning .

Great Time

By Jay O |

I love the meal deals, it is always good to come to Olive Garden, especially for family and friend gathering. I would recommend this place to anyone.

rude staff and service!!

By Thomas K |

Rude staff!!!! The food was excellent but terrible service! The manager Alish was nice! The tour of italy ruled!

Horrible

By Eyonna R |

My sprite was messed up and tasted like water. The crayons was in a napkin with the fork and the crayons was touching the fork and the crayons could have fell and was on the floor. And they didn’t ask us for desert and when we said we was ready they only took one Oder and nobody else. Then two people cane late from our table and got they food fast and the rest of us didn’t and when I asked for a refill it didn’t taste right.

The Price was Right!

By Dorothea218 |

I offered to treat my boyfriend to dinner. We both were extremely hungry and not sure what we wanted to eat. I remembered seeing a promo for 2 for $25 at Olive Garden. So we went there. Initially the 2 for $25 menu was not offered to us. We requested it and then it was provided. I had the Chicken Fettuccine Alfredo with salad and he had the Shrimp entree with soup. We shared White Chocolate Raspberry Cheesecake for dessert. We both were extremely happy with our meals. Our server was pleasant and attentive. Best of all the price couldn't be beat.

Don’t waste your money at all !!!

By Samuel O |

To start the bread sticks was good the salad was not so good the appetizers I order came an hour apart got the first one but didn’t get the second one until 45 minutes later when the salad came then the dinner came and that was horrible it was absolutely disgusting dry over cooked food the pasta had no flavor at all and why would they give me Alfredo sauce when I ordered chicken Marsala that makes no sense at all it was just a horrible experience and wasn’t worth the money I spent they tried to offer me a free dessert but I declined it because that didn’t make it better I will never eat there again in my life that I promise it had me using the bathroom for a whole day and a half !!

Don't go here for lunch

By Kevgret |

I called ahead and let them know I was coming with 6 people. The lady on the phone said "ok, no problem" When we arrived we were told the only way to do call ahead seating was online. I said then why did the lady take my reservation on the phone... no answer was given back. We waited another 20 minutes and finally were seated. 15 minutes go by and not one waitress comes over to our table to take our order or get us drinks. We finally left because we had to get back to work... I asked for a manager but unfortunately they told me one was not available. Very unprofessional.

service wasnt great

By cindy844 |

typical olive garden food but service was very slow. we had a tired and hungry toddler and had to ask several times to get some breadsticks so he could eat something while we waited for food. then they screw up my husbands order and gave him something completely different.

a little disappointed

By acaRich |

I went there with my wife for an early diner. The place wasn't crowded but we still had to wait. The food was ok but I had a few questions about something on the menu but the waiter couldn't answer them he explained he was only employed there for 2 weeks so that was acceptable. When the salad came there was not even 1 olive when i complained about it he brought out a side order. The other think I really didnt like was when I added the tip they some sort of automatic system and it adds it to the total bill including tax which is 8% in Philadelphia. The next time Ill do my own calculation.

Not like Mom

By M-F_Trackers |

Was there today. A Tuesday and had a small wait at 2 PM. Must be the shift change. Ordered a beer and a house wine. The beer tasted like it was skunked. It was replaced with the house wine. Try getting a refill on the salad and bread is like pulling teeth and when you get a refill it is about half of what a single can eat. Salad was wimpy. Main courses were good. Going back only because of gift cards

Customer Service Nightmare

By FeeNetta2014 |

The McDonalds of Italian Food

By Allan R |

I haven't eaten at an Olive Garden in close to 15 years, after tonight I remember why. We went early, 5:00pm, before it got crowded. There was still a 20 minute wait. I should note, I'd never have gone if my wife hadn't gotten a $25.00 gift card from a student. Anyway, we were seated, your server will be with you shortly ...waitress came, took drink order, brought drinks back, no straws. I didn't say anything thought they stopped single use plastic straws. Nope, table next to us all had straws. Order tod our meals, the salad and breadsticks came. I think the breadsticks were rolled in salt, ugh!! Salad was fine. Then dinner came, I ordered shrimp scampi. It was very good, but, for $17.+ dollars one would expect more than 8 or 9 little shrimp, what looked like a cut up tomato wedge, and MAYBE an amount of pasta as big around as a nickel. Wife had shrimp & chicken carbonara. Same story, for $19.+ dollars, she got nowhere near enough of a meal to pay that much for! Feeling absolutely cheated and that's with a $25.00 gift card. I will never go back, even if she gets another gift card. Not worth the prices at all.

