Met for drinks with friends on a week night. The atmosphere is industrial, post apocalyptic. I felt like the food and the waitstaff was as well. The scallop dish in particular was composed of flavors which were at odds with one another. The bill was apocalyptic, especially in light of the little we ordered and the small portions we received. Maybe I just don't do hip?

Went to Atlanta to visit family. Wanted a relaxed atmosphere with dinner with good food after afternoon of sight seeing. Entered the space and it was beautiful. Casual modern with reclaimed wood. Visually very pleasant. Loved the reclaimed wood walls and stainless tables. Waiter was informative and pleasant with great knowledge of the menu. We ordered multiple small plates and one item was better than the other. Wine and drink selection was very good. Empanadas, scallops, shrimp were excellent. My son was raving about the sliders with pimento cheese. I do not really like corn but their corn was fantastic. Roasted cauliflower was so tasty. Every small plate brought to our table was fabulous. I only go to Atlanta a few times a year but I would definitely go back. Good food, great service and beautiful space. What's not to like. Oh yes. Great menu.

We were nibbling our way through Atlanta for a few days while celebrating our anniversary. Saltyard was one of our stops, as we love the concept of tapas/mezze - or small plates. We started with stuffed piquillo peppers with goat cheese. Think a smaller pepper would be preferable - the proportion of cheese to pepper a little off to our taste. My husband's charcuterie platter was very ordinary. Only a few ends of pickles were served instead of "sweet & sour cucumbers" as described on menu. Very skimpy portion of meats. His fried okra (a special of the day) seemed too old, as it was tough and chewy. My pappardelle with procuitto, cream and mushroom was tepid rather than piping hot. Although we were disappointed in the food, the wine list was good, and we happened to be there on a Sunday when all bottles were offered at half price. A super deal! The restaurant has a sort of neighborhood buzz, and seems like a fun place. Would just choose somewhere else for a special occasion.

we haved loved and supported this place since we moved to Atlanta more than a year ago. We are regular for the happy hour specials... call us cheap but who can say no to $ 1 oyster and pretty good house wine for $ 5 ? Well, suddenly it seems, the price of the wine jumped by more than 50% at $ 8 a glass. A bit greedy if you ask me. And we have a beef with the tuna tartare . The Chef is toying with an excellent tapa, it seems likes he has ADD, cant sit still with a very good recipe , and adds unnecessary ingredients to it, like chile peanuts last night. Come on, Service is always good though but the appeal of happy hour is waning...

This restaurant had an interesting menu with lots of tasty items. I went with three friends and we sampled each other's food and everything was tasty.

Recently ate here for the first time and it was incredible! The plates are smaller which is great for sharing and it allows you to experience more of their delicious menu items! The service was great and it also seemed that the owner himself was attending to tables and making sure that all the customers were happy and taken care of, which is always a nice touch! The drinks were also delicious.

We all went to saltyard to celebrate our friends 40th birthday, which was chosen by a mutual friend. I had never been but it sounded good and would be something different. When we arrived I let the females out first and then proceeded to the parking area. It was adequate and the valet dude said we could park there for up to 3 hours. I am caring a cake for the birthday girl and I walk out the garage and around the building pulling on not 1, not 2 but 3 doors until it was said the door the ladies I let off prior was now locked. So I finally get into the establishment and we sit in the middle room and its nice décor, but seemed a little off. A curtain separated us from the casual diners and the other party. The waiters and waitress were dressed regular and seemed a little scared to make a mistake (I will get back to this). It was brought to my attention that someone from the other party whom my wife and her friend walked through said “You’re in the wrong party” as they walked through. Mind you the front door was through OUR party, so the nerve. Luckily I wasn’t there for that lol. So they start bringing out the meal, they don’t have much of a soda selection as I asked the gentleman what products you have and stated coke. I needed a belch, so I chose sprite but in fact they only had sprite (I started going down the list of coke products) and a tart house lemonade. The first course was the kale salad (delicious) bruschetta (delicious) and then cheese (only one was good) with a glorious jam. After that we had beef filets which had to be sent back because of the rareness (birthday girl is expecting), gnocchi w/bacon, cauliflower, Mexican style street corn and a full red snapper. DO you want to know what everything had in common? NO SALT, just pepper and the frustrating part was we asked for salt and they brought over a little silver cup of it. I couldn’t understand how a place named saltyard served food with no seasoning especially salt. Remember how I told you the waitresses were acting scared? Well it was more like they all were in the movie “Get Out”, acting all weird. The one waitress we had I guess gave us something from the menu we did not choose, and she must have got reprimanded. Her entire demeanor changed after those deviled eggs came to our table. The chef du cuisine came over a few time to check on us but also to make sure there were no more mess ups. The desserts were good and flavorful, so someone else must have made that. OVERALL: The ambiance was nice, the décor was rustic, but the food was not worth $35 per person. It was definitely a one and done situation and some words for saltyard if they are going to read this: PUT SOME SALT ON YOUR FOOD!!! ***My reviews are 1000000% my own experience and I do not wish any bad feelings toward the establishment. Just want others to be accurately informed and hopefully give a teaching lesson***

I had a wonderful dinner at the Saltyard. The service had that lovely southern charm and the food was fresh, a bit trendy, and very good.

Every dish we had was fabulous. The sweet corn appetizer was so great we ended up getting three of them.. The Brussels sprouts were excellent, as were the sliders, the burrata, calamari, and the empanadas. The wine list was extensive. The atmosphere was really fun and the place was casual but not too casual. They space out the plates so you are always getting a new dish as you are finishing another one. We highly recommend this place and you HAVE to get the corn appetizer.

Recently enjoyed a few relaxed drinks and desserts in this cool restaurant. We arrived late and without a booking but the team accommodated us without too much trouble. They serve a nice range of local beers and cocktails and we loved the apple pie. We look forward to returning and enjoying their tapas. Nice place

Our server, Rebecca, was very friendly and knowledgable about the menu. The tapas portions arrive from the kitchen as they become ready so the flow is nice. Portions were plentiful for tapas. The beet chèvre pasta is amazing. I highly recommend it.

Ate at Saltyard on a Saturday night about 6 30. Not busy but by the time we were served it filled up with what appeared to be a nicely dressed local based regular crowd.. Server was good with recommendations about number of dished to order for the two of us. He was right on the money. Ordered 4 small plates-including a mexican style corn of the cob, terrific bread, and a couple of others. Then just ordeered on medium plate of Nashville hot chicken styled quail breast which was very good. Nice wine and beer list. Prices were extremely reasonable and the total bill was only about 40 dollars. would definitely recommend for inexpensive, good tasting food without a major committment to expense or time.

