2nd visit to this restaurant. First was awesome. Today went in for lunch, ordered apps and drinks...gulf oysters were awesome....wedge salad was delicious! The table who came in 10 mins after us had their food before us by about 10 minutes. The food came to the table, and my husbands salmon and scallops dish was great, my fried platter was cold so I sent it back. When my food arrived my husband had finished his meal by about 5 minutes...we also had to ask for coffee and tea refills...we saw our waitress 4 times one time to take the order, brought Apps, clear table and my repeat order, then the bill. I ended up taking my order to go. Food is usually great but today they were off and service was lacking.

The family and I visit the restaurant for lunch. My fiancé was impressed by the exceptional cleanliness of the restaurant. The server Kris was attentive, kind, and very professional. I recommend asking for him. Of course, social distance was in place, but it did not stop the family sharing laughs over a few mimosas. The house salad came with the best bacon I’ve tasted in years. My mother complimented them on their Salmon and Shrimp with ginger dish. We will definitely come back.

We frequent places that offer great food and good service. This restaurant does it all with class. We love the shrimp and grits, and this time we tried also the butternut squash risotto - fabulous! The food came to the table promptly, hot and exactly as ordered. This brings up the effectiveness of our server, Alexander B. He was extremely observant and efficient while being warm and welcoming. We were delighted with his service at our table. Drinks never reached the bottom of the glasses, and used coffee creams were quickly replaced by new ones. We wanted for nothing. This was an absolutely delightful lunch experience! Let’s do it again very soon!

Really extensive seafood menu makes it difficult to choose your meal but everything is good so don't worry. Attentive service and great food.

Good food but by far too noisy! The false ceiling doesn't help to reduce the noise! The alligator is very good.

Sat down for dinner and ordered a glass of wine. 15 minutes later I was told that particular wine was out of stock. Changed my order and waited 15 more minutes. Very nice young lady waiting on us but seemed to be pulled in many different directions. Food was good but has gotten expensive.

On vacy and had dinner here! We all truly enjoyed our meals! I had the salmon with mash poatoes, it was soo good! Fresh bread, atmosphere was perfect!!

This is the second Pappadeaux seafood location in San Antonio. We have been going here since they opened with mixed results..,mediocre service, confused orders, etc. they have gotten better over the years. Keep it up.

This is a new location for San Antonio and have say it's about TIME. The food at Pappadeaux is always great but believe this location's food from the 410 location was even better if that's possible. However, I want to give it a 11+ to incude service along with food full of awesome flavor and spices. I actually tried the Red Beans and rice that came with the shrimp and O'doulle Sausage (mouth watering). Anything with seafood you can never go wrong. My two favorite dishes here are Brochette Shrimp and/or the Madigra Pasta. I hope to go back soon later this month with my daughter and grand-daughter.

Sat at the bar and didn’t get greeted for at least 20min. Ordered rainbow trout and was so salty I couldn’t eat it. Talk to the manager he did nothing. I will never go there again.

Came here for my friends graduation dinner from the Air Force had an amazing time. The server was great gave great recommendations on her favorite items on the menu ,gave the chef recommendations . She even paired wine with the best food options. The alligator appetizer dish good. I had the Rainbow trout and shrimp. It was amazingly good! They need to bring one to the DC area!!

I was in San Antonio for business and once all of our colligues made it to town, we all at here. It was a Sunday night and the place was packed. While it is a little loud inside, the food was excellent. Not being much into seafood I had the ribeye and it was cooked perfectly. I did not hear of any complaints from the others in my group. Service was very attentive and was super friendly.

Went to this Restaurant on a Tuesday Night and it was packed!!! We only waited 15 Minutes for a table. Our waiter was Jason and he was very attentive to our needs. Food came out hot and ot was very good. Parking lot is small compared to other Pappadeauxs I have visited.

My wife and I came in Saturday early evening about 6:00. There was a line out the door. We were about to leave, when a gentleman coming out said the line moves fast and the bar may have space opened. He was right. We reached the greeter within 2-3 minutes and we found 2 open seats at the bar. We ordered and shared a dozen oysters, $18, on the shell and the catfish and shrimp plate, $23 plus 2 beers, $6 each. Then I had the larger beer, $7, with my dinner. The oysters were huge!! Just 2 weeks ago we had raw oysters at Pier 99 in CC but compared to the these ones those were babies. These oysters were overflowing on the crackers. The oyster tray came with the standard catsup with horseradish which is always my favorite. This one had more horseradish than catsup and that fit me perfectly. And the tray included 2 sauces that were out of this world. One was kind of sweet and the other was spicy. I couldn’t make out what they had but both were outstanding especially the spicy one. This has to be a Papadeaux original. They were so good that I sipped what was left of the spicy sauce before they picked up the tray. The fried catfish was fried to perfection and the cornmeal coating had a buttery flavor to it. The shrimp were butterflied and came with lots of skinny fries. With Mardi Gras coming up, the restaurant was well over done in beads and had live jazz music in the porch. They had a basket full of beads for the customers to enjoy. Whenever you’re near Papadeaux, you got to stop and enjoy some raw oysters. Don’t wait for a special occasion. Do it now!!

Had a birthday dinner here. Wait wasn't long at all. Great staff and service. Food is always amazing.

I was there on new years eve,,the food was good as always, the restaurant, was full, but the service was excellent

We arrived here at 6pm on a Friday (during Lent) and was advised wait to be seated was 25 minutes, but outdoor patio seating was first come, first serve, so we quickly grab one of the few remaining patio tables next to the large fountain. It took about 10 minutes before we could grab the attention of a waiter, who acted as tho this was his first day at Pappadeaux! The entire evening was like this to the point where we asked him if he was ok and he said no, that he was stressed. It was obvious he was overwhelmed. It took nearly 30 minutes to get 2 drinks from the bar. Next to our table, a tray was placed that was used to pile up dirty dishes and glasses, half eaten food and dirty napkins (see pic). Don't know how we got so lucky with that lovely view! My almond encrusted red snapper with fresh green beans was delicious and well prepared. Hubby declared his rib eye was probably one of the best steaks he had ever eaten. The salad that accompanied the steak was never served and the waiter wasn't even aware because he never check back to see if everything was good and he didn't bring our meals to the table, another waiter served us. When he brought us the check (never asked if we wanted anymore drinks or dessert), we told him about the missing salad, and we got "oh well", but directed him to prepare it "to-go" and he did. Before tip, bill was $148 for the two of us, which included 3 alcoholic beverages and one appetizer. If anything, the delicious food will bring us back; certainly not the horrible service!

