The service was outstanding and the food out of this world and in the end a glass of prosecco on the house.

the food and the service was really good we know the owner since trattoria sole and blue in south miami, they know how to run a restaurant, we will be back .

I hesitate to post this review because the more people that eat here, the more that will return. As it is, weekend nights typically include a waiting period before sitting. The reason for this is three fold: 1) Incredibly courteous and accomodating staff 2) Willingness to make you any dish you desire--even if not on the menu 3) The food is delicious! other perks: Good wine selection, not too expensive. Recommend going during the week or early.

We were in the area stuck in traffic after a pleasant Friday spent at Zoo Miami, and a search of area restaurants led us to this unassuming gem, located in a little strip mall. We felt lucky to get a table right away, it being Friday night, and the restaurant not being huge by any means, The food was very nice-we shared an appetizer salad,my wife had lasagne and I had fettuccine with italian sausage and veggies in a white sauce-all nicely prepared and presented. Nice unexpected touches included a complimentary taste of bruschetta and a complimentary glass of sparkling wine afterwards-very Italian. Service was excellent, and prices were reasonable for the quality of the experience. Worth looking for if you are in the area.

Celebrated my wife’s Birthday with an amazing dinner. The mushroom risotto is second to none. We have gone back two more times in the last three weeks. This is our new favorite place.

Tucked away little jewel. The platters were beautifully presented, their wines were moderately priced, their service highly professional, yet you felt as if you were family!

A small restaurant with very good food and outstanding service. As soon as you walk in the door you are made to feel like family. You can't help but feel that this wasn't only dinner, it was a very pleasant experience.

Osteria Vecchio Piemonte is a delightful little Italian bistro. My party of 4 had a Saturday evening reservation. Upon arrival, we were promptly seated and our water glasses filled. The tables have white tablecloths, and the waiters were tuxedoed. The menu is fairly large and diverse, with a something for everyone. We started with calamari and a cheese board (offered off the menu as a special), progressed to share the Agnolotti Piemontesi, then I had the beef shank (another off the menu as a special), while others in my party had Saltimbocca, the fish of the day and Fettuccine del Cuoco. We concluded with a lemon cake and cannoli. All of the food was absolutely delicious – probably not the best you’ve ever eaten, but you certainly won’t be disappointed. And the wine list was great, with plenty of good table wines at moderate prices – the Barolo was really good. As good as the menu, food and wine were, the best was the service, which was very attentive and friendly but not intrusive, This is a small restaurant, perhaps 15 tables, and it was full (although it isn’t cramped) – reservations are a must for Friday and Saturday nights. I would highly recommend this restaurant.

We love this place! The food and wines are excellent, the service is A+ and so is the music. Its a small and cozy eatery that is full of good energy. This is the place to eat If you want great Italian food so go ahead and make your reservations now!

Impeccable service that makes feel like home. Excellent Italian wine list and an owner who is delighted to assistant recommended the perfect pairing. The menu is unique in being true to it’s Piemonte roots. However, it is the nightly specials that are the star. All the specials are determined by what the butcher or fish monger provides based on freshness.

Excellent Italian food and great atmosphere. I saw the great reviews and decided to make a visit. Don't let the outside fool you. The service and food are outstanding! If I lived here, it would be visited regularly. I suggest you take a chance if you want a piece of Italy at an amazing price!

I've lived 5 minutes from Osteria Vecchhio for 5 years and only just tried it and became a semi-frequent visitor in the past year! Don't let the ugly strip mall fool you--this is some of the best Italian in Miami for a great price. The service is amazing, the food is of the highest quality, and sometimes you even get a complimentary prosecco! Call ahead to get a reservation, and enjoy one of the best Italian dining experiences in the city (and definitely in the Kendall area).

Small family owned Italian Restaurant.. Every employee we interacted with was outstanding..Service excellent. .Food even better. . Make a reservation and save room for dessert. We will be going back soon.. Food is much better than the great prices on menu.. Bon Appetito

While NOT AT ALL appealing from outside, once inside, you are met with a cozy environment, a wonderful, friendly and knowledgeable staff and absolutely delicious Italian food at reasonable prices. This is the real deal....true Italian food. Best I've had in Miami. Do not miss Osteria Vecchio. Can't wait to return.

Our first time here as other family members have raved about the food. We were pleasantly greeted and quickly served even though we had no reservation. The place is small and on busy weekend nights, reservations are recommended. We quickly got cold water and bread. Our appetizer, Calamari, came very quickly and was hot. It was lightly breaded and fresh. We both ordered the Corvina and they were very flexible and how you can accompany the fish. It was a very large piece and flavored in an herb sauce. It is one of the best Corvina dishes I have ever had. For dessert we order a lemon cake that was delicious. We will definitely return.

This was our first time at Osteria Vecchio Piemonte and we are rating it five stars. The experience was very pleasant. The service was courteous, but the food was outstanding! My husband loved the lasagna. Desserts are also delicious!

This was our first time at this restaurant. Did not know of it prior to deciding to stop. And we were very glad we did! From the minute we walked in the vibe and greeting was very warm, friendly and pleasant. While we waited for a table the owner gave us prosecco, delicious! The food was spectacular! Our waiter Uriel was awesome! Personable and funny. Make sure to request him. We will definitely be back. This restaurant is a hidden gem.

While the restaurant is located in a strip mall, the minute you walk in you could be in any small village in the Piedmont of Italy. Crisp, white table cloths and gleaming glassware greet you in this very small bistro. As the cuisine is Northern Italian, do not expect dishes covered or served with a heavy southern Italian red sauce. Instead the menu will be centered around fresh pastas with different types of cream sauces with hints of French influence. The first course we had was a grilled Brie wrapped in Prosciutto and topped with caramelized onions. Somehow the grilling gave a depth to the cheese adding it's smokiness to the overall flavor. My partner and I also shared the antipasti platter with its selection of marinated vegetables and cheeses. Both of these appetizers were delicious. My tortellini filled with pear and cheese and served with a saffron sauce was delicate and just the right balance of sweet and savory. My partners squid ink pasta was filled with a lovely crab filling and the cream sauce had a fresh herbal quality to it. Both of the dishes were amazing. The cannoli that we had for desert was freshly made as the pastry was crunchy and not soggy as refrigerated cannolis can be and the cheese was creamy and fresh tasting. Due to size constraints, I can imagine that it can get quite loud in the restaurant when it is full. We arrived early at 5:30 without reservations and were promptly seated. A family arrived after with child in tow and immediately the ambiance was disturbed by the close proximity of the table of six. We did hear that there is not a children's menu, so my recommendation would be to leave the children at home and have a night out with each other. Reservations would be required in most cases, as this is a very busy restaurant, well known to locals for its superb menu selections as well as attentive service.

