Great bar scene....

By GDSPB |

Nice venue to people watch and also see the evening shows. Good bar service and the drinks were made as we liked.

Peaceful Hideaway

By Trelen |

In 3 previous visits to Vegas I’d always missed out on visiting Parasol Up or Down for a drink and so it was on my hit list on our 4th trip. We only had a few hours left until we had to catch our flight so I made sure we had one last nice drink in the sunshine and headed to Parasol Down. The inside of the bar is colourful and inviting with the parasols adding an almost circus feel, we sat outside overlooking the waterfall on the patio and though the furniture is looking a little tired it is still a charming space and you can almost forget that the hustle and bustle of the strip is just on the other side of the waterfall wall. I love pear so I didn’t even need to think about ordering the signature drink, Pear-a-Sol, my husband joined me and we both thoroughly enjoyed a really well made drink in the sunshine. A peaceful place to relax with a nice drink, a rarity on the strip, we’d happily come again and possibly have a little nibble of something to eat as well.

Wonderful location for drinks!

By friesgca2016 |

We have been at Parasol Down several times over the years. Much to our delight they have made many improvements in the last year. The outside area has been updated and looks much better. We stayed inside since it was 110 degrees outside. We enjoyed cocktails at the bar. David was a great bartender. The champagne choices were really good. My husband enjoyed a Manhattan. Both times we we stopped at this spot it was full of patrons. Everyone seemed to really enjoy themselves. Several people were having a drink before heading into the Lakeside restaurant or the SW restaurant. We would highly recommend this place for drinks!

Great view for apps and drinks

By emidthor |

Beautiful location, inside and outside. Yummy appetizers and drinks. Really glad we checked it out for a snack/app. We did not need a reservation, we sat outside and it was a great view.

Had a drink, beautiful place to visit

By Krzysiek N |

Going down curved escalators is always fun. Love the ones here and at the Caesars mall. Lots of umbrellas, and looks elegant, clean and new. Had an old fashioned, really enjoyed it!

relaxing, beautiful and delicious

By Maryann S |

There aren't any bad meals at the Wynn - but if you want a quieter, more intimate atmosphere - this could be the table your looking for. It's very much a "high tea" atmosphere.

Last night in Vegas treat

By Russell14185 |

We were staying at the Wynn and had passed this area plenty of times and it looked really nice but a little expensive. So on our last night after eating at Maggiano's Italian (reviewed elsewhere) we called into Parasol down for cocktails. Very nice setting by a small lake with periodic light shows, a good atmosphere and quick service. The drinks were pricey but we expected that and they were good strong measures. Worth a visit as a treat.

Fantastic drinks in a beautiful, relaxing setting!

By Andrei |

Parasol Down is probably my favorite bar/lounge that I've ever been to. It has fairly limited seating on the floor below Parasol Up, but it is an awesome place to come have a few drinks and relax in the evening. The atmosphere is just awesome - you are surrounded by beautiful parasols in comfortable chairs with soft lighting, and it's pretty quiet compared to other bars in Las Vegas. It's located in a fairly well-traveled area, and little is more interesting than watching people in Las Vegas as they pass by. The drinks are awesome as well, and they give you free bar snacks! I strongly recommend Parasol Down if you're looking to unwind, have a couple of drinks, and take a break from sightseeing.

Nice place by the 'lake'!

By sylvainm483 |

I've been there many times after the work to enjoy drinks by the lake. It is just fine and cosy atmosphere even if the small 5 mn show every 15-30 minutes are sometimes strange and let say old now. Sylvain

Great Drinks & Conversation

By Robert L |

I had a couple of drinks here. It's nestled so well at the bottom of the escalator. The bartender was so nice and my conversation about my home Atlanta was so delightful. The view was very nice and the ambiance was energetic.

Drinks with a view

By LMVA90 |

Great views of the lake of dreams show and good for pre dinner drinks! Always have a good time and service

Cocktails

By Marieka86 |

Nice little spot to sit and chill. The cocktail menu wasn't as long as I'd envisaged it would be, but what it lacked in quantity it made up for in quality. The lavender margarita I think was my own downfall!

Nice quiet place for conversations

By frazifrazi |

We came here after dinner to spend more time w/ friends. What's great about this place is that it is somewhat removed from the loudness of the main casino, so my friends and I could talk without having to yell at each other. However, the service could have been better. The waitress helping our table seemed to be doing double duty w/ the restaurant next door, which led to slow service and some of our requests for water being missed. Luckily, we were in no hurry, though the service can be improved.

Where else in Vegas can you see a giant singing frog sat on a waterfall?!

By NattyJuk |

My husband and I make a point of coming here every time we come to Vegas. We just really like the ambience & the surroundings. With the big trees surrounding the are & the lighting you really feel you could be anywhere and not sat just off the busy Strip. The drinks aren't the cheapest but it is worth it for a treat. It is just a lovely experience to sit outside and enjoy the shows on the lake, I mean where else can you sit and relax with a cocktail whilst watching a giant singing frog?

Thumbs Down!

By kmd67 |

We visited here during the afternoon. The bar was empty and there was around 5 people sitting outside on the terrace. Being British, we are accustomed to walking up to the bar to order a drink and as there was nothing to suggest we should do otherwise, this is what we did. We weren't served immediately but there wasn't too long a delay in our order being taken by the barman. He asked us where we were sitting, my Husband said we were just going to take our drinks out onto the terrace, which is when the barman pulled a face that suggested we had trodden in something nasty and brought it in on our shoes. I instantly felt uncomfortable and suggested to my husband that perhaps there was a problem with us sitting outside. We paid for our drinks and headed to the terrace. We chose a table and as we sat down, the waitress came over, popped a couple of coasters on the table and asked us if she could take our drinks order. We were a little surprised as she had seen us at the bar and it was obvious that we had fresh drinks already. So we said, no thanks, we already have our drinks. She told us that if we wanted to sit on the terrace it was a minimum 'one drink each', to which we replied we already had 'one drink', she persisted and said if we wanted to sit out there, we had to order a drink. Again, we pointed to our drinks and said we had just ordered them at the bar and didnt want any more just yet, and that maybe when we had finished those, we might want another. She persisted, awkwardly, as did we - it just didn't make any sense. She eventually walked away, but this and the look on the barman's face previously, it just made for an awkward atmosphere. So, after a few minutes my husband gave in to my pleas and we took our drinks back inside to the empty bar, with the glass door separating us from the hallowed terrace where the other 5 customers were allowed to enjoy their drinks without the likes of us spoiling it for them with our drinks from the bar.

The service is ok, the drinks are good...

By erika2205 |

..but goodness, paying £70 for TWO cocktails is a teeny tiny little bit expensive. Otherwise had a lovely evening there.

