First let me say I never write reviews and definitely never wrote a bad review in my life. However I was never treated with such a disrespect in my lifetime. We had a reservation for 8PM made for the lounge for 6, with a promise that if they will have a spot in the main dining room we will be moved there. Upon arrival we saw that the table in the lounge is not at all suitable to hold 6 people as guaranteed to us, and asked the hostess whether there is a table in the main room. She mentioned that there is a table that while made a reservation and put a deposit, did not arrive in the 15 minute grace period, and it may be a possibility. We were referred to the front desk manager that after a discussion said she will give us the table if we wait for this to be organized etc. After 50 minute of wait, when we were under the clear impression that we are getting the table, suddenly the manager, Josh Lopez came, with a terrible condescending attitude and said you are not getting this table---pay attention---this is after 50 minutes that the people that made that reservation did not come. We will give you a table in the lounge---and there was not even a table in the lounge at that time. I heard from people there that the food is not even that good, but regardless you should always be treated with dignity and respect. He called my friend a lier! and let me tell you, she is the sweetest person ever. Save your money and stay away! And to his managers---I hope you will take care of such an employee, that is not serving you....

Wow, some great dishes to try. Can be a bit pricey but worth the experience. The Duck/Tuna is amazing and the seafood medley!

If you are looking for a great vibe and delicious food stop right here … what a wonderful culinary experience! Their ceviche and tiraditos and all the other bites are exploding in your mouth with the most magnificent tastes! Pick anything from the menu … unforgettable experience. The drinks are creative and memorable too! Staff are all wonderful, providing us with the best service ! Thank you we will be back

Excelent food and Jose was … amazing. He loves his job. Beautiful place, music at perfect volume, we’ll be back as soon as we can

Fantastic food and great service. Sean who comes from the Four Seasons has really been an asset to this restaurant. We also visited their sister restaurant in Bogota. For sure worth going. Great great great sushi.

Food was very good. Service great. Their biggest problem is the very serious attitude at the door. Maybe a course for the girls in how to carry themselves. Waaaaay too much attitude. The restaurant is not that great for this attitude. But I must say the food was good. Decide to either wear masks or not. But every single waiter has their mask hanging on their chin. Either wear one (which I think you should to make your guests more comfortable) or don’t wear one. But ALL the servers have them hanging on their chin.

Great staff, very good drinks and sushi. We order sushi, specials drinks! We will come back soon definitely to try other plates. Fair price. I highly recommend 👍🏼

They don't respect customers ,the food was cold, took 45 minutes to find a table that was a pre reservation.

Great service, great food. Expensive beverages. Didn't have any left of the cheapest beer, so ended up with a beer for 15$ and I also was a bit surprised when the water the waiter asked if we wanted to start with cost 10$!

This restaurant is exceptional. A huge, delicious choice of lettuces to share. Everything is exceptional, the quality of the products, the flavors, the visuals, the taste and the perfumes, flawless with the addition of delicious cocktails and the same for the service which is perfect. This is my favorite restaurant in Miami. The prices are reasonable. Take advantage of it.

Wow. Flavours on point, delicious!! Every dish was flawless. The dessert decadent. Great food quality, experience and excellent service Will be back 100%

One of the best experiences in Miami! Not only the food is incredible, but the service and ambiance. Our server Julio was an amazing host to our experience, suggested excelent options for our meal, and introduced us to the specialty cocktails from the house.

AMAZING. This is by far one of the best new restaurants in Miami. I ordered everything you see in the pictures and not one thing disappointed! The only comment I have is that the crispy rice is not the traditional crispy rice you'd expect! Everything else was unbelievable. The Pisco ribs were the best dish.

Came to this place for dinner. It said on internet that this restaurant specializes in Asian-Mexican kind of food. The ambiance of this place was average. There is space for only a limited number of tables, probably 4 or 5. I ordered pork with salad since I was not comfortable with having rice or fries on my plate. When the order came, I was surprised to see a very meager amount of meat was placed in a bowl of salad with avocado and other things. I had to eat a bowl full of lettuce with very less meat which was supposedly the chief dish in my plate. There was an avocado in the plate but even that does not serve my purpose. So not at all satisfied with the entire thing.