Dinner with my boyfriend.

By Nikita T |

I was real iffy on eating at this location just because of the area it was in but since my first visit with my boyfriend and his family I will never judge a food place just because of the area ever again. The staff is so friendly, the food comes out quickly and they constantly check up on us to see how the food is! Definitely recommend!

Great Experience with Olive Garden To Go

By Ashley S |

Tonight i decided to give Olive Garden To Go (OGTG) a chance. I conveniently placed my order on their website through my smart phone. I ordered mozzarella sticks as an appetizer, chicken carbonara as my entree, and a slice of black tie mousse cake for dessert. When I arrived, all the OGTG spots (designated parking spots in front of the entrance) where taken. In the lobby was a specific line for this service, where I was waited on. The hostess showed me all my food and reviewed my order as she placed it in the bag. When I arrived home, my food was hot and delicious, as if it was served to me in the restaurant. I was very impressed with OGTG and will definitely consider this service in the future!

Usual Olive Garden with Excellent Service.

By ZachariahN |

I had lunch here a couple of days ago. The food is usual Olive Garden fare. But the waitress provided excellent service.

Olive Garden on Roosevelt Blvd.

By Lovebelly |

This place is a hit or miss with service. I guess it can depend on the time of day. This location stays pretty busy. The food to me is pretty average. My staple is the tour of italy at any Olive Garden. I always get Sangria and I must say it is pretty good despite being a food chain restaurant.

Thee Worst Place To Eat In Philly!!! Roosevelt Blvd Olive Garden.

By Angel S |

Now I know why people like Mike Missenelli, Philly's best sports radio host, use olive garden as the butt of Italian food jokes. Not only do they have the nerve to be rude but they have the nerve to serve cold food. The food looked and tasted worse than a grade school home economics project. The gravy was lumpy, they shorted us on seafood and chicken and worst of all did not provide dressing for the salad. Incompetence is a compliment. And do not insult my beloved McDonald's by saying that "this is the McDonalds of Italian food." At least McDonald's is edible. Save your money and eat at home. You won't regret it.

Poor management and awful food, great waitress

By phillygirll |

I went with a friend for dinner, I had bought her a gift card that was good for olive garden, red lobster and smokey bones, we asked the waitress before ordering was it ok to use and she said yes, I had bought it in september at acme supermarkets, when the check came we gave it to the waitress and some (-------) manager said the card was no longer valid since smoky bones and olive garden were no longer together, well I said the waitress said it was ok before we ordered so he had to take it, quite embarassing and bad business practices. My friend and I both went home and were sick for hours. waitress was very nice though.

Bella Bella Bella

By Julie S |

What to say....it was a slow night...the clock set on or about 6pm...looking for a nice dinner with my sweetie...our waitress...yes, Bella...gave a sample of wine...which I ordered a glass to go with my dinner...long story short...never got the wine...was given only one plate for a salad for two...so after careful consideration...we left. Salad was untouched on our one plate...so please feel free to reuse. We went next door to Red Loster...thanks Richard for the great service...

Food was Ok... service not!

By Luis G |

Food was good, but the service was less than stellar! Drinks were ok, but watery and seem hot... waiter spoke Spanish and there was another table next to us of Spanish speaking guests (Dominican as the waiter) which we feel he seems to favored more than us...

