My husband and I love chinese food, and that place was the best! We have a dinner there every time to go to Miami Dolphin Mall

Came to this place with some friends to grab a bite on Sunday evening... had to wait for 30 min for a table even though there were tables available... went to the bar and service was quite good... above average there!!! When we finally sat, service was below average!! We ordered several dishes from chicken, shrimp and meat... the Mongolian beef, avoid... burnt to the point of no flavor... the shrimp with melon was ok, a notch too sweet but ok, the miso sea bass was quite good, maybe the best that day... white rice is also good!!! Chicken with orange peel is ok, but a little too overcooked and dry.. the place has good ambiance and is clean... restrooms are not clean at all... those can use some cleaning!!! All in all, ok Enjoy

Service was great. However the kitchen got our order wrong. We had the surf and turf. The steak was seasoned wonderfully. We also had the lobster and shrimp rice. We axed the red pepper so that it wouldn't be spicy. All in all we'd try it again.

Well the restaurant is located in the outsides of the Dolphin mall. The place is nicely decorated and the service is quite good. The food tastes like any other restaurant and that's why in telling its quite overpriced.

This restaurant had an hour wait , but if you eat at the bar there is no wait. We tried a few different items. We loved the lettuce wraps, hot and sour soup and the dumplings. We split chicken and beef noodles. ///everything was very tasty. It gets crowded about 7 so try and go before then.

We went for dinner but we couldn’t eat much. First the soda machine was damage so they only offered two options. Then we order some starters, dinamite shrimp and they were awesome as always. Second, we order the sampler but few minutes after we finish the shrimps the waiter came saying that they don’t have shrimp dumplings. Ok. Two things you don’t have is ok. Lastly we order chicken sliders and when we were finishing the sampler ... after several minutes from the order, the waiter came saying that they didn’t have that plate. OMG! Three things missing is too much. We did have no interest in order more things as they probably did not have it! Bad and sad experience for a restaurant we used to consider good opinion.

The place was dirty the service was very slow and the music so loud we couldn't hear each other talking. Our waiter was lost most of the time we were there, had to ask another waiter for stuff we needed.

Decent dinner. Price is very affordable and value was good. Just the service lacked. The staff was very busy walking around without actually helping guests most of the time.

Had lunch at this location. Right in front of the Dolphin Mall. Had three appetizers with plenty left for dinner. My wife had chicken which again left plenty to take home. Good service and sauces.

Lunch was great , had to repeat a day later ! Quick and friendly service. There was also crayons and coloring pages to keep the kids entertained.

The food was good and I was up to here pointing at my throat, of Chinese food, since I ate that 24 7 actually 10 of almost only Chinese food. So the food had to be pretty good. I was dragged in Screaming and Kicking. Atmosphere was good but service more training. The way the waiter addressed us and the way he stacked up the used dishes and kinda dropping the utencils in the dishes infront of my wife, He could have splashed my wifes clothes. The other thing was I looked at the floor and thought they could do so mini sweep with a broom.

I was looking for something to eat and walked to this restaurant next to my hotel. The first impression was the stench of dirty carpets when you walk in. I sat at the bar. The bartender was friendly. I ordered a martini. It was warm and tasted funny. I ordered a draft beer and it was nice and cold. I ordered a sushi roll. The roll was not great and it was breaking apart and didn’t taste fresh. I used the bathroom and it was not very clean. This place needs some serious leadership to get up back to chain standard. I will never go back.

Great food today! We had a new server Javier and he was great! The food was especially good today / loved the server suggestions! Def come back! Make it a point to visit when at the mall. You will not be disappointed ! 🎉

Great food! Never disappoints! The food came out quickly and I even ordered takeaway to have on the plane!

We stumbled upon this restaurant when visiting the Dolphin Mall and were really positively surprised. Excellent seabass, great shrimps, nice sides such as the asparagus and we enjoyed the honey chicken. We also really liked the tabkes, which are placed on a three quarter round bench, which suited us well, being with three persons. The noodles were really no good, tasted like spaghetti with cheese, but upon our remark it was taken away and deducted from our bill. Great service, great food!

I was alone so I sat by the bar. While I waited for the food, I got the chance to see how they prepared drinks. This is a very family orientated restaurant. Nice after a long day at the Mall and you don't feel like eating Taco Bell or Panda Express.

Very good food, tasty. Good variety. Sharing plates together and enjoying all the options they have there.

Delivery We order today the lunch menu. We've been to this restaurant for dinner several times, with excellent service and food quality. Today we decided to order delivery lunch, based on our past experiences. However, the disappointment upon receiving our order: the size and poor quality of the dishes compel me to file this complaint. Even the price was too high for what we received.

Well is been a long time that I haven't come to this restaurant when I got in the hostess was kind of rude but I let it go. The food was fantastic the server very limited but was ok. It could be better staff is very limited with the service.

Initially, the food was not to our standards. However, the manager Brandon went above and beyond to make it right. Our hostess, Alexandra "Alex" was phenomenal. She was very professional, and attentive.

The Wonton Soup… the steamed Shrimp Dim Sum… the Shrimp Lo Mein… Lettuce Wraps…Beef Fried Rice… deep-fried Honey Chicken… (Accompanied by some great drinks) and exceptional service: can it get better than that? It is located on the “restaurant row” at Dolphin Mall, competing with many other extremely good restaurants, eateries and bars(some just inside the entrance to the mall), but if you are looking for great Chinese, LOOK NO FURTHER! It is very popular but the place is large so the waiting isn’t that long (on weekends). The service is very good (we had two booths – and with kids!) but they managed perfectly to accommodate us very well and all the food was delivered on time (and at the same time) at both tables! Finish off your meal with a warm Sake, as you may need it after such a sumptuous meal! And kids really love this place!!!

Probably had bad luck but as fan's of PF Chang we rate this version as unsatisfactory. Although the place was not full and we did not have to wait (which is almost normal) service was at best mediocre. The food looked as if it had spent too long under the infrared lamps and was only lukewarm. When we mentioned this, the best we got was a shoulder pull by our waiter. Guess that in Miami they do not care very much about their clients. As this place is not easy reachable for the mall (no thoroughfare) you might as well skip it. Not much better than the food court but lots more expensive.

We were impressed when there was no wait time for seating 4 adults and 2 children in high chairs at 6:30 pm. It quickly became crowded and service deteriorated as the place got busier. My husband had the kaleidoscope sushi that he described as nice presentation but lacking in portion size and flavor. He said it did not taste as if it was freshly made. The group shared chicken lettuce wraps that were delicious. The 3 year old devoured the hot and sour soup and was stopped short of licking the bowl. The Mongolian beef was tough but tasty. The spicy chicken and honey chicken were average. Very small portions for the waiter to describe them as large enough to share. The waiter forgot to order the kids honey chicken - so they had to wait way too long and the waiter brought out the sauce for the kids fried chicken pieces after they had eaten almost all the plain fried chicken pieces. (He forget it too...so much for attention to detail.) Dessert was the banana egg rolls with coconut ice cream that was delicious. Food was overall ho hum and service quickly deteriorated - so only a 3 out of 5.

