This place is a go to spot if you want good service, good food, at a good price. Make reservations, especially Thursday through Sunday. Easy to get to, with plenty of parking.

Great place. Good drinks and plenty of vegetarian options. Strongly recommend a visit. Will certainly go again for an enjoyable night meal.

We sat at the bar at P F Changs and had an amazing dinner and cocktails. Matt was an excellent sever and made the best cocktails! We highly recommend this experience and can’t wait to come back!

My granddaughter and I went to P.F. Changs at Fashion Valley, San Diego. The wait time was shorter than we were told. Our waitress was so friendly, courteous and attentive to our needs. The food was absolutely delicious. Portions were very generous. We'd definitely recommend the shrimp in lobster sauce! Loved everything about it!

Pf Chang’s serves tasteful and quality food. Especially this pf Chang’s is my favorite one. Especially sesame chicken and brown rice are strongly suggested. Reservation is very very important. Otherwise you’d wait too much. Prices are absolutely acceptable. Wine menu is not exceptional as much as a Italian restaurant but wines are delicious. I think there is no dress code, however if you are going for a dinner, casual and chic would be fine. Staff is helpful and genial. If you have any chance to visit San Diego, drive to Fashion Valley, enjoy the shopping and have a delicious dinner at PF Chang’s. Enjoy!

We stop at a P.F Changs Everytime we travel. Food is always good and new seasonal menu items. Clean and friendly staff. Love the signature drinks. The ice cream is the bomb. 💣

This the the BEST gluten free Asian food in the city...& actually other cities, as well. We have been to PF Chang's in Chicago & Montreal, too.. We have yet to have a bad meal in any of their locations. We love Asian food but because of my husband's need for gluten free (celiac) we are limited in our choices. We're so happy to have P.F. Chang's to fill our needs.

It was a little bit frightening. We ordered sweet-and-sour chicken that my daughter night we're splitting. I had served her portion and when I went to take my portion I realized the chicken wasn't completely cooked! The waiter was very good about it. He returned quickly with a new dish. He also comped the mail and gave us dessert to go. The manager even came by to apologize. Luckily my daughter didn't get sick!

We went to the PF Chang's In La Jolla and had the best Dynamite Shrimp. It was hot, spicy, and delicious.

I made reservations for 7 pm and asked for a quiet table. We were seated immediately and had plenty of room to comfortably seat four people. The main server was personable and fairly quick about taking our orders. The other two people who waited on us-serving the meal and removing the dishes were a big help. The atmosphere was lively and people around us were animated. But, it was quiet enough to have a conversation. I had the grilled salmon with wilted Bok Choy and a variety of mushrooms in a sweetish brown sauce- really excellent ($20). It was served with a bowl of rice to share with the other three people.

I mean its good, but not worth the wait or the price. If you want good Chinese food its better to just go to Convoy street and eat better food for much cheaper.

Great PF Chang food. Enjoyed it as take out. Recommend. Parking is not so good. It's in the Fashion Valley Mall, which has other stores to peruse.

Great spot to have drinks and have some good food the staff is very friendly and our waiter Justin did an excellent job answering all our questions

The food at P.F. Chang's gets most of its flavor from fat. Lots of oil covers the stale vegetables here. This is a huge chain of mediocre "Asian flavored" restaurants founded in Arizona. Lovely decor, and consistently well-made cocktails will help you get through a meal here. But if you love Chinese food, go elsewhere in San Diego. If anybody would say this is the "Olive Garden" of Chinese cuisine, it would be an over-the-top compliment. Friends have taken me to one of the 200+ P.F. Changs half a dozen times. But they are stunned and amazed the first time I take them to one of the many other authentic and enjoyable Chinese restaurants along Convoy Street.

Always enjoy our meals here. My wife says it's the best pad thai sauce anywhere. Service can be a bit slow at times.

Located outside the mall, you can always get a great meal at PF Chang's. I always look for a PFC's when I travel as I know I will get a consistently great meal. It was crowded so I sat at the bar for my dinner. Same great tasty food and same great service. The portions are always a good size and the price is right. Although I don't need it (my wife does), they have a great gluten free menu, I think they're ranked in the top five restaurant chains accommodating those with food allergies.

Stopped for dinner while at Fashion Mall - Orange Chicken and Pork Fried Rice were excellent - generous portions so had leftovers for several meals.

My friends and I came In over the weekend for dinner and the moment Justin introduced himself he was second to none. His knowledge of the menu, positive attitude and amazing service was the highlight of the outing. I’ll definitely be coming back again soon.

i like that the place is spacious nice service and good portions my son loved the sushi and i had the pad thai and it was really good all the food felt very authentic 2 thumbs up

You are an Asian restaurant, but your vegetarian options seem blatantly ignorant. This is 2020, every going to offer “gardein chicken” or “beyond beef” in your protein choice selection??? But wait, you do have a huge section for gluten free. Well did you know vegetarians are 5-8% of the US population? And people with celiac disease are 0.028% of the population? And remember, you don’t have to be a vegetarian to enjoy a good vegetable based meal that isn’t just a couple of dishes with sock flavored tofu. So go fire someone and restructure with modern, health conscious policy makers. Really, This can’t be the first time you are hearing this?

O.K. If you've been to one P.F. Chang's, you've been to them all. This location is no exception. The meal was served in a timely manner, it was hot, spicy and joyous as usual. The service here seems rushed, but is customer-focused and on the mark.

Tonight my Wife and I decided to have a spontaneous date night and chose PF Chang’s at Fashion valley because we always used to come when we first met and what a treat it was. I am sad it took so long to get back because what we got was dinner and a show. Our server Paul was great and not only recommended great dishes but it was like each dish had a show from sushi rolls with smoke, dumplings that smoked and sizzled and festive drink In a Christmas ornament.. he even brought out a dessert and a sparkler when we told him we were celebrating having a night out together. Updated restaurant look is Great also. Thank you for making this one of the best nights out for me and my wife, we won’t be gone lo g this time around. We are coming back soon!!! Please thank Paul for us!

Came through on a business trip and wanted a nice lunch before heading back to Texas. P.F. Changs was the spot, Justin was the waiter and I have nothing but good to say. Justin directed me towards the wontons and Ginger chicken. Delicious.

The wait was long, but service was nice and quick. Food was actually very good. not a place for small children as not much to choose from for them. Very pricey

We came there to celebrate 4th of July, the place is big and beautiful. We loved the shrimp with peanuts, and their fried rice,And they gave us free dessert , with the choice of chocolate cake or cheese cake. The chocolate cake was huge and it's good for sharing. It's all worth it.

