Steve, the Bartender at Otro was excellent. He was personable, not just with me but with everyone who was at the bar. I felt welcome. The drinks were great. He recommended restaurants, museums, place to see. What a great human to have working at the Canopy. I will be back.

Ate at Domingos but the best review is about Otro. Steven made it fun friendly and laughable with the best drinks. His cucumber martinis are the best. He made us feel welcomed and we enjoyed conversations with him. We wanted a Sunday funday and he made it that much better. We will be back for a little staycation because of the service he gave. Thank you

We stayed at the Canopy Hotel and loved their beautiful rooftop bar, Otro. The bar is gorgeous and spacious with lots of comfortable seating. We had dreary, rainy weather when we were there, but the bar is completely covered, so you're protected from the elements. The way it's designed you almost feel like you're up in an elegant treehouse looking down over the Riverwalk. Everything was festively decorated for Fiesta when we were there. The handcrafted cocktails were delicious, and they also offer a menu of small bites like fresh guacamole, ceviche, and pork carnitas tacos for those that want them. This is a great spot to grab a drink or enjoy some light bites for dinner. Nice that they're open so late - midnight during the week and until 1:00 a.m. on the weekends. The atmosphere is very relaxed - a great alternative to the hotel's restaurant that always has a long waiting list. We'll definitely come back the next time we're in San Antonio.

Arrived at Otro bar around 9:30pm. They only had 1 cocktail server for all the tables, therefore, don’t expect any service. Our table still had the previous customers dirty glasses on it which we had to look at the whole time! After about 10 minutes of waiting and no service, I went to bar to order drinks. So, along with your $15 cocktail, you also get a Free view of the homeless sleeping on the sidewalk on the street below..not the experience or atmosphere you’d expect at such a place and the Hilton! Not a pleasant evening..don’t need to go out and spend money for this! Won’t be going back!

We stayed at the Canopy and really enjoyed Otro for cocktails in the afternoon. After a long day of touring, sitting at Otro and people watching down below was just about perfect. Drinks were great. Their version of the Mule with raspberry was interesting and tasty.

There were about 5 people in the bar. I walked in with my wife a colleague and 16 yr old daughter. We were immediately stopped and told she was not 21 and could not be in the bar. The girl was rude. We should have left immediately stayed for a poorly made drink. Then left. Nobody was there when we left, but they made sure my daughter sat outside. No wonder it was empty. I’m a Hilton diamond member and truly embarrassed by how they treated me.

Steve was a fantastic bartender with great experience and very personable. He recommended great drinks and delivered perfection. If you go to one bar in San Antonio visit the rooftop bar and have Steve make you a top notch cocktail.

We absolutely loved the experience and the environment. . The appetizers and our meals.were fantastic. We enjoyed our drinks the staff was amazing . Our bartender Jazmine was very professional and knowledgeable .. Her recommendations were spot on . Drinks were great . We will be back very soon.

Elias welcomed me with his recommendations on drinks. He asked what I liked and made me some yummy drinks. He was so sweet as well.

Went here for drinks before dinner. Love the vibe and the staff. Drinks are great albeit a little pricy. It’s nice to be separate from the crowds down below on the river walk. Food is appetizers only but still very delicious. Also it’s about 10 degrees cooler up here than downstairs :)

This was my first time having drinks here, 10/10. I love the atmosphere and our server Sherry was amazing and kind. Definitely will be going back soon!!

Last night we visited Otro Bar and were greeted by Steve. The rooftop bar has an incredible vibe. You’re above the River walk and the breeze is lovely as you sit outside sipping delicious drinks. The bar is grand yet comfortable and if you prefer a more intimate setting there are cozy and chic seating options all over the patio. Steve knows his drinks and made sure we had an excellent evening. He is a fantastic bartender and made everyone feel at home. There are plenty of places to have drinks in the city but Otro is not to be missed! Can’t wait to come back!