I had the pleasure of sampling a variety of dishes, and each one exceeded my expectations. The presentation was visually stunning, and the taste was nothing short of exceptional. From appetizers to desserts, PF demonstrated a commitment to culinary excellence that is truly commendable. One standout feature was the thoughtfully curated wine list. The sommelier's recommendations complemented the meal perfectly, enhancing the overall dining experience. It's evident that PF pays meticulous attention not only to the food but also to the entire dining atmosphere.

I have eaten at several, like 20 PF, I really like the food and wine they have. The staff is always friendly and the other customers have good taste too :) This location was outside of popular mall. All great!

Located at the Dolphin Mall, this particular P.F. Chang’s has a somewhat more intimate atmosphere that a lot of the others we have eaten at. Let’s all acknowledge that P.F. Chang’s is not the place to go on date night for an intimate dining experience. It is an wide open seating restaurant that does not have separate dining areas . Chang’s also doesn’t have other decorations or wall coverings to absorb noise levels. It’s just usually a noisy location that offers their particular brand and style of food and that is why we go there. It must be the lighting and the fact we went in the evening. But still, even though the restaurant was jammed packed it still had a more modern and intimate feeling. The lighting was more low lit and the noise level may have been more subdued due to the absence of full bright lighting. Even if the restaurant was as noisy as any other , the lighting definitely made a difference to me. Excellent service here. Fast and friendly and our wait staff always checking on our food and drink and refilling glasses. This was most appreciated. Not much new with the menu but that is not why anyone goes there. Of course they now advertise “made from scratch” which is somewhat puzzling to me as I always assumed that’s what they did anyway. The kitchens are always in view and I never had the thought that they were serving me frozen food re- heated, so the whole made from scratch seems to be lost on me. As usual the food was great and I did appreciate the atmosphere at this particular location.

Amazing food! Best dumplings I’ve ever had, have been here a few times on our trip. Wish there was one back home in Australia!

Food was very good and the service was AWESOME!!!! our waiter was very friendly and he was answering all our questions about the menu.

When for lunch and the food was good, waitress attentive and truly enjoyable experience. We had steamed dumplings, the Mongolian beef, fried rice and the wall of China cake that is delicious and huge.

yes, this is one of those chain restaurants that you can always count on the great consistency of the food and the service. we went late afternoon , so the place was not packed yet. must always have their refreshing strawberry /cucumber lemonade. fried rice and the shrimp in lobster sauce was very good. our server, Felix, was very professional and friendly.

Tried this place for lunch I loved it the decor was nice and the staff were friendly I had the shrimp in lobster source and egg fry rice it tasted really great would go back here next time loved the food

The wife and I had dinner here the night before our cruise and we were so happy that we choose P.F. Chang’s. We arrived about 5:00 and were promptly seated and our waitress Lomita (sorry if I got the name or spelling wrong) was there to give us our menus and also answered any questions we had. The wife and I shared a spicy chicken dish (it was not that spicy) and the combo fried rice. We are glad we shared as the portions were enough to feed both of us and then some. Our waitress was fabulous and the entire experience was great. We would highly recommend P.F. Chang’s for a good meal and experience.

I always loved P.F. Chang. Food is good and decent prices. However this location has been a shame. No wonder they change managers and employees all the time! Every time I order something to go or dine in, I’m surprised w something new. If you order to pick up, you might find pieces of rice plastic bags in the rice(some times it comes only half of the container). I even took pictures and showed to the manager... Employees are confused and looks like a bunch of teenagers in their first job. I kept eating there bc is closed to my house however this last time was the worst! I took the wife and my 1 and 2 years old to have lunch on that location. It was Monday. At the restaurante we waited a long time for a table(restaurante was emptied). They gave us a small table on the crowed place. We accommodated ourselves the best as we could(stroller, high chairs...). The server came and by her Rudy face she didn’t liked what she saw. She came already asking if knew what we wanted and when we told her we were not ready she left. Few minutes later the receptionist came and asked us to do something about the stroller. I asked him what he suggested but he, himself, didn’t know what to do. I ended up having to go to my car w my 2 years old and stroller so my wife could stay and have her lunch. When I questioned him why they haven’t give us a more spacious table in a more spacious area since the restaurant was empty he said it was not his fault, it was the manager that asked him to do it. Manager did ‘t have the guts to come and talk to us in person. Measures will be taken and definitely I will never come back to this place and not anyone I know come to this place! By the way, those reviews here make no difference, I have watched people writing in here for months and nothing has been done. This place is a joke!!! Go to the one at the falls

I’ve been to PF Chang’s in Dubai and Miami and never been disappointed! The dynamite shrimp is my favourite. The staff were lovely and help full. The drinks were refills and it’s a good price for such gorgeous food.

The drinks are nice and service was good. The crab wontons, shrimp tempura sushi and kung pao dragon roll was delicious. I did not link the Fried rice that came with the ribs, but the ribs themselves were ok. The dessert : Great Wall of Chocolate was too dense, but the banana spring rolls with ice cream was very good.

Loved it first time there and the food was great!! Will put this on my return list to Miami and the Mall for excellent bargains and shopping

I have been to a of changs in Boston remembering how good it was. A cousin had never been so decided to visit the one in Miami. The lettuce wrap is always a must. We also ordered the dumplings boiled which were very good. I ordered something new the lobster and shrimp combo with rice. It was ok. Nothing to do cartwheels over. The rice seemed to have been standing for awhile and just microwaved. Lobster what lobster. There was a tail shell but I honestly saw no lobster. The shrimp were good but again nothing crazy.?. The rest of my party seemed to enjoy their meals . The outside dining was nice. It was around 70 so being from Boston that's a heat wave so we didn't mind sitting outside. For inside dining there was a 30 minute wait, only because it was too cool outside for some people . I never heard delicious come from any of my family about their meals .

As we tried to find out what we were going to eat we decided on the Korean bbq chicken but to my surprise the waiter recommended the walnut melon shrimp and wow.... the waiter was a bit distracted and lagged but the meal was great.

We stopped here while shopping at the Dolphin Mall. The food was good, ww split a small order of pork dumplings and fried green beens, hubby had the Mongolian beef for lunch and he liked it. I ordered the lobster avacado sushi roll which I thought was too heavy on the rice, but good. I would definitely recommend this for lunch or dinner as a nice break from the hustle and bustle of the mall.