Fine Place with very good quality food at a reasonable price. The menu has a lot of plates for you to choose from. Been here several times and would definitely come back again.

Made a special stop for lunch at PF Chang's before heading to the airport. Always a delicious experience & today was no exception. 2 of us ordered the lunch special of the Korean BBQ Chicken stir fry. It was spicy & delicious & lots of veggies, which I love. The Mandarin Crunch Salad is delicious & we ordered that as an add-on for $2. Kung Pao Chicken was ordered too & it was also delicious. Hot & Sour soup was rich & delicious. Our waiter might have been a little new as we had to ask for things a couple of times & usually Chang's wait staff is all over refills, bringing requested sauces etc. It was worth the trip!

My family and I are from out of town and this is the first time we have had the pleasure of dining in at P.F. Changs on a Sunday. The food was fantastic. We definitely will be coming back on our next visit. The server, Justin was friendly and very attentive. He made our visit even more enjoyable.

Was visiting San Diego and saw P.F. Chang's and thought we would give it a try for a quick lunch. I had the Korean Bibimbap which was excellent. Everything was good, service, food, cost, will definitely go again while in San Diego.

Title says it all. Tasty food here. These tacos were great. So were the roasted brussel sprouts and of course, the chicken lettuce wraps. Tried their natural ginger beer too! Service was a little slow. My guess was they were understaffed as it was packed.

For anyone who is new to this place, it’s an Asian themed restaurant chain. The food usually go for is the pad Thai, it’s really good. The sesame chickens also worth a try. If possible, having reservations ahead of time is a good way to go. The queue might take 15 minutes at rush hours. I recommend this place for having a good Asian lunch.

I give five stars because for the price and convenience, there is no better value. Being solo I sit at the bar, and the service from was friendly and attentive. The happy hour prices are so good they border on unbelievable. Seriously, as is half price on some drinks and appetizers. PF Chang appetizers can make a meal. The food typically arrives quite quickly. It's not gourmet Asian, but consistent and enjoyable. I have never had a bad experience at any of their restaurants.

Four of us lunched at PF Chang in Mission Valley recently. Hadnt been here n years but birthday girl chose it. Waiting for the group, I noticed ALOT of people coming in for lunch. Hmm maybe it got better. Sadly ir was a small comedy of errors, rude or non existent service and unknown snafus that made me wonder why anyone comes here. First, the prices are not inexpensve especially for 'chinese' food. Okay but ambiance is very nice. Howev,er although the place was not half full, our unsmiling and annoyed hostess (Amber?) put us at a lable in he very back corner where it was stifiling and we had to face a blank wall. I politely asked for a table change (there were many 4 tops empty) she didnt like that at all. Our menus werer soaking wet from? Our server was okay until we realized we were waiting over 45 minutes for our food to arrive. Okay, lunch specials, Asian food, supposed to be fast. Most of us have one hour for lunch. I also noted no food/servers were coming out and no one was getting their food. Our server never came over to check on us, offer beverage refills nor explain why the delay. At the end of our meal (my opinion food mediocre but that is me), the manager came over, asked how things were (way too late) and we said food took 45 minutes. He gave us a card for a free app with purchase when we come back (not gonna happen) and said he would check into it. PF Changs has had success here in So Cal which unfortunately resulted in a lack of concern for the happiness of its patrons. Most staff were in a bad mood which made it even worse. Spend your money elsewhere where they care and work hard to show it.

I use to love PF Chang’s. The menu is completely different. The dishes are small and expensive. We are not big eaters but for the prices the servings are small. The food is good. The people are very nice. But the value is awful. The food went from great to good. I won’t go back.

After spending a delightful day with friends it was late and we were all hungry. We decided to eat at P.F.Chang's in Fashion Valley. We planned to enjoy some appetizers and warm Sake. We ordered our appetizers i.e. pork egg rolls, spare ribs and of course Chicken lettuce wraps with an order for four of warm Sake. About five minutes later our waitress informed us that the restaurant was all out of Sake. This was a surprise and so very disappointing. This was a Tuesday night not a Friday or Saturday. Nevertheless, our appetizers were delicious, our waitress was very nice and the conversation was excellent.

A friend brought me here for a belated BD lunch. I had not eaten here in years. They had a lunch menu with several options all reasonably priced, I might add. I ordered the kung pao chicken & my friend ordered a sweet & sour dish. Both our meals were quite delicious. The kung pao packs a punch! (Spicy!) my friend mentioned my BD, upon which our waiter also brought me a large slice of chocolate cake with raspberry drizzle. It was AMAZING. So delicious! I’d return for that alone! 😋 The only minor negative part of our experience was that the music being played was a bit loud. My friend asked if it could be turned down but they don’t do that. Our waiter apologized for that. I know playing music is popular in many places so there’s not much control over that. Our waiter, Victor, was an attentive & courteous waiter and at the top of his game. He knew immediately when we were done and brought out two take home cartons for us & put the food in them himself (nice touch). I look forward to dining here again and trying the outdoor patio in warmer weather!

My wife and I were in the area and stopped for a late night dinner. The crowd had left so there was plenty of parking close by. We were seated immediately and the service was great. The dining area was very clean and uncluttered. Our drink order was taken within a couple minutes of being seated. When those were brought out we were already to order. My wife elected the Mongolian Beef. The portion was good sized and the ingredients fresh, however after finishing her meal she was somewhat under impressed with the taste of it. She said she would not order it again if we return here. She said it was bland and soggy. I ordered the Kung Pao Chicken as I prefer the more spicy dishes, the chicken, along with the Chili Paste did not disappoint. Very spicy and delicious. Our dinners and drinks came out to be a little over 50 bucks, very reasonable for a nice dinner. My Chicken along with the great service made up for my wife not caring for hers. I would return if in the area, and recommend this place!

I love PF Changs! the service is excellent! And the food is fresh and flavorful. I had a coupon for a free entree so that was a plus!

Went to pf changs for dinner, ended up not only getting delicious food, but amazing service by our waiter Tristan! He was so attentive and hospitable! We definitely will be asking for him to be our waiter again in the future! 10/10 would recommend! Thanks Tristan for an amazing dining experience!

Great place and great food and when I can i go to this chain as it is always super. Very crowded so we sat at the bar and it was excellent.

