A culinary adventure In a casual setting.

By Docsmartie |

Have the opportunity to dine at Other Mama with a group of friends Who had been to the restaurant previously. It’s off the beaten path but worth finding. They set up a tasting menu in a private room. First, the sake sommelier Alan was just fantastic. I learned so much about this wonderful often misunderstood drink. Truly an eye-opener. It paired well with many of the dishes. They also had innovative cocktails and a small bit well-chosen wine list. Then came the food. Chef Dan keeps it simple and amazing. The fresh fish shashimi selection was mind-boggling. Oysters served with Unagi / Sea urchin May be the greatest oyster service I have ever had. This was then followed by tuna tartare served with fresh warm waffle chips. Yum! A hot rice bowl with pork belly and a fresh egg was next. Then came delicious caviar served on brioche French toast squares. I did not want to stop. I cannot wait to go back to this incredible restaurant. Do yourself a favor, get off the strip and go . You will not be disappointed. Great relaxed atmosphere .

Birthday dinner

We went to Other Mama for a birthday dinner. Small and dark, the food was okay and the service was slow. The food selection not that exciting.

A great reason to leave the Strip

By Michael U |

No longer a media darling, the simple fact that nearly three years have passed since opening enough to account for such in a city where “journalist’s” paltry budgets and PR-Firm recruitment of Instagrammers guarantee a constant focus on only what is trendy or new, it was as part of a group of eight that dinner was enjoyed at Other Mama on South Durango, Dan Krohmer’s little-Restaurant-that-could once again proving excellent and punching well above its modestly-priced weight class. Last visited in November 2015, a difference of opinions subsequently souring opinions of Chef Krohmer before both parties apologized and moved on, it was just prior to seven o’clock on a Monday evening that guests began to fill the newly opened private dining room, Dan himself not in-house that night but that fact completely unrecognized thanks to the quality of his staff. Ordering a prix-fixe family-style tasting with Cocktails charged extra, the brighter lighting and softened soundtrack of the attractive PDR more conducive to conversation that the handcrafted main seating area or Sushi Bar less than twenty feet away, it was after greetings from Chefs and servers that the meal began with Cocktails including the fiery yet herbal Geraldine, two trays of fresh Oysters plus a quartet of housemade Sauces a challenge to first timers but fresh and pristine as ever with the combination of plump Plymouths and Rosemary Mignonette particularly compelling alongside the Drink. Finishing the $12 Cocktail far too quickly but abstaining from another on a work night, others around praising both Wine and the Billie Joe, it was with trays of Ice collected that a duo of jars were next served along with housemade Waffle Fries and crispy Potato slices, the Tuna Tartare silky smooth with a hint of spice mellowed by Avocado while the marinated Octopus, Shrimp and Fish was tender, snappy and accessible even for those who’d never tasted the Cephalopod before. Dining with an atypical crowd, the meal’s business focus bringing together representatives from a variety of backgrounds and experience levels, it was next that two large trays of Sashimi were presented creating an interesting dynamic, those familiar quickly divvying up Uni and Giant Clam while the uninitiated took small bites with mixed emotions before returning to more frequently seen Fish such as Tuna, Salmon and particularly good Ocean Trout. Moving next to four Fried items, the Deviled Eggs impregnated with a crispy Oyster and Foie Gras infused Rockefeller both looked at with a leery eye before receiving high praise from those who’d first experienced raw Oysters just moments prior, suffice it to say that Other Mama’s virtually oilless Hush Puppies remain a crowd pleaser while the blistered Shishito Peppers were seeded and sweated to make them mild and beautiful atop chopped Cauliflower and Pistachios. Easily one of Sin City’s best dollar-for-dollar deals on any given day, and all the moreso in the setting of group dining, it was with some already suggesting that they were full that four additional pairs of plates arrived, the butterflied Shrimp simple and pure amidst Potatoes and Garlic Butter while breaded Rings of Squid and Buttermilk-fried Lobster competed for the spotlight with a seasonal plate of colorful Carrots given added texture from Cous Cous plus sweet heat by way of Cashew Chili Sauce. Not about to leave guests anything less than sated and stunned, one diner at this point calling it a night, it was with seven remaining that grilled Sea Bass was joined by two servings of Krohmer’s outstanding ‘Steak Frites’ plus housemade Kim Chi Fried Rice, though the most impressive entrée was unexpectedly the organic Jidori Chicken that looked south instead of towards Japan by way of a bold Pumpkin Seed Sauce that compared favorably to those seen in Mexico City this past March. Unable to leave without Dessert, a request for Other Mama’s signature Miso Honey Ice Cream seeing two sizable balls presented with seven spoons and a story from the server about patrons trying to order the creamy concoction by the half gallon, it was with smiles on all faces that the night ended with a little more talk and broad acknowledgement of a very successful meal served at a Restaurant that continues to earn every ounce of praise it gets.

Most Memorable Sushi

By Linda B |

I don't have enough words to describe the level of nuanced offerings here. Simply extraordinary. Every single item was divine and paired beautifully with the sake the chef recommended. He was warm and a delight to meet. It was an honor to partake of this memorable meal. The carpaccio still lingers on my mind... Reserve in advance - you can thank me later. (Was so smitten with the food we forgot to take pix!!)

Greatest neighborhood restaurant for raw food

By Martin L |

Finally found this place. Well hidden behind the Brewski pub across from Desert Breeze Park. There is nothing on the menu that I would not order and enjoy. You just have to come back and try it all. The Beef Carpaccio with parmesan nori chips was one of my favorites, The Oyster Rockefeller with Foie Grass was super yummy. Great place for oysters. Great beer selection and craft drinks. Will come back many times for sure.

Excellent food where the locals come to eat!

By Diane G |

So happy that we stumbled upon this restaurant. Everything was amazingly fresh. Super great happy hour with wonderful drinks and appetizers are low prices. The house Pinot Noir was great and very reasonable. The Calamari was the best I have ever had. The sauce was part Hollandaise and was delicious. We were well taken care of by our wonderful waitress, Amber and the manager checked in with us always making sure that we were enjoying the food. It is an open kitchen and we could see that it was immaculately clean. We didn't try the oysters or sushi but we could see that it was totally fresh. We came back the next night and had just as wonderful an experience. This is not on the strip but we had a car and it was only a few minutes drive. It is a "not to miss restaurant" in Vegas!

Best Steak I’ve ever eaten, besides my own...