Quiet bar

By lomaro |

We sat both inside and outside and had a drink each place. I really liked sitting inside and we enjoyed the little show by the lake. The is one every half hour. We saw two different ones. I do not know it it is a different one every time, but they are nice little 3-minute things. The bar is rather quiet and that is nice since there is so much noise in Vegas. The drinks are relatively expensive.

One of my favourite places on earth.

By Todd A |

I have to be honest, I nearly didn't write this review because Parasol Down is such a hidden gem and I didn't want to draw too much attention to it. Selfishness aside, I never go to Vegas without visiting Parasol Down once or twice (a day). This 80-seat, 21+, drinks only patio overlooks the Lake of Dreams and is an oasis away from the noisy Vegas Strip. Complete with a stunning waterfall and beautifully enclosed with rocks and pine trees, it's easy to get lost in a couple of Old Fashions (best ever!!) or a glass of wine and a cigar. Tucked in the Wynn it's a must-visit for anyone looking for a time-out. PLUS, visit after dark and get treated to some of the most amazing 3-minute shows playing every half hour. I won't spoil it by telling you what you'll see. :)

Pre theatre drinks

By Angele65 |

What a stunning place this was, with an outside patio area with a cascading water fall as a back drop. Inside were green and gold table and chairs and on the ceiling were beautiful hanging parasols that moved up and down, such a fabulous idea. We both drank a lavender Margarita which was absolutely out of this world, I savoured every mouthful. We sat and chatted and listened to the music and people watching as they arrived to go into the various restaurants. We had excellent service. Thank you Highly Recommend

Lovely cocktails and a great atmosphere

By Laura S |

We enjoyed our cocktails here. They were expertly made and the atmosphere was very relaxing, with views of the Lake of Dreams.

Perfect place to have a cocktail solo

By MyTravelEyes |

I was visiting the Wynn on business and found the Parasol Down was the perfect place for a drink. There was a stunning light show over a waterfall, very comfortable and pleasant.

Great mocktails

By rc2914 |

I was unable to drink alcohol on this trip due to taking medication. Both this bar and the one upstairs Parasol Up had a very good selection of non-alcoholic cocktails.

Evening on the patio

By Joey G |

We stopped by and put our name on the list for an outdoor table. We grabbed a drink at the bar while we waited. The hostess called us when they had a spot. Calling is so valuable for wait lists in Vegas, because the text message systems never work for us. So the phone call was much appreciated. The wait time wasn't too bad considering how nice of an evening it was. We got a great table and enjoyed some great cocktails, beautiful weather, and some fun and quirky entertainment on the water. Plan on $20 each cocktails after tip and give yourself plenty of time for any waiting. This ended up being one of our favorite stops and appreciate the kind service and phone call when a table was available. Thanks so much, we'll be back!

Lovely Experience

By Jmsi1956 |

Spending a while here having drinks was actually my favorite memory of my recent trip to Vegas. The lychee martini was to die for! It's a very classy spot, I'm glad I was semi dressed up. The River of Dreams shows were so surreal and relaxing. I loved this place!

Good atmosphere, really expensive drinks

By Maria |

It's really nice, next to the lake with a water show every hour or so. It's a bit cold in the winter as it's outside (there are some heaters but they don't cover all seating areas). Cocktails were good, not amazing. They use decent quality spirits in most of them at least. We had 2 altogether and it cost us about $40 USD.

Really Nice Place...Cozy, Nice Menu Great Staff

By Deigs |

Really Nice Place...Cozy, Nice Menu Great Staff...however menu is a bit limited. II like this place for drinks and conversation..maybe dessert. Outdoor seating is wonderful on the "lake" at Wynn.

Drinks & Appetizers

By lmc0325 |

We were looking for a quiet place to have a cocktail and a little bite to eat. We decided to get some appetizers at Parasol Down. We sat near the water so we could see the water wall. When we saw the menu we knew we wouldn’t be disappointed. Our waitress was excellent & friendly. Our drinks were served promptly and our food came just as quickly as our drinks. The atmosphere was beautiful. I think everyone should try it.

Expensive but worth it

By Dronach |

We had a couple of cocktails here when watching the show over the lake. It has a great atmosphere, cocktails were great but expensive.

Best Martini ever!

By hermeschick |

You must go to Parasol Down for a cocktail and the lake show, the Lychee Blossom martini is the best I've ever had. Steve Wynn even popped in for a bit to watch the show. Comfortable and romantic, a perfect spot for a date and conversation.

Favorite cocktail spot in the COUNTRY

By Chelsea M |

I LOVE everything about this place. Have been many times. All the drinks are Amazing. very relaxing and perfect ambience!!

Great atmosphere!

By Brooke S |

We really enjoyed being able to sit in the bar but still watch people out and about without being in the middle of it all. The waitresses were friendly, the drinks were great and the snacks were good!

Great for pre and post dinner drinks

By stuartjary |

Visit this bar and parasol up for great service and a buzzing atmosphere - good place for pre dinner or show drinks

Loved it! Nice quiet atmosphere for a drink.

By Yoosik Ethan Oum |

Go there at night! A Nice relaxing atmosphere, and you can watch their live outdoor hologram show Lake of Dreams every half hour in the evening. Great for dates, Great for the adults who just want to chill with a drink.

Curved Escalators + Animated Parasols!

By Jane |

We met here for drinks before dining at SW. Wonderful bartender and service. Try the Lemon Drop Martini.

Decent Bar, nothing special

By Scott Charles |

We came for drinks, it was very average. Service was decent, but the drinks really were nothing out of the ordinary. My Mojito was average at best.

Perfect Spot

By RPMCanes |

This is probably one of my favorite spots in town. The decor is spectacular, and I like how they do a very good job of keeping up the ambience by keeping the dress code enforced. Sitting outside on the patio on an October afternoon is very relaxing and refreshing. Service is impeccable. Charissa is probably the greatest cocktail waitress of all time, as well as her supporting cast. Highly recommended, and embodies all the wonderful customer service standards of a Wynn property. Can't wait to visit again!

Still my favorite!!

By BaseballFan5 |

I have a drink or two on the outside patio every time I am in Vegas - whether I stay at the Wynn or not. I LOVE this little outdoor seating area with the crazy little show every half an hour. The area is so quaint and I love the vibe and atmosphere. They are currently undergoing renovations and have a limited menu, but that should all be done soon - we were told by April 4 by the waitress. I wouldn't let that stop me anyway, but I can't wait to return again to see the updated bar area. My favorite place in Vegas!!!!

Fantastic cocktails & nibbles

By Mrs S |

Love the parasol up & down bars, great atmosphere , fantastic cocktails & delicious nibbles. Cigars for sale to be enjoyed too.