We visited here on St Patrick’s day to find they had included their happy hour menu which is normally only Monday to Friday. It was well worth the visit. My husband and I chose a selection of their appetisers and they were all excellent especially the lettuce one! Each one was plenty for 2 to share. I even managed a dessert as they had some mini ones on the menu. It was very busy but we didn’t wait long for a table and our food arrived promptly.

We loved our server Lee! She took great care of us, gave us the best drink recommendations and was soo fun and funny. Will definitely be requesting her when we come back. The food was great too as always.

This was the first time, I was really deeply impressed from "chinese food". The ingredients were fresh, the composing was perfect and the price was more than reasonable. C U again, when I´m in San Diego.

We dropped in for lunch, courtesy of a gift card that our daughter gave us. Although prepared to order an entree, the lunch options on the back of the menu were too good to pass by. The appetizers of crab wontons and mandarin crunch salad were outstanding, with the main orders of Mongolian beef and sesame chicken equally delectable. Service was excellent, with a knowledgeable and congenial waiter. Of course, even using the lunch menu, we had ample leftovers to take home!

Justin was so amazing and patient. I’m not one to be bothered while I’m eating but he made sure we were taken care of and not bothered at the same time. As a family of 6 I very much appreciate the time he took to make sure the order was up to par and we were all taken care of. Will definitely be returning customers! Hopefully we get Justin again! 10/10 would recommend!

This restaurant was under renovation inside a mall and not everything was complete. The entrance was hard to find but worth the trouble. Front was covered with plywood so the new entrance could be done. The food was still high quality and served in a timely manner. Server was very good and the manager checked on us also. Enjoyed our time there.

Enjoy coming here as the service is wonderful, food is great, and perfect location! Thank you for supporting the military and giving a discount! Much appreciated! Our server in particular was wonderful as they all are! Thanks much and we'll be back!

The food was great and our server, Justin, made the experience even more enjoyable. We will definitely recommend this restaurant to our friends

I visited this PF Changs every year I am in San Diego. I really like the atmosphere and the outdoor dining option. The staff is always friendly and you can always get a good meal. This time, I was with a client who had never been to any PF Chang's before. Certainly met his expectations. One peculiar thing was the wait staff who helped us order, was no where to be found once we did order. Another person took over his table for the rest of the night. Not sure what it was, but at 6:30 PM, I would think a shift change would not be in the works. However, they continued the good service without missing a beat.

Bradley was an amazing waiter, he really made my friends birthday special and made sure we were all cared for. I recommend P.f. chang’s to everyone!

The first time that I walked in to P.F. Chang's I was very Impressed with the Ambiance and decor. And the aromatics of the Delicious food could be smelled from the Parking lot! The service is intense and so efficient. And if there were a place that could be called fine dining Chinese food? P.F. Chang's is it. I have eaten there plenty of times since, However, it is getting to be time that i need to stop in just because.

I have been here twice. After the first time, I had no plans to EVER return; however, my friend wanted to eat here so I acquiesced. I find it to be THE NOISIEST RESTAURANT I HAVE EVER EATEN AT and I have eaten at restaurants in 38 US states and in several different countries! The noise does not come from the restaurant guests--It comes from all the clanging going on in their somewhat open kitchen! When I'm eating I like to relax and hear my own thoughts or the conversation of those that I am dining with--and not hear the constant clanging and banging of metal pots and pans! They do have patio dining--We thought we'd escape the din that way...WHAT A JOKE. I love inhaling the car exhaust of shoppers circling 'round and 'round in search of a parking spot on the weekend (said tongue in cheek) as I "dine". While P.F. Chang's has a reputation for good food, there are other P.F. Chang's in San Diego County, so if you're in the mood for P.F. Chang's, I highly suggest you visit any other than the one located on Friars Rd.

Went here with four family members. We ordered for the whole table and shared. Everything was so good. We started off with the chicken lettuce wraps...which make a meal on their own. Then we ordered 6 dishes from the menu....everything was great. The service was great too.

One of the best veggie meals I had whilst in San Diego. Definitely recommend this. My other half did not enjoy his chicken though, after picking a dish that was lacking in sauce. Staff friendly and service was swift.

Everything. And i mean EVERYTHING was not good. 3 entrees and 2 apps. All tasteless and boring. Pei Wei is much better. Avoid this location.

Great bday experience! Host greeted me with a happy bday when I walked in. Sat at a big booth all decked out for me. Server gave me my favorites dessert cheesecake! And took some noodles home for later. I always like this pfchangs and come for my bday!

Stopped in for a quick meal and was lucky to get Justin as a server. He was wonderful, hard working and got me whatever I needed. 10/10 would recommend and definitely coming back.

Terrible experience waited an hour for Seasonal Wagyu to be told an excuse of what you see isn't what you get! Just like I expected he blamed his Chef he blamed the pre packaging no apology. JUST A FREE SOUP AND SODA NOT WORTH MY TIME OR MY DIME!

We were looking for something other than seafood or steak and this was an excellent alternative. The restaurant is modern and clean, the service was good and the food variety excellent. Worth every one of the five stars.

We knew what to order and how the food tastes and were not diasppointed! Food is always good and tastes consistently good in any branch. What made it excellent this time is the service. We sat outside and our waitress anticipated our needs well. I was even prompted to give her a compliment letting her know that 'good waitresses are those that do not wait' and she exemplifies it!

We ate here twice during our recent visit to San Diego and enjoyed both experiences. The restaurant has a lively, and very contemporary ambiance. The menu offers a lot of variation and food is exceptionally good with large portions which work well for sharing. The service is good (with the exception of a rather surly server on our first visit...but she really was an exception). We feel the prices are very fair and they are excellent, if you go during Happy Hour. The place is nearly always very busy and can be a bit noisy for any kind of meaningful conversation. Great fun and great food!

We would like to convey our appreciation to PF Chang and more importantly to our server Justin for exceptional service in getting our party of 8 in and allowing us to sit together. The service was exemplary and we didn't want for anything during our time there. If you travel and are there make sure you ask for Justin. As for management maybe use the experience and enthusiasm presented by Justin as a Use Case for a training module. Kudos to PF Chang.

Went here for dinner . Friendly service lovely atmosphere. I ordered the lettuce wraps which was very nice and light and crispy honey chicken and fried rice to follow . Ordered one main between 2 people which was plentiful. The food was tasty and great value money . The service was excellent.

We had a group of 14 persons celebrating graduation and a birthday. From the initial contact with the restaurant with Victoria a week in advance, the staff was very accommodating. The evening of the celebration Savi was our server. She was very efficient, friendly and helpful. The food was well prepared and plentiful. We brought our own decorated cakes and Savi served cake and plates for all. We were never rushed and the courses were served with appropriate time between to allow for conversation and settling of food. All in all we felt that the value was excellent. Inside decor is typical of PF Chang's. Outside was lacking since it is in a mall parking lot. We ate inside and were very pleased.