Nice new look than the one on 410. Good food tried different item's. The bread pudding was delicious. We had a trainer, which i wish he would retrain all of the people cause he was great and on point. The food was served hot . Great location and huge parking lot.

We had a party of 6 and didn’t have to wait for a table, but went about 4:30pm. This place is on the more expensive side, with our total bill $300 for the 6 of us (before any tip)...with only 2 appetizers in addition to our entrees (no specialty drinks ordered...just tea and water). After tip, it was $360....so be aware!! Someone in our party ordered the fresh oyster appetizer and said it was delicious. Hubby and I tried a bowl of gumbo and it was filled with seafood and tasted good. It did take them a while to bring our food to the table, and it was good. I was able to order the Salmon Alexander and have them adjust the spices so it would not be too spicy, so they are very accommodating. I just can’t get over the price of the food.

This chain serves consistently good food and is always busy. They have a high volume of customers which leads to the noise and long waits but also ensures fresh seafood is always moving in high volumes...tradeoff.

Stopped by for dinner while on travel. After getting some light harassment by the hostesses for asking for a tabletop as a party of 1, I enjoyed a fabulous meal of Alaskan Crab and a loaded baked potato. I really appreciate Pappadeaux's staff attention to detail and accomodation of food allergies!

Excellent food, service and atmosphere located next to 1604 and I-10. Fresh seafood as well as other options. Love all Pappas Restaurants, and this one is as great as any I have tried. My favorites on the menu are grilled halibut (get it blackened if you like spicy), crawfish étouffée and sautéed crawfish, shrimp and crawfish fondue, fried shrimp, and banana pudding.

Stay off the riverwalk for food. Find something like this gem. We all liked what we ordered and the dessert was fabulous. Server was friendly and quick.

We took the family here for a nice dinner. The service was slow and we were so ready to leave we did not realize the credit card was not returned to us. My husband, who is back in Washington, called yesterday to verify they still have it and I could pick it up today. They said yes, I just had to show my ID in exchange. I went to the counter and told them my husband name and handed them my ID card. A young woman came to the front 20 minutes later and said they do not have the credit card, they must have shredded it. I explained my husband called the day before and verified they had it and would hold it for me to pick up. The Manager was arrogant, rude, sarcastic and displayed the worst customer service I have experienced. Last year I brought my team here for a Holiday Lunch, never again. I will also tell as many friends, family, civilian and military coworkers about this experience.

Crab, lobsters, fish are all excellent!!! It is always busy for good reason - it is an excellent value!

So it was my bday and my wife and 2 kids asked me where I wanted to go eat. Being from Houston and familiar with the Pappas chain, I was ready to try the new Pappadeaux in SA. It was a Tuesday night so only moderately crowded. We waited only 10 minutes for our table (great start!). But...then we waited 10 minutes for our waitress to acknowledge us. 10 minutes to bring drinks. Another 15 minutes to take order. 25 minutes for apps to arrive (wife’s salad was wrong). Another 40+ minutes for dinner to arrive. Then my daughter’s green beans didn’t arrive until she was finished with everything else on her plate. You get the idea. Although we’re not the complaining type, our waitress clearly knew they had dropped the ball on us so the manager gave us a free dessert and comped 2 salads. A nice gesture, but I would have preferred a much better service experience for a $160 tab. The food was good, but almost completely overshadowed by the horrible service. Without a doubt the worst experience I’ve had at a Pappas restaurant in over 25 years!

I have been to San Antonio 19 times visiting relatives and its not complete until I go to this restaurant! The food is just great, service is fantastic.

This location always has great tasting food and friendly staff that are on point. Highly recommended!

I haven’t eaten at a Pappadeuax restaurant in about 15 years (last time was in Dallas) and came here for dinner while staying in the area for work. The place was PACKED on a Sunday night, but I found one seat at the bar (and they have a large bar with lots of seating). A bartender quickly greeted me and took my drink order and I also ordered some gumbo, but then service slowed significantly after that. After 15 minutes, I ended up having to ask a different bartender where my soup was, he went and got it. After reviewing their menu, I opted for their naked red fish ponchartrain, because I typically like red fish and wanted to also try their dirty rice that came with it. I ordered the fish blackened. When it arrived, it had the blackening seasoning on it, but not much flavor nor texture from being “blackened” so it was slightly disappointing. The rice was really good though. Overall, it was a lackluster experience with extremely high prices. I definitely wouldn’t return.

Food was low to mid quality, overcooked and way over priced They were stingy with the sauce which didn’t help cover the dryness of over cooked seafood Needless to say this did not make a good impression and to go boxes were needed to feed the ... at home Have been dining at pappadeaux for 15-20 years and feel bad that COVID and/ or management has created such a diminished quality for the price that I had to write this Btw ate there 2 weeks ago w family — 2 of 4 meals ordered were pretty good but Wasn’t acceptable for their normal standards but thought it was a fluke or low staffing issue I hope they can correct these issues soon or I will just cook at home

We were with friends and Pappadeaux was recommended.......SO HAPPY that it was. The food (I had Barramundi) was outstanding and the service wonderful. Portions are large, so go when you are hungry!

Wonderful experience! Absolutely delightful staff, ambiance and food! I started with the alligator app: delicious with thin potato strips, the sauce for dipping a Smokey flavor. I had a cup of the gumbo, one cannot do Cajun food without gumbo. It did not disappoint! Prepared with crab, shrimp or both. I choose both. I then had the combo sampler platter, subbing the chicken for broiled crawfish In a lemon butter sauce. Subbed the fries for spinach and ordered the grits(also a must have when having Cajun food!) My server was Joey. He was just awesome. Ask for him if you want someone knowledgeable; friendly, professional and fun! He had great suggestions. The manager gave me a complimentary dessert because it was my first time. I am here for a week and I will be coming back at least once! 5 star experience during horrid times!

We love the seafood here in a lovely dining area in a choice location near the Rim. Wonderful service, quiet, and relaxing. Outdoor patio bar seating available. The sauces make these dishes pop. Also prime steak is outstanding, along with salads, gumbo and soup. Always reliably good.