We first entered and the place was mostly empty at 830 at night. The hostess could not find us a table that was bussed, so we sat at the bar to make it easier. Order Miso Salmon, out because of order next day. Ordered a salad, out - they literally had no salads. We have traveled around the country and have been to several in south Florida ; never have we been to one that's out of food and can't seat you when it is not busy.

So, if you think P.F. Chang’s is a Chinese restaurant you will be disappointed. It is an American restaurant with Chines decor and food. The shrimp dumplings to start were good but not great. Then, fried rice, sweet & sour chicken and the glazed salmon!!! This was really good, especially the Salmon. PF Chang’s is a place I have been to a few times and will return in the future if I have a couple of office people to take for a quick and relatively good lunch.

The mongolian beef is amazing! they give you a lot of food that you can share if you want to, perfect for friends or couples.

I’ve come a few times to this location with family and friends while visiting Miami. On every occasions we had good food and service. The last visit we repeated a previous choice of dishes. Hand Folded Crab Wonton as appetizer. Walnut Shrimp with Melon, Family Platter of Mongolian Beef, Combo Fried Rice The Wonton are delicate, flower like contractions filled with a light cream cheese crab filling. Nice Generous serving of Shrimp on a Creamy Aioli Sauce with candied Walnuts and tiny Honeydew Melon balls. The melon was over ripe. Mongolian Beef platter was good to share. Tender morsels of Beef in a sweet sauce with Green Onions.. Of all the dishes the Fried Rice is not the best. No one knows how to make a simple fried rice in this country. Nothing to do with authentic dish. It can be easily skipped. Lava Cake, not so small portion. Was nice to share to cap off dinner. They were out of my choice beer, instead I got Tiger Beer from Singapore, a pale lager beer with a full-bodied taste. Refreshing. Pellegrini water rounded off the drinks. Lorena. or Lauren was our server. Very nice.

Great food and great service from Steve. Even received a complementary desert. Very nice ambiance. Located at Mary Brickell village.

We went to here for a quick bite to eat and are fans of PF Changs having been here several times before. Unfortunately this trip was not so good, we sat at the bar and order, edamame came quickly but then the main courses took forever to come out, both sides were small vs we ordered one large, then a second small side came out once we mentioned it, the bar tender was eating behind the bar, in front of guests - not sure if this is policy, and bar staff were not interested. Singapore noodles were the worst we have had at any of this chains restaurants. Overall i would not go back to this location. It was not even busy.

Crab dumplings had mold on them. Manager took them off our check, and that’s it. It’s time for this outdated restaurant to go away!

The food was so beautifully cooked. Our meal arrived quickly and it was really delicious. Service was good and it had nice atmosphere.

My wife and I have been true and faithful consumers at P.F Chang’s China bistro for over 10 years. We were regulars at the Dolphin Mall location @ 11401 NW 12th St Miami, FL 33172. After multiple complaints we decided to ban that location from our visits. Some of the complaints included: • Food being out of temperature (Rice, meat, and soups used to come out cold and even uncooked) • Dirty glassware (food from previous consumers still crusted on the glass) • Dirty silverware (food from previous consumers still crusted on the forks and knives) • Wait times to be seated (we would wait to be seated 30-40 minutes even when there would be more than 10 tables dirty tables to be cleaned and some empty tables) • Outrages serving times (On our last visit we sat 25 minutes before getting up and requesting to speak to a manager regarding the wait) manager confirmed the time we were seated versus the time we complained. She apologized as she knows that we are regulars. With all our other complaints we spoke to other managers. One of them did not even apologize and when about his day. The other manager that did in fact do something about several complaints. Finally decided to ignore our las complaint. Which was a dirty cup. I approached him and let him know what happened. He told me to wait. We ended our dinner and he completely went about his day and waved us out. We decided to go to another location yesterday at Brickell 901 S Miami Ave Miami, FL 33130 hoping that the Dolphins Mall location was just under horrible management. Sure enough it wasn’t. We were shown to our seats. As soon as we settle, I look at my silverware and find 1 of the forks to have a crusted rice and a piece of red pepper stuck to it. I had already ordered drinks and when my coke glass arrived sure enough another crusted piece of food on the glass. I requested the manager and showed him all the dirty utensils. I explained that we moved location due to the same issue and that I now knew that it’s a problem at all P.F. Chang’s locations and that we would not be dining with the franchise any longer. It really sucks because it use to be our favorite restaurant. We rather give our money to another company that is not disgusting like this one has become.

After a long day shopping at Dolphin Mall we wanted a tasty meal, What a disappointment , the food was tasteless, the table was sticky and dirty and the music was so loud we couldn't barely hear each other talking. The quality of this place has really gotten inedible. No wonder the place was almost empty at dinner time.

Nice environment. Food menu and quality is great - try the Kung Pao. Service was just ok, a little slow, but fine considering that the restaurant was pretty full!

This PF Changs is very clean and the atmosphere is very comfortable, the staff is very friendly and the food that I ordered was very good and in time.

Top quality Asian food, many traditional dishes, egg rolls, chowmeins, lettuce wraps, Mongolian beef-Shrimp-Chicken. Must try Mongolian trio and Fried rice , are excellent A great bar as well, comfortable tables and booths, located right by Ross Stores, facing the South entrance of the Dolphin mall. You may also order for pick up and there’s quick parking right in front .

Well after we had an issue last week we give them another chance and they really improved the service and the food. Thank you Jose Miguel for your service and for bern on top of everything.

Affordable tasty meals in a clean safe easy to get to setting, make this restaurant a winner. Try times that are less busy and service will be faster.

Excellent food. Very nice stuff. The meal was very fresh and they brought it fast. The choise of dishes is good enough to come a several times and its very tasty. Try spicy eggplants!! They r unbeliavable

We drove there from Miami Beach specifically to eat Hi We drove there from Miami Beach specifically to eat Hi Paul John! I'm hoping that just maybe you can visit me this weekend and stay at my place Friday and Saturday to see Hans, Jessica, Christian and I think all Ian and Alex to attend or watch at some bar on Saturday Katie's graduation from.Lynne U. In Boca Raton. I don't know the exact schedule but the important day is Saturday. They arrive late Friday and will stay at an airport hotel using a shuttle. Then we can be with them all all day Saturday. Please come dear Paul John! I need to see you and this would be fantastic.OK?been at many other PFChangs all over the USA but have never seen such a poorly managed one as this. There were empty tables everywhere inside and out. But they said a 40 minute wait to eat outside, the excuse being they only allow a server to handle 4 tables at a time. I never heard such a stupid rule at any other PF Chang. It spoiled our evening. We love the food so we decided to order take out and eat at home. The manager was a very poor communicator and cared less about us - take it or leave it attitude. I will remain a loyal PF Chang customer but NEVER AGAIN AT THIS VERY POORLY MANAGED ANDCSTAFFED RESTAURANT. I have been going to PF chang's for over two decades. After many unsuccessful changes, they have now eliminated "happy hour.". Good job corporate, my family of five that has enjoyed your food for many years will never go back!

this food is amazing!! me and my friends when ever we want to hang we always eat here. the food is super good, even though you should get there early to make a reservation. The staff are really nice and the bathrooms are really clean as well. Strongly recommend going.