I had a very disappointing experience at P.F. Chang’s today. I ordered a soup and a main entrée, expecting to enjoy the soup first and then the main dish. However, after a 20-minute wait, the waiter brought both items out together. When I mentioned to Bradley that I wanted the soup first, his response was, “does it really matter.” This dismissive attitude ruined my meal, and I was left feeling unappreciated as a customer. Additionally, I had asked for crispy noodles for the soup, but he never brought them out. When I followed up, he casually said, “Oh yeah, I forgot.” We were sitting outside and thought maybe we were forgotten about because we were the only table outside. So, we moved inside under the freezing air conditioning, but we were still forgotten. To make matters worse, after another 30 minutes, he brought the entrée back out. When I asked for the check, he never came back to pick it up. I had to walk over to the bar and ask the bartender to charge my credit card so that we could leave after being there for an hour and 45 minutes just for one soup and one entrée . This was the first time I ever felt compelled to leave no tip. The service was incredibly slow and unprofessional. It was a horrible experience, especially with Bradley. I won’t be returning anytime soon.

Located at the east end of the Fashion Valley Mall, across the parking lot from Bloomingdales sits PF Chang's. We have been to the La Jolla location many times, but this was our first time at the Mission Valley site. Friendly greeting and courteous and efficient staff. People who are not your server will also help you at any time (as when I requested an additional plate). We ordered the famous lettuce wraps and the sweet and sour chicken. I requested it without bell peppers and with additional sauce. All was prepared and delivered perfectly and the chicken was tender and delicious (I've found that at some Chinese restaurants the quality of the meat is like a box of chocolates, you never know what you are going to get!). They serve you fortune cookies at the end of the meal, and mine should have said "You will return to eat here again"

The food is good for the price. The wait staff is friendly. However, restaurant management should work on training its staff regarding promotions.

I like this restaurant. not authentic asian food. but good enough to taste asian flavor. I feel it's mixed of Chinese/Korean/Japanese food. yummy.

This is one of those restaurants , that you don't have to worry about about what to expect. Great service and hospitality. Don't need to stress out about the menu! You get to the point that you know what are your favorite dishes, so don't need to wait for few trips from the server to order. Their cucumber strawberry lemonade is a great way to start a rescues bing non alcoholic drink. Their hot shrimps, egg rolls and soups are great. We had the peppered beef and the chicken Korean BBQ. Of course , need to have the Changs fried rice. Great evening. Fast! And met my expectations. Great place.

We ate here while on vacation with the family. It was our Daughter in laws Dad's birthday and he chose PF Chang's for dinner and we were all glad he did. We were a party of eight but they got us right in. The server was great with a personality to match. He was interested about where we were from and we had a lot in common. The food was great, as usual, and they even prepared something for our granddaughter that was no longer on the menu. One of her old favorites. That was special! We all had leftovers and had a good time. One of our favorite places where ever we go!

Went to PF Changs after work. Excellent service by Justin and Cody, friendly and very knowledgeable of menu. Will definitely come back again.

The chicken lettuce cup is a must ! Besides that we usually get the Mongolian beef as well. We come here because of the consistently good service and food. This recent visit we had Jake training a new hire and he was so friendly and funny! I didn’t catch the new hires name but he was great too. Food came out prompt and they kept checking on us to make sure we had everything we needed and were comfortable especially during this pandemic , Covid procedures are very important to us and they handled everything perfect !

I don’t need to write a review about the food because this is one of my favorite places to eat. I just wanted to recognize our server Paul who offered us excellent service. We went there for a Birthday dinner on 9/29/18. We had reservations for 8:30 and it was still busy of course on a Saturday night. I could tell he was a little stressed even though he tried not to show it. He was kind and patient during our entire visit & even with everything going on he still served us in a very timely manner. He offered suggestions to items on the menu & even chatted with us for a moment each time he stopped by our table. I appreciated him that night as he made our dining experience to one of my favorite places even better than it could possibly be. Big Kudos to Paul!

The wife and I caught dinner here after her bridge tournament recently. The service was just average. The server was attentive at first but basically blew us off after taking our order. The food was good and what you expect from this chain. Plenty of parking and adjacent to a shopping mall if you want to do some shopping. I would probably come back again but I wouldn't come here if you are in a hurry or want fast and efficient service.

We were looking forward to eating here and the restaurant looked quite good with a good Chinese-fusion menu. I really cannot recall what we ordered and ate but I do remember it tasted pretty good at the time. Unfortunately both me and my partner suffered later that evening with stomach cramps and worse I'm afraid. I hope it was an aberration but all-in-all there is not excuse for serving tainted foods.

This is one chain that knows how to keep high quality and consistency. They have a broad menu and excellent sushi. This us a "must try" especially if you never have.

Waited quite a while to be seated regardless of reservation made earlier but once we were settled on patio, service was fast and friendly. We were made warm and welcome out there and had a thoroughly good evening - be warned though - portions are massive!

I have dined at this chain many times. This was my first time at this location and I believe it is the best Chang's I have seen. This was dinner and we were there for the last hour of the 4-7pm happy hour on the veranda. My wife is usually cold and wasn't keen on outside seating for the happy hour, but the excellent wait staff promised no problem if after starters we wished to move inside. They had the large stand heaters going and we were fine. The tuna tartare was excellent, I had to wonton soup and my bride had a sushi roll dish. All the food was top notch and the Wait staff could not be more accommodating. A large group of ladies for a birthday party arrived and I saw how well this team in Mission Valley works in doing all they can for the patrons. I was impressed and hope to return!

Went in for dinner on a cold and windy day, the AC was so cold that even though we had our coats on we were still freezing. Everyone in the restaurant had their coats on. We asked several servers to to warm it up to no avail. Finally asked for the manager and he was kind enough to turn it off and we enjoyed the rest of the evening. Food was delicious.

Yesterday my husband and I had dinner at this restaurant. We chose to have the set price meal because it was our first visit to this restaurant. It turned out to be the best idea because we got to sample a lot of great dishes. We started off with the soup. I didn't care for the hot and sour soup and the waitress was so,gracious; she just switched it out for the other one. Next we had the lettuce wraps. Wow! They were awesome. I could have had a meal of just that. The main dishes we chose were the honey shrimp and the chicken with broccoli. Both dishes were excellent. The portions were perfect with just enough left over for a next night dinner. Th dessert was a banana dish with their homemade coconut and pineapple ice cream. This dish was fantastic. I would purchase the ice cream in a half gallon for home use any day of the week. The service was impeccable and the food was fantastic.

