Weekend trip to Atlanta

By Mi Chelle S |

Me and some friends went to the Georgia Aquarium then to the World of Coca-Cola, after visiting those two places we went to the park bar for dinner and drinks. There was no long wait to be seated since we had group of six. The food and drinks were on point no complaints here would definitely visit the Park bar again.

Don't eat outside !

By tcasLondon |

Good service good food I had a bison burger and some cider , very nice and good price and friendly server/ waitress The only thing I would say is eat inside ! lots of flies ! not sure what was attracting them , constantly trying to brush them off plus people passing and asking for money ,one guy had an electronic tag on his ankle and police had to be called I would visit again but not eat outside .

Bar

This bar was nice..we went during superbowl it was crowded but very nice..had a patio area you could go out and look at the crowds walking around the drinks great..we didn't eat. A little pricey but it was superbowl.

Best bartender

By Linda B |

Great bar food with great service. Christie made us feel so so welcome! Loved the drinks, food and atmosphere. Would highly recommend!

Had a great time

By Kim L |

The park bar is located close to the Farris wheel downtown Atlanta. Not a big place but fun, everytime someone spends over $50.00 on their bill the bartender spends a.wheel. You can get nothing,a shot,$20.00 off you Bill, free beer. Things like that. I had a hamburger it was very good. Park bar has steaks, lamb, ribs, enjoy your food and watch a game or you can sit outside.

Great place for very good wings

By Dwildenny |

I always enjoy stopping here when I'm working in Atlanta on the weekends. They have the most amazing menu. I always get the Park Bar Wings with chili lime sauce. Can you say delicious!

Great food

By diane p |

Went for a quick bite. Really busy day so when we arrived there were no tables. Didn’t have to wait too long. Waitresses were very attentive, food was fantastic. Prices were good. Overall a great experience

Decent burger great onion rings

By mad155 |

Had dinner here tonight with some co-workers. multiple meals were ordered and nearly every plate was cleaned. Bison burgers, regular burgers, fried chicken sandwich and a couple mahi mahis. all was good. service was good, although my tea did get to the bottom before it was refilled. all in all a good experience and very near out hotel.

Quick stop!

By Mimi R |

My hubby and I stopped for a few beers and an appetizer... service was good and the Southwestern egg rolls were yummy! Would definitely recommend to anyone looking for a cool bar in Centennial Park.

Great food at a reasonable price!

By GBE_in_NC |

We had lunch here today and the food was great. We all had the build your burger of different types (chicken, beef) with different toppings. It was a great quality, high value lunch. I would eat here again. The service was really good too.

Good Turkey Burger and Brews

By Faither |

Stopped in after walking around Olympic Centenial Park. Decided to sit outside and people watch. I ordered the Turkey Burger which did not disappoint. They offered a variety of beers and the server was pretty knowledgeable of them which was helpful. Considering it was a Saturday night and they were busy, the service was attentive and helpful. My friend and I should have stopped in there the following night as it was walking distance to the arena. I would certainly recommend.

Went back a second time

By TravelerProfSue |

I had gone to this restaurant and bar a year ago with a group. Had another conference in the city so I decided to take my husband to Park Bar. He liked it so much we went back a second time. We both had the burger, which had good flavored meat, cooked to Perfection, with a nice bun and the tater tots were amazing. Drinks are reasonable and staff were attentive.

Good bar food

By Susan E |

Within walking distance of the Omni CNN this local bar has very friendly staff and quick service on a Saturday night. Music was playing but not so loud that you couldn’t hear to talk. The Bison Burger, Buffalo Chicken Sandwich and onion rings were all delicious. Would definitely go back.

Great beer selection and good food

By Markandnige |

Checked this place out after arriving in Atlanta and loved the choice of beers on tap and bottled. Staff were very welcoming and good recommendations on which to choose, we tried a few! The food was good, spicy wings but thing the beer is the main event. Good vibes

Be Aware

By Highenuff |

The service and food was good. The atmosphere was cool till a group of white males came in loud and rude. I was able to ignore them despite constantly backing into my chair. One of them used a racial slur and it killed our entire vibe. I will not patronize again. The workers were nice but they never addressed how loud they were.

I am still in awe.......

By Morris M |

I live in Atlanta and ride a motorcycle, In the past, sometimes after I would complete a ride with my motorcycle buddies and we would go our separate ways I would venture over to the Park Bar and sit outside and have a Heineken. Usually never more than one however I would sit and people watch for quite some time. To my surprise on the night of the Superbowl on 3 February 2019, I stopped into the Park Bar Atlanta and went inside to a completely packed bar, I asked for a Heineken and was met by a young lady that I don't ever remember coming in contact with that told me that I am not going to serve you because you don't TIP. First of all, I was very embarrassed, 2nd of all I thought she was either joking or had me confused with someone else. As I was looking at her to and asking if she was mistaking me for someone else she said very quickly and with a very mean demeanor, " No it was you". Still in total shock, I asked to speak with a manager and to my complete amazement she said, " I am the manager and you need to leave"! In which I turned away and left. Early morning on May 15th 2019 I got the worst call any parent could ever receive. I found out that my one and only son had just lost his life in a car accident, Later that day as I often do when I'd like to relieve stress, I jumped on my bike and headed for a ride to clear my mind and somehow ended at the Park Bar totally not thinking about the incident that happened several months earlier, went up to the bar and the 1st person that I ran into just happened to be the Kristy. I knew that only because she immediately says to me, you re the guy that don't tip and she told me that I need to leave (otherwise I would not have been able to pick her out from a line up of 2 people). Even if maybe I might have stopped in there in the past and did not tip at all or did not meet her expectation, that is no way to act as a manager or even as decent human being. Not only have I never been kicked out of a bar or any other business of any kind, I have totally been scared by this experience and will never attempt to patronize this establishment again. I wish nothing but great things for Kristy and the Park Bar. However, I know that KARMA will give just due.......

Great Place for Lunch

By 922joannh |

Found this place by chance while walking around downtown. Staff was friendly and the burgers were amazing!

Great bison burgers for lunch

By pjkiss |

Stopped here for lunch and we both had a bison burgers, the melty bison and the bison blue. Both burgers were great ! Will gladly eat here again when back in town.

A real gem

By time-out-for-us |

This place is a hidden little gem that can easily be overlooked in such a vast city. However, do yourself a favor and stop. Their food is excellent. This is not typical bar food by no means. The fresh, made to order, delicious food was what one would expect from a fancier establishment. Except you received a good amount of food for the price. This place was one of the best parts of our visit to Atlanta (we ended up eating here 2x plus dessert). Con: Only possible con…. Service can be slightly sluggish when busy

Amazing People Watching Place Outside

By Rob P |

Have a great meal and a pint from a local brew. Hard to beat as you watch people walk past...and go down a one way street the wrong way and park. Just a great location near SkyView.

