Lunchtime at the airport

By Mike C |

Had a very nice lunch at the airport location of P.F. Chang’s. A modified and slimmer menu but the options were just right for diverse palates. The honey covered shrimp 🦐 is lightly breaded and coated with honey with a bowl of white or brown rice 🍚 to compliment the dish. Portions were reasonable. Service was friendly and attentive. Restaurant was clean.

Stop over lunch

Food good. Prices fair. Bartender Danielle more interested in talking with co-workers and loading dishwasher at bar than helping guests.

Great for Airport Food

By OscarPhilips |

After almost a week in New Orleans I had a longing for something other than sea food and creole food, and with almost 4 hours of cooling my heals in the Atlanta Airport, P. F. Chang's looked like just the place. I usually do not like this chain, but after spending a few hours in their restaurants in airports (Atlanta and Detroit so far), and I am beginning to change my mind. Lettuce wraps and orange chicken ... how can you go wrong? The food was great, the coffee hot, an it made for a relaxing break in air travel. If I was not on a four-hour layover the pace of service might have made me a little nervous, but I had a ton of time to spare. Yes, I would definitely come back to P. F. Chang's if stuck in this Airport again.

Excellent

By kellyjelly123 |

I came to PF Chang's from terminal B because the Skyclub was closed. It was so incredibly nice to just relax a bit on a 3 hour layover. My waiter, Marcus, hit just the right mix of being attentive and friendly but not hovering. I have Celiac's disease abd need gluteb free options. I got the beef and broccoli and it was delicious - no issues. Marcus mentioned that they have gf soy sauce and that made all the difference. The cost was very reasonable for airport food, the service was great, and the atmosphere was very relaxing. I could not ask for more. I recently started to fly Delta more frequently and I may have just found my new regular place.

Always tradition to have a Bloody Mary to start our travel and they make a good one here. Had the ahi poke bowl absolutely delicious

Good Service & Tasty Food

By littleone1118 |

Had a long layover around dinner time, so we wanted a sit-down restaurant. We weren't able to find any directories in the airport, so we went into one of the shops and asked. The cashier kindly let us look at a list of restaurants in the airport. We chose PF Changs, since our flight was leaving out of Terminal A. There was a long line of folks waiting, and we were a party of 3, so we had to wait quite awhile. Those with only 2 seemed to be seated fairly quickly, considering how crowded they were. The place was crammed with people and tables were shoved tightly together. Thankfully, we snagged a booth. Our server did a very good job, was kind and attentive. We had Honey Chicken and Mongolian Beef, both with extra sides of lo mein noodles and 3 soft drinks. Two of us actually split the Mongolian Beef, one with rice & the other with the noodles. What seemed like a small portion, actually was enough. Everything was very tasty. The prices were rather steep though, for Chinese food...$64 with tip.

Busy Airport Restaurant

By Charles W |

The restaurant is located upstairs in Concourse A. It is one of the few restaurants to offer table service. It was very busy. Service was good for being so busy. I liked the Chicken Lettuce Wraps ($10.95), the Fries Rice ($12.05) and the Dynamite Shrimp ($12.05).

Excellent energy and status of a great experience

By s S |

I was plainly awaiting getting into the delta sky club when I was turned down for a daily visit for having a mastercard vs amex. I came to PF Chang and unexpectedly Ricky Keisha and Hansel all gave me an experience and enjoyment that no personal club could. For Atlanta airport this is the place to go

Surprisingly good for the airport

By BostonERdoc |

Had an unexpectedly good meal at PF Chang’s in the Atlanta airport. There’s a free-standing PFC near my home and this was better. Good food, friendly service, reasonable. Checked-off all boxes for an airport restaurant.

Skimpy portion, undercooked

By RFGrove |

The stir fry vegetables were almost raw, hardly cooked. The portion was very small, not worth the expensive price

Good quality.. very good location

By SumitSeng |

On my way between transits - caught my attention. PF is known for quality and no wonder there was a queue. But they served it quickly and the food was delicious, as ever

Sad

By Curt H |

I’ve eaten literally 100’s of meals at PF Chang restaurants all over the country. Usually a bastion of consistency and quality. Not this trip. Budda’s fear was practically raw and the pot stickers were cooked sometime in the last 1980’s. Our server was nice but unconcerned. A very sad visit.

Mid morning meal

By teesna |

We had just arrived from an overseas flight and were messed up by the time change. It was too early for American lunch,, but we didn’t want breakfast. Had a nice meal in a nice atmosphere

Usually 5 stars, but service not up to par

By Lori T |

This is our favorite place in the Hartsfield Atlanta Airport for a delicious, fast, sit-down meal. On our most recent visit, the food was served up promptly and was tasty. The service, however, was not up to usual standards. The ladies serving at the bar were distracted by certain familiar customers, and then started talking amongst themselves about a party. All the time, I was waving my credit card to get their attention and my bill. Hopefully we will get better service on our next visit.

Horrible food

By Sandra Igboji |

Food was all nasty..... Horrible taste bland nothing like PFC in Houston! The waiter was nice. Kelly

An airport hostage experience.

By JSR_Adventures |

As I have said many times before, you never get the same quality of food and service experience at an airport location, that you will at a non-airport location, and this was no exception. Food and service were average, with the service being a little on the slow side.

Excellent layover choice!!

By bmorris1929 |

Had a couple hour layover on a Tuesday evening. I was seated right away and my drink order was taken Immediately. I ordered wonton soup and dumplings. Both were delicious and came out hot and quickly. Service was excellent. Will definitely go back in the future when traveling through ATL!!

What more can be said about Americanized Chinese?

By PeterButzin |

Generous helpings; "Americanized" Chinese food. Not true Asian, but, enjoyable never-the-less. I first experienced P.F Chang's in Virginia Beach on a business trip. It was a sound decision then, as it is now, if you're in the mode for "American-Friendly Asian".

Full menu at 7 am

By Smkymtnrev |

They also have some limited breakfast options, but our service was quick. Food was good for an airport, but only average overall. Not a bad option when flying out of the ATL.

Doesn’t Disappoint

By romadaro |

Don’t know why this restaurant gets such a bad rap as I travel to Atlanta every other week for work, always have lunch or dinner here and have never had a bad meal. The only difference between this location and other PF Chang’s is that this location doesn’t participate in Chang’s frequent diner program which is annoying since I eat here often. But, otherwise, it’s the same menu and good quality food. Prices are reasonable and service is quick since they know you may have to catch a flight. Love the fact that there’s a good Chinese restaurant in the airport. I wish there were more!

Wonderful meal with great service

By Rosemary R |

We were on our way home from Sedona, AZ and had a layover, so we ate here. Bre'yon was our server and a delight. Very helpful, friendly, and non-intrusive all at once. Great food and service. Made our trip easier. Thank you!

Decent restaurant but a little pricey

By Eddy O |

This is your typical PF Changs with great food choices, but just a fewer than on their regular menu and prices are a little higher. Service was not great either. I was in the mood for some Chinese food so this was a great place to relax before my flight. If you sit by the exit or window you get a great view of Delta ground operations.

Fast friendly service and great food

By Lori T |

Today's visit was excellent, per usual. This is our first choice for a meal when traveling thru the Atlanta airport. Service is fast, staff is friendly, food is hot and delicious.