11 of us tried to enjoy a nice lunch. We were the 3rd party seated when the restaurant opened at 11. We ordered immediately, however never got meals delivered until 12:15. The manager offered 3 complimentary desserts for our uncomfortable wait. 5 couples plus a single. And she offered 3 desserts for our troubles. When we questioned that, she relented and gave the table 6 comped desserts. Then…it took 30 minutes (no exaggeration!) to get the deserts. We left the restaurant 2 hours and 35 minutes after we arrived. New management is a must at this location!

We made reservations for Valentines Day dinner and still waited 30 minutes after our reservation time to be seated. This is the third time we’ve been to this location since moving to SA in August and they are ALWAYS out of oysters. They removed crab cakes from the menu, which is also upsetting. I ordered an alcoholic drink when we were seated and had to remind the waitress 3x that I was waiting on my drink. When I finally got it, I was already finished with my meal. My sons meal was missing his lump crab and by the time the staff organized who was going to bring it out, the rest of the meal was cold. They remade it but, everyone at the table was finished eating so he had to take it to go. Overall, the experience was not worth the money spent.

The waiter was on point this morning. We had a cocktails, salad, raw oysters and entrees. All the food was delicious and he continued to check in without being annoying.

I had a reservation and still required to wait almost 45 minutes for a table. Only seemed to get a table when I asked for the manager to tell him why a group of 5 were leaving. At the time did not know it would turn into a 3 hour encounter from time we arrived until I got the check. The food was not up to the quality that I have had at other restaurants in the chain. Based on the small portions and quality, I found this restaurant to generally be overpriced. Changes will need to be made to keep people coming back. We order dessert. When the desserts finally came, I was told we would not be charged for them because the server had to prepare them. Seems the kitchen help was refusing to prepare food.

The second Pappadeaux location in San Antonio just opened in early July, so you might want to wait until the service and kitchen achieve the quality this chain touts. Our Greek salad was delicious, in spite of missing ingredients that were cheerfully suppled when we reminded them of the omission.

Don't go here. We had our vehicle broke into. And learned it happens on a regular basis. We will never go back and will post on all social media

My wife had heard from our son that we should try out this place. We were not disappointed. I had the Salmon Yvette and my wife had the Redfish. We started with Oysters Pappadeaux, then they brought me crawfish bisque and my wife seafood gumbo. The salmon was cooked to a perfect medium rare and my wife's redfish was also cooked perfectly. This was a great evening for us. We will be returning for our next special night out.

wife and I decided to have a late lunch (3P). Ordered a large raspberry, something or other margarita (14.95). Tasted good, but very little liquor in it. What’s with these chains trying to cut corners by serving less spirits in their pricey drinks! Bread was served before our ordered shrimp po boy and medium Greek salad. Bread was apparently reheated and was of rather poor quality. I commented to wife, “I hope the bread on our po boy is different). unfortunately it wasn’t. The shrimp in poboy was plentiful and tasty. The Greek salad was huge even for 2 people. It was fresh/excellent. Service by Cristina was very good. Only advice...Get another bread source!

Second time at a Pappadeaux’s. I wasn’t impressed with it in Atlanta, Ga or San Antonio. We didn’t have to wait to be seated. However, another couple seated about 15 mins AFTER us was waited on first. Our meal was average, the service was NOT worth the $60+ we paid for seafood sampler, crab & spinach dip, blueberry limeade. You may have a better experience than us. Try it. The atmosphere is great.

Seafood is great. The oysters are big and flavorful, and the Seafood Salad is more than a full meal.

We had an excellent lunch here today. We split the ceasar salad, which had crumbled rather than shredded Parmesan cheese, and the crawfish etouffee which was filled with crawfish. Finishing off with the wondrous Key Lime pie made this meal an extraordinary feast

Haven’t been to a Pappadeaux restaurant in a while. Took the family (7, 5 adults and 2 kids) for a special occasion. Not cheap, close to $300, but good food and great service. Cajun, seafood, pasta, raw oysters, salad et al, very good and fresh tasting. Family friendly, nice restaurant.

Definitely worth the wait. Our 3 kids each found something on the menu they loved! Which doesn’t happen very often. I would recommend trying the fried alligator. It was amazing. The blackened mahi mahi was delicious. Our son devoured the cajon shrimp and chicken. Beautiful setting and wonderful service. All of our desserts were delish! Will definitely be back.

Food is very good. It is expensive, but it's worth it. Service was adequate. Nice atmosphere. Can get very busy at times.

Only good. Salad and main entree not excellent. Service slow. Had to ask for refill of my coffee Disappointed

Wide variety of seafood to choose from, I’ve also tried there steak and it was delicious I would definitely go back

We stopped in and split an early dinner. Our food was served quickly, and they split it for us without charging a fee to do so.

First off, be ready when you walk in to ask the hostess if they have the food you want in stock and if they have enough wait staff to serve a big crowd. This restaurant is very expensive so the dining experience is expected to be stellar. We wanted Grouper, they were out. My wife ordered a ceasar salad and her first words were "there is no dressing on this", we had to ask for dressing, 5 minutes later it arrived. The filet mignon i ordered for 48.00 was super dry and well done, i asked for a medium steak, i sent it back and it finally came out to the table at the very end of the meal after everyone had eaten, I told them i didn't want it anymore. One of my clients meals was very under cooked fish if not raw. A waiter behind us dropped a huge tray of food at our feet and they had to bring out a clean up crew, i know things happen but it was just the icing on the bad cake. I had to ask 3 times to have my tea filled. The manager came out and apologized for my steak and comped my filet but the overall experience of the evening and our conversation at the table was about poor under cooked or overcooked food, poor service and unfortunate situations rather than a pleasant enjoyable evening. Still the bill was $340.00 and the evening was awful especially since i was entertaining a client. I don't know if I will trust this restaurant again to entertain my business clients. i found myself apologizing to my customer that the evening was one of unpleasantries rather than a fun enjoyable time. A real let down for us all. One unfortunate thing after another. It would have been different had the manager come to the table, pulled me aside and said i am going to give you a 50% discount and free desserts but alas that kind of service just doesn't seem to exist in our world anymore, not even at fine dining establishments. Our world seems to just be about making sure the customer pays up. I am starting to think McDonalds is the best option. What can you expect for a few bucks but for 300.00 or 400.00 it better be perfect, NOT SO!!!!