This place is in South Buckhead close to Midtown. Their menu is basically small plates although they have a smaller section for larger 'hot plates' as well. The price point for each tapas style dish is - $10. If you are hungry, your bill will be hefty. Plan on needing to order about 3 plates per person. The food was simply average and the flavor profile was inconsistent and at times in conflict with what was on the plate. While I believe the intention was pure, that taste was just not on mark. We tried 2 of the sweeter dishes as well - again not quite there. The ambiance is quite nice. For me, this may be a place for happy hour but move to another place for dinner.

We had a 6pm reservation and dined over 2 hours. The service and wait staff was excellent. Now let's get to the food- the dishes were beautiful and the soft shell crab, scallops and Lavender Creme Brule lived up to our expectations but that was about it. As the other reviewers have commented, the ocotupus was a mess- lacking flavor and they threw some round Thai crunchy balls on top of the dish that added nothing to the plate but volume. We relayed this to our server and he was very receptive to our feedback. The pork empanadas were soggy and the pork lacked flavor. The bacon dates were pretty good but the pepper poppers were not great...too much cheese and once again a very bland taste. We were offered champagne which was such a nice touch. I wanted to love this place and the food but there was nothing that I would ever have to try again from the Saltyard. Great location and anyone would love the urban vibe but if you are used to places like Serpa's, Two Urban Licks, or St. Cecilia's...this place does not live up to the expectations of other restaurants.

It's one of my favorite places in town. From the moment you walk in , they treat you like royalty. The service is nice and friendly, the food is interesting and full of flavors (chef Nick is very creative!) and the small plates are perfect for us since I hate big, tasteless portions. The wine selection is quite good as well. Go and try, you will not be dissapointed.

Nice menu selection, friendly service. Plenty of selections for the finicky and hard to please. It can get very noisy in the dining room so if you're expecting a quiet dinner sit outside an hope there are no motorcycles going by.

So this is a Tapas place and was completely full when we came at 7pm. Place was vibrant and full of atmosphere. We ordered 4 dishes and a desert for the 2 of us and all of them worked for me. Place isn't expensive - maybe slightly above USD10 per dish. Would come here again.

I always enjoy going to Saltyard with a group of foodie friends and share several small plates. The food is really good, fresh and creative. I recommend getting a couple of appetizers on the table up front and then continue to keep the plates coming throughout the meal. The past 2 times I have dined here, the service has not been up to par. Both times our server was friendly and pretty good up front. The issue both times was lack of follow up and paying attention to details. Last night numerous times our plate and utensils were removed but not replaced when the next dish arrived. A couple of times we received new courses delivered by food runners but the empty service dishes were not removed. The tables are very small and extra dished are not good. . We finally just started taking the utensils from the empty table next ot us and holding on to our plates until a new one was deliverd. . Our food orders were spot on and beautifully prepared each time, so the evening was not at all unpleasant.

Food was absolutely delicious, great for sharing, and bill was a pleasant surprise. We ordered probably half the menu and cleaned every plate. Service was impeccable and extremely knowledgeable. Also, no corkage fee! Can't beat that. You can't go wrong with anything here.

Brussels very good. Sunchokes excellent. Scallops okay. Lamb okay but can you give us four bites instead of three or would that break your bank? Sweetbreads very good. Dog treats a very nice touch. Patio is just steps away from the Peachtree hum. Service excellent. Portions a little too small for the price.

A brief summary to start...... Food 4.5 to 5...waitress same....Policy of reserved tables 1! The food was really good, well executed, and full of flavor. A great place for foodies that love to try a lot of different dishes. The portions are larger than most tapas plates, which made it easier to share...EXCEPT for the plates that come out with 3 items. We were a party of four. I don't know the exact statistics of the most common number of people to dine together, but my guess would be that 2's and 4's would be the most common. So, why serve an uneven number of items on a plate? This was the issue with the Salmon Poke Tacos and the Sliders. We had the tacos first and then knew to ask about the number of the sliders..."3"... Our waitress then told us that we could add an extra, for an additional charge, which we did. And I was SO glad we did, because they were amazing and I would not have wanted to share mine! The reason I gave them a 4 (and was really tempted to give a 2 or 3)... We got stuck in Atlanta traffic on our way to the restaurant. Yes, we left early allowing for Atlanta traffic issues, but we were off by a few minutes. I called a few minutes before our reservation time (6:30) and told them we were about 5-10 minutes away. They said no problem. We arrived and had to valet park (free, which was very nice and the valet guys were fantastic) which took a few extra minutes. When we walked in the restaurant it was 6:42. I remember this, because I had read that they will hold your table for 15mins...so I looked to make sure we made it. The hostess had some gentleman come talk to us. He told us that, if we were to sit at our reserved table, we would have to leave by 8:15 because they had another party reserved for that table at that time. Or, we could sit at the high top tables, on stools, and not be limited to the time we could stay. I was shocked! We dine out A LOT. Local joints to $$$$. I have never been told by a restaurant that I will have to leave at a certain time so they can seat another party at our table! AND we were less than 15 minutes late. The time they took to tell us our options, we could have already been seated and on our way to ordering. I asked him if they were REALLY going to come stop us while eating and tell us we had to leave? He said no....SO WHY are we even wasting time talking about it? Scolding us for being 12 minutes late? So, after being made to feel like we were very naughty first time diners, we were seated, at our reserved table. Our waitress was wonderful and very helpful with suggestions. Our dishes came out quickly...maybe because they were trying to rush us out...or maybe this was their norm. We ordered a lot, but only in a few "shifts" so it went pretty quickly. I had read reviews so I knew a lot of the dishes we wanted to try and then went with our waitress's suggestions for the others. THEN, we were eating our desserts when the waitress came and said that she was sorry, but she was told to close out our ticket because the other party was waiting for their table. Yes, I'm serious. I paid our $300+ ticket and we left. What a way to ruin, what could have been, a great dining experience.

I am a fan of the small plate/tapas style restaurants as I often see many things on the menu that I would like to try. And, as a vegetarian, there were plenty of wonderful options available. We had reservations on a Saturday evening for two, and unfortunately were seated at a table against the door and by the wait staff terminal/register. We offered some kind feedback to our waitress regarding the poor location which she appreciated. The only other slight negative was on the main menu it lists one bottle of red and one white with happy hour pricing. We inquired if we could take advantage and were informed it was only during weekdays, but the menu states 'daily' and Saturday is a day.