So very disappointed in our dining experience here. So much so, that I will probably never visit a PF Chang's restaurant again, and our friends we were dining with feel the same way. We had a group of seven. We were patiently waiting to be seated, when a party of 10 came in after us and was seated before us. It appeared someone from this party knew the Host, so she was given preference over our party. We were seated and sat at our table for 20 minutes prior to any server coming to our table, despite the fact that we noticed four servers standing in the corner talking amongst themselves. Our server's name was Erick. He asked for our orders, and we told him we were waiting to receive menus. We were then told we would need to scan a QR code at the table to view the menu on our phones. It would have been great if someone told us to do that when we first sat down. We ordered waters for the table while we each looked at the menu. We ordered a few appetizers and soups. Our appetizers and soups came out BEFORE our waters were brought the the table. It was 50 more minutes after that before our entrees were brought to the table. Our entrees were not brought out at the same time, so we could not all eat together. Our server had orders for more than one table on his tray, and he was very confused which table got which order. Also, we were already started with our entrees BEFORE our drinks were brought to the table (again 50 minutes later since we sat down). I ordered the Sweet and Sour Chicken, and unfortunately my entree was cold. I did not ask for it to be reheated, because I was afraid of how long it would take to do it, and I am sure my party would have already been finished eating by the time it came back out to me. Erick did not come back to our table once to ask how everything was - the only time we saw him again was when he brought the check to us. We had to flag down other servers to ask for more water to be brought to us. I want to move onto the restrooms. Four of us used the restrooms at this restaurant, and all four of us said the same thing - the restroom smelled like a port-a-potty, and there was a greasy film on the floor which made the bottom of our shoes slippery. They were not cleaned properly at all. When we spend close to $300 for a meal out, we expect to have great service and delicious food. Unfortunately, this was not the case at PF Chang's, and this experience has led us to not wanting to go to a PF Chang's restaurant again.

We were 8 at this Restaurant and had some good dishes. Portions are fair, taste almost authentic. The server was very nice and helpful. We had a good time.

We went for a birthday lunch and reserved way in advance. The waiting room was full but we were seated fairly quick. Order was taken but everything got messed up. We were approached by who we supposed was in charged (he did not introduce himself) to tell us that the chicken was not marinated so we needed to change the order. Our waiter was OK but they did not make us feel comfortable. The party dessert offer was never presented. We love P.F. Chang's but we would not come back to this location, better to go back to the one we really like in Brickell.

Impeccable service and some of the best Chinese food I’ve ever had! We all had different dishes and everything was just perfect. The Mongolian beef was absolutely delicious and the coconut mojito was made of magic. Great value for money as well – highly recommend and would definitely go back next time I’m in Miami.

We were a party of 5 ppl, dining here for the first time in a asian dining in the Dorals. Menu looked good and presenting, however food was another thing we sat in the booths with very dimmed lights, the decor was very authentic chinese. We ordered several main dishes and some crispy ebi shrimps ( sushi roll ) mongolian beef, ginger chicken ( was really just aweful with lots of suger coated the chicken ) buddha feast ( vegetables was totally undercooked ) the Hong Kong sea bass was pretty good but to less fish for the price it cost, expected more of the fish dish. Service was average, food took like over 30min to be served, not a place i would come again, dunno know which part actually worked for us, i suggest if you really want some authentic chinese cuisine, do choose a chinese cusine restaurant instead this is just a chain that wants to make fast money, and create somethin unique, and tend to forget the origin asian food, so if you got some left over money i suggest the food court inside the dolphin mall is more preferable, but thats just our opinion.

Went here a few weeks ago with some colleagues for dinner. The food was quality yet affordable and the sushi was actually very filling. Our server, Ed, was very professional during our entire stay. He was pleasant and anticipated our needs every time. This now one of my favorite restaurants to attend in Dolphin Mall.

We love P.F. Changs and have eaten at several around the country. The staff at this location was great. We called around 5 PM on a Saturday night for a reservation at 7. They were able to accommodate, no problem. We arrived to a full lobby of guests, but were seated in only a few minutes of our arrival. The food overall is where we were let down. It was still very good, but it didn’t stand out. When I come to a P.F. Changs I expect the food to be elevated more so than your average Chinese restaurant. The egg drop soup was spot on, but the entrées were just average. They lacked flavor and spice. The overall dining experience was fine. We had no issues with the meal or service. If this would have been a random Chinese restaurant I would have rated it 4 or 5. Sadly it just fell short of our expectations for the chain.

Great food as usual, tried the spicey cauliflower tempura for the first time was superb also we had the lettuce wrap my favorite. The main courses pepper steak and the beef mongolian wok.

I'm going to be honest we went to because my daughter loves this restaurant but my wife and I we were very disappointed with the sangria it was ice with wine I will never order this again and they didn't have the courtesy to removed the charge, the food excellent be very careful we are regular customers.

Food was great and staff very helpful. They prepared a special vegetarian meal for me and the prices were good. the meal tasted great and had two takeaway meals.

Great menu of delicious Asian food. Affordable prices and always great service. Located on the periphery of the mall, this restaurant provides a convenient place to enjoy a good meal in a contemporary Asian themed decor.

Located in The Falls Shopping Center in suburbs of Miami (SW 136th Street & 88 Avenue), this restaurant is one of approximately 213 U.S.A. P.F. Chang’s franchise restaurants. P.F. Chang’s features a pan-Asian (mostly Chinese) menu, a full bar, and above average quality recipes at above average prices. We sampled several food items, some better than others: Shrimp dumplings - tasted like pre-prepared food that is then either steamed or pan-fried - overall a mediocre appetizer Pork egg rolls - served hot and crisp; good BBQ ribs - our favorite food item that we tried; these were quite good Honey chicken entree - average flavors Chang’s spicy chicken entree - freshly prepared and served hot; sweet & spicy sauce had a “canned” (or large container) sauce taste. While P.F. Chang’s is reliably better than the typical “honey-garlic chicken joint” and it does have a higher price point. Dinner for 2 persons (food, drink, tax, tip etc would be in the range of $100-120). Overall, I’d rate PF. Chang as “reliable” and “reasonably good” (but not great) at a moderately expensive price.