Food was delicious- pasta cooked to perfection and service was excellent- in a small quiet shopping strip but decor is nice and fresh- u forget where u are...

This local small restaurant continued to improve. We had the grilled Octopus, amazing!!! My wife had the seafood pasta, it was good, i had the seafood lasagna, OMG! It was a special and it is special. A MUST try. We are quickly becoming regulars and love the fact of supporting a family restaurant instead of a large corporation chain. Go without fear!!

It's a fine place to have dinner It's plain and does get noisy as it small and mostly full Service was excellent Very attentive , friendly staff We shared the octopus appetizer which my hubby loved My husbands mixed seafood grill was rated by him as excellent My ravioli you could get at Olive Garden Dessert was was just good as were the three tiny canolis We wouldn't return. We r visiting a relative so when we get here we try lots of places but I see lots of regulars here greeting each other and the staff Give it a try

We had heard about this restaurant from friends and decided to go for lunch. It did not disappoint! From attentive waitstaff to salad to warm bread and butter, salad, entree and the best chocolate mousse I've ever tasted and great coffee, this place is a complete winner. We will be back often!!

As a native of St. Louis, known for authentic, delicious Italian food, most often found on "The Hill", and a traveler to Italy on more than one occasion, I found this restaurant to be superb in every way in the foods we enjoyed. Starting with complimentary bruschetta, then the zuppa del giorno, vegetable, moving onto the polenta alla Piemontese, each dish was perfection. Then the three persons in our party, were served fettuccine del Cuoco, Risotto al Funhi Porcini and the truly amazing Agnolotti Piemontese. We found each dish to be not only outstanding, but attractively served. The service, too, was stellar! We've tried a number of other Italian restaurants on our frequent visits to Miami, but this was by far, the very best!

Lovely decor, excellent service, beautifully prepared and delicious food, Overall very good experience.

It is good to know that life can still bring us unexpected pleasure. Yes, that's how good this place is...impeccable service , freshly made excellent Italian food. Let's not forget the wine list full of excellent choices. I simply love coming here, no more no less!

This restaurant is truly a hidden gem! It's located in Kendall in a timely strip mall off to a little corner. If you didn't know it was there, you'd probably miss it! I couldn't believe how packed it was for a random Tuesday night! Definitely and very highly recommend making reservations. The moment you walk in you're greeted immediately with a very warm welcome. The place is tiny and quaint... Very simple decor yet you get the homey feeling. Once seated, they walk over with a complimentary bruschetta just for a tiny bite! It's delish. Started off with a #barolo from 2011 vintage. Medium red in color, smells of cherry, tastes fruity up front with smooth tannins towards the finish. Medium body, well balanced and smooth. It was decanted and opened up well throughout the night! ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ For appetizers: I wanted to burrata with prosciutto and the owner offered to do it differently. He wrapped the prosciutto around the burrata and grilled it along with some grilled tomatoes. It was divine! Also had the polipo alla Griglia. 👌🏼 For the main course I had the most savory dish.. Agnolotti piemontesi which is homemade and braised in beef sauce. Amazing and paired so well with the Barolo. The ossobucco with saffron risotto wasn't on the menu but it's what my bf had and the meat just fell of the bone. For dessert, the owner was gracious enough to bring us two cannoli's on the house because it was our first visit to his restaurant! I thought that was such a genuine gesture and totally makes me want to return...It's all in the details! To end the night, we ended up meeting a very nice couple which was celebrating their 31st wedding anniversary. We stayed chit chatting for so long that the owner brought us all glasses of Prosecco, again on the house! All in all... 5+⭐️ night and would repeat in a heartbeat! 👍🏼👌🏼

Food was mediocre and service was terrible. My family and I will not be returning even though i live down the street from here. I would prefer pizza hut if i wanted service like this.

My sister and I recently went to Osteria. This is a lovely restaurant we passed by many times before, but never went in because of nearby businesses that looked seedy. Finally, when a friend recommended it, we decided not to judge a book by its cover. A valuable lesson that paid off and pleased us in every way possible. It is a family-owned restaurant where the owner and staff are able to treat their patrons like royalty and do do, unlike large chains that give factory service(impersonal). The food was fit for a king. It was a quiet place with lovely decor, it relaxed us, We will certainly be back to this charming establishment.

Very small restaurant maybe ten tables and one server with the maitre d’hôtel. Service was good and very polite. Menu ok and service rather fast. Very clean place and food is good home cooked level. Had a lasagna and truly enjoyed it. Worth a visit and I will return.

This is one of those whole-in-a-wall restaurants that one cannot believe it could be this fantastic! While its location is not the best, Osteria's food and service will amaze you. We ordered the antipasto plate as an appetizer and it was delicious. The main dish was rack of lamb and it was to die for. Even coffee was impressive. Fantastic! Congratulations to the owner and personnel!!!

We live in Palm Beach Gardens and just happened upon this treasure of a restaurant on our trip to Kendall today. We wanted to avoid traffic going north so we decided to grab and early dinner. The restaurant was charming and we were greeted warmly when we arrived. The wait staff was terrific, very attentive and accommodating. We ate fish and pasta dishes and everything was delicious. Although we were too full to order dessert the owner brought us out amazing mini cannolis which were devine. We have already recommended this gem to our friend who live in MIami and hope to return on out next trip south.

First time to visit, thoroughly enjoyed. Salad was fresh with a refreshing rasberry vinaigrette, I had fish and my wife had their special-for-the-day stuffed pasta. All delicious, service was impeccable. Definitely returning.

I enjoyed a lunch and a dinner at this fine little Italian restaurant. The waiters are knowledgeable and give wonderful service. If you desire something more than spaghetti and meatballs, this is the place to dine for fine Italian food.

My wife & I have had dinner at Vecchio Piemonte several times in the past few months. It was recommended by a co-worker who is Italian herself. The food reminds me of the great Italian food my wife and I experienced in Italy. The owner (who also is one of the waiters) is charming and very gracious. Great food, cozy restaurant, friendly and charming staff.

It's another one of those little gems that you really don't want to tell anybody else about! Fantastic food everything you order is superb. Fantastic grilled octopus! And the owner/waiter has a fantastic personality. This is a must do again!