The food is absolutely horrible. The service is absolutely horrible. The staff is rude. The valet is condescending and threatening

Absolutely wonderful! It was our second time at this restaurant, after a gap of 2-3 years, and it far exceeded our expectations. Delicious food, perfect wine temperature (not always the case in Miami) and highly professional and friendly service all along. This restaurant is now on my top five in town! Expensive? Yes but definitely worth it. What can you expect from a high-end restaurant here?

Amazing food. We loved our server Adriana!!!! She made it an experience!!! The food, the service, the drinks, the dessert. Everything was fantastic!!! On another note, I am not sure why people are complaining about $10 dollar water. It is the same at Komodo and other high end restaurants around the neighborhood. So you pay for what you get. Highly recommend, we found this is one of our top spots here in brickell. We loved it so much, thank you to the wonderful manager, adriana and the chefs!

Great food and great service. Mel and Andrew our servers were excellent! Best Sushi and Service in Miami!! Jason F.

Osaka Miami truly delivers when it comes to Nikkei cuisine, and my experience was impressive overall. The OSK was excellent—ultra-fresh tuna, beautifully balanced, and packed with flavor. The hamachi was equally fresh, with that perfect melt-in-your-mouth texture. But the real standout? The Anticucho maki—easily one of the best makis I’ve ever had. The flavors, the texture, the execution—next level. The ambiance is sleek and modern, with a lively yet upscale energy. Service was polished and knowledgeable, but I did have an issue with my table. There was a mix-up with my reservation, and instead of being seated inside as I had requested, I was abruptly given the choice of the sushi bar or outside. I settled for the sushi bar, which was nice, but it wasn’t quite the experience I was seeking. Still, the food alone makes Osaka worth visiting. Just be mindful of your seating preferences when booking.

The combination of flavors in Osaka is amazing, a bit of asian and a peruvian coming together. Tiraditos all special as where some of the nigiri sushi with a twist. Has the shortrib on the rice with herns that was very special.

Delicious and Awesome Service. From the start walking in and valet the car, to the end, amazing food and service. There for a business meeting and service knew when to come in, when to keep at a distance. Amazing menu, and wine selection. Didn’t try any sake but a nice list. Omakase (chef’s choice) the way to go.

Actually the restaurant was very nice, the service when we arrived was very good, they were told that there was a person allergic to fish and shellfish and they gave them options. The Wayu nigiri were excellent, the duck gyosas were excellent, the salmon with passion fruit was very good, the tuna was very good, the rice with shitake mushrooms and fillet was good, the meat arrived cold on hot rice, I got the impression that they reheated it on the rice because it took a while to bring it to the table, the service was very good until it started to fill up and the same person no longer served us and taking the bill was very slow but the restaurant is recommended

Upon arrival my date and I were informed that our reservation was for two hours and I found this notice very awkward, and didn’t pay any attention to it. We took our time to order and the waiter came to push us to order faster because of the time restrain. Now we started to feel annoyed but kept our own pace and ordered multiple plates. At exactly two hours the manager asked us to get off the table and if we wanted to stay to stand at the bar. We complained to the manager but he simply answered that is normal policy to ask clients to leave after the two hour limit, no remorse whatsoever.

Absolutely amazing experience, loved every moment of my dinner, just so many options from sushi to hot/cold small plates to entree sized dishes! Standout dishes were Peru Tiradito, Tuna Foie, Nikkei Maki, Pisco Ribs, Shiromi Brasa and the gyoza. Service also matched the food, Josh has incredible energy and helped us choose the perfect wine for our meal, Clos Apalta for the win! Julio needs to be cloned cause I want him to be my server at every restaurant I go to. Also I think his name was Jake but he stopped by and talked with us a little about the overall wine and food experience.. ughh I’m done, don’t walk but run to Osaka!

Best sushi in Miami. Their Nikkei style is magnificent. I would definetly come back. Their mezcal it’s outstanding

A dinner that I will always remember... A pleasure to the eyes, to the sense of smell, and the palate. Osaka excels in good taste, from the decor, to their exquisite cocktails. The food, majestic. Every ingredient perfectly calibrated and beautifully presented. Definitely a restaurant to celebrate an occasion or simply have the best culinary experience you'll remember.

Great food and service. The host was extremely kind and attentive. The waiter was gentil and quick. A good experience (we went for lunch)

Went yesterday to the restaurant I ordered two martinis it was 30.00 each . Please give me a break ... it's a total rip off . It wasn't even stirred well .

This restaurant just opened so I was expecting the usual just opened restaurant problems. I was so pleasantly surprised by the outstanding service and food. I live across the street. No need to go anywhere else!