By ShanaWheat |

I found this spot last minute, called at 5 to make a reservation for 7:30 but was told earliest I could get in was 9:30. We decided the reviews were good enough that we would wait so we kept the reservation. OMG!!! So glad we did. This hidden gem was hands down one of the best places I’ve ever enjoyed a meal. We had spicy salmon tartar with waffle fries, fried lobster, the NY strip and an special Kobe steak...all of it was AMAZING!!!!! The servers were obviously exhausted from an unexpectedly busy evening, but we had an enjoyable time, including a visit from the GM and my husband got their recipe for the hollandaise sauce we both loved.

Excellent

By Carol K |

Fantastic food, fantastic service, fantastic vibe, and an overall fantastic meal! Worth every bit spent! Gotta try the french toast & caviar!

Amazing Service and Fresh Seafood

By mwilliams505 |

This place is cute with a wide variety of fresh options. The service was excellent. We enjoyed the happy hour specials. The octopus cerviche was very fresh and perfectly seasoned. It came with delicious, house made sweet potato chips. We also enjoyed the amberjack crudo with thin slices of tasty fish and a delicious salsa. The deviled eggs with oysters were also very good, the oysters were lightly battered and fried. The grilled octopus with tomato confit was the best I have ever had. Very fresh and thoughtful ingredients combined with exemplary service make this a real treat!

Other Mama serves up out-of-this world food

By Sally Stegeman F |

While researching off-the-beaten path restaurant destinations in Vegas, I came across an article in Forbes entitled, "Best Las Vegas Restaurants. 25 Secret Spots Where the Locals Eat". This is how we learned about Other Mama, a (primarily) seafood restaurant located in basically a strip mall about 5+ miles off the tourist trap area. It was our first restaurant destination and hands-down our favorite in terms of food, atmosphere, and service. To say that we loved this place would be a gross understatement. Right up our alley: cool and casual interior, super personable staff, and one-of-a-kind food. We sat barside where Brian provided us with craft cocktails and great conversation and Dillon made perfect food recommendations. We ordered and shared items both off the regular menu and off the daily chalkboard menu. Started with a combination of east and west coast oysters, followed that with spicy tuna tartare with waffle fries, then amberjack crudo with ponzu salsa, and then mixed in some sauteed shishito peppers with cauliflower and pistachio. Just when we thought our starters couldn't be topped, then arrived the coup de grace: the incredible caviar french toast followed by the grilled pork belly with charred cabbage and onion vinaigrette. Not one dinger on the menu. We're from Chicago and this place rivals any of the small independent restaurants like those in Humbolt Park and elsewhere. Don't leave Vegas without hitting Other Mama.

Great Restaurant in SW LAs Vegas

By Stuart S |

I love this restaurant, it is fast becoming one of our go to regular haunts. The food selection is a cross between tapas, and seafood. With eclectic dishes like caviar french toast. Great service and fair pricing as well. Highly recommend trying Other Mama, make a reservation as the place is small and fills up quickly.

Other Mama happy hour

By SK1956 |

Arrived right at 5pm for happy hour. Place filled up quickly for a Wednesday night. Sat at the bar/ sushi bar to view the fresh fish and skills of sushi dude and bartender. All the staff was super friendly, easy going, and kept an eye on drinks and food. Location is way off the strip, so plan accordingly. Worth the visit.

Over priced mediocre food at Other Mama

By Chcvan |

We had a dinner and order among many dishes ribs, sashimi, chicken nuggets, sushi rolls. The ribs were very fatty, tough, with very little meat on the bone. Sashimi pieces were very thin and so-so in terms of freshness or taste. The chicken and rolls were again pretty mediocre and small in portion. In addtion to food, the restaurant did not have good decore or ambiance. Perhaps with inflation and high prices of food I was expecting too much at about $55/peraon. I would not drive 20-30 min from the Las Vegas strip to eat at Other Mama. The service was fine, however.

4 nights in Vegas, dinner here 3 x

By Mark S |

You cannot go wrong with Other Mama. Reasonable prices, amazing food, and service with a smile. Deviled eggs with deep fried oysters are a must, and their sashimi platters are second to none. 20 min drive off strip and totally worth it - a gem of Las Vegas hidden in a strip mall.

Removed from the strip is a nice local joint

By BondVagaBond007 |

The service was great. We could not ask for a better server - she was on her game! Their signature dishes are various kinds of oysters and seafood. Almost everything we had was great. The only exception being the octopus which was overcooked, but other than that the dishes were tasty. The portions are rather small, so plan accordingly.

Off strip and scrumptious

By SrGrammyLinda |

We were referred here by the server at another unique and tasty spot in Vegas. This is a small restaurant in a strip mall setting but the seafood is first class. We were seated at a little corner table and treated like royalty by our server, Allen. He took his time explaining the fresh specials of the day and his recommendations sounded so good we actually ended up letting him make our selections for us. There is an extensive regular menu. They also list their daily oyster and other catch meals on a chalkboard. We started with the Rhode Island Calamari with pickled vegetables. We thoroughly enjoyed this but the Spicy Tuna Tartare which he brought for our second round was utterly scrumptious! Our last item was the Grille Octopus. I can easily say that if you love seafood and enjoy a less pretentious atmosphere than in many strip seafood locations, give Other Mamas a try. Also, ask your server to explain how the restaurant got it's name as well as the history and philosophy of the chef/owner!

spectacular

By Will O |

Not much to say but freaking WOW!! EVERYTHING was on point. Service, food.....everything. Cant say enough about the freshness of the food ...Sashimi. The Amberjack Crudo was EXCELLENT. Its about 9 miles off the strip but well worth the effort to go if you have a car.

Still going strong

By Michael U |

Last visited before the pandemic Other Mama continues to turn out Food and Cocktails than outpace the price point, a decade in business recently celebrated by Dan Krohmer attesting to the Restaurant’s staying power as other concepts have came and went. Still hidden behind an auto shop, expansion to the space next door doubling Other Mama’s footprint beyond the PDR, it was as a party of three that a la carte Dinner was enjoyed in the bar room while NHL hockey played on TV. Recently adding daily Happy Hour, bargain pricing for Food and Drinks including long-time favorites from 4pm until 6pm, classic Cocktails like the Aviation clock-in at just a little more than half Casino pricing while Appetizers such as Spicy Tuna on Crispy Rice and Sin City’s best Octopus Balls are $16 and $17, respectively. Still impressing with Fried Chicken, though Caviar French Toast for $39 is a dubious choice considering the low-quality Roe and tiny portion, Tuna Tartare and Nigiri both hit the mark in terms of Ingredients and assemblage. Adding an Otoro Hand Roll, Uni and Sweet Shrimp before Dessert, Krohmer’s Miso Honey Ice Cream still one of Vegas’ most delicious scoops, both Key Lime Pie as well as a Chocolate Brownie Sundae are executed as expected and not to be missed.