Decided to do a birthday dinner with family and the experience was not what I expected. It started with the wait just I expected but after a long wait they seat us and tell us of all the things they are out of including fish which I thought was weird they also said a lot of the side they were also out of. We put in our order I ask for red beans and rice and he says yes we can get that for you but we don’t have the rice and he thought was funny when I explained so you just have beans. The service was not the greatest they we had to hunt down our waiter to get refills. The food took a long time to come out and when it came out it was not the best or what I expected. The waiter just said that the kitchen was slow so after all that and for the price it was not the best birthday dinner.

I am writing this review from the hospital. Pappadeaux was one of our favorite restaurants. We were regular customers. However, this is the second time that I was not only disappointed with the food, the service and the cleanliness, but also very angry because it is also the second time that I had food poisoning. The restaurant is so understaffed that they were slow and did not had utensils. They gave us plastic ones. And on top of everything else, really expensive.

Dinner around 7pm on a Thursday night. Eight of us so we knew the kitchen was going to try to get all our orders out at the same time, But everything was in slow motion on a not too busy night. Not sure how much was our server's fault (Monica) but keeping us updated on our orders was not her forte nor getting drinks ordered and to the table. We were there for over two hours and not because we were slow eaters. No exaggerations, 20+ minutes to bring us water, alcohol and other drink orders. A couple of us went to the bar to order the same drink and got it in minutes and well before our waitress ordered drinks. Prices were outrageous as well. $18 for a glass of wine??? That said, the food portion of our meal was very good, but very pricy. Middle of the road was the cajun mixed seafood grill at $27 and lots to eat. All the other portions of our party of 8 were average and all liked what they had. Trout, grouper, oysters on the half shell, scallops all very tasty, very expensive and served very late.

Pick your selections wisely, but this new location is up and running on all cylinders. Been eating at these places all over, and their food is good with large portions. So large, the prices are usually high too. We usually split a small Greek salad and I get a bowl of gumbo or bisque. Their gumbo is very good, but I had the crawfish bisque this time and it was wonderful. I am a 4th generation Louisiana native, but my friends from there also agree Pappadeaux's is great. We do not go there when in LA, but when in Texas, it is the best you will get!

Ranch truck broken into at this location last year and multiple items stolen that were necessary for my work.

Met with friends and was seated promptly. The kabob was excellent and so was the fried crawfish and crawfish etoufee. The food was Hot when it was brought to our table. The server never let our cold drinks and coffee get empty. It gets a little loud, but if you get there early before the big lunch crowd it is ok. The bathrooms are very clean.

Fab food; comfortable ambiance; special treat for colleagues. Enjoyed a fabulous 'lunch' gathering with our office-mates. Restaurant was busy so advance reservation worked well for our large table. Chris the server was exceptionally attentive, patient and cordial with our team's desire to savor the afternoon celebration. The menu appealed to all appetites and dietary needs. The lunch portions were more than ample and reasonably priced. Calling all bosses - go ahead and celebrate with your team-mates!

Papadeaux offers good seafood. Highly recommend the red fish, gulf shrimp or fresh oysters. Service was great. The food was a little pricier than expected.

This was our second visit and we took friends. We were not dissapointed on our reurn. The fish was perfectly cooked, hot and delicious. Our server Joshua was very attentive and professional. He kept our tea and water glasses full at all times. Thanks for a great experience.

Great food and service as always. They had a band on the patio the night we were there. If you can sit outside and enjoy the music. Our kids are younger and we were never rushed to leave. Victor was our waiter and he was amazing!!!

This is the first dinner my wife has had in the United States and the first one for me in nearly four years. The food was very delicious and well portioned. Our dinner started with fried alligator and shrimp & crawfish fondeaux. Our main courses were soft shell crabs and blackened Texas Redfish. Everything was excellent and properly cooked. The service was also spot on, knowledgeable and attentive. I would highly recommend this location.

Took the wife and grandson and had an excellent dinner Grandson and I had the Seafood Combo, wife had the salad. They had leftovers The price is mid-range and higher, (expected for great seafood). But taste and quantity are worth it.

The spouse & I eat here often, and haven't ever had a bad meal or service here. I'm wondering about the previous review with regard to the french bread.... My wife fell in love with that bread from the first time she had it, and she's not a bread person..... Like I tell her, that's the french bread we grew up with in La..... they must've had an off night.... other than that.... IT'S ALL ABOUT THE OYSTERS, BABY!

A large busy restaurant. we ate on the large patio which was much quieter than inside and pleasant. Service was ok. serve large plates of americanized cajun food. I had a mixed shrimp, sausage, crawfish linguine. I enjoyed it was a large generous serving. it was quite expensive but they did not skimp on the seafood.

Quality of seafood and great service are what keeps me coming back when I crave oysters, crab and fish. Located at I-10 AND 1604 (the RIM area).

A friend recommended we try Pappadeaux...his favorite seafood restaurant. I had never tried crawfish of any kind before and I found another favorite! Lucia tried the seafood mixed grille and was equally happy.

Family traveling through Texas we always have to try to stop at a Papadeaux to eat. This is one of our favorite restaurants in Texas it's always busy so expect a way, had to get a reservation. Some of the best seafood you will have. The crabcakes are awesome. We have never had a bad meal here everything is amazing. It's a little expensive $15-$30 average entrée but so worth it. If you haven't eaten here it's a must!!

One of the best dining experiences in San Antonio. Immediately greeted on entering Pappadeaux's, and immediately seated at a great table. Our waiter, Christian, was the most polished professional I have met in a long time! Began the meal with a beautiful oyster appetizer, then on to a bowl of seafood gumbo, then a large plate of their signature cajun seafood. Ended with a magnificent chocolate cake. This is the best Pappadeaux's I have visited. We had a great time.

When I spend $140 for a couples dinner and we each only had one drink - I expect TOP NOTCH. Yes $140! The waitress was good and friendly. Never were we visited by any supervisor or manager. I’m not a Chef, but I can do all of our dishes at home for far less than $140 - and at home I can hear my partner when She talks to me. Yes, very noisy and poor sound barriers to ZERO SOUND BARRIER- way too noisy. Did I mention I witnessed others having difficulty with their seats, not enough room to get in or out because of the table and chairs behind you. Sorry Pappadeaux - we won’t be going back.

We enjoyed the food very much. Probably the best fried catfish I’ve ever had at a restaurant. Our service was good. I have a shellfish allergy and the manager spoke with me directly after we ordered to be sure everything would be ok.