They did not sit us down even tho we had a reservation. Do not expect for them to respect your table and dinner time. This has never happened to me.

Each year I take the incoming editor of the award-winning University of Miami Ibis yearbook to dinner. Tonight we met a the Dolphin Mall's PF Chang. As always great gluton-free rice for me and sweet and sour chicken for my guest. Nice (cute) water let us alone so we could talk, kept our water glasses filled (mine with seltzer, hers with just plain H2O). Good choice!

Jennifer provided great service throughout the visit. Very helpful and checked on us. Food was good and fresh, only upside down was there was no pineapple on the chicken entree ordered.

We were happily surprised with the all day happy hour! The place was pleasantly lit, very inviting and the perfect temperature.

My parents and I are originally from Beijing and have been travelling in the U.S. for about a month so far along the No.89 highway. So you could imagine how much we craved for a good authentique Chinese meal when we found this restaurant in Miami. We're expecting some real Chinese dishes whilst waiting to be served and reading their brand introduction as probably "the best Chinese restaurant on the west pacific coast in the US". However when the dishes appeared on our table, we could not but shaking our heads in disappointment. We ordered "Ma Po Tofu" but were stunned to find that the tofu was deep fried. We also ordered "Kong Bao chicken" but again the chicken was deep fried and cooked in sweet and sour sauce. Wrong ingredients, wrong way of cooking, wrong taste, wrong presentation! These two dishes are iconic in Chinese Sichuan cuisine and they are Never Never cooked in this way. Every Chinese knows that one can tell how good a chef is by how well he can cook these two dishes. My parents and I all feel very sad that our classical Chinese cuisine, handed down by our ancestors for thousands of years and still very much loved in our daily life, is done like this in the US and is claimed to be "one of the best". We understand the business need to make money by catering to the locals' tastes, but if that's the case, "Fusion" is much more appropriate a name. Anyone who truly loves and understands Chinese cuisine should not misinterpret Chinese cuisine in such a way or mislead the unfamiliarised.

this is an amazing place for catching up with friends. food is amazing, the atmosphere is perfect and cozy. ask for sam he is absolutely amazing. 10/10

We love PF Changs! Dana and her amazing staff are friendly, accommodating and helpful! We love the Garlic Noodles from the local menu and actually got something very close to the original favorite!!! The booths are our fav, but are in need of a little TLC. David and the rest of the staff are welcoming and efficient. There is a large outdoor patio to enjoy Happy Hour too!

After having ordered — we then had to pay —— scanning the qr code !!! Really - could t the servers deal With this - very bad — food ok nothing to wow over that’s for sure

Awesome Ambiance at PFChang's! Superb plates with plenty to brown bag! Won't go wrong at this establishment! GetSome!!

I'd recommend wonton dishes and seafood dishes, shrimp etc. rice meals are very good also, very flavorful. Nice clean decor, service could be a tad better. A little slow, if your in a hurry try somewhere else.

We are usually very very please with PF Changs however this particular location has been sliding downhill slowly but surely as of late we hope it's not a trend we hope maybe it's just a managerial transition

The food was average at best. Our server was very attentive. I used to dine at PF Changs in California and Vegas but it's been several years since and it seems as if the quality has gone down from what it used to be. It's largely just average Asian influenced food in large portions.

We ask for a Coca Cola and the machine is broken , we asked a dish with shrimp and he said no shrimp ... the my change for a dish with chicken and 29 minutes later they mentioned to us they do not have chicken ... was a very bad experience we have ever in Miami

I have tried a few P.F. Changs on a number of continents and it is what it is. Although it is a chain they are not the same in taste as with all others. This one is a solid average while for instance the one at the Mall of Emirates in Dubai was below it. When in a mall and need a bite it is a fairly safe bet.

This is one of those chain restaurants that you can always count on the great consistency of the food and the service. we went at night Friday , so the place was packed, but was very fast the service. must always have their refreshing strawberry /cucumber lemonade. fried rice and the shrimp in lobster sauce was very good.

Today I have to tell everyone that we had the best mothers day; the service up and beyond Chang you are a very good asset to PF Chang's Jose the Manager thank you for recognize us today and remember us. The food was espectacular it was delicious.

After a few hours in the Mall, we enjoyed taking a break for a late lunch at PF Chang's. Had visited some other branches elsewhere in South Florida, which were good, and we were not disappointed with this one either. Enjoyed it thoroughly

again, for the last six months we have been getting the mongolian beef plate hoping that it will go back to what it used to be, very good tasting and TENDER. so, we are still waiting. Again today everything else was wonderful, except for the meat for this plate being SUPPER TOUGH. i hope management will read this and DO SOMETHING about it.

First time at this PF Changs but have eaten in many others over the last 20 years and always enjoyed the food and good service. This one didn’t disappoint in terms of the quality of the food but the service was very lucklustre which was disappointing and took the edge of a otherwise good evening

What a pleasant surprise!! After ordering to go for a while due to obvious reasons, I was able to dine in today and it was a wonderful experience. From the hostess to the server(s) everybody was very professional and attentive to details with customer satisfaction a number one priority. Cleaning was done before and after we used the table, the food was spectacular as usual. Ambiance, new decoration overall...Great!!

This is a good place to order different things and share. We started with the spring rolls and then the Shrimp in Lobster Sauce and also the Korean Stir Fried Chicken with both brown and white Rice. Everything tasted great although the Korean Chicken could have been hotter in temperature. It certainly made up for it though in how spicy it was - to the point that it wouldn't be to everybody's liking. You have to try the Banana Spring Rolls for dessert. We didn't have to wait for a table and the service was good, with the wait staff working as a team.

We got a good services and the food is okay. The waiters are friendly and speak Spanish and English.

I expected to go home hungry especially as I always struggle with vegetarian Chinese but I ended up taking my dinner home it’s was absolutely delicious!!! The portions are really big I had the cauliflower tempura wild harvest curry for main my husband had chilli shrimp with Kung poh for mains. We had to wait 30mins to get a table but well worth it

I usually find large restaurant chains to be generic and don't really put effort into their product but P.F. Changs at this location proved me wrong. As we walked in we were speedily assigned a table, waiter and menus immediately with water and then allowed time to peruse the menu. The waiter checked in on us every now and again then politely asked if she could make recommendations. The food was amazing, the wontons were wrapped in the thinnest skin i ever encountered and tasted divine. We had appetizers, main course and took take away for the afternoon. Highly recommend after a day of bargain shopping at Dolphin Mall

This time it's terrible I did arrangement to pick up my food at 4pm since 12 noon when I was working; I arrived to the restaurant at 3:58pm and guess I have to wait until 4:45 pm . Horrible I told them that they should prevent this issue and they not even care , all they said that there were to many orders at the same time. I'm a regular customer at pf Chang's and I should received a better service because we go to this restaurant like once a month. The food were great.