GREAT SASHIMI AT OTHER MAMA

By Judy Y |

Being from Hawaii, we always have very good sashimi and nigiri sushi. But, the raw fish that Shinsan, the sushi chef gets is really great. Then, the oysters on the half shell was so fresh and delicious. The managing partner, Allen is so friendly and professional, as is the other staffers, Lucy and Caleb. They do have cooked food also, check the website.

Love it!!!

By li_walk |

Cute little gem! Cocktails were 10/10, food was excellent, service was fun and attentive (thank you, Bri!), and the music just took the cake! We are so glad we found Other Mama and will definitely make it a regular spot!

Freshest, most creative food

By Betsy K |

There is amazing fish and so much more! The fish is the freshest from around the world and done with such creativity. The rib-eye with miso hollandaise is just amazing. Don't miss the unique cocktails!

Interesting Sushi/Japanese restaurant with a bit of Latin flair

By hoonieskang |

Interesting sushi/Japanese restaurant that has a bit of Latin flair to it. Not a typical sushi restaurant as they do not offer a variety of Nigiri sushi you can order off a big list. Think more dinner combinations. I had the nigiri combination and the RBC seafood hot pot. The sushi was pretty good but the size of the fish on top of the rice is on the smaller side. The seafood hot pot was also okay, but the broth was a bit bitter to enjoy as a soup. The service was very good. Based on the how many other good restaurants there are in Vegas now (both on and off the strip), I would not plan on coming back here but would not be opposed if others wanted to do so.

What an amazing local spot!

By Hillary l |

Took my husband for his birthday dinner after it was highly recommended to me by some co workers. The food was absolutely mind blowing amazing! The atmosphere was really cool and the staff were all very friendly and knowledgeable about the menu. Our server (forgot her name) shared a few of her favorites with us and she was right on the money! The calamari was the best I have ever had. The drinks were superb too! I can't wait to go in for happy hour one of these days!

Fresh sushi, great food!

By 82frankie |

I've been wanting to try this place since it opened. I'll definitely return! We went during Happy Hour (5-6pm) & sampled a variety of appetizers. My fav was the blue crab, jalapeño balls. Crab was delicious! Service is great! Friendly, knowledgeable & responsive. Small, but inviting atmosphere.

Out of the Way -- But Worth It

By Scott95401 |

This was a very unique experience. We met some friends from town, and they picked the spot. It's located in an unassuming strip mall, about a 20 minute drive west from the Strip, The inside isn't much to look at -- almost resembling a beachfront restaurant in the Caribbean. But the main attraction of a restaurant is the food -- and the food is great. The vast majority of the apps and entrees are Japanese style. I had the salmon sashimi and broiled garlic shrimp (both were daily specials). My wife had vegetable tempura and a hot pot, which was basically seafood soup with the Pabst Blue Ribbon beer broth. I loved my food (and some of hers) - she wasn't as excited, but normally she's not a fan of Japanese cuisine. The service was excellent -- very friendly, informative, and understanding waitstaff, and food was served very quickly. The cost seemed reasonable. There are many places to eat in Vegas, so it's difficult to call this a must experience, but if you like Japanese, it's worth the drive.

Very small place in a strip mall that is good as any five star on the strip

By Debbie A |

I suggest making a reservation. This place is is only open one year and everyone is finding out about it. The french toast caviar was scrumptious and not too pricey. The deluxe sashimi platter had uni and mackerel and many more delicious fresh fishes. The service was great. The hand rolls were the bomb. I had a crab stuffed crab roll that had excellent flavor and texture.

Delish

By Jrodkess |

Found this place on yelp and food, service, and atmosphere were A++++. Highly recommend whether you’re a local or a tourist :)

Pleasant surprise for a business meeting

By AJ M |

This is a comfortable local spot and we love the food. Especially when Belgian beer is on tap! I suggested this place for a meeting. The guy I invited hadn't been off the strip and was worried when he saw the location. He absolutely loved it. The local, eclectic vive, the scene, everything. And I didn't have to leave my neighborhood! Total win.

Unique dishes - fresh and loaded with flavor

By DrEmT |

We visited friends nearby who treated us to dinner at Other Mama. It was the best Asian food we every had. Very very unique and flavorful. Ordered the fish carpacio a 2nd time as the first dish was so good. In all the 4 of us ate 11 different dishes -- each was outstanding.

Utterly Fantastic

By Victoria H |

The food was unbelievably good! And the service was great. The waiters are great with making suggestions. Don't miss the Key Lime pie. It's a WOW! The cocktails are all yummy! Amazing experience, and the price was very reasonable. We will be back!

Great spot off the Las Vegas

By gotchatoday28 |

If you want to experience a great value for your money this is a great restaurant. We ordered several small share plates for our table of 10. We loved it and loved the service. Not pricey it was perfect and great authentic food. Loved it!

Very nice, off-strip restaurant

By GFK88 |

We were greeted like family and treated like regulars. Very good choice of Junmai Daiginjo Sake accompanied our meal. Great uni, fresh sushi and sashimi, perfectly cut. Pork Belly is a must and so is the squid. Cocktails are awesome too.

Worth getting off the strip

By DCInsider |

Really good food from a chef who loves to cook. The tartar needed a pinch of salt. The crab hush puppies were good, but a little one note, and after 2 I didn't want any more. Deviled eggs were impeccable. We split the whole fish and it was- dare I say it?- flawless. Perfectly executed, succulent, moist, flavorful. The rosemary was wonderfully complimentary and not overpowering. The vinegary salad and sweet potatoes were a great pairing. I would eat this every day and never get tired of it. Excellent cocktails. Geraldine packs a punch, but made me ready to eat. And we did eat very, very well. After all the stupidity of the Strip restaurants it was great to be with a chef who loves his food more than his fame. Thank you.

Fit For a Foodie

By brandi d |

We decided to leave the strip for a meal & were so glad we did. This is one of the best restaurants we have been to. Doesn't look like much & located in a strip shopping mall, but the food was fabulous. We took a cab there and uber back. Uber by far the best choice for leaving the strip. Our waitress was fantastic and the house made cocktails were outstanding. A must in Vegas for us!