I don’t know what’s wrong but why is this place a fancy place at all !!!! Any small un famous cheaper other place is way better than this. I will speak about taste first... Grilled redfish jumbo shrimps and Bisque cup were nice taste but shrimp pasta was tooooooo much oily and the seafood was definitely frozen one n old. That’s the taste, now the price, 115 usd are just money i feel i throughout. Because the moment i arrived back home i got all sick from the food. I am never gonna eat again in that horrible place. If there is worse than 1 star, i will definitely consider

I've read some of these reviews that are negative...y'all just wanting something for free! The food and service were AMAZING! Food was cooked to perfection. Joshua and Dylan were phenomenal. They took excellent care of our party if 17. Highly recommend asking for them when you visit. Magnificent job Pappadeaux!

This is a great place for seafood in the San Antonio area. The restaurant is quite large and a bit noisy but the food is worth it. Our waiter, Victor, did a great job. We thoroughly enjoyed the texas redfish and jumbo shrimp dish plus the gulf grouper and jumbo crab entree.

This was our first time at this restaurant since grand opening. We were pleasantly surprised! The lunch specials were not overpriced and the food was delicious. The lunch Tilapia Ladeaux was outstanding! The fried sampler platter was also outstanding and plentiful. The cold oysters on the half shell and shrimp appetizer was fresh and also plentiful. Christian our server was very friendly and courteous. The lunch specials are over at 3pm, BUT, seniors over 62 years of age can get the lunch specials all day which is great!! Manager, Andrea Gonzalez was very attentive and courteous. Thank you for a great experience!

We have been wanting to go there since before it opened but every time the wait was way too long. Today we went around 4 pm and got right in, it has a nice looking interior. Our server, Kaleb, was at our table within moments of our arrival. He was very pleasant. We started out with the Crab Macaroni & Cheese which was good but the crab pieces were very small and the flavor never came out. The Pasta Mardi Gras was a mixed review, all the fish and meat had great flavor but the sauce was a bit watered down for my liking and rather bland, the pasta suffered from the sauce so it was a 3 rating for me. The saving grace was the Alaskan Halibut Piccata, it was some of the best halibut this side of Alaska! It will be hard to order any other fish on their menu next time after having a taste of my wife's halibut. I am sure we will come again and try different items and will review them again with an update.

I do not agree with your last review. This is our fourth time my wife and I have been twice during lunch and twice for dinner. We sit at the bar and the service was outstanding. To me launch is the best you get just the right amount of food . The bartenders are the best they are very attentive and constantly asked you can I get you something. As for as the food quality I have no complaints . I have had the redfish and my wife had the crawfish both were outstanding. This is our new go to seafood restaurant.

I love Pappadeaux's but the new location on I-10 almost a year later still is not the same smooth service as the 410 location. The food is always fantastic but the service is still lacking

Visited Pappadeaux our last night in San Antonio; so glad we did. The food was really good, but the service was even better. Our waiter was Eddie, and we couldn't have asked for a nicer young man. He was helpful and funny! The portions were very generous and arrived much sooner than we expected with the crowded room. We were wishing we had a Pappadeauxs in Arkansas!

We ate here last night and the food came out very quick and was wonderful. Could not ask for anything better.

The new facility is beautiful - really nicely done! Our service was excellent and when the entree came out just after appetizer they graciously redid the entree to come out hot after we finished appetizer. Crawfish etoufee had plenty of crawfish, and the crabcakes were amazing. We really like the key lime pie also.

Sat on the patio and had an excellent dinner with Jonathon as our server. Tie between the shrimp cocktail and calamari for my favorite dishes. Stop by and ask for Jonathon.. He was excellent!!! We will be back!!!!

Darrylle was an awesome waiter! Very attentive and knew his menu! I had the grilled grouper with shrimp & crab with spaghetti squash. It was deee-licious! My husband had the Mardi Gras pasta only with Alexander sauce. The others enjoyed their cajun specialty dishes, as well! Love Pappadeaux!

We went for happy hour for the first time and it was awesome. Drinks are reasonably priced and the appetizers are fantastic. I love this place.

I grew up in Houston and enjoyed Pappa's restaraunts growing up. This location is not holding up the reputation of the Pappa's brand. We went at 5 pm, the restaruant was not crowed. I feel sorry for those dining during rush hour. It took us 15 minutes to get a glass of wine. The food was average. The service was inadequite. The cost of food not justified Getting my Houston seafood fix in San Antonio at Landry's on the riverwork from now on. Someone from corporate needs to do some QA on this location. Very sad to write a bad review for a Pappa's restaruant

Front door is on the side, not sure which drunk laid this place out. Server was Ricki she did a nice job. Got there about 11:30 by the time we left just before one the place was full. Not just fish at this location they are peddling steak too. Here's the take away taint cheap, nice service, nice lunch BUT you may want to be on an expense account or have lunch bought for you. My crawfish combination & a glass of tea was $22. Bang for the buck low....oh forgot like all Pappas restaurants it is loud in here. It is better than the Mexican as there is some carpet but hard to have a conversation.

Had an amazing dinner here thanks to Harley, she was genuinely the best server I have had in years. She is crushing it and gave my friends (who were having Pappadeaux for their first time) an amazing experience!

