The sushi is always impeccable. Ken the sushi chef is an all star. The hostess , Elyse, is the best ever. We had soup and sushi. They always have my highest recommendations. Aggressive service in a good way

Delicious food and very promt service. We can't wait to come back and try new dishes. June was our server and was excellent!

We visited this restaurant in June 2016 and had a nice meal, staff were good, but a few days later when we checked our credit card receipts we found we were charged twice. We tried to ring restaurant but ended up having to make a trip down and see them and when we talked to the Manager she said she would have to talk to another manager blah blah blah and they would call us. This is not our fault and I would expect a restaurant of this calibre to correct this shocking mistake straight away. So be careful people, check your credit cards if you have dines here.

I stayed at this hotel over Memorial Day weekend 2021 for a bowling tournament held at the casino. We ate at Ondori Asian Kitchen on Saturday evening. We ate a Crunchy Roll, Who's Your Daddy Roll, Las Vegas Roll and one other roll along with tuna sashimi. I am a very picky eater in regards to sushi and this was some of the best I have ever had. I always compare sushi rolls to a place at home and this ranks right up there. I was very pleased to know this place exists inside of a casino that's not on the strip. Very impressed! I totally recommend eating here if you like sushi.

My BF treated me to an early Mother's Day dinner at Ondori. I was very excited to try out this new restaurant in the Orleans. The hostess was very nice and she seated us right away. Our server was Danny. Competent but not much of a talker. We ordered the Peking Dumplings for an appetizer. They were ok. Not the best I've had and not the worse either. I wanted to order the fried rice for dinner but decided to try something different. So I ordered the Orange Chicken. Not a good choice. I didn't care for it at all. I've had better Orange Chicken at Panda Express. My BF had the Kung Pao Chicken. He said it was good. I didn't try it because I can't eat spicy foods. I will visit this restaurant again. Maybe next time we will try the Sushi.

We always return to Ondori on every trip to Vegas. The fish is fresh and the Chinese is tasty. The best part, though, are the people who work here. Shigei and Ken are the best sushi chefs ever. Elise gives prompt attentive, personal service and a newcomer, Casey, is an incredibly gifted bartender. Try this place!

First time visitor August 17 Got 4 dishes for dinner and boy they were a lot of food. Waiter should of said I was ordering too much food for 2 people especially since I made the point of saying 1st time here Other than that service was good and food was above average Recommend

Cool atmosphere & great service. Food quality was solid - a lot of different options. Some of the rolls seemed a little off in terms the combination of ingredients, but overall good.

We had a very nice meal at the "new" Ondori Restaurant. It seemed very similar to the old Koji restaurant, with an updated menu and obvious remodel. The new spot replaced the Mexican restaurant between the Cafe and the new steak house. Food was good, my wife enjoys sushi and she said her meal was very good as well. The best thing about the meal was the tea. I know, strange right ? But it was the best tasting iced tea we have had anywhere in a very long time. Service was a little sluggish, but not bad.

Excellent service from Juanita and Tuan along with excellent food, I’ll come back again. This is already my third visit.

Sushi is fantastic. Sashimi was fresh and melted in your mouth. Steamed buns excellent. Lack of organization, and seemed to run out of alcohol a lot. If the food wasn’t delicious I would give it 3 strs

We stopped in after a long drive from CO. We were welcomed by Elise who proceeded to take our orders with so much TLC. We do NOT do "vegetable" oil and Elise was so willing to tell the kitchen to use sesame oil on our stir fried entrees. Both our beef with broccoli and beef with eggplant were very good, and even better made with non-inflammatory oil We were very pleased.

It was probably ok for institutional asian food. Lots of variety, but in the end, the dishes didn't have a great deal of flavor. It was an average experience and the prices ok for a Vegas hotel.

I had the pleasure of dining at Indori Asian Kitchen not once, but twice during my recent trip to Vegas, and let me tell you, it was an experience worth repeating! From the moment we stepped in, we were greeted with warm hospitality and a cozy ambiance that set the tone for a memorable meal. Let's talk about the sushi—oh my goodness, it was out of this world! The spicy Yellowtail Lover roll stole the show for me. With its combination of spicy yellowtail tuna, crisp cucumber, fresh jalapeño, and flavorful garlic ponzu sauce, each bite was a burst of deliciousness that left me craving more. Honestly, I would hop on a plane to Vegas just for another taste of that roll—it was that good! Aside from the sushi, we also indulged in some classic Asian dishes, including Chicken Lo Mein and Sweet and Sour Chicken with rice. Both dishes were not only packed with flavor but the chicken was incredibly tender, adding an extra level of satisfaction to our meal. It was evident that the kitchen puts great care into every dish they serve.

Fabulous food, generous portions, superb friendly staff, excellent prices. I have been coming to Vegas for many years for an annual conference. When it was located at the Orleans I would eat lunch most days at Koji's. During the latest refurbishment the management repositioned the Asian restaurant and renamed it Ondori. The food is remains excellent, the staff still as charming as ever, and the ambience much improved. For the past three years the conference has moved to the Tuscany Suites, but I still make a point of eating lunch at least once at Koji's/Ondori. Last Sunday I dined on their General Zhou's Chicken. As ever it was delicious! Keep up the very high standard. Best wishes from a regular and loyal customer.

This place had an upscale feel but not upscale prices. There was an extensive menu that satisfied my daughters need for sushi and my husbands need for generic American type Chinese. Service was excellent both times we are there, once for lunch and once for dinner. The presentation was beautiful, the servers attentive, and the food was excellent. And the prices were not ridiculous which made all that much better.

Had a lovely dinner last week at the Ondori with my long time local friend for her birthday dinner , restaurant located inside the New Orleans Casino , very modern and spacious little too bright for my licking special for dinner , my fried told me this place is number one for Asian locals hang out , sad to say the buffet still closing and the menu is huge with Asian and Japanese dishes available to order , price very affordable , my friend ask me to do the ordering , she love Chinese food over the Japanese dishes , so I choose the S/P Prawns , seafood crispy Chow mein , Seafood Bass hot pot , the Sashimi looks so good , last mins I order the Sashimi Special , wow ! so fresh and nicely cut size , right temperature , and all the Chinese dishes very tasty not oily , good portion size , we both enjoyed the dinner and each others company ( 30 years friendship ! ) what very impressed me is all the staff so polite and friendly special in a Asian restaurant ! truly impressed , well done Management ! for sure my next visit I will be back to try their Dim Sum , I hear it from my friend it is good !