Forget the strip, drive here

By Alipinofw |

got sick of the restaurants in the Strip, and came here on a friend's recommendation. and oh, the food is really good. a bit confusing but really good and fresh. i'll describe it as a mix of Californian-Japanese restaurant that also serves kimchi rice, fresh oysters, and other fresh catch of the day. Menu focuses more on fresh seafood and i was told it changes periodically. the ambiance though looks more like a country-style home, so i got really confused. service was amazing. so, come for the food, not the ambiance nor whatever story that typical vegas strip restaurants will sell. i'll definitely be back.

Great spot for those "in the know"

By Hank702 |

A really great place for a date or for friends to grab interesting food, and creative cocktails. Prices are very reasonable and the location is great for explorers.

Great seafood experience!

By Cheryl H |

Read about this online and made it our first stop as we arrived. It was early so we took advantage of the great happy hour and were able to get a taste of almost everything! Wonderful variety of oysters, sashimi, shishito peppers and cauliflower and sashimi. Cute unexpected atmosphere in a strip mall with really friendly and helpful service! Definitely will return on our next visit to Las Vegas!

A Birthday Dinner to remember

By peckinpawsul |

My wife and I were in LV celebrating her 60th. We came to Other Mama based on reviews. Great choice. A varied menu with extraordinarily fresh and thoughtfully prepared dishes. Upon learning of the special occasion, we were treated to complementary Prosecco and a nice visit from the owner. We chose most dishes from the Happy Hour menu, all of which we thoroughly enjoyed but the one dish in particular we would happily have walked the seven miles from our hotel to experience again was the grilled octopus; it surpassed even what we had experienced on a recent trip to the Basque region of Northern Spain, where this is a specialty. Treat yourself and get off The Strip for the entire experience.

Absolutely wonderful!

By Lazzagear |

This was one of the best meals we had while spending two months travelling around the western USA early this year. It's certainly a hidden gem - in a retail park behind a mirrored facade, it is a small, intimate space which is refreshingly different to the overblown and overpriced restaurants on The Strip. If we had been staying longer, we'd have eaten here every night as the food was totally delicious and the service was delightful.

Wonderful fresh seafood and delicious oysters

By punnina65 |

My husband and I just discovered this quaint little bar and restaurant not far from our new home. Don't let the strip mall feeling discourage you. Not only do you feel immediately comfortable but I feel like I am instantly transported to a small restaurant along the beach. The seafood is so fresh it only lends to the feeling I already have just sitting here. Oysters are delicious, my husband really enjoys the small ones and they have a nice selection. The staff is very accommodating and very friendly. Our waitress even remembered we were there before and went out of her way to see that we were taken care of. She even shucked the oysters herself and what a beautiful job she did!!!They truly take pride in what they do and this makes a big difference. The fresh sea urchin is amazing, as is the salmon sashimi. Also love the shishito pepper dish! We will be coming back here at least once a week. I have yet to try many of their dishes but look forward to getting around to it! I especially like their board of specials of the day. They also have an oyster happy hour from 10pm-11 pm, a select oyster at $1 each! We haven't tried that yet but it is definitely on my to do list even if I don't eat oysters! There are plenty of other delicacies for me to indulge in. Also I highly recommend the three tastes of sake they offer. Really unique and refreshing.

OFF the strip and worth the drive

By MonicaR |

It is places like these that make taking that 15 minute or so uber ride worth it. Off the strip but on with the fresh fabulous seafood fusion cuisine made for sharing-- this is in a strip mall but once inside the vibe is real-

Don't miss it

By barnziben |

Great service and drinks, great sushi and sashimi, fabulous oysters, creative menu, delicious entrees, unbeatable atmosphere.

Very cool

By Mandkphill |

Found this place on TripAdvisor and like the creative menu. it is about 15-20 minutes from the strip but well worth the effort to find it. They have several interesting cocktails to offer and a well stocked bar. The place is in a strip mall and very unassuming. We were greeted right when we walked in and the staff was great all through dinner. we tried a lot of the menu and shared (the best way). some of the stand out appetizers were the mussels and the Sashimi sampler but the Salmon Sashimi salad was the bomb! some of the main dished everyone liked Kim Chi fried rice, the chicken thighs and whole grilled fish. I would highly recommend this place if you like Sashimi and something a little different.

Best little restaurant in town

By Claire N |

The staff here are amazing, they have a great wine selection and make the best cocktails. The food is so good and they have a wide variety of menu items.

So,so good!

By sreiter2017 |

I live in Las Vegas and am always pleasantly surprised to come upon another local restaurant that makes me happy. Other Mama is one of these places. I must have passed by this shopping plaza hundreds of times in the two years since this eatery has opened and never thought to go in:fortunately my children brought us there the other night and it is now on our "favourites" list. The food is eclectic and superb. The wait staff is so pleasant. The decor is lovely. The chef came over to introduce himself. The wine and liquor menu is more than satisfactory.... Perfection!!

MUST TRY!

By vegasfoodie702 |

Whether you are a local or visiting Las Vegas, this restaurant is a must try! I take all my friends here that are visiting from out of town. The oysters & fish are so fresh. Even my picky non seafood eating friends loved their beef carpaccio & steak! From their food to cocktails to amazing service, I highly, highly recommend.

Absolutely sensational

By bartvandormael |

In the most unlikely and nondescript location, far away from the Strip, you find one of the very best restaurants in Las Vegas. Owner Dan Krohmer, former personal chef for Metaliica, is a true master of flavour. On the menu: Japanse cuisine with a twist (calamari with hollandaise sauce, anyone?) and super cocktails.

As good as the reviews

By babwedog |

We thought the rave reviews might be a bit over done but they were spot on. The food and service here is excellent. My wife and I always have between 10-12 different kinds of fish in our freezer that we have caught ourselves so we know fish. The whole fish (de-boned) was delicious and perfectly cooked.Sashimi was fresh and flavorful.Good selection of draft beer to wash it all down. There was a really good buzz the night we were there.

Top 5 meal of 2018

By John M |

We visited Other Mama with business friends and had an amazing time of drinks, dinner and conversation with the restaurant staff. It was a delight beyond words. Many of the selections are unusual, even eclectic, so if that is to your liking, you absolutely should visit when in Vegas. The drink specials are as captivating as the food pairings. When you combine the taste, drink and ambiance, absolutely a top 5 meal for 2018.