After driving by for several mobths, I'm so glad we decided to try this place. The staff was friendly and so welcoming. The Victoria Chianti bottle was a great recommendation. Had the cheese and fig marmalade starter which was simply amazing. I chose the evening special of fettuccine with smoked salmon and shrimp. It was tender and thin cooked al dente with olive oil and garlic. I cleaned my plate! My boyfriend had the other special, sliced New York strip with champagne risotto, which was Soooo good and steak was cooked as ordered. Save room for their canollis and cappuccino - they brought us a glass of prosecco to go with the canollis before coffee. At first I found it odd, but one sip and one bite I realized he knew what he was saying. We will be back, over and over again since we live so close by.a must try quaint authentic little place.

We went last night to celebrate my son's birthday. You are greeted and welcomed at the door. The tables are nicely set with linens and dark napkins. Service was prompt, professional and friendly. I would suggest a reservation as it got full as the evening went on. The music was upbeat early then changed to soft jazz later. We started with a bottle of their prosecco which for a $30 bottle was crisp and perfect for a flavorful meal. The house specials were the pork sausage with arugula over polenta in a cream sauce and the escargot in a marina sauce both were very good. The lemon grilled octopus over sliced potatoes which is on the menu was also very good. The entrees of skirt steak was seasoned well and cooked medium. It was served with a very tasty chimichurri, roasted potatoes and fresh chunk vegetables. The salimbocca was very tender and the sauce was perfectly flavored, served with the soft roasted potatoes and fresh vegetables. The penne with pumpkin, pancetta in a cream sauce was rich and savory. They served a cannoli dish with a candle for our event and our glasses were never empty. This is a wonderful dining experience even if you aren't in the Kendall area; a very charming intimate resto. It's worth a trip from the initial welcome, personal and customized service to full flavored and quality dishes

This is my wife's and my favorite restaurant in Miami. It is one of those places where Italian is spoken at many of the tables, as well as by staff! We We started with a shared Caesar salad and a beef carpaccio. The salad was delightful, accented by a glass of Prosecco. The carpaccio was excellent, shaved almost paper thin. We ordered, at the staff's suggestion given our past delights in dry reds, a bottle of barbarossa from Piemonte. It was opened and allowed to breathe while we enjoyed our appetizers. Vera ordered the beef ravioli, I the special seafood lasagna. She loved the lasagna, served with a beef-based sauce. She was delighted. For me, the only way I could describe the taste of the lasagna would be stunning, a wonderful melding of seafood with a black squid ink sauces adding a distinctive "over the top" flavoring. That lasagna is now at the top of my favorites (from around the world, South & Latin America, Europe, Asia, eh Caribbean, and the USA. If we return in Miami for any reason and if only for a day, we will be back!!!

Hidden gem in Kendall. Excellent place to eat authentic Italian food. The specials change every day, but you will not be disappointed. Also, the location is small, the service is very good and I would call ahead. The staff was very helpful in seating us without a reservation, but people do reserve and the location is not big. Ambiance is very cozy as well. Food, staff and ambiance was excellent and I will definitely come back.

Authentic Italian cuisine in this neighborhood gem with a relaxed vibe. Every table was filled on a Tuesday evening (good sign) as the owner greeted everyone and shared the chef's creative specials. My 'salmone' was perfect as was the pasta. We can't wait to go back and try the gnocchi with pesto!

This place is a hidden neighborhood gem! The food is amazing, and the staff is very friendly and welcoming. Having tried authentic Italian food in Italy, this is as good as it gets in Miami.

The food here is outstanding. My husband says it is sublime. The service was great. We really felt welcomed. We started with the shrimp appetizer special (shrimp wrapped in prosciutto on a bed of roasted potatoes) which was amazing. We had seafood lasagne and beef lasagne with fresh pasta. Both were delicious and light. The vitello saltimbocca was also excellent with roast potatoes and sautéed vegetables. For dessert we had zabaglione with strawberries. Sublime! I highly recommend this neighborhood gem.

Great and efficient serve. Staff was very attentive and showed knowledge of the menu and passion for their job

Very good food and presentations. Staff - Owners exaggerates the 'Italian' language greetings, specially every time an entrée is served

Food was delicious and service was amazing! Great wine and moderately priced. Will definitely return.

We enjoyed dinner with friends that had visited the week before and couldn't rave more about this place. I looked it up on TA and wondered how could I have missed this great little Italian restaurant?!? You feel welcomed as you walk inside and you are greeted as a friend. The waiter placed small portions of one of the best bruschetta I've ever had and some fresh bread. I ordered a bottle of Barolo wine and the waiter told us how it should be aerated and wait a few minutes before enjoying it. It was wonderful. We began our meal with the burrata and prosciutto as antipasti, then fried polenta as a contorni, and fettuccine Alfredo as a main course. Our friends ordered the veal saltimbocca and the trout over risotto. We tried each other's meals and I cannot say enough how great everything tasted. One small complaint is that the risotto lacked either some salt or herbs, but by adding some cheese to it made it good. The restaurant is located in a small shopping strip and you should make reservations to go because it is small and popular. The decor is simple and it can get noisy as everyone is enjoying their meals. There were people waiting outside to sit down and the waiter brought out Proseco to keep them happy as they waited for a table. I highly recommend Osteria Vecchio when you are in the mood for a lovely Italian meal.

The menu and wine list is heavy on the region of Piemonte, where the owner comes from. For appetizer we tried the special, sliced sausage from Italy on top of polenta with fontina cheese sauce. This dish is plate-lickingly delicious. For the entrees, the agnolotti with meat sauce and the fresh home made fettuccine with mushrooms are both bursting with flavors. Their wine list is, naturally, composed mostly of Italian wine, especially from the region of Piemonte. The prices are very reasonable. An Aramone is $60 a bottle, and this wine, even the less expensive labels, goes for $30 or so. Other wines are about $30 -$40 a bottle, so the mark up is about double rather than the standard triple. I highly recommend getting some wine while you dine here. Not to mention that you can trust the owner to give you good recommendations.

This Italian restaurant has been open for ony 2 months, but the owners have more than 15 years experience in the restaurant business. They are professionals at work, very attentive to details to make your dining experience memorable. We shared the burrata/prociutto appetizer which was excellent. My friend had the yellow tail special, and I had the filet of flounder with polenta which was also excelent. Very generous portions.