We went to the happy hour at Ondori Asian Kitchen which is at the New Orleans Casino They have several dishes and cocktails for $5 each during happy hour. We enjoyed the Asian Dumplings, Alaskan roll and cucumber salad. They also have Asian "crackers" with dipping sauce. This last one is complementary. The restaurant and bar area is stylish. They have several TVs to watch sports. Service is good.

Went for lunch at this restaurant for the first time. Really good service and fine dining for a reasonable price. A mixture of cuisines as they had sushi and Chinese dishes. I had the General Tsao chicken and my wife had Mongolian beef. We also had a tempura mixed plate of veggies and shrimp. The bill for lunch was around $42. I will come again. Only drawback was you have go thru a Smokey casino floor.

Bland. Spring rolls, fried tofu w/vegetables and “beef” low mein were all terrible. The meat was like flavorless fat. Nice environment & decent service, but no joy in the food. The vegetables were freakishly large.

Delicious! Had a nice satisfying lunch! Sweet and sour chicken with white rice was excellent. My husband enjoyed the general tsao chicken! All good!

Decent food with ok service. Peking dumplings were excellent. General Tso chicken was too sweet but portion size was very good.

We do not normally choose asian food while in Las Vegas, but we got some tips from locals that this was the place to eat while visiting the Orleans. They were right! Food was fresh, prepared with attention to detail and the service was friendly and fast.

Value is difficult to find these days, especially when it comes to a sit down restaurant in Vegas. Look no further if you happen to venture off strip to The Orleans Casino. The service at this establishment is superb with multiple wait staff sharing responsibility for dining patrons. The food is fantastic! I highly recommend just about any of their handmade sushi dishes. And the Mongolian chicken is incredible! Sweet and spicy with a hint of smoke, it’s a large enough portion for two to share. You may not be guaranteed anything at the blackjack table, but any who sits at Ondori’s leaves a winner!

The food was good and the staff was friendly. They have a bar and TVs along the wall that carry sports. No sound on the TVs which is ok. Place looked clean and plenty of seating available.

Very good japanese and chinese food. They have a sushi bar but I didn't try. WE had good service and very good food. WE come to the Orleans to gamble and this restaurant makes for a good break in the action.

We went to try a newer place since our last visit . Nice side : New ,nice looks , good menu , $ 5 .00 special ,clean . Food is good.Greeted with drinks and initial server was very good. Needs work : Servers , our food came out in a delay , one then five minute, plate two , three minutes more plate three . We had to ask more than once for the schedule . Not very impressed with the wait staff or kitchen > I do not know . needs some polish on server side . BUT you will pay on time since that was the only thing that was on time ... The bill. Would be OK other than that.

First we ate the happy hour special which was fine. Another day we decided to try dinner and were very pleased. We shared a giant plate of pork fried rice and an order of chicken wings with garlic and scallions. Even though we were full half way through, we finished every morsel. Our server, Elise, was attentive and very personable. We will visit again when we are in LV.

I have reviewed Ondori many times. It is as constant as the northern star. Fresh fish, great Chinese, always. But with sushi chefs Shigei and Ken, bartender Casey, and server Elise, they remain the acme of sushi restaurants. Some TA reviews have mentioned poor service. Just tell them TA said ask for Elise.

Ondori is our go to restaurant when in Las Vegas. Outstanding food for very reasonable prices...what more can you ask? Many Vegas restaurants have jacked up prices to unreasonable levels. Ondori is distinctly an exception. It's a short rideshare or taxi ride over to the Orleans, which is itself a fine example of the best of the classic casinos. Of particular note is the hot and sour soup, which is just about the best I've had anytime, anywhere.

Loved the ginger lemon drop martini and the mongolian chicken. Sushi was so so. We ate here a few times and loved it!

This pace continues to be the best sushi restaurant I have ever enjoyed. The fish is impeccably fresh and well prepared. The raw items and cooked ones (salmon cheek and mussels) were amazing. The prices are about what one would expect for this quality. The cleverness of the specialty rolls us the best. However, what makes this place what it is are the people. Elise is always smiling and friendly, and Ken is an excellent sushi chef. Even though in time some of our favorite people have left, Shigei is still in charge and he remains possibly the best ever. I hope he is there for a long time to come.

I resisted going to this place because I, in general, don't like upscale Asian restaurants because I'm so used to hole-in-the-wall Chinese places with cheap eats. Ondori is definitely not a hole in the wall. It's very tastefully decorated, very open and very clean in its appearance. The wait staff was very prompt and friendly. We had an order of spring rolls, Singapore noodles and beef chow fun. All were pretty good. I have a favorite chow fun place on Jones Blvd we frequent when in Vegas, but Ondori's version was by no means a step down. Maybe you don't get as much food, but the atmosphere here is demonstrably a step up. Our total bill including tip was about $40 (no alcohol included). So, even if it was more expensive than driving over to the noodle joint, we left satisfied and not disappointed with the food, service or price.

It's not to say the sushi was bad but I could have had the same cut and quality at Whole Foods for a fraction of the price. What was great about the place was that it was empty. No one was there and I think we were one of three tables. The staff was super and very attentive. What didn't impress me was the sushi. I'm not exactly a snob about sushi but if this was the best they could do no wonder no one was in there. I cannot say I'd would seek out this restaurant again.

We went to Ondori Asian Kitchen last Saturday and what a surprise, the service and the food were outstanding they have both Japanese and Chinese, I have the Sushi Ell and the Salmon both were out of this world and very inexpensive,. My wife had the Hot and Sour soup which was perfect a little on the sour side and just the right amount of Spice. For Dinner I had the Mongolian Beef which melted in your mouth and a large portion, my wife had the Szechuan Chicken which was also outstanding. The prices were great the Szechuan chicken was $13.00 and again very large portions. Our new favorite Japanese and Chinese restaurant,, Total bill with cocktails $60.00. You have to try hit.

my spring rolls were good fresh and crispy my combination soup not good to me was way too salty and was a combo of rice noodles and seafood, shrimp and pork and scallops too much, kale.. and i dont like scallops wont get that again.