Great mongolian beef!

By Jenna |

Went here because my flight was delayed. Great location upstairs. I enjoyed sitting at the bar. Mongolian beef was great. No sushi, which was a bummer.

Needed Food and to Kill Time

By Shortknocer |

This review is for the Atlanta Airport location. I had lots of time between flight segments and this was the venue most recommended by the airport staff. Found a seat at the bar and was given excellent service and good food. The bad news is there was no pricing for lunch so the visit was not a cheap one. Enjoyed the lettuce wraps with chicken and killed some of my layover time.

Airport just as good

By gschleiffer |

My wife and I ate at PF Chang’s in the Atlanta airport on our way home from Charlotte. The food was every bit as good as any regular PF Chang we have ever eaten at. Our server was Camille and she was an absolute delight. Other then being a little more expensive, it is as good as ever.

Good place to forget you’re in an airport

By OneDCTraveler |

An oasis in ATL. It was nice to have a place nice and quiet to eat. Service was quick and pleasant. The food was sub par, the vegetable spring roll was not crispy and dipping sauce to sweet, kungpao chicken was too salty.

great service

By _twhiz2002 |

This restaurant probably has the best service we've had at any restaurant. The food is PF Chang menu. If we end up in the Atlanta airport again there is no doubt where we'll go to eat.

Horriblel!

By Howard F |

Worst dinner I ever had in a PF Chang's. It was the Dunwoody location in GA. Food took forever, it was cold and the rice was awful. Will never go to a PF Chang's again and it used to be one of our favorites.

An ok Experience

By Regina |

It was very crowded and busy, but the servers were obviously accustom to taking care of that many customers. The service was great. The food was good. Average. I had the Budda's Delight and the vegetables and tofu were cooked well. The sauce was a little bland and just so-so. It wasn't a bad experience, but for being as pricy as it was, it was a little disappointing. I'm sure there are better food options in the Atlanta airport.

Convenient, Fast, and Pretty Good!

By William S |

ATL offers a limited number of table-service restaurants. PF Changs is an appealing option with a range of Asian-ish dishes available. The staff were friendly, helpful, and efficient. Can’t think of when I’ve had better service. The food arrived very quickly though we weren’t in a hurry. The spicy green beans were crispy and just a bit spicy. The pad thai, while not quite authentic, was close enough, tasted pretty good and had a lot of shrimp. The pan-fried shrimp dumplings were subpar but I did eat all of them. Changs offers a range of beer and wine in various sizes - a rare offering for restaurants. Prices are typical for airports. We’ll stop in again when passing through ATL!

Fast and friendly

By aroundCanada |

We had Jojo as our waitress and my friend ordered lettuce wraps. The spicy sauce spilled onto the chicken and it was too spicy for my friend. Jojo quickly and politely picked it up and brought back a comletely new dish with a different sause for me friend. She said it was not a problem at all and she was there to take care of us! I had the lemongrass chicken salad which was so delicious I almost licked the plate! The only thing is we ate at another PF Changs on our trip and their portion sizes were much bigger.

Good Americanized Asian Food

By jonathb5 |

This is a reliable place to get the Americanized spin on Asian food. Had the steamed pork dumplings and the Poke bowl. The dumplings lack enough seasoning and the poke bowl was a little heavy handed and overwhelmed the ingredients. The strawberry limeade was tasty but was a little too sweet and had too much ice which meant there wasn't enough drink. I asked about desert and was told cheesecake which didn't sound Asian to me. All in all, it was better than average airport fare that I would not use as a go to for Asian.

Excellent food at Atlanta Airport PF Chang’s

By Justin B |

P.F Chang’s Atlanta Airport Located in concourse A , has some of the best Asian food. Fast and friendly service and reasonably priced. I would recommend this to anyone that has extra time in their layover for lunch and dinner.

Dependable meal morning, noon, and night

By Lori T |

Always a welcoming respite in the hassle of airport travel, this PF Chang's restaurant in terminal A of Hartsfield Airport is our go-to place for a meal before our flight. Any time of day, they serve up hot delicious food fast. The staff is friendly, especially at the bar. Highly recommend.

Hannah and her full hands...

By Tori |

I arrived right at lunch time. I was Hangry, for sure. Hannah was bright, happy, ready to help me get through the menu in my annoyed haze. She quickly returned with water, encouraged a Hot Sake, and listed to my vegetarian requests. A table next to me with a ton of kids spilled water EVERYWHERE, Hannah kept her cool. Around the corner, another server dropped his tray of dirty dishes for a crashing display. Hannah just worked around it, helped clean it up, and maintained a smile. I will be back in 3 days!!

PF Changs at Atl airport

By Julie L |

This was my first visit to PF Changs and it was fantastic! My husband and I had a little time to grab something to eat before our flight. He had Kung Pao and I had steamed pork dumplings and lettuce wraps. Mine was so good!! My husband enjoyed his as well. Our server Duran was super nice and funny. The staff is nice and attentive and efficient, we did not have to wait long at all for our food. Will definitely go back if I'm at this airport again

Please don’t go to this place,

By The Wizard Atl |

Please don’t go to this place, the bar tenders are horrible and the food is dreadful! They are rude.

Good but too oily

By Jared F |

Really like Asian foods of all types, but the meal today was a bit too greasy. Should have asked for more drier food.

Friendly service and excellent food

By Lori T |

We had an excellent dinner at our "go-to" restaurant in the Atlanta Airport. Located upstairs in Terminal A, PF Chang's serves up hot food in a pleasant environment. We always choose to sit at the bar for our meal, and our service on this visit was exceptionally good. Our server was knowledgeable and friendly. Our meals were served up quickly and the food was hot and delicious. Bonus: it you get a seat at the window, you can watch the planes come and go.

Hit The Spot

By Wanna Be World Traveler |

We stopped here during our layover. We arrived shortly after breakfast ended. We ordered a latte and the sesame chicken. The service was great and the food was fantastic. I will definitely stop there again when I travel thru Atlanta.

Not Good

By Dohn T |

I had two hours to kill before my connecting flight to Orlando. I decide to eat at PF Chang’s in the A Terminal. I ordered the Kung Pao chicken with white rice and a coke. If you look at the pic, there’s no sauce. The chicken chunks weren’t very tender. Also, the waitress kept bringing me Diet Coke on the refills instead of the regular Coke I had ordered. I would definitely not eat there. Chick Fil A would have been the better choice

Couldn’t care less attitude

By Kirk R |

I should have known when I asked to have my table wiped and it was done so with a dirty napkin. Then received 2 forks (no knife) rolled up in my dinner napkin. 10 Minutes later, food cooling fast, and after asking 6 times - I finally received my knife (but without so much as apology. Manager, are you out there listening ?

Pretty good food for an airport

By Ms_R33480 |

Sit down restaurant but smaller version of the regular P.F. Chang's with a more limited menu but enough to get a light, decent meal between flights. The service is pretty fast and efficient overall and they move people quickly.

Shame on You ATL P.F. Chang’s!!

By 5150EDU |

Wow...what a drama filled soap opera at this place!! Sat at the end of bar closest to the kitchen and caught quite the earful during my meal. Worker’s close to mutiny because not allowed to wear watches, endless stand up meetings with manager to voice their worker complaints, 5 or 6 workers continuously milling around in the area grumbling, a worker throwing the N word at one of the managers, the irate employee constantly reminding everyone in earshot how she has a kid that is the only important thing that matters to her. I just wanted to enjoy my meal.....