Food & drinks are all good, sadly some items have either changed or changed per location. If in the area & hungry I'd visit but doubt I'd make a specific trip.

Food here is very good. Especially love the lettuce wraps and honey crispy chicken. However the noise level is ridiculous. It is very hard to have a conversation unless you are outside. Sitting at the bar can be a bit better. Servers are always very pleasant. Parking is free, but at peak times can be tricky. If you do take out there are designated spaces. So I avoid the traffic and noise and just do take out usually

PF Changes did it again. I was at the mall and wanted a quick bite to eat. I let my server Jake know and he had me in and out really quick. I ordered crispy green beans and veggie lettuce wraps. I’ve never have a bad experience here. I will definitely be back again.

The food was wonderful, but it was the service we received. From the moment we sat down Lee was very attentive, did not miss a beat. What a breath of fresh air. We had a most pleasant experience thank you Lee.

Went to lunch with my mom and was expecting to have the lunch menu with the soup and smaller dishes but they changed the menu (I haven't eaten here for lunch in a long time!). Now they have lunch bowls and they were delicious and filling! My mom had the tempura and I had the spicy chicken. Both were amazing and I was so full. I had to take half of my chicken home with me (which of course made an excellent lunch the next day). The service was fantastic and the place was nice and clean. Will always go back!

My husband, I, and our 11 year old son visited this restaurant just across the parking lot of the Fashion Valley Shopping Center, after taking the trolley there. We were told we had a 35 minute wait but only waited about 10 minutes and got a big table. The food was delicious and served pretty fast. The atmosphere is beautifully themed, kind of dark and lit with candles; very relaxing. The server and staff were nice and we really enjoyed our meal. With appetizers and big meals, for our family of 3 it was around $100 including tip. We ate all the food though; no leftovers!

What no free Wi-Fi? Do me a favor it’s the 21st century PF Chang. Server – Paul - was great. Followed his recommendations without regret. The homemade ginger beer was nicely balanced with a refreshing ginger bite. The hot & sour soup at first seemed more sour than hot but its deceptive. By the end there was a distinct hotness to it, similarly with the Szechuan fried beef. No room for dessert. Pity.

We love this place when we are in the mood for Chinese food. They have gluten free options and the servers are very sensitive to dietary restrictions, more so than any other restaurant I have been to. The service is usually outstanding and other than a little more salt than I would like occasionally, the food is great.

One thing is PF Changs always has very good food and consistently good. Service is good but not a five-star restaurant in my opinion because nothing really stands out except consistency. Little pricey but hey they are consistent and usually everything pretty good.

We dine in & take out often from this restaurant so it's definitely a family favorite (even though it's a chain). We like knowing what we're going to get before we go, and that we'll probably enjoy our meal & time there, along with about what it will cost. We decided to try it for Christmas Eve dinner this year and it did not disappoint. The food was great, our server was in a festive mood and we enjoyed every minute of sharing dishes and getting in a holiday mood.

Great atmosphere, clean, and safe! Staff was friendly, and gave great recommendations. Justin did a great job at my table. Will be returning again soon. 5/5.

Had business dinner at PF Chang's in Mission Valley. We sat at outdoor patio, which worked for us; indoors was too loud for conversation. Service good, food consistent with other PF Changs.

We have eaten at a few of these chains and have always been treated well with good food and service. There can be a wait during peak dining hours, but worth hanging around to dine here. The happy hour menu provides some nice options if you go during the discounted hours, but you have to eat at the bar or on patio. The portions on the regular menu are large enough to share. Server was friendly and efficient with food coming out quickly. This is a nice dining spot for lunch or dinner without breaking the bank. Nice atmosphere too.

Today i had a bad experience with Amber the host. She was really rude with me and family. This place is good but they have bad service, the host girls are not kind enough. I'm very disappointed!

We like PF Chang’s food but the service has not been good. Of course we haven’t been dining in we have been ordering takeout specifically we have been ordering online with instructions to bring it to the car. I have been ordering online and checking the app please bring it to the car option with a description of our vehicle. After waiting 10 minutes after the appointed time I went in and had to pick it up myself. Why why offer curbside delivery and request the type of vehicle when there’s not enough staff or there is some other reason that they will not bring it out to your vehicle at the appointed time.

Came here with my family and the food was fantastic and also the service was amazing. Thank you Justin!!!!

I went to the P F Chang's Restaurant in the Fashion Valley Mall and had lunch the other day. Brenda and Roseann was my servers and did a great job making sure that my meal was cooked perfectly and that I received everything I needed to make my lunch very good. I had the Sesame Chicken with Sesame sauce, Bell Peppers, Onions, and Snow Peas. This meal usually comes with Broccoli but I'm allergic to Broccoli so the servers switch the vegetables for me. The meal also came with Fried Rice. The lunch was delicious ! and the Service was very good !

I have been eating here for years. It is an exquisite restaurant in a great place, fairly easy to get to with ample parking. Certainly one of the better oriental restaurants in San Diego.

I am sorry to hear that others have had a bad experience at this restaurant. My wife and I have been to about six different ones, and have never been unhappy. The food is always good.

For my wife's Birthday Lunch we when to P F Chang's in Mission Valley. We were lucky we had Wes as our server. This handsome server was so Professional, Friendly, Funny, and one of the Best we have ever had, Ever ! They should make this guy a Manager ! My wife had the Mongolian Beef with Fried rice, and I had the Sesame Chicken which was Phenomenal ! We both had a starting bowl of very tasty Hot and Sour Soup, with some wonderful butter tasting crispy noodles. For dessert, Wes brought my wife some delicious Pineapple and Coconut ice cream with a banana won ton. It was very good ! This lunch at PF Chang's with Wes the server's guidance, was a great way to start my wife's Birthday.

We have dinner here every time I fly back in from Sacramento. My husband makes reservations for 2 hours after I call and tell him the plane doors are closing so we've never had to wait. At the last visit, our server was very helpful in giving me the details as to what was in a couple of different dishes I thought I wanted to try. I figured out that there is a difference in dishes between Sacramento PF Chang and San Diego's so I always double check as to what the ingredients are.