Expensive, tasteless, weak and luke warm tea for $4 that should be included, tasteful, strong and hot.

Great food plenty of it, served by friendly staff and at a sensible price. Both a mixture of Chinese and Japanese food on offer. Again another repeat visit needed. Top draw in my opinion.

Went for lunch with y husband. We ordered two sushi rolls and two lunch specials. The specials were chicken lo main and general's chicken. Good for the ten dollar price, The sushi was a california roll and lasagna roll. The california roll had no taste. The lasagna roll was quite bland. was't anything like the menu. I'd have better sushi in buffets.

First off let me start by saying that this place is awesome! The food was absolutely delicious and the ambiance was simply perfect. The wait time for dinner was very short and we had our food with minutes. The drinks were strong (thumbs up) and they had a great selection of wines to choose from. Overall I felt like the hostesses at the front could be nicer. TK was fantastic!!!!!! He made my experience so worthwhile. He was really helpful and was very attentive. I’d definitely go back just because if his impeccable service.

Koji restaurant at Orleans hotel closed and reopened as Ondori restaurant in new location in former location where Mexican restaurant used to be located. Basically same Koji menu just more fancy and prices went up. We enjoyed the minced chicken lettuce wraps, deep fried flounder and sushi items was good. Some other items we enjoyed in the past wasn't as good now like the walnut shrimp or general tsao chicken. Service was hit or miss. One night we had great service while another night service was just average. The decor of the new Asian restaurant is more modern but the food and service is very inconsistent.

Great food and serive; but no gf soya sauce. Lychee martinis are strong but awesome. Quick service with attentive staff.

This is a great place to hang out and eat good food.the server PONCHO was great..good service lots selection of food and drinks.the people that work there are very friendly

Outstanding service and food. Went there for a family gathering. Had green beans; beef chow fun, roasted duck. All was delicious and generous portions. Nice atmosphere.

I ordered a few of the different sushi's the restaurant had to offer. All of them were fresh and very good. I would visit again.

The fish is fresh and the rolls are innovative, but the best part about this place is the people. Ken, Alex, Shigei, and Casey and Elyse are the best. They are wonderful at their jobs and so talented. I will never stop coming here

Finally had some down time and grabbed a bite here before headed to the room. This restaurant is inside the Orleans Consino. Since I was alone I sat at the sushi bar and was greeted by the Chef. I didn’t even look at the menu just asked the chef to prepare his specialty’s. And wit a smile he went to work. I had two rolls, one with tuna and avacado. The other was Octupus and vegetables. Both outstanding choices. So if you have a chance give this place a chance.

Great service! Kudos to Raymond & Juanita! Will definitely recommend this place to my family & friends. The foods are absolutely delicious & filling.

Veri nice Waitress (Juanita), Very tasty food. Fast service in a good tempered Room. Not too cool, not too hot. I am sure we will come back

The Chinese beef with eggplant and fish with bitter melon are especially good and we liked the Japanese sushi roll with mango salsa, spiderman roll and sashimi salad . Menu prices are comparable with other asian food restaurant we tried. We thank June and Juanita for attentive service and the warm drinking water to go for my sisters. We all enjoyed the dinner experience and definitely will come back again.

Three of us had dinner here the week of Christmas 2017. We opted for sake and a roll as an appetizer, then a spicy yellowtail hand roll, 'sex on a roll', orange chicken, and rice. The food was good, with the orange chicken being the stand-out dish. The spicy yellowtail was so spicy there was no way to discern the taste of the fish :(. The restaurant was very busy and we had a 40-minute wait without reservations.

Most of the time I don't favor Asian cuisine but this is an exception; this is some of the most delicious food I had, their hot pots (the seafood one) I ask for mine without tofu since I can't stand it texture so my hot pot is always perfect, a lot of food though it's meant for sharing! Tempura is delicious and their beef dishes so tasty. They have an amazing bar that prepare some of the best cocktails and their service is impeccable! I eat here at least once when I'm in Vegas!

Nice relatively new restaurant, serving Japanese and Chinese dishes. They have a sushi bar. A good place for a relaxing with a delicious meal and drinks.

We love to stay at The Orleans we went to this restaurant on our first night. We shared chicken fried rice and sweet-n-sour chicken. The food was good and the service was great!

I had a nice meal here, dinner if I recall correctly. service was prompt and courteous. Prices reasonable. Food tasted good, decent size portion.

Our server June was very attentive and helpful! never had to look around for him as he was always there to assist when needed. our busser Juanita was also very pleasant. First time coming in and I will definitely be back due to the amazing service! 10/10 on the food as well :)

My son and I go to this restaurant for the sashimi. The rolls are good. But the tuna sashimi is excellent. I would also recommend the gyoza. The décor is very nice. I have not had any of the Chinese dishes. overall a great sushi restaurant

Staff always friendly. The Chinese food is always fresh and excellent. The chicken dishes are some of the best I've had. I sit at the bar, the bartender is always friendly and entertaining.

WE wanted Asian food and had been here before. The service was very fast and attentive. They gave great info on the food that we did not know about. All I can say is next time in town, we will make another trip to this place

I have lived in Las Vegas and missed this restaurant. I am not a sushi person, therefore I relied on the Chinese food, I must admit it is one of best I have had in years in Las Vegas. We order the "honey shrimp", it was delicious and not too sweet. Also had the "hong-kong noodles" oh my, piled high with seafood, meat and veggies. Be sure you make a reservation, it is a very busy place

As always, super fresh fish, also competent sushi chefs. We always love the food. We did see, however, that when Elise isn’t your waitress and Shigei (or Ken) isn’t your sushi chef, the service suffers a bit. It is nothing bad, but when you are accustomed to excellence, the standards are pretty high. Still strong recommendations, just a suggestion to go in the evening when Elise and Shigei and Ken are presiding.

A nice restaurant for the location. I would recommend this place when staying at the Orleans. Service at the bar was great, friendly bartenders and the food was good.

Wonderful experience at Ondori Asian Kitchen! Friendly staff with a wide range of food to choose from!

Pretty good food. very reasonably priced for a casino restaurant. Had lunch that cost less than $15.