Very average, overpriced food

By TravelingGypsy901 |

Sampler was fine. Just your average fried norms...tasted the same as everywhere else (onion rings, Mexican egg rolls) cheese sticks had jalapeños and an orange Cheetos look, were too spicy for the kids. My husband said his Bison burger tasted like a previously frozen patty, and I got the Nikko, an "Ahi" tuna burger which is supposed to be served medium rare. It was awful. It was overcooked and overpacked with slaw drowning in bottled Thai sauce, I imagine to hide the taste of the inedible tuna. No one inquired about our meal while we were there, or questioned my fully uneaten sandwich. The server was a very sweet girl, but she was the only highlight. We will never be back.

Incredible Burgers

By iGrade |

I had the hot mess and it lived up to its name. Fried jalapeños and spicy sauce which required tons of napkins but it was delicious. I would agree with a previous post that the bartenders need to do a better job asking patrons to keep it down on rowdiness. See photos posted by iGrade.

Excellent food & warm atmosphere

By nctampa |

Came here after Shaky Knees for a quick bite. Lovely pub with a great atmosphere. Loved the exposed brick on the walls. Service was prompt & friendly. My husband had the southwestern styled chicken sandwich & I had the chicken sandwich with glazed balsamic vinegar, mozzarella, sliced tomato, & fresh basil leaves. Both came with a choice of sides - we both opted for the hand cut fries, which arrived piping hot, directly from the fryer. The chicken was moist and flavorful, & the brioche bun was light and soft. I would go back and have that meal again in a heartbeat. Lots of great draft beers on tap, with reasonable prices. Wish they had a better pricing variety in wine by the glass though.

Great lively spot downtown

By Staugreg |

Started raining so we ducked in to have a beer. So glad we did!! Great beer selection, fun atmosphere and tremendous service. We will be back next time we visit Atlanta.

Great location

By Kirby-Lee M |

Right off of Centennial Park! Saved us on a super hot day when we were melting downtown! We ordered a craft beer(Sweetwater IPA) and a couple glasses of The Park Bar's private Four Roses Barrel. Very impressed! We also ordered the Savannah Spuds, which hit the spot and had good flavor. We then had spent enough money to spin the wheel and get a free car bomb!!! Bartenders were very nice and friendly. Even chatted about whiskey with us for a while, which they had a pretty good selection! They even sent us in the direction of the Avengers set! Great place to stop by!

Rough

By beamed68 |

Went here with family at 5:30 pm on a Sunday after a falcons game. They should take the word Park out of the name because this place is just a BAR. Literally had three people thrown out while there. Totally uncomfortable for family and food was maybe a 5 out of ten. That’s being lenient — Applebee’s would give it a run for the money. If you want to watch a game (no sound) and get wasted then tossed into the street by the in-house policemen — give it a shot. The staff were great so two stars is the best rating we could come up with.

Good food

By lchristian2003 |

Stopped in for dinner on a busy night. The staff was a little rushed because of the huge crowd and did a very good job of handling everyone. The food was tasty as well.

Great small bar and lunch place downtown

By Sherry H |

We stopped in for beverages and lunch and it was great! Bison burgers were fabulous and the beer fresh! Service was quick and friendly! Don’t miss this one!

Great modern bar

By Chase V |

Great view of the Olympic park and the Ferris wheel downtown. Reasonable drink prices and offer a 3-2-1 so three shots for the price of 2. Great way to watch sports and very friendly waitstaff. I will make this my bar of choice when staying in the area

Pub

By ryanstar15 |

Cool pub on the corner near the World of Coca Cola. Great service. Great food. Pleasant atmosphere. We enjoyed a couple of beer and some food here. It was quiet yet busy and provides pictures on the wall and sports on the TV. Great spot if taking in the museums down the street.

It was okay

By beth ann k |

The staff was great and my husband had a very good hamburger. The onion rings were mediocre, but nice selection of beers.

Nice neighborhood bar

By Darren63 |

Bellied up to the bar and had awesome service by our bartender. She was super attentive, had a great sense of humor and the lunch was quick and great! They have some really good drink specials too!

Surprisingly good food and drink, downtown Atlanta

By movinglights |

I've eaten and drank here a lot even though I don't live anywhere close. Much of the menu looks like bar food (though more varied), but everything is really good. The drinks are great and they have a nice selection of beer and whiskey. Appetizers are good, burgers are good...salads are good (all fresh)...nothing is disappointing. The only question is how busy they get and what kind of service you will get. I ate there for both lunch and dinner one day (because frankly, I was working close by and there aren't many great options), and in both cases I had a great experience. Having said that, if they get slammed, service can be hit-or-miss.

Awesome meal at bar

By rondvous78 |

After arriving in Atlanta I wanted a good meal and a good meal. I got a great meal at the bar. The bartender was very helpful helpfull in helping me pick 2 local drafts. The burger of the month "Vesuvius " was actually a fried Italian chicken sandwich which was out of this world. Paired with a side salad it made for a great meal.

Great location; totally average food

By TexasMargs |

They served cold beer with a smile, and the location is right by Olympic Centennial Park, as many have said, but it's off on a side street, so it's not like you really have a view. The food seemed like typical bar food to me - burgers, chicken tenders, etc. None of it was bad, but none of it was exciting. My friend did like her loads of spuds dish (something like that), and I tried the southwestern eggrolls for variety, but I thought they lacked flavor. My other friend was excited to get tator tots with her burger; I just thought they tasted like the same thing I buy frozen for my kids. Not a bad place to take a break from sight-seeing, but not something special.

Marginal from walking in.

By Lauren K |

I should have known to have low expectations when we walked in and the bar smelled like dirty mop water. The waitress basically ignored us and played on her phone the whole time. The “loaded” baked potato was tiny and only had a little cheese, a lot of butter, and a few pieces of bacon sprinkled on it. The “toppings” in the salad were sparse. The dressing was good. Skip this place.

Best place for drinks and casual food!

By StorkRN1 |

The concierge in my hotel told me about this place and she was right! Doesn’t look like much from the outside, but the bar staff were friendly, the food and drinks were incredible, and the prices were very reasonable!

Bourbon Lovers Rejoice!

By Billy H |

Late dinner for two on a business trip. Park Bar is at the south end of Centennial Olympic Park, in an area frequented by World Congress Center attendees, and fans from the Benz and the State Farm Arena. Us old-timers call it the Omni. It's good bar food. SWAMBO had the Mahi-Mahi (highly recommended) and I the Cumberland burger. They were very nice. HOWEVER, the well Bourbon is Weller Special Reserve, for $6.50 each!!! Astoundingly good, at an astounding price. Beer is a good rotation of craft, local, and interesting brews. Try the Mercier Hard Cider. Wine list is not their strength, but she was happy with the whites. Go. Eat good bar food, and drink exceptional malty stuff!

Great local tavern....