Poor service tonight

By Jerry B |

Lately the Olive Garden on Roosevelt Blvd. has gotten noisier and the waiter service really has gotten worse. Time to find another Olive Garden outside this area.

Try soup and breadsticks...

By Deb G |

Try soup and breadsticks lunch.

Surprisingly Good

By Neil Y |

This was my first visit to an Olive Garden in several years. I was tired of the practice of substituting large amounts of salt to cover tired old dishes. However, that was not the case the other night as the food was fresh and tasty.

Great Service and Good Food

By Thomas S |

Our party of five received fast seating and quick service. All the orders were correct and served by an excellent waiter. The only negative comment I can make is that they were out of the vegetables my wife wanted with her meal... and this was only about 7:00 p.m.

Love the pasta

By Julio |

They have a great sounding unlimited breadsticks. Food tastes delicious nice posture will be returning. Nice for my family complimentary wine love it.

Waiter was great, management needs a lesson

By Leo G |

Three friends for a casual dinner. We thought it would be a 40 minute wait, but it was 20. Waiter was not scripted, great energy, suggested wine which I bought a glass of. Soup was delicious. Salad and bread plentiful. I had the Tour of Italy. The pasta was great, Lasagna too. Chicken Parmigiana not so much. The annoying part of our dinner began when a manager in a white coat (chef?) came to our table with a clipboard whilst we were talking to poll the quality of the service. How ironic is that? I felt like she was trying to use us for what her powers of observation and intuition should be telling her. We were disrupted over her HR issue. Not the time or the place. That's what comment cards are for.

Screwed up my order more than once

By luvcapemaynj |

I recently ordered takeout (Chicken Parm lunch breadstick) when I got home I nearly burned my mouth because they gave me a spicy chicken sandwich instead. This OG is NOT around the corner from me so i was not happy at all that i had to go back. The manager could care less and was only interested in talking to a friend who stopped by the restaurant. If you order online take-out they send you a survey of how they did with your order, obviously they could care less since I have not received any apology as of yet. Also, In the past I ordered buy 1 take 1 home and they screwed that up to. Officially done with this restaurant!

Standard Italian Restaurant

By PhillyNee |

This is a typical Italian chain restaurant. The food can be trusted to be the usual selection and quality -highly caloric. If you want the standard, and aren't looking for someplace special, this place is for you.

Consistently good for the chain

By hammyhamster72 |

We visited here as have been to Olive Garden in the past and enjoyed the food. Consistently tasty generous portions, service a bit overbearing but efficient. Would recommend.

A server restored my faith in good service!!

By mrslamagro |

Olive Garden is one of our favorite restaurants. We stopped going for a while due to poor service. Hoping for a better-than-lackluster server. Much to our delight we sat in Theresa's section!! she was very friendly, professional, knowledgable, attentive, patient and an all around pleasure to deal with!!! We complimented her and made it a point to commend her when the manager came to our table to ask how our visit was. I would strongly advise anybody planning a trip to the Olive Garden on Roosevelt Blvd, request Theresa!!!! You won't regret it and you certainly won't forget it!!! I, myself, will call ahead in the future to make sure Theresa is there before i go. My husband and I have a combined 25+ years in the food service industry so when we find a good server these days, we feel the need to do stuff like this!!!!

We all got food poisoning. Food was awful. Terrible!!!

By svpetner |

We went here on Saturday July 14th and it was AWFUL!!! The chicken disk tasted like rotted pork and was disgusting. We told the waitress and ordered meat instead (to stay away from the chicken). When it arrived, it was undercooked, GRAY, and tasted foul. We took a few bites and discussed how horrible it was. We did not eat our food. When we sat down, we noticed everyone around us got their meal bagged to go and only ate the salad. WE KNEW WHY. Not one person ate their meat or poultry, and the bill was outrageous for such a terrible meal. To boot, I got food poisoning that night and have been sick, and my friend also got ill with food poisoning. I will NEVER eat there again. Please stay away! They are either using rotten meat and poultry or such a poor grade that it is not fit to eat. The atmosphere looked nice, but the food is not fit for dogs to eat. This was the worst meal I ever got in my life. STAY AWAY. Not only will you pay $50 for dinner for two, but you will pay medical bills and be sick for a few days from the food you ingested. On a scale of one to ten I give them a zero, and an F. I would not eat there again if everything were free for one year. Truly awful food. Sharon V. Petner