For years, hubs and I wished for a second Pappadeaux’s location in San Antonio and our wish was granted. Just had a first visit to the new place and it didn’t disappoint. The environment, so new I could smell the fresh paint and new furnishings, was bright and shiny and clean. Similar in set-up to the older location but different at the same time. The new place doesn’t have old junky nautical “antiques” nailed to the wall, just a few tasteful pieces of art and artifacts. I like it! The entrance, at least for now, is not facing I10 but to the side street off the access road. And it’s not designed as a turn-in as the street island divider juts out past the drive entrance so be careful. There is an open-air patio with a lovely fountain in the middle and a nice bar from which to order from. Entering the building, you are greeted to a refrigeration case displaying the various cuts of beef and seafood items. It seemed like a disconnect for some reason. Oh well. The main bar inside is bigger and longer, with more booth space in front and some smaller ones around it. In the old place, one could just walk up to an empty booth and call it your own without having to stop at the hostess station (a “help yourself”). Unfortunately, it doesn’t work that way in the new joint. Too Bad!! That’s the main attraction for us, not to mess with hostess protocol. But be aware…the new bar is also louder and the glass enclosure amplifies the volume even more. But it’s pretty all right. The main dining room is much bigger than the old place but with a similar set-up. The gas wall lanterns were happily glowing. People seemed excited to be there. There was an army of wait persons, supervisors, corporate reps and everyone else in between. Lots of “eyes” everywhere. We were asked several times how things were going and each time we said everything was great. We heard the menu was a little different with new and more offerings. Didn’t see too many changes, if any. But know that recently, the menu was revamped anyway. Still upset that the crab cakes recipe was changed…no longer is there a crawfish remoulade sauce accompanying the cakes. Instead, they put crispy noodles on top with a slice of avocado. AVOCADO? Please Pappa, bring the originals back!! We were waited by Bella, a very nice girl but too eager to please. Her nasally voice (sorry Bella) was somewhat annoying and she wanted to recite the entire menu to us. We told her we were not Pappa novices but I don't think she registered that info. Anyway...I had the seared scallops/lump crab/wilted spinach/butternut squash with pappardelle pasta and it was rich and salty. But as I sat down to write this, I realized the plate didn’t have the crab. I took most of it home and took a quick inspection and sure enough, crab was missing from my plate! That tells you how rich and tasty the plate was. The numerous scallops on the plate must have thrown me for a loop. Hubs ordered the Pappadeaux Platter, with comes with about 10 lbs of fried delicacies from the sea. The french-fries alone were a work of art. For $32.95, it seems like a lot to pay but brought more than half home as well and will be eating from it for 3 meals more. As always, we start off with a dozen gulf oysters on the half-shell. They were big and fresh and so juicy. They were so worth it at any price. But I think next time, I will have either the oysters and a brew or a main entry, but not both or I will bust at the seams. For the first trip to the new place, hubs and I were pleased and the food was good but have to say it was saltier than usual. As for the missing crab, I’ll have to mention it to one of the numerous supervisors, as they are anxious to please their customers. We’ll be back!!

Location is tough to get to-but many places to park. Restaurant itself is very nice as are all their locations-the one on 410 though is older & much nicer imo. Ok-ordered the Mardi Gras festival platter. Shrimp was very fishy, and they use Chinese crawfish-so they are tiny and not very tasty. Being a native of New Orleans-my food experience was not very good here. My GF though loved her blackened entree. So my advice is order something grilled or blackened and order the white sauce-as red sauce is lacking. Beer selection is small and mixed drinks are not to great. Service was very good though..

Small families not very welcome, while we waited for almost two hours we watched multiple large groups without reservations being seated in tables that could have been split for smaller seating. We also felt like we were being passed up because we had a toddler with us when other smaller tables were being seated before us. We ended up leaving before being seated and eating at torchie’s tacos instead which was a much better experience.

I'm from Louisiana and have been dying to try out Pappadeaux to taste the food to see how close it is to what my relatives back home make. We ordered off of the lunch menu and I had the cup of lobster bisque with a half shrimp po-boy. I was interested in the gumbo and the waitress was kind enough to get me a sample of both the gumbo and the crawfish bisque from the kitchen. The gumbo was on the watery side so I opted for the bisque. I was in the mood for a po-boy, too. The bread from the po-boy was fresh and the number of shrimp on the sandwich were plentiful, dressed with lettuce, tomato and pickles like back home. Both the bisque and the po-boy were delicious. My daughter ordered the lobster tail as a side dish and she pretty much inhaled it. The food was definitely tasty but it was on the pricey side for a lunch. Don't get me wrong, the place is nice but is on the upscale side of things. The service was impeccable, friendly and professional. We'll be back to celebrate an occasion or two but I don't see me eating here with my family on a regular basis due to the prices.

My wife and I went to this Pappadeaux last Friday eening. The parking lot was full but we did not have to wait for a table! Our waitress was most helpful, patient and made several suggestions. We asked for her input. The portions of my grilled rainbow trout with shrimp and sauce as well as my wife's fried catfish were way more than neither of us could eat. The bread and butter were fragrant and made out mouths water! The side dishes (baked potato for her and buttered spinach for me were absolutely delectable). We ordered a dozen oysters that were promptly delivered to our table. My wife's fish gumbo was not as tasty as others right here in San Antonio and thus, the 4 stars and not 5.

My wife and I both had the crawfish etoufee and fried crawfish dish. The food was delicious and plentiful. Ot was served nice and hot and the rice was seasoned perfectly. The bread was nice and soft. The salad was also plentiful and the white cheese on top of it was tasty. Our server was very friendly and courteous. Our tea glasses never went empty. The restaurant is very clean and so are the bathrooms. We will definitely return. You will not be disappointed in this restaurant.

I thoroughly enjoyed the Grilled Shrimp with Andouille Sausage served with red beans and rice. Be ready for a very spicy but delicious sausage! My husband ordered the Mixed Seafood Skewer plate which was served with dirty rice which was only a bit spicy. We had attentive servers and plan to return again soon!

My family and friends agree that Pappadeaux's is great. I always order the seafood gumbo, and also order fried catfish. I remember the fried catfish I've had in other restaurants to the fried catfish here, and the catfish here seems better. Very good gumbo. Attentive service in a fun atmosphere.

We came here for lunch right when they opened at 11am. Really glad we did as when we were leaving there was a lot of people waiting for tables. The food was really good. We ordered the seafood fondeau and fried shrimp and fish. Everything was delicious. We will come to this location from now on.

Pappadeaux is one of my favorite seafood restaurants, but this is my first time visiting one in San Antonio. Me and my family all got the grilled redfish with the lump crabmeat creole butter sauce. It was excellent! To top it off, our server Logan was awesome! He was very attentive and accommodating. He was always checking on us, but not overbearing. One of my best experiences at any restaurant. I highly recommend this place!

I had the best experience today a Pappadeaux today. Came in was seated properly on a relatively busy night. And was waited on and served by the bartend Marcus between making drinks and serving the the others at the bar. My man did not disappoint keep my tea glass filled. Excellent service

I stayed next door to this restaurant and walked over. Went in and had an immediate seat at the bar. Serving staff was great and helpful. Had the fried oysters which were the typical great product you expect from Pappadeaux. Ordered a baked potato instead of fries. The beer was cold and there was a great selection.