By jjgrad3 |

We wanted a casual place to have a drink, some dinner, and watch the World Series. I looked at recommendations on Trip Advisor and decided the Park Bar was a good option and within walking distance of the Hyatt Regency. We were very pleased. The staff were very nice and attentive, great drinks and beer selection, and the food was great. We started out with a Calabrese Salad and then I had the Bleu Cheese Bison Burger which could be one of the best bison burgers I have ever had. A great casual bar/tavern in a great location just of of the park.

Great atmosphere -even better food

By Journeyman4 |

We arrived late in the city and found this place, just by the Atlanta Sky View big wheel. You could easily have missed it. The atmosphere was warm and friendly with great service. There was a pretty typical menu of food and a huge menu of drinks. Loads of different beers and cocktails. We went for the braised ribs in BBQ sauce and grilled mahi mahi. Both were great. Well cooked and delicious. The asparagus was also a highlight. Grilled to perfection. Great place, especially if you like college basketball, which was on all the big screens, but without sound. The music was southern blues and rock. Definitely recommended

Great Place to Pre-game!

By ah64fish |

I can’t believe I’ve been in ATL almost 11 years and just now stopping in. I’ll be back. It was a great place to pre-game before the ATL UTD game. The service was awesome, and I was very surprised to find some really good bar food.

Awesome service Great Bartender

By T W |

I was on a date at the Atlanta Skyview and I decided to get a quick bite to eat and drink. After, walking in,it was a nice cozy atmosphere. The bartender Kristi was a little busy but did acknowledge that she would be right with us. Me being a bartender myself I appreciated that. She made us wonderful drinks and made us feel welcomed with this being my first time there and also a beautiful personality. I loved the idea of a triple for a double you can't beat that.We ordered the tenders and potato tots. the food was fresh and hot. We also like the spin the wheel where u could a drink of bartender's choice,$20 off your meal, nothing, nada or 3 hanger bombs. If, you are in the area stop by and don't forget Kristi. Keep up the good work Kristi was a pleasure to meet you and hopefully the manager reads this to appreciate her as a bartender. Thank u

Excellent Food and atmosphere

By Unclejed13 |

Had read the reviews and wanted to try this place for a while. It certainly lived up to the reputation. The burger and onion rings are excellent but with all the selections on the menu it was hard to choose. The beer selection was good and the full bar offered options for anyone, I will return.

Great Hospitality

By NM-Aviators |

Found this place by accident. Crowded and busy. Relaxed atmosphere. As busy as this was the bartender, Kristy was amazingly patient, polite and provided extreme customer service! I witnessed her stay calm while 3 patrons including my husband started ordering their drinks and food at the same time. She got the orders right and it didn’t even frazzle her. Food was great by the way. And the other two servers were efficient and good natured with the busy crowd. I would highly recommend.

Neighborhood Vibe but Upscaled

By Rita C |

We spent a week in Atlanta and this became our “spot” quickly. I think collectively we ate here 3 times. It had a nice vibe: neighborhood place but not a dive. Friendly service. Food was very good and we enjoyed everything we tried.

Burgerific!!👍🏼👍🏼

By caymanjb |

Was heading down to from Nashville to ATL for the ATL United game and was looking for a good option before the game. Looked up reataurants near the stadium on google maps and chose this place. Like most city joints, parking is a task. Once inside, it was already packed but expected that two hours before game time. It is a first come first serve open seating. It has the diners drive'n dive which is what I like. Food options were really good. Meatatarian/Vegitarian and little of vegan too. I had the fried mahi burger with sauteèd onions, fresh jalepeños and sliced avacado. Growing up in the Caribbean, I am a picky seafood person as far as taste goes ...and it got a 5 out of 5 for me. Not sure if kids are allowed (didnt pay attention) but if so, probably 7 and up would be my recommendation. Most of the tables downstairs were bar top. Outside on the sidewalk was table top.

Enjoyed this place

By James B |

Great little pub, good food, good drinks, good service, decent prices, very convenient to downtown..

Best Burger

By Monica S |

OMG! Have never been here before, but the food and service are amazing!! All three of us had some thing different and we all couldn’t believe how great everything was!!! This will definitely be a destination for the next time we are in Atlanta.❤️❤️❤️❤️

Cozy and enjoyable

By Ed H |

This is a place I would hangout after work. Just big enough with an upstairs to handle larger crowds, The Park had a neighborhood bar vibe. Decent selection of beverages, they also made an excellent signature salad which was a meal in itself.

Great local bar with good food!

By msnuisance |

Stopped in after a day of attending a training session and loved the vibe. Great drinks-menu is creative and more variety than a regular pub menu. Check out Park Bar!

Solid build your own burger restaurant/bar

By ATX_Tips |

Hit the spot for a non-chain laid back place with a little character for a build your own burger, conveniently right next to Olympic Park.

Cheap eats, Quality Food

By Fred F |

Fun staff, most items under $20, good size portions. It was recommended by a friend, did not disappoint. Lots of noise on "game day," but not overbearing. Everyone seemed to be in a good mood. DOG FRIENDLY!

It’s probably ok for bar food but not for dining

By Wendy781 |

We decided to check this out after we were told about the hotzerella sticks. And truth be told: they were good. My salad however was simply terrible. Waitress plunked it down on our table and simply didn’t return for another 15 minutes. But while my husband finished his dinner ( which he also didn’t enjoy) I asked another waitress to bring me dressing as my salad had none and she brought hot sauce. I asked her if this was the salad dressing and she said yes. Our waitress finally returned and I then showed her the salad and she apologized and said the kitchen made a mistake and she took it off our check. I don’t often give a low rating as I know people usually try their best but that just simply wasn’t the case here. Maybe great as a bar but not good as a dining place.

Cool bar

By Henchelson |

This bar is right by Centennial Park and is a good place to unwind at the end of a day. There is a good selection of bar food, including tons of burgers, plus beers on tap.

Laid back bar with good grub near Tabernacle

By theasp00 |

I really appreciate when you can find a more relaxed experience in a bar surrounding Centennial Olympic Park, the Tabernacle and other locations in this part of ATL, The pricing was fair, the staff was nice and they had great bar food. It's only a little small when the upstairs portion isn't open and the beer selection isn't insane, but this place is definitely worth stopping in if you need a quick bite and brew in the area.

Great Bar, Great Food!

By KimmieSuze |

My sister and I stopped in for lunch. Southwestern egg rolls were awesome! Service was spot on. Nice bar with plenty of tap options.

Good selection of beer

By d s |

We had good beer, and good food. It was the opening of the nfl experience, so they were very busy. Only had a couple of servers working very hard.

Dinner after riding sky ATL

By Chuck R |

Very nice atmosphere and friendly staff. We had cheese sticks and a salad. Both were good and we would order it again.

Packer's Victory Party

By Ooh-Ooh22 |

Watched the Packer destroy Dallas with friends. Sampled their Wings (excellent) and buffalo burgers. Great selection of beer and waitress was wonderful. Lots of screens for game. Great location.

Nice find.