We have eaten here three times. I believe it is now under new management, but the menu is basically the same. The industrial chic decor is creative and the menu is fun, inventive and delicious!!! Drinks are created more by a mixologist than a bartender - all good, so far. Problem is the plates are extremely small and meant to just be a tasting - I understand .... tapas. Which is fine when we went for happy hour. We went for dinner and were only a party of four. In order to be satiated, we needed to order a large number of mini dishes, and they are not inexpensive, so the bill was a bit high. I eagerly recommend this establishment for drinks or a light dinner - don't go hungry - not the best restaurant for a hungry evening. We had one guest with gluten-intolerance issues and there were many choices for them. Service is friendly and attentive.

My first experience at Saltyard was for my roommate's 29th birthday. We had a party of 6 and a reservation at 6 which poised no problems for the restaurant. Our server was Hilary, who made excellent recommendations from cocktails to food to dessert! We definitely took her suggestions and were never disappointed in trying things we weren't originally going to. Below is a summary of the food and drinks that we ordered: Drinks: 2 glasses of red wine (both said they were good), A Step in the Right Direction-sweet, cool, crisp-perfect for my palate! and Whiskey Tango Foxtrot-had a sip of it and it was good but I'm not a big whiskey person so not a good judge. Food: Deviled eggs (DELISH! Someone in the group hated pickles but was amazed how much she liked them on the eggs), Salmon Poke tacos (yum! perfect blend of flavors..), brown butter apple bruschetta (if you don't like bleu cheese than skip this one), Roasted Brussel sprouts (we gobbled these up quickly!), Fried brussel leaves (to quote the girl sitting next to me: oh my gosh it's as if the waitress put a man on the table....but better!), Shrooms on toast (good, but wasn't my favorite), grilled lamb loin (didn't eat), smoked pork empanada (didn't eat), pan roasted scallops (one of my favorite dishes of the evening!!), and, a special, blackened tilefish (hands down the winner for me!) For dessert we had the apple and almond tart (melt-in-your-mouth delish) and the special strawberry crumble (seriously amazing). The chef also sent out 6 glasses of champagne since it was my roommates birthday! The service was outstanding, the ambiance of the restaurant was perfect. Will definitely come here again!

Very Bad Experience! First and for most the food is not good!!! It made us sick! I completely understand everybody has a different taste but there's no way that we wouldn't like at least one dish. The food is very very expensive and small quantities as the waitress described since it's a tapas style. We ended up going to another restaurant right after we left there. Not recommended!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

Easy valet parking and located in the same building as Watershed. Server described portions as "a bit bigger than tapas." We started with deviled eggs that were decent, followed by an order of the tasty Brussels sprouts. An order of pasta was well prepared but the special, chicken and dumplings, was a sad and tasteless version of the dish. They have half price bottles of wine on Sundays and you can take what's left with you. Service was good but food was a mixed bag.

Saltyard is the kind of place you find and always go back to. The menu consists of sharable plates which range from appetizer items to salads, seafood, meat and veggies. There is something fro everyone and EVERTHING that comes out of that kitchen is absolutely delicious! Atmosphere is great, service is wonderful and best of all the prices are very affordable. We found this gem during a trip to Atlanta but then lost the name. On our trip back to Atlanta we drove for almost an hour before finding it! We weren't giving up and so glad we did. We will always go back and now that my daughter will be going to college in Atlanta it's a great reason to go visit!!!!

The food at Saltyard was absolutely flavorful and delicious. Tapas style - portions are great for sharing...The pimineto and peach bruschetta (2 different items) were great starters...Stay away from the duck confit - saw someone else send theirs back too...The sliders, grilled octopus, cauliflower, brussel sprouts, and corn were all winners...The drinks were also phenomenal. I would've ranked Saltyard higher but the waiter made some comments in poor taste which diminished our experience - for example, he said we needed to be done by a certain time because another group was coming and they needed the table...Seemed like additional wait staff didn't know which items we ordered from time to time...Also, when he returned our receipt to sign, he made a point to mention gratuity was not included...So sad to feel rushed and not fully appreciated...

My first time at Saltyard was delicious and I can't wait to go back. The tapa-style small plates is great for sharing and allows you to experience more of their great menu items. The atmosphere and decor of the restaurant is elegant and relaxed. The service was great and it seemed that the owner/manager himself was also attending to the tables to ensure that all the guests were happy and taken care of, which is a great touch! Great drink menu! Some of our favorite menu items: grilled corn, ricotta gnocchi, cornbread bites and the deviled eggs! All were delicious. We couldn't get enough of the corn and the gnocchi!

The food was good. With it being tapas you are able to try different foods and flavors. sandwiches are mostly bread. the amount of filler was good but too small. Staff is friendly but should be when the dinning room is almost empty. Prices are high but I would go again and recommend it.

I have to say that after an hour at the gym I was starving and only wanted to shower and have a good meal. I was NOT in the mood to be "booghee". So I masked my hair with my favorite go-to Nike baseball cap, rammed my derriere into my favorite Levi jeans and soothingly eased my feet into a pair of my favorite air max (I knowwwwww-what does this have to do with Saltyard?). It's simple-they accepted me just as I was (almost like a southern Baptist Church). I grabbed a seat at the bar. Note: limited seating maybe 8 seats. I ordered Spanish shrimp tapas, fish (Mahi Mahi) soft flour tacos, pork belly (specialty item) and donut strawberry type dessert. I loved everything except the pork belly. I'm a country girl so I'm used to the salty pork taste but this was a little too intense for even my palate. All in all I'll definitely be back. Complimentary valet parking. Great service and food selection. Had Titos lemon drop martini to ease the pain of my day. #DPursuitIsReal #TellingYouWhatIThink

Upon warm welcome by the Executive Chef, we were greeted by the most accommodating server ever. She was extremely knowledgeable about each dish and cocktail and the impressive wine list. She recommended favorites and noted local ingredients and advised special requests could be made to accommodate a dietary need. (That rarely happens.) "Kick in the Tito" (fresh jalapenos and vodka) was harsh (and we like it hot) and upon comment, it was quickly replaced by a fantastic alternative, "A Step in the Right Direction" (gin, cuke, elderflower). They have a beet carpaccio AND a beef carpaccio and when the wrong one arrived, no prob - it was immediately replaced. Ditto with a dessert. We didn't mean to be high maintenance, but local EAV dragon fruit sounded a lot more delicious than it was (to us). The Chocolate Nemesis was a fabulous save and a perfect ending to a spectacular meal. Every other thing we had was out of this world amazing. Beautifully presented and masterfully executed dishes were impressively delicious! The panzenella was the perfect segway between the cheese/charcuterie plate, the ricotta gnocchi was soo good, I hardly cared that I dripped the roasted mushrooms down my new shirt and my life will be forever changed because of the fig, blue cheese and honey bruschetta. Yeah, I know, sounds dramatic, but it. was. that. good. By all means, go!