Enjoyable atmosphere with a water show

By Janet H |

This is a nice place to come on a date, or a social hour with co-workers. My favorite outdoor hang out spot at sundown.

Quiet bar

By daveinkent44 |

Nice quiet bar next to the lake of dreams. Tables nicely spaced apart so you can enjoy a private conversation. Drinks are pretty averagely priced for this hotel. Very relaxing and very enjoyable.

Service has gone downhill

By rogerjm |

I’ve been here several times and always enjoyed it. This time it was terrible. Ordered drinks that never came and the same waitress asked if we wanted to order drinks, after she took our order 25 minutes earlier but never brought them. Same with a snack. Very disappointing experience.

Great Drinks and Great Views

By ldtblitz |

Located with a view of the "Lake of Dreams," this bar provides a somewhat out of the way setting for a drink and appetizers in the Wynn. My wife and a relative joined me for drinks which were very nice, and the servers couldn't have been nicer. The three of us split an appetizer (a nice crab dip - portion was too small for the price) and with two drinks apiece, the bill was close to $150 with tip - you read that right...

Perfect start or end to an evening

By VegasVictoria |

One of my absolute happy places - I love sitting here on the patio with a glass of champagne watching the lake of dreams #bliss

Not great service

By avery131 |

This was a nice relaxing place to have a few drinks at night but service was incredibly slow and they closed very early and seemed more concerned with making sure we were tabbed out well before then.

Cocktails and Entertainment

By Flaneurella |

It was a pretty sight to ride down the escalator with the colorful parasols overhead then the bar inside was an elegant and cool (temperature and ambiance) place to meet for cocktails. If you decide to take your cocktails at the terrace, it would be a nice place to watch the show on the waterfall wall. Everyone was very friendly and the place was comfortable.

Good Drink

By jordansbulls |

Went here yesterday at the Bar Parasol at the Wynn. Got the Capri cocktail. I liked the presentation of the drink.

The View makes you feel that you are in the middle of the woods

By Kleime |

I love visiting Parasol Down. When we visit in February and have come from the cold North winters we can sit on the patio of this lounge and feel the warm sun and feel like it is summer. It is situated by the Lake of Dreams with a 40 foot waterfall that rushes down the Pine Tree lined mountains into the lake. What a relaxing experience, you feel like you are at a mountain resort. The service is good and the wine is excellent. To get to this lower lounge you ride a spiraling escalator down among very colorful parasols. Always a enjoyable time.

A quiet, classy corner

By PJaneS |

Parasols Down: the outside bar, not the restaurant. Sitting in the twilight in front of the water, with its gorgeous programme of colours and music, sipping a wonderful cocktail (Sinatra Smash, glorious taste!) is a great way to escape the noise and overload of The Strip. We went a couple of times, to sit, recharge, and regroup before the next onslaught outside The Wynn! Valet parking at The Wynn is free (just a tip to the driver) so this is a great venue to use as a base for your adventure in Vegas.

Great Outdoor Seating to Watch Lake of Dreams Show

By daniellejhn |

Parasol Down has outdoor seating, in addition to the indoor area. We came for after dinner drinks and to watch the Lake of Dreams show. The drinks were pricey, but that seems to be the case at most Vegas bars. The complimentary cashews and potato chips were delicious and the service was great.

Great spot to drink and see the water show!

By Randy M |

A hidden little gem at the Wynn. Nice little bar with great cocktails and a front row seat of the little water show that happens every 30 minutes. The free potato chips and almonds kill the midnight hunger pangs too!

Quick Drink in the Afternoon, enjoying the view!

By TO_Trips |

Walking the Strip we stopped in to wander around Wynn. Decided to enjoy a drink at Parasol Down. That's the spot on the lower floor, looking out at the water, where there are parasols suspended from the ceiling and moving slowly up and down. Tang 10 martini was terrific, she enjoyed a G and T. Some munchies provided by the very friendly and efficient Cathy.

Delicious cocktails

By Christine S |

Located down a small set of stairs in the Wynn hotel. You can sit inside either at the bar, or tables and chairs, but we choose to sit outside in the beautiful sunshine. There a tables and chairs but also comfy sofas, the area overlooks the lake with a waterfall, and ducks splashing about, so very relaxing location. We had the most delicious pear vodka cocktail. Stunning and not too expensive.

Slow service

By Bobo3107 |

Nice venue. The bar has limited choices of liquor- if you are looking for a cocktail, go somewhere else.

Lakeside Wine!

By The_Loup_Garou |

After having had dinner at the near-by Lakeside Seafood restaurant, I wanted to try the outdoor seating at Parasol Down. I had been to the bar, inside, a few trips back, and enjoyed the venue, but on that February day, no one was even thinking about sitting outside – in the rain, wind and cold. This lovely October afternoon was the complete opposite. The hostess greeted my like a long-lost friend, or a regular, and cheerfully seated me outside the door, as all lakeside tables were taken. I still had a nice view of the Lake of Dreams. The B-T-G wine list is a bit short (but they are not known as a “wine bar”), but they had a Chablis, and settled in to enjoy the afternoon. The Lake of Dreams took on a different look, than it had a few nights before, when we dined at Lakeside, but it was lovely and serene. Service was friendly, and efficient, and the warm Autumn sun did not hurt.

The Second Time is as good as the first, and the first was very good

By rogerjm |

The outside sitting area by the pool and waterfall is as relaxing a place to have a drink as you're going to find in Las Vegas. The service was very good and the quality of the drinks is the best. I had a margarita, which is as common as they come, yet the Parasol Down version was unique. I don't know all of the ingredients, but whatever they put in it, it was worth the price. Come to relax, come for the atmosphere, for the service and for the quality of the drinks. A nice experience.

Excellent Cocktails

By luxetrip |

This is a great place to just kick back and chill. Delicious cocktails and the selection of appetizers/snacks is excellent!

My fave

By Jason C |

One of my favorite places in Vegas! Stayed all night and watched the shows. Such a romantic finish to the evening for my wife and I.

Beautiful View, Disappointing Patrons

By Beth E |

This has been our "go to" lounge for many, many years. The views are beautiful and it takes you away from the hustle bustle of the Strip. This time we were very disappointed. The Wynn has no control of its guests, but in the past everyone dressed up and were respectful. Yesterday there were many young people, poorly dressed, hats on backwards, loud, feet on the chairs, beer cans falling on the ground. We were sad to see this behavior in "our" special place. To make it even worse, our server was snippy and not pleasant at all. This is not what we have experienced in the past. After a few drinks we learned her shift was over, but that is still no excuse. It also seems there aren't as many comfy seats and it feels more crowded. Could be that's how we remembered it, but it just wasn't comfortable. Drink aren't any pricier than any other nice lounge in Vegas but it was not even close to my favorite Cosmo. I think we may need to find a new "go to" lounge. :(

Fine but not wow

By TartanWanderer |

Decent enough place to hang out for an hoour or two. Pretty expensive though - all of Vegas is so be ready for it.