By sdgibsonlp62 |

After walking thru Centennial Park we where hungry and thirsty. This is right a cross the street. We ended up sitting up at the bar. Drinks very tasty and good bar type food. The was very friendly and good. I would definitely stop back.

Hidden Gem

By Danielle M |

On a busy Saturday in Atlanta, Comic con and Country concert, finding a place to eat that wasn’t a 7 hour wait (exaggerated) was hard to find. We walked by this place and decided to try. So good! One of the beat burgers I have ever eaten in my life!! We sat right down and had our food quickly. If you’re in Atlanta, this place is a must! Bourbon bacon jam is a must.

Great Meal

By Michael F |

Dropped in for a quick meal before a concert at the Tabernacle. I ordered a Maverick BBQ sandwich and fries....very tasty and large sandwich. Sheila was a great server too.

Chill

By Scott K |

Great neighborhood bar. Great drinks and good food. Service was good and the atmosphere was very fun. 3-2-1 special is the way to go for drinks!

Amazing burger!

By Donna A |

Happened into this place while in downtown Atlanta during lunchtime; it was so delicious, I decided I had to write a review. I had the Savannah Spuds (an appetizer) for my meal, it was perfectly prepared BBQ beef on top of a slice of potato with broiled pimento cheese and a slice of jalapeno on top - delicious! My husband opted for the Hot Mess - I wish I had ordered that! It was so so good! The beef was so flavorful, and perfectly prepared medium well, and was topped with broiled pimento cheese and bacon, and fried battered jalapenos...what more could one ask for?! I definitely recommend this place, and look forward to going back :)

Perfect hidden spot

By 4honeynugget |

Blown away that such a gem was hidden under their green awning. One of the best pubs I have visited and stands miles above others in Atlanta. Had local dishes on the menu which were very good and the staff was very welcoming. Drink menu was top notch.

Excellent food and service

By Jasperdawgfan |

Was looking for a quick bite to eat while staying in downtown Atlanta and found Park Bar through my Trip Advisor app. and was not disappointed. The service and food were excellent. I ordered the Hamburger w/ cheese & mushrooms and it was one of the best burgers I have ever had. My daughter ordered the wings and other than you could not order them hot, she said the flavor was excellent. My wife ordered the chicken salad which I also ate as the portion was large and it was very good as well. Service was prompt and attentive and the ambience was very welcoming. Would recommend Park Bar anytime and look forward to visiting again.

Great service!

By 10ringtraveler |

We walked by here yesterday and were both intrigued, looking for a place for dinner tonight we both wanted to try here! A good decision and well worth the stop. I am not sure of the parking situation but it is located close yo many hotels and centenial park. The dining area is quite small but tables are positioned to make the best use of the space. When you enter there is a sign telling you to please seat yourself. As we entered the dining room another couple was just finishing and getting up from a table. We grabbed that one and the bussers were on it, cleaning it immediately! The entire dining area was clean. I did not get our servers name but she was very polite, helpful and professional! The entire staff seemed to work very well together. I chose the Cumberland burger, topped with Bacon, also added wad a bourbon bacon jam that made it delicious! Desert was a ice cream sandwich cake....recommended by the server and absolutely wonderful! A great dinner with great service, then a nice walk around centenial park to burn off some calories! Highly recommended!

Quaint bar with friendly staff

Great, tasty, bar food, pub food. Visiting Atlanta for a week this was our family's favorite place to have lunch, located across from Centennial Park. Definitely will go back if in this area again.

Late night dinner

By Chris B |

Late night dinner. Just flew into Atlanta. Checked into Home2suites and walked to Park Bar. Good, quick, and friendly service. Wide variety of beer to choose from, some were local beers. I had the bison burger with sweet potato fries. Gf had the pulled pork and tator tots! Overall nice experience.

Wings & drinks

By 82Shad |

My wife and I stumbled upon this bar and it was a great find. The chicken wings were very good, as were the tater tots we munched on! We tried a few drinks and overall they were all good. Its a great place to get a bite to eat and drink. Will definitely go back when in the area.

Business Dinner

Had the Chastain salad with chicken and edamame. It was very good. Good service too. Very close to my hotel (The Omni) which made it mor appealing.

Great Find

In Atlanta on business, visited Park Bar with work colleague. This is an easy review - great beer, great burgers, great service (thanks Claire S), a great way to spend Sunday evening after a tiring day.

Small Place with Good Food Relaxing Atmosphere

By dms_563 |

Had lunch here and enjoyed everything. Had a Bison Burger that was really good. Service was great. They have a good menu and daily specials. Atmosphere is like being in a pub which was perfect for us.

Great Eats and Drinks

By Irene M |

Sheila was our waitress. Great from being to end. Food was fresh the loaded baked potato has good amounts of cheese and bacon. My plate was the Chattanooga chicken it was cheese good. My husband had the short rib plate was good as well. The bar staff is very friendly cant ask for any more.

Great Neighborhood Bar

By Tim S. |

One of the only spots open late near Olympic park other than Waffle House. Great deals on drinks, and decent food. They were extremely kind to my toddler as well. We will be back!

Good for food and drinks

By Birgitta-Kenneth |

We just dove in here for a drink due to the heat and stayed quite a while. Nice bar and really good food so we might have overstayed!!!!!

Good but crowded!

By Gruginhaus |

It’s a bar in a college town, so on a Saturday night it is super crowded! It is first come first served, but the hostess did a great job handling line crashers. Food is great! Drinks are great. Wait was 44 minutes at 5:00. Worth the wait.

Good Beer and Eats

By Storm72td |

Nice little joint tucked away on a side street but worth a stop in you want a good burger and good beer. I had the morningside burger which is a go to for me with a fried egg and bacon. They add a little twist by throwing on some tatter tots which is a nice touch. A friend of mine had a salad which I laughed at when she ordered it but she said it was excellent. I would say stop in if you stumble across Park Pub, you won't be disappointed.

Great Burgers

By Kelli B |

Stick with the burgers. My daughter got he ribs and was disappointed after hearing the rest of us rave about the burgers. Onion rings were awesome as well.

Great Spot By the Park!

By Melissa |

My boyfriend and I had been out on our bikes for the afternoon and we stopped in for drinks and a bite to eat. The bar has a great atmosphere and is always packed when there is an event downtown, as it's in the heart of it all (Phillips Arena, Mercedes Benz Stadium, The Tabernacle, Centennial Olympic Park). It's tucked right next to the Skyview Ferris Wheel, so it you're not looking for it you'll pass it by but if you find it, you won't regret stopping in!

Nice little bar

By 11emptynest |

Nice place to have drinks and a quick bite before an event. Good food, drinks, and service. All fo the staff was very nice and helpful even when they were extremely busy.