Big miss! We eaten at many different Pappadeaux’s and had their Greek salad many tines. This was, by far, our worst experience. For a salad, it took forever. Once it arrived, it was an, “oops, throw something together quickly” salad. Plus, we paid double for the crab and didn’t get double. We mentioned all of this to a manager, and she did take a little off our bill. However, once we talk to the Mgr. our bartender, Ruby, ignored us until we were ready for our bill. Hugh disappointment

Today, 12/23/23, We came to the Pappadeaux on 1-10, I was given a handful of fries and 6 shrimp 2 tenders. It looked like a kids plate for $22. My child had a full plate with 10 shrimp for the same price! Very disappointed since this is where we come every time my husband comes back from a deployment. I will not be back! The manager came to the table and said your unhappy with your portions, I’m so upset I didn’t have anything to say at that point. What a disappointment!

This is the disturbing truth about Pappadeaux in San Antonio, TX 15715 I-10 west I would like to begin by saying my server Stephen M. Is probably the most amazing server I have ever had. He was professional and attentive from beginning to end. My family drove from El Paso to celebrate my 5 year old twins birthday. Everything was great until our dessert was brought out for my twins celebration. Apparently someone in the kitchen staff put SALT in the frosting intentionally and my children were about to throw up everything they ate. I know it was intentional because I requested that the kitchen manger bring me a sample of the frosting immediately. Claire the manager at the time and Dominick the kitchen manager tried to blame the morning staff who make the cream but when I requested a sample they didn’t even know what to say. It’s such a disappointment that an establishment like this allows that type of behavior from their employees. Claire gave me 3 fifty dollar gift cards and said that we were the second table this happened to. I am blown away that both her and the kitchen manager didn’t find out who would do such a cruel thing to the customers food. Imagine that this dessert was given to someone who can intake salt to that extent. This kind of stuff should never happen!!!

Due to COVID, we wanted to eat outdoors. Pappadeaux has a wonderful outdoor patio. Our server, Sydney, made great suggestions, and was very attentive. We loved the food and the atmosphere.

Kaleb gave us the works and took great care of us! The Seafood platter was great! The Redfish with jumbo shrimp was spot on! The bread was fresh and the drinks were perfect!

My husband and I have been to other Pappadeaux restaurants before but first time in this location. We loved it. The food is consistently good. I ordered the Louisiana shrimp gumbo and a American snapper blackened with the brown butter on the side and asparagus. He ordered the lobster bites (the cheese bread on the side was delicious) and Atlantic Salmon Alexander with broccoli on the side. Everything was perfectly cooked and with great flavor. We shared a praline cheesecake, although it was very good, we thought it was too much.

We keep taking out of town friends to this restaurant because it has not dissapointed us. The food is HOT and delicious. They have great lunch specials. It gets a little loud so go early before the lunch rush. The service is great. We try something different every time. All our fish dishes have been perfectly cooked. The bathrooms are spotless.

We went here for dinner and the food was amazing! The location is nice and it brings in a great atmosphere. Our waitress was amazing and I wish we could have her on every visit. In SA, if you want good seafood go to Sea Island for your typical. If you want Cajun seafood that is a step or two above Acadiana go to Pappadeaux! My wife had the grilled tilapia with shrimp and I had the Pappadeaux platter. Our 8yr old had the shrimp from the kids menu which he loved. After all this food, being offered dessert afterwards was a joke. 😄 It was a ton of food and we were happy to take home leftovers.

My friend and I both ordered the wild caught halibut and shrimp. Another friend ordered the Mississippi catfish with potatoes and spinach. The halibut was overcooked. I let my waiter know and he immediately had another one prepared. While the new one was being prepared, the manager came over and apologized. The second order was excellent. I appreciate their promptness to correct my dissatisfaction. The Mississippi catfish was excellent. The bread served with dinner was very good and the cheesecake dessert was excellent! I love great customer service and the staff was very accommodating! Thank you!

Highly overrated, service was slow, most of the food brought to the table was bad, hell if I wanted poor quality snapper, long Johns silver is down the road. One guest ordered a beer which didn’t arrive until after dinner. Normally you may have a bad waiter or bad food, but this place had both and is very overpriced for what you get. Only one of 14 guest had something positive to say about food.

We made reservations for a group of friends traveling together. I was told a table would be available in an hour. When we arrived, we were told the table would be ready in 20 minutes. That was shortly before 7. We asked multiple times & were told they were cleaning the table & it would be another 5 minutes. We were not seated until 8:30. Service was slow. It was after 9 before we were served any food & everyone was tired and miserable by that time. Food was mediocre at best. We will not be reliving that experience.

Professional waiter service. Don't expect it to be fast. Food is good, although I expected it to be superior to my expectations.

The LOML (Love Of My Life) and I went out with some friends here. We started with some drinks, the seafood fondue, and the spinach crab appetizer to start. All were very good, I personally liked the fondue a bit better and my blueberry mule was scrumptious. For dinner the LOML and the other couple all ordered the jumbo shrimp brochette, (which seems to be areal favorite) while I had the red snapper with shrimp meal. Instead of the squash I asked for the green beans with almonds. The snapper was excellent and of a very nice size. The beans were not mushy at all which to me made them better, and you could still taste the butter that coated them. Delicious!! We had so much food that the LOML and I decided that next time we were going to have the fondue and then split a meal like the snapper. Overall, we thought that the meal was excellent and we will be returning in the hopefully near future.

We made a reservation on their web site which I am glad we did since it was Friday night and they were very busy. We arrived a few minutes before our time had to wait until our time which was no issue. Our waiter was Richard N and he was superb. Very attentive and professional. Never felt rushed or we had to wait. After the food was delivered he was right there to make sure the food came out correctly and if we needed anything. Often when Ford is delivered by others the actual waiter is no where to be seen. Ordered the calamari appetizer. It was ok, a few pieces were chewy. We both ordered the crawfish étouffée. It was good but a bit overpriced. But want to give the restaurant kudos for finding my friends credit card. It must have dropped when she was putting it away or she left it on the table, so either Richard or the busy boy recovered it. So when she called this morning they had the card and she was able to retrieve it.

We didn’t arrive until nearly 9:30 pm thinking it wouldn’t be so crowded...so much for that idea. Extremely crowded and unbearably loud. The wait staff were doing their best but they obviously just couldn’t keep up, so we robbed silverwear and crackers off of another table. We ordered a “shrimp/crab cocktail” and the plate they brought to put it on was very hot and it took forever to get a cool one. The food was disappointing and this is the second time we have been here and thought the food wasn’t good. Probably won’t be back.

Two for lunch about two weeks after this new location opened. Beautiful interior, carpeted floors, very nice furniture and fixtures. Service was very good and food was prepared perfectly. Prices were a little high, especially for lunch. This would be perfect for special occasions or that important business entertainment meal. Despite higher prices the restaurant was almost full at 1:30pm.