Really good food and drinks in a decent place. It took some time to get the food, but it was good. Ok place to visit with children.

This is always a must-visit restaurant when we travel to the US. Don't miss their mongolian beef, excelent choice!

Extraordinary place to have a very good time with your couple, family or friends. excellent attention, delicious ethnic plates and exotic beverages. I definitely strongly recommend this restaurant.

This restaurant got all you need for a burned out/tired shopper (s) after a long spree of credit card and dollar notes splash day in Miami> First the space, the patio dinning is a good option if you want to escape from air conditioning, second the convenience, as the valet parking works around the clock in ensuring least waiting time. Food wise, the restaurant got a interesting range of Asian food in fusion with Florida full-of-flavor style food. Take your time to order, waiters won't rush you as the customer service is unique in ensuring you do take the right choice. The bar is also something to consider if you don't want to wait for a table, the restaurant team would make you feel at home, no misunderstandings and really handy to assist you in anything you want, even is not in the drinks menu..my commends to Benito...fantastic bar-tender and connoisseur of cocktails, if you're not sure on what to have, Benito will help you and amaze you too..

Excellent service from this amazing team. Always gives me and my friends an elevated customer service + great food from Kenny and his team!

Try the MaPo Tofu but also the fried rice is delicious. We go to PFC everywhere we can. The quality is always the same. Also the starters are yummy. PFC is one of my favorites.

We visited two days in a row . Food, especially the bbq ribs are to die for. Make sure when you visit, ask to be seated in Juan's section. He took very good care of us!!! Marvelous service! The only negative is that the signature decorative horses are no longer white !!! 😜

I am so disappointed with my service yesterday waiting for an hour to take my orders and an hour for the food, my son ask for three type of beers they don’t have, I generally love PF Chang’s but not any more yesterday was horrible, I does not recommended PF Chang’s

Thank you Jose; another extraordinary day in Pf Chang's this is our home , we had the most precious moments in your restaurant. The food ,the service and all make the difference, I invite all people to come and enjoy the best restaurant in South Florida Congratulations keep doing the same job.

Once again ate at chang. Previous times I guess I've been playing somewhere else every time but concept is of course the same. New on the menu was chicken teriyaki. Well was quite tasty but expected a little sweeter. Good portion and with a fried rice. In short, well eaten again.

Group of us went for lunch. Great staff and service. Lunch menu was reasonable priced. We went on a Wednesday and did not have to wait to be seated.

Honestly we were very happy with everything at this restaurant. Jose the Restaurant Manager when up and beyond. All the crew especially William makes us feel very special. My daughter will never forget this birthday because all we did was to make sure that everyone that was with her have a great time. The food excellent no questions, the service excellent 👌 I highly recommend this restaurant to everyone.

Last Saturday I went with my family to have lunch. We like PF Chang but the one at Dolphin Mall is not the same as others. We asked for tea. The lady brought it withour the top because "they didn't have any all were broken" We order the lettuce wrap and we letuce was almost"dead" and the rice noodle were not crunchy The friy rice had big burn pieces of scramble eggs Looks like they changed all recipes. The food was less than good

Chinese , I chose a variety, it was warm and filled a hungry belly, but I have tasted much nicer Chinese food

I love P. F. Changs and I have visited the many locations in Miami, Fort Lauderdale, West Palm Beach, but this restaurant at the Dolphin Mall is the worst in service. I went with a friend who love Chinese food and was on vacation from Spain. The server was the worst I have ever got at any restaurant. First the new way of scanning the menu on my phone, my friend did not have a phone besides I like to have a menu, a nice one or a paper copy. We ask for tea, we did not want any fruit flavor and told it to the server, our tea flavor was like peach, we told the server, he did not care or offer any other tea. We ask for the food, Wonton Cup, Sweet Sour Chicken and Mongolian Beef, it took 45 minutes to bring it to the table and instead of the rice we ask for they put fried rice and instead of dinner we got lunch, I complain to the server. I do not like to eat on a bowl, he told us that we ask for lunch and if we want, he can take back, and wait another 45 minutes? We accept the food. My friend could not eat, she disliked the food at the bowl. The server never came again to the table, not even to ask how the food was or if we need more water. We finish and ask for the bill and then he ask us how the meal was, we said not the best, but you finish everything he said, (her plate was full). We decide better not to said anything more, thanks God this is not the only P F Changs in Miami. This is the second time I got bad service at this location, I do not need to visit a place and expend my money where servers are not attentive either care to bring what the customer ask for. Managers: pay attention. we have many good options in Miami.

P.F. Chang's at Dolphin Mall offers a really good dining experience. I liked everything about this restaurant as they were really well managed and had everything together. I like the inside of the restaurant as there is a lot of open space and provides a relaxed atmosphere. They were able to accommodate a larger party and get everyone taken care of very well. The food was well prepared and tasty as I was impressed with everything that I tried. This is one of the best P.F. Chang's I have ever eaten at and it is worth a visit.

A very busy Saturday evening, turned up during peak hour and had a really good meal. Cannot complain at all. Service was pretty much spot on all evening and especially good from the front of house people who came and collected us from the bar once a table came free and also from the very lively bar staff. Food was predictability consistent, which is one of the reasons to go to PF's anyway. And although our mains came whilst we were part way through our starters they eventually came back hot - I regard this as almost being a tourist rite of passage in the US and have long stopped being surprised or upset by it. Our wine, a US Cabernet sauvignon, was surprisingly excellent for the price. Next time we're back in the US I am sure we'll be back at another outpost for another decent Asian meal.

We got there and sat at the bar and it was still happy hour, so i started with a $6 glass of Pinot Grigio and we had the pan seared shrimp dumplings for $5.00! Brian was our bartender who was so friendly , helpful and pleasant ( it was a very nice phenomenon)!!!!! I ordered a new dish "Singapore Firecracker Chicken".......it was excellent!! We are so fortunate to have a P F Chang's close by our house, it's actually at Dolphin Mall which is a plus😉then shopping also🤗 Highly recommend coming to this location, We love it❤

Service was fantastic. Food was slow which is weird considering the place was empty. It's located right at the dolphin mall which was convenient. Prices are fine. But you could probably do better.

Had a good dinner there with family. While the food was great, it took forever for the waitress to get us simple stuff we asked for. I took the Korean steak bulgogi and it was a perfect choice. Do have to add that they had an excellent asparagus appetizer they took off their menu, TOO BAD.