Found this little gem tucked away off Peachtree Rd. Friendly staff and great food.Met a friend and sat at the bar and the bartender was fantastic. We ordered the fish tacos, piquillo peppers and the cheese/charcuterie plate. Everything was delicious. And they even had live music, which was at the appropriate sound level.

Met a friend for tapas. Excellent service and fantastic tapas. Expensive but good. The Brussels were amazing. As were the corn bread bites and bacon wrapped dates. The gnocchi also very good. Would recommend.

We search for new Resturant in buckhead to try and found this one in Brookwood building. It has valet. Resturant is trendy. Food comes in tapa in small dish. The oysters were fresh and the radish sauce was so delightful. Quality was yummy .The banana pudding and ice cream is unbelievable. We been told Resturant requires dress coat but when we arrived was just mix and match. Our server was good but the kitchen was slow. Overall it was ok but the male host!!! He was a bit of an attitude. Moody face and was not accommodated. I would love to see a host with a smiley face and friendly personally which can give a good impresario from the start till the me of your visit.

Everything at The Saltyard taste great. I am not a big fan of tapas style food, but each item is cooked from extremely fresh or locally grown ingredients. Chef Nick won people choice for the best burger in 2014. I would highly recommend trying the ice cream.

GOOOOD...GREAT...EXCELLENT..... FOOD, SERVICE, INTERIOR AND PRICE... MY WIFE AND I/ FRIENDS WE DRIVE 2 HOURS AWAY JUST TO COME HERE AND EAT....BEST EVER

Stopped by the Saltyard this afternoon and so glad I did. They have a great kale salad and the pasta dishes are wonderful. Wonderful outdoor patio. A good selection of cocktails and wines

We're in town for a few days and after reading reviews a friend had been to salt yard on our first night. After his meal he raved about it so I knew I had to check it out, but I was nervous that I wouldn't live up to the expectations that he set for it. Approximately seven dishes later I can say that he did not oversell it at all. Each one of the items was better than the last, which I didn't think was possible. Everything we had was delicious, but the standout items for us were two of the pastas (the pappardelle & the black linguine) and the scallops. Easily one of the best meals I've had in a very long time. On top of that, the service and attentiveness from the waiter and manager on duty added to the entire experience. If I have the opportunity, I am going again before I leave town...otherwise I'll be back next time I'm in Atlanta.

Had a great group celebration here for a friend's birthday. Good food, good setting, and good service.

This is becoming my go to place to meet up with friends for a quick bite to eat. They have a great selection of really good tapas for vegetarians. I like the vibe, service is always good, and we have never had trouble getting a seat at least in the bar area for food. There are not a lot of restaurants in Atlanta that I actually look forward to eating in as a vegetarian, but this is one of them.

I took a group of my daughter's friends and it was a great choice. The drink and food menu was creative and delicious. We especially liked the octopus, salmon taco, brussel sprouts, corn, and the duck. We really enjoyed our meal and it was a fun to try so many things and share. I highly recommend.

This is my new favorite Atlanta restaurant that I tell everyone about. The food was superb! Everything we tried had interesting flavors that worked well with each other. It's primarily tapas portions that you can share. However, they do offer entrees on the menu. Some of the things we especially liked were the Roasted Garlic Cloves, Grilled Lamb Loin, Smoked Pork Empanadas and Roasted Brussel Sprouts. We finished with the S'more Bread Pudding. This is a great Date Night place.

First time at Saltyard last night. We loved the small plates which gave us a chance to try a lot of different things. Everything we tried was delicious. Finished our meal with the bread pudding and pecan desserts. Our server was very good with his recommendations and did well keeping up with us since we ordered about a dozen different plates...highly recommend this place.

Happy hour with drink specials and dollar oysters is great! The food on the small plates is delicious but expensive. The wait staff seemed in experienced, when we were there for dinner. Also, one day when we went for happy hour, they kept pushing us to buy something other than the specials. It was very off-putting.

Parking - valet parking is available immediately behind the restaurant in a high-rise. Safe and easily accessible. We arrived a bit early for our reservation, the first table was next to a door and I felt like we were sitting on top of another table and could hear everything. We moved to another window seat and it was perfect. They do have a small patio and would be great in perfect weather. Drinks - Moscow Mules were served in regular glasses. I have to contest that it needs to Mule Mugs....they keep that drink colder and tastes much better. The drink felt very weak. Server was great! She knew the menu and spoke well about each item that we had questions on and made some excellent recommendations. I felt some items were a tad over-priced for what you receive but overall a great location, great vibe once inside and service was good!

We were in town from London and decided to eat at Saltyard. Both the food and drinks menus are quite extensive meaning there was something for everyone and it is reasonably priced. Sean, our waiter, was also so charming and attentive and made sure our dining experience was perfect. Highly recommend!

Lovely restaurant with small plates and delicious cocktails. I am a vegetarian and there were plenty of options for me. The waitstaff was kind and attentive (without being overly so). We went on a Monday night and the restaurant was pretty empty.

We didn’t have dinner here, just snacks and drinks after dinner. Half priced bottles of wine on Sundays! Really enjoyed the atmosphere, sat at the bar. The wait staff was not overly impressive, but nothing to complain about- I’m pretty low maintenance. Nice menu, lots of interesting items not just the usual. Will definitely be back, most likely on a Sunday!

The food here was great. my only "complaint" is that some of the food is SO good (the swordfish skewers) that i wanted more than just a tapas sized portion! Will recommend this restaurant to anyone, especially tapas lovers.

I recently visited Saltyard with a small group of friends for a birthday dinner, and it was lovely! The plates that the restaurant offers are very unique (some "standard" fare, too) which I appreciated. We weren't disappointed with a single thing we ordered, and we ordered ~7 dishes and 2 desserts. While some of the dishes did seem rather pricey, especially considering the small size, we were able to balance out the expensive dishes ($12-15/plate) with smaller ones ($6-8/plate). The atmosphere further contributed to our satisfaction with Saltyard. It was very modern while maintaining a welcoming and cozy feel with a combination of wood and metal accents. The dinning chairs aren't anything to write home about (metal patio chairs...), but I can't say they detracted from the experience at all. Finally, the staff was great. Our waiter was attentive, courteous, and helpful with regards to the menu. Overall, I'd definitely visit Saltyard again! My wallet may not be thrilled with me, but my taste buds will be!

Really good food. We like the sudo/tapa theme. The service at the bar was a little slow but that could be just a Friday night thing. It was loud but I'm old.