We had been here a couple of years ago. We enjoyed then, so we came back. For the most part the food was very good, but they had changed the recipe for a couple of the dishes we had ordered in the past (that was disappointing). The service was not so good. it was not very busy, but we had to wait too, too long. The restaurant was not kept up. The floor under our table of awful. By the way, if you are paying cash or credit there is an up charge of $2.50 on each ticket.

We tried 5 different types of sushi, and the General Tsos chicken. Every bite was better than the next. A fantastic fine at this hotel and casino.

You will enjoy a brief visit to asia in dining at Ondori. With a wide range of Chinese and Japanese selections (they offer a gazillion, maybe a gazillion and a half selection of Sushi). We ate there several times, lunch and dinner, always finding the food fresh, hot and tasty. Having both Chinese and Japanese well prepared in all cases was a surprise, as we live in Asia and have high expectations, and found them well met at Ondori. Go! You'll like it.

When you are in an Asian restaurant and it is filled with Asians you know it’s good. The ambiance is very nice and service excellent. A wide variety of food is available. Want sushi? They have it. Chinese favorites are also on the menu. If you are in the Orleans this is the place to go.

Went to ondori as we were staying in the hotel and wasn't sure what to expect. I must say this is one of the best asian restaurants ive tasted in the states. We ordered 3-4 dishes and shared amongst ourselves. The peking duck was delicious along with the company we had a wonderful night. I would highly recommend this restaurant to eat at the food is delicious the staff are helpful and the beer is cold:-)

I've been to most of the popular restaurant in Vegas including the ones inside casinos that are mostly expensive. The price at Ondori is very reasonable. Quality of food is good authenic Cantonese. You can tell the quality of the chef by ordering dry beef Chow Fun. It passed my test. Pang Peng Pon inside Gold Coast is a little better, but they are more expensive. I have been coming here instead of over there. I know that this restaurant will continue to improve judging from the fact management has been reading these reviews and responding. It shows that they are serious about customer feedbacks and continusous improvement. Keep up the good work.

We were staying at The Orleans Hotel and Casino and decided to try this place on a whim. What a great experience! We started out with the minced chicken lettuce wrap and the salmon skin salad. We should have stopped there because that was enough for the two of us. The lettuce wrap had a lot of flavor and was very refreshing. However, the salmon skin salad was undeniably one of the best I have ever eaten, and I am a salad lover. The skin was cooked perfectly, the dressing was not overpowering, and the portion huge. My husband and I ate it all! We also ordered entrees but hardly touched it because of the appetizer and salad. I had the duck noodle and I must say that the bowl is smaller than what it used to be at Koji's. It was just okay. If you go there, try the salmon skin salad. You won't be disappointed.

Interesting mix of Chinese and Japanese dishes. The Chinese dishes were eclectic and amazingly authentic. Their happy hour prices were more than reasonable. This place was an unexpected find in a casino. Would definitely go there again.

Just popped in for lunch because the buffet is still closed, and didn't feel like leaving the casino into the oven .. .. And, the lunch specials were very tasty and well worth dropping in for .. .. Had the GENERAL TSAOs chicken and it was tasty along with the Sweet/Sour Soup that came right before that .. .. Maybe not in the ballpark for the purely Chinese or Japanese food purist but certainly good enough to put a smile on your face and get back out to the casino floor .. .. THANKS ONDORI!

Located in the Orleans casino this Chinese style restaurant is delicious and offers amazing value in vegas for the price! Try the chicken and broccoli platter!

Was hanging with the girls in the Orleans hotel and got hungry. A few us went searching for food while the rest gambled. Found this place in the middle of the casino and LOVED the Pineapple Chicken Curry Fried Rice. OMG! I need to figure out how this was made and make it at home! DELISH!!!!!!!!!!!!!

Sushi is fantastic! Portions were fair and the food was really good. Try the Braised Oxtail! You'll want your own portion.

The service was very good and the staff attentive. The salmon was extremely good. The sauce used in the beef and broccoli was very salty as was the tempura battered shrimp. The California roll very very good too.

While I'm usually leery about restaurants that serve both Japanese (sushi) and Chinese food (usually both ending up to be mediocre at best), I was truly surprised about the sushi here. Probably my 3rd or 4th time that I've eaten here (and I've only had sushi). It has always been consistently good sushi. Nothing super high end, but just good sushi at a decent price. Place is inside The Orleans Casino, of which I have also stayed at many times over the last 10 years (which is how I discovered the restaurant). Settled for my usual favorites. Hirame, maguro, shiro maguro, tako, tobiko & ika. Then ordered unakyu maki (eel & cucumber), something that I have not seen in too many places. Their's came with avocado, but after talking to the sushi chef, he gladly made it with just eel and cucumber. All washed down with Mio (a sparkling sake). First time for me. Good, but a little sweet for my taste. Service was good. Will go back without hesitation.

The cuisine is a mix of Japanese (sushi bar) and Chinese. There were no bad choice but I do recommend going with a large group so that you can experience a variety of dishes. From the crispy beef, orange chicken, sweet sour pork, sea bass on chili sauce, bittermelon and spicy eggplant, there were no bad choices. And still more to explore. Service was great too. Sake list was fairly long but wine list was just ok. Same with the beer offerings. Price was much higher than a neighborhood type restaurant but the decor was a step above too. Will be back for sure.

I eat sushi here and I have yet to be even remotely disapointment. Good portions and great food quality. Imagine fresh fish in the desert. Very clean and a little upscale. I love this restaurant

The food was outstanding, in comparison to the many other Japanese restaurants in the United States, and in Japan, where I have eaten. But in addition to the food, my experience was very much enhanced by the service from Fonzi and Poncho. They combined being very professional and knowledgeable, with being very helpful about the menu, but most importantly, they made me feel very welcome, like I was eating at my parents home. They were very approachable and cared about my experience. I will definitely come back, and I recommend this restaurant wholeheartedly to anybody..