Nice IPAs

By Rajagopal S |

We were visiting the Olympic park and ferries wheel , and it was so hot that we had to take a break. Wanted to have a quick drink and found this bar pretty close .. it was a weekday .. and so , it was pretty much empty. There is a nice bar at the entrance and lots of tables to sit all through. Lots of space. We got a quick and courteous service .. they had few IPAs on the tap and we had a citrus ipa 🍊.. it was so so good . The mock tail was also good .. wings was good. . Didn’t have time to eat a lot . It was quick and we got out in 30 mins. Very very good overall and I’ll surely go back if i visit Atlanta again.

Great Location & Sandwich Centric Menu

By Rob S |

Surprisingly, there really isn't a vast choice of bar/restaurants in the downtown Atlanta area, but if you're in the vicinity of the CNN Center, Centennial Olympic Park or the Skyview Atlanta Ferris wheel, this cozy place is adjacent to all 3. If you are staying in a downtown hotel on/near Peachtree Street this place is at most a 15 minute walk. I try to seek out local (non chain) places while visiting a city and Park Bar fits the bill nicely. There are a few tables outside on the front sidewalk but being July I wanted strong air conditioning and thankfully it was cranking in the dimly lit bar area. There are a few long high top tables when you first walk in, but I just made my way to the L shaped bar as I was solo. The bar is not very large and at about 3:00 on a Sunday afternoon I was lucky to find a stool. The Braves game was on the tvs and people seemed parked for the duration. The place is not far from Philips Arena and beware when a Hawks game lets out, as this small place gets overrun with fans-it is SRO! I've been here during the season and had it happen to me. The dining room beyond the bar has tables along a wall leading to the kitchen and restrooms in the rear. It really isn't a big place, but does have a neighborhood vibe. There is also an upstairs which I suspect is for private functions. I started with a well made cocktail off the specialty menu and then switched to beer off the impressive draft and bottle list. The food menu is not large and I would say it is about 75% sandwiches of some kind. Not a bad thing, just be in the mood for that. I do like the build your own "burger" concept (BYOB), but beware this also can lead to one expensive burger! Example: I chose the bison patty & added cheese, egg & bacon and was looking at a nearly $20 burger. It was very good and cooked perfectly, but that is a bit pricey. This is my main reason for giving the place 4/5. I went with the awesome onion rings and can vouch for the equally yummy tots as a side. You can see in the photo you pic your patty (beef, bison, tuna, chicken...even veggie) and add things from there. By the time I left just after 4, the place was really starting to fill up. The place is popular with both locals and tourists that choose to venture off Peachtree. The free wifi was strong and steady. I was well taken care of by the team of bartenders, even though it seemed to be shift change time. You really can't go wrong with this great little place next to the big park!

Fun

By Connie A |

Had a great time! Servers were fast and friendly! Drinks were excellent! Bar food was yummy! I loved the atmosphere. The location is excellent and the ferris wheel is close by!

It's an average bar, could use a refresh

By tennisphotog |

We had lunch here, kinda smelled like stale beer, dark, dated. Food OK. Server was good. Not a ton of variety on menu.

Highly Recommend for Visitors to the ATL

By Culture40867036193 |

My favorite watering hole turned 11 recently. I (we) don't go as often as I (we) used to since we haven't returned to the office (which is just blocks away) since the pandemia started. I did manage to pop in last Friday for lunch since I had to check files at the office. It's always great to see the friendly faces...the bartenders and servers are the BEST. The food is SUPERB. I can honestly say that I've tried about everything on the menu. The selections for Burger (sometimes a sandwich) of the Month are usually a can't-miss way to go. Great variety of wings too! Welcoming atmosphere and the people-watching ain't bad either. :)

A Non-Touristy Bar in a Touristy Area

By Chia404 |

If you'd like a local pub feel while in a fairly touristy area this is a great place to go. Decent drink selection, decent food, nice staff...it's a great place to go if you want something more than the usual sterile tourist fare.

Wow. Great food

By John B |

Doesn’t look like much from the street but wow, the food was awesome. Started with the potatoes skins with bbq, awesome. Then had the bison blue burger and it was amazing. Great drinks too.

the food, the people, the ferris wheel at night

By itsgasgasgas |

all were so fantastic the first night, so we came the next night too, and were not disappointed. will be back next time we're in Atlanta.

Great food & drinks - server mmm

By Jon P |

Love the venue, location and vibe of The Park. Our onion rings are a must as the beer batter is the perfect blend of crispy and flavorful. The 3-2-1 special is legit and provides a great souvenir and drink value! Our waitress provided excellent service, but always acted as if she was annoyed. IE we were inconveniencing her and she was annoyed!

Great little bar

By Chewy |

Called in for beers and wings with a group of friends. The bar was buzzing following the local football on that night. Bar staff were great, although there were only three serving and they were rushed off their feet they did a fantastic job. Food was great. Wings fries and two beers came to $22 which included a tip and they do separate checks which is great in a large group. We were staying in a nearby hotel so 5 min walk and we were at the bar. Close by is the CNN studio complex and Olympic Park and Ferris wheel. Nice area. Will return.

Great food , service and drinks!

By Wmeasures |

The BYOB burger was fantastic, my wife's chicken sandwich was amazing and my tall Crown & water had a lot of color! Our waitress had the best smile (she's been to Texas!) and made us feel at home! Definitely going back on our next trip!

Great lunch !

By Carol B |

We were advised to come here for lunch from a local friend. Excellent advice - I had a most delicious BLT, my husband had a burger and a friend had the Ahi tuna sandwich. What a variety! All topped off with beer!!

Bar and Grill

By JoAnn M |

Located right off of Centennial Park in downtown Atlanta near several Hotels and the Georgia World Conference Center it is very convenient. Although I did not drive I did notice a few parking garages nearby. It is also convenient to MARTA ( Public transportation in Atlanta). The atmosphere is not particularly impressive. However, there was nothing to complain about. The potato skins and the burger were both quite tasty. Service was good.

Best Salad Ever!

By konacoco |

This is a great local joint! Cozy, lively atmosphere with reasonable drink prices and specials. The best part though was the food. I had the best salad ever. It was a bed of super greens with nuts, cranberries and mandarin oranges. It was crunchy like a cold slaw but still a salad. Delish! A fun place.

Good food

By YellowCrocs |

Had dinner on a Sunday night. Nothing fancy. Mostly burgers of all kind which was perfect. Ordered the tuna burger. Nice.

Hotzarella Heaven!

By Karley H |

The Hotzarella Sticks (Spicy Mozarella sticks) are Fantastic. Friendly Servers, cold beer & good food. Perfect for pre- gaming an event at Phillips Arena, The Tabernacle or even post touristy things. Park Bar is one of the best places in the vicinity for good food & service. Highly recommend. Ask about the 3-2-1 drink special AND the Prize wheel behind the bar! ;) Cheers!

Variety of bugers

By Kim R |

I recently stayed near by and dropped by for lunch. It has a pub like atmosphere. The menu is mainly wings and burgers - not much other variety. The range of burgers is pretty good though - bison burgers, grilled chicken, turkey, black bean in addition to a number of beef burgers. I had the BLT with a side salad. It was good and cost about $11. Staff was attentive without hovering. Plenty of seating. Didn’t see any parking, but I had walked a few blocks from hotel.