I have been to this restaurant twice. The first time at the end of June, the food was very, very good. We had the eggplant rolatini and osso bucco, which was the special of the day. They were both very good. The osso bucco was exceptionally good, the meat was falling off the bone and the sauce was cooked to perfection. The wine list is mostly italian selections which is expected. I personally prefer California wines but the quality of the wine was acceptable. For dessert we tried the strawberry sabayon which I had better. The second visit was yesterday. We both had the specials of the day: one was Corvina with spaghetti in olive oil with garlic, it was good but the fish was overlooked. The second was tortellini filled with ricotta cheese and porcini mushrooms, they were hard, undercooked, with a very thick sauce, too much flour. The parmagan cheese tasted like it was from a jar, far from fresh.Tried the tiramisu for dessert which was very dry.

I came to this restaurant on a date with my boyfriend. It had been highly recommended to us but we didn't know what to expect. The place was a small whole in the wall but as soon as you walk in you fall in love with its wonderful authentic feel. I couldn't figure out what to eat but I knew I wanted tortellini, so our waiter recommended a plate that had tortellini stuffed with ricotta and truffle oil. It's was absolutely delicious!!! My boyfriend ordered pasta as well, his plate had bacon pieces on it, and although he really liked his, he loved mine more. The waiter also recommended a bottle of wine for us and we loved it. All in all, wonderful little whole in the wall with AMAZING food. We loved it so much, we plan on making it a regular.

We dined here twice and everything we tried on the menu was superb! You don’t have to go to New York or Italy to have authentic Italian cuisine. Anything is possible here, from music to special requests. The owner JC goes out his way to make his guests happy. I can’t think of another restaurant that has this type of food and service and special attention from the owner. Try it once and you will become a regular.

So pleased to see a classy, pleasant place like this open in this area. I've seen a few other reviewers say it and absolutely agree so I'll repeat --- don't let the entrance fool you! It's in a nondescript strip mall along Sunset. But treat yourself and step inside! The place is rather small, perhaps 10 tables inside, and it was certainly full when we went. However, the staff was excellent about getting us in despite being busy, and also showed pride and thoroughness in attending to us. I had the skirt steak, my wife had the black ravioli (special). Both were nicely prepared and presented, and were certainly enjoyable meals. The price range is such that it'd suffice as a "nice night out"... not "get a second mortgage" but also not "20 tacos for $1.00" where you wonder about the quality of the food. It's a shame they seem to be unable to physically expand --- the manager shared with us in chatting that the store next door has been there for more than 20 years. Because of the size (and the growing popularity!) you might have to wait if you come at the busiest time. But they do take reservations as well... so give it a try :)

My husband and I came here for our five year anniversary dinner. We have passed by this little restaurant several times over the past couple of years and have told ourselves we needed to try it. I called earlier in the week to make a reservation because it gets busy. The restaurant is located in a small strip mall along Sunset. There is limited parking in front of the restaurant so we parked by the Benjamin Moore paint store, which is next door. Upon entering the restaurant the owner greeted us and I told him we had a reservation for two. He asked if we could please wait outside as there were a couple tables getting ready to finish. While we waited outside, the owner brought my husband and I each a glass of prosecco and thanked us for waiting. It was very thoughtful. Upon being seated we were served water right away and two bruscettas (toasted Italian bread with cut up tomatoes in olive oil, basil and a very thin slice of parmesan cheese). As I looked through the drink menu I asked the waiter if they had any moscato by the glass and he said I have just the thing. My husband ordered a glass of pinot noir. My sparkling moscato was just what I wanted and my husband was very pleased with his wine as well. For an appetizer we ordered the Burrata con Prosciutto (thinly sliced prosciutto with sliced tomatoes and fresh mozarella) -- Amazing! The prosciutto and mozzarella melt in your mouth. For the main course, I had the Vitello alla Fiorentina (veal scaloppini topped with spinach and melted mozzarella in a Barolo wine) -- so good! My husband had one of the specials for the night, seafood lasagna -- out of this world! The waiters were so good that as soon as they saw we had finished with the appetizer they came over with our main course without skipping a beat. As for the ambiance, it is not a big restaurant. It definitely has a more intimate feeling since it is smaller. There are paintings on the walls and the background music playing was an interesting mix of 80s songs except when they played Happy Birthday for those celebrating their birthday. We ended the meal with a tiramisu. We had been looking for a good Italian restaurant close to home and we have found it here. Definitely coming back!

Don't let the location fool you, this is an amazing Italian restaurant with unbelievable friendly service.

An amazing place with an amazing atmosphere. Small but cozy place where you’ll find real amazing Italian food and not those “pretended” Italians in Miami. We had antipasti misto with some delicious patate arrosto. As for primi, Carlos made me a plate 1/2 gnocchi al pesto and 1/2 agnolotti alla carne, delicious like my mother makes them. My wife had penne con zucca e pancetta, sublime. For dessert we had cannoli and lava cake and my dinner was accompanied by a delicious Chianti riserva. Food is delicious, portions are quite big and Carlos, the head waiter I guess, is a great asset and whatever you ask he’ll make it happen and always tells you “everything is possible”. Also fantastic price for Miami. We’ll be back for sure.

I had passed by this restaurant many times as it is located in a very unassuming small shopping center. My boyfriend had visited several times and raved about the mushroom risotto. We went this past Friday night, it is a small restaurant so I would definitely recommend reservations. We had a delicious 3 cheese appetizer assortment, really divine. The Pinot Grigio we really enjoyed as well. The boyfriend again had the mushroom risotto which I tasted and it really was delicious. I had the linguini with white clam sauce which was the best I have ever had. Dessert, cannoli, they were ok. I am really looking forward to returning. The service was absolutely excellent. Very welcoming staff.

Went with wife and daughters. My daughters were screaming not to go as place was empty when we got there. I decided to take a risk. I like mom and pop places. Great decision. Staff all italian. We had the fried calamari, good. I ordered some sautéed mushrooms, excellent. I had the fresh pasta filled with short rib, amazing. One daughter had the risotto di mare very good. Wife had pear filled tortolinis in a cream sauce, excellent, other girl had linguini with meat sauce. Overall, excellent experience. The girls want to go back every Sunday after church. By the time we left, four other families had arrived. We need to support small family businesses like these.

A coworker told me about this little gem of a restaurant tucked into the end of a small strip mall on Sunset Drive. We made a reservation and arrived early - we were seated right away. The staff and service was top notch. They were casual yet on point. Great and affordable wine list and recommendations from the owner were greatly appreciated. We arrived at 7:35 and were promptly seated. The restaurant is small with about 15 tables. There is no bar and the restaurant has only wine and beer. The bruschetta that arrived at the table when we were seated was very tasty - a great way to start our evening. We ordered a nice bottle of Sangiovese and ordered the antipasto misto. The antipasto was good, not great. We ordered two special entrees for dinner, the lamb chops and the shrimp and porcini mushroom pasta. Dinner was very good! Make a reservation for this restaurant to ensure you get a table.