If you are a local in Las Vegas you should erase Ondori from your list. Some brilliant mi d in management decided that food to go will only be available after 9pm in a clear demonstration that LOCALS are not worth of been serve. I invite every local to boicot Orleans Hotel and it’s restaurants

Arrived on a Saturday around 11:30am. The place was empty but was packed by the time we left. - Peking potstickers were outstanding; tender flavorful clearly made fresh! - Pork and noodle soup; the pork and noodles were excellent but I wasn't crazy for the broth but thats just my taste buds. - Butter lemon asparagus; delicious! perfectly cooked with a nice crunch. You cannot tastes the butter or lemon it just takes the asparagus to another level. - Mongolian beef was flavorful and tender. - Pork fried rice was okay. Clearly made fresh but to me was a bit bland. Waited a really long time for our food and felt we were being ignored. Tables were getting food, the same food we ordered but were seated MUCH later than us! We are extremely patient but we were packing up to leave. Our server genuinely apologized with our food in hand so we stayed. It was quite annoying to sit there so long with no food as we watched tables around us get served and our blood pressure rise. But things happen(??!!??) and I'm not going to give up on this place just yet. I'll be back for more potstickers, asparagus and to try more on the menu.

We were in The Orleans for a poker tournament and needed to eat dinner during the break. We chose Ondori after checking out the menu. Very, very good move. This was some of the best Chinese food I’ve had in quite some time. Specifically, I am referring to the Szechuan Chicken. It truly was outstanding…and for a very reasonable (I.e. non-Strip) price. We will certainly be back.

Last Day in Las Vegas. Lunch before heading to the airport. Sharon and Jan ordered Happy Family style meals. Sweet and sour Pork-chops, noodles, egg drop soup, walnut shrimp, lettuce wraps and a variety of other tasty items. The Restaurant is large and spacious. I really enjoyed all the various artwork and drawings in the walls. As we talked and enjoyed the meal, the waiter stopped by to check on us from time to time. Refilling the hot tea and drinks. It is a quiet and serene spot to enjoy a meal. It’s nestled off to the side away from the hustle and bustle of The slots. They played very nice music.

Very pleased with the luncheon specials. Noodle dishes are very good. Great atmosphere, very friendly staff, DELICIOUS Lychee Martini......Yum, Yum.

They have a huge variety of Japanese and Chinese food and sushi. The lunch combo for $10 was great. You get an entree, soup and spring roll. They only have Pepsi products. The server was friendly and knowledgeable and we got good service.

First time trying this new Chinese/Japanese restaurant.server Tina was great attentive and had suggestions of what is best for what we may enjoy.hot and sour soup great full flavor and spicy dish great starter.cucumber roll, and tuna roll fresh and wonderful.beef and eggplant with black bean sauce I highly recommend best dish we had cashew chicken good and I would pass on the sweet and sour pork it was cold and tasteless.for desert green tea ice cream you, strawberry snow ice and three flavor ice cream don't forget to ask for some hot tea oolong and jasmine are free

Located in the Orleans Hotel, this restaurant was very good. It was mostly occupied by locals which tells you the food was very good. Amenu with a large selection. The service was first class.

Simply fantastic!! Will do it again!! AND had some excellent Sushi last night. I cannot wait to try other items on the menu. Worth every dollar with exemplary service.

Had dinner here the first night of our stay - Some people ordered sushi - other's ordered Asian menu - servers could not comprehend getting food out at the same time -

The restaurant is located n the Orleans hotel. Very fast service and the food is superb. There are authentic recipes. Very good prices and above average portions. The staff are excellent. It's a favourite when we are in Vegas.

Decor is brand new and very very nice. It was a slow evening and service was pretty prompt. But I think the menu might be a tad too cumbersome to make everything extremely well. The Tomodoro (tapas style) was just a small portion Chinese food. Nothing was great. The beef stew noodle soup was served warm. The noodles did not feel right in the mouth. Recommendation? cut the menu offerings in half and make everything outstanding. A disappointing visit after hearing many raves about this 'new' deal.

This is the third time I have held a dinner party at this restaurant. It just gets better and better. This time we had the round table in a private room. Everyone tried out whatever they wanted to taste and we shared Japanese and Chinese treats, plum wine and other wines, and pineapple and green tea ice creams for desert. We were 9 people and able to carry on such an interesting conversation in that room that one person said it was the best education he's had at a conference. (That wasn't even the intention.) But this is a place where people can actually hear each other. GREAT VALUE!

We were looking for Asian food online. Ondori Asian Kitchen is located in the Orleans casino. The casino has a number of very large (free) parking lots. The restaurant is located in the 1st part near valet parking. It is recommended to use the app. Open table can be reserved in advance. You can enjoy both Japanese and Chinese food here, and make it as expensive as you want We had dinner here 2 evenings. Both Japanese and Chinese were of excellent quality. They tend to serve all dishes at the same time, so tell us in advance that you want your starter and main course served some time in between. We had a good experience here

This is a surprisingly solid and good Asian restaurant, especially for a Boyd property (they aren't known for having great food options, but this is by far the best restaurant on site at the Orleans hotel and casino). The prices are more than reasonable and the portions are extra large. They have Japanese and Chinese dishes, both traditional and modern fusion. You can find sushi, noodles, rice, all the greatest hits. Service is fast and the food is always tasty, especially for the price and the big portions. They're also open late and located right off the casino floor, making it easy for gamblers and guests at the hotel. Luckily, it's not smoky!

Love this place! Really attractive aesthetic. Bright open well decorated contemporary looking. Well done. In fact so much so you might think The Orleans isn't quite on a par with the elegant decor of this place. The menu was broad and lots of excellent choices. I had the Mongolian chicken which was yummy and the edamame as a starter ..also had the mixed veggie/shrimp tempura. I'd not rate the tempura above "good". Service was excellent, price was reasonable. This place is 1000% better than what they had before nearer the from of the casino that was a sushi bar/asian restaurant. Good job Orleans! Classy place.

The asian restaurant sushi bar place is terrible, one night we sat in there for 28 minutes without a server or even a glass of water so we left. We gave it another shot only to find the server delivered our food and then disappeared, we sat there with no drinks; no offer of dessert, no way to pay or receive the check- she actually just walked out of the restaurant and never bothered to check in once with our table

Amazing service , friendly & funny . Definitely would come back & the food was A1!! June was amazing !!! & the portions are good for 2 people

We ordered carry out one evening to take back to the room. We ordered a California roll, spring rolls, and Beef with Broccoli. All the items were great and reasonably priced.