A special place, very large and with a full Chinese menu. Hearty and very tasty dishes. Recommendation for an evening with friends and family. Prices are varied.

Food was tasty and they have a GF menu with nice options, and on the menu is said that they do prepare GF meals apart in a dedicated kitchen place with GF ingredients only. I had fried rice with veggies only and they tasted fresh and delicious. We also ordered lettuce wrap which was also nice. My husband ate Mongolian beef and loved it. Apart of this - this is probably the best Chinese restaurant.

Dynamite shrimp is great I like the soup Mongolian beef is very good Vegetable noodles is very good I will visit this restaurant in dubai

As always the food here is great. The serviced was nice as well. Very good place to eat. Highly recommend it .

the service was fine and they sell the standard greasy american food that passes as asian food in america

The food took a long time to make. But the honey chicken is very good. They give peppermint at the end. The toilets are a little creepy because it’s a little dark inside.

I ordered online and I pick up the food but I really understand that we are on a difficult times but the Mongolian beef was reduced to a onions. They served more when we dine in. However still my daughter's restaurant but be very careful with the portions.

This place also gets really busy at regular dinner hours. Great food, attentive service even with a packed house. They have an allergy menu indicating which items don’t have dairy. But very limited choice options. Lettuces wraps, chicken sweet and sour and the wonton soup were what we selected. Also here the staff was friendly and accommodating in double checking on our concerns.

Our favorite restaurant above and beyond; many thanks to Jose (Manager) exceptional, honestly I highly recommend this restaurant on any occasion also the whole staff and David (waiter) he when above and beyond. We left very happy and we will come back that's for sure ,we Love PF Chang's thanks for everything.

The North Miami Beach restaurant is a very nice location, but the parking could be a challenge. It's also recommended to make a reservation to ensure an easy transaction upon your arrival. The service and food are great, but a little pricey. Overall, i recommended it!

First time in this resturant with my girlfriend As we are in Miami for a four days break after staying in Jamaica for six days , we walked this restaurant on the Sundays looked good when we arrived we were greeted by a friendly staff member , we sat outside as it was a bit noisy inside . We were greeted by a young server / waiter whose name i cannot remember we opted for the set menu which was $19.95 per person as my girlfriend opted for fried rice it was $4.95 extra not a problem with her main meal i had the set brown rice with my main meal & a local beer when the cheque / arrived it was £90:00 we question it & the waiter charged for each item & came back with the bill again it was wrong as he charged myself for fried rice he went away & finally came back with the right $63:00 bill then sarcastically asked me if i liked the fried rice suffice to say we didn’t give him a tip the food was delicious . The reason i’m giving a 3 star instead of 4 it’s because the server / waiter didn’t listen or had the attention span of a Gold Fish

I was pleasantly surprised when I visited PF Chang's for my bosses birthday. The lunch menu is nice and varied, the prices are low and the portions are pretty hefty. We were a group of about 18 and our waiter was an angel!!!! If you ever go please ask for BENITO he was just so wonderful and accommodating! We all had individual checks, which is a waiter's worse nightmare, but he handle it with such ease, I was amazed - not one mistake! He was always at our table making sure all glasses had refills, that all the food items were correct - just exceptional service. The won-ton soup was perfect size, really hot (which is a plus for me) and not at all salty like the others I've had. The spring roll was also very nice and not greasy at all, although I didn't really like the sauce they paired it with, but that's just my taste, it's not that the sauce was terribly tasting. The Mongolian beef bowl is one of their top items, said Benito, so I went with that and you can select white, brown or fried rice with that. I did the fried rice and it was amazing. The bowl is pretty big for a lunch portion, but it was tasty, good amount of beef and not spicy. They offer different bowls and some are spicy. The chicken lettuce wraps my coworker order were also amazing and a good size portion. The decor of the restaurant is really nice and everything was nice and clean, no problems with our reservation either. I highly recommend this location.

It was “okay”. The food was alright and the service was pretty slow. No refills during the whole dinner.

I love Chinese food and PF Changs has great dishes. The beef and dumplings are amazing. The bubble juice as well. Luis was very receptive. I liked.

This was our third and last visit here. The service is extremely slow, the food is overpriced and inconsistent, the calamari portion is microscopic, which they try to disguise by placing it on a bed of fried noodles. To top it off, the seating is crowded. They put our party of 7 around a table which should not accommodate more than 6, and we had reservations. The entire party arrived before the reserved time, but they sat us about 30 minutes late, no apology.

My partner and I stopped by as we both love changs and wanted a more casual spot between shopping. The entire staff at this location was the best in Miami, friendly and the restaurant was in clean and above standard condition. A huge shout out to our server Eli, he was very friendly nice and knowledgeable, we both work In the Industry and he had a large table and still gave us attention, recommendations, and proper service. We never had to pour our own wine, the sea bass was above expectations, his recommendation of the lobster curry roll, amazing! This company is lucky to have someone with such hospitality, especially in Miami. Also a shout out to the host, who had to push together tables for a large party in front of our booth as we were mid dinner, he was quiet and he took the time and effort to think about layout and had the party put together as far from the both as possible!! Great job dolphin mall location, this is the changs I remeber! Best experience in a changs in years. Only complaint is the jeans? What is it with that. It looks very out of place for a Chinese bistro, I would consider going back to the black pants, it's a sharper look for the staff, and the restaurant.

Great food, excellent service,my kids and I enjoyed celebrating my daughter's birthday, very nice atmosphere!!

The place is very cute inside and very accommodating. The food was good and event thought the place was really busy the food came out pretty fast. The service wasn't at its best but then again my server had at least 5 tables so i could understand why some things were not done. Over all I had a good time. The Sweet and Sour Chicken with fried rice was Amazing.. the portions were really big I had plenty left over.

I always eat at pf changs its the best chinese restaurant, great food, great service! I recommed the lomein combo and the crispy honey shrimp! Everything there is great!

I like trying new restaurants, but lately I've been going with more and more tried-and-true chains during my travels. This is another great PF Chang's with helpful waitstaff and great location at the Dolphin Mall.

Got to the restaurant at 7:40 PM on a Wednesday, not a busy day according to them. They got my name and number of relatives and told me the waiting time was from 45 minutes to an hour. I looked inside and saw plenty of empty tables and only two parties of four people each waiting.I thought to myself " this is going to be about twenty minutes max". "Wrong". They called us up at 10:07 PM after being jumped by a few times by other parties that got there after us but were complaining heavily. First I thought it was because we were 8 (4 adults and 4 children) but then I realized they were not doing things right at all. At all times while we waited there were an average of 4 to 5 empty tables but were not getting cleaned up, don't know why. After I complained to a guy that looked like the manager, him himself went an cleaned up our two tables and got us situated. To cut of the story, we started eating at five to eleven only to find out one of our order was wrong. The waitress was somehow nice and replaced it immediately. Never been so mistreated at a restaurant in my life.