Osteria is a reasonably priced restaurant with a nice wine list for a neighborhood restaurant. The decor is plain and simple and the food is straightforward withe some nice touches. The pastas are first rate. The emphasis is very much on Northern Italian cooking.

It is always a challenge to go to a new place and be satisfied. And here it is a great place with a lot t offer and combination of a place where if you go more than once people remember you and remember what you like. My wife took me there and told me I would enjoy and I did. I took the polipo ( a favorite of mine but difficult to find in Miami) it was great. Then the fish mixed grill , again a winner. My wife took the escargots with polenta also very good. Then she took the special of the day a snapper filet with artichoke sauce over champagne risotto and there also nothing to complain about. The service is done I guess by the owner, an iItalian high in colors (just listen to him and learn what service is). The menu is clear and not overwhelming, the choice of wine too. Some people were bringing there own wine so I guess the cork fee is reasonable. Food very good, service excellent. The place is small so come early or reserve. We were there on a tuesday evening and it filled up in half an hour. The strawberry sabayon we had for dessert was also very good. No remarks to mentioned, a place I will be back to. I might have liked a predefined menu a good alternative ( but this is my european side).

It is perhaps a very small place, but it has inside an extraordinary creativity in its kitchen and an excellent customer service, the closest to the perfection, that I have known.

This is a hidden gem. Great place for a special occasion. It is recommended that you make reservations since it is a small restaurant and does get packed. Great as a date night, birthday, anniversary...or just to eat great food. The food and service is amazing. The specials are to die for. My favorite dish is: Paglia e Fieno ai Funghi . You will not be disappointed. Also, they are closed on Mondays.

Fantastic authentic Italian food, service and ambiance. Excellent value for money. We visited yesterday and had the specials lunch, two courses for $12.95!!! Lovely staff, very friendly and personable. Even remembered us from several months ago when we were visiting Miami. We travel extensively and love to have good food, found this restaurant last time we were in Miami after checking on ratings etc., it was worth the drive from Dadeland then, when we had dinner. Wine recommendations are worth trying, excellent choice both times.

If you ever been to Italy specially in the Piemonte area you know this is an Authentic cuisine. They have it all, the Food, the Service, and the Ambiance, owner take much pride on all three, as others have said this is a neighborhood gem. The Ossobuco (not available all the time) and the risotto are excellent not to take anything away from the gnocchi with pesto. Staff was friendly, helpful making you really feel welcome. Make reservations because it does fill up quickly. Outstanding in Book! *****

Excellent service & outstanding food. Doesn't look like much from the outside, but the moment you walk inside be prepared for an outstanding experience. We don't live that close to this restaurant but we try to dine there at least once a month and definitely when we want to impress guest.

I have been planning to dine at this restaurant ever since I discovered it. Looking at the reviews I thought this was a "little gem" worth waiting for the right time. We, we were all disappointed (I had sold it as a best kept secret) Atmosphere: semi-casual and overall friendly but music was extremely loud. I think music adds to the experience but when you cannot hear what the person in front is saying, that's a problem. BTW the music was techno hip hop or something along those lines. Service: Friendly and attentive but a bit confusing (there were four different people helping us). By 9:30 in the evening I expect the waiter to be able to remember the night's specials. Food: it was ok. Definitely not what I had expected. Nothing to blow your mind. Good and simple food. The wine list was not extensive but the selection was prettt good. Starting around $28/bottle Price: Reasonable, but the food doesn't demand much higher. My disappointment perhaps was because I let my expectations grow too high. I will give OVP another chance now with an understanding of what they offer. I hope then I'll be able to submit a more favorable review.

Everything was perfect. The food is delicious and there's a great choice in the menu. The service is also amazing, Italian typical. I highly recommend it.

I stopped here based on the reviews and to check out the menu in person. We were greeted by a warm and charismatic hostess... so we decided to take seat. The meals were very tasty, authentic Italian cuisine. Service provided by our waiter was professional and we felt at home.

We had lamb shops that were excellent. Fetuchini di mare which had sea food. Only negative was the fact that people were waiting outside and we felt we were being rushed. They brought us the check without asking for it.

The wife and I visited this place last week, it is a small place and not easy to find. I am glad we did though, the owner is awesome and makes all the difference in the world, he greets everyone and also walks everyone out. She loved the linguine vongole, desserts were very good as well

First time ever at Osteria-Vecchio-Piemonte. Did not want to leave! The ambiance is family yet romantic. The service is everything! It is so enjoyable to go to a restaurant where the owners know their craft! The food was so good. My friend enjoyed the meat lasagna, the Risotto de palma and I love the fish special. Dessert was heavenly lemon cake and Nutella cake plus the delicious mini birthday cannoli . The prosecco flowed and was complementary. A big thank you to our server J. C. Who made the night magical with his excellent service.

Very nice atmosphere, excellent service and price is right. Employees always with a smile. I had a good pasta Fetuccini Carbonara, and when I was waiting, I was serve a complimentary glass of red wine. Will always return.

A great Italian restaurant located on sunset Drive and SW 107 Ave, Miami, FL. They serve lunch and dinner. It is best to make reservation as it is a small restaurant and is very crowded specially during weekend. For dinner reservation, call after 3:00 PM or leave them a message and they will return your call. Great Italian food and every night they offer specials. I have been there many times and every time I go there Iilove the food, wine, and desert. Prices are reasonable for the quality of food and services you receive. I was there a couple weeks ago and ordered the osso buco, the best I have ever tasted at a restaurant locally. I highly recommend this restaurant.