I had a B.Y.O.B. Their grilled

By Gabriel R |

I had a B.Y.O.B. Their grilled chicken is fantastic fries are really good. Atmosphere is great and love that it is right next to Olympic park and pretty close to all of the fun things like coke factory CNN and aquarium! A little pricy but your in the middle of downtown Atlanta.

Very good food

By Pinky777 |

Good atmosphere. Local craft beers which were good. Great food - we had the bison burger, onion rings, and chicken tender salad. Salad items were very fresh and the chicken was good! Will return when in the Atlanta area again.

Lunch

By 64JFT64 |

I really like this place when I'm in downtown Atlanta. I generally go for a business lunch and have always had a great burger.

Good food

By OutdoorKidz |

Our group of five stopped in for dinner. The place was busy but we were seated right away. Drinks came next and then our entrees soon after that. The food tasted good but I wouldn't consider it excellent. Prices were pretty good and seemed fair for the amount of food received. We would dine here again when we visit Atlanta.

Wonderful place

By Andreas_Burstedt |

Love the place. Great food. Very kind people working there. I love beer and they have great local ones that the bartender let me try. Just great. Go to the place!!

Great chicken sandwich

By Paul A |

Great location to the park and many, many hotels. A good selection of local brews. Great little small town atmosphere in the downtown!

Fantastic Food

By LUIS PABLO FERNANDEZ |

We went for dinner last Friday with my wife and 16 year old daughter. Upon entering a very friendly person tells you that you can sit wherever you want. The place was packed as it was a Friday night. -We ordered beers for the adults. The temperature of the beer was ideal. -We ordered some hamburgers and they were delicious. The place is excellent and the food is fantastic for tourists like us who were visiting Atlanta for the first time.

Great place to chill and eat!!!

By yeslord098 |

Have visited this quaint bar near the park a couple of times in October 2015 and then last month. Kayla and the rest of the staff are awesome, great service with a smile. The prices are reasonable and the beer cold. The food is also great, I love their Bison burger!! Will stop in every trip to Atlanta. Very close to concert and sporting venues.

Ate two nights in a row!!!

By Douglas P |

Very polite staff, prices very fair. The waitress wouldn't upsell and explained how a double draft saved cash. Food great and tasty. will go back a third time next time we are in Atlanta. The bathrooms were very clean, many in DT Atlanta pig sty due to the large homeless population.

A surprising find

By gideonit |

I wasn't expecting too much honestly from the food side, as it seems more bar but decided to give it a shot. I was pleasantly surprised and the steak and rest of my meal was quite delicious. Staff was super friendly and quick to fill your drink or get you what you need.

Yeeeahhhhhhh !

By Flocke2013 |

what a nice bar Close to the Stadiums ! we went before and after the AC / DC concert ! we already went there the day before the concert.........the staff is great the beer is super the Food is perfect! i like to have this bar at home ! thank you park bar......hope to be back in Atlanta.

Nice Place

By bandguy54 |

Stop by here for a quick bite while visiting Atlanta for a conference. It's right next to Olympic Park and has amazing burgers! Great staff too!.

Quick Stop

By Lisa Brennan |

We popped over to the Park Bar for a few drinks, grabbed an appetizer the sampler was tasty. The drinks were priced well I chose to do the 321 drink special which is 3 shots for the price of 2. $14.98 and comes in its own souvenir cup. Great value atmosphere was fun, it was super crowded so we sat on the side facing the park. There is also a rooftop porch. Great location across from Centennial park. Overall very enjoyable experience and would go back.

Nice Dive Bar

By timlee_cl |

Don't expect atmosphere but expect good quality food, good service and great prices. Wings and Burgers very good

Fun atmosphere, good location next to CNN, Olympic Park

By Jarrod P |

Great corner location and pub feel. Right across from CNN and Olympic Park. Walking distance to alot of attractions. We enjoyed lunch and beers sitting at the bar. Lunch was pulled brisket sandwhich, which was very good, and a caprese salad for wife. Both were good. Good beer choices too. Bartender was decent. Nothing spectacular, but we would be back.

Very good food, Quick Service

By Krysten S |

This place is in a great location by Centennial Park, it was a bit crowded when we went but we were able to sit right away, we had quick service, the food was awesome and very filling! My boyfriend and I both left feeling extremely full and neither of us were able to finish everything we ordered. The only reason I did not give it 5 stars was lack of personality, it just wasn't a wow-ing experience. But I would go back.

Something for everyone

By smokeyej |

Enjoyed drinks and dinner with a mid-sized group after a day of training. Vegetarians, meat eaters all accommodated. Group favorites were the burgers, veggie burgers and ribs. Good local beer selections as well. Friendly, attentive service and an easy walk from Peachtree st.

Great Place

By LWes |

Great little burger and beer place. Food and service was very good. Great spot downtown, convenient. Fun to people watch.

Amazing

By Alexa R |

By far the best burgers!! It was delicious!! I would 100% recommend and the service is great!! everyone is very nice

Fun Place - Good Food

By Richard A |

We stopped in on Halloween night. They weren't very busy & we were seated right away. We're had burgers & the shorty rib dinner. They have a 3-2-1 drink special (3 shots for the price of 2 in a to go cup). It makes getting primed for a game or concert easier. This was our second visit to Park Bar. Last time was after a Vikings/Falcons game. It was a fun crowd, even though we beat them. Good service! They do have TVs to watch the games.

Awesome drinks

By Shandy C |

We stopped in the night before and right after the Falcon and Packer play off game. Fantastic mixed drinks on the 2nd floor!!!

Loud and Mediocre

By pmesser2018 |

The fashionable hard surfaces bounce the sound around the room to the point of distraction. The food was decidedly mediocre, the bison burger, and small portions. I had a raspberry sour that was terrible. My wife’s IPA, was good. Oh, and the service was slow and unresponsive.

Good location terrible service

By Jess1818 |

This place is in a great location close to everything has a unique set up. Food was okay. However, service was awful. We waited forever for a drink then got our meal before our appetizer. Waitress never checked on us/ took a while to get her attention to ask about the app and also my husbands salad had no dressing at all on it... she said she would go check on it. Waited another 15 minutes had to go. Took a while to flag down the waitress down to get the check she said nothing about the app we paid and left...

Good bar food

By ANDY K |

We visited twice during our stay with the second time just for good drinks after the soccer as it is a short walk from the stadium. Both times service was excellent with the beer quality perfect. There is a good range of changing craft ales which are well priced. For lunch we shared the Chop Salad as it was massive and great value at $10.49. The ingredients were fresh and tasty. The bar is clean and has a great atrmosphere.

Nice after work hang out

By PaulinaS |

ended up here after our branch company outing, and the services and friendly staff were fabulous. Food was great, we had a buffet burgers appetizers and drinks, food was warm and fresh, drinks were on point.