Great meal

By Ciaobella77 |

Visited based on trip advisor reviews and definitely worth the effort to find! Highly recommend the seafood ceviche with the sweet potato chips (divine), oysters were fab , husband loved the crab hush puppies. Didn’t get any of the mains as we were too full after the shared plates (we ordered 5).

Must Go

By Riversong32 |

Absolutely a brilliant place! Cozy, local eatery with a brilliant mission to teach and allow their consumers to experience a great cultural experience through cuisine and follow through with absolutely brilliant cuisine as well! Recommend looking at their Bartender's mood (the drink of the day) and trying their crunch rice dish! Chicken Fried Lobster and Kimchi Fried Rice was my choice for the main and I was not at all disappointed.

Trying this new spot

By icyvegas |

This place has been under my radar for the longest time. It is in my neck of the woods. We came hungry. This is place is legit. A little pricey but awesome place.. We had the deluxe sashimi combo , whole grilled branzino, oysters, calamari, nY steak with hollandaise with fries, lobster tostada, edemame , crab legs It was good but a lil pricey . The sashimi is soo good. . My white wine is a lil pricey 24 dollars for 2 glasses. Overall, the food is good. Hopefully better bigger portions.

Great date night spot.

By Anthony W |

My wife and I visit a couple times a year. Staff is always top notch and the food is very fresh. Spicy tuna tartar is an absolute must and their signature drinks are great. The food is offered in a shared plate format for small groups. The whole spot is a vibe.

A must-see for foodies

By HappySundays |

Visiting foodies have a tough life in Vegas. The food is generally "ok" but rarely exceptional. Other Mama is exceptional. Way off the strip but totally worth it. Friendly staff, interesting and carefully designed meals. Most of the other guests seemed to be locals or friends of the chef. When I tried the kimchi rice with pork belly, at first I thought perhaps the kimchi was not quite cured enough, but the more you eat, and the more you discover the magic combination with crispy pork belly, it just works so well.

Don't expect any ambience just nice food

By MominOC |

The 80s music in the bar was extremely loud and we didn't really enjoy the view of the parking lot. No ambience at all but they did have good food with higher prices than expected for this junky strip mall location. California roll was $18, Other mama roll $19 and Japanese fried chicken $17. Nice staff.

Culinary delight

By Bajantravel |

In a non-descript location and simple decor but tasty food. My wife said oysters were delicious. I had some type of tender beef(it was a 5 course meal preordained) and it was tasty. Even the alcohol specialty drinks were excellent. Prices reasonable. Another excellent off strip choice without the high price. Adequate parking. Trust me these establishments gonna benefit$ when strip starts charging for parking.

Great food. Awesome Cocktails!!

By Mike G |

Started with Beryl. Very good drink. All the food was delicious. Definitely have to order the Beef Carpaccio.

Amazing Restaurant!!

By Christina342 |

Leave the strip and go…right now!! It’s about 20 min from the strip and 100% worth the drive. Local, community place in a strip mall with fresh, delicious seafood and top notch service. The drinks don’t disappoint either. We came based on some website and were wondering where the hell we had ventured to but OMG…each dish was better then the next. We had the seafood tower, salmon poke bowl, and ribs. Everything was fresh and delicious. We have eaten seafood around the world and this place is in our top 5. Service was great too. Skip lunch so you have a nice empty belly, call the Uber and go. You will not regret it.

Always a great experience!

By Venicep |

I’ve been coming here since they opened and it’s a great spot for a quick happy hour or leisurely dinner. The owner & staff are all great! Service is always on point and the food is fabulous. I took my mom here for some small plates & she loved everything... she even tried uni for the first time & it was impeccable. We love having this world class spot in a neighborhood strip mall!

Fantastic sashimi, cocktails, service

By Stephen D |

Off the strip but worth the trip! Try the sashimi, carpaccio (protip ask for trout substitute), cocktails (house horseradish vodka!), crab hushpuppies. Jose (bartender) and waitress (Jordan) were very knowledgeable and friendly!

Great, unique restaurant

By Msulli2 |

Went here with my wife and another couple. The atmosphere was laid back and very inviting. Our waitress was awesome! Took us through the menu, made great recommendations. And the food was terrific! We had several different items and shared them. Chicken fried lobster, sashimi, fried rice...there was something for everyone on the menu.

Worth the trek.

By Richard H |

Took us about 20 minutes in an Uber from the Strip. Located in a shopping strip mall - not an obvious place for a seafood restaurant. Food very impressive. Salmon poke with sweet potato chips was well balanced. Very fresh tuna sashimi. And very morish spicy edamame beans. Then beautiful grilled fish. Definitely some of the best seafood we’ve had. Worth hunting out.

Great food and relaxed atmosphere

Such a great find!

You know a restaurant is good in Vegas when locals frequent it. You know a restaurant (that is off the Strip) is a fantastic restaurant when tourists hear about it from locals and start frequenting it. Other Mama is a fantastic restaurant. We started off our dinner with some cocktails and oysters. Ironically enough, we ordered a Svetlana, which tasted like the popular oyster condiments: fresh horseradish and mignonette. It was superb and unlike any other cocktail I've ever tried! We also started with white fish and octopus ceviche prepared in a habanero sauce. When we ran out of crisped sweet potato crisps, we simply topped our oysters off with the ceviche.... We couldn't waste a bite of it! We also devoured deviled eggs with s twist: they were topped with Rockefeller oysters for a sweet, complex reinterpretation of the classic. We also finished off some Rhode Island calamari and a delectable Amberjack (white fish) crudo (like sashimi but with a flavorful sauce). We concluded our meal with beef carpaccio and grilled octopus. All in all, the presentation was top-notch and I will definitely return again!!! The cocktails were a perfect compliment to our rich food, I will tell all my friends to go and encourage everyone who sees this to check it out as well! Happy dining!!

Delicious

By tiana r |

Really small place I must say they have excellent food and drinks. You have to try the pork belly its amazing. The waitress was very helpful recommending food and drinks since it was our first time here. The only downfall is the waitress kept saying I had a party coming in after you like she was trying to rush us out of there which I thought was a little rude. It wasn't like we were sitting there not ordering food. We were ordering food which at times took a little longer to come out at times. I just have never been to a place and had a waitress repeating I have a party coming in after you. I like to go out and be able to enjoy the food, drinks and company without feeling the need to be rushed out of there.

