My daughter, husband and myself were shopping at Perimeter Mall and wanted to grab dinner. The usual surrounding places were booked. My husband found Parkwoods and made a reservation. Neither of us had been there so there's always that reluctancy and lowered expectation that comes along with tryin a new restaurant. The atmosphere was very nice and while we didn't expect it to be horrible we were BLOWN AWAY by the experience. Everything from the greeting to the last bite was perfectly executed!! Karim was delightful and the chef Armundo came out to personally make sure we enjoyed our food. He even previewed some updates to the menu that ensured we will definitely return. This is a hidden gem in the Perimeter area. BRAVO. A.Anderson

We were there for a 5 day meeting and had little choice but to eat at the Parkwoods. The food was excellent except we were limited to a buffet. The service was terrible if you ordered from anything but the buffet. It seemed to be the kitchen and not the table staff.

Came here for a conference, and have had meals with large groups twice--fantastic service and food. Our server. Shanice was SO great handling our orders and providing exemplary customer service.

Ashley was an attentive and wonderful server. Great experience. Food was good, not incredible. Ambiance was very nice.

The food is excellent!! But bring a coat! It is absolutely freezing in this restaurant. (3 nights at the hotel, eating dinner there, and I shivered through every one.) Also, don't expect to find anything low cal on the menu.

I had dinner there on many occasions during my recent business trip to Atlanta. Food was great and staff was extremely friendly and helpful. Special thanks to Karim for making the experience extra special. Definitely recommended.

I had the pleasure of being served by Karim at the hotel bar, and it was an exceptional experience from start to finish. Their knowledge of cocktails was impressive, and they effortlessly tailored drinks to suit my preferences. Not only were they skilled behind the bar, but their friendly demeanor and attentiveness added to the overall enjoyment of the evening. I highly recommend seeking out Karim for a memorable and delightful time at the hotel bar.

Stay at the just newly renovated Crowne Plaza Atlanta Perimeter and have dinner at their Parkwood Restaurant. We loved the food there, especially the Fried Chicken, it was crispy on the outside and tender in the inside. Repeated the order for 2-days in the row and did not disappoint me.

From the hostesses, servers, waitstaff, cooks etc really help make our 6 day stay here one to remember . The food was delicious and the restaurant felt cozy and friendly. Very welcoming for families having meals to people at the bar I would suggest this even if you don't stay at the attached hotel.

Had a really good lunch here with a client. Our salads were well presented and quite adequate for our needs. Plenty of protein with the greens presented. Good service

Maya was the best server ever! It was my first time in Atlanta and she made me want to come back every weekend.

My family and I came here after our reservations at another place fell through, and I am SO GLAD they did. We had the pleasure of having Maya as our waitress and she was PHENOMENAL. The bartender, I believe her name was Brittney, made some of the best tasting cocktails that I have had in a long time... and that's coming from a former bartender. The restaurant is quaint, and the food is great - what a nice hidden gem because I can tell you that none of us expected that from a hotel restaurant. Also, the manager that evening, Allison, was so genuinely kind and funny and upon learning that we had come due to our other plans being cancelled on my parent's wedding anniversary, she came over with a champagne toast for us which really topped the evening off. I don't know what you're paying her, but it's probably not enough! Those three ladies made our night so memorable and special and I cannot thank you all enough. I hope they get to see this!!

My husband and I celebrated our 20th Wedding Anniversary here. Jerry was a fabulous server. The restaurant was clean, drinks were amazing and everyone was so attentive! Food was fantastic!!!! The hotel is Gorgeous!!!Definitely will be back! 10/10

Beautiful location. Excellent host (Michael). Terrible service (Shanice H). Rude, up charged mixed drinks to top shelf liquor when we asked for house, 18% gratuity added for ALL parties. The place was empty and she couldn't be bothered to serve us. Left after an hour without having entrees

Came here on a Friday night with my sister and niece. Our waitress Maya was so attentive and friendly. She made sure to handle our orders in a timely manner. She was also quick to fix a mess up in the kitchen. The manager was also friendly and helped to solve the problem smoothly. This was our 4th time coming and love the food and drinks every time!