I have been wanting to try this place since I live in the neighborhood and finally had the chance on a Tuesday evening for dinner. The restaurant was not very busy and the weather was nice, so we sat at a table on Peachtree. The decor inside is very rustic, hip and relaxing. In looking at the menu, they have various happy hour specials as well as wine specials on Sunday evenings. I had the wine special red blend and it was good. It is a tapas place, so we ordered several small veggie plates such as the fried brussel sprouts (incredible) and roasted cauliflower (amazing). For entrees, we ordered the gnocchi (amazing) and the crispy duck (on the bone, but good). Then, for dessert, we ordered chocolate nemesis (excellent) and the s'mores bread pudding (off the chart amazing). All of the food was amazing and the s'mores bread pudding was to die for! The service was spot on and the prices were fine. It is a casual place and I would recommend it for a small group or intimate dinner.

Fabulous service, opportunity to try lots of various delicious dishes and plenty of vegetarian and vegan selections. My hubby and I really enjoyed this restaurant!

This was a group of foodies who regularly eat together, and always at high end restaurants. We check out the newest and best places according to CL, AJC, Eats, Atlanta Magazine, etc. We were there when the restaurant opened and we were the first to be seated at tables. For a good 30 minutes it was just our group of 8, and another group of 6 in the dining room. The majority of the restaurant was empty. I had heard Saltyard was a "hit or miss" restaurant, and for my group it was a miss. About 25% of the food (25+ dishes) was deemed outstanding. About 50% of our food was ok, and roughly 25% was either a total miss or food that was too salty or too oily. That is the good part of the meal. What really drove us crazy was the way food was run from the open kitchen. At any given time there were 6-8 runners standing in the middle of the entry area waiting on food from the kitchen. It came out in spurts. We had ordered three of one item at our table; the runner came out with three, dropped one at our table, and continued on to another table with the other two. So, the person at our table with food started eating and two people sat there with nothing for at least 15 minutes waiting on the same item. This is so wrong from so many directions. I was the last person served ANY food and some of my table mates were on to their second and third dishes. I couldn't even get my kale salad? Surely the kitchen doesn't make that dish one-by-one. The decor is very industrial and laid out well. We were comfortable at our table and had enough personal space. Our waitperson seemed a bit green but she was pleasant and was patient explaining the menu. She kept coming by to put down clean plates in front of each diner and we kept giving them back to her when food arrived....on a plate. It was an odd restaurant. I might return to try one of the "fabulous" dishes I didn't order, but mostly I don't think it is worth the hassle watching people eat while some folks don't even have a crumb. I definitely would not go back with a group because it just doesn't work well.

Food very tasty. Love the family style share idea. Brussels sprouts to die for and the lamb!! Wait staff very attentive. Great space.

Worst experience i’ve ever had. We were a group of 14, from California visiting Atlanta for 2022 graduation. Osha Thai was recommended…it started as we entered the front door. The hostess sneezed in her hands twice. Secondly they were not accommodating on trying to seat us together as a party the waitress’s were very rude and so was the so called manager that never showed his/her face to address the problems we were having..I would never visit or recommend this place to anyone. Rude and disrespectful staff.

My husband, Children and I have lived just outside of Atlanta for nearly four years now. We love to travel and try new things. We came across an app last week and it suggested this restaurant. Well, all I can say is AMAZING! We had probably the best food that we have eaten since moving here to GA! The chef and his creations are GENIUS! This will be our new go to place when we have date night. The ambiance is great! Friendly staff, very helpful with suggestions. EVERY single thing that we ate was just delicious! My husband's favorite dessert is Creme Brûlée, but you have NOT had Creme Brûlée until you have had the Salt Yard's salted caramel Creme Brûlée to die for!!!

The service was terrible and the food was bland. I was very disappointed. I heard good things about the place but did not live up to my expectations. Do not go here.

I dined here Halloween night with 4 friends. All 4 of us gave our meal an excellent rating. The food is largely Tapas. Some of the ones we had were: Kale Salad, Empanadas, Brussell Sprouts, Gnoochi, Ravioli, Lemon Bar and Smores Breading pudding. All excellent tasting. The service was good. Several of us had mixed drinks...they were very good. Only thing that puzzled me was that we ordered 2 of the same appetizer and they came out of the kitchen at separate times, same for 1 of the desserts(ordered 2 and came out separately)...not sure if they came from separate kitchens or the order was not put in at the same time...but not enough to downgrade my overall review. There is valet parking in the garage directly behind the restaurant. It was not crowded when we were there, but perhaps because it was halloween. Definitely a must visit, in my opinion. Will go back here again.

We visited here back in June for our anniversary dinner. Very rustic with sort of a "warehouse" atmosphere..... which suits my fancy just fine! We went at about 6:00 so there weren't very many people there. We had a very knowledgeable waiter who helped up pick out our food and drinks. Since it was our anniversary, we were given two complementary champagne (woo!). For dinner, we ended up sharing 5 plates and 1 dessert. Every thing we had was absolutely delicious! No complaints here whatsoever!!!! If you are looking for suggestions on what to eat, because there is A LOT to choose from, here is what we ordered: stuffed piquillo peppers, grilled corn, crispy fish tacos, crispy duck confit, & smoked pork empanada. Oh and one more thing.... DESSERT! OMG! If you go here, you must order the S'more Bread Pudding! Im looking forward to going back tomorrow and trying some other items. We live about 45 minutes away and this place is definitely worth the drive. MUST TRY!

Saltyard has really good energy, the chef came out and spoke to us and was super friendly. It is small plates / tapas style, which made it a lot of fun to try a bunch of stuff. Brussel Sprouts, butternut squash were highlights for me. The octopus was terrific, and they had a Tile Fish special that was terrific. An unusual fish to get in atlanta. Nice signature cocktails as well. Will definitely return.

I read the reviews and was thinking they must all be fake . I just don't get it ! The tapas were terrible . First ,let me say nothing was wrong with the service . The ambiance was nice but who cares when even the water was undrinkable. . The dishes just tasted weird and bad . One person had the duck which they said was decent . Therefore, I gave it two stars for the drinks and service and the duck . So many places to go in Atlanta so why go here .

I love going to the Saltyard. It is a great place for small plates and cocktails. The food is always fresh and real good. I love the octopus salad and the roasted cauliflower. They have a great patio on Peachtree Street. Great service.

I usually do my research before dining anywhere. But I did not plan this evening event. Anyway, to avoid any more regret, I must say that this dining experience was a lesson. This restaurant is located in a recently built apartment building with adequate parking throughout the parking deck. You can choose between valet or self park. It is much better to self park. This place offers ultra expensive small plate items with average quality of food preparation. The website is a "bait and switch" in regards to pricing so do not rely on the internet information. Therefore, please inspect the attached photo of my receipt before considering a visit. The portion size of the Grilled Corn or anything else really falls far below expectations. In other words, if someone orders Grilled Corn, would you expect a full cob of corn instead of a few kernels from a can. I can not continue without totally slamming this place and the awful service. So dine at your own risk or visit the many dining choices nearby.