Avoid During Conference Season

By AKo |

Meeting clients during a conference (as seemingly hundreds of others were too). The service was slow but I think they needed a couple more wait staff for the number of people at Parasol Down.

Strange Experience but Delicious Drinks

By DestinationZen |

Took clients to this restaurant for some drinks and when the show stared it was a bit odd, yet fascinating. Would have been better for couples I think, but the service was great and the drinks delicious.

Cocktails to watch light show

By Ross G |

This upmarket modern fresh bar within the Wynn Hotel complex was a little disappointing. Staff seemed bit disinterested in customers and more interested in chatting together. Drinks very average. Light show ... ‘lake of dreams’ was extremely poor. Expect more in this standard of establishment.

Cute bar with a view

By 69tiger888 |

This bar is the middle of the Wynn hotel , it has a direct view to the fame waterfall in the hotel. . The escalator takes you down to the indoor part , consist of a very siazable bar with nice tables around , and decorative oversized light fixtures above ( stunning ). Outside , you can view the lake and waterfall directly. ( yon only allow to enter to sit on a table. Best to be there after dinner , light shows on the fall starts at 830 every half hour a new show . The drinks expensive, service on slow side . , you can ordered snacks ,tapas , place to relax

Beautiful drinks in a beautiful setting

By Tony H |

This fancy cocktail bar area offers stunning views of the Wynn waterfall. The elaborate lighting system made up of upside down parasols is a marvel as well. The fancy but expensive drinks round out the experience.

Very nice ouside lounge

By Lynda M |

Probably the nicest bar or lounge on the property with water shows..I also liked the seating of the place, very intimate.

Delicious but small for the price

By Jenny H |

We enjoyed dessert on the patio. The atmosphere was tranquil and beautiful. We ordered the beignets with homemade caramel and chocolate sauces. They were soft and delicious, but they were very small for the price. However, I would buy them again for the sauce alone!

A must

By Ivette Mendez-Kelly |

Are you having dinner at the Wynn? Come an hr earlier and have a drink at this beautiful terrace. The waterfall, the small lake, the details around...beautiful.

Disappointing with new show in the Pool/waterfall area

By Michael P |

In the past this was always on our list of places to have a drink and watch the light show they had. We went thiis year and were very disappointed the show had gone down hill. In the past in the pool/waterfall area they had an amazing laser light show worth the expensive price for their drinks. This time we sat through three of their shows ( 15 minutes apart) and they were non-impressive. We were disappointed in the length and content.

Great location and amazing drinks

By Roger W |

Fun location - inside and outside. Not a lot of seating inside but it's great to watch people come and go. Drink menu is top-shelf and the staff were friendly.

Front Row Seat to the Lake of Dreams.

By Linda B |

Sitting inside is dull. Outside places you next to the Lake of Dreams, which is nice during the daytime. But you want to get there just as dusk is settling and get a seat outside to enjoy the best of the electronic performance on the waterfall screen and the 30 foot puppetry above it. Google this to find out more. Service tended to be slow, but it is a relaxed atmosphere so dont go if you are in a hurry. Wait to come after the show you are seeing is over. Highly recommend the Cranberry Mint Mojito.

The outside patio was dramatic!

By travelhorn |

We had delicious appetizers and a drink on the rail of the dramatic water element at Parasol Down. The service was terrific.

Amazing view and atmosphere

By Lucybeau83 |

Beautiful setting and very relaxing. Would have been 5 star but the waitress was extremely scatty and forgetful. She constantly slammed the drinks down on the table. Would definitely go back despite the service.

Cool outside place for drinks

By Chris K |

We had been before but had such a nice time we wanted to go on our recent visit and again had a great time sitting outside with a drink watching the light shows on the lake. It is always busy but worth waiting inside for a table outside. Really nice place to spend a few hours in an evening by the lake.

Too Much Smoke

By sophisticatedlady_11 |

When you are sitting outside near the Lake of Dreams, enjoying delicious desserts and coffees, the last thing you want is cigar and cigarette smoke in your face. It is a bar, and I understand that smoking is allowed in the Wynn and Encore bars, but when appetizers and desserts are served there, I would appreciate no smoking. The smoking totally ruined the beautiful outdoor ambiance. The show is also shown to the patrons seated outdoors at the SW Steakhouse and Lakeside restaurants. There is no smoking in those venues. There are enough smoking bars in both the Wynn and Encore, that it would be nice if they could ban it from this one.

Fabulous drinks in a great setting

By Whitlam H |

We sat outside by the lake and had a wonderful few hours soaking up the sun and enjoying the cocktails. We had wonderful service and great tasting drinks and loved the occasional 3d images that appeared unexpectedly (although I was half convinced I was tipsy and was seeing things, hey that could still have been the case!). Highly recommend and I will certainly be back when we return to LV in October to make sure we take in the show at dusk and also book a table at the restaurants next door.

Don't Bother. Go to Parasol Up.

By Shirley L |

We visited this bar to see the water element, which in our opinion was lame. We were seated (finally, there was no line) on the outside terrace and waited in anticipation. Poof. Our balloon busted and we just looked at each other and laughed after watching a very brief "thing". We were never waited on, so we left and went upstairs. The inside seating in the bar was totally empty. The staff was not friendly.

a night cap here is worth it

By Gail F |

a nice, fun place to sit after a long day. You can watch the water show from there. Kind of away from the other lounges

Best Lounge in Vegas

By Chris L |

Hesitant to even praise this so highly as it is usually crowded enough but it is truly one of the best if not the best lounges in Vegas. The drinks are actually pretty fairly priced for a high end cocktail bar in a hotel like the Wynn. Service is pretty good and the atmosphere could not be better. Love visiting Parasol Down and cannot wait to be back again next time I am in town.

One of the few places to really relax in Vegas

By JulesLeBlanc |

Great place to relax and have a nice drink with a beautiful atmosphere! We relaxed on a sofa and just watched people. Nice drink menu and waitresses were wonderful! Previous visit there was an hourly show just outside, but I guess we were there too early this time. Still enjoyed ourselves.

Fantastic atmosphere, fun and whimsical!