Located in the Atlanta airport.

By rob y |

Limited menu with excellent fare that you expect from Chang's. Allow at least an hour for a meal. Located upstairs.

Try something else

By Brian C |

Man this s… nasty. The rice uncooked, and if you can’t make rice then you know how the chicken taste. I was excited to taste it and got quickly disappointed. I’m glad they forgot to take my payment because i would’ve be mad about my 20 dollars.

Left hungry

By Ralph K |

Smaller Singapore noodles I have ever had. Get more from a street vendor in Singapore. Russian mile was very innovative drink. Overall, nice to have one at the airport but there are much more interesting places to eat at this airport.

Chinese original taste

By rparreno13 |

Great time having the chinese food ant its variety and taste....you can choose a lot of options and combinations

Great seevice and food - but sit at the bar!

By Lori T |

Located upstairs in the center of Concourse A, this is our favorite restaurant in the Atlanta airport for a sit-down meal. We always get fast attentive service when we sit at the bar, but on this visit, the bar was full, so we were directed to a booth. Only half the booths were full, but after 5 minutes we did not see a server. Fortunately space opened at the bar and we took it. Immediately, the bar tender greeted us and took our drink order. When she brought our drinks, she took our food order. A few minutes later our food was served hot. Portions are generous. Price was reasonable for the airport.highly recommend - but definitely sit at the bar!

Lunch while waiting for a Connecting Flight

By gatoreed |

Decided to try P.F. Chang's China Bistro over all the burger and fast food joints in the Atlanta airport. They offer either walk-up service or table service. There was no line at six in the evening so was able to easily order my Mandarin Crunch Salad with Lemongrass and Chicken. Though they were not busy it took awhile for my order to be prepared. The chicken was tender and not overcooked. The lettuce was fresh and crunchy. Overall a good salad and something different from the usual airport food.

Very salty food - good table service

By RandiFayeC |

Great place for table lunch if you have time. Love the vegetarian options - esp lettuce wraps, shoshito peppers, and green beans. Everything had a bit too much oil, and a lot of salt. Staff at front were more interested in chatting amongst themselves than seating guests. Table server, however was very efficient (important at an airport) and pleasant.

Run Around

By Stuart L |

Hours on the internet are wrong, showing a close hour of 9pm when it is 8pm. Worst part is they stop letting customers in way before their posted close. I was turned away at 7:45 pm after traveling from concourse D to eat there. No excuse for such poor customer service.

Don’t go to restaurant after 7:40pm

By Jodylyw |

The hours of operation say the restaurant is open until 8pm, but we were turned away at at 7:45pm to be seated in the restaurant because we were told the kitchen closes at 7:40pm. However, we were offered to order takeout which indicates that the kitchen was not closed. We declined. Takeout at PF Chang’s is terrible in our opinion. This was a Wednesday evening and the restaurant didn’t even look that busy. Not a good way to be running a business.

Fast friendly service

By Lori T |

This is our favorite restaurant at the Atlanta airport. We sit at the bar and always get fast friendly service. The food is served quickly and is delicious. Prices are a bit high, but I expect that in the airport.

NOT GLUTEN FREE!

By thetravelingtigger |

Although they have GFO next to many of their dishes and say they can make many entrees gf, there appears to be a big contamination issue at this location. For the second time, I ate here, made sure to let the waiter know I wanted the GFO version, and reiterated it when the person dropped off our food. Both times I was "glutened" and the second time so was my travel companion....and we ate different dishes. UGH!! I try so hard to be careful and how awful to be sick on a flight!! DO NOT EAT HERE if you are gluten free or you might be in the airplane toilet for your flight. :( Taste good; but not good 20 mins. later. Our waiter got lost a few times. Thankfully we weren't in a hurry.

Poor service & food not as good as stand alone restaurants

By carlenej578 |

We were tired from traveling & had a lay-over on June 5, 2022. We 1st were seated at a table. Then they wanted to move us to make room for another group. We then asked if we could sit at a booth. They moved us to a booth, then said we could not sit there (it was them that put up there). Then was moved to another booth. None of the wait staff were nice. Our waiter was not friendly. He was not writing our order down & had to ask us several times what we had said. The food was not good. We were not used to doing everything from our phone. No help from him! He got our bill wrong too.

surprisingly good food at ATL airport

By Ron T |

It has been several years since I ate at a P. F. Chang's. 4 of us had dinner in Terminal A after flying from SEA. The food was very good! Sweet and sour chicken, beef with broccoli, sesame chicken, and edamame.

Try somewhere else

By Murzle |

Was here today, had awful service, seemed the waiter was in a bad mood. The food was hot when served however I believe my shrimp was bad, they had an overly fishy taste to them. I sent the dish back and I got sesame chicken instead. Did not enjoy the sesame chicken, not enough sauce and not crispy. Tried my boyfriends noodles with shrimp and his shrimp was good. We also started with dynamite shrimp which was hot and excellent but again not enough sauce. Asked server for more sauce and when he finally returned with the sauce the dish was cold.

Really Good

By Nancy L |

The greeting, service and food was really good. Duran was my server and was awesome. Food was fresh, piping hot and so tasty. Quick service.

Made it right

By Elaine H |

There was a small mishap with my order, but manager, Hansel, was incredibly friendly and really made it right. This makes such a huge difference between leaving unhappy and feeling good about my fellow man :) Things don't always go quite as they should, but when this is handled in a classy way......it's all good.

One service glitch; excellent recovery; go here

By Gus B |

It’s a PF Chang’s. It’s a chain; it’s fine; at busy times it’s busy. Here’s why I go there, and why you should too. Today, I was there at lunchtime, very very busy. I ordered a glass of Italian Pinot Grigio, but when Bruce brought it, my sense was that, in all the busyness, the barkeep may have grabbed the wrong bottle. Here’s the Service Excellence Recovery: Bruce went to the bar, took a clean glass and an unopened bottle of Pinot Grigio, brought them to my table, opened the bottle in front of me so that I could see that it was the right wine, and poured it into the new glass. Home Run. No push back, only courtesy and graciousness. This is standard for all the times I’ve eaten there. This is why I go there. Keith the manager runs a professional organization, and we as customers benefit from that.

Excellent Food, Fast Service

By Paul O |

We had issues with our air carrier and didn’t have lot of time to stop in Atlanta’s Hartsfield International Airport. Our daughter was dying for Chinese so when she saw the P.F. Chang’s sign we were there. Even though it was busy there was only a short wait for a table (less than 2 minutes). Our waiter was right there and our order was complete in minutes. From getting to the door to walking out, with plenty of time to enjoy our food, was only about 30 minutes. Hat’s off to great service. By the way, the food was great too. Sesame Chicken and Beef with Broccoli. 👍

Server doesn't care..

By jvegas962 |

Took awhile to be greeted by server which would have been fine but I watched him hang and talk to hostess for a few minutes to get to us after already waiting 10 minutes to even be acknowledged. Finally got our order everything came in a timely matter. Then towards the end of the meal when we're ready to pay he's nowhere to be found. I had to have another server flag him down. No sense of urgency knowing you're in an airport and you are on a bit of a rush more than usual.