It's a shame, really

By mycarisorange |

The food at this establishment, like all other Olive Gardens, is spot on. It's not my grandmother's, but it blows other "Italian" restaurant chains out of the water. The problem here, however, is the atmosphere and it's sadly not even their fault. When you have the 14, 58 and 73 all within a 5 minute walk AND you put it next to a Red Lobster, the clientele is going to destroy the ambiance of everyone there. They can't pick their customers, though, and that's why they get 5 stars for effort and one star for atmosphere. They try to play Dino, Frankie and Tony, but all you can heard is lip-smacking, heavy breathing and out-of-place snorting. If you're in the area, pass on this one and pick one at least a mile away from a Septa stop.

Delicious

By cathykasi |

The service we received was excellent. Upon arriving we were told it would be 15-20 minute wait. Well, we were called in 6 minutes. We were seated and our server was prompt. Offered us a sampling of the wine, took our drink order and returned with the drinks within seconds. The place was rather busy. We placed our orders and it did not take long at all to get our orders. The salads were good, the soup was out of this world, and the main entrees was delicious. We were also greeted with a smile and we were never left with having to ask for anything, our server Anne could not of done a better job. I would return and also recommend to family and friends.

Dirty,Loud,Poor Service

By Dilsia C |

Olive Garden on Roosevelt Blvd. In Philadelphia has become one of the most dirty restaurants. It is sad because this was such a nice place in the past. From the minute you walk in you see the dirty glass doors, the carpet is filthy not to mention the bathrooms. Staff members just hanging around, chatting away and very loud. So disappointed.

Book club dinner

By patricia h |

My book club has an annual dinner. This year we went to olive garden on Roosevelt Blvd. Everything was very good. Food wonderful. Wait staff, 2 young ladies, very nice and helpful.

I love the Olive Garden...

By Melissa M |

I love the Olive Garden, doesn't matter where.

Horrible management

By kayquipa |

The food was ok but the management was ridiculous. We ate on a Friday night and we were by a rowdy table were a woman kept flashing people and the whole table was yelling and carrying on. The server seemed embarrassed and was apologetic. Not once did a manager come by and several other guests seated nearby left due to the ruckus. Worst Olive Garden in history

soup and salad

By Marni D |

Olive Garden serves an all you can eat soup and salad that is quite tasty and well worth the $10 you pay. There are several different kinds of soup you can choose from and unlimited refills on their tasty salad.

Very Good Food around the corner

By Skids33 |

A little wait, but good food and fast service. The food was served hot and the portions were a good size. Drinks were always refilled. I will take the family again.

Fantastic Lunch!

By algard51 |

We had a party of five for lunch. The hostess sat us quickly, the server Jocelyn was right there for drinks and appitizers. She had some great lunch suggestions. Four all had pasta dishes, two chicken Alfredo , one tortellini, one sasauge, the last a salad. Evening was cooked perfectly. The service was flawless. This crew is an asset to the Olive Garden.

Now the service & management is great

By canterburyangel |

The new management is a lot better. They used to have a woman manager there a while back that dressed as though she worked at a gentleman's club. This is a family restaurant but she dressed very provocative by wearing low cut tops & she was very busty. She must have had a lot of complaints because a waiter told me she got fired because of her attire but other than that the food & staff are great.