By Michelle M |

We came here for after dinner drinks and the beignets! The setting was beautiful! Awesome grove of huge beautiful pine trees and an enormous waterfall across a dazzling lake. Wow! So romantic! I’m plant based so my honey had the beignets and loved them said they were melting with gooey flavor and washed them down with a Sinatra Smash! Fresh muddled blackberries! Yummy! I had a “Mocktail” exotic lemonade. Very tasty with the cashews and chips! This was an awesome place to come watch this adorable show that took place right on the lake! The first show we saw was a giant frog and not very well done so we were delighted when the orbs on the water came out to dance and play. Super cute. Very whimsical! Great place to take a date!

Overhyped bar

By DecoWorldTraveler |

Overhyped Bar! Super small and were disappointed since we expected way more from pictures and reviews. I would suggest to skip it

Or my favorite power and viewing areas at Wynn.

By Wayne J |

They make a consistently good cocktail here. We always enjoy ourselves when visiting here. The bartenders very friendly and knowledgeable of their trade. Overlooking the water fall feature, it makes for a very nice relaxing area to the start or finish the evening.

Wonderful views of the Lake of Dreams

By Ruth M |

Lovely bar with a terrace overlooking the Lake of Dreams which provides amazing shows every half hour. Expensive drinks but attentive service and good range of bar snacks.

chill out

By Sandeep S |

i was at the bar overlooking the casino very well laid out and decorated > this is good place to have your drinks with your friends or have business meetings along with a large variety of cocktails and other drinks a must visit

Whimsical and Beautiful!

By Lwade |

This place is a must to have a drink before dinner! The outdoor seating, water features and shows are simply amazing! They have great specialty drinks as well as anything you desire! The decor is so beautiful and colorful with the moving parasols! Amazing is all I can say!!

Ambiance, the view out, and view up - all excellent.

By Nathan L |

Parasol Down is my favorite lobby-bar on the Wynn property. I've used it as a waiting area for the nearby SW Steakhouse or other restaurants, as a place to relax, as I gaze up at the large parasols that lightly undulate from the roof or out upon the Lake of Dreams. The drinks are mixed well, the staff is friendly, and the area is usually very relaxing. A bit pricy, but then, it's not an off-strip sports bar, where you'd find people guzzling Coors Light.

Cocktails to die for!!

By Mtk2361 |

The bar staff went out of the way to get me gluten free beer, and the cocktails, especially the white cosmopolitan whoop! Whoop!

An oasis in Las Vegas

By Richard Hildebrand |

Thought it was a great place to isolate yourself from the frenzy pace of Las Vegas. There is a large wall fountain and you are surrounded by tall trees. We had a nice breeze and sat under an umbrella at our table. Drinks are expensive, but I thought it was worth the break. Servers were attentive and quick with our orders. My wife had a couple of pear o sol drinks and really enjoyed them.

A must do at the Wynn...

By robert-eric w |

Excellent curated cocktails and superlative service makes this spot a "must do"...and what a VIEW! Menu changes seasonally, but the Cranberry Mojito on the winter menu is heaven.

Great bar while waiting for dinner!

Have been there multiple times! Great drinks and service! You can also sit in an outside area where you can sit on the lake, which have a water light show after dark.

Pre dinner cocktails!

By Away White! |

Great place for cocktails before dining at the SW steakhouse. Chilled out compared to inside the casino & unusual to be able to drink outside in Vegas.

Absolute favourite!

By morrowmj |

This is my absolute favourite bar in Las Vegas. The drinks are fabulous and the lakeside entertainment is so cute and lovely.

My best place for a Lounge Appetizers

By regisp2017 |

I Like that bar very much, I always make sure to spend one of my evenings in Vegas to have a nice cocktail there starring at the terrace enjoying the fountain and the light shows that comes and go every 20 minutes... give it a try you'll love it

Our place to meet after a long day!

By Dra23 |

This is almost like a hidden gem, people know its there, but don't take the time to go downstairs. Its an open and airy feeling even though you are indoors. This is our go to spot for drinks after a long day at a trade show. You can always get a seat, and its convenient if you are having dinner at Lakeside or SW Steakhouse. We did not order any food, just drinks in a very casual atmosphere.

Sit outside

By Ayse_7 |

The cocktails are great, but the view is why we go. Sit outside and enjoy the water view. While inside look up and notice that the parasols move slowly up and down. No need for reservations.

Nice setting for a cocktail

By Ruth C |

Parasol is my favorite bar in the Wynn Casino. The cocktails are excellent and the setting is peaceful and beautiful.

You can’t go wrong

By Anthony L |

Ok The Havana was off the charts. I love old fashioned so when it said rum, my interest peeked. The door opened and I walked in and was stunned. 60$ for two and I was like this better be good. It was actually 4 drinks and every sip was delicious. The presentation was a bonus. Sometimes smoking a drink can be overwhelming. This was a pleasant addition to a delicious libation.

unique

By CARIBBOB |

We just had cocktails here. Even though it was abit cool to be outdoors, there were heaters around. Service was good. Popular spot for its quiet, serene waterfall background, and nice music.

Romantic

By DrJKC |

The great ambience and setting of this place is a perfect place to enjoy a romantic cocktail with a loved one.

Great concept

By Adrian F |

Terrific experience. Loved the shows every 30minutes after 8pm. Highly recommend a visit here when in vegas

Beautiful seats and fabulous wine

By TanyaCoutts |

What a lovely place to have a nice glass of wine in the afternoon, can get a little hot here but such a lovely relaxing place, if you're in Las Vegas make it a go to place - loved it!

Drinks in a fun atmosphere

By VacationTraveler_K |

Love the decor indoors and out! Waterfall feature outside is a view from the patio/balcony. Great drinks! Small plates menu is available

Quick drink while meeting someone

By RGRIS |

This is a nice little casino bar. It's perfect as a location to wait for someone to arrive. Service is as one would expect from a Wynn establishment.

Great place to have a drink before dinner

By Mrsworldwide33131 |

We had a glass of wine here before dinner. The view and ambiance was great. The second time was came we ordered the Parmesan and prosciutto and we found it to be quite small - especially for the price. The wine was great. Really enjoyed this place!

EXPENSIVE

By marksocal |

Very nice to sit outside by the water, but be prepared for high prices. Two cocktails, including tip, set me back $40.

Drinks with a view

By CongoNatty |

Parasol Down is where you go to have a drink in Vegas, when you want to forget you're in Vegas. Its the calm away from and the sights and sounds that are Vegas. The drinks are good, the service is reasonable and the view is refreshing. Great for couples or a relaxed business meeting.

For the views

By FM6565 |

Perhaps the smallest bar at the Wynn. The indoor area is not that compelling: seats are in a corridor between two restaurants. Weather permitting, try to seet outside near a fountain that features nice video projections at night.

Watch out for the sofa police

By MaybeP |

We saw a fantastic Diana Ross concert and decided to go here for a drink. Staff most unfriendly, worst in Vegas. Snooty while we were waiting to be seated and most rude when we tried to move a sofa “that’s not allowed”, so an empty sofa left in a busy bar because the rules say so.