Afternoon at the Park...

By Noreen F |

We visited this location on an afternoon with friends after touring the World of Coca Cola. It is a nice and laid back restaurant with a good variety of food. I loved the chicken wings and Ceasar salad. Their cocktails were good too.

Tasty quick lunch

By Michelle L |

I am in Atlanta for a conference and this place as close so I stopped in for a bite to eat. I chose a build your own burger which I made with a black bean burger with pimiento cheese and buffalo sauce (the mild was spicy enough for me - the hot must be atomic!). I thought it was very tasty. The burger was a nice balance of ingredients and didn’t fall apart. The pimiento cheese and buffalo sauce worked together nicely. I also got onion rings, which were nice and crispy and the onion didn’t come out when I ate them. They were a little greasy though. Everything came to the table in a timely manner and was piping hot.

Great lunch right outside of Centennial Park!

By jarenatravelwithme |

Came with my husband for a late lunch. We had a beer each and a bison burger which was excellent. Salads looked good as well. Service by Lindsay was friendly and quick. We watched the US open on the big screen TVs. Very relaxed atmosphere. We loved it!

Good food close to the aquarium

By Morgan R |

Stayed in Atlanta for a few nights to see the aquarium. Park Bar didn't have a wait and had pretty good bar/pub style food. Onion rings were delicious.

Great Spot on the Corner

By 1frosty |

Recently visited the Park Bar before a concert as had a great experience. There a great vibe when you walk in. Don’t be fooled by the flatbread sign on Centennial Olympic Parkway as the main entrance is on Walton Street. There is plenty of seating .. don’t forget the upstairs! Great bar food with a great variety of beers. The service is excellent. Swing in an have a beer and burger before your next event in downtown ATL. You won’t be disappointed

Good time with large group

By dshafs |

We had a group of about 30 and did a dinner/drink event here our first night into town. Servers were friendly and food was buffet style - basic but good - no complaints. Lots of drink selections. Would return

Definitely wouldn’t seek it out

By Michele L |

We went at 2:00 on a Friday. Not many people, bartender was unsure of beers available. Not a great selection of drafts. We didn’t stay because it was boring and limited draft selection.

Thank you!!

By Jeanne C |

Just wanted to say thank you to Kristen and Lindsay for finding my phone and keeping it safe.Drinks were great too

Enjoyable

By CinMinnesota |

We ate here 2x while in Atlanta. We were hosting a work event here in the upper level. It was a cool space to host. We ate there the day prior to check it out. Everyone seemed to enjoy their foods. Salads, burgers, sandwiches and appetizers. We ate again the second day prior to event starting. Food had good flavor, wait staff was friendly, and I liked the environment. I would return.

Convenient and delicious food

By annetteangel |

I stopped in for lunch on a Saturday as I'd been strolling through Centennial Olympic Park. It was hot outside, so I wanted to sit in air conditioning versus the outdoor place in the park. I'm glad I did. It was just me, so I had an appetizer and dessert. I had the wings with the "fluffy" sauce, which is barbecue and buffalo sauce mixed. It was delicious. I had the Ghiradelli Brownie for dessert. It wasn't as rich as I thought it would be, but it's warm with two scoops of ice cream. It's definitely made for two people.

great Pub, great food

By Brodeman |

Loved the Pub feel of this place. Super clean, friendly service and great food at a reasonable price. Some places just do things right and the Park Bar is one of them.

Good service, average meal.

By Todd G |

I had a solo dinner here and sat outside while on a business trip. They have a good whiskey/bourbon menu but sadly they were out of my favorite (Blanton's). I enjoyed the onion rings but felt the french fries that came with my meal were just ok. Service was good, but the food is probably a bit overpriced for what it is. For a bar, and bar food, it's just ok. If you are looking for a bar with food, this is a good option. If you are looking for food with drinks, you can probably do better.

Great bar and grill close to hotels

By osanida |

I had dinner here with a few colleagues while at a conference this past week. It’s nice that it is barely across the street from our Omni cnn hotel. I had the build your own burger, tater tots, and a couple of beers.

Quick bit

By covalentblond |

Stopped here for an early dinner on the way back to our hotel. The burgers were good, fries are from a bag though. Did enjoy my burger with bacon jam and brie. It was a little pricy for burgers. 2 burgers, one Coke and southwest egg rolls for $56. Aloy of people seemed to be there fotlr drinks only. They have a deal that you pay for 2 shots of alcohol and get three in one glass so basically a cocktail with three shots for ~14. It seemed to their big draw.

Great Stop for a Brew and Burger!!

By PureHagar |

Was looking for something around the area and found this place, had good ratings so gave it a go. It did not disappoint. Nice bar area, great beer selections and the burgers were quite tasty and I'm a burger snob. Sat outside on one of the few tables out front and people watched. Even though they were super busy, service was spot on. Would return in a heartbeat if in the area. Close to the arena so perfect stop before an event there!!

Great Atmosphere. Nice Staff.

By RaymondD |

I was here for a reception during a convention. The braised short ribs were amazing! The staff was totally on it. I had a great evening.

Had better here before.

By Tilley J |

My Bison burger with Chipotle peppers did not come with Chipotle peppers. We did not receive our appetizers, not even with the main dish. The sweet potato fries were good. I had a great experience another time but not today. The waitress disappeared.

Not overwhelmed

By Carol T |

Was here with a pre-arranged group in the patio upstairs. It was very hot. The food was supposed to be replenished throughout the evening and it was not (not sure if a fault of the planner or the facility). Definitely not good value for what we were charged. Nice central location but nothing unique or special about the venue. The servers were friendly but stressed.

Awesome Food and Good Downtown Location!

By M.L. |

Good location to catch the games or to meet up with friends before or after any event at the CNN Center, Centennial Olympic Park, or the Tabernacle. Located directly behind the SkyView Ferris Wheel! Great salads and the onion rings are the absolute best!! The wings, tater tots, and burgers are very popular.

beef short ribs

By Harry D |

was in atlanta ga for vacation, ate lunch here one day and liked it so much we went there for dinner 2 days later, the maverick sandwich is beef short rib pulled and has bbq sauce , the beef short rib dinner with baked potato was also excellent, great service, also got the 321 drink which i had was vodka and tonic, 3 drinks for the price of 2 in a nice take home cup, will definitely return there whenever in atlanta

Watch out for double tip (deceiving)

By merlesaunders |

Menu states there might be a tip of 18% added for groups of six or more. Went in a group of six and was charged a 20% tip. Got credit card signing sheet still asking for additional tip of 18%, 20%, or 25%. Returned a couple days later in group of five, still charged 20% tip and trying to sneak in an additional tip when signing. Look at your receipt closely. Service was good.