Surprisingly good meal and service

By Lee F |

Had dinner with my wife here last night and it was really a terrific eating experience. The waitress, whose name I can not recall for the life of me, was really nice. She was quick with our drinks and gave us both a personal coffee urn. This is great so you don't have to wait for refill. She also gave us a nice amount of salad and bread sticks while we waited for our meals. There was one slight mishap when she brought out the entree she had misheard my selection and brought out a different steak then I had ordered. When I realized she immediately went to take it back and I was thinking, man that steak looked good, so I told the manager, who happened to be nearby. He ran after her and had her bring back the steak. He also gave me a side of pasta that was supposed to come with my meal. Very good service and sometimes things go wrong but they were willing to do whatever they had to do to make me happy. Excellent experience.

A Taste Of New Age Italian: Great Food & Service

By Techyling |

I visited this resto as I'd heard so much about how great their menu was. Since I was visiting Philadelpia solo, I thought to stop at a resto where I could spend a few hours and pick up some filling food that would keep me fuelled throughout the day. This was a perfect choice as their soups and salads are topped up several times. The main courses are excellent and their desserts are simple divine! Overall, an excellent pit stop for any time of the day even if you're travelling solo. It's one place you won't be bored as the staff are friendly and someone or the other will usually strike up some talk to keep you company, especially at the bar.

Excellant Dinner

By Jerry B |

We visit Olive Garden about once a month and as usual the last visit was excellent. They offer good service with good prices for a good quality Italian dinner. It's even a better deal if you use their frequent coupons for the meals.

Not bad for sit-down fast food

By DiningDs |

Early on a Monday night; not very busy. Felt rushed to order. Never asked if we wanted more of the endless salad. Ordered a plate with 3 items: lasagna, chicken parm, and fettuccine Alfredo. Not bad, but salty; even the menu states high sodium, so why don’t they reduce the salt? The breadsticks were salty as well. It was clean, had a nice atmosphere, but it’s still not genuine Italian food. We noticed drug needles in the grass by where we parked. We told the hostess, as this is dangerous for children who may pick them up. It also sends a bad maintenance message.

great experience

By Joanne C |

Olive Garden is best for your buck great food with all the free salad and breadsticks you can eat the food is served right on time and every entree is better then the other i recommend the cheese and tomato fondue for an appitizer this place is outstanding

Valentine Lunch

By nancynurse73 |

Due to the impending snow storm my husband of 38 years decided to celebrate early and have lunch at Olive Garden. We were seated promptly and that's where it ended. The service was very slow even though it was not very busy. The server seemed very disinterested in her job, she was not very helpful in describing the menu. When I looked around the restaurant it appeared vey run down and dirty. The area where the trays are kept looked like it had not been vacuumed in a long time the dirt was so built up! The flooring is old and worn the whole place looks like it needs a facelift! I would not go back to this location again and would not recommend it to anyone. I am sure there is a better Italian restaurant nearby to try!

I beg you... stay away

By da Nut |

Was forced to go here by incredibly unimaginative out-of-town guests. Service was okay, but the food was very lackluster and mass-produced, and they had the same menu as at any Olive Garden anywhere else in the country. Ordinarily this would merit a 2-star rating, since it wasn't awful, except that the bar has been set very high by other Philly Italian restaurants. If you live here, you're used to *excellent* Italian food, all the time, no exceptions. So Olive Garden is really unacceptable. Philly visitors: you have the chance to eat at any of dozens of welcoming, authentic, one-of-a-kind Italian restaurants. So why in the world would you squander that opportunity to eat at an Olive Garden??! Please, do not insult this proud Philadelphian by disdaining this city's rich Italian heritage. Try La Viola, Ralph's, Roma, Valentino, Pietro's, Radicchio, Meritage, Porcini, DiBruno Bros., or any of about a hundred more.

Great Italian Food

By verflores02 |

My husband and I visited Olive Garden last weekend. While there was a short wait to be seated, the staff was friendly and attentive. The food was excellent and the portions sizes were reasonable for the prices. If you want delicious Italian food Olive Garden on Roosevelt Blvd is the place to go!!!!

ITALIAN FOOD, WHERE ARE YOU?

By Carla |

The only Italian things there were were the writings on the menu. If those foods are "Italian" am I the President of the Republic? How disgusting.