Food is amazing! June is my favorite waiter he is so nice and very attentive! My favorite dish is Hong Kong chow mein and dynamite roll! Lisette is so sweet and always checks on tables.

Only had one meal here but it was delicious. Edamame and chicken noodles. Highly recommend this place within the Orleans hotel.

we own a home on the ocean and know fresh from frozen sea food. this place was strictly FRESH! amazed us with the quality- will be going back every time we visit Las Vegas

We chose to eat at Ondori more than once because the atmosphere was nice, the food was delicious and very reasonably priced, and the lichee martinis were amazing! Looking forward to eating here again next year!

Ondori is a relatively new Asian restaurant at the Orleans Hotel & Casino which replaced one of my longtime favorites (Koji's). I dined at Ondori during my recent stay at the Orleans. Their menu is a combination of both Chinese and Japanese cuisine, so there there is a good variety on their menu. They have bar area with seating, a sushi bar, and a spacious dining area. Since I was dining solo, I decided to sit at the bar. I ordered Miso soup, California Roll, and Ell Roll. Everything was very good and for those who have dined at Koji's before they closed, the food and menu is very similar.

This restaurant, in the Orleans, serves Japanese and Chinese food as you might expect. We were pleasantly surprised. Our server, TK, made some suggestions which turned out to be just right. This place used to be a Mexican restaurant. It has been remodeled and the result is impressive.

We had dinner at Ondori at The Orleans last night and we were VERY pleased with the delicious food and service. We ate early- at 4:00 and it was not busy at all. The service was quick and the waitstaff was friendly and efficient. The decor and lighting are modern and everything seemed very clean and tidy. We were a party of 7 and among us ordered a few sushi rolls, a few orders of orange chicken, fried rice, and Singapore street noodles. We are all fairly big eaters and the orange chicken (pictured), chicken fried rice (pictured), and Singapore street noodles could easily be shared with 2 or 3 people per plate. I ordered the French kiss sushi roll (not pictured) and we ordered a California roll and Alaska roll (pictured- it came with 8 pieces). The sushi was fresh and very good. The orange chicken was our group's favorite food. The sauce tastes like fresh orange juice and the chicken is very lightly breaded and crispy. The pieces of chicken are cut thin and well coated in sauce. We will definitely be returning in the future.

Love this place!!! Very pleased with the Chinese Menu to choose from and the food is very good! Not difficult to find something that everyone can agree to eat and enjoy!!!

During a quick stay in Las Vegas, decided to go to the Ondori for lunch. From start to finish, the dining experience was truly enjoyable. The service was friendly, the food outstanding, and the atmosphere was extremely relaxing. Got it all at an excellent price. Highly recommend for lunch or dinner for anyone who wants a quick escape from the "Vegas" action.

Excellent service , Raymond and Juanita is our server , the food is very good, the place is very clean , and they are very attentive for what you need

A pleasant surprise in The Orleans. Ordered wonton soup, a little bland. However we had sushi for dinner, the Hawaiian Five O, the Crunchy Tempura & Who is your daddy rolls. All three were flavorful and each of them had there own unique flavor. They did not all taste the same (as you might find in a non Japanese sushi restaurant)

This was a great spot to enjoy time spending with my friends. Our server June was super sweet and very attentive. Will definitely be coming back again.

Food is OK, not great. The food is fairly tasteless so you try to spice it. The chili oil is really tasteless (10w 30?). Won’t go back.

I enjoyed eating at Ondori on several occasions. The food was excellent, the service very good, waiters knowledgeable. I enjoyed it very much.

Husband and I found ourselves off the Strip at The Orleans because of a Sunday afternoon blackjack tournament. The Orleans was new to us -- we tend to stick with the Venetian or Mandalay Bay because we know them and that part of the city so well. But we found The Orleans lively and fun and we were very pleased at the numerous dining options. For lack of any information, we randomly selected Ondori Asian Kitchen. What a find! The room was pleasant and serene, as good Asian restaurants tend to be. While it opened to bustling and buoyant crowds on the casino floor, inside it was quiet and soothing. Our server was terrific -- gracious, accommodating, just lovely all around. But the real news about Ondori is THE FOOD! OUTSTANDING! Husband and I are aficionados of Asian cuisine. In a former life we lived near California's San Gabriel Valley, and we have dined at the best in Los Angeles, Hawaii, San Francisco, Seattle and other major cities. Let me tell you, we have not had better Asian food than at Ondori-- and it is ASIAN food: Chinese and Japanese both (which makes wonderful culinary sense). So, we had some dim sum (bao and shu mai), we had some sushi (yellowtail and ahi), then some tempura (vegetable and prawns), some edamame (with garlic, lots of garlic!), and finished up with a huge platter of salt and pepper prawns. And every single bite of all of it was simply excellent. And the tab was about a third of what we have paid for fine Asian dining at The Wynn and other Strip locations. Ondori is a not-to-be missed restaurant. The serendipity of such an unexpectedly superb meal was one of the highlights of our trip.

Very good food inside the Orleans Resort. We ate there twice during our stay !! All dishes were made fresh upon ordering, the atmosphere and staff were first rate, Would definitely eat there again if we return to the Orleans.

Very good fresh Chinese food, very quickly served and not too pricey. Loved it - no hesitation in recommending this place

We really enjoy the staff and excellent quality of food. Veronica, Pancho, June, and Juanita make everything enjoyable and an amazing experience every time

I loved this unexpected surprise in the Orleans Hotel. Neither the atmosphere nor the food seem in synch with the overall hotel surroundings. But that is a good thing! I loved my food here! THe room is modern and excludes an upscale feeling as well as a spotless cleanliness. THe service was pleasant, patient, and efficient. And to top it off, the pricing was fair as well. I look forward to coming back.

First time to eat here and we were pleasantly surprised by the menu and quality of food. Very fresh and cooked to perfection with the crunch still in the veggies.

Your could call the organization of this restaurant as "frenetic" in the lack of organization, but once you are seated you will be in for a treat. Huge choice of Chinese and Japanese food served in large portions at reasonable prices. Food was fresh and tasty served by the harried wait staff. Ambience was comfortable with reasonable noise levels. This restaurant is in The Orleans Casino on west Tropicana Boulevard.