We had a group of 8, 4 couples. Celebrating a going away affair for one of the couples. Never chose a thing and asked for the waitress to do us right. She was awesome, brought out an incredible mix suitable for all palettes. The Chef took time to hang out and engage with us. The food was delicious and we left nothing on any plate. We had a great meal and would highly recommend it!

I've eaten at Saltyard a number of times and have had only good experiences. They have a great selection of tapas and some number of entrees (biggie smalls), of which the Chicken and Trout are very good. The chocolate nemesis and ricotta zeppolis are both spectacular. It's a new restaurant with nice, modern decor, and a sound level that allows conversation. The wait staff has always been very good.

Went there with a large group for a family gathering. I checked the menu ahead of time but could not find anything that really compelled me to order. Anyway, when we arrived, we were seated at a nice big table. This is a "tapas" type of restaurant where people order lots of appetizers to share. People at my table ordered lots of appetizers, wine, etc. I did not want to order too many things as the menu is not inexpensive. I decided on the Bistro Steak Frites which was a small steak with a small side of french fries and some arugula greens. The steak was good but not as good as I expect for the price and the portion size. I'm not a big eater, but this plate was barely larger than some of the small plates. The food is of good quality and well prepared, but I thought the service was not up to par, basically because we had to wait a long time for our bistro steak frites... I would say that it's a good restaurant if you don'e mind pricey food. The decor is nice, the locale is attractive and typical of many upscale eateries in Atlanta. I guess if you like to talk and drink a lot of wine and share appetizers for a hefty price, you'd enjoy it.

I thought yard is a great place for a birthday celebration. The wines by the glass list is varied. The small plates are delicious. We had the squash, oysters, scallop, filet Marsala, pork empandas, bread with inhouse made butter. Everything was delicious!!!

We were in town with our two preteens and our twenty-something niece. The dining room is cool and there is outdoor seating. I started with their gin cocktail - Swift Kick in the Head and it was delicious. It had a jalapeño in it but short of that I did not taste anything spicy. I would have liked it to have more spice but it still was refreshing and tasty. My husband had a great bourbon from Utah of all places....who knew?? The menu is mostly small plates so we ordered quite a bit. Below is what we ordered and what we thought of it. Rating is from 1-5 with 5 being exceptional Shishito Peppers - 3 1/2 Grilled Summer Squash - 2 1/2 Hand Cut Fettuccini - 5+ Outstanding Gnocchi Frito - 2 1/2 Pimento Cheese Bruschetta - 4 - It wasn't my thing but everyone at the table loved it Petit Filet - 5+ - Outstanding we ordered two of them Scallops - 4 1/2 - buttery and delicious Octopus - 4 Lamb Loin - 3 1/2 It was a nice long dinner where the food was good, the bourbon and cocktails were great, the service was wonderful (Ruben was great), the parking was free & the atmosphere was cool. All those things put together made for a lovely experience.

This place “used” to be hopping. Plenty of seats at 8PM on a Saturday night. The food was just ...”not seasoned”. The deviled eggs at $2.50 per half had “zero taste”. The spaghetti and meatballs...meh. The roast chicken and steak frites were good! $265.00 for 4. That includes cocktails. Not worth the $$. Dress your staff properly, put some linens on the table, upgrade you menu..and for Pete’s sake—taste your food. It’s a bore!

Service was not bad, although our server was a little confused and may have been new. Interesting tapas-style (small dishes) menu, with some fun choices. Amazingly expensive considering the location and food - small dishes add up fast, and we left not really feeling sated. Free valet in the bottom of the apartment building above.

Really cool atmosphere and decor with an interesting menu. However, our server (nice as he was) left much to be desired in terms of attentiveness and promptness. In fact, it took so long to get our last dish that we just cancelled it. Lots of great small dishes. If you go, I recommend ordering as you go.

My wife and I love the idea of tappas, which gives you the opportunity to enjoy several tasty dishes in one meal. Saltyard gives you the same opportunity with their "small plates" concept. Chris and her crew at Saltyard are quick with their smiles and their service. And . . . the things they bring you will be absolutely delicious. Almost everything comes out looking as if it has be prepared to be photographed. Saltyard is a special treat and you are unlikely to be disappointed.

Had'nt even heard of this place but stopped in after a business event. Very good food, tapas was well done. Our server Mario was excellent.

The trout with the fingerling potatoes and field peas was done to perfection. The juice/sauce was complementary to the whole dish. When we arrived last Friday, there was an unsettling type of music playing loudly; fortunately, they were hospitable and lowered it after we explained we needed calm. The chef was attentive and I will definitely dine here again.

Ask for seans station....He is sure to recommend the very best, and totally knows his business. the Malbec...excellent choice the stuffed dates with bacon and pecans....Devine!!!

This place looks cool and atracts a hip urban crowd. Service was excellent and the management solved a problem (wrong wine order) generously. We shared 6 dishes with two (loved the fish taco's, tuna tartare and burrata! The duck confit was not so interesting). Total bill incl. bottle of wine and tip was $120 Parking is valet and free

When we arrived here for an early dinner there was no one at the host stand. We saw people in the kitchen, and re-checked the hours: they were open. After a few minutes of looking for someone, we were approached by someone to seat us. After that false start, we found that the service was very good and the employees were very friendly. We each had house wine at $6 a glass. We ordered a series of small plates: Deviled Eggs ($5), Pimento Cheese Bruschetta ($7), Brussel Sprouts ($8), Sliders ($12), and Mushroom Toast ($12). All were excellent! All of these dishes had terrific flavor and texture. The Pimento Cheese Bruschetta was huge. The Brussel Sprouts were crispy and wonderful. The Mushroom Toast and Deviled Eggs had exquisite flavor, and the Sliders were possibly the best I have had. The patio is small and can be quite loud at rush hour, but it was nice to sit outside. We will definitely go back.

I should know by now that Tapas = $$$. The food wasn't too bad, but we did find it super dark inside - we think the bulbs over our table were out. The cocktails were very good. Would I recommend? Well, yes and no. Depends on what you want and how much you are willing to spend for several plates of nibbles. If you want a full meal, you may want to go elsewhere. If you are with friends and want some nibbles and great drinks, then by all means visit Saltyard.