So good

By Lester Obdin |

We ate here last Jan 2018. The service crew are really attentive and nice. The order came very fast. I really like their food. We will definitely come back here.

Good food good service

By phillyflyers8 |

I have eaten in and had take out. For take out I ordered 4 meals. All with salads and breadsticks. It was ready for pickup when they said. All food packed nicely into 2 carry bags. The only problem was there were 2 spots reserved for take out parking. The signs were defaced and the cars parked there were diners. I had to park way in the back of the lot. Dining in was a very good experience. It was busy. Was told about 15 minute wait. We were sat after 10 min. Service was quick. Server was attentive. We had special needs. Extra sauce, no cheese, substituting sides. Nothing was a problem

Good place to eat

By Play Agility |

Loved the food. Great service. Beautifully decorated.Fast service. God place to get together as a Family. We will be back for sure.

Horrible Service!

By Yanery R |

This Olive Garden location has to be the worst I have been to. The servers are not very good at their jobs, and frankly I do not think that the managers care much. My husband and I waited for half an hour for a salad and bread sticks. Then our server forgot to bring us BOTH my husband's side of mashed potatoes and my side of fettuccine alfredo pasta. When she brought our food out and asked if there was anything else we needed, I had to remind her about our side dishes. Then she brings my husband his mashed potatoes and brings me a dish of fettuccine alfredo dipping sauce! I reminded her ONCE AGAIN that my side was fettuccine alfredo pasta, not a dipping sauce (this was the third time I had to remind her). Our raspberry lemonades tasted like water instead of juice, my husband's gorgonzola steak was hard and not cooked well, and the salad only had one piece of tomato in it. This was the second time we had the same server, and she was worse than the first time she served us (the first time around she also forgot our sides and mixed up our orders)! On a previous occasion we visited this Olive Garden a huge fight broke out INSIDE the restaurant, and two parties were throwing plates, utensils, and cups at each other. Not to mention the fact that we had already been waiting for our food for over an hour that time. We have had similar troubles with other servers at this location as well, and not many of them are friendly. We never get chocolate mints any more when our bill is delivered to the table, and for some reason they are ALWAYS out of something on the menu. I have heard personal conversations between servers near the tables, and even heard one cursing about something. It is really a shame because I love Olive Garden and visit the restaurant at least once a month, but this location is just HORRIBLE! I am going to have to start traveling further out of my way in order to visit a decent Olive Garden in a different city!

Delicious

By ROCHELLE J |

I am not a pasta person but the chicken Marsala is to die for. The service is great. The drinks are the bomb. Shorter wait on weekdays. The weekend has longer wait times.

Where's the food???

By IllWill78 |

Took a party of almost 20 of us, we paid a little over $400.00 total. But I think back & wonder why? I had the " Tour of Italy ", my chicken park was dry & a little bigger than 2 chicken nuggets at any of you local fast food spots. My lasagne was a fairly good size, can't complain there but, my fetuccini man. I mean if I had 20 noodles on my plate, I would've been happy. Crazy thing is that they just upped the prices on the whole menu! Next time I'll just settle for the breadsticks & the salad or maybe hit another location. Pretty soon the meal portions aren't going to be worth what you spend in gas to get to these places.

We often go to this restaurant

By MaryLou1968 |

This is a standard for our family to take relatives to. They did recently renovate, so it looks different, but nice. The food is good.

Excellent visit and beyone excellent service!

By RealPegster |

On 8/29, my husband and I took our son to the Olive Garden for his birthday as it's his favorite restaurant. We were beyond fortunate to have Sharon P. as our server - she could not have been more warm and friendly! Even my son, who can be shy, was engaged by Sharon! We've never had a bad meal at the OG and while normally I'm not a fan of chain restaurants, this place knows what they're doing! I was able to talk to Sharon on the side and mention that we would like a small cake for my son's birthday...well, Sharon not only brought out a cake but she got the whole area to sing Happy Birthday! She was just really sweet and it was a great experience all around!