Very clean , convenient. And reasinabke

By Allan S |

Located on third floor next to Delta sky club. It was clean, efficient service and high quality. Service was quite nice and is a good choice at the Hart’s field airport in Atlanta. Prices are very good as well. Good spot fir breakfast meeting

Great

By Maria G |

PF Changs China bistro in terminal a is quick and delicious. The waiter was ready for my order before I was. It was 9 o'clock in the morning and I was able to eat lunch. My spicy shrimp were delicious. The brown rice added to the dish. I was out with plenty of time to catch my flight in terminal B.

Delicious !

By KA L |

Busy restaurant but they are very efficient. Great service and delicious food, you will not be disappointed! Wonderful meal in an airport!

An oasis of edibility.

By fibersong |

What a relief to find this place. It’s quiet, has the same great menu as all the others, and our waiter was very patient with how tired we were! We each did a cup of soup, and split an entree. Which was perfect for the next leg of our trip. So many other eateries there are serving unhealthy choices. Too bad.

Lucky find

By Carron D |

Had a long layover and was thrilled to find PF Chang in the airport. It's been a while since I've lived in a city with PF Chang so this was great. Had my favorites and they were as remembered. Great service and no rush to get me out.

If Management Counts...

By C.Renee Parker |

A manager who's tag was turned backwards refused to identify himself and treated me with great disrespect when I asked for the restaunt's music to be turned down. When I tried to explain why I was asking, he threatened to call security throw me out of the restaurant. Maybe recent Atlanta weather has everyone a little on edge, but certainly we can all work together. Totally unnecessary bullying from someone nearly twice my size. I'm not even going to stick around to see if the food's worth eating.

OK Service Not OK Food

By RedLily1968 |

We were seated quickly in a booth. I ordered chicken lettuce wraps & a glass of wine. The food came out super fast but visually looked darker than I am used to and smelled and tasted burnt. I sent it back. They brought out another one (supposedly) and it was just as dark. It appears to be cooked in old oil. We left smelling like burnt old oil. This was my first (and last time) trying the airport location.

What a great way to spend your time between flights!

By Hector P |

Semi-hidden in a second floor location lies this P.F. Chang's China Bistro within the heart of the Hartsfield Jackson Atlanta Airport. Great menu and fast friendly service. Highly recommend it. Will return!

Our favorite restaurant in Hartsfield

By Lori T |

Through experience, we have learned that P. F. Chang's is the best place to grab a bite to eat in the Atlanta airport. The restaurant is accessed via an escalator or elevator in the center of the A Concourse. There are tables available, but we always sit at the bar with a view of the planes and weather outside. Food is also available to-go. The sweet and sour chicken is delicious. Prices are only a dollar or two higher than the mall P.F.Chang's. Service is super fast and friendly.

Always good; one of my favorites

By Susan T |

I got to ATL early for my flight, not knowing how busy this airport might be. My flight departed out of Concourse A where the P.F. Chang's is located. It was only 10 in the morning but there was a sign that said that they serve breakfast and lunch. I assumed that it would be too early for lunch but was pleasantly surprised that they were serving breakfast and lunch. I thought about it some more and it made sense because travelers are on all sorts of different time zones. Wished more restaurants would do this. I had a very early lunch but really wanted to have their pad thai with shrimp, my favorite dish at P.F. Chang's. And besides, I don't live near a P.F. Chang's so I needed to take advantage of the opportunity! It was delicious as usual! The only downside is that I couldn't add to my rewards points; not sure why, though.

Bad food at the Atlanta airport: no more P(oorr) F(ood) Chang!

By GirasolTournesol |

I have come here for many years. I remember the “early” PFX menu, delicious spinach dish, delightful Buddha’s delight. I noticed the decline over the years. Today, this vegetarian option (the only one) was short of disgusting. Soupy starchy “sauce” with no flavor. The few pieces os tofu were of low quality and very small. Stringy almost raw green bean. Big pieces or “I was just cut onion, raw. I wondered about the cook… The service was slow and the background music very loud. This was my last time at PFChang’s at the airport. Too bad.

PF Chang’s Airport

By Jose H |

PF Chang’s and PF Chang’s airport are 2 different restaurants. My recommendation here, if you have the time, and want an appetizer, order it; and when it arrives; then order your main dish; at the bar for some reason the server asks what your name is; but still treats you like a number! Hmm, I will return for lack of other options!

Good place to stop

By TravelingfromPace |

This PF Chang’s has a limited menu; however, they serve everything they off all day in additional to have traditional breakfast options. Price is reasonable & service was nice. Get the egg drop soup, it’s delicious.

No Brussel sprouts

By RjDA229 |

Rude people and no Brussel sprouts. Not going again. We were very disappointed. It is not a regular restaurant. Don’t go.

Excellent service

By Aliseg |

Excellent service food was fresh and delivered quickly so that we can make our flight highly recommend. Located concourse A

Disappointing

By Joyellen H |

We got seated at a counter facing the wall. We politely asked if we could be moved to a regular table so we could visit easier during our meal. It must have been the wrong thing to ask. The server was agitated but moved us. Then we sat for about 10-15 minutes while every table around us was served, checked on several times, etc. No one even glanced at us or bothered to take our order. We finally left and went somewhere else to eat. Very disappointed.

Good, but tough Mongolian Beef this time

By Gene K |

My wife and I like P.J. Chang's and have been to this location a couple of times while at the airport. Other times have been fine. This time I tried the Mongolian Beef. It was well seasoned but overcooked - several pieces inedible due to being tough. Service as always was friendly and efficient.

excellent food - enjoyable service - fairly quick delivery

By onemichael |

Have been here a few times and food is really good better than most airport food. A bit pricey but worth it. Cheers!!!

Amazing team: Christina, Danny, NeNe

By Scott B |

I had the pleasure of having breakfast/lunch at this location ( Atlanta airport) arriving around 10am (and remained until 1130a working via laptop.). I was so impressed with the camaraderie and collaboration between the 3 young lady servers that I asked to speak with the manager (as often we do not hear the ‘good’ that occurs and kindness is absolutely free.). He shared their names were Christina, Danny and NeNe….. these young ladies all had tables BUT each of them assisted each other and ALL of them interacted and cared for drink fills and delivery of food, etc. throughout the entire experience. Thus, thank you ladies, you are appreciated. Best, Dr. Scott

Bad service. The waiter never brought the order and we had to constantly get the other wait staff to help us with drinks

By Jmatney01 |

The wait staff was very slow. We waited a long time for him to take our order and didn’t see him much. Thank goodness the manager intervened and got our ticket after waiting 15 minutes. Don’t go there if you’re in a hurry

Large Portions of Totally Tasteless Food

By Ken A |

We had some time between flights on a Saturday evening and decided to eat here instead of the normal fast food options. It started off well with a friendly greeting, seated quickly, and food and drink orders taken. My wife had the ginger chicken with broccoli and it had no taste. It was a very large portion and had a lot of chicken but it was “mushy” and no seasoning. The best part of this dish was the broccoli but it had no salt or seasoning. I decided on chicken pad Thai and it was a very large portion but once again, “mushy” chicken and absolutely no taste and no soy sauce or salt on the table. We needed to leave to catch or flight but our server had disappeared and we finally had to flag down another one to pay the bill. The total with two ice teas was $ 56 and don’t waste your time here if you want a tasty meal.