Had dinner with a long time friend and really enjoyed the food. It was well prepared, tasty, and in generous portion. the menu had lots of choices with a mixture of Japanese, Chinese, Korean, and Thai.

We never missed the opportunity to return to this restaurant, several times in fact, on every trip to Las Vegas. The customer service is outstanding especially with Elise and the sushi chef Shigei. Impeccably fresh fish, great Chinese, and clever, tasty specialty rolls (Fire tool, screaming I, etc). Best ever.

Went for lunch and it was a disappointing experience. The service was a fiasco. Food brought out was incorrect, some of our party were served while others waited for their food. Not really ok. The food itself was average to above average, but the service was not acceptable.

Had a really enjoyable dinner here. The food and service was excellent. The menu was varied with lots of Chinese and Japanese food to choose from.

This restaurant is located in The Orleans Casino. We are dinner here on a week night. We loved the sweet and sour chicken and the Mongolian beef. We will definitely be back when in Vegas!

We eat here everything we come to Vegas at least 2 or 3 times. We thought it was not as good as in the past. We ordered 2 dishes. One dish specified it had onions which are hard to digest so we specified no onions. The other dish was beef chow fun. We specified no bean sprouts. We got the beef chiw fun and it was tiny. And it had TONS of raw barely sautéed onions. Onions were not listed on the menu at all. There were more onions than beef and more than the noodkes!!! They should have called it onion chow fun. And most of it was raw. There were several pieces that were not even sliced, much less cooked. Now, recall, we went out of our way to specify NO ONIONS in our other dish. You would think our waitress would say, there is ( tons of) onions in the beef chow fun, should I tell chef no onions for that dish too? Or alert us since beef chow fun normally does not have onions? Nope. Almost 20 bucks for raw onions is a total rip off!!!

Have patronized Ondori Asian Kitchen 3 times & never disappointed. Greeted w/a warm welcome & served by friendly & efficient staff. You have a choice of sitting @ the Sushi Bar, Cocktail Bar or comfortable seating @ tables. The atmosphere is "modern Asia" w/ beautiful art. The menu is extensive w/ Japanese & Chinese cuisine. Food is tasty & nicely prepared & presented. The portions are quite large & reasonably priced. Give it a try. You won't be disapointed. Aloha & Enjoy------Papa Ouli

We went here because we wanted sushi. The atmosphere was great the staff was very kind. The supervisor Sam M. Was serving us water and food. It was not even his job but he was very hands on. The orleans hotel was cool but this restaurant will be the only reason we stay here again. 😊

We kept returning to this restaurant as the food was THAT GOOD> Try the frog legs--if you have had them elsewhere, these are superior. If you have never had them--go for it--much better than the chicken.

We stay at Orleans twice a year, at least. Always enjoy the early happy hour specials here. Chicken fried rice is great. Lemondrop martini is tasty. Service is always wonderful. Our adult kids enjoy the sushi, but I'm not a sushi person. They are though and love it here. Everyone seems to always be happy here when we sit at the bar.

We were staying in the hotel and wanted a takeaway, it was about 6-7pm and we were refused, they said they don't do take aways until 9pm and they add a surcharge of $2.50-$5.00 Where I live takeouts make the restaurants more money than sitting in customers and restaurants rely on this. In general The Orleans was fairly quiet and Vegas is on a decline right now. Because of the attitude of this restaurant I won't be staying in The Orleans again, keep your guests happy whatever it takes. It's obvious they want you in the Restaurant to buy overpriced drinks and expect you to leave a big tip.

Food is decent and so is the pricing. Restaurant was not crowded during dining hours but this is the only restaurant that is open before 5pm.

We stayed at the Orleans & had lunch 3 times at Ondori. I can’t enough good things about it. It’s nice and quiet and comfortable and the menu item choices are excellent - not weird dishes you’ve never heard of before. The lunch special is fabulous. It is over at 3 p.m. The wine is quality - we bought a bottle of Kendal Jackson Chardonnay each time we were there. Excellent prices! I appreciate they are not lazy and bring an ice bucket for the wine. They offer sushi and rolls but we did not try it. Go here!

Loved the Mongolian beef and honey walnut shrimp. Service is quick and efficient, food came out super fast. The sushi there is also excellent. Lots of good choices available

Great food and lunch specials during the week. Nice servers and quiet dining in a casino. We have the most pleasant time here enjoying the lunch special which comes with your choice of soup and you can order a bottle of wine or whatever. We found the portions not on the lunch specials too much food. Nice people at the Orleans!

Best asian food we've had in a long time. Of course we forgot we were in the States and each of us ordered our own entree. So much food! We easily could have split two. Nice decor, and very good service.

Orleans has added this new Asian bistro & it is pretty awesome. Great happy hour menu. Fresh authentic Japanese & Chinese at reasonable prices. Good service too.

The service! Oh dear...How do I start? The new version of the old restaurant 'looks' great but the service will destroy this restaurant if they are not careful, The waitress forgot one of our drink orders. Then our waiter for our food brought us a chicken and broccoli instead of a beef. They did offer to exchange it and they did. Then we asked for two iced teas and the waiter came to us with two empty cups. Why we don't know. Then we had to explain again to another waiter what we wanted. We waited a long time for a menu and for our bill. It seemed like staff members were confused and there was no co-ordination between orders and staff or management of staff. The manager or whoever was in charge did come up and ask us if everything was ok. Yet it was so bad and we were not in the mood to go into a long rant to complain as we just felt like leaving. It could be a really nice place to eat if the staff just got it together.

I recently ate here for lunch. The menu has many dishes to choose from. I ordered the chicken lomein with rice and a spring roll plus a choice of 3 soups - I chose egg drop. My husband ordered the Alaska sushi and chicken and broccoli with rice. He was pleased with the flavor and quantity. The food was delicious and high quality. The restaurant atmosphere is great and the decor is first class! I have eaten here before and will be back many times!!

My wife and I have dined here monthly for years. We love the quality of the food and very good prices. Friendly and attentive wait staff, gorgeous interior and fine seating. Although fried rice may sound like nothing special, trust us - there IS a difference here! For starters, it's not brown and dry - it's virtually white, moist, and fragrant. We always get the combination seafood fried rice and it's divine, as is everything else we've enjoyed there. Nice upbeat lounge area, and there's usually no/short wait times for a table.