Pairing pairing pairing.... this place has mastered it. They were able to ignite my pallet. Loved the gouda and caramel popcorn. Mmm the filet tender. The lamb succulent. Cheddar biscuits from scratch. The decor was nice as well. Overall a great experience for a not so expensive price. I would definitely go back.

Order from a line of first class small dishes to share with your fellow diners. The social aspect adds to the dining experience. First rate cooking and extensive wine list in very pleasant surroundings. Live music added to the atmosphere without becoming intrusive. Great experience we will try again next time we are in town.

We called and verified our reservation, we were sent a confirmation. I received two calls reminding me of the reservation. We drove to Atlanta over an hour and they were closed. At 0935 the day of I received a text reminding me of the reservation. I have called three times to have someone address this, I receive no call backs. T. Henderson

We arrived right on time for our reservation and were worried to see the closed sign. Turns out a number of employees called out sick and they were only honoring reservations and we were the only one. We had the place to ourselves but they provided the best service the food was good and the drinks were generous. The atmosphere was pleasant. A wonderful evening.

Our dinner was delicious! At small plate restaurants we like to guess the number of total plates we will eat and then have the waiter order for us and surprise us. The corn salad, peach bruschetta, and lamb and beef ragu with pasta were very flavorful. The parking was free and easy. The staff was very friendly.

To start I called at 6:08 pm to ask did I need a reservation the hostess told me that a reservation was not needed we are taking walk-ins. When I arrive they tell me we are no longer taking walk-ins we are full I then express I was told specifically by the hostess when calling that they said I didn't need to set a reservation. They then seated me after causing a fuss. After being seated I was displayed terrible service as if I haven't been a patron of this resturant before. I also witnessed multiple ppl sat at tables after the time they had told me they no longer where sitting patrons. At this point I requested a manager and I was told that the people being seated had reservation! The same reservation I was told that I didn't need and called earlier to set. Beware of this resturaunt terrible service very rude manager and I would never spen another dollar in this place !!!

Generally speaking the quality is consistent and prices are affordable. You have to like tapas - this is not an "entree" type of place. Also you have to like rich sauces and flavor - nothing is particularly bland. Key picks: gazpacho is a must-have. The burrata is good, but expensive - it's uniquely Atlanta and served with peaches, honey, and peppercorn. Cauliflower might not be everyone's thing, but it's done well - swimming in butter. Wine list is also good - prices have ticked up but still bargains to be had.

For the price you pay here, you def can get something better in ATL IMO...food is okay, service is kind of slow (not sure if it was because of Sunday). They offered half price of any bottled wine on Sunday though.

From the moment you enter the restaurant you are treated like family. For a new restaurant, the team is well trained and well versed in their offerings. I especially like the bruschettas, scallops, ceviche, and for a large plate, the chicken or duck. Open seven days but make a reservation on the weekends!

The chef specializes in creating amazing dishes with local ingredients. Sit at the bar for a fun evening meeting new people!

Recommended by family who live in Atlanta, this farm to table experience was really enjoyable. I was amazed by several of the taste combinations and the explosion of flavors. From the herb ricotta bruschetta, flash fried Brussels, burrata and grilled corn, to the smoked beet salad, smoked pork empanada, and SY sliders...... thanks for a great evening! And.... the local craft beer selection was great too.

Food is fantastic, waiters are friendly, service is top notch! Fun atmosphere for a group or date night.

It was my turn to pick a place for date night, so of course, I turn to Trip Advisor (who has never led me astray, I might add). I found the Saltyard and it was just as the reviews say....AWESOME! It's a tapas style restaurant which we enjoy because you get to sample a bunch of different dishes! For "appetizers" we got the smoked pork empanada and the crispy fish tacos...both were amazing. The dough on the empanada was perfectly golden and crispy, and the fish tacos had just a touch of heat. The seasonings on both were perfect...nothing overpowered either dish! For "dinner" we had the braised pork shoulder and the grilled lamb loin. Again...both were delish! The staff was very friendly and did a nice job helping us choose our dishes. Their wine selection was also great, and reasonably priced. I highly recommend Saltyard for a great date night or guys/girls night out!

The service was excellent, and the food was great. Totaled to a pretty pricey night, but a fun place to go with friends.

I have enjoyed Saltyard tremendously but a little underwhelmed lately. It's fun to order tapas, as you get to try many dishes, but I was a little unimpressed by their fare. Not that it was bad but many of the dishes were very simple. Many of the dishes just seemed like roasted vegetables in oil, which is not entirely impressive and had too much oil, particularly their brussel sprouts. The edamame kind of succotash was great with the fish, but the fish itself had too much of a salty bite at the finish. Again, I enjoy this restaurant and have returned on numerous occasions, but not worth going out of your way for.

Salt Yard has fabulous food, and service was excellent--but It has some issues the owner has to work on. First, we had a hard time finding it. They need better signage, and to post on-line and explain when people call for reservations exactly where they are, as it is not easy to see and signage is poor. Secondly, it was freezing inside the restaurant. I was almost ready to walk out it was that cold. Third, the lighting was poor. The overhead lights were very dim, and we had one tea light at the table. So folks, bring your winter coats, your lanterns, and get directions ahead of time, but you'll have some killer food. The brussels sprouts are not to be missed...

My wife and friends have been many times to Saltyard. We went there last Friday night and it was delightful. I would of given 5 stars except the ceilings are high and the dining area is noisy. Additionally, it seems restaurants are paying so much for the space they decide not to invest in the vestibule area. So, last Friday it was cold and windy so every time someone opened the door you got blast of cold air. Notwithstanding that, the food was great, service exceptional and had a great bottle of wine. We dined and tried the bruleed fig, salmon poke taco, the barbecued corn (exceptional). We are going to return to try more selections.

NATE IS, BY FAR, THE WORST SERVER THEY HAVE THERE! PLEASE REQUEST A DIFFERENT SERVER IF YOU GO! THE FOOD IS AMAZING BUT THIS IS NEGATED BY NATE'S (NATHAN) HORRIBLE, INATTENTIVE SERVICE!

Was referred to visit and delighted to have gone. Was a weeknight and not too crowded, staff was extremely attentive and the Tapas offerings were great. Must have the Brussels Sprouts, absolutely outstanding! Definitely recommend and will go back on my next visit to Atlanta.

This is the second time at the Saltyard and even better than the first time. The vegetables are done just right. Tonight was a fish special that was just perfect. This is one good place to eat and have drinks. The patio is on a great section of Peachtree Rd in the southern part of Buckhead in Atlanta.