Waste of time. Poor service

By B D |

Got tired of waiting for service and left. Rude bar girl and lazy waitresses who preferred to stand around chatting. Don't waste your time visiting. Atlanta has other more attentive bars

Fun local bar

By Mike9902 |

Found it to have a good bar atmosphere with friendly bartender. The service was good and the place was clean. There are high tops and tables and also a long bar with bar chairs as well, which is where we sat. The food was above average (we got buffalo wings and potato skins. We hung out there for a good 3 hours and had a really good time. Recommended.

Relaxing spot

By Kenneth P |

Fun spot. Busy. Good bar food and great service. Colleague loved the burger. I loved the grilled chicken. Little loud inside but fun.

Good Burger

By Chris W |

Stopped in due to proximity to my hotel. I had a burger and some wings and a couple pints. Burger was cooked as ordered and tasted good. Wings were also very good. I tried a couple local drafts and enjoyed my experience. My server Sarah took goid care of me.

Quick bite

By Kevin P |

My friends and I were looking for place to eat and decided to give Park Bar a shot. And it was exactly what we needed! We stopped by for a quick bite to eat then headed out into town. There was seven of us, and it wasn’t busy at all. We were immediately seated when we walked in around 9pm. We might’ve spend a hour total there eating and hanging out. I ordered a black bean burger being a vegetarian and all, but most of my friends created their own burgers. They have a nice selection of beers and bourbons as well. All in all.. great atmosphere and quick service, awesome place to grab a quick bite and drinks, and definitely recommend it.

Awesome Experience

By Preston1884 |

I had an awesome experience at Park Bar. I enjoy Bison burgers so when I found myself going to Atlanta, I searched Bison burgers and found that Park Bar was near my hotel. So, I ventured out from the hotel. I was so glad I did. It was a fairly short and pleasant walk - about a half mile. It was Memorial Day and as I approached, I was concerned that they might be closed but their website indicated that they were open. They were in fact open. I sat at the bar and the bar tender and other patrons were very friendly. I felt welcome and comfortable. I had the Chipotle Bison Burger with Sweet Potato Fires. I was not disappointed. Just plain delicious and done to perfection as ordered - medium rare. The Chipotle adds a subtle but super flavor. Others at the bar were enjoying their dinners. Park Bar is definitely on my mist go to list when I next make it to Atlanta.

Private Event

By roxf2015 |

I was a part of a private event here and the establishment and staff took great care of us. The 3-2-1 drink (or whatever it's called) is a MUST buy. You get a knockout serving of your choice of drink and a plastic Park Bar cup to keep. The food was also solid. Pretty standard bar food but everything was very tasty and cooked well. If you're anywhere near Olympic Park, stop by Park Bar for sure to grab a drink or 5.

Worth the Wait

By luv2Trvl017 |

This was a very busy place on a Saturday night to try and find a table for four to eat! We were patient and waited, and were so happy we did. All four meals were delicious. Overall everything was great, reasonably priced, and a fun atmosphere. I would visit this place again if in Atlanta.

FIVE stars for food and waitress, ONE star for manager!

By Msmattox |

First off the positive: I highly recommend this place for the food! GET THE SWEET POTATO FRIES! I also had the Scottsdale Chicken and it was delicious! We had a party of 11 and everyone loved what they ordered. I don't think you will be disappointed by anything. They do have the doors locked and you have to wait outside for them to let you in. Strange but I guess Covid. The guy at the door is very friendly. We had a great waitress who checked on us frequently and our food arrived rather quickly. Now the bad part: We had a group of 11 but some of our party was doing the Skywheel. They seated the 3 that was waiting at a large table in the bar area. They ordered alcoholic drinks and an appetizer. When they were seated there was a party of 5 at the table behind them, another large table. They had drinks too but while our group was there they did not order anything additional. Our group of 3 was constantly bombarded by the manager asking when they rest of the party would be there and that he was losing money by not having our group there. He said he could have seated others at the table. He said you have been here an hour. One of our guests had a text message when they were seated and it had been 23 minutes. She also asked him if he needed a table why he didn't ask the group of 5 that had been sitting there longer than them and not ordered anything additional. He ignored the question. The manager finally made our group get up from the table, even though they had ordered food and drinks to sit a party of 4!! When he literally had another table that could have fit the group. The rest of the group walked in right as that new group got their drinks. So we had to wait while they tried to figure out what to do with us now. One of our group asked them if they could ask that group of 4 to move to the other table and the guests graciously did. So we sat right back at the table that the manager had just moved us from. The waitress and the guy at the door kept apologizing for the fiasco but it wasn't there doing. The manager definitely made this happen and was not apologetic at all. Also, while we ordered our food, ate and paid, that table of 5 still sat there and ordered nothing! So I get if they need tables but treat all of your customers the same. The manager made us move but did nothing to that other group and I can promise you we spent way more than they did and was in the restaurant for less time! I do recommend this place but watch out for the manager who likes to flaunt his power around.

Great Location - Best Service - Awesome food

By TDBOS |

We went to Park Bar during the Super Bowl - while other locations struggled to keep service up and wait times down we were blown away at how prepared Park Bar was for the crowds. Centrally located near all the attractions ATL had to offer the food was amazing - service was the best we found locally (Sheila you rock!) and the drinks were perfect. Highly recommend stopping in Park Bar when local !!

Excellent

By Sammi1910 |

We had a fab lunch here, atmosphere is good with really friendly staff. Just a short walk from our hotel.

Small place with good food.

By elaine s |

Great bar food with good service. Place was very busy due to an NFL game nearby but they handled the crowd well. Small place with good atmosphere; not fancy; just good bar food. Worth the visit.

decent bar food

By 900carolynw |

Lots of good beer. The three for two is a good deal. Three shot drink for the price of a double. The Chastain salad is not worth the price. Great fries and burgers.

Just another bar

By Jiminy3 |

Has cold beer and bar food but nothing special about it. Tried a couple of the local beer drafts but they were just okay. Also ordered a sampler platter and it was very average food. Went to the bathroom and it was disgusting and urine all over the floor. The patrons seem to be really good folk but there was definitely not anything that made it different from any other bar

Best bar in downtown Atlanta

By WilSc |

This bar is hidden in plain sight across the road from the Centennial Park in Downtown Atlanta near the SkyView. They do a great range of beers and bar staff are really friendly. An excellent place to unwind at the end of a long day out.

Great place to get a beer after the aquarium

By Wanderlust3483 |

Stopped in after the aquarium to grab a beer and it was just fine. Pretty laid back bar/restaurant. Nice beer selection and good service.

Didn’t live up to the hype

By theteresa |

We read several great reviews of this spot and were really looking forward to it. I had a regular cheeseburger and my sister had the Cumberland. Her burger was burnt and didn’t taste good to her. The hotzarella sticks were tasty and the tots were done to perfection. Waitress was friendly but disappeared for a while as we waited for our check. Underwhelming, unfortunately.

American food, american beer, perfect, splendid, american lifestyle, fast service, great workers.

By Vugar |

If you want to try great authentic american bar food, come here. It is also family friendly, so you can bring your children