This was one of the best dining experiences of my life and I’ve been to many fine restaurants with Michelin stars. The tastes were exquisitely blended in all of the servings. The decor was very well appointed and designed and a reflection of its Peruvian origins. My friends were equally enthralled. I plan to go back many times. And recommend this to anyone who wants an excellent dining experience.

This was a great experience! The food was sublime...everything we order was on point, perfectly cooked and the presentation was outstanding. Cocktails menu and presentation are fantastic. Is a must when in Miami!

We had a reservation they told us we haven’t. The male manager was very very aggressive and un respectful.

Were there yesterday evening. A blonde female hostess was so rude, so agresiva, that the thought of having a wonderful tranquil Japanese meal was imposible. We left without ordering anything. Very bad environment. No wonder the place was empty.

Great dinner experience, amazing flavor combination along with a magnificent service. The best Nikkei experience In miami so far.

Beautiful new restaurant with a creative menu, good service and nice ambiance. Drinks are also creative and interesting!

If you love to be carried away by something truly special, this is the place. I tried all the sashimi variety on the menu, and I cannot help but be mesmerized. The only reason I don't give them 5 stars is just because the ambiance is not up to the food quality and creativity. For the price point, I find the interior design looks pretty cheap and quite plain. Bummer!

True japanese restaurant Perfect Food Sake Service Good location, easy to find. Next to FH. APPART HÔTEL

Beautiful restaurant. So nice interior. Thursday night was so busy . Great customer service.. Definitely recommend.

It was tough to get a reservation & we had to leave a credit card. Valet parking is available. We had a garden like table in the front of this unassuming restaurant. Restaurant is Japanese & Peruvian, this is the first of 6 Osaka's in the United States. Our waiter was very familiar with the menu, describing options & orchestrating our meals. Exceptional menu, beautiful restaurant, impeccable service ... very very memorable meal. Sake was delicious. Our Sushi was the best I've ever tasted, it did not need soy sauce. The short rib melted in my mouth & tasted candy coated. The lava cake was incredible, hard fine chocolate with chocolate lava that poured out. Dinner was a wow!!!! Why isn't Osaka #1?

The food here is high quality and matches the attentive service. The waiter that worked with our table was charismatic and smart. The wine and sake expert that attended to us and created a unique experience by recommending Dassai Beyond Sake added to our already wonderful experience by sharing his knowledge and passion. We could not ask for anything better. This is the restaurant to go to if you appreciate Japanese food in Miami.

Loved the restaurant in every way. Food was superb, ambiance perfect and service was outstanding. We had two young children and our server could not have been more helpful suggesting items suitable for them. We had a memorable dinner and a special shout-out to our server Aston for incredible service.

The place is nice but the service and the food leave something to be desired, the plates are broken on the sides as well as the drink glasses. Nothing to do with Bogotá and Buenos Aires, Osaka is equal to excellence and exquisiteness... I WOULD NOT RETURN… ha. Ruuuuuuidocious

We have been to Osaka Lima a number of times. Miami is even better! Food was excellent, service was superb. Congratulations Diego & Diego.

We as family of 4 had great dinner on November 20th. Food and service were excellent. Today on April 2 nd I get a notice from a collection agency for parking ticket from same evening while we were eating inside. Apparently valet parked our car on 14th street illegally, Got a ticket and hide the ticket before returning the car to us. It’s a crazy story, only in Miami. I gave 3 starts bec of bad experience with valet service otherwise it’s a top notch place.

Worst service ever had in table and at welcome arrival. Male manager was very rude with an irrespective treatment for customers

the restaurant is located in brickell, the menu is based on peruvian and japanese cuisines. we chose the Peruvian by ordering a trio of cheviche and "mariscos al fuego". the trio of cheviche is must to try. friendly and quick staff. excellent experience! We will come back for sure. prices are in line with similar restaurants in brickell.

We were with my 12-year-old son and were very attentive. Besides, the place is beautiful. The food is wonderful. It has great agility in the delivery part.

We first came to this restaurant near the opening date. They had issues with organization. We returned again last night and not only had great service but the food was truly unique and fantastic . If you are a foodie do not miss Osaka! When it comes to food and service this now One of the top 5 restaurants in Miami!
Delicious!!
Delicious!! Fabulous customer service by Sergei. Only negative: we did not realize they charged for still water ($10). Felt unnecessary.