I just turned 57 last month. I have been fortunate enough to have lived in several different countries and traveled to many others and dining out and eating well has always been one of my favorite things to do wherever I go. Good experiences, bad experiences and mediocre ones are par for the course. However, none of my many experiences can compare to what happened at this restaurant. The experience of being scammed. From the owner/Chef'/Host's (I never knew who this guy was)fake Italian accent to the flank steak being sold as short rib to the Publix grated Parmesan cheese the whole evening was exactly that: fake. My "paste fresche" which was the homemade ravioli filled with pumpkin, ricotta and amoretti cookies in a butter sage which had absolutely nothing fresh about it. In fact, it was hard and overcooked maybe put a little too long to warm up (pictures to follow). My friend was so upset about the "short rib " dish she actually told the host/owner/chef about it something she NEVER likes to do. She asked to speak to the chef, but he said he was a chef which surprise me because I didn't know how he can switch from the kitchen to host role so quickly, definitely a superpower. Apparently he did not take the complaint very well because he was visibly upset. He offered to exchange it for something else and it was a couple of weeks ago, so I honestly don't remember what she ordered. I just remember it had risotto in it which tasted like rice pudding. Although I did not like my dish at all I did not want to keep rocking the boat because I wanted to enjoy my evening out with my friend. However, the host/owner/chef never acknowledged the comment. When my friend asked for fresh Parmesan cheese, the Cuban lady who called us Mamita when she bought us both plates and asked me to hand one to my friend said they did not have any fresh Parmesan cheese however the owner/host/chef did bring some out. So I guess they had it after all. We just had to ask the right person. While my friend waited for her dish the the owner/host/chef said he was going to give us a free bottle of wine which we did not really want but went along with again to make the evening pleasant. When my friend's second dish was also mediocre, I began to get upset and it started to really irk me that he kept pouring more and more wine into our glasses not only was he pouring the wine continuously, but he was resting the tip of the bottle onto our glasses, which really annoyed me for some reason I don't know if it was that in combination with his fake Italian accent and his bad attitude, but that was really getting on my nerves. When he kept pouring the wine which I did not want any more of, I gently lifted the bottle that he kept resting onto the side of our glasses and told him that he should not rest the bottle of wine onto the glass. Well, I guess that was about as much as the owner/host/chef could stand from us and he asked us to leave. Shocked, as I have never been asked to leave from any restaurant in all my many years I asked him if he was asking us to leave, to which he replied yes and you don't have to pay. I replied that I didn't mind paying explaining that it was not about that. He didn't want to hear it and he said please leave now. After having drank so much wine, I was feeling a little giddy and for some reason that made me laugh. I think I was in shock. While all this is happening, the restaurant was so packed that some people were waiting in line outside. I don't know if it's just me but is this what Miami has become? 305Fake ? Even in a neighborhood restaurant, not South Beach or Brickell Is this the best we can do? I believe we can do better and deserve better. We work hard for our money and the prices that we are already paying in Miami are outrageous enough, so my recommendation is stay as far away from this place and the host/owner/chef or whoever he is. Save your money and go somewhere else for a real experience...good luck with that!

What started out as just a shot in the dark turned out to be a fantastic dinner. We wanted Spanish food but decided to go to this little hole in the wall restaurant in the area. What a surprise! The service was great, JC was there and actually made a special dish just for my wife which was veal scaloppini (Saltimbocca alla Romana) with fresh home made fettuccine Alfredo), and I had the daily special (Covina on a bed of risotto) and they were great. When I asked for a suggestion for appetizer and the grilled octopus (Polipo Alla Griglia) was offered and it did not disappoint. We had a nice bottle of Piedmont wine which was decanted and again it felt like I was in high end eatery in the Gables. Dessert was three mini cannoli that stated fantastic. This is truly a gem for the Kendall area and people need to make sure that this place stays open. Oh by the way our bill was $110 for all that food!

The place is cozy and intimate, and from the minute you arrive, you immediately feel acknowledged and under care. the service is both professional and friendly, and after your first interaction with the waiter, it feels like you have previously been there, and you are now part of their family, for I have been treated like family by Uriel, who genuinely represents the excellency of customer service. the food, from the appetizer to the main plate (including the wine) was delicious, had a balance between gourmet and home-made, not often find in restaurants. I am now a regular customer, that is for sure!

To start this review off, I highly recommend the place!!! My husband and I are obsessed with anything pertaining to the Piemonte region of Italy. We had a dinner date with a couple we hadn't seen in a while so I googled restaurants in the area. We were shocked when this restaurant popped up first! We immediately reserved a table for the evening. We got there and had a bottle of Barolo (of course!) and very reasonably priced. We've been to Barolo many times and know that to get decent Barolo imported is very expensive. At the end of the night, they brought us Moscato on the house! We also had canolli for desert, but I'm not a fan of those so my husband ate mine. :) The service was awesome, and the food was amazing. For appetizers, we had the burrata, carpaccio, and the Gorgonzola and anchovy over bread. So good! For dinner, I ate the gnocchi with a cream sauce that was to die for, my friend had a sweet pumpkin ravioli, and my husband had some delicious shrimp and fungi fettuccine. My friends fiancé had a delicious strawberry salmon dish. I believe that everything was from the specials of the night.

My wife and I driven by this restaurant on several occasions and was always full. We finally decided to make a reservation and try it out. I have to say it was a great experience. The staff and owner were not only friendly, but made sure we were taken cared of throughout the meal. The appetizer(cheese sampler) and main entree( ravioli stuffed with lobster and crab) was amazing. This restaurant is small about 10 tables, so highly recommend reservations. This place is not on the Beach or the Gables, but worth driving to, not to far from South Miami. This is a hidden Italian gem highly recommend it. Enjoy

My wife found this restaurant driving home one day. We decided to have dinner on our date night one day back in September and have been going there ever since. It is in the corner of a small shopping center. It is a small yet cozy place with great service and great food. The entire staff is extremely attentive and very welcoming. In the 3 months we have been having dinner at this restaurant not once have we ordered from their menu, their special of the day is too good to pass on. The food is exquisite and I would definitely recommend it to anyone looking for a delicious, authentic Italian restaurant.

On a whim, we decided to take our party of 8 to Osteria Vecchio Piemonte. In Miami, on a Friday night, that is beyond risky without a reservation, but what is the worst that could happen? When we arrived, we were greeted by a very attentive staff who was more than willing to adjust some tables to give our party some seats. It was a small, cozy, but wonderful restaurant. What really shone immediately was the customer service. Wow! They were so attentive, quickly brought us water, recommended a wine, and spoiled us with some complimentary Bruschetta. The food was spectacular! I am a critic of Gnocchi, having grown up on some spectacular homemade Gnocchi, but this one was quite good. The pesto was thick, hearty, but not overwhelming. Don't forget, once the Gnocchi is done, use all your bread to eat the rest of the sauce! No pesto left behind! Everyone in my party was very satisfied with their meal, as well as their after dinner Cappuccino. I could see this as a wonderful date spot as well, given the intimate nature of the seating arrangements. If you are in the mood for good italian food, with a great ambiance, head over to Osteria Vecchio Piemonte!