Easy to get to location next to major freeways in San Diego. Free parking, accepts reservations, great customer service great food! We had tempura shrimp appetizers and we ordered the wonton soup, shrimp lomein and sweet n sour chicken. We had leftovers and wished we had space for dessert but couldn’t have another bite.

Took three friends to celebrate the birthdays of all three. There are some physical limitations in the group so we picked the Fashion Valley PF Changs for its ease with parking and getting into the restaurant. With our reservation we were seated immediately in one of the big booths (thankfully no hard metal chairs here!) Seeing gift bags and flowers at the table, our server asked about the celebration. She did not rush us into ordering since we were enjoying seeing old friends. Her service continued to be spot on and at the end of the meal when she brought a sparkler and two free desserts; we were wowed. How nice was that! I don't recall her name (short and blonde) but she was tops in every way! Oh yes we did eat and all was delicious. Nice to have a little smaller lunch size offered with many menu choices. Thank you PF Chang's--you came through for us in every way and we will be back!

My husband and I highly recommend the P.F. Chang’s at Fashion Island in San Diego. We selected the holiday menu that included Chang’s signature chicken lettuce wraps followed by the spicy tuna (sushi) rolls – please note, I enjoy spicy so I ate the sushi rolls that were placed on daubs of red sriracha chili sauce and left the other unspiced sushi for my husband who prefers mild. After scarfing up these two wonderfully delicious appetizers we moved onto the shrimp tossed in a creamy aioli with sweet melon balls and crispy walnuts; our second dish was the salmon with perfect grill marks and seasonings. We completed our order with one each of the bowls of brown and white rice. Servings of both the appetizers and entrees are quite generous so be prepared to pack a go-box to enjoy later or the next day. But the fun doesn’t end here. Our holiday menu included a dessert so we capped the meal with not-too-sweet-just-right banana spring rolls, crispy-fried and adorned with caramel and vanilla sauces. The pina-colada ice cream paired perfectly with these bite size morsels. By now, our stomachs have gone into a state of bliss so we called it a day. On this Monday night after Thanksgiving the restaurant was actually peaceful and uncrowded. Parking was plentiful, the hostess was cheerful and accommodating, and our waiter, Keith, saw to our every request. It’s nice to know that P.F. Chang’s always meets and often exceeds our expectations. Thank you.

Our lunch was great. The crispy honey chicken was fantastic. Great service from Ashley, I’d recommend for sure

This place is a short walk from the nearby mall. I was seated promptly and the waiter came over at once. I ordered a drink, dumplings and beef and broccoli. Drink was fine, dumplings were steamed perfectly, broccoli had crunch and beef was tender. This is a chain, but one where service and quality are more than words.

We waited 45 minutes for our order here. This is the longest I've waited in a long time. The salmon I had was among the toughest I've had in any restaurant. For the entree prices, one could expect a better quality of salmon.

This place is great. But be prepared to gain weight when you walk through the door! There is a wide variety of food, ALL good! But when you have an ANGEL on one shoulder and the DEVIL on the other, order the CRISPY green beans!!! Still fattening, but at least you can argue with yourself that you made a good-faith effort to eat "vegetables!" LOL!

I had great service from Ashley. She was very professional , kind. Our food was excellent and we had great deserts for my birthday. We will use this restaurant often and I recommend it highly. Sara. Fassihi. M D

Food is ok, but the fact there is no wifi here makes it poor for me. Won't ever go to another PF Chang. Sorry

Today we celebrated my mother’s birthday. Our server Jake recommended the chicken lettuce wraps and bbq ribs they were amazing. I wasn’t sure on what to get for entrees but he suggested the Mongolian beef, honey chicken and everything was delicious. At the end of meal we were surprised with a sparkler and banana rolls. service was on point! Definitely will be back again!

I was in SD for a 2 day trade show nearby. At the end of the day, my friend and I went here for dinner. Our server (can't remember his name, but a male caucasian going to SDSU in his 20's) was great both days. Great food, decent value. We liked the experience so much we even splurged on dessert and a couple of custom fountain drinks!

There is often a wait here, but it is worth it. The food is almost always consistently good. If you find a few favorites, you can count on them being good every time. Although it can be busy, I've found the wait staff to be very good most of the time. The servers I've had are prompt, friendly, efficient, and accommodating. Occasionally you get someone who doesn't check on you as often as you'd like, but most of the time the service is dependable. We like the popular stuff - lettuce wraps, dumplings, Mongolian beef, sesame chicken, etc. It's not that we don't try the more adventurous offerings, but just that we keep coming back to our comfort zone. It's like our Chinese comfort food. My only wish would be that they'd open another location to perhaps take pressure of this one on Friar's Rd. The parking can be tight with all the shoppers looking for spots too.

Great aumbiance, food and service with great variety of asian foods with full bar choices of refreshment.

PfChangs is a usual date night spot for my fiancée and I. We live right up the road from the fashion valley location. It’s a great place to grab Asian cuisine when you want to sit down and forgo takeout. The cocktails are awesome and service is always spot on! All of the staff are always awesome however my fiancée and I will always sit in Justin’s section if it is available. Looking forward to next date night here! P.s. If you have not had the crispy green beans, have them! They are great!

Visited here twice. Food was good not too overpriced, kind of luxury feel to the premises, overall a nice place to have Chinese food. You have to be careful when ordering wine as your bill will accelerate if choosing the pricier stuff but I guess you get what you pay for, wine prices overall were not bad same with the food. Staff were good but maybee we were lucky. Would go again.

Came here with a group and had a lovely dinner. Everything was delicious and our server Bradley was amazing. We will definitely be back.

Yup, it's a good chain, but honestly there's no parking because it's sandwiched in behind embassy suites on a busy road or $4 bucks for valet. We are 2 on Saturday at 6 and the wait is an hour. Food finally is so- so. The wontons in the soup taste as if they have been dumped from the frozen section of the frig, the pieces of chicken tough. The broth is good. Our waitress stears us away from moo goo gain pan so we select almond chicken which is ok. The veggies are not crunchy and there is no great flavour. In contrast the eggplant is fabulous in a hot spicy sauce. Large chunks of eggplant are amazing. Maybe you just have to know what to order.

Dined in for a quick lunch and needed to be in and out asap. Our server Jake recommended quick dining options we ordered the chicken lettuce wraps, kung pao brussel sprouts, pork and shrimp potstickers our server gave us some complimentary brown rice it was the perfect quick lunch. Definitely will be back again.