Fun Bar, Nice Cocktails!

By ClaraOS |

Delicious cocktails and fun decor. Slightly unfriendly door staff however. Set within the Wynn which is also very much worth a visit.

Favorite drinks

By Amy S |

Definitely one of my favorite places for an adult beverage. Sit in a comfortable atmosphere either inside or out. If you sit out you are by the lake and get to see a show if it is night time. We always go at least once per visit.

Wonderful Experience

By 22Hoteltraveler |

We gathered for drinks prior to our SW Steakhouse reservation and had a great experience, service was great, drinks were wonderful.

My favorite bar in Vegas - and drink - but this time not so much

By Desi D |

I think I got way too complacent with my assumption that I will always show up every 6 months to Vegas and enjoy the pleasant, relaxing ambiance of Parasol Up/Down and automatically have my favorite drink in hand. My favorite drink (possibly in the whole world) is the Hibiscus Lemonade served here. Every single time we make it to Vegas, we will have our drinks there and enjoy it immensely. My husband always orders the Sinatra Smash. Well, this time was different. We arrived with anticipation only to be told that they have run out of the Elderflower Smash that is a key ingredient to my drink. WHAT? How does this happen? How bummed I was. So, we left after I asked if the bartender could come even close to making this drink and was told NO! Eww. Not good. We kind of left in a huff since none of this was going as planned and we were kind of not prepared for a replacement drink even. BUT, we were told to come back the next day because they would clearly have the ingredient missing made up again by then. So, we came back with bells on 24 hours later. Ordered and were told they were out of this ingredient indefinitely. WHAT? I need an intervention now. Well, at least this day, my husband went and spoke with the bartender and he was very helpful and said "why yes, I can definitely make a replacement". And he did. And it was good. There was definitely something missing - the something that makes the drink SPECTACULAR, but I was happy enough to sit in the ambiance we love and enjoy ourselves. PLEASE, PLEASE Wynn::::: get back the elderflower smash into your supply immediately. This is a one of a kind drink that I missed immensely! But I will be back. 6 months and counting!

Every afternoon and evening, a MUST!

By glenagrit |

Began our evening with champagne with a beautiful view of the pond. Great people watching. Ended the evening with a nitecap to wee the evening pond show. Beautiful!

Great viewing

By glenagrit |

Our go to place to sit outside and have a mid afternoon drink by the pond. Beautiful way to start the holiday time in Vegas. Love this place.

There are 2: Parasol Up and Parasol Down. Let me explain...

By Max98116 |

if you have a business discussion in mind, try Parasol Down is best. It's a little more quiet. if you are meeting someone for a sexy drink. Go to Parasol Up, it's dark and romantic.

Nice place to have a drink before or after dinner

By Livnthedream |

Parasol down is fun place to hang out. Great people watching and there is a nice terrace to sit outside if the weather is good & overlooks the Lake of Dreams.

A chilled out afternoon!

By Andy Baker |

I loved this place, we decided to sit inside and enjoy chilling out. Tried some light bites and a few drinks, all very good, spent a good few hours just people watching. Also found you didn't feel like you had to dress up here.

A hidden gem.

By jbk1102 |

Sat outside. So hope that is part of Parasol Down. A calm escape from the casino hubbub. Even the inside bar/seating area is quiet and away from the hustle and bustle of upstairs as you descend down the curved escalator. Outside you relax to the view of the "lake" and the sounds of the waterfall which is visually beautiful as well. Nice for a chat with a drink and a snack in the afternoon.

Gorgeous setting

By Mary D |

This is an upscale bar, so the comments about the expense solicit an eye roll from me. My shot was $14 and it was delicious. We also got coffee. You go for the view and the show after dark. Very artistic. Worth the price.

Beautiful Ambiance at Wynn But Overpriced

By Larry G |

We have been coming here for years as it is a great place to enjoy a cocktail in a very nice setting. But YIKES, this was the first time I paid $20 for a Grey Goose martini and it wasn't even hand-shaken at the table or very big. $8.50 for a small bottle of Perrier and $17 for an ordinary glass of wine. They also used to serve great nuts and chips and now they serve a mix of something very mediocre. Sorry but this is a rip-off now and OK to visit if someone else is paying.

A must-visit bar

By KatieTags |

Anytime we are in Vegas my husband and I have to get a drink at this bar. Their cocktails are amazing, the bright light coming in through the windows is energizing, and it’s just a beautiful scene. It also allows us to stroll through the Wynn hotel and take in its beauty.

Always a fun visit

By flamingo150 |

We really enjoy visiting this lounge. The shows every 1/2 hour are interesting. Our favourite is the frog dancing to Lowrider. Always great service, and some complimentary snacks to accompany your beverages.

Lake of Dreams not doing the "shows" as much.

By Loungesong |

Seems like they don't launch the shows on the lake of dreams as much as they used to. Still a beautiful setting.

Great place for a cocktail

By mark48tennis |

Excellent place to do some people watching and just relax while enjoying a cocktail or two. In the heart of the Wynn, overlooking the lake with plenty of foot traffic going by to admire.

Post-Show Drinks and the Lakeside Show

By Angela G |

Hubs and I walked down to the Wynn following a show hoping for drinks at Parasol Down. It was really crowded but the host cleared a place for us right on the rail with front row seating of the lake. A waitress promptly arrived and we placed our order for cocktails and a dolce which arrived just as the lakeside nighttime show began. It was the perfect end to a wonderful day in Sin City. Excellent service and tasty snacks.

Nice decor with a nicer view

By Abraham S |

This is our favorite bar at the Wynn, good selection and service and very convenient if you have diner reservations at SW or Lakeside, and the lake view is magnificent

Singing frog?

By Heather M |

Heard great things about this. Apparently the show changes each time, but we waited 45 minutes drinking expensive drinks to watch a large animatronic frog pop out above the waterfall and start singing. Maybe next show will be better.

Great Cocktails

By Grigg20 |

We enjoyed sitting in the sunshine on the terrace at Parasol Down. The cocktails are very good although a little expensive but when on holiday we just accept it. The experience makes it worthwhile.

A relaxing bar scene

By rogerjm |

The outdoor seating by the pool is a respite from the “noise.” At night the music is a lot of fun. The go to place at Wynn.

Nightcap

By CLeVangie |

The open air and waterfall made this a great way to end the night. Waitstaff was present yet not invasive.

A Quiet Oasis!