I think Saltyard has been around for at least a couple of years. This small and cozy and friendly place should be on everyone's go to list if you are in the area. It's not too far off of I-85 on Peachtree and is in-between I-85 and Piedmont Hospital. The thing we liked most about the restaurant other than the fact that the staff was really friendly and inviting was the fact that they do have many small plate choices and all of the ones we had were really well prepared, full of local fresh ingredients and well seasoned. The decor is very open/high ceiling loft like. The bar is very inviting and the bar staff is fun and ready to make you any one of their special home-made home designed cocktails. We were there around 6.30/7:00 on a Saturday night and it wasn't super crowded which made me believe that it is somewhat of a later night crowd with probably a bigger crowd as the late night gets closer. Younger sort of crowd. Great couples spot. Didn't see a lot of family type groups. But I did notice that it looks like they can isolate certain parts of the restaurant with curtains if you have a larger group or want a little more privacy. Great place. Give it a try.

This is a amazing place to eat, we were able the order small sharing plates and probably tried half the menu. As good as the food was the service was just as amazing ,the atmosphere was perfect modern shabby (loved IT). This will be a must stop back at on our next trip to ATL

The s'mores bread pudding is to die for! Must get it if you eat here. One of the best desserts I've had in a long time!

I am still dreaming about the food we ate here! The dates were something very memorable that I haven't seen many other places. But you can;t go wrong with any dish, and we tried most of them! It has a great atmosphere and great service as well. Can't wait to eat here again.

My wife and I went here. The place is a great location and vibe! One ding: they could and should tell you, like the other restaurants, that parking is complimentary, before you pay. The service and food was spot on. Ding #2: my wife’s food came out 15 minutes before mine. So food management 101, just bring all main dishes out together. I recommend the place, just want the team to sharpen up a few housekeeping issues. We would come again!

Saltyard is the perfect spot for a casual, reasonable meal. Great wine list and friendly staff! The steak/frites is superb.

This is my go to restaurant usually once or twice a week. It is a fun, lively bistro with delicious food. Chef Nick knows his food and how to serve it well. I recently went here for the $1 oyster happy hour from 5-7 pm. The VA oysters were delicious with outstanding flavor. We paired it with an appropriate white wine, a chenin blanc. After we had no less than 3 dozen oysters between the two of us (we love oysters!), we had the kale salad and a roasted salmon special on Israeli cous cous. The latter was divine! The kale salad is always good and I get it just about every time I dine here. Other favorite dishes are the salmon poke tacos, the steak frites, the octopus (grilled to perfection and melt-in-your-mouth), the brussel sprouts with bacon, any pasta dish, and the quail. Really good eats with very good service in a cozy atmosphere. What more can you ask for?!?

We went with a group on a Sunday night thinking it would not be so crowded. Everyone was so accomodating! Service & food are out of this world! Compliments to Chef Nick & his staff!

I was put off by "tapas " but it was far from the traditional. Small plates to be sure, but great choices and different than the usual offerings. Mini filet, unbelievably rich corn dish, octopus and more, it's a great spot for light dinner ( or big) and cocktails. Friendly atmospheres, we LOVED our waiter who was very informative and helpful. I guess their not cheap, but I found it reasonable for what we ate and drank. Approachable wines by glass and bottle. I can't wait to be here again.

Asked for a cocktail that was not on the list and they tried their best: it was very good! Food quality from ok to great (Steak Tartare was outstanding!) Service very good, location is good and ambience amazing, including decoration. If they had a larger kitchen I´m sure they could go that step forward!

The large windows that allow you to look out on the city make it a cool little spot. My wife and I went for a date night. Check was around $80. We each had a couple drinks. And had ordered 4 "tapas" like dishes. Was a little disappointed in the food and the beer selection, but our server was very cool.

Loved the concept of a home-style dining. Where you order your meat and veggies for the whole table, vs each person orders something for themselves. The atmosphere is quaint and not a loud place. The food was fantastic, the steak served our family of four just fine. Would highly recommend. It is a gourmet meal with a down-home taste and feel.

His new Shrimp Risotto was so good, we ordered another. Apple cider glaze on the shrimp was brilliant. Nick constantly comes up with unique recipes. Great service from Sean as well. This place never disappoints!

Casual vibe, excellent service. Bruschetta with may-tag blue cheese, smoked pepper, fresh figs with a drizzle honey was so good I had a second order for dessert! Will definitely repeat.

Visited on a business dinner recently and enjoyed the experience very much. The food was good, probably better than most higher priced venues. They recently changed their reservation policies - when we made our reservation weeks in advance, they required a credit card and we were told that the card would be charged if we didn't show. We received an e-mail confirmation of the reservation, then on our arrival, they could not find us...anywhere. They had no record of our reservation. They were, however, able to seat us rather quickly but seemed unorganized. As I mentioned the food was very good - beet salad, bacon wrapped dates, kale, oysters, all were excellent. Full bar available. In any small plate establishment, you have to be careful because the ticket goes up without you realizing it. Our bill, with tip, came to about $100.00 per person on a Monday evening, which seems a bit high for this type of venue. I realize you pay for atmosphere, etc., but still felt for the amount of food per plate, it was high. I would definitely go back...

The Saltyard is one of the best restaurants in Atlanta. The food is always good and very tasty. Great salads and wonderful small plates. The Saltyard has very cocktails and drinks. The device is excellent. I love the outdoor patio.

Everything was delicious. I was very happy with the flavors and the presentation. They had a good amount of food. The desserts were all quite tasty. I had some of the chocolate nemesis and the s'mores bread pudding, both were awesome. They were a good portion size. I was very disappointed with the crème brûlée. Favorites: The Brussels sprouts are the bomb even if you think you don't like Brussels try them and you will be changed forever! The grilled corn, Bruschetta. The octopus and the shrimp are ok

We sat at the bar and ordered Tuna tartar, pork empanadas and mushroom bruschetta. The tuna tartar was literally tasteless. The empanadas and bruschetta were just okay. The restaurant was very empty so it was also surprising that the bartender's service was just not good. Based on this experience I definitely would not recommend this place and would not go back.

We were greeted with Red wine champagne and oysters. The chef personally came over to our table to greet us and give us an introduction to a menu that did not disappoint. The service and waitstaff was fantastic and attentive. The restaurant even handled one of my friends very particular diet with ease. For a tip try the baked brussel sprout appetizer.. it sounds strange but it will blow your mind and you will feel good about yourself because you are eating vegetables. I think. I am not sure because it was wayyyyyy toooo good.
GOOD THE BAD AND ... no ugly ! LOL before and after !
Wow I had the pompano as our main dish. Wow ! yum! Service —— so nice I we had a bar drinks . Cosmo & Manhattan Very nice ! Service .. well very informal and friendly ! We want to end this with desert ... yum!