We went on the recommendation of a friend and at 4 we loved it! Very good service, spotless place, spectacular food! Order the Mongolian beef is good!

When we're traveling, it's always good to know that we have several excellent options for eating GF food. When we're in the mood for Chinese, P.F. Chang's is always at the top of the list. This spot in Miami's Dolphin Mall, near the airport, is one of the best P.F. Chang's we've eaten at. I think the G.F. chicken fried rice and spicy chicken were the best we've had at this chain.

Let me say upfront that I am a big PF Changs fan, having regularly patronized 2 locations in the Washington DC area and one in Northbrook IL. My same order, garlic noodles, was consistent...and that was good. However, I really wanted to try the Kale dip and I was told that it wouldn't be ready as quickly as I needed it. There was some miscommunication between my server and the manager, and it just seemed like they weren't ready. On top of that, other tables were served before me even though they sat down after me. Not the best showing, I'm afraid.

delicious food, nice atmosphere, and reasonable prices. 100% recommended. The staff is nice too. I would go back again.

We had been to several pf chang locations so we decided to try this one. I have found that all locations have good food and service so we were not disappointed

The day was Tuesday night. Not to busy so there was literally no wait to get a table for six of us. The waitress was very good except for one tiny flaw. She missed an order for one dish. Granted the order wasn’t placed so we weren’t charged but it was a dish I was looking forward to eating. Other than that she handled our table professionally. Some of the food was good some lacked flavor but that’s expected but the beef dish was salty. We left happy though overall.

So this just happened... My best friend and I are on vacation and we decided to grab a bite to eat. We both love this chain back home. The hostess was very polite and took us to a booth. After waiting about 10 minutes nobody came to our table to take our drink order or even to say “ I’ll be right with you”. How rude and disrespectful!!!!! We walked out and went somewhere else. We are so disappointed. We have NEVER received this type of service from this chain.

We are regular customers of this restaurant and I think they should be regular all times because every time we go there is something different I highly recommend to pay attention with the service at all times.

Visited the Dolphin Mall and had lunch and dinner here several times. The food was very tasty, friendly staff and clean washrooms. Note, if there is a crowd, the wait may be a bit.

The food is really great. We had the Fried Rice Combo, Honey Chicken, Mongolian Beef. So delicious. Our waiter Javier is the best. Great guy, super friendly and good advice. Absolute a must do when you are in Miami.

My expirience was not good, our order was all wrong, my 10 year old son never got his order right, too much time waiting for refill and all was a mess, I for sure never again going to this restaurant, I rather go to Red Lobster. I had a bad experience here. Not worth it, it ruined my family dinner.

We went out to dinner as a family to this restaurant which we had not visited before and we expected nothing but the best. Well to make it short our dinner was mostly salty Oily and overcooked meat. our service was intermittent at best I had to flag down our server at least three times finally when we ordered dessert he brought melted apple pie with ice cream with forks as you know you cannot have melted ice cream with forks. Also our drinks we ordered 3 drinks and all three of them were melted and water down and heavily iced all the way up if you're going to charge a lot of money I suggest you do quality which this place did not for us. I do not think I will ever go back there if you wish to have a place with ambiance this is a nice place but if you want to have quality dinner Go somewhere else.

The food was incredible but the waiter was lacking certain skills. The atmosphere was full of talk and music. The nice thing about this place is that dolphin mall is right next door to the restaurant. After a day of shopping sit down and enjoy a drink and a nice serving of delicious treats. Enjoy!

Always enjoyable and good quality food in a nice environment. Very reasonable value for the money overall and considering quality

Very nice asian food place with a great variety of food and great value wines to pair with. Food portions are generous and can serve at least two person easily. Spicy is their mantra.

Daniel San was the best, would definitely come again. Food was dericiously good and we were taken care of very well. Pinecrest Location

After a long absence we went back to this place We ordered the signature lo mein shrimp, fried rice combo, thai harvest curry, which we found very good and the walnut shrimp with melon. The food was good and the service was also good

Dirty and small dishes. We ordered the same dishes we always order and were very disappointed. Dishes with small portions, shrimp with more flour than the shrimp. Extremely dirty sofa with many things lying in the middle of it.

I ate crispy honey chicken and it was very good, and the lavacake was also fine. The place is good-looking. The waitres was friendly and she knows everything about the foods and drinks. The waiting time is not bad, the dishes arrived in 45 minutes for 12 people. I will go back to P.F. Chang’s.

No paper menus. We had to ask the server what was available as the online menu was difficult to navigate!!!! Then to pay - I had to scan a QR code and enter my credit card number and name manually! At least they didn’t expect me to collect my own food from the kitchen

Anthony D was our server five stars for him thank you very much for your great service at the falls mall very friendly !!!!

This has been a favorite rendezvous site for our family for many years. We order the same Oolong Seabass ($29), lettuce wraps, shrimp dumplings. The fish filet has always been melt-in-the-mouth, buttery. Today all 3 fish servings were old, fishy and impossible to pull apart. They were glutinous and rubbery. The spinach was mostly raw and un-sauteed. We were given no salt, no soy sauce, no sauce of any kind. $143 lunch...never again.

Lovely atmosphere, friendly staff with delicious & tasty food. Spacious Restaurant with lovely decor. Highly recommend this Restaurant.

i always come to this restaurant and i have come to a conclusion that thursdays -sundays the food is delicious, but mondays-wednesdays the cooks don't follow recipes and give you whatever specially if it is to go, yesterday i ordered to go and got a tasteless soup, the soup tasted like water , didn't even have salt in it. but this only happens mondays-wednesdays because onthe weekends the food is more than delicious, the mongolian beef, dynamite shrimp, fried rice, pad thai and their banana spring roll keep me coming back

Not as good as most PF locations; and the portions were tiny. I’m not sure why I never received extra rice, when I practically begged for it. PF Chang’s is a hit or miss these days, depending on location. I don’t recommend this one myself…. Sorry

this is a very busy restaurant but with great service and excellent food. expect to wait for a table but once you are seated enjoy each and every plate

I had Northern Style Ribs w/ five spice seasoning and Pan Fried Shrimp Dumplings. Both were Ok and especially the dumplings were very good.

Great food, lots of spicy options. Environment and service also very good. Great experience overall.
Overpriced
We tried several dishes out of witch i loved the mongolian beef, however we ordered some friend rice, a salad and the mongolian beef, and we felt that the prices where overpriced for what you get.