Chicken Lettuce Wraps delivered in less than 15 minutes!

By Matthew F |

With an hour layover, i entered P. F. Chang’s China Bistro near the Food Court. The Host told me that the tables were all full, but there were some seats at the Window Counter and the Bar. I asked my Waitress, Alexandra if she thought I could get Chicken Lettuce Wraps rather fast since I was in a hurry? She said, “Sure! It’ll be about 12-13 minutes.” That was the answer I expected, but I just didn’t think she could pull it off. To my pleasant surprise, She Delivered! I was one very satisfied Happy Camper!

Quick bite between flights

By Tom M |

One of the better airport restaurants I’ve eaten at. Lettuce wraps were wonderful. Shrimp fried rice was good and portion was big. Appetizer fried rice and a beer $38 plus tip. Pricey but expected.

Great Food, especially at an airport

By michaelkQ5525HV |

Had an excellent meal with my family while travelling. Our server, Quanisha, was TOP NOTCH-attentive, friendly, and professional. The food was consistent with a regular P.F. Chang's despite a more limited menu. Food was served quickly, hot, and tasted great. Very well done!

Love, love, love!

By Rachel H |

Never disappoints! Harvey was a fabulous waiter & Cynthia, the manager, delightful! Love P.F. Chang’s in Concourse A when I have a layover in ATL. THANK YOU for all you do! (And, shoutout to chefs, I love my shrimp dumplings!)

Busy, clean, prompt service, great food, lots of Gluten Free choices

By JimE_1111 |

Finding GF while traveling is sometimes a challenge, so I was very excited to see a PF Chang's right in the airport. Pricey, but so worth it. I got so distracted, I almost missed my flight...

This place is horrible!

By B$$ |

I tried another time at this place because of my layover, hate this place , cleanliness is worst. I ordered dynamite shrimp 🍤 and this is the worst dish ever had in any PF Chang’s. Drinks are good. I don’t recommend this place.

Catch a bite to eat on your way to International Terminal F

By ThomasEMM |

When I was walking from my arrival terminal I ran into this PF Chang's. As dining options are limited in the International Terminal F I decided to have my dinner here, instead of having it in the airplane. Good and true PF Chang's location.

Great food. Grumpy Hostess.

By Betsy F |

One of my favorite restaurants and I was thrilled to have that option at the airport. And then I saw her. Miss Crabby Pants. Even another diner agreed. Sheesh. Once that was over, my server was great, great service and delicious food. Shrimp Lo Mein and a glass of wine.

Don’t waste your money!

By Airbear777 |

Obviously prepared in advance. Canned mandarin oranges. Flavor so so. It was packed and our server was great but have honestly had better at Panda Express

Breakfast

By Tom A |

Who knew you could get breakfast at PF Chang's ?? Very surprised, just got a basic eggs fruit and bagel but it was real good. Glad we got our late breakfast on concourse A at the Atlanta airport.

Lunch at the airport

By Alan C |

PF Chang’s doesn’t disappoint. Food and service was excellent. Kung Pao chicken was amazing. Great portion size and full of flavour

Keisy was Awesome!

By Rolland E |

We needed something good to eat in our travels. We had a nice meal and our waitress Keisy was awesome!

Too Fast is Not Always Good

By R2Rondon |

The restaurant is located in Concourse A of ATL airport on the second floor. The receptionist was very polite and listed to my request for additional "elbow room". The restaurant offers two viewing areas; one to the ramp and the other to a main hallway. The elegant table was clean but the floor needed some attention. I went for lunch and ordered the Honey Chicken. The majority of the honey sauce was concentrated on the middle of the plate and some chicken pieces were a bit cold. The flavor of the brown rice was plain, so a little of soy sauce helped. The taste of the cheesecake was very good, but it looked slightly destroyed. It seems the restaurant wants to server the food very fast and other areas such as the food and overall cleanliness suffer. The server was nice and the fortune cookie was a nice touch. The entrance decorations are standard across the restaurant chain.

Just What I Needed When I Needed It

By Scott C |

It’s not often that you can find a sit down chain restaurant in an airport that lives up to the standards of an “out in the wild” brick and mortar storefront. This PF Chang’s delivers in spades! Awesome Kung Pao Chicken and Mongolian Beef. Both superb! The beers are BIG, we forewarned! But it helps justify the airport prices, giving you more or less what you paid for. Maybe a new Terminal A favorite for me.

Airport Atlanta

By Doris S |

I wanted food to-go. The two clerks were very busy chatting and did not have time for people waiting to order or enter the restaurant. The 'to-go' order took 25 minutes (salad), only because I told them I had a flight to catch and would need to cancel the order, I could wait no longer. One girl left and came back with 5 bags for people waiting (??). The salad was great - but service terrible.

Not open

By andyscrapper |

Would have loved to give this place a real review but at 2pm it wasn’t open. The workers rudely waved us away as we approached. The hours state that they are open. Oh well.

Very good food quality; Service needs more sense of urgency

By #EnjoyingRetirement |

Entered the restaurant during a recent long layover in Atlanta on the way home to Birmingham, Alabama. The hostess if I needed a seat in the dining room or if I wanted to take a seat at the bar or window counter. I sat looking out at the tarmac. The restaurant was very busy on this evening with only a few seats at the bar. I sat and I sat without any greeting by a server. Finally after a long 10 minutes a server approached me for a beverage order. Ordering my drink and after serving I placed my order. The server, Kenyatta turned out to be friendly and professional. I ordered an order of PF Chang's lettuce wraps and a side order of Garlic Chile Green Beans. Food was served quickly and was prepared to perfection. Served at the proper temperature, both portions were very generous. The green beans are strong in garlic and give a kick in spice. Empty dishes were removed quickly. I did wait for a bit for the check presentation but when it was brought the server brought a to go water for me which was appreciated. All in all, a good dinner but just a little more sense of urgency to get the welcome and order taken would enhanced the overall experience. With the wait at the beginning and end I spent an hour here. I had a long layover so it wasn't a problem but for those with tighter time frames I would be sure to flag a server down and be sure they know you have a time constraint.

Bad Experience

By Jennifer G |

When we got to the restaurant, the hostess said we had 8 mins. To order. Not a problem. Great waiter placed our order ASAP. The problem came after our food came. A server can through yelling closers, closers! She then sat at the adjacent booth with her shaker cup and phone loudly announcing that she had to leave. We paid and left. Huge waste of money. There 30 mins., 75.00 down the drain. Manager needed to be present and manage the situation. Our actual server was polite and kind. The other however ran everyone out.

Great service

By Mainsailhr |

Food always tastes better when it is accompanied by good service. From the time I entered and was greeted with a smile I knew that I had found a place that I could relax in while waiting for my flight.

Convenient location for Chinese cuisine

By rksgcpl |

Being at the airport, it’s a convenient location for some quick Chinese food. Service quality and ambience are just average.

Great service!

By VanillaAce |

Our server, Kenyatta provided great service. The egg drop soup was a large portion. The pork egg rolls and signature lo mean were both excellent. Very good food in the A terminal at Hartsfield-Jackson airport.