Eclectic and good

By Ella_RM |

About 10-15 mins from the Strip. Prices are half and food twice as good. Other Mama has a daily delivery of 5 to 7 fish from across the globe, mostly from Japan. This is a tapas style place. We had sushi - it was delicate and super fresh Seafood appetizers are very good. Drinks are sharp.

Fresh Fish in the Desert

By John B |

I reserved a table for 5 for a group of adults, some of whom were not familiar with Japanese-style raw fish. There was some trepidation about how accessible the meal might be for the uninitiated. I need not have worried. We arrived early for the first of two Happy Hours, featuring discounts on some menu items. (The second Happy Hour occurs late--after 11--and included oysters.) The waitress took drink orders --excellent and innovative bar entries--and explained the menu. We ordered both cooked items (crab hush puppies, kim chi and rice w/ pork belly, oysters Rockefeller with foie gras) and raw oysters with a sashimi collection of all the fresh fish offered that day. I do not wish to give the impression that the cooked dishes were inadequate--they were, in fact, excellent; but the raw dishes were truly outstanding. Las Vegas has a surprising number of very good seafood restaurants with fish shipped in daily. Given the competition, I must say that the fish served on the night I visited Other Mama was exceptionally fresh--even that traveled from the East Coast to the desert. The oysters were incredibly fresh, as were the sashimi offerings. There were other nice touches. The soya sauce was smoky and delicious, mignonettes were spot on. Flavors were adventuresome and enticing. Service was timely--dishes are served as they are ready. We continued to receive dishes throughout the meal with no noticeable pauses. Like many other great restaurants in Las Vegas, Other Mama is not on the Strip. It is located in a strip mall across the street from a soccer complex--not the location you'd expect for this type of restaurant. Nonetheless, this place is a favorite of locals, and reservations are recommended. Dress is very casual at any time of the evening. Costs reflect the location. Other Mama is much less expensive than comparable restaurants on the Strip. If you like exceptionally fresh fish, take a trip off the Strip next time you're in Vegas.

If you don’t go here while in vegas you are not a foodie!!

If you don’t come here on your trip to vegas…you shouldn’t come to Vegas! Allen Holmes and his staff are second to none! I don’t know where to begin or end, that’s how great this place is!!

Charming & delicious!

By christoco |

If you are craving unique hand-crafted cocktails, fresh & delicious seafood (from amber jack sashimi to octopus), or just a small, quaint restaurant with lots of charm and genuinely friendly and helpful service go to Other Mamas! There are so many unique and tasty menu items that I am already excited to go back and try something new. PS: Try the honey miso ice cream for dessert - you will not regret it!

Excellent

I was looking for a place that would suit the preferences of a group of friends. This place is amazing. We tried just about everything and it was all expertly executed. The best shrimp bisque and sauteed octopus ever. Highly recommend going here.

One of the west side's best for seafood, sushi & more

By Elizabeth T |

The chef-owner is a genius, the cocktail list is outstanding, and the staff is friendly. Bonus: If you sit at the bar, you can watch the kitchen staff work. I eat here at least once a month. Favorite dishes include the Amberjack crudo, spicy tuna tartare and waffle fries, and mussels in broth (as good as any on the east coast). For dessert, order the french toast points with creme fraiche and caviar.

Really Good Izakaya Style Food

By bcwhiner |

Four of us trekked off the Strip always on the look out for creative good food and Other Mama hit the spot. Mainly locals enjoying. Very good reasonably priced sashimi. Great tuna tataki. Cooked food all good. Nice cocktails and good selection of sake which we enjoyed 2 bottles with our food. Very welcoming and friendly service. Worth the Uber trip out there.

Foodie off the strip

By Juan R |

Loved this restaurant, quality ingredients, local vibe, creative preparation, friendly attentive service all at good prices, they change their menu every couple of months to keep you coming back, try it all plus they have great drinks

Really....

By Frank B |

The oysters were gamey.... did not taste fresh... the entrees are small.... limited.... the “mole”didn’t really satisfy the Mexican concept... ok, it was “sauce” but barely... you don’t get much for what you pay. This Noveau.... limited... menu of tastes... call it whatever you want.... it simply was not Remarkable, which is what you’re expecting for THAT MUCH money. Guess the original Mother must be a lot better... because someone’s idea of the Other Mother is a snobby, high brow, supercilious concept for people with fat wallets and low expectations.

Great Food

By Hailey E |

Finally tried Other Mama and was not disappointed. Food is as good as anywhere on the Strip. Cannot wait to go back and have the Pork Belly Fried Rice, outstanding!

Hidden gem off the strip

By Greg C |

Amazing spot tucked into a basic strip mall, but well worth the trip. They have a fantastic happy hour from 5-6 PM, and their regular menu is great too. A few highlights were the Salmon Poke, Amberjack, Shishito Peppers, Japanese Fried Chicken, and Oysters Rockefeller with Foie Gras Butter. Service was incredibly attentive, and our server Amber was great. Prices were very reasonable given the high quality of ingredients. Highly recommend!

Fabulous food

By bcwhiner |

Really excellent food at a reasonable price point. Very fresh well prepared sashimi, oysters, and Japanese influenced dishes. Lovely selection of sakes with a great sake tasting. Service friendly and efficient. Definitely worth booking and making the trip off strip.

Local Gem

By Nicole B |

This restaurant is adorable. Reservations are recommended. The menu is small but their specials board is great. The food is so good. And fresh. And so tasty. Such an amazing little place. The staff are fantastic. It's a great atmosphere.

Great food, local atmosphere.

By JenRaVo |

Other Mama is a little out of the way from the Strip, but well worth it. Kumamoto oysters were fresh and tasty. Their ponzu sauce is a great compliment. It you must have crackers, they don't carry them (just a comment). The amberjack carpaccio was absolutely fantastic. The chicken fried lobster was solid, but not my thing. The guy at the next table absolutely gushed about it. The caviar French toast was something special - a must try. The spicy tuna tartare was stunningly good with the affluent fries. Their specialty cocktails were solid. I give this place a solid recommendation.

More Please!

By Stephen C |

A few good friends (with impeccably good taste) brought me to Other Mama when I traveled to Las Vegas for work. I'm not a raw fish guy, so I was nervous by their description, but with their guidance and some gumption I ate a heavenly meal. Ceviche? It was tremendous. Sashami? Knocked my socks off. The shishito, cauliflower, pistachio was super, and the spicy chicken wings were one of the most savory flavors I've had in a long time. The staff was great, and the cocktails were spot on. Loved this place.