Friendly service and high quality food in a busy restaurant. I ate here several times on business trips. The place is always busy, but the staff is attentive and effective. This is one of the better locations of the restaurant chain, with consistently high quality dishes. The outdoor dining area is a nice option, although there isn't a particularly appealing view (traffic, office buildings, and a shopping mall). The restaurant excels at what it is (a chain) but doesn't stand above other, more nique options. This is a good choice for quality and predictability.

Three of us were at the restaurant last Saturday when it opened. We were greeted warmly and quickly seated. The restaurant was clean and well maintained Very airy atmosphere with lots of windows and open spaces. Our server, Victor, treated us very well. He was friendly and easily answered our menu questions. The menu is extensive with a good array of food including appetizers, dim sum, sushi, salads, soups, main entrees and desserts. Food portions are large and very tasty. I ordered my beef sichuan extra spicy but is was not spicy enough for me. Victor said he could add more spice but I declined. Still enjoyed my meal. Menu prices are competitive and the overall food quality is very good. Service was excellent. I will revisit P.F. Chang's again based on this experience.

Stopped in for quick dinner..ended up staying at bar for dinner...everything great. ..bartenders took care of all our food and beverage needs..

My family and friends are regulars at PF Chang's because they love the food. However, lately, the portions seem to be smaller and the service hasn't been as good. Last weekend, we had a waitress that was bubbly, attentive and excellent with customer service. My family was so impressed that I asked her for her name and what days she worked. She told us that her schedule varies, but when she gave us her schedule, it became obvious that she is not there very often. Her name is Lee Anne Beaman and for those that are reading this, if you visit, you need to ask if she is working.

We had the Korean beef and it was great! service was great too. we sat on the patio to enjoy the beautiful San Diego weather that day. menu had lots of healthy choices.

We went mid afternoon while it was nearly empty. All decided to have tea while we did business. The waiter was very knowledgeable on the tea selections and we are all pleased with our individual orders. We also ordered a couple of appetizers that were excellent. The crispy green beans were especially good. Would not have thought to come here for other than a meal, but pleasantly surprised.

I came here with six friends. We had a reservation and were seated immediately. Absolutely wonderful waitress...great attitude and humor! She was very attentive to our table! Food was absolutely wonderful. HOT, more than I could eat and very flavorful! This made for a wonderful night out with friends.

Had a nice lunch with my husband at PF Chang’s. Our waiter Justin was very attentive and pleasant. Best waiter we have had in a long one.

1. Opened 10 minutes late. 2. Server didn't know specials. 3. Server forgot to bring requested straws. 4. Server attitude harried and dismissive. Next trip to San Diego will try Chang's at UTC. Hoping for better...up to better than poor.

Didn’t start well and got worse …sat at table so dark we had to use phones to read menu …ordered an Asahi , dumplings to share and main courses , dumplings arrived and we had barely started eating them and main meal arrived , I asked for another Asahi and nothing for 10 minutes , chased waiter Matthew and he said beer was not chilled but put it on ice, politely said no as won’t be cold and asked for any other cold beer …he didn’t look happy and when he brought the beer dumped it at the end of the table with a thud and walked off ! Had not finished the majn course he dropped the bill on the table and walked away …not once did he ask was meal ok ,would be like more drinks dessert or coffee , rushed out of the place in 50 minutes . Food was nice enough but that was it.

Ate here while at a conference nearby. Four of us had different fishes and all were good. One of our group was celebrating a birthday and they brought her a yummy dessert, on the house.

Tasty snacks and adult beverages to celebrate St Patrick's Day. Our server John was helpful and efficient. The lettuce wraps, dumplings and sushi were delicious. For a large chain they offer value for money and great food.

Bradley was the best waiter I’ve ever had in my entire life. He made my friends birthday so special!!

Alt though it may not be the best Chinese food , it is decent and I like to frequent here due to excellent service and Covid procedures . On this particular day, we had Jake as a server /trainer . He was polite , attentive and made sure everything we ordered came out on time and correct. Because my friend can be so picky with her order (*sigh, smh) to the point sometimes I wonder if I even want to go eat with her at a restaurant LOL but it didn’t seem to bother him at all and made sure she got exactly how she wanted her food. So thank you Jake for putting up with us !

Met friends at P.F. Chang's, the food was very tasty and generous portions. A good selection of local craft beer was also available.

Good service by the waiter, she took good care of us while seated outside on a sunny day. Food was good, tasty, size of portions good enough for 2.

We have been fans of P.F. Chang's for many years and have dined in at least a dozen venues around the country, some many times over. We've raved about the quality and flavor of the food and the great service and have recommended this chain to many friends. However, our past two visits (Tucson & San Diego) were disappointing. The chicken filling in the lettuce wraps had no taste and I won't even discuss the pathetic 'dynamite' shrimp-less shrimp... Is it me or has the quality and flavor gone out of their menu? Best things in these two visits were the service and the pineapple/coconut ice cream!

Firstly to say that the food was excellent and our waitress Erica was fantastic. She worked unbelievably hard and always found time to smile and have a kind word for everyone. The downside was that I didnt realise this was a chain restaurant. So think very big, very noisy and hundreds of customers at once. Personally I prefer somewhere quieter, more personal and with a better ambiance. But I cant deny that the food and the service was very good. Still not the place for me though.

Try the Spicy eggplant and the meatless lettuce wraps. Very good service, but I took off a star because the stand-alone tables are too close together.

The food was good and the service was excellent. I was on a business trip and liked the opportunity to be able to hold a conversation as well.

So, my BFF and I have eaten at PF Chang’s across this great country - it’s kinda our thing. Since they don’t have this chain in Canada, I enjoy at least one trip to PFs when I come to the US. This one didn’t disappoint. Good food and great service! Our favorite is the Kung Pao Chicken w brown rice - never disappoints. Enjoy a glass of prosseco for a start and take it from there. Their Malbec is also great! Cheers!

We were a group of 12 people, mix of American, I dian , Mexican, Italian.Everyone had a goid word about this chain, I was happy not eating bread for a change ! This food was was the. closest to any Indian chinese one could ever get in United States. The restrictions of this chain are generally very open spaced, not cramped, and buzzing with people.Variety of poultry, lamb, duck, crab, seafood was amazing and mouthwatering. Staffwas very courteous, well informed. Drinks were well stocked, good variety of wines to go with the food

We popped into PF Chang’s for a quick lunch before heading to the mall & really enjoyed our experience. The food was delicious, great atmosphere & our server, Ashley, was amazing! We look forward to our next visit soon!

Our server Ashley was amazing! Great food! Ashley was very helpful. The desert was so good! We were seated in a nice location and Ashley was very accommodating to my grandmother.