Typical Chang’s

By Everywhere is on the list… |

Typical Chang’s fair which is a good change of pace for an airport restaurant! Chicken lettuce wraps never disappoint!

Lunch

By berthiaumesophie |

Really bad customer service unless you are a handsome men. They ignore uou, and server Danielle never check back on me. Took my order, give me the bill and never came back. They took a shot of wine, she was with another young lady.

Delicious Chinese! A Must when passing thru Atlanta Airport

By Fladibug1975 |

I have had so many delicious dishes each time I fly through Atlanta airport. I highly recommend the Hot and Sour Soup, orange chicken, Mongolian Beef and the fried rice. The strawberry ginger margarita was delicious and refreshing.

Delicious, fast, and perfect service!!

By Angela W |

Asinia was amazing!! Super fast service, memorized our order, refilled soooo many waters!!! Thank you!! The food was delicious too!

Perfect food, best meal all week!

By Bella |

EXCELLENT food, the best I had on a one-week trip. Beef with broccoli, brown rice, green tea. Hot, fresh, delicious. Lousy service - I found out my “waitress” was not my “server” when I tried to pay the bill, she said she was not my server. I guess that would explain the lousy service she provided - it was not her job. Marcus came along to process my credit card, the first time I saw him. The food was great, make that perfect, thank you kitchen staff and anonymous food runner. Glad I didn’t need anything.

Sit at the bar and be spoiled by great service.

By 45jukey |

I am a people person and the staff at this location was friendly, had knowledge of the menu and prompt service. I ordered Dynamite Shrimp---which was completely different that the dish I had in the Providence location the week before. This was breaded and deep fried and had I known that, I would have made another selection. Broccoli steamed crunchy on the side. Oddly, no knife was given to me. On Sunday GA does not pour alcohol until 12:30pm so I had to wait for a glass of wine with my meal. Staff was very pleasant and got the wine to me precisely at that time! I would return again to this location in A Concourse which is tucked upstairs and you get there by it's own escalator. Skytrain makes it easy to get there.

Quick & Convenient

By derrickwg36 |

P.F. Changes at the Atlanta Airport he’s very quickly and convenient. The airport was extremely busy but I was seated immediately. The food and service was satisfactory. It was a nice break during my travels, and an escape from the busy terminal.

Comfortable choice

By Leslie J |

This airport has a lot of choices for restaurants. I wanted to eat on the healthy side and also wanted an alcoholic beverage with my meal. So, my wishes were granted. Seating was comfortable and food was good as usual. Service was slow, but I had a long layover. Drink was somewhat weak.

Decent Breakfast a good time killer

By Wise14u |

Had a decent breakfast at PF Chang’s inside the Atlanta airport terminal A upstairs. Service was lackluster, if you’re in a hurry don’t go but if you have time to kill it’s a good choice. Food was ok but not the best. Fruit seemed old not fresh. Bacon was nice and crisp, which is a huge plus for me. Bagel was toasted but cold. Had to ask for drink refills and they were slow to come. They serve coke products along with alcoholic drinks and smoothies.

Inattentive airport service

By Dean Landeche |

Airport quality chain outlet with 'I'll never see you again!' attention to service. Food quality is ok, but below standards of the stand-alone brand. Servers are automotrons without any attention to detail because they know they will only serve you once. Be sure to ask for everything when you order -- food, drink, condiments, extra napkins, etc.-- because you likely won't have another interaction wait staff til it's time to pay.

Really fast, really good

By Top5Jamaica |

Great quick-stop option while in-transit at the ATL airport, Asian fast-food that's really good. The Pad Thai was excellent and very filling!

Good place at airport

By Ken S |

This is a typical PF Chang. Given the choices when on a long lay over this is not bad at all. Service is a bit slow so have that in your plan if you stop here and need to be quick.

Very bad airport restaurant

By eke-ono |

We have been to many PF Changs, but this one had a very bad staff and the food was very mediocre. The staff gave us the feeling that they had something else to do and couldn't be bothered with customers. Definitely do not have to worry about a repeat customer, because we caught the next plane out

Lemon Grass

By redlangleyexec |

The Lemon Grass salad was very good. Enjoyed the view of crazy cargos loading planes. We all know airports are way to expensive but hey you have to eat on the run!

Very limited menu, really annoying loud music.

By FLnurseER |

During a long wait for a connecting flight, we were very happy to find this restaurant open. Menu was scanned via barcode onto our mobiles. Safety and distancing was perfect. However the menu was very limited, and they did not have our favorite dishes. The chicken Kung Pao arrived very dry, no sauce, did not enjoy it. Family’s tofu dish and Budha feast were fine. The service was good and prompt. There was a very loud and annoying Oriental music playing, sounded repetitive, and I suspect it was designed to get people out as soon as possible. Given the very limited circumstances during travel, we were glad to sit down in a restaurant and eat.

Lunch

By Scott Scheffer |

Always a solid and consistent meal at this location. Staff were quick to drink drinks and food. Pad Thai is my go to, Hot, and tastey!

Heading back to NYC

By Deacon Bill K |

We were on our way back to NYC via Atlanta connection and came to one of our favorite restaurants. The soups are fabulous, hot and sour and the wonton were delicious. My wife had vegetarian fried rice and enjoyed the flavor. I had my favorite, Kung Pao chicken. A nice place for lunch or dinner.

Server Rude

By Vi |

This dude told us “Do you still need anything? Like “I meant he wants to get rid of us quickly because he said he needs to make more money. We sat and ordered right away and I needed to send text / email while eating my meal at the time. But I got the feeling that he is rushing us!

Good airport food, slow service

By luvtotravel0330 |

I love PF Chang’s and even though the menu is condensed my food was still great! Wonton soup and lettuce wraps were delicious. Had no wait, walked right in. Server was inattentive and very slow. Drinks sat empty. Beware if you don’t have extra time.

Breakfast.....yep!

By flzdmpm03 |

Layover at Atlanta Airport.....what a surprise to find that P.F. Chang’s served breakfast! Only a few items but was excellent and reasonable. Would recommend ito check it out!!

Vegan Options!

By dmarvel89 |

PF Chang’s is a perfect option during a layover in ATL. I don’t care what terminal I need to be at in 90 minutes, I head to Terminal A for a Buddha Feast. Go Vegan.

Always wonderful

By beanie2664 |

The food is always delicious. I make sure to stop here on my yearly layover to Johannesburg. It’s an extra bonus to have Ricky as my server. I sit at the bar and get the same ginger chicken with broccoli

A Good Choice!

By Katherine8183 |

We recently had a long layover in the Atlanta airport and decided to have a late dinner at PF Chang’s. We were seated immediately and service was quick and friendly. We ordered spring rolls, a Mandarin Crunch Salad and a Vietnamese Noodle Salad. Everything was very good and prices were reasonable for an airport restaurant. Glad we took the time to sit down for a decent dinner rather than the fast food most people get at the airport.