Dine here with confidence . Amazing selection the sashimi and the XO noodles are show stealers . Service and ambience have no rivals. Elise is a fantastic ambassador she will steer you in the right culinary direction . Feast on

Food is exceptional and customer service is excellent (Elise & Jose) and place super clean… I will definitely be back !!

We stayed the weekend at The Orleans Hotel and visited this place daily. I was impressed with the quality of the food and the attentiveness of the service staff. If staying at The Orleans, the Sushi & Sashimi is fresh and great tasting.

Good food, fast and always great service. Elise and Jose are always very friendly and attentive. Thank you both for a great experience. We will definitely keep coming.

We ate here for lunch and loved the food. Sweet and sour pork was delicious as well as the Mongolian Beef and General Tas' chicken. The hot and sour soup as well as the egg drop soup was extremely tasty. What was lacking was the very slow service and lack of refilling our waters.

I ordered food for takeout and was told it would be ready in 15 minutes. Turns out it was 45 minutes! Staff appeared to be making an effort to ignore me. Another woman had been told the same thing and was waiting for over an hour. A different customer returned his food complaining that he was given something that was mostly bones. I was offered a seaweed salad for free to compensate me for my trouble but was not given seaweed salad - or a spoon for my soup. The food itself was fine but everything else was not.

The restaurant is modern, clean and pleasant. All the employees were great; from the hostess who greeted us, our server, the nice man who refilled our drinks and cleared our table, the manager on the floor to the hostess again thanking us on the way out. We ordered from the Chinese lunch menu; mongolian beef (asked for it not to spicy). My lunch was fresh and delicious and must say out of the many many Chinese restaurants I've eaten at, this was by far the best! The beef was clearly top quality; tender and flavorful. We also had pork lo mein from lunch menu and was excellent too. Both were $10.00 each which included entree, rice, egg roll and either miso, hot and sour or egg drop soup. We also had peking dumplings THEY WERE DELICIOUS; flavorful, tender and again clearly freshly made. Looking forward to returning.

Needed a snack and had Comp money to spend so I thought I would try the Roast Port Noodle Soup. Almost authentic but well prepared and taqsty.

Very friendly staff, sushi was very good but the rolls were small so expect to order more than you normally would, overall a good choice in Vegas, short bus ride from the strip

I love coming to this place every time I visit Las Vegas. The food is delicious and service is great, specially when Juanita is working. It must stop every time, you won’t regret it!

A bit pricey for Chinese food although they do have sushi too. Liked their eggplant dish. The service and atmosphere was good. The dessert rated a 'so, so' as their selection was limited.

On my last trip to Vegas We went to the Ondori Aisian Kitchen. The food there was outstanding. The waiter kept up with all the appetizers and the drinks. What more could you ask for. Then the main coarse came. There were 4 of us and we all shared our food. It was a great time. I highly recommend it. The restaurant is in the Orleans, a great place to stay.

Crazy about the Chef , Cook and Staff. Just don’t talk over the food and beverage. Love the entire menu. Great atmosphere. Pleasant. A little more quickly though, should have more employees to work for the Restaurant especially when it gets busy. Shouldn’t have to wait too long for Chinese food.Let is relax and enjoy our food also when our food is served. Provide to go boxes and bags. Keep everything clean and safe. You are my favorite restaurant !!!!

inside the Orleans hotel you will find this great restaurant with authentic asian flavors, very friendly staff and great prices. my only suggestion is try to get a table far from the entrance to avoid the smoke from the casino.

We always come here for sushi in our forays to Vegas. Last night our two favorite sushi chefs in the world were working it, Ken and, of course, Shigei. They are true masters of their craft. The fish is always fresh and the service is amazing. If you love sushi, DO NOT SKIP THIS PLACE! The Orleans Hotel is fortunate to have these guys and this restaurant!

I went solo for dinner at Ondori Asian Kitchen. Their lychee martini is amazing. For dinner I had Asian dumplings and two sushi rolls (eel and other one salmon). I sat in the bar and watched basketball game on TV. Service by he bartender was very good. The restaurant is located at the New Orleans Casino. They also have a regular dining area in addition to seating in the bar area. I liked watching the game, so chose the bar area for dinner.

It goes without saying that to rate a sushi place one MUST start with fresh fish. We have frequented this place for years (it used to be called Koji- always in the Orleans Hotel), and the fish is always fresh. They have great imagination with the rolls (fire roll, who's your daddy, screaming O). The service is top notch and the prices competitive. Even the Chinese offerings are good, but the sushi is the best. Great sushi chefs too, led by Shigei. We come here on every trip to Vegas.

We love bargains. There are some special items served for the afternoon. We ordered the chicken fried rice, beef lo mein and some dumplings. Was expecting small portions because of the price - $5 per dish. It came out good portion - even more than some regular size served in some restaurants. Best yet, food is of quality and well presented with a pleasure atmosphere. We enjoyed and finished everything, will come back.

This place deserve 4.5 stars if it is not for the chairs. It is too high. It is not comfortable when you are eating. You have to bend your back to get to the food. I am 5-6 and I have problem. I am sorry for the taller Americans. I got the same complain from the rest of my party. The food is good- Authentic Chinese food Service is good. No complain Price is a bit higher than the competitor- Ping Peng Pong for similar dishes.

Great spot forDate night Food is Delicious The Atmosphere casual very nice will be back next weekend the Garlic noodles are delicious 😋

Went there for dinner while staying at the Orleans. One of the best meals I have had at an oriental restaurant in years. My wife is not a big Chinese food fan but loved the beef and broccoli.

We never ate at Koji, but now that Koji is gone and Ondori is here to stay my husband said we have to try it. We went during one of the tomordro hours and sat at the sushi bar. Everything we ate tasted delicious and fresh, the service was fabulous, and it was the best California roll I've ever had - and he agreed and doesn't even like California rolls. Go. Eat the sushi and the dumplings. You won't be disappointed.

Food is great, lots of choices and portions to share, they even have a small sized menu so you can try more things
Surprise
I love Mongolian Beef and my wife likes Cashew Chicken which we ordered at the newly remodeled Ondori Asian restaurant in the Orleans Casino and hotel. We were both presently surprised at the taste, quality, portions, and the price. We will definitely be eating here again.