This was an amazing place to eat. Very fast , friendly service. Great Atmosphere with indoor and outdoor patio dining. I recommend this restaurant

Enjoyed a lovely meal here last night. Our waitress (Tara) was really friendly and attentive. Food was really good and decent size portions too. A little expensive I’d say but on the whole we had a great experience

I have been coming to this PF Chang's ever since it opened. The food is always great and the service is top notch! It does get busy since the Fashion Valley mall is within walking distance. My favorites are the Japanese eggplant, shrimp with melon and candied walnuts and the 5 spice ribs. Oh and of course we can't forget the chicken lettuce wraps! My mouth is watering just thinking about it:o) This restaurant is great for couples, families, special occassions, etc.

Our sever Brooke was amazing. She paid attention and has a wonderful personality, I could not ask for better service. Will be back!

As Chinese, we weren't expecting much form this place as they seem as authentic as Pizza Hut is to Italian. However, we were pleasantly surprised, as where ever the authencity make be lacking, it made up with taste and favour of it's own and all in all we enjoyed our meal and can see why this place seems busy.

THERE IS “NO” INDOOR DINING!! Not sure why google says there is. The food was Luke warm at best as we sat outside cold. Only reason we gave 2 stars is the server was good. The food is pricey which should be excepted but if how are food came is an example, just go to Panda Express or Pick Up Stix. Very disappointing.

Management continues to be poor at this location. Good luck redeeming any promotions. It's saving grace are the bartenders. The food is decent for the price.

Started with an asian pear mojito that was very refreshing the best mojito ive ever had. Our waiter Justin also suggested the delicious salt and pepper prawns. The service was outstanding and the food and drinks are perfection.

The P F Chang's on Friars is a very nicely appointed restaurant that has a nice selection of asian dishes. We had the amazing crispy green beans as well as the sesame stir fried chicken. My wife also had the in house ginger beer. We were impressed with everything we were served. I would recommend this restaurant to anyone looking for high quality fresh asian dishes.

Stopped by for lunch after shopping at Fashion Valley. Very busy, had to wait for a table. Large menu selection. Great Chinese food. Service was slow but the lunch was worth waiting for.

I was really impressed with our server Justin’s knowledge of the menu. Considering we had a few vegans and a shellfish allergy, he did amazing with his recommendations and helping us with our menu! The food was great but the cocktails were even better!

If you like clean and well prepared Asian food, this is the place to eat in San Diego. We had the Mongolian Beef and Ginger Chicken and Broccoli. So nicely prepared and our server, Matt was excellent. He accidently put in the lunch size order on the chicken but gave us the option to eat that and add the dinner size meal as well with no cost of the lunch order. Great service.

We arrived without a reservation in advance, but luckily we found a table after about ten minutes. The restaurant was full of diners, but without a feeling of pressure. We ordered a large van ton soup for two diners, the soup was large and very tasty. Two main dishes for my wife: noodles and shrimp, and chicken with honey and fried rice, large and tasty dishes. Along with a good beer and water from and gasses for greens and an apple dessert, the bill was about $100.

We made a reservation in advance for 6pm When we arrived we had to wait 15 minutes to be seated but we were fine. Then we ordered and after an hour when all the tables around us had eaten and left. We asked where our food was at that time the manager came out to tell us our salmon was not cooked properly and it would be another 10-15 minutes to cook it. We left without any dinner. Do yourself a favor eat somewhere else this place is not good.

I have to say I absolutely enjoy PF Chang's. I've Been going for years. However tonight was an absolute disappointment My kids tookme for my birthday celebration. They were asked three timss if they were celebrating something special. They said yes my moms birthday. They figured it was forgotten by our server as she brought the check without acknowledging the birthday. When they went to the hostess she asked what our table number was. Ummm how would we know. The hostess figured it out and went to the server. She took another twenty minutes and brought over ice cream and banana thing with a candle in it. Still no acknowledgment of the birthday just dropped off dessert. On top of it water was dumped in both my purse and my daughter in laws purse. The server saw this and wiped up the floor but did not offer napkins or anything I had to get up and ask for something to clean it up. A bit disastrous and worse service I've ever had at any PF Chang's. This iss definitely not the norm. Top it off still have zero knowledge of our servers name. So I did exactly what they asked me to do. Go one the website. Yet they have not contacted me as of yet. Seriously? So very disappointed in PF Chang's. Do not go here for special occasions.

!We were in last night after finding local neighborhood restaurant I close had closed its doors after 40 years. My friend suggested we head over to P.F. Chang's for some Chinese food we were greeted by a wonderful hostess at the door who sat our two party down immediately. The place was very busy however there was no rush and there is no street or pressure on the staff. Our waiter Bradley was very attentive and very respectful to our conversation he is an excellent server he made some very good suggestions on drinks. He is a great ambassador for your restaurant. I manage in one of the near by hotels and a have an eye for great service; being in the industry over 45 years! Your team is well trained and appear happy to work there. I will continue to send my guests to your restaurant! Thank you for my birthday cake and your kindness friends! Ed P

My wife and I had dinner with our son and his family during December. We were lucky enough to get a decent time reservation for 6 on Friday ( not many available) I have dined at the PF in Austin a few years ago but really don't remember much. This PF stands out for the waitstaff and food. We shared two big bowls of won ton soup(one was enough for 6), orange chicken, spicy beef, shrimp dish with mushrooms and one other chicken dish. All the dishes were very good and we would definitely recommend eating here. Parking was a little challenging do to it being Friday during the Christmas season. Larry & Kelly, Georgetown, TX

We love PF Changs so much that before we left for our trip we purchased gift cards from Costca (you get $100 for only $79). The food is always SO yummy - never had a bad meal here. This time was no different - wait staff so friendly - one of our favorites!! YUM!

Came to have dinner with my wife and kids and Ashley our server went above and beyond to make this day a special one!

PF Chang's food is always good,it's the service that can use some improvements. The waitress never checks to see if you need anything. They are fast in bringing you your bill. We were seated quick no wait time.

I love getting take out from here. You order online and it is beautifully packaged for you and ready to go. They walk you through the whole order to ensure that everything is there, etc. Very tasty, too!
Great food but long wait often
The best Chinese restaurant around. It's a chain and is big, but the food is superb. At busy times you can wait up to an hour for a table, and they take reservations only for large groups. Call ahead of time for wait time, go for a drink while waiting if the wait time is tolerable, but go somewhere else if it's not. Lettuce wraps are great!