Travel Tip: A table in the 90’s

By SavantIII_11 |

My wife and I have a quarter century tradition of celebrating January in Palm Beach the Golden State, or Hawaii, and this tradition is with Delta. Today we are flying Delta to connect in Hartsfield to our Marriott Ocean Pointe Vacation Villa on the Atlantic Ocean. We have often dined at P.F. Chang’s at Hartsfield. Travel Tip: A table in the 90’s. We take note that there are seven Delta pilots also dining at P.F. Chang’s. P.F. Chang’s is positioned in such a manner that one can view the tarmac and the action, and one can elect a table in the 90’s with a second floor view of Hartsfield. Nevertheless, P.F. Chang’s is airport dining, except much better. This week we have enjoyed the Centerville, OH P.F. Chang’s, and the meal was measurably better at P.F. Chang’s Hartsfield. I elected shrimp, and asked our server for a recommendation. Server highly recommended Kung Pao Shrimp. My wife chose a Lemon Grass Chicken Salad. Both meals were great. P.F. Chang’s nailed the dining. Service: Very good and with personality Ambience: Way beyond airport dining Meal: Way beyond airport dining Frequent Flyer Tip: One can be in/out in thirty minutes or an hour plus with wine and viewing. We highly recommend.

Entered hopeful. Left disappointed

By Catzmother |

I was so hopeful that there was an alternative to all the fast food in terminal A. Sadly - this is not an option. The hostess was so disinterested. She wanted to talk w her friend that was hanging out at the hostess stand. A few people were nice but they were the minority. My server was nice and enthusiastic at first but then he faded away. I ordered the spring rolls. Oil oozed out of them. They were saturated and inedible. Asked for veggie lo mein no mushrooms. Got the first dish with chicken. The second dish came out scalding hot (a sign it was fresh but I burned my mouth) but it had mushrooms (told server - he was apologetic but I never saw him again). So two items - really couldn’t eat much of either. So it was a waste. Not sure there are other / better options but I would have felt better having a bad meal for $10 mean than a bad $30+ meal.

Good Food, Very Busy

By Adam P |

Had time to kill at the Atlanta airport and wanted to enjoy a sit down meal. Found PF Chang’s which is one of my favorite restaurants. This location is very busy (as you would expect) and the food is good. Enjoyed chicken lettuce wraps for an appetizer, and the spicy Chang’s chicken as an entree. Seated at the table closest to the bar and kitchen. My server Chaz was a great guy. Huge smile all the time and watched him really work the room.

Good view of action on the tarmac

By Jeffrey D |

I've eaten at other P.F. Chang's properties on occasion, but it hasn't been high on my go-to list as a franchise operation. On this trip through ATL I didn't have enough time to stop at my favorite restaurant, but this was close to my gate and they weren't too busy. The service was very good and I enjoyed watching ground operations from the window bar. My General Tso's chicken was overly salted, but nothing a cold beer couldn't wash done. The side of fried rice ensured I wouldn't be hungry later that night. I would go back again under similar circumstances.

AWESOME

By FrequentFlier680534 |

Service was great!! The food was excellent! I ha the lettuce wrap and shrimp lo mien. They gave me lots of shrimp and the food was prepared to perfection. I was really shocked because I have gone in restaurants at ATL airport and the food was not very good and service was horrible. PF Chang's stands out at this airport! Keep doing what you are doing!

This Hiring Manager is Perfect

By Brett H |

For the second year in a row, my wife and I had reason to go through this airport, in the same gates as the P. F. Chang's. Last years great experience is in here, but this year we met our server William, another young man with a kinetic energy and infallible, gregarious manner. The food is the same in all the Changs nationwide, but this one has a staff that makes you want to come back just fir the service!

Breakfast Preflight - Destination Orlando

By Joe P |

Yes. I said breakfast at PF Chang’s. The wife and I both left there surprised at how good the food was, with bellies full and smiles on our faces. We were very pleased with the service and the food. I had a bagel based egg sandwich which turned out amazing. The wife had a bagel and home fries. The bagels were large, extra plump, and had a great, chewy texture. My eggs were scrambled just right, almost French style where they were very light and fluffy, cooked just enough to stand. We highly recommend breakfast here, and I have already posted about other meal times on here. We love it. Unfortunately, we have no photos. Totally forgot.

Needs adult supervision!

By jtmpIII |

Let me start by saying we’ve been going to PF Changs for twenty years. This by far, was the worse experience we’ve encountered. No hostess was on duty at 1:00pm. Took twenty minutes to be seated. There were at the most 35 customer’s seated. The fried rice and lo mien were left-over/reconstructed. Not freshly made!

Rude Waiter

By Carrie G |

The man who sat us at our able was extremely friendly - he may have been the manager. But that was where the friendliness ended. The waiter came over to take our drink order and my husband said his and in the middle of me giving my order, he randomly walked away. He came back with my husbands drink a few minutes later and asked me if I was ready to order. I said I’d like a Michelob Ultra and he rolled his eyes and said “I got that are you ready to order”. I would have never known you got my drink order because you walked away mid-order and only came back with my husbands beer. He continued to be rude the entire time and even set someone else’s dirty dishes down on our table before we even left.

Great Food

By Daniel M |

As usual, this P.F. Chang's location has a great atmosphere. Food is awesome at affordable prices. Not to mention excellent service.

Wonderful Service, Quick Meal

By BrettR |

On February 23, 2018 we had a 90 minute layover and after looking at our food options, we took the escalator upstairs. After a short 5 minute wait, we were seated. Our waiter, Devonte, arrived shortly. We ordered Chicken Lettuce Wrap ($10.45) and Chicken with Broccoli ($16.45) We had plenty of lettuce to go with the dish. We enjoyed our dinner. We had plenty of time to make our flight.

Best Dining Experience

By GDR-05-18 |

Ryan Penso, Operations Manager provided the best dining experience to me on Friday, July 16, 2021. He visited my table frequently and took the time to listen to my story, which was very therapeutic for me. I had a long wait at the Atlanta Airport, and it was so refreshing to have someone as genuine as him to talk to while waiting. Kudos to Ryan for making me feel so special, thank you.

Awesome service and food

By Kaitlyn A |

We stopped on tonight for a semi-quick but not fast food dinner and were not disappointed. Our server Briyona was kind and quick despite obviously having lots of tables at once. Our food came out quickly and was hot and delicious. We were in and out in about 35 minutes.

Great food & waiter -- lousy tip from us! So Sorry!

By Kathie L |

We were so pleased to be able to have a nice, sit-down dinner at the ATL airport after many hours of travel! Jermaine, our waiter, was friendly and attentive and my mandarin salad was so appreciated after a long day of no fresh veggies or fruits all day. Feeling bad this morning because I apparently took the receipt copy that included Jermaine's tip -- jet lag. Tried to revise it today by phone but was told it was too late. So Jermaine, I promise to double-tip you the next time we're in this restaurant!

Great Food

By Daniel M |

As always, this P.F. Chang's location is as good as any other nationwide. Great food, great service.

Fast Food for Fliers

By Drgole |

Not a full fledge PF Changes. Designed to push people through in a short time. Service is excellent. Don’t be afraid of the long line it moves fast. Not a full service PF Chang’s. Food gets short-changed. A little greasy and not flavorful. You can get breakfast at this one. Good for airport food.