EXCEPTIONAL!

By NancyLovesWine |

All I can say is you have to eat at this place. The food is EXCEPTIONAL. Went there with some Sommelier/foodie friends and I was really impressed! The chef has a way of elevating the seafood/raw classics. We started with champagne and oysters and then on to steamed mussels..in foie butter broth! The chef is a Morimoto disciple, I heard. When's the last time you at exceptionally fresh sushi/seafood at a raw bar and the atmosphere was cozy? For me, never until now. **MUST TRY the BIG EYE POKE with SWEET POTATO CHIPS**

Great Find In Las Vegas

By Stuart S |

Whether you live in Las Vegas or are just passing through, Other Mama is a great stop for eclectic food dishes. Been here several times already. They focus primarily on seafood but do offer meat and vegetarian option. Cool, funky place with great vibe and good service.

What's the opposite expression for "Putting lipstick on a pig?"

By Kimberly G |

From the outside, we were a bit wary. Typical Las Vegas strip mall feel with hard to spot signage and challenging parking. But- the minute you step inside you know you've found something special. The decor is simple but they've struck a great balance between trendy and refined, the staff are very friendly and knowledgeable. We came without a reservation, so sat at the bar in front of the sushi chef, who immediately introduced himself and offered assistance. We had oyster Rockefeller with foie gras , the calamari and a sashimi platter. All were flawless and delicious. Their alcohol list is extensive with speciality cocktails, beer and wine. We sampled several of the cocktails which each had distinctive tastes and many layers of aroma and flavor that rolled over your tongue. So glad to have stumbled upon this place, it will become a regular stop! 4 drinks and three menu selections came to about $100.

Do not miss out on this…..

By Nic |

Such a wonderful culinary experience in an inconspicuous spot. It looks CLOSED but once you open the door you are immediately greeted and invited to sit. Absolutely amazing food. We loved every plate we tried. We started with the whitefish carpaccio and albacore tataki. Decided to change our flavors and try the French toast caviar and blue crab sushi roll which were both subtle, filling, satisfying. Next was the roasted octopus, my favorite plate!! And last the deviled eggs with fried oysters is a signature dish we could miss. All so yummy. Service & drinks were great, place is very clean and the artwork by David Cooper was crazy artistic. We would return.

The Best Food you will find in Las Vegas

By tlw12 |

Fresh Fresh Fresh. Leave the strip and head to Other Mama. The cab ride is much cheaper than getting food that is not this good for 4 times the price. This place is a new jewel on the south west side of town. My wife and I just finished one of the best dinners we have ever tasted tonight. We tried many items on the menu and everything we tasted was fantastic. Read my other reviews and you can tell my wife and I are very picky about what we eat. This is a 5 Star Jewel that is not to be missed. Go now because when the word gets out you will have to wait a long time for a seat in this GREAT PLACE but the wait will be worth it!

Eclectic seafood and great oysters

By Jim Z |

Other Mama is a small place about 7 miles off the strip off Flamingo, but worth the drive. We enjoyed their pacific oysters immensely -- fresh, tasty and meaty. With some Japanese style dishes, some tapas and some regional American influences, it's easy to find and share some great dishes. I'd recommend the Chicken-Fried Lobster especially, but regular menu and a daily specials menu contain lots of treats to experiment with. The four of us shared everything -- well, except my dozen oysters, which I selfishly warned my table mates not to touch unless they wanted a fight to break out -- and enjoyed everything as well. Other Mama is away from the action but busy. Be advised to make a reservation as the dining room is small.

Totally and Completely awesome!!!!!

By WyoMoe |

100% Awesome! The quality of the Sushi, Sashimi, Oysters, Service, etc are second to none. There is not a better restaurant of this kind in the entirety of Las Vegas! A must!!!!

Small place for good food

By Nic B |

Seafood was great and everything else than the dessert that was probably our bad choice. The other mama is a cozy place founded by young and promising people.

Happy Hour

By felises |

We came here with family based on a friend’s recommendation and unexpectedly got here during happy hour. We lucked out! The food was incredible and the happy hour selection and pricing was great. We ordered a few things off the regular menu too because they looked too good to pass up. In all honesty it would be hard to pick our favorite dishes because they were all so good... The seafood was excellent and everyone also loved the Japanese fried chicken. The homemade miso honey ice cream was our favorite dessert!

Great food !!!!

By TimJMeyer |

This is a "do not judge a book by its cover" kind of place. In a strip mall without a flashy exterior. Inside is complete with yummy goodness! Lots of seafood. Some excellent steak options. We enjoyed.

Wonderful Seafood in casual off strip setting...

By LHOVancouver |

We heard so much about this place and it lives up to the reputation. Staff friendly and easy going. Happy Hour prices are excellent ($9-12) and the Tapas style food is some of the best seafood in Las Vegas. Japanese/Korean/Asian presentation of Fresh Sashimi and connected to American style things like Waffle Fries. You can't go wrong. Reservations available and Cocktails and beers are tasty. Good luck and enjoy.

Happy Hour...good options

By Raj P |

Place is better known for fresh fish, ceviche, oysters etc. Organic salmon poke was spicy and tasty, the fried chicken pieces with dip were very good, veggies were lightly fried and good, cauliflower et el balls were mediocre. May have try other dinner food next time. Service was excellent.

Creamy, melt in your mouth fatty tuna.

By asoaring_eagle |

Sashimi was fresh and tasty. Staff was friendly. Good value. Low noise level. The place isn't that big. Make a reservation.

So good!!!

By Molly082082 |

Other Mama is absolutely amazing! Having just arrived to Vegas with our teenagers in tow we somehow happened upon this place after some quick google searching. Other Mama definitely started our vacation on a high note! The menu is expansive and everything was absolutely amazing. We were lucky enough to be waited on by the owner; Allen. This guy is a wonderful human!! Allen was great about giving us his personal recommendations about what to order and my husband thoroughly enjoyed the knowledge Allen has about Sake. At the end of our meal we asked him for recommendations of other places to try while in town and he had some great ones. We will definitely be back the next time we’re in Vegas. Don’t miss this place, you’ll love it!

Perfect neighbor

By FadedFoodie |

We read something recently that drove us here tonight. Terrific treat! 3 kitchens, tight, but varied menu. Our orders from the specials menu included Salmon & Avocado Tostadas as well as Crab & Shitake stuffed Squash Flowers. Excellent execution. Nicely done. We're headed back soon for Happy Hour.