By HollyDaize |

Suggested by a friend, we searched it out while waiting for our Cirque Show to start. A lovely, quiet spot to sit outside in the sun or under an umbrella. Secluded and protected, tree lined and garden surrounded. We did not get to see it at night, so will have to return when the pond lights up, but the water fall feature was beautiful and calming after s busy afternoon on the strip. I tried the apple flavoured cider, which was not too sweet not too beer tasting - perfect! They also served a complimentary and hearty sampling of potato chips and seasoned cashews. Beautiful and very friendly server. A nesting Canada Goose was the highlight for us. She was sitting on 5 or 6 eggs and right there in the middle of the Vegas strip she had made this little nest. Sure hope they hatch for her!! One suggestion: maybe something a bit more vegan/vegetarian friendly on you tapas menu. Other wise perfect!

Great Bar

By Richard J |

If you are staying at the Wynn, this is a great place to gather before dinner. Good service and drinks. Chips and peanuts provided.

Great cocktails in a beautiful setting

By Charlotte L |

Popped in for some cocktails on a lovely sunny day after brunch. Cocktail list was interesting and cocktails were well made and worth the extra $. Got a table outdoors to view the beautiful waterfall. Great afternoon! Would like to return in the evening.

Patio by a Lake

By Guy S |

First, let me say, I know nothing about the inside dining or the food at Parasol Down. I just returned to the Wynn after seeing "Love" across the street at the Mirage. I didn't feel like spending money in the casino and I wanted to spend more time exploring the Wynn before going up to my room. As I was standing by the staircase leading to Parasol Down I noticed a giant frog sitting atop the waterfall on the far side of the lake bathed in colored lighting by the restaurant's patio. This was something I had to check out. I was lucky enough to get a small table by the lake's edge. I ordered one of their specialty cocktails ( A little expensive, but aren't drinks on the strip?). I got out my phone and began checking emails, as I sipped my drink and enjoyed the beautiful surroundings by the lake. Every half hour there was a special performance with the lake and the waterfall as the backdrop and animated objects and projections creating some sort of story to love inspired music. So imaginative! So beautiful! I thoroughly enjoyed myself. Good service. Good cocktail. Beautiful atmosphere. Good time.

Great cocktails but a little pricey

By blackbird-irene |

The cocktails at the Parasol down are a bit pricey but it's somewhat expected given the location of the restaurant (Wynn) and it is Vegas afterall. However, the main attraction of this quaint bar is the Lake of Dreams show which plays every half hour after 8:30pm. It is an outdoor show and is truly worth checking out. The show takes place outside of the bar and there are several tables in the outside patio which face the "Lake". Get there early to secure a good table. For the price of the cocktail, you get a free show that is very well produced. A definite must see in Vegas!

Lovely

By Annex247 |

Lovely place to have drinks before dinner and SW Steakhouse. Beautiful inside or outside to sit by the waterfall

Grerat place for a quick snack and a drink

By doncusick |

Causal but classy, good snack foods and great drinks. small but with excellent service. We loved the hot pretzels and the artichoke crab dip.

Great Ambience

By Nicholas_AU |

Found the Parasol Down to be less crowded than the Parasol Up and offers more views of the outstanding Wynn water and flora scenery. Great for a romantic cocktail or closing an important business meeting

Interesting spot for a cocktail. . .

By Joe H |

Watch for surprises ! Intriguing location but lots of smoking in this mostly outdoor venue. . . . day or night this is an interesting place . . .

Highlight of our trip

By chappy2014 |

Very nice! We always ask each other what was the best part of the trip and this time we both said Parasol Down. We both wish that we would have gone here our first night so that we could have enjoyed it all three nights. This place is a perfect, relaxing way to end your day. We had Vodka Martinis, but they have a wide range of drinks, coffee, beers. The water show goes off every 30 minutes,my favorite was Madame Butterfly. I read reviews saying over priced, everything on the strip is over priced. I was very happy. The two servers worked very hard and were so professional. The Parasols go up and down slowly. If you stay at the Wynn,or you just want a nice relaxing place, this is it. The questions below do not pertain,as this is not a restaurant.

Our Favorite Watering Spot

By detsci |

Relax by the Lake of Dreams with its 40-foot water fall and nightly shows every half hour while sipping a delightful assortment of cocktails. The ambiance of the surroundings and the shows are unlike any other. The perfect spot for after dinner drinks and romance at the Wynn Las Vegas.

Great place for a drink

By T575M4serra |

Excellent place to unwind and enjoy a drink by the huge water feature. The shows that runs every 30 minutes are an added bonus. Service was quick and the snacks were a pleasant bonus. Highly recommend.

Great Jazz Brunch and nice lakeside cigar spot

By Douglas R |

Went a couple times during my visit: Afternoon at the terrace - great outside spot on the manmade lake. Drinks were good with a nice breeze and a nice spot to have a cigar as they are sold (or bring your own) and can be enjoyed with a drink or light snacks. The prices were no worse than anywhere else in Vegas and the views of the trees and water, with the occasional show item popping out of it, made for a nice break from usual Vegas scene. Sunday Jazz Brunch - was a great choice. Pleasant dixi band accompanying a boat of unlimited shrimp and crab legs with other offerings from the sea. The menu is also unlimited but all items are made fresh and brought to your table - the fruit plate was interesting with the addition of dragon fruit as well as other fresh delights. The desert bar was decadent. The thing her is its not cheap, (about $70 for food) but everything is fresh and delicious. The shrimp were large and fresh and oysters and crab legs were of equally high standard. While other brunches have a ton of food, its not the highest quality where as every item on this brunch was of the highest flavor and quality. I did add the unlined bellini, champagne and mimosa option, which are interchangeable, and they kept it flowing. Again not cheap (additional $40) but high quality and well worth it. I really enjoyed my meal and with everything tasting so good, it ended up being a highlight of the trip and I did not feel the need to eat anything else that day, so really worth the price for the high standards and elegant setting.

Relaxing bar

By jegnm |

The outdoor bar at the Parasol Down is one of the best places to just relax and have a drink. The outdoor waterfall and the various light and music shows create a wonderful atmosphere. Our drinks were very good and the service excellent. Yes, it can be pricey but hey, it's Vegas.

Lovely place for a cocktail before seeing Le Reve.

By D1988S |

Lovely place for a cocktail before seeing Le Reve. Beautiful view of the waterfall area. You must try the Pear-a-Sol. Unfortunately the patio was closed due to cold rainy weather.

Fabulous

By Markybug73 |

Had read that this bar was worth a visit, so popped along one afternoon. Coming from inside the hotel, down the stairs you have a fantastic view of the many , beautifully coloured parsols hanging from the ceiling, giving the bar it name. The bar itself is very spacious and nicely laid out and decorated. We sat outside (couldn't get a front row seat , but still a lovely view) and ordered drinks. Its hard to think you are on the strip once sitting here! All the landscaping and trees etc screens you, making it a little oasis. Water feature adds a nice touch too. I believe it lights up at night and there is a water show of sorts as well. Drinks are pricey but expertly mixed. Great service too. Overall highly recommended.