PF Chang

By Miranda & Adam |

Our overall experience was good. As frequent flyers at PF Chang restaurants, we have had better and worse at other locations. The Changs Spicy Chicken was made perfectly. My chicken fried rice, ordered with a side of Changs Spicy Sauce, was good. The chicken wasn’t pan seared like other locations and my side of sauce was watery versus the normal thicker consistency. Our waiter definitely made up for any issues I had with the differences. Moose (name on the receipt) was very friendly, attentive, and an overall great server. We were very pleased with him.

Great place to eat in terminal 1

By David E |

We were in transit with about two hours to kill around lunch time and were very hungry. PF Chang’s did not let us down. Love their spicy Singapore noodles and my wife loves their cashew chicken. We could not finish half of it and took takeaways to finish for dinner. Service very efficient and friendly.

Excellent food and service

By Randy L |

We were hesitant to eat here because of previous experiences at other PFs but I talked my wife into it and we were blown away. The food was GREAT! My wife is very picky about her food and she loved it. The service was super and the beer was cold (and big).

You know the food and consistency!

By George B |

Layover in Atlanta couldn’t be more painless than with PF Chang’s for dinner. You know the food, you know what to expect, no disappointment here! World Class Asian Cuisine! We ate at the bar with Ricky, a truly world class waiter/bartender. I can recommend a lemon drop martini!

Just Plain Lousy

By Carol V |

Been to many PF Changs in the US and have had good meals. I was hoping for a good meal between connections. The one at Terminal A was not very clean. The shrimp dumplings were lukewarm at best and were stale, and edamame was undercooked and fairly bland. Service was good but food was a real disappointment. Never again at this location!!!!

Late Airport Lunch

By Ken M |

Stopped in for a late lunch between flights. They were busy but I was able to get a seat at the bar immediately. I had the Chang’s Chicken. It came out quickly after ordering. It was exactly the same as at one of their regular restaurants. I was in and out in about 30 min. Overall. Very good. I would go again.

Good, fast and consistent

By MadisonCPA |

If you have a little extra time between flights this PF Chang’s is a good stop. I think the food is consistent with other PF Chang’s and is fairly quick. I got the beef broccoli and it was very good.

Good lunch at airport; music bit too loud

By Kevin W |

Standard P.F. Chang's good food and taste; with Covid, they want you to use your cell phone to scan QR code so as to read the menu online. Some people may find that a bit intimidating, if they've never done so before. But as with many other things, with the pandemic we have to learn new ways to do things. I had their Lo Mein with beef. Bill was $18 before tip.

Great place to eat in the Atlanta Airport.

By John J |

The food at this location is the same quality and consistency as it is at any other Chang's location. They get you in and out efficiently allowing you to eat a great meal and still easily make your flight connections.

Clean and Fast

By Cas[HEY] |

We had 3 hours to kill before our next flight so we wanted something sit down. They still had an hour until they closed so we grabbed some food. We got the ceab rangoon which was delicious! And the pad thai and the spicy almond chicken. The pad thai was fantastic too. I liked the almond chicken but it wasn't spicy at all. It could have used a good kick. But it was still tasty. Everything came out quick and service was fantastic for a busy airport.

Great food that tasted just like our “home” location!

By Victor B |

I was skeptical of a PF Changs location in an airport (Atlanta), but despite being pretty small, they had a nice bar and nice staff. The food was great which is a testament to franchise consistency working like it should. VictorB

Good choice at the airport

By Alabamatripcreator |

When I am going out on Concourse A I choose PF Chang. Have eaten here a number of times. It has a more limited than the regular Chang restaurants. I always order a cup of the hot and sour soup, never fails to be a good choice along with a seafood entree. This time I ordered the Mongolian beef and shrimp with scallions, very good. Service has usually been fast but this time it was very slow. The server seemed to stay distracted, not really paying close attention to customers. They weren't real busy, I went in for early lunch. Will return when on that concourse.

A hidden gem for breakfast

By Steve H |

Traveling through Atlanta early morning on our way to Seattle. We had thirty minutes before boarding and needed breakfast. The food mall in Concourse A, consisting of a bunch of walk up restaurants, was slammed. I saw a banner up a side corridor announcing breakfast upstairs at PF Chang's! We had to check that out. The place was not crowded, service was very fast and friendly. I had the Classic Breakfast with bacon, scrambled eggs, bagel and mixed fresh fruit. My wife had the open faced burrito. We both had some very good coffee. Our meals were fantastic, in a relaxing setting, and we made our plane at boarding time. My meal was $14, my wife's was $10, very competitive with the crowded fast food joints downstairs! Check it out !

decent food and worth a visit if stuck at the airport

By fingerguru |

The place is super-busy and relatively loud. They seem to prioritize speed, as they get to the table quickly, take orders quickly, get the food out quickly, process the bill quickly. But with that speed come some compromises: the floor was so greasy that we could have skated to our table; our appetizer order was botched; a drink order never arrived. The food was OK. My wife was disappointed with the edamame and thought that the shrimp dumplings were just alright. My son tolerated the chicken Lo Mein. My fried rice combo was quite tasty and the portion was huge. My wife's margarita was 13 dollars but otherwise forgettable. And did I mention my beer? Never got it. Still, given a dearth of options, I'm glad this place exists and if stuck in Atlanta again, we might go back, bring our skates, split the fried rice combo and check on that missing beer.

Very Busy place, but worth the visit

By hacksawCanada |

I had a layover here and stopped in for a bite to eat. Service was swift, food was good. I had the Lemongrass chicken salad. Very flavorful and half filling, but hey it was a salad!

Long layover

By StevenS1982 |

I had just flown in from Panama City Panama, and was famished. I stopped in excited when I saw PF Changs open (it wasn’t the last time I was here). There was no hostess at the front. I stood there for a moment and a very friendly employee greeted me and told me I could sit wherever I’d like. The waitress: I am a southerner, and to a fault always try to brighten up someone’s day. Well this waitress was very short with me. Very terse, and seemed agitated that someone wanted to just simply say hi. The food: I did not expect scratch made food like what we get at an actual PF Changs Restaurant. I expected a lot of pre-made food for travelers on the go. To expect otherwise is absurd. Don’t go in expecting everything scratch made. That being said, flavors were pretty consistent with what I’ve come to expect from PF Changs. Not as good as in a stand alone restaurant, but definitely better than their frozen meals (which I love). Presentation was a touch sloppy, but service was very wet fast, and efficient. I ordered the fried pork dumplings, and orange peel shrimp. (Pics attached), and a sweet tea. *DON’T LEAVE ATLANTA WITHOUT HAVING A SWEET TEA!* - that should be a crime :) The meal was very satisfying, tasty, and filling. That’s all I asked for!

This is a great way to spend if you got more than an hour to spend between flights. I had the lettuce wraps and they were excellent. Service was ok.....the soup was Luke warm so we sent it back.

My colleague and I were short on time but needed to have lunch. The hostess assured us we would be out within 30 minutes. Our waiter was very good, getting our order in and to our table in under 30 minutes. I had the Orange Peel Chicken and it was fantastic. I've had a few bad meals at other PF Chang's but this one was up to their normal quality. I didn't have time for the usual lettuce wraps which are always a bomb! Definately a great place to eat when in the Atlanta airport.

I love a good last USA meal at airport especially at P F Changs. They were out of dumplings at 2pm _ what?? I loved my Mongolian Beef and my Kendall Jackson Chardonnay! My son loved his food. Stop here be satisfied with a quick eat and go.