While attending a convention, I ate at the Parkwoods Restaurant located in the Crowne Plaza Hotel in Atlanta, Ga. I had the Sorghum Glazed Salmon, and it was delicious! Our server/waiter was Shanice H. and she was a joy - very attentive and pleasant and had great suggestions for drinks, et cetera. I'd highly recommend this restaurant if you're in the Atlanta area and be sure and ask for Shanice! You won't be disappointed.

Shanice was our server, and provided an excellent experience for our large party on multiple evenings. We will be back!

Tish was our server twice at the Parkwood Restaurant in the hotel, and she was wonderful ! She was very accomodating and nice. We had brekfast there twice and the food was good, and Tish was fun and easy.

The food was very good. Cooked as ordered. Beautiful environment with great views of outdoor park. Outdoor area is relaxing and scenic. We had Maya as our server and she was very friendly and helpful. We enjoyed our conversation with her.

Nice to wind down at the end of the day with my wife at the lightwell bar in the beautiful crown plaza lobby. Karim was very attentive and makes a nice old fashion and cosmo.

The food and service at Parkwood is extraordinary which makes being at Crowne Plaza Hotel all the more enticing. The staff at Parkwood are fantastic! I typically deal with Mahbub Karim who delivers exceptional service every time I come to Atlanta. I highly recommend this superb restaurant!

Kareem took great care of us for a small work event. Rented a room for happy hour with 25ish people. Went off without a hitch. Great service. Good food.

Our server, Shanice was exceptional! She was attentive and really engaged with our group's energy. Her personality added to our enjoyment of our dining experience.

The bar has such pleasing aesthetics. On top of luxury setting, Lauren was an all star at service. She literally knew what I ordered from the day before without even interacting for 60 seconds. I was in shock by the attention she paid to me as a customer. My friend had the same experience. Both Lauren and another employee Logan also provided excellent service despite it being super busy. They always made time for us and ensured we laughed after a long day.

The hotel was busy with a big wedding but we were so well taken care of. We received an upgrade to a suite which was wonderful. Parkwood restaurant for dinner and our server Maya was AMAZING!!! She made our entire dinner experience was fantastic because of her and even the Manager Harry. I would drive here just for dinner to see Maya. Best experience I've ever had with any restaurant employee ANYWHERE! Thanks Maya!

We ate at Parkwoods while staying at the Crowne Plaza Perimeter. Our waitress Sarah was very helpful with drink and entrée selections. It was a very enjoyable evening.

John G was our server at Parkwood, (The hotel’s restaurant) and honestly he was amazing! Service was seriously on point. He’s friendly, FUNNY, and extremely accommodating. Also the burger was perfect. Order that! The pancake on the bfast menu is also a must try John G def knows what he’s doing! We will be back

This was our first time having brunch on Christmas. The Parkwoods did not disappoint. It was delicious. All of the food stations had a large variety to select from. The mimosas were also good. Our server, Temekia, was great. She was friendly and nice. We did have an issue with a small roof leak, but we were quickly moved to another table. Everyone in my party was full and satisfied when we left.

Menu was a good set of choices but lacked anything that was low calorie or reasonably priced. They have you hostage at the hotel unless you are willing to go out, which I highly suggest. The restaurant was nearly empty at dinner hours and that should have told me all i needed to know, suggesting that I go elsewhere. The food was good but the dish i ordered was likely the lowest in calories on the menu and was more than twice as much had i gone to any outside restaurant. The most absurd priced item on the menu was a 3" round key lime pie for $8, that was more whipped cream than key lime pie. The temp in the restaurant was chilly to say the least. I was happy I had put on a thick flannel shirt planning to go out for dinner. Temps in the restaurant were likely only slightly, maybe 20 degrees, over the outside temps that were in the 30s. If the temps in this restaurant don't front frost your evening, the financial gouging on the menu and at payout will. This restaurant factors in an 18% TIP and then when you bill arrives it still has the line on the bill for you to add more tip. For the pitiful small amount of service i received this 18% was tantamount to welfare. The meal ordered was the Salmon dish, with the 3" round key lime tart (not pie), and iced tea. For this I was charged more than $45, including the outrageous tip. My recommendation is get in your car and go down the street to Joey D's, where Service, Price, and Meal are WAY BEYOND EXPECTATIONS.

We ate and drank at the Bar of the restaurant and were very satisfied with everything including the very pleasant staff.