A wonderful bar

By 681suneelj |

My wife and try and find a new bar each time we visit, and this one was a real find, you have to go down some stairs to find it, it is by the entrance to two restaurants, so its a fun place to people watch, the bar staff were very attentive, drinks were great and the nuts a welcome snack before dinner.

Cool place to grab a drink adjacent to Lake of Dreams

By Hoax_ok |

Great place to meet up with fellow travelers staying at the hotel and grab a drink prior to dinner. Especially conienent location if your're dining at Lakeside or SW Steakhouse.

Favorite bar!

By Elyssa M |

This place is incredible! My husband and I were able to sit outside, right by the pond and we had no idea that there would be a little “show” every 30 minutes on the water. It was so neat! The show is on the odd side but it is Vegas! The drinks and service are top notch. I had a couple of the “pear-asol down” martinis - so good I didn’t even bother trying something different. If you are looking for a nice quiet place to get a delicious cocktail in Vegas, this is the place!

Nice veranda

By PeeDeeR |

We came to see the show on the water fall and have a cocktail. It's a nice location and you feel away from the rush of people. We both had a drink and an appetizer. I was surprised that our bill was $100 but this is Vegas. The pretzel bites were good although hard to dip into the stone ground mustard and we weren't given utensils until the shrimp cocktail showed up. There were 4 large shrimp and although my husband loves shrimp cocktail he thought these were fishy. I ate the right up. The show was cute, we saw a giant frog on top of the waterfall lip singing to What A Wonderful World. And then he was gone. So the show was quick, but they said it happens every 30 minutes after dusk. I think if you're staying here or near here this would be nice but as a go to show, nope. There are to many others, especially given the price.

Don't order your drinks on the rocks unless you want to pay 25% more!

By Lestertheinvestor |

Traveling is more challenging right now, and so a nice place to relax and have an after dinner drink is mandatory. We decided to sit outside on the patio of Parasol Down within the Wynn Hotel and have a drink and "a show": every 30 minutes there is a short performance on the "lake". I ordered a Knob Creek and my wife a Baileys. The waitress asked: "How do you want that?" We both answered, "On the rocks is just fine." "Coming right up," she replied and walked away. Mind you, I had spent about 15 minutes trying to get the QR coded menu to download: it is so dark and the QR code is covered by a shiny plastic surface (for easy cleaning no doubt!) that reflects and makes it impossible to scan. After concluding the drinks and the show I was STUNNED to receive a bill that add $3.50 for "rocks" to each drink. When I asked, I was told that they up-charged when ordering a drink on the rocks! Not that I was told; no mention of this on the QR Code; no mention on a menu because there aren't any! When I asked the manager about it, I was informed "We are the only place on the strip that does this, but it is because we pour more of the alcohol when it is ordered on the rocks." Don't be deceived by this bait and switch. If I wanted a double, I would order that and expect to pay more, but don't advertise one price and then trick me afterwards by charging more for ice or even for the drink. This is a reprehensible practice that should be abandoned immediately. Given the number of customers at this point, it seems foolish to mistreat them enough to never want to return.

Great place to watch the show - Wish the frog was more often though

By martym3 |

Sat here almost every night I was in vegas, its a great place for drinks and the service is VERY good. Only wish the frog was on more often.

Beautiful place to wait for your table in Lakeside or Southwest Steak House

By JandLfromRegina |

Great service and a beautiful patio while we waited to be called for our reservation at Lakeside in the Wynn. Make sure you sit on the patio and after dark is best so you can enjoy the show projected onto the waterfall. Enjoy!

Hostess Tia went above and

By Stan |

Hostess Tia went above and beyond. How to have a perfect afternoon drink - stop by here - a beautiful setting inside and out. The shades came down to keep those inside from frying. Hummus was on point with the right amount of lemon. Beautifully curated drinks too.

Relaxing

By redsoxnation-55 |

Great place to stop and have a drink watching the parasols slowly go up and down. Fun place to people watch.

Cool bar, with singing frog!

By LondonHolidayBlues |

Popped in here for an after dinner drink and managed to nab a table outside, overlooking the lake and waterfall. And what should pop up half an hour later, but a pre-historic sized frog, singing What A Wonderful World. This place rounded off a great night. Lively atmosphere, classy cocktails and a fun, free show at the end of it. Pop in for a visit, it's sure to put a smile on your face.

Great Cocktails!!!

By C_FFWifey |

We stay on the Wynn properties when we come to Vegas and have tried this place maybe one time, in the last couple of years. This year on our vegas trip, we literally had drinks here almost every day! We had day drinks once after walking around and nighttime cocktails several times! I ventured to the bar on the Encore side, and although the drinks were similar, these ones were made better!!!! This place offers that A+ Steve Wynn I expect while staying here.

Stop for a Drink

By Alexis |

Before dinner at Mizumi we stopped for a drink, appetizer and the highly recommended show. The decor, once again, the Wynn flawlessly executed. Absolutely loved the moving parasols. The outside deck is next level- you would never guess you were a few minutes from the busy strip when at the tranquil Lake of Dreams. The show was quick (just a few minutes) and to be honest it was lost on me but I still think this lounge is a must visit when in Vegas!

Nice time,good view

By tjk11 |

Had a few drinks at both Parasol Down and Up. Nice décor and a good view of the waterfall at the lake of dreams. You can take in the show and have a cool drink and enjoy the view.

Beautiful

By 1stHonestReviewer |

Lovely atmosphere, some amazing cocktails and great service. we only had a few drinks here worth the visit.

Our favourite place to relax

By Aj P |

The place is beautiful, the seats are comfortable, the drinks are great and the service is very good. We've gone there a few times and the service has always been top notch. The hostesses have a great handle on everything that goes on and are happy to accommodate requests. Once the sun goes down, there is a small artsy show every half hour on the waterfall. Another great feature is that the place is cigar friendly. They even have a small selection of cigars on the menu and they don't mind if you bring your own. Best place to relax.

A must see!

By chappy2014 |

This was my 2nd time to the Parasol Down. It is worth the wait to get a table outside to see the show. We went here for after dinner drinks. Our waitress was a little stressed, but still good service. Very relaxing atmosphere. This is well worth the trip wherever you are staying.

Great view of the waterfall show.

By kjellster |

We had a appetizer and some vino here and was good. Good View of water fall show as well. We ate the Crab Artichoke dip and it was very good.

The place is a must if you're in the area.one drink is required.the show is unusual and nice.open air but still filled with smoke.