One of the best on the West side

By Michael U |

Quickly approaching five years serving Las Vegas, and recently joined by two additional Restaurants from Chef Dan Krohmer, Other Mama was selected for dinner on Thursday night thanks to not only its cuisine and service, but the presence of a private dining room with AV capabilities to host a celebrated out of town guest. Coordinated by pharmaceutical representatives located several states away, though the venue was specifically suggested by the publisher of this site based on both dietary constraints and budget, it was shortly before 6:30pm that all were present and accounted for, plates of Edamame and blistered Shishito Peppers present within minutes, and unfortunately the only items served for the first hour per speaker’s request. A cozy room for twelve, closed doors and dull subject matter creating an environment conducive to sleep, it was after a breath of fresh air and chat with Chef de Cuisine Paul Mares that dinner officially got started, two familiar jars each showing off big flavors and housemade Chips for dipping while Other Mama’s Sashimi Platter continues to show evidence of quality sourcing and good knife skills offered at a fair price. Successful in the rare trifecta of wowing critics, social media as well as local chefs ever since opening, and continuing the same on this evening for a range of ages, races and palates, it was alongside Deviled Eggs topped with Fried Oysters and Peppers that Fried Chicken was served, one attendee claiming it was one of the best things he’d ever tasted but almost immediately retracting that statement and replacing it with Chef Krohmer’s “Kentucky Fried Lobster.” Familiar with nearly every plate from past visits, the Beef Tataki an exception that outpaces the version at Hatsumi thanks to thicker cuts atop breaded Mushrooms, those seeking one of Las Vegas’ best plates of Cephalopod need look no further than Grilled Octopus Adobo while the Jidori Chicken with Pork and Squash is also exquisite, though best with Pipian Mole that was served (by request) on the side. Busy for a Thursday in the suburbs, the hand-crafted interior moody but welcoming and bar packed, there’s simply no denying the deliciousness of Other Mama’s Kim Chi Fried Rice unless one is entirely adverse to heat while grilled Branzino rounded out savories prior to an Apple Hand Pie with plenty of Cinnamon and housemade Vanilla Ice Cream.

Fabulous !!!!!

By JTH |

Had Mushroom Tempura made with mushrooms from a local producer (lion's head) which was TOO DIE FOR! as was the Cerviche - my husband says it was the best he has ever had! With a little spice to it! Oysters were fresh and yummy and then we had the sashimi 7 piece Chef choice - equally delicious - washed down with a nice bottle of pinot grigio! Great Great food and great staff from server to bartender! it is a small spot in a strip mall so make a reso and don't be alarmed - sweetest spot we found so far!

Unique Asian/American eatery for locals

By Aurora R |

Here in LV for business, and we make a point of trying eateries for locals, and Other Mama was highly recommended by a colleague. We had no reservations, so was seated at the bar. The name is on the quirky side, but their menu is interesting and curious. They have a daily menu on a chalk board, which mainly consists of fresh seafood, and a regular menu on a clip board. If you are into fresh sashimi with attention to authenticity (real grated wasabi root), check Other Mama out.

Leave the Strip and Eat Here

By Mycoman |

My wife and I ate here on a Thursday evening in late October. We reserved a table, as suggested on their website, but tables were available. Tables are pretty close to each other...close enough to hear your neighbor's conversation. The place is fairly small and mellow...very nice. We had an exceptional server who recommended and delivered a delightful meal start to finish. This is a seafood focused menu (who'd have thought in Vegas) with an Asian bent. There also was a nice selection of daily specials. Many dishes are meant to be shared according to our server, so we did just that. Everything tasted fresh with very interesting flavors. We started with the salmon sashimi salad (I wish we had gotten two...fantastic), followed that with amberjack crudo with ponzu sauce (very good, but the salmon was better that evening), grilled octopus (again, delicious) and a kimchi sizzling rice bowl with egg (excellent with just enough heat). Desert choice for us was from an array of if in-house made ice-cream that made Häagen-Dazs seem low-fat. All this and two beers each, excellent Firestone IPA on tap, for under $100. Leave the over-priced dining on the strip and come here. It is a 25 minute drive, but you won't regret it. We will return.

Foodies Delight

By curlyholmes |

I cannot rave enough about Other Mama. It is a gem of a restaurant outside of the strip and so worth the trip. The fresh sashimi, the fried oyster tacos or the raw ones, the fresh scallops served on the shell, the drinks, ambiance, music, and service. Food is one of my passions and I travel around the world just to eat. It was such a delight to find this small restaurant where Angel and his team prepared these delicacies, which in reality, I would've loved to of order them all. They are perfect for sharing. If your in Vegas, do go, it will be an experience you'll never forget.

Great food even better service

By Ann B |

First time visiting this restaurant. It is very interesting. Our server Jordan was excellent. She described the food choices with great detail. We were two couples and we tried many interesting plates. The octopus was yummy. The chicken lobster to die for. Pork ribs. Shrimp was delicious and more Desserts empana with homemade ice cream Japanese cheese cake like a pound cake.

Amazing Restaurant

Really good food off the strip! They need a location in Henderson. I would say comparable to Bazaar Meat in terms of quality of food. Superb! Really good food!!

Highlight of our Vegas Trip

By astlk42 |

Found this spot through another app and was intrigued that it was a local favorite far from the street. As others mentioned you’re not sure it’s even open. But once you step inside and meet Allen you know you’re in excellent hands. Our group of four immediately let Allen take over … from the Sake through appetizers and mains The meal and the education ranks among the finest Japanese we have ever been served (I’ve been to Japan and regularly eat in NYC) Especially loved the sushi with homemade soy sauce, spicy tuna with waffle fries , black cod in sake, amberjack and yellowtail collar I’m not a gambler so Las Vegas holds no sway on me …. Until I visited Other Mama

We went two nights in a row!

By QBGAPS |

Our friends live in Summerlin, so on a recent visit to Las Vegas they took us to Other Mama because it's one of their favourite local joints. We had such an amazing experience on our first night there, we decided to go again the next night when our reservations for a different place fell through. Because most of the plates are shareables, we probably ordered about 2/3 of the menu over the course of the two nights. Everything was absolutely incredible. There wasn't a single dish I didn't enjoy. And don't even get me started about the cocktails - wow, wow, wow. Both nights the Chef/Owner came out to see how we were enjoying our evening. And the waitstaff were second to none. 5 stars all around.