Don't let the unassuming location fool you, this place is utterly super! Delicious and fairly priced lunch specials served by a very cordial staff who were very attentive to my needs.

Look no further: this is the best Italian you will find in the area. Littel family owned place that serves food with a sublime taste!

We just happened to stumble on this little gem of a restaurant in an unassuming location n a small strip mall. This is the real thing! Food and service absolutely amazing. Can't wait to return.

Like eating at an Italian relative's house. Small & cozy...staff makes you feel right at home. My mom had the Vegetable/Celery Soup & Homemade Lasagna, she loved it! I had the Saltimbocca a La Romana, very tender and delicious. The wife ordered the Spinach stuffed Ravioli, I had what she could not finish- and it was very tasty. The 3-man wait staff were very busy but always managed to come by the table and make sure we were well taken care of, the place is simply awesome. Make reservations if you want to sit right away because the place is small and they are making a name for themselves the secret will be out soon. The menu's a la carte but prices are reasonable, we left very satisfied that we found this place! We will be back!

The food is amazing, from the presentation, to the portion, to the taste. Service from all the employees was unexpected, everyone is so friendly and at your service to any need at any point. This is exactly what you expect from a restaurant. The restrooms are very clean, also very important. A gem in an unexpected small shopping center, but will come out very pleased you came and tried. We will be back!!! :)

Regular visited, sidelined with having to deal with extensive back surgery, it has been almost a year since we visited last. How nice to enter, be greeted, and upon ordering, offered wine suggestions based upon our remembered favorites! OVP is nestled in a small strip mall, a location not in keeping with its excellent cuisine and service. One advantage. the location is on Snapper Creek Canal and extremely accessible from all areas of the mainland and beaches. I have attached two pictures of their menu(items described therein). Reservations are suggested SA & SU, but we were there on a Wednesday. Still, the restaurant was 3/4 full! About 1/2 the guests were speaking Italian, a tell, yes? We started with antipasti (Carprese Invernale) and then salad (Insalata Vecchio Piemonte), both shared. Excellent choice, a departure from our regular octopus and Carpaccio Invernale. My wife had Veal Saltimbocca, I ordered Penne Zucca e Pancetta. Both competed for our favorites: Lasagna di Carne and Griglaiata Mista di Pesce. All in all and as expected, a great meal. Add to that a 30% discount on our wine, an anniversary gift, and what else but a 5 star review

We were a party of 4 that decided to eat at this restaurant for lunch. The atmosphere was calm and we were immediately attended to. The service throughout the meal was amazing. The meal was so tasteful. I had the Mahi Mahi special of the day with a side of pasta and a soup. The soup was great. The Mahi Mahi was exquisite. I highly recommend this restaurant.

Food is excellent. Excellent service, friendly. Good daily specials. Good variety of dishes. Highly recommended.

Small and chic. Atmosphere is very Italian. Reserved, simple but elegant enough with very friendly and helpful staff. Excellent wine and recommendation from enthusiastic server. Appetizer of salmon carpaccio was fresh and different with thinly sliced apples. The dishes like the special: chestnut pasta with shrimp was creamy with a wonderful mild nutty flavor. Looking forward to another evening to try the more traditional dishes. The desserts were homemade and excellent!! Limoncello cake!! Go and enjoy.

Excellent service and the food was great. I had the beanzino and we also had the seafood lasagna. Can not recommend this restaurant more!!

It is one thing to have good reviews online but yet another to live up to them. A visit to this little gem was a revelation. Not all good restaurants are in Midtown or South Beach. When approaching the shopping center where this restaurant is found, the passengers in the car were asking if we were going to buy paints (there is a paint store adjacent to it). The jokes persisted until going in. A waiter quickly approached and confirmed our reservations. It is a small room, and two tables were put together in order to accommodate our party of five. In rapid sequence, we had put in our sparkling and still water orders, and were being tantalized with a piccolo morso consisting of a small toast, tomatoes and thin slice of cheese, a small bruschetta. This small bite did the trick in convincing all that we were in for a treat. Having come prepared with three bottles of Barolo wine, the decanter made a quick appearance, and our orders were being taken. This being a Piemonte region restaurant, we began the meal with two full portions of pasta with mushroom and truffles (Paglia E Fienoai Funghi) as an appetizer. What a wonderful rendition this was. Our reservation regarding having ordered too much, was dispelled as we fought for the last morsels on the plates. The second plates of three different risotti (seafood, champagne and mushroom), saltimbocca alla Romana and the trout special, were also spectacular even if less memorable by comparison. By the time the desserts came around, we were all completely happy with our choice and vowed to return. The chocolate mousse, tiramisu, and strawberries in zabaglione were heads and shoulders above the norm. The waiters were attentive, courteous, and personable. Even though the tiny dining room was packed, the food came out of the kitchen quite rapidly and efficiently. Another example that you can't judge a book by its cover. The only negative is that after being treated so well and eating so good, your group may want to linger in the restaurant, but in consideration to others waiting for your table, the long goodbye is difficult to pull off. I would have stayed and had a grappa and another espresso. All this and fair pricing make this place one to cherish and hope that not too many people crowd it even further. For disclosure purposes, there is a $25.00 per bottle corking fee.

Our first visit to Osteria Vecchio Piemonte, but not our last. Located in a strip mall where parking was a bit tight, you enter a small restaurant where space is at a premium. We had reservations and were promptly seated at a table for two in the center of the restaurant near the door. The tabletop is somewhat small and we kept moving things around to accommodate the plates. Service was exceptional. However, given the size of the place, it seemed a bit "busy" with all the servers moving around the tables. That having been said, the servers work together to serve, clear tables and provide a wonderful dining experience. We ordered a Malbec and started with the Antipasto Misto - which was large enough to be a meal by itself. This was followed by the delicious sogliola al profumi and risotto frutti de mare. During our visit on a Saturday night, there was not one table open. It seemed everyone that walked in was known to the staff with hardy handshakes and hugs. Reservations are a must! We finished off the evening with a slice of torta de limincello! Delicious. When we left, the wait staff made a point to shake hands and thank us for our visit. A rare and wonderful experience in Miami.

My husband and I found this place accidentally while looking on trip advisor for something else. We have lived nearby for years and had no idea we were living next to this gem! We always have the antipasto misti. I love the salmon carpaccio when they have it and I don’t even like salmon! We always choose something they serve for the dinner special. The food is always delicious especially when paired with a wonderful Barolo. The owner and staff are really fantastic and always make us feel so welcome.