Excellent service by Carmen and the food that she recommended was outstanding! I had the crabcakes as an appetizer and the seafood gumbo for my lunch entre. Definitely will come back for more!

Staff was awesome and food was great, very well prepared. the desserts were awesome. We tasted a variety of the desserts and all were mouth watering. I was overwhelmed by the staff at all levels of service. I highly recommend stopping by this restaurant and enjoy a meal and dessert.

Fabulous Happy Hour Drink Specials ... “The Swamp Thing” is awesome and recommended by the locals!! For dinner, the Jumbo Shrimp Brochette was fantastic with grilled asparagus substitute for rice. Quick and friendly service in a newly built facility!

This review is for the 1604 & I 10 location in San Antonio. I started eating at Pappadeaux restaurant when I lived in Houston about 35 years ago and I still love the food. I am so happy they opened some in San Antonio and anyone coming to the city should give it a try. They have a couple of locations here. Start with a cup of seafood gumbo which is delish and use some of the crispy bread to clean the bowl. I suggest trying the Greek Salad which is just delicious with fresh greens, feta cheese, kalamata olives, green pepper, green onions, capers, pepperoncini peppers, oregano with Greek vinaigrette and topped with a large shrimp. We always get it for one and split it as it is huge as is everything else on the menu. Entrée was Mississippi Catfish Opelousas with blackened catfish topped with oysters, shrimp, jumbo lump crab, lemon garlic butter sauce. Get the dirty rice for your side!! We get one order and split it. If you don't, you will probably be like most people and take food home. Today we also had the Margarita which was absolutely wonderful. In fact, my husband usually doesn't drink and he surprised me and had two. I suggest making reservations no matter when you want to go cause there is almost always a long wait! Great service, great food and just a dang good place to eat!

Stopped in for a bite before we flew out of town. The service was excellent, very knowledgeable about the menu. We started with: CRISPY ALLIGATOR with Fresh cut potato sticks & Creole dipping sauce, lovely! I don't normally eat the bread, but it was excellent, I saved a piece to go with my meal :) I got the CRAWFISH ETOUFFEE and a cobb salad, my husband got the gumbo. We were both pleased. There were many large tables with families that were served quickly like we were. I would definitely recommend this place for larger parties.

Promptly served my draft IPA(very good). Friends order strawberry margaritas that they loved. I ordered the Lobster Bisque, Scallops(3) and a beer ($49.00 +10.00 tip). I've had their gumbo, specially made tilapia sandwich (off the menu), and the fried seafood platter. All are exceptionally good. Service 4.5 of 5. I would have like to be offered a 2nd beer before the check. I recommend this place. I prefer to sit at the bar, I always get offered the 2nd beer.

I will not eat at this restaurant again after my vehicle was broken into, in the parking lot, in broad daylight. After calling the police and finding out this happens all the time, I approached the Manager and was told there was nothing they could do. Well, my opinion is, the parking lot is private property. And there is something they can do. They can make it secure for their patrons. I cannot recommend dining at the I-10 NW San Antonio location.

We traveled to this restaurant for the papadauex oysters. It was amazingly suckulat e juicy n delicious . It’s the first stop every time we come here. We use to go to another location. The oysters were very funky n service was awful. We are glad to find this location. Clean. Smelled clean. Friendly service n all staff were dressed nice n looked clean. We will be back. Thanks. I thought I was going to die if I didn’t have my oysters. Thanks

Expected, great service and great food as I have eaten many times at Pappadeaux in Houston TX. Food was warm not hot. Ordered a fried entree that normally comes with french fries and trying to cut back on fried food, so told the server I did not need the fries. She suggested I substitute side and I said no that I was not wanting to spend extra on another side and she said if I would select from the regular sides there would not be an additional charge, so I did. Got my bill dropped off with an extra charge for substituting side. So be careful they are not honest and it was really a disappointment along with the food quality. This is not the same quality you get in the Houston area, so do not waste you time or money.

This place is always great. The Cobb salad is delicious and not too heavy. I prefer the shrimp brochette or king crab. The server cracks and separates the crab from the shell if you ask. My husband prefers the fresh fish entree selections. If you’re really hungry the fondue is a wonderful appetizer. This is always a great choice for a restaurant. The prices may be a bit high but here you get what you pay for.

Everything was fine until the time of payment, as we were Mexican and paid by credit card visa (international) told me that my card was not accepted I gave them another card and they told me it didn't work either. The manager came and I asked her to go to the register, inserted the card and passed the charge to the first The thing was, the manager didn't know how to use the machine. I was upset because they told me they did not accept my card because it was “not international” (it was from Mexican bank) and it caused shame and concern for my wife and younger daughters at the time After the charge passed a waiter said that his card was Chase's and if it worked (interpreting that Mexican banks did not work their cards), I did not listen to the aggression of the racist comment. Then the same waiter shouted at me in a sarcastic tone “may it go well” to which I replied “equally” After that I went for my family to retire and the waiter made a mocking gesture to which I responded with a greeting and we withdrew Is there a tourist protection office in San Antonio? I would like to file a complaint They didn't even apologize for the pip and discrimination we were subjected to.

Not what it used to be. Staff friendly. Still no onion rings, table unclean, mentioned to waiter, never cleaned it. Food temp and spices fair.

I ordered a Bulk Pappas Greek Salad that has always been twenty-four dollars. When I went to pay, the price was $44.95. I asked to speak with a supervisor. Marisha did an excellent job of explaining increased costs. She was very professional. However, inflation is not 45%. I think some restaurants are taking the opportunity to raise their prices significantly.

Wow, fantastic dinner and drinks. Marisha Brown was fantastic at the bar, go see her if you have the chance. Food was amazing and served quickly. One of the best meals and service I have had in awhile

Had the seafood platter and it was very good. It was served hot which was nice. The fried fish was plump and meaty. The shrimp seemed small. The crawfish were very plump and juicy although fried. It came with a mountain of french fries. Tartar sauce is very good also. My wife's crawfish platter plentiful also. The service was very good, our drink glasses never went empty. The bathrooms are very clean oasis the restaurant. You will not be disappointed in this restaurant.
Your kind will sit by bathroom
1 week advance reservation doesn't matter here. Even though they have empty tables, they had us sit by the bathroom. "Those tables are not available." Manager did apologize later but dinner was ruined.