Small Osteria is not a tavern, but a quaint 40 seat Ristorante in a strip shopping center that you would never imagine could have such quality cucina. It is owned by Corrado, who's from the Piemonte region in Northern Italy. No matter what you order, you will be delighted by the flavors and quality of food, at reasonable prices for both food and wine. .My wife loves the Octopus appetizer, I love everything. We go often

We have dined here on several occasions and still as consistent as the first we dined here. This restaurant is not in the Gables, South Miami or the Beach but worth the drive towards Kendall. The pasta are made fresh and seafood dishes are scrumptious. The service is impeccable, highly recommend. Enjoy

There are no words to describe this JEWEL! The food is out of this world, the service outstanding. You will never find another hole on the wall with such Devine food. Embrace yourself...You will return over and over. DIVINE IS MORE SUITABLE FOR THIS PLACE.

I visited this restaurant based on other reviews and they were not wrong, it's a gem! The service is very personable and attentive. The food was delicious. The wine is list has a good choice of wines and prices. The pleasant music doesn't interfere with conversation. I would definitely return .

The food was not good. Our daughter and her husband eat there twice and got sick both times. Service left a lot to be desired.

My husband and I didn't like to food, but that may be personal taste. My daughter and son-in-law where sick the morning after dinner. We will not go back. Service was good.

My roommate and I went here after having studied abroad in Italy for four months and were so happy to finally have a good Italian meal back home! The wine list is phenomenal, the gnocchi was heavenly and the staff was so friendly, it felt like being back in Italy again. Definitely worth visiting!

Our service and dinner were very nice. Both my husband and I enjoyed our dinners. I had the seafood spaghetti and my husband had the pasta special. We ended our dinner with lemon cello cake. A lovely experience.

Just go, a real Italian Restaurant, with Italian food, service, wines and ambiente. Not the usual italo stuff.

Don't be distracted by the old strip mall, this restaurant packs a punch with elegance. Staff pours on the Italian charm. Food was delicious and not over priced. great alternative to chain restaurants.

A small comfy Italian restaurant with superior attention and service. Got a free glass of Proseco and small appetizer. Food is authentic and very nicely presented. The eggplant appetizer was bland, but the risotto di mari was outstanding. The pasta with porcini mushrooms was delightful as well. Try the tarta limone with lemoncello for desert. Good selection of wines by the glass. Very friendly service.

One of the most enthusiastic serving crews I have found. They love their food and wine and love that you graced them with your presence... that's how they make you feel. Excellent risotto and my favorite dish was the gnocchi with pesto. These guys are from Piemonte, as the name suggests and their pesto is typical of northern Italy (its the lighter green due to more cheese). Wonderful place that also gives off a typical Italian restaurant feel/ambiance.

This is a review for a wonderful new Italian (Northern cuisine) in Miami's Kendall region. It resides at the end of a tiny mall, exactly where Sunset Drive intersects Snapper Creek Canal. There are a few nice Italian restaurants in Kendall. This one, as of Friday 16 May, is our favorite. Spatially cozy, well-appointed, and not loud. No Italian elevator or otherwise elevator music! We arrived at approximately 7:00, leaving at 9:00. We were one of a few couple seated. By 9:00 the restaurant was almost full with a large (10+) group waiting outside to be seated. The parking lot at the mall's end was full...a good sign of Kendall-Keeper status. (And, we met our neighbors there, by accident!) Another good sign, at least of authentic quality food was the amount of Italian being spoken between the staff/owner and guests. I started off with the octopus (polipo alla griglia) served simply with lemon and a parsely/oil mix over --- a few pieces of baked potato, the latter eagerly absorbing the flavorful oil. Wonderful! Vera had the Carpaccio Pepato: "thinly sliced raw beef crusted with crushed red pepper, arugula, shaved parmesan, sliced mushrooms, drizzled with truffle oil"). Her eyes had that certain "OMG" look at the first, and last, bite! Our wine was the evening special at $35, an Argentinian Cab (remember it's Miami..Argentina and Chile dominate the shelves!). A great choice, a great wine to accompany the meal. I had my custom linguine: oil, garlic, peas, spinach, anchovies. It's my special and was offered to me in fine form. Vera had lasagne made with fresh homemade pasta. She grew up on Long Island, hence knows good Italian lasagna. Her comment (ooops, I remember, uncharacteristically she never offered me any!)" "This is the lightest, most flavorful lasagna I have ever had. As we always do, we skipped dessert. The tab was $110, inclusive of the wine. Driving home, we both agreed: we'll be back!

We have dined here on various occasions. No doubt this is a hidden gem. If you like homemade pastas and overall great Italian food and service this is the place. The restaurant is in a suburb of Miami but worth exploring. Enjoy

Around 4 months ago we were looking for an Italian place to eat near house and that’s when we found this amazing place. Now I go at least once a month, either on date night with my wife or with friends. Besides the food being amazing, the staff is very friendly, always greets you with a smile and at all times making sure you’re being taking care of. I highly recommend eating the Gnocchi al Pesto Genovese and the Ravioli di Zucca Burro e Salvia. Hope this helps.

My wife and I decided to have dinner here on Monday night. We have dined here in the past on various occasions. If you want to go to a non hyped(South Beach,Brickell) restaurant that’s in a non pretentious part of town but well worth it this is it. This Northern Italian restaurant is worth the drive out here. The service here is excellent and the food is absolutely scrumptious. The burrata with prosciutto was on point. The split pea soup was also delicious. As for the papardelle pasta with mushrooms and seafood linguine were an explosion of flavors. If you want to go where there is excellent food but without the fictitious hype this is the place. Happy Dining

Don,t go to lunch on a Monday because sometimes you may be served what was left of the Sunday menu, but usually the food is very good and well presented, served by Juan Carlos which I presume is one of the owners, he is a pleasent person willing to explain any inquiry about their menu. Wines are good and available by the glass, but do not take your own bottle because the corkage fee is outragious ($25.00)

We came based on TA reviews. The lunch specials included bread and salad or soup with the entree. The chicken breast came with a butter wine sauce and some argula with garlic pasta. The dolphin was also in a light butter wine sauce with pasta. Some vegetables would have been a nice touch. We were initially served bread with tomato and basil garnish. The lunches were $12 each. Service was excellent. Would return.
Nice experience !!!!
Overall very good experience !!! Let's start with service and attention, Excellent! The staff did almost everything to let everybody feel the most important person in the restaurant. Wide selection of wines at moderate prices. Very good options for appetizers, entrees and main courses. Recommend Penne Vodka. Tiramisu as dessert was great.
